Are You Dead? (Revelation in the News)

Evil Foes and Higher Ground 00:10:05
We face evil foes who deliver their threats, bombarding our lives with words of fear and death.
Satanic attackers and destroyers of men engaged in a war that they can never win.
Let's not be tempted to use our earthly power because it will only be used against us.
We can bring evil down for we hold the higher ground when we trust in the one who defends us.
You're now watching Revelation in the News.
Hello and welcome to Revelation in the News.
Today we have a question for you.
What is the condition of your heart?
Now in the last days, the Bible says that men's hearts will fail them for fear, and that's simply because of the condition they're in.
Guys, what do you think about this right now?
What do you think that the world state or even the United States of America states their heart?
What do you think the condition is of it?
You know, there's a lot of things going on, especially like when you look at the news, things that are going on pretty much on a daily basis.
I mean, just today we saw another London attack.
You know, it's like fear and hate is just growing at a rapid rate.
People's hearts are just hard toward one another.
Now, I understand, you know, the Bible says these things are going to happen, so they shouldn't take us unaware.
But why are we seeing such hate throughout the world whenever people are fighting for peace and love?
Yeah, I think if we were in a doctor's office and they were checking our heart, we'd probably be in a non-stable condition.
A very critical state.
Because the thing is, it's like, you know, you see all these people in churches and people trying some of their hardest to kind of push us in a great right direction.
But the thing is, it's like the world is pushing back and harder.
It seems like it's almost an impossible battle.
And I think that's the problem.
We feel like it's an impossible battle.
So sometimes we just give up.
That's right.
You know, there's this conditioner of your heart.
The conditioner of our hearts and the habits that we make, you know, those are the issues that we see coming out of life.
And it's easy to keep, you know, pointing the finger at this party or that party or this person or that person.
But we have to really keep in mind to take a closer look at ourselves.
We are seeing today, like, just a real decaying from within in the values and the morals of even in like the judicial offices and people running for high up positions.
It's just like we're seeing a decay of all around us.
Speaking of that, I heard recently that someone was actually told that because they were a Christian, they were unfit to run.
Is that correct?
That's true.
And it's not the first time it happened.
It happened with this judge that we're going to see here.
And it happened with Bernie Sanders telling that guy earlier this year that he was too Christian to be in a Secretary of Treasury.
Yeah, which we were talking about.
You said actually kind of, you know, that hurt you a little bit.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, I want to say this too, that the conditioner of our hearts lies within our mind, our will, and emotions.
And I really honestly feel like those are the things that are totally affecting everything that we're seeing today.
Even Proverbs 4, 23 says, keep thy heart with all diligence, because out of it flows the issues of life.
And exactly what you said was right, John.
It's about how our actions and our decisions that we make.
Are we keeping our heart in a good position with the decision that's before we move on?
I want to play this B-roll of this person.
You know, dogma and law are two different things.
And I think whatever a religion is, it has its own dogma.
The law is totally different.
And I think in your case, Professor, When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you.
And that's of concern.
The Bible says in 2 Chronicles 16, 10, for the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are perfect towards him.
That's right.
Now, I have something to say real quick on that.
A lot of the times we as the church focus on what are we allowing into our minds?
What's coming into our minds?
And yes, that is the gateway into our heart, but we focus there and then we stop there.
We say, okay, as long as I'm not looking lustfully, then it's not bothering me.
As long as I'm not thinking those bad thoughts, then it's not bothering me.
But we forget that things trickle into our hearts.
And that's when hate can start to build and resentment and things like that.
And you don't even notice it.
And over time, you start building this, you know, resentment towards people group or towards a political party or something.
We don't even notice it.
As Christians, you know, you might not like the Democrats because what they stand for, but that is no reason to hate the Democrats for what they stand for.
That's right.
And, you know, before we move on real quick, I do want to say something on that because I think it's very easy to get into a habit of meditating on negative things, negative thoughts.
You know, you may feel justified in yourself and in your anger and in your resentment towards something, but honestly, what good is that doing?
How is that building anybody up or anything up?
Is that sharing the love?
Because even Christ says, vengeance is mine, saith the Lord.
And we get caught up in this vindication that you want to bring in yourself so you can feel better.
But most of the time, people don't even feel better about vindicating themselves.
What do we need to change?
Well, I think we as people try to change our environment all around us all the time.
We try to change what's going on here and there.
But the thing is, you got to change what you can control, which is you.
God will judge each of us on how we spend our time.
God doesn't care about the buildings or the furnishings.
He wants us to be lined up with his word.
And you can see that in Exodus 20, 1 through 17.
Which is actually the Ten Commandments.
Yeah.
I think I agree with what James said about we always want situations to change.
We're always saying, hey, God, you know what?
I have a bad job.
Change my situation.
Change these people.
Change this.
Change that.
I'm struggling with this.
And I think it's our job as Christians to not ask for situations to be changed, but ask for us to be changed through the situation.
If you're struggling with something, you don't ask for, God, just take it away.
God, just take it away.
I think we should learn how to grow and change and rely on him in the situation while we're, he says he walks with us in the valley of the shadow of death.
It doesn't say we're never going to go through the valley.
A lot of people try to pray their way out of the storm, but they don't realize that the storm could be something that molds them and shapes them and gets them ready for the next situation in their life, for the next trial in their life.
So whenever they walk through that next storm, they say, no, no problem.
God's got this one.
I love Paul in the Bible.
You know, he wrote the majority of the New Testament, which is so wonderful, but he writes so many good things.
And throughout his entire writings, you really never hear him asking, God, take these things away from me.
Take my afflictions away from me.
Remove all pain from me.
But he simply asks, God, give me the strength to get through this.
Give me the grace to get through this, which I think we as the church need to start praying a prayer like that is, yes, the world is going crazy, but give us the grace to love more.
Give us the grace to carry on.
Give us the grace to take the attacks and not, you know, retaliate in a negative way, but retaliate with your love.
And that takes one thing that I was thinking about here.
You also got, we were talking about it earlier today.
You got to love yourself into a sense and love the journey that you're on.
The thing is, I dealt with depression a lot in my lifetime.
And the thing is, is that what I noticed is that I was so critical of myself of where I was at that moment.
But the thing is, in that moment, you still are God's creation, and you're still a man or woman of God.
So look at yourself and say, I love who I am right now.
Like you were saying earlier, love who you are right now.
But know that you can get better.
The road's still there.
You know, we were just talking about all this yesterday in our morning meeting.
And the interesting thing is, we are our own worst enemies.
I mean, I don't know anybody who, I mean, I know for myself, I am my own worst critic.
You know, I'm the hardest on myself.
So to, you know, in moments, give yourself a break.
I mean, God even said, all have come short of the glory of God.
You know, we always want to strive to become better.
And that's what we're talking about.
Is when you lose that mindset of wanting to become better and that you're just, I am who I am, and I'm never going to get any better.
It's like, don't, you know, a righteous man falls down seven times, but he gets back up.
But he gets back up.
And that's exactly.
Yes.
I mean, even in Galatians 2.20, it says, it's all about dying to self.
It's about not, you know, looking at yourself, like he said, loving yourself, but also just dying to yourself so that Jesus can live in you.
Galatians 2.20 says, I have been crucified with Christ.
It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.
The life that I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself up for me.
And what that means to me is that you're not even living by the faith that you can do everything right.
You're not living by the faith that I can be this perfect person on my own.
You're living it in the faith that I'm not a good person.
Guidelines Of Right And Wrong 00:05:14
I'm not perfect, but Christ in me can perfect me.
What a powerful statement that I have been crucified with Christ.
At that point, all sin has been paid for on the cross.
All wrongs have been paid for.
Yes, like John said, we are our worst enemy.
We are our biggest critic.
And the thing is, we have to remember that the price has already been paid.
We tend to beat ourselves up and say, well, I did this and I did this and I did this.
God, how can you forgive me for these things?
And we kind of start to belittle the blood.
We can't get in a place in our lives where we think that what we've done is too powerful for what the blood is.
Because let me just make a very bold statement.
The cross was bloody enough.
Jesus doesn't have to be recrucified for something that you've done.
Trust me, whenever he was on the cross and all the sin of eternity was hanging on that man, he paid for it all.
There was not one thing that was not paid for.
Wow.
Let me read this real quick to you.
You know, I've been reading this book called Seven Men Who Ruled the World from the Grave.
And it was by Dave Brees.
And something that he said is to some degree, man has the law written in his heart until he successfully destroys it, which brings out a conscious decision that brings the guilt to the soul, which violates the law.
The fact is that the mind of the rational human being cannot long retain a sanity where in a situation, the moral guidelines have ultimately disappeared.
Okay, so when that becomes too hard, we have to come up with another set of standards, such as the Magna Carta, Constitution, Bill of Rights, or any other form of national structure.
But only the works, if the nation's citizens, for the most part, are moral and law-abiding.
Now, here's another thing: the law doesn't make a person want to be a decent human being, you know?
Yeah.
I mean, when you think about it, the law is there for those that have already decided in their mind they're not going to abide by it.
And now we're seeing it.
So it's like people don't even want that.
Like, they don't even want to have The weight of being told what they're doing is even wrong.
Well, even the Bible says don't try to put the weight of the law on yourself.
Yes.
I mean, the thing is, the law, you cannot be justified or saved by the law.
It's simply a guideline of rules.
Now, yes, you need to follow the law, but it does not justify you, nor does it sanctify you, nor does it get you into heaven.
That is simply believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross, paid for your sin, rose again the third day, and that he's the Redeemer.
He's the only way to heaven.
It's not the law, but we have to abide by the law.
I want to make something clear real quick.
I'm talking about man's law.
I'm not talking about God's law.
You know, man's law so far has had to replace God's law, the Ten Commandments, because all of a sudden that's that has now become too difficult.
So now we've put these other structures in place, like the Bill of Rights and all in the Constitution.
Now we're starting to see the deconstruction of that.
People are even saying the Constitution is old.
You know, that's the way we used to be.
Now we want a living Constitution that we can change as we go.
You know, we're even discussing, you know, the Constitution and people right now, what is truth?
You know, it's truth has now become a relative term based upon emotions and how I feel.
So today, that's fine.
Tomorrow, let's change it.
You know what's crazy to me?
You're talking about man's law, but my mind's still going back to God's law and something.
What's funny to me is that a lot of Christians don't want to follow the Ten Commandments.
The Ten Commandments is just an overall good set of rules.
I mean, thou shalt not kill, steal, don't covet.
You know, like those, these are basic things to be a good person.
You know, like, like simple ABCs.
Like, like, I mean, I don't know why we even had to add to it.
I mean, it's a simple ABCs of what we should do, what we shouldn't do.
And the thing is, it's like, to me, it's like, why do we take it away from our courthouses?
Why do we, why is that offensive?
Yeah, it's a basic rule of law.
And God's law at that.
And I think we need it more in this day and age where our moral compass is like flying so far out of whack, it's not even funny.
Where truth is relative, we need guidelines that say, hey, this is wrong.
This is wrong.
This is wrong.
Don't do this.
And it's not like they're, you know, like, you know, don't, don't do this small thing or don't do this small thing.
But it's legitimately like, thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not steal.
I mean, these are just the basics of life that you should be taught.
So the fact that they're being removed from our courthouses and removed from schools completely, as they're being taught as, you know, their only Christian laws.
But if Christianity is the only religion that follows those laws, that scares me.
That is terrifying.
Okay.
Go ahead.
No, I was saying once again, she's talking about the moral conference.
We're talking about earlier, just like an analogy.
Like, it's like if we're holding a compass in the woods and we're lost, we're lost.
But the thing is, this compass is not playing north.
It's just going crazy.
Yeah, it's freaking so to a point that others we can't even tell others what's right and wrong because we're hardly knowing what's right and wrong anyway.
Cannot Discriminate By Faith 00:04:32
Yeah, John, is the church leaving religion or is America leaving religion?
Exactly.
I mean, there's a great danger of an unchurching that's been going on.
And check this out.
Dave Brees says, if, however, the majority of the constituents of a nation becomes unstable, self-seeking, rebellious, unreasonable, violent, we're seeing violence all the time now.
The consensus begins to break down.
We are now in the midst of discovering that the democracy and its intended laws are insufficient to control a people who now have become increasingly perverse.
And that's exactly what we're talking about.
The danger of America becoming unchurched, you know, going to church, calling yourself a Christian is becoming obsolete.
You know, Diana Feinstein now accusing judicial nominee of being too Christian.
Which we just saw, yeah.
I'm not going to say that in this point because I do, as I say, I believe that America should be represented by, you know, I love my Christianity, but if someone feels their faith is something, then they should, that's their right.
But so what here is that if any other, if a Muslim or anyone else was in that position, would we say that?
First of all, A.
And B, if I was her and a Muslim person was there too, I wouldn't be like, well, it's your religion.
I guarantee she would not be sitting in the seat she is today.
She would have everything stripped from her, everything removed if she were to say that about a person of any other religion except Christianity.
Yeah, we were saying, I think everyone on this panel, we respect other religions.
And so we just respect that.
I have great friends who are Muslims.
I have great friends who are atheists, you know, who don't believe in any God.
But the thing is, Christians seem to be the most attacked.
Yeah.
Always.
Always.
You know, I want to say this.
You remember the band Good Charlotte?
Yeah, yeah.
You know, one of their songs, I think it was called like Anthemers, or Lifestyles of the Rich and the Famous.
And the band goes on to make this whole point of you can work in D.C., you can work in the highest government offices, and you can be caught smoking crack.
And in normal life, McDonald's wouldn't take you back, but you can always run for mayor.
For mayor, yeah.
You remember that?
And that's absolutely true.
I'm like, we saw that in Canada.
Now, okay.
Can I just say this?
I just saw this article.
Like, seven mayors in the mayors in the United States have been in trouble for molesting children.
Wow.
Like, I mean, I can't believe how off-base our moral compass has become that the highest seats in our government are so you're unfit if you're a Christian.
Yeah.
You smell crack all younger.
It's like, if you apply for a job at any, like, any business, you cannot be discriminated for your religion.
You can't be discriminated for your color or your race.
You can't be discriminated for your gender, for being a man, woman, or whatever.
But all of a sudden, if you want to run for a judicial office, now, if you're a Christian, that's not a lie.
Which isn't that illegal?
Yeah.
To actually try to vet somebody while they're there?
Kind of what, I mean, kind of what Bernie Sanders did whenever he was attacking that man for his Christian belief.
And he wasn't just saying, okay, well, here's a question.
He was probing and probing and probing and probing.
And once again, I like the melting pot of America.
The thing is, our government, I think, should be represented by different people of different backgrounds and different, you know, all this stuff like that.
And that's why I think you should respect that shouldn't be a thing.
It shouldn't be matter.
It shouldn't be a question.
It should be actually like, you shouldn't be able to even say it to the person because that's not a point.
It is, can they do the job?
Do they have good credentials?
And if yes, then we're good.
Why do we have to know if they're Christian, Muslim, Buddhists, or anything like that?
Why do we need to know that?
The thing is, I honestly think it wraps back around to it's a condition of the heart.
What over the last century or even the last decades have made people's hearts so hard towards Christianity?
Is it something we're doing?
Covenant and Faithfulness 00:11:37
Is it because the end times are happening?
You know, I see that the church is really doing the exact same thing the church has been doing this entire time.
You know, if a preacher 40 years ago was preaching a message against homosexuals or preaching a message against sin or something like that, it really wouldn't have been a big deal.
But now it's a big deal.
Why is it now that these things are just flaring up?
What's happening in our world that the issues that have always been are now issues?
I mean, honestly, I think we've hit the nail on the head.
We are seeing the church, one, being quiet, and we're seeing the moral values of the individuals who ought to be, you know, it's better to judge yourself than to be judged.
You know what I mean?
And people want to point the finger and they don't want to look honestly at themselves.
People are scared of conviction.
I mean, people just want to feel like they have the right to do whatever they want.
And it literally, and I don't mean to be repetitive, but it goes back to the thing of if you just die to yourself, then you don't have the right to, if somebody angers you, to be, you know what I mean?
Like, you don't have.
We hold all of these rights within ourselves.
Like, this person said this to me, I'm angry.
Or this person, or I should be free to do whatever I want to do.
And it's like, people are just so scared of feeling like convicted.
And that's what the church does.
That's what the Holy Spirit's here to do.
He's here to convict us to put us on the right path, but it's all out of love.
And I don't think people can see that.
The church is supposed to be a place where you can come and you can be comfortable telling, hey, you know, I messed up in this area.
I messed up in this area.
And we shouldn't fear being condemned for it.
But yes, the conviction has to set in because that's something that's holy.
If we didn't have conviction, that'd be a very scary thing.
And just a news flash for the church and for Christians out there, homosexuality isn't the worst sin at all.
If you're gossiping, you're on the same exact level as that.
You know, we act like a certain sin is worse than the other.
You know, we'll take the alcoholic into our church.
We'll take the drug addict into our church.
We start programs for them, but we refuse to take certain people groups into our church.
So what does that say about the church's heart if we're going to take some sinners in, but not all of them?
Exactly.
Yeah, we're trying to be judge and jury all at once.
Yeah, we can't do that.
What is our job?
Our job is to simply open our arms and say, come as you are.
Come as you are, let the love of Christ change that.
Because Christians, your pastor can't break your addiction.
Your deacons can't break your addiction.
Your congregation can't break your addiction.
There's only one thing that can break any type of addiction, and that is simply the love of Christ.
And once again, as we're full circle, once again, and it's in the heart.
And the thing is, I remember growing up and I was like, how do I know?
Like, how do I know I'm going to heaven?
How do I know all this?
And I remember being here and a pastor saying, saying, it's not what's in here.
It's not all this.
It's right here.
You can be in the worst part of your life and you'd be in your depression.
You'd be sad.
But as long as your heart still has that rope trying to pull towards God, then you're still in a good place.
And try to keep going further.
You know, R.T. Kendall was just on the show the other day.
And one thing that really struck me is he was telling a specific story about a man.
He's like, he's like, you know, I don't know if I'm going to heaven.
You know, and I know a lot of people feel this way because we know at one point in our life we accepted Christ, but we may not have lived the best life.
You know, deep down inside, we're like, you know, I need to do something better and I need to like reach out and ask for help.
And so he's saying, I don't know if I'm going to heaven.
RT replied with, well, have you ever asked the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart?
Now that is, I mean, based on what he said, he's like, yes, you know, I did.
He's like, well, you're no more a Christian than I am.
You know what I mean?
It's based on asking for repentance and bringing the Lord Jesus Christ into your heart.
Now, I was watching an interview with Joel Osteen and Pierce Morgan, and a lot of people were giving him flack because Pierce Morgan was saying, like, well, you know, what if you're this?
Can you get into heaven?
And what if you're this?
He was trying to get Joel Osteen into a hard situation where he would stumble on his words.
But Joel just kept saying, you know, I don't know the people's heart.
God is the judge of the heart.
My job is to love.
My job is to take them in.
And people were, you know, Christians in the comments were angry at him saying, you know, like, pretty much like, why aren't you judging these people?
And he just kept combating with, I'm not the judge.
I'm not the judge.
I'm not the judge.
And I love him for that.
Yeah.
Because he was saying the truth.
I'm not the judge.
He's saying, well, what if he's a Muslim?
You know, this or that.
And he's saying, but God knows the heart.
You know, I got to say this.
If God made us the judge, none of us would ever get into heaven.
If God made me the judge, I wouldn't get into heaven.
You wouldn't let me into heaven.
I wouldn't let me into heaven.
John knows too much about me.
I mean, I really like that.
I mean, that's, I mean, I forgot about that.
The thing is, it's like, it's so true.
It's like, that's the only true answer.
The only true answer.
If you're going to ask someone, how am I doing to go to heaven?
How do I know this person's getting to heaven?
All this stuff like that.
The only true answer is, I don't know.
God knows because God is all-powerful.
But do I know?
No, I'm just here to show the word.
Absolutely.
You know, Ricky, you always talk about Paul, who originally was Saul, and he had some major flaws in his life.
He killed Christians.
He was the number one Christian killer.
That was his profession.
You know, if he couldn't make it into heaven, why should I?
If David could make it into heaven, who God calls, you know, near and dear to his heart, God says, David is, he's in the middle of my eye, right?
You know, it's like the man, David, he had a man killed, sent him to the front lines just so he could have his wife.
He would have his wife.
I'm sick.
I mean, to me, if there was anything to kick you out of heaven, maybe that would be.
But then it goes like I am not the judge and thank God I'm not because I have my own flaws.
And he even says we've all fallen short.
Absolutely.
I think it just says more.
I think the fact that we can do stuff like that and then be able to repent, it just shows the faithfulness of God.
It just shows how faithful he is.
It talks about us being in covenant with God.
And covenant's like a marriage, right?
So I was talking to Ricky this week about, I was like, I don't know how to surrender.
I was like, you know, I know that in our Christian life we have to surrender, but I love the sinner that I am.
I like doing a lot of stuff that I probably shouldn't do.
And it's just the truth.
But he talks about.
Let me finish, but let me throw a disclaimer out here.
We're normal people.
Yeah.
We're real people.
We're not going to sit up here and pretend like we're somewhere or not.
We struggle.
We have our faults.
But the thing is, we're trying to come together and reason.
So sorry, go ahead.
I just want to let you know that people are like, you said you love your sin, blah, blah.
But listen, get over it.
We know I sin.
You know, everyone up here sins.
You probably sin.
You might be perfect.
And if you are, write us an email.
Paul us.
Please tell us your secret because we want to know how to be perfect just like you.
But if you're not, S, continue.
Tell us what you're saying.
Well, it just shows the faithfulness of God.
It talks about us being in covenant with him, like a marriage.
And he even showed this in the scripture, like being married, that he told this guy to marry a prostitute so it could kind of feel like what it felt like.
And this guy had to just rely on God to be, like, hold this faithfulness towards this woman that he knows is just going out there.
But I mean, we're sinners.
We sleep with the world every once in a while.
That's what we do.
And I think it says, I think the fact that we sin says more about God than it does about ourselves.
I think it just gives us an opportunity to go, I can't do it on my own.
Thank you for being so faithful.
It shows the character of God.
It's so revealing.
What is that covenant?
That marriage with God, a marriage, I believe, truly is giving 100% and expecting nothing in return.
And that is exactly what God did and does for us.
He gave his son.
He gave legitimately his everything to us, and he wanted nothing in return.
He expected nothing in return.
But the fact that we enter a covenant with him, we come into a relationship with him.
He roots for us.
Yes, yes.
You know, we might become unfaithful at times, but what does he do?
He continues to give 100%.
He continues to give 100% over and over, day by day, no matter how much we mess up.
And every time that we do something good, if we pray or if we worship, he rewards us for it.
It's not only, you know, we should expect nothing in return, but he still gives us something in return, which is his presence, his love, his grace, his mercy, those things that he gives us.
He is truly the ultimate example of what faithfulness is.
His faithfulness kind of leads us to a place where it's like you kind of do something bad.
Somebody's like, it's okay.
I forgive you.
It doesn't make you want to continue doing that bad thing.
It's not like hyper grace where it's like, you can do whatever you want, you know, and not, you know what I mean?
God's just going to forgive everything.
No, it leads us to a place of going, I want to be better.
Somebody believes in me so much.
I want to be better a person.
Definitely over my life, what has brought me back to the Lord over and over and over again was knowing he loves me.
Yeah.
How faithful he is to me.
The fact that he has never left, even when I ran as far as I could the other direction.
Yeah.
That he never left.
I remember when I first realized the whole sin, God situation was when someone told me is that it's not like you, it's not that you're sinning.
It's not that you're doing a bad thing.
The thing is, is envision how God feels, how God feels when you're doing that.
Do you want to continue to sadden the person who's done so much for you, who has died for you?
Do you want to keep on letting them down?
Or do you want to keep on trying better and better?
And that's what I saw.
I was like, I just don't want to make Jesus upset with me because I did this.
And he's not even upset.
He just loves us anyway.
You know, if we had an ultimate goal of what we could be doing as Christians, I truly believe it would be this.
It'd be to give the Lamb the reward of his suffering.
The reward of being on that cross.
The reward of being, you know, hanging there and bleeding and dying for us.
That reward is us.
Because that's what, you know, if it wasn't for that moment, we wouldn't be able to enter into heaven because we needed that sacrifice.
And we need to give him the reward that he deserves, which is simply our love, our devotion, our dedication.
That doesn't mean you're going to be perfect.
That doesn't mean you're not going to make mistakes.
But that simply means that whenever we fall, like a righteous man, we get back up.
And every time we fall, Jesus is right there to pick us back up because he wants to continue to run that race.
Even when you feel like he's not there, I promise you he is.
He'll never leave you.
He'll never forsake you because that's his faithfulness.
That's his 100% that he's willing to give to you.
If you haven't made the commitment to give Jesus your entire heart, or if you're, you know, half in, half out, you're not quite sure, please, please, please today, write us or call us or get into a good Bible-believing church that believes the word of God and nothing but the word of God and rededicate your life because that's where security in this crazy world is going to be.
And that's how you'll start to change the condition of your heart.
If you have a hard heart or if you're angry, if you're bitter about something, I promise you, once you bring Jesus into your life, he will start the softening process.
It may not be immediate.
It may not be overnight, but I promise you, Jesus will start to work and you'll see him in your life more evident day by day by day, simply because you commune with him, you walk with him, and he wants to do things for you that you couldn't do yourself, like softening your heart.
So please, please, please, if you haven't accepted Jesus, take this opportunity and say a simple prayer.
You know, call us and we'll be happy to pray with you.
But get into a good church.
We want to see you flourish and be in the kingdom of God with us.
