♪♪ And so if you watch the judge in New York, the most important battlefield of this entire campaign is an appointed corrupt judge in New York who I believe is about to put Donald Trump in prison.
And that's a very dangerous thing.
It's dangerous to our Constitution.
By what right does an appointed local judge put somebody who is the nominee of their party, former president, in prison?
But he's openly told us twice now, in two weeks, that it's going to happen.
And I think it's very dangerous at the most basic of levels.
Just ask yourself, what would it be like to be Trump in prison in New York?
It's hard to disagree with the former Speaker of the House.

But that doesn't change what's going on around us.
Are they going to put President Trump behind bars?
They want to imprison him on totally made-up, gerrymandered, ferny charges.
Georgia's collapsing.
The case in Florida on documents, my God, the final revelations of the last few hours have been shocking about what the FBI did at Mar-a-Lago.
Judge Cannon has put a stay on that trial, won't proceed because of what she found out about evidence handling.
And we're left, really, with Manhattan.
Where on Monday, the Biden donor judge, whose daughter makes millions of dollars, From the Democrat Party, from Kamala Harris, the Vice President, from Adam Schiff, the man who orchestrated the Russia-Russia hoax in Congress, that judge fined the President again and said on Monday, what?
If you do it again, if you talk about this trial on social media, I'll put you in jail.
I don't want to!
Yeah, right.
But I'll put you in jail.
President Trump responded to that on Monday.
I'd like to play it again for you.
It's a shortcut, 30-odd seconds.
And you need to listen to it because it is a measure of who he is, his commitment to you, to this nation, to the Constitution, and really heightens the probability That that Democrat judge, Biden donor, will put President Trump behind bars before there's any sentencing, purely on contempt of court charges, because President Trump is exercising his First Amendment rights.

And it's a disgrace.
And then you have the other thing that maybe is even more disgraceful is the gay corner.
Where I can't basically, I have to watch every word I tell you people.
You ask me a question, a simple question, I'd like to give it, but I can't talk about it.
Because this judge has given me a gag order and said you'll go to jail if you violate it.
And frankly, you know what?
Our Constitution is much more important than jail.
It's not even close.
I'll do that sacrifice any day.
But what's happening here is a disgrace to the appellate court so to get involved.
I'll make that sacrifice any day.
Would you make that sacrifice?
Not for your children.
Not for your wife or your husband.
Would you make it for the piece of paper written centuries ago?
Would you do it for the US Constitution?
Did you hear what he just said?
The Constitution is more important than me going to jail.
I'll make that sacrifice any day.
And I think he will.

He should just keep on talking.
And what happens then?
The judge has to put him in jail or he looks completely feckless and without any power or position.

What they did to that man, what they did to his family.
And even when you're being interviewed in that movie, It's like when you come on my show, you are so chill.

I'm glad to hear you say that, because I think all the time that I'm screaming.

You know, I think all the time, oh boy, I really ranted there.
I mean, I'm sure I've ranted before in the past.
Look, because I think that one of the most important things, Seb, that you and I and all of our colleagues and all of our friends and your audience, especially that the most important thing we can do is explain things clearly to either ourselves or to others, people who can be persuaded, people who can understand things.
So I think really that's, we're at such a key moment and all of us, the people, your listeners, your viewers, You know, they know what it's like to be surrounded by people like you're talking conspiracy theories like, no, look, let me walk you through this and explain this to you.
Just be fair and hear me out.
So I try to I try to do that.
And believe me, I know that I that I rant and you can ask my my my wife and our toddler.
I'm not always that cool.
Well, you have very impressive self-control or command of your emotions because I get so angry.
Let's talk about one of the breaking news items today.
Fannie Willis' case against the President, at least that is utterly collapsed.
This absurd decision from Judge McAfee that Either she resigns or stops having sex with Nathan Wade and then she can go on persecuting President Trump.
President Trump's attorneys, I mean that's what he said, he said either you fire yourself or you fire him and don't have sex with him.
It's like, what, is Judge McAfee going to be in the bedroom watching that they're not boyfriend and girlfriend anymore?
But today, in Georgia, the President's team has been permitted an appeal Well, I have to say I'm a little surprised by everything we're seeing, Seb, because my assumption is that these people are crazy and my assumption is that they will push it.
They have.
They've pushed it as far as they can.
What I'm always surprised by is when there are actual constitutional roadblocks, or when there are people who are rational standing in their way, or when there are laws and regulations that stop them from what they're doing.
Because they're fanatics.
They are Maoists.
I'm like, thank goodness.
This is a very good sign for America.
Not all of our constitutional order is in ruins.
It appears that there are certain roadblocks.
And again, there's certain, certain people that are, I mean, you saw how people responded to that, the Stormy Daniels testimony and people were appalled, right?
I mean, so I'm, I'm, I'm surprised you just showed something about the view and that's the way that I, that I think that they too often see the world.
I mean, they're sick, damaged people.
They have this coarse, vile sense of humor, and laughing about people's pain, laughing about how people have been destroyed.
So that's how I think they generally tend to operate.
But when you see people who are like, actually, Stormy Daniels, that's really gross what she did, and this is over the top, and all these people are nuts.
So thank God.
It tells us That normal America is still the core of our country.
That it's only the freaks who are on TV, right?
And of course, important positions throughout Washington.
But remember, what is core America?
That reminds us of what makes us most hopeful and confident in our country.

And sadly, this case will not go to trial, notwithstanding the fact that it's one of the most important cases in history and could have easily been tried in advance of the election.
Oh, the never-Trump-er former Trump attorney Ty Cobb, he's crying that the Mar-a-Lago case has been postponed.
Why is he crying about it?
Is he annoyed that the FBI tampered with the evidence?
We now know those classified document covers weren't on the floor in Mar-a-Lago.
The FBI agents took them on the raid to use as props.
We told you it was all fake.
And then they apologized to Judge Cannon that some of the boxes were rearranged and they don't know what happened to the contents.
Rule one, I've seen every police procedural.
You've got to have a chain of custody!
Inadmissible.

Well, first of all, I want to say that it's very generous of you, Seb.
I'm not starring in it, of course.
They very kindly asked me, and the Flynn's have been, I should say the Flynn's, in particular General Flynn, but the Flynn family as a whole has been incredibly kind and generous to me and my family in a number of different ways.
So God bless them.
I mean, but of course, all Americans, I think that one of the most moving things about their story And I don't know if my saying this got into the film, but one of the most moving things about the story is, of course, it was about General Flynn under fire, but it was also about an entire family under fire.
This entire family who came to the defense of their brother.
And it's wonderful to see not just his wife, Laura, but to see his brother, his sister, his son.
Everybody goes on screen and it's so powerful.
And this is one of the things that has to, as terrible, the story is terrible, but one of the most rousing things about the story, it's just an incredible story, because it's like all Americans want a family like that, right?
And that's who we should be to each other as Americans.

Because no one touches my blood.
No one touches one of our own.

And that, just to go back to that scene you had from The View, is entirely the opposite.
Kicking people when they're down, it's just despicable.
We should be able to have oppositional, adversarial politics without wishing death.
and destruction on our opponents.
I certainly do, but all Americans should be able to do that.
But when the chips are really down, we should always be able to count on each other.

And that's one of the most moving things about the Flynn moving.

You said something interesting in the break.
A lot of people do not understand what happened because there was so much negative media attention targeting General Flynn.
A lot of people don't understand basic things like the fact that General Flynn didn't go to jail and General Flynn never committed a crime.
Right?
This is what happened.
So when President Trump pardoned him, as much as General Flynn was grateful for the pardon, and the family was grateful for the pardon, like, but I didn't do anything wrong.
Even the Department of Justice recognized there was no crime, right?
Nothing bad happened.
So it's very important for people to understand the story about what was done to General Flynn and how General Flynn and his family fought it.
It's important for understanding the family and what happened, what happened to General Flynn, a great American hero, great patriot, but also what these animals are doing.
To our country as a whole.
And why, why, why there must be justice.
Those who politically targeted from January 6 grandmothers praying in the Capitol to President Trump, they cannot be allowed to get away with it and they must face justice after we do our part, God willing, and President Trump is re-elected.

We had this amazing event last night in Philly.
One of the listeners asked me about, what's the Fed going to do?
Hey, I'm just a radio show host who knows about terrorism and national security.
I don't know about the Fed.
Let's ask a man who knows everything, the CEO of Key City Capital, Ty Lasseter.
Welcome back to America First.
Dr. Gorka, it's always great to be on here with you.
So tell us first about what this article says to you about the state of the economy, that the job market is really soft, we didn't get the results we expected.
What does that indicate for you first off?
Well, I think that it'll be a step towards moving inflation where the Fed wants it to be so that they can start softening the rates, which would be great for really all of economies from real estate to everything else that we're looking at in the market, but specifically real estate investments and the housing market.
And then what does that mean in terms of expectations?
A quarter of a point in the next month or two?
What are the whispers across the real estate world?
I mean, we've been hearing a quarter of a point is going to be the maximum.
I think they keep throwing that around, setting the expectation that it's not going to be better than that.
And then they put the word maximum in there to give them the ability to not move it as they have done in the last couple of sessions.
And so I've expected that I am preparing myself for no movement.
If we see a quarter point movement, that will be great.
We track the 10-year Treasury.
Most of our assets that we buy, when we go in and purchase those assets
and have some sort of renovation factor to be done, we're buying with bridge debt.
With the plan to move to permanent financing, once that construction is done
and once we've stabilized the asset.
And so right now, 10-year Treasury, I looked this morning, is trading right at 4 1⁄2.
So we're looking at 4 1⁄2 plus about 170 basis points by any lender that we get that agency debt from.
So we're still in the low sixes.
And our investments, our properties cashflow.
When we're in six to six and a half range on debt service.
And so as long as we can keep that four and a half and maybe creep down a little bit, which I've been, which, which the 10 year treasury has been trending towards, we're in a good place to get these assets stabilized that we're working with right now and, and move to permanent financing.
And we don't have the issues that we've seen for the last nine months or so.
But even... Look, I'm just the amateur.
I'm, you know, on the investor side of it.
You're the guys who are the pros at Key City.
Even if there is a soft landing, we're not going to go back to the... We're not going to go back in a hurry to my last refi a couple of years ago, which was like 3.2% or something.
It's still going to be a renter's market.
So that's why what you're doing is so crucial.
So what do you make available?
And talk about the tax deferral because that's what's really attractive.
Yeah, we're moving so quickly towards a renter's market and looking much more like the UK every day.
I mean, right now, the median cost to purchase a home right now across the United States, if you look at the median home price, which is hovering just around $400,000, At today's interest rate, we're looking at $2,800 a month to afford that home.
That's not taking into consideration insurance or taxes.
Median rent for the same asset right now for the same type of property across the United States is $1,800.
So we're seeing the largest disparity between purchasing and renting a property that America has ever seen.
That's $1,000 difference.
So that's $12,000 a year.
That's extra vacation.
And we're seeing families wanting the ability to have some flexibility now and not wanting to
get tied into a 30-year mortgage, and especially at 6% and 7%. The difference between a 6% or
7% mortgage and a 3% mortgage that we saw a little over a year ago is, again, another $1,200
to $1,500, depending on the size of that mortgage. And so we're seeing people that are not
wanting to tie into and make that And so for us, that's creating huge opportunity from the B-class assets to some of the new construction, new development communities that we're building right now.
We just finished a community In the DFW area we're starting a second build for rent community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and so many of our assets are seeing a huge opportunity across this move to a renter nation and we're seeing demand outpace supply by about 30% and so we're definitely taking advantage of that and then one of the things that you brought up is taxes and the tax advantages of our investments and
That's where we pass through depreciation to our investors and so as they partake in our distributions and cash flow when we have positive cash flow in these assets, the taxes are deferred until we sell those assets for those investors and so they're really getting Currently a tax-free income on those investments.
It's a win-win.
You're not managing the rental property but you're getting tax deferral and it is something the market wants more and more of.

Gosh, you know, I've been going back and forth about this too, and I think the judge has got a real conundrum in front of him because he is a political actor.
It was revealed this week that Adam Schiff paid his daughter $4 million for her digital marketing company to spread the Russia collusion hoax.
So he is obviously a political actor, right?
We know this about him.
But we also know that he realizes now that with every day, President Trump just gets more popular.
And he's getting popular with groups that would normally vote for Democrats.
And I think he is acutely aware of that.
And he even said, I don't want to throw you in jail.
I'm going to have to.
I may have to.
I understand the weight of this.
You could be the future president.
I think, had people not been paying attention, had Trump's popularity not been growing, there's no doubt in my mind that the judge would have loved to put Trump in jail.
But I think he knows what that means.
It means that you seal Donald Trump's victory at the White House if you put him to jail.
And I think President Trump knows that, too.
But hang on, stop.
You're being logical.
I know.
Right?
And are these people logical?
Well, I think that this guy is probably not dumb.
I think that he knows that if he throws him in jail, this is going to probably boost him.
They call him Teflon Don for a reason, right?
And so I think he's got to be thinking about that.
But at the same time, you know he's probably feeling that urge to just feel the satisfaction of throwing him into jail.
I don't know.
I think it would be a surprise if he did it to me.

Thanks for having me on.
Well, we are delighted that you could squeeze us in between your many, many interviews with Dan Bongino and Larry O'Connor and so many others.
You are a person in demand because it's stunning.
We're looking at The lists of journalists, of good journalists, which is a small list to begin with.
And then we're looking at who's actually covering these court cases.
And I don't mean, you know, how bad is the courtroom artist's drawing of Stormy Daniels.
I mean actual coverage.
And it's shocking.
Do you feel like you're the lone warrior tilting at windows like Don Quixote?
What's it like to be Julie Kelly?
Let's start with an important question.
Oh, Seb, you don't want to know.
I do, that's why I'm asking.
My listeners, my millions of listeners want to know.
Who is Julie Kelly?
Who is she?
Why is she doing this?
I often ask myself that.
Well, Seb, I'll tell you what.
I mean, I've covered this case, as you know, since August of 2022, when Judge Aileen Cannon was assigned the lawsuit that Donald Trump filed seeking a special master to vet all of the evidence that had been taken out of Mar-a-Lago.
And she took the extraordinary step back then of appointing a retired judge to go through especially privileged communications.
And she basically, she said back then, basically, I don't trust the Department of Justice to handle this.
You've already mishandled it.
You've already leaked information to the media.
So no, I don't trust you.
And this is how she originally got in the crosshairs of, you know, the Andrew Weissmans of the world.
And she stayed there ever since.
So I've covered this case really since then.
I'm also in Southern Florida for the winter, so I'm able to go to the courthouse and you really have to go there to cover it.
There's no audio or video.
You can't even take your phone in there, so it's like old school.
You sit there and write everything out.
But I'm the only reporter on our side.
I mean, ABC News has their reporter there, the New York Times, Politico, all the big major corporate news outlets have reporters there.
Covering this but no one really on our side.
So that's sort of how I got into this and I will say said if somebody wanted to pick it up from here.
It would be very difficult to catch up with everything that's happened over the past almost two years in this case.
Basically saying nobody can compete with her.
She is unique, so we're generous.

Let's talk about Judge Cannon and the atmosphere inside the courtroom.
I've only been to court once, all right, for a speeding ticket.
And I arrived three hours early because, you know, I'm an immigrant to America.
I'm a legal immigrant.
And I wanted to see what, you know, is it really like Quincy?
Is it really like, you know, Bannercheck?
Is it really like those TV shows?
So I sat at the back of the court for a couple of hours watching, and it was fascinating.
And even at that local kind of traffic court level, Judges, they're like little gods.
I mean, the power they have as individuals who are, you know, put there for life, ostensibly.
And then when you get to the federal level, it's even more so.
But reading the transcripts, and you need to read what she posts, The Biden DOJ doesn't have the requisite minimal level of respect for Judge Cannon, do they?
They don't.
And I'll tell you what, Sab, it's sort of amazing to watch not just how they treat her in these court hearings, but the tone in their motions.
Now, I will say, She gives it back as good as she gets.
The tone of her orders are clearly retaliatory towards how she is treated by this team, Special Counsel Jack Smith and his lead investigator, Jay Bratt.
There is no love lost between Aileen Cannon and Jay Bratt.
In fact, during a hearing last month, I was in the courthouse covering it, Jay Bratt was addressing her.
He was about to say something.
She interrupted him and said, She asked him a question and said, try not to say something sarcastic.
I mean, I've covered a lot of court hearings the last few years, as you know, related to January 6th, of course, in Washington.
I don't recall a judge having to tell a prosecutor to watch his tone with how they respond, he or she responds.
So this is just one indication of the bad blood between them.
And I actually had a defense attorney When one of these motions was filed several weeks ago, and he said, I've never seen anything like this.
I've never seen the government treat and be so dismissive and disrespectful to a sitting federal judge.
Well, but Seb, here's the problem.
To your point, guess who gets the final word for the most part?
The judge.
The judge.
And that is why we'll talk about her order yesterday, which is very important in terms of where this case goes.
But it's not a very bright strategy for the special counsel's team to treat Judge Cannon so disrespectfully.
We'll talk about that.
That was going to be my next question.

Because there's a judge who's given me a gag order and said you'll go to jail if you violate it.
And frankly, you know what?
Our Constitution is much more important than jail.
It's not even close.

But what's happening here is a disgrace to the appellate court so it can get involved.

We're talking to Julie Kelly, the author of the book January 6, How Democrats Use the Cattle Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right.
Julie, let's go back to the one case that seems to involve A real judge who isn't a political hack and a prostitute for the Democrat party in the White House.
Judge Eileen Cannon out of Florida, where you've been sitting in the courtroom.
What happened yesterday?
What is this in abeyance decision?
What practically?
Can you explain what happened with regards to the Mar-a-Lago documents case?
So, after revelations from Jack Smith himself, but this originated from the defense attorneys, that evidence has been tampered with.
As I reported, Seb, and it's on my sub stack, you know the photograph of Mar-a-Lago with the files scattered on the floor, with the scary looking cover sheets, there they are right there.
The red ones, the yellow ones, it's a blaring, you know, top secret classified.
Well, we were all led to believe that that is the condition in which the FBI agents found those files inside Mar-a-Lago.
Right.
Just, you know, on the floor with the markings, top secret, because I worked in the White House and that's what I did with my classified documents.
I just kept them, you know, I lined the birdcage with them at home.
That's how they found them.
Right, Julie?
Right.
So that is what they made it seem like, because there was a box right next to it.
So what the FBI, when they took that photograph, made it appear to the American people and to Judge Cannon at the time, is that that is how the files were found.
Well, what we now know is that the FBI brought those cover sheets to the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
The ruse was to use them as placeholders inside boxes.
If they found what they said was a classified document, they took it out, they put a placeholder cover sheet Among the other papers to indicate to investigators later, this is where that particular record was found.
Well, they also use them as a stunt.
They put cover sheets on unidentified files.
We don't even know if they match up with the classified markings that were allegedly on those records.
And they paper clip them very uniformly.
You take another look at that photo, you could see.
And then they took a picture to make it seem like that's how the records were found.
That is not how they were found.
That is what the FBI did.
Hold on.
Stay on that photograph for a second, Eric.
So that's one of the photographs from inside Mar-a-Lago.
Let me give you some inside dope here.
I still have my top secret SCI clearance, as I had in the White House.
And on my desk in my office, I had a stack of those.
Those covers are just pieces of card that in and of themselves are not classified.
They're just a cover.
You just put them on top of the classified document.
In and of themselves, they're nothing.
You could wallpaper your house with them if you wanted to.
And the important point here is, Julie, that they brought them with themselves to the raid to use as a prop.
That's what we're talking about, correct?
That is exactly what we're talking about.
Now, when Jay Brett and the DOJ first showed that photo, they used it as an exhibit in the special master lawsuit.
So it was an attachment, an exhibit.
And what Jay Brett said at the time, very crafty, clever, one might say corrupt, said to describe that photo, certain of documents had classified cover sheets on them.
Well, of course, he said it that way in a passive voice.
To again, make it sound like the documents were discovered that way.
Well, they weren't.
Because what Jack Smith said last week in his filing, get this, not only did they bring the cover sheets and they used them as that stunt, they also used them as placeholders.
But what Jack Smith just told Judge Cannon is that they lost track of some of the classified documents that they took out of the box, used that cover sheet as a placeholder.
They can't match up in some instances, that cover sheet, With the classified document that they allegedly took out of the box.
So let's translate that into, you know, let's go.
What is it?
Let's go back to, you know, what is it?
You know, CSI and NYPD blue and all that stuff.
What we're saying here is the special prosecutor, his team, the FBI officers agents on the raid, they didn't respect And follow rule number one of prosecuting a crime, which is chain of custody.
And we've all seen those courtroom dramas.
If you don't have secure chain of custody, the evidence is inadmissible.
It sounds a little bit like the Keystone Cops, Julie.
Well, it does, and it probably is the Keystone Cops, because what happened the day after the raid is the FBI loaded up 34 boxes that they took out of Mar-a-Lago.
They flew out of Miami and they went to Washington, D.C., where they stored these boxes in two facilities at the hopelessly corrupt Washington FBI field office that, as you know, has been targeting Donald Trump and his allies, his family members, and now his supporters, related to January 6th, for almost a decade.
So they should have kept the files in Southern Florida.
That was the proper jurisdiction.
That's where the alleged crime took place.
But they took them to Washington FBI field office so they could get it in the hands of the dirty cops there.
They could get the dirty judges in Washington, D.C.
federal courthouse to give them whatever they wanted, any subpoena they wanted, all the grand jury abuse that's now being reported out of D.C.
So that's why they were there.
So now they come back and say, oh, Well, yeah, those cover sheets, you know, they were used kind of as props.
Yes, and now we lost track of a few of the documents that we used those cover sheets for as placement holders.
Oh, yeah, and by the way, the papers aren't exactly in the same order that the FBI said that they were originally, so this placeholder could be hundreds of pages beyond what the FBI originally inventoried.
Oh, and by the way, too, the boxes are not in their original format, their original condition.
And this is what another problem for Jay Bratt.
At the court hearing last month, again, I was there.
I have the transcript.
Judge Cannon specifically asked Jay Bratt, are the boxes in their original intact condition as they were after the raid?
Jay Bratt said, yes, with the exception, the classified document has been replaced with a placeholder.
No, that's not it.
Defense attorneys have looked at those boxes. They looked at pictures they were taken after the raid,
said they don't match up. And Jack Smith said, oh yeah, you know, after we got them,
we weren't really being careful about keeping things in order. And oh yeah, some of the
contents in the boxes shifted because they're smaller objects. And oh, but no big deal.
No, no, no biggie.
No biggie.
We just want to put a man in prison and we've charged him with national security crimes.

Julie, just before we started today, you posted something or rather I found something on your timeline that I reposted.
Could you tell us who David Homel is?
H-O-M-O-L.
Here are some photographs of him and why you posted about him on Twitter.
You know, Seb, this appears to be at least the fifth suicide of a January 6th defendant.
Mr. Homel was arrested in Florida in January, this past January, because the DOJ continues to investigate, raid, arrest, prosecute, An attempt to incarcerate J6ers almost on a daily basis now.
So he was charged with civil disorder, I believe assault or interfering with police officer, a few other misdemeanors.
And apparently on August 17, excuse me, April 17th, according to a police report, he shot himself in the head on April 17th.
Yet another American who would rather take their own life and continue to endure the torture and torment inflicted by this Department of Justice, FBI, and particularly D.C.
U.S.
Attorney Matthew Graves.
I've called these people, for example, the nephew of Jerry Perna, who's been on the show numerous times, the young man who was facing a misdemeanor charge and then had it turboed up to a terrorist indictment, who was gonna face up to 10 years in prison, likewise hanged himself.
I call these people, like Matt, like Mr. Homewell, I call these people the martyrs of January 6th.
No one died on that day except MAGA supporters, and since then half a dozen have committed suicide instead of facing Biden's political police force.
Would you concur that the blood of these men is on the hands of the Biden administration and these people are martyrs?
100%.
The blood on the hands of Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney Lisa Monaco, particularly, as I said, DC U.S.
Attorney Matthew Graves, the judges who allow this to continue.
In fact, Jerry Perna is just texting me right now.
You know, it's just like ripping her heart open all over again because she knows what Mr. Homo's family is going through, his wife.
You know, this is a man who went to a protest.
And there's just no comparison, Seb, to this Department of Justice anywhere treating Americans this way and turning political, this three, four hour political protest into an act, alleged act of, of domestic terrorist and destroying lives.
And you know, what upsets me the most set aside from these stories is then I hear from J sixers who say, I understand how he felt.
I understand how Matthew Pernap felt.
I mean, there was a 21 year old man on Utah.
Who shot himself too.
His father found him.
He shot himself because he also had been charged.
He was 18 or 19 years old when he went to Congress, an 18-year-old, and then commits suicide, age 21, as he has the sword of Damocles from Biden's DOJ hanging above his head.
Oh, and by the way, it's not just, you know, what they're doing to these people, but this is the same Matthew Graves, who as the Washington DA, or the Washington U.S.
Attorney, has refused to prosecute 60% of the felonies in DC, meaning the carjackings, the muggings, because, I don't know, because black people or something, or poor people, or they're Democrat voters, therefore.

Julie, I have to ask you, you're not Nostradamus, you're not, you know, one of these fortune tellers.
But you know better than anyone, because you're in these courtrooms, and you're seeing what's happening to the man, to use the British term, who is the leader of the opposition, who is the nominee for his party's presidential candidacy, and who, by the way, was a president.
We talked yesterday with my colleague Chris de Gaulle at this listener event in Philly, that for him, and for me, the Rubicon was the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Right?
That's when you realize, okay, this is out of control.
Armed agents of the FBI ordering President Trump's attorneys to stand outside on the lawn as they go into his home, unsupervised.
That's when we became a banana republic.
So I'm going to ask you, you may not be Nostradamus, but are they going to put him behind bars?
Well, I mean, I think that that likelihood is diminishing rapidly.
We see with obviously what's happening in Washington, D.C., the January 6th case now indefinitely postponed as we await the Supreme Court's opinion on presidential immunity.
That will continue to delay the proceedings there.
So what looked like a layup conviction in Washington, D.C., now looks like the trial won't even get underway before Election Day.
And that's a huge blow.
To the Democrats and the Biden regime and Jack Smith.
The classified documents case now and obviously now we have the news out of Fulton County today that the Court of Appeals will take up Donald Trump's appeal of the disqualification of Fannie Willis So that's encouraging news there.
That case has sort of disappeared from the headlines anyway.
Let's just unpack that for a second.
So this isn't the case against him concerning the election.
This is the fact that the judge there, Judge McAfee, in this ridiculous decision said, oh, you can still keep persecuting Donald Trump as long as you stop having sex with Nathan Wade and you fire him.
Either you resign or you fire him.
As if, you know, I'd love to see if, you know, Judge McAfee is sitting In Fannie Willis' bedroom, making sure that she's not having hanky-panky with her chief prosecutor.
I'm just curious how that is enforced, whether there's like a webcam in the corner of the bedroom.
But that decision to allow her to continue to persecute President Trump is now going to appeal, which puts everything on ice, correct?
Correct.
It will.
And so we'll see what happens now.
Obviously, when an appellate panel or court takes up an appeal, And the next step generally is Donald Trump or the defendant will ask for a stay on the proceedings or a stay to Judge McAfee's order as the appellate process moves on.
So that is going to continue to delay that case, which is kind of just disappeared from the headlines and disintegrated on its own weight.
But what about Judge Merchant?
I mean, this guy is constantly saying you're in breach of your gang order and I can put you in jail.
What does your gut tell you about that?
What's the feeling in your bones?
I mean, look, it just takes one jury, right?
One juror.
Well, I believe, yeah, it takes one juror.
For a hung trial.
But I'm thinking about the contempt of court charge.
President Trump is not going to shut up.
Is this Biden donor going to put President Trump in, you know, central booking for three days and, you know, put him behind bars because he dared to do a truth social post about the case?
What do you think?
I think he very well could.
I mean, Judge Murchon is so compromised and so untethered from his responsibilities and duty as a judge.
My sense is he would love to be in the history books forever.
As the judge responsible for finally putting Donald Trump behind bars, even if it's for 48 hours, his name will live in infamy.
This will help bolster his daughter's already very lucrative consulting business, where she is working with top Democrats like Adam Schiff and Kamala Harris over the past few years.
So why wouldn't he?
He's not going to pay a price for it, right?
I mean, there's no accountability for these judges.
That's really the terrifying part.
of this lawfare that we're seeing, not just against Donald Trump, but all of the January 6th defendants and then people like Jeffrey Clark and Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon and everyone else who have been targeted by this, by this DOJ and allowed this to happen by these judges.
So, wouldn't surprise me one bit if he finds a way.
I know today he admonished Trump's lawyers to tell, tell a grown man, former president, leading presidential candidate, that he can't swear.
his courtroom under his breath. So you can have prosecutors asking this piece
of trash Stormy Daniels about this alleged sexual encounter and details
about that, that's okay. But Donald Trump isn't allowed under his breath to
express his anger about that. Well, next Julie, it's gonna be you're not allowed to think rude things, Mr. Trump.
Big brother, big brother.
Big Brother knows when you're thinking naughty words in your head.
It sounds absurd.
It sounds like a joke.
This is where we are today.
It's about policing thought, and in fact, it's about stealing elections.
They want to steal an election before anybody actually votes.
That's what all of this is about.
Fannie Willis, Jack Smith, Chotkan, and Judge Merchant.
Stealing it in advance.

We could do this for hours because we only touched upon the cases President Trump is being persecuted through.
And then the suicides of two January sixes, Mr. Homel and Matt Perner.
Can you, in just the last two minutes we have here, because you know this better than anyone, the human toll, the families and what they've gone through in the last three and a half years.
Well, I do want to clarify, this is the fifth, at least the fifth known suicide of a January six defendant.
So, I mean, the toll is, it's incomparable.
I mean, as I said, there's nothing like this.
These people, you know, I just hear heartbreaking stories.
People whose parents have cut them off.
People who have been turned in by their own children.
People, you know, there's one story of a man charged with four misdemeanors.
His church told him to stop coming to church because he was too much of a distraction.
Divorces, bankruptcies, people having all of their financial support being cancelled, banks cancelling them.
You even had things like DoorDash and Airbnb cancelling the accounts of individuals who were charged with misdemeanors.
I mean, there's nothing comparable to the orchestrated, attempted destruction of these people.
Not just by the government, by the media.
I mean, I'm told by J6ers often that as bad as the DOJ's treatment is, what's even worse is how the national and local media have treated them.
And Seb, that is why there has to be consequences when Donald Trump wins the White House.
People have to pay for what they have done to these innocent Americans who simply protested a rigged, stolen election.
Yes, in some situations didn't get out of control.
Yes, for their people who acted badly.
Yes, most of them have admitted that.
But There has to be some parity here, and there just simply is not.
These people have been denuded of their civil rights, kept in solitary for years on end.
It's just wrong, and people have to pay the price, and they have to pay a judicial penalty.
