Time Text
So, I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horn.
Oh, thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is Jennifer Horne.
So happy to be with you all today.
I am usually here with Dr. G on Wednesdays in the second hour, talking about California and all of the craziness in my home state.
But full-time, I am the host of The Morning Answer, heard in Southern California, all throughout Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, on AM 870 and AM 590, The Answer.
And I look forward to spending the rest of the afternoon of the day with you.
Don't forget, you can always chime in and chat with us at 833-33-GORKA and you can always follow Dr. G. Check everything out about the show, SebGorkaShow.com.
Well, let's jump into it, guys.
The theme of today's show is that Trump's—well, his vindication is going to be his success, and he is getting ready for war.
In the state of Arizona yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court issued a historic decision.
Ruling that the state must abide by a 123-year-old law which bars all abortions in the state of Arizona except to save the life of the mother.
Now this law goes back to like Civil War times, 1864.
It also calls for a prison sentence of two to five years for abortionists.
So they go after the doctors, the providers of abortions, essentially.
Supreme Court justices heard arguments in the case Planned Parenthood of Arizona versus Mays and Hazareg in December.
They were asked to answer whether Arizona's 15-week abortion limit signed into law in March of 2022 overrides the older law.
Now, while the court didn't rule yet on the constitutionality of the 1864 law, The court did issue a very interesting 4-2 decision with one recusal, finding that the law is still enforceable today over what Arizona currently had in place, and that was a 15-week abortion limit, which is essentially where the heart of the country, I think, lies.
Most people believe at some point that this is about the most sane way that we can move forward in the abortion space.
Now, the conversation in Arizona, of course, has sparked outrage with people who are upset that this is another state added to the list of complete abortion bans.
So what does that mean for Trump's run in 2024, right?
Abortion Democrats love to make abortion the top issue.
They love it because they have nothing else to run on.
So they look around, they say, we can't run on the border, we can't run on national security,
we can't run on crime, we certainly can't run on the economy.
All we have is to fire people up about those mean, nasty Republicans going after women's
rights.
Now, President Trump has had people in his own party take him apart for his stance on
Remember, President Trump in 2016, the same sort of thing happened when conservatives within our movement said Trump wasn't conservative enough.
He was the president who eventually led to the Dobbs decision, which overturned a Roe versus Wade and sent abortion rights back to the state.
So what happened in Arizona is what should be happening under the Constitution of this country.
On Monday, President Trump, after being asked what his stance on abortion would be, whether or not he would support any kind of federal ban on abortion, released his take on what his abortion platform will be in 2024.
Take a listen.
The Republican Party should always be on the side of the miracle of life and the side of mothers, fathers.
They're beautiful babies, and that's what we are.
IVF is an important part of that, and our great Republican Party will always be with you in your quest for the ultimate joy in life.
Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides, wanted and, in fact, demanded be ended.
Roe v. Wade.
They wanted it ended.
It must be remembered that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the ninth month.
The concept of having an abortion in the later months and even execution after birth, and that's exactly what it is.
The baby is born, the baby is executed after birth.
My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both, and whatever they decide must be the law of the land.
In this case, the law of the state.
Many states will be different.
Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be.
At the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people.
You must follow your heart or, in many cases, your religion or your faith.
Now that is President Trump releasing that statement on True Social on Monday.
And guys, I couldn't, if I wrote that statement for President Trump, it couldn't be truer to what I think is absolutely the right path for the Republican Party moving forward.
It should be said and noted, as you listen to me today, I am staunchly pro-life.
For me, abortion should be a moral issue.
And for me, it is one that I could never really make the choice.
I can't imagine in any scenario where I would make that choice to have an abortion.
But abortion on its face is not a winning issue for Republicans.
And we have to win elections.
I was listening to MSNBC last week.
I was sharing with the guys before we went on the air.
And sometimes it's great to listen to MSNBC because you can steal some tidbits as to how they are going to run their election in 2024.
And they were speaking to the last two election cycles where abortion was the main issue for Democrats, right?
They didn't run on anything else but abortion.
And in every single election, on average, Democrats outperformed the polls by nine percentage points when abortion was the key issue.
So think about where we sit today and we look at all these seven swing states and we're feeling pretty good because President Trump is up in all of these states.
Well, guess what?
He's not going to win if he has to lose nine points to Democrats who make abortion their top issue.
Democrats will spend tons of money now in the state of Arizona.
We've talked before about the state of Florida.
They also are putting a ban of abortion on the ballot.
The state, we need to make it clear.
That is up to the states to decide their fate, and it is not up to the federal government to do this.
And so what's happened in Arizona, what's happened in Florida, while we might question the timing in an election year, and we might wonder how this is going to impact 2024, this is where we need to be today.
We need to be listening to President Trump.
We need to say that the Democrats are the party of the extremists.
They want late-term abortions.
They want executions literally after babies are born.
And it's Republicans who have simply not made this an emotional issue.
We have kicked it back to the states to decide.
What do you think about this?
833-33-GORKA, because there are a lot of Republicans, including Lindsey Graham, Mike Pence and others, who have said that they don't agree with where President Trump is on abortion moving into the 2024 election cycle.
Lindsey Graham on Monday said, quote, I think we should draw a line.
We know that the Dobbs decision did not say that there's no federal role There are three laws on the books at the federal level, so the idea that Dobbs prevents the federal government from acting, I think, is an error.
The idea of a Republican Party abandoning the opposition to late-term abortion, I think, would be a mistake, because most Americans oppose late-term abortion.
He said, for the pro-life movement, it's about the child, not geography.
So if you're turning the pro-life movement into a geographical movement, I think you're making a mistake.
Look, what the Supreme Court said is that there is no guarantee to an abortion under the Constitution.
That means that we overturned Roe v. Wade.
We had the Dobbs decision.
We threw the control back to the states.
That's where we need to leave it in 2024.
And I think it's about time for all Republicans to jump on that bandwagon, because if we make abortion front and center, and if we start tearing our party apart over abortion, we're going to be feeling a world of pain.
And think about this again.
You've had conservatives before in our movement question President Trump in 2016.
They did it in 2020.
This is the person who ultimately led to the overthrow and the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Let's trust him to do the right thing if we can get him into office.
So where do you think the Republican Party should be on all of this?
A lot of back and forth.
We're going to talk about all of it.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
We'll take your calls on this and a whole lot more as America First continues.
Thanks for watching.
You You
you you
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. I am Jennifer Horne.
Welcome back to America First.
And gosh, we're talking today about the blowup in conservative Twitter.
There's even now a back and forth.
Lindsey Graham, Mike Pence have come out against President Trump's stance on abortion, which he released on Monday.
We played it just a few moments ago.
And just to recap, he says Republicans, at least my party, MAGA, is going to support IVF.
I don't know anybody on the planet who really doesn't support IVF.
I think that's something that most of us support, to grow families, right?
And then he says we are going to leave abortion up to the states, because guess what, guys?
When we reversed Roe v. Wade a few years ago, when we had the Dobbs decision come down, Republicans branded this as something constitutional, not emotional.
We said that we weren't trying to take a vendetta against women.
We weren't trying to do any of that.
We were trying to return The law and order, Constitution, right?
The Constitution does not guarantee people rights to abortion, and that's exactly what the Supreme Court decided when they kicked abortion rules back to the state.
And, number three, the cherry on top of what President Trump delivered on Monday is he paints the Democrats as the extremists because they support late-term abortions, because they support literal executions after birth.
You had 200 Democrats in the House who wouldn't vote against killing a baby or wouldn't vote for medical attention to babies who survived an attempt at late-term abortion.
The Democrat Party is the party of extremists here.
That's what President Trump is trying to paint, because he knows that abortion, on its face, is a loser issue for Republicans.
And all you have to do is look at the last two elections and see that every time Republicans thought they were going to win over the last couple of election cycles, we lost.
We were disappointed.
And that was because Democrats made abortion the big issue.
So, what do we do moving forward?
Lindsey Graham and Mike Pence say that Trump is on the wrong track here.
I stand with President Trump.
Even as a pro-life woman, I think this is where we need to be.
We cannot make this emotional.
We have to talk about winning elections.
Where are you on this?
If you were sitting in President Trump's camp, if you were sitting at the RNC, how would you tell Republicans to run on this very important issue of abortion?
833-33-GORKA.
We'll take some of your phone calls.
We'll start with Steve in Philadelphia on Line 1.
Steve, thanks so much for calling America First.
Jennifer, how are you?
Good, thank you for the call.
Yeah, I agree with President Trump completely.
I think that we've needed to take the battle to the women, so to speak.
You know, they are the extremists when you come to this issue.
I have seven children.
My wife knew that she was pregnant in the first week.
So the right has right now this reasonable position, you know, you have to have some restrictions.
They're cut off in 15 weeks.
Oh no, we can't have that.
Well, we have to begin to take the battle to them and speak to their consciences and say, listen, we're not going to allow you to use abortion as a birth control device six months because the girl breaks up with her boyfriend.
And now suddenly she says, oh, well, I don't have a boyfriend anymore.
I'm going to, no, sorry.
This is six months into it.
You're going to live with the decision you made.
We have to begin to really, you know, talk to them about, you know, these are your children that we're talking about.
You're a mother.
You're the only species on the planet that fights vociferously to kill their unborn.
Every other mother-type species, they fight like, you know, like mad to protect their babies.
It's only the human that, you know, it's only the human female that stamps her feet and goes hog wild to make sure that they can kill their child up to the ninth month.
And that's a totally, I mean, you have to begin to hit them over the... The women decided that they wanted to play with the big boys and get into it.
Okay, we're gonna have to start, you know, And I would say, and Steve, thanks for the phone call, I mean, yes, we can paint this on women because women carry the children, but a lot of the time women are making these choices because they're also unsupported by men who turn into deadbeat dads and they think they don't have the support.
So what I say we need to do as a conservative movement Make it an easier situation for women to decide to go down avenues of adoption.
Make sure there's support for mothers and for babies if they are in a situation where the mother is scared.
It is scary if you find yourself in this situation, I am sure, by yourself.
So I don't want to pin it all on women, but I do think we need to pin it on the movement of the left to make these Options to wait until the very end of your pregnancy and have these abortions as something that we can support, I think, as a society is absolutely wrong.
All right, 833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Rick in Phoenix on Line 3.
Hi, Rick.
Hi there, Jennifer.
It's always a delight to hear your charming voice, and I think you are speaking some very wise words.
Thank you for sharing those with us.
Here in Arizona, we are facing an existential crisis over abortion.
So I am calling to ask Dr. Gorka and maybe Antoinette and perhaps Brent to write a pro-life prayer that could be disseminated over the airways so that in this spiritual and cultural and political battle We ask that God would give victory to pro-life, and that He would defeat the pro-death evil abortion, and that those who stand on the side of death will, in the words of Scripture, that God will grant them repentance, leading them to a knowledge of the truth,
And that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil who has taken them captive to do his will.
Thank you, Jennifer.
Rick, thanks so much for your phone call.
Appreciate you.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's say hello to Harrison in New York on Line 5.
Hi, Harrison.
Yes, good evening.
I should say good afternoon.
I'll beat you to it.
Good evening and good afternoon.
How about that?
Just good day.
I should preface this and you'll understand why for a minute.
It will give you a moment.
I am autistic and this led to a lot of friction and when I was a child because I didn't conform and nobody knew why and back then in the late 40s and early 50s you know autism was unheard of but one of the things that have experiences I had and I'll get to abortion in a minute, but this is important.
One of the experiences I had was that my parents in exasperation sent me to a psychiatrist.
And the psychiatrist tried to convince me that every problem I was having was the fault
of my parents and others around me and not my fault.
And this is exactly the philosophy that has created the situation we're in now, where you don't have any moral responsibility for your actions or your lack of actions, or for the mistakes you make in life, which we all expect somebody to get us out, you know, to grab us out of the fire and undo it.
Well, some things can't be undone.
And we need to understand that morality is not relative.
Truth is absolute.
And this is where we got off the rails way back decades ago.
Harrison, thank you so much for the phone call.
Appreciate you.
833-33-GORKA.
I think we can be pro-life but realize that we have to win elections.
We cannot afford another four years of Joe Biden because just think what will happen to our rights then.
833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. G on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horn.
I'm Dr. G.
you you
Bye.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horn.
And for Dr. Sebastian Gorka, you found America First.
He'll be back tomorrow.
In the meantime, President Trump looks like he'll be in court for jury selection next week in the so-called Hush money case.
Don't love to call it that, but that's how we describe it.
There are so many court cases that have been thrown against President Trump.
Joining us right now is Will Scharf.
He is a candidate for Attorney General in Missouri.
He is also a lawyer for President Trump.
You can give him a follow on X at Will Scharf.
And Will, thanks so much for being with us today.
Welcome to America First.
Great to be with you, as always.
Thanks so much for having me.
Now, I do want to preface that you are actually part of the gag order that was issued by Judge Marshall.
So we're going to tread lightly here, especially because it's radio.
I can't just ask you to blink twice when I ask you these questions.
But knowing that as a context, explain if you think we will see this court case, because jury selection is scheduled for Monday.
President Trump has tried to delay this.
It has not worked so far.
Do you think we'll be in court on Monday?
Yeah, look, I think more likely than not, we are going to go to trial Monday morning.
And it's just really important to note how ridiculous that is.
I mean, these are old allegations dating back to 2016 and 17.
The core of this case was passed on by the Biden Department of Justice, by the FEC, by previous New York DAs over and over and over again.
And yet radical leftist Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg thinks it's necessary To bring this absurd case to trial at the height of election season.
They've pushed for this gag order that applies to President Trump and his people, basically prohibiting him from exercising his First Amendment rights to talk about crucial aspects of this case while he's a candidate for President of the United States of America.
I mean, everything about this case just stinks of the politicization of our system of law enforcement, of the courts.
It's absolutely outrageous.
And it's part of this much broader abuse that we've seen, this unprecedented campaign of lawfare being waged against President Trump by Joe Biden and his political allies.
Yeah, look, I have been a President Trump supporter since I saw him come down the escalator.
But I will tell you, I'm a supporter of this country, and I think President Trump would say the same thing.
Before any person, I support the good of the country.
What is disturbing here is that these people that are throwing cases at President Trump are just Showing the rest of the country that we have an unequal system of justice.
We have people who are willing to run and enrich themselves trying to take down President Trump because he is standing for all of us.
He is fighting for all of us and he is fighting for our country and that's what makes this so disgusting.
You've got Letitia James and Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis and you name all of these people who have been going after him and it makes it seem not very serious at all.
If there were a crime here we would want to know about it but instead it just feels like it's again politics being played Yeah, look, this is a concerted effort to get Trump at all costs.
I'm a former federal prosecutor.
I led over 100 federal felony cases.
I'll tell you, from the perspective of a prosecutor, these cases aren't worth the paper that they're printed on.
It's absolutely crazy that President Trump has now been indicted four times over non-crimes in four different courts.
And again, most importantly, that at the height of a presidential election, he is being prosecuted by his principal political opponent, by Joe Biden.
I mean, that's the most un-American thing imaginable, the use of political prosecutions to interfere with a presidential election, and ultimately to interfere with the rights of every American to select a candidate of their choice at the ballot next November.
It's insane, it's gotta stop, and I fear for the damage that Joe Biden and his political allies are doing to our constitutional republic and to our system of government.
Yeah, it is just causing nothing but distrust.
And I know you can't talk about this, but I will mention that the judge in this case, his daughter, is a huge fundraiser in this so-called hush money case, Judge Marchand's daughter.
I mean, you wonder just how far the corruption goes.
And I think it makes a lot of people wonder about our justice system.
Now, this trial, you mentioned election interference.
This is going to take President Trump off the campaign trail probably for six to eight weeks.
Is that what you're expecting?
Yeah, that's correct.
That's the expectation of how long this trial is going to take.
It's also worth noting that we're going to be back at the U.S.
Supreme Court on our presidential immunity appeal on April 25th.
But look, what President Trump does best is carry his message to the American people.
I mean, he's a once-in-a-generation communicator.
He has a First Amendment right to campaign vigorously for office, and this campaign of lawfare against him is depriving him of that right, and Americans of their rights to hear his message and amplify it and be part of his campaign.
I mean, that's really what's at the heart of this whole issue, this whole series of events.
It's a totally unconstitutional abuse of our legal system.
I will say, you know, we filed papers seeking to have Judge Mershawn removed from this case
because we believe that he's irretrievably biased and that's a real problem here.
Let's come back and talk about that because we'll jump into exactly what the arguments
will be and go into the details and specifics of this case.
It starts Monday.
Will Scharf is with us, candidate for attorney general in Missouri, also attorney for President Trump.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
You heard the man.
Let's do it.
We're getting back to the show.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
He'll be back tomorrow.
In the meantime, it seems, even though he has tried to ask for a change of venue, to delay the trial, it looks like President Trump will be in court on April 15th.
That's this coming Monday for the so-called hush money case brought by Alvin Bragg, the district attorney in Manhattan.
Joining us right now is one of the attorneys for President Trump and candidate for Attorney General in the great state of Missouri.
You can give him a follow at Will Scharf on X. And Will, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you.
Let's set the stage here because Monday is the big day.
Jury selection will begin unless something else happens, but that's what seems to be the case.
Explain to us the parameters of this hush money case because that's not really the right term for it, right?
Yeah, you know, it's always called a hush money case.
It's really not.
At its heart, it's a business records case.
The allegation is that President Trump recorded a number of payments to his then-lawyer, Michael Cohen, in 2016 and 2017 as legal retainer payments on his private business records.
And Alvin Bragg says that that was false, that those were actually payments for something other than legal services.
Now typically under New York law, that would be a misdemeanor, a very, very minor offense, the sorts of which are never really prosecuted.
In this case, Alvin Bragg is claiming that it amounted to a felony because those business records were entered in that way to conceal some sort of other crime.
And he's been very cagey about defining what that crime might be.
Now, it's worth noting again that the Biden Department of Justice looked at essentially this case and declined to prosecute.
The FEC looked at this case and declined to take any action.
Bragg's own office previously passed on prosecuting this case, so what they've done is take the most tenuous of legal theories imaginable.
They've rammed an indictment through New York courts, and now they're going to force President Trump to leave the campaign trail for six to eight weeks and stand trial for essentially made-up non-offenses.
It's absolutely crazy, and it just goes to show the lengths the left is willing to go to lie, cheat, and steal their way to interfering in the 2024 election.
And I'm sure they love that this is going to be held.
This court case will be done in Manhattan.
One of the issues, I think, that President Trump and the legal team, which you're a part of, was arguing for is to get a change of venue, because it's hard to imagine, given the fact that both Letitia James and Alvin Bragg were elected to their position because they promised to go after President Trump, that you might be able to get a fair trial there.
How much of a concern is that?
Look, Alvin Bragg wants a media circus here.
He's a far-left Democrat politician who knows that his political constituency loves the fact that he's prosecuting President Trump.
This is a trial that's going to be held in the media capital of the world in New York City.
We believe that it's almost impossible to impanel a fair jury under these circumstances, especially while a presidential election is ongoing with wall-to-wall media coverage.
I mean, this is the opposite sort of setting any fair-minded prosecutor would want for a case like this.
And yet again, we're being rushed to trial, and we're going to have to go through that process in the coming weeks.
It's worth noting also that Judge Mershawn has indicated that some of the questions he's going to ask jurors or allowed the parties to ask jurors involve things like, do you watch Fox News?
Have you ever read an article on Breitbart?
We're deeply, deeply concerned that what's going to end up happening here is that a far-left jury of Trump haters is going to be impaneled, thereby depriving President Trump of his right to a fair trial.
And really removing any question about the fairness of all of these proceedings.
So that's something to watch closely as we move into jury selection early next week.
You know, I was looking at this jury question, which you can see, by the way, maybe we can even we can even tweet it out at Seb Gorka at America First.
Well, it's so funny because I just during the summer was selected for jury.
And of course, I did my due due diligence.
I did my duty.
Thankfully, it took three days for jury selection.
It was just a simple drunk driving case.
And of course, the minute the defense could throw me off because I said I was a conservative talk host, they did.
But the questions for a drunk driving case, have you ever had a problem with alcohol?
Have you ever been convicted of drunk driving?
These jury questions are insane.
You brought up, have you ever watched Fox News?
They want you to write down every Print publication, cable, or media network that you watch, including, and they've got True Social on there, they have Newsmax, they have Fox News, as you mentioned.
Do you listen or watch podcasts?
And they've got, you have to list out which ones.
Do you listen to talk radio?
If so, which programs?
Now, I have a feeling if the prosecutors see that somebody's listening to America First, like you all are today, by the way, and we thank you for that, I have a feeling they might be throwing those people out pretty quickly.
Yeah, it's like, are you or have you ever been a conservative?
Do you have any family members who like President Trump?
I mean, it's so clearly designed to yield what they want, which is a show trial, that it's almost, it's just, it's almost inconceivable that this is the process we're going to have to go through.
But look, we have a highly experienced trial team led by a lawyer named Todd Blanche, another lawyer named Emil Bove.
They're outstanding trial attorneys, long experienced with prosecution and with criminal defense.
They're going to do their best to ensure that President Trump has a fair trial and ultimately that truth and justice prevail in this case.
And we're going to see that play out in public view.
The sad thing is, Will, and you know, as I do, I know we are hopeful that President Trump can prevail in this, but they are desperate to say that he is, they want to convict him because they want that to be next to his name as he's running until November, that he is a convicted candidate for president now.
And that's what they're looking for.
They want to add that to his title in the newspaper.
Yeah, look, when you look at all of the legal filings in all of these cases, that's so clearly the intent, that's so clearly the objective, that it jumps out at you.
I mean, Jack Smith has pushed again and again and again for expedited timelines, particularly in the D.C.
case, trying to rush that prosecution to trial before the election, which, just given the scope of the case, the scope of discovery, It should be offensive to any reasonable prosecutor, to any reasonable lawyer, just any reasonable American, what they're trying to do here.
And the crazy thing is, is just how upfront and honest they are about their intent.
They want to interfere with the 2024 election, and that's just wrong.
I agree with you, but the left always tells you what they want to do.
We just have to be there to listen.
Will Scharf, we wish you the best of luck in your race for Attorney General in Missouri.
We wish you and President Trump, of course, the best of luck next week.
Give him a follow at Will Scharf on Axewill.
Thanks so much for being with us.

We are setting sail on the Holland America Cruise Line, which is five-star luxury cruising.
The amenities are spectacular, the best food, the best opportunities for excursions onshore.
It's a great cruise line.
Then we're going to places like Juno, Icy Straight Point, Ketchikan, Victoria, British Columbia.
I've been to Alaska twice.
I am super excited to go back because when people say majestic, I used to laugh, but majestic is the adjective for Alaska.
The culture, the history, gold rush.
The glaciers, the sea life, the wildlife, it's truly incredible.
And I've been telling people all along, every single day we've got group activities planned just for the Patriots going on this cruise.
That means we're going to have face-to-face time every single day.
So if you are a solo cruiser and you're a solo traveler, don't feel bad.
Come on the cruise.
You're going to be able to hang with us every single day.
If you are a group, if you are a husband and wife, this is just perfect for anybody.
And we are going to have fun.
We are going to be inspired.
We are going to get ourselves ready to grab victory in 2024.
So come with us on the Patriots Alaska Cruise.
PatriotsAlaskaCruise.com or you can get the link right at SebGorka.com.

And if you book online, you save 50 bucks.
So it's a great deal all the way around.
I am very excited to go with you guys and I think we're going to have a great time.
So check it out.
I've even had Seb confirm that he will sing karaoke for the first time in his life.
And I will take video, and I will share with the guys here on America First.
All right.
Let's get back to the phone calls.
833-33-GORGA.
That's our number to call.
And let's see.
We were talking about abortion earlier.
Jacqueline in Brooklyn on Line 3.
Jacqueline, thanks for the call.
Welcome to America First.
Jennifer, thank you so very much.
You know, I wanted to share with you and your audience something that I just became aware of, and I was actually quite shocked to hear this.
There seems to be a very high correlation between violent crimes in cities throughout the country, especially in New York and D.C., where the abortion rates are high, It correlates to the high level of crime and violent crime.
So it's something to think about.
That is stunning, Jacqueline.
Thank you so much for that call.
I'm going to look into that.
What an interesting piece of information.
I will definitely look into that.
I'll look into it in New York and in my home city of Los Angeles.
All right, 833-333-GORGA.
Another hour is up ahead.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G. This is America First.

you you
you it's important to see that you know
the nature of democracy there's a duality to it has two sides to it
it.
On the one hand, there's incredible strength, right?
That when a democracy is intact, what it does for its people in terms of the strength it gives its people and protects
in terms of individual freedoms and rights, right? And liberties.
There's an incredible strength in that, what it does for its people when it is intact. On the other hand, democracy?
Extraordinarily fragile. Yeah.
It's only as strong as our willingness to fight for it.
That's by nature what a democracy is. It is about the people.
It's about the people.
You You
You I'm out.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. It is America First.
I am Jennifer Horn.
Happy to have you along with us today.
I host The Morning Answer alongside Grant Stinchfield on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer in Southern California.
And battling images today, you had President Trump in one frame.
Landing, I like to call it Trump Force One, in Atlanta, Georgia, where he is at a fundraiser today, expected to bring in $15 million.
Think about, since all of the firings at the RNC, since you brought in Michael Watley and you brought in Lara Trump, They're making tens of millions of dollars now that they have united forces between the RNC and the Trump campaign.
And good for them, because people are actually trusting that their money is getting to the right place.
So, President Trump goes to Georgia today.
And, of course, you know, he's known for his love of the fast food.
So where do you go when you're Atlanta and you're President Trump?
He went to Chick-fil-A.
And a lot of people were happy to see him at the Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, Georgia.
He ordered 30 milkshakes.
Not just for himself, but to share, I'm sure.
30 milkshakes and chicken for everyone.
Video shows the former president speaking to workers at the location, asking, can I have 30 milkshakes and also some chicken?
We're going to take care of all of the customers.
He then talked about business, whether business was good.
He chatted with the workers and went on his way.
But a lot of people happy to see President Trump as he went through Atlanta.
Now, you put that side by side.
And Joe Biden, I like to call him Chairman Joe, because I think it's appropriate.
Chairman Joe had the Japanese Prime Minister in town for a state visit.
He hosted Japanese Prime Minister Fumio for a state visit today that included an Oval Office meeting and, of course, trying to maybe send a message to China.
But is it a message of strength when this is what comes from Chairman Joe?
Cut 13.
Third, next question.
Who I call on next?
Hang on a second.
I got my list here.
I apologize.
No problem.
You're really of AFP.
That's our president.
You have Donald Trump who jumps off of a plane, talks to reporters, answers
questions on everything from Israel to his upcoming court cases to Fannie
Willis in Atlanta and runs to Chick-fil-A, orders milkshakes for everybody,
raises funds, goes back to his plane, gets ready for his court case and plans
rallies, and then you have Joe Biden.
Who's like shuffling off to Buffalo, standing next to the Prime Minister from Japan.
Can't find his way anywhere and struggles to figure out who to call.
And we get excited when he actually answers a question.
I mean, truly, you get excited.
And he still has to struggle to figure out who his staff tells him is okay.
He actually, I think one of the first questions he took was from Bloomberg today about inflation and whether or not the interest rates are going to go up or not.
We're going to talk to Stephen Moore, our chief economist on Salem Radio.
I'd love to give him a promotion.
He'll be with us at the bottom of the hour.
All of this going on, and I think this is great.
Former Biden chief of staff.
You may remember the guy that was with him for the first few years of his administration.
Ron Klain is the chief of staff's name.
He has a big warning for the Biden campaign.
Now, he left the White House to go work for the Biden campaign, and now he's using television, obviously, to communicate messages to the Biden campaign that seems to be oblivious.
So Ron Klain complained during a recent event that the president was too focused on taking victory laps on infrastructure projects and not actually doing enough to address voters' immediate concerns, such as the price of groceries.
You think?
There's audio that's out there.
We don't have the audio, but I'm going to paraphrase for you.
It was obtained by Politico.
He was caught on a microphone saying, I think the president is out there too much talking about bridges.
He does two or three events a week where he's cutting a ribbon on a bridge.
And here's a bridge.
Like I tell you, if you go into the grocery store, you go to the grocery store and you know eggs and milk are expensive, the fact that there's a blanking and that's not what he said bridge is not what they should be focusing on.
So he's not running for Congress.
He's not a congressman.
He thinks it looks like a fool's errand.
And I think he's right.
Look, I don't agree, probably, with Ron Klain on anything.
He's really digging in on this.
He says, how interesting is the bridge?
So it's not a lot interesting.
And I think he's right.
Look, I don't agree probably with Ron Klain on anything.
But I do know strategy, and I do know how you're supposed to communicate to the people
if you are running a campaign.
And what you are not supposed to do is not focus your time on bridges or telling people
that things are OK when clearly people think that they are not.
And Biden's response to all of this stuff on inflation and all the rest.
Is that somehow it's big business's fault.
Remember, he's talking about snackflation instead of dealing with real inflation issues.
He's talking about the Snickers bar and not enough cookies in the bag.
I mean, the guy is so focused on that instead of dealing with the fact that the prices at the grocery store, the prices of gasoline are so high.
I live in Los Angeles.
I just filled up on the way to the studio today.
I put probably 15 gallons.
Yes, I drove it down to almost empty.
Come for me here. I put $85 in my car. It's well over $5.40 a gallon in Los Angeles, and that's just for regular.
And yes, in California we have a lot of gas taxes that get kind of calculated into things,
but people are feeling the heat all over the country, and the gas prices are driving the grocery prices, and on and
on we go.
And instead of giving us real solutions, and even if you don't want to celebrate the stuff that's going on, if you don't want to celebrate the inflation, I can understand that, but look ahead and tell us what you're going to do to fix the problem.
That just seems reasonable.
833-33-GORKA, 833-33-GORKA, that's the number to call.
It's just interesting to see what they're doing and what they're focusing on.
You've got problems with inflation, you've got problems with the border, and instead of actually dealing with those or talking about what you're going to do to fix them, well, you just get a lot of focus on things that don't matter, nonsensical things.
Now, to that point, You may have heard that Joe Biden did an interview on Univision.
It was released last night.
And he's talking about the border issue.
Let's listen to cut number two.
Well, it suggested that we're examining whether or not I have that power.
I would have that power under the legislation when the border has over 500,000 people, 5,000
people a day trying to cross the border because you can't manage it, slow it up.
There's no guarantee that I have that power all by myself without legislation.
And some have suggested I should just go ahead and try it.
And if I get shut down by the court, I get shut down by the court.
But we're trying to work through that right now.
He says, maybe I should just try it in the courts.
Now, unfortunately, if this guy is not just telling you things are okay when they're not, when those mouths, when the lips are moving, he is lying.
Just a few days ago, Biden was in, I'm talking about Monday, he was in Wisconsin.
And he was talking about the student loan program, the debt forgiveness that he's offering people.
And he laughed about the fact that the court had shut him down, but he wasn't going to listen to the court because he was going to take—he was going to relieve student debt no matter what.
And now, when it comes to the border, he's worried that the court is going to shut him down?
Are you kidding me?
These are bold-faced lies being told by Joe Biden.
833-33-GORKA.
Univision asking, are you going to take executive action?
He's like, well, I'm not really sure that I can.
Well, then what was your excuse in the first 100 days in office when you signed 90 executive orders to repeal all of the Trump policies that were working?
And now you're saying, well, it's not so popular, his border policy, so he's going to try to do something by executive action in another 30 days.
Well, guess what?
You've already got at least 7 million people in this country.
They've already come in.
They're already here.
You're never getting them out.
And he lies to you again when he says that this is up to Congress to fix.
No.
Joe Biden broke this through executive action.
He broke our system with his executive orders.
Congress, the House of Representatives with Republicans at the helm, passed H.R.
2.
H.R.
2 is the Border Safety Act that would actually work to secure our border.
And guess what?
You know where that sits today?
It sits on Chuck Schumer's desk.
It sits with Chuckie Schumer because he doesn't want to pick it up, he doesn't want to bring it to the Senate, because he doesn't want a safe border.
So when Biden says he wants Congress to act, what he wants is an amnesty bill.
What he wants is to tie Ukraine aid and all of these other pet projects to something that he thinks will appease people so he can say he did something on the border.
If this weren't so sad and tragic because there's so much human suffering and loss and drugs that are coming in through our border, it would be laughable to hear him try to flip around on this.
But it's rich when he says he doesn't know if the courts are going to let him fix the border when he just laughed in the face of the courts who said it was not legal for him to relieve student debt.
This is our president.
What do you think about this?
Do you think he's going to, at some point, have to act because the border is clearly a top issue for people?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
We will take your phone calls on that.
833-33... Oh, lots of threes.
833-334-6752.
That's the number to dial into America First.
We will take your phone calls on that 833-3...oh, lots of 3s...833-334-6752.
That's the number to dial into America First.
We'll talk about Joe Biden and the border and what's going to happen next week.
Are we actually going to see an impeachment of Alejandro Mayorkas?
We'll have all of that for you.
Plus, Stephen Moore is just around the corner.
He will join us, too, to talk about the economy.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

We're inviting you to come with us to the Patriots Alaska Cruise, which leaves from Seattle, returns to Seattle, and on the way, we go to Juneau and Ketchikan, Icy Straight Point, Victoria, British Columbia, and my very, very favorite day on board an Alaska Cruise, Scenic Cruising Day through Stevens Passage.
Now, what's beautiful about this?
Is that you cruise by glaciers, you can hear the crackling while you're out on your balcony sipping your coffee.
It's crisp, cool, clean, beautiful air.
You're seeing all of the sea life, the whales that play alongside the ship.
It is absolutely stunning.
And then your ports of call.
You go to Juneau, you see the Mendenhall Glacier, you see bears, you see beautiful, beautiful, historic spaces that talk about America's history through the gold rush.
You talk, gosh, about the totem poles that you can see in Ketchikan, the fresh seafood, The wildlife, the sea life, it is truly something incredible to experience.
I've been to Alaska twice and I've cruised both times.
It is such a spectacular way to see Alaska especially because your hotel room travels with you so you don't have to pack and repack and you get to go to different various locations without having to schlep all your stuff around the country or around the state.

The Patriots Alaska Cruise, patriotsalaskacruise.com and sebkorka.com.
All right guys, a little bit of news breaking as we are on the air just now.
Several people shot today near an end of Ramadan event in Philadelphia.
This happened in the city proper.
Philadelphia Police Department saying that there was a shooting.
They haven't given a lot of specifics yet, so we're keeping an eye on this.
Four guns were recovered.
Several people were arrested.
They said that thousands of people were out, people were walking around.
The general manager of Girard Meat Market said that he heard what sounded like three or four shots fired.
A dozen to 30 children sought shelter in his store.
Everybody was running.
The shooting happened during the event, which was part of the three-day holiday of Ramadan that follows the fasting month.
of Ramadan. According to Fox News, the FBI said it sent personnel to the scene to assist local
authorities and a lot of the officials there, the elected in Philadelphia, keeping an eye on this.
So as we get more information, we will talk about that.
Also, going on in Israel and in Gaza, the pressure is on. Obviously, Joe Biden has completely
flip-flopped on his stance, his solidarity with Israel, in what looks very cheap to me,
like an effort to try to win the state of Michigan and to win over far-left Democrats who
are anti-Israel and who are pro-Palestinians.
And Joe Biden throwing out everything that he stood for in his decades in service in the United States Senate, and even just a few weeks ago in the presidency, standing with Israel, supporting their right to defend themselves, that is all gone.
Because now he sees that without Michigan, his path to victory in 2024 gets very difficult.
So he's flip-flopped, and his administration has taken on Bibi Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel.
They have said that they think there should be a ceasefire.
Biden on Univision said he doesn't agree with how Netanyahu is handling things.
Well, typically, when you ask for a ceasefire, at least in the past, they've at least tied it to a hostage exchange, right?
They say, OK, we'll ask Israel to take a break.
We'll ask for the ceasefire to bring aid in to the people of Gaza if You turn over some Israeli hostages.
Well, guess what?
In the Univision interview that Joe Biden did yesterday, he didn't mention Israeli hostages one time.
Now, Hamas has indicated that it is currently unable to identify and track down over 40 Israeli hostages needed for the first phase of a ceasefire deal that they are working on, according to an Israeli official.
They say that the hostages may be dead.
Their whereabouts are not known.
Joe Biden has offered quite the rebuke over the last few days of Israel's handling of the war in Gaza, describing Netanyahu's approach as a mistake and calling for a halt in the fighting.
Now, Israel was trying to explore whether or not they could do a ceasefire in exchange for hostages.
And now Hamas says they don't know where over 40 of those hostages are or if they're even alive.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Line 2, Todd in Atlanta.
Hi, Todd.
You're on America First.
Thanks for the call.
Hey, Jennifer.
Thanks for taking my call.
It's always great to hear you.
Our conservative women are brave, brilliant, and beautiful, and you represent them well.
You're so sweet.
Thank you for that, Todd.
Yeah, and you know, I just want to talk about the Liar-in-Chief Chairman Joe.
You like that name?
It's good, isn't it?
That is.
He's representing the DCP, the Democrat Communist Party, so it's perfect for him.
You know, just like old Stalin.
You know, he's the liar in chief.
He lied about vaccine mandates.
He lied about his business dealings with Hunter and the laptop.
He lied about inflation being transient.
So I'd like to see, I hope they use all of these lies in a big ad.
You know, I think it's a great idea.
I think you have to let his own words stand against him.
And we can't take anything for granted.
Look, I think conservatives look at Joe Biden and we think, how could anybody with any sense vote for this guy again?
In three years time, he, I mean, We're talking about impeachment for all the stuff he did with China.
I'm talking about impeachment for what he's done in the last three years.
This is someone who has not taken his responsibility to protect our country seriously.
The world is at war.
You've got problems in the Middle East, Israel, Iran, Hamas.
You have terrorist groups that are back to life again.
You've got Ukraine and Russia fighting in what looks like an endless war.
You have our border wide open, not secured, where you've got Chinese military-age men rushing across.
Every single day into my home state of California and over 7 million people that have come in over the last three years under Biden.
So is he doing his job?
No, he should be impeached for not doing his job.
And then you add on the icing on the cake, which is all of the stuff that he did with Hunter and all of his business dealings.
So we need to show that to the American people.
We can't take for granted that they know Because the mainstream news media does everything they can to prop up Joe Biden.
So I appreciate the phone call, Todd, and I think it's something that we take seriously.
We need to get out there, we need to talk to people, and we need to hold Joe Biden accountable.
One line open now, 833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Stephen Moore will join us as America First continues.
Thanks for watching.
Please subscribe.
Thanks for watching.
you you
you Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Thanks for joining us.
And joining us right now, I have actually promoted him.
He is the chief economist on my program, The Morning Answer in Los Angeles, but I have now given him a promotion. He is now the chief economist for all of Salem
Radio. Stephen Moore joins us.
You can give him a follow on all the social media platforms at Stephen Moore. And you should sign up
for his newsletter, which you can get for free at committee to unleash prosperity dot com. I use it
every single day. It is absolutely filled with great information and a few laughs to Stephen
Moore. Thanks for being with us. So, Jen, I'm going to need at least a five or six percent
pay raise because inflation, you know, is now running back at five percent. And I don't think
I've gotten a raise for being the chief economist for over a year.
And I know most people, right?
My income, my paycheck is not keeping pace with inflation.
So when Biden comes, oh, everything's so wonderful.
I mean, my God, fix the economy.
And a lot of Americans are like, what the hell is this guy talking about?
I know.
I want what he's having if he thinks it's so great.
And what's funny, Stephen, is that this week he was out selling more student debt relief.
And it makes me cringe because on Univision yesterday, he said he doesn't think the courts will let him act on the border.
But he has no problem saying that the courts, you know, too bad for you.
The courts have told him he can't act on student loan debt, but here he is doing it.
This is Jonathan Lemire from MSNBC.
Cut 12.
Listen to this.
Biden camp has told me they've done polling where they know that they have an issue right now with some young voters, and the war on gauze is a big part of that.
But others have expressed frustration that Biden has not followed through on his campaign promise to alleviate student debt.
And the Biden camp and the White House are like, well, we've done our part.
Yeah, it's the courts that have knocked this down.
And they keep trying to find creative ways to still get some done.
And voters can feel that.
What do you think, Stephen Moore?
Is this a popularity thing for him?
It has to be.
I mean, I know my governor, Gavin Newsom, handed out rebate cards.
Now we're in a deficit before his recall.
This seems that he does to buy votes.
You'd think that there was election coming up, wouldn't you?
I think that.
This is what they used to call graft, is passing out money to people so they could—why don't we just pay everybody $200 to vote for Biden?
I mean, it'd probably be cheaper than all these government programs.
And it is morally unjust to make people like my wife, who, when she graduated from UCLA, you know, 20 years ago, she diligently She paid off her student debt each month.
She made the payments, and you know, she wasn't making a lot of money, so it was a real sacrifice.
You know what she says today?
She says, boy, what a sucker I was.
What a fool I was to pay back that debt.
I mean, all I had to do was wait for Joe Biden to come and just say, hey, you don't have to pay your debts.
By the way, you know, I'm having a little problem paying my mortgage payment.
I wonder if you think maybe there'll be mortgage payment forgiveness, or what about credit card?
You know, we have record credit card debt.
That's not fair.
Yeah.
You know what?
And no doubt that there will be.
In my state of California, the 99 cent store is going out of business.
I actually just want to rebrand it Joe Biden's $9.99 store.
But they're going out of business.
And now the L.A.
County Board of Supervisors are going to start handing people relief who used to work at the 99 cent store.
So Democrats will absolutely do this.
But Stephen, I want to ask you this question because you bring up your wife.
So I'm looking at people in the middle class who are ticked
off that they've paid off their student loans. So while he's gambling that this is going to
help them with young people, and that's unclear, he may be isolating the rest of the
country.
Well, you know, I want to step back a minute and say that a couple of things about this.
One is that if somebody is going to be responsible for this debt, why should it be taxpayers?
I mean, why?
What about the universities themselves?
How many times have I said on your show, John, that the biggest financial scandal in America is how much the universities are charging our families and our kids.
And, you know, if you, by the way, if you start forgiving people's debt like this, I guarantee you within five years, college is going to cost $100,000 a year.
What if universities are going to keep jacking up and jacking up their tuition payments?
And the other point is something I think everyone listening to this show understands, is that, you know, you mentioned people like my wife who paid off their debt, but what about people who never went to college?
What about the people who may be electricians or people who are truck drivers or people who are nursing assistants?
Maybe they didn't go to college.
And then you've got, do you know a quarter of these debt repayments are to people with advanced degrees?
What are we doing?
We're going to pay off people's degrees if they get a Harvard Law degree?
This is ridiculous!
And we're paying for the indoctrination that they're getting on campuses at these leftist institutions, too.
It's absolutely unbelievable.
Stephen Moore is with us.
He's going to hang on with us because we've got to talk about inflation.
Joe Biden at the White House today took a question from Bloomberg about inflation.
There's a question about whether or not interest rates are going to go up.
So Stephen will stick with us.

I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
Happy to be filling in today.
Thanks for joining us.
And on the line right now is our buddy Stephen Moore.
He is our chief economist and he is also available to be followed on X at Stephen Moore.
You can sign up for his newsletter, Committee to Unleash Prosperity dot com.
And Stephen, today at the White House, I can't I can't believe it.
It's amazing when Joe takes some questions, but he did.
And one of the questions was about inflation.
Now, the White House loves to say there's no problem.
Clearly, we know there is.
Even Biden's former chief of staff is saying he needs to get on the grocery store issues.
What does this look like?
Because it seems like we're in an upward trajectory when it comes to inflation again.
Yeah, it doesn't just seem like it.
We are.
We are in an upward direction.
And it's been that way for six months.
So the media and the White House have been misleading people.
Well, they've been trying to mislead people, but you can't mislead people about inflation.
They know what they're paying at the grocery store.
They know what they're paying for airline tickets.
They know what they're paying for gas at the pump.
By the way, I'm out here in California in your neck of the woods.
Yes, when I woke up this morning, I looked out and there was a big service station right down the street.
It was $5.59 a gallon.
By the way, I want to remind people also that when Trump left office, the gasoline price was $2.55 a gallon.
So that's a big, big increase.
We have not slayed the inflation dragon of the new report that came out this morning.
Jennifer, as you know, showed that inflation is trending more towards four to five percent.
That's a long way from the two percent.
Of President Trump.
But I know you've got to get out of here, Stephen, but I do want to just remind people that this this inflation rate, Biden's telling people that inflation, he's cut it.
He is using the numbers where he was at almost nine percent.
He's not comparing himself against Trump.
He's comparing it against what it was when he blew it up the first time.
Stephen, are you still there with us?
All right.
He had to take off.
But Stephen Moore, you can follow him at Stephen Moore and also Committee to Unleash Prosperity dot com.
But the point is the lies don't help because people know what they feel.
They know what they feel when it comes to the cost of gasoline.
They know what they feel when they go to the grocery store.
They know it.
And as much as you try to tell them it's not a problem or you try to tell them you've cut inflation.
Under President Trump, inflation was at just over 1%.
You heard Stephen Moore say under 2%.
So in between 1% and 2% when Trump was in office.
And now you're at 5%, 6%.
You were at 9%.
And he's celebrating coming down from there.
It's unbelievable.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
And when you have your own former chief of staff saying you need to get serious about taking on the issues, Then you need to get yourself into a grocery store and away from ribbon cuttings.
You better listen.
And Republicans should listen, too.
This is a message because all of these issues play in favor of Donald Trump, who has a proven track record of economic victory, of secure borders.
We need to make sure that we are out there messaging this over and over and over again so that people hear it, they see it, and they realize they can compare where we were in 2019 To where we are today.
You tell me if you think we're better off.
833-33-GORKA.
I will tell you we are not.
833-33-GORKA.
And this focus on just green initiatives making energy costs and prices go up even more is just unbelievable.
833-33-GORKA.
All right, we have had a lot on the table.
We've been talking about the border.
We've been talking about inflation.
We've been talking about this debate within Republican circles.
Lindsey Graham, Mike Pence, other conservative social media influencers talking about
President Trump's stance on abortion and what this needs to look like.
President Trump, in my mind, did this absolutely right, saying we had the Dobbs decision to
return power back to the states.
That's exactly what we should be celebrating.
We should be letting the states decide what their fate is when it comes to abortion.
And we should be identifying Democrats as the extremists they are on this issue.
833-33-GORKA.
Dan in Minnesota on Line 1.
Dan, thank you so much for holding.
Oh, you're welcome, Jen.
Yes, my concern is that if we don't compromise in some fashion, I don't know what the Republican platform is, what the stand is on the Republican platform regarding, well, murdering babies in the womb.
I don't know what the official Republican stand is on the Republican platform, but I'm very concerned that if we don't show some kind of compromise on our platform that we will lose again in 24 like we did in 20 and 22.
Well, this is just exactly the point that I was trying to make, Dan.
Look, I'm a pro-life person.
I'm a pro-life woman.
I believe that abortion should only be used in very, very few circumstances.
I think we need to do a better job supporting women who choose to have a baby and give it up for adoption.
It's incredibly difficult for families who want to have kids to adopt in this country right now.
And so I think we need to be doing all of that.
But we need to make sure that we remember, as candidates are running for office, that abortion has been a loser issue politically for Republicans in every election.
That it's been an issue over the last two election cycles.
Democrats have overperformed, outperformed the polls by nine percentage points.
So I think what we need to do is bring the emotion out of this, and we need to realize that our stance as a party is to return the rights back to the states.
We are followers of the Constitution.
The Constitution does not mention abortion.
We don't talk about abortion in the Constitution.
It's returning the power back to the states, and at the same time talking about the extremist behavior of the Democrats.
This is where we need to be.
Dan, don't you think?
I mean, we don't even need to have the conversation and argue about it within our own party.
This is the stance.
Well, I think that the Republican Party platform needs to take a stand on it.
Look, I would do it like this.
I don't know what the polling would show, but I'm guessing that somewhere between 12 and 15 weeks into the pregnancy, women who are pro-abortion, well, pro-murdering babies in the womb, which is what it is, Would be willing to make that compromise and say that beyond that, they could see where that would be unreasonable.
I know that not everybody's going to do that, but I think you can grab enough women, the votes of enough women, you know, and guys, you know, who are, you know, pro-killing babies in the womb.
If our platform at least reflected that, because otherwise they're going to just keep pounding it in there, you know.
Because their platform, the Democrat platform, you know what that is.
And our platform, you know, we gotta have, I think we need to have something, you know, to offer, you know, I think Democrats are all over the place on this.
I think they say pro-choice, but I think that means a lot of different things, and I think we need to nail them down on what that needs to be.
Is it all the way up until birth?
Because that doesn't sit well with the bulk of the American people.
Dan, thanks so much for the phone call.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-33-GORKA.
I'm Jennifer Horne, sitting in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
3-3-3. 3-3 Gorka. I'm Jennifer Horn sitting in for Dr.
Sebastian Gorka today. This is America First.

Thanks for watching!
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, host of The Morning Answer, heard on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer in Los Angeles.
You can give me a follow on Twitter slash True Social at Jennifer Horne and Jennifer Horne Radio on Facebook and Instagram, and follow Dr. G, Seb Gorka, on all the social media platforms.
All right, we're going to wrap things up on abortion.
Conservatives going Well, a little nutty about President Trump saying we just need to talk about returning abortion rights back to the state so we can win elections.
You've had a Lindsey Graham, former Vice President Pence all coming out saying that this is not a good idea.
What say you?
Where should Republicans be on this issue?
Michelle, thank you so much for holding on Line 5.
Hi, Michelle.
Yeah.
Hi.
Welcome.
Welcome to America First.
Thank you.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
I just wanted to say I'm glad that President Trump has put a platform in for abortion.
I agree that the far left are, I think that they are so extreme sometimes.
They celebrate the murdering of babies.
And as a 65 year old woman who had an abortion at the age of 15, it's a very emotional subject.
You have to live with that reality every day.
I've been blessed with three beautiful children and grandchildren.
I just think that there are a lot of things that can be done to keep women from getting to that point in the first place.
Going back to talking about birth control and those types of things, it's something that a woman, when you have the choice, you still have to live with the reality of your decision.
It can be very hard.
That's all I had to say.
Michelle I just want you to know that I can hear your heart and I am so thankful that you shared your story with us and this is what I want to underscore because I think it's really easy particularly and I don't usually play this game often but I think particularly for men to come in and say well women shouldn't be doing this it look Women sometimes feel that they have no choice.
Sometimes women are using this as birth control.
There's a lot of different things that lead into a situation like this one.
But I think as conservatives, what we should be doing, as President Trump said, is returning the decision back to the states.
That's number one.
But also create a positive platform where we support women, where we make it easier for kids to be adopted, where that process is not is not hidden in the shadows. We need to make sure that
people know that there are options and that there
is care so that there is support for women who make the decision to keep
their child even when they're scared to death, literally.
So I think there's a lot that we can do in an effort to help women and bring
people into the conservative way of thinking. So Michelle, I really appreciate your call.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
God bless you.
All right.
833-33-GORKA.
That is the number to call.
We will continue to talk more about inflation, the economy.
Our third hour of America First continues.
We'll be talking about the border and more legal troubles for President Trump.
But he's ready to fight.
Not worried about that.
He is going to come out on top and win.
Success, he says, will be the victory he's looking for.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
is America first.
Thanks for watching.
Bye.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
I'm sorry, but this song is really one of the best ones, and I really think it's time for the truckers to get a convoy together so we can hear more of this.
Welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
Thank you for joining us.
Gosh, I host The Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590, The Answer in Southern California.
Hope you'll join me.
If you're in California, you can download our app, AM 870.
And I always love to be in for Dr. G. I'm here with him normally on Wednesdays as well
talking about crazy California.
Now, speaking of crazy California, our border, it's wide open.
You've got Chinese nationals that are marching their way into our state of California.
We have people coming in this country from Texas through Arizona, and we are starting to pay the price and see the consequence of millions of people coming into the country under the Biden administration's open border policies.
Joining us right now is Todd Bensman.
He's an investigative author and wrote the book from 2023, Overrun, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S.
History.
And boy, did he.
Todd Bensman, thank you so much for joining us.
Welcome to America First.
It's nice to meet you.
Great to be here.
Thank you.
Now, I do want to start with a story out of my home state of California, when on Friday, homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff's Office arrested an 18-year-old who was here illegally for killing Fraley Hernandez.
He didn't just kill him.
He dismembered him, shoved him into a parked vehicle, and that was back in January.
January 6th is when they believe he was killed and dismembered.
The investigators found him January 17th in a car parked in an orchard in Fresno, in the area kind of central California.
Now, this 18-year-old guy here illegally has been arrested for this murder and the dismemberment of a 20-year-old man from California.
And homicide detectives revealed that this is someone who was here illegally.
He was here from Guatemala, or excuse me, from El Salvador, and was wanted there.
He was charged with beating up his own mother in El Salvador.
Now, Biden likes to say it's these good people looking for a safe place to come to America, but we are getting a lot of criminals who are coming into this country to do no good.
The problem is, in addition to the fact that they're coming into the country with criminal history and up to up to no good, is that the Biden administration has stopped deporting the bad guys.
There are some deportations, but the number of deportations of criminal aliens has sharply plummeted for three years straight, year after year.
There are hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens with final removal orders on them that are not being removed.
And the numbers, just to give you an idea, just a few years ago, you know, under Obama, Was, you know, 380,000 a year deported people with final removal orders.
And before that, it was always in the 400,000 range.
Now it's at like 150,000, 170,000 tops, because the administration decided that deportation was cruel and unusual.
170,000 tops because the administration decided that deportation was cruel and unusual and
so they're just going to tamp it down.
Mayorkas came into office immediately saying, we're not going to be doing deportations like we were, folks, so stand down.
And they put rules into it for ICE agents to chain themselves to the desk.
And even before that, in my state of California, Gavin Newsom was very happy to say that California would be a sanctuary state.
And so you can maybe—look, I don't make this argument because I think we need to have—we have law and order at our border.
It needs to be followed.
That's what benefits our country.
There are a lot of people that come to the country.
A country of immigrants, but they need to come here the right way.
But even the people who come here and don't break the law, okay, fine, we can have an argument about whether to deport them or not.
But the people who come here and commit crimes are not being deported either.
In my home state of California, you've got sheriffs, you have elected state officials who will not even allow convicted criminals to be deported, Todd.
The result of that is always dead Americans.
You're going to have people who would have been alive and happy and living their best lives who are dead and buried instead.
That's the problem with this policy.
It is real.
It has real consequences.
It's not sort of just theoretical, you know, kind of pie in the sky thinking.
It's real people dead and victimized and raped.
and robbed and all the rest of that because of these policies.
And I think people, we just need to remember that these are real Americans
that are being victimized and robbed of their life and liberty.
Absolutely.
Todd Bensman is with us.
He's the author of Overrun, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S.
History.
And guys, I know we didn't talk about this, but let's play Cut To because Joe Biden, Todd, you probably saw this, spoke with Univision and they asked him if he was going to use executive order to try to control what's going on at the border.
His answer is almost laughable.
It is absolutely atrocious.
This is what he says.
Cut to.
Well, it suggests that we're examining whether or not I have that power.
I would have that power under the legislation when the border has over 500,000 people, 5,000
people a day trying to cross the border because you can't manage it, slow it up.
There's no guarantee that I have that power all by myself without legislation.
And someone suggested I should just go ahead and try it.
And if I get shut down by the court, I get shut down by the court.
But we're trying to work through that right now.
Todd, he's not worried about being shut down by the court when he's relieving student loan debt, but he is worried about being shut down by the court when it comes to his executive order on the border.
Now, you studied this.
You were the expert.
It seems to me that the problems on the border started with Joe Biden's executive orders.
Of course, he could reverse those policies.
Starting with remain in Mexico, which has been upheld all the way to the Supreme Court, it is a probably the most It's the first arrow in his quiver and the sharpest one, the longest and the fastest of all of the tools that he could bring to bear that would shut this thing down in about an hour.
Nobody is coming for the great Mexican dream.
They're applying for asylum and international protection inside the United States that they're not eligible for because they'll be released inside the United States.
So that's for starters, but We also saw that the president had no problem when it comes to his reelection campaign of having Mexico shut down a lot of this illegal flow on its southern border over the last three months straight with a simple diplomatic trip or two to Mexico City.
They cut a deal with Lopez Obrador down there.
I just returned from Mexico.
I watched the Mexicans go medieval.
On immigrants all over Chihuahua State, just last week, 30,000 troops.
He could have done this three years ago, like Donald Trump did.
Instead, he lifted the Trump threat against Mexico tariffs, and that freed the Mexicans to just say, okay, let them flow.
Now we've got Obrador saying things like, If you don't give me $20 billion, guess what?
I'm going to let the flow go.
But the point is, is that he could have done what he did in Mexico three years ago, and they've cut the numbers by about half just from that.
We've got a couple of more minutes left in this segment.
I appreciate you sticking around for another segment as well.
We can talk about Mayorkas and what that impeachment looks like and some of the real problems at the border.
But one of the other things that Biden repeats over and over again is that he needs Congress to act.
And again, the House of Representatives passed H.R.
2.
It's sitting in the Senate.
It's stalled out.
This is not necessarily—I mean, it'd be great if the House would act.
But to me, this means that Biden's looking for amnesty.
He's looking to attach aid for Ukraine and other things to what Would probably be a lackluster border security bill.
We already have what we need.
We just need to enforce the law.
I just want to point out that the piece of legislation that he keeps pointing to in his campaign here that failed would have allowed all asylum seekers to be freed inside the country, even if for 90 days.
Well, we know what happens there, that they disappear.
They never show up.
That piece of legislation would have codified the situation that we have right now and guaranteed—hundreds of thousands a year crossing the border would have guaranteed it and forced the next administration to try to wriggle out of a piece of legislation that had codified it.
I mean, it's just bogus.
The whole thing about that piece of legislation, it did the exact opposite of what they're saying it would have done.
It is pretty amazing, the lies that come out about what we really need to do to secure this border.
And Todd Bensman, thank you for being here with us.
Stick around.
We're going to have you come back for the next segment.
Get his book right now, Overrun, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S.
History.
You can also follow him on X at BensmanTodd.
There is lots more to discuss, including the impending impeachment of Mayorkas.
And just who is coming into the country now.
It's a scary story when we talk about it.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
you you
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka today.
Glad to have you along with us.
And I just got a text message from Dr. G himself, and he said, make sure you tell the listeners that he is at Mar-a-Lago today.
He is celebrating Truth Social going public.
So think about the schedule.
We know President Trump was in Atlanta today.
He was there Doing a fundraiser.
I think he's expected to make about $15 million.
He'll be back at Mar-a-Lago tonight and he'll be celebrating the launch of True Social as a publicly traded company.
So Dr. G is there and chatting with the boss.
He'll be back with you tomorrow and lots of fun.
I think maybe one day we're going to have to have a listener trip to Mar-a-Lago with Dr. G. We'll see if we can work that out.
I'll coordinate.
All right, joining us right now to talk about all things immigration, Todd Bensman is with us.
You can follow him on X at BensmanTodd.
He is the author of the book Overrun, which you should pick up right now, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S.
History.
He's also a writer for Newsweek, The New York Post, The Federalist, and a whole lot more.
Todd, thanks so much for hanging on with us.
I think, just to kind of get a scope of the problem, because we have seen, you know, I think when people thought about the border a few years ago, we think of people coming in from Mexico looking for a better life.
That is no longer the problem.
What worries me today is that people are coming into this country for nefarious reasons, and they're slipping by using the cover of people who might be coming here for an opportunity, but they're coming in from all over the place.
They're coming in from the Middle East.
They're coming in from China.
I live in California.
And the big story for us when it comes to immigration are the amount, the hundreds of military-age men that are coming into this country alone, not with families, not with wives, by themselves.
President Trump's been asked about this.
He says, could it be that they're trying to build a military here?
The problem is we just don't know.
And that's the job the Biden administration should be trying to initiate.
And that's finding out, Todd, what are the top problems right now?
What are the hot spots on the border?
Right.
Well, the places where they're really pouring in right now is Arizona and California.
I think we've had about 50,000 Chinese.
You mentioned like, you know, we don't really know, you know, who they are.
For Chinese, we used to, when they cut, they, Chinese have always been coming to the border, nowhere near in these numbers, but they have all often crossed the border.
And so we had these questions develop.
There were like a list of 40 different questions that Border Patrol was supposed to ask
to kind of drill down to find out who they really are.
Biden administration very recently reduced that to five questions.
And I'm guessing that they probably don't even ask one question most of the time.
Almost all of those Chinese are ushered right in.
And from 160 other countries around the world, More than 45% of everybody reaching the southern border is not from Mexico or Central America.
They're from all these other places.
And these are places that don't have intelligence databases or are shareable, or they're hostile to us, or we're diplomatically estranged.
We're not going to ever get an intel share from the Taliban.
I'm sorry.
Or from Syria's Assad or really, you know, Haiti doesn't even have a president right now.
And I don't even think they have working computers or Venezuela or Cuba or any of these places.
And that's really the ultimate stranger danger about this border crisis is, you know, say what you want about, oh, you know, people fleeing oppression and certain death, but I'm sorry, that is not always an American problem to solve.
Sometimes you have to do it in a way that protects the American people from security issues.
No other country, by the way, does this.
There is no—name me another country that just lets 100% of everybody who reaches the border, like, right into your country in a day.
Nobody does that.
And even under UN standards, if you're looking for asylum, you're supposed to go to the safest country that's closest to you.
And the United States is not the safest country in many of these cases to all the people that are coming in here.
It is.
It's unbelievable.
And it also the humanity of it.
I think it's really interesting to see Democrats and to see the Biden administration paint this as a humanitarian issue.
What they're doing is they're making it a humanitarian issue because they're incentivizing
people to come here.
And that means sex trafficking.
It means drug trafficking.
It means all of the drugs and the fentanyl that come into this country that people are
overdosing on.
This is a humanitarian issue.
But it's not about taking in everybody.
It's about protecting the citizens that are here, creating laws so that cartels can't
exploit the border.
Right now, they're the ones running it.
Well, I think it's important for people to remember, you know, we're in silly season
This is the election campaign.
Information warfare is hot and heavy on this issue.
This is a top issue.
And we're really just getting a lot of disinformation and misinformation, maybe for a little bit from both sides.
But the point I'm trying to make is that one of the biggest pieces of disinformation that you will hear during this campaign is that All of these people are fleeing absolute certain death.
Yeah.
We must let them in because they are fleeing definite death and persecution.
And I'm here to tell you, I have spent the last three years with those immigrants.
I've interviewed thousands of them.
I'm just back from five days on the Mexican side in Juarez.
I don't even go to our side.
I only go to that side so that I can hang out with the immigrants.
And the vast majority of them were living safe Prosperous lives in other third countries.
Most of the Venezuelans have not lived in Venezuela in years and years, and they're coming in claiming humanitarian protection based on, I was coming from Venezuela.
I was coming from Haiti.
They haven't been in Haiti in eight years.
They've been living perfectly fine in other places, but because the border's wide open, They figure, well, I can get a quick upgrade.
It's like if you have a regular cable, you get like now all the premium channels for free.
Why not?
You know?
You know, in our final moment here with you, Todd, I think it's important to talk about Alejandro Mayorkas.
The House is sending articles of impeachment over to the Senate next week.
It's expected to fizzle out, but you've got a group of Republicans who are going to try to at least force the issue.
But I thought it was interesting.
The leader of the Senate, Chuck Schumer, said that you can't impeach someone on policy issues.
There isn't a policy issue here.
They are not doing the job.
That's just it.
They are not protecting us.
They are not securing our southern border.
Mayorkas has not done that.
This isn't a policy issue.
This is a failure of job issue.
Well, I just want to point out about the impeachment, and this gets lost a lot, is That Louisiana and Texas versus Biden and Mayorkas, accusing them of failing to carry out the letter of the congressional statute.
The Supreme Court, in a very disturbing majority opinion, essentially ruled that they don't have to follow the law.
It's not the Supreme Court's place to judge whether they follow the law and make them follow the law.
The Supreme Court opinion, the majority opinion was, if you want to make the executive follow the law, you have to use impeachment.
You have to use the power of the purse.
You have to use all these other things.
And that's all this is.
The impeachment is doing what the Supreme Court told them to do.
It's their only lever.
It's their only way forward.
Right.
And people forget about that.
Todd, thank you so much.
You've got so much great information.

on America first.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G, Dr. Sebastian Gorka, out today.
And you know where he is, guys.
If he's not here, and he's not with his lovely wife, my friend Katie Gorka, well then he might be at Mar-a-Lago.
It's always a safe place.
He told me I should tell you guys he is there.
He is celebrating the launch of Truth Social as a publicly traded company.
So he is with the boss, Donald Trump, today at Mar-a-Lago.
So he'll have great stories for you tomorrow on America First.
He'll be back in studio then.
In the meantime, appreciate you spending your time with us.
And speaking of President Trump, he is due to be in court on Monday for the first of many trials.
Now, his legal team has tried to delay these trials, tried to make claims of asking for a change of venue and other things.
Unfortunately, the judge in the case says, no, we are moving forward.
So as it stands now, President Trump will be in court for the so-called hush money trial
with Stormy Daniels and Alvin Bragg, the DA in Manhattan, starting on Monday.
It's expected to last about six to eight weeks.
Joining us right now is an attorney for President Trump.
He is an attorney who does great work.
He's an America first guy for sure.
Jesse Binal is with us, JBenal on X, and you can follow him at Benal.com as well.
Jesse, you've got a beautiful backdrop today.
Thanks for joining us. I know you're on the road. We appreciate you being here.
It's always great to join you guys.
Now, I want to start things off because a voice from the past has surfaced.
Michael Avenatti, with a jailhouse call to MSNBC, commented on this upcoming case that starts on Monday for President Trump.
Check this out.
This is Cut10.
I think the case has a lot of problems.
Now, that does not—I don't mean to suggest that that means that Trump will not be convicted, because I think he will be convicted, because number one, he's a criminal defendant, and in our society, I don't believe that criminal defendants generally get a fair shake.
In fact, I think that the percentage of convictions demonstrates that the deck is stacked decidingly against all criminal defendants, number one.
Number two, I don't think that he can get a fair trial in New York.
And to the people who claim that, in fact, he can get a fair trial in New York with a New York jury, I would ask them if they were to go to sleep tonight and wake up tomorrow and find out that the case had been moved to Mississippi or Alabama, would they still think that the trial was going to be fair?
And I think if they were being honest, they would answer no.
Now, that's live from Terminal Island Prison.
That's Michael Avenatti, the former attorney for Stormy Daniels.
Remember, he was going to run for president.
So, Jesse, even Michael Avenatti says that this is just not a great trial.
Expect a conviction, but it's not a great trial.
What does that mean to you when you hear that?
Well, he was saying the quiet part out loud.
He was saying it on MSNBC, and you see the discomfort on the host's face
when he's talking about that, because everybody knows what he just said is true,
is absolutely 100% true.
And I don't believe I'm sitting here agreeing with Michael Avenatti,
but the two things that he just said are completely accurate.
First of all, it's very, very unfortunate, but in our country, you have all these procedural safeguards as a criminal defendant, but in reality, well over 95% of criminal cases result in a conviction.
It's not that way in other countries like, for instance, in England, where our system comes from.
It's more of a 50-50 chance.
And so I think he is absolutely 100% accurate about the problems with our criminal justice system.
And he's even more accurate with the fact that there's no chance that President Trump can get a fair trial in New York City.
And as infuriating as that is, that's exactly why this prosecutor has decided to go after him in New York.
That's exactly, I mean, we see it in a judge who, you know, is a Joe Biden donor and said last year when he was asked to recuse himself that even though he's a Biden donor, he looked within his heart and he was sure that he could be fair.
Well, of course, we've seen what he's done since then.
We know that's absolutely inaccurate.
And it's infuriating that he's still on this case right now.
Yeah.
I mean, this is Judge Marchand, whose daughter is a huge donor.
I mean, Judge Marchand himself has donated to Joe Biden, but the daughter has collected millions of dollars for Democrat causes.
And I think it's worth pointing out—we'll talk more about this in the next segment—but, Jesse, in New York, you have Alvin Bragg, who's the DA in Manhattan.
You've got Letitia James, who's the attorney general in New York.
Both of them ran on a platform of going after Donald Trump.
So if this is a state and a city that is willing to vote for these people, then you know it might be tough to get a fair trial.
Hang on the line because we're going to have you come back and we're going to dig into what the next few weeks are going to look like and what will happen.
If President Trump is convicted, what does that do for his campaign?
You know the media is dying for it.
Jesse Banal is with us.
He fights for the Constitution.
He is an attorney, an attorney for President Trump as well, in his civil immunity cases.
You can follow him at jbanal and check him out at banal.com.
Jesse Banal will be right back.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
you you
michael have you been in touch with the abc Bragg's office, and what specifically, in evidence or logic, do you think is wrong with this case?
Well, I'm going to decline to answer as to whether I've been in touch with either the defense or the D.A.' 's office.
Okay, so that means yes, but there you go.
That's Michael Avenatti who did a jailhouse call to MSNBC and Ari Melber talking about the Trump trial.
He thinks that the trial set to start next week isn't a good trial and it's not going to be great.
He doesn't think, and he's no fan of President Trump, he thinks it looks flawed.
But he also wouldn't say if he spoke to the DA's office, which means he could be looking for a little handout, a little pardon.
Jesse Banal is with us.
Jay Banal on Twitter slash X. And he is an attorney, America First style, fighting for the Constitution.
Jesse, thanks for being with us.
Yeah, thanks so much.
I love being here.
So, Michael Avenatti, you think he's looking for a pardon there?
Because it seems like the answer, if you've talked to the DA's office and you haven't, is no.
That seemed to mean his yes was loud in its silence.
I will tell you that, as with most people in jail, they will do just about anything they can to get out.
And I suspect that's even more true than usual of Michael Avenatti, who of course lived quite the high-profile lifestyle before he started enjoying his new digs.
uh... in in prison and he's got a a long road ahead of them uh... so i suspect he would be would love to do it uh...
and uh... but his his comments uh... work were very interesting uh...
uh... on that that interview all right well let's talk about the trial
That is coming up, because Monday is the day jury selection will start.
This jury questionnaire is wild.
It has been published already.
They're asking what podcasts people look at or listen to, what talk radio shows they listen to, what news outlets they use.
Jesse, I know we talked about Manhattan being a rough spot for President Trump.
This jury questionnaire indicates that they are going to look for people who are not the Fox News Newsmax type, it seems.
Well, I mean, that's certainly why the district attorney has brought this in a place like Manhattan is because they think that it's going to be very likely they're going to get a jury that is just filled with Trump haters.
You know, I wouldn't want a president that was popular in either Manhattan or Washington, D.C., in my mind, popular in those two jurisdictions to sign a poor character, quite frankly.
And so Alvin Bragg, is going to do everything he can, I think, to make sure that he has a poisoned jury.
And that's because he's drawing it from a poisoned jury poll.
But one thing I think that we are going to probably see is how the jury poll really has the deck stacked against President Trump from the beginning.
How does this play out?
Once the jury is seated, obviously, the trial will start.
President Trump will have to be off the campaign trail for a number of weeks.
He'll be in court to watch all of this, I'm sure.
How do you expect this to go?
Yeah, that's a great point.
And let's remember that a criminal trial is a little bit different from some of the civil trials that we've seen recently.
In a criminal trial, you don't have a choice about whether you're in attendance.
You have to be in attendance at your trial.
And so you're exactly right.
Quite frankly, the entire purpose of this is to get Donald Trump off the campaign trail.
They think this is going to give a big advantage to Joe Biden, which is why you have a Joe Biden donating judge on the bench.
One of the things I think is really important to remember is the matchups that you've had in these New York cases.
In the civil case, you had Letitia James and Judge Engeron, you know, both certified Trump haters.
Letitia James campaigned about going after President Trump.
Judge Engeron was, you know, when he wasn't sitting there hamming it up for the cameras, he was bragging about his actions in the case on his high school alumni newsletter.
Completely inappropriate.
And we are now seeing the same thing with Alvin Bragg, who's going to do everything he can to try to sideline President Trump in affecting the presidential election.
And he found a judge who not only donated to Joe Biden, but whose daughter is financially vested in this case, and I mean, is politically vested in the outcome of the election.
And that certainly shows an appearance of partiality. And it makes it so that—this
is the really sad thing for those of us who have such reverence for the American rule of law—is
it makes it so that the American people, that the public, can't trust the result of this election.
They can't trust that it's going to be truth and justice that prevails rather than a political
narrative, which is exactly why this judge should have recused himself in the beginning, and it's
exactly why Venue should be transferred to someplace else.
Actually, the case never should have been brought from the first place.
What do you think if there's a conviction?
Because I believe that the deck is stacked.
I believe they're going to convict him.
I believe they want to.
And I think that they want to be sure that they can note in the headlines that this is presidential candidate Donald Trump, now a convicted criminal.
Yeah, that's exactly the headline that they're looking for.
But here's what they don't understand is that the American people aren't nearly as stupid as they think the American people are.
You know, that goes for, you know, people like Jack Smith and Alvin Bragg.
And so many of these other judges and prosecutors that are so politically invested in going after Donald Trump, they think the American people are stupid and are going to vote based on these headlines.
The American people know exactly what's going on right now.
They know that these cases aren't being brought out of, you know, some honest prosecutorial duty to go do justice rather than go after and try to pursue a particular person that they politically dislike.
The American people know exactly what's going on.
They know how dirty this is.
They know it makes us look like a banana republic.
So I firmly believe that even if there is a conviction, the American people are going to, I mean, first of all, they're going to see that, you know, Stormy Daniels, You know, President Trump just reposted a letter from her from 2018 saying that there was no relationship to begin with.
Right.
And so there's no factual basis for this.
There certainly is no legal basis for this.
They're trying to tie this to federal election law.
And you have federal election commissioners, former federal election commissioners, who have gone on record saying that There's absolutely no legal basis to say that a non-disclosure agreement is a violation of campaign finance law.
They wouldn't pick it up.
Exactly.
Jesse Binal, this is what is so important.
And even if there is a conviction here, and I hope President Trump does prevail, and he should, because this is baseless.
This is not hush money.
This is ridiculous.
But if indeed that's the case, I think you're right.
The American people are smart enough to see through it.
Jesse Binal, thanks so much for what you do.
Thanks for keeping up the fight.
Jay Binal on X and Binal.com.

All right, gentlemen's choice, we only have time for one more piece of audio, I think.
And so today, when Donald Trump landed in Atlanta for a fundraiser where he raised $15 million, he got off the plane and he talked about Fannie Willis, who's also in Atlanta, a prosecutor, and he said, he called her Mrs. Nathan Wade.
Now, Nathan Wade is the guy she hired who is her boyfriend, and it was paying him all kinds of money to investigate Trump.
So we were digging around, and we found this little gem from President Trump.
Take a listen.
All these local cases, like Fonny, Fonny.
It's spelled Fanny.
It's spelled Fanny like your ass, right, Fanny?
But when she became D.A., she decided to add a little French, a little fancy.
Fonny.
Fonny and, you know, Fonny and Mr. and Mrs. Wade.
Which his wife did not appreciate.
All right, so there you have it.
If you need a little laugh today, you can hear President Trump talking about Fannie, Fannie, Fannie Willis.
I don't think she was waiting for him as Trump Force One landed in Atlanta today.
Thanks so much for joining us today.
Dr. G is back tomorrow.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
Thanks for listening.
