Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: RINO border bill dead on arrival

So, I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
I'm going to go ahead and get my laptop.
All right.
All Americans, not only in the states most heavily affected, but in every place in this country, are rightly disturbed by the large numbers of illegal aliens entering our country.
The jobs they hold might otherwise be held by citizens or legal immigrants.
The public service they use impose burdens on our taxpayers.
That's why our administration has moved aggressively to secure our borders more, by hiring a record number of new border guards, by deporting twice as many criminal aliens as ever before, by cracking down on illegal hiring, by barring welfare benefits to illegal aliens.
In the budget I will present to you, we will try to do more.
To speed the deportation of illegal aliens who are arrested for crimes, to better identify illegal aliens in the workplace, as recommended by the commission headed by former Congresswoman Barbara Jordan.
We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws.
It is wrong and ultimately self-defeating for a nation of immigrants to permit the kind of abuse of our immigration laws we have seen in recent years, and we must do more to stop it.
1995.
That man was the President of the United States.
His name was Bill Clinton.
And what did he say?
We may be a land of immigrants, but we are a land of laws, and all illegals should be deported.
Could you imagine any Democrat in a leadership position saying that today?
I grew up in the UK, of course, under the great Margaret Thatcher.
She predicted what's happened to the West and what's happened to America.
Let's listen to Maggie, the Iron Lady, cut 15.
Those who are genuine refugees, and that is determined again by the United Nations, will not be returned.
Those who are illegal immigrants, those who are illegal immigrants will be returned.
And it is customary international law for countries to receive ...their own immigrants back into their country.
And if the right honourable gentleman is suggesting that we ever get to a position when you cannot return illegal immigrants to their country of origin, then he is proposing international chaos.
International chaos.
And that is what we have.
It's what we have, to a lesser extent, in the UK, with the migrants crossing the Channel.
And it's what we have here today.
International chaos that is being aided and abetted by members of our party, the Republican Party.
The rumours are true that this deal, brokered by the frontman For Mitch McConnell, Senator Langford of Oklahoma would allow 5,000 illegals to cross every single day.
In fact, nothing would happen if it were more than 5,000 illegals because of the wording.
That would create an emergency crisis, emergency status, which would provide Biden with even more powers, powers such enumerated powers that really tell you what the game plan is.
Eric, explain what happens to the jurisdiction over illegal aliens and who that jurisdiction would be transported to if this bill were signed.
This is the most baffling part to me.
Julie Kelly covered this on X, that among other things, it would move all legal jurisdiction for border disputes, you know, border security, what have you, away from the courts in those regions, you know, southern Texas will not, To the U.S.
District Court for the District of Columbia.
Forget the fact that this bill gives more money.
It's a border bill which gives more money to Ukraine than is the annual budget of the U.S.
Marine Corps.
Ignore that for a moment, if you will.
Ignore the fact that for a fraction of this budget's expenditure, Which would be funneled from the federal government to NGOs close to the Democrat Party for a fraction of that funding.
We could have built President Trump's wall three times over.
So strange that when he was in government, we were told, oh no, we can't afford the wall, but now we can give more of that money To Ukraine?
And more of that money?
By multiples?
To the quote-unquote NGOs?
They're rather quangos, really.
They're quasi-governmental organizations.
The quangos that are funneling money back to the Democrats?
Oh, that's just an irrelevance.
No, that buried lead in the bill tells you everything you need to know.
That the jurisdiction for immigration cases Wouldn't be dealt with the existing immigration judges across America and the local jurisdictions and the local federal district courts.
No, no, no, no, no.
In some magic waving of a wand, those jurisdictions would be transferred to the federal prosecutors in the nation's capital.
Which is peculiar because 60% of violent crimes aren't being charged by the federal prosecutors in the District of Columbia.
That's why we had a thousand carjackings in the last 12 months.
That's why a former Trump appointee, Mike Gill, was murdered by a carjacker last weekend at 5 o'clock in the afternoon on K Street as he was picking up his wife from work.
Why would you give that jurisdiction to the District?
Well, because the district is run by Democrats.
I mean, forget the separation between bureaucrats and non-bureaucrats and officers of the court and civilians.
93 stinking percent of the city voted for Biden.
This is the DNC headquarters.
This city is Democrat Central.
That's why.
The good news is... Let's give this guy some credit.
The relatively new Speaker of the House has said, I don't care what you're doing Mitch McConnell, I don't care what you're doing Senator Lankford, over my dead body!
And he has stated on social media, this abortion of a bill is dead, dead in the water, dead on arrival.
And just to put it into some more, you know, historic context, It's weird that they had a bill that would have actually secured the border.
Listen to Mike Johnson.
Cut five.
We passed our bill on border security nine months ago.
It's been sitting on Chuck Schumer's desk collecting dust ever since.
The H.R.
2, which is our signature bill right out of the beginning, right out of the blocks for the House Republican Conference and our Republican majority, would have solved this problem.
We would resolve the broken asylum system and the broken parole system.
Uh, reinstitute Remain in Mexico, which would stem the flow by probably 70%.
We would end the catch and release, the release, the mass releases of illegals into our country that's happened.
This border is out of control.
All these problems have mounted and the Senate has been dithering ever since.
Yeah, good for you, Mike Johnson.
Good for you.
The insanity has to stop.
You know, on the one hand, let it continue because then it really is a cakewalk for President Trump in November.
But really, how many more Americans need to die before then?
How many need to be murdered at the hands of illegals, raped after they were murdered, as we heard last week?
How many tens of thousands have to die as a result of fentanyl poisoning, fentanyl smuggled across the border?
And how many illegals, girls and women, need to be sexually abused by the coyotes?
God, these people just don't care.
They just don't care.

I'm gonna send you an image as well.
Okay, another one.
Is that for- oh, that's for this segment, okay.
Mic's off, Alex.
Mike, sir.
Mike.
You You
you Bye.
Hello everybody, this is your favorite president, Donald J. Trump, and I want to let you know that I'm also a big fan of Sebastian, so I know you listen to him, and he's got a great audience, good ratings, and all of those things, but he has it because he's a very talented guy.
He's an amazing man.
Thank you, Mr. President.
I do like that line.
Thank you, Alex, for playing that.
All right.
So we're going to introduce a new guest to the show, an example, a very rare species of individual that speaks the truth from the world of finance.
And damn the consequences.
He was on our buddy Steve Bannon's show last week.
I tried to get him on Newsmax on Friday, but then some doddering old individual in the White House decided some fireworks displays in the Middle East could wag the dog and distract people.
And we're delighted to reprise his prior interview.
Scott Besant, welcome to America First.
Great to see you.
You've made quite a bit of news in the last few days.
You're the founder and CEO of the Key Square Group.
You're an incredibly adroit investor and you wrote an analysis Around the concept of the Trump rally, but not in the way that we understand it, but another kind, market rally.
It's been reported by Bloomberg, by Daily Mail.
Would you explain what this different kind of Trump rally is, please, Scott?
Sure.
So, you know, at our firm, we study history, try to imagine the future, and then bring that to the present.
And we went through and we were thinking, what is causing this powerful stock market rally now?
And I think that it is really the same cause, but two different factors.
So and the cause is Donald Trump is ahead in the polls.
And he has been And for the past 14 months, anytime he's been ahead in the polls, the stock market has done better.
It's roughly the market's up 35% when President Trump is up in the polls and is up 3% when President Biden's up in the polls.
Let's put this visual up because our buddy Phil Kirpin took the image from your report and put the graph on his social media account.
Let's put it full screen, Eric.
Let me just repeat for those who may have thought that Scott may have misspoke.
What he said is, if you look at the popularity of the incumbent, vice the popularity of the leader of the opposition, when the president is in the ascendance, There's a 3% increase in the markets.
When President Trump's popularity is ascendant, it's a ten-fold increase.
Now, that's an order of magnitude that is hard to dismiss, is it not, Scott?
Look, we're data analysts.
There are a lot of arguments you can make on that data.
But Seb, as you point out, the magnitude of the difference is quite important.
And directionally, it has to be correct.
Go ahead.
No, go ahead.
Yeah, the magnitude and the tendency and the direction, it's hard to find any other explanation, no?
No, and again, we've broken this down into two factors.
First factor is the markets anchoring to November 5th and a Trump 2.0 presidency.
So, you know, The markets would like lower taxes, the Trump tax cuts which expire in 2025 being renewed, a light touch regulation, more energy supply and dependence, lower energy prices,
And a settling down of what's going on, you know, of all the turmoil abroad, you know, that tends to unsettle markets.
So, you know, those are four very strong factors that the markets anchoring to, you know, on the other side, you know, Lail Brainard, President Biden's chief economic advisor has said that Trump tax cuts are off the table in terms of being renewed if there is a Biden 2.0, and in fact, taxes will be raised.
So that is one side.
You know, Trump is ahead.
The market is focusing on the Trump 2.0 come the January 20th, 2025.
On the other side, and this is not an unusual phenomenon, not new to the Biden administration, I will come back and discuss the magnitude of what is being done, which I do believe is new, is since 1952, the market has never gone down when an incumbent president is running.
That incumbent hasn't always won, but why is that?
The administration controls the economic apparatus in the form of the Treasury, and to some degree, the Federal Reserve.
And, you know, I would submit that Janet Yellen is looking at the same real clear polls that everyone else is, and is providing liquidity for the real economy for a buoyant market to try to get her boss, Joe Biden, the Back at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
This is what you described as the priming the pump, correct?
Exactly.
And, you know, again, there's nothing new about this, but what is new is the level of the stimulus.
I mean, look, we are running six, seven percent budget deficits.
The national debt has come up a trillion dollars, trillion with a T, for the past 100 days and the 100 days before that.
So in 200 days, we have added 2 trillion of debt.
That is not supposed to happen when you have a 3.7% unemployment rate.
The Keynesian model of which Secretary Yellen, The energy comes from that Keynesian school is you were supposed to spend the when there's a slowdown, you're not supposed to be really goosing the economy at this level.
The other thing too, is since the Silicon Valley bank crisis, they provided an extraordinary amount of lending into the banking system.
They have shortened the duration of Treasury bills that are being issued.
So the way to think about that is keeps interest rates down because you are issuing short-term bonds rather than being more prudent.
In Washington, the Treasury job Top job at Treasury, Treasury Secretary and Chair of the Fed are essentially risk management jobs.
And, you know, we saw what happened at the Fed when the Fed did a poor job of risk management, very contrary to what Jerome Powell said in 60 Minutes last night.
They let inflation get out of the bag.
We'll talk about the consequences in a moment.
We're talking to Scott Besant, founder and CEO of Key Square Group, that's keysq.com, with his amazing analysis on the new kind of Trump rally and what's the cause.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First 101, wherever you are, whatever you're doing,
stay on this channel.
Back to the rally discussion and what you were saying earlier in the second segment.
But in this break, at what point, I mean, yes, there's, I won't say exuberance, you know, there's a positive reaction to President Trump's successes reflected in the market.
But, Scott, at what point does the debt become its own The French artist Marcel Duchamp was also a philosopher, and he had a saying that I think answers your question.
on the pale. Yeah. So Sabeb said the French artist Marcel Duchamp was also a philosopher and he had a saying that I
think answers your question. If there is no solution there's no problem. And I think and I think that's the way the
Biden administration is viewing this.
I think that they have adopted, I've made up a new term, I call it the maximalist point of no return, is they're just going to keep spending and hope that things don't break before November 5th.
And I think with the help of the Fed and Secretary Yellen's Used to be chair of the Fed also.
They can stifle any blowouts for now.
But I think this maximalist point of no return on the spending is an effort to get us past any supply side solutions for the debt.
But isn't that just whistling past the graveyard?
Sure.
Sure, sure, sure.
But look, I think the only thing they want to whistle past is November 5th.
Right.
They just want to get over that.
They get over that, and then, you know, we'll see what happens from there.
Right.
And it's going to—Lael Brainard, at a speech at the Economic Club in New York last summer, told us that that is their plan.
Taxes have to be raised.
And for your listeners, they are saying that it will be on the households earning more than $400,000.
That is not possible if they are going to go with tax increases to fix this deficit.
They will have to drop down households making half of that, households making a third of that.
There's just not enough income there.
All right, I have so many questions.
How much time do you have, Scott?
Oh, I've got plenty of time.
All right, can we do another seven minutes?
Yeah, I've got John.
So this next segment will be seven minutes and then we'll get you on the Newsmax show on Thursday if we could.
Great.
All right, standby.
Superb stuff.
Eric, can you combine the break?
Can you add these all together?
Yeah, of course.
Seth, the other thing to talk about is the Trump effect on the Chinese markets, which the FT reported this morning.
Yes, absolutely.
All right, we'll try and squeeze it all in.
30 seconds.
No violence.
No hate speech.
Just happy warriors on America First.
All right, I want to get straight back to our friend Scott Besson, who has written an amazing piece, The New Trump Rally Analysis, meaning the rally of the markets, their response to the rising popularity of President Trump.
You can read a summary in the Daily Mail.
Bloomberg has it as well.
Scott, we were philosophizing in the break.
I just want to Go up into the stratosphere for a second.
You talked about the Keynesian model that Yellen and the Fed are following.
Why are we having this debate still?
I mean, didn't Hayek and the Chicago School put these zombies to bed?
I mean, do they not understand?
Or are these people in a time warp of some sort?
Look, Thomas Sowell has written about this quite a bit.
Groups like this create a crisis, they have a solution that doesn't work, and then they provide an explanation in why we're better off, even though their stated solution didn't work.
Yeah, so it's just the same old same old of making the mistakes, explaining it away, and then making sure the pump is primed so that your guy wins the election.
I have to ask, and I know it's a little bit personal, but it shocked me, I've known you for years, but to see you on my buddy Steve Bannon's show last week, then to have you agree to come on my show, Have you had blowback about your Trump rally theory?
Because it's unusual for an investor of your rank and influence to give interviews of this kind.
So, Sam, I think a couple of things.
One, I am making this very clear.
This is a financial view.
I have political views.
And the worst thing I can do is let those infect the market.
I remember 10 days after President Trump won in November 2016, having lunch with one of my mentors, Byron Wayne, who was vice chair of Blackstone.
And I said, so, you know, Byron, what do you think?
And he said, well, you know, Scott, I was with George Soros on election night and I started crying, but I think the market's going straight up.
And so, you know, I learned from Byron to tease out your political views And here, we've just done stock market history, and if anyone thinks my view isn't right, then let's see what happens if Biden goes ahead in the polls, substantially.
If he's ahead by a little, the apparatus will keep providing liquidity.
But if something happened and President Trump You said something in the break that we must discuss before we run out of time.
we'll see what the market does then. My inclination is that it would be much less
bullion. You said something in the break that we must discuss before we run out of time.
Talk to us about the impact on the Chinese economy.
Well, you know, it's the exact opposite.
And again, this isn't for me.
This is from the Financial Times over the weekend, and they had a piece that their reconnaissance, they're talking to market participants in Shanghai, and Shanghai has had a disastrous start to the year.
Markets lost $2 trillion, again, $2 trillion with a T.
in market value this year.
And market operators in Shanghai are attributing this to worries about Donald Trump coming back,
pressing on the Chinese, perhaps higher tariffs, decoupling, lower financing, less American cash,
certainly, perhaps less foreign cash going into the Chinese real economy
and into the Chinese asset market.
So the increased popularity of President Trump is good for our markets, bad for the biggest communist dictatorship in the world.
I'll take that deal.
We've got literally 50 seconds left.
Scott, I want to continue on Newsmax later this week, but let me ask, if the rallies lead to a Trump victory in terms of market fundamentals and continued growth, what policy would you like to see reinstated or initiated in the early stages of a second Trump administration?
What would the market like?
Just give me one very briefly.
Deregulation is without a doubt the attack by the administrative state on business.
The company, private businesses, public businesses, The CEOs we talk to, their biggest worry is regulatory uncertainty.
The Trump administration can provide regulatory certainty, then that is the best thing they can do.
I mean, you know, like this cancelling of all these LNG export facilities, or excuse me, the delaying, which is another word for cancellation, you know, It's terrible for business confidence, terrible for long-term investment.
So deregulate, deregulate, deregulate.
Unshackle the giant that is the U.S.
economy.
We will continue this discussion.
In the meantime, I salute you, Scott Besson.

Happy Monday!
Happy Monday, good to be with you.
Maybe not a happy Monday for people living anywhere near the border, but most places, yeah, happy Monday.
Indeed, indeed.
Let's talk about that, because look, I'm a cynical chap.
I've been in this stinking cesspit that has watched in DC for more than a decade and a half, but...
This level of dysfunction inside one of the parties, where you have this bill that you're not allowed to read, that Senator Lankford is fronting for Mitch McConnell, and then, you know, the day that the leaked details make it out, within nanoseconds, the Speaker of the House says, uh, sorry, this is DOA.
This is a surprising level of dysfunction, isn't it, John?
It is.
There's also a surprising lack of difference between the parties all of a sudden.
The Bush to McConnell continuum of the Republican Party erased all the differences that Ronald Reagan and Barry Goldwater and other conservatives gave the Republican Party.
For 30 years, and certainly for the first half, maybe more than two-thirds of my career, Republicans had a very difficult vision for what constituted America.
And today it becomes more and more sounding like the Barack Obama vision of America.
Many Republicans sound just indistinguishable from Democrats.
And obviously the America First movement is the exception, but you see some of these longstanding members
of the Senate Republican caucus people like Cornyn and Mitch McConnell, Lankford, maybe not as long,
but clearly in that camp, they sound like Democrats.
They don't sound like the conservative principled fighters that Ronald Reagan gave birth to
in the modern Republican party.
So this is a bellwether test.
This isn't just a battle between Joe Biden's border and Republicans.
This is a battle for the heart and soul of the Republican Party.
Are Republicans going to be different?
Or are they just going to be rubber stampers of the Democratic-Biden party?
That's what's at stake in this bill.
Yeah, it's so strange.
We actually opened the show without me, you know, starting a monologue.
We just played a clip from Bill Clinton in 1995, where he said, we are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws, and every, you know, illegal immigrant must be deported.
That was the Democrat president, Bill Clinton.
And then today, the bill that Langford is fronting for the GOP says, no illegal immigrant May be arrested for being an illegal immigrant.
I mean, John, I'm just curious, as a voter, it seems as if one of the two parties missed what happened in 2016.
Yeah, and are missing what's happening in 2024.
Listen, people who live in these cities, the cops who just got beat by illegal immigrants in New York, the people who have their houses invaded in Chicago by these illegal alien gangs, they are also crying out right now.
And the Republicans under the command of Mitch McConnell are clearly not listening to them.
It isn't just the echoes of the past.
There is a cry and hue right now that is not being heeded to.
The Republicans were given an extraordinary opportunity to be different, to be bold,
to stand for law and order in America.
And instead, they rubber-stamped the Biden vision of lawlessness and chaos.
And I think there's a dear price to pay.
Listen, the Republicans are potentially jeopardizing their hold on Congress,
they're jeopardizing the 2024 election without even appreciating what they're doing right now.
Now there's a very strong outspoken people, right?
Ron Johnson, Ted Cruz, a lot of principled conservatives, but the leadership of the party in the Senate Republicans look something like Joe Biden light right now.
And they seem to be sabotaging their own chances of taking the Senate as well.
We're talking to the founder, the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com, also the host of Just The News, Not Noise, on Real American's Voice every evening.
John, as you do every time you come on the show, you tease us about things you will be publishing.
Tell us about potential stories around January 6th and also the confluence of the stories of the Hunter Biden business partners coming together.
Yeah, let's start the second one first.
It's hard to underestimate how important Rob Walker's testimony was.
He confirmed that Hunter Biden and the Biden family created the China deal while Joe Biden was vice president and then just deferred the payments so that Americans wouldn't know that the family was doing business with the CCP.
That is stunning testimony and I think we're going to learn more from other business partners in the days ahead.
I think Eric Schwerin is going to have given us some information about what sort of money might have flowed in and out of Joe Biden's account.
I think that could be interesting.
And then we've got Tony Bobulinski still coming up.
He was on the back end of that China deal.
It's really clear now.
Joe Biden was the facilitator of this business.
He made everything possible for Hunter and James and family to make their money And now the only remaining question is, how much did he benefit from it personally?
That's the only remaining question.
I think we'll get that.
Now, on January 6th, I've been digging in the last few weeks, really trying to find how does the Capitol Police deal with its own people?
How does it, if someone is involved in a police shooting, if someone's involved in misconduct, either related to January 6th or before and after it, how is it dealt with?
we're going to find a stunning pattern of failure to really hold Capitol Police accountable
for things that happened on January 6th, before January 6th, and after January 6th.
I've been working on this for about six months.
I think it's going to be very eye-opening to folks.
The state of the Capitol Police is not strong right now.
It has a lot of problems, and that means the Capitol is not as safe as it could be.
Can't wait for that coverage.
Make sure you are following this man on social media at JaySolomonReports.
Thank you, John, for your regular morning update.
Your course next here on America First, coming to you from ReliefFactor.com studios.
Have you ever given up on something?
I don't think the listeners to this show give up on things usually.
But what about one that's very personal?
What about your weight?
Have you ever looked in the mirror and said, I'm not the man I used to be, not the woman I used to be.
If it's because of some excess baggage, don't worry, I've been there.
I'm six foot three, I can hide it, but being 268 pounds, that's not healthy, not good.
And then I met Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss.
I didn't want to do the program, but Katie, my muse, said, let's do it together.
And so we did.
She lost 36 pounds.
I lost 42.
I'm wearing a size 36 blue jean now.
I haven't done that since my twenties.
Katie had to get a whole new wardrobe because everything was too big.
Now Dennis Prager's on the program.
Mr. G's on the program.

John.
The Republicans sound like Democrats.
70.
Thank you.
Have we had this Kristen Hawkins on the show, Geoff?
You sound familiar.
Who is that?
Pro-life, uh, students organization, Students for Life president.
Yeah, we had her on recently.
The president of Students for Life, right?
Yeah, we had her on.
Can we get her on?
Because they're doing a campaign against the chemical abortions.
Can we get, um, just for once?
Is it Kristen or Kurt?
Uh, it's Kristen with a K. Kristen Hawkins.
Can you just get her for one segment?
Yeah.
Thanks.
And what about D'Souza's son-in-law who we're gonna have on?
Brandon Gill?
Yeah.
Whatever happened to that?
Um, I don't remember.
He's the one that's running for Congress, right?
Yeah.
Texas 26.
Their primary is March 5th, I believe.
I believe same day as Super Tuesday.
America First, mega-nificent.
Have you seen the latest America First gear on our website?
Inspired by you, our dear listeners and callers.
The t-shirt, Donald Trump did nothing wrong.
Also, the one with his face and a very simple message.
2024 Retribution.
Get yours and so much more, including the I stand with 45 flag at sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A store.com.
And support the boss directly at donjtrump.com.
Let's go to Alex in Brooklyn.
Happy Monday.
Hey, Sebastian.
Thanks for taking the call.
I think that these Rhino Republicans that are, you know, so-called bipartisan with this bill, they knew this bill is not going to pass.
They knew that a lot of Republicans aren't going to vote for it because the MAGA voters, which is a big part of the Republican Party now, are very opposed to this bill.
And they just want that The Biden administration and the Democrats should be able to run around and say that the MAGA Republicans in the House and the Senate killed the bipartisan bill and tried to hurt Trump in the general election.
So it's not even like they care about, you know, getting border security.
But I think they should definitely not allow for this bill to go forward and pass, because this is not really going to accomplish anything more than what Joe Biden has the capability of doing right now.
It might be different things, but the outcome Yeah, I don't think anything's going to happen until we get President Trump back in the White House, but you're right.
These people just want to blame a MAGA.
Thank you, Alex.
Let's go to Tom in Arizona.
And so, in fact, I don't think anything's going to happen until we get President Trump
back in the White House, but you're right.
These people just want to blame MAGA.
Thank you, Alex.
Let's go to Tom in Arizona.
Hey, Seb, how you doing?
Good.
Good.
It's good to see you.
How are you?
I just wanted to just give you a quick story.
The proof on that gentleman that was talking about how markets react when, you know, Republicans or Democrats get in the office.
I work for the largest builder in America right now.
And in 2015, I worked for an average size builder.
And we were gonna, there was rumors of getting bought out by this other builder.
They were waiting I talked to a guy high up.
They were waiting to see who won the 16 election before they made their offer.
Once Trump got in the office, they made their offer because they knew that, you know, Republicans in general will be friendly to businesses.
They're able to plan, you know, five to 10 years in the future.
And that's just proof.
It works.
Look, it's very, very simple whether you're in construction or whether you're the biggest billionaire investor on Wall Street like our buddy Scott is.
You want the market to be predictable.
You want there to be stability.
You don't want new wars.
You don't want open borders.
You don't want what the last three years brought us.
President Trump brought us stability.
And that's what businessmen of every size want.
It's what employees of businesses want.
God bless you.
Thank you, Tom.
Don't go anywhere.

...told that the Chinese are paying $35,000 a head, $50,000 a head to come to the southern border.
They're paying the drug cartels this money.
The number of Chinese nationals, and they are military-aged men, you're right, up 1,100% year over year.
Are they being directed by the Communist Party to come here?
I believe so.
I believe so.
And I believe we're going to have a terrorist attack 100%. 100%.
You know, during my term, I had no terrorist attacks.
You know that, right?
I had all sorts of bans on people from certain countries.
I had bans all over the place.
We had no attack.
I had nothing.
We had no attack.
We had nothing.
Now millions pouring across the border.
And you know that the bad guys have secreted hundreds, if not thousands, of those who wish to kill Americans here on U.S.
soil into those hordes.
That was the President with Maria Bartiromo yesterday.
Even the left.
What did you call it, Eric?
The narratives cracking?
What did you say in the break?
What did you say?
The conditioning is breaking.
The conditioning is breaking.
Jessica Tarlov, who is the mandatory Lib on The Five, she was on that reprobate Bill Maher show, and she even admits that what the Republican governors did, bussing aliens, was rather smart.
Cut seven.
being actually good on Governor Abbott to start busing immigrants all over the country.
When he started with Martha's Vineyard, him and DeSantis, I thought, oh, this is just a political stunt.
It's ridiculous.
And now that you have J.B.
Pritzker and Mayor Adams and Kathy Hochul and the mayors of Baltimore and D.C.
saying we absolutely cannot sustain this influx, everybody feels like they live in Eagle Pass now and has a lot of sympathy for that.
Everybody feels like they live in Eagle Pass.
Yeah.
I was a skeptic at the time.
I thought it's a little bit of a, um, what?
Just a gesture, given that you're a very powerful governor of a very powerful state.
But yes, it is now front line stories.
It is now on everybody's headlines, especially with the collapse of the deal, the collapse of this outrageous Mitch McConnell deal.
But some people are still holding out.
People like that pathetic Joe Scarborough, cut 13.
He's lying about this.
He knows.
I mean, James Lankford has said, I wish they would all read the bill.
I wish they would understand how strong the bill is.
But the sad thing is, and it's pathetic, and you know, we say things can be two things at once.
I mean, the new speaker is both dangerous And pathetic.
He's both dangerous and pathetic.
If you're pathetic, you're not dangerous, Joe.
How does that work?
Yeah, we know who you are.
Let's go to your calls.
Awaiting patiently in Los Angeles.
Line one.
Happy Monday, Brent!
Hello, great border guardian Gorka!
I wish I were.
That's more Mark Lamb.
What is your message for today, my friend?
Well, all of these RNC rhino rapist border bills and deals are simply a bunch of steaming, stinking piles of Bolts Edition.
Billion-dollar Biden-type bribes to any U.S.
senator and congressman who could be purchased as a progressive prostitute like Mitch McConnell, Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, Nick Haley, and now James Lankford is chump change and a great deal for all godless, globalist, deep state, world economic forum, CCP, Soros, Gates Foundation, funders, and Latinx cartels.
Yeah, I think you're on fire today.
We don't have a lot of seals, not enough to secure the whole border, but I think we get the message.
Thank you, Brent!
Madus machine guns, a million bullets and a few thousand gallons of paint for big
beautiful red lines along our border. Yeah I think you're on fire today. We
don't have a lot of seals, not enough to secure the whole border, but I think we
get the message. Thank you Brent. Let's go to also Los Angeles, Gregory, line 4.
Dr. Gorka, good afternoon.
Thank you for being there for us.
This is one side of the coin that doesn't get much air time.
The direct descendants of the World War II generation.
In this case, parents that were severed for three years.
Three years in that long, hard conflict.
And I want to have another, or support you with another t-shirt logo.
Yeah, the t-shirt I did, yep.
That stands for Repatriate on Arrival Retroactively.
Yeah, kind of.
Thank you.
I get the sentiment.
Thank you, Gregory.
Thank you for reminding us of what those generations did so all of us could be free.
Joe, Illinois Line 5.
Yes, are you eating a bag of potato chips?
No, just a cup of bourbon.
All right.
What's your comment?
What's your question, Joe?
Day one of your new administration.
Not mine.
Not mine.
Ours.
Everybody who loves America.
Yes, sir.
Close the border.
That's the first executive order.
And day two is 60 more executive orders to overturn the ones that Biden signed.
Yeah, is that supposed to be news, Joe, that we should close the board on day one?
Uh, sure.
Why not?
Yeah.
Okay, Joe.
Thank you.
Let's go to Dick, line one.
Hi, Sebastian.
Last in the past, I was telling your screener I've been taking In these classes, I used your book, First America, on some of the principles I'm learning about the Marcus Theory, and Freddie Kingle, and competitiveness, and your book has some really good ideas, Sebastian, you know?
That's why I wrote it, Dick!
Thank you!
That's why I wrote it, Dick!
Yeah, yeah, it's great!
I like the comments in there, you know, I'm going, this country needs liberty, pursuit, we the people, buddy!
Is that it, Dick?
No, I just wanted to tell you I missed talking to you.
I'm going to let you know.
I've been taking these classes and your book is great, Sebastian.
Okay, thank you, Dick.
Got the message.
Line 2, John, California.
Dr. Gorka, thank you for taking my call.
Sure.
The senator who wrote that bill, the RINO, the reason why I think he wrote that bill, he's in bed with the big corporations. They're doing nothing but building
apartment complexes in California.
They're not building condo units anymore. It's nothing but apartment complexes, all
the new construction. So the RINOs, the Republicans, the senator who wrote that bill has been bought
out by big business.
Do you have any proof of that, John?
No, it's just obvious to me because they're not building condo.
Okay, something may be obvious to you.
You're making a very serious allegation.
What is your proof that Senator Langford has been bought out by the condo builders in California?
Well, if you look at his bill, the bill is terrible for the U.S.
Well, I know that, but that doesn't mean he's being bought out by the construction condo industry in California.
What is your proof of that, John?
That's a very serious accusation.
I guess I don't have any proof.
It's just my personal belief.
OK, thank you, John.
Guys, we've got to be better than that, right?
We've just got to be better than that.
Enough with the I think whatever.
A little bit more strenuous critical thought needs to be applied.
All right?
I have no idea why Langford... I'm still trying to work out why Langford did this.
Has he been promised something by the minority leader?
By Mitch McConnell?
Very likely.
Do I have evidence?
I don't, so I'm not going to state that because I don't know.
We need to be better than the other side.
Don't make accusations without evidence.
Yes, they're rhinos.
The mere fact that an individual co-sponsored or helped negotiate that bill is determinative proof, is dispositive proof that that individual's a rhino.
Anybody who lies as much as he does about the contents of the bill, which we can now read, Is a Republican in name only?
Is working for some other interests?
What are those interests?
Is it greed?
Is it selfishness?
Is it because he's been compromised or promised something by Mitch McConnell?
I have no idea.
Therefore, I will not make accusations of that ilk.
We need to be sharper.
We need to be better than the other side.
Don't just throw out accusations.
If you have the proof, Then that's a statement of fact.
In the meantime, stick to what we know.
Draw possible or maybe probable influences.
But please guys, so crucial that our arguments be tighter than theirs.
They're in the smear game.
We shouldn't be in the smear game because we don't need to be.
We've got the goods on these guys.

I'm not cutting off genitalia of children.
What, I don't deserve to live in America?
No.
Disagree.
If I could refund the five dollars, I would.

You got evil bastards surrounding you, so you just say, screw my country?
God, that's the antithesis of what we stand for.

Yes, now we can.
What do we put on the URL, guys?
Do we have a link for the movie?
Yes, thewaronchildren.com.
Waronchildren.com, okay.
Put that instead of his personal one.
Is it available right now?
Right now, available now.
Okay, good, perfect.
Can you play me the clip?
Are they intentionally sexualizing our children and stealing their innocence?
I think that's right.
TikTok specifically is designed to target young people.
That's who their audience is.
Have children died because of social media?
Absolutely.
Have they been trafficked off of social media?
100%.
Have they been sexually exploited off of social media?
Ongoing.
Yes.
I'm scrolling on TikTok.
I see little kids with TikTok.
What are they looking at?
This is what you don't want kids to see, is that correct?
Exactly.
And again, this is depicting children.
This is, this is supposed to be kids.
It's thewaronchildren.com, just to clarify the URL.
Yeah.
Yeah, correct.
Jeff, can you book Cara Fredericks for an hour on, uh, The Truth About Social Media?
Yeah.
Alright.
90 seconds.
Um, what have we got here?
Speed.
Oh, how long is 10?
How long is a 10 cut?
Cut 10 is 35 seconds.
All right, can you come in with that, then I'll do Patriot Mobile.
Come in with 10, then Patriot.
And then I'll introduce Robbie, and then I'll tee up the clip.
All righty.

Good setup that he's got.
I love Seb's set.
His set looks awesome.
Do the wide.
Do the, uh, camera two.
So I can see all my toys.
I like it.
I'm jealous.
It's like a man cave.
Oh, it is.
I just wish I could smoke cigars in here.
Jeff, when are we gonna smoke cigars?
Mine's like a prison on Star Trek.
Is it time for... What day of the month is it?
It's the 5th.
Tomorrow is Concerted Cigar Day.
Are you gonna come, Jeff?
I forgot about that.
What is it?
It's the first Tuesday, right?
First Tuesday.
Where is that?
In McLean.
Jeff?
Possibly.
What time is it?
Like 5.30 right after the show.
Probably.
Did you hear that?
Guys, I have a witness.
He can't welch out of this one.
Probably is more than maybe.
When do I welch out?
Come in, Fitz.
I'm going to be a little bit more formal.
There's this love affair with the Iranian mullahs, and they don't want to offend them.
That's why they give $6 billion for six offices.
That's why they don't enforce sanctions against trading Iranian oil with China.
That's why they continue to allow these attacks to occur, really, you know, unabated.
I mean, it's, there's these, you know, this technology demonstration that we did is really just, you know, as Michael Watts put it, a fireworks display.

It's just a technology display.
It's just fireworks.

They've even funded school board candidates.

Some great faces there.
I recognize Carl Fredricks, Pastor John Amanchukwu.
But to talk about why he did it and why everyone listening right now needs to watch it, let's talk to our friend, a great patriot, Robbie Starbuck.
Happy New Year.
Welcome back to America First.
Happy New Year.
Great to see you, buddy.
Yeah, you know, very simple.
Making this film is really a culmination of everything my wife and I have done over the last decade.
And the realization that, you know, as people, the world moves so fast.
You know, we see one news story and then maybe another a couple of days later, we say, oh, that's awful.
That's bad.
Maybe we share it.
But the truth is very few people have connected how this is all coordinated.
And this is a battle plan.
This is a war being carried out in a very coordinated fashion by a group of people who absolutely hate us.
OK, so we connect the dots in this film.
As Donald Trump Jr.
said last night, this is a film Every parent needs to see, and every grandparent needs to see, because it connects all those dots.
It really gives an insight nobody else has given.
And we got interviews with people on the left as well.
It wasn't shown in that clip, but we've got a bunch of interviews with whistleblowers, people on the left.
We even went and interviewed a drag queen who has performed for children to confront them with some of the explicit images and get, you know, into the mind of the ideology of these people.
We went to the source in many of these cases.
We went to Pornhub's doctors.
Yes, Pornhub has doctors to talk to them about what they're doing to children because they don't verify agent consent.
They let kids on their website.
It's a whole host of issues and we connect all the dots from human trafficking, the indoctrination in schools, the gender identity issues, social media use, everything.
The science behind it.
And here's the thing that's so special about the movie.
And why the media is going to be afraid to cover it.
The mainstream media is going to avoid covering a film that has gotten millions of views racked up in only two days on its trailer because they know this film is dangerous to people who are in the center, who are still sane, even centered Democrats.
You know, we'll say the people who are sort of blue dog Democrats, if they watch this film, they will change their opinion on a lot of issues because we are fact based.
We go through the actual scientific studies.
We use sources that they can trust, that these people have been programmed by the mainstream media to trust, and that is the kryptonite to all of these insane ideas that these Marxists have pushed on people.
So this is a must-see film, and we've created—because, by the way, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube have all banned our ads, okay?
That is something that should tell you everything right there, okay?
You're supposed to be capitalist companies, right?
Well, no, they don't want our money.
They want to ban it so people can't see this film.
So it's up to the people.
That's why we added a gifting option today.
So if you go to thewaronchildren.com, you can gift this movie to those people in your life who need to wake up.
But you can watch it there as well, thewaronchildren.com.
Did you see what he did there?
He said, oh, and as Donald Trump Jr.
said last night, so smooth, so smooth.
Robbie Starbuck, the director of The War on Children.
It is out, you can watch it right now, thewaronchildren.com.
I want to keep you on to discuss this for another segment, but I have to ask this question for those who don't follow this closely, haven't made a movie about it like you have, or who aren't married to people who have been fighting this at the school boards like my wife has, and your wife.
Tell three and a half million people right now, Robbie, how bad is it, how evil is this assault on our children, Robbie?
I want people to imagine the worst they think it could be.
And it's a hundred times worse than that.
In fact, at times, I said this to somebody this morning, who we were delving deep into this for about an hour, and I said, at times when you talk to these people on the left and you delve deep into their ideology and the writings that they think only their side is going to see, you truly feel like you're in hell and you start to imagine, how could hell be worse than this reality where they think it's okay to mutilate children, push this ideology, steal rights from parents?
I mean, when you watch our film, You're going to meet some people that will have you in tears, even grown men.
I mean, I've heard from grown men who have come back after watching and said, I was in tears.
listening to this mom talk about losing her child to the state of California, ripping
their child away, a minor, transitioning the child against the mother's will, and then
the child committing suicide in the state's care because the state did not understand
what the hell was going on, and they ripped the parental rights from that parent.
We go deep on this.
We talk to the people who were actually trafficked as kids, sold online over a thousand times.
We talk to Riley Gaines, Senator Rand Paul, all these different people with different
expertise and experiences, and the reality is stark.
I mean, it is really harrowing evil stuff, but people need to understand it.
And here's the important part.
We don't need any more infotainment.
Our film is not infotainment.
It's not there to entertain you or to make you feel angry.
It's to get you activated and to show you what needs to be done.
We're going to talk about what needs to be done next.
TheWarOnChildren.com.
Follow him at Robbie Starbuck on social media and give us a follow as well at Seb Gorka everywhere on social media.
This is America First.
I'm gonna go ahead and get started.
So we actually, my wife, we called this doctor, we found the doctor that's employed by Pornhub, and we called her on her cell phone.
And so we had a good operation of finding these numbers and everything, and just reached out, cold called them.
We live in a one-party consent state, so there's really, you know, they don't have a choice.
If they answer the call and they do an interview, and they did the interview, they talked in-depth, we got into the science of what they believe in, How they feel about Alfred Kinsey's studies, so on and so forth.
Are you serious?
And then got into their policies.
Yeah, we got into the whole thing.
Pornhub, so we'll put it this way, we really cornered this lady on how Pornhub does not verify agent consent.
Pornhub was aware our film was coming out and two days before the release they announced that they are now verifying agent consent.
Wow.
Wow, can't your interview be used in evidence against them?
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
So it's out there now and those people who have had their rapes posted on there, I'm sure are going to use it.
And they absolutely should.
I mean, the company should be...
It should be gone.
It should be gone.
It should be gone tomorrow.
All of their money transferred over to these victims.
If people knew what they were watching, so many of the people on these porn websites are victims of trafficking or themselves abuse victims.
They're being sexually assaulted.
They're being raped.
They're minors, actually, in reality.
And people just have no clue, and they think what they're watching is harmless.
And who else did you get to on the left?
We, like I said, the drag queen, we talked to board members of GLSEN, which is one of the groups that is really behind this push on gender identity.
And they're getting millions of dollars from corporations.
So we put together the money trail from places like Target, State Farm, you know, things along those lines.
Some of the doctor's offices that are doing the surgeries on children.
There's a number of them.
We talked to the trans Uh, state representative in Colorado, Brianna Titone, who's actually a man.
Um, we, I mean, there's, there's a bunch.
It really is a wild documentary.
And what me and the team were talking about this morning is we have literally had no negative feedback.
I mean, everybody who's watched has been like, okay, I'm, I want to, we had to get the gifting option up because people were like, how do I buy this for my friends and family?
And the feedback has just been insane.
The reviews have been awesome.
In fact, I'll tell you, I have a very random favorite review.
You know Sage Steele from ESPN?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, the woman who's fine.
You remember her?
Right, yeah.
I used to watch her all, when ESPN was not woke, when I was younger, I used to watch all the time and she was fantastic.
She came out with the most beautiful glowing endorsement of the film.
That everybody needs to see it.
And she's one of those people that, like, she could have gone down that path that's easy and made really great money.
And she chose the hard thing to tell the truth.
Wow.
All right, well, I'm gonna watch it tonight.
Come in, come in with cut eight, and then we'll continue the discussion.
Come in with eight.
I'll do eight, my pillow, then we'll go to Robbie.
Eight, pillow.
And then splice that discussion as well into one big cut.
All right.
Thank you.
Oh.
Great.
Nice and warm.
That was cuddly.
Yes, I'm back.
Yes, everyone, the rumors are true.
I am anti-Israel.
I am pro-Palestine.
And I am 100% 10 toes down anti-Israel.
I believe Israel has no right to exist.
I believe the United States has no right to exist.
I believe every settler colony who has committed genocide against native peoples, against indigenous people, has no right to exist.
I believe in a free Palestine.
From the river to the sea.
I believe one day Palestine will be free!
Is this news to anybody?
Saying a nation doesn't have a right to exist, Eric, help me out here, isn't that genocide?
That literally is in and of itself genocide, as justification against previous genocide, allegedly.
And should you be running a kindergarten if you are pro-genocide?
I would think not, because I presume that means she probably wants to genocide some of the kids in her classroom.
Yeah, that is Akia Gross, who is the founder of the, quote, Woke in Kindergarten, that received $250,000 of government money, saying America shouldn't exist.
Eric, before we get back to our buddy Robbie, what did that person who donated $5 on Rumble say about culpability for wokeness in America?
Allow me to read it in full.
This is from the Klausmeister who said, quote, butchering unborn children, cutting off genitalia and splicing limbs, allowing child trafficking, theft, murder, assaulting law enforcement.
If we do not repent, our country does not deserve to be one."
Sod off, as we say in Britain.
I don't need to repent for things I haven't done.
I haven't destroyed children.
I haven't killed the unborn.
Don't watch this show if you're such a cretin that you think I have to repent for the sins of others.
I believe in America.
I want to save America.
Don't watch this show if you're not interested in that.
Somebody who is on my side and wants to save America is Mike Lindell.
If you believe in this show and America First, support him.
Fox have banned him.
They've banned their biggest advertiser because he's too chummy with President Trump.
Well done, Paul Ryan, you moron.
As a result of that cretinous decision, not only will you get up to 66% off his products, you'll get free shipping if you use my name.
Buy American!
Don't buy that Chinese garbage!
On Amazon, go to mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A for up to two-thirds off and free shipping.
Alright Robbie Starbuck, you've given us all homework for tonight.
Everybody needs to watch The War on Children.
That's thewaronchildren.com.
I've got one question to ask you.
You dug deep into this.
You spoke to the people on the left who are perpetrating the mutilation of children on the name of transgenderism, the trafficking of young girls for the porn industry and everything else, along with your wife.
God bless you both.
What's the real answer?
Are these disparate bad actors?
Is there an ideological tissue that connects them all?
Is there a conspiracy?
Or are they most simply, are they just doing the work of the devil?
Explain why.
I would say it's actually a little bit of all four things you just said.
I mean, there is a connective tissue that connects them all, and there are parts of it that are genuinely conspiracy, especially as you get into sort of the financial entanglements between these things.
I can give you a good example.
You know, a lot of the news stories you see use a Trevor Project study as the reason why you need to transition children.
What they don't tell you Is that, you know, AbbVie, a pharmaceutical company, gives all this money to the Trevor Project, right?
Who then, in turn, whitewashes this whole deal to trans children.
Well, what they don't tell you is that study was not a study at all.
It was actually a quiz that they gave gift cards to people online.
So it's what they call convenience sampling.
Where they choose a convenient audience that's going to give them the answers that they want, and they're rewarding them for doing it.
That's not a scientific study.
No scientist worth their salt would ever accept it.
but then they wash this through the media.
And at the end of the day, AbbVie is one of the companies selling these drugs
as puberty blockers, but then on the flip side, AbbVie refuses to do safety studies
for it to actually be approved as a puberty blocker because they don't want to go through that process
because they know that it won't work, okay?
They know that there's too many harms and it won't be approved.
So they're perfectly happy and content to leave this existing relationship
where doctors prescribe it off label and then they reward these places like the Trevor Project
that whitewash this idea that it's healthcare when in fact it is mutilating children,
it is castrating children and leading to horrific side effects.
So that's one of those examples of many where there's a financial incentive tied
and there's a larger scheme of things.
But it's definitely Satan's work.
I mean, there's no question about that.
This is a war of good and evil.
And when you look at the issue, I think that it's very difficult not to understand that this is not left-right.
This is good versus evil.
And I think this is a documentary that can unite good people against evil.
We're up against a hard break.
We didn't get to what the viewers and listeners can do.
Can you stay on for one more segment?
Yep.
Alright, thewaronchildren.com, thewaronchildren.com, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
The latest product, I've been that guinea pig for five months now, is Relief Factor Sleep.
You know me, I talk about it on the show, I'm a night owl, I'm up to the wee hours, and so when I do fall asleep, it better be a good sleep, it better be a deep sleep.
And now it is, thanks to Relief Factor Sleep.
This natural product gives you the restorative, regenerative sleep that so many
of us crave but don't get without some kind of assistance from nature. And the best thing of
all, you wake up refreshed and not drowsy.
My wife, who used to get up at 4.30, 5 o'clock in the morning, she's sleeping till 7, 7.30 in the
morning and feeling as fresh as a daisy.
Find out for yourself.
I think you know the number.
1-800-4-RELIEF or go to reliefactor.com slash sleep.
Do yourself a favor.
Get a good night's sleep.
1-800-473-5433 reliefactor.com
slash sleep How long did it take you to make the movie?
Bye.
Um, we made it over the last six months, but we had thought about this about a year and a half, two years ago, um, where we said, you know, this is something we want to do, but, you know, we're in the midst of all that craziness where I was thrown off the ballot.
So we waited it out and, uh, we got to the point where we could do it.
And we said, we're, we're going to go after this.
So it took a lot of, you know, the early part of those six months is, you know, studying everything and going through meticulous note-taking and things like that, and, and kind of connecting all the pieces.
Building out what would become the art for the movie, because there's some animation and art and graphics and things like that throughout the movie, but also ensuring that the level of the movie had the feel of a feature film.
That it felt like something you would watch on Netflix.
It's very important to me that we raise the bar on the right for the type of content we're putting out.
You know, especially somebody who comes from that world where I directed Oscar-winning actors, actresses, some of the biggest music stars.
I want us to win the culture war.
We're not going to win it if we don't create beautiful things that people want to watch.
And so that took a little bit of time, but we've got an amazing team and we hope this is a massive success so we can make a bunch of other documentaries we have planned out.
All right.
I need to talk to you about a project that is in the early stages right now that I'd like you to be a part of.
So I'm going to ping you.
What time zone are you in?
You're in Central or Eastern?
Central.
Central.
All right.
I'm going to ping you maybe at the weekend and maybe we can chat with my wife and your wife.
Awesome.
That sounds great.
70 seconds.
Good.
So let's concentrate on the, what can people do about it next?
Okay.
Awesome.
All right.
One minute.
Come in with cut six, please.
Cut six.
Then I'll do PhD, then I'll go to Robbie.
Oh, actually... Yes?
No, nine is much more important.
Come with nine?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
All right.
And then PhD.
Mm-hmm.
Yep.
PhD.
Mm-hmm.
Look who's on Fox again.
I swear he gets- At first it was Langford and now it's Panetta.
He looks older every time.
It's just disgusting.
It's insane.
You You
You Bye.
There are some people in your orbit who are either voting for Donald Trump or considering it?
For sure.
A lot of my friends are obviously my age, so we're a little younger.
We've only voted once, you know, for a president.
And Trump is kind of all we know.
And they're kind of Trump and Biden.
They're like, well, we were broke with Biden.
We weren't with Trump.
And that's kind of the only thing that I'm hearing over and over again, over and over again, is that, well, Trump, we had money.
Well, okay.
Jeff, help me out here.
Why is MSNBC playing a segment with black Americans in a barbershop saying we broke under Biden and we worked under Trump?
What's going on?
That's what I was thinking, the same thing.
I can't believe they aired it.
Yeah, something's very fishy.
We will keep you apprised of other strange instances of a broken clock being right once a day.
Alright, but first things first, I gotta ask you guys.
Are you fighting fit?
Are you at the top of your game?
It's not just about exercise and eating right?
If you're carrying an extra 30, 40, 50 pounds that's just bad.
That's unhealthy.
It's bad for your heart.
That was me for more than 20 years until I met Dr. Ashley Lucas and I dropped down 42 pounds in just a matter of months.
My muse, Katie, lost 36.
She's ecstatic.
When your wife has to get a whole new wardrobe because everything's too big, as they say, happy wife, happy life.
Now Dennis Prager's on the program.
Mr. G, he's been on it for a month and he lost almost 20 pounds.
Mike Gallagher lost 53 and kept it off.
No scary injections, no stupid pills to pop, just a system that lets you eat five times a day and burns the fat.
Find out for yourself!
Call Dr. Lucas' amazing team on 864-644-1900 or go to myphdweightloss.com to see the incredible before and after pictures.
We're back with director, documentarian, producer, Robbie Starbuck.
Follow him at Robbie Starbuck.
His latest production is The War on Children.
Watch it tonight!
Thewaronchildren.com.
Before we get to the question, the really important question is, you know, what can our listeners and viewers do?
I've got to ask you a kind of personal question.
Once you've been, you said you've been doing this for like six, seven months, once you've been trudging through this effluence, this filth, this degeneracy, this diabolical assault on our children and our women, what does that do to you mentally and spiritually?
Do you like have to have, you know, showers in bleach every night?
I'm going to be honest.
I'm a big believer in Jesus and I really think I was made for this.
You know, I think everybody's given different gifts and different strengths by God.
And, you know, I think in my case it's that I'm impervious to Sort of all the evil out there and was made with that, like that armor, you know, where I'm supposed to stand at the front and take this stuff and take the hate and take the heat.
Um, and so I'm happy to do it.
I'm, I'm very happy to do it because there's, there's a lot of people who are not able to do that or afraid to do it.
And it's always felt like a calling.
So, you know, for me, if, if that's my place and, you know, if I die on that Hill, I'm, I'm happy to do it because I feel that strongly about it.
Just my internal compass.
That's.
That's where it's pointing, and I can't avoid it.
TheWarOntChildren.com.
Okay, so people need to watch the movie, and then the most important question of all is, so what?
What do they do about it, Robbie?
You're gonna love this, because you're action-oriented, so...
For me and my wife, that's the most important piece.
So we've got up at freedomforever.us, that's my wife's non-profit, a free Parenting Revolution Manual, okay?
This manual, even if you're not a parent, download it, okay?
The way you get it is you sign up on the email list, it gets sent to you, you download it, it gives you step-by-step, because I could tell you right now, you're gonna forget what I say.
Go there, sign up, get the Parenting Revolution Manual, go step by step through it, and make those changes, do those things, and you will be a part of the change.
The other thing, simple thing, if you only want to do one thing, go gift this film.
Go to thewaronchildren.com, gift the film to somebody who needs to be woken up.
And that in itself will help change things because if we can wake people up, I'm not saying send it to somebody on our own side.
I mean, you can do that if you want.
Send it to somebody who can have their mind changed, somebody who can be awakened, because that is change that we need.
All right, I think I know exactly who I'm going to gift it to after I've seen it.
Your wife's website is freedomforever.us, is that right?
Yep, that's her nonprofit and it's 501c3 so tax deductible for people.
But you don't have to donate or anything.
Just go there, sign up with your email and you'll get that free manual and that right there has a ton of steps you can take to make a huge difference.
Last question.
When you look at Roe v. Wade, when you look at males, not females, the massive conservative swing amongst young men in America, do you end up feeling optimistic?
Are the good guys winning, or how much work is there still for us to be done?
Seb, that's probably one of the only things that makes me feel optimistic, because historically, if you look back, you know, at humanity, In general, these people are going to have to get married, right?
Okay, so these super liberal young girls, they're eventually going to have to get married.
And that's typically where we see those changes occur, where they start to course correct left-wing political beliefs to sort of mirror their husbands.
Now, what we haven't seen yet is, are these people in this new generation so ideologically separated that they're actually going to completely just go a different route?
I hope not.
I hope that we get sort of the tried and tested, you know, they get married and generally, as has always happened, the woman sort of starts to take on a more conservative ideology as she starts to realize she wants to protect her kids, that they're getting taxed to hell on their small business, things along those lines.
So it does give me some hope to see that young men are turning to become conservative at numbers we haven't seen, you know?
And so I'm excited about that, but it's one of few things that are optimistic at this moment.
Because again, the thing we have to remember is the left is taking control of pretty much every cultural institution, the government, and on our side we have people like Lankford who want to let in 5,000 illegals a day.
As long as it's in an orderly fashion.
Okay, so he wants basically like, hey, as long as they come in on the red carpet in between the velvet ropes, no big deal that it's 1.825 million people a year, which is more than 11 states have in population in the United States.
So we need fighters.
We need stronger people.
People need to show up to primaries and elect real fighters.
Those are some things that need to change.
He is one of them.
His wife, Landon, is one of them.
They are fighters.
Find out the real situation, the war, on Children.com and check out her website, FreedomForever.us.
Jeff, let's get, I know we've got Victor Davis-Hanson for the Manhood Hour today, but let's get our buddy Robbie back for the next Manhood Hour.
You're listening to me, Sebastian Gorka, America First, from the ReliefFactor.com studios just outside the Insalubris Fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome, ghastly swamp that is Washington, D.C.
Relief Factor, it's real.
It works.
I should know.
I'm one of the more than a million Americans who take it every single day, who have liberated themselves from their daily pain.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Yvonne from California.
Let me share Yvonne's story with you.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack right now.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you, like it works for me, Yvonne, and over a million of your fellow Americans.
The three-week quick starter pack costs just $19.95, and even I can do that math.
1995 divided by 21 days?
That's less than a dollar!
You can't get a decent cup of joe for less than a dollar.
He said, quote, It's sad that Seb took my comment personally.
All I was saying was that if we Americans keep allowing these atrocities to happen, can we call ourselves good anymore?
Just an honest question.
End quote.
But who's the we?
I'm part of America.
He's damning all of America for the acts of the evil in America.
Don't do that.
I am not to be tarred.
Good Americans are not to be tarred with the brush of the evil ones.
It's really that simple.
Alright, and title for Robbie?
Something like they're coming after the children or something?
It is a war on our children.
Oh, whatever happened.
Jeff, you can put the mics up.
Mic's just on.
30 seconds.
Steve Cortez, we've got to get him on.
You were serious at that?
Totally!
I thought you were joking.
No!
I want him to apologize.
Public humiliation ritual.
Do you have his number?
Yeah.
Okay, ask him.
10 seconds.
I think he'll have the balls to do it.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake!
America first!
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
A bit of ELO.
I love ELO.
I also love America First.
Tell the world that you are on the Trump train with the America First gear, all made in America, available at SebGorkerStore.com.
The latest is the Donald Trump did nothing wrong t-shirt, as well as the visage of the 45th, and God willing, if we do our part, the 47th president, with a very simple phrase.
Hi, good afternoon.
Thank you for taking my call, Sepp Gorka.
Get that and I stand with 45 flag and so much more at SebGorkerStore.com That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com
You can support the president directly at DonaldJTrump.com Robert, waiting very patiently in Brooklyn, line one.
Hi, good afternoon. Thank you for taking my call, Mr. Gorker.
Well, this horrific border deal is...
What a deal.
It's actually horrible.
All of us, we should try to contact our representatives, including the Republican leadership in the House, like Scalise and Johnson, the Speaker, and Stefanik and Emmer.
They shouldn't even come to a vote on the floor.
This bill would tie Trump's hands, make it difficult for him.
It allows 5,000 illegals a day.
So, I mean, it doesn't do anything in terms of Biden.
It just would make life miserable for Trump.
Robert, it's dead.
It's dead.
It's dead.
It's not happening, Robert.
$10 billion to Gaza.
It's horrible.
Yep.
So, School Authority said that he would not let it go.
He was not going to be voted on.
It's blocked.
But it's a good idea to call them up.
Oh, no, absolutely.
No, I agree.
Yeah, yeah.
Call up your representatives.
Call up your senator.
And I think we should all call up Senator Lankford's office and tell him what we think as well.
That no, no and thrice no.
Thank you, Robert.
One more cut I need to squeeze in before we talk to Victor Davis Hanson.
It's a great, great clip from the president with Maria Bartiromo about how they're trying to destroy him.
Cut to.
Bottom line remains.
You've got 91 counts, felony counts against you.
You've got four indictments.
You could be in trial this year and you could get convicted.
Do you think about that?
No, because it's all about courage.
You have to have courage for the country.
I would have if I didn't run or if I was in fifth place, I wouldn't have any indictments.
I wouldn't have any problem.
They went after me from before I even announced because they said we have to do it all.
These aren't indictments.
These are Biden indictments.
How are you going to get through Washington, D.C.? ?
I just get through things, whatever it is.
I'm doing this for the country.
I didn't need this.
I could have had the greatest life.
Look at this.
I could have had a nice time instead of doing a nice, fair, but tough interview with you.
I could have had a very nice time in my life.
I could have enjoyed it.
But I enjoy it anyway because we're going to make America great again.
This country is failing.
This nation is failing.
And it's incompetent people like Biden.
Who wants open borders?
Who wants high interest rates?
Who wants bad education?
Who wants all of this stuff?
Who wants a woke military?
Our country's going to hell, and it's an honor for me.
I really say, anytime I get indicted, it's an honor because I'm doing it for you.
And the people agree with it.
That's President Trump.
That's why we support him.
When the elites who hate you come after him and indict him again and again and again, it's an honor.
Let's have his back.
What is it going to take?
Next up, Victor Davis Hanson, one-on-one.
stay on this channel.
Thank you.
Bye.
We've had the radio show for five years as of January 1st, and then we decided to dedicate at least one hour out of the 15 each week to the topic of the assault on manly values, on manhood, on fundamental values of the civilization.
And I think one hour a week may not be enough, given the reaction we have received from our dear listeners and viewers, especially from one guest who, with this appearance, will have been, I think, the third time he's joined us on the Manhood Hour.
We could discuss these issues with him for three hours every single day alone.
One of the wisest individuals in the public arena today.
Any book with his name on the spine is worth it.
It is an honor to have Professor Victor Davis Hanson back on America First One-on-One.
So, Professor, we met I've been following you for years, but we first met in person when you had the launch in Washington D.C.
for your book, The Case for Trump.
And I'd like to talk about what he represents, the values he represents as a man, but also your reaction, or to tease you out, on what you said back to me then at the book launch, what was it, six, seven years ago?
Well, I went up to you with my copy of the book.
You were kind to sign it.
And you looked me straight in the eye.
I was crouching down so you could hold it and write in it.
And you said, Without him, the communists would have won.
That was six, seven years ago.
Where does your estimation of what President Trump, America First MAGA, represents and what it stands for, and that conflict with the neo-Marxist values in America today?
Four years, and we don't know what will happen in 2024, but the first four years were an impediment, or parentheses, to what this progressive neo-socialist project has been.
And so it gave us a hiatus.
In other words, all of these existential questions that we're dealing with right now, energy, the border, what to do about illegal aliens, our relationship with Mexico, our relationship with Iran, our relationship with Ukraine, our relationship with the Middle East, social and cultural Matters about the university, transgenderism, all of these things, they were, for a period, economic, social, cultural, political, military, or the Pentagon, they were solved, or at least solvable.
We weren't talking about massive shortfalls in recruitment.
We weren't talking about DEI in the military.
We weren't worried about demonizing or hunting out so-called white supremacists, which, by the way, the report in December said they didn't exist in the Pentagon in the armed forces.
So that was a hiatus.
And then with the resurgence of the Obama agenda via Joe Biden, I think a lot of that has been undone.
And now the $64,000 question is, to what degree is it reversible?
Or what degree can it be corrected?
Or what was the damage that has been done in these four years?
And what would happen if it wasn't corrected?
And this would continue for eight years.
And those are all known unknowns.
I have a theory that I'd like to test with you.
You gave, I think it was at Hillsdale a few years ago, a seminal lecture that is available on YouTube and everybody needs to watch it.
I think in the title you had Ajax and General Patton.
Something like General Patton, the modern Ajax.
And it was a discussion on The need for Ajax-like figures who aren't really civilized, are warriors, but are needed from time to time to save civilization.
And then, once civilization is saved, with uttering gratitude, they are jettisoned.
We can think of Winston Churchill and others who were removed from office after, you know, they literally saved Western civilization.
I have a theory, and I'm curious if, given your grand strategic knowledge and history of the ancient world and the warrior class over the millennia, whether one of the reasons there is such vituperative, deep, marrow-bone hatred for President Trump Is a function of the fact that he represents one of these Ajax-like figures.
One of these uncivilized people who isn't a member of the fetid elite.
Who comes in, like a berserker, to save what he deems to be a civilization on the precipice.
And that's why 730 years in prison he's facing.
That's why the man who moved the embassy to Jerusalem is called an anti-Semite.
Is there some of that Ajax-like reaction that explains the inordinate hatred this man has suffered for the last seven years.
Oh, and part of that paradigm I was advancing in that book about the tragic hero that from Sophocles all the way to the John Ford Western has that theme of the outsider who has a set of skills that are necessary to solve this existential problem, but by the very fact of using them to solve the problem, he offends the beneficiaries, at least when there's a margin of error or when they see that he's no longer absolutely necessary.
But what I'm getting at is also a referendum on the establishment.
But when they see a figure like Trump, they say to themselves, What is lacking in us?
We went to all the right schools.
We follow all the right protocols.
All of our curriculum we tie are perfect.
We all know we live in the right zip codes.
What is lacking in us that we can't solve the border or we can't get NATO to cough up More money or we can't deter Putin or we as Jake Sullivan said when he arrived The Middle East was calm and so calm that it was not a really important part of his portfolio what what allowed that to happen so that Jake Sullivan could even admit that and in contrast to what he and Anthony Blinken and Joe Biden have done hence, so I think it's an anger that that
This man doesn't play by the rules.
He's uncouth.
He's crude.
He doesn't have our resumes.
And yet he got things done.
And if he got things done, what does it say about the system under which we operate that has led to where we were in 2016?
And not just that he got things done, but, and I owe this observation to my friend Andrew Claver, he accomplished things that the quote-unquote elite, including this conservative elite, had been promising to produce for nigh on two or three generations.
So the idea that they say we're pro-life, we're the moral ones, the National Review
are the good guys and we're the quintessential conservatives, but it takes President Trump,
the playboy reality TV star, to give us three Supreme Court justices who strike down Roe
v. Wade.
That kind of success in the face of institutional failure for decades, that's nigh on inexcusable,
isn't it?
In a recent John Bolton op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, it basically said that if
Donald Trump was re-elected, foreign policy would implode, but as he adduced the examples,
every one of them had history.
A reservation or kind of a catch-22.
It's, well, Donald Trump did do this in the Middle East, but he said this, or he did do this with Europe or NATO, but he said that.
And yes, it's true that Putin didn't invade, but—and so he was reaching—the point he was trying to make was, I suppose, is that Sober and judicious diplomats with Ivy League pedigrees that have years of diplomatic experience like me, John Bolton, could not have obtained what he did and therefore
He's couth and vulgar and dangerous, and it's not an interest.
When you pick up a site like the Bulwark and you see all of these luminaries there who used to tell us that America was at the abyss if we didn't protect, as you said, be pro-life and protect the unborn, or we did not detour our enemies, or we did not beef up the defense budget, or we did not lower taxes, or we did not get conservative justices, or we did not end regulation, or we did not beef up border security.
And then to see all of those dreams that had been shipwrecked under Obama suddenly realized and reified, and then yet they hated the result More than the lack of results or the antithesis under Obama and then later under Obama.
It was psychological.
It was almost saying, if this is what it takes to solve the problem, we don't want to solve the problem.
We would rather have chaos and pre-civilization than have a solution advanced by that type of person.
Revisit the original argument, the case for Trump, right now.
Also, several other books I can recommend to you.

But do you have regrets about the withdrawal from Afghanistan?
I support the president's decision.
Do you have regrets about their withdrawal or how the withdrawal occurred from Afghanistan that cost the lives of 13 of our service members?
I don't have any regrets.
You don't have any regrets.
Secretary Austin, this is very telling.
Secretary Austin, has there ever been any accountability for anyone within the Department of Defense for the deadly, botched, and embarrassing withdrawal from Afghanistan?
Any accountability?
Hey, listen, our troops evacuated 124,000 people off that airfield.
Has anyone been held accountable?
Truly.
Utterly.
Truly, utterly astounding.
The Secretary of Defense, before he went AWOL, testifying on the floor of the Congress,
that he has no regrets, as 13 of our warfighters were pulverized, blown to smithereens by an
ISIS suicide bomber, scores more injured, maimed for life.
That is not a man, and we will talk about why.
It is the antithesis of what we discussed on the Manhood Hour momentarily.

Professor, I was going to play it, but I'm not going to.
I've used it already last week.
So the Secretary He says no regrets about Afghanistan.
Then he disappears for almost a month.
This is the person who's literally in the train of command if we go to nuclear war.
And then he says on, what was it, Thursday?
Oh yes, I think Thursday.
I'm sorry I did that, but I'm a private person and I shouldn't have done that, but now I realize with regards to prostate cancer how so many black Americans feel.
The sheer idea that he has no regrets for what happened in Afghanistan and then tries to racialize his literal going absent without leave, in a prior age, would that have been permitted in terms of the standards a leader, a man, is supposed to adhere to?
No, I mean, it's not like a department of Transportation Secretary, you know, being ill and failing to call in for four or five days.
The Secretary of Defense is part of the vital chain of command.
He's the only civilian link between the President and the Joint Chiefs, or more importantly, the theater commanders.
So he has the same standards apply to him that he applies to other military personnel.
And the fact that this particular Secretary was given a waiver like the previous one because he was A general, a military man who came into a civilian post beyond the statute, so he was given an exemption to be Secretary of State, suggests that he should have known better than anyone that a general or a Secretary of Defense can't do that.
And I think he realizes that in this particular administration, and given the values of this administration, mentioning his race is a a strategy that will bear dividends and that will make him
exempt.
We see it all the time. We saw it with President Claudine Gay at Harvard. No sooner was she facing
termination than she played the race card and said that she was a particular proud black woman that
had been a target of the envious and the racist. And so it's regrettable. But I think all of us
have to realize that once you start to adjudicate or choose people on the basis of their superficial
appearance, that's not the end.
That's the beginning, because then it sends a message that that was the important or even the primary reason why a person was selected, and therefore that will be the primary reason why they're exempted from consequences.
Well, while he was absent without leave, the White House allegedly didn't know, his deputy didn't know, three of our servicemen, another three, were murdered in Jordan, of all places, by an Iranian drone.
More than 40 other service members were injured.
And I have to ask, from the strategic level, your reaction to this statement from the White House concerning that event?
This is former Admiral Kirby.
Is the president currently actively considering potential attacks inside Iran?
We are not looking for a war with Iran.
We are not seeking a conflict with the regime in a military way.
And as I said in the opening, we're not looking to escalate here.
We're not looking for a war.
We're not looking for a conflict.
We don't want to escalate with Iran.
But Iran has killed our servicemen.
So what does our enemy conclude, Professor Hanson, that they can just kill with impunity?
More or less.
They have a number.
I don't know what it quite is.
150, 180, 300 attacks on our installations.
150, 180, 300 attacks on our installations, five dead, 10 dead, 20, 100 wounded, 300.
But when they hit these numbers, they pause for a little while and look around to see
And then when there's no reaction, then they continue.
They think there may be a ceiling somewhere, but they don't think they've found it yet.
And you know, if you really want a war, then you say anything about your eagerness to prepare for peace.
But Almost every time there's an American killed or wounded or an attack on one of our posts, we hear the following tripart answer.
Number one, we will reply at a place and time of our choosing, scripted boilerplate.
Two, While there is evidence that Iran may have supplied these proxies, there's no evidence yet that Iran is directly knowledgeable or involved in this attack on Americans.
And three, we have no desire for a wider conflict in the Middle East.
Psychologically, all that does is give a sense of relief to Iran and a green light for further aggression.
So that's what they're going to do until they find the ceiling.
And they don't know where it is yet.
I don't know where it is yet either, apparently.
But the irony about all this is they keep talking about they want to avoid a wider war.
We all do.
But they're doing the exact step-by-step-by-step sequence that will ensure it pretty soon.
Maybe you can help me out here.
I understand the ideological underpinnings.
I understand the overall... Well, let's just give it a shorthand label.
The America Lost.
a prism through which this elite views geopolitics.
America's bad, cisgender, neocolonialist patriarchy. I get it.
And that's why they think the way they do.
But is there also some kind of atavistic, knee-jerk aversion to just the use of force?
Because, see, even if you're Vanuatu, if three of your service members are killed by an enemy, you'd have to take some action or look utterly impotent.
What is the explanation here?
Is there an utter disdain for the use of force despite all the assets America has?
How do they think, Professor?
Well, I don't think it's quite that, because when I look at the rhetoric of people who support the Ukraine war, and I have colleagues who do, and I support the defense of Ukraine, of course, but there are a lot of people on the left that want to have deep offensive operations inside Russia, and they talk and write.
Extensively about the need for the United States either to send advisors or to have NATO troops on call or to give them the wherewithal to start blowing up depots and airfields inside Russia, discounting completely the chance of a nuclear response, tactical or strategic.
So my point with bringing that up is only I don't think the left has an intrinsic reluctance—although they have a greater reluctance than the right—to use force in defense of U.S.
interests.
But it's the target.
In this case, it's Iran.
And there are people in the Obama administration that are now in the Biden administration who sincerely believe that Iran is legitimately a revolutionary state, It's not a Zionist entity like Israel that's too Western and doesn't belong there as a settler interloper.
It's not a corrupt Sunni capitalist oil exporter like the Gulf monarchies, but it's a revolutionary, egalitarian, theocratic society, and it's going to build, whether we like it or not, in this view, a Damascus, Tehran, Damascus, Beirut, Gaza, West Bank, Shia crescent of the underprivileged who need a voice, and out of that will come a creative tension between that group and the Sunni moderates and Israel, and then we can, from time to time, adjudicate disputes.
And so they're not wedded to the idea that Iran is an evil Terrorist, murdering, illegitimate regime that wants to destroy its neighbors and destroy Israel if it had the ability, and has values that are antithetical in every good regard to the West, and has to be deterred before it starts to do something very dangerous and stupid.
They don't buy into that.
And that's why They took away the terrorist designation of the Houthis.
That's why they give money to Hamas.
That's why in the Mediterranean oil disputes, they took the side of Lebanon.
That's why they wanted to get back in the Iran deal.
They lifted the sanctions.
They paid over a billion dollars per hostages, or they at least released that money.
They thought the Abrams Accords were stupid.
They left them as inert.
And so the only explanation is they have some some indescribable, unfathomable exemption that they
provide around.

I think it was your most recent book was The Dying Citizen.
And I cannot discuss the events of the last few days without having your long-term
appreciation of what is a consequence of the following.
We have the footage of 11 legal immigrants wailing on, assaulting two uniformed officers From the New York Police Department.
Four of them, five of them were arrested.
All released within five hours from central booking with no bail paid.
According to latest reports, four of them have already, quote-unquote, escaped to California to a sanctuary state.
How long can a society survive, Professor, if you can beat up Peace officers with zero consequence, especially if you're not even a citizen of that nation.
How long is that, can that situation hold?
Well, not long.
I mean, every civilization depends on two things, the rule of law and the deterrence that the enforcement of law provides other people, the message it sends.
That in a cost-to-benefit analysis, it would be very stupid to break the law given the punishments that are certainly going to follow.
But when you take that away, that deterrent, and as we did with these immigrants, these illegal aliens, then it sends a message that the New York Police Department are fair game, and you're going to see this increase and increase and increase.
And it also sends a message that we have no border, we have no immigration law, and that anybody in the world can come as 8 million already have, and they can not only come, but they can expect to be more exempt or exempt from the laws in a way that the citizens didn't.
If this was a citizen, if this was a stockbroker that was walking down 7th Avenue or Avenue with the Americas in New York, and he got in an argument with Some police people, and he kicked them on the head, and then they put him in and on the way in, rather than the way out, because he wouldn't be coming out.
He flipped everybody the middle finger.
He would be in Rikers Island.
Everybody knows that.
So it's a very sick idea that we treat the resident, illegal even, much better than we do the citizen.
And it's not sustainable.
And I think there's a few people on the left that privately know that, that if this were to continue, and it is continuing, not only would they lose state and local and the national election, but the country wouldn't, they wouldn't have a country.
So if there's any other reason to vote against Joe Biden, for people who are independents or never Trumpers, this is a central issue.
Because if you do not, if you vote for this to continue at the federal level, and this is a federal matter, Then this is what you're going to get at the stake of state and local level as a result of that Biden policy.
But I don't know what the final thing is.
Why is it happening?
And I think the answer is that they don't have a message that can win the existing constituency in America.
So they want a new demographic.
And you say, well, Victor, they can't vote.
When you have states that are in play for the election and 70% of the votes are mail-in votes, and you have motor voter laws and automatic ballots sent out every time you encounter a state agency, and the error rate on non-election day balloting in 2020 fell from a normal 5% to 0.3 or 0.4 in most states, In other words, you triple the number of ballots and you decrease by a magnitude the rejection rate, well then...
I think this is the idea behind it.
Yeah, the so-called replacement theory, which is meant to be a conspiracy theory if, you know, Tucker Carlson mentions it, but if The Atlantic does a 4,000-word article on the Browning of America, then it's not a conspiracy theory, strangely.
But what of the constituents that put these people in place?
I mean, you live in California.
When you see what's going on in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, What does it take for a Democrat voter to make the connection between what they do on voting day and the person who's looting Walgreens with impunity?
There seems to be a lack of a connection there.
It hasn't yet affected them.
The left operates on the principle of Both in California and nationwide, that the consequences of their destructive ideology is never felt firsthand by the creators because they have the money and the influence to shield themselves from those ramifications.
But we're starting to see in California that The homeless or the illegal problem is such that even Gavin Newsom, when he goes into a Walgreens, he gets shocked that he has to pay $340 and somebody just walks right out, given Prop 47 and now Prop 553.
And he's been in power in California and in Northern California for 27 years
without interruption in various offices.
And so he's starting to see that, my gosh, as board of supervisor, as mayor, as lieutenant governor,
I birthed this stuff.
And now I have to pay.
And this guy just walked out.
And the woman says to him, well, he walked out because of the governor, not knowing who he was.
But he's angry.
But actually, he's still endorsing Prop 47 that turned these major theft crimes into misdemeanors.
And more importantly, he's going to sign a bill that says that any person who works in a store, unless they've had special training, can't even stop a person from looting or thievery.
So it won't change until it starts to affect people.
When very prominent people on the left who created this find out that their children's schools are affected, or you can't drive down Washington Major Boulevard in D.C.
as a lobbyist without being carjacked, or you can't walk in San Francisco without getting your feet covered with excrement—not just down in Union Square, but outside your home.
And we're getting to that magic point now.
And the question, I guess, to finish, Seb, is We don't know the answer, whether that tipping or critical point that will convince the creators of these messes.
Is so existential that they'll do the right thing, and if they do the right thing and renounce their program, only because it affects them and their families, will it be in time?
Or are we past the tipping point?
Maybe a more precise question is just how adequate is the isolation between the elites and the decisions that they take?
Can they forever be, you know, clad in a Kevlar bubble that isolates them from the ramifications of their insane
decisions?
Yeah, you saw Nancy Pelosi in her driveway the other day, and she was screaming and yelling, saying in a very illiberal
fashion, Go back to China.
It's incredible.
I mean, just such bigotry that you're being protested as per the First Amendment right to do so.
And she's shouting to the left-wing protesters who are demanding a ceasefire.
Go back to your headquarters in China?
I mean, if a conservative politician has said that, they'd be excoriated.
We're talking to Professor Victor Davis Hanson, Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution.
This is America First one-on-one, the manhood hour.
I'm coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
As an immigrant, as a legal immigrant to this country, Professor Hanson, I look at what makes America, America.
And in addition to the volunteerism and everything that Tocqueville identified in On Democracy, I look at common sense as a pillar of American attitude to the world, can-doism and optimism, And then, you know, the classic cowboy can-do spirit, the rugged individualism, the willingness to take risks.
And I find myself asking, with the domination of DEI, diversity, equity, inclusion, critical race theory, cancel culture, It seems so depressing that the values upon which Western civilization and America as its zenith were built
Have they been fully undermined, or is it too easy for the likes of me, who are working in Washington, D.C., and others who live in, you know, metropolis, metropoli like Las Vegas, or like L.A., like New York, to forget the real America?
Is rural America still outnumbering the radicals?
You must see it every single day.
Can you give us some good news?
Yeah, I think half the country.
It's about, in terms of rural areas, 80% of the country.
If you look at a map, it's red, 80% of the territory.
But if you look at the population of the 335 million, the bi-coastal areas and clusters around the Great Lakes and in Texas, etc., it's about half.
And I think we should look at it this way, Seb, that one year of the Obama administration did more damage than Five years of the Clinton administration.
And one year of the Biden administration has done more damage than five years of the Obama.
It's an accelerating, escalating process.
And I think it's been aided by external forces that we don't appreciate.
One was globalization.
That right around the millennia, we decided that anybody who had skills that were transferable in a global context, technology, law, insurance, investment, Media was going to have a market of 7 billion people and anybody who was muscular or assembly, manufacturing, farming, mining, was a loser.
As Joe Biden said, you got a loan to code.
So there was a really attack on the middle class as we've known it, and they've never recovered.
And outsourcing, offshoring.
The second was the internet, social media.
I don't think we've fully comprehended Two things about it that we they created a level of global wealth we've never seen before.
When you have Mark Zuckerberg or the Apple or the Google fortunes or the Warren Buffett's and all of those people we're talking individual fortunes of 100 150 billion dollars and the vast majority of this money was not in agriculture construction transportation The traditional avenues of real estate, even.
It was a new type of money, and it was very left-wing, and it was put to the use of the Progressive Project.
And then finally, the conservatives never really understood the dangers of the Internet and social media.
They never understood that Google was rigging the order of searches.
So that liberal sites came up first, or they didn't understand the FBI was working with the old Twitter to censor news, or they didn't understand what an internet or social media influencer was.
So these were largely left-wing tools that also accelerated this process.
And only now are we waking up and saying, oh my God, We didn't understand what these fortunes were doing, the Mark Zuckerbergs, the Sam Bankman Freeds in the last election, by changing the rules in various states.
Oh my God, we didn't understand when you Google riot 2020, 120 days, you're going to get January 6 as a result.
We didn't understand how that works.
And it's enormously Difficult, even if you have half or more of the population that's traditional and conservative, to deal with a popular culture—Hollywood, professional sports, academia, K-12, corporate boardroom, traditional media, television, social media—that are all left-wing.
Even though that's a minority of the American people, they have enormous influence.
I think it's indisputable that this acceleration has occurred.
You know, one year of Obama is equivalent to, you know, or five years of Obama is equivalent to, you know, a year of Biden.
But there seems to be an opposite, an inverse proportion To the intellectual center of this all.
And maybe I'm being rose-tinted, but I don't see any big thinkers on the left anymore.
So there's no Adornos, there's no Marcuse's, there's no Bertrand Russell's, Lord forbid.
I mean, it seems as if it's more just ideological determination and a commitment to executing their
destruction. Is it a good sign that they don't have any big thinkers and that
eventually you know the revolution will eat itself or is there somebody hiding
out there or is is George Soros's money simply enough? Yeah I get bouts of
optimism when I look at the French revolutionary cycle of the 18th century.
So what you're saying is the left doesn't have a Voltaire or Rousseau.
Yes.
They don't.
Those are Enlightenment thinkers.
And they are beyond the revolutionary stages of getting rid of the monarch.
They're into the reign of terror, Jacobin, Robespierre.
And that can't—is not sustainable.
It's so nihilistic.
I mean, it's very similar.
Tear down statues, rename the days of the week, have a new foundational date, year zero, 1619, etc.
And that is not sustainable, and that is creating, by the very violence and nihilism, a backlash.
And I don't know what the—I hope it's not a Napoleonic figure, but the backlash could be a Thermidor type of, we're going to go back to a constitutional That was the effort.
Republic.
And that happened after Napoleon was gone for a while, eventually.
But my point is that this is nihilistic.
It's anarchy.
When you look at the border, it's not a porous border.
It's no border.
When you look at homelessness, it's not A few people here and there on a corner.
It's thousands of them.
It's not just racial relations.
It's Claudine Gay and it's Alvin Bragg and Letitia James.
The black left elite really has tried to convince people that this is a systematic racist country that has to use the law to destroy the institutions.
And I'm not just picking on African-American left-wing elites because they're Hand in glove with our other elites of different backgrounds and ancestries.
But my point is, they feel that to save America for them, they have to destroy the America, fundamentally transform it to the point of nihilism.
And that's why they change the date of our founding.
That's why they tear down statues.
That's why they rename streets.
That's why they destroy laws.
They're basically as Critical theory.
Legal theory says the reason that there's a law against stealing Adidas is not because society has to have laws that protect property, but because rich white males do not steal Adidas, so they made laws.
Therefore, they have no legitimacy.
Same thing about critical legal theory, critical border theory, all of these theories.
And if you put me back in the White House, their reign is over.
Their reign will be over.
And they know it.
And America will be a free nation once again.
We're not a free nation right now.
We don't have free press.
Twitter at VD Hanson.
Today, I add, I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
And for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution.
I am your retribution.
Not going to let this happen.
The phrase the establishment hates, we turned it into a t-shirt at SebGorkerStore.com.
I am your retribution.
That was at CPAC.
Oh yes, you can get yours at SebGorkerStore.com.
President Trump is going to break The standing record of President Reagan, and will be speaking at CPAC imminently for the 15th or 14th time, so he will be the only president who holds that record, beating the Gipper.
I can't wait.
I'll be there.
I'll be giving a speech Friday morning at CPAC.
Professor, let's end on this note.
I'm not sure anybody can answer the question, but if anybody has the historic overview to potentially answer it, it's you.
What needs to be done, if God willing we do our part, if President Trump is the 47th president, the magnitude of what has to be done to excise corruption from every department in America, from the CIA to the IRS, from the permanent government, the bureaucratic class, is Sisyphean.
It is huge.
Does the right, let's forget the Republican Party, does the MAGA movement have the wherewithal, have the stomach?
And then secondly, do we as a society, will we put up with what has to be done to bring us back to a nation where it's a government of the people, by the people and for the people?
What is your prognosis?
Well, I don't know whether the medicine will be worse than the disease.
It depends on whether they have a good majority in the House, and they win the Senate, and they win the White House.
But there are some systemic pathologies that have accrued over the years that we've never addressed.
We're $35 trillion in debt, and the interest on that debt is higher than the defense budget.
So If Donald Trump is president, he's going to have to exercise physical restraint and try to move us toward not just a balanced budget, but a reduction in the national debt.
That's going to hurt a lot of people that have been accustomed to free, cheap money.
And I don't know whether the Republican Party or he can do that, but it's got to be done.
And it has to look at entitlements as well.
He said he won't Touch social security.
But there's other things that you can look at.
And I don't know if he can do that or not.
And then to tell he's going to have to to make America independent and to attract investment and productivity edges over our competitors.
One of the things we can do well is cheap energy.
So we're going to have to really promote our greatest strength is natural gas.
We can produce electricity at half the cost in China or in Europe.
And yet we don't do that fully.
And he's going to have to.
So these systematic things on energy and then to shut the border, it won't be enough to short the border.
Not after you let in eight million people without any audit.
Does he have the wherewithal, the courage, the ability, the imagination?
How do you mainly orderly but systematically deport people who came in under Joe Biden and send them back to their countries of origin?
I mean, we forget what a massive project that would be to take 8 million people who came here illegally and are residing illegally—in many cases have broken the law, either in their home country or here—and to return them to their country of origin.
And so he's got—I think what I'm a little worried about is that To write us or to answer your question, you have to do such radical—it wouldn't have been radical in 2020.
In 2025, it'll be very radical.
People have been accustomed to certain things that are not sustainable.
And they've been acculturated to an open border and free money and generous debt.
And I don't know if he can do that.
But there are countries that have had such tectonic changes engineered, are there not?
There have been.
There have been.
Margaret Thatcher pulled it off and saved Britain.
Britain is a financial powerhouse.
Today only because of Margaret Thatcher and the Roman Republic for all purposes was dead During this first civil wars of the you know the 30s BC and yet it reemerged as the Principate and it lasted a for 500 years.
Not the same, but it still was far better than the alternative for almost 500 years.
The Byzantine Empire was dead in 500.
And then Justinian and Belus.
I mean, they gave us the Justinian law code.
They gave us Hagia Sophia.
They gave us a humane empire when the West was lost.
So this happens a lot.
And look at Japan.
Japan was a nefarious and pernicious country on the world stage, then it was soundly defeated,
annihilated almost, and it was reborn as South Korea was too, as a humane and positive influence
on the world. So that can happen.
But, you know, if we had this conversation, I suppose, in the 80s, we'd all be saying Japan,
was going to rule the world.
If we had it in the early 90s, it was the Europeans were going to rule the world.
Then it was the Chinese were going to rule the world.
And that hasn't happened yet.
So we have enormous powers of recuperation and reinvention in the United States.
