Are You in the Right Place? 00:02:19
You go where God says, Are you in the place where God wants you to be?
Are you in a city that is Sodom and Gomorrah?
Are you in a place where God is honored?
It's awful quiet in here.
I believe God is sending judgment.
I believe this year you're going to see it like never before.
I believe this is a time of sorrow.
I believe God's going to pour out his judgment on the world, and millions will come to Jesus during that time.
So, Christians, be ready to win souls.
This should be the greatest hour of salvation ever was.
And I love what Rick says about being where you're supposed to be geographically.
Yes.
Because the Lord is, if you want to think of it as a chess match, that's far too simple.
But if you want to think of it that way, he's moving all of his pieces into position.
And you're where you are for a reason.
You may be in a season where you're thinking, I just am worthless.
I can't figure out what I'm supposed to be doing.
I've been going through this hardship and or I seem to have lost a loved one or I've lost a job or I've been forced to move to a new place.
I don't know anybody.
You're there for a reason.
You're there for a reason.
And the Lord is about to activate all of us wherever you are.
And I think the reason this message is hitting and coming back, is being responded to with such silence in many churches is because we desupernaturalized the Bible.
We think that the enemy that Jesus specifically declared war on through the location of his ministry, through where he did certain things in his ministry, we just think that they're imaginary.
Jesus Declared These Important 00:01:39
I mean, most American Christians, according to the Barna groups, 60% of American Christians don't believe Satan is real.
So if you don't believe Satan is real, what's the odds that, you know, demons, okay, well, we stopped believing in them when we discovered the science of psychology.
So how seriously will we take the word of God when we've desupernaturalized the enemy and we just see Jesus as sort of a life coach?
You know, well, it's not really that important.
Yeah, I'll try to follow these, but, you know, it's if, and Paul wrote about this, if in Christ our hope is in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied.
Yes.
This is all about a long supernatural war.
Jesus declared war on these entities that rebelled against him from the very beginning of his ministry right to the very end of his ministry.
And once we begin to understand that, and this is one of the things that just really blew our minds, and I hope we shared this sense of excitement with the people who joined us on our recent tour of Israel.
When you see the locations and understand why Jesus did what he did, where he did them, from where he was baptized to stilling the storm and walking on the water of the Sea of Galilee, why he delivered the Olivet discourse, you know, what's going to happen in the end times, right on the Mount of Olives, directly across from the Temple Mount.
All of those things are important.
Jesus did these things for specific reasons.
This is not just archaeological curiosity, which is cool, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really mean that much.
But Jesus declared these things important.
