the the
the That's why this evening I am also, and this is in honor of you and everybody here, there's 45,000 people.
That's a lot of people.
I'm also officially challenging Crooked Joe to an 18-hole golf match right here
on Doral's Blue Monster, considered one of the greatest tournament golf courses
anywhere in the world.
One of the great courses of the world.
It will be among the most watched sporting events in history.
Maybe bigger than the Ryder Cup or even the Masters.
And I will even give Joe Biden 10 strokes aside.
10 strokes.
That's a lot.
That means 20 strokes in case you don't play golf.
I will give him ten strokes a side and if he wins I will give the charity of his choice, any charity that he wants, one million dollars.
And I'll bet you he doesn't take the offer, I would bet he, because he's all talk.
President Trump yesterday at his Doral golf course, thousands of people there, sweltering evening, his whole family, and it was a stupendous evening.
I don't think, hey, um, Jeff, you play that silly game with the little white balls, right?
It's not silly.
Sci-fi's silly, but go ahead.
Yeah, but it's not a sport.
Go ahead, yeah.
Alright, is, uh, is, is Biden gonna accept the challenge?
Uh, absolutely not.
I've seen his swing, too, as Trump said.
His swing is terrible.
I've never seen him play golf.
I mean, if you're good at it, you'd be proud of it, right?
And when he plays, I'm pretty sure he doesn't even play nine holes, let alone 18.
I'm pretty sure about that.
What about the other challenge?
He said, I want to debate you without a moderator, mano a mano.
Is he going to at least accept that one?
Good luck.
That'll never happen.
OK.
All right.
So you've slurred me by insulting science fiction.
Let me ask you.
Name an actor who you really like.
Who's alive.
Uh, George Clooney's one of my favorites.
No!
No, I'm serious.
Who do you really like?
Uh, actor?
I have no idea, to be honest with you.
Well, pick a... Did you like The Sopranos?
Yeah, but he's not alive anymore.
I know.
If he were alive... Yeah, he's a very good actor.
James Gandolfini.
Yeah, if Gandolfini were alive today and he wrote an op-ed piece in the New York Post, would that be really important to you?
No, I could care less.
So what does it mean that George Clooney in the New York Times says Biden's gotta go?
What does it mean?
Eric, is it over?
First it was the reporters, now it's Hollywood.
Next, is it going to be the party?
I actually think between Hollywood and the party, yeah, I think the big donors.
Because remember, George and his wife Amal are big-time Democrat Party donors.
They held a charity thing for like $28 million for him three weeks ago.
I'm confused.
George Clooney just raised tens of millions of dollars for Biden, and then today he says you've got to hand it over to Kamala.
And the mainstream media celebrated that fundraiser.
Oh, look at how strong Biden is.
Trump can't compare.
And now two weeks later, you know, started here and now we're here.
I'm confused.
But I'm not confused by the Democrats being institutionally racist.
It's a little hard to hear so we'll have to pot up the volume.
So a black reporter, a very pretty young black reporter, inside Congress is following Nancy Pelosi and then asks her whether Joe Biden can win.
Just listen to what Nancy Pelosi says at the end to this black female reporter.
Do you believe that him waiting so long to make the decision to run- I'm not going to make any comments in the hallway about the fate of our nation, okay?
Are you concerned whether or not he can win in November?
I think he can win in November.
Do you believe he should run for re-election?
I'm not.
Am I speaking English to you?
I'm not going to be making any statements about any of that right now in the hallway.
Am I not speaking English?
Jeff, what would happen if a Republican, well what would happen if Speaker Mike Johnson said to a pretty young black reporter, do you not understand English?
That would be the start of a 48-hour news cycle and George Clooney would probably write an op-ed over that one too.
These people are unbelievable, but it gets better.
Nancy Pelosi, for some reason, first time I've ever seen her without makeup on.
I don't know whether she had to rush into the studio.
She's asked about the future of her party's leader as the Commander-in-Chief.
Cut 15.
It's up to the president to decide if he is going to run.
We're all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short.
The, I think, overwhelming support of the caucus, it's not for me to say, I'm not the head of the caucus anymore, but he's beloved, he is respected, and people want him to make that decision.
Doesn't sound like much of an endorsement.
They love him, they respect him, and they want him to make the decision as to whether he's running.
Well, what does that mean?
Does it mean that you can't say the words, he would win?
Wow!
George Clooney and Nancy Pelosi ganging up?
However, the real big guns, the big names have been rolled out.
Let's ask our in-house diplomat, Alex Stark.
Before yesterday's production meeting on the show, were you familiar with the name Patty Murray?
Never heard of her.
Ah, that makes me feel better.
Thank you, Alex Stark.
Because I was watching the news yesterday and...
This name popped up.
Big news!
The President Pro Tem of the Senate says it's time for Biden to go.
There's her official portrait.
It's Patti Murray.
Really?
Who in God's name, God's green earth is that?
She said the following, Biden must do more to prove he's strong enough to beat Trump.
He must seriously consider the future.
This is a Democrat.
And as I dug a little deeper, I got really angry.
Super angry.
So number one, look, I'm not Matthew Boyle.
I'm not, you know, Matt Drudge.
But I'm into politics pretty badly, OK?
The hours I spend on social media every day should tell you enough about that.
Whether it's guns, science fiction, or politics, I'm pretty well vested, OK?
The fact that there's, there's only, what, hmm, let me do my, some Biden math.
A hundred senators!
And I've never heard of the one who is the president pro tempore of the Senate.
Is she new?
Did she suddenly get propelled to that position?
Third in line after the Vice President and Speaker of the House.
The President Pro Tempore IS the third in line to the presidency.
Yeah, it's a big deal.
So did she come from nowhere to that position?
No.
Let's put her picture up again.
She has been the President of the Senate since 2023.
How long has she been in the Senate though?
Never heard of her, so maybe four years?
Maybe one and a half terms?
This lady came to the Senate in 1993.
Wow!
1993. Wow. 31 years ago and I, Alex, normal people haven't heard of her.
and I'll see you in the next one.
That's why we need Donald Trump back.
She, Senator, President, Patty Murray, you are the definition of a swamp creature.
Suckling on the teat of the taxpayer for 31 years, doing nothing for the state of Washington until you are rolled out as a person to say, Biden's got to go!
Just another prostitute for the radicalized left-wing ideology that is running the Democrat Party.
All right.
We haven't even touched on any of the other topics we have for you today.
Packed program.
We have the one and only Kash Patel!
Super ultra mega patriot for the third hour.
Don't go anywhere.
Make sure you are subscribed to the podcast so you never miss our deep dives.
And if you want the boss back in the White House, it's up to us, God willing.
Support him.

And the Biden one that's number two.
It's super easy.

This is America First.
You Jim on
Alright?
I just need titles for Sargon and Monologue.
Either It's Not Too Late To Do The Right Thing or Trump Or Nothing.
Ready?
The first one.
I like the first one.
It's Never Too Late To Do The Right Thing.
I know, we're good.
Let's do a little one-on-one on NATO.
Yeah, absolutely.
People have, like, forgotten.
Right.
You know, it's only five years.
Track record, what it's done, what it needs to do.
What else are you looking at?
We did Russia yesterday.
Oh, yeah, that's good.
Then come in with... Oh, hang on, what am I doing here?
PhD, come in with Cut 4 with Stoltenberg.
And then after I do PhD, I'll introduce Jim, and then I'll tee up Cut 9.
4, PhD, Jim, Cut 9.
We had your big boss on yesterday.
It was good.
Oh, good.
He's doing great.
I'm very proud of him.
Something, huh?
I think Biden's going to be fine.
The knives are coming out, and I think they're starting to realize that... Well, it's either him or Kamala.
And that's why they're going to keep him in?
Because of Kamala?
And because of the food fight that would happen if he actually stepped down.
Yeah, but who are going to be the adults who stop the food fight?
It's already started.
Right, but who has the power to stop it, right?
It's already started.
I mean, you know, Schumer and... But you're saying he's going to stay?
Oh, yeah, he's going to stay and run through the election.
And he'll lose.
It's not the end of the world.
I don't know what's so absurd.
He's only president for four years.
That's happened, what, three times before?
Yeah.
So, I mean, it's very unusual, right?
And not to have the... They don't have a national candidate.
They have four years to find one.
Yeah.
And the other thing is, not only is it a bad idea to pull him out, because they're probably going to lose anyway, but whoever runs will be permanently damaged for 2028.
Yes.
Wow, that's really... And so, who wants that, right?
That's why they get Kamala, so they can get rid of her.
Oh, Jeff's saying in my ear, that's why it's got to be Kamala, so they can get rid of her.
Interesting, interesting.
I'd say she was smart.
Right, good, good.
I mean her odds of becoming president are much better if she gets re-elected, then steps down.
Not running for the national election, that's the last thing she should want.
Don't be stupid.
One minute.
They don't call me and ask for advice.
That's outrageous.
They should.
Jeff, can you make sure we have any copy we need from the Satphone guys?
Yeah.
Is there anything special they want to talk about?
There's questions.
I put it in there.
Oh.
There should be two things.
There's one.
Oh, OK.
OK, hang on.
And the other one's questions.
45 seconds.
Oh, is this Brett Miller?
Yeah.
Yes.
OK, good.
All right.
Great.
perfect.
I'm going to be doing a video on how to make a perfect
chocolate cake.
I'm going to be using a chocolate cake pan
and I'm going to be using a chocolate cake pan.
I'm going to be using a chocolate cake pan.
I'm going to be using a ...guided this alliance through one of the most consequential periods in its history.
I realize I was talking to your wife.
I personally ask you to extend your service.
Forgive me?
Oh dear, what were they expecting?
The 75th anniversary of NATO, founded with the Washington Treaty, back here in Washington with the current president talking to Jens Stoltenberg, the Secretary General, and kind of flubbing it in terms of explaining we'd like you to extend your term as Secretary General.
But hey, what were you thinking was going to happen anyway?
We're going to analyze what You should know about that organization which I cut my teeth 30 years ago with a very good friend.
But first things first, we're back from the Alaskan cruise.
And you know, it was hard to resist all the delicious food, especially the desserts.
But that's okay.
Why?
Because as long as we have Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss, You can fluctuate a little bit, but they'll get you back on board with their amazing coaches.
Ours is Rachel, along with Mike Gallagher.
Dennis Prager's on the program, as is Mr. G. Find out for yourself how I lost 42 pounds, how my muse Katie lost 36.
She's ecstatic.
Find out for yourself.
No scary injections, no chemical dependency for the rest of your life.
I'm down to a size 38 in my blue jeans.
I haven't been that since I was in my 20s and it feels incredible.
Check out the before and after pictures.
Mine will shock you in a good way.
Anyway, at myphdweightloss.com, or just call them up, they're super friendly, 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com, 864-644-1900.
No one better to discuss what's happening, just like a mile and a half away, with the 75th anniversary of the most successful military alliance of the modern age, than our good friend, Senior Counsel to the President of the Heritage Foundation, who was just on the show yesterday, the one and only Doctor Colonel Jim Carafano.
Good to be with you.
We start with the bottom line.
Bluff.
Bottom line up front.
Bluff.
Absolutely.
The frontier of NATO with Russia, which is the number one reason we have NATO and always have, that frontier is more defensible today than it was during the Cold War.
Whoa, that's a big bottom line up front.
And let's start first with who was it, the first Secretary General, Lord Ismay.
NATO was created to keep the Americans in Europe, the Soviets out, and the Germans down, remember?
So that was the raison d'être to protect Western Europe from a Soviet aggression.
Now it's the Russian Federation.
You're saying now we're stronger than we were?
Well, we should talk about everything that's nonsensical about that statement, right?
You didn't have to keep the Russians in.
America had a vital interest in a stable Europe.
The U.S., the U.S.
Yeah, and that's why we stayed, right?
And we never actually kept the Germans down.
We actually built a very substantial German military during the Cold War.
The only thing we actually did was keep the Soviets out, right?
The way you look at this, you're a military guy so you understand, you look at geography and you look at the forces of both sides.
Balance of forces.
So if you look at the geography...
Russia faces a frontier which is over a thousand miles wider than it was in the Cold War.
And then you look at the correlation of forces, which is not just the numbers, but the capability you have, the quality of the forces, logistics and everything else.
So for Russia to invade Western Europe, not just invade, forget Western Europe, to threaten The compromising the sovereignty of any NATO country with conventional forces, right?
They have on one flank now Sweden, Finland, and Norway, all very capable forces.
It's now an incredibly vulnerable flank for them.
On the other flank, you have Ukraine.
Doesn't matter if Ukraine's in or out of NATO, you still have to go past it, right?
With a military that is actually quite substantial.
It can't reconquer all its territory, but it's a serious military and it's not going
anywhere.
Then you have Poland, which is rebuilding this military, spending way over 2% of GDP
on defense.
And then you're anchored in Romania, which is on the Black Sea.
So there's no place for the Russians to go.
Sure, they can invade, you know, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
That's like running into a little tiny valley of death with two massive armies on either
side.
And when you couple that with the degradation of the Soviet forces that we have today, we
actually have a very, very defensible frontier.
So this NATO is archaic, NATO is obsolete, blah, blah, blah, all that's really nonsense.
Well, let's flip then to the other thing that just drives me insane, because as you know, I think we met over these issues decades ago.
I was in the Hungarian Ministry of Defense helping a former Warsaw Pact country under a new conservative government get into NATO, which we did in 1999.
But I, you know, since the Ukrainian invasion by Russia, you hear this, oh, NATO has encircled Russia and they're surrounded and we promised not to do that.
And my answer is, hang on a second.
This is a club of countries who join if they can satisfy Article 4 of the Washington Treaty, which is to actually supplement and contribute to the collective defense.
Can you talk about the misunderstood nature of what this thing is?
This isn't the Warsaw Pact being run out of Washington.
It is literally what it says it is.
I mean, fundamentally, and even take aside things like Libya and Afghanistan and all the other stupid nonsense things that we did, it's fundamentally a collective defense alliance.
It's only actually good at that.
Matter of fact, the reason why we screwed up in Libya and we screwed up in Afghanistan is that's not what NATO's good for.
NATO's good for one thing, which is the defense of NATO territory, and the answer is It can do that.
And honestly, you know me, I'm not a political, I'm not a Republican.
The guy we have to thanks for this is Donald Trump.
It was Donald Trump who said nations need to spend more.
You need to get off of Nord Stream 2.
He was the first guy to send weapons to help defend Ukraine.
We need to get serious about deterring a Russian conventional military threat.
He pulled out of the INF Treaty.
He started the ball rolling on all this.
The only other thing that can really destabilize Western Europe is the problems of the Middle East bleeding over into Europe.
And you know what?
Europe can't do that.
The only thing that can do that is not NATO, actually.
It's US having a good policy in the Middle East, which we're going to do anyway because
it's in our interest.
You know, somebody's doing...
So stabilize that region has a knock-on effect for everyone that's positive.
Stabilize the Middle East, keep doing what we're doing, what Donald Trump said, everybody
pay their fair share in Western Europe.
And honestly, we're done here.
So I don't even know what people are arguing about.
They directly asked Donald Trump, front up, are you going to put a lot of NATO?
He goes, no.
He says people need to pay their fair share.
And he's right.
And when you heard Biden say that he did that yesterday, what was your reaction?
It was a lot.
The only two, one, it was Donald Trump.
And two, obviously it was the Russians invading trade.
And remember, never forget this.
Joe Biden's first impulse when Ukraine was invaded was not to arm them, not to do what Donald Trump did, send them military assistance.
His was to tell the president of Ukraine to get on a plane and run away.
And it was only after the Europeans, who Donald Trump had said, you've got to be prepared to defend yourselves, actually stood up and started helping the Ukrainians that the United States piled in.
That's the big conclusion, that it was Donald Trump that made NATO stronger.
Oh, as well as that KGB colonel for doing the idiot move of invading Ukraine.
We talked to Jim Carafano.
Follow him, JJ Carafano, on Twitter.

Hang on.
We never got around to cut nine, Trudeau.
No, I'll do that here.
Come in with that, then I'll do my pillow, and then we'll go to the gym.
How was the last cut?
Good.
Good.
I'm taking the weekend off to recover, but it was good.
It was like 400 Patriots.
Cigars every night.
It was fun.
It was fun.
That is awesome.
Actually, can you find the cigar evening photographs?
One second.
Oh, with you guys?
Hang on.
Yeah.
And then the box of cigars, and I'll talk about those as well.
Okay.
Yeah, the group of organizers, every night after dinner, they'd have cigars on the deck.
Wow.
And then it was crazy.
Did I show you this?
So, Katie came and she gave some lectures as well.
I had no idea.
I thought it was like an optical illusion.
The bow, inside the bow... Oh, hang on.
I've got to find this.
Where is this?
It's not even one of the monster ships.
It's one of the medium-sized ships.
Where is it?
Yeah, it's a beautiful time of year to do that, too.
Yeah, it was great.
We had some amazing weather.
Yeah.
Amazing weather.
All right, we're getting on the ship now.
And here we go, here we go, here we go.
All right.
You walk in and go, did I just step into the TARDIS?
It's literally a floating hotel.
Yeah.
A massive floating convention center.
Yeah, it's crazy.
Yeah, we were just in Helsinki and every day a different ship would dock.
And they're not the huge giant ones.
Yeah, this is a 2,000 person ship.
Yeah, this is a 2,000 a person ship. Yeah What was in Helsinki, it's a conference called Northern
Yeah.
Lights It's kind of their version of Davos.
It's European business leaders all getting together.
Was it good?
I just got there for the last day.
I did a panel on Trump versus Biden.
Oh, fun!
It was actually the first time we ever had a panel where the Trump people outnumbered the Biden people.
So they had Ed Luce from the Foreign Financial Times, who defended Biden, and then it was Kelly Craft and me.
And of course, it was the day after the debate, so there was really very little discussion about Biden and a lot of discussion about Trump.
Who's Kelly Craft?
She was the ambassador to the UN in Canada.
Didn't she run for governor of Kentucky or am I thinking of someone else?
I think so.
And then the hotel staff, they made your towels into little doggies.
Yes.
First time I've ever seen that.
That's cute.
You deserve a break today.
You deserve a break today.
You You
you You
You You
Bye bye.
Canada and NATO have long recognized an indisputable fact.
Climate change is not only an existential environmental threat, but one of the defining security issues of our time.
Rising sea levels and increasingly frequent and intense natural disasters threaten security infrastructure like ports and military bases that keep our alliance safe.
It's all those military bases that are being drowned out by the rising waters.
That, of course, is Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, the dying gasp of his regime as he says, the big problem for NATO is climate change.
We will discuss with our good friend in a moment, but first, my pillow.
Are you looking for something to buy yourself and annoy the left?
Because this is the place to go.
Don't buy that Chinese stuff on Amazon that just makes the left wing stronger.
Go to a webpage with hundreds of items made by Mike Lindell's company.
Here in the United States.
And annoy the left at the same time, because they hate him.
It's a twofer.
If you use my name, you'll get up to two-thirds off and free shipping.

Our good friend Jim Carafano asked me in the break what my cruise was like.
And I have to say, it was splendiferous, especially every evening.
On the poop deck, having cigars with you, our dear listeners.
Not all 400 of you, because not everybody smokes cigars, but we had fun every single evening, especially because I got to take with me a box of my brand new George Washington Liberty Dr. G cigars.
Bloody good.
I didn't think they would be that good, but they are that good.
Find out for yourself.
Go to my website, SebGorkerStore.com, to get your Dr. G Georgia Washington Liberty cigars.
It's S-E-B... I know, they're really good.
S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.
All right, so Jim, let's wind the clock back a little bit.
You heard Trudeau saying it's climate change.
I remember in the 90s, it wasn't Lantos.
It was somebody like Lantos who said, NATO has to go out of area or go out of business.
Do you remember that?
Not so popular, it turned out.
Talk to us about the future, Asia pivots, and what NATO should be doing or what it should stick to.
Right, you know, that's a great question.
So yesterday I chaired a panel at the, you know, the NATCON convention was in Washington, D.C., and I chaired a panel on the future of Europe.
Several guys talked about NATO and had different ideas and stuff.
But the interesting thing is, the one thing we all agreed on is, like every single multinational, international institution in the world, It is being infiltrated by this wacky, stupid stuff, right?
So there are people in NATO that have to work on climate change or on gender issues.
Things that have nothing... In NATO?
Yeah, even in NATO.
And all that nonsense should stop.
NATO should get back to the one and only serious business that NATO has, which is the defense of NATO territory.
Article 5.
Against conventional enemies.
That's the core mission of NATO.
If it sticks to that, it'll be just fine for the next 75 years.
What about the fact that, and I know Estonia was one of the leaders in this, cyber defence.
If you say conventional enemies, is there a role for NATO in terms of nation state cyber
defence?
Well, I, see, I, and again.
I'm just curious.
I don't think it's a, I don't think there's a NATO coordinating role.
I don't think there's a NATO role.
Just like dealing with China, there's not necessarily a NATO role.
There's a coordinating, a discussion role, but these are, this is national infrastructure.
Right, right.
And the China threat is a national threat.
So it's the members of NATO, the members of the NATO community must pay attention to infrastructure, must pay attention to cyber, must pay attention to China because they need those things just like they need a military and ammunition to defend NATO.
So if we get back to the core mission of NATO, Look, and again, I'm not a political guy, I can't assert, but they do exactly the kinds of things Donald Trump demanded from day one when he walked into office in 2016.
Which is be serious allies, pay your membership dues.
And yeah, and carry your weight, carry your load.
And it's as much a political commitment as it is a physical.
I mean, look, we all know if North Macedonia gets to 2% of GDP, they may be, I don't know, right?
But they've got three machine guns instead of two machine guns, right?
It's a political, you've made an obligation to the alliance to pay your fair share.
You should do that.
So the other thing people say, well, we should abandon Europe because we got to go to the Asia Pacific.
So first of all, China is a global problem, right?
So if you abandon Europe, then China just moves into Europe.
That's a problem for you.
But the other thing is, is this is going to allow the United States to pivot to Asia.
If you have a defendable NATO frontier, which we are, which we can actually accomplish without more American divisions, actually, without anything more from America in Europe.
It's easier to deal with China, etc.
That's right.
And, and, but, and the other thing is, is one of the lessons that we've learned here is our arsenals are way under full, right?
We need more.
And NATO's going to fill up its arsenal.
And that's, that ammunition, that's, that's going to be available To defend the Pacific Theater.
And the last thing is, what we really need is a bigger Navy.
Right?
And there is no Navy to move.
70% of the Navy is already there.
We need a bigger Navy.
That's only going to get solved by us, the Americans, and working with our allies.
Just like Reagan told us, we need a big Navy.
Maybe not 600 vessels, but something close to it.
We shall unpack the next time we have Jim on deck.
But you heard him.
North Macedonia, buy that third machine gun.
I am Sebastian Gorka, this is America First.

We have all the streaming, all the big ones.
We don't have all the HBO garbage and whatever.
We have, you know, Prime and all the regular ones, Hulu.
And my wife and I, for more than an hour, we couldn't find anything to watch.
So I went back to, you know, my Doctor Who passion from the 1970s, but we couldn't find anything new to watch.
So I am so excited to announce this from our team here at Salem.
It's called Truth Warriors, truthwarriors.com.
And it is our new streaming platform where we have put everything we've made or collaborated on with great patriots on one platform.
You know, whether it's Nick Searcy's movie Capital Punishment about January the 6th, whether it's Dinesh D'Souza's Police State, whether it's Anthony Fauci the movie, or our programs, all accessible on a brand new conservative platform that cannot be cancelled.
Please check it out today.
If you're desperate for something quality to watch that isn't woke and won't be cancelled and pump propaganda at you, go to truthwarriors.com right now.
Use my name for 25% off access.
That's G-O-R-K-A.
You've been waiting for this since streaming began, since we stopped mailing those Netflix DVDs back in those little red envelopes.
This is what you've been waiting for.
Join us today, Salem's Truth Warriors.
That's truthwarriors.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
Alright, as I said, I keep saying, because I haven't talked about it enough in detail, we've come back from our amazing Alaska cruise, our Patriots cruise, and the one thing I made sure, was in my backpack in my carry-on luggage as I flew to Seattle was a special very light very small telephone but it's a special telephone because it's a satellite phone from the people at the satellite phone store and why did I take it?
Well let's ask their spokesman Brett Miller.
Brett, welcome to America First.
Hey, how are you?
Thanks for having me.
So I'm much better for, I got on the boat and actually the captain, the captain comes over, this is like a 2,000 person vessel and says, you will want to switch your phones to airport mode, right?
Airplane mode.
Yeah.
because you're going into international waters you will have no reception and we can get you on the wi-fi and i went to the wi-fi a hundred and twenty dollars for six days i thought oh another way to make money that's very nice of you um but What did I have in my backpack with which I could make calls on from the middle of a glacier in Alaska?
It was one of your Iridium satellite phones.
Super exciting.
So tell, explain to everybody else why that thing you're holding is a godsend!
Well, it is.
I mean, we live in a great world, right?
Most of us.
We have these great devices.
We have one provider for all of our needs, right?
Cellular, Wi-Fi, whatever.
What we don't realize is that it doesn't take much for that to go away, right?
I mean, whether you're driving through Utah, if you're in the middle of a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean, You know, or, you know, one of these storms comes, one of these fires, you know, God forbid, some kind of force majeure, something comes along.
I mean, the first thing to go is communication, cell towers.
And all cell towers can only take a thousand calls at a time.
So if there's more than a thousand people on your phone... This is what I remember from 9-11.
9-11, you just couldn't use a cell phone.
In New York, it was just, not because it was physically the tower, the cell phone tower had come down, but simply the system was completely overloaded.
Yeah, they get overloaded.
1,000 people, 1,000 calls.
So when you look at one of those giant towers, how ugly they are, 1,000 people trying to make a phone call at the same time, that thing's going down.
This phone right here works on the Iridium network, which has 66 satellites, and they have seven on reserve.
They're always Circulating, they're always up there, and as long as this can see the sky or the stars, you can make a phone call and contact the ones you love.
Now, what confused me when the lovely Tina, the founder of the Satellite Phones, sent me a phone and sent a phone for all of my family members, I thought she'd made a mistake.
I thought she'd sent me the demo model from the showroom that doesn't have anything in it, because the thing is so light breath.
I remember when Satellite Phones were We're bigger than the original car phones!
What's happened in the last few years?
Well, I mean, tech, you know, tech changes.
And now, look, you know, we know that Starlink and T-Mobile are working to put a satellite phone in your cell phone.
I mean, that's the goal, right?
But right now, the technology is not quite there yet.
So what we do at SAT123 is we offer all these devices at discounted rates for you so that you can use the satellite network when you need it the most.
Right now, this is a bivy stick.
So this is basically just an antenna.
This will turn your regular smartphone into a satellite device for texting.
Not phone calls, but for texting.
And right now, if you go and say Sebastian sent you to sat123.com, I'm gonna give you this $300 device for free.
That'll allow you to text when you've got no reception from your provider.
Yeah, you just flip over to Bluetooth and you download either the Bivi app or the Sat News 123 app.
Both are information apps that work with all the different satellite devices.
And then, yeah, this Bivi stick, you just flip over to Bluetooth, just like they were telling you on the boat, because they were using a satellite internet.
That's how they were doing the on the ship.
Let's be clear.
This isn't about, you know, me, you know, reaching my producer when I'm in the middle of, you know, Alaska.
This is about saving lives.
Correct, Brett?
Well, I mean, in an emergency, you know, think about like 911.
How many years does a fireman train?
How many years does a police officer train?
How many years does an EMP or ENT train, right?
They train for years to do with their job.
And we just, you know, we feel really safe and secure because we just pick up the phone and call, you know, hit three numbers and they come and save us.
Life-saving, you're talking about it right here.
Because if that cell phone tower is not working and you can't call 9-1-1, you are your first responder.
No one's coming to save you.
Unless you can get a hold of your family, or your friends, or your emergency network, or even 9-1-1 through the satellite phone, and then they will come to get you.
So yeah, when you talk about life-saving information, I mean, that's the distribution.
That's the important part of the satellite network is that when there is an emergency here on Earth, or a disaster, that satellite network is always there.
Global coverage, you know, fireproof, waterproof for the most part, right?
I mean, it's always up there, it's always available, and we just have to tap into it to get that access.
All right.
So that's what we're bringing you.
Yeah.
You're a very good spokesman.
You've convinced me.
I've already got one for my wife, my kids, my son's fiancé.
Guys, they're doing an amazing deal now.
If you sign up for two years, you get the free Sat Phone.
You don't have to spend a penny on an Iridium military-grade encrypted Sat Phone.
So go right now.
Sat123.com.
Or call them and say, I sent you Dr. G. Brett's team, Tina's team is waiting.
855-980-5830.
Never be out of touch.
Never be in a position when you can't call your loved ones or emergency aid.
Right now.

Music.
Thanks.
All right, that was great.
All right, you need titles for monologue, Jim, and for that.
that.
I'm going to stop.
And then monologue.
Yeah, something about Patty Murray.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sucking on the teat of the taxpayer.
Yeah, Paddy Murray, colon, suck, sucking on a taxpayer teat.
And for, oh, do you want to post that to Vimeo or Rumble?
No, that's actually good.
I want to post that.
I agree.
Um...
What to do when your cell phone fails.
Mm-hmm.
30 seconds.
I'm going to go ahead and turn off the camera.
I'm going to turn off the camera.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Listen very carefully to the guy with the weird haircut, Truck Todd.
Kind of fess up to something.
Cut 16.
I'm gonna out the cabinet secretary.
Right.
But I had a cabinet secretary two years ago.
Right.
Okay?
Two years ago.
Out of the blue, ask me.
Do you really think he can't run again like this?
And I said, well, you have more interaction with him than I do.
And they said, I don't have a lot of interaction with him.
This is a pretty senior cabinet secretary.
And this was two years ago.
Was that, Jeff, was that like a Veritas Project thing?
No, that was his podcast.
Hang on, hang on, that's Chuck Todd's podcast?
Yes.
He's admitting that a cabinet member of the Biden administration said that Biden's unfit to be president two years ago?
Yeah, he's a journalist.
I guess that wasn't news.
Um, okay.
So I'm going to ask a naive question here, Jeff.
With clips like that, With the stuff we've played from Scarborough and everybody else.
I mean, it's just as plain as the nose on your face.
That they've been covering for a guy they know is senile for years.
Now they flipped on him.
You've got even more Colbert cuts attacking Biden, right?
Yes.
So they've totally done a 180.
Will there be any consequences for the media?
See, to me it's even worse than that.
Because for the last three months what they have been saying, leading up to this debate, Trump is the one that has dementia.
They have been saying that Fox News isn't carrying his stuff live because he's so demented.
So, will there be any consequence for any of that?
I think anyone that goes on these shows should ask yourself what else have they been lying to you about?
Because you saw the debate, what it is.
What else do they lie to you about Trump?
You should ask yourself that question.
Did you just say that Fox has been doing that as well?
No, that's what they're saying on MSNBC.
They lied.
They've been saying it for months.
Fox won't even take his interviews live because he's so demented talking about Trump.
Yeah.
How demented?
Let's listen to Joy Reid, Cut 12.
Look, my kids are grown adults.
But do you feel comfortable having your babies handed over to the military-industrial complex so King Trump can use and discard them like old shell casings?
Maybe sign them up to use on American streets to shoot protesters?
Because he's promised to do that.
She's a lunatic, Eric, isn't she?
Absolutely.
And to hear her and any leftist talk about the military-industrial complex, Given the foreign policy record of Biden over the last few years, it's just peak hypocrisy.
Well, isn't it Obama that bombed more countries in one weekend than any president since 1945?
Yep, and overthrew Libya, among other things.
What did Clinton say?
We came, we saw, he died!
Yeah, because apparently that's, you know, again, the anti-war party, remember?
They were anti-war in 2008, and then suddenly, never mind.
Support the president, sebgorkestore.com.

On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first.
I'm not ready!
I'm finding amazing photographs of our next guest in front of hundreds of patriots.
Okay, here we go.
One more.
I'll just keep talking.
Hopefully people won't realize that I'm not paying attention to the cameras.
Oh, sorry!
The boss is always watching.
Hey, Dave.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Second hour of America First.
The third hour is the deep dive with one of the best of the best, Kash Patel.
You don't want to miss it.
He's going to talk to us about his theories about what's going on in the White House and then what we do if, God willing, the right guy wins and we take over on January the 20th.

And then you'll never miss great conversations with people like the one and only Jennifer Horne, our cruise buddy.
Jennifer, it's been so long.
I mean, when did I see you last?
What was it?
Juno, Sitka, Katchikan.
Why do you have all those funny names?
I know.
It is kind of fun.
And Hoonah.
Don't forget Hoonah.
Hoonah!
That was an icy straight one.
It was so much fun to cruise with you and Katie and Mike Gallagher and Chris de Gaulle, Joey Hudson.
What an amazing time.
I'm still like 12 inches off the ground because not only do we get to see beautiful stuff, which kind of recharges your mind and your spirit, But man, oh man, to cruise with 400 patriots who are set and ready to do something to get involved and to win in November.
I mean, it just, I don't know.
It did me good.
I think it actually just recharged me a little bit.
Yeah, this was, of course, you've been there before.
I had never been to Alaska.
I'd never been on a cruise before.
Your wonderful father joined us as well.
I know it's self-selecting, right?
Because it's a fraction of a fraction of our listeners, and it costs money.
But even though it was self-selection, man, was I impressed with the listeners Who joined us for that trip?
I mean, these people were motivated.
Yeah, I think, you know, that's what is going on right now within our movement.
I think they were just a small piece of the story.
And our listeners, I think, are absolutely the best.
The listeners that come from L.A., all across the country, it was just amazing to see all of their heart and all of their spirit.
But I'm going to tell you.
The momentum, elections are all about momentum, and the Democrats have been in nothing but chaos as of late, and they are just scratching and grabbing, trying to save themselves coming into 2024.
We have President Trump, who is more organized, more focused than ever.
He's on the message.
The RNC released their platform this week.
I feel like Republicans are excited to get out there and vote.
I think the momentum is definitely on our side of the aisle, and I don't think, I I don't even think I'm showing any prejudice because I'm on this side of the aisle.
I just feel like we're all ready to go and make change because we know we can't take another four years of this.
We had an amazing ensemble cast.
Mike Gallagher, yourself, me, Chris de Gaulle, Katie Gawker as well and Joey Hudson and I just I'm gonna reveal here I'm old news.
Me, Mike Gallagher, we're like we're just past it.
I've been in the industry for five years now.
You and Katie held a panel on this incredible 2,000 seat theater.
I blew my mind.
I thought it stepped into the TARDIS.
bow of the ship is this multi-tiered huge theater and then you and Katie held
a panel on I think you called it like the activation panel on what people can
do for the election before the election and like just two observations and I
just want this to be on the record carved in stone in perpetuity number one
not only after the meet-and-greet with you know we had selfies with me and Mike
after the meet-and-greet I had to stay there for an extra 40 minutes waiting
for the line to Katie and to you to dwindle because everybody wanted to talk
to you guys about your recommendations about getting engaged and then the
The best of all, forget about the long lines that talk to the hosts of the Happy Women podcast, then tell this story.
You had people from what, California and Arizona, after your panel with Katie about getting engaged, who did what?
They rented a conference room on the ship and then organized themselves, Jen?
It was so amazing.
Again, when I say that my heart is just happy after coming home from that cruise, it's for a multitude of reasons.
And probably the biggest is that Katie and I did this activation panel because it's not enough to just show up and vote.
Yes, that is the bare minimum of what you need to do.
I don't want to stop you from doing that, but we have to bring people along and we have
to have a turnout that is going to knock the socks off.
It's going to overcompensate for any of the weird stuff that you think might happen during
an election.
And so we have to show up and we have to show up in big ways.
And so we talked about all this.
And then Katie and I met up for just a week.
I think we drink all the sparkling water on the ship, but we drank for a Perrier just
to kind of go through what we talked about, talk about our podcast, which I hope you'll
download if you haven't already. Happy Women wherever you get your podcasts.
And as we're sitting there, this lady comes over and she goes, you know, you two inspired us so much that the listeners from Arizona and the listeners from California, which is of course my state, have gotten together.
We've taken over a conference room and we're going to meet there later today to actually talk about what you told us to do and make real action plans so that we can Instead, they're renting out the conference room on the ship to get politically organized.
I love it.
I mean, I have goosebumps just thinking about it again, because this is what we need.
We need people who are not afraid, and especially for my people in California, or in blue states like your, Seb, Virginia.
When you have people who are now coming out of the shadows, who were afraid for a long time to tell people what they think and what they truly believe and what they know is right, To actually have them come out of the shadows and organize in a conference room on the Holland America Euro Dam ship after something that we put out there.
It was exciting and I think that's why I feel so good about moving into November and happy to stand aside President Trump, behind him, and of course with all of my candidates in California who need that support so that they can pull off some victories.
What is the most common theme that you identified in talking offline or in the questions you did in the Q&A for the activation panel?
I think for Katie, because she's an election officer for the state and because she's the chair of the GOP for our county in Virginia, She's got some really good, you know, basic questions.
What's the difference between a poll watcher and an election officer?
Stuff that is, you know, if you're a layman, you're not familiar with the differences.
What kinds of things do you think people need help with the most?
Well, I think, number one, I think the left really has tried to demoralize conservative voters in our country.
And I think they've done it in all the ways, in everything that they've done to go after President Trump.
I think in my state of California, we have a really important victory, actually.
We had a ballot initiative to amend Prop 47, which made it very easy for people to commit crimes.
And people worked and worked and worked and got signatures, and it's qualified for the ballot now as Prop 36.
Then you have the governor try to get another ballot measure on to try to confuse people.
So I think what I heard is that there are a lot of people who thought, I feel like my vote doesn't count.
I feel like maybe it's not enough.
And I want to tell people, well, your vote is not enough because we need you to do more than that.
The only way that we can ever win is if we actually show up.
The shoulder shrugging, the days of just shaking your head, those days are over.
And I think that was a really big theme with especially the California contingency on the cruise, because I think a lot of them just felt like it doesn't matter.
And I think we made the point that it really does.
And certainly getting involved, Katie made a great point about the differences, because it is really confusing.
Election officer, poll watcher, how do I volunteer?
How do I get involved?
Sometimes the local GOPs are not responsive.
And so we kind of talk through all those scenarios to give people a path forward.
And this point about the down ticket, it's such the important response to, oh, my vote doesn't matter and Trump can't win in California.
But what about everybody else on the ticket?
I know.
And there are so many elections.
I mean, I talk about Mike Garcia all the time.
He won by 333 votes.
We had an assembly seat that was decided, I think, by something like 74 votes.
So for conservatives who say their vote doesn't count in California, it counts, especially in congressional races and in races for sheriff or district attorney or in some of these down ticket races.
It absolutely matters.
And you know what?
Be proud in saying to people that California has the largest amount of Trump supporters in our state, in the country.
So we may not beat Joe Biden or whoever it's going to be.
God knows when we get there.
But we're going to show up and we're still going to tell people we're excited to cast our vote for President Trump.
It matters.

What really ticks me off about him though is this laughing Kamala remark.
It's such a sexist remark, because a guy I was with over the weekend, a friend of mine, they said, Kamala's laugh annoys me.
Remember they said that about Hillary's laugh, that she was cackling.
And men, you know, they don't like a funny woman.
They're afraid if you laugh or you make a joke, that maybe you'll do that when they're in bed with you.
It's like this fear.
This fear of women's laughing and comedy.
Yes.
Oh my god.
You're really digging deep on that one, Joy.
Wow.
Hayley said Black can do it.
What?
Hayley said Conrad Black can do it.
Okay, good.
Alright.
You know who was good today was, um, we had Hans, oh gosh, I can never say his name, Vance Peskovsky, demystifying Project 2025 since everybody seems to be going nuts about, you know, how terrible it is and it's going to set us back a hundred years and a lot of people going crazy.
Um, you know who we should have done, Jeff?
Who?
Carl Benjamin.
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
I call him Private.
Are you familiar with Sargon?
I'm not.
No, he's a great podcaster out of the UK.
Just had him on the show.
And he's in Washington D.C.
at the moment.
Did you finally get home?
You must, I hear your voice.
Yeah, I got back.
Like Wednesday late.
I was supposed to be back Monday.
Wow.
Got to Miami, and then that flight got delayed.
I ended up having to buy tickets from a different airline.
How many cancellations?
Well, I don't even know.
And how many near-flights?
Well, this is the other thing, too, that this should be illegal, is I finally got to Miami,
then they kept delaying that flight back to DC.
So I got a Southwest flight or whatever.
So I went to America and I'm like, can I dispute this?
Cause it's been changed all these times.
Like, yeah, but you have to wait five business days to dispute it.
That's so when you forget about it, you know what I mean?
And you lose the anger.
Yeah, you're not mad anymore.
You know, it was odd when I got off our flight from Alaska, all of our luggage was ruined.
What do you mean?
Three of our bags.
What do you mean?
Yeah, one was split.
They had split the, it was a soft-sided one.
My hard-sided one was crushed in on the side and then Cynthia's little bag had the handle ripped off.
Wow.
Isn't that crazy?
That's weird.
I have no idea what they were doing with it.
I mean, they took care of it.
They gave us free bags actually, but still.
Did you lose any stuff?
No, thankfully.
Wow.
I know.
All right, um, I'll do Ph.D.
and then Benny.
And tee up Benny.
Benny!
Benny!
20 seconds.

It's your former colleague who you co-hosted radio with.
I'm still trying to get over that.
Little Benny Ben Shapiro.
Performed in front of Congress at an official hearing and it's not hard to outwit Eric Swalwell because he does have half a brain cell, but this was rather epic.
Play little Ben Shapiro.
Mr. Shapiro, thank you for joining us today.
I think it is important that you're here as one of the leading conservative voices And the country has, in the last couple weeks, talked a lot about and googled Project 2025.
It's one of the most googled search terms right now.
And you're not going to get any censorship from me.
So I just wanted to know, from your perspective, I think it would help us understand, on just like a scale of 0 to 100%, how much do you support Project 2025?
I think like President Trump, I haven't looked all that deeply at Project 2025, but it seems that Democrats on this committee, sort of like Peter Pan and Tinkerbell, if they say Project 2025 enough, their presidential candidate becomes alive again.
And so, well let's just talk about pieces of it, and I guess you can tell me if you support it.
You probably want less bureaucracy, right?
I do.
I want less bureaucracy.
You want more efficiency?
I do.
I want more efficiency.
You want taxpayer money spent wisely?
I do.
Congrats on becoming a Republican.
My parents would be proud.
He actually said that.
Eric Sporwell said at the end, my parents would be proud that I'm now conservative.
Do you think Ben rehearsed any of that?
That was pretty impressive.
I mean, you know him.
You worked with him in the same studio.
Yeah, I don't think that he actually rehearses that.
That is kind of, I was watching his brain work, kind of like I would watch in the studio.
I think sometimes, you know, he might have his funny little Tinkerbell and Peter Pan lines set up maybe, but look, it's not hard to take on Eric Swalwell.
It's not.
And it's also ridiculous.
I was mentioning to you in the break, people are going crazy about this Project 2025.
And so, I actually looked at it.
I mean, have you taken a look at it?
Yes!
And Jeff found the smear tweet where they lie about it.
You will not be allowed to get divorced.
Abortions will be illegal.
You will be executed.
Mark Hamill, that sad case who was in Star Wars, actually retweeted the propaganda.
I mean, here's a piece of advice.
Don't take legal advice from Lizzo, I think is probably maybe what I can tell you.
But yeah, no divorces, right?
They say you'll never be able to, women won't have any reproductive rights.
They've said women won't vote, black people won't vote.
How can you support women and black people if you support Project 2025?
I went through it.
Seb, if you and if any of you listening have not looked through it yet, do it.
I mean, it's right there on the Heritage Foundation's website.
And it's really about limiting the scope and power of government.
It's about each.
And by the way, our friends, Stephen Moore, Peter Navarro, people that we know and respect.
Ken Cuccinelli, I think, is on the list.
I mean, there's just a whole list of people who you would know that went through and just kind of gave their expertise about different government agencies and what they would do to fix it.
I do not know where this crazy spinning is coming from.
I guess the Democrats constantly have to have, like, a foe, right?
They have to say that there's a threat to democracy or a threat to women or minorities because, as Ben mentioned, their candidate is losing it, if he hasn't lost it already.
Well, speaking of crazy spinning, let's listen to Corinne Jean-Pierre, incapable of answering a very simple question.
Oh, sorry, we've got a couple of cuts from her.
I'd like to hear about the Hunter Biden question.
Cut seven.
President Biden has told me before he and his son don't have any business dealings together.
So what is Hunter Biden doing in White House meetings?
Are you talking about the meeting where they came together from Camp David and the two of them walked to the president's meeting and he was there?
There's a report that aides were struck by his presence during their discussions.
Look, I can't, I'm certainly not going to get into private conversations that occur.
Fail.
Right?
Fail.
Yeah.
She's going to clearly have to be treated for PTSD after this is all over.
I don't know.
All I know is that the answer, if I were working for Biden, which I'm not, is that President Biden has a close relationship with his family.
If Hunter Biden was in any meeting, it was there in an informal capacity.
He was just sitting in with his dad, spending time together.
Yes, he talks to Jill Biden.
And yes, you consult with your spouse.
Don't you, Peter?
Don't you consult with your spouse about important issues?
I mean, that's kind of how you have to deal with it and go on to the next question.
But the flip-flopping tells you everything that you need to know with her non-answer, which is that Jill Biden and Hunter Biden are way too involved with what the president is doing, because they have to be.
I mean, there's a big difference between walking your father to a meeting and then walking inside and sitting next to him.
And I think the American people have a right to know whether or not Hunter Biden, who was never elected by anyone for anything, is giving advice to his dad.
I mean, is that what's happening?
If so, that doesn't mean it stops, but it means we sure get to have at least know about this.
I don't know what these guys are going to do.
They are flip-flopping all over the place.
Well, that's the question.
So we dealt with this at the events that you so well compared on the cruise you were the comparer of.
What's your take now?
Does Biden stay?
Does he go?
Do they slide in Kamala?
Because they can't do anybody else.
No, and I think I mentioned this to you yesterday when you were on The Morning Answer.
I really, really, truly believe that it is going to either be Joe or it's going to be Kamala.
I think Joe's going to stick it out.
I think Joe wants him to.
But, you know, look, if he doesn't, I think the ideas of people saying, well, we're going to leapfrog in Gavin Newsom or Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama, I don't really think that's realistic because we're very late into this race.
You've got money that you have to think about.
So realistically, I think President Trump has to be prepared for either Kamala or for Joe Biden.
But we'll see.
I mean, we don't have a crystal ball.
It could be very possible that they're just trying to negotiate a deal so that they can get out of office in the best way they can to guarantee success and no, I guess, legal problems moving forward for their family.
We'll see.
Either way, the country is not in a great place when we have this person in charge who is saying that he can't be bothered after eight o'clock at night.
I mean, what does that tell our enemies right now?
I do not like anything about Joe Biden.
I don't feel sorry for him.
But I do feel sorry for our country that this is what is leading us right now.
Just wait till you hear.
We'll play the cut later in the hour of what?
The response was from KJP to that question about if we go to war after 8 p.m.
In the meantime, follow her at Jennifer Horn on Twitter, and if you want the right guy back in the White House, get the t-shirt that says it all.
He is the outlaw president, President 2024, and you've made it number two in the charts.
It's the dementia Joe has got to go licking the ice cream cone t-shirt.
Get it today and support the president directly at DonaldJTrump.com.
Thank you, Jen.
Hello, who's this?
Ernie.
Hi Ernie, what's your question, what's your comment?
I like to know some of the stuff you guys talk about with Kamala Harris and Joe Biden and his son.
What about Donald Trump's two sons?
They went into a lot of his meetings.
You guys criticized Joe Biden bringing in his son for this and that.
We all know Joe Biden's sons got issues.
But as far as Jim Jordan and James Comey, all these people looked into They looked into all this stuff on Joe Biden.
They can't find nothing yet.
Jim Jordan, as far as I'm concerned, this guy should lose his job in Ohio anyhow.
He's useless.
He lies like everybody else lies.
So tell me why you're voting for Joe Biden.
I'm not voting for Joe Biden.
He's got some issues.
So who are you voting for?
But Donald Trump has more issues.
This guy wants to be a dictator, a conman, a coward, a bully, a narcissist.
So who are you voting for?
I'm not going to vote.
I'm voting independent.
It all depends who comes in.
There's talk about Whitmer.
There's talk about Camilla Harris.
There's talk about Who would you like to be president?
Nancy Pelosi?
Because she never lied, right Ernie?
So who would you like to be president?
Who would you like to be president?
I know you've got TDS.
Who would you like to be president?
Who would you like to be?
Answer the question or get off my show!
Who would you like to be president?
I could care less about your show. You're just another one.
Bye. Bye Says a lot about Trump, but swears he's not voting for
riding Yeah.
Hey, if he decides to vote independent, good for him.
That's one less vote for Biden.
Title for Jen?
I want to post those separately.
So the first one, the second one, don't take legal advice from Lizzo.
And then the first one, when patriots activate themselves.
Okay... So when do we want to do that video record?
At the end of the show.
Okay.
Okay.
Thank you.
News and talk radio is still really popular, even in the internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
Well, it's just like Eric Swalwell.
It's not difficult to boggle your little mind.
What's Mr. Potato Head's real name?
I always forget it.
What's Mr. Potato Head's actual name?
Stelty.
Brian Stelter.
Stelty!
Yes, Brian Stelty.
We're so excited with our new Patriots platform for movies, Truth Warriors.
I'll talk about that again in a moment.
But first things first, how about buying American?
American products made here, you know, in the United States.
It's so easy.
Don't go to Amazon.
Hundreds of items on Mike Lindell's platform.
Not just the MyPillow, the pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
There's a reason he sold more than 81 million of them.
But hundreds of other items.
Bedsheets, mattresses, pyjamas.
My dogs, Titus and Leia, love their MyPillow pet beds.
Me, I love the sheepskin lion slippers.
Get them in so much more With up to two-thirds off and free shipping if you use my name.
Oh, and you'll also be annoying the left wing because they hate Mike.
Go to mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
That's 800-829-8468, but you've got to use the secret code G-O-R-K-A.
Alright, we're going to go to your calls in a second, but I promise I'm going to play you that cut about what happens if we go to nuclear war after 8pm.
The number here is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Again, who's it up to?
Of course, it's Peter Doocy!
Cut 8.
Say that the Pentagon, at some point, picks up an incoming nuke.
It's 11pm.
Who do you call?
The First Lady?
He has a team that lets him know of any news that is pertinent and important to the American people.
He has someone that is decided, obviously, with his National Security Council on who gets to tell him that news.
She doesn't sound very happy.
Jeff, she sounds a little sad there, doesn't she?
She's an idiot that she answered it like it was a real question.
That's obviously a joke.
You know what I mean?
Just saying how ridiculous the situation is.
She actually tried to answer that like it was a real question.
But her tone of voice is like... Because she has no idea what to say.
And then, this is the one that really annoys me.
I mean, nuclear war's pretty bad, especially if Biden's asleep.
But his phrase, I can't stand!
It will be excised from our dictionaries here, from the vocabulary of America First.
This is about Biden seeing dead people.
Cut six!
This was an event where the President called out Congresswoman Jackie Oloreski, looked for her in the room even though she had recently died.
You told multiple reporters at the time, and this was asked in multiple different ways.
She was top of mind.
Right, because she was top of mind for the President.
On that example, would you offer a different explanation?
I mean, because honestly, I spoke to the president right before coming out that day.
And that is what the president told me.
It's not something that came from me.
That is something that came from the president.
Kind of interesting that they're bringing this up like three or four months after it happened.
What the mainstream media is just now realizing is because they don't like Biden anymore.
Let me ask Alex, our in-house diplomat.
Have you ever heard, before Corine Jean-Pierre started using it every three seconds, had you ever heard the phrase in common usage, on top of mind?
Can't say that I have, no.
Good!
Neither have I. I hate it.
It's garbage.
It is banned from the English language, even the version we use here in America.
Top of mind is liberal gogbildegook.
We will not use it.
Somebody who I know never uses it, because he's a patriot, even though he likes jumping out of fully serviceable planes, is our good buddy from the tall grass.
It's been a while!
Ray from Livermore.
Dr. Gorka, man.
You're a very good line.
Are you in the home now?
Are you in your office?
It sounds like you're next door, buddy.
I'm in my office, which is my customer's home.
I'm on the job site, as usual, and the relief factor is working great.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka, man.
Good, good.
I appreciate it.
Top of mind.
I didn't call about this, but real quick, I work- I have a franchise, and the corporation that owns this franchise system started using that stupid saying.
Oh, my goodness.
It's in- What?
Top of mind?
Yeah, I've seen it in- That drives me nuts!
They're trying to make it into a saying like, oh yeah, yeah, everybody says this.
It's so ridiculous.
Fake.
Fake news.
Fake news.
Thank you.
Of course, you've got to back up from Ray.
What brought you originally to our shores today?
I've got two comments if I can squeeze in.
You've got 40 seconds.
Rapid fire.
Full auto.
Burst.
Do it.
Pelosi said su-cide.
That Biden has to su-cide.
Now does that mean su-cede?
Does that mean de-cide?
Or does that mean su-cide?
Do not make me laugh when I'm drinking water.
I do not need to spray water over my microphone.
Okay, good question.
What is su-cide?
What's the next one?
They sent out the bimbo eruption, stepped on all of us to interview Mike.
Yes, yes.
He's doing the wet work for Hillary.
Don't count her out, Dr. G. He's doing wet work.
But you know, did you see what happened to him in the last 24 hours?
I saw that somebody caught him on the street and he said Biden's gotta go and then he was backtracking.
And then he had to apologize!
Officially!
Little Snuffleupagus had to apologize.
We'll find that.
Alright guys, thank you.
Ray from Liverpool.
More of your calls momentary.
But don't call us on a phone that's linked to the cell phone network of a big provider because they're woke.
They're left wing.
There's only one Christian Conservative cell phone company.
It's the one I use, Patriot Mobile.
It's so easy to switch to the good guys.
You keep your old number, keep your old phone, or get an upgrade.
But just call 972-PATRIOT or go to PatriotMobile.com slash Gawker.
The activation is free with my name.
If you're a veteran or first responder, you get extra discounts and you won't be funding things like Planned Parenthood with every call you make and every text you send.
but whatever else can be said about crooked Joe Biden you have to give him credit for one brilliant decision
probably the smartest decision he's ever made ever made.
He picked Kamala Harris as his vice president.
No, it was brilliant.
Because it was an insurance policy.
Maybe the best insurance policy I've ever seen, Marco.
If Joe had picked someone even halfway competent, they would have bounced him from office years ago.
But they can't because she's got to be their second choice.
She has no choice and no chance.
The best insurance policy, but the geniuses at The View think that President Trump is afraid of the cackler.
Cut three, Sonny Hostin.
Let's face it, the reason he brings up Kamala, the vice president, is because he's afraid of her.
Because he knows what a strong candidate she is.
Yes, he always says, you smell fear when he comes up with a name for somebody.
He understands how her popularity rating is going up, he understands how her approval rating is going up, and he understands that as part of the Biden-Harris team, that is going to be very difficult for him.
Simple psychology, Eric, when you're afraid of somebody, do you bring up their name?
Uh, no, generally.
You resort to the whole, uh, he-who-must-not-be-named tactic.
Right, or you just don't talk about them.
Exactly.
They're just so stupid.
Okay, uh, back to your cause in a moment, but first things first.
You've been waiting for what?
The way to put pressure on the swamp creatures?
Well, listen to this.
You need to check out, right away, a new platform called E-Voice America.
It's patented, it's free, and it's the conservative platform to take action, including putting pressure on Senators, Congressmen, and even President Biden.
It's never been easier.
All you have to do is go to evoiceamerica.com, Pick the issue you want, the border, health insurance, war, whatever it is, taxes, then you vote on that issue.
It's anonymous, yes or no.
All of the votes are tabulated.
And whether the issue is energy production or legal immigration, the results are sent to the person you want them to be sent to.
It's all done automatically with a message.
Get serious on the issue.
Congressman, Senator or Joe Biden.
evoiceamerica.com Together, all of us can deliver our voices on the issues that matter to us.
You don't have to write letters or use emails.
Just use this free conservative platform, evoiceamerica.com.
Okay, let's go to line one, Dale, California.
Thanks for taking my call, Seb.
I enjoyed the conversation you had with Colonel Kay.
And the whole Russia-Ukraine thing, but there's an element in there that I seldom ever hear anybody talk about, and that's the fact that Russia shares a really large border with fascist China.
And China, as you know, has global aspirations.
And they're helping Russia right now, and they're not doing it out of the goodness of their heart.
No, they're making money, but they hate Russia at the same time.
Yes, but...
They are making money, but I think they have land aspirations as well.
They do, in the East, and also a population aspiration, because of the one-birth policy of Communist China.
They have far too few women, because women were aborted, and as a result, they want to have access to the women in Eastern Russia.
So it's land, and it's also the demographics, Dale.
Yeah, so next time you have a conversation with Colonel Kay, put your, both of your large brains together and I would love to hear you guys ferret this idea out.
All right, we'll do that or we'll get our China experts back on the show, whether it's Gordon Chang, whether it's our other experts as well, David Goldman, we will definitely make time for that.
Okay, Randy Knoxville.
Hey, good afternoon, Dr. Corker.
Hey, what's up?
What's your topic?
What's your question?
Yes, sir.
Hey, I like your cigar thing, talking about your George Washington cigars.
It's gonna make me maybe kick my Swisher Sweets.
Oh my gosh!
When I first came to America in 1991 at a gas station, I found a packet of Swisher Sweets.
I thought I was the coolest dude in town, Randy.
They're good.
You have to try the peach brandy flavor.
Yeah, they're good, but even the fact that they're made out of cardboard doesn't irritate you, Randy?
It does.
And it goes good with the michelada.
I like my michelada beers, you know.
Anyway, hey, George Clooney.
Yeah.
What do you think, Dr. Gorka?
I think this guy, this overrated He's a flop master Hollywood guy.
I like his role from The Facts of Life back in the 80s.
I think that's the best work he's ever done.
About the private school girls, you can look it up.
I think he has more influence over the Democrat Party than any of these Democrat politicians.
Nancy Pelosi, all those people.
Well, he's super tight with Obama.
And his wife is this super-influential, mega-rich international lawyer who's responsible for the attempt to get Benjamin Netanyahu prosecuted.
I'm asking you, Dr. Gorka.
He's Obama's sock puppet that the New York Times put up to do that editorial.
Oh, without a doubt.
Without a doubt.
That guy, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, Randy.
The idea that he said, I'm going to write an op-ed.
A, he didn't write it.
B, it wasn't his idea, so absolutely, whether it's Obama or whether it's Obama's Chief of Staff Axelrod sending a message from Obama, George Clooney is your, perfectly put, he is the sock puppet, Randy.
That's what I figured, Dr. Gorga, because that guy, I'll tell you, he's the biggest overrate.
I know you and your good friend, Mr. Cole, y'all do movie reviews.
George Clooney will never be on your list.
I don't think you'll ever do.
You know why he made his money?
It was out of ER and then the tequila company that he was a founder in.
That tequila company made him over 90 million dollars.
That's why he's influential today.
There's only one half-decent movie he ever made.
It's called The Peacemaker, about a dirty bomb being smuggled into New York.
But, Randy, you are absolutely correct.
We are highly Unlikely to review that on Making Movies Great Again.
The next movie is, don't forget, Ghostbusters 2.
Thank you!
Great call, Randy.
Nicely done.
We are coming to you live from just outside the fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome, ghastly, sweltering swamp that is Washington, D.C.
from the ReliefFactor.com studios.

I just happen to be one of them.
How its ingredients are proven anti-inflammatories that target the source of the pain which is the inflammation.
Don't just listen to me, listen to people like Yvonne from California.
This is Yvonne's story.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack right now.

So you mean you're never going to review the George Clooney classic Batman and Robin?
No, not happening.
I'd like to deny its existence.
Oh man.
Arnold has more one-liners in that movie than all of his other movies combined.
Oh my gosh, yeah he does.
That was such a bad movie.
Ha ha ha.
Oh.
Yeah, even Batman Forever is better than that.
that. 70 seconds.
Any last cuts here?
Um... Brandon Johnson?
17?
17... Yes, totally.
17 yes, totally yeah, I'll tee it up All right
I hope you're not too hungry.
I'm going to go get some food.
I'm going to go get some food.
Hey Jeff, what's the latest from Chicago?
What is it, a hundred people shot and nineteen killed over the weekend?
Yeah, it's over a hundred.
What do you think the reason for that is?
Um, I don't know.
Maybe a president from a little far back.
A president?
Okay, let's listen to what the mayor thinks.
This is Brandon Johnson who runs away from reporters.
Cut 17!
Black death has been unfortunately accepted in this country for a very long time.
We had a chance 60 years ago to get at the root causes.
And people mocked President Johnson.
And we ended up with Richard Nixon.
I'm gonna work hard every day to transform this city.
That's what it takes to build a better, stronger, safer Chicago, and I need everybody to step up.
Eric, did he just say it's Richard Nixon's fault?
They really just can't leave that poor man alone.
He's been dead for, you know, almost 30 years, but they still can't leave that man alone.
A hundred people getting shot last weekend, this weekend, in Chicago, is because of Richard Nixon?
Is it something to do with Watergate?
That's truly stunning.
That's absolutely incredible.
I'm left speechless.
Is it Vietnam?
It's a step up from blaming Bush.
I'm old enough to remember when they just blamed George Bush for everything.
And this guy's like, nah, I gotta take it a step further.
I'm gonna go way farther back than Bush.
Nixon.
That's truly stunning.
That's absolutely incredible.
I'm left speechless.
It's not good for a radio host.

President Trump?
I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence.
I don't think he knows what he said either.
That's it!
That's the moment!
I will not hold my opponent's youth and inexperience against him moment.
And since then, it's just been a complete, complete disaster for the White House, for the Democrats.
We're going to talk about serious stuff here, one-on-one with our good buddy.
But first, let's have a bit of fun with the man I I don't know how to introduce him because I'd waste the whole hour talking about his resume, which job I should promote first, is it Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Chief Investigator for the House Intelligence Committee.
I'm just gonna say, it's Cash!
Welcome back, buddy.
Thanks so much, my friend.
And for you, I'm donning the Indian purple silk.
Look, what did I say?
When I sat down, I said, is that a purple slub silk Indian smoking jacket?
And where can I get one?
I hope this is the first time, in full Technicolor, it has been displayed to the patriots of America.
In this vibrance it is, and where you can get it is classified.
So we'll talk later.
That's a cue.
That's T-S-S-E-I-Q.
It's up there with the Department of Energy.
It is the highest.
It's a SAP.
It's a special access program.
Only those who need to know, need to know.
All right, Cash, so much to discuss, especially the movie of your book, Government Gangsters, which you will be showing next week in Milwaukee at the RNC Convention.
So super excited.
If you haven't read it, you need to, because it is really the inside story of the deep state.
And now I think we have to call it the in-your-face state.
We'll talk about all of that.
We'll talk about what happens if, God willing, we get the president back for a second term.
But first things first.
Let's just enjoy ourselves.
Let's sit back, get some extra butter on our popcorn and discuss the last three weeks in Democrat politics.
Cash, is it possible that the White House lied to us for the last three years about the health of the president?
Is that possible?
It would just be another lie in their bucket of lies.
They lied to us about the border.
They lied to us about no national security crisis.
They lied to us about how they handled Afghanistan and how brilliant they were in murdering 13 brave American soldiers.
They lied to us about the narco-traffickers.
They lied to us about Iran, Russia, the CCP. So what else are they going to do but lie about
Joe Biden's debate performance? The complete disaster that the commander in chief had on
the international stage when the world was looking was actually, honestly, yes, it was
entertaining and fun for us, Seb, and I know you'll agree with the following.
But it was sad for America.
This is our president.
And this is the guy in charge of the levers.
And remember when the media used to attack Donald Trump and say, oh, that man's in charge of the nuclear football.
So is this guy.
And we are supposed to be satisfied that our national security and our citizenry are being protected by a guy who doesn't know what a vowel is?
I want to leverage what somebody said yesterday on their radio show.
It was either Chris Plant or Dan Bongino.
There's this beautiful, there's this bear trap with, you know, poison spikes.
that they've made for themselves because we see yesterday we see on Tuesday that the meeting
amongst the Democrats the split down the middle he's got to go oh there's nothing wrong the
visits by a Parkinson's doctor on eight occasions to the White House that suddenly oh no no nothing
These are not the droids you're looking for.
But if they remove him or he resigns because he's got Parkinson's or something of that ilk, the fact is he's been a president whilst he's been suffering and how do they get rid of him In the meantime, as the nuclear football is within 30 feet of him 24 7.
So this is how do they get out of this trap, especially since we're, you know, just a month plus away from their convention cash.
They, the Democrats, do what they always do and eat their own.
This was a creation of their own making after years and years of lies and failures by Joe Biden, the Democratic Party and this administration.
And so what do they do?
They will turn on each other 100%, and that's when you know the job is done in terms of taking out Joe Biden.
It's ironic that the mainstream media who talked about utilizing the 25th Amendment, along with Rod Rosenstein and Andy McCabe at the time at DOJ and FBI, because Donald Trump was, quote, unfit to be in office, that no one in Congress is talking about utilizing the 25th Amendment To have the president sidelined so he's not anywhere near the nuclear football and the nuclear deterrent, let alone every other issue that we've always talked about.
And I think the Democrats are conniving.
I think they will say, we will threaten you, Joe Biden, with the utilization of the 25th Amendment, even though we wanted to use it on Donald Trump, it's actually appropriate for you.
And since you won't step aside, we're going to take you out utilizing it.
I think it's the irony of ironies, but that's the way I see it probably going when it comes to taking them out.
React to this.
This is a take from Jeff, the best executive producer in radio.
He said this on Monday.
He said that letter to the Democrats on the Hill, where he said, I'm not going anywhere, is basically the hostage taker and his demands to the people who now have to pay him off.
So more money for the shell companies.
some sinecures for Frank and Jim, and then a promise of pardons and judicial protection
from Kamala or whoever takes over. That right now what we're seeing is the biggest deal
being negotiated behind closed doors by the Biden family.
And that's big because they already got 1.4 billion dollars from the National Bank of Communist
China. But what we're seeing right now is this corrupt family seeing just how much they can get
out of the Democrats. What do you think of that scenario? Well that's what they've been doing for
years so it's not likely to change.
They are going to extort every single opportunity they can for their personal gain. And right now
their personal gain does not coincide with Joe Biden remaining as the commander in chief.
They will turn on him and and allow him to commute his son and probably pardon
himself and show him the off-ramp by utilizing either the 25th amendment or just simply taking
it away from him at the convention because we know Jill is never going to let Joe Biden resign or
retire or walk away from this thing.
And so while they're still in power, folks at the Biden Inc.
will continue to pull the levers to set themselves up for future operations and future fraud.
And they will allow themselves to get away with it by asking Big Joe for the Get Out of Jail Free card that only the President can give.
Now, you're also an attorney, you're a public defender, then a counter-terrorism prosecutor in the DOJ, so then you were on the ground after 2020 fighting the good fight to make sure that we had fairness in our elections.
From that vantage point, with everything you know, it's going to be really hard, is it not, legally, to sidestep Kamala.
If he does get removed by the 25th, or he's convinced and Jill says, okay, I've got the deal.
We've got pardons for Hunter.
We've got, you know, $100 million extra.
We're gonna leave from here.
He's gonna resign.
It's got to be Kamala unless they do something truly illegal at the convention.
What's your expectation?
Well, normally, that's what they would have liked it to be.
But if it's at all possible, The cackling snow queen that is Kamala with her word salad may be a bigger disaster than Joe Biden himself.
And the Democrats probably see that she's at least equally as big of a disaster.
She was responsible for the border, and the border is the biggest disaster in U.S.
modern history, and it falls at her feet.
And so do they want her to take it over with her cratering popularity?
I mean, she actually might be less popular than Joe Biden.
And so the Democrats, they're not stupid.
To label them that is dismissive.
They're smart enough in their private meetings to say, we can't have her running and succeeding Joe Biden.
We need an entire new wave of leadership.
And legal and what's not legal, that is not even a thought when it comes to the Democratic machinery.
They don't care.
They'll rewrite the rules overnight if it benefits them.
So I think they'll find a way to sidestep it all.
Yeah, I did a kind of sanity check on myself yesterday, and I thought, hang on a second, I'm going through the legal scenarios for what they can and cannot do when it comes to candidates and ballots, and I thought, it's the Democrats!
I don't give a fig about whether it's legal or not.
Whether it's superdelegates who have more votes than regular delegates.
Remember that, Bernie?
Or whether it's something else.
If they want to, they'll find a way, whether it is legal or illegal.
We're talking to a super patriot.
He is ultra mega, you can tell from everything he chronicled in his book, Government Gangsters.

We are outside of the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut, and you're hosted tonight by federal prisoner number 05635509, formerly Stephen K. Bannon.
That's how you host a show, in only the way that my former colleague, my boss in the White House, could do.
Stephen Bannon, last week from outside the So Cash, I was on my Newsmax colleague Rob Carson's radio show and I was on his show yesterday and he asked me this question about, have we arrived?
Is communism here?
Do we have a police state?
on my Newsmax colleague Rob Carson's radio show and I was on his show yesterday and he
asked me this question about have we arrived?
Is communism here?
Do we have a police state?
And I told him, you know, for the longest time I've had a visceral reaction to that.
Like, I can't say that because my parents escaped communism.
To his dying day, my father had the scars on his wrists where he was tortured by the secret police.
But after the last three years, Starting with the raid on Mar-a-Lago, what they did to Mike Flynn, and then Steve's in prison right now.
Peter Navarro's in prison.
And forget the famous people, the 73-year-old grandmother who prayed inside Congress, or the 74-year-old grandmother who prayed in an abortion clinic.
They're going to prison as well.
So Cash, Is it wrong for me with my family background to say, yes, America has arrived?
I think you outlined the reality of the situation.
So with your background, especially.
Of course, you putting it in that fashion is completely acceptable, given the facts you outline.
Those are indisputable facts.
I think, though, the left would want us to go out there and advertise that we are calling them communists and communism, because they'll take that and put it in their fake news machine and say, look, they're calling us communists.
You can't trust those people.
I think it's even worse, Seb.
I think it's even worse that they will cloak it as democracy, which makes them almost more evil than the communists, and the things they are doing in modern day are worse almost than some of the things the communists did.
I mean, the two-tier system of justice that they've completely weaponized, as you highlighted, for political purposes, and their application of it It's like nothing history has ever seen before, and it's going to continue.
And to me, their weapon of choice is that two-tier system of justice, not just in the courts of law, in the administrative state, in the regulations, in state and local authorities.
They are teaching and paying for it to be permeated throughout American society.
So not only will they own the media machine, When they crank out their injustices, but they will own the operations of government.
So I think it is a whole new form of whatever you want to call it.
And it's the worst thing we've ever seen.
Yeah, it is some kind of new hybrid that we might have to think up a new label for like, oh, I don't know, next-gen Marxism.
That's what Katie and her colleague Mike Gonzalez came up with.
So if you're If you want to get the inside scoop, the book is Next Gen Marxism, what it is and how to combat it.
But let's stay on this for a second, because you're such a good communicator, you know, you're a pitbull, but you understand how media works.
I'm curious, by veiling their police state tactics, raiding President Trump's home, putting Steve in prison, you know, making sure that grandmas get custodial sentences, by cloaking it in the word democracy, Do you think that's counterproductive?
Because don't you think people look at that and say, excuse me, what?
Yeah, I think for them.
It allows us a window to come in and say, wait a second, we need to highlight not just the injustices they're doing, but the label that they're putting on it.
When Merrick Garland rolls out there and says, there is only one system of justice, and then you see him utilize the alternate system of justice he created to imprison Bannon and Navarro, but at the same time, allow himself as the Attorney General to break the same law, supposedly, involving congressional subpoenas and allow himself, the Attorney General, to remain out of prison.
Because Joe Biden gave him a get out of jail free card with executive privilege.
The irony of that is, of course, with the Supreme Court decision not left unnoticed.
I think it's our opportunity to go in there and bulldoze their hypocrisy and show it to the American people because the mainstream media won't deliver that actual truthful reporting and messaging.
Yeah, and I think more and more people are being, who aren't political, who maybe don't
listen to three hours of radio every day or go to Breitbart first thing in the morning,
but people who aren't political say, hang on a second, you're defending democracy, but
you've got a sentencing against the leader of the opposition just a few weeks before
the election.
So I think it is potentially a massive red pilling for tens of millions of Americans
who aren't, you know, political junkies like all of our millions of listeners right here.
I'm going to ask you in the next segment what your expectations are for the sentencing now
in September, which has been moved.
But in the meantime, follow Cash on Truth Social at Cash with Kay.
The book, which is soon to be released as a documentary, is Government Gangsters, the
deep state, the truth and the battle for our democracy.

They went up against the wrong individual.

And let me just tell you, I love Gen Z. I don't know.
I love Gen Z.
So, okay, for the older adults, this is going to be a humbling thing I'm about to share with you.
If someone is 18 years old today, they were born in 2005.
Oh yeah, check that out.
Think about that for a minute.
I don't know who's creepier.
Is it Joe?
Oh, the clown.
The cackler.
Unbelievable.
I hadn't seen that before.
Thank you, Eric, I think.
All right, so, a two-parter for you, Cash.
The first thing is, why Did Murchan and Bragg agree to move the sentencing to September after, you know, the fact that they're clearly biased and they hate our former boss?
And then secondly, what do you expect in September?
I'll give you one theory that they've moved it to bring it even closer to the election, so there's no time to take the sentencing in appeal to the Supreme Court.
And then, my take for what they're going to do, they're going to send President Trump to prison before the election, or the very best, house arrest.
So, what's your take on the postponement and then your expectations for September?
So look, I think they saw the Supreme Court, and we're going to put this aside for purposes of your question, they saw the decision and they said, wow, we really screwed up.
The immunity decision.
Right.
So even they are not going to admit that publicly, but when they read it, it's in their calculations.
So what they did was, what do we do?
What's our options?
And of course, the district attorney was going to agree to a continuation of the sentencing, so Donald Trump's lawyers could file for a dismissal or whatever action they want in court, and appropriately so given the Supreme Court decision.
But I think what Merchant and the DA realized is that their master plan to take out Donald Trump with the two-tier system of justice monumentally backfired.
And the polls speak for themselves and said, you do the events and I do the events and we go to Trump stuff and we see people showing up in hordes that have never showed up for politics before.
And that is a force that the left and the mainstream media cannot drown out.
So I think the calculation here And maybe I'll disagree with you a little bit, is they said, we don't want to deal with this right now.
We basically catapulted Donald Trump over Joe Biden by illegally prosecuting him and got caught with our pants down.
And so I think what they did was we're going to push it back and then we're going to alter the scheduling of sentencing in September and say, oh, we're right by the election.
We'll deal with it later.
So they're playing for time now and you think they're going to punt it again?
Yeah, I think by then, President Trump's legal team—and I don't have any inside information—will go out there and file the appropriate motions, forcing the judge and the district attorney to respond and say, OK, what do you make of this and the Supreme Court's ruling that the president has executive—excuse me, presidential privilege?
And those will be made public, very public, and covered in extensive detail.
And then they will see that if they were to rule against a constitutionally mandated opinion from the Supreme Court, they would further imbue President Trump with even more political capital.
So I think they're trying to reverse or shut that engine down.
And I think the only way they can do that is just delaying.
So what you're saying, so just put very simply, they blinked.
Yeah, they blink, they bent the knee, they are hurled over, whatever analogy, metaphor you want to use, they did it all and then some.
Interesting.
That's why we bring him.
For that analysis, exactly.
The book is Government Gangsters.
Governmentgangsters.com.
We're talking to Cash McTell.
You can follow him on Truth Social at Cash with a K. We are coming to you from just outside the insalubrious, rank, malodorous, noisome, ghastly, fetid swamp that is Washington, D.C.
And if you put me back in the White House, their reign is over.
Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
We don't have free anything.
In 2016, I declared, I am your voice.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
Not going to let this happen.
A seminal speech that has the corrupt left quaking in their boots.
President Trump at CPAC talking about retribution, now needed more than ever.
We had a bit of a fuffle.
We had Kevin Roberts, the president of the Heritage Foundation, on the show yesterday
to talk about all the brouhaha around Project 2025 and whether or not it represents what
the president wants to do.
I don't want to relitigate that now with you, Cash, but we have to do something monumental.
And God willing, if the president wins, talk to me.
I don't want to give a game plan away, because I think that's part of President Trump's reaction.
He doesn't want to give away a game plan.
But what is the magnitude of what has to be done?
And you can choose.
I'd be really interested with regards to the DOJ, what you have to say, and then writ large with the intelligence community, all 17 agencies, and then I'll start with the FBI.
In my opinion, what the likes of Hannity says is garbage.
The idea that it's just, you know, a few bad apples on the seventh floor of the Hoover building is just You know, when local agents from the Philly field office are raiding a pro-life pastor's house at gunpoint because he protected his child from a Planned Parenthood lunatic, I'm sorry, the institution's three core missions of counterterrorism, federal crime investigation, and counterintelligence have to be given to somebody else, and as far as I'm concerned,
The agency is unsalvageable.
But give us a glimpse from your unequaled perspective, having worked at DOJ, at the top, the pinnacle of the intelligence community, inside the DOD, what can be done and what is the depth of the reform?
I think, for me, my thoughts are as follows.
And whatever three-letter agency or department are, the plan is the same.
The magnitude might be different depending on if you go from a DOE to a DOJ to an FBI, DOD, etc.
But it's simply outlined in my book, Government Gangsters, and the plan is accountability through the Constitution.
That's it.
All the American people want is accountability through applying our only document that matters and is of consequence, the United States Constitution.
And the reason the left isn't up in arms about it is because the people that are up in arms are mostly the people that know they've broken the liberties that have been instilled in that document and the oaths of office they took as government operators, and probably some of them even broke the laws.
And so they are afraid and terrified that Donald Trump is simply going to follow and apply the laws to them.
And when you do that at places like FBI or DOJ, as you put to me, you have to not only take out the entire leadership cadre that's been there, All these years, but you have to take out the folks that have been there for decades who participated in the weaponization and politicization of justice, who used it to politically target people who go to church, people who stand up for their children, people who stand up for Donald Trump, people who stand up for the Constitution or the Second Amendment or what have you.
All of those are enshrined rights that were violated for political purposes by these government gangsters.
And they are in most every agency and department.
The depth of them changes, but Seb, the machinery is the same.
You just go in there and apply the Constitution.
That's why I believe they're terrified of Donald Trump.
He's just going to hold them accountable.
Finally, the swamp is going to be put, the screws are going to be put to them, and they don't like it.
Alright, I like this, and the details are in Government Gangsters, but there's one aspect of what you say.
It has to be accountability.
As per the Constitution, which, you know, should be following the executive's plan, because he's the man empowered by the American people to be the chief executive for all of those agencies.
But what about the other piece that you're so familiar with?
And that's oversight.
You worked on Capitol Hill.
You worked for a warrior, Devin Nunes, the Chairman of the Intelligence Committee.
You were targeted by the Deep State because of the amazing work you and Devin did to unearth what really was going on with unmaskings, the Russia collusion hoax, the Mueller probe, and everything else.
Devin is like, you know, this unicorn out there that did oversight, went into the skiffs, read the classified information, told the world that this is all garbage, and gave press conferences about it.
Can the reform, the retributive reform, of the deep state, of the intelligence community, of the FBI, the DOJ, be done if we don't have 20 Kash Patels working for a dozen Devin Noonases on Capitol Hill.
You raise a great point because it's not just the executive branch that needs to perform its function and do its job and expose the corruption and hold people accountable.
It's the other two branches of government too, the judiciary as well as the legislative branch.
And we talk about it all the time, the importance, and this is why these House seats, this is why this race is in your communities are so important because we have to hand Republicans a mandate that they can use with Donald Trump as the commander in chief to not only legislate the laws that will effectuate his policies, But to implement oversight investigations and actually enforce the utilization of congressional subpoenas and putting people in prison who actually violate them and not weaponizing justice.
Merrick Garland should be turning over the audio tapes of Joe Biden's interview with the FBI, just to name one thing that comes to my mind.
But they should also be performing oversight function of how does the Department of Defense lose billions of dollars it sent to the Ukraine?
How does that happen year in and year out?
And how is it that other agencies and departments are allowed to create rules and regulations that supersede the authority of the commander-in-chief?
The only institution that can check that balance is the United States Congress.
And I'm saddened to say that my colleagues in the United States House of Representatives, who are currently the Republican majority, have in large part failed to perform the duties past the cheap pot shot headline.
They don't want to put the screws to this deep state, and I don't know why.
They are letting individuals be prosecuted maliciously based on a weaponized system of justice, and all they do is send Merrick Garland a subpoena, and then do nothing about it.
Take that man's money.
He will come to you with that audio tape if you take his money.
Same goes for Mayorkas.
We impeached that guy, and the Democrats, who are in the minority, shut that thing down in 24 hours without a trial.
It is absurd.
Absurd that the United States House of Representatives is acting in this fashion and allowing this corruption to continue.
You may not know why Republican leadership issues subpoenas and nothing else and doesn't do anything more than that.
But you've got to have a theory, Cash, as we have innocent people languishing for years And the DC Gulag after January 6th, as we have Steve, I mean, the Speaker of the House, I've read, could nullify the January 6th contempt of Congress charges by saying that was an illegal committee, and so Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon walk free.
He's not doing it.
So, do you have a theory as to why they aren't fighting?
Well, I don't know those specific issues well enough to comment on them, on the legalities of it.
I think each Congress acts independently of the other, and I'm not sure we could get through together.
No, no, no, no, no.
Everything else.
Everything else.
So why it's just subpoenas?
Why aren't they fighting like you and Devin and, look, the people, the handful like Gates?
Why aren't they fighting like you guys are fighting?
No, and you're right.
There are a handful of folks, guys and gals in Congress, that are doing their job.
But I think in whole, the leadership is failing to I think they're afraid of losing their seats.
I think that's it.
I think they don't want to say the wrong thing.
They don't want to get the wrong headline.
They don't want to put themselves on the line in service of the American people, and that's a shame.
Do you have a theory if you had to theorize one reason?
I think they're afraid of losing their seats.
I think that's it.
I think they don't want to say the wrong thing.
They don't want to get the wrong headline.
They don't want to put themselves on the line in service of the American people.
And that's a shame.
I don't know if that's accurate, but you know, that's my best guess.
Yeah, I think it's probably very close to the truth.
We're talking to Cash Patel, the book and soon-to-be movie coming out next week is Government Gangsters.
Go right now to governmentgangsters.com and follow Cash at Cash on Truth Social.
I gotta get going, so thank you everybody for being here, we appreciate it very much.
We appreciate it very much.
Gorka, did I see the Gorka man?
Yeah, stand up Gorka, quick, get up!
How good is he, Sebastian?
Seb.
They call him Seb.
I call him Sebastian.
Thank you, Sebastian.
I just spotted you.
It's lucky you're nice and tall.
I just realized who's sitting right in front of me at that.
It's Liz Truss.
Did you see that, Eric?
That's so funny that Liz Truss, the former Prime Minister, is sitting right in front of me.
Wherever he is, he gets a shout out.
I saw it at Mar-a-Lago more than once, even in these private little meetings.
Cash!
Where's Cash?
He always shouts to see his warrior having his back.
President Trump understands who he is.
Cash, we've only got a few minutes left.
Everybody needs to get your book, Government Gangsters.
It premieres next week at the convention in Milwaukee and then is available to watch the day after on Friday, but you can pre-order it right now at, what is it, War Room?
WarRoom.film.
Get it today.
WarRoom.film.
Last question.
Eric, didn't this feel like a one-minute segment with Cash this whole hour?
It's like, boom!
It's gone.
If you had to identify the most dangerous person on their side, Who is it?
Because they don't have big brains anymore, they just have evil SOBs that undermine the Constitution, open the borders, steal elections, what have you, decide to use the DOJ and the FBI as weapons.
Is it Mark Elias, the architect of stealing elections?
Is it Alejandro Mayorkas that literally let tens of millions of illegals into America to kill innocent
Americans like Lakin Riley?
Or is it somebody else?
If you had to say, that person is the most dangerous America hater amongst the Democrats,
who would it be?
Merrick Garland.
And probably because I'm a constitutional guy.
If you can't have accountability from within the Department of Justice, you can't have those guys execute accountability without.
And that's the ethos and thesis of Government Gangsters.
And that's why we got to take these people out permanently and make sure they never return to the swamp so we can save this country.
And thanks for giving the shout out to Government Gangsters, both the book and the film is in partnership with our great friend Steve Bannon.
The film is dedicated to Steve Bannon.
It's his first movie in 10 years.
And it is premiering at the RNC next Thursday, free to everybody.
But if you want to pre-order your own copy, go to warroom.film and order your copy now.
The website's up.
And the trailer is about to come out.
All right, super excited.
Hey, Media Matters, before you get your underpanties in a twist, when he said, take them out, he means making sure they never serve in government office again, OK?
Don't get excited, especially little Zaki Poo in your mom's basement.
I'm super excited to see you in Milwaukee.
If you're not following this guy on social media, why not give him a follow at CashWarRoom.Film to watch the pre-order Government Gangsters.
