God's Near Presence

| So many people are feeling broken and just like people not being able to go to church. | |
| You just saw that piece with us that we just ran with Samuel Rodriguez and these other pastors. | |
| What are your thoughts on that? | |
| My thoughts are that while we know the enemy is attacking and exactly what Mondo read out of Daniel 7, that the enemy, the Antichrist spirit, he's so near, he is ready to be revealed, whether that's two years, four years, five years, it doesn't matter. | |
| We know that his presence is near. | |
| And while he's trying to change the times and seasons and wear God's people out, that's a very real thing. | |
| God, at the same time, if you go over to Daniel 12, 10, Mondo, that we're in the same vein here, when the prophet Daniel was given this revelation of the tribulation, the 70 weeks, at the end, the very last chapter, Daniel said to him, Can you give me some kind of hint? | |
| Is there going to be a sign when these things begin? | |
| And Daniel looked at the angel, and the angel said to Daniel in verse 10 of chapter 12, he said, Go thy way, Daniel. | |
| These things are sealed up in the book for a time for when they'll be revealed. | |
| He said, But I will give you a hint. | |
| He said, But he said, and I'll go there right now. | |
| He says, This is where we are. | |
| And this is what you asked me. | |
| He says, Many shall be purified, made white, and refined, but the wicked shall do wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the wise shall understand. | |
| So, what God is doing right now in the church, even at Jim Baker at Morningside USA, in all of our lives, he is purging, he is refining. | |
| We are going through a fire, but there's good news because on the other side of that fire, there is a great awakening coming. | |
| God is going to use, as God said through Joseph, what you meant for evil, God is going to bring good out of. | |
| And I just want to say to you, Lori, Mondo, Jim, if you're watching, Maciela, there is spoil. | |
| At the end of this attack, God wants you to know the word of the Lord is: do not be weary in well-doing. | |
| There is going to be spoil. | |
| And in 2 Chronicles 20, when Jehoshaphat stood still and the praise and worship was going on, God says, You know what? | |
| During this time, Jim, Lori, Morningside USA, body of Christ, pastors, those Christians that are going to have the boldness and courage to press in, God said there's great spoil coming. | |
| And as Jehoshaphat stood still and saw the salvation of the Lord, they took, I forgot how many days they were picking up the spoils of the enemy. | |
| This attack is not in vain. | |
| And what we're going through right now, the Lord says, know the times, know the season. | |
| It says here in that scripture, the wicked will do wickedly and none of the wicked will understand. | |
| They're going to do what they're going to do. | |
| But the word says that the wise shall understand. | |
| We know where we are. | |
| We know that God is preparing an army. | |
| Morningside USA, Jim and Lori Baker, you are the prophet. | |
| You are a Joel 2 army. | |
| God is raising up and he's going to cut back like he did in Gideon. | |
| And he's going to cut back, cut back. | |
| We're just in a time of retooling, redefining. | |
| It's okay. | |
| Jim needs to rest. | |
| This is okay. | |
| God wants to show Jim that he can carry this ministry. | |
| And God said through Psalm 46, 10, be still and know that I am God. | |
| He goes on to say, I will be exalted among the nations. | |
| I'll be exalted in the earth. | |
| Jim, you rest. | |
| You be still because I'm going to do my work, but I need you to rest and get ready. | |
| for the greatest thrust and the great awakening. | |
| We're in a time. | |
| We are in the eye of a hurricane. | |
| It's a time to prepare. | |
| It's the time to gather strength. | |
