	The Secret Service is not up to the task.
	In fact, their dereliction of duty and their denial of assets may have been failure by design when it comes to Butler, Pennsylvania.
	And having two Secret Service agents put on suspension from the Pittsburgh office?

	That's exactly what happened because I noticed after about 15 or 20 minutes he was reading through my paper and then afterwards... Hang on, he's using the teleprompter?

	And then he takes out a paper?
	So I figured maybe the teleprompter went out.
	And then they went to MSNBC, who before he started was complaining about how these speeches are going too late, and they wanted to keep it tight, and they're going to tonight.
	And they're saying, good speech, but he went way over, he went way over.
	So what happened is they turned the teleprompter off and he just kept going.
	And I enjoyed that part of it.
	What about the length of the speeches?
	How late they ran?
	Oh, because they had all these long speeches and then Waltz, Tim Waltz, Stolen Valor Waltz, he gave the platform of the Harris-Waltz administration, right?
	Was that the longest speech of the night?
	Was that like a four-hour speech?
	Yeah, he went 15 minutes for his acceptance speech.
	That was one of the shortest speeches.
	How long did the program take for him to discuss?
	Um, that was the best part.
	I thought before, you gotta spend at least 10 minutes, wouldn't you think?
	Well, on the next four years, I would think, I mean, yeah, I mean, 10 minutes would be, yeah, that'd be right.
	For a Democrat, because you're gonna try and lie and just keep it concise.

	But it was a little less than that.
	I was blown away at this part.
	That was the most surprising part of the night.

	Firsthand so I'd like to see somebody from Washington come down here get boots on the ground get eyes on the on the issue at hand and then talk to us a Bipartisan group of Texas sheriffs that are really taking a common-sense approach because we have to on this Did you see Brad Pitt No, what did Brad Pitt do?

	He's just spent the afternoon with JD Vance at an amazing event.
	I caught a little bit in our prep for the show today.
	He's calling in, not on his usual video connection, because he's a man in motion!

	Yeah, it was a great event, and particularly informative, too, because we were at the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office in Valdosta, Georgia, which is in South Georgia.
	It's like right across the Florida line, and so if you're coming off of I-10 from Florida, which goes all the way across the country, obviously, from Jacksonville, Florida, all the way to Los Angeles.
	And you come up I-75 about 30, 45 minutes north of I-10.
	You hit Valdosta, Georgia.
	It's the first big city you hit on I-75 when you leave I-10.
	And the sheriff's office folks were showing Senator Vance in the press You know, big piles of drugs that they've seized in recent weeks from people trafficking drugs into our country and through their community.
	And obviously, Valdosta, Georgia, is pretty far away from our U.S.
	southern border where President Trump is today.
	And they had big, big piles of drugs there.
	And then the most fascinating thing, I thought, was they have, and it's disgusting, really, They literally, the cartels have started making things that look like child candy, like Flintstone vitamins, boxes.
	They have all sorts of different candy-looking packaging that they put the drugs in.
	It's absolutely abhorrent and disgusting.
	And then the sheriff's guys were telling us stories about how these cartel folks would Uh, you know, have children sitting in the back of the car with, uh, you know, uh, Disney gear or fishing poles to make it look like as they're trafficking these drugs through that they're on a family vacation or something like that, right?
	Like, so they try to hide stuff that way, uh, to get it through into our country.
	But these, these, uh, courageous law enforcement officers sees, you know, there were pounds and pounds and pounds of all sorts of different narcotics.
	many of them very very deadly narcotics that they
	uh... that they feed these were meant for communities all over the united state
	may be brought into the
	uh... to the united states by cartels that connell harris allows to operate
	because she's failed in her job at the borders are and so it was really
	fascinating to see uh... this presentation will have a lot of big story about
	it i got that i spent some time with senator vance right after the
	presentation we did a quick interview
	i've talked about all sorts of different things about you know where he thinks that
	the state of the races in his reactions to several of the things that have
	happened at that the dnc and then he did a
	our remarks outside and then i think i think we have the image it was fascinating
	I took a snapshot of all the police and they were so happy to have him speaking and he made one comment about the fake news that made everybody laugh.
	So can't wait to read your coverage but talk to us because at Breitbart you've been publishing great coverage on what's happening in Chicago.
	Looks to me like things aren't as As perfect and harmonious inside the Democrat Party as they would have us believe, Matt Boyle.
	No, it's a total mess.
	The Democratic National Convention is very poorly run.

	They're way behind as things have been going on.
	This was actually one of the things that Senator Vance said today.
	By the time they got Tim Walz, their vice presidential candidate, onto the stage last night, It was already past primetime.
	Most people in Georgia and all the East Coast states are already asleep.
	If they weren't asleep by the time he took the stage, they were by the time he left the stage.
	The fact is that the convention has been extremely poorly run.
	We keep seeing this.
	And by the way, top Kamala Harris aide Stephanie Cutter, who goes back to the Obama years along with David Plouffe, Has been reportedly calling around to all the Democrats, telling them to shorten their speeches and tighten their remarks so they can get back on schedule, and none of them are listening to her.
	And I think that that's very revealing, that all these other Democrats, Josh Shapiro, Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Joe Biden, all of them, none of them respect Kamala Harris or her campaign, right?
	Like, the fact that none of them will shorten their remarks, all these people that are thinking about Wes Moore, Amy Klobuchar, all these people that are thinking about possibly running for president.
	Gavin Newsom, right?
	Thinking about possibly running for president in 2024, I mean in 2028.
	They hope Kamala Harris loses, right?
	So they want her to lose the election because they don't get to run if she wins in 2024.
	So they want her to lose in 2024 so they can run in 2028, which is why they are laughing at Stephanie Conner and the insiders of the Democrat Party.
	And what do you think of the fact that you had Michelle Obama talk about how awful the last four years have been and now she has hope?
	What's that about, Matt?
	I don't know.
	None of this is very logical, right?
	They're trying to act as though Kamala Harris has not been in charge of the country.
	She has been.
	She's been the Vice President of the United States.
	through this administration, which by the way literally just had to cover up its jobs failures
	by reducing the number of jobs this week by nearly a million. Right, like I mean talk about one of the
	biggest economic disasters. Average Americans out there know that this economy is terrible and that
	Kamala Harris is to blame for it. They know that the border is a danger and that Kamala Harris is
	to blame for it. So I don't think they get away with this at all. I think the honeymoon is over
	if it ever started.

	We were at the biggest conference site in America that isn't part of Disneyland or casino.
	We were in, I think we were in Nashville.
	It was the day of the phone outage, which was a lot of fun trying to get home.
	But you sent me an article a few days ago that I think is so absolutely crucial for us to discuss.
	It's time to get millions of evangelical voters to the polls.
	So first things first, Troy, don't evangelicals vote?
	Well, they do.
	They're one of the largest voting blocs, but as we say in the article, there's a lot of them that are sitting on the sideline.
	About a third of them, a little over a third of them, 34% of evangelicals didn't vote in the 2020 election, and likewise probably in the 2022 midterms as well.
	So, you know, we really think that's a powerful voice, a powerful bloc, and look, we need to get them to the polls.
	I don't understand.
	You know, the Bible, our Lord and Savior, is very clear.
	We have to be good stewards.
	How can you be a good steward of anything if you don't vote and invest in the future of the country of which you are a citizen?
	What's going on there, Troy?
	Do you have any insight for us?
	Well, yeah, I think there's a couple of things going on there.
	First, you know, Christians have been villainized recently, you know, for getting involved in politics.
	you've heard the term, you know, Christian nationalists, and that's not really meant to be a badge of honor
	thrown on them.
	It's meant to throw on to say, oh, you Christians need to stay out of politics.
	You need to stay home.
	And a lot of Christians, unfortunately, have bought into that idea
	and have been shamed of it, you know, to get involved.
	That's one of the problems.
	And as you said, look, the Bible is clear about this.
	Jesus himself, when he was asked about, you know, He said, render unto Caesar that that is Caesar's and unto God that is God.
	And we live in a country where God gave us the opportunity to be involved in this constitutional republic.
	Our democratic process of electing people is a God-given gift.
	And so Christians should look at it that way and understand that.
	Second, you know, the Apostle Peter, you know, he talks about us being involved in the public square, praying for our leaders and being with these leaders.
	So that's one of the big problems that's going on today.
	Christians have just been shamed and are afraid to talk about politics.
	So I have to ask you what the logic train is.
	We're talking to Troy Miller, CEO, the president of the National Religious Broadcasters.
	This is a man.
	I mean, you know, mean tweets, I don't understand, because this is the only president to ever address the March for Life as president.
	I was there.
	He's the only president to He recognized Jerusalem and moved the embassy after 23 years of broken promises from Democrats and Republican presidents.
	And then, after they assault the White House and try and burn down the presidential church one block away from the White House, he walks across Lafayette Square and holds up a Bible.
	Hasn't he done enough to get the vote of Christians, Troy Miller?
	Well, you know, we don't support or oppose candidates as a 501c3, but I think he certainly has, if you just look at this objectively, he certainly has noticed the block and has done more, I think, for Christians maybe than any president going back for a very, very long time.
	And that's clear.
	Look, we invited Three candidates three of the top candidates to come to the NRB convention the current sitting president Joe Biden at the time Ambassador Haley and Donald Trump and the former president was the only one that accepted You know, we would love to had the current president but look he came and he talked to Christians He talked to evangelicals and that's that's you know, that's people are noticing that and
	All right so um you're not a partisan organization clearly if you invited the current incumbent Joe Biden so uh you've got let's give him 60 seconds he's a he knows what this is about because he's the head of the national richest broadcasters we got a post to hit Troy Miller What is your message?
	You're talking to about three and a half million Americans across the country.
	Most of them I would think are Jewish or are Christian.
	What is your message to those who didn't vote last time or are thinking of not voting this time?
	What do you say to those, irrespective of party?
	Well, look around you and ask yourself this question.
	Do you really think that the culture is going in the right direction?
	Do you really think that the culture is going parallel to the face that you believe in and to the values that you hold and the principles that you adhere to?
	And if your answer to that question is no, then you need to get out.
	God has given you the opportunity to change that.
	And that is my message to people today.
	All right, it's very simple.
	Look around you.
	Take an estimate of the situation.
	If it's not trending in the right direction, if it's not as you would wish it to be, if it doesn't comport with your value system, the least you can do is vote.
	There's a lot more you could do, but the least you could do is vote.

	that Ronald Lee Sirvid, I think is how you say his last name, S-Y-R-V-U-D, is a white
	male, 6 feet, 66 years old, and is...
	is a sex offender who never registered as a sex offender, right?
	So it turns out he makes threats to President Trump.
	When they go to find him, they can't find him.
	So the sheriff's department in Cochise County out in Arizona, it is in Benson, Arizona, I believe, Trump is speaking in Glendale, Arizona, which is about two or three hours from there.
	Not a long drive for this individual to make.
	The biggest part about this, when you look at what I just described, white male, sex offender, older white male, And he's a Democrat.
	Registered Democrat.
	Registered Democrat.
	So what happens now?
	You professionally, you don't just know the manual of arms and how to apply violence in the cause of right.
	You do professional threat assessments.
	That's your job.
	So what should be happening right now with regards to this man who's threatened to take the life of President Trump five weeks after he was shot in the head in Butler, Pennsylvania?
	Well, first of all, his picture, which I'm sure has been disseminated widely in law enforcement, should be out there.
	Secret Service ... should be the one who's taking a lead on this because they're going to be in Glendale tomorrow, which is not in Cochise County, and they should be looking for this individual and really working this investigation.
	Now, this is tomorrow's event is inside.
	It's in an arena, so it's going to be a little bit more of controlled access as far as what people can get in there.
	But make no mistake about it.
	Take the Taylor Swift incident, for instance.
	Their law enforcement in Austria was on top of that and were able to foil that attack before it occurred.
	If it was left up to the venue security, that attack most likely would have been carried out because venue security pretty much is concentrated on drunk people and making sure that you don't bring something in you're not supposed to in your purse.
	But when it comes to the Secret Service, they've shown that they're not much more advanced in their thinking than regular venue security.
	So they have to step outside of the bounds and stop doing the minimal and start looking at things in an action, not reaction, because that's the way they've kind of devolved into.
	They only show up and put on an image, and then if something happens,
	they react to it.
	And that's not the way you do protection.
	That's not the way you do a threat assessment.
	So this is exactly what you look for, the who and why, I mean, we have those,
	where, when, and how he could carry this out.
	And then you just work it from the attacker's point of view and then reverse engineer it and say, okay, this is a vulnerability.
	It's an avenue approach.
	We're going to eliminate that.
	And that wasn't done in Pennsylvania.
	That's exactly what should be done right now while investigators are going out and trying to find this guy.

	it could have been a piece of glass And then what we heard just a couple of days ago, that a leader at the Secret Service had the baggie of cocaine evidence suppressed and tried to have it destroyed.
	What does that say about the forces of federal government and law enforcement in this city, please, Joe?
	It says that they're in bad shape.
	For a very good reason.
	FBI needs new leadership.
	It cannot be fixed until Christopher Wray is removed, along with all of his deputies on the seventh floor of the FBI.
	It's quite obvious that the Secret Service is a mess.
	Achito was an incompetent.
	She was a DEI hire.
	She had no business being the head of the Secret Service.
	And her effort to suppress the cocaine evidence in the White House is actionable, in my view.
	There should be an investigation.
	That's an act that may very well be a criminal act.
	But the bottom line is that a clean sweep is necessary at all these investigative agencies, and that requires a new president, and that requires the American people to make the right decision in November.
	Victoria, the fact that the man who replaced Cheadle, the DEI hire, this individual, Ronald Rowe Jr., it's pretty clear that he was one of the key individuals implicated in the Well, he's not a replacement, Seb.
	He's the consummate bureaucrat.
	You listen to him talk.
	Secret Service text on January 6th. Is replacing the directors enough to fix
	what we're witnessing in Washington DC? Well he's not a replacement, Seb. He's the
	consonant bureaucrat. You listen to him talk. At first I heard his strong voice
	and I said, oh gee, he should have been the head of the Secret Service.
	And then I heard the words that he spoke, and I said, oh, my God, he's another creep.
	No wonder she had him as her number two.
	And as far as Chris Wray, I mean, what a stupid, gratuitous remark he made.
	But what do you expect of a head of the FBI who allows his agents to doctor documents in the Mar-a-Lago raid, to send 24 agents armed with long guns to arrest Mark Hulk, an anti-abortion activist?
	before pushing somebody that was harassing his son, and sending agents to National Airport
	to arrest Peter Navarro and throw him in jail for a misdemeanor.
	I mean, how could the head of the FBI allow all those things to be done?
	On Joe, when you were U.S. Attorney, Attorney for the District of Columbia, you worked very closely with the House and the people who are responsible for the security of Congress.
	Let me just, something, given that Victoria mentioned my former colleague Peter Navarro, and of course Steve Bannon is still in a federal prison in Connecticut, I've heard this idea floated, and let me run it by you, that given The January 6th Committee under Pelosi was unconstitutionally or illegally formed without the delegates the Republican Party recommended to the then Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
	That anything it did is is nugatory and there can be no contempt of a congressional committee that was constituted against the rules of Congress, and that Speaker Johnson, the new Speaker, could basically nullify the charges brought against Bannon and against my colleague Peter Navarro.
	Is that true?
	Well, I can tell you this.
	It is an open constitutional question.
	The House has the right to pass a resolution claiming that there was no contempt of it and saying that the conviction is null and void as a result of that, whether or not that has any legally binding effect.
	But the D.C.
	for Peter Navarro or Steve Bannon or anybody else would have to be litigated.
	But it's an interesting legal question and it should be pursued.
	And I do believe that some of those issues were raised in motions in some of the courts
	during these proceedings, but they were rejected by the court.
	The DC courts were not going to reject the January 6th Committee
	because they're all anti-Trumpers.
	So that was not ever going to happen.
	But it would have at least put the Justice Department in a political bind after Congress
	would nullify the contempt.
	And on the issue of January the 6th itself, the recent Supreme Court decision saying that the, what was it, the obstruction of official proceedings charge that was used against so many hundreds of the defendants cannot be used the way it was used.
	Does that mean at least those individuals have some kind of legal recourse?
	Oh yeah, absolutely.
	Those charges have to be thrown out by the judge.
	The judge can do that without getting a motion from either the government or the defendant.
	The court has a right to recognize that the Supreme Court says that the application of that statute to defendants in the January 6th proceeding doesn't work.
	It can't be used against them.
	That was the statute that was written for To prohibit destruction of documents in a case.
	And Jack Smith perverted the law again and twisted it into, well, if you walked into the Capitol, you were obstructing justice and the court struck it down.
	But if people sometimes in many cases, it was an enhancement.
	So people were also charged with trespassing and so forth.
	So they'll have to address the other crimes.
	But are we not back in the same problem that you mentioned earlier with regards to D.C.
	courts, that those could only be struck down by judges who are unbiased?
	Correct.
	Right.
	That's right.
	Because it went through the whole D.C. court system, Seb.
	And it went through the Court of Appeals.
	And they all said, oh, no problem charging people with obstruction for walking through
	the Capitol.
	In fact, the D.C. court said a woman who only walked into the Capitol and walked out could
	be sentenced to jail because she participated in the problems of January 6th.
	That was outrageous.
	So does that mean that the Supreme Court's decision is really irrelevant, as long as we've got Democrat judges, you know, over all of these cases?
	Well, no.
	I mean, it does mean that those charges have to be dropped.
	They can't be enforced.
	And that's that's just it.
	And anybody who's in jail, for example, now on only that conviction has to be released immediately.

	Okay, the big news of the last few days, Joe Victoria, is the multi-committee report out of Congress on the corruption of the Biden families.
	Hundreds of pages long.
	It's from Oversight, Judiciary and Ways and Means on a totaling, I think this is a low ball, but this is what they have evidence for, of $27 million that went to the Bidens, including Joe.
	Let me read to you The crimes or the alleged crimes that were found in the report and please tell me which of these is the most serious and whether they mean anything 74 days before an election.
	So they have a whole listing of foreign business dealings, influence on US policy, classified information mishandling, The obstruction of justice, obstruction of Congress, influence peddling, and then finally the constitutional grounds for impeachment.
	Of these, are there any that the Bidens really have something to worry about?
	You didn't list the one that I am criticizing them severely for not mentioning.
	Bribery.
	It's the crime that's in the Constitution, along with treason, the only two crimes that are mentioned.
	And in the executive summary, not one word, not the B word, no bribery.
	And then buried in the report, they refer to the fact that somebody could be prosecuted, a relative could be prosecuted, if it got paid in return for a corrupt act by the person in government.
	And Cite 201, 18 U.S.C.
	201, without ever saying it's bribery, What is wrong with these people?
	Are they so politically stupid that they didn't say the crime of bribery?
	So are you saying that the evidence is clearly there and they just refused to use the word?
	Yes.
	We can't figure out why they didn't use the word bribery.
	Clearly, when the foreign actors paid money to Hunter Biden and the rest of the family, they did so because of the influence that the family was peddling with the knowledge of Joe Biden as vice president and as a private citizen.
	That bribery is actionable against Joe Biden.
	By the way, this is what David Weiss didn't do.
	That's why they didn't pursue the Foreign Agents Registration Act in Delaware,
	which had all of this evidence, which the IRS whistleblowers told the committee about.
	That's why Weiss didn't wanna go after it.
	Let me give you the prime example, Seb, and that is that Biden went over and got Shoken fired
	because Shoken was investigating Burisma.
	So hang on, hang on, hang on a little bit.
	For those who aren't following this as closely as we are, went where and who is Shoken?
	hit their head.
	He went to Ukraine and demanded from the president of Ukraine at the time, Joe Biden, that he fire his prosecutor general Shokin, who I was talking to about Biden corruption, which is why I got a search warrant, because This is the moment which Biden openly boasted about later where he said, I was there.
	that Hunter Biden was sitting on board of directors.
	And Hunter Biden- And this is the moment which Biden openly boasted about
	later where he said, I was there, I, as Obama's quote,
	point person on Ukraine policy, had in my hand, you know, a billion dollars,
	a billion dollars worth plus of either trade credits or loans or something.
	And he said, you're getting nothing unless you find the prosecutor
	who is investigating the corrupt oil company that is paying my son $83,000 a month.
	So that was the extortion or the bribery.
	That is the classic example of a quid pro quo, and that was at the Council on Foreign Relations, and you saw one of the hosts' jaw drop when he heard Biden say it, because what they knew was that Joe Biden had just confessed to bribery and extortion.
	And in return, Hunter, it didn't have to be Joe Biden who got the money, Hunter, his son, got a million dollars a year for his role in the energy company board.
	He knew nothing about energy.
	Fake news.
	It was $970,000.
	Please.
	It wasn't a million dollars.
	Come on.
	What are you talking about?
	I mean, what's $970,000 amongst friends?
	Exactly.
	I do my best.
	All right.
	So answer the question that you raised.
	Why did they not use the B word, the bribery word?
	Because you know what?
	It is inconceivable that they didn't use it.
	Either they were afraid of something or they just don't like the use of it in that context.
	And if that's the case, God help us all.
	Well, they had no problem saying abuse of authority.
	Just unbelievable.
	I don't get them.
	I don't understand them.
	I don't understand the timidity.
	Victoria?
	No, somebody should call up one of those people and say, why didn't you use the word bribery?
	And you'll get some half banana answer that, oh, well, we thought this and we thought that.
	I mean, they are unbelievable.
	They do not understand the exercise of power.
	Yeah.
	And the problem is it allowed all the reporting about this report, because I read a lot, to say, well, there's hardly any evidence of any.
	There's no crime mentioned.
	There's no crime mentioned.
	Even though the 18 U.S.C.
	201 was in there, they didn't say the bribery statute.
	And by the way, they use shell companies.
	And guess what?
	Shell companies are the classic example you use for money laundering.
	And they didn't say that either.
	This was clearly money laundering under federal statutes.
	I don't know what these people are thinking.
	What are they afraid of?
	Um, it's not... I think you know better than anyone, this isn't a question of what they were thinking, it's a question of cowardice.
	It's just cowardice.
	If they were going to tell the truth, then they'd have to do something with that truth.
	They'd have to act on that truth.
	This way, they can be half-pregnant.
	They can say, oh look, we did all this work, and then there's no consequence for them to follow through on.
	It sounds like they didn't use the word bribery because then the next question would have been, well, that's in the Constitution.
	It says, you know, you can impeach for high crimes, misdemeanors, and one of which is bribery.
	It sounds like they always purposely avoided it so they didn't have to face that question.
	Exactly.
	Bingo.

	All right, before we move on to other questions, Hunter Biden had his attorneys put in a request regarding his tax evasion case to the judge, which was rejected.
	Does this mean anything, Victoria, Joe?
	Is this significant?
	Is he going to get a slap on the wrist?
	What is your expectation?
	He wanted a continuance.
	And the judge denied it.
	And that's no big deal.
	They're going to trial.
	The trial is going to start.
	And I assume that based on the evidence that's available, it's pretty serious.
	He's going to be convicted in L.A.
	But here's the question that should go to Kamala.
	And that is, would she, if elected, consider pardoning Joe or Hunter?
	Because let me tell you, at least the crimes outlined in the report, getting the money, which I call bribery, and the classified documents case and the obstruction of
	justice, none of them are covered by the Supreme Court's immunity case.
	Those are all kinds of private actions.
	So would she pardon Joe or Hunter if she's elected?
	I think it's a great question for her.
	Yeah, but she'd have to actually have a press conference, and she hasn't had one for five
	I mean, she had 18 seconds on the tarmac at Andrews Air Force Base, but it was disastrous.
	But as you reminded us, this isn't even Delaware, this is in California, so again, he's not going to see a day inside prison, is he?
	He's probably going to get a fine.
	No, because this is the second time.
	Oh, no, I think he's going to get prison time.
	Really?
	Because he's already been convicted of one felony.
	Yeah, he's got the felony in Delaware, as Victoria said.
	He's already been sentenced in Delaware.
	He is now a convicted felon.
	That's a conviction.
	He's going to get jail time on the tax case in L.A.
	if he's convicted.
	It's a Trump appointee, by the way.
	Wow.
	Wow.
	So that makes the question to Kamala even more, more trenchant and relevant.
	Would you pardon Hunter Biden?
	And of course, unlike New York and the President Trump's case there, this is tax evasion, even though it's in California, therefore it's federal.
	Right.
	Right.
	So he can be pardoned by, he can be pardoned by his father.
	Yeah, still.
	Still, until January the 20th, and I would imagine that Kamala might not have to face that problem.
	She might invade upon Joe to do it on his own.
	And I just assumed all along that if Hunter is going to do jail time, the first thing Joe's going to do is commute both sentences in both cases and then pardon him after he's, just before he leaves office.
	Yeah, what does he have to lose now?
	So if this was a continuance, an extension request that was refused, when could this go to trial?
	Mid-September.
	Yeah, it's already set.
	It's set for trial.
	I think it's the 15th.
	And how fast does a case like this usually get prosecuted?
	Probably a couple of weeks.
	It'll take two weeks.
	That'll be about it.
	Yeah, because they left out the important counts.
	They left out the foreign agent registration, the FARA.
	They kept Joe out of the case by ignoring the FARA charges.
	So it's a shorter case, and it's designed to absolve Joe by simply ignoring all of that activity.
	And that decision to leave out all the Foreign Agent Act crimes or, you know, alleged crimes, that was the decision of Biden's DOJ, was it not?
	That's correct.
	And that's because Biden was a part of it.
	He was the person who Hunter influenced.
	So, therefore, he would have had to be brought into the criminal conduct.
	He would have had to be named.
	There would have been no way you could have avoided at least naming him as an unindicted co-conspirator.
	And so that was David Weiss, the U.S.
	attorney in Delaware, whom they made special counsel in this case, and also Merrick Garland and Lisa Monaco, the deputy attorney general.
	So those three people were responsible for this.

	and Tong, from the Deep State, the DOJ and the FBI.
	But that's been a while now, so I'd like for you, Victoria and Joe, to remind our millions of listeners and viewers How two patriots who've served their nation on Capitol Hill in the Department of Justice and now as private citizens telling the truth about the Russia hoax and everything else.
	What what Biden's DOJ and FBI tried to do to you and how your rights were infringed?
	Well, I was on television talking about how there was Biden corruption in Ukraine.
	And I talked about talking with Viktor Shokin and Poroshenko, who was... Shokin had been fired already.
	So you were discussing the former prosecutor general and the then president of Ukraine?
	And the new one who had replaced Viktor Shokin, Poroshenko.
	He had come in afterwards and he was the one who said, oh my gosh, there was no corruption here by Shokin.
	There was really a case against Burisma.
	So he had called Rudy to ask him to represent him, and Rudy called me because he said it was a conflict.
	That's Rudy Giuliani.
	Yes, go ahead.
	I say Rudy, I figure everybody knows.
	So Rudy and I were talking to them repeatedly, and we were on Fox at the time, talking about it.
	And I learned later that at the time, the Justice Department covertly acquired all of my electronic.
	Well, let's explain how you found out because that that's, you know, such a shocking moment.
	So you were served a subpoena for your electronic devices, your communication, search warrant for your electronic devices, your communications.
	And then what did you find in the search warrant?
	That was like a bolt from the blue.
	They had to tell my lawyer.
	That they had done this two years before, a year and a half before.
	But not physically taking your devices, but the Biden DOJ had accessed in the cloud your electronic communications, despite the fact that you are both practicing attorneys.
	Yeah, and they got all attorney-client privileged information out of the cloud without any notice to us and no ability for our law firm to object to that and they said well we
	took care of that we had a team and all that and they refused to tell my lawyers for the 2021
	search warrant how they protected attorney client privilege they said well we're not so there's no
	excuse the the ignorant question is that is that normal procedure
	Can an active attorney suddenly have all their communications broached by law enforcement without them being informed or without a third party saying, hang on a second, we need a master who's going to separate these documents out because half of them are privileged?
	Well, in fact, the guidelines for Justice Department say that an attorney should get a subpoena.
	Which is what you said at first, the subpoena, so that the attorney can go through the documents and hand over whatever he or she has.
	And they violated that by the search warrant.
	And then, oh, surprisingly, Seb, within an hour of the FBI leaving, we got a phone call from CNN wanting to know if we had any comment about the raid on our house.
	And what was the putative accusation that you were in breach of the Foreign Agents Act?
	Why were you being served a search warrant in the first place?
	Because they said I had evidence of somebody else violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which is even more of an argument for why I should have gotten a subpoena.
	I was not a target.
	They didn't claim that I had violated the law.
	But you were the target.
	You were the political target.
	Both of you were the political target.
	That's the truth.
	Okay, what's the end of all this?
	And I'm not going to use the word resolution because they left a sword of Damocles over you.
	So how did this Well, it hasn't.
	I filed an IG, a report of misconduct to the IG, and the IG wrote back.
	To the Department of Justice Inspector General.
	Correct.
	And they wrote back and said, oh, everything was just perfectly fine.
	They didn't violate anything.
	So now... Without an investigation.
	Yeah.
	So now I'm filing FOIA, and the first FOIA request They dismissed it because they said we had not put in a document that we had.
	So, I mean, they're corrupt.
	They're corrupt.
	And then at the end, what was this ominous thing they said to you about your case?
	Oh, forget about it.
	After 18 months and a half a million dollars, they said, oh, we didn't find one document.
	But never mind, it's continuing.
	But it was something ominous like, you know, it is closed for now or something, right?
	Yes, exactly.
	Which means you're basically the political targets of the DOJ whenever they want to refresh it.
	Of course.
	They can do whatever they want.
	And they've proven themselves to be eminently capable of doing just about anything.
	And the things that I listed at the top of the show, Sal, about what the FBI has done, Merrick Garland approved or even directed all of that behavior.
	So Merrick Garland is as corrupt as they come.

	I dread the answer from both of you because you do live in the real world.
	Judge Juan Merchan, a Biden donor whose daughter is making literally tens of millions of dollars from the political case against my former boss, President Trump.
	Sentencing is set for September the 18th, just prior to the election.
	Your expectations, Joe and Victoria.
	I expect him to do something bizarre, to try to do something embarrassing to the president.
	I think he's been somewhat neutered by the Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, so he may not go as far.
	He could give him house arrest, but I think he's been dissuaded from doing that by the immunity decision.
	He's going to give him some sort of probationary sentence.
	Doesn't the immunity, though, apply to just federal acts?
	No.
	No, it's any evidence.
	Any evidence that the Supreme Court describes.
	No, it's state and federal.
	It's not like pardoned power.
	The pardoned power is only for federal crimes.
	But in this case, they're saying that a president is immune from all prosecutions, state and federal, otherwise he could never do his job.
	And they did that because of the New York case.
	They mentioned the New York case.
	Three justices during oral argument, they alluded to the New York case.
	When they were talking about the dangers of having this type of power in the hands of state prosecutors.
	And I think the New York courts are worried that the Supreme Court is going to take a look at this case after the sentence is imposed, and they're trying to figure out a way to get out from under it.
	Just think about the local prosecutors who could prosecute a former president.
	I mean, Joe Biden is as culpable as anybody.
	A state prosecutor in Texas could prosecute him for violating The immigration law, because it's clearly, he's clearly in violation of it.
	And it happened in Texas on the border.
	Yeah.
	So what do you expect, Victoria, on the 18th?
	What's your prediction?
	I don't like Joe.
	I think you might sentence him to six months and then say, but you don't have to serve it.
	I mean, I just think he's going to do cute things.
	I think he's frightened of the Supreme Court ruling in the immunity case.
	He would have done something else had they not ruled.
	All right.
