Recognizing Jerusalem

| The story of the of the embassy, with my understanding and involvement, goes back to what would have been just before APAC in 2016. | |
| And at that time, there were a lot of faith people that were never Trumpers. | |
| They were on another candidate who was also presenting at APAC. | |
| So this was a real test. | |
| And he had received some input from some other sources that were basically his son-in-law and that. | |
| But he didn't understand the church's position with Israel. | |
| And so I had just come home from our service at Touch Heaven Canfield Church. | |
| And I was in my home in the afternoon. | |
| And my phone rang, and it was a mutual friend of then Mr. Trump's and mine, a boyhead friend of mine who is a businessman who lives near Mar-Lago. | |
| And he said, Frank, I'm with Donald Trump. | |
| We're at Mar-Lago, and he's preparing a speech for APAC. | |
| And he asked me to listen to it. | |
| He said, I listened to it, and I told him it's really not speaking to the evangelical side. | |
| And he said, well, can you get somebody to help me with it? | |
| So they got me on the phone. | |
| And I said, this is very simple. | |
| I've devoted my life to this. | |
| Since 1980, when the U.S. removed its embassy from Jerusalem, I've been part of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, which was formed then for Christians to have an embassy in Jerusalem saying, we are a stakeholder for God, that this is the eternal capital of Jerusalem. | |
| And we wrote every year to the heads of the nation saying, please take your embassies back here. | |
| Those who bless Israel shall be blessed. | |
| So I gave them five points. | |
| The phone rang 20 minutes later, and he said, would you please put them in writing? | |
| Because I think I'm messing them up. | |
| And he would like to put them into the speech. | |
| So I put them in writing, and the Holy Spirit spoke to me. | |
| He said, to prove the word of God, he said, I want you to share what you just sent. | |
| And he gave me specific people. | |
| One was Cindy Jacobs. | |
| One was Mark. | |
| One was Herman. | |
| One was Sid Roth. | |
| One was Rick Joyner. | |
| And I went through the list, about eight people that I sent it to, and I said this. | |
| Now we know if I be a man of God that can speak order into the next president. | |
| If so, we'll see if he uses these words. | |
| He went in front of APAC. | |
| He used it word for word. | |
| Amazing. | |
| And when he stood up and he said, recognizing Jerusalem as the eternal capital and moving the embassy, everybody stood up and started to cheer. | |
| Well, he admits since then that he didn't realize the affinity that true Christians have for Israel and Jerusalem. | |

| And he thought that Christians and Jews were sort of in enmity with each other. | |
| And when he saw how excited they became, then he got excited. | |
| This made its way into the Republican platform. | |
| And he's a man of his word. | |
| And when it was done, and he became so aware of it with faith advisors around him, he said, not only are we going to move it, I'm going to speed it up and move it. | |
| And then the vice president said, and we're going to move it in May. | |
| I love it. | |
