Vision From 1968
00:02:53
|
|
| You came across a vision of an elderly Norwegian woman very recently. | |
| And could you share that with us? | |
| Yeah, this just came, and I thought I'd share, and you know, you have to test all things, so I just do it the same way as we do this. | |
| But this just came, but it's very striking because this is a vision given that came to an elderly Norwegian woman in 1968. | |
| And she was a friend of a famous evangelist in Norway. | |
| In fact, he ministered at her house. | |
| And the evangelist later on made this, you know, I think he had a recording of it. | |
| And so this came out years ago. | |
| And actually, right now in Norway, it's gone in the news because of certain things it said. | |
| But it's very interesting because it seems very right on. | |
| This is 1968. | |
| So I'll read you a key of what she said. | |
| I saw certain things that would take place before Jesus comes again, just before the last calamity breaks loose over mankind. | |
| It's going to be a lukewarm attitude unparalleled among Christian people, a falling away from the true and living Christianity among Christians. | |
| Christians will not be open for penetrating preaching before Jesus returns. | |
| They will not, and this is a translation, so it's a little rough, but they will not like in the old days here of sin, grace, law, gospel, repentance, restoration. | |
| Instead comes a surrogate, happiness Christianity. | |
| Now this is 1968. | |
| Happiness Christianity about being successful, to have material things, things that God never promised us in this way. | |
| Instead of the preaching we have been used to for generations, like taking up one's cross and following Jesus, it will be an entertainment and culture that takes over churches and premises where there should be revival, remorse, conviction, and repentance. | |
| This will happen largely before Jesus comes again and calamity breaks loose. | |
| People are going to be sleeping in their spirit. | |
| There will be a moral collapse as we have never experienced before. | |
| People will be living together without being married. | |
| Now, this was shocking back then. | |
| Impurity before marriage and infidelity in marriage will become natural. | |
| It is even going to seep into Christian circles, even sins against nature. | |
| Shortly before Jesus returns, there will be things on television we have never experienced before. | |
| There will not be one option on television. | |
| It will be full of options, like station after station after station, which, of course, that's now. | |
| People are going to have it as entertainment, the worst scenes of never. | |
| Back then, by the way, since I was a part of building Christian television back then, in the 60s, there was mainly only three channels, and in most little cities, there was only one station. | |
|
500 Channels of Prophecy

|
|
| That's all you had. | |
| So for her to say this, and everything she's saying, you notice everything. | |
| This is how you judge a prophecy. | |
| Every single point has taken place. | |
| Yeah, this is why I say it. | |
| I mean, I have 500 channels, you know, direct TV. | |
| They ought to give me an offering or something. | |
| But, you know, there's 500 channels or so on the direct TV I have. | |
| And this woman, they only had one to three channels, max, and she was saying they would have station after station and option after option. | |
| Things they've never seen before. | |
| And believe me, that's happening right now. | |
| And people will have it as entertainment. | |
| The worst scenes of murder, destruction, it's going to spread in society on TV. | |
| The most intimate things from marriage, that's how she says it, meaning sexual, I mean, promiscuity. | |
| It's going to happen and you will see it, because it seemed unbelievable then. | |
| And all we have had before will be broken down and the most indecent things will appear before our eyes. | |
| People from poor countries will stream into Europe. | |
| Ah! | |
| There will be so many of them. | |
| Isn't that what's going on, Rabbi? | |
| It's exactly what's happening in Europe. | |
| Europe is in a mess. | |
| Europe, you know, we're talking about going to socialism in the United States. | |
| They already have socialism in most countries of Europe. | |
| Isn't that right? | |
| Zach, you study this every day. | |
| That's right. | |
| And what happens in Europe? | |
| We can expect, you know, it's going to trickle over even further west into America. | |
| Read that again, Rabbi. | |
| People from poor countries will stream into Europe. | |
| There will be so many of them. | |
| Oh, my God. | |
| And she said, I'm not going to see it, but you will see it, she says to the one there. | |
| Tears streaming down the old lady's face, it says as she was seeing it, yeah. | |
| Then suddenly, then Jesus will come, a third world war, she speaks, of a global war breaking out. | |
| All of the war that I've experienced is only child's play compared to this. | |
