Divine Council and Fallen Angels 00:11:33
Welcome to the Jim Baker Family Show.
Our special guest today is Micah Van Hus.
Our co-host today is Reverend Mondo de la Vega.
And now, here's your host, Pastor Ricky Baker.
Hello, friends.
You're watching the PTL Television Network and the Jim Baker Family Show.
I want to say thank you to those who continue to support us and allow us to broadcast the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world.
Today, we have with us back day two, Micah Van Haas.
I want to say thank you for being on the broadcast.
Yesterday, we started diving into your different books.
The first book you had written, Ancient Cities and the Gods Who Built Them.
You go then onto the earth as it was, dinosaurs, giants, and firmament, and right into secret societies, blood never sleeps.
To the book we're talking about today, Angels Eternal, War of the Princils.
So, the princes, I want to ask you this question.
You know, Ephesians talks about waging a spiritual battle that is happening right now.
We're not fighting against flesh and blood, but against rulers, powers, principalities, cosmic rulers in dark places.
Do you believe right now we are in the middle of a tremendous spiritual battle?
Absolutely.
So, what we get into in the war of the princes, the reason the subtitle is there is because these princes of the powers of the air are real spiritual entities.
They are fallen angels.
They're not demons.
Demons and fallen angels are two separate entities.
So, I do believe, and this is chapter two of my book, The War of the Prince, or Rise of the Princes, after the Tower of Babel, God puts another curse on mankind and he separates the nations, Deuteronomy 32, 8 and 9.
In Deuteronomy 32, 9, God chooses Israel.
That's when Gentiles and Jews are separated.
That's the point that happens.
And he gives the other 69 to 71 nations, depending on whether you're reading the Greek Septuagint or the Masoretic, he gives them over to angels.
He lets angels rule over those, evil angels.
And I say that because there's plenty of evidence in scripture about these angels who ruled the nations.
Now, I speculate, this is my speculation, so run it through your knowledge of the word of God, that these angels for a time were physical beings.
And in my opinion, that's the answer to how did the giants come back after the flood?
Well, if angels took on human form in Genesis 6, had giant offspring with women, it's going to be the same way after the flood.
And so, if we have at least 70 angels, probably a lot more than that, who are physical rulers of nations, they're going to have more giant offspring giving rise to Og, Goliath, and the post-Diluvian giants.
So, we see plenty of evidence in scripture of these angelic rulers of the nations.
We're talking about Psalm 82, where God sits among the gods.
It's what the word the Bible uses.
When we say gods, we're talking about fallen angels.
So, God sits among the gods and he judges them, says, this is Psalm 82.
You better start treating your human subjects better, or I will cast you to the earth like princes, and you will die like men.
And then it says, I will bring all nations back to myself.
Well, we read Daniel chapter 10, where it talks about the prince of Persia.
It's an evil spiritual prince.
The prince of Greece is in Daniel chapter 10.
And in Daniel chapter 12, Michael, the chief prince, he is a chief prince of Israel.
Let's go to Gaza.
Who is the god of Gaza?
That's Dagon.
Dagon was the god of the Philistines in scripture, and the Philistines lived in Gaza.
So we are seeing that half fish, half man.
And we also get back into the mythologies.
The Sumerian mythology talks about Awanis, the half-fish, half-man God who taught them this forbidden knowledge.
So yes, these princes are ruling the nations today as evil powers of the air.
And a lot of folks don't realize that these 70 princes were standing at the crucifixion, watching Jesus get crucified with Satan.
They're standing there.
I don't know the reference off the top of my head, but the bulls of Bashan are surrounding Jesus, that Psalm 22, and they cast lots for his vestment.
The bulls of Bashan, anytime in the Old Testament, we're talking about bulls.
We're talking about these princes.
The Feast of Tabernacles was a feast to say that God is not only the God of Israel, but God's also the God of the other nations.
And what do they do at the Feast of Tabernacles?
The Israelites?
They sacrificed 70 bulls at the Feast of Tabernacles.
Those are the princes of the nations.
And so they're at Jesus at the cross.
And even the New Testament, I think, 1 Thessalonians say, Had they known that death was the catalyst of salvation, these princes would not have crucified our Lord.
So once you get into that understanding the worldview, it's so fascinating.
It opens up so many avenues.
I want to ask you a relatively elementary question.
We'll go back to this.
Jesus said, As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the coming of the Son of Man.
So when he's about to return for the second time in all of his glory and might and power, it'll be like the days of Noah.
Does that mean that we will have physical giants roaming the earth again?
It could mean that.
I think what it more likely means is the mixing of DNA.
So the mixing of human and animal DNA is one thing that a non-canonical book says that the watchers were doing with their giant offspring were doing with humankind.
And again, we don't take the non-canonical books as scripture.
I do believe the 66 are inspired of God.
Let's keep one thing in mind as we talk about the inspiration and what ancient works do you talk about?
Keep this in mind.
Jesus himself calls something scripture that does not appear in the Bible.
This is Matthew chapter 22 and Mark chapter 12.
The Pharisees are trying to catch Jesus in a conundrum.
And they say, if a man marries a woman and he dies, and his brother marries her and he dies, all the way down to the seventh brother, whose wife is she in heaven?
Jesus responds, Know you not the scriptures, for they are as of the angels of the Lord in heaven.
They're neither married nor given in marriage.
Well, the Bible never says that.
There are ancient works that say that, and I'm not going to call them scripture, but just keep that in your mind that Jesus calls something scripture that we don't have in our Bible.
So, this worldview of the giant worldview makes so much sense.
And so, in the non-canonical books, they were mixing the DNA of animals and humans.
What do we see in the ancient mythologies?
What are the Egyptian gods?
The Egyptian gods are half animal, half human.
The Greek gods, the Roman gods, they're super powerful humans.
And so, I do believe that the Nephilim were mixing the DNA of God's creation.
And as further evidence, when God tells Noah to take clean and unclean animals on the ark, what is that?
Well, Levitical law, what we understand of clean and unclean animals, doesn't happen until 1800 years after the ark.
And so, I do believe that that is evidence that Noah was allowed to take corrupted animals onto the ark.
So, we as Christians, we have a very difficult question to answer.
We have a lot of difficult questions to answer.
And it's important that Christians know how to answer some hard questions.
So, one of the hardest: how do we as Christians answer sharks and Tyrannosaurus rex in a creation of herbivores?
In Genesis chapter 1, I believe verse 26, he created the beasts to eat the green herb.
So, how do we explain that?
Well, if the Nephilim are mixing the DNA and corrupting God's creation, that is an explanation as to how we got those fierce animals that became meat eaters.
So, definitely fascinating.
That is incredible.
Those fallen angels carry the seed to procreate.
And if they're spiritual beings, did they possess human beings or were they automatically transformed into human beings?
So, excellent questions.
Let's start with a few truths.
As Christians, do we believe that God created demons during the seven days of creation?
No, we don't.
God created a perfect world.
So, the demons had to get here somehow.
And earlier, I said, I don't believe that fallen angels and demons are separate or the same thing.
They are separate.
And so, we get into a non-canonical book that says, When the giants died in the war of the giants before the flood, and then the ones that were left over died in the flood, their spirits became the demons that roamed the earth to cause trouble with mankind and look for people to possess.
Well, scripture obviously talks about the demons who are walking through dry places trying to find a host.
But there's a reference, Acts 23, 28, says the Sadducees don't confess spirits and demons.
The Pharisees confess both.
So Acts 23 right there tells us that demons and angels are not the same entity, fallen angels.
So Satan is not a demon.
Satan is a prince of demons.
So how did they?
Well, first of all, Genesis chapter 6, verse 4, there were giants in the earth after the sons of God, the banana, hielohim in the Hebrew, came into the daughters of men and had giant offspring with them.
The main argument against this is people will say, well, those were humans.
That's the Sethite view, that these sons of God are good human sons of Seth, the generations of Seth.
Well, the generations of Seth view does not explain the global flood.
Why did God send a global flood to cleanse the earth of Seth's good children?
It also does not explain giant offspring, half angel, half human.
And so my biggest evidence that angels actually did take on physical form and impregnate human women is Genesis chapter 6, where it says that.
Now, non-canonical books give us a whole lot more information, but then we get back into scripture and there's so many verses that talk about these angels that are imprisoned in the pit.
Isaiah prophesies that Jesus will visit these spirits that make trouble in the days of Noah.
Jude chapter 1, verse 6, 2 Peter chapter 2, verse 4, and then 1 Peter chapter 3, verse 18, 19, and 20.
When Jesus dies on the cross, his body is in the grave, but his spirit is roaming the earth for three days.
And his spirit goes down into Sheol and He proclaims his victory over the spirits that made trouble in the days of Noah.
So scripture backs up these things that are happening.
So how angels took on human bodies able to do that?
Well, they did.
I don't know.
The science behind it.
What a fascinating book.
I just want to read through the chapters as go through.
And I love the fact that you have photos in here.
Obviously, say, you know, marginal mysteries interpretation of whatever it is, but they're in color as well.
I'm going to read through the chapters and kind of go what people are going to get when they get this book.
So chapter one is the divine council.
Chapter two, rise of the princes.
Then there's a multitude of stars, lords of the fallen, the veil between worlds, gateway of the gods, piercing the veil, the prince that was promised, the day of judgment, and then you have a conclusion.
I don't know about you, but it sounds like each one of those topics could be an entire book themselves.
Yeah.
I mean, this is incredible.
This is available through your website.
Tell us what it is again if somebody wants to go get this book.
Marginal Mysteries.com.
Mysteries.com, where we work through Southwest Radio Ministries and Prophecy in the News, J.R. Church's ministry.
And they're not just going to be able to get this book at marginalmysteries.com.
They're going to be able to get all of your other work as well.
Yes, sir.
And my upcoming works, too.
And he actually just showed us a cover for a book that you're probably in the process of writing right now.
Is that correct?
Yes, sir.
Mythologies Decoded.
Lord Willing will be my 2026 book, Mythologies Decoded, Echoes of the Bible.
And there is a whole lot more truth to our mythologies than a lot of folks like to admit.
And these stories we're seeing, these creation stories, these flood stories, these stories of the gods, are all echoes of the Bible.
We don't look at the Bible through the lenses of mythology.
It's the other way around.
We look at the mythology and the history through the lenses of the Bible.
Amen.
Friends, we'll be right back with Micah Van Hus.
I want to play a video from today's sponsor.

Hell Doesn't Exist? 00:14:11
Like, Mondo, I'm just kidding.
So we can continue to broadcast, so we can continue to broadcast the gospel of Jesus.
That's what it's all about.
Yeah, the questions weren't quite right, were they?
I want to dive right in.
Front, if you're watching this just now, go back to the first episode we taped with Micah Van Hus, and then you can watch the beginning from this one on video and demand on our PTL television apps.
We are going to dive into a deep subject right now.
There is a movement sweeping across the younger generation of the United States of America that says hell doesn't exist.
So Jesus talks about being cast into Gehenna, and metaphorically, it's a valley right outside of it, or literally it's a valley right outside of Jerusalem.
But Jesus talks about it as the lake of fire in the spiritual realm.
So hell is a topic that many Christians are confused about.
And there's a reason why Christians are confused about hell is because the early Masoretic texts take all the different words, different layers of hell, and they put it into one word.
They bundle it.
The English word hell.
The reality is, and we talk about it in here in the Gateways of the Gods chapter, where we talk about heaven, pyramids, ziggurats, high places, the Garden of Eden, different spiritual locations, Mount Zion.
But hell is actually three separate locations.
So in scripture, and we back it all up with scripture, Sheol, we'll say it's the top level, but Sheol is where the unrighteous dead go until the day of judgment.
Even the pre-Christ righteous went to Sheol in Abraham's bosom section of Sheol.
So in Sheol, you have Abraham's bosom, where anybody who died before Christ came went to the paradise of Abraham's bosom in Sheol, which is also Hades in the Greek.
You also have Abaddon, which is the bad part of Sheol.
We also have Tartarus, the abyss, the bottomless pit in Scripture.
2 Peter 2, verse 4 is the only time in Scripture where the original uses the word Tartarus.
Tartarus is where the fallen angels go, the angels, the watchers who made trouble in the days of Noah.
In Greek mythology, it's where the titans were sent, where the gods sent different angelic beings.
So we have Sheol for humans and demons.
We have Tartarus for fallen angels.
And then you have the lake of fire, Gehenna, that Jesus talks about outside of Jerusalem.
Nobody is in Gehenna.
So we're in a physical timeline.
I do believe the spiritual realm exists outside of our time.
But in our current timeline, nobody's in the lake of fire, Gehenna.
After the judgment is when the fallen angels and unrighteous humans will be cast into Gehenna.
And if Christians say, people who call themselves Christians say that hell is not real, then you don't believe the word of God.
The word of God needs to be your foundation.
It talks about after the judgment, the unrighteous dead being cast into eternal separation from God in the lake of fire.
So it's a fascinating study.
You know, I said demons go into the upper part, Sheol.
Demons, actually, I do believe, can transist between our realm and Sheol.
I say that because this is one of Derek Gilbert's topics in the second coming of Saturn.
And we get into what rises out of the pit in Revelation chapter 9.
And it's Abaddon, the angel, who rises from Tartarus, and then the locusts, which is a horde of demons.
And I don't necessarily want to get too far ahead, but so those are the different levels of hell according to scripture.
And it's a topic that a lot of Christians don't understand because the word hell is so generic and it's not really a word used in the original texts.
So there's different levels of judgment.
No, not levels of judgment, but holding places for different times.
See, these are the questions people have because we've heard is, you know, there's like a lighter layer of hell, a worse layer of hell.
Don't get me wrong.
Not levels of judgment.
Not levels of judgment.
The great day of judgment is a separator.
That's when the lake of fire happens and when the people who are in Sheol will be taken out of Sheol and put in the forest.
So eventually everyone will be, you know, the unrighteous or the fallen angels, all will be put into Sholi.
And the fallen angels and Satan himself will be put into the lake of fire.
Now, when we talk about the righteous dead in Sheol and Abraham's bosom, when Jesus dies on the cross, and we said earlier in 1 Peter chapter 3, Jesus goes down into Sheol and proclaims his victory.
This is the point where Jesus takes those out of Abraham's bosom.
He said to the thief on the cross today, you will be with me in paradise.
He takes those out of Abraham's bosom.
He goes over to Mount Hormon, which is the gates of hell according to, well, I mean, the grotto of Pan.
If you've ever been to the grotto of Pan, I have.
They called it the gates of hell.
Derek and Sher and Gilbert have a book about that.
Right.
And Jesus is called the gatekeeper.
He holds the keys to Hades and of the dead in Revelation chapter 9, I believe.
Jesus takes those righteous out of Abaddon or Abraham's bosom and he ascends to heaven from Mount Hormon.
He did that symbolically because Mount Hormon is where the watchers descended and rebelled.
So when we talk about Jesus reversing the curses, he does so at the rock.
Wow.
That's incredible.
You talk about heaven as well.
Can I ask you this question?
When we die, what happens to us?
I know we go to heaven, but when we die, do we automatically go into heaven or do we go into a waiting moment where we are going to be raised?
What the Bible talks about?
The direct answer is I don't know, but I've got speculation.
So do we, when we die, do we instantaneously wake up in paradise?
So I do believe that the spiritual realm is outside of our timeline.
God exists outside of our time.
God is not in the year 2025.
He is.
He's in all the years.
He is the alpha and the mega, the beginning and the end.
So he can insert himself into your life when you're two years old into 2,000 years into the past.
So the spiritual realm exists outside of our time.
Now, angels that are on the earth are bound by our time.
So if you are a physical being or a spiritual being on our earth, we know that from Daniel chapter 10.
Daniel prays, and then angel fights with the prince of Persia.
Michael the archangel comes to relieve him.
And so the angel gets to Daniel and says, I was sorry, I was delayed for 21 days.
I was fighting the evil prince of Persia.
So we do know the angels that are on the earth, our souls too, are bound by our timeline.
So I do believe that the spiritual realm exists outside of our time.
And so do we wake up in heaven?
If we are in stasis, state of unconsciousness, I would speculate that instantaneously you'll be in heaven.
George Washington will instantaneously be in heaven.
And both you and George Washington will look at each other and be like, oh, wow.
So that's a speculation.
I don't know, but are we held?
Obviously, the people who died before Christ were held in Abraham's bosom in a paradise feast.
And Jesus came and got them.
So we don't know the answer, but we can speculate about it.
Wow.
And I love that you say that because a lot of people, you know, say, well, this is this is fact because I came up with it.
You say, you know, this is opinion.
This is speculation.
And then you go back and say, well, this is the word of God where you can find that proven true.
This is all in your book right here, Angels Eternal War of the Princes, right?
So somebody orders this book right now.
They're going to be able to read in depth your studies on this.
And I just love the fact that you are friends with Derek and Sharon Gilbert.
You guys have seen Derek and Sharon Gilbert.
They're friends to the PTL television network, the Jim Baker family showed.
They have shows here on our network as well.
And we have, I think, probably every book for the last decade that they've had.
We've had them on to talk about it because each one somehow gets more interesting.
And I absolutely love that.
So Angels Eternal War of the Princes.
What inspires you to write?
Why continue?
U.S. Marine sniper, you were also in the Tennessee legislator.
You were eight years doing that.
And now you're writing books about fallen angels, Nephilim, God's Nephilim.
Politics.
You're writing it.
Exactly.
You're writing, you know, you're writing about Sheol and Hades.
Tell me, yeah, this isn't your typical political book.
Well, first of all, I don't care what people think from the political Micah Van Huss.
You know, I do what God told me to do, and we're going to move forward.
So this is what I believe God has called me to do, to study the mysteries of His Word.
And there's a lot of folks who don't like to talk about this stuff, and I'm not going to fault them.
I'm not going to fault a pastor who leads a flock of sheep.
Because if you're leading 200, 500, 1,000 people, and you start talking about this weird stuff, all of a sudden you get rumors in your church.
So I'm not going to fault pastors for not necessarily wanting to get into this stuff.
I do believe this is what God has called me to do, and I'm very passionate about it.
I love doing this.
So this job that I have, I work for Southwest Radio Ministries doing this.
I love going into work.
On Sundays, I'm like, I get to go to work tomorrow.
And the only other job was the Marine Corps overseas, where I was like, really liked what I was doing.
But, you know, this is one of those jobs where I'm just passionate about it and I love doing it.
And I'm going to do it for as long as God allows me to do it.
You ought to have this guy come to your church.
And you do the Bible quotes.
Well, do you do that?
Yeah.
So that's my question.
If somebody wanted you to come and minister, maybe at a conference or somebody wanted to come minister at their church Wednesday night, Sunday morning, would you do that?
I'm more than happy to.
I do maybe eight conferences a year or so.
Okay.
Travel around the country.
How does someone get a hold of you?
Obviously, we're not going to tell you your personal cell phone number, brother.
I almost did the other day my own cell phone number.
Yeah, yeah, so marginalmysteries.com is the hub.
It's got my Facebook link.
And if really, messages is your way, Facebook is the easiest one to message through, even though technically you message through all of them.
But marginalmysteries.com will take you to all of that.
Okay, marginalmysteries.com is also where you can go and purchase all of his work.
You can go support the ministry that he has as well as get all of his books.
Mono, you do a Wednesday night Bible study in Branson.
You go to different locations, which is incredible.
Is this something?
I mean, I mean, people are asking questions.
I know you get a lot of questions.
I tell you that the number one question outside of who is Jesus is this subject right here.
Yes, angels, Nephilims.
I'm going to take this.
I'm going to study.
Now, you have to understand, I've studied a lot of books from Dr. Michael Heisner.
He's been on the program, of course, other people, but I love learning.
And I recommend people to learn.
And let's have a discussion because, like yesterday, after finishing the Bible study, they wanted to know about Genesis 6.
People are hungry to know what is it all about.
And if you don't have the answers through the word, people are going to go to Google, they're going to TikTok, they're going to Instagram, and they're going to get information that is only clickbait.
But what does the gospel have to say?
There's a very short list of people that I trust with this type of subject.
You've been around the block.
You don't write books just to write, to sell books.
You write them because you want us to understand.
Listen, the majority of angels, why did God choose for them to be males?
Right.
And then why do we have a warfare of male, female?
You better have some answers because the world is hungry.
And this is a subject matter that everybody wants to know.
It gravitates.
It grabs people's attention.
You got to stop talking about the Bible like some fairy tale, Bible stories.
This word, it's so powerful that it transforms lives, not only yesterday, but today and forevermore.
The gospel is real.
Stop watering down the gospel to make it fit to your ideas.
It's a warfare type of book.
Amen.
Man, you recommend your own book?
I do recommend it, but I will not claim that this is truth.
This is my biblically based speculation.
What truth is, is this right here.
Come on.
And so, you know, you don't know Micah Van Huss.
You don't know what I've written other than what we've talked about, but I guarantee you that you need to have this as your foundation.
And I use this as my foundation.
And I will tell you when I'm speculating or when I'm citing a work that is not scripture.
And so it's imperative that we as Christians grow past the Sunday school stories.
Amen.
It's time that we as believers know the full word of God from Genesis chapter one to Revelation chapter 22.
I believe this is a book that will help you grow more in your knowledge of the word of God.
And whenever you grow in your knowledge of the word of God, what does that do?
It helps you have a better relationship, a better understanding with Jesus Christ, friends.
Make sure you have a relationship with him.
It's the most important decision you will ever make in your entire life.
If you need someone to pray the salvation prayer with you, call our number.
It's 1-888-988-1588.
What it'll do is you'll be able to call and one of our pastors will talk to you or we'll give you a call back and we'll walk you through that salvation prayer.
We'll help you find a good Bible-believing church in your area.
And we want to see you live in the fullness of what it is that God has for you.
I want to say thank you to those who support the network, who continue to, on a monthly basis, give a donation or those who give a one-time donation so we can keep the lights on.
We can keep our employees here on the cameras and writing questions and doing all the different things and allowing us to tell you Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.
To tell you that there is a plan and a purpose for your life if you have a relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Friends, we love you guys.
I want to say thank you to Micah Van Hus for being on with us.
It's an incredible time with him.
