Reverend's Global Ministry 00:02:21
Hello and welcome to the Jim Baker Family Show coming to you from the village of Morningside, USA, nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.
Today, our special guests are the founders of Grid Down Chowdown Beef Company, Jordan and Nace Roberts.
Our co-host today is Reverend Mondo Delevega.
And now, live from Gray Street at Morningside, USA, here's your host, Pastor Ricky Baker.
Hello, you're watching Jim Baker's PTL Television Network.
It is great you chose to tune in with us today.
Today, we have Jordan and Nace Roberts, founders of Grid Down.
Chowdown, how are you guys doing?
Do good, how are you?
Good.
And we have Reverend Mondo De la Vega.
Reverend.
Sometimes they add Reverend, sometimes they don't.
I guess it's all depending on how Mondo's acting that day.
No, I'm just kidding.
Hey, well, how's it feel, Mondo?
You've been traveling a lot.
You've been speaking across the country.
You were just in Washington, D.C. with our brother Joshua Giles at his conference.
Tell us about some of the things you've been up to.
You know, it's so interesting because I get a lot of speaking engagements that have to do with preparation.
It used to be about my testimony and whatnot, but today I get invited to talk about and minister about preparation, food preparation.
And yet, I am surprised that many people don't understand what that means.
Yet we have been talking about it for almost two decades now, and it tells you that we are at the forefront of where the conversation needs to be.
A lot of Christians today are finding ways to get prepared, but they're having a hard time finding products like the one we're going to be talking about today.
But I can tell you that all over this nation, people are starting to get prepared.
The church is starting to take notice.
And it's exciting because we are living in times that it's hard to understand.
Yet the Bible has told us about these things, Ricky.
I've been traveling all around the world, meeting partners and friends of this ministry and letting me know that they have ordered their grid down chowdown.
Amen.
And I know there's a pastor who came up to me and asked how they can get a hold of you.
Surveillance Capitalism Revealed 00:08:16
And I think I gave him your personal cell phone number, but for everyone else who wants to get a hold of you, talk about speaking engagements, how do they do that?
They can go to themondoshow.com and look for me there or social media, or they can call me.
All right, yeah, I was going to say, I'll give his number out.
So just call me.
But hey, you know, if you are ever questioning the times that we're living in, friends, I truly believe that we are living in our revelation days.
We're living where Matthew 24 says that we are at the beginning of birth pains.
And you know, CBN, they have an article about America being under surveillance.
Friends, I want you to watch this, and we're going to talk about a few other issues before we get into the primary topic of today's show.
But friends, America truly is under surveillance.
Watch this video from CBN News.
Many of us are under surveillance at this very moment.
No warrants are needed and no laws are broken.
The most obvious culprit is all the cameras.
And America has as many surveillance cameras per person as communist China.
Police departments from New York to LA are combining these cameras with facial recognition technology to track everyone.
You're also giving away your personal information about where you are, what you like, even about your mental health, without even realizing it.
Every click, purchase, and like is harvested and sold for profit by data brokers, feeding a growing digital advertising market that is close to $1 trillion in value.
Even your car tire sensors allow you to be tracked.
Byron Tao is the author of Means of Control.
A lot of that data ends up in the hands of data brokers, and those data brokers make that data available for sale to researchers, to marketers, to companies, and even to governments.
So it's very, very difficult to escape the kind of logging and surveillance that modern technology brings along with it.
It's being called surveillance capitalism.
The internet is now a prison.
It's a surveillance prison.
It is owned and operated by private capital.
They want access to our contacts.
They want access to our calendars.
Lots of app developers take that information and they suck it up.
They vacuum it up.
They know who your friends are.
They know where you go.
So that kind of information is available for sale.
Your data is also being sold to the police and the federal government.
A product called Fog Reveal allows police to create what are called patterns of life on a person and to possibly track them without a warrant.
The government is also continuing to use a backdoor in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act or FISA to spy on Americans, which is supposed to be illegal.
But what really bothers Dave Moss, the director of investigations at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, are all the license plate readers used by police.
This is one of the most pernicious and offensive technologies in the United States.
It is misrepresented to the public in such a way that people think it's doing one thing when it's actually doing another.
So for your audience, license plate readers are cameras that take a picture of your car and digitize the license plate, as well as other elements to it.
Your bumper sticker, the color, make, model, year, whether you have damage to your vehicle, and uploads that to a central database along with where your car was seen and when.
So a police officer can sit down at a computer and type in your license plate and see everywhere across the country that your vehicle was caught on camera, sometimes going back years and years and years.
A Duke University study found that data brokers are also selling lists of people with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, all harvested from medical apps and websites.
Constitutional attorney John Whitehead says this is all a clear violation of the Constitution's ban on unreasonable searches and seizures.
The Fourth Amendment's dead because on their phones and their laptops, they have all this information on you.
It's called predictive policing.
I don't care what the issue is that you care about.
It could be gun rights.
It could be the rights of Palestinians.
If you care about something, surveillance is going to harm your rights.
We asked the FBI if it's still buying the data of Americans.
It did not respond.
The question is: can Americans roll back the surveillance state when data harvesting is now such a large part of the economy and so little is being done to stop it?
You know what?
If 30, 40 years ago, we told people that data harvesting was going to be one of the largest economic growth things in the United States of America.
I think people would probably look at you like you were going to wear a tinfoil hat.
But data harvesting is one of our number one economic growth spots here in America right now.
As we turn in so many different ways, oil used to be the king.
Yet today, data is the new king.
And let me read this.
The data, according to Forbes, data is the new king, means that in today's digital age, information gathered through data is considered, listen to this, the most valuable asset.
This is important because everything that we're doing goes to understand how we as humans are going to react and interact with the new digital age that we're in right now.
Yet we are selling our freedom with free will.
Are we willing to risk that for the digital age?
Absolutely.
Why?
Because it's convenient, yet the repercussions that are behind the scenes, it's what's concerning because if the FBI, according to that report, is buying the data information from you or about you, then the decision-making behind the scenes is all about influence.
We have seen the political system use data to influence a vote.
Yet, what else are they going to use it for?
That's right.
We have to understand the digital age is not going anywhere.
It is here to stay.
It is changing our way of life.
But in return, the big price that we have to understand behind all this is: are we willing to give up free will for convenience?
And a lot of the times people are willing to give up their free will to be more comfortable.
It's sad we've seen that here in the United States of America.
We've seen it across the world.
You know, Mondo, across the world, people don't realize that wars are still being fought because we get to live in this bubble here in the United States where we might scroll past it on a social media website.
We'll feel bad about it for a couple of seconds, but then we'll move on to the next funny video, next thing that spikes the dopamine in your brain.
But this is why it opens the door to major cyber wars.
That's right.
Cyber warfare is a lot of people.
Hacking has become the new digital market in order to understand how to have decision making when it comes to fighting a new digital war.
Yet, a lot of friends from the Pentagon have said that over a thousand times a day they get hacked.
And I want to tell you something.
Every single day, everyday life gets hacked.
People are dealing with identity issues, identity theft.
And I want to tell you something.
It all has to do with how you're shopping, what you're searching, what you're Googling.
And I want to tell you something.
It is not going anywhere.
We have to be smarter than the circumstances that we're facing.
Yet, when data has become the new king, now you have to look into China.
Now you have to look into Russia.
Now you have to look into North Korea and our biggest enemy, Iran.
That's right.
Yet you have all these world nations looking at how America is spending money.
Yet you're wondering why a lot of these cyber wars are taking place, but it's taking place because we're giving up that free will when we go into Facebook, TikTok, Instagram.
We're giving away our information.
Then we're wondering why are we being targeted?
Yeah, people also wonder, like, how could they do this to me?
How could it me?
Ceasefire Agreement Uncertainties 00:03:36
Well, friends, that's why there are 65, 70, 80, 100 pages of terms and conditions that nobody's reading.
You're just scrolling down, you're pressing accept, but that's the reason they're all there.
They're letting you know they're brokering, they're selling, they're moving your data, friends.
But, you know, we're just, to be honest with you, as Americans, we've just kind of looked past the terms and conditions on most things.
But, friends, cyber warfare, I believe, is going to be the next big warfare, but there are still countries around the world fighting in traditional conventional warfare.
Israel is one of those right now.
Still, you know, Mondo, their land is being threatened every single day.
Their people are being threatened every single day.
And the world still has the ability to look them in the eyes and say, stop defending yourself.
Friends, I want you to watch this from CBS News.
There is a renewed fighting threat in Israel right now between Hezbollah and Israel.
Watch this.
Despite the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah, the back and forth violence doesn't appear to be going away.
The Israeli military says the militant group fired toward them in a disputed border zone on Monday.
Hezbollah says these were warning shots in response to what it is calling several Israeli violations of their truce.
The Israeli military says it launched attacks over the weekend on sites that had been used to smuggle weapons from Syria into Lebanon after the ceasefire agreement.
Raising questions about whether the reprieve is really an opportunity for Hezbollah and its allies to regroup.
Let's bring in Matthew Levitt.
The director of the Reinhardt Program on Counterterrorism and Intelligence at the Washington Institute.
Matthew, thank you for being here.
What does this back and forth mean for the ceasefire agreement?
Do you see it holding?
Lindsay, thanks for having me.
Look, we're going to see what happens with the ceasefire agreement.
There's 60 days before Israel has to withdraw, but Hezbollah is supposed to have stopped attacks immediately.
And the Lebanese armed forces are supposed to be coming in and not just occupying that space, but the ceasefire agreement makes it very clear there's supposed to be no space for Hezbollah.
There's supposed to be efforts to confiscate weapons, to confiscate positions, and we'll have to see if that happens.
Israel also made it clear to the United States that it wanted an understanding from us that if Hezbollah continued to act, if UNIFIL, the UN entity there and the Lebanese armed forces, failed to stop Hezbollah, that Israel would act in its own interests.
Do you think this ceasefire is an opportunity for them to regroup?
Look, if we allow them to regroup, they will regroup.
The ceasefire makes it clear what the Lebanese armed forces and UNIFIL are supposed to do, and they're supposed to make it so there's no space for this group to operate as a militia and a terrorist group.
What's unclear is if the other parties in Lebanon will be strong enough to be able to take on Hezbollah, to be able to assert sovereignty over the rest of the country, assert a monopoly over the use of force.
Hezbollah has been really kicked in the shins by the Israelis, but it still has thousands of operatives and thousands of small arms, and it will fight for its position in Lebanon.
Friends, the biblical point of view that we must continue to contend for, the one that we must continue to grasp onto, is that Israel is still the apple of God's eye, friends.
And we, as the Christian nation here in America, need to support our number one ally in the Middle East, which is Israel.
We know President Trump is a big supporter of Israel.
He made it known by moving their capital, something that Democrat and Republican alike for the last many generations said that they would do, but nobody ever did.
President Trump's Re-Election 00:15:49
President Trump did this.
We just saw President-elect Donald Trump get re-elected into office this last November.
What is your guys' initial thought on President Trump in 2025 for the next four years?
I mean, I think you saw a big difference from his last election to this election, to where all of a sudden you saw big names, big people, podcasts, Joe Rogan.
You had all these people now backing the person that was once hated.
Yes.
So you saw a big shift in Hollywood and with a lot of people that decided to go to Texas instead of from California.
That's right.
So it was very interesting to watch, to say the least.
I mean, whenever you saw the basically, she decided to leave and she said, why don't you guys go home and get some sleep, right?
And then he came up and then he had the president of the UFC come up and speak.
I mean, that was very different.
I mean, we've never seen something like that before.
So we are definitely living out history right now as we speak.
It'll be very interesting to see what happens.
That's right, Nace.
What do you think?
President Donald Trump 2025 is going to be in office for four years.
What do you think of this next four years?
What it's going to look like?
So I think a lot of us would go off of emotions.
And so we get a little scared.
We're like, okay, are they going to rig it?
But more importantly, you know, we're thinking about it.
It's like there's already prophecies of Trump getting elected again, right?
Yeah, we did see that many times.
And so when it happens, it's like, where's your faith, right?
I will say this, Mondo.
We saw this many times.
We saw so many prophecies of President Trump.
Even Kim Clement, we talked about him getting in twice.
And whenever he didn't get in back-to-back twice, people were saying, oh, well, the word must have not been accurate.
But we were saying now the word still was accurate.
Never did he say, you know, he'd get in consecutively.
He just said he would be in twice.
You know, so many people had come on this show even and said President Trump will be the next president of the United States again.
And it did happen.
Do you think this strengthens the faith community, the Christian community?
It should.
It should yet 2025, I believe, is going to be one of the hardest years that the president has to face because we are living in what the Bible calls a time of war, a time of famine, a time of natural disasters.
Yet there's no peace, there's no prosperity.
And if you ask me, where are we according to the book of Revelation?
I believe, Ricky, we are living in Revelation 6:3:4.
May I read it to you?
Please, yeah.
Please open up your Bibles at home.
We're sitting right here with our friends, and we're going to be talking about Great Down Chowdown, and everybody's getting ready for festivities and family coming over.
But I want to tell you something: don't forget that the Bible continues to move forward.
Amen.
Revelation 6:3 and 4 says, When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, Come.
Verse 4 now, and out came another horse, bright red.
Its riders was permitted to take peace from the earth so that people should slay one another.
And he was given a great sword.
We are living in a time where warfare 2025 is going to depend on how we deal with nations.
We are dealing with sheep nations and goat nations, but you have to have a wartime president to understand the type of season that we're in right now.
And the faith community needs to understand this is not the time to relax.
This is not the time to be still and think everything's going to be okay.
Things have gotten worse and is about to get even more turbulent in a time that when you see war and rumors of wars, you better stay steady, stay consistent, and understand the Bible prophecy is a respecter of no one.
Yet, prophecy is so important to understand who we elect to get us through the season that we're facing is going to be very radical, but it's time for the church to continue to pray and understand that this current administration is going in in a time like we've never seen since World War II.
That's right.
And, you know, I want to ask you, what kind of legacy do you think the Biden administration is leaving behind?
Well, I mean, I can go.
Yeah, I mean, just so breaking news, I mean, he just pardoned his son from very, very disrupting crimes.
Yeah, essentially 11 years' worth of crimes.
Yeah.
Of really inappropriate crimes.
That's right.
I mean, he gave our military equipment away.
I mean, I mean, there's lots of things that he did that I think it's going to take our nation years to recover from just from the amount of things that we decided that were acceptable.
You know, you saw the Bible talks about one day people are going to think wrong is right and you know, right is wrong.
That's right.
And we saw that grow exponentially from COVID till now.
Absolutely.
You know, you saw it at the end of Trump's administration as he was going out.
And all of a sudden, he just, it just ramped up.
And so we've went a long ways in four years.
It shows what the enemy can do in four years when the wrong people are running the country.
That's right.
You know, we have a message from Pastor Jim Baker, and this is an important message, one that we truly believe here at Morningstar Church: that we are supposed to be the people who the world turns to, Monda.
Whenever there's a disruption, whenever there's chaos, whenever there's turmoil, friends, we want the world to turn to the church.
Why?
So that we can point them to the cross that is Jesus Christ.
But Pastor Jim Baker believes this message, and we stand behind it as well: that we must have food and water prepared, that we are going to go through a time of tribulation, and we need to ensure that we as the church are amply prepared.
Watch this video from Pastor Jim Baker.
So, that black horse, the third seal, has a pair of balances in his hand, and you know that.
A day wages, you get a loaf of bread.
This is famine.
It's already coming around the world.
Millions are dying of famine, but this is next.
All of these things.
So, my number two point that God said, and it sounds like I'm repeating something I've been preaching for a long time, but God spoke to me again.
He said, Write it down.
Food must be stored along with water and filtration.
Springs of water will be more important.
So, if you go to move, make sure there's water there.
Make sure there's water.
You know what?
You can't live without water.
Why did God put it in the Bible that there's going to be a lack of these things?
Why did He put it that there's coming famine in the last days?
Why would God do that?
Because He wanted some watchman, some kooky watchman, to read it and believe it and tell you it's a mess, people.
Wait till you hear what the government's saying to us right now.
Think water.
I've got to get a sign made: think water.
Remember, it used to be think.
Remember, it used to say think.
Well, think water.
If you're going to buy a house, get one near water.
If you can get a spring in the backyard, that's better yet.
We've got about 10 springs in the valley here, but we have a big spring right here.
We have wells here.
We're trying to do more.
I just wish I could get a few more people with vision.
We need vision, not division.
You need vision.
Why would it hurt to have a backup for power and electricity?
God spoke to me, number three.
Number two, food must be stored.
Water must be important.
Think water.
You need filters and all any way that have water.
The Lord spoke to me: this is the last season to get prepared.
When I say season, I don't mean spring or fall.
I mean the period of time.
This is the season.
This is the time.
So this is part of point two and three and four.
And point four: prepare for your family and loved ones.
Lack of food is coming.
Don't forget grandma and grandpa and grandkids.
God's speaking to me this again in the middle of the night because we don't do it.
We haven't taken care of the family.
Churches must prepare for members and outreach to the lost.
That's right.
It is going to be an outreach to the lost.
Wando, you know, this is a message that hasn't just come up overnight.
Since Hurricane Katrina, even slightly before that, Pastor Jim has been focused on preparing the church and prepping to ensure that we have what's necessary to provide for the world.
Even all the way back to Y2K.
That's true.
Yeah.
Most 2000.
We weren't thinking about preparing, yet Pastor Jim was preparing during Y2K.
And I want to tell you something.
I want to ask the two of you because we're living in a time that many people are not preparing.
Yet, what concerns do you guys have in a time where President Trump has been elected, yet a lot of Christians, a lot of people are sitting back and going on neutral?
Is it a time?
Is it a time right now to stop preparing?
No, and that was one of the things we wanted to talk to people about, our brothers and sisters, because we see it all the time.
And, you know, they say there's nothing new under the sun.
And Christians have this ability to get distracted and to get comfortable and to think things are okay because a good man or what they believe is a good man is office.
I'm not saying he's not a good man, right?
But the way that I approach this election is that whenever I was voting, I was voting for God.
I was voting for his standard, his law, his truth, and I was voting for life, right?
Because we have to understand that there's no man that's going to fix this.
It doesn't matter who he is unless his name is Jesus.
Amen.
Right.
So we can't get comfortable and think that everything's going to be okay because the person we wanted in office is in office.
Right.
Amen.
And so now, let's just say hypothetically, we got a good four years ahead of us.
Now is the time to be diligent, to be preparing for the things ahead.
Because if you wait and you squander this time that we have of hopefully peace and prosperity and abundance, then we're going to be scrambling again when something else happens or calamity happens.
And even if, even if everything goes the way we want it to, God's plan is still going to be fulfilled.
And we see what's in the end of the book.
He's not going to be able to stop it.
It's coming.
It's just the amount of time.
And I heard someone talk about the other day.
God's only been gone for two days, right?
We're on the second day.
Good news is, is that great things happen on the third day, right?
So, but he's only been gone for two days.
A thousand years, one day, or to him is like a thousand years on here.
So he's only been gone for two days.
People are like, why is he taking so long?
He just left.
That's right.
And I often think about this.
If Noah would have started building the ark whenever the rain started falling, it would be a much different story.
I mean, there's, you know, some people say it took 80 years.
Some people say it took up to 120 years.
But there was diligence in preparation.
That's why the world walked by that and they mocked him.
And they said, why are you building a boat for something that has not happened?
But he was still diligent because he knew the Lord had told him to prepare.
Mondo, if he would have started, you know, putting together the woods, cutting down the logs, trying to get everything bound together when the rain started falling, that story would have ended up so much different.
Friends, that is why we believe in preparation.
If Joseph had the dream of the good seven years and the bad seven years and he said, you know what?
I'll just wait until the bad seven years are here and then we'll figure it out.
It would have also been a completely different story.
I believe that's why you guys believe in preparation so much.
For those who are watching right now, what is Grid Down Chowdown?
Why did you create this company and what do you want it to do for the body of Christ?
At the time that we came across, it wasn't even a Grid Down Chowdown.
It was during a time of the pandemic.
You couldn't get toilet paper to save your life.
People were arguing over toilet paper.
You know, you go to Costco and you get kicked out because you didn't have a mask.
There was a meat rationing going on, so you couldn't buy all the meat that you wanted to, right?
So we found ourselves in a spot of urgency where we weren't actually prepared ourselves as a family.
We weren't prepared.
And at the time, my dad had been saying for years, we need to start doing something.
Someday we need to do something.
I've told you guys before that there's a Saturday Sunday, but there's not a someday.
You know, that's just like hopeful dreams that are never acted on.
But his spirit was telling him something, right?
Problem is we never actually did anything about it except for we moved to the country at the time, right?
So we had land, we had water, like your dad was saying, you know, we're right next to a creek and right next to a river.
Great things, right?
We have the ability to farm.
We're three generation farmers out there and stuff.
So that's good.
But we didn't have any stockpiles of anything.
We didn't have a storehouse of stuff.
And so we're like, we have to figure out something.
And if we squander this time now, shame on us.
Yes.
Right.
And so we're like, we did what people do, and they go buy a big lay down deep freeze and they fill it up with meat.
And then the first time the power goes out, we're like, uh-oh.
Yeah.
You got to keep it frozen.
Houston, we got a problem.
That's right.
Right.
So even if you have generators, at some point you're going to run out of gas or you're going to, or the sun, or it's going to be cloudy, you know, if you have solar generators, right?
And so we started looking up how can we preserve meat?
How can we preserve food long term?
And that's how we came across freeze-drying.
And so when we came across freeze-drying, that was simply us trying to take care of our family.
It wasn't until other people started approaching us, friends, family, colleagues.
We're like, how do I get some of this?
How do we get a hold of this?
Can I pay you?
And we're like, well, maybe we're kind of short-sighted.
Maybe we need to be bringing this to our brothers and sisters, bringing it to the church.
And it wasn't, you know, when we got on the show the first time and your dad had talked about, I've been looking for this my whole life.
That's right.
And I was like, I was like, holy cow, how awesome is it that you just, you're doing life and then God puts you right in the middle of a need.
You know, he makes you part of an answer that people are looking for.
And that's pretty powerful whenever you're seeing, like, you feel like maybe God's not working and he's not doing.
And the whole time he's in control of everything.
Amen.
And we have to see this for the need.
This is meat that is essential for everyday use, correct?
Yeah.
Now, most people, when they look at this type of meat, they only think about emergencies and whatnot.
But we got some items on the table that our staff prepared.
Did you make these, Mondo?
No, I wish I can say yes.
I'm not going to lie on national television, but I want to show people what you can do with the recipes that are going to be.
Let me put that camera over here because I want to get a close-up shot.
Let's get that one over here.
I just want to get a close-up shot of this.
Look at that.
Misty, she works with us.
She is, I mean, honestly, she's one of the people who make this ministry go around.
Perfect Burgers: Go Ahead and Try 00:11:45
She actually at her own home last night made all this.
Mondo, how does it taste?
I'll let you chew actually a little bit before I make you answer that.
Or else we'll sound that's good, isn't it, brother?
So what is that we're eating?
I know you guys have a meatball recipe on your website, as well as some other things.
So tell us that too.
I mean, this is good.
While we look at all this, why did you provide recipes for people?
It's one, it's not dehydrated.
It's freeze-dried.
And so the difference is dehydration, you still have to have preservatives, right?
Which is chemicals at some point.
Beef jerky.
I mean, there's tons of sugars.
There's tons of preservatives.
Yes, salts.
Ours is, if you grab that bag.
Let me look at it.
And just read the ingredients.
The ingredients, one ingredient, beef.
Just beef.
American beef.
That's right.
It says, yeah, 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef.
And it tastes so good.
And so it's kind of new.
We're telling people this isn't new technology.
This is stuff that they've done in the past.
They've done for astronauts.
But we've created for raw products of ground beef.
Some people, people say ground beef, they just instantly think hamburgers.
And so we have, we're about to release about, it's about 300 pages of recipes.
And so Misty did a great job.
There's meatballs.
There's little meatloaf.
Yeah, they're little meatloaf sliders.
And then we're going to do hamburgers.
You can do tacos, nachos.
I mean, be creative with it.
Once you bring it back to life with just 10 ounces of water, you're going to cook whatever you can cook with it.
So any way that you can use regular ground beef, you can use this.
Yes.
Yeah, the whole idea was, one, it was always designed for our family first.
So out of selfish ambition, I wanted not chili for the rest of my life.
Right?
So I wanted to cook a medium rare hamburger if I wanted to.
If it was the last hamburger I ate, you know, I wanted it to be right.
Why not do it the way that we can do it?
It's not pre-cooked because you lose all the minerals.
You lose all the nutrients.
You lose a lot of the nutrients.
You lose a lot of the health benefits, the vitamins, all that stuff.
So this way, once you rehydrate it, which you just put 10 ounces of water back in it, it brings it completely back to life.
Blood, the fat, everything in just 10 to 15 minutes, right?
So, one, it's healthier that way.
Um, and so if we are living in the end times, I at least want to enjoy my food.
That's right, yeah, yeah, there's a man.
I call it comfortable food for a reason.
Well, hey, we have a video on how to use this, and I want to play this for you right now as the brothers go over there.
I think you guys are going to make some hamburgers live for us so we can see what it looks like.
We'll make whatever you want.
But I want you to watch this real quick: how to use this freeze-dried beef.
Yeah, free trace.
Hey, guys, we got this grid-down chowdown, grass-fed, grass-finished, freeze-dried raw beef.
And I want to use it for dinner tonight.
First step, let's rehydrate it.
All right, so let's open this up.
So you can see everything inside is vacuum-sealed.
We're going to open that up and remove these preserving packets.
So inside, this is our raw beef that has been freeze-dried.
Break it up into a bowl.
It's really easy to break up.
You just want to break it up in a few pieces.
Makes the water a little bit easier to absorb as it's rehydrating.
There you have it.
Next step, we just need to get enough water to cover our meat.
Okay, we've got two to three cups of cool water here.
We're simply going to pour it over our meat until it's fully submerged.
All right, it's been just over 10 minutes.
You can see the blood and the fat have really come back to life, are fully rehydrated.
If we grab a piece of meat, it's really tender.
The next step we're going to do is drain the excess water.
All right, we just have a colander here.
I'm going to pour that water through.
Now you have raw beef.
All right, we're going to use our grid down, chowdown, freeze-dried beef.
We just rehydrated it.
Let's make some tacos.
All right, I'm standing over here with you guys.
We were just talking about this.
When somebody gets this to their home, walk us through step by step.
What will it look like?
Will it be this package?
Will it be that package?
How is it going to look?
And then let's go ahead and break it down, what they can do with it.
Yeah, so depending on what you order, if you order just a four-serving, it's going to come in a package like this, right?
Okay.
If you order like a 12-serving and up, they'll all be in packages like this.
So there's three four-serving packages.
Is there any difference to the amount of time that it can be stored for per the package?
No, because when you open up, when you open up this 12-serving here, I left it unsealed.
One, you'll get a steps to salvation guide in every single one that goes out.
Amen.
And then here, what you have is each individually sealed packages of four servings.
So once you, and we did this because a normal family of four or whatever will do a pound, right?
That's right.
And so we did it to where you could seal this back up and just put it in there.
It's still going to give you the 10 to 15 years storage life there.
Perfect.
Whenever you get this, Nase, I'll let you have this one.
You can go ahead and use that as an example.
But you'll just open it up.
And then he'll go ahead and break this up into smaller pieces and put it in a bowl.
And this will work for nachos, right?
So you break it up into like one inch sections and they'll just cover it with water.
Now, if you're going to make a burger like we already have rehydrated here, what I do is I put it in like a baggie.
So like just a normal.
It's like a sealable bag.
Yeah, just like a cork baggie or whatever.
And you'll just put the 10 ounces of water in it.
You'll break it all up and there should be no water left to drain.
But if you're going to make like nachos or something like that, this is perfectly acceptable and will be really fast.
Perfect.
But if you're going to do the burgers, you got to do it kind of like I said.
You put it in a bag, you put the 10 ounces of water in it, and it'll be fully rehydrated.
There'll be nothing to drain out because when you drain it all out, you lose some of that secret sauce that keeps it all stuck together.
So I have a question.
Someone's in an emergency situation, or if they're maybe camping, something like that, could they just cut this, break it up, and then rehydrate it inside of this bag?
Exactly.
So you can rehydrate it in the package that it comes in.
Exactly.
So if you're out in the wild or camping, just use the bag that it came in.
Perfect.
So it's already there.
And then, so what are you doing?
You're just pouring water on top of it.
Yep.
For this, does it matter how much liquid I use, how much water that I put back on?
Not at this point.
So if you're just doing nachos or ground beef or tacos, you don't have to worry about that.
You can just cover it and let it sit.
So only if you're making like burgers, if you're right specifically, that's when you want to add a space.
And then you don't want to do like burgers or meatloaf or meatballs.
You want to do it like I like I prepared this.
It's on the back of here.
Okay, so when someone gets this, it'll be on the back of the package.
So let's say like me, I, you know, I hear something once, then I get the package and I say, man, I really wish I paid attention to the attention to the instructions.
It'll be on the back of the package.
Right.
So you already have this hydrated over here.
This one is hydrating right now.
He's broke it up into a bunch of what'd you say about like quarter size pieces or so?
Quarter size.
Yeah, bite-sized pieces.
And then the good thing about this is when you do the freeze-dry process, you're taking all the water out at an extreme pressure with under extreme cold conditions.
And so it can only absorb what you took out.
So you can't overlap.
So you can't waterlog it.
You're not going to waterlog this.
And so what you're going to do, what we did here, it's going to be kind of hard to show, but what we're going to do here is...
Yeah, here, I'll tilt it if I can jump.
I'll get it as close as I can.
And so we're just going to let it rehydrate and then we'll just drain it out for excess.
So we have that right there.
So someone can take this, they season it as they want.
Now, you know, people will ask the questions: can you season it normal?
Does it have to be a certain way?
Can you not salt it?
Can you not put what you want it, or is it going to be used in any conventional way like that?
So we don't pre-season stuff onto it.
So you don't pre-salt it.
No, it's just completely raw.
So people can prepare it however they want to their taste.
So what part of the, you know, these are questions we have received.
What part of the cow goes into this?
Is it specific parts that you guys are purchasing and then grinding up to be the green, the ground beef, or what part of the cow is going into it?
So this is this is, you know, a lot of times it's just like the leftover cuts that aren't the prime cuts.
Yes.
And so this is all the prime cuts.
It's going to be the tenderloin.
It's going to be the ribeye.
It's going to be the New York strip.
It's going to be all those things.
So it's going to be all the great cuts plus all the other cuts.
And so basically.
So this is like a steak burger.
There's a big difference between this and stuff you buy at Walmart from New Zealand.
Yes.
I was going to say 100%.
Those are the leftovers after all the prime stuff has been cut out.
So let's go ahead and open some burgers.
I know Mondo's over there.
I can hear him back behind me saying, where's the burger at?
Hey, and I don't have gloves.
Is there any way that we could get some paper towels afterwards?
Oh, yeah, they'll bring them over here.
Perfect.
Do you mind eating up?
Oh, brother.
I do not care.
I've seen you wash your hands, so we're all good.
This is how people at home will be preparing it.
So they just want to see it.
And so if you want to, I'll just salt it afterwards.
Nice, if you want to just get the salt.
Yeah.
Just regular preparation of this.
Mondo, when someone's ordering online, I just want to give them the instructions so they can see where they go.
It's the affiliate program, or they can go or call our number, anything like that.
Absolutely.
You can go to the website, jimbakershow.com, or you can give us a call, 1-888-988-1588.
When you go to the website, you want to visit the affiliate page, freeze-dry raw beef.
This is something amazing, but you're going to go to the grid down, chow down affiliate page, and you can get four servings, 12 servings, 24 servings, 36 servings, 48 servings, or 96 servings.
Remember, the key is to become a subscriber every single month.
Get your subscription in because that will move you all the way to the top of the line to make sure that you get your order right away.
And if you want to just be a regular consumer, meaning that you just want to order one or two, then it's going to be a little bit longer wait.
But when you go to the website, jimbakershow.com, make sure to visit the affiliate page, GridDown, ChowDown.
If not, we can talk to you.
And all you have to do is call us right now, 1-888-988-1588.
Awesome.
Hey, didn't talk about that because we had had subscriptions and then there were no longer availability for subscriptions due to the overwhelming response, which is a great thing because that means people are getting prepared.
But as per the right before we started taping today's show, I believe you told me that subscriptions are now open again for another wave of people to join.
So subscriptions are open again.
And the way it works is when you order it, we ship out your order.
And then every recurring month, the first of the month, we get your order ready and we ship it out within the five days.
Perfect.
Now, regular orders, the way it works is we're not storing this stuff on our shelves for a couple of years.
It's made to order.
So when you're placing an order, it's on the website.
It's bright red.
Made to order.
Made to order.
So it's fresh to order to maximize the life of it, the quality of it, and the freshness of it.
Okay.
And so when you place an order, so let's say you bought stuff today.
So I go today, I place my order on the website.
I'm just doing a one-time order.
I did the 96 servings.
You're saying made to order.
Explain.
That means it's just being freeze-dried to order.
You have this beef in the freezer somewhere?
Genetically Modified Grain 00:03:42
Or how does this work?
No, so we're going to call our guy, our farmer, and saying, hey, you need to butcher these cows or he has them in the process.
And when the meat's done, then we're taking that whole cow and starting the whole freeze-dried process.
Well, that's incredible.
Made to order.
I mean, people don't realize that.
That is incredible.
This isn't sitting on a shelf for three, six, nine months up to a year.
This is made to order.
Like you said, they're calling their farmer when this order is placed, the one-time orders, and then they're going and they're processing it.
And I want people to make sure to know that this is a 10 to 15 year shelf life, grass-fed, grass-finished.
Now, what's the difference on that?
What is so important?
When you look at grass-fed, grass-finished, you know, they're not going to have GMOs.
So that's a genetically modified thing, right?
And so when you do that, their bodies don't know how to process it.
And I'm not going to go into the technicalities of it, but a lot of times they have to give them even like anti-acid stuff for them to process all those things that they're giving them because their stomachs are getting tore up, you know?
And when you look at a cow, they have three stomachs, so they automatically ferment their food, which helps take out some of that stuff.
But at the end of the day, you are what you eat.
That's right.
So whatever they're eating and we're eating, it gets passed along.
So we don't want them to be eating some kind of genetically modified, whether it's an oat or grain or corn or whatever, because their bodies don't know how to process it.
And that can cause sickness and disease when your body doesn't know what to do with it.
And so these are raised just how God intended them to.
They're just in the field, in the pasture, eating grass.
And so they don't get put in a feedlot and then fed all this cows.
So you're not getting a bunch of grain, a bunch of corn, a bunch of things that are sprayed with ingredients we can't pronounce to keep them preserved for years on end.
You're saying these cows are out in the field grazing essentially how God intended them to be grazing.
And then they're doing that up until the point of butchering.
Is that right?
Exactly.
See, that's amazing.
I mean, people don't realize the kind of stuff.
And let's talk about that.
Let's we can break that down.
I know I left you guys your notes over there, but what are some of these things that they're putting into meat that people maybe don't know about?
Well, whenever you look at farmers and what they do to get a higher yield, they genetically engineer these things to be able to have Roundup and stuff like that in the grain.
So when cows eat all this grain, they're getting a lot of that Roundup, you know, because now the grain and the wheat and all that stuff, the corporate.
Because that's chemicals.
Is now either one, they can resist all these chemicals so they can put herbicides, pesticides, whatever, and the corn still grows like a weed, you know, it still just grows, but all that stuff's getting sprayed on it, right?
And so, out in the field, there's not going to have any chemicals, any pesticides, any herbicides, anything like that.
So, these are the healthiest cows you can get.
Wow.
And what else is they're putting in meat nowadays is, and it kind of goes in everything.
I tell a lot of people, everything's spiritual.
Yes.
Like, whatever situation you go in in life, it's spiritual, no matter what.
So, now they're putting plastics in meats.
They're putting microplastics, that's right.
You got micro plastics, 3D printing, right?
And then also, they're doing proteins, insect proteins.
Oh, yeah, we are seeing that.
We saw an article saying that, you know, from one pound of beef, you know, you get X amount of protein, but why eat the one pound of beef when you can eat 13 pounds of grasshoppers?
And it gives you the exact same amount of protein.
You know, we're living in a world where they're telling us to abstain from certain foods, which God has blessed, God put on the earth so that we can do it.
People Using Fly Leaf 00:03:10
I think 1 Timothy chapter 4 talks about that.
You know, it says that they're going to tell you to abstain from marriage.
Friends, that's the culture we're living in right now.
They're going to tell you to abstain from certain foods, which God has blessed for us to eat.
Friends, they're doing that right now.
And it says that people will be listening to a doctrine of demons in these last days we're living in.
Friends, if you don't think we're living in the last days, I encourage you, go read the entire New Testament and figure out where we are.
Specifically, read your Matthews, read your Lukes, read your Marks, read your Timothy's, and then, friends, read the book of Revelation to really see where we are.
That's why we believe the message which we believe today.
And, friends, you guys are all about preparation of the church.
Let's say there's a church who wants to get involved.
They want to ensure that their congregants are going to be happy, healthy, fed during any type of, you know, let's say it's even a natural disaster.
They're going to be able to take care of people.
How can a church get a hold of you guys and order this in maybe a larger bulk than just the 96 servings that you offer for a regular consumer?
Yeah, so they can call either you guys, right?
Because we're affiliated with you guys, or they can call us and let us know, you know, how they heard about us and we'll figure it out what we need to do.
And I mean, our whole call to action for churches are one is stock up your, stock up your pantries.
And we're having churches do this now.
They're like, hey, can you give me, you know, 500 pounds of meat?
You know, we had somebody the other day wanted 10,000 pounds to take to Taiwan for the church.
Wow.
So that's possible.
Yeah.
That's possible.
Okay.
So that wasn't a conversation where you're like, hey, man, we can't do that for you.
No, no, yeah.
Okay, so we're going to figure out.
I just want to make sure.
So people are taking this and they're using this even as an even, you know, a tool that they can go out and spread the gospel with.
If you're going to different countries, you can fly with this.
Actually, I know for a fact you can fly with this.
I've flown with it before.
There's no issue with it there.
And then you guys also went, you were in North Carolina.
You guys take this pretty well everywhere you go because that's how you guys show in some people up in North Carolina.
You left some with our good friend Julie Pig so that they can try it.
They can test it.
You guys really stand by this product.
You really believe what you preach.
And you guys know that we are truly living in those end days and the churches need to prepare.
Isn't that right?
Right, exactly.
Amen.
No Mondo, that's 1-888-9881-588.
And I think our subscriptions, like you just said, are reopened.
And those are like a limited number of subscriptions, right, that you can do.
So you just opened it up so a few more people can join that subscription.
So we only open it up for the amount that we can handle.
So as we grow and we scale, we'll add the availability for more subscribers to come in.
And, you know, we have it.
We have it at any price point.
So anyone that wants to get in and wants to start prepping, they don't have to buy the 96 servings.
They could just start off with the four servings and every month just start accumulating that.
It just shows up on your doorstep like Amazon Prime.
You don't have to go to Walmart or go to anything like that.
And, you know, the best thing about it is, you know, we thought that this was only going to be a prepper product, a Christian doomsday product.
And we found out that people were so concerned about what's in their meat, they knew what wasn't in ours.
Why Replace Ground Beef? 00:11:22
And that made them like, well, I'm just going to replace all the ground beef that I buy every week at the grocery store for this.
And it's not going to go bad in my fridge if life gets busy and my kids have soccer games or basketball games or whatever, and I forget to cook it.
It's sitting in your pantry.
So it's always good no matter what.
So you just add water to it.
So a lot of people have really started transitioning to this.
And you know, the co-ounder, the co-owner of Polyface Farms, a best-selling author, had this to say about a trend where consumers are now buying for quality and not necessarily quantity.
I want you to watch this.
You know, the interesting thing about food prices, there is a growing interest in, I'm just going to say, eating better, wellness foods.
The social dysfunction of our time is driving people to want to buy better, to buy different, to buy more nutrient density.
And so the demand for things like, you know, raw milk and pastured poultry and grass-finished beef and compost-grown tomatoes has never been higher.
And so along with price, I mean, shoppers have always shopped on based on price, but more and more now, price is becoming secondary to quality.
Yes.
Price is becoming secondary to quality.
I mean, that is the truth, Mondo, because so many people are living a very sick life due to the types of foods.
Like I know for a fact, and we can get into kind of how deep you want to get into it, but your family eats a very strict diet lifestyle.
They ensure that they're eating healthy foods, not foods that are processed, you know, covered in GMOs, foods that are, you know, vaccinated, things like that.
You guys are eating very clean food, but it's for your health.
Yeah, absolutely.
And a lot of people are dealing with kidney disease.
People are dealing with diabetes.
I mean, so many different issues that people's diets today have changed from the last 20 years.
Yet today we have a better option.
And one of the keys is to have a better quality lean meat.
I want to make that clear because this type of beef that we're offering today is something that you're going to desire more than anything.
Because most meats today, guys, help me with this information.
Look at that burger.
I want to show this burger before we keep going.
But look at the size of that beef right there.
I'm going to take this off.
You did such a great job.
You should own your own restaurant one day.
But look at that beef.
That right there looks juicy.
It does not look dry.
It's something that you can prepare at home.
It's something that on the go, whatever you need it to use it with, it is available for you.
But one thing you have to understand: this is an American company.
Yes.
This is an American beef.
Most beef today that are being shipped into America are coming from overseas.
We don't know what they're doing with the meat.
This is not some type of conspiracy.
This is just information that is available for you.
But when you understand where that beef is coming from, you can know and have that peace of mind, guys, to understand that people's diets have changed.
Yet, tell me about the quality of this beef.
Why is it so lean?
When you cook it, it doesn't have all the messiness that most beef have.
Tell me about that.
Yeah, you know, you almost don't have to strain it.
You know, a lot of people will strain their stuff and try to rinse it off, but our cows are so lean that there's not even hardly any fat there because they're organic.
I do carnivore a lot, so I want people to look at how juicy that is.
And I know Mondo likes his medium rare, so I left it for him like that.
Look at that.
Oh, my God.
Can you take a look at that?
Show and tell.
So, one thing you mentioned over there is other things that they put in the meat is a lot of water, right?
Yeah.
Because they sell the meat by weight.
So they inject it with water, right?
And so our meat usually stays about the same size.
I don't know if you ever cooked bacon or sausage.
It's reduced because you're cooking all the water out.
Yeah, you're dehydrating it almost.
Yeah, you're taking all the water out.
So this is important.
I want you to talk to somebody with just a few minutes left in the broadcast.
Can we just quickly go over the process one more time?
So people may be saying, what is this?
How can I use it?
And then how can they get it?
Right.
So freeze-dried beef, not dehydrated.
It goes through a freeze-drying process where it goes to extreme cold temperatures and then you take out the water, right?
And so that's all that it is.
So your main factors on food preservation is light, oxygen, and water, right?
So we're removing all the oxygen, you know, removing all of the water, and then we put it in a black mylar bag.
So those are the three things that are going to help keep this alive for longer.
And so whenever you want to represerve it or rehydrate it, you just add water to it and brings it completely back to life.
Blood, fat, everything.
So you have all the original nutrients still there, still intact.
The way you can use this is anything that you normally make with ground beef that you get from the store, you can make with our beef.
It's not predestined for nachos or for chili.
Or just a burger.
Yeah.
Yeah, but if we made burger patties, you could do that.
But a lot of this stuff comes pre-cooked.
So it's already cooked for you.
So you're not going to put those things back together and make a hamburger patty.
True, true.
It is nachos or tacos.
That's what it is going to be.
And they say, how did they buy this?
So yeah, you can go to the Jim Baker show, click on the affiliate link.
Or if you go straight to our website, which a lot of people kind of do that as well, make sure you put in the coupon code JBS.
So they can, one, if you do the coupon code, they get a discount.
Two, if they subscribe and save, they get another discount.
So it's free to sign up, free to cancel.
They can add to their orders, their subscriptions anytime they want, and they're going to get it the first of the month.
Amen.
A lot of other things we tell people is, you know, we have a lot, your people, your customers, your supporters are awesome.
They are partners as well.
And so I just tell them, like, hey, once you rehydrate it, you know, if it's a family of one, there's some windows, there's some families, there's some, you know, if they're wherever they're at, if they want to just cook one burger, that's fine.
But I said, just rehydrate it and just put it in the fridge like you normally do.
And if you're going to cook it in the next five days, then cook it, right?
It's the same, it's real beef.
That's what it is.
That's what's on the ingredients.
And if you want to cook it in the next month or two, put it in the freezer.
That's right.
So it's you rehydrate it, bring it back to life.
You're going to cook it the same that you do any ground beef.
Amen.
I want you to watch this video from a man named Larry about Grid Down Chowdown.
Take a look at this.
Hello, I'm Jordan, and this is my brother.
And I'm Nase, and we're the Grid Down Chowdown.
And this is Larry, who is a local rancher that we've partnered with.
Now, Larry, you've been ranching for over four generations, is that correct?
That's correct.
I'm third generation.
My son's fourth generation.
And I've got some grandkids that are fifth generation.
I've been here for quite a while.
Yeah.
All right, now, Larry, your cattle is grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised, just like God intended them to be.
Yes, because I want to know what's in that animal before it's been fed.
And so the only way to do that is for us to keep it all natural, just like God has done it for years and years and years, thousands of years.
How has partnering up with us helped you and your range?
Well, it's allowed us to develop a market that we didn't have before when it can get directly to the consumer, and that's great.
And just remember, more importantly, with every package that you buy, we put a salvation track in there.
So from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for allowing us to do what we believe that God has us here to do.
And just remember, God loves you.
He really does.
Amen.
Oh, my God.
Larry, he's one of the farmers.
Whenever you're going, Monday, you already ate that whole burger.
I was actually shocked at that.
That was good.
If I was you, I would call right now.
1-888-988-1588 and get filled up like I just did.
I was going to say.
This is great quality meat.
Guys, unbelievable.
My head.
I got to give you a hand for that because you're not going to find any quality meat like this anywhere else.
You guys have done this for the Jim Baker Show for partners for you.
Go to the website, jimbakershow.com or call, get your order in.
What a way to start Christmas.
That's right.
The party has started.
Andrew, I have a question for Mondo.
And so that little package right there, that's four servings, right?
And so Mondo just had one serving.
Wow.
So it's one service.
I feel good.
I feel filled.
There's three more here if you need other things.
We're in between shows.
That's right.
Well, I just want to ask you guys, with just two minutes left of the broadcast, what other products do you guys plan on adding to your line in the future?
I think the one that has our eye the most right now is raw eggs.
That way people can do recipes and stuff like that.
It's going to be raw.
You can make omelets.
You can make scrambled eggs.
You can make baking dishes.
Yes, exactly.
We're going to talk about eggs on the next program.
We got some news that are going to be shocking.
Yet God is always with the solution.
I will reveal to my prophets.
That's us.
That's you.
Before he tells anything and does anything, he reveals it to his prophets, his servants.
Amen.
You guys put a steps to salvation track inside every single package, right?
Whether it be the four servings or whether it be the 96 servings, each one of them gets a step to salvation.
You know something amazing?
Just this year, with partnering with you guys and some other ministries, we've sent out over 20,000 steps to salvation this year.
Amen.
Isn't that amazing?
Friends, I'm going to read this to you right here.
It says, the Bible says, but as many as received him to them, he gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in his name.
That's John 1, chapter 12.
Right here, it says, to receive Christ, you need to do four things.
And friends, if you don't know Christ, follow along with me.
This would be the best decision you had ever made in your entire life.
Right here, it says, one, admit your spiritual need.
I am a sinner.
Friends, we all were sinners or born sinners.
And two, repent and be willing to turn from your sin.
Step three, believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross.
And four, receive through prayer Jesus Christ into your heart and life.
And I love this right here.
It says, what to pray?
I'm going to pray this for you as we exit this broadcast today.
It says, Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness.
I believe that you died for my sins.
I want to turn away from my sins and I invite you to come into my heart and into my life.
I want to trust you and follow you as Lord and Savior.
In Jesus' name, amen.
Friends, if you prayed that prayer, go get in a good Bible-believing church.
Go post on Facebook, X, Instagram, Twitter, wherever you want to.
I am a believer, and I believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.
Friends, it'll be the best choice you had ever made in your entire life.
We want to thank you guys for being on the broadcast with us today.
We're going to have you back for a day two with us where we're going to talk about a few more things and some things coming up in their company.
Remember this, that God loves you.
He really does.
Bye-bye for today.
