Israel's Plea for Support
00:04:13
|
|
| We're in deep trouble, people. | |
| That's right. | |
| This is like King David would come to our country and ask us to help them. | |
| And this is the leader of Israel. | |
| And he came and addressed our country. | |
| And part of our people turned their back on him. | |
| And the last time we snubbed him, one of the terrible tragedies, and they keep happening. | |
| Every time we do something to tell Israel to divide their land or get whose land is it? | |
| God says, It's my land. | |
| It's his land. | |
| Yes. | |
| And he said, you don't give it up. | |
| And every single time that we have come against Israel within 24 hours, we have experienced the most costliest disasters that America has ever experienced. | |
| For example, Katrina, 9-11. | |
| There are just so many different events. | |
| I mean, the Word of God talks about how the Jewish people are the apple of God's eye. | |
| And every time we do something to Israel, just get a visual of us literally poking God in his eye. | |
| You can't poke the God of the universe in his eye and not expect anything in return. | |
| But the craziness, too, Persia is where Esther was exactly. | |
| Iran is now, this is the modern Persia nowadays. | |
| And so if you look back, that's the same group of people that were trying to take out the Jews back then, and that's happening again today. | |
| That's what the Prime Minister came here to warn us and ask for our help in this. | |
| The Prime Minister said many powerful things. | |
| I just want to share this one portion from the speech. | |
| I just want to take a couple minutes because this thing is so important. | |
| It's everything we've been discussing right now. | |
| And he says this. | |
| My friends, I've come here today because as Prime Minister of Israel, I feel a profound obligation to speak to you about an issue that could well threaten the survival of my country and the future of my people, Iran's quest for nuclear weapons. | |
| We're an ancient people. | |
| In our nearly 4,000 years of history, many have tried repeatedly to destroy the Jewish people. | |
| Tomorrow night, on the Jewish holiday of Purim, we'll read the book of Esther. | |
| We'll read of a powerful Persian viceroy named Amman who plotted to destroy the Jewish people some 2,500 years ago. | |
| But a courageous Jewish woman, Queen Esther, exposed the plot and gained for the Jewish people the right to defend themselves against their enemies. | |
| The plot was foiled. | |
| Our people were saved. | |
| Then he says this: Today, the Jewish people face another attempt by yet another Persian potentate to destroy us. | |
| Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenai. | |
| Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenai, spews the oldest hatred, the oldest hatred of anti-Semitism with the newest technology. | |
| He tweets that Israel must be annihilated. | |
| He tweets. | |
| You know, in Iran, there isn't exactly free internet, but he tweets in English that Israel must be destroyed. | |
| For those who believe that Iran threatens a Jewish state, but not the Jewish people, listen to Hassan Asrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, Iran's chief terrorist proxy. | |
| He said, If all the Jews gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of chasing them down around the world. | |
|
Orchestrated God's Cycles
00:00:25
|
|
| And he gives this speech the day before this feast happens. | |
| All about the story of Esther presenting their case before the king. | |
| It's simple, like we always talk about. | |
| It's history repeating itself. | |
| Where it's these interesting cycles of God that nobody could have orchestrated this but God Himself. | |
