Gospel of the Kingdom Preached

| Rick, you have said we need to focus on the gospel of the kingdom. | |
| Will you explain exactly what you mean by that today? | |
| That's just simple. | |
| Well, the first thing, you know, Jesus, when he was asked about the signs of the end of the age, one of them was that this gospel, the kingdom, must be preached throughout all the earth before the end can come. | |
| And I think, you know, they preached it in the first century. | |
| I don't think it's been preached since. | |
| I believe there have been a lot of messages that have claimed to be the message of the kingdom, the gospel of the kingdom, all that. | |
| I don't think any of them were, but they were close. | |
| They were good. | |
| They had aspects. | |
| But I believe there's going to be the good news, gospel means good news of the kingdom, is mostly about the king. | |
| You know, the first century, they preached Jesus and the resurrection from the dead. | |
| They preached Christ and the resurrection. | |
| That was their whole ministry. | |
| And we don't understand how we can ever exhaust talking about Christ. | |
| That's right. | |
| It's by seeing him in his glory that we get changed. | |
| You know, and the most important aspect about the gospel of the kingdom is he's coming back to rule. | |
| He's taken over. | |
| He's not going to come back as a Republican or a Democrat. | |
| He's coming back as the captain of the host of the king of kings. | |
| And he's going to restore the earth as we see in Isaiah 11 to the original paradise it was created to be. | |
| He's going to fix all the stuff that we broke with his creation. | |
| He's going to restore, it says, all things. | |
| And this is the greatest message of hope the world has ever heard or will ever hear. | |
| And it now has to be proclaimed in the power that demonstrates the power of the coming kingdom. | |
| This is why what I was shown as a new Christian about these messengers of power who are coming. | |
| I think Enoch prophesied of them. | |
| They're referred to in the book of Jude. | |
| There are mighty ones that we're about to see released on the earth that are on a whole new level. | |
| They're going to do the things that Jesus did in even greater things. | |
