you you
Presidential seal on it.
You gonna autograph it?
Oh, sure I'll autograph it.
Huh?
Yeah.
You remember your name?
I don't remember my name.
I'm Stuart.
Stuart Park.
Stuart Old Park.
Yeah, I know, man.
I'm an old guy.
And you're an old person, right?
I know you would know about that.
You're what?
I'm being old.
Oh, I know.
All right.
I'm a young timer.
It reminds me of the guys I grew up with.
There was always one in this neighborhood.
Well, I'm the only one.
There you go, man.
I need that hat.
You want my autograph?
Hell no.
You know my name.
Come on.
I ain't going that far.
I ain't going that far.
I can't even do a filthy.
There you go.
Yeah!
Jeff, did you just prepare a cut for me in which somebody says to Joe Biden that you're an old fart?
Did you just do that?
Yep.
Eric, did you just play that across national radio?
I certainly did.
Want me to do it again?
Are we allowed?
Isn't that one of the seven deadly words, Jeff?
Fart.
It is, and it also reminds me of the time when he said, no one Fs with a Biden.
Looks like people do now.
But can you, for those who are simply listening and not watching us, can you explain that after that American at that fire station in Shanksville, after he calls Biden an old fart and he agrees, What did he get Biden to do?
Because when I saw that originally, I thought it was like... What does KJP call them?
Cheap fakes.
I thought it was like some AI... I thought it might have been... I actually thought Chris Coles has faked this, and I didn't see what I just saw.
What did Biden just do?
He put on a Trump hat.
Excuse me?
Yes.
He took the man's hat, who called him an old fart, and then put his Trump hat on?
Exactly.
What does that mean?
If Biden does that, what does that mean about Biden?
Well, the Democrats have no respect for him anymore, so he's just looking for anybody just to talk to and try to make smile.
Oh, gosh.
Oh, dear.
Oh, dear.
Yeah, I think that's a very good answer.
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First with your host, Sebastian Gorka.
Let's get a little bit serious.
You always wonder if you're ever going to get the evidence.
And then it drops, because the other side are, um...
They're evil, but they're also incompetent.
There was a man who was an admiral in the U.S.
Navy, and then he decided to become a propagandist for Joe Biden.
His name is John Kirby.
And he just disrespected, amazing, he's a veteran, and he just disrespected all of our veterans.
Let me read this piece to you from our friend at Breitbart, Joel Pollack, about the response to the third anniversary of our disastrous surrender in Afghanistan.
White House National Security Spokesman John Kirby trashed a group of veterans in an email sent in error to Fox News on the anniversary of the September 11th terror attacks.
As Fox News reported, Kirby responded to an email query from Fox about criticisms by a veterans group about the Biden administration's disastrous 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan by accidentally hitting reply all.
John Kirby didn't even realize he was sending his disrespectful remarks about these veterans back to Fox News.
Quote.
This is John Kirby's email.
Obviously no use in responding.
A handful of vets indeed and all of one stripe.
All of one stripe?
Eric, what do you think he means?
A handful of veterans, all of one stripe?
People who care about national security?
Maybe that's the one stripe?
In his mind, he is referring to the red stripe of Republicans, but forgets, of course, that all Americans should be, especially veterans, should be of the same stripes.
Red, white, and blue.
Alex, what kind of former serviceman In an internal email, working for the White House, as Director of Strategic Communications for the National Security Council, writes that about his fellow veterans.
What kind of person does that?
I don't have words for it.
Dishonorable.
Yeah, yeah.
You are our in-house diplomat.
That is the most diplomatic thing we can say about it.
Dishonorable.
It's these moments when, you know this thing about gaslighting, how they light you so persistently and so consistently 24 hours a day that you are tempted to doubt your own perceptions, to think, am I going crazy?
Can it really be that bad?
Can Joe Biden go to the beach for the third anniversary of the fall of Kabul?
Can Kamala Harris, who wants to be the Commander-in-Chief, really have an empty schedule that day, literally nothing on her calendar, as the Gold Star parents are at Arlington National Cemetery with President Trump, who responded to their request, unlike the White House?
Is that possible?
Or could it just be a mistake that I don't know, Biden forgot it was the anniversary, or Kamala didn't realize that it's the anniversary.
We make excuses for them, even maybe subconsciously, and then this happens, and we have the evidence.
There's no accidents.
No accidents.
It's on purpose.
The hatred, the venom, the disrespect No point responding, obviously!
What do you mean, obviously?
You don't need to respond.
These are veterans who served our nation.
Some might have been injured, might have bled for this nation, lost limbs for this nation.
And you don't need to respond?
You're not some reporter at some left-wing hack newspaper nobody reads.
You work in the White House for the current Commander-in-Chief.
Not only that, you wore the uniform of an Admiral!
And you say, ah, who cares?
They're all of one stripe.
They believe in borders.
They have red hats.
They believe in making America great again.
Screw you!
You may be a veteran, but who cares?
That's who they are.
Utter, complete contempt for you or anyone who loves this nation, especially if they bled for it, wearing the cloth of the Republic.
Clarifying moments, my friends, clarifying moments.
Less than two months to go, 55 days.
What are you doing about it?
Make sure you tell the world that you're on Team Trump, and then do something for Team Trump.
They tried to kill him.
We put the image from Butler, Pennsylvania, fight, fight, fight, on a ball cap, on a t-shirt.
Are you going to try and save America or not?
You're just going to sit back and say, you know, I'll vote.
Maybe I'll get around to voting.
Do more than that.
Support President Trump.
DonaldJTrump.com.
That's DonaldJTrump.com.
And become part of his team.
Do something to save the Republic.
It's up to us.
Go today.
TrumpForce47.com.
They truly and utterly hate you.
TrumpForce47.com TrumpForce47.com
Hey, buddy.
Hey, Dr. G. How are you, sir?
Good, good.
How's it going?
Pretty good, pretty good.
What are you, what are you writing up now?
What's the next?
Um, well, I just did a story today on Speaker Johnson and the whole, um, SAVE Act situation.
Um, basically, uh, there, uh, Speaker Johnson is faking when he's trying to put that in the spending bill.
Um, he told a bunch of Senate Republicans, his office denies it, but like he told a bunch of Senate Republicans, apparently, Uh, that he wants them to strip it out after the house passes it.
Alright, let's cover that.
That's super important.
Yeah.
And we'll probably, uh, yeah, I'll play the cut, the Ted Lieu cut.
Did you see this thing, this Ted Lieu at Chaney cut?
Matt, have you heard this?
No, I haven't seen it.
What did they say?
Alright, so left wing loony goes up to Ted Lieu and asks about the Kamala endorsement from Dick Cheney.
It's hilarious.
Click up.
What did he say?
Congressman, Kamala Harris tonight touted the endorsement of Dick Cheney.
Did you find that at all bizarre?
Is Dick Cheney someone who's fit to judge the competence or character of a president?
I mean, I'm old enough to remember when Dick Cheney was reviled by Democrats, rightly so, because he was integral in launching the Iraq war on false pretenses.
Dick Cheney is certainly competent to judge the one issue that matters, which is the preservation of our democracy.
And look, we- Why is he fit to judge that?
Because he is supporting Kamala Harris.
Because she actually supports democracy.
We want his endorsement, and that's why it's good to get his endorsement.
Yeah, if he endorsed Donald Trump, then he wouldn't be... Right, exactly!
You got it, you got it.
Alright, I'll play that for you, but first let's talk about the... What's it called?
The SAFE Act, right?
Save the... SAVE Act.
SAVE Act, right.
Yeah, this is the bill that would stop illegals from voting.
And then I'm gonna, I'm definitely gonna play, um, Lou and then Lance, nine foot for Matt.
15 and 9 already.
Alright, one minute.
Forty-five.
Just need titles for Chris in the monologue.
For Chris...
How do we talk about that reversal?
for them.
On how they now support the deep state?
Yeah.
You you
Well major this is something that came up on the internet and the internet can be quite crazy sometimes and
And, look, the mayor, Mayor Rue of Springfield says, no, there's no truth in that.
They have no evidence of that at all.
So, I think we go with what the mayor says.
He knows his city.
The cats aren't being eaten, the geese aren't being eaten.
Jeff, I gotta tell you, this thing happened to me this morning.
I was prepping for the show, and the doorbell rings.
And there's a young kid there, he's got, you know, a themed branded hat on, and he's got a clipboard, so he's clearly wanting to sell something.
And it was pest control.
And I said, it's okay, we don't need pest control, we're good.
And then he says, before he leaves, I like all your signs, because we've got like four Trump signs on the front yard lined up after each other.
He says, wow, that's so cool.
Are there a lot of Trump supporters around here?
And we started chatting, yada yada yada.
And he says, I'm from Illinois.
And let me tell you, that thing about eating the cats, that's real.
Jeff, I thought this is gonna have blowback.
If a young kid I've never met before is confirming it for me on my doorstep, isn't that interesting?
It is, but he's trying to sell you something.
You gotta think about that just a little bit.
Yeah, I know, but I told him already.
I already told him.
I'm good.
I've got a service.
I'm good.
And he's the one who was... Alright, I'll give you that.
That is pretty good then.
Yeah?
See?
Yeah.
He's so cynical.
Don't be cynical!
Believe in Dr. G, especially Mark II, thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team.

I haven't been that since I was in my 20s, size 36.
Find out for yourself.
Call 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
All right, we'll talk about the big debate, but first, the SAVE Act to make sure illegals aren't voting in November.
Is it dead in the water?
Is there going to be a government shutdown?
We'll ask the man who has all the answers.
Washington Bureau Chief for the conservative juggernaut that is Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
Happy Thursday.
Dr. Chi, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
All right, so tell us, what's the latest?
Speaker Johnson, is he going to go full Rhino on us?
Can we please get a government shutdown?
D.C.
is wonderful when there's a government shutdown.
Tell us the latest.
Yeah, it looks like Speaker Johnson's gonna go full rhino on us again.
Like, no surprise there.
I talked to two Senate Republican offices, both of the offices uh... support putting the same act in the funding our
government funding bill on that that would ensure that makes it to the president's
desk and get you know uses the leverage of the government funding to to try to
stop non-citizens from voting in this country
on the uh... that that that's what speaker johnson says he wants to do but
uh... to these two senate republican offices told me this figure johnson's been telling the senate republicans
to pull it out after the house passes the bill and then send back a bill without
it to the house and then the house will just you know jam that one on through
A, the SAVE Act will never make it to the President's desk.
Now, to be fair to the Speaker's office, his office is denying what the Senate Republican staffers are saying, but I can tell you I trust my sources here, and I've seen this movie too many times to know how this process plays out.
I find it very hard to believe that whatever the President ends up signing, in terms of a government funding bill when we get deeper into September, I find it very hard to believe that that would have the SAVE Act in it.
So it makes sense that that's what the Speaker would be saying.
And again, the two Senate aides that I've spoken to from completely different offices and who didn't like, you know, I spoke to them independently, are both very reliable.
So we'll see what ends up happening.
But, you know, the bar is very low for Speaker Johnson, and I don't think that he's going to clear it.
So very, very disappointing.
Should we be disappointed as well with the debate between President Trump and Kamala Harris?
It's been a big debate here for us at the show.
Some have thought it was a bad performance by the President.
Some thought, no, he absolutely crushed her.
The polling, especially the focus groups of independents, Matt, seem to indicate that the President did quite well.
Yeah, look, I think it's a kind of a mixed bag.
The general picture going into the debate is that Donald Trump had an opportunity to deliver a knockout blow to Kamala Harris in much the same way he did to Joe Biden back in the debate between them.
Or, you know, maybe more accurately, Kamala Harris could have delivered a knockout blow to herself like Joe Biden did to himself back in the debate between Trump and Biden.
I don't think that we got that knockout blow of Kamala Harris.
Kamala Harris will live to fight another day.
And, you know, she kind of did what she needed to do, but Trump did what he needed to do, too, right?
Like, and the idea that this was some, you know, faceplant-level performance or something by Trump, that's just not true.
I thought his closing statement was fantastic.
I thought Kamala made a number of mistakes throughout the debate, starting with her first answer to the first question.
How can you not have an answer to the question, are you better off today than you were four years ago?
The reason why she doesn't have an answer is because the vast majority of Americans say they aren't.
And so I think that Kamala Harris did what she needed to do and Trump did what he needed to do.
But the idea that they were just going to hand the White House back to Trump on a silver platter, no, we're going to have to fight for it.
And we all know that.
We all knew that going into the debate.
We all know that coming out of the debate.
As for the trajectory of the race, I don't think it changes that much.
And that's a good thing for Trump.
Right.
Trump has been inching upward.
The honeymoon has been over for Harris for some time, and the polls are moving more and more in Trump's direction.
In fact, the first post-debate poll that we've seen comes from Insider Advantage out of the state of Michigan, and Donald Trump has taken the lead in the state of Michigan now, post-debate.
It was conducted yesterday and today.
And released today, that one has Trump up one.
Their previous poll conducted mid-August had Trump down two, right, had Harris up two.
So it's swung three points post-debate towards Donald Trump in the state of Michigan.
So I do think that there's a lot of good that Trump got out of that debate.
And the fact of the matter is Donald Trump was the only one talking about the economy and immigration, the issues that are driving the voters up.
So the breaking news from President Trump on his true social account that he says he will not debate again before the election.
You think that's a smart move?
Um, I don't know.
Like, I guess that's what they're saying now.
Maybe it's a good move to debate.
Maybe it isn't a good move to debate.
I have no idea.
It depends on the rules, the contours, etc.
of a debate stage.
You know, do you have an audience?
Do you have The mic's muted.
Where is it?
Who are the moderators?
What network is it on?
How long are you on stage for?
When does the debate happen?
I mean, all those things are, as of yet, unclear.
Do they take audience questions?
Et cetera.
And if you're going to go through... I wouldn't bank everything on a debate.
I don't think a debate is going to win or lose an election for somebody.
What I do think is that if you can get the circumstances to a point where it would help you, then maybe it's a good idea to do a debate.
But if you can't, then maybe it's not a good idea to do a debate.
I don't know.
There's no easy answer to that question.
We're talking to the Watch the Bureau Chief of Breitbart, Breitbart.com.

I presume you saw that, right?
The Lance thing about President Trump?
On Piers Morgan.
I saw it.
But I didn't read the actual or watch the actual clip, but I'm sure I can.
Yeah, President Trump has just put a post out that there will be no third debate.
Alright, let me find it.
Oh, shut it down.
We got a very big donation on Rumble.
Jules15 for $45.
Celebrating my birthday by skipping work to listen to my favorite Dr. G and hanging out with my fellow Trumplicans.
Donating 45 because that's how old I am now, and symbolic of the best president ever.
Wow!
Thank you so much, Jules!
Big support!
Alright, alright.
Do that as a breaking news, that'd be fun.
Donation, alrighty.
Just need a title for the monologue as well.
Yeah, hang on, let me just find the president's... Truth social post?
Truth social post.
Where is it?
Was it recent or was it a little older?
Well, Fox said it was breaking.
Hmm.
Let's see if it was like a 3am thing.
Hang on.
Um... Ooh!
Oh yeah, 22 minutes ago.
When a prizefighter loses a match.
No, no.
Oh yeah, read it to me.
When a prizefighter loses a match, the first words out of his mouth are, I want a rematch.
Okay, good.
Make a thing out of it.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Love the fighting comparison.
There you go.
Shh.
Okay?
Got it.
Alright, show me.
Session two.
Alright, uh, come in with the, uh, breaking news, the rumble thing, and then I'll do the, uh, and I'll read that.

With breaking news here's Sebastian Gorka.
Well I've got some breaking news for you but first Eric has some from Team Gorka.
This might be the single biggest super chat we've ever gotten on Rumble from Jules15 for 45 dollars says quote celebrating my birthday by skipping work to listen to my favorite Dr. G and hanging out with my fellow Trumplicans.
Donating 45 because That's how old I am now, and symbolic of the best president ever.
Fabulous.
Happy birthday to you, Jules, and enjoy the show.
Also, we have this breaking news from President Trump, just posted 26 minutes ago.
When a prizefighter loses a fight, the first words out of his or her mouth are, I want a rematch!
Polls clearly show that I won the debate against Comrade Kamala Harris.
And it goes on to say, Kamala should focus on what she should have done during the last almost four year period.
Big letters.
There will be no third debate.
Let's analyse that in a moment, but first, MyPillow.com needs your support.
Why?
Because the left hates Mike Lindell, and it's a twofer if you support him.
You're buying American products, hundreds of them, on his website, and also you're annoying those who hate America.

800-829-8468 All right, Matt, I've got to amuse you here with the
the latest clip from who was he
He was Kevin McCarthy's roommate, Frank Luntz, who's, he doesn't want to say this in public, but he just has to.
Do you think Kamala won?
And does that mean she may now win the election?
I think more accurately it's that Donald Trump lost.
And this is not the worst debate performance I've seen in my career, but it's very close to it.
And I think that this will cost him.
Yes, I'm trying to decide if I want to go on record and the answer is yes.
I think that he loses because of this debate performance.
Stop laughing, Matt Boyle.
How dare you laugh at that famous poster and his strange hairdo.
It looks like the Rhino class are very, very sad, Matt.
Yeah, look, I find it hilarious and frankly, I hope they keep getting their hopes up that Donald Trump will lose and then all of a sudden he comes back and wins.
It makes it that much sweeter, right?
So, I am enjoying watching the left, the media, the frank lenses of the world, the establishment, Republicans, never Trumpers, whatever.
I'm enjoying watching all of them go out there and have these anti-Trump meltdowns.
All right, this is even better.
This is absolutely the funniest thing we've had in a long while.
And at the end of the day, if and when Donald Trump wins the election, and I think he will,
I think it'll make it that much sweeter.
So I find it hilarious.
Like please, by all means, keep broadcasting them.
All right, this is even better.
This is absolutely the funniest thing we've had in a long while.
Lefty asks Ted Lieu, what's this Dick Cheney endorsing Kamala?
I thought you hate Dick Cheney.
Cut 15.
And look, we probably see fit to judge that.
It's just amazing.
I'm literally sitting here laughing out loud and I've seen that clip a bunch of times now.
Matt, don't you understand? We hate Dick Cheney, but he's fit to endorse our candidate because
he's endorsing our candidate.
It's just amazing. I'm literally sitting here laughing out loud and I've seen that clip a bunch of times now.
Like, it's so funny. It's just hilarious, right?
Like, again, I will take the trade all day.
They can have Dick Cheney and Frank Luntz, and I hope they take George Bush too, right?
Like, they can have all of the RINOs, and we'll take Tulsi and RFK.
I'll make that trade all day, every day, right?
We're at the beginning of football season, right?
A few weeks away from the trade deadline.
Which is what?
Week 6 or 7 or something like that?
This is the best trade in the history of professional politics.
I'll take it all day, every day.
They can have the losers, we'll take the winners.
Yeah, we'll take Tulsi Gabbard.
You can have Dick Cheney.
That's what I tweeted earlier this week, and it went rather viral.

Bobby, Ohio.
Hello, Dr. G. Hi.
I have an idea.
I've grown so weary of the polling headlines that I think the Republicans need to Take a new play into their playbook.
This is what I propose.
Every poll that we have an opportunity to give feedback on, we say we're Harris.
But we're not.
But I would love to see their reaction in the next 55 days.
You know, she's leading, she's leading, she's leading!
And then, Election Day comes, and they can't explain The wave that sweeps over this nation because, you know, I don't believe the polls anyway.
I don't believe she's even close to what they're trying to convince us.
But if we fool them and say, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm voting Harris.
The poll numbers will become perplexing.
How can they be neck and neck?
But she's pulling ahead, pulling ahead.
I think we ought to fool them.
Why?
Just because you're a naughty person?
Bobby, why do you want to trick the Democrats?
Because I'm a naughty person.
I believe that the poll numbers aren't even close to what they're trying to tell us.
And if they start really accelerating in her favor... And what happens when Republican voters think, oh my gosh, she's beating President Trump by 20 points, there's no point in me even voting?
Oh no, no!
I don't think they change their message.
Get out to vote!
No, no, no, but what if somebody who sees these skewed results say, oh, she's got it in the can, there's no point.
Oh, I think... I don't know.
I don't think people would think that.
I think... Oh, I hear it all the time.
There's no point.
They're winning or they're going to cheat.
So I like the way you think, but I think it's very, very dangerous to do that.
And of course, the other danger is if we do that and then President Trump trounces and wins, What is the left going to do?
Oh my gosh!
She was 25 points ahead!
They must have stolen it!
So they'll have even greater justification for more violence.
So I like it in principle, but in real life I think it's a little bit dangerous for multiple reasons.
But thank you, Bobby.
I like the way you think.
Ken, Pensacola, Florida.
Good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
Hi.
I was listening earlier this morning to Another talk show.
Glenn Beck.
Sorry about that.
But you are on in the morning.
Anyway, they were talking about the DOJ is making all these hires.
I've got a solution for Donald Trump when he becomes our next president.
Again, thank the Lord.
Let's put portable courthouses in the middle of the desert on federal property, at least two hours away from any town and transfer all those hires to those locations.
If they don't want to transfer, we can fire them.
And if they don't like it, and they don't perform, we can fire them.
I've been saying this for years, Ken.
Have you not listened to my show?
If we can't get rid of them instantly, move all of these departments out of D.C.
And the people who don't want to work in South Dakota, North Dakota, the middle of the desert, well, you know, they don't have to work there.
Yeah, I do listen.
I don't get to listen on a regular basis because I own a small business and I'm working my tail off.

It's still a good one, though.
Let's go to Tom in Atlanta.
Hey, Dr. G. So if there aren't to be no more live debates, the best defense is a good offense.
And before I describe what I'm thinking of, I'll call it the straight debate where no candidate shows up.
But I'd like to thank you for getting me up off my dead rear end.
And I'm now working at the Trump store.
I'm handing out voter guides, put out the Faith and Freedom Coalition.
Fabulous.
And I'm waiting to hear back from Trump Force 47.
Fabulous.
Good, good, good.
All right, quickly, what's your idea?
Making me look in the mirror, sir.
All right.
All right.
Now, here's the idea.
I'm sure you can take it and make it a lot better than others like yourself.
So, like Lincoln and Douglass debates, as I understand it, There was a question put out.
We've got time for three of these every other week.
And just list or have someone actually speak the words and the video and the audio that we've heard from the candidates on all the different issues categorized, as I said, and just list them and let them have, you know, just whatever they've said in the past.
Hit the high points vocally or maybe, you know, closed caption as well as the speaker doing it.
And that way, I think that will lay it out pretty clearly.
But we have to then put the codicil on.
That was before, you know, June 2024.
And now, here's the new positions.
Check in daily for the latest changes on the Kamala campaign.
Yeah, I think that's being done already.
I'm not sure it's being done necessarily with videos, but I think the campaign and the RNC are publishing, you know, often social media posts with what Kamala said two years ago, three years ago, and what she's saying today.
But it sounds like you just want something a little bit more consistent and done on a regular basis.
Thank you for telling us that you are Activated!

Let's, oh, it's Thursday.
Let's go to California, the voice of the voiceless, Antoinette.
Hey, hey, Dr. G. It actually is a beautiful day and it's cool finally.
It's been so darn hot.
Dr. G, something that the president, the fourth president of the United States, has said about government and the Ten Commandments and how they've staked the whole future of our country, not on political institutions, but on us governing ourselves according to the Ten Commandments.
And that was said by James Madison, our fourth President of the United States.
So our church, Calvary Chapel of Chino Hills of here at the Harbor with my pastor,
Pastor Joe Pettick and Pastor Jack Hibbs, they got together and we started a big drive
throughout the state of California.
So they've already gone to about five churches, they're going to more,
and we started what they call the Comeback California.
So we have flyers, like one flyer has Kamala Harris one side versus Donald Trump,
all at least nine different subjects concerning what's going on.
So we're registering people.
We're getting out there.
We're knocking on doors.
So that's what's going on in Southern California.
And just know, Dr. G, we definitely appreciate everything that you do for our country and your staff, because we are fighting for those babies at Planned Parenthood, and we are fighting for our country.
And we do definitely appreciate you and the guys.
And thank you so much for getting out all Our messages that's going on here, especially in Orange County.
We had Sacramento sue one of the guys that are running for office.
He is a seal, a Navy seal.
They sued him to get that name off the ballot, if you can believe it.
He won the suit.
Chad Williams, he is an ex-Navy seal.
He's running for our council with Don Kennedy and with Butch.
Twinning.
So we've got a lot going on here.
We'll check it out.
We'll check it out.
Thank you kindly.
We've got an unbelievable clip concerning the reality of late term abortions.

When we're talking about cats and dogs being eaten by illegal immigrants, is it wise to have Stephen Colbert say that Kamala Harris... Who would want their candidate to be described as a cannibal?
Eric, is that a good look?
Absolutely not a good look.
Unless they're really big fans of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, maybe.
But otherwise, no.
Yeah.
I can't believe it.
She's speaking right now in Charlotte, North Carolina, and she's got a massive banner behind her.
I mean, just huge, that says, A New Way Forward.
Do the people in that arena not know that she's the vice president?
Alex, do you think that they could possibly know that she's not the vice president?
They're all mindless drones.
They didn't even vote for her.
Totally.
Maybe they were bused in from Massachusetts, like last time.
Maybe they bused them in.
Okay, this was not, I tweeted this out earlier today, this was not on my bingo card.
Jeff, do you remember Marianne Williamson?
Do you remember her?
Is she the one that ran for president?
Yeah!
Yes.
The one with the, you know, the quartz stones and the vibrations and stuff, right?
Remember her?
Yeah.
Okay, listen to this.
This quote, this tweet from her is quite something.
Continuing to dump on Trump because of the eating cats issue will create blowback on November the 5th.
Haitian voodoo is in fact real!
And to dismiss the story out of hand, rather than listen to the citizens of Sprinkled, Ohio, confirms in the minds of many voters the stereotype of Democrats as smug elite jerks who think they're too smart to listen to anyone outside their own silo.
Jeff, Marianne Williamson coming to President Trump's aid and confirming the reality of Haitian voodoo in America.
Were you expecting that today?
The Democrats must be trying to sue to get her off the ballot too.
That's what that sounds like.
I think the next Trump rally we have to have her up on stage as well.
Maybe not so many fireworks as Bobby got, but that is something else.
Oh my dear Lord.
That is getting very interesting.
John, South Carolina.
Dr. G, this is Succinct John, not Prolix John.
Oh really?
It's his twin brother, right?
Listen, with all the talk about devouring dogs, has anybody accounted for the presence of the most famous dog devourer of all time, Barack Obama?
But that's okay, that's when he was a Muslim, don't you know, when he said the most beautiful sound in the world is the chant of the muezzin in the morning?
Listen, what I called in on is this.
President Trump needs to simply, when he gets attacked by being essentially against women and against blacks, what he needs to say when he mentions her ethnicity and her gender is that he was attacking her integrity, not her skin color, not her gender.
And so she's a chameleon.
She's simply a chameleon.
She is what Jennifer Horne described as the most trans-actional politician of the modern age.
Whether it's protecting the pedophiles in the Roman Catholic Church in San Francisco or putting 1,500 black men behind bars for recreational weed use, whatever it takes to keep her in power.
Thank you, Les Prolix, John.
Let's go to Robert in Pennsylvania.
Yeah, hello.
You know, I was thinking about talking before about how everyone's getting exercised in regards to polls.
And, you know, you really have to take polls with a grain of salt.
I never listen to polls anymore because, you know, the saying from Mark Twain just came to mind a little while ago that there's only three types of lies.
There's lies, damn lies, and statistics.
Polls are statistics.
You can make statistics say anything you want them to.
You have to know how the study was done.
Well, and also how the question is asked.
Oh, how the question was asked, right.
Right.
Exactly.
Right.
Good.
I agree.
I agree.
Is there a broader point you're trying to make?
Well, I just heard the woman before calling about Talking about people's reactions to polls about Kamala being ahead in the polls and people's reactions to that.
People should get all exercised over polls.
No, don't get exercised over polls.
Just get out there and work for the President.
Thank you, Robert.

Our Poet Laureate, Brent.
Happy Thursday.
Dear Patriot Gorka, What would you like to share with us today?
Well, I just wanted to declare my disgust and rage for Communists to hate us and Jew killer Joe going to ground zero yesterday.
We all know that is the last place they would voluntarily desire to go without it being purely motivated by progressive political power.
They went because they were shamed and exposed as the soulless demons they are when they both refused to go to Arlington Cemetery, where President Trump, a pure patriot, lovingly went to honor and attend the memorial of the sacrifice of our true holy Americans, who Harris and Biden joyfully got slaughtered in Afghanistan.
Yeah, it was interesting that last year, Brent, they didn't go there, probably because they expected to be heckled by New Yorkers.
This year they maybe felt safer, or maybe they knew President Trump would be there as he was yesterday, and therefore that would keep them safe.
But at the end of the day, given especially what happened in Afghanistan, it is, you are right, an absolute travesty.
But why should we be surprised?
They are immoral, they are evil, and they're supporters.
This next video, this clip, I have no way to explain this.
This man's son was killed by a Haitian illegal.
In our best interest to be here after recent comments.
He's at a public event at a microphone.
He knows he's being recorded.
And the father who lost a son to an illegal here in America.
What's his response?
I don't think you can predict it.
Cut five.
Our best interest to be here after recent comments.
You know, I wish that my son, Aiden Clark, was killed by a 60-year-old white man.
I bet you never thought anyone would ever say something so blunt.
But if that guy killed my 11-year-old son, the incessant group of hate-spewing people would leave us alone.
If you couldn't hear it, Aidan Clarke, killed by an illegal immigrant,
says in public, I wish the 60 year old white man
had killed my son instead.
I don't know what to say to that.
Jeff, what do normal human beings say to that?
I'm very rarely I'm the same way I'm speechless I cannot believe he said that I mean that is unbelievable and he's not just he said it he took this time to go to a hearing to say it yeah how strange um Kamala Harris has left the stage didn't she just start like Like less than half an hour ago?
When you brought it up I was going to say she's probably doing her normal 18 minute speech and if you potted it up I could probably tell you what she was going to say next.
Hang on a second.
Again, I don't get it.
She's at a rally.
She's not at a debate.
She's got everything on a teleprompter.
Nobody gets to ask her a question and she can't talk for more than 28 minutes.
What's that about?
It's the same speech every time.
She's literally been doing the same speech for the last month.
Every single city she goes.
The accent changes depending on where she is.
It's the same exact thing.
President Trump does an hour and a half as his shortest speech.

Someone very profoundly once said, many years ago, that if fascism ever comes to America, it'll come in the name of liberalism.
And what is fascism?
Fascism is private ownership, private enterprise, but total government control and regulation.
Well, isn't this the liberal philosophy?
The conservative, so-called, is the one that says, less government.
Get off my back.
Get out of my pocket.
We have an amazing intro for the show at the top of the hour that was made by Leroy, our first engineer here.
But if we ever replace that, I think we might as well just play that clip of Ronald Reagan warning us every day as we open the show, if fascism ever comes to America, it will become cloaked as liberalism.
It's just unbelievable that it's taken us, what, 40 years to do this?
But finally, we have a movie about the Gipper, and it's a great one.
I've seen it.
It's simply called Reagan.
It's based upon the amazing book Crusader by Paul Kengor.
And we have one of the actors with us today.
He's a Hollywood rebel, quite a good singer at the same time.
Robert Darvey!
Welcome back to America First!
Thank you for having me, Sebastian.
Thank you very much.
Let's play in the background the trailer for the movie.
If you want to watch it, it's out right now.
Regan.movie.
Regan.movie right now.
I gotta ask you, we have Dennis Quaid with an amazing performance, the voice that he did, the Reagan voice, the movement, the gates, superb.
But when they came to you to play one of his arch enemies, Mr Eyebrows, Brezhnev of the Soviet Union.
I mean, playing fictional villains in one of the scariest Bond villains ever.
I can get that because that's fiction, but were you trepidatious about playing a real life bad guy like Brezhnev?
No, Leonid Brezhnev, I was not frightened to play him, Sebastian, because I'm a concipit artist.
And first off, just to give you a little background of myself, I've done so many plays, so much things, people think I'm just a pretty face.
I'm much more than a pretty face.
But I've played historical bad guys like Lucky Luciano, Vito Genovese, Al Capone, Nino Gaggi.
So I've played real life characters before.
Brezhnev, and I've been to the Soviet Union, I filmed there.
And they hired me in 2015.
To play Brezhnev.
The Hollywood Reporter article about me playing Brezhnev.
And I then started to do copious research on Leonid Brezhnev and the whole situation there, which was fascinating.
Unfortunately, it's a film, of course.
I mean, fortunately, it's a film about Reagan and not about Brezhnev and Reagan or Brezhnev.
So it's just a little, little hors d'oeuvre.
But I, as an actor, you never play a part thinking he's a small part.
You think the film revolves around the character you're playing, and you have to give that for whatever reason.
And I learned quite a bit about Brezhnev and his relationship to the United States and his love of American culture, from Cowboys to John Wayne to movies to cars.
Nixon gave him a Lincoln Continental at the beginning of the 1970s.
And then Brezhnev took him for a ride to the chagrin of the Secret Service.
And his relationship with Reagan Which was very interesting, and I had mentioned this to the filmmakers, and of course, you can't have copious amounts of time to delve into this, but Brezhnev was looking for detente.
He was looking for a partner.
And when I play him in the film, it's toward the end of his life, and he was addicted to pills and painkillers and stuff like that, so he wasn't at the top of his game.
It's even said in some instances, because I also go to the Baltics quite a bit, that Afghanistan, when he found out that they had gone into it, he got very upset because it was one of his weak moments.
They put papers in front of him when he was out of it, supposedly.
And the people over there, they have a strong appreciation for Leonid Brezhnev.
This is not in the film.
But what is, is Reagan's understanding of the word communism and the threat.
And I don't know if we spoke about this before, the 1946 meeting that William Holden took Reagan to at Ida Lupino's house.
No, no, go ahead.
It's a watershed moment, Dr. Sebastian.
Watershed moment, 1946.
The actor William Holden, who you've seen in the last couple of decades in Network, but he was a great actor back then.
He was friends with, you know him, but the audience may not, the younger audience.
But William Holden was a great friend of Ronald Reagan.
And he told Reagan that there was going to be... Now, Ida Lupina was like the Meryl Streep of her day, or someone... She was an actress, director, producer, very brilliant woman, very respected.
At her house, there was a union meeting with the Communist Party that was infiltrating some of the unions.
And William Holden told Reagan about this.
Reagan then went to the party, or went to this meeting, and wanted to speak.
And they shouted him down like they do.
The left in America does today.
Shouts him down.
Don't let him speak.
One actor got on a chair who died several years later of a heart attack because of the pressure the left put on him and other things.
One actor got on a chair and said he has a right to speak.
We should let him speak.
And that actor was John Garfield.
Reagan then went on to speak for 47 minutes or an hour and a half, whatever it was.
And years later, that's the quote that's in the film by Sterling Hayden.
It comes from one of these moments, and it said that Reagan was a one-man wrecking crew or battalion against the Communist Party in America.
And that's a fascinating story because Olivier de Havilland was on Reagan's side, as was James Roosevelt, FDR's son.
And so imagine George Clooney and Brad Pitt and whatnot all at this meeting at Some director's house that's a female powerhouse and an actor gets up like Ronald Reagan, who was considered a B actor.
I'll put myself into that category.
Anyway, someone brings it and you get up and you speak.
And today we don't have that in Hollywood.
And the fact that it took, well we have people like you, the fact that it took so long for a movie to be made of that person who along with Margaret Thatcher and Blessed Saint John Paul II literally won the Cold War and saved the West is quite shocking.
I just wanted to get Robert Darvey, my friend on the show, to talk about making this movie.
And I get a potted five-minute lecture on the history of Hollywood and the Cold War.
I mean, this is the value added we get with this guy.

But would you do an independent film?

Um, the clip, yeah.
Okay, come in with the clip, with sound, I'll do my pillow, and then I'll go back to Robert.
Alright.
So where did you have to go?
Where did they film your scenes?
Oklahoma.
Oklahoma?
Yeah, we filmed in Oklahoma at a Masonic Lodge.
There was a very famous lodge there.
And they stayed at a great spot.
And that's where we filmed all that Russian stuff.
A lot of it.
Was that also where they did Voight scenes?
Because that interior was really stunning.
Yes, they had that interior there.
That was all there.
They built some of that set.
The Masonic Lodge?
Wow.
Yeah, yeah.
And it wasn't like... It was a big one, you know.
It wasn't like a small... Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It was very, very plush.
And I heard it was really screwed by COVID.
The whole movie was really delayed.
There were issues.
We were supposed to film, and then they had to stop, and then they had to this, and they had to that.
And I was always getting calls now when we had shut down.
So-and-so got COVID.
But they did a great job putting it together.
I mean, it took them, you know, they had perseverance.
Did you work with Sean before, the director?
No, no, I had not worked with him before, but he's a terrific guy.
Very open.
Because initially they had, I won't say this on the air, they had Brezhnev underestimating Reagan.
So when John comes to me, he's going to do this, I say he will win.
Before they had me dismiss him.
You know what I mean?
I said, that's not the truth.
Because Brezhnev met Reagan when he came to San Clemente and gave a speech with Nixon.
And I said, this guy has been fighting communism his whole life, Reagan, since the 40s.
Brezhnev would know about it, even if it was half-shitty, you know?
Yes.
He would know.
So don't make them stupid.
So I had to fight that a little bit.
Well, good for you.

But he's good at that because he knows the history.
It's a real story.
He plays Leonid Brezhnev, the original Una Brow.
Robert.
I really don't want to get rose-tinted.
I don't want to get too optimistic.
But maybe it's because on Monday, I was in Nashville with the Daily Wire team.
I was there with Jordan Peterson and Matt Walsh for the premiere of his new movie, Am I a Racist?, which is even better than his What is a Woman?, absolutely amazing.
So we have these documentary films that are crushing it.
It's opening in 1,300 cinemas.
We have Tom Cruise making, you know, Top Cruise Maverick and sticking it to the Chinese who wanted to censor him.
You're in Reagan dot movie.
Are we at least seeing the initial chrysalis of a healthy, normal Hollywood?
Are we building something that could actually beat the woke lunatics in L.A.?
If they keep it up and if we have enough people that Understand, because it's taken a long time for the right or the conservatives to understand how important culture is.
Yeah.
As we see, they have co-opted the culture and we're left with our tongues out, lapping their product and changing minds and people's understanding.
And they've been doing it for decades, brilliantly, incrementally, as we know.
And I've been writing about it on Breitbart for years, talking about it.
And as many people have, that it's important culture is primal.
It affects the emotions.
And once you can understand that, and they're doing it now, the conservative seems to be much more, you know, I directed My Son Hunter.
That was a interesting film with Liam Fox.
Excellent.
Yeah.
Yes.
Yes.
And then I did the body of which is about anti-semitism.
And it was about World War Two in Slovakia.
You're rather busy directing, starring, supporting.
So I've got to ask you one more time a little bit differently.
Are you feeling good about what's happening?
I'm feeling positive, yes, but it needs more.
I never feel positive, you know.
I always say there has to be, we have to do more.
We can't sit back and relax.
We've got to go more.
We've got to, absolutely, everyone, this is for our country.
This is for our future.
This is for freedom around the world.
As people see Millet, the first time there's no inflation.
I think he did tremendous work in Argentina.
He's cut inflation by almost 30% in less than a year.
It's quite stunning.
Stunning and you know, they don't talk about this.
They don't talk about it enough.
You know what I mean?
We should be talking about it.
Yeah, I think Donald Trump should talk about it There are many things that that people have to see how socialism Marxism and their the effects that their policies have on people and especially now because Kamala Harris is a is a uh look at she's a uh a product she's an i call her an obama protege as many do she has his manners she's a communist we know who her father was and you know i mean you played leonid brezhnev uh we will continue the discussion at another time in the meantime reagan dot movie he's an actor he's a director he's a shunter

Yeah.
Yeah.

Then we'll do 4 and 14.
4 and 14.
Alright, come in with 10, then tee up 16, then 4 and 14.
Alright.
Lots of cards this segment.
in 45 seconds.
.
Thank you.
Imagine, in that moment, the panic workings of the mind of that raging racist being corrected on that debate stage last night by two black women.
The racism that Donald Trump grew up with told him, promised him, that that kind of thing could never happen to him.
Um, Jeff, that's Lawrence O'Donnell, right?
Yeah, he's getting old and starting to slow down a lot.
What was he talking about?
The man who never thought he'd get spoken to by black women like that?
I don't even know what he talks about.
I forget about him.
He is the worst host by far in MSNBC.
When you say stuff like, and as a child, his father told him he would never get spoken to by black women like that.
What does he get that from?
It doesn't even make sense for MSNBC.
That's how far out that is.
But this is the guy, I think I remember him.
Eric, do you have that clip about Lawrence O'Donnell?
This is the stable genius that is Lawrence O'Donnell.
James Fallows and Josh Earnest, thank you both for joining us tonight.
Really appreciate it.
Stop the hammering out there.
Who's got a hammer?
Where is it?
Where's the hammer?
Is it on the... Go up on the other floor.
Somebody go up there and stop the hammering.
Stop the hammering!
I know I'm doing this live in front of millions of people right now, but I've been doing this for five and a half years now, and look, I've had anger issues in the past, a little bit of road rage, I get it.
Jeff, is there a tape of me doing anything like that, or the O'Reilly, F it, let's do it, live?
Have I ever done anything like that?
I was actually thinking about how, like, in five or six years there's nothing close to that.
But what's funnier about that is there was construction going on.
Remember, we dealt with that for six months and they stopped it.
We had people hammering and drilling the whole time.
Is there any tape of me anywhere screaming, stop the hammering!
No, and also they stopped it for us every day at two o'clock to do the show.
It looks like Lawrence, they didn't care about his show.
They just kept going.
And that's at 30 Rock where it's owned by the network.
They don't share it with anybody else.
So they said, Lawrence's show, that's fine.
Do your construction then.
Yeah, who cares about Lawrence O'Donnell?
He's a lunatic.
Oh dear, oh dear.
I dread to think what tapes you've got of your prior employers though, especially one of them.
Okay, let's get serious at the debate.
Abortion came up, of course, and I'm going to salute him right now.
God bless this former Green Beret.
Our good friend Mike Waltz goes on CNN with that cretin Breanna Keeler who says, no, Third trimester abortion.
No, it doesn't happen.
And children aren't being aborted after they're born.
That never happens.
And what does he do?
He pulls out a CNN article that confirms it.
This is delicious.
Cut four.
Eight children in Minnesota that died after attempted abortions were born and then still died, but you have ABC saying this never happens.
When you have eight states that have zero restrictions, eight states that have zero restrictions, all the way up to the minute of birth, ABC was all over the place and one-sided.
Sir, you know that's not...
You know that's not how it happens.
I'm holding up an article from the Dispatch.
I want to ask you because you're a surrogate.
You are a surrogate.
When you pull out their article disproving what they're saying.
And then there's this.
I promised you this earlier.
I don't know who this woman is.
I just found this on social media.
And to prove the point about third trimester abortions actually happening in America.
And if you've got children listening, you may want to, you know, divert them for a second.
She says she's 34 weeks pregnant.
She's lying, but she wants to prove a point.
And she calls an abortion clinic to say, hey, is this normal?
And can you help me out?
Listen to this audio.
I am looking to have an abortion.
How old are you?
I'm 34 right now.
I am in a pretty desperate situation.
My boyfriend is kind of out of the picture now, so I don't really have any support.
An abortion at any stage is actually much safer than delivering a term pregnancy.
It's a four to five day procedure.
We do some basic lab work on you and start to dilate your cervix.
After that, we do what we call the fetal injection.
A needle is inserted inserted through the abdomen and into the fetal heart
where lidocaine is injected and that will completely numb the fetus so there's no pain.
And then after that, we inject a medication called Digoxin and another medication called KCL into the fetal heart
which will flow and then stop the fetal heartbeat.
And then on that fourth day, depending on how your cervix is dilated,
we'll break your water and then we'll give you a medication called Mesoprostol.
Mesoprostol will sort of induce contraction and increase the dilation of your cervix.
you're gonna have contractions and cramping, So I'm not like a rare situation.
of pushing in the induction and then remove all of the products of conception.
You're definitely going to feel discomfort and cramping and a lot of pressure, but we
do give you fentanyl and Versed during the procedure.
We specialize in later trimester care.
Our doctor is very well-versed in what he's doing and he's very good.
So I'm not like a rare situation.
Y'all help women this late in pregnancy all the time?
All the time.
I don't know.
I've got six things here I don't know which is the most horrific.
The full description of the fetal injection.
They puncture through the woman's womb directly into the heart of the baby and poison it.
Or the idea that she's given fentanyl.
Or that she says she's in the ninth month of pregnancy and they say, oh yeah, we do it all the time.
That's normal.
Or perhaps the most horrific kind of Mengele level of Orwellianism.
Once they've killed the baby, they evacuate the, quote, products of conception.
Products?
Do you mean child?
The products of conception.
Let's ask our in-house diplomat.
Which is the most horrific for you, Alex?
I don't... I just like... And they're talking about like buying a can of beans at the grocery.
Like it's just something normal.
Utterly disgusting.
All the above.
Jeff?
You're a tough guy, I know you are, but I think even you were horrified.
Is it the fetal heart injection, the fentanyl, the product of conception, or the fact that this woman is nine months pregnant?
I think it's the way the woman just rattles it off like it's no big deal the whole process.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
That's the worst thing.
No big deal.
Just runs it off.
Tries to act like it's not what it really is.
It sounds like she's fixing the transmission on a Honda Accord.
Exactly.
It's crazy.
Yes.
Eric, will you keep that?
That's going to be an evergreen cut.
We're going to use that again.
If anybody calls me up again and says, what do we say about abortion?
That's what you say about abortion.
God bless that lady.

Okay.
So yeah, Lemon here.
You'll tee it up?
Yeah.
Okay.
I assume you want to post that?
Yes, thank you.

Not yet, I haven't decided.
We can talk about it.

All right, again, something that is going to leave me speechless, and maybe Jeff can
help me out with this one.
Don Lemon, who's been fired, failed, fired, and failed.
Earlier this week, Melania Trump posted a heartfelt statement on her husband being shot and why there are no answers.
And Jeff, after we play this clip of Melania's video, you'll explain what Don Lemon is doing The attempt to end my husband's life was a horrible, distressing experience.
Now, the silence around it feels heavy.
I can't help but wonder, why didn't law enforcement officials arrest the shooter before the speech?
There is definitely more to this story and we need to uncover the truth.
Jeff, will you tell everyone what he's doing?
So, Don Lemon's got a picture of himself up there.
It's a video camera of him just shaking his head the whole time, mocking it, acting like it's the most ridiculous thing he's ever said.
Then he kind of shakes his head at the end, then he puts his hand over his face.
Her husband was shot.
It's a very serious video about why there aren't any answers.
And he's mocking her.
Why would you do that?
You're triple failure.
And you're mocking Melania Trump?
I can't believe that he's doing it.
Plus he's an idiot because he's looking for a job.
Why would you do something like that when you're looking for a job too?
Trump called him the dumbest man on television.
I think he's right.
He may be.
He may be.
But that... There's no excuse for that, Don Ledman.
You're a pile of human excrement.
That's what you are.
How did the left get to be this way?
Because they've been captured by Marxists.

He's left the Democrat Party after 50 years.
Who's he going to vote for?
Let's ask Professor Alan Dershowitz.
You You
Tell me when you're ready.
Okay.
Have you heard about Dinesh D'Souza's new movie?
It's based upon his book by the same name, Vindicating Trump.
This movie is a searching examination about the real reasons why the left and the Democrats hate Donald Trump so much.
They call him a tyrannical dictator.
But in truth, it's the American government's authoritarian regime that's afraid.
Afraid that Trump will dethrone them once again.
As a charismatic leader, he mobilizes the people.
He gets things done and they don't like it.
That's why they're trying to get rid of him.
To throw him in jail using lawsuits and indictments and even an assassination attempt on his life.
Vindicating Trump reveals Donald Trump as the one man who can defeat the tyranny of the left.
And that's why we need his leadership now more than ever.
Don't miss Dinesh D'Souza's unqualified defense of Trump, Vindicating Trump, in theaters nationwide starting Friday, September the 27th.

Start again. Okay.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I've been to many Trump rallies, and I've watched many, many more.
Quite the welcome.
I don't think anybody else got the fireworks and the There Goes My Hero song for their entrance, as Bobby Kennedy Jr.
did recently, shortly after Tulsi Gabbard, another Democrat, had endorsed my former boss, President Trump.
It seems to be the latest trend.
I'm waiting for the next rally where our next guest could be so invited on stage.
He is the preeminent legal authority in the United States, author of several recent works that are essential reading, Get Trump, The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, plus War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism, and we are delighted to have Professor Alan Dershowitz back with us here on America First.
Thank you so much for having me.
So, Professor Dershowitz, you're making some news yourself.
It's not just for your legal analysis of the current events happening in the United States.
Let me start by asking, how long have you been a Democrat prior to your recent decision?
I started when I was about 14 years old in 1952 when I went around on a sound truck campaigning for Philip Shuffler, who was running for assemblyman in Brooklyn in New York.
And I voted for every Democratic presidential candidate since John Kennedy.
So I've been a Democrat for more than 70 years.
And that has all changed.
You publicly made the decision to no longer associate yourself with that party.
How hard was that decision?
Before we get to the question of what was the reason, how difficult after 70 years was that decision for you, Professor?
Very difficult.
Everybody in my family remains a Democrat.
My wife, my children, my grandchildren.
None of them wanted me to make this decision.
It made their life a little bit more difficult.
But I've lived my entire life by principle.
And I'm too old now.
I'm 86.
I'm not going to change my principles.
I will support a party.
I will support candidates who I think are best for the country, for world peace, for civil liberties,
for a range of other values that I agree with.
And when I saw the Democratic Convention, I said to myself, this is not a party
I can be associated with.
Having somebody like Keith Ellison, who was a friend of the Reverend Farrakhan,
the vicious anti-Semite.
Having somebody like the Reverend Sharpton, who started an anti-Semitic pogrom in Brooklyn
and in the Bronx years ago.
Having somebody like AOC who calls Israel a genocidal country.
People like Senators Warren and Sanders.
Those are enemies of American values, enemies of things that I hold sacred.
So I really couldn't do that.
And then when I heard Joe Biden, who I like, who's been a friend for years, point to the speakers outside the thugs who were calling for Hamas victory and say these
people have good points.
And now, more recently, the vice presidential candidate has said that he thought people
who were protesting had some good points to make.
No, they don't.
They're a bunch of vicious, anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Western value bigots who
are calling for the destruction of the only nation state of the Jewish people, and ultimately
calling for the destruction of America.
So I can't be associated with a party.
I also find it hard to be associated with a candidate who herself violated her constitutional
oath of office.
When she refused to preside over the Senate, which she's obliged to do, because she didn't like Benjamin Netanyahu, and so she made an excuse that she had to go to a fraternity party, a sorority party.
That was a clear violation of her constitutional duty and very upsetting to me.
So all in all, this was not a quick and tasty decision, but it was a decision I really had no alternative.
I had to dislocate myself from the party.
That doesn't mean I'm a Republican.
It means I'm an independent.
You have been a staunch advocate and fighter for civil liberties in the First Amendment, but would it be fair to say that this monumental decision after seven decades would not have occurred or would not have occurred now if not for the massacre of the Jewish people on October the 7th and your erstwhile party's reaction to that?
I think that's an important part of it.
It's not the only important part of it.
You talk about the First Amendment.
I think the Democrats have not been good on the First Amendment.
They have adopted the old policy of free speech for me, but not for thee.
They've been part and parcel of the DEA movement, DEI movement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, which is the opposite of diversity, the opposite of equality, and actively promotes exclusion.
So they've been on the wrong side of history lately because they've been hijacked by the progressive, woke, hard left, anti-American, anti-Israel wing of the party.
You know, it's not that Kamala Harris herself believes in those things.
I don't know whether she does or not.
It's that she's been willing, for example, to sacrifice her own political interests, which would have been served by having appointed Josh Shapiro, who I'm no great fan of personally, but he was the obvious candidate to be vice president because he's the popular governor of the most important state In the electoral college, and she couldn't do it because if she appointed Jewish Zionists to be vice president, the convention would have been disrupted violently by the hard left, and she would have lost Michigan and Minnesota and other places which have large anti-Israel populations.
The jettisoning of the governor of Pennsylvania was absolutely atrocious, because clearly we understand that that's a function of his Jewish heritage.
When do you think—you talk about this capture of the party by the Jew-hating pro-Hamas lobby, if you will.
When—I mean, if you've been there for 70 years, When did this really begin?
When did that capture?
Because this is not JFK's party.
It's not Scoop Jackson's party.
It's not even Bill Clinton's party.
So when does it start to devolve, Professor?
In Barack Obama's second term, toward the end of his second term, he turned against the values that got him elected president.
We are a centrist country.
Democrats are a centrist party.
But since Obama's second term, The party has moved hard, hard, hard left.
And, you know, the defeat of Hillary Clinton, obviously, it strengthened the extremists within the party.
And so I think it's been a process that begun about a decade ago.
In my book, in 1990, my book, Chutzpah, I predicted that this trend would develop over time, that university students, faculty members, But I didn't predict that it would happen so quickly and so precipitously.
And it's been most extreme in the last few years.
And the decision of President Biden to step down Biden at least has a warm place in his heart for Israel and is a true patriot in many ways.
You can be critical of many of his policies, and I have been critical of many of his policies.
But I'm not sure that the candidates now for president and vice president on the Democratic side have a warm place in their heart for Yes.
for Israel and for the Jewish people.
I'm not accusing them of being anti-Semitic.
I am accusing them of capitulating to the hard left and making calculated decisions to avoid conflict
with some of the most rabidly anti-American and hateful people like AOC
and some of the Congress people from Minnesota.

either.
Bye.
It's that old thing.
Gotta learn how to shoot straight.
Unbelievable!
The Commander-in-Chief, after some kind of event at a hospital in Gaza, that was blamed on the Israeli government, the IDF, and it turns out to be a rocket attack by Hamas.
And what does he say?
On an impromptu press conference on the back of Air Force One, Hamas, those guys, need to shoot straight.
What?
So they can kill more of our Jewish Brethren in the Middle East, sheer insanity, but that's where we are today.
Before we get back to our guest one-on-one, Professor Dershowitz, you said something in the last segment that you were quite diplomatic.
You said that the candidate and the vice-presidential candidate, you don't label them necessarily as anti-Semitic.
But does that even matter if the likes of Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, AOC, a proud supporter of the BDS, Boycott, Divest and Sanction movement against Israel, if these people are still the face of the party, or if not the face of the party, are pushing it in a certain direction?
It beggars belief.
The idea for me that the Democrat Party doesn't support the democratically elected government of Israel.
How does that happen in America?
You said, you know, second term of Obama, but was it Obama who did it or was there somebody else or some other interest ideologically that made that perversion of the party possible?
Well, I think that both Obama and John Kerry, both of whom are old friends of mine, didn't see the threat in Iran and helped Iran become the
most prominent supporter of terrorism, worst player, the new Nazis, and the greatest barrier to
world peace.
And both Obama and Kerry helped facilitate that by giving them enormous amounts of money and resources, which they didn't use to help their people, which they used to support Hezbollah and Hamas and Islamic Jihad and the Houthis and other terrorist groups.
And to try to disrupt the peace process between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
And so you're absolutely right.
It doesn't matter if they're anti-Semites.
At the convention, the voice of the Democratic Party was left.
They were the ones who were most prominently featured.
Sure, they allowed the parents of this young boy who was subsequently murdered Hostage to speak, but they didn't allow him to speak generally about Israel.
They made him stick to the issue of returning the hostages.
Of course, everybody is in favor of that, just like everybody is against antisemitism.
That's not the point.
Point is that The Democratic Party is moving very, very hard left.
And the people you mentioned, who are only a few handfuls, although 80 Democrats, refuse to listen to the elected prime minister of Israel.
The hard left is having disproportionate influence, not only during this election cycle with Minnesota and Michigan, but I think in general.
And I worry that a Kamala Harris administration We'll have not necessarily at its cabinet level, but it's a sub cabinet level.
A lot of anti-American, anti-Israel, anti-Western, anti-democratic, hard, hard-left, intolerant people in positions of important decision-making.
And contrast that with Mike Pompeo, who would be in the Trump administration.
David Friedman, who would be in the Trump administration.
People who have done phenomenal work to bring about a real peace in the world.
And so, you know, I have to think hard.
About which administration would be better for the values that most Americans support.
And I think the Democrats are out of sync with their own voters.
The vast majority of Americans are centrist and moderate.
And I think the first party that grabs that and understands That Americans are sick and tired of extremists, I think, will do very well.
Maybe the Democrats will do that in the run-up to the election, but I've seen no evidence of that.
Not in the last 56 days they're not going to do that.
That's not happening.
Let's look at one demographic specifically.
Why is it that despite October 7th, we don't see any significant change in the way that When Jewish Americans are voting, 92-93% of Orthodox Jews still remain loyal to President Trump, and secular Jews don't seem to have been rocked.
I mean, there are anecdotes here and there, but the secular Jewish voter doesn't seem to have said, OK, President Trump was the most philosophic president since 1948.
He moved the embassy, stood strong with Jerusalem.
Why has that community not understood what's happened to the Democrat Party?
Well, because they care more about abortion and gay rights and climate control and a range of other issues.
I think you have to divide the Jewish community really into three.
There's the Orthodox, of course, which is strongly pro-Trump.
And there's the secular that doesn't care about Israel.
And there's anti-Trump.
But then there is the secular who are very strongly supportive of Israel, secular Zionists.
And I think there are some of those who will move away from The Democratic Party, I'm in that category.
And I've gotten hundreds and hundreds of emails after I left the Democratic Party showing support from people who say, we've been voting Democrat all of our lives, but we just can't vote Democrat now.
I wish that the Jewish voters would look a little bit inward.
You know, the great Rabbi Hillel once said, if I am not for me, who will be for me?
But if I'm for my own, what am I?
For centuries, Jews have been for others.
We have been supporting the civil rights of African Americans, of gays, of everybody else but us.
And there is an old notion that Jews can't be selfishly self-regarding.
And I think the time has come for members of the Jewish community to understand That Israel is at risk, and that the Jewish community, that our students at colleges today, who just want to go to classes, are at risk.
If you were a Star of David, if you were a kippah, you're not allowed into a class.
Teachers will grade you down.
We are seeing the 1930s, not the 1940s, I want to be clear, but the early 30s being repeated from Germany, when students at Nuremberg University and, you know, And other universities in Britain were excluding Jews, that faculty members were not being selected if they were Jewish, or even Albert Einstein had to leave and come to the United States.
Sigmund Freud had to leave Austria.
We're seeing a repeat of that.
Jews are not being treated as first-class citizens.
At major universities today, and that's the fault of the Democratic Party.
All that is necessary for evil to prevail is for good people to remain silent.
And too many good Democrats are remaining silent in the face of this attack on the Jewish people, on Zionism, on Israel, and ultimately on American values.
Because most Jews stand strongly for American values, for meritocracy.
And one of the reasons that Jews are in disrepute today by the hard left is the hard left hates meritocracy.
And Jews represent meritocracy.
Jews, along with other immigrant groups, who have made it, who have made it from nothing.
And Israel is a country of meritocracy.
No natural resources, enemies all around, and it becomes start-up nation, one of the most productive, high-tech, artificial intelligence nations in the world.
Meritocracy.
And meritocracy is an American value, and it's being neglected and rejected by the Democratic Party today.
And all that after the greatest loss of Jewish life since the Shoah, since the end of the Holocaust in 1945.

You mentioned the students, the people baying for blood from the river to the sea.
This is one of my evergreen clips from a recent demonstration outside a college in New York.
We are Hamas!
You're Hamas?
Wow! That's a good one.
You alright? You're Hamas?
Yes! We're all Hamas!
We are all Hamas!
We are all Hamas, you pig live long Hamas.
You've spent decades and decades at the highest levels of academe, emeritus professor of law at Harvard.
It's kind of hard to imagine that This happens without anybody noticing, that we just wake up one morning and the president of Harvard says the genocidal chanter from the river to the sea must be contextually understood.
How is it possible?
Were we just frogs in a pot of water that was being increasingly raised in temperature, professor?
That's a good analogy.
We are.
The pot of water was called DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
and intersectionality.
They crept into our faculties, they crept into our bureaucracy.
The DEI bureaucracy, the diversity, equity and inclusion bureaucracy, is killing universities and is turning our universities into fifth-rate institutions.
We will not be able to compete with the rest of the world academically and scientifically if DEI is permitted.
We must, must totally Destroy DEI.
It cannot be allowed to exist.
And both Kamala Harris and her vice president strongly support DEI.
DEI is against racial equality.
It's against Martin Luther King's dream.
Equity is the opposite of equality.
Equality is based on meritocracy.
Equity is based on racial inclusion, racial factors.
It's based on identity politics.
And so this has been creeping into our universities and, you know, it's impossible to change the faculty overnight because they have tenure.
But every single DEI program in America should be dismantled immediately and closed down.
And that's the only way to save our universities.
Intersectionality, this notion that the world is divided into oppressors and oppressed, and even the poorest Jew who has to go begging on the street is an oppressor, and the wealthiest Qatarian or Palestinian who's living in Qatar is oppressed.
I mean, that's what our students are being taught.
Not only being taught, but being graded on.
and being recommended based on.
That's what's happened to our universities.
You know, I've been at universities for now over 60 years and I've seen them change from places where the job was to teach students how to think into places where the faculty believes it's their obligation to propagandize them into telling them what to think about political issues
and about moral issues and about issues involving Western values and Western democracy.
We have to fight back and we're not doing it.
We're not doing it enough.
And I'm hoping that this election maybe will bring about a change and will cause universities.
We've seen so many presidents now fired.
We're gonna see more of them fired because of their cowardice in taking on these people.
And now we have a vice presidential candidate and a president of the United States who says, well, these protesters make good points.
We should listen to them.
They are on the right side.
No, they're not.
They're against you.
They're against me.
They're against everything that this country stands for.
And we shouldn't be pandering to them in order to get some votes in Minnesota or Michigan.
The latest books from Professor Dershowitz are Get Trump!
The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, and War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism.
We will talk about that topic next.
Those protesters out in the street, they have a point.
A lot of innocent people are being killed.
On both sides.
Wow.
What happened on October the 7th, Joe Biden?
And who did the killing?
And who were the victims?
I wonder if even he has deigned to watch the 47-minute video I've seen, the unedited body cams of what Hamas did to men, unarmed men, women, and children.
Truly, truly despicable.
Because in addition to, I think, writing the first book published after the massacre of Israelis on October the 7th, War Against the Jews, your prior work is about President Trump.
And you were a Democrat all your life.
You've now become an independent.
You haven't said who you're going to vote for.
I have a hankering, given the importance of Israel, who it might be.
But you will make that statement as and when.
You perhaps have the most unique vantage point, historically, to talk about the evolution of civil rights, the First Amendment, freedom of speech, going back to what happened in the 60s, the 70s, COINTELPRO, abuses of the FBI, DOJ, you name it.
Could you put the events of the last seven years into context?
Is this just the federal government skirting issues, rounding off corners, or is this something qualitatively and quantitatively worse than anything we've previously seen?
Well, worse than anything we've seen since McCarthyism.
I was a victim McCarthyism. I grew up, went to college in 1955. I was
president of the student government at Brooklyn College when McCarthyism was rampant. I
defended the rights of communists to teach, even though I hate communism, on First Amendment grounds.
Interestingly enough, my opponent was a great professor of Italian literature named Eugene
Scalia, Justice Scalia's father.
And we became acquaintances, even though we were on different sides of the issue. And
McCarthyism was an attempt by the government to suppress free speech of people from the
hard hard left. And now we're seeing its mirror image by people of the hard hard left trying
to suppress free speech from those who disagree with them.
And it's much more dangerous now because of the Internet, because of the relationship too
often between government censorship and Internet, big corporate censorship.
And the victims of all this are the American public, because the marketplace of ideas has been shut down.
We don't have as much of an open marketplace of ideas as we should have.
We went to a golden age after McCarthyism and before wokeism.
We were the freest country when it came to freedom of speech.
No longer.
College campuses today, students, if I were a student on a college campus or even a faculty member, my classes would be boycotted.
Even though I never expressed personal views in my classes, because I expressed views outside the classroom, my classes would be boycotted.
Probably I'd be exposed to violence.
You know, I taught at Harvard for 50 years.
I cannot speak at Harvard today.
Harvard will not allow me to speak on its campus today.
about Israel or about civil liberties or about woke. I've now been retired for 10 years. Efforts
have been made to try to bring me back to speak. It won't happen. I will not speak at Harvard
When I was invited by Chabad to speak, they had to take my speech off campus, almost a mile away, so that there wouldn't be threats to my physical safety.
This is Harvard University.
Now, there's a new president.
Thank goodness for that.
And maybe President Garber will go out of his way to make sure that speakers like me, who are moderate, centrist, civil libertarians, are not barred from speaking on the campus.
Not about me, I have an opportunity to speak on your show and elsewhere.
It's the students are being deprived multiple voices, of voices like mine on college campuses today.
It's true at Columbia.
It's true at Yale.
It's true at Harvard.
It's true at Brooklyn College.
I can't speak at Brooklyn College.
I'm probably the most prominent graduate of Brooklyn College, and I can't speak there.
They said, we don't need you to speak about Israel.
We've had Norman Finkelstein, very anti-Israel.
So we've heard views on Israel.
We don't need you anymore.
To make it even worse, the 92nd Street Y, a Jewish institution, has banned me.
Temple Emanuel has banned me.
Various other schools, Jewish schools, have banned me because they perceive me as a Trump supporter.
And they don't want to hear all sides of every point of view, or because I'm too strongly supportive of Israel, even though I support a two-state solution.
Not today or tomorrow, but ultimately perhaps at some future time.
But censorship is rampant.
It's become the order of the day.
Censorship is the common thread.
The ability to speak is the exception these days.
And I know, because I've been victimized by this new McCarthyism, which is as dangerous—in fact, in many ways more dangerous—than the old McCarthyism.
Why?
Because the old McCarthyism was a thing of the past.
It went back to who was a communist in the 1930s.
The new McCarthyism looks to the future.
And it involves young people who will be our future leaders.
Twenty years from now, people who are leading these campaigns to suppress free speech will be in the White House, will be in the Senate, and will be in the House of Representatives, unless we put this to an end.
Unless we restore ourselves to a time when people can speak freely and the marketplace of ideas is open to all.
The books from Professor Dershowitz most recently are Get Trump, The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, and since October the 7th, War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism.
I'll just add one personal note here, Professor.
I was a fellow at the Kennedy School in Harvard in the 1990s, and it was woke then.
I've told numerous stories about my experience there as a fellow.
My problem is the following.
These institutions cannot be changed by changing presidents.
The fact that the president resigns and then picks up a sinecure job for 900,000 still roaming around the campus at Harvard means, you know, that there are no repercussions for being, for using genocidal language or trying to justify it.
And the tenure track, the peer review has created just, you know, institutions that are completely groupthink oriented. Can this be fixed unless
everybody is removed and replaced with people who believe in free speech? I don't
see how it's fixed.
It will not be fixed quickly. It has to start at the top.
We do need new administrations, but you're right, that won't solve the faculty problem.
Getting rid of DEI will be a major step forward, and that can be done by administrators and contributors.
Alumni have to play a role, and some alumni have played an important role at places like the University of Pennsylvania at Harvard, and they should continue to play that important role.
And at the same time, some faculty ought to be courageous.
I have to tell you, though, faculties, tenured faculties, are not known for their courage.
There is not a single professor that I know of at Harvard or Columbia, not a single tenured professor at the Harvard or Columbia law schools, at least, that I know that have been prepared to speak up on behalf of Israel.
They do it quietly.
They write me notes.
They call me on the phone.
They whisper.
But when I say to them, Why aren't you doing what I would be doing if I were back at Harvard?
They say, we don't want to lose our student evaluations.
We don't want to lose our promotions.
We don't want to risk boycotts or petitions by the students.
We just want to go back and, you know, do our job.
So courage is not something that you get by getting tenure.
You're born with courage, developed courage.
Tenure doesn't give it to you.
I am now not so thrilled about tenure.
I think tenure protects some of the worst elements and some of the most anti-libertarian views on campuses today.
I have real second thoughts about the values and the disadvantages of tenure, which lock in positions, and the positions they're locking in today are very anti-libertarian and anti-American in many ways.
How did we get here that we have one of the two parties in America having become a hive of Jew hatred and anti-Americanism?
Well, Katie's new book has all the receipts.
Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it with the great Mike Gonzalez.
Get it today.

Professor Dershowitz, you've made a very important decision after 70 plus years.
You've left the Democrat Party.
You're an independent.
I can guess who you're going to vote for on November the 5th.
What would your message be right now to those who may not be public figures like yourself, but have been Democrats for years?
And likewise, look at the evolution of that party, and have more than just qualms today.
In terms of their philosophy, their attitude to Israel, open borders, crime, the First Amendment, what would you counsel them?
Send a message to the Democratic Party.
Tell them they can no longer count on your vote just because your grandfather and your father and mother voted for Democrats.
They can't count on your vote.
Kamala Harris is not Franklin Delano Roosevelt or Harry Truman.
Or Bill Clinton.
And so there have to be pressures from within the Democratic Party.
The left is putting those pressures on.
The people in Michigan are saying, we're going to stay home or we're going to vote no third parties, unless you move even further to the left and even further against Israel.
There has to be counter-pressure from within the Democratic Party.
I'm hoping that my decision to publicly leave the Democratic Party may encourage others to do the same thing.
I would encourage anybody who has my views, leave the Democratic Party and let it be known that you cannot be associated with a party that doesn't reflect your values.
And in the minute we have left, just give me a qualifier, if you would.
Given what we've witnessed in the Department of Justice and the FBI, and with, you know, corrupt and biased judges, how hard will it be to set that right?
How long will that take, Professor?
It will take time, but we have to start now.
We have to start de-weaponizing the Justice Department.
We have to.
And this is a message to President Trump, if you're elected, Do not seek revenge.
Do not do unto others what they would do unto you.
Clean up the Justice Department.
Don't make it a weapon of partisanship.
You can do a job to move us away from the weaponization of the justice system, because all Americans lose when the justice system ceases to be neutral.
I was bar mitzvahed 73 years ago, and this past Saturday, I read from my Torah portion, and the Torah portion that I read from tells judges, do not recognize faces.
Do not recognize faces, which means do not do justice based on who the person is.
Do not do justice based on identity politics.
That's a message to all judges, all prosecutors, all lawyers.
The justice system has to become neutralized.
And that's not something that we're seeing under the Democrats today.
And I hope perhaps we will see it after this election, but it's not going to happen by itself.
It has to be for those of us who care about our legal system to de-weaponize it and to turn it back again into the kind of system the framers of our great Constitution wanted it to be.
