Three Times a Year Window Opens

| Tell us about a little bit about the blessings of those who stand with Israel. | |
| And what do you think of the Jewish calendar? | |
| I find it one of the great study aids for me. | |
| What do you think? | |
| And Jim, I know we're almost out of time, so I'll say this quickly. | |
| The Bible lets us know, is there not an appointed time? | |
| The word appointed in Hebrew is the word Moadim. | |
| And what that means on God's calendar, God is God 24-7. | |
| We know that. | |
| He is the same God every moment of every day. | |
| And yet the prophet says, call upon the Lord while he is near. | |
| Well, what does that mean? | |
| On these appointed times, you know, we're talking about Malachi chapter 3. | |
| I'll open the windows of heaven. | |
| God says, return to me, I'll return to you. | |
| This, and it's all in there. | |
| Malachi chapter 3, the greater teaching of that, and every Jew knows this, is to the Gentiles. | |
| Because if you look at Malachi chapter 3, it's talking about the quick return of the Messiah. | |
| When Jesus first returned, first coming, he was here 33 years. | |
| He'll come as a thief in the night. | |
| So I teach on all this. | |
| Why is this important? | |
| Three times a year, we come before the Lord and we don't come empty-handed. | |
| Those three times, Passover, Resurrection Sunday, Shavuot, Pentecost, Sukkot, Feast of Tabernacles, three times a year, God has a window ready to open up over us. | |
| The word window in Hebrew is the word Yeshod, which means a funnel from the throne and the power of God to your knee. | |
| Three times a year, this window opens up and then it closes right now as we're with you. | |
| We're in a 30-day grace period, Jim, of coming out of Pentecost, Shavuot. | |
| The window right now, right now, right now is open. | |
