Where we are no longer a Christian nation, I believe God is trying to say to this nation, I'm giving you one last merciful call.
Hello, everybody, and welcome to Revelation in the News.
I'm Zach Drew.
And I'm Sasha Balls.
I want to start off this show just by thanking all the audience.
We gave a push last week to go and like us on our Facebook page and follow Sasha and I on our Twitter pages.
And just thank you.
The increase has been just awesome.
And just the video from last week, just to give you an update, the video of last week, the prophecy that we covered, has over 350,000 views on YouTube just within the first week.
So once again, we just want to thank you for making Revelation in the news one of your homes for alternative news.
Okay, listen, we're going to be talking about some powerful news that's taking place around the world today.
But I wanted to take just a couple of minutes up top and just talk about something that's on my heart.
And I take it very seriously, what I feel like the Lord wants me to say.
You know, even recently, Michael Snyder wrote an article, and the article was called, It is Like a Nuclear Bomb Went Off in the Prepping Community.
And he ended it with a day of reckoning for America is fast approaching.

And those who are wise understand the times that we're in, understand the signs of the times.
So we're going to be talking about that article even later on in today's broadcast.
But I just want to say, you know, this show, this show, Revelation in the News, it deals with the times that we're living in.
And guess what?
We are living in some incredible times.
We are living in the end times.
We are living in the end of this age.
But that's just the thing.
We always need to remember that it's this age.
There is an age to come.
I mean, and we constantly lose sight of this.
We get so preoccupied with what's happening in the world that we forget.
Wait a second, we're eternal beings.
You say, you know, this show, it deals with current events, but it's a show that deals with current events as a testament that everything in this Bible is accurate.
The God of the Bible is still alive and active within the earth.
And here's what's awesome.
You got to keep this in your mind.
Be eternally minded.
If you have said Romans chapter 10, verse 9 and 10, what says this, if you declare with your mouth, Jesus is Lord, if you've done that, if you've declared with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified.
And it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
You know, Sasha, we were just talking this week that it's just crazy to think that 10,000 years from now, if you've prayed that prayer, 10,000 years from now, I'm going to be talking to you in heaven.
You.
And I'm going to be talking to you, Sasha, in heaven.
We often lose sight.
We get so focused on the here and now, we forget to think.
At the moment of our conception, we became, you became a forever being.
You became an eternal being.
You one day are going to be 10 billion years old.
And whenever you're in heaven for 10 billion years, I mean, what a crazy thought.
But if you believe the Bible, this is what you believe.
One day, whenever you're 10 billion years old, you're going to have the cognitive reasoning abilities to realize, oh my gosh, it's just begun.
It's just begun.
Yeah, and that's why truly it is so important right now that we don't get so caught up in everything that's going on.
Yes, there's a lot of crazy things going on around the world.
We have so many new threats that are coming at us.
We have so many new articles that we read every single day.
When you're keeping up with the news, it does get heavy.
But that's really the only reason we even cover all of this is to point back to God, to remind ourselves through these tough times, through these times that we're living in, these end times that we're living through right now, that we have a God that loves us, that gives us love inside of us.
He gives us his strength inside of us to be able to push through every single day.
And that it's only because of him that we can be able to do anything.
And so through all of this, that's why it's so important to look back to God and say thank you.
And with this show today, I just want to say, if you haven't received God, if you haven't, if you don't know Jesus for yourself, today is the time to get to know him, to be able to ask him into your heart and be able to make that relationship with him because that's really what it's all about.
Outside of the news, outside of everything else, it's so easy to get caught up in the everyday, the fights, the arguing, the political news, the news that's going on around the world.
But that's what it doesn't matter at the end of all of this.
When you look back over your life, you're not going to remember all those moments.
You're going to remember the moments that actually matter, the moments that you set up for eternity.
That's awesome.
And I just feel like the Holy Spirit here right now.
And because you've got to understand that the things that you do on earth that aren't for heaven, that aren't for Jesus, every single thing that you do on earth, it will all disappear.
It will all vanish.
The only things that you do for heaven, that is what's going to last forever.
And like you said, if you haven't accepted Jesus, accept Jesus, because there's a common denominator between all men that have ever existed, is existing now, and ever will exist.
The common denominator is that we're all going to die.
And all of us are going to be in eternity somewhere else forever and ever and ever.
That's why James says this life is a vapor.
It's nothing.
And like I gave the quote last week, this life will never mean anything until you realize it means nothing.
And once you realize it means nothing, it will mean absolutely everything.
And like I said, this is a current event show.
And so once again, we talk about the current events.
We talk about prophetic things that the Bible says is going to take place according to this word.
And by watching the show, you realize, oh my goodness, it's all true.
It's all happening right now.
Those scriptures are real.
Well, if we can believe that those scriptures are real, then we also need to believe that the scriptures that deal with eternal life are real too.
So make Jesus your Savior today.
Well, and one thing that I love, Zach and I have talked about eternity a lot.
We've talked about it through the past few years.
But really, one thing that you brought up to me that we just spoke about one day, but it was the fact that no matter what, we are eternal beings.
So no matter what we choose in this lifetime, we are going to spend an eternity somewhere.
And it's our decision where we spend it.
It's our decision.
What choices do we make right now that we will end up in one way or we're going to end up in another way?
And today is the day that if you decide in your heart that no matter what's going on in my life, I love what Rabbi Jonathan Kahn says.
He always says it so well, is that no matter what, you start to look over your life, start to review your life and start to say, if there's something in my heart, if there's something in my life that isn't approving to God, if it's not for God, then just get it out of the way because it's not worth spending an eternity somewhere else to be apart from God over these little decisions today.
And so just make your heart and your life right with God because that's really the only hope and the only life and the only joy that we have to hold on to.
Amen.
I want to say one more thing before we hit the prophetic news of this week.
Just remember that if you're a Christian, you have Jesus living in your heart and you have a relationship with him, that work with me here.
Earth here is basically your hell.
What I mean is that it's never going to get any worse for you ever than here on earth.
Essentially, this is your hell.
And then you get to spend eternity with Jesus forever and ever.
But you've always got to look at the flip side of this.
That would mean that for non-Christians, this is their heaven.
It will never get any better for them than right now.
But yet they're also eternal beings and they'll have the cognitive reasoning skills to realize 10 billion years down the road in hell.
Oh my goodness, it's just begun.
It puts it into perspective.
Tell people you know about Jesus.
This life is so temporary.
Make a decision today to follow Christ.
Let's get into the prophetic news of this week.
So are we in a time of peace or is it just the calm before the storm?
Michael Snyder, writer of the economiccollapseblog.com, I encourage you to go and follow it.
He gives incredible articles.
He wrote an article this week that we're going to really dissect right now.
And it's called, It's Like a Nuclear Bomb Went Off in the Prepping Community.

He says, is the prepper movement in the United States dying?
At one time, it was estimated there was about 3 million preppers in the United States.
But in late 2016, interest in prepping has hit a multi-year low.
The big reason for this, of course, is that the election of Donald Trump has fueled a tremendous wave of optimism among those who consider themselves conservatives, patriots, and evangelical Christians.
Not since the election of Ronald Reagan has the mood on the right shifted in such a positive direction so suddenly.
But now that everyone is feeling so good about things, very few people still seem interested in prepping for hard times ahead.
In fact, it is like a nuclear bomb went off in the prepping community.
It is almost as if the apocalypse has been canceled and the future history of the United States has been rewritten with a much happier ending.
Personally, I am quite alarmed that so many people are suddenly letting their guard down, but it is difficult to convince people to be vigilant when things seem to be going so well.
Just consider some of the things that have been happening in recent weeks.
Well, there's a list right here, and it says Donald Trump was just named Times Magazine Person of the Year.
So congratulations for that.
And then the Dow just keeps setting brand new high record scores after a brand new record high.
In fact, the Dow has now risen more than 1,200 points since Donald Trump has won the election.
So a lot is changing.
Also, another one is the Russell 2000 has shut up at an astounding 13% just since Trump's victory.
This is why people are saying, you know what, maybe this is, maybe we can rewrite America's history right now and it gives us a happy ending because all these things are happening right now.
It says Donald Trump has convinced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning giant Carrier to keep about 1,000 jobs in the United States instead of shipping them to Mexico.
Donald Trump has convinced SoftBake to invest $50 billion and create 50,000 new jobs in the United States.
The U.S. dollar index recently hit the highest level that we have ever witnessed since March 2003.
We just learned that the U.S. deal wants to bring back somewhere around 10,000 jobs to communities that have lost them.
Look, within just the past few weeks, he's not even president yet.
He is the president-elect.
And all just throughout the past few weeks, these are just a couple of things that he's already done.
But these are major things for our United States.
And it's so exciting because this is before he's even in office.
So once he takes office, I'm just excited to see what happens next.
So we can't deny great things are happening.
And I pray that great things continue to happen for a little while to give us more times.
But it's not just because great things happen.
It doesn't mean that the Bible has been rewritten because we are in the end times because all the prophetic events that have to be taking place in the end times are taking place right now.
And that means that difficult times are still ahead.
He says, I don't recall ever seeing such a shift in public sentiment in just a few days.
Tens of millions of Americans have put their faith in Donald Trump, and time will tell if he'll be able to deliver.
Actually, billionaire Mark Cuban kind of wrote and gave an analogy.
He's kind of like the NBA number one draft pick.
He's still the number one pick, but yet he's still yet to perform.
But Michael goes on by saying, Let us hope that President Trump will be everything people are hoping he will be.
I would love it if 2017 is a year filled with peace and prosperity.
Now, Michael, he believes, he says, I don't think that is going to be the case, but I do hope that the optimists are right.
Tens of millions of Americans are completely convinced that we are heading into a new golden era, and it's just because Donald Trump has won the election.
But what if they're wrong?
That's it.
What if they're wrong?
What if the rioting, violence, and civil unrest that the radical left is planning for the inauguration on January 20th sparks a movement that plunges many of our major cities into chaos throughout Trump's presidency?
What if all the incredibly bad decisions that were made during the Obama years result in the biggest economic downturn we have ever seen early in the Trump years?
What if Trump's inability to get along with China results in a major trade war between the two largest economies on the entire planet?
What if the growing financial instability in Europe results in a new global financial crisis that Trump will not be able to do anything to stop?
I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.
And it says, all the things that other watchmen and I have been warning about all this time are coming.
My hope is that optimists are right and that horrible events that are coming will be put off for as long as possible.
But I wouldn't count on it, Michael says.
Here it is.
A day of reckoning for America is fast approaching.
And those who are wise understand the signs of the times.
And during even this good time right now, and I do pray it does get better before it gets worse, understand that I really do believe it was the Lord's will for Donald Trump to become the president of the United States.
And if anything is of truly of the Lord's will, why?
Why does the Lord do anything?
It's for several different reasons, but the very, very core root of why he does anything, if you just keep asking the why, why, why, you're going to get to the foundation.
And the foundation is this, for the sake of the cross, so that people can come to know him.
So understand that this is a good time that we're in right now, in the possibly the calm before the storm.
But don't just say, well, we're Christians and we took some ground.
Yeah.
Keep taking more ground.
If anything, this whole election process, it's not like Christianity won the battle.
No, it just put Christianity back in the ring.
Think about boxing.
It just put us back in the ring.
We might have won that battle, but there's a war to be had.
And I actually was in contact with Steve Quayle just about, I think it was yesterday.
Yeah, it was this.
Yesterday.
And I asked myself, what do you think is going on?
Is this a time of peace?
What's happening, Steve?
And he emailed me back and he said this: calm before the storm.
God gave us the battle, but all hell is on, and total war against the Christians is underway.
We might be in some sort of a small reprieve right now where we have the calm before the storm.
But I was actually, it's interesting, my dad really actually keeps up with what's happening in the world.
And he said something to me, and initially I thought, well, I don't really like that.
And I didn't agree with it until I really thought about what he was saying.
He said, Zach, there's a time that's coming where Christians are going to lose.
Like, no, we don't lose.
But you see, he was talking about through a humanistic type of perspective.
With the eyes of the world, there's a time that's coming that Christians on earth are going to lose.
Now, yes, we're going to continue winning for all of eternity, but there's a time coming that we are going to lose.
Just because Donald Trump became the president-elect and assumed to be the president of the United States, he might have put a small hold on globalism, but there's a day coming that if you as a Christian believe that we're truly in the end times, he might have put a hold on globalism, but you're going to see globalism take a hold.
You're going to see the antichrist system.
You're going to be able to see the one world government starting to form.
Now, based on when you think we're going to get out of here, but even though you think that we're out of here pre-trib, you can't deny that we're in the end times.
So he might have put a hold on this whole new world order as people were saying, hey, he's the NWO's worst nightmare Donald Trump is.
But there's a day coming that we're going to lose.
Once again, we're going to win for all of eternity, but these things are going to happen.
Well, and if you're a Christian, you believe the Bible.
You go through the Bible, you read the Bible, and that's the amazing thing about it is that you actually have the whole playbook to the end.
You have the whole thing of how is this going to end up?
There might be times that you wonder, okay, well, what is happening right now?
That's why it's so important to get back into the Word of God, to make sure that you can start to see everything as it's unfolding and start to see, okay, so now that we're here, what's coming?
What is to come?
And even if it's not today or tomorrow, you know that these things are going to come because the Bible says so.
The Bible says that there is going to be a one world order that's going to be over the whole world, a global system.
That is something that is in the Bible that's prophesied to come.
So we have to take in these things.
And yes, they might be down the road a little bit more, but they are still coming.
So that is why we can't give up and put our hands in the air and say, oh, Donald Trump's president and we made it and we're winning and we're doing well again.
We can't give up yet.
We can't.
We haven't won the battle.
We've won one battle, but there's a whole fight ahead of us.
And even if you just look into eschatology, if you look at the Bible, if you look at Islam, if you look at any other religion that has the eschatology, all of these religions right now are coming together saying that this is the end.
There is something about this time period right now that we're living in that all of these different religions are saying we feel like we're in the end times.
We're gearing up for the end times.
Even look at ISIS.
They are gearing up for the end times so much that they're crusading right now.
They're taking over.
They're taking ground.
But we as Christians have to stand strong and we have to pray and we have to pray that these things won't come unaware, that we'll know what's happening, but at the same time, that God will give us peace, that God will give us wisdom to be able to know what to do through these times and to be able to be a light to others.
Because that, at the end of the day, is what it's all about.
Making sure that we can be a light to others, that we can be peace and safety for others, that we can bring Jesus to others.
Amen.
And so I just encourage you today to get back into your Bible, to get back in, even if you read it every day, start reading back through Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
Start getting back into the words of Jesus and what he said, what he said to be during these times.
Matthew 24 goes all through the end times and tells you what, it's almost like the precursor to the book of Revelation.
And if you go through that and just see what does Jesus say from his own mouth, what does he say about these end times that we, we, you and I, happen to be living in right now?
And how does he say to handle it?
How does he say to be as a person?
What does he say to be?
How do you show love to others through this time?
Take his words into account and let them go into your heart and become that person.
These aren't just words anymore and they never have been, but don't let them just be words.
Let them be a lifestyle.
Let them be something that gets into your heart and truly changes your perception of life, your perception of people.
And you'll see a complete difference in the way that you see everything.
And especially through these dark times that we're living in, the fact that we see crazy events, we see horrible events almost daily on the news.
This is something that can hold that you can hold on to to be able to have peace and to be able to bring peace to others because we are entering some dark times, but the Lord is so good and we have his word to guide us through.
You know, just a couple more articles before we end today's show.
Be in prayer for Israel.
There could be a lot that takes place before, once again, January 20th, when President Obama leaves the White House.
I actually have an article right here.
It says the U.S. and UN, the United Nations, criticized Israeli settlement bill, viewed as a step towards the West Bank annexation.
Now, here's the thing: when it says within the article, the UN warned of legal consequences if this draft legislation becomes law.
What is this legislation they're talking about?
Well, basically, it's just giving the Jewish people a right to build homes on their land.
So, once again, Jerusalem, Israel, is God's time clock of the end times.
So, be in prayer about that.
And also, the United Nations General Assembly passes six outrageous anti-Israel resolutions.
Now, what's crazy is that if you actually went to the United Nations official website, they have it posted on there.
These six, but what's insane is this, and you can go look for it for yourself.
Not anybody in mainstream media has been talking about it.
And a lot of people do feel that President Barack Obama is going to be trying to leave a legacy with Israel before he leaves office and divide the land.
So, pray against that.
And just remember, as we end today's show, that I really do believe a great shaking is coming.
And there is a foundation that can't be shaken, and that's Jesus.
And Jesus, according to John chapter one, says that Jesus is the word, and Jesus can't be shaken.
So, the more of the word you fill yourself with, the more of Jesus you fill yourself with, whenever the world starts shaking, you won't be shaken because Jesus is within you.
So, make yourself heavy with the word of God.
