Gates and the Coming War

| So Derek and Sharon, what I wanted to ask you is about that. | |
| Franklin said it. | |
| We heard it at the round table that it's time for all the church to stand up. | |
| We can't just sit back and go on, that we need to literally fight in the spirit. | |
| We're going to have to stand up. | |
| Do you believe that kind of times are coming soon? | |
| Amen. | |
| You know, when I am in prayer with the Lord, what he's shown me again and again and again is this narrowing where we stand now and then just this massive fan, the way things are broadening out, and it's coming soon. | |
| We are the part where we're standing in this narrow corridor, if you want to think about that that way. | |
| It's a very, very short thing, and then this massive widening of our ministry. | |
| Derek and I just finished, we have Gilbert House Fellowship, which is a Bible study that we conduct every Sunday. | |
| We've been doing it for four and a half years, and we just have been studying the book of Nehemiah, which is a fascinating book, because it talks about Nehemiah going back to build the wall around Jerusalem, and the gates had been torn down, and the wall had been torn down. | |
| And he talks about how various families were in charge of each gate, and various families had a charge of one little section. | |
| That's what the body of Christ is right now, right now. | |
| Jim's ministry, Tom's ministry, our ministry, your ministry. | |
| We each have a little gate. | |
| We each have a portion of that wall that we're responsible for. | |
| And you're going to feel like you're all on your own. | |
| Like you don't have the tools you need. | |
| But remember in Nehemiah, what did he say? | |
| You got a trowel in one hand and your weapon in the other. | |
| What is our weapon? | |
| The word. | |
| The word of God, the sword of the Lord. | |
| Ephesians 6, 11. | |
| That's it. | |
| We're supposed to put on the full armor of God. | |
| Rick Joyner said we're coming, and it's soon to the second American revolution. | |
| And they're literally going to be fighting. | |
| There's going to be cities burning. | |
| There's going to be, you know, really rioting in the streets of America. | |
| And he says we must have the will to fight. | |
| This will to fight. | |
| And the United States is in Revelation 12 right now. | |
| He's saying. | |
| So this was so in tune with what the Grahams told me, what God had spoken to them about the death of Billy Graham. | |
| And there'd been many prophecies that when Billy Graham died, it would signal a change, almost a sea change. | |
| So something big is really around the corner. | |
| I think people aren't preparing. | |
| They need to get prepared. | |
| Absolutely right. | |
| To be ready so when perilous times come, they're not going to be left in the cold. | |
| They're going to know. | |
| We know. | |
| It's all written. | |
| Joshua 1.11. | |
| We were just talking about that this morning. | |
| Right, right. | |
| About preparing before crossing over. | |
| You know, forgive me for jumping in. | |
| No, jump in. | |
| I agree that Franklin Graham is absolutely right. | |
| Demons are unleashed. | |
| Most of the church doesn't believe that these spiritual entities are real. | |
| Okay, recent surveys show that 60% of American Christians don't believe Satan is real, don't believe the Holy Spirit is real, much less demons. | |
| But biblically, this is prophesied. | |
| Look at Ezekiel 39, verse 11. | |
| He's talking about the war of Gog and Magog. | |
| Ezekiel 39, 11, and that war, which is Armageddon. | |
| Okay, Ezekiel is talking about the same thing as John in chapter 19 of Revelation. | |
| It is the war of Armageddon. | |
| He says this war ends when God creates a burial place for the travelers, the valley of the travelers east of the sea. | |
| That's the Dead Sea across from Jerusalem. | |
| The valley of the traveler. | |
| Travelers in that context refers to spiritual entities in that they travel or cross over from one plane of existence to another. | |
| In other words, demons. | |
| It is a demonic army that is gathering for the final battle for control of God's holy mountain, which is Jerusalem, Zion. | |
| Armageddon is based on the Hebrew, Har Moed, Mount of Assembly. | |
| It's all about Zion. | |
| And that's why there's so much fighting going on over the Temple Mount right now. | |
| And you're at the Eastern Gate. | |
| That's why we are there. | |
| The Eastern Gate, which is the Eastern Gate that will be opened when Messiah comes and restores his kingdom on earth. | |
| This is all fitting together. | |
| It is biblical. | |
| Yes, demons have been unleashed, and they are gathering for this final war. | |
| And our role is to build that spiritual wall and to stand. | |
| And this is, as Sharon said, this is where the ministry of a Jim Baker or a Tom Horn or others who are out there empowering people like us. | |
| I mean, I'm just an old radio disc jockey who likes to know the way things work. | |
| And suddenly I'm writing books on theology. | |
| It's amazing. | |
| You know, Sharon, trained as a scientist now talking about the relationship between theology, the Bible, and the study of God's creation. | |

Modern-Day Nehemiahs Empowering Us

| You know, Josh Peck, who couldn't even barely pass high school, now he's writing books on physics and how it fits into biblical prophecy. | |
| I love that. | |
| But we're being empowered and deployed to parts of the wall by modern-day Nehemiahs like Jim Baker. | |
