	I'm almost angry just listening to everybody talk about it.
	This is the most... I could not be less interested in anything.
	Alex, are you excited about what's happening while we are talking to millions of people live on air?
	I'm excited talking to millions of people, not being honest.

	Welcome, dear friends.
	Wow, it has been a crazy week.
	I can't believe it.
	I think I packed like a month into this weekend.
	Why?
	Well, I just got back from California on the Red Eye, where I was in a room with 800, 900 Patriots in California for the Inland Empire Patriots Summit, hosted by none other than Jennifer Horn.
	That's why I have my glasses.
	Thank you, Jennifer.
	And Grant Stinchfield from our buddies Out keeping LA and Environs sane.
	We had Charlie Kirk, me, Brandon Tatum, Larry Elder.
	It was an amazing event.
	But before I did that on Sunday, something very exciting happened in my life.
	My wife.
	Had a monumental victory.
	That's why I'm wearing this little decal.
	It says Katie Gorka for FCRC Chair.
	There was a convention in the largest county in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Fairfax County, and my wife was running for the chair of the GOP.
	And we've got a photograph of me and her at the convention.
	I've never been to any political convention before in my life.
	I was a delegate!
	An official delegate, not just an observer.
	And I had no idea what to expect.
	My wife, who hates politics, because she's sane, has had it with rhinos, rightly so, and was convinced by a good friend, you need to kick the rhinos out of the Republican Party in Fairfax County.
	As a result, for the last two months, she has been campaigning, never mentioning my name or who she's married to.
	And at a convention that had 600 people in the auditorium, it was a big, big... I mean, people were really excited about this vote.
	She was running against Brian Murphy and Tony Sabio.
	Mr. Murphy got 2% or 3%.
	I won't call him Mr. I'll just call him Sabio because he smeared my wife incessantly.
	He's not a man.
	He's a coward.
	He got 28%.
	got 28% and Katherine Gawker with Smoked the opposition primary challengers by more than 40% is, as of Saturday afternoon, the new chair of the Fairfax Republican Party for that county.
	Now, of course, I'm very proud of my wife, but it's not about her.
	Let me tell you a story.
	Three years ago, in the midst of COVID, Katie came to me and said, I'm running for the local community board center.
	There's a little community center that has a board.
	They make a lot of money from an additional property tax.
	They have a budget of $8 million and she wanted to be part of the board.
	And I said, what do you mean?
	You hate politics.
	You want to run for a position?
	Why?
	Well, because the local community center just had a drag queen story hour.
	And she said, no, that's not happening a mile and a half from my home.
	Targeting sexually targeting children.
	First political thing she's ever done.
	At the election, she was defeated.
	In a race that is usually settled by 400 votes, she was defeated by, pay attention, 2,100 mail-in ballots.
	Oh, isn't that interesting?
	Mail-in ballots.
	I thought to myself, OK, she gave it a good try.
	She'll get back to being a normal person who hates politics.
	Oh, how wrong I was.
	The next year, she recruited two other God-fearing women, conservatives, patriots, and the three of them together, like warriors from Wonder Woman, you know, Princess Diana's Island, crushed the opposition and won.
	All three of them won and are now members of the board.
	But that wasn't enough.
	She volunteered to be a poll watcher, a volunteer for the GOP, handing out sample ballots and helping to make sure things are okay when it comes to the manning of the elections.
	Still, that wasn't enough.
	She applied, got training, was certified, and became, as of today, the chief election officer for our district.
	To make sure that the Democrats don't steal the elections where we live.
	And then, just when I thought it couldn't get any more involved...
	Her good friend, Rosie Oakley, an amazing patriot, key to Glenn Youngkin's victory in Northern Virginia, said, we need new blood.
	We have to stop Rona Romney McDaniel using Fairfax County as her piggy bank.
	The richest county in America sucked dry And then none of our candidates are supported financially by the RNC.
	We need a new broom.
	In the meantime, Lara Trump comes, amazing, takes over the RNC.
	Katie campaigns incessantly.
	Twice I actually had to be a surrogate for her because she was traveling.
	That's really weird to be a surrogate for your wife.
	And I had no idea what was going to happen on Saturday.
	I thought, Oh my gosh, if she doesn't win, what's going to happen?
	68% to 28%.
	Now that's a mandate.
	And it's not about Katie Gawker.
	It's not about me, Sebastian.
	It's about patriots taking over the Rhino establishment.
	It's our party now.
	Just like the historic primary results for my former boss, President Trump, demonstrate without a doubt America has had enough of the establishment.
	America is jettisoning the Rhino class.
	America, the patriots who love the greatest nation on God's green earth, are taking it back.
	One school board, one county commissioner, and one county chair convention at a time.

	OK, so it's been tough because I wasn't allowed to have you on this show for months because you were waiting for this big decision, the SPAC merger, the approval.
	It all went through a couple of weeks ago.
	Super excited.
	Tell us what this now means with regards to Truth Social, the president, your plans.
	How different is the situation now?
	What are your expectations for this amazing First Amendment platform?
	Well, thank you, Sebas.
	It's been a long time coming.
	I still got to do the research on this, but I think this was the longest IPO in history.
	We won't go through that.
	It's all old news.
	We talked about it on your show before.
	But, you know, it took an extremely long amount of time.
	The good news is, is that through all that, you know, we initially had about 400,000 retail investors that had invested into the IPO, into the SPAC.
	And, you know, we wanted to make sure that we didn't leave those people behind because we think that's one of the best parts of our company.
	I mean, obviously everybody knows we have the iconic Trump brand with President Trump posting everything to True Social.
	But I think the good news is, is since we've gone public, And now we've become, we've switched over, and now we are DJT.
	Our company was a private company.
	Hang on, people need to know this.
	People who don't follow the Stock Exchange, we just got to tell people it is the most delicious aspect of it all.
	The trading acronym for True Social is, you know, hashtag DJT, correct?
	That's right, DJT, which is fun.
	I think the liberals are all, you know, going crazy over this.
	But really the, the amazing part of all of this is, is that since we went public, which is I think two, just two weeks ago now, and we now have an additional 200,000 retail investors.
	So these are amazing numbers.
	Uh, you know, what I like to say is, you know, these are people patriots investing in their freedom because it's about your voice and it's about your, and it's about ultimately about your freedom.
	Yeah.
	And as you know, we go ahead and set about to build this, build this platform to make sure that was impenetrable.
	By the big tech companies, everybody said, Oh, you can't do it.
	Oh, you'll never get people to work for you.
	Oh, you're going to have to go beg Jeff Bezos and Amazon to help you build it.
	Well, we built it all internally.
	Uh, with all of our own people working closely with a company that, you know, well rumble, which is another free speech, free speech company, but this was all built.
	It's all impenetrable.
	Like I like, you know, like I like to say, it's a beachhead against big tech.
	And we're fortified.
	It's a big market out there, and we're the only place that doesn't censor.
	If you look at the other companies, look at what Facebook and Instagram are doing right now, obviously you and I are very familiar with what the capabilities of TikTok are, if the Chinese Communist Party decides to do it.
	We're not playing those games.
	But what are we doing?
	We're looking to build out the entire ecosystem so that Forever into the future after DJT and myself are long gone out of politics, et cetera, et cetera.
	This company will be there protecting people's access to the internet for what?
	Well, it's for a whole variety of things.
	But the one we know up close and personally is the social media component to that because president Trump and millions of Americans, including myself, were either kicked off or shadow banned by these big tech social media companies.
	But look, we're also looking, you know, how are we going to make sure that That let's say if a Newsmax gets kicked off of all of the providers that provide Newsmax into your home, and Real America's Voice, and One America News, and these news companies that are having trouble getting access to the markets, we're going to build that market, essentially.
	We're going to build a home for all of those people, including religious channels, religious and family-friendly content.
	It's something that we think needs a home that doesn't.
	There's a lot of content out there, as you know, Seabass, that doesn't get the light of day with the woke companies, because it's not just you've got.
	Yes, we all know we have woke with Facebook and Instagram and all of that, but we also have woke in the world of Netflix, Disney, your local cable provider, et cetera, et cetera, that they're not, you know, I promise you if, if you're, if a family friendly or conservative content is, is on the, It's still on those platforms.
	They're like channel 4,983.
	You can, if you can find.
	We've only got like a minute and a half left in this segment, but we're going to keep you on to talk Deep State.
	I was on a British show this morning and he brought up a very interesting question.
	He said, with True Social, with what we know about the Twitter files now, it's a really exciting time for new media.
	Are you excited about the next couple of years in alternatives to the censor complex that is existing social media?
	You know, I would say like this, you know, we're in such a strong position because we have no debt.
	We're a very efficiently run company.
	We have over $200 million in the bank.
	And being that we built this platform to run so efficiently, we're there to be able to be free and take over that marketplace.
	But as you know, what has happened over the last, you know, what you say is about to happen really, as you know, has been happening.
	There wasn't really a place for my little podcast that I do, or your show, or the many shows that are out there now.
	If you think about it, these were all friends of ours, CBS, but if you go back five, six, seven years ago, it was Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, a few other big talk radio shows, and you had Fox News.
	Yeah.
	And, you know, maybe you had, you know, at that time Newsmax was quite smaller.
	There wasn't a lot, very many outlets.
	Today, Already I would say that, you know, from you to Mangino to etc.
	We've got well over a hundred sizeable or more sizeable podcasts slash shows.
	Yeah, and I just look at Truth Social.
	I don't work hard to, you know, garner followers.
	I post segments from the show and whatever and I've got 900,000 followers.
	I mean that's The power of this platform.

	But I have a great story when my daughter.
	So in the middle of all the Russia hoax fiasco, when I was chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Uh, my, I was in Washington almost all the time.
	And as you know, from California, my daughter was maybe, oh gosh, uh, maybe she was around six years old, seven years old, my youngest daughter.
	And for Christmas, she wanted a, my pillow.
	And so we got her a, my pillow and then she loved it.
	And she had her little, my pillow.
	And then one night I went in there and, and knowing that she must watch her father only on like Fox news at the time, that was the only time she saw, saw her father.
	And so.

	about the Russia hoax and the illegal use of the intelligence community against President Trump and his colleagues and just, you know, average Americans who support him.
	I have to ask you, I feel naive asking this, but you were uncovering the stuff behind the scenes, the abuse of FISA and everything else.
	But what we've witnessed in the last three years, Devin, It's not covert.
	It's in your face.
	From Fanny Willis to Judge Engeron to sending Nathan, you know, the lover boy to the Biden White House to coordinate.
	Did you ever think that what you uncovered behind the scenes would just become so overt and blatant?
	Well, the answer is, you know, In a way, yes, because I wrote about it in my little book, Countdown to Socialism.
	Basically, the last chapter is essentially saying, if you think this can't happen, it really can.
	Because at that time, nobody really believed it.
	That book is several years old now.
	But Seabest, I'll tell you this, and Cash has been on your show many times too, but he likes to say, all roads lead to Russiagate.
	Which is true in a way because Russiagate is what we blew open the door on all of them.
	But this really goes back to Obama and how he manipulated, I think we talked about this last time, he manipulated the Al-Qaeda numbers and ISIS numbers.
	Remember when he said that bin Laden was dead, Al-Qaeda was on the run and withdrew from Iraq, created a total disaster.
	And that's the reason that he had to fire Mike Flynn.
	That is correct.
	So all of these things are intertwined and related.
	And when you really break it down, okay, I won't go through all the names, but you've talked about all of them on your show.
	It's really about two dozen bad apples that are at the highest levels who haven't left, whether the Department of Justice or they leave for a short amount of time to a think tank, and then they go back in.
	This is Team Obama really running this, the whole show here, and his minions.
	You have Biden, who they're just trying to keep propped up to see if he can get through this election.
	I've thought that he's not going to make it through.
	And then, as you kind of mentioned in the last segment, this is why I left Congress, because these guys were shutting all of us down to stifle us, to stifle our free speech.
	And I said, how long is this going to go forward?
	So when President Trump called me and said, look, we got to come and build this company, I said, yeah, I'm in, sir.
	And that's why I'm not trying to promote this, but we built this company not because President Trump needed a new company, not because I needed a new job.
	We wanted a way for the American people to invest in their freedom so that we can have access to capital markets, so we can go build this entire ecosystem, so that someday if Amazon Web Services or one of these big companies decides, you know what, we're not going to let Mike Lindell advertise anymore.
	Oh, wow, that's actually happening.
	We're not going to let Seabass go on any more shows.
	Oh, well, that could happen.
	That's why you've got to go now.

	Okay, let's talk about a potential eclipse.
	I hope the initial reports are wrong, but you're the man who knows.
	Are patriots going to get stiffed by the new Speaker when it comes to the renewal of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act authorization?
	Yeah, I think that Mike Johnson's going to ram through the House Intelligence Committee version, which is the administrative state's favorite version, the FBI's favorite version.
	All it does is codify things that the FBI did on paper years ago.
	They still don't follow it.
	And they're going to eschew the possibility of requiring warrants for when they go through Americans' phone records.
	And keep in mind, the FBI keeps saying, oh, this will create a national security disaster.
	There may be a moment Well, guess what?
	The Andy Biggs bill, the one that Jim Jordan and others have crafted, it actually allows for exigent circumstances.
	And by the way, the President Biden's civil liberties board, the board that oversees the FBI for the Biden White House, it said that bill actually would not jeopardize national security.
	But Mike Johnson, I don't think he's going to let that bill come up for a vote instead.
	He's going to put the FBI's preferred legislation on the floor.
	There will probably be one amendment vote, or maybe two, but that's about it.
	I just talked to Andy Biggs, the sponsor of the bill that most Americans prefer, and he says that he doesn't think they're going to get what they want from their Speaker.
	That story is becoming more and more recurring.
	Now, obvious question.
	Why?
	We see what happened to McCarthy when he didn't keep his promises.
	This is a big one.
	Why would he cave?
	What potential pressure is he under, John?
	Well, listen, I think it's the same challenge that Republicans have faced all the way back to the 1970s.
	Ronald Reagan wasn't afraid to double down on his views.
	He did it with a smile and graciousness and humor, but he stood his ground when it came to conservative principles.
	There were others in his party that wanted to go the other way, to capitulate and look more like Democrats and see if they can get through.
	I think Mike Johnson is falling prey to the capitulation crowd and not the crowd that actually put him in office.
	The American voters, they voted for these things.
	They voted for FISA reform.
	They voted for ending warrantless spying.
	They voted for cutting the budget.
	They voted for securing the border.
	Mike Johnson hasn't delivered any of those.
	And I think when you look around him, he's getting a lot of advice from people that are those who want to acquiesce and just avoid conflict.
	Sometimes the hardest things in life require conflict.
	It doesn't seem that Mike Johnson Well, what about a very public form of conflict?
	Are we going to have an impeachment of Secretary for Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas or is it going to be some kind of just rushed through quasi-impeachment?
	Well that is the question.
	There is going to be a trial that starts later this week.
	Will it be a full amount?
	Even the impeachment managers don't know yet.
	They're still trying to get the rules from the Senate.
	We'll find out in the next couple of days.
	I think Chuck Schumer would like to make this a drive-by trial.
	I think Republicans think even though they know they're not going to get the verdict they want, that using it as a forum to educate the American people about the personal responsibility that Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas deserve for all the crisis we now fill in our communities, that that is a meaningful exercise and required by the Constitution.
	We'll see who wins.
	I wouldn't be surprised if there's even some litigation involved before this is all done.
	Last question.

	And Tom invited me to a little private meeting with the president before the gala.
	It was me, Tom Homan, Kash Patel, and Vivek Ramaswamy.
	And had a great discussion.
	Jeff, I prepare these meetings with the president with things
	I want to talk about.
	What do you think happens when I get there and he arrives?
	Um, let me guess.
	Not sure.
	He talks about what he wants to talk about.
	Oh, exactly.
	Right?
	You can prepare things, write little notes and things.
	I need to tell him this and it's like, No, he's going to talk about what he wants to talk about.
	And it was a great discussion, but he was just about, and I mention this because of what happened earlier today, he was just about to record a video statement about his abortion policy, his pro-life, you know, dealing with this third rail that Republicans can't touch.
	And so we spent half an hour brainstorming with him about what he needs to say because I saw this in Katie's race.
	Did I tell you?
	Hey, John, did I tell you that my wife is now the chair of the Fairfax County GOP?
	Did I mention that?
	I am aware of that.
	Okay, I just wanted to make sure I didn't forget that in the first hour.
	My wife, who hates politics, is the chair of the Republican Party for the biggest county, 1.1 million people in Virginia.
	Just, yeah, I'm proud.
	Deal with it.
	So the fact is, I saw this in her campaign.
	That a lot of well-meaning conservatives kept asking the question, what about the abortion thing?
	Can we talk about it?
	Can we mention it?
	And again and again, I had to be a surrogate for her twice at two events.
	What was the common thing they kept saying?
	Don't, don't talk about it!
	Don't talk about abortion!
	And my attitude was, Why?
	The left is going to talk about it.
	You can't run from an issue that your enemy will raise.
	And it's very simple what you say, and what I said to the President made it into his video that he actually released this morning.
	And here's my advice.
	If you're running for office, forget about if you're running for office.
	If you get into a discussion with a relative, with a friend, with a neighbor, with a colleague, and the question of, oh, those mean, mean Republicans and their Attitude to choice.
	It's not choice for the baby in the womb, by the way.
	Here's my advice to all of you.
	Don't run from this issue.
	It's one of the most important issues there is.
	Why?
	I didn't come up with it.
	I've said it on this show at least 200 times.
	A society is measured in part, in large part, by how they treat the most vulnerable.
	How you treat the poor, the imprisoned, the elderly, and the unborn.
	It is a measure of the quality, the humanity of a society.
	We can't run from this issue of how the unborn are treated.
	So how do we talk about it?
	I told the President, it's very simple.
	Thanks to his Supreme Court nominees, the issue has been sent back to where it should be.
	There's a principle of politics called subsidiarity.
	Issues should be decided closest to where they impact the people involved.
	The Supreme Court, the federal government, shouldn't be involved in regulating abortions.
	That's insane!
	We are a republic of states.
	The states should decide.
	If you want to have lunatics in California that are creating abortion mills, if that's what Californians want, well, they'll pay the price.
	The babies will, and then they'll pay the price in front of their Lord and Creator.
	If you have other states that understand that that is a sacred life that needs to be protected, no matter how it was conceived, when those states will decide accordingly.
	Think about this.
	After 50 years, something I never thought as a Catholic I would see, Roe v. Wade was abolished.
	Thrown into the garbage heap for the crap law that it was.
	And I don't mean that pejoratively.
	I mean, you know, the penumbra argument that was used to justify it was garbage.
	Don't run from it.
	Embrace our victories.
	And then the flip of that, and President Trump did this in his speech today, The other side, the lunacy, when you've got governors like Ralph Northam saying, oh well, if the baby is born alive and you wanted to abort it, you can decide to kill it outside the womb.
	Talk about them!
	They're wicked, they're horrific, they're inhuman!
	Don't run from an issue that we can use to demonstrate how utterly wicked the other side is.
	And anyway, they won't let you run from it, because they're lunatics.
	So here's a little clip.

	But here's President Trump on the question of life released earlier today.
	The Republican Party should always be on the side of the miracle of life and the side of mothers, fathers.

	Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides, wanted and, in fact, demanded be ended.
	Roe v. Wade.
	They wanted it ended.
	It must be remembered that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the ninth month.
	The concept of having an abortion in the later months and even execution after birth, and that's exactly what it is.
	The baby is born, the baby is executed after birth.
	My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both, and whatever they decide must be the law of the land.
	In this case, the law of the state.
	Many states will be different.
	Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be.
	At the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people.
	You must follow your heart or, in many cases, your religion or your faith.
	Jeff, you're a really practical guy politically.
	What do you think of my take?
	And I just love the fact that there he actually said, it's an execution.
	What Ralph Northam was talking about was an execution.
	Is that language too tough?
	No, I think that's what needs to be talked about.
	Because you need to talk about the extremes of abortions and that's what the left is actually defending now all the time.
	And there's no way to run away from this issue in the next seven months because the left won't let us.
	Yeah, and the left, when they talk about it all the time, they basically say, oh, Republicans, not even for rape or incest, they take it to the other extreme.
	That's why it works with them.
	What else are they going to do?
	They've got seven months left.
	Is it going to be abortion, abortion, abortion?
	Or are they going to go back to Russia, Russia, collusion?
	What else?
	Because they've got nothing.
	They can't talk about the economy, the border, immigration.

	This is a media that, once upon a time, when somebody said something that was anti-Semitic, they jumped all over them.

	How did this happen?
	You have a very keen eye for the evolution of politics in America.
	The mainstream media, and I'm not going to use the antiseptic word, anti-Semitic, this is Jew hatred.
	And then we look at the Democrat Party and we see the likes of Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, the It's About the Benjamins, Israel Has Hypnotized the West.
	Was this a frog in water whose temperature was slowly being increased?
	How did this occur, Joel?
	Well, it's important to recognize the nature of what we're seeing.
	It's not, in most cases, the classic form of religious or racial hatred of Jews.
	What you're seeing here is a hatred of the state of Israel.
	And that stems from a different place, I think, than earlier forms of anti-Semitism.
	And that comes from hatred of America, comes from hatred of the West, comes from hatred of success.
	That's why over the weekend, There was that amazing video from Memory, the Middle East research organization, that had a video from a rally for Al-Quds Day, which is an international anti-Israel rally sponsored by the Iranian regime.
	They had one in Dearborn, Michigan.
	And the crowd was chanting, death to America and death to Israel.
	Hatred of Israel in this form comes from people who also want to bring down the United States.
	And to them, these are parts of the same system that they detest.
	They hate Christian ideas, they hate Judeo-Christian civilization, they hate the dignity of the individual, and Israel is the embodiment of so many of those values.
	This is a fascinating argument, but let's try and pass it, because it's not new.
	That there is a connection, right?
	Judeo-Christian civilization isn't a new phrase.
	We know that Christianity is based upon the monotheism of the Jewish people.
	But what made for this recent flip?
	That a people who suffered six million murdered, that there is no race you can say were more victimized in the 20th century, suddenly becomes the oppressor.
	What happened?
	Was it because Israel is so successful as a country in the Middle East?
	Is it envy?
	When did that flip occur, Joel, in your estimation?
	It really occurred in the 1970s, and it was the result of deliberate Soviet propaganda.
	Following the Yom Kippur War in 1973, which was very similar to the October 7th attack in that it was a surprise attack on a Jewish holiday, on the Sabbath, that very nearly caused a much bigger catastrophe inside Israel, The Soviet Union began trying to isolate Israel from the rest of the African and Asian developing countries.
	And the way they did that was by creating the idea that Zionism, which is simply the belief that Jews have a right to self-determination in their homeland, Zionism is racism.
	And the Soviets very skillfully wove classic antisemitism into this new form of anti-Western, anti-capitalist, anti-liberty argument that was then taken up by its satellites throughout the developing world, by the so-called non-aligned movement, and by the left-wing elites in the West, especially in academic circles.
	And the United Nations passed a resolution in 1975, a really disgraceful resolution declaring Zionism to be racism.
	Now, they rescinded that resolution in the 1990s, but at the time there was a very famous speech by Israel's president, who was the father, or excuse me, Israel's ambassador, who was the father of the current president of Israel, tearing up the UN resolution in the chamber, literally taking the paper and tearing it up.
	That's the origin.
	The origin is old Soviet communist ideology that took the elements of anti-Semitism that had been present in medieval inquisition, in the medieval inquisition in Nazi Germany, and it wove them together with this anti-capitalist, anti-Western critique.
	And that has festered in our universities long after the Soviet Union is now, you know, a distant memory in the dustbin of history.
	That's where this comes from.
	That's why you're seeing these left-wing groups The so-called progressives, the queers for Palestine.
	But it comes from that toxic brew of left-wing ideology, which is why I say again, the present spate of anti-Semitism is really rooted in anti-American coordinates.

	The president is supposed to be a servant leader, serving us.
	You hear about Trump saying he's going to be a dictator for a day, which is not going to be for a day if it happens.
	Could be for the rest of our lifetimes and our children's and more.
	A dictator for the rest of our lifetimes from a presidential historian.
	And then, Joel, we have our buddy, Shermichael Singleton, on CNN with just some empirical data.
	Cut ten.
	Trump isn't behind.
	He's ahead in every national poll.
	He's ahead in most battleground states.
	And if the election were held today despite 91 indictments, four federal trials, he's still ahead.
	That says a lot.
	And the fact is that President Biden is emerging support among African-Americans, among young voters, among other voters of color.
	They're not excited about him.
	And then when you throw in the slew of independent candidates, RFK, Cornel West, Jill Stein, it doesn't look great for the president in terms of his path of winning the election.
	Now, you live in the real world, Joel.
	Can you help me explain those two clips, the juxtaposition of them?
	So, one individual, who's a presidential historian allegedly, says Donald Trump will be a dictator for the next million years.
	But it seems, according to Shermichael, that the majority of Americans want him to be president again.
	Do they want a dictator?
	Americans don't want a dictator and Americans would not tolerate a dictator.
	Keep in mind also that Donald Trump is 77 years old, so the prospect of him being in office forever is rather slim.
	I think he wants to return to office both as a form of vindication for the way he left office and to continue his America First policies, which were astonishingly successful.
	Look at Israel, which we've been discussing this hour.
	No wars for four years, peace agreements across the Middle East, incredible growing ties between the United States and Israel, technology, economics, trade, cultural exchanges, incredible relations.
	Then Biden comes in, gives hundreds of millions of dollars to the Palestinians.
	They start a war in 2021.
	Then they start another war on October 7th, and Biden is unable to craft any kind of peace agreement,
	at least thus far.
	And Israelis have had enough, and many Jewish Americans, by the way, have had enough.
	There are many who are thinking of voting for Trump, even though culturally many are liberal
	and therefore tend to vote Democratic.
	And this historian, Beschloss, I mean, he's lost the plot for years.
	He is completely gone into conspiracy theory land.
	And the fact is, Americans want a president who is effective.
	Now, maybe to Democrats, that looks like being a dictator, but actually to most Americans,
	it means simply doing what you say you're going to do, building a wall and...
	Yeah, maybe getting over some congressional roadblocks this time, maybe driving it through Congress instead of waiting for rhinos to come together and put some piece of legislation together, but maybe being a little bit more assertive this time.
	That's not being a dictator, that's simply being a leader.
	So, you know, the fact is that Democrats are having trouble distinguishing between leadership and dictatorship, which is why the country is tired of them, because people have problems and concerns that need to be addressed right now, and the Democrats are not doing it.

	I know the heart you have for Israel.
	If President Trump is re-elected, God willing, will Israel be safe, Joel?
	Well, certainly safer than it is now.
	You know, I don't give a blank check to any politician, and I think that President Trump will once again have to show through his actions that he's willing to do what it takes.
	But from what he said about Israel thus far, I do believe he understands the situation.
	He has said that Israel should finish the job quickly, which is a view I agree with.
	I think Israel should go into Raqqa, take out Hamas.

	So, let's just talk about what happened to you on Friday.
	But first, what did you do three and a half years ago on January 6th?
	Did you assault a police officer?
	Did you steal something from Nancy Pelosi's office?
	How much of a danger to society are you, Ms.
	Lavrez?
	Well, as it says, I'm a praying grandmother.
	decided to drive 25 hours to Washington, D.C., fasting and praying for my country for what I believe were some very fraudulent things that weren't addressed regarding the 2020 election.
	And I love my country and I love God and family.
	And if I don't put faith or action to my faith, then I'm creating dead works.
	So I went there, prayed at the Capitol.
	There was a I went all by myself, stood with a lot of other jubilant,
	joyful patriots who love our country and actually at a platform that I didn't even know
	was there, I was able to pray on a microphone and declare our founding covenant,
	which our pilgrims who founded our country were the first ones on the land.
	They made a compact that said that the land that they stepped foot on would give glory
	to God and advance the Christian faith.
	I was able to pray that on a permitted area right beside where I was standing, went back,
	stood in front of the Capitol, watched what was going on around me, and all of a sudden
	the barriers went down and I just felt very strongly I have a deep relationship with God
	and since I've been a teenager and realized that my life is not my own.
	I'm here on an assignment on this earth for God to be His kingdom ambassador in the spiritual
	realm.
	I just felt God's presence leading me to...
	you I feel like I needed to go up those steps and into that Capitol to carry God's presence into that building, to stand for what I believed was my duty and right as a citizen of the United States, exercising my First Amendment rights, went into the Capitol through an open door, didn't see anybody try to stop me, brushed past
	Police officer that never said anything to tell me to stop and just walked peacefully around in the Capitol building for about 10 minutes, then walked out.
	I didn't shout, jump, any of that.
	So you prayed outside Congress, you peacefully walked into Congress, doors were open, barriers were down, you prayed inside Congress, you walked around for 10 minutes, you came out of Congress, and then what happened to you this Friday?
	Well, actually, I was in the Capitol.
	I didn't see Congress at all because I was only in there 10 minutes.
	And about the time I was when I was in there, someone turned around that was in front of me and said, we're leaving the Capitol because the congressmen have left the building building.
	So there's no point in us making our presence known.
	So then I left.
	And then what had followed got home was felt like I had done the right thing and standing up for my country and do my civic duty.
	And that felt like I never did anything wrong until four months later, April 19th, which actually is Patriots Day.
	Not too many people are aware of that day.
	It was also my son's birthday, my oldest son, and I got a knock on my door, and I went to the door, and I'm out in the country, and I don't get very many knocks on the door, and two people, a man and a woman, were at my door, and they said, we're with the FBI, and we're here to investigate your involvement in the January 6th event, and first thing that came out of my mouth was, I'm sorry, I'm busy, I have a mess in my house, could you come back a different time?
	So they gave me the card, and not unlike a lot of other things that have happened to other people, but I was able to make a different appointment a couple weeks later, where they did come out and investigate me for my... Alright, but we have to cut to the chase, because we've only got 90 seconds left.
	What happened to you on Friday, Miss Labrenz?
	Oh, okay.

	Okay, so on Friday, or actually Thursday of last week, after four, after six day trial and three days of deliberation, I was found guilty by a DC juror on the four counts of entering remaining in a restricted building disorderly and disruptive conduct and picketing and parading in a Capitol building.
	And what are you facing as a result, potentially on sentencing?
	Up to Three years in prison and over $230,000 in fines.
	I want everybody to be clear here.
	Rebecca Laverins, 72-year-old grandmother, small business owner, is facing multiple years in prison because she peaceably walked into Congress and prayed on January the 6th.

	Through that process, I ended up getting off track, getting into drugs and alcohol.
	The devil took me down the wrong path for a few years.
	And back when President Trump was running for office the first time, God turned my life around, set me free from crack addiction, and set me on the path to expose the lies and show what's actually happening in the world and be a warrior for his kingdom.
	And so that's what I've been doing ever since.
	I'm a dad, I have a 13-year-old, a 6-year-old, and a 3-month-old as of
	today.
	And I fight for them.
	I see the direction our country's heading.
	And I said, if I don't do it, then if the dads of this country don't do it, if the men
	of this country don't do it, we're going to lose this country.
	In fact, I got these stitches in Berkeley in 2017 for having the audacity to wear a
	Make America Great Again hat.
	And that was kind of the turning point for me.
	I said, OK, if they're going to do this to me for simply exercising my First Amendment right, what are they going to do to my kids when my kids grow up?
	And that was like the catalyst that really led me.
	So I've done radio shows.
	I was on Salem Radio for a year.
	And then I got heavily involved with the border because I was growing up in California.
	I met several angel moms about eight years ago and heard their stories and I couldn't believe what was happening.
	And so that just kind of led me to be asked the question, how is this happening?
	Why is it happening?
	Who's behind it?
	And how do we stop it?
	And that's where Frontline America started.
	And the rest is really history.
	I got involved with Real America's Voice News.
	And now we have the show Law & Border.
	And we're in our third season, actually just ended our third season of the show Law & Border.
	Ultimately, it comes down to, at one point in my life, I felt like I was either going to end up in prison or dead, and God turned my life around, and I figure every day is a blessing from Him, and so what do I have to be afraid of?
	Well, I love that.
	If you're comfortable later in the hour, we'll talk about how you wrestled with the devil and how the Lord helped you defeat him.
	But walk us through, I'm so curious, what was it after your experience in various other sectors, what you saw with your parents' work?
	Why the border and why journalism?
	Was there somebody that impressed you?
	Was there a mentor, a catalyst?
	What happened?
	Because there's lots of things.
	If you love America, you could deal with, like what I did, the jihadis or whatever.
	Why this issue and why photojournalism?
	It's interesting.
	It's funny.
	When I first started doing this, I just took my phone out.
	It was around the same time that Facebook Live had started.
	And I just went and explored what I was interested in.
	It started off actually going after communists in Sacramento, San Francisco, and L.A., going after the communists on our university.
	I got two degrees from Fresno State.
	And in that process, I realized that I was paying my way through college.
	I still have student loan debt that I'm paying off, and I'm happy to pay it off because I chose to get it.
	But I had illegal aliens in my classes that were getting full-ride scholarships.
	And first, I thought, well, that's not fair.
	How do you have illegal aliens in the college campuses that are getting full-ride scholarships?
	But what really set me on this course was I met angel mom Agnes Giboney down in Southern California.
	Her son, Ronald DeSilva, was killed by an illegal alien.
	She's a legal immigrant.
	And she told me her story.
	And I thought, there's no way.
	There's no way our government would be allowing illegal aliens to come into our country,
	and then on top of that, murder American citizens, and then inviting more in.
	And so that was really the pivotal kind of turning point to where I honed in on illegal immigration.
	And I also realized at that point, but again, this was back in 2015, 2016,
	I realized that out of all the issues, God, family, country, and I still focus on God,
	really the destruction of America started when we removed God from our society.
	We took prayer out of schools.
	That's why we see all the evil that we see going on in our country today.
	But I realize the most important issue right now that we have as a nation is border sovereignty.
	If we don't have borders in a nation, we no longer have a nation.
	I would say that's right up there with election integrity as well.
	And that was what kind of took me down that road.
	And I also realized nobody was really talking about it.
	The ones that were talking about it, in particular in California, they were lying about it.
	They were making it sound like all the people that were coming over were here for good things.
	They weren't here to do harm.
	And I grew up in a place where I realized that that was just not the case.
	And I realized that the media were actually part of the The enemy within, if you will, they weren't just hiding it, they were lying about it.
	And so I said, well, if they're not going to tell the truth, I'm going to tell it.
	And so it was right about the same time that Facebook Live started.
	I just took my phone out and I started filming things that I thought were interesting.
	And somehow that turned into an audience.
	People resonated with that.
	And I really believe one of God's competitive advantages He's given me is just authenticity.
	And I felt like if I could tell the story authentically and expose what's really happening, People will either like it or not like it, and they liked it.
	And then as I got further and further into it, you realize, oh, this is much deeper than you thought.
	And actually what's interesting is I started on the foundation of God, and then everything building off that got to the border.
	And then I've come full circle and realized all of this is tied back to the removal of God.
	The same people, the WHO, The communist organizations around the world, the United Nations, all of these fake charities like Catholic Charities, Lutheran Social Services, Jewish Family Services, all of these organizations that are pretending to represent God, pretending to represent good, are actually the forces behind the invasion we see on our border, the invasion you see in Europe, and it's all tied together.
	So it's one of those things, if you'd asked me 10 years ago, Where I'd be right now, I wouldn't say I'd be on Sebastian Gorka's show talking about what's going on, but God's plan is always perfect.

	And we're being told that we're opening the borders for the dispossessed of our hemisphere, for the Mexicans, for the people from Latin America, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka.

	This is the Democrats' illegal alien industry.
	It's really the, you know, we talk about the The military industrial complex, this is the illegal alien industrial complex that we see going on.
	This is in the middle of one of the most remote jungles in the world, the Darien Gap.
	This was from our fourth trip just a couple weeks ago.
	We were down there, we were going reverse.
	First journalist to actually do this, I was there with my co-partner, partner Oscar El Blue and we were going in reverse and what
	you see all day long thousands of people coming through mostly from Venezuela
	but you have South America now you have many fleeing Brazil because of Lula
	taking over and the concerns about that turning into a socialist country many
	coming from Colombia for the same reason South America
	But what you also have, and what's interesting about this footage, is I was dead asleep.
	We were sleeping in our hammocks.
	I mean, it's incredibly difficult journeys.
	It's all walking.
	It's all hammocks.
	The hardest things I've ever done doing these four trips.
	We were actually in a shootout on the second trip we did there with the Gulf cartel.
	Thankfully, we were escorted by CENAFRONT, which is the Panamanian Special Forces of the border.
	Let's just repeat that.
	And they killed one of those guys and captured two others.
	But this was in the middle of the night.
	And so as you have all of these thousands of illegals coming through, the fake asylum
	seekers that have been trained by the United Nations and Catholic charities and all these
	leftist NGOs, you also have...
	So let's just repeat that.
	You're trying to get some sleep in this, you know, this this isthmus of Panama that connects
	Central America to the rest of the continent.
	And then you just wake up and there's hundreds of people from Pakistan, Nepal just being smuggled through the Daringap.
	So these guys, and it's analogous to what we see on our southern border.
	Every day we have these illegal aliens coming across that have been trained by the United Nations and all these leftist groups to claim fake asylum, to claim their refugees.
	And what that does is pull all the Border Patrol resources away so that then the cartel can then move the drug trafficking and the high-value targets that don't want to get caught.
	Same thing's happening here in the jungle.
	They've got the families that are coming through that take all of Panama's resources to help guide and keep alive.
	You have hundreds of people dying here in the jungle.
	We saw several dead bodies on each one of these trips.
	And then you have these other guys that are being smuggled through, some of them terrorists potentially, some of them that just have bad intentions for America, some of them that just want the free rides.
	And we woke up in the middle of the night and just happened to catch this.
	Actually, Oscar heard him.
	Centerfront heard him.
	They went down, guns drawn.
	They came back, grabbed me.
	I went running across the river to catch these guys.
	And that's what we see.
	And so, this is happening every single day.
	And the reason we go to Panama is it's really the bellwether of what's coming to the United States.
	As Joe Biden and the Democrats are pretending that they care, are pretending that, trying to say things are slowing down, all you have to do is actually go to these places and you can actually see it's not.
	In fact, it's the exact opposite.
	On this trip, we also found out, we've been hearing about these welcome centers that the State Department, through Secretary Blinken, has just created over the last several months.
	We already knew Secretary Marcos was involved with this invasion, but to realize the depth of the sophistication and the organization behind this,
	the logistics behind this.
	This is a travel agency where the United States, we're working through the State Department
	and the Department of Homeland Security is not just enabling, but in some cases,
	it appears to be working directly with the drug cartels, with foreign international groups,
	with groups like the CCP and the United Nations as the go-between, as the intermediary
	to basically facilitate what we're seeing coming right now.

	Why is this happening, Ben?
	Is it just for votes, or is it worse than that?
	It's much worse than that.
	For a long time, illegal immigration was one of those things that everyone turned a blind eye to.
	The Chamber of Commerce on the Republican side liked it because it was cheap labor, and they still do.
	The Democrat side, it was easy votes and people they could control.
	Now we have a situation where this is the intentional destruction of America.
	You ask why?
	And, you know, this is not hyperbole when I say this.
	We have people in our own government that want to destroy this government, that want to destroy this country and remake it in their communist, socialist, utopian vision.
	And ultimately, they want to destroy the very thing that is the beacon of light to millions around the world.
	That's the ultimate answer.
	They want to destroy this country and we have people in power now.
	You know, you could say Joe Biden, but it's really the string pullers of Joe Biden.
	It's the people in the organizations behind him.
	It's the Klaus Schwab's and the George Soros's and the ilk that are really the funders of this that have been driving this for decades and now are at a place where they used to hide it.
	Now they do it in plain sight because they think they've hit critical mass and we can't stop them.
	And to the point of the quality of this, from a party that says they're there for women, they're there for minorities, this is pure evil.
	I mean, forget about the effect on America and the 100,000 fentanyl deaths every year and the legal immigrants who have their jobs stolen by people getting paid in cash who came here yesterday.
	I mean, really screwing legal immigrants.
	When I went to the border, within 10 minutes I saw the evidence everywhere of abortion pills, of, you know, the rape of young women.
	This, this is a level of evil, a scale of evil I don't think we've seen in America before.
	Yeah, to me, it's even more sinister than the evil that you see from the cartels.
	You know, cartels are evil dudes.
	They'll dismember their enemies in front of them while they're still alive.
	But to think about these organizations, I'll give you one example.
	You brought up the rapes.
	We were in the Coakley on our first trip, and we saw the United Nations set up a van out there, and we realized, Uh, that they were handing out these packages.
	I actually have one of them with me.
	Uh, we call them rape kit.
	And what they were was, it was a bag full of condoms, birth control, and morning after pills that they were handing to the women and children before they went across the Darien Gap.
	They weren't saying, don't go.
	They weren't saying, stop.
	They weren't even acknowledging that they were doing this.
	And since we've broadcast this, uh, they've been very quiet about it.
	They were saying, here you go, you're going to be raped.
	But when you are, here's a, here's a whistle and here's some birth control and morning after pill.
	So that you can, you know, you can kill the baby.
	They are, to me, these organizations, the United Nations, Catholic Charities, the nine primary NGOs, and the hundreds of subsidiary NGOs behind this, and the politicians like Veronica Escobar and our own government, are really, that is the worst kind of evil.
	It's the evil that pretends to be good.
	It's really what Satan is.
	He came as an angel of light, but he's really darkness, pure darkness.
	That's what we're battling.
	And as a Catholic, I'll never forget when I was talking to you at the border and you're pointing to this facility behind you that's literally just a conveyor belt funded by the federal government under the Catholic Charities banner to bring illegals in.
	These people aren't just well-meaning fools.
	They know what they're doing, don't they, Ben?
	Yeah, no, this is not failed policy.
	You hear it all the time.
	You mentioned Steve Bannon, you, Sebastian, you guys tell the truth.
	This is not failed policy.
	This is the policy of Joe Biden and the left.
	And just to clarify, you know, this isn't about women and children protecting them.

	When you think about, this is what I want to be as a young man, who was it?
	Was it your dad?

	And so, you know, that's the other foundation, but also guys like you, guys like President Trump, guys like Steve Bannon, you mentioned, it's, you know, it's the people that are willing to stand up.
	It's the generation of men that are willing to be men and unashamedly.
	And that's, you know, to me, those are the guys I look, I'm just honored to be on your show.
	I remember I met Steve in Sacramento years ago, and I thought, oh man, I'm just glad to shake his hand and to now be able to Be on the show and have an impact.

	In everything you've done to unearth the truth, what's the most frightening moment you've had recently, Ben?
	I'd say the scariest was I was on the border just a couple months ago and I saw a backpack on the other side of the wall where the border patrol had cut the wall, opened it up.
	I realized it was a cartel backpack.
	I backed up.
	I got out of the vehicle.
	I was by myself.
	This was down by just south of Tucson, Arizona and down by Sassabee.
	And I saw seven camouflage cartel members that were all on the Mexico side.
	They had clearly been on the U.S.
	side.
	And I was alone, and so everywhere I go, I try to be armed whenever I can.
	And I was armed at that point, but what was interesting, the thing that scared them away, besides God and the angel armies that go with me, was the camera.
	I started filming them, and I started talking to them and telling them, you know, you can't come through here.
	And the cartel coyote actually said in Spanish to the rest of the guys, hey, he's got a camera, let's go, let's go.
	They started throwing rocks at me, and then they made their way back up the hill.
	But that was, you know, I've had several, you know, we had bullets flying over our head in Panama, and that was a little scary.
	But, you know, each one of these, you know, courage isn't the absence of fear, it's the willingness to walk into it.
	We're almost out of time.
	You mentioned it at the beginning, I got to ask you, who's really driving this Ben?
	There is a cabal of American-hating, West-hating organizations and individuals around the world.
	I would say the tip of that spear is the WHO working with the United Nations and the American-hating, West-hating left around the world.
	People like Klaus Schwab, George Soros, and the politicians that are behind them.
	And they are utilizing organizations like Catholic Charities and all these NGOs To drive it.
	And sadly, it's our own media.
	It's the propagandist media.
	It's our own education system in America that's pushing the communist ideas.
	It's all of it.
	It's the foundation of the nation.
	And that's why it's so critical that our side rallies behind MAGA, rallies behind the movement to restore this nation, behind President Trump.
	And we start fighting together on all of the pillars of society from education, media, So you flipped the priority from W.H.O.
	all of that, a government, we have to fight the same battle that these guys are fighting.
	So you flip the priority from WHO is the first now?
	Yeah, I would say again, you look at what happened under COVID and there's no organization
	that took more power away.
	away from the people and the voice of the people than the WHO.
	And but I would say I would say they're analogous.
	They're equivalent to the WHO, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations,
	all working in conjunction.
	All right, Ben, you travel the nation, you travel to these areas
	to see what's being done to America.
	If we get this story out enough, if people see what you have filmed, will average Americans wake up to what's happening in America?
	What's your expectation?
	I believe they already are waking up.
	And all you have to do is look at the recent footage we did in Chicago with the black inner city waking up.
	They're already seeing this.
