and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
on.
Thank you.
Thank you, Dr. G, and welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
I host the Morning Answer on AM 870, AM 590, the answer alongside Grant Stinchfield each and every weekday in Los Angeles.
Yes, in the People's Republic of California, we are fighting the good fight and love sitting in for Dr. G. He's traveling, but he will be back later in the week.
In the meantime, lots going on.
We've got two presidential visits coming up to the southern border on
Thursday. You've got Chairman Joe, as I like to call him, showing up. You've got President
Trump also making an appearance in Texas on Thursday. We have a government shutdown that is
looming. But maybe, most importantly, we're off to the races in Michigan. The
Michigan primary is being held today.
And typically, in the past primaries so far in the early voting states, the story has been on.
All about the Republicans, right?
Is Ron DeSantis going to drop out?
He did.
Is Nikki Haley going to drop out?
She still hasn't.
We're still asking that question.
But typically, the drama is surrounding the Republican primary, seeing how well Trump is going to do, how big he is going to win in these early voting states.
But today's story, well, it's actually about the Democrats.
So Michigan has a large Arab Muslim population.
And Representative Rashida Tlaib from the state of Michigan, who is also one of the members of the squad, has asked Democrat voters in the state to show up and vote uncommitted on their Democrat ballots.
Now, Michigan has an open primary, so when you show up to vote, you can ask for a Democrat or a Republican ballot and vote accordingly.
On the Democrat side, You can vote for Joe Biden.
You can vote for Marianne Williamson, although she's out of the race.
I know that's a shocker.
And you can vote uncommitted.
You can vote for Dean Phillips, if you like.
If you vote uncommitted, it's possible that if enough people do that, Joe Biden doesn't win his own primary where he is the incumbent.
Rashida Tlaib says she wants to make a statement because Joe Biden has been a little too favorable to Israel, in her estimation, and that he hasn't been strong enough in the war going on between Israel and in Gaza.
Take a listen.
This is Rashida Tlaib, member of the squad who cast her vote in the Michigan primary earlier today, cut 12.
Everyone, it's Rashida.
I was proud today to walk in and pull a Democratic ballot and vote uncommitted.
We must protect our democracy.
We must make sure that our government is about us, about the people.
When 74% of Democrats in Michigan supported ceasefire, yet President Biden is not hearing us.
This is the way we can use our democracy to say, listen, listen to Michigan.
Listen to the families right now that have been directly impacted, but also listen to the majority of Americans who are saying enough, no more wars.
OK, people in America are not hungry for more wars.
That is true.
But people in America largely are supportive of Israel's right to defend themselves against a group of people, individuals, terrorists who came into their country and were committing genocide.
I mean, this is this is not where the heart of America lies.
But Rashida Tlaib is making this an issue.
And what's interesting here is that this actually could mean something to Democrats.
It's possible today.
That Joe Biden doesn't pull it off.
Now, I actually believe he will.
I don't think enough Michigan voters will do this, but you've got some really prominent Democrats from the state who are blowing the whistle and who are saying that this could be a real issue.
You have Debbie Dingell, who's coming out, saying that there are a large number of people, she feels, who may vote uncommitted.
You have Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who would love to be president someday.
She's speaking out, too.
She thinks it's going to be a sizable number of people voting uncommitted.
Cut seven.
I think there will be a sizable number of votes for uncommitted.
I think that it is every person's right to make their statement about what's important to them.
And we know that the Arab community, the Palestinian community, the Muslim community, those are not all one and the same.
There's a lot of pain.
There's a lot of pain in our Jewish community, too.
833-33-GORKA.
Could it be a tough day for Joe Biden in a state of Michigan where he's really running kind of unopposed at this point?
I mean, Dean Phillips has not been a threat to Joe Biden, but are those uncommitted voters going to create a storyline for him that is embarrassing?
Is it going to create something that he's going to have to answer to in his policy in Israel?
We already see him lightening his stance on Israel, saying things about Bibi Netanyahu, backing off.
A little bit, at least in his support of Israel, which he came out pretty heavy handed at the beginning of all of this.
Now, looking at some of the numbers in Michigan, and I always think this is fun to do when a state turns out to vote.
For Republicans—and by the way, there is an ask for Republicans, since this is an open primary, to get involved and vote uncommitted to embarrass Joe Biden.
I hope people don't do that.
I hope Republican voters, if you're hearing us today in Michigan, go out and proudly cast your vote for President Trump.
We don't need to make a statement in the Democrat primary.
I think this back-and-forth intervening in Republican or Democrat primaries, depending on where you stand, is just Pretty darn ridiculous.
Go out there and vote.
Vote proudly for President Trump.
Let's show up in big numbers for him and for all those down-ballot races.
And by the way, he is set up to win in pretty big numbers, at least when it comes to Nikki Haley and that matchup.
It seems that Trump right now, the RealClearPolitics average has him up 76%.
To 24 over Nikki Haley.
I think that's fair to say.
It's a blowout.
I know the anchors on MSNBC and CNN and maybe even Nikki Haley herself will say, well, 24 percent of the people in Michigan voted for me.
That's not a mandate for President Trump.
But I'd say up by 52 points should mean something.
Like, maybe the primary—we're wrapping things up, and President Trump is our presumptive nominee.
So that's the latest polling on the Republican side, Trump leading bigly, as he would say, over Nikki Haley.
Now, in a head-to-head matchup, Michigan's one of those states that is always fun to keep an eye on as we move towards the general election, and we presume that the candidates, at least for now, will be Joe Biden and President Trump.
As we move forward in Michigan, if you look at the RealClearPolitics polling right now, the election we're held today, the general, in a head-to-head matchup, President Trump is beating Joe Biden 47 to 42.
He's up 5.1 percentage points in the RealClearPolitics average.
That's huge.
Now, Michigan is one of those states that has been favorable to President Trump in the past, but this is one that Biden obviously would look to to secure his victory in the fall of 2024.
And we're seeing some real progress there, which is huge alongside the report today that President Trump is expanding his lead nationally over Joe Biden in new polling Rasmussen.
Has a head-to-head matchup between Trump and Joe Biden, and Trump is now ahead by six points, 47 to 41 on the national average.
So these are really strong indications for the Trump campaign, even with all of the stuff the Democrats are trying to throw at him.
He's still rolling along and he's still gaining more and more support despite the fact that they want him to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties and fees and lawsuits and they want to put him away for 400 years in prison or maybe worse.
They still come after him and he still keeps coming back and the support continues to coalesce behind him much to the chagrin I will continue to say our goal is to be competitive.
It's always been to be competitive.
And if you're getting 40% in all the early states, that's making a point.
That's making a point that, look, we are telling you, for all the Republican Party, we are in a ship with a hole in it.
You can either ignore the hole and go down with the ship or you can acknowledge that we've got to look for a life raft.
I am telling you there will be a female president of the United States.
It will either be me or it will be Kamala Harris.
Look, I'd love to see a female president of the United States, but I sure as heck don't think it's going to be Nikki Haley.
Could she be sticking it out because she is operating this vendetta now against President Trump?
833-33-GORKA.
We will take your calls.

I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. I am Jennifer Horne.
This is America First.
Happy to be filling in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
He's traveling today, but how lucky am I?
I was saying off the air that it sort of feels like dad's away and now we're having a house party because I'm going to welcome in to his program his lovely wife, The fantastic Katie Gorka is here.
She's got a brand new book coming out.
It's called Next Gen Marxism.
She'll tell us about when that's going to be available, but you should check her out, katiegorka.org.
And Katie, we are going to be cruising to Alaska together June 29th for the Patriots Alaska Cruise.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Opportunity if you have not cruised before.
Alaska is absolutely an amazing cruise.
Probably the best one you'll ever be on.
I know, I've been there twice.
The wildlife, the sea life, the incredible history of Alaska.
It is absolutely majestic and this is the best time of year to go.
The days are long, the weather is the best it will be all year, and we get to go with a boat full of patriots.
I mean, Mike Gallagher, Sebastian Gorka, Yours truly, Jennifer Horne, Katie Gorka, Chris de Gaulle from our Salem affiliate in Philadelphia.
Katie, this is going to be not only inspiring politically and intellectually, but you're going to be able to have an incredible time in Alaska.
And I just have to say, it's going to be luxurious.
I've had people ask me, what is the cruise line?
And it's Holland America, which is really a beautiful cruise line.
I've looked at the videos of the boat.
I wanted to check out the gym and I was really impressed.
And I actually read great reviews.
I read a really great review of the boat.
So I just think it's going to be so fun and so exciting.
Absolutely, and we want you to come with us.
You've got to get your deposit in.
You can go online.
You can see what the cabins look like.
And to Katie's point, Holland America is a luxury five-star cruise line.
They have all the best amenities.
So go to patriotsalaskacruise.com right now.
Patriotsalaskacruise.com.
I always talk lovingly about scenic cruising.
Just to To sit and feel that cold, crisp air and to see all the beautiful marine life and then watch these glaciers and listen to them as they crack and make this incredible sound.
I mean, it is just absolutely stunning.
Patriotsalaskacruise.com.
Special group events for us each and every day, by the way, which makes this a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Patriotsalaskacruise.com.
Now, Katie, we have a big announcement, the two of us.
You and I have developed quite the friendship, and I have so much respect for what you're doing.
And I talk about this all the time on my radio program in L.A., the fact that you are getting off the couch and you have gotten yourself involved into politics, you are running for office, you are overseeing elections.
Truly, I have so much respect for you.
And we have come together, and I'm going to let you do the honors.
We've got a big announcement to make today.
Oh yeah, we haven't told anybody yet.
This is the first time we're saying it.
So now, since you said some things about me, I just want to say about you, I think you are the greatest female broadcaster out there in America today.
And I just want to say, and I, you know, Normally I don't make the distinction between male and female because we're all human but I am going to say it in this case because I think there are so few female broadcasters and I think it's worth pointing that out and I will also say I think there are so few female podcasters.
So we came up with a beautiful idea which is to do a podcast together and we've taken some time to put it together but I am so excited because we're going to launch in mid-March And it is called Happy Women because that's what we are.
We are happy women.
Instead of miserable, sad, yucky women.
We are happy women.
Yes, exactly.
I think the goal of the podcast for me is to tell inspiring stories, right?
To tell people stories about how they're getting involved, how they're getting engaged with politics, but also to help you through what the muck of pop culture right now.
I think it is really hard for people to find movies that are inspiring or books that are fun.
And I think a piece of this is to kind of talk about that as well, because as you know, when we influence culture, we influence the world.
Okay, and I also want to say that I think we're going to also talk about things like clothes and making dinner because we all have to make dinner and we're all seeking inspiration.
So it's all those things that make our lives so rich as women.
But yeah, I want to say, you and I especially, we love to highlight the stories of women who are really making a difference in their communities.
And I think it's so helpful to hear those stories because it's inspiring,
but it also helps us understand what works and what doesn't and how we're gonna save this great country of ours.
And by the way, men can be inspiring too.
They inspire us every day.
So we're not excluding men, by the way, in this conversation.
They will be definitely part of it.
So when we set out for this podcast, and this is getting launched through our partnership with Salem here in the next month or so, and more details to come on this program and, of course, on all of our platforms.
But Katie, what do you hope?
When people listen, do you want them to laugh, to cry, to run away screaming?
What do you want?
I, more than anything, I want them to be touched.
I feel that so much of what I hear on the radio, of course not on this show, not on your show, but most of the time, what I see on TV, it has nothing to do with my life, right?
I want to be able to talk to people about the things that matter to us and therefore matter to them.
I want them to be moved And I think more than anything, I also want them to be encouraged that this fight is not lost.
Our country is not lost.
It may look like we're devolving into chaos, but the fight that we're seeing is so impressive and so exciting, and I want to inspire more people to get engaged.
Me too.
Plus, I want people to not feel alone.
You know, I think particularly for women, conservative women, I know, look, I live in California.
I live in Los Angeles, not even a conservative pocket of California.
I've heard it all.
And I've seen it all.
And sometimes it feels a little isolating.
And I always tell the radio audience that I am blessed to have every day on the morning answer that They become our families.
And I think through this podcast, what I hope to do is to help people feel like they're not alone, that they have a friend in the fight.
Because sometimes being conservative, sometimes you just, even just without politics, sometimes people just feel isolated.
And I hope that we can be that friend, that connection, that really, you know, the piece of uplifting, the uplifting part of someone's day.
How about that?
I love that.
And I think it's especially important now because I think for many of us who are Republicans or who are conservatives, I know in places like Fairfax County where I live, in California where you live, and we are greatly outnumbered by Democrats, I think a lot of us, a lot of people tend to kind of hide their conservative identity because they're afraid they're going to get in trouble with their neighbors.
And I just think the time for that is over.
It's time to wear it proudly.
And be loud and speak out and not be afraid.
We need to do that in all walks of life, whether that's electing people.
And many of us are going to be voting in the next couple of weeks or months.
Some of us are voting today in the state of Michigan.
I think we need to ask for that from our leaders.
And I think we need to do that in our own lives, not being afraid to tell our stories, to tell people who we are, to speak our hearts and to speak our minds and our truths.
And that's what I'm really hopeful for with our podcast.
It's called Happy Women.
And it's going to be just it's a fun new voyage to be on with you, Katie.
I love it.
I'm excited.
Okay, so will you hang on the line because I also want to talk about your brand new book, which is coming out too.
You've got this new book, Next Gen Marxism, what it is, how to combat it.
I know it's not officially out on the market yet, but I thought we could talk a little bit about that because you are now Heading to the bookshelves.
So let's see how you got there.
Let's go through that.
Katie Gorka is with us.

Thank you, Dr. G. Follow him right now at SebGorka on all the platforms, SebGorka.com, always where the show continues 24 hours a day.
I'm Jennifer Horn, filling in for Dr. G on America First, and happy to be joined by my friend, and of course, Seb's wife, Katie Gorka, who's got a brand new book out called Next Gen Marxism.
What it is and how to combat it.
It's available now for pre-order on Amazon.
I'm going to pre-order mine and I hope you'll sign it next time we are together, Katie.
I'm so proud of you for this book.
Why did you decide to write it?
What was that catalyst for you to jump into this one?
Right.
Well, actually, I have to give my co-author Mike Gonzalez from the Heritage Foundation the credit for it, because we were having a conversation one day.
He's written some great books about Black Lives Matter, about all the identity politics going on in our country.
And he said to me one day, he was really good at describing the problem, but he wasn't good at coming up with a strategy to combat it.
And I said to him, look, I've been married to Mr. Strategist for however many years, 25 years at that point, I guess.
And I said, I can do the strategy part.
You know, I've been writing about this stuff for a long, long time.
So we decided to collaborate, which was Crazy fun.
It worked really well.
We kind of tackled different things and we both just both thought it was super important to do two things.
One, to understand How have we gotten to this point, which I know baffles so many people, but you really can understand it if you break it down and kind of look at the progression.
But the other thing was, and I think even more importantly for both of us was, what do you do about it?
How do you fight them?
How do we win our country back?
And so that's where a big part of the focus is.
You know, I think that's the important piece to all of this is that it's very, not always easy to clearly define a problem.
That obviously takes talent, but how do we fix the problem?
Especially when we see that America, it does feel like it's in decline.
The country that we love, it doesn't feel like it did when we were even growing up or maybe even just five or 10 years ago.
It feels like we're getting progressively worse.
So what do we do?
So can you talk through a couple of the solutions without giving away any spoilers?
Sure.
Well, so I will say this, you know, one of the things we learned is that what the left figured out is you have to organize, right?
They figured out Marxism won't come about spontaneously.
Workers don't want it because they know they do better under capitalism.
So the only way that you're going to bring out Marxism or socialism is to organize.
That's number one.
The second is to elevate their sense of grievance, elevate their sense of victimhood.
So what does that mean for us?
I think it means, first of all, we have to be justice organized.
And this is a real challenge.
You know, we talk about this a lot.
Part of the problem is conservatives, who happen to be largely Republicans, we all think that the primary purpose of our life is to get down to the business of, you know, taking care of our families, running our businesses, living our lives as responsible citizens.
It's not good enough anymore.
We've got to do more to work together and mobilize and organize.
And especially we've got to be able to reach Republicans who aren't voting.
So I would say that's the most important thing is the organizational piece.
Absolutely, and you know what, I can tell you, once again, just going back to my experience living in California, it seems that Republicans are always playing catch-up.
Like, we're constantly trying to figure out how we got outplayed and how we got here, and now maybe Donald Trump woke us up, maybe we were waking up before that, but we realize what's going on.
We know we're in this fight now, and so the first thing that I tell people when they say, how do we save a state like California that feels so far gone, is that we have to start playing by the Democrats' rules.
For instance, ballot harvesting.
We have to organize ourselves.
We have to collect ballots.
I had a conversation on my program this morning with Scott Pressler, who's trying to register the Amish in Pennsylvania because he's going places that are different, where Democrats won't go, and he's organizing people to come with him.
And I think that's how we really start to make a change.
We start playing by their rules, even though it doesn't always feel the best to us as Republicans.
I love hearing that that's what Scott's doing.
I mean, he's just amazing.
Yeah, and I think that's a big part of it.
You know, I did about four months worth of doorknocking this past summer leading up to our big local elections in Virginia, and it was so eye-opening.
We have a very, very large community of recent legal immigrants here in Fairfax County, And I think traditionally they have voted Democrat.
But I tell you what, what I found in talking to them is that they are horrified by what's happening in the schools.
They came to this country so that their kids would have an opportunity, that they would be able to have a great education.
And that's not happening.
And people are upset.
But if we don't connect with them and make them feel welcome in the Republican Party, I'm afraid they'll just sit out the elections.
Yeah, I am afraid that you are right, and that's why it's so important to get engaged.
Katie Gorka, a shining example of that.
The book is available for pre-order right now, Next Gen Marxism, what it is, how to combat it.
Get it right now at Amazon, wherever you get your books, and follow her, katiegorka.org.
Katie, thanks so much.
Can't wait for Happy Women, our podcast coming soon.

This is America First.
You You
You I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horn from The Morning Answer in Los Angeles, filling in for Dr. G today.
And let me remind you that Dr. Gorka is underway with his campaign to support Alliance Defending Freedom once again.
Here's a disturbing fact.
Activist government officials right now are threatening our most cherished freedoms, but for over 30 years Alliance Defending Freedom has been fighting for you and for me all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.
There's a Stand with ADF banner at SebGorka.com where you can help all of us support this important organization with a donation.
Your gift, whatever you can contribute today, will make a critical difference as we hear from ADF Vice President Matt Sharp.
Every dollar that you give enables us to take on another case.
It could be a kid wanting to share their faith at school or a nurse that doesn't want to be forced to participate in abortion.
Those victories trickle across the country.
And so when they donate, even how small, and they may say, how is this going to impact me?
Well, ultimately, you're not only securing freedom for the person that we're representing, you're securing it for yourself, for your children and grandchildren that come after you, and ultimately moving our country towards one that protects every American's freedom to speak and live consistent with their beliefs and values.
Guys, help out today.
Your gift of $100 or more will help Alliance Defending Freedom fight critical court battles for men and women just like you, all the way to the U.S.
Supreme Court, where ADF has won 15 victories since 2011.
Just click the banner at SebGorka.com, or you can phone your most generous gift to 855-374-4767.
855-374-4767. That's 855-324-4767. Now we said today is Election Day in Michigan.
You've got Joe Biden on the ballot, President Trump looking for a big win over Nikki Haley, who says that the next president of the United States will be a female, whether that's her or Kamala Harris.
So one of our questions out there today is, is she staying in this race, Nikki Haley, that is, as a vendetta now against President Trump?
Isn't it time?
Especially if you want a political future to gracefully exit, start building up your coffers, and maybe throw your support behind President Trump so that you don't isolate the base of the Republican Party and the MAGA movement and get on your way here.
But, she says it will be a female president.
We'll see.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
We'll take some of your phone calls in a moment, but I do think it's worth mentioning that They they doped Joe up last night so that he could go on with Seth Meyers.
Of course, they did the interview during the day.
They can't do a late night live with Seth Meyers.
And they did a little back and forth.
And Joe Biden actually seemed sort of with it.
I mean, he forgot what year it was, but that's just kind of par for the course these days.
But reporters caught him getting, you guessed it, ice cream Well, I hope by the beginning of the weekend.
Biden hasn't he doesn't like press conferences. He doesn't answer many questions. But apparently
while he was licking his ding dong chocolate chip or whatever he was eating, he answered
this question about a potential cease fire in Israel. This is cut six.
You give us a second. When you think that cease fire will start?
Well, I hope by the beginning of the weekend, I mean, the end of the weekend, at least my
national security adviser tells me that we're close.
We're close.
We're not done yet.
And my hope is by next Monday, we'll have a ceasefire.
Okay, thank you.
Okay.
That's Chairman Joe there with his ice cream.
Never really answers a question, but he does start to reveal national security information in an ice cream shop.
Anybody?
What's going on?
He has a hard time at a podium, but hand him an ice cream cone and he's spewing our top secrets.
I mean, Netanyahu came out today, Prime Minister of Israel came out and said, this is all a surprise to me.
I hadn't heard about this.
But he says his national security adviser says a ceasefire is coming.
He's getting a lot of criticism today, even from people on his own side of the aisle, because he is spilling that kind of information in such a casual setting.
Just another piece of information as to why this country is in trouble and cannot handle another four years.
Of Chairman Joe.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's say hello to Rick in Phoenix.
Hi, Rick.
You're on America First on Line 3.
Hi, Jennifer.
It is wonderful to speak to you.
I have a proposal for you.
Do you have a diamond?
When you say propose, I get all excited.
Okay, yes, go ahead.
I never got an answer from the last one I made.
But anyway, okay, I am really excited about the podcast that you and Katie are going to be doing.
And I'm calling with a suggestion for one of those podcasts.
Taking a cue from Sebastian's Manhood Hour, I'd like to suggest that you and Katie do a podcast on real men from real women's point of view.
I love that idea, and in fact, I'm going to write that down right now, and we will do that as a podcast episode or maybe a regular feature.
I think that's really cool, Rick.
I think that's a great idea, and I so appreciate your support.
We're really excited about this project, especially because there's not a lot of content out there specifically for women, conservative-minded women, so I appreciate that.
Thank you so much for the phone call.
Let's say hello to Phil in Philadelphia, my buddy on Line 4.
Hi, Phil!
Yo, Adrian.
Hey, hey, Jen, listen.
Haley's staying in this race.
Yeah, you think she's not getting out, huh?
It's an endorsement of one-party rule on our march to communism.
And I don't remember one time her talking about the prosecution or persecution of a political rival, which is what they're doing to President Trump.
And on President Trump's end, who is this guy he's talking about from North Carolina that head the RNC?
When Harmeet Dhillon was running against McGlueser, Omni-McGlueser, for that chair, she laid out a complete A to Z portfolio of how we need, what we need to do.
I have not been told about how to harvest them.
I don't have any talking points.
Here in Philadelphia, there's nobody out here knocking on doors.
Two million people voted in the last election here in Philadelphia, but there's only 900,000 residents.
I mean, we don't have crack houses here.
We have battle houses.
Well, dead people get to vote twice, I think, if you're a Democrat.
Something like that.
There's something like that.
I don't know.
No, I'm just kidding.
But Phil, a couple of things.
First of all, Harmeet Dhillon, I absolutely love.
She is a chairwoman from California's Republican Party for the National Committee, and she would be phenomenal.
I've heard that she's not interested this time around, that she's not interested in taking that position.
So that's number one.
Number two, I am Very heartened that Lara Trump says that if she is the co-chair, she will bring in someone like Scott Pressler who will get out there and continue registering voters and do what he needs to do to make us a success.
So thanks so much for the phone call.

I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horn from The Morning Answer in Los Angeles.
Happy to be filling in for Dr. Gorka today.

Love to connect with you there.
833-33-GORKA, that's the number to call.
And Brent from Los Angeles on line one.
Hey, Brent, thanks for holding.
Welcome to America First.
Hello, magnificent MAGA matriarch Jen.
I love the alliteration.
Hello, Brent.
Appreciate it.
And Adam Schiff's Dodger Rhino... Why do you have to ruin such a good day, Brent?
Well, I was going to say, Adam Schiff's Dodger Rhino, Steve Garvey, brought in to betray California and sabotage our excellent patriot, Eric Earley, for the U.S.
Senate, will succeed unless President Trump immediately endorses Eric Earley, who desperately needs Trump's endorsement to win Dianne Feinstein's seat.
Only Trump's full-throated, immediate endorsement can get two million demoralized, pessimistic, and unmotivated California Republicans to turn out the vote for Eric Earley.
And Larry Elder would have been California's governor with those votes had his handlers not imbecilically kept insisting that Trump was a kiss of death in California.
Please phone President Trump with the Great Gorka and Grant Stinchfield for President Trump's Hail Mary play today.
California is on the verge of being crushed and conquered.
Look, if I could call a President Trump right now, we'd be on the line, that's for sure.
Brent, I appreciate that.
Just to bring you guys up to speed, if you're not from California, we have a Senate race, which we will be voting in the primary on Super Tuesday, so next week, a week from today.
And in that race, you've got My congressman, Shifty Adam Schiff, who would love to be senator in California.
It is a scary possibility, getting more and more likely by the day.
You also have Congresswoman Katie Porter, Congresswoman Barbara Lee, and former Dodger Steve Garvey running as a Republican in the race.
Not quite as conservative as I would like to see, but a lot of folks feel like he's the only way to get a Republican moving forward to the general election because we have a jungle primary.
Eric Early is a conservative candidate, a MAGA candidate, a person that I absolutely support.
And gosh, a Trump endorsement in the last week of the election would be something.
It would sure be nice to have a conservative candidate to vote for in the Senate race in California, but it just seems more and more unlikely, sadly.
But we'll see what happens.
That Senate race is going to be interesting, whether or not the Republican candidate Garvey can pull this off.
I know a lot of folks like me who have a conservative heart are going to be casting their vote for Eric Early.
All right.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
We have another hour up ahead.
We're going to be talking about our immigration issues, problems at the border, and Mark Morgan will join us.

you you
you I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horn.
I host the Morning Answer in Los Angeles on AM 870 and AM 590, The Answer, alongside Grant Stinchfield.
And I am here Wednesdays with Dr. G, giving an update on crazy California.
So it is always my pleasure to fill in.
in and appreciate you all for spending your time with us.
Now, of course, immigration has been at the top of the list, a topic of conversation that
is on everybody's mind and on our hearts, especially after the news about that University
of Georgia nursing student.
We're going to talk about that in a few moments, but want to welcome in first to the program
friend of mine, Mark Morgan is here, former commissioner of the U.S.
Customs and Border Protection Agency.
He is all decked out in his Border 9-1-1 hat.
We're going to talk about that in another moment as well.
Mark Morgan, welcome to America First.
Thanks for being with us.
Jennifer, thanks for having me.
I got to be honest, it's kind of nice just to talk to you without Grant Stinchfield getting in the way.
You know, I always tell you that, you know, he started out as your friend, but I just whipped in and I stole you.
So, you know, poor Grant.
So, Mark, lots of serious stuff to talk about today.
Michigan is turning out to vote, and we know that immigration has made its way to the top issue for American voters.
And if you look at a story that Axios had, Americans most likely to say immigration is the most important problem, is higher than it's ever been.
In January of 2024, that number was 20%.
It is now at 28%.
It is the most important issue as people look at 2024 during the election year.
And you and I have been talking for a long time.
We know this is the most important issue because not only is it a matter of heart and health and economics and really, quite frankly, space in our U.S.
cities, but also national security.
The risk to us is getting bigger by the day.
Yeah, Jennifer, I think you're absolutely right.
I couldn't have said it better myself.
And that's what we've been saying for a long time.
What's happening in our borders is about border security, which is synonymous with national security.
And we know that the chaos and lawlessness that's going on at our border, Jennifer, it's just undeniable.
If you're an intellect, To be honest person, there's just no way you can any longer deny what's going on.
And I think people are waking up and understanding that what's happening, it doesn't just stay at the border.
It impacts every state in this country.
And it's why we say what's happening jeopardizes every aspect of our nation's safety and national security.
You know, and it is so hard to think about what the folks in the Border Patrol, what they're going through right now dealing with this.
They're not being really allowed fully to do their jobs.
They're being overrun, overworked.
You've got two presidential visits that are coming up on Thursday.
You've got President Trump, who's going to Eagle Pass, Texas, where, from what I understand, there is some semblance of a fence or a wall, a system that President Trump endorsed, which, by the way, laughably, Now most Americans, a majority of Americans, support a border wall after making fun of Trump for all of these years.
And then you've got Biden who's going to be going to Brownsville, Texas.
We don't know exactly what he's going to be seeing, but what do you imagine the two side-by-side images are going to show on Thursday of these two visiting this area?
I think we know exactly what's going to happen because we've seen this play out before.
As you said, President Trump is going to go there.
He's going to hopefully be there where he sees one element of multi-layer strategy infrastructure, the wall that's going to be there, as well with personnel and technology.
And he's going to be honest with American people.
He's going to talk about the chaos and lawlessness.
He's going to talk about that this was not by accident.
This wasn't designed out of incompetence, but rather this is intentional.
Hopefully he's going to talk about some of the 94 executive orders that President Biden enacted starting on day one in office that destroyed and dismantled the network of tools, authorities, and policies that we had in place under President Trump that led to the most secure border.
I mean, we know what they are.
We've been talking about that.
And hopefully he's going to talk about exactly what he's going to do to reverse course once he becomes president.
And that's one of them is that he's going to stop catch and release.
And then hopefully he's going to talk about what we're going to do in the interior.
And that's going to start with deporting people that are here in this country illegally.
Now, real quick, on the Biden administration side, President Biden, we're going to see the same thing that we saw last time, a sanitized version.
He's going to blame Trump, who hasn't been in office three years, and Republicans.
Yeah, what makes me insane, Mark, is that we know that Joe Biden is going to come out and he's going to say that it's Republicans fault in Congress with their, you know, big whopping three seat majority, whatever they have now, that it's Republicans fault in Congress for not passing meaningful immigration legislation.
Here's what's laughable.
You just mentioned he signed 94 executive orders in his first 100 days in office to just unravel every bit of good that you and President Trump, that everybody had done at the border in the previous four years.
He unraveled them with a pen.
And now he's going to lie to the American people and say that Congress has to act.
Isn't it true, Mark, in your mind that what he wants Congress to act on is not anything about border security?
It's about amnesty.
He wants to make everybody a citizen.
That's what he's asking for.
And I don't think there's a real plan to actually secure the border.
No, I think that's exactly right.
And let's put a couple of facts behind what we're claiming on those executive orders.
Like you said, within the first 100 days, he ended the safe third country agreements we had with all three Northern Triangle countries.
Gone.
The Remain in Mexico program.
Gone.
He stopped building the wall.
Gone.
He reinstated catch and release.
All of those things he removed with the stroke of his pen.
He could reinstate them with the same stroke of the pen.
He doesn't need Congress to do that.
If he did, he'd solve about 85% of the problem right now.
And one last thing that was very important to mention is that what's so frustrating that he's talking about that the Republicans failed to pass any legislation is just a lie.
Eight months ago, the House of Representatives passed H.R.
2, the strongest piece of border security legislation that's ever been passed in our lifetime.
It went over to Chuck Schumer, and he sat on it, Jennifer.
He didn't put it on the floor for public debate.
He didn't allow amendments to go forward.
Instead, he cut that, and then we ended up with this quote, bipartisan bill that wasn't, and it wasn't a border security bill.
It was a giveaway for NGO and sanctuary cities.
And Schumer lies about it.
He was lying again today.
He was out there after a meeting with Joe Biden talking about how they have a bill in the Senate and that they're willing to act, but he never mentions H.R.
2.
And he has it.
Never.
He could do anything with it.
And he doesn't.
Mark Morgan is here, former commissioner of the U.S.
Customs and Border Protection Agency.
We're going to talk more in a second about an event he's got coming up.
But, Mark, I want you to hear something.
And this is an unlikely source.
I'm never one to quote Dr. Phil, but I find myself Being intrigued by what Dr. Fayol has to say.
He was on with The View yesterday and he was talking about immigration because he actually did something Biden really doesn't like to do and that's go to the border.
Cut 14.
I talked to the head of all the border guards down there, the head of the union.
I asked him straight up, kids are coming over the border with numbers written on them, phone numbers and addresses.
Do we check those out?
He said, well we call them.
Is it possible that we're sending them into I mean, how crazy?
Some children or all children?
I'm sorry, any child.
This is a problem.
It is absolute. We are using American tax dollars to ship children into known prostitution and sweatshops.
All children or some children?
Well, who knows? We don't know.
I mean, how crazy. Some children or all children? I'm sorry, any child. This is a problem. It is outrageous.
Jennifer, you get the same thing I get.
That was the response?
Awesome.
Well, I'd like to know how many are okay?
How many 12-year-olds are okay to be trafficked and thrust into the life of sex trafficking?
I'd really like to hear her answer to that.
That's incredulous.
And what they didn't expand on, though, Jennifer, is that the number of young women and children, up to 30% of them, are raped or sexually assaulted in their journey up here.
Doctors Without Borders have said that for a while.
We know that in the past 36 months, CBP alone has found over 2,000 dead migrants along the border.
I mean, how many is enough?
So it's a big lie when they talk about that they're trying to opine about how they care about the migrants.
Well, it's their very policies that actually are putting those migrants in jeopardy.
And we're not even talking about the Americans who are dying because of the fentanyl that's running across the border.
And that's what I love talking.
I mean, I really do love talking about this with you, Mark, because I can see your heart.
This isn't just a political issue.
This isn't just something to follow, volley around.
There is a real human suffering, particularly for women and children, that's happening at this border.
That's not only, I mean, endorsed, but incentivized by these open border policies from the Biden administration.
And then the national security threat, Mark, I live in California.
In San Diego, we're now the hotspot, but it's Chinese nationals that are coming over here.
They are military age.
They are single men.
They are not coming with families.
And I saw Fox News out there.
They said, what are you doing here?
And they said, well, we came for the money.
And now, listen, that might be the answer.
The answer is I come for a better life or I come for a job.
But when I come for the money, it makes me think that somebody, because we know China doesn't just let people go willy nilly, might be paying them to come here.
And for what is what I would like to know.
Well, that's exactly right, Jennifer.
That's an honest, fair question that I think the entire country is asking and needs to know.
But where is our administration?
They're silent on this.
So it leaves a lot of us just to sit here and speculate and try to figure out why this is happening when our own federal government refuses to talk about it.
They're not transparent about it.
And I'll say one thing real quick.
The Chinese Communist Party, they're not stupid.
So maybe, just maybe, they're allowing these people to come in and then later they're going to exploit them for their own desire.
How about that as a possibility?
I will never forget a conversation I had with someone who escaped from China and she said, the people that come here and they actually have some resources to do it, you got to wonder where their ties are.
It's not easy to get out.
All right, Mark Morgan is with us.
He's going to be sticking around.
We're going to talk about a gala coming up and we will also talk about that tragedy at University of Georgia.
Thank you, Mark.
Hang on the line.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

Well, I think when a horrible tragedy like this happens, I think whenever we're dealing with violent crime, there is a sense of outrage, of sadness, and of loss.
But I think the important thing to focus on is any one instance shouldn't shape our overall immigration policy.
That is the woman I call Open Border Porter, Katie Porter.
She is a Congresswoman.
She is running for Senate here in my state of California.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
Welcome back to America First.
I'm in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today.
Happy to be with all of you and joining me and coming back to the program, former Commissioner of U.S.
Customs and Border Protection, former FBI.
This guy is like fully ingrained.
He walks the walk.
Mark Morgan is here.
Mark, what's your response?
To Katie Porter, who has the nerve to say, in referencing what was literally a horrific murder of Lake and Riley, this woman who was just out for a run by an illegal immigrant, that we can't let one incident shape policy.
But it isn't just one incident, Mark.
This is a whole slew of problems.
Yeah, I tell you what, this is why I get so angry.
Jennifer, this is why I get so passionate when you hear politicians say ignorant, stupid things like that.
First of all, let me be very clear.
Even if it was one, even if one girl like Lincoln Riley died because of the current policies, it should drive those policies to change.
But as you said, that's not the reality.
Unfortunately, the tragedy is she's not the first, she's not the last.
Kayla Hamilton, Elizabeth Medina.
I mean, I could give you name after name after name.
Kate Steinle.
Two other young, beautiful women that died at the hands of an illegal alien.
I'll tell you, so in 2023, ICE arrested 73,000 illegal aliens that had committed crimes here.
Four, murder, pedophilia, gang members, aggravated felonies.
The list goes on and on.
This is not a one-off thing.
This has happened on a regular basis.
And also, in the past 36 months, CBP has arrested over 70,000 criminals trying to get into our border, including murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and gang members.
Now, think about the 1.9 million.
We could have hundreds of thousands of criminals in this country that are Taking American lives on a daily basis.
And so it's not just one.
You know, and when you hear, I mean, all we can do is hope that President Trump gets reelected.
And I know that if he does, there's a very strong possibility that you will be back and working with him and his administration again.
And I pray for that day because we need it.
But he himself has said, well, we will start to take people and we will start to deport and we'll send people back.
What I think is so infuriating Is that it is really difficult.
Let's be real to just round people up as they like to say and send it back.
That's difficult when people have already kind of come into the country and they are already in circles.
But when they are criminals and they are getting in trouble for shoplifting or for drunk driving or for assaulting a child, these are things when they get in trouble for the first time, they should be sent back.
They should be deported.
We should be working with every sheriff's department and every law enforcement agency to say if you get caught being a criminal other than just your main crime of breaking into the country, You get out of here.
But now we're finding out that this Jose Ibarra, who is now in jail for killing this girl, literally bludgeoning her to death, disfiguring her skeleton, her head, he had committed many crimes and he was let out of jail, Mark, over and over again.
That's right, Jennifer.
Look, I think one of the reasons, besides this young beautiful girl's life was in the hands of an illegal alien, Is that there were multiple failures by this government, both at the federal and state level.
First of all, he illegally entered the country, as you said, in El Paso.
And at the hand of Secretary Meyer, because of direction, he was unlawfully paroled and released in the United States.
Then he goes to New York, where he commits another crime.
Engagement of a child.
And NYPD, what do they do?
Immediately release them before ICE could put a detainer.
Because they're forbidden, because they're a sanctuary city, to coordinate with a sister-brother law enforcement agency.
But let's be clear, even if ICE would have found out about it and put a detainer, NYPD still wouldn't have honored it because they're not
allowed to and he would have been released to go to Georgia to hook up with his brother that's
here illegally and now he's allegedly has killed this young woman, Lakin Riley. I mean
this is a colossal failure.
This administration failed this young lady. She is dead because of their unwillingness to do what
they should to secure our borders. Look, I'm not saying that we're going to be able to prevent
everything but we should be trying to do that. This administration is actually incentivizing it.
And how frustrating is it to hear Katie Porter, who is a congresswoman who wants to be a senator, say that it shouldn't just be one, that we can't shape policy for one, and then you've got the Associated Press saying that Lake and Riley's murder is about dangers to female runners.
I mean, give me a break.
This is about letting an illegal immigrant into the country who was violent and he was never sent back.
Jennifer, you're exactly right.
I mean, there's some outlets that I read that they referred to this illegal alien as a Georgia resident.
They did?
I mean, they're literally intentionally trying to downplay every aspect of that.
That is unconscionable.
They're not being honest with the American people about the reality about the chaos and lawlessness at our border and actually what's happening and how it impacts our entire nation.
Yeah.
All right, let's talk about this cool hat that you have, which I want one of these hats.
It's great.
It's border 9-1-1, the American flag.
You've got a great organization and you guys have a gala coming up.
Oh, I guess we have to mention emceed by our friend Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
So tell us about the gala and the group for people who are not familiar.
Yeah, so it's a new grassroots effort, Border 9-1-1, that another great patriot, Tom Holman, started.
And he brought in a lot of folks that have been doing this for a long time.
Former Chief of the Border Patrol, Rodney Scott, Derek Maltz of DEA, Jason Jones of Texas DPS, Sarah Carter, and myself.
And as I said, our goal here is to go out across this country and bring education and awareness to the American people about what's happening on the border, why it matters, and why we have to stop the chaos and lawlessness going on.
And April 4th, we're having a fundraising event at Mar-a-Lago, so I encourage people to go to border911.com, sign up, buy a ticket, and hopefully we'll see you there!
Absolutely, and what a great cause to help out this great group of patriots who've done it, who aren't just talking about it, where this issue is also about heart and health and economics and national security, this border issue.
Border911.com is the website to go.
And the Gallup, this is going to be pretty good.
So you've got Tom Holman there.
You've got Cash Patel, our very own Dr. G. Sarah Carter, who's great.
She does great work.
All a part of this.
Even our buddy, our colleague at Salem Radio, Joe Piscopo is going to be there.
I love this.
Yeah, Joe's awesome.
He has Tom Holman on a regular basis.
He's a great patriot as well.
And you know what?
He was actually on Saturday Night Live when he used to be funny.
Exactly.
Back in the good old days when we used to laugh a bit at Saturday Night Live.
I love it.
And I love what you and Tom Homan are doing.
Tom, of course, was a former ICE director to President Trump as well.
And Mark Morgan, we always appreciate you being with us and appreciate you putting up the fight.
I think the only thing that solves this, at least in our final moments here, is a new president sitting in the White House.
These policies aren't just that of Mayorkas.
They are not just that of Democrats in Congress.
This is an entire ideology from an administration that's been allowed to just create chaos for us.
That's right.
I think we need a president of the White House that's actually going to put the interests of America first rather than the interests of those that are illegally entering our country in violation of the rule of law and our sovereignty as a nation.
It's not any more complicated than that.
Check them out right now.

That's Border911.com.
Mark Morgan, we really appreciate you being with us today.
Former Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection.
Thank you so much, Mark, for spending some time with us today.
All right.

The murder.
We're talking about immigration this hour and the open border policies of the Biden administration.
He is headed to Texas on Thursday and President Trump will be there as well.
Coincidence?
I would think not.
I think that Biden's press team is getting smart to the fact that President Trump has gone places like East Palestine, perhaps, where the train derailment happened.
He's going places where Biden will not.
He's talking about issues that Trump succeeded at.
And that Biden fails at and continues to fail at.
So what do the press people around Biden say?
Well, we can't let Trump get this get this photo op.
We need to have a competing event.
So both of them will be in Texas.
Trump in Eagle Pass.
Joe Biden in Brownsville, Texas.
We'll see what that looks like.
But you can be sure that Joe Biden will scream and shout about Republicans in Congress not taking action to secure the border that took him 94 Pen strokes through executive action to really unseal and create the chaotic scene that we see today.
That ended this week in the murdering of a 22-year-old nursing student, Laken Riley, at the hands of an illegal alien.
And the response from the mainstream media has been not as troubling as the crime.
That was very troubling, but pretty darn troubling.
The press outlet, the Associated Press, which is really like the gold standard for all media, most local media outlets, local newspapers will use Associated Press material in their own newspapers and on their newscasts.
And apparently the Associated Press, instead of talking about the threat of illegal immigration and some of the crimes that are being committed by illegal immigrants who are here, blamed not the illegal immigrant, not the cold-blooded violent murderer that killed Blake and Riley, but instead Created an article about the dangers for female runners in this country.
Now, it's true.
Many of us in big cities feel it.
It doesn't feel safe to go out there on the streets, at least by yourself.
That is true.
But that's not what this story was about.
This story was about a repeat offender in the country illegally who killed someone in cold blood.
And it had nothing to do with the fact that she was a runner or had nothing to do with the dangers that female runners face.
This is about our poorest borders.
It's about a chaotic system set up by the Biden administration.
833-33-GORKA.
You can chime in on that.
We will take your calls this hour.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Ken in Connecticut on line one.
Hi, Ken.
You're on America First.
Hey, thank you for taking my call, Jennifer.
Hey, I'll be fast.
I saw something on the internet, like I believe everything there anyway, but there they had a poll where they were asking if our military people would fire upon their fellow citizens.
And surprisingly, only 85% of them said no.
Now, with that being said, if you look at some of these people coming across the border, obviously, they're all military aged men.
They're coming across with 5-1-1 tactical uniforms.
They have a, if you can ever understand what a military stance is, is there a chance they're looking for that?
I guess I'm maybe not following your question, Ken.
I do think that you are seeing a large amount of military-age men coming into this country, despite the story from the Biden administration that it's all families, that families are coming in, that families are looking for a better life or an economic outlet.
One of my biggest concerns are these military-age men that are coming in from countries that are not friendly to us, including China.
What is that about?
Why aren't we asking the questions?
What are they really here for?
And why are we not tracking them?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.

Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Thank you all for joining us.
Now, let me remind you that Dr. Gorka is underway with his campaign to support Alliance Defending Freedom once again.
Here's a disturbing fact.
Activist government officials right now are threatening our most cherished freedoms.
But for over 30 years, the good folks at Alliance Defending Freedom have been fighting for you and for me all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.
There's a Stand with ADF banner on SebGorka.com where you can help me support this important organization with a donation.
Your gift of $100 or more will help Alliance Defending Freedom fight critical court battles for men and women just like you, just like me, all the way to the U.S.
Supreme Court where ADF has won 15 victories since 2011.
Just click the banner right now at zebgorka.com or you can phone your most generous gift to 855-374-4767.
855-374-4767. That's 855-374-4767. Okay, we're talking about the issues at our southern border.
We've got President Trump and Chairman Joe headed to the border on Thursday.
We know that immigration is the top issue for voters.
I'm curious to know if that is your top issue, 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-33-GORKA.
And of course, How the news media has been covering the death of the student, the nursing student, at the University of Georgia, Lakin Riley, who was out for a run when she was killed by an illegal immigrant.
Now you've got the news media, the Associated Press, Which usually finds itself to be the reporters for most local newspapers, for local newscasts, saying that this is a threat to female athletes, to female runners, when they know that this is an issue of open borders that have been created and incentivized by the Biden administration.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Wesley in Georgia on line one.
Hi, Wesley, you're on America First.
Yeah, president.
I'm sorry.
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is complicit in the death of Lake and Riley because he is aware as a candidate of the issue.
His campaign ad from 2018 track into port uses three families who had loved ones killed by illegal immigrants in the campaign.
Then when he got to be Georgia governor, He turned his back on the issue.
The Georgia Sheriff's Association will report to you that 86 of the 142 jails in Georgia were non-compliant on reporting on illegal aliens.
It's a sad thing when Georgia voters cannot trust a man running for governor.
He turned his back on people that were being murdered by illegal immigrants, and I think you reap what you sow.
I think you reap what you sow as well, and I appreciate that phone call and that information.
This is a problem that we would be surprised to know is happening in Georgia.
I know in my home state of California, in my home county of L.A.
County, the jails never cooperate with ICE agents.
They shut them out.
So you have people who are committing crimes, who are committing felonies, who are driving under the influence.
They are never even given the chance to be deported, and it's shocking to know that that's happening in a state like Georgia, especially when you have a governor Like Governor Kemp.
He's got a whole lot of problems, a whole lot of explaining to do.
I think he's disappointed a lot of people, including people in his own state, for this issue and, of course, many others.
Fred in Columbus, Ohio.
Fred, you're up next on America First Line 3.
Hey, how you doing, Jennifer?
Hi, Fred.
Thanks for the call.
Hey, you know, you guys were talking about that Chinese immigrant who said he was here for the money, and I think that is something that you triggered something in me.
The money is what it's all about.
The Republicans have been spending tax and spend so well for a long time, and COVID broke that mold.
And now they're spending like it's going out of style, and I think that's the whole thing.
The immigration crisis is just one more way for them to put their hands in our pockets and take money out of it and give it to somebody else.
Same with the foreign movers who are spending billions of dollars here and there and everywhere.
It's their way of sending money that we have no possible way of tracking.
You know I'd love to I'd love to jump in on that because I think you bring up such an important point and there's a story out today with Mayor Eric Adams in New York who's having to answer questions because an oversight agency just found that millions of dollars that were supposed to go to help House, some of the illegal immigrants who are in his city, they were actually misspending it.
They were paying workers like $183.50 an hour to oversee shelters.
And it all comes down to something that is huge in liberal cities.
We have it in L.A., they've got it in New York, and it's these no-bid contracts.
And let me tell you that this sets up an industrial complex around illegal immigration.
It sets up an industrial complex around homelessness because you have all of these government officials who go out there and make big promises to try to stop the problem like homelessness or find a place for illegal immigrants to say, we're going to build beds.
And instead of actually taking care of the problem or using that money to put against the problem, They're just spending all this money to feather the nests of their powerful cronies, of all these people that have probably donated to their campaigns along the way.
And all of a sudden, you're now creating this whole stream of money, and we're creating an industrial complex around illegal immigrants, around homeless people.
It is absolutely infuriating.
And I thank you for the call, Fred.
Thanks so much.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
We've got lots more going on.
We've got Gavin Newsom.
The governor of California, who would love to be president, we know he's already measured the office while Joe Biden was away.
He's already got his architects working on possible designs for the Oval Office.
Gavin Newsom is facing a recall.
We're going to have that in a few moments, plus a white powdery substance sent to the home of Donald Trump Jr.
And, of course, always your phone calls at 833.
That's 833-33-GORKA.

You You
You Bye.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
I'm Jennifer Horn in for Dr. G. This is America First.
And gosh, lots, we still have a lot more show to go, but I do want to get this in because I think it is just rich that the mainstream news media They don't really cover this story.
When yesterday, Donald Trump Jr., in the house that he shares with Kimberly Guilfoyle, sometimes his kids, in Jupiter, Florida, received a letter in the mail.
He's going through his mail, as we all do.
He opened up a letter and out came some white powder and a death threat.
Now, you would think that if it was a Biden, that this would probably be a news story.
But most of the mainstream news media outlets did not pick this up.
Although, maybe it's not a news story if white powder came to the home of Hunter Biden.
It's probably just like his delivery from the Sears catalog.
But in all seriousness, you would think that this would be a story.
Now, so far to date, not many people are talking about this.
The test results of the substance came back inconclusive for what exactly it was, but officials on the scene said that they did not believe that it was a deadly substance.
But this letter that came with it was something.
Now, in mixed company, I'm not going to read the entire letter to you because it can be a little filthy, but it is very exact.
It just it's an example of What kind of hatred the Trump family faces?
You know, the court cases aren't enough.
The death threats are not enough.
The 400 years in prison, not enough.
They get letters like this one.
This is just a bit from this letter from the psychopath.
Not cut out of magazine letters, by the way.
I don't know if people still do that.
This was actually just typed in very large font, and it had Eric Trump's name.
It had Donald Trump Jr.' 's name.
Barron Trump was on there as well.
It said, again, how many lives will be ruined before the psychopath Donald is silenced?
Lee Harvey Oswald's grandson must complete his contract.
That's highlighted.
Like his father, Donald Jr.
continues to shack up with his California, mmm, because it's a family program.
Newsom is laughing his you-know-what off.
Jared Ivana and Barron have been silenced by the sorry B word, Donald.
And then he goes on to take on Lara Trump.
He calls her all sorts of names.
Says, what does Lara know as a leader?
Obviously, this is in regards to the reports that she could go and be a committee co-chair for the Republican National Committee.
When can we expect to hear Donald has submitted applications for he and his family to become citizens of the Soviet Union?
This is the type of letter that is received, and I am only reading you the parts that I can share.
The rest of them, yeah, pretty salacious.
You think that's picked up by the mainstream news media?
Do you think people care that this was done to Donald Trump Jr.?
Do they think they care that this is the second time this has happened to Donald Trump Jr.' 's family?
The first, his former wife opens the envelope with their kids standing nearby.
When is this Trump hatred going to stop, and when is the media going to own up to their fair share of it?
Because their lack of covering these stories, their lack of curiosity, that creates even more of an environment where crazy people can do crazy things like this.
833-33-GORKA. I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka and this is America First.
Music.
Bye.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka today, and always love filling in.
I host the Morning Answer in Los Angeles on AM 870, AM 590, the answer alongside Grant Stinchfield.
And of course, you can hear me here Wednesdays in the second hour of the program talking about how crazy California is.
Now, we do have one saving grace.
Well, I'd like to count myself as one.
But maybe the other saving grace in California, bigger and better than yours truly, is my friend Larry Elder.
We call him the Sage from South Central, and really excited to welcome him to the program.
He's got the book out, As Goes California, but guys, I just found out he's got a brand new podcast that's available, so make sure you look for Larry Elder.
We've got a country to save wherever you get your podcasts, and As Goes California wherever you get your books.
Larry!
Hi!
Jennifer Horne, nice to have you hosting the Sebastian Grogger Show.
By the way, you can get a free copy Thank you.
A free copy of my book.
As you know, I co-founded a digital online patriotic bank called Old Glory Bank, along with Dr. Ben Carson and John Rich and the former governor of Oklahoma.
Her name is Mary Fallon.
And if you open an account by going to oldglorybank.com, it'll take you about eight minutes.
And then when you get your debit card in the mail activated, you'll get a free copy of my book, As Close California, my mission to rescue the Golden State Salvation.
So I had to get that in.
Well, no, I love that.
And I told you, this is so funny, because Larry, you have come to my house before for holidays.
We hang out.
And I've got to join Old Glory Bank.
My aunt is a member of Old Glory Bank.
So it's on my list.
I'm going to do it today, especially if I get another copy of the book.
So that's good stuff.
Seriously.
And now, as you know, a lot of truckers are upset about this ridiculous judgment that Donald Trump is supposed to pay in New York, and they're refusing to deliver cargo to New York.
And the speculation is that our government may shut down their bank accounts the way the Canadian government did when the truckers were upset about the COVID mandate.
So if you are a account holder, whether business or consumer with Old Glory Bank, you will not be canceled.
Our mission is the Constitution.
We believe in privacy, liberty and security.
And again, OldGloryBank.com, open an account, a free copy of my book.
When you get your debit card in the mail, activate it and you'll get a free copy.
I think it's about a $25 value.
For free!
I love it!
For free!
And there's not much for free these days, that's for sure.
Now, we do have to talk about some news that's breaking here in California, and it is going to be spreading across the country in, I'm sure, a matter of moments, because Gavin Newsom has his sights set on the White House, and our governor may be facing a recall again.
It's déjà vu all over again, Larry.
The folks behind the recall the last time are starting an effort to gather signatures And they need quite a few of them, actually.
They've got to get nearly 1.4 million signatures to get it on the ballot.
But what do you think this means for Gavin Newsom and his political future?
Well, I think Gavin Newsom, frankly, is happy about this because last time he was able to defeat the recall pretty handily, assuming you believe that the count was accurate.
And he was able to fundraise on it.
And then when it was all over, he felt that he had a mandate, and he passed and signed a whole bunch of job-killing bills that he otherwise would not have signed until he survived the recall.
So I think he's going to market himself as a victim.
My hope, however, is that even if the signatures are not gathered in time, That we focus on the crime, the homelessness, the poverty in California, the extremely high cost of living here in California.
The average price of a home costs twice as much as the national average that we're losing.
We've lost about a million people in the last three years.
And the number one reason that people leave, these are middle class people primarily, is they cannot afford the price of a home.
So if you are even thinking about swapping out Joe Biden for Gavin Newsom, this is what you're going to get.
So if we can just focus attention on that, as far as I'm concerned, well done.
But do I believe it's going to work?
I'm getting all sorts of phone calls asking me if I'm going to saddle up and try it again.
That's my next question.
Are you running for governor?
I knew it was coming.
I knew it was coming.
Jennifer, I know you!
And when I dodged it, you'll ask it again.
And when I dodged it, you'll ask it again.
So I'll tell you, years ago, I think you're probably too young to remember this, but Larry Holmes was heavyweight champion of the world, and he fought a guy named Randall Tex Cobb.
They lasted 15 rounds.
In those days, the championship fights were 15 rounds.
And Larry hit him with everything but the kitchen sink, and Randall Tex Cobb would not fall.
Fight is over.
Cobb is bloody, battered, exhausted.
Reporter jumps in and says, do you want a rematch?
And Tex Cobb said no.
Larry's hands couldn't take the punishment.
So that's how I feel, Jennifer.
I don't see myself saddling up again.
We did well.
We got three and a half million signatures.
I got 49% of the replacement vote.
The next highest person got 9%.
We raised $27 million in eight weeks, more than all the other replacement candidates.
And there were 45 other ones combined.
And the dude still won by 23 points.
So that's the math here in California.
There hasn't been a Republican who's won statewide in 20 years.
We're outnumbered 3 to 1.
And all you have to do is say, stop the Republican takeover.
You don't have to say, Gavin Newsom's doing a good job in the way he shut down the state over COVID.
On crime, on homelessness, on the cost of living.
Just point to a Republican and go, evil, evil, evil!
And it works in California.
They called you the black face of white supremacy.
My goodness, that's how much of a threat you were to the democratic empire in California.
Jennifer, don't laugh.
If you're hearing noise, my gardener outside my door, you'll be gone in a second.
But Jennifer, I worked very hard for that title, Black Saves the White Supremacy.
I know you did, and I hope that lawn equipment is all electric, right?
No gas-powered lawn equipment.
Yeah, that's right.
They're trying to give that title to Tim Scott or to Clarence Thomas, but I'm not going to relinquish it.
I worked hard to get that title.
You did.
You were the winner.
What's interesting, though, about Gavin Newsom and really what I don't want you to sell yourself short at all.
When you were going against Gavin Newsom in eight weeks, you did incredibly well.
You ran a really successful campaign.
And Gavin Newsom had to send us, if you remember, these little shiny debit cards.
I still carry mine around just to remember it.
Where he was paying off voters because he had a surplus built up in the state.
Remember that?
And he sent everybody $600, $1,200 right in the run-up before that election because, of course, he's trying to pay people off just like Biden and has paid off student loan debt.
Larry, now we're in a situation where he doesn't have that surplus anymore.
In two years, we now have over $70 billion in deficit in California.
So I think what you're saying is important because a lot of people want to leapfrog over Joe Biden and think that there's going to be some other nominee.
We, as a party, need to be running against the Democrat policies that they test in California like a petri dish that's spread across the country.
And we need to be really focused, not just on how bad Joe Biden is, but really, more importantly, how bad those policies are that Gavin Newsom represents every day.
Absolutely.
If you don't like the way the country is going, and the majority of Americans do not, you think Gavin Newsom has a solution?
You think prices are too high because of the spending that Joe Biden did?
Gavin Newsom would spend even more.
You think gas prices are high because of the war on gas and this obsession with climate change?
Gavin Newsom is more of a climate change extremist than Joe Biden.
As you know, he's outlawed the sale of new gas powered cars by the year 2035.
So he's more of an extremist.
If you don't like the way Joe Biden pulled out of Afghanistan,
guess which politician praised the pullout?
Gavin Newsom did.
So every single policy that Joe Biden has done, including porous borders,
because California is, as you know, a sanctuary state, Gavin Newsom would pour gasoline on it and make it even
worse.
So this is your guy.
Things are going to be even worse.
So that's why I wrote my book, As Goes California, to warn the country.
And so when people leave California because they can't afford the price of a home, connect the dots, know why you left so you don't pull that lever and vote for the same blue policies that caused you to leave California in the first place.
Yeah, and I think it's really important to underscore because we have had in our conversations together, Larry, we've talked about the unlikely event that Democrats would be able to somehow skip over Kamala Harris if they are going to bring someone in at the convention.
But there are conspiracy theories galore.
You hear Michelle Obama heard one earlier.
Nikki Haley is going to somehow be the Democrat nominee.
All these ridiculous things.
Now, someone who knows not only the state of California, but now national politics after running for president.
Tell people what you tell me about how unlikely it is that Democrats could get past Kamala Harris, even if Joe Biden isn't the nominee.
Yeah, a lot of people are pushing this Michelle Obama kind of swap out.
Joe Biden theory.
I think Joe Rogan has said it.
Dick Morris has said it.
And I'll tell you why it's not going to happen.
Her name is Kamala Harris.
She wants to be president.
As you know, she ran in 2020.
She dropped out before the first contest, but she wanted to be president.
And the reason that she's on the ticket is because she's a black female.
She's still a black female.
And after the win that Bernie Sanders had in 2020, he won the Nevada caucuses.
And for a few days, he was literally the frontrunner in the Democratic Party.
A self-described Democrat Socialist.
They were scared to death.
That's when James Clyburn, on the eve of the South Carolina primary, endorsed Joe Biden, whose campaign was going nowhere.
He extracted a promise from Joe Biden.
If you become the president, your first Supreme Court nominee would be a black female.
His running mate was a black female.
And when it was clear that Dianne Feinstein couldn't finish out her term, Gavin Newsom publicly said he's going to appoint a black female and did so.
So now you have a black female on deck, to use a baseball analogy, And I read a lot of the black media, Jennifer, and they are livid at the way we ridicule Kamala Harris' so-called cackle.
not going to happen. The most loyal part of the Democratic base are blacks and black females
are even more loyal than black men, 20% of whom voted for Donald Trump in 2020. And I
read a lot of the black media, Jennifer, and they are livid at the way we ridicule Kamala
Harris, the so-called cackle, they think it's racist and sexist.

How did I do?
That was superb.
The best way to watch my podcast, I would just add, to go to my Twitter feed, at Larry Elder, because it's pinned at the very top.
And as Jennifer said, wherever you get your podcast, you'll be able to get it.
Real quickly, Jennifer, one of the things I've got down the road is I'm going to start a PAC, a political action committee, designed to raise money to get these soft on crime George Soros backed DAs that are all over the country that are releasing bad guys on the streets, hurting innocent people.
And I'll make an announcement on your show when I when I get Great.
I would love it, because the DAs, as you know, are some of the most important races that we can vote on on this ballot.
I know L.A.
County is looking to replace George Gascon, and I tell everyone in Los Angeles, okay, it's very important to turn out, very important if you're a Republican to cast your vote for President Trump, but what's even more important right now are those DA races.
It is absolutely crucial, because we can't afford to let our cities go in this direction of lawlessness.
And Jennifer, it's not just the crime, although that is that.
You've got people like Alvin Bragg, who campaigned to get Donald Trump.
Letitia James, the AG of New York, campaigned to get Donald Trump.
Fonny Lewis, Fonny Willis, rather, in Georgia, campaigned to get Donald Trump.
So these people have got to be removed from office, and I hope my PAC will be able to give us some muscle to do that.
By the way, just a little update because we do like to continue to tell you the breaking news.
The divorce attorney of Nathan Wade, the lover of Fonny Willis, was in court today.
Now, he didn't divulge much information about their relationship.
Suddenly, he had a case of amnesia, I think, once he hit the witness stand.
But that is still being determined by the judge right now as to whether or not she's going to be able to stay on that case.
It seems like a conflict to me, Larry, when you have reports that she met with the White House counsel a few times, that there was someone in her office, one of her deputies, Uh, DeSantis has named no relation to Ron in Florida.
Spelled differently.
But that person was put there by the Biden administration to help target Trump.
Then you've got her giving more money than everyone else to her boyfriend.
They're going on vacations together.
Uh, this one stinks.
Like a really bad fish.
It really does, and I was watching it this morning, and one of the things that I was struck by, Jennifer, is that it was run simultaneously on CNN and on MSNBHaw, whereas the first hearing, only Fox ran it, and I think some of the other ones dipped in and out, but all three of them were running it.
I have a suspicion they were forced to do so because the ratings were so high.
As regarding this guy, this attorney, he initially denied that he knew that the relationship
had begun before she hired him, and then he was confronted with a text that he had sent
that said the opposite.
Oops.
And regarding Fonny Lewis, there was a motion filed by one of the co-defendants, Trump being
one of them, to disqualify her because this guy is—one of the co-defendants is a state
lawmaker in Georgia, and Fonny Lewis held a fundraiser for his Democratic opponent in
So he filed a motion to have her disqualified, and the judge, in fact, did disqualify her after that particular co-defendant.
It's also kind of interesting to hear that they really denied this relationship when they exchanged 10,000 text messages.
I'm not making that number up.
2,000 phone calls.
And they used GPS technology like they did in 2000 mules to track the fact that he was actually at her house overnight.
Now, I'm sure there was nothing going on.
I'm sure it was just late night court briefs, right?
Well, Jennifer, you and I have exchanged text messages.
10,000 of them.
Well, yeah, don't get those rumors going.
All right, so Gavin Newsom... It really does stink and I think this case is going nowhere.
And furthermore, let's remember why we've been talking about this, because Donald Trump on the phone said to the Secretary of State of Georgia during the election, Find me 11,000 votes.
He didn't say steal them.
He said, make sure that we have not undercounted or failed to count at least 11,000 because that's all I need in order to win Georgia.
He didn't say cheat.
He didn't say engage in election interference.
The term find me 11,000 simply meant go out and look and make sure you're thorough.
That's all.
And that's why we're here.
And all of a sudden, that's election interference.
The whole thing is BS.
Now, we started our program today talking about the Michigan primary, which is happening, and there's an effort amongst Democrats to not vote for Joe Biden, to basically cast like an unaffiliated, undecided vote against him.
But my question for you is in the Republican primary, because one of the people you were running against is Nikki Haley, and she is still in the race.
And I am all for people getting in the race.
At this time in 2016, there were still three or four people in the race running alongside Donald Trump.
But this is so clear that Donald Trump is going to be the presumptive nominee.
She's not ahead in any polls in any state moving forward.
We hear she's going to be running out of money, but yet she doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
Do you anticipate she's going to jump or is she waiting for something else?
I don't understand why she's still in the race.
Her top fundraiser, the Koch Foundation, said they're no longer going to spend money on her anymore.
One of the House Republicans in her state that supported her says he's no longer going
to support her because the people have spoken. She's lost every race, as you pointed out.
She's starting to run out of money. All she's doing is giving Joe Biden a lot of videotape
that he will be able to use against Donald Trump, if Donald Trump becomes a nominee,
as seems pretty obvious.
And she's, in my opinion, damaging her future, four years from now, eight years from now.
She's still young. She still wants to run. If Donald Trump is a nominee, and if he loses,
one of us, one speculation will be one of the reasons that he lost was because of all
the ammo that Nikki Haley gave Joe Biden that he used against Donald Trump.
So I don't understand why she's still doing this at all.
I don't either, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see for how long this lasts.

I'm Jennifer Horn, in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
We're going to unpack just why Ronna McDaniel's out at the RNC.
and see there's some big reasons behind it.
As America First continues.
And I'm sure you'll find a way to get there.
Bye.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. That's voice Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
He is out today.
I'm Jennifer Horne filling in for him, host of The Morning Answer in Los Angeles alongside Grant Stinchfield.
You can follow Dr. G at Seb Gorka on all the platforms.
You can follow me at Jennifer Horne Radio on Truth Slash, well, Truth.

Really happy to welcome back to the program a friend of mine as well.
Lots of friends this hour.
I love it.
Jennifer Van Laar is here.
She is managing editor at redstate.com.
And I will tell you, Jen, welcome back to America First.
There are no tears falling.
That Ronna Romney McDaniel is out at the RNC around America First because I think we all were very acutely aware that it was time for a change and part of the reason we get this change is because of your reporting.
So welcome to America First.
Thank you.
Now, take us through, because you deserve a lot of credit.
In fact, we just had Larry Elder on.
We were talking about this person, this DeSantis, who was in the office of Fannie Willis in Atlanta in Fulton County.
This was your reporting a couple of months ago.
You really deserve the credit here.
You've broken some big stories in Los Angeles about the Board of Supervisors and the Department of Public Health.
But this one on the RNC has been a long time coming because you dug into their finances, into their budget.
And Jen, you were saying we don't have that much money on hand.
Where is it all going?
Tell us about your investigation, why it started and what you found when you started digging around the Republican National Committee.
So it started back in December of 2022.
And I was given a report that a private company had done that looked into most of the finances during Rana's tenure, but there was maybe five or six months of of finances they hadn't looked at, but what was in that report was astounding in terms of private jet usage, floral arrangements, donor mementos, that kind of thing.
When I publish, I like to have things be as accurate and up-to-date as possible, so I added the rest of what I found.
It was something in the neighborhood of $17 million in donor mementos.
$700,000 in floral, $3.1 million in jets and limos, that kind of thing.
So that led to Ronna almost being in jeopardy of losing her re-election at the January 2023 meeting.
She was re-elected, but a lot of people didn't really donate after that, but yet she kept spending in the same way.
And we thought we made the point like, hey, if you win, people don't really care so much what you spend because you won.
Right.
She still lost all through 2023.
So when I did the update of showing that she was still spending that much on the limos, the flowers, and $87,000 a month in management consulting, that got the attention of President Trump, who then shortly called her Tamara Lago and said, Time to find an exit plan.
Not happy with this reporting.
And really let that sink in, because you had uncovered a bunch of this ridiculous spending, like on gift baskets and candles, as you mentioned, like $70,000 on floral arrangements, on makeup, on media trainers, massages, because you know that's really, really integral in winning an election.
And so you came up with this story back in 2020, or 2021, I believe, and it didn't go anywhere.
The next thing you know, now it's just getting worse.
People who are Republicans who would donate to the RNC have lost faith that they're actually operating in good faith.
And people here, I know Sebastian, I know Seb, tells people to support President Trump directly or congressional candidates directly, and the RNC is being iced out.
Because they've lost trust, and this is one of the reasons why they didn't learn from their first exposure, and your second one comes out, and they weren't too happy about that.
They started to really come after you a little bit and said that you weren't being fair in your reporting about this.
Right.
The RNC came after me both times, and the first time was the end of 2022, right after we had not had the red wave materialized.
And one of the things they complained about in 2023 was that the money was going to Candace.
It's not coming to us.
Well, why isn't it coming to you, Ronna?
There's things they need to do as the RNC.
There's things they need to do as the National Party that only the National Party can do.
And first, they need to rebuild that trust so people would donate to them.
But, you know, I look at it that President Trump gave her another opportunity in 2023 because he didn't come out and actively oppose her being reelected as chair.
He could have.
He didn't.
So I look at it that he was giving her an opportunity.
Hey, you know what?
Let's see what you can do now.
I still trust you.
You were my girl from 2016.
You brought me Michigan.
And she didn't understand that she needed to actually change how she was doing things and win and stop spending so much.
Let's take a break right here.
If you can, stick around with us because I think what's really another really important piece of your reporting is the line item, side by side, what Democrats were spending on during the last election cycle and Republicans.
This is telling if you want Republicans to win elections again.
Follow her at JenVanLar on Twitter slash X. I'm Jennifer Horne.
There's more up ahead.
I'm in for Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horne in for Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Welcome to America First.
And we're playing the Dukes of Hazzard because our guest, Jennifer Van Laar, she's managing editor at Red State.
Check out Red State each and every day for all your latest news.
Redstate.com is the website.
And of course, Jen at Jen Van Laar on Twitter slash X. Jen was just at Cooter's Garage and her travels.
So, Jen, welcome back to America First.
And that Dukes of Hazzard tribute was just For you.
How was it?
Was it fun?
So fun.
I thought you were playing it because, you know, I'm a good old girl.
Never mean no harm.
You've been harming some people.
Ronna McDaniel, looking at you.
Now, Jen's on the program today because as of Monday, we learned that Ronna Romney McDaniel is officially stepping down from her position as head of the RNC.
And this came, according to reports, After President Trump read the reporting of Jen Van Laar and saw all the misspending that was going on at the RNC.
The RNC is struggling.
They do not have the same amount of cash on hand.
I think the Democrats have three times as much cash that the Republicans do.
This is critical going into an election year and the people have lost trust that the party apparatus is going to be serving them.
I thought, Jen, we should go line item by line item because you did something interesting comparing the budgets of the RNC to the DNC.
So we can see where our money is going compared to where their money is going.
Yeah, so I did selected categories because obviously they don't use all the same categories and that kind of thing.
But mostly to see when I was making my report, I was thinking, are these numbers Typical for what political parties spend.
So I wanted to see what the DNC spent for payroll, for office supplies, that kind of thing.
So the RNC spent, this is a 13 month period between October of 2022 and November, 2023.
They spent $300,000 basically, and the DNC spent $45,000.
DNC has $5 million in payroll.
So that means more people.
basically, and the DNC spent $45,000.
DNC has $5 million in payroll, so that means more people.
And look at that discrepancy.
The other one that stood out to me, or another, was management consulting,
over $1 million in 13 months versus $114,000 for the DNC.
Uh, floral arrangements, $70,328 RNC versus $800, basically, for DNC.
And there's actually another $40-something thousand dollars in floral arrangements that the RNC spent, uh, but for, uh, fundraising events, so I didn't include that there.
But if you look at— They really love flowers.
Well, then one other— Maybe because— Maybe because Republicans lose so many elections, they're sending flowers, but that's because they could be using that money in supporting candidates.
Right.
And then for limos, $260,000 versus $7,000 for the Democrats.
But when you look at the get-out-the-vote texting, we spent $86,000 during a 13-month period.
They spent basically $1.7 million.
And then we have to wonder why Republicans are losing elections.
We're losing elections because we are allowing the Republican Party to spend money on things that are not quite necessary, on frivolous items like limos and like flowers while Democrats are sharply focused on the get out the vote effort.
Now, these items, obviously, when you look at them side by side, you see where the problem is, that the Democrats are organized and that they are using their resources in the most effective way possible, and we're kind of floating around.
What was the response from the Republican Party?
Because they were trying to defend themselves, saying that you weren't calculating this right.
Right.
So when I first sent them an email before I published saying, Hey, I've updating my article from last year.
These are the things I'm going to list out.
Do you have any comment?
And, and also listed here's for comparison, what I found for the DNC.
I just got an attack back on email, uh, accusing me of not doing my own work of taking someone else's poorly done oppo research and making it my own.
And basically, you know, flipping me off in so many words.
And then it went back and forth with me for hours trying to show me where I was wrong.
And then I would point out, well, okay, you say this, but what about this?
And when they finally figured out that I wasn't following their, their rabbit, going down the rabbit hole with them, then they just started attacking me again.
So, and they also tried to get the corporation not to publish it.
Wow.
Well, it is published.
President Trump saw it.
What did you hear about his reaction to this reporting and that conversation?
Did you get any intel about the conversation that was had with with Ronna McDaniel?
Not necessarily about the conversation itself, but I do have one friend that was at Mar-a-Lago the day after my report hit, and they spoke to Trump about this report.
And he acknowledged that, yes, he personally had read it and he was fuming and things were going to change.
So I wish I could have been a fly on the wall in that Mar-a-Lago meeting he had with Roderick Daniel.
Well, especially after he was very loyal to her.
I mean, she was great for him in Michigan.
He acknowledges that.
And even in this shakeup at the RNC, I don't think he has outwardly thrown her under the bus.
I mean, he seems to be, I think, overly He's been really fair, actually.
He's been beyond fair to Ronna McDaniel in this particular case.
And I know she says she wants to continue on to serve and to make sure we get Republican victories.
But it is going to be interesting to see what changes are made when the new person gets in.
Now, there's going to be a meeting.
What happens next for people who are wondering about the candidates?
We had a caller earlier who said we want Harmeet Dhillon.
She's not necessarily being discussed because I don't think she's necessarily interested in the job at this point.
What are you hearing about the contenders?
Trump wants Watley and Laura Trump.
How is this all going to play out in the next couple of weeks?
Well, it's definitely going to be Watley.
And if Trump, if people needed more of a signal from Trump, Trump has now scheduled a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina for Saturday, right before Super Tuesday.
So that's showing even more that Watley is this person.
And obviously, Laura Trump's from the same state.
That's not as set in stone.
The 168 are the people who vote on it.
They're voting on it the 6th through the 8th of March in Houston at their spring training.
There's a few people who are already RNC members who are still jockeying for that co-chair position, arguing that Trump should not have a family member in there and that we shouldn't have both the chair and the co-chair from North Carolina.
So we'll see how that goes.
So basically the chair position is set.
I haven't heard anything from any members of the 168 that would indicate that anyone's going to fight that.
And it's until January when they have their winter meeting, because this is a fill-in position to fill in the rest of Ronna McDaniel's term.
And then there will be a new chair in January.
It'll be interesting to see what happens, but certainly you need a party that's strong as we go into the general election in 2024 and rebuild Republicans' trust.
Jennifer Van Laar, thank you so much for being with us.

Now, I don't want to get you guys too depressed here.
I don't want to leave the program with the sad news, but I think it has to be done.
I mean, this is a real bummer day.
For those of you who are fans of Ryan Binkley, he has officially dropped out of the presidential race.
Some of you are going, who was that?
Ryan Binkley is one of the only candidates left in the Republican primary, aside from Nikki Haley, running alongside Donald Trump.
But he dropped out of the race today and immediately endorsed President Trump.
He went on X saying, today I am suspending my campaign for the presidency of the United States of America and offering my endorsement and unwavering support for President Trump.
He was a Texas pastor, a businessman turned presidential candidate.
He thanked his family and his friends and his 80,000 financial supporters.
That just goes to show you that anybody can get some support when they run for office.
It's pretty unbelievable.
All right.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's slip in one more call.
Len in Anaheim.
Just a couple of minutes left.
Hi, Len.
You're on America First.
Hey, Jen.
You're doing an amazing job.
Just a couple of quick, you know, Nancy, you know, I mean, when you look at it with Katie, And you were talking about the happy side.
Democrats are the party of death.
We conservative Republicans, we're the party of life and joy.
So I think that's going to be a great book.
But so much blood.
Our innocent girls have been shed by illegal invaders due to King Hussein and Joe.
And it's just terrible.
It's got to turn around.
Trump 24 will do it.
But by the way, I am in consolation mode.
Ryan is gone.
Oh my.
Well, you know what, Len?
He came in second.
Eric was nice to point out to us here that he came in second in Nevada.
So he did have that.
I do believe it was less than 1% of the vote, but he was still in second place.
Second and last place during the Nevada caucus.
But yes, Ryan Binkley is out.
Len from Anaheim, thank you so much for the phone call.
Appreciate you.
So all we need now is Nikki Haley.
To drop out of this race.
When that happens?
I don't know.
Also, finally today, just a quick bit of news.
Jim Jordan and James Comer issued a subpoena for President Biden's classified documents deposition.
That just happened today in which the special counsel said that Joe Biden is an elderly man with a poor memory.
We'll see what they do and if they are able to get those documents to see exactly what led to the special counsel saying that about Joe Biden.
Pretty sure all you have to do is just watch him.
Alright, thank you guys so much for being with us.
