God's Plan for Leadership
00:04:21
|
|
| The Lord has spoken to me over the years, and you were talking about not getting the leadership necessary we want. | |
| God spoke to me that he gives leaders because if a nation mocks God and turns its back on God, he gives us evil leaders that will destroy the people. | |
| And so what we, the church, needs to get back to God. | |
| The church has control. | |
| Because if we serve God, God is going to lift up some leadership. | |
| We had a president last year, a year or two ago, that wanted to put things in for God. | |
| The minute he got in, he revoked the Johnson Act, I think it's called. | |
| And that was a horrible thing with that Johnson Act. | |
| It controlled the church. | |
| But nobody even noticed it. | |
| But we had a president who did. | |
| And right now, we're shirt on oil. | |
| The prices of gas is going up six, seven, eight dollars a gallon, even, I guess, out in California. | |
| It's terrible what's happening. | |
| Yeah, I think in all of that, God is so jealous for the church. | |
| He is so jealous for his bride to steward his authority and to not delegate it away. | |
| And what I heard the Lord say the other day was, you have used your power as the people of God accidentally to dominate. | |
| But the Lord says, I'm going to purify the power in the church that she may become a liberation force. | |
| And when we cast out demons, when we heal the sick, when we prophesy, when we broadcast, when we train and gather the prophets, all of that is with the mindset of the liberation of people that they may become who they're supposed to become so they are the bride who has made herself ready. | |
| And I think we're holding each other's hands right now going, I feel dismantled. | |
| I mean, I feel shaken. | |
| Oh, my goodness, do you have a word? | |
| Do you have an understanding? | |
| And God is saying, I am forcing you. | |
| I am forcing you a little bit like the word of God says in Hosea with thorn bushes. | |
| I am forcing you and jagging you with thorn bushes and corralling you to be back in the community, to be back in the family of God together. | |
| I am ending your days of individualism. | |
| I am ending your days where you're selfish and greedy. | |
| I am ending your days of being alone. | |
| I am forcing you into a bride who are living stones fitted together. | |
| I am making you a place where my glory comes. | |
| I am making you ready and you don't like it. | |
| And we say, God, you're good all the time. | |
| Yes, but we don't always like how his goodness manifests. | |
| And his goodness right now is saying, I will bless you when you're back in family. | |
| I will bless you when you're back in covenant. | |
| I will bless you when you're sharing all things and having all things in common. | |
| I will put my glory in your togetherness. | |
| And I will put my glory in you when you realize that actually you are preparing for my return rather than preparing for something nice to happen in your nation. | |
| Amen. | |
| So close. | |
| Nesting. | |
| You just described nesting. | |
| The nesting that God wants. | |
| During this COVID time and during what you just come through, you started a broadcast, television broadcast called PowerR. | |
| As Emma says. | |
| Par R. Par. | |
| In English, I'll translate power, American, I should say. | |
| Power Hour. | |
| S-R-R. | |
| Power is a two-syllable word. | |
|
Power Hour Revolution
00:02:03
|
|
| I hear the Power Hour is growing. | |
| Oh, it is. | |
| It's just been the most wild adventure. | |
| I mean, we started Power Hour in March of last year, April of last year. | |
| Lockdown had just began, and we thought a couple of days, a couple of weeks, we'll do Power Hour, and we thought our church would watch it. | |
| And the first broadcast, 500. | |
| And then the next one, thousands, thousands and thousands and thousands. | |
| And we started, actually, at the very beginning, we were live broadcasting five days a week, Mondays, and then we put it down to four. | |
| But we did four days a week for quite a while. | |
| And it's kind of gone down as we've started other broadcasts. | |
| But really, the favor of God came on the program as we started to steward just fresh revelation every day. | |
| Can I tell you why? | |
| Because I think you guys have this here. | |
| People want bold truth telling. | |
| Absolutely. | |
| Nobody wants sachery. | |
| Nobody wants it sugar coasted anymore. | |
| No, no. | |
| People actually want to know truth. | |
| And I think we have forgotten how to be bold truth telling. | |
| Amen. | |
| And I think when we read the word of God, and we're talking about this liberation feel again, it is truth that sets you free. | |
| We read that in scripture several times. | |
| Son of God comes to give us truth that sets us free. | |
| And people are fed up of half-hearted words. | |
| They are fed up of going to church when the reality of the spirit realm is denied. | |
| And can I be really bold? | |
| I think most of us are bored in church. | |
| That's right. | |
| That's right. | |
| I think most of us are frustrated and they come and they switch on to broadcasting to people who will just say, this is the truth. | |
| And, you know, I know we sometimes we're too bold and too in people's faces. | |
| You know, give us grace when we overstep the mark people. | |
