Jim Bakker Show - Knowing The Times and Seasons - Larry Huch Aired: 2021-06-15 Duration: 01:59 === Three Times a Year Window Opens (01:59) === [00:00:00] Tell us about a little bit about the blessings of those who stand with Israel. [00:00:06] And what do you think of the Jewish calendar? [00:00:11] I find it one of the great study aids for me. [00:00:13] What do you think? [00:00:14] And Jim, I know we're almost out of time, so I'll say this quickly. [00:00:18] The Bible lets us know, is there not an appointed time? [00:00:22] The word appointed in Hebrew is the word Moadim. [00:00:25] And what that means on God's calendar, God is God 24-7. [00:00:29] We know that. [00:00:30] He is the same God every moment of every day. [00:00:33] And yet the prophet says, call upon the Lord while he is near. [00:00:38] Well, what does that mean? [00:00:39] On these appointed times, you know, we're talking about Malachi chapter 3. [00:00:44] I'll open the windows of heaven. [00:00:46] God says, return to me, I'll return to you. [00:00:48] This, and it's all in there. [00:00:50] Malachi chapter 3, the greater teaching of that, and every Jew knows this, is to the Gentiles. [00:00:57] Because if you look at Malachi chapter 3, it's talking about the quick return of the Messiah. [00:01:03] When Jesus first returned, first coming, he was here 33 years. [00:01:07] He'll come as a thief in the night. [00:01:09] So I teach on all this. [00:01:11] Why is this important? [00:01:12] Three times a year, we come before the Lord and we don't come empty-handed. [00:01:18] Those three times, Passover, Resurrection Sunday, Shavuot, Pentecost, Sukkot, Feast of Tabernacles, three times a year, God has a window ready to open up over us. [00:01:33] The word window in Hebrew is the word Yeshod, which means a funnel from the throne and the power of God to your knee. [00:01:42] Three times a year, this window opens up and then it closes right now as we're with you. [00:01:50] We're in a 30-day grace period, Jim, of coming out of Pentecost, Shavuot. [00:01:55] The window right now, right now, right now is open.
