And he brought up the Hunter Biden plea deal.
Before I even knew about it.
Right? Often anyway, I go on air.
I'm not taking the big headline.
I am early in the morning.
So some of this stuff isn't even in the arena yet.
And I've told everybody from day one on the laptop...
No one's going to jail.
And that's why yesterday I also tried to dollop a whole lot of reality on the ice cream sundae of hopium that somehow the things that are being done to Trump right now will turn out in his favor after he magically wins an election and then he magically goes after the real criminals and puts them in jail with the same tool set toolkit that they're using against him.
That's ludicrous. They're going to probably put him in prison.
Like, that's a real thing right now.
That's a real thing right now.
I mean, just wild.
So my brother's talking to me.
He's like, have you seen the deal they just gave Hunter?
I go, no. And we're going to have two perspectives.
We'll see what we're going to be able to fit in here.
The CNN perspective.
And then the Tuckins.
And as you can imagine, the Tuckins knocks it out of the park.
And Jake Tapper and the gang give a little putt-putt to Hunter.
Now think about this.
Again, that laptop was in possession of the Department of Justice well before the 2020 election.
Right there, everybody should have red flags on bar.
Really, red flags before that.
I continually repeat the laptop precedent with Anthony Weiner because it's real.
So, for those that haven't seen Sin City, first of all, what are you doing?
A top-notch film.
I remember watching that in the theater also.
And being just totally and completely blown away.
Especially for the time.
And it was just done so well.
Unfortunately, it just never got recaptured.
Frank Miller did do a sequel, A Dame to Kill For.
Which actually does focus on Powers Booth here without the mustache.
And you look at Biden and Powers Booth side by side.
I mean, I get it.
You know, Powers has got a little bit more black in his hair and he's got the mustacio.
But boy, oh boy, that hairline, even the grin, you know, the chin, very similar.
And if you're not familiar with the story, we're going to give you some spoiler alerts.
Powers Booth, who's a senator, Senator Booth, is a very corrupt individual.
And... He happens to have a child molesty, rapey, killy son.
I think they call him the mustard man or the yellow man.
Again, there's a lot of symbolism.
It's the dark cartoon, man.
It couldn't be more perfect, really.
I guess it's the dark comic book.
But as a kid, much more into Marvel Comics.
DC really wasn't even on the radar.
You had your Supermans and your Batmans and your peripheral characters you knew about because of the Justice League as a kid.
But the comic books just weren't up to par.
But as you got older, you were looking for something a little bit different to read.
Dark Horse. Dark Horse Comics.
They were publishing...
Some of the grittiest stuff out there.
And the grittiest of the gritty, the most independent.
The coup de grace for an independent artist that had been working within the system for so long, like Frank Miller, was to go there and do something that really was game-changing.
So... In light of the fact that I'm probably going to get a copyright strike, I pray to God that it doesn't get pulled down from YouTube in the very beginning.
I doubt it because these clips are up solo and I'm sure that whoever distributed the film, I forget who it was, whether it was Paramount or whatever, will come after me.
But this speech is so spot on and it harkens to the power of lying.
And then forcibly making people go along with the lie, even though in their gut, in their soul, what?
They know it not to be true.
They know that they're being lied to.
They understand that the person at the top ain't great, is a criminal.
It's a real cartel.
But, you have to go along with the gaslight, you begin to feel powerless and it makes the machine move.
So, I think that's what we're going to do.

Looking into his son's crimes in that country.
In that country. You know, that's why I'm really tempted to show you how crazy the spin is today, even on this deal they just made him.
You know, from CNN, from the establishment, the spin is unbelievable because it can't be believed.
But lie big!
Make everybody go along with it.
That's the goal of this new great narrative society.
And Tucker says something that I don't know that I've heard him say before.
It's towards the end of his piece.
We're going to play that second.
Play the CNN piece first.
Then his piece, based in reality, released yesterday.
He calls it a humiliation exercise.
So all of us have to just sit here and take it and know that this administration just hired a bunch of new IRS agents.
They set a bunch of people up During the COVID-1984 nightmare on these forgiveness loans.

When I was talking to small business owners, right?
They're like, well, they're going to give us this loan, but it's going to be a forgivable loan.
I mean, what does that mean? It means they're just giving you the money.
It's not a loan. Unless...
Unless they find a little dick-a-dick-a-doo in the paperwork that you didn't go by, and then they say, wait a minute, we need this paid back.
We don't want to charge you with fraud.
We don't want to charge you with fraud.
So get ready.
You know, it's more than a double standard.
It's more than just a two-tiered system.
All right? It's a multi-tiered system.
But the truth of the matter is, you had a gun charge like that.
You were laundering money.
You were involved in illegal political kickbacks.
Come on. Come on.
Or, if you're someone who rocked the boat politically.
Love them, hate them.
Trump did that. And we're seeing it.
And it's not a game, and it's not a show, and he's not in on it.
And yeah, he might be getting played.

And one of the ways it's been globalized is, and we have this conversation, if you just get 20% of the population to believe you're Johnny Nonsense, you're in.

Let's start playing the CNN thing.
And they're going to debunk the quote-unquote sweetheart deal.
Like... I'm sorry, every time I hear sweetheart deal, I mean, what do you guys think of?
You think of the Epstein case.
And this is just yet another reflection of that.
That at the upper echelons, the Department of Justice are the cover-up crew.
Okay? That's the deal.
It's funny. So I was talking yesterday to, I believe his name is Matt Osborne of ourrescue.org.
And they're the guys that are behind a plethora of documentary films that are coming out.
But also this Jim Caviezel picture, Sound of Freedom, which is the Mike Ballard story.
The Mike Ballard clip has gone viral where they're doing This Mel Gibson four-part docu-series.
And, you know, I discussed earlier in the broadcast about the networks that were protected, about the Epsteins, etc.
And this guy, actually, he says he doesn't tell the story often.
I don't know if he's ever told it before, but apparently, you know, I wonder if he's told it on air before.
He said, look, I got a call around eight years ago.
To start looking into Jeffrey Epstein.
And I did.
And I started looking and within a few days I got a call from somebody.
Nothing official. They told me to back off.
And I did. You know, I don't want to misquote him, but that's the real deal.
And you hear these stories from people that have been in quote-unquote intelligence in the Justice Department.
It's not an anomaly.
Alright? There's a reason these people are protected at the top.
And think about what Rourke said, the whole thing of cards comes tumbling down.
It's a good metaphor, right?
There's a reason that when Kevin Spacey was playing a sociopathic bisexual president, okay, psychopathic too.
I shouldn't say sociopathic.
I mean, the guy's basically a serial killer in it.
Gets off on. I mean, the opening scene of that show, if you haven't seen it, we're going to do a sport, is him putting down a dog in the street with his bare hands.
So, that's how they start this political figure who, you know, slithers his way into the White House.
Pretty accurate. House cards.
So again, built on dishonesty, a very dishonest house of cards, and part of that is media and narrative control.
So here we go.
Here's CNN talking about the Hunter Biden case.
Turns out that when he made an application to purchase a gun, what happened was he said, I guess you get asked, I don't guess, you get asked the question, are you on drugs?
You use drugs? He said no.
And he wrote about saying no in his book.
CNN's Paula Reid starts off our coverage today with a look at what will happen next before this deal is final.
President Biden's son, Hunter, reaches an agreement with the Justice Department to resolve a long-running criminal investigation.
According to a letter filed Tuesday by federal prosecutors, Hunter will plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and struck a deal to resolve a separate felony gun charge So, no felony charges.
No real charges.
No charges at all that allude to the fact of collusion with his father, the big guy.
Nothing about the solicitation of prostitution or otherwise.
None of it. Zero.
Zips. Totally fair. You'd be treated the same way.
Give me a break. According to court documents, Biden owed at least $100,000 in federal taxes for 2017 and at least $100,000 for 2018, but did not pay the IRS by the deadline.
His lawyers say he eventually paid the tax bill along with fees and penalties.
As part of this deal, the Justice Department has agreed to recommend a sentence of probation for the tax charges, according to sources, but the final punishment will be up to the judge.
On the gun charge, prosecutors allege he possessed a gun despite his addiction in violation of federal law.
Biden's lawyers met with the Justice Department in April, and sources tell CNN that negotiations to resolve the case have ramped up in recent weeks.
I mean, the fix was in from the beginning.
They treat us like children.
They really do.
And they're about to treat us, again, like invalidic, moronic children.
Or I would just say toddlers that have no sense of how politics work or the justice system work.
By like 10 years old, right and wrong.
You know, gun bad.
You know, unless with the right person to save, right?
Like robbers use guns.
Murderers use guns.
You know, he's not a law enforcement officer.
He's not in the military.
Not anymore. Smoking that crack, Jack.
The deal comes after a broad, years-long investigation that also looked at Hunter Biden's foreign deals and possible money laundering.
Oh, it also looked at that.
Yeah, I mean, again, think of the whitewash there.
I looked at it, nothing there.
On Capitol Hill, Republicans have been focused on the president's son and his foreign business dealings, but prosecutors haven't charged him on those claims.
On Tuesday, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy criticized Hunter's deal.
It continues to show the two-tier system in America.
If you are the president's leading political opponent, the DOJ tries to literally put you in jail and give you prison time.
If you are the president's son, you get a sweetheart deal.
Former President Donald Trump posting on Truth Social this morning, wow, the corrupt Biden
DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter Biden a mere traffic
ticket.
Our system is broken.
Let's stop it right there.
100% correct.

And as Tucker points out in his piece later...
He says, you know, a few weeks back, Trump said that they were going to charge him with something like patty cake, patty cake, baker's man, little slap on the wrist, and basically absolve him while trying to legitimize the cases where they're trying to put him in prison for the Espionage Act.

The Hunter Biden investigation has been overseen by Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney David Weiss.
President Biden has repeatedly defended his son amid the ongoing investigation.
He's established a new life.
I'm confident that what he says and does are consistent with what happens.
For example, he wrote a book about his problems and was straightforward about it.
He's just so straightforward about his problems, the crack smoking and prostitutes.
He's just so straight.
I mean, look at Joe Biden right there.
Now, a lot of people say when they see Joe Biden later, he's got much more wrinkles.
They got that guy Botoxed up.
He's sitting across from Jake Tapper.
His eyes are barely open.
But you better believe that he's on some kind of like vitamin train.
I'm just going to say vitamin train.
Lord knows what they've injected him with.
And Lord knows, you know, how edited this interview is.
We've seen how he does live.
He doesn't do so well.
He doesn't do so well live.
No. I'm proud of him.
Moments ago, Biden's lawyer weighed in on the investigation, calling it dogged but fair.
Dogged but fair.
Firm, but gentle.
Take a listen. This was a five-year, very diligent investigation pursued by incredibly professional prosecutors, some of whom have been career prosecutors, one of whom at least was appointed by President Trump.
They were very diligent, very dogged.
This was, you know, it took five years and it was five years of work.
It took five years.
Again, on the surface level, armchair internet detectives that had limited access to some of the material were able to come up with the crimes.
Biden bragged about them.
Bragged about them.
At a CFR meeting.
Filmed. For C-SPAN. And what still gets me to this day is that is the initial snowball rolling down a hill.
Okay? That turns into a Leviathan.
Right? Like literally just a downfall.
Of hate and lies for that first impeachment.
With Trump asking Zelensky, hey, this Burisma thing, this Ukraine, I'd like a real investigation.
I understand they fired the guy that was really investigating it.
The perfect phone call.
Impeach his ass.
Impeach his ass.
Like, I was blown.
You would have never, just like I could have never believed they put Biden in there in the first place.
Look how corrupt these people are.
A dogged investigation.
Five years. So basically, in five minutes, with a keyword search on that laptop, you could have found some very, very, very, very, very, very illegal activity and material.
I mean, again, no drug charges, no prostitution charges, whatever.
Whatever. But the gun charge and the idea, it's just tax evasion.
There are no crimes.
There is no bag man.
Joe Biden's not connected.
His brother's not connected.
It's insane. And you know that all these people that have already blown the whistle, that now have already seen how the system has treated this case, must be pooping their drawers.
Because now it's just case closed in America, man.
Another six months, another 12 months, another 18 months.
No one's going to care about you at all.
If you're in a car accident, or you're on vacation and fall off a boat, who knows?
Who knows? I mean, you don't want to speak out against Joey B. He may have gone...
Zombie J. But the cartel...

That they put in. And even throughout working out the ultimate resolution, I think that they were always driving for what they thought was fair.
Total lie. They were driving to cover it up, saying it didn't exist, and that it was Russian propaganda.
He talks about five years.

A year, year and a half since the media acknowledged that it was real?

And we all know what went down during the election season of 2020.
Period. They had it for five years.

Ellie, I'm not a lawyer.
I have no idea if this plea case, this plea agreement, comports with what would happen for the normal person or, as Republicans are today insinuating, this is a sweetheart deal.
You're a former federal...
Well, I just don't know.
I've been in this position for...
I just can't tell.
Like, Jake Tapper, talk about disingenuous.
I mean, I get it.
They pay you a lot, Jake.
They pay you a lot. I'm just going to go to the expert.
Let's ask someone who's completely unbiased.
This is a pretty normal deal, right?
Prosecutor, tell us.
Is this what anybody would get in a similar circumstance or is this a sweetheart deal?
Well, Jake, I think first of all, nobody's really in position to know that because we don't know the entirety, what the whole universe was of what DOJ had.
If they had evidence of more serious crimes and they failed to follow up or they gave Hunter Biden substantially lesser charges, then yes, it's a sweetheart deal.
But if this is all they had that was federally criminally chargeable, then no, it's not a sweetheart deal.
What's in the public arena shows the first statement to be true.
The first statement about money law, it's in the public arena.
The whistleblowers have spoke out.
The big guy is obvious.
Just to give you one example, a lot of this is a matter of perspective.
If we look at the gun charge here, it is exceedingly rare for somebody to be charged with a federal gun crime and given pretrial diversion as Hunter Biden has been given, meaning he doesn't even have to plead guilty.
As long as he behaves himself, the charge will go away.
On the other hand, the vast majority of federal gun crimes involve somebody who either used the gun in some sort of violent crime or somebody who's a prior convicted felon.
So it's rare to even see anyone prosecuted at all under the law that Hunter Biden was prosecuted for, which is possession of a gun by an addict.
Let's stop it right there.
Again, you have to dance around the fact that this guy is a criminal, but he's just never been charged.
So then, again, there's the double standard there, where, what are you hearing here?
Well, since he's never been charged, I mean, he's an obvious criminal, we've seen it, then it's rare that they would even charge him with this.
Then second, the other misnomer, that he never committed a crime with that gun.
Do we know that?
Do we know that?
That's a real question.
Did he ever fire that gun in some weird circumstance?
Is there any crime with that gun?
Would that even be investigated if it were hinted at and evidence suggested it?
I want people to think about that.
Listen, some people have guns for protection, for sure.
Other people that are narcissists, That are entitled.
That are addicts.
That have access to power.
They may be holding that weapon for another reason.
Not just protection. You know?
It may be part of their psychosis at the time.
I don't know!
I've never, you know, taken nude pictures of myself in a scarf smoking crack.
Confession time. It's never happened.
I know. A lot of you are disappointed.
Okay? A lot of you are just so disappointed that that's never happened.
It's really largely a product of perspective here.
The lawyer for Hunter Biden said the case is now, quote, resolved.
But the U.S. attorney, David Weiss, appointed by Trump, says it's ongoing.
So clear that up for us.
How does that make sense? In any plea deal like this, it is absolutely the understanding between both parties that this is it, that there will not be further charges based on what DOJ knows now.
I suspect when we see the paperwork, it will say something to that effect.
So why is DOJ saying it's ongoing?
Because DOJ always says that until the jury comes back, until the appeal is over, because you never know if something new could pop up.
But that's sort of general, very commonplace DOJ language.
I do not expect there to be additional charges.
Nor do I. For all the Hopiates out there, that's the back door that, don't worry, we're going to get them with the Mueller report.
That's right. Robert Mueller is secretly working for the Trump administration.
We're going to get them with the Bill Barr report.
When he passes it off to Durham, this is it.
We've done it. And now when they're charged Trump with felonies, they think they're going to use that infrastructure.

This spring, word began to circulate in Washington that the House Oversight Committee, under its new chairman, Congressman Jamie Comer, had discovered criminal behavior after reviewing thousands of pages of the Biden family's bank records.
Now, publicly, to the extent they responded at all, the White House dismissed the investigation as, of course, politically motivated.
In any case, irrelevant.
Hunter Biden was an adult, so his business dealings had nothing at all to do with his father, in this case, the President of the United States.
But in private, everybody understood it wasn't quite that simple.
There has long been overwhelming evidence that Joe and Hunter Biden's financial lives are not separate at all, but deeply intertwined.
On Hunter Biden's laptop, there's a suggestion that the two of them even at one point shared a bank account.
And of course, Hunter Biden wrote himself that he kicked back cash from his foreign business deals to his father.
He wrote that bitterly. So the Oversight Committee's investigation was potentially a disaster for the White House, a scandal, possibly even the prelude to criminal charges.
So in order to get ahead of all of that, Joe Biden's handlers did the one thing they could do.
They set up an MSNBC interview to preemptively whitewash whatever Jamie Comer might find.
Here's the result of that.
This aired on May 5th.
Sir, there is something personal that's affecting you.
Your son, while there's no ties to you, could be charged by your Department of Justice.
How will that impact your presidency?
First of all, my son has done nothing wrong.
I trust him.
I have faith in him.
And it impacts my presidency by making me feel proud of him.
I'm proud of my son.
He's done nothing wrong.
And remember, you know, just to be sure, his business dealings are his.
They have nothing to do with me.
Okay, time for the master class.

Showing appropriate respect, says the shill.
There is something personal that's affecting you.
Note the wording. Personal.
Not of public concern.
Nothing law enforcement might be interested in.
But personal. A sad family tragedy.
That's the framing. And then this.
A sentence choreographed to the letter.
Your son, while there's no ties to you, could be charged by your Department of Justice.
Got that? Well, there's no tie to you.
So the answer is, in fact, in the question.
Whatever Hunter Biden goes down for, and we know he is going to be charged because MSNBC said so, but when that happens, that's Hunter's problem.
It's got nothing to do with Joe Biden.
Rest easy, America.
Five days later, the Oversight Committee released its findings, and they were, in fact, devastating.
Quote, Bank records show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies, their many companies, received over $10 million from foreign nationals and their related companies, the committee wrote.
Investigators had, quote, identified payments to Biden family members from foreign companies while Joe Biden served as vice president and after he left public office.
So actually there was something there.
It was a scandal.
Racketeering, money laundering, wire fraud.
Those are some of the crimes that Biden seemed to have committed.
But remember, CNN told you it was a matter of perspective.
Because if you believe the things that Tucker said, then obviously it was a sweetheart deal.
But there's no evidence of that.
Obviously they didn't find that.
It's magic.
In addition, of course, to selling out the United States for cash.
So what would happen to them?
Well, Donald Trump had an idea, quote, Trump wrote that about two weeks ago.
And it turned out those were prescient words.
This morning, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to pretty much nothing.
Biden pled to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges, then entered a diversion on a federal gun charge.
That's it. As far as Merrick Garland's Justice Department is concerned, Hunter Biden is done.
There was no pre-dawn raid carried live simultaneously on CNN. There was no perp walk, no handcuffs, no press conference.
Above all, there was no felony.
Hunter Biden, who broke federal gun laws, can still carry a gun.
It's like it all never happened.
In fact, the Justice Department just baptized Hunter Biden.
A lifetime of sins washed away in an instant.
It was a secular miracle.
Most miraculous of all, Hunter Biden somehow escaped a FARA charge.
FARA is the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
So let's just stop here.
He lays this down correctly as well.
First of all, I would have liked to see actual fair laws enforced over the last couple of decades.
It's not real. I want total and complete reform for lobbying.
In fact, one of Roger Stone's many sins is that he helped erect modern-day lobbying and still contends that money is speech.
And I'm just here to say that modern-day lobbying is putrid.
It's part of the problem.
It needs to be completely and totally revamped, regulated to the fact that they can't use that kind of
money as speech, as lobbyists,
and that you have an equal representation for those that just want to speak and be heard and can vote,
not have to vote with their dollars with a politician.
Just wanna point that out.
But they went after the Trump administration, Manafort in particular, who they put in prison via Farah.
Right, just like they went after Flynn with the Logan Act, when I would've loved to see the Logan Act used
for decades before on these people attending Bilderberg meetings.
Just point that out.
It is exactly what its name suggests.
Under federal law, if you are acting as an agent of a foreign nation in Washington, you are required to register with our government to let everybody know.
Well, for decades, pretty much nobody in Washington did register under Farah, and precisely no one was ever prosecuted for it.
No one. But starting several years ago, the Justice Department began sending people to prison on Farah violations.
The official explanation was, we're cracking down on foreign influence in Washington.
And of course, privately, everyone in Washington laughed.
They knew that was absurd. In fact, it's the opposite of the truth.
Foreign powers have never had more power in Washington.
I'm going to stop it there.
That's 100% correct.
Again, we're watching that slow burn, Rome style, only this time the enemy is in the gates.
The Trojan horse entered a long time ago.
And Joe Biden's really just riding it.
He doesn't even know he's riding it.
He thinks he's riding unicorns, guys.
He's gone. He's gone.
