	Mr. Reagan, posted on his YouTube channel, which was so provocative, I said, Chris, your little film must be the topic of our discussion today.
	So an absolutely packed show for you.
	But first, Let's talk about the news for Joe Biden.
	Pretty historic.
	This is from Rachel Silke of the Washington Examiner, citing a poll in the Detroit News, which asked the residents of Michigan whether they believe Joe Biden deserves another term in the White House.
	Now, Michigan, not exactly a very conservative part of the world.
	So what would you expect?
	Maybe some people are displeased with the performance of the man in the White House. 17%.
	17% of those who are polled in Michigan believe that Joe Biden deserves a second term in office.
	Guys, we've just got to keep telling the truth for 10 more months.
	It's up to you, all of us, every single one of us is responsible.
	Another story which I'd love you to react to.
	I'm not familiar with this individual.
	Mark Epstein is Jeffrey Epstein's brother.
	And he just said something very interesting about Bill Barr, the former Attorney General.
	This is from the New York Post, which has gone a little bit south of late, a little bit anti-Trumpy.
	But they're quoting an interview that Epstein's brother gave to Leyland Vittitt at News Nation, and he says the following, quote, My brother Jeffrey had dirt on people.
	In 2016, he had dirt on the then presidential candidates.
	Mark Epstein has challenged the Attorney General Bill Barr's announcement that his brother died by suicide because of, quote, screw-ups in the jail.
	In the interview, Mark Epstein says, Yes, there were screw-ups, but that doesn't mean my brother committed suicide because of screw-ups.
	Pointing out that the initial cause of death on his brother's death certificate actually read PENDING.
	Why would Barr be covering this up?
	Who's he protecting?
	Mr. Epstein added.
	We need more answers.
	There hasn't been much of an investigation at all.
	The medical personnel, the pathologists, none of them have been questioned, which is highly unusual, especially in high-profile cases, Mark Epstein noted.
	Previously, Epstein has told the New York Post that Jeffrey, his brother, bragged about having serious information on the presidential candidates.
	Here's a direct quote.
	If I said what I know about them, they'd have to cancel the election.
	That's what Jeffrey told me in 2016.
	Is it clickbait?
	Is it another Epstein trying to make a bit of money?
	Is there smoke and fire regarding the former Attorney General?
	And please don't take this for granted.
	Don't just believe it because I say it.
	But the fact is, Jeffrey Epstein, who had no qualifications to teach, was given his first job teaching in a very prestigious academy by, wait for it, wait for it, Bill Barr's father.
	Oh, what a wicked web they weave.
	What are the connections between the man who ran the Lolita Express for Bill Clinton and his buddies, and the man who would rise to be Attorney General not once, but twice, and between those two appointments be Chief Counsel for the CIA?
	Mm-hmm.

	So why so many illegals?
	Why millions of illegals in just three years?
	Well obviously because liberals don't have babies so they're not procreating in enough numbers to have future voters they can bamboozle so they have to manufacture voters and because they're so racist and bigoted they think let's let in millions of people who have brown skin color and and then we'll just Naturalize them, give them an amnesty, and then because they're brown, they're gonna vote for us, right?
	Yeah, that's how bigoted they are.
	Or maybe there's another reason, or an additional reason.
	It has to do with vegetables.
	I'm not joking.
	Jerry Nadler of New York, allegedly a congressman, he explains the importance of all those immigrants.

	And we need immigrants in this country.
	Forget the fact that our vegetables would rot in the ground if they weren't being picked by many immigrants, many illegal immigrants.
	The fact is that the birth rate in this country is way below replacement level, which means our population is going to start shrinking.
	And the ratio of people on Social Security and Medicare Your population of Democrats aren't having babies.
	Conservatives are, thank you very much.
	And I don't think vegetables rotting in the ground is how you should think about immigrants.
	But that's who the left is.
	What's actually happening at the border?
	Well, my good friend Tom Homan, an amazing patriot, said you need to hear this story.
	And that's why we have a new guest on the show, Tom Douglas of Universal.1.

	Well, if Tom Homan says it's important, then it is important.
	You're the Vice President for Business Development.
	Tell us about your company, what it was doing for the federal government and what it is now not doing for the federal government.
	Yes, thank you.

	And the first difference that we really saw our digital health system making a significant role in was with COVID.
	So if you recall back in You know, 2021 during the COVID days, if you or I or any other American citizen left the country and went on a vacation outside of the U.S., in order to return to the U.S., we would have to show proof of vaccination, right?
	Proof of vaccination, proof of negative COVID test, Long lines going through immigration at the airport.
	But at our southern border, the migrants were let in with no health checks or anything whatsoever.
	No COVID vaccinations or anything.
	So it was complete hypocrisy.
	So I saw that as a major pain point Where we could come in and bring our digital ecosystem used for health checks, vaccination status, and at the same time actually tracking the migrants as well.
	So there was a lot of things that I saw us being able to do.
	We're able to come in and make a difference at the southern border.
	If we can solve, help mitigate that health challenge, there's a lot more that we can do.
	Okay, so you're helping out, especially under the COVID conditions.
	And then what happens?
	Well, COVID is really just the start of it, Dr. Gorka.
	So in 2021, when the migrants cross over, they're apprehended by Customs and Border Protection, and then they are sent to a soft-sided facility along the southern border where we have our health clinics.
	And it's at those health clinics that we can do vitals, quick health checks, and at the same time, we're administering voluntary vaccinations for COVID and flu.
	It really is just scratching the surface.
	There's so much more that we can do.
	Luckily, our story was published about a month ago in the Washington Times.
	And by what we've done already with almost a million COVID and flu shots, it's really just scratching the surface, if you will.
	You know, about a year ago in New York State, we just had the very first case of polio that we've seen in the U.S.
	since 1979.
	So there's so much more that we can do.
	I can tell you... All right, I'm going to ask one last time because we're running out of time.
	What has changed recently and why is Tom Holman telling you to come on my show?
	Let's tell the listeners.
	Yeah, well, what's changed recently?
	I see we've administered about a million COVID and flu shots.
	What's changed in the third quarter of 2020-2023 is Pfizer was gonna increase the price of their COVID shot.
	And at the same time, we were gonna have a government shutdown.
	So basically our project has been put temporarily on hold.
	So if we have a completely open border, the least that we can do
	is to provide the necessary vaccinations to keep our society safe and healthy.
	Now we're doing nothing and now we're reverting back to the days of early 2021 where the border is completely open and there's no health checks, no vaccinations, Nothing is being done.
	Okay, so millions of illegals are coming into America, not being vaccinated, could threaten the health of Americans in America.
	We've got 30 seconds left.
	What is Biden's administration telling you why these people don't need to be health screened anymore?
	Yeah, they're not.
	They're not telling us anything and we have no timetable in sight as to when we're going to resume the operations.
	And at the same time, you know they're closing down schools there.
	You know these migrants are held to a different standard there.
	They're populating our communities and societies, whereas the rest of us, our kids are required to get necessary vaccinations in order to be let into school.
	So it's it's again, we're reverting to the days of mass mass hypocrisy.
	It doesn't make any sense.
	Well, it's worse than mass hypocrisy.
	It endangers Americans.

	Your kids have to get vaccinated, but illegals don't.

	I know that if somebody works for you and you can't fire them, that means they don't work for you.

	She doesn't articulate how this comes to an end, except she was asked after the last debate by, I believe, Megyn Kelly, and she said, you bring it to an end by bringing Ukraine into NATO.
	But of course, we're a NATO country, so if you bring Ukraine into NATO, that puts the United States at war.
	Megyn said that to her, and then she basically gave a word salad as to how you go from there.
	So they have sent cash.
	She supports this 106 billion that they're trying to get through Congress.
	Where's some of that money going?
	They've done tens of billions of dollars to pay salaries for Ukrainian government bureaucrats.
	They've paid pensions for Ukrainian retirees with your tax dollars.
	We've got homeless veterans.
	We have all these problems.
	This is the UN way of thinking that we're somehow globalist and we have unlimited resources to do.
	You know?
	I think here's the problem.
	You can take the ambassador out of the United Nations, but you can't take the United Nations out of the ambassador.
	Ouch, that hurt.
	You can take the ambassador out of the UN, you can't take the UN out of the ambassador.
	What was her, hang on, what was her response?

	Secondly, I had our fellow colleague and old friend Steve Bannon on my show the other day, and we were talking about the utility of these debates.
	And at the end, Steve said to me, you know, is there anything that you think you and I disagree on?
	And I said, yeah, I actually think the debates have been helpful.
	And Steve looked at me the way that you know how he looks.
	He's like, what are you talking about, Spicer?
	How have these debates been a good idea?
	And I said, because it exposed all of this.
	Right now, if there hadn't been debates, DeSantis and Haley and Asa Hutchinson and Doug Burgum and Tweedledee and Tweedledum would all be saying, oh, Trump, Trump didn't, you know, there was no competition for this and there was a coronation.
	Right now, we get these clips and you go, oh, wait, that's the contrast with Donald Trump?
	Yeah.
	Okay.
	I know.
	I said to Steve, the thing is, every time there's been a debate, Donald Trump's strength has grown.
	Why?
	Because people get to see an alternative and they say, okay, now I get it.
	Maybe I didn't fully appreciate the context and now I get to see this and remember the strength and the results of Donald Trump.
	So what did your fellow naval officer react when you said that?
	Because I think you're on the money there.
	He said, you know what, you've actually got a good point.
	And I said, that's my thing.
	I said, I think everybody looks at him and says, now, exactly the reaction that you and I had to that little exchange, which is, you gotta be kidding me.
	But when you see it, you go, it's not that you just react to either Haley or DeSantis, you go, wow, okay, in that context, when that debate was going on, I literally had the remote in my hand and I kept flipping from Fox to the debate, Fox to the debate.
	And I watched a man sit on a stool that looked like he was, Definitely handling these questions with Iowa voters and he, it was a huge contrast.
	I was like, okay, that's Donald Trump sitting there taking these questions, swatting them away and saying, and engaging in folks.
	He gave the single best answer on how Republicans can go on offense on the abortion, on the Roe v. Wade issue.
	And my point is, when you get to see everybody on stage, then you get to say, oh, I get it.
	It's like, you know, Seb, sometimes I see something in a magazine, like a piece of clothing, and I go, that looks really good.
	And then I remember that the model is 6'4 and 140 pounds, and I'm 5'6 and not 140 pounds.
	And I go, on me, it does not look as good.
	So out of context, the shirt or the sweater or the pants look really nice.
	You put them on me and you go, I don't think so.
	I think that sometimes you have to see it to understand and appreciate the contrast.
	And so for me, and Steve ultimately agreed, he said, you know what, you're right.
	It's actually now that we've got to see it, that really shows us the alternatives that we have.

	We have to talk foreign policy and national security with the senior counselor to the president of the Heritage Foundation, Jim.
	Let's just start with the Lloyd Austin debacle and this response.
	Things are getting a little bit testy in the White House.
	This is Kabul Kirby getting a little heated when asked about the Farago cut.
	Where is this?
	Is this six?
	Cut six.
	I do not have a different answer to you today than I did to your colleague on Monday.
	There is a process by which cabinet officials and their location is tracked by Let me stop you right there.
	There is a check-in every morning where their general location is known and logged and reported.
	Your general location.
	Each of these principles is issued, I assume, is issued a mobile phone.
	I'm sure you have one.
	I know Kareem has one.
	Let me stop you right there.
	We're not going to track the GPS coordinates on somebody's mobile phone in the administration,
	and we're not going to plant a microchip in their neck like they're a poodle.
	They check in every day.
	What are they, poodles with chips in their neck?
	and I leave it at that.
	It's weird because the FBI used phone cell tracking for people who were around on January
	the 6th in DC, but you can't do it with cabinet members.
	What are they, poodles with chips in their neck?
	Jim, let's, you know, no politics, but this is serious, isn't it?
	If you look at the international situation.
	So we should talk about what's serious about this.
	As someone who was in the military for 25 years, who served in the Pentagon with a guy who was a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and was around all this stuff.
	Would I be concerned that the National Chain of Command, which runs from the President, through the Secretary of Defense, to the combatant commanders in the field, the Chairman's not actually part of the chain of command, he's just, he just passes, really, his role is to pass And to pass, you know, they do write them, but pass the decisions from the directives from the President and the National Command Authority, which includes the SecDef, to the commanders in the field.
	In this case, it would be CENTCOM.
	Was I ever worried that that chain was broken or compromised?
	Probably not.
	Did we lose control of our nuclear weapons?
	Probably not.
	Here's what worries me, or here's what bothers me.
	Actually, we were just talking about the Band of Brothers TV show.
	This was so inappropriate from the sense of transparency and accountability.
	And if anybody, if there's anybody in this cabinet that should have known better, it should have been Lloyd Austin.
	As a military officer whose basic traffic is selfless service and responsibility and the lib, you know, the West Point motto of, you know, you don't lie, cheat, or steal or any of this.
	A military officer more than anybody else would understand the importance of transparency and accountability and never compromise.
	When I was a second lieutenant, I lost, you know like the thing that goes in the .45?
	The magazine, right?
	I lost a magazine of .45.
	Okay, that is 25 cents worth of ammunition.
	So I lost 25 cents.
	Oh, it was a full mag?
	Yeah, it was a full mag.
	So I lost 25 cents worth of ammunition, right?
	Because I was the property officer, and it said that any loss of ammunition had to be reported and be held accountable, I reported myself for $0.25, right?
	Because if anybody was not going to do something wrong, me, I should set the example.
	So I reported myself for losing $0.25 worth of government property.
	So Carifano wrote up Carifano.
	Right, and there was actually an investigation.
	At some point, somebody said, you know, we have wasted way more than 25 cents here.
	Let's just forget about the whole thing.
	But the point was, is Lloyd Austin, you know, he had cancer surgery.
	He was in the hospital, and if anybody should have said, I need to make sure everybody knows and understands us and have a chain of command, it was him.
	Because that's how you set the example.
	He didn't do that.
	It is frustratingly wrong, but it's just a reminder once again that I think Millie and Austin have become poster child for the corruption and the dark side of the officer corps, which has lost its core and focus of selfless service and getting out of politics and not being another political puppet.
	And I think it's just a complete and utter disgrace.
	I think we got an answer there.
	After 25 years, I'm going to ask this question.
	Doesn't that behavior just reverberate through the military?
	Because they know what he did.
	Doesn't it send a very negative... Well, if he can do that... Well, this is a problem that we had, you know, and I, you know, I was in the Pentagon...
	that in the 1990s when Clinton was the president, who really didn't have a proper conception
	of civil-military relations and how that was supposed to work.
	And very senior officers who struggled with this notion of supporting your president,
	who you were constitutionally sworn to support, but doing your constitutional duty as an officer
	of the U.S. military and your allegiance, which is sworn to the Constitution, and balancing
	that.
	And watching these guys did that.
	And one of the things they thought they did pretty well is these were guys that were majors
	in Vietnam.
	And they saw what...
	What general officers had done, what happened to the respect.
	You know, in the 60s, the respect for the military was in the bottom, right?
	You know, by the 90s, it was the most respected government institution there is.
	So I've saw people do it right, but they were products of the system, right?
	And so I do believe that if you clean, when we throw these bums out and say, We need to go back to responsible military decorum and behavior.
	The people that will applaud you most will be the people wearing uniforms.
	Yeah.

	And to be honest, Wes Clark was seen as the model of the self-serving leader.

	I do think it's important to highlight that we have taken some immediate steps to ensure that when there is a transfer of authority, that the right people know as quickly as possible, and that it includes a reason why that transfer of authority included.

	You said something really interesting in the last segment about let's wait until the dust settles, and we were also talking about World War II generals during the break, and so one of the most competent Yeah.
	during the break that a lot of people have forgotten.
	There's a guy named Mantinetti who had a very famous, well, a very saying he would say all the time,
	which is, things are never half as good or half as bad as the first reports in the command post.
	So, yeah, you kind of, you know, when people say, well, what's your reaction to this?
	I mean, we can do this one of two ways.
	I mean, there are no do-overs.
	So how we got here to today, you know, we can debate that, but it doesn't change the past, right?
	But if you're asking me, like, where do we go from here?
	Look, I'm not really privy, you know, You know, what are the target sets?
	That's kind of important.
	What were the intended effects?
	Never explained by the U.S.
	government, by the way.
	Which is important.
	Yeah.
	And then also, what are the back channels?
	Because as you know, even though we don't have relations with the Houthis or with Iran, we have all these back channels and we're constantly doing this and using them.
	And so, unless you have all that context, it's really, really very difficult.
	But as long as we're on the anger management hour at the Gorka Foundation.
	Here's what really makes me angry.
	Let it out, Jim.
	Which is, the President of the United States couldn't be bothered to spend five minutes with the
	American people and said, I have put innumerable men and women in the armed forces in harm's
	way.
	For your interests, let me take a few minutes, because there's nothing in the news on this
	other than what's on X postings, to explain to you what we are doing, why we are doing
	it, what I intend to accomplish, and now you can go about your day.
	Just tell us.
	And in a day in which the president had nothing on his agenda and was heading off for a long
	weekend, he couldn't spend five minutes talking to the American people.
	I just think that's obscene, to be honest.
	Don't you think that also applies?
	In some way, some kind of discussion or just a contextualization of the more than a hundred attacks on U.S.
	forces.
	Absolutely.
	And the fact that he's back on the road today going to a coffee shop, right?
	Where he says, I'm from the government.
	I'm a senator.
	Right.
	And my favorite one was he goes, who wants a coffee?
	It's on me, which we all know he will never actually.
	You know, so you can do a political, you can take off on a long weekend, you can go to do a political event.
	By the way, going into the coffee shop, it looked like it was a reception in an assisted living facility.
	This is just wrong.
	And it's not a party.
	Look, I'm not even a Republican.
	I don't have politics.
	I live in D.C.
	My vote doesn't count.
	This is wrong.
	It is just wrong.
	Republican, Democrat, liberal, conservative.
	It's a requirement of the job just to tell the American people why our forces are in harm's way.
	It's a minimum.
	I mean, look, but here's a guy where the people say, well, he spent 40% of his time on vacation.
	On contrary, that's totally wrong.
	Because the president typically goes to work at 10, and he's done by 2, which means he only works half days.
	So literally, he has spent more time off in the White House than he has working in the White
	House.
	He's America's first part-time president.
	So he has time to go to Ohio to see a disaster scene.
	He has time to go to the border to look at the border.
	He has time to do all these things.
	He doesn't do them because either he's physically and mentally incapable or because he really
	doesn't believe in the American people.
	And when you listen now to their talking points, their talking points are Americans are too
	stupid to realize how great our great leader is.
	That is...

	It really came in a rather unheralded fashion, but we need to celebrate it here on America First, and we're going to do it with Travis White.
	Welcome back from the organization who's done most to fight for this.
	It is the Firearms Regulatory Accountability Coalition.

	It's good to be back on, Sebastian.
	I really appreciate the opportunity to come back on your show.
	So let's put an image up of the thing we are about to discuss.
	First, we have... It looks so dangerous.
	I mean, it looks exactly like a thermonuclear bomb.
	In fact, it is a piece of rubber with a little Velcro strap on it.
	It is a pistol brace that can be put on an AR-15 with a short barrel or an AK.
	And makes it more stable, easier to use, especially for veterans who have lost a certain manual dexterity.
	That's why it was originally invented.
	It was completely legal for many years.
	The ATF, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms said, oh yes, that's an absolutely legal item.
	You can add it to your weapon.
	And then unilaterally, without any legislative action being taken, they said, no!
	That turns your pistol into a rifle that's short-barreled and you must register it or destroy the brace or you automatically become a felon, which would have meant, what, maybe 30 million, 40 million Americans who had bought these products overnight becoming felons.
	Travis, what is the status of that outrageous decision by the ATF?
	Well, there's three main points I'll make, Sebastian.
	The rule has not fared well in courts, as to be expected.
	The courts are starting to really nail the death nails through this rule.
	It's currently got a number of court cases pending, mainly out of Texas and here in North Dakota.
	We've got a number of injunctions issued across the country.
	One of them, the Brito case down there in Texas, The judge stayed the rule in its entirety.
	So, we still have to play these cases all the way through, go through all the motions as they say, defend this on appeal, but by all appearances, this rule is on its way to the graveyard of the APA.
	So, talk to us about what that means for those who aren't lawyers.
	For laymen like me, a judge staying some measure sounds like it's just put on What should we say?
	This is a victory?
	Is this a battle in the war?
	decision. What is the weight of this judge's decision? Can the ATF appeal it? Could these
	devices retroactively become felonious again? What should we say? This is a victory? Is this
	a battle in the war? How should those who think that this is wrong consider the decision?
	I think it's a major victory and it's a major indicator of positive things to come for those
	seeking regulatory accountability.
	Now, obviously, there is a fairly elaborate court process.
	I mean, you have to go on appeal and things like that.
	And ultimately, what it's going to come down to is getting to a final judgment, as this plays out, and getting what's known as final rule vacatur.
	But in the meantime, this is really the best outcome you can get as this case progresses.
	We've got the rule stayed, and there's a preliminary injunction, the rule stayed in its entirety by that judge down there.
	And then a number of other judges have stayed it to various extents as well here while the cases are ongoing.
	So the ATF is dead in the water right now on this rule based on these federal court interventions.
	And ultimately, I anticipate a victory at the end of the day.

	Travis, this is not a surprise to anyone who's followed the ATF, especially under Democrat administrations.
	This isn't the last time they're likely to try and do something like this retroactively, is it?
	Well, I think that's To your point, I agree.
	They'll probably push the envelope as far as we let them, and that's why the buck has to stop.
	And the buck stops with groups like FRAC.
	I mean, we are here to keep an eye on them as a government watchdog and to hold them accountable to the rule of law in the court systems in this country when they're out of line.
	And what do you say to those?
	Because, you know, there may be people who listen to this show aren't avid collectors.
	I mean, I, you know, like my pistol braces.
	Here's an old photo of me with one on the new Jackal.
	That's a 300 caliber AR type weapon.
	If they don't own a weapon like that, that's from Palmetto State, And they say, well, I'm a duck hunter, or I shoot white tails.
	And they say, I don't care about that.
	Why is that the wrong attitude to have to this action from the ATF, Travis?
	Well, there's major principles at stake.
	You cannot have government executive branch regulatory agencies acting in this fashion and defying the rule of law.
	We have Congress to pass laws, we have the judiciary to interpret them, and the executive to enforce the law.
	They're not the lawmaking branch of our government.
	And what they've done here is effectively try to make themselves that, and pass what is basically law by executive fiat.
	America would be a much freer place if we didn't have an ATF, right, Travis?
	Well, I want to be careful about that.
	I mean, I would certainly consider what proposals people could come up with.
	I am not a big fan of the ATF.
	They have demonstrated a continued pattern of abuse of the rule of law.
	So they are definitely not in my good graces, I'll say.
	I think the old joke applies.

	We, the people.
	We, the people, tell the government what to do.
	It doesn't tell us.
	We, the people, are the driver.
	The government is the car.
	And we decide where it should go, and by what route, and how fast.
	Almost all the world's constitutions are documents in which governments tell the people what their privileges are.
	Our constitution is a document in which we, the people, tell the government what it is allowed to do.
	We, the people, are free.
	I don't think we celebrate that man enough.
	He's kind of gone into the mists of history.
	But we owe him so much for Recentering the conservative movement for recentering patriotism within politics in America and that clip especially is something that I want to talk about today.
	We're not going to make movies great again today because that's fun and there's something much more important we have to do and that's to Ask the question, is that principle still in effect?
	In 1776, the message that was sent by those revolutionaries, and then which led to the actual creation of our republic, was a truly revolutionary concept.
	That the people are sovereign.
	It's not a dynasty, it's not a king, it's not an emperor.
	The people Have the sovereignty of the nation, which is temporarily granted to political leaders.
	Is that still the case in America?
	Well, let's discuss it with a man who stole the name, Mr. Reagan, for an amazing YouTube channel.
	He has become a great supporter and a personal friend of America First and me, its host.

	But today, we're going to talk to Chris Coles about one of his most recent videos.
	Greetings, my good friend.
	Oh, it's great to be on, Seb.
	So, Will, you are really pushing the envelope of political analysis.
	Not just cultural analysis, but political analysis.
	Let's put up the video that everybody needs to watch to appreciate what we're going to discuss today, and it is the Deep State Plan in Case of a Trump Victory.
	When you told me you were going to do this, I thought, Really?
	And then I watched it and then I thought... Wow.
	Wow.
	That film that you will unpack for us...
	was then made all the more powerful for me by what a colleague of mine said on the show this week.
	Out of LA, our morning co-host, Jennifer Horne, who's a warrior princess in California, asked the following question when we witnessed Hunter Biden walk into the committee room this week and grin at the committee that had subpoenaed him and which he was in breach of.
	And she asked this question, Chris.
	If President Trump wins, God willing, if we do our part, would the FBI and the DOJ do their job to arrest people who we know to be corrupt?
	Like Hunter Biden or Joe Biden, would they actually execute the orders of a man chosen by the American people?
	Because we know they're prepared to raid a former president's home.
	We know they're prepared to surveil Catholics because they're quote-unquote traditional, which seems to make them a domestic threat.
	But would they actually do the will of the people if President Trump were in office again?
	We are at a crescendo point, Chris, and I guess that's why you made your film.
	Yeah, the fact that she even asks that question, I think, tells you everything that you need to know, which is that we're not certain that those who are in government will act in the best interest of the American people.
	And that is because of what we call the deep state.
	There's something called the administrative state, right, which is just people who are embedded in government, who've been there for 20 years, 30 years, 40 years, some of them.
	And we can't seem to get them out.
	There are certain laws and provisions that seem to keep these people in their jobs, which is very frustrating because these people do not always act in the best interest of the American people.
	And to me, that is really the definition of corruption.
	That's the definition of the deep state.
	You don't have to be taking bribes like Joe Biden.
	You don't have to be doing insider trading like Nancy Pelosi.
	If the actions that you're taking within government, whether you're an elected official or you're part of the administrative state, if what you're doing is for your own best interest, is for your own enrichment, is to fill up your bank account at the expense of the American people, Well, then, to me, you are corrupt.
	You are part of the deep state.
	That's what we call a deep state.
	It's not some boogeyman.
	It's not some mythical, you know, shadow organization.
	These are just people who are acting in their own best interest at the expense of the American people.
	That's how I define the deep state.
	And as we're talking about this situation on the show today, that is what I will be talking about when I say the term the deep state.
	Alright, let's stop there for a second before we go into the scenario in your movie and then I'll talk about my experience with the quote-unquote deep state when I was in the White House.
	Back then, I didn't use the phrase.
	I thought it was a little bit, you know, too tinfoil hattie.
	After two weeks of witnessing actual subversion of the president's will, I realized it's real.
	But now, seven, eight years later, here's my problem, Chris, and let's define our terms.
	We'll see whether there's a better taxonomy here.
	Permanent bureaucracy, permanent state, deep state, they're all out there.
	But we've come to a point where This corruption, as you rightly label it, it's not hidden, it's not subtle, it's not covert.
	It's in your face.
	It's the in-your-face state.
	And it's at all levels of government.
	It isn't just the Feds.
	When you have a New York judge, what is it, on Wednesday or Thursday, The state that the leader of the opposition, the former president, a man who might be the next president, is barred from making a closing statement in his own defense in a courtroom proceedings.
	That's not subtle subversion when his home is raided by gun-toting members of the FBI who order This is a known, you know, empirical fact.
	Order his attorneys to stand outside of the building so they can't watch what they're doing inside the building.
	Chris, isn't it much worse than a deep state?
	Isn't it an in-your-face, we-don't-give-a-crap state?
	Yeah, in fact, that is why I believe the more bold conspiracy theories that I have developed.
	My speculation has driven me to places I never thought I would go a few years ago.
	And the reason is because they have been so bold and open.
	In particular, a lawyer by the name of Mark Elias, I believe that he develops a lot of these plots, and Democrats just go along with it.
	And I'm not really sure why, because they're insane, these ideas.
	And yeah, one of the ideas was, well, let's just raid Donald Trump's home.
	And let's just take some documents out.
	And Mark Elias tweeted and he said, oh, by the way, if Donald Trump has any documents from work, it means he's ineligible to run for president.
	And I thought, well, that doesn't seem right.
	And I, you know, I listened to the different, you know, brilliant legal minds that were analyzing this, and they said, well, no, that's not true at all.
	But I think that's why they did raid Mar-a-Lago.
	And in fact, that's why I think they've done a lot of the things that they've done.
	A lot of people wonder, was January 6 a real insurrection or was it an FBI psy-op?
	And if it was a psy-op, what was the point?
	And my interpretation of that from very early on was, There is language in the Constitution that says, you know, if you're involved in an insurrection, then you cannot run for public office.
	And it seems like, okay, if you have documents from work, you know, you're a public official, you can't run for public office.
	If you're involved in an insurrection, you can't run for public office.
	If Donald Trump were to collude with Russians to overturn an election or to inappropriately win an election, well, that would be a form of sedition, treason, and he would not be eligible to run for president again.
	It seems like everything that they do, the Democrats, everything they claim that Trump is guilty of, seems to Have a consequence in some way or another of well Trump cannot run for office again.
	It seems like they're so desperate to keep Trump out of office that they are willing to accuse him of it.
	I believe that at some point they made a list.
	Of crimes.
	They had a bunch of students looking through law books, trying to find crimes that would keep Trump off the ballot, and then they put it on a list, and they've been going down that list ever since.
	And I actually speculated, and this was pretty crazy, when they raided Mar-a-Lago, I made a video where I said, you know what, I think they're doing.
	I think they're going to try to keep Trump off the ballot, but in order to do that, I think they've got to try Trump in courts of law, For these kinds of crimes that they're accusing him of.
	They look at the list of things that would disqualify you, and then they work backwards to try and trump up the charges for disqualifying him.
	What is the scenario?

	the narrative of your your recent video that you posit that the good thing
	happens God is on our side the president wins and then what could be the deep
	state plan as a result of his victories.
	So walk us through what could happen and the logic of why you think that could happen.
	So here's the disconcerting part, right?
	We sit there and we think, okay, Trump will be president, presumably, if we're able to actually beat the cheat, right?
	There's a lot of people who say two things that I hear on Twitter, on the comments on my YouTube channels.
	I hear two things most often.
	One is Trump cannot win because they will cheat.
	Right.
	That's the first thing they cheated in 2020.
	They're going to cheat in 2024.
	And he's just you can't possibly win.
	The other thing they say is, even if he gets in a position to win, there will be some kind of an attack on Donald Trump personally, like, excuse me, physical attack, they will Trump will not make it to presidency.
	We've had people from as disparate corners as Democrat Alan Dershowitz on this show, then former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino say they are seriously worried about the threat to the life of the president.
	So you have Molly Hemingway.
	A very sober investigative journalist saying the recent articles about President Trump as a Hitler or a Caesar are information operations prep for an assassination.
	So this kind of sets the scene for your theory.
	Yeah, and also Scott Adams, I think, tweeted the most poignant idea around this, which is that Trump is polling at such high numbers at this point, so high above Joe Biden, that even in a hypothetical fixed election, Trump would win, right?
	Because fixing an election is actually really difficult.
	People don't realize this.
	Fixing an election, you still need a base of support.
	You can't cheat completely, otherwise you'll be expelled.
	I think you wrote a book about it.
	It's what my colleague Hugh Hewitt always says.
	You've got to win so big that even if they cheat, they don't win.
	That's exactly it.
	And I think that Trump is at that point, right?
	He's at a point that he's winning so bigly, let's say, that he can't lose even in a fixed election.
	And that puts him at risk for assassination.
	Because then people start to panic.
	The deep state starts to panic.
	And why does the deep state not want him in?
	Because people who work in government and people who work outside government, but with government officials who have an undue influence on government, these people have committed acts of fraud.
	They've committed, you know, acts of corruption.
	Joe Biden is obviously corrupt, right?
	So if Donald Trump gets in there, he's not part of their gang.
	He's not part of their club.
	If he were to expose them, a lot of people could go to prison for a very long time.
	These people desperately want to stay out of prison, so they desperately have to keep Trump out of office.
	That's why they're doing all these crazy things that seem completely out of the realm of possibilities.
	Well, if Trump were to be elected, it may actually provide them with an opportunity.
	And this opportunity wouldn't just keep Trump off the ballot for the rest of eternity and potentially have him impeached and removed from office.
	It would keep the public scared to elect anyone else ever to public office that was not approved by the media.
	Because the media keeps telling us what?
	They keep telling us that Trump is a dictator, that Trump's going to have concentration camps, that Trump's going to arrest journalists, that Trump's going to, you know, be this authoritarian, totalitarian dictator and we're all going to live in this fascist regime, right?
	But nobody really believes that because we had Trump for four years and he wasn't a dictator and we didn't live under fascism and nobody was sent to concentration camps.
	So how can they sell this idea?
	The only way to sell this idea Is if they are able to twist Trump's arm, if they're able to actually force Donald Trump to take action that does appear to be dictatorial.
	So after he becomes president, they want to make an artificial astroturfed realization of fulfilling the prophecy.
	Oh, he's a dictator because they provoked him to use some kind of force.
	Yeah, and I started to think, what is the kind of thing that the public would actually accept as dictatorial action?
	If you were to declare martial law, if you were to enact emergency powers, these sorts of things.
	But why would Trump do something like that?
	Because Trump, although he acts a bit unpredictable, you know, if you saw his town hall the other night, the guy is really funny.
	The guy will say things that you don't expect.
	But the truth is that Trump is a very sensible person.
	You know, Trump is able to negotiate things well.
	He's a very intelligent guy.
	So this idea that he's just going to irrationally invoke emergency powers or declare martial law, this is not going to happen.
	So what do you got to do?
	You've got to do something so incredibly powerful, something so disastrous that Trump has to enact emergency powers, that he has to declare martial law, something like this.
	And the only thing I could think of, the only thing I could think of Was a 9-11 type event.
	And so it's my speculation that it's possible, I don't know how probable it is, but it's possible that some in the deep state have planned themselves Potentially a terrorist attack on America in order to provoke Donald Trump into acting like a dictator, creating the illusion that Trump is a dictator, and therefore proving to the American people that their predictions were correct, that Trump is in fact the fascist that they say he is, and, you know, he's going to take control of the government forever and he's never going to give up power.
	Right, so this is, in the technical terminology, a false flag event made to look like a terrorist event that requires the president to initiate a robust response, after which they say, look, we told you so, he is a dictator.
	That's the main thesis of our friend's latest video.

	It started with Obama, when Obama uses the phrase, bitter clingers.
	He calls half of the nation bitter clingers because they dared to cling to their Bibles And their rifles.
	So that's where it begins.
	Then we have Hillary with her unbelievable deplorables comment calling everyone who supports President Trump Islamophobe, homophobe, white supremacist, on and on and on.
	And then we have Biden.
	And Biden who decides after he gives an inauguration speech about Bringing America back together, bringing the Great Unifier.
	Instead he stands in front of Liberty Hall bathed in red satanic light, flanked by Marines in their dress blues, and he talks about MAGA extremism.
	Then this week he goes to a church in South Carolina where he talks literally about the threat of white supremacy.
	I've never met a white supremacist, I've never even met a Nazi, so I don't know where they are, I don't think they exist, but there's one thing I have to ask.
	Chris, if you hear Nazi, Nazi, Nazi, fascist, fascist, fascist for seven years, there are going to be some people who believe that, Chris.
	And that's why I came to the realization that your hypothesis could actually happen.
	Because if you believe that we are on the cusp of fascism, you might do something very, very dangerous.
	No?
	Yeah.
	Look, there are a lot of gullible Americans out there.
	When I came up with this theory originally, I didn't really believe it.
	It's sort of like a lot of the speculation that I've had that has actually come true, right?
	They have taken Trump to court.
	I didn't think they would do it.
	When I originally speculated that they would have to take Trump to court in order to pin these accusations on him, like, you know, being involved in an insurrection, I thought, well, they're not going to take him to court.
	That's insane.
	He was a former president.
	They'll never do that because it would expose their corruption.
	And yet they have done it.
	Trump is currently going to court, you know, defending himself against these ridiculous accusations.
	And then I made a video later and I said, you know what?
	Even if, even if he's innocent in the court of law, even if the Supreme Court throws out a case in which he's found guilty, even if they don't have any leg to stand on in terms of taking Trump off the ballots, making him ineligible to run for president, I think they're still going to take him off the ballots.
	And I looked at the secretaries of state of each of the swing states, right?
	Because secretaries of state, they control whose name gets on the ballots in each state.
	And I realized in each state, In each swing state, the Secretary of State was a Democrat.
	And I realized, okay, they're not going to wait for a guilty plea.
	They're just going to start taking him off the ballots, even if he's found innocent, even if the Supreme Court declares that you can't take Trump off the ballot, they're still going to do it.
	They're just going to ignore the law.
	And they've already started to do that.
	So all the things that I've speculated, I thought, well, that seems a little bit beyond the pale.
	That seems too obviously corrupt.
	They've already done it, even before I thought that they would.
	So even though this sounds completely crazy, even to me, I started to realize that even though it may not be plausible or very likely, it certainly is possible.
	And I remember I told you this, and at first you seemed a little bit skeptical, and then I get this phone call from you, and you go, you know, the more I think about your theory, the more I realize you could be right.
	And I remember I laughed out loud, because it's exactly the thinking that I had.
	I was like, this seems too ridiculous, but the more you think about it, the more right it seems.
	And you think about who would potentially commit a terrorist act that would seem plausible, that was directed by the FBI or the CIA, and it's People who have come to the United States illegally.
	Well, where do you get illegal immigrants in the United States right now?
	Well, pretty much everywhere, right?
	Because they opened up the southern border for, you know, since the beginning of the Biden administration, millions and millions of people have have flooded in.
	And what a better smoke screen to bring in terrorists into the United States than millions and millions of illegal immigrants.
	And as we now know, again, just to back up what seems incredibly far-fetched, we now know what?
	The so-called Governor Whitmer kidnapping case was set up by FBI agents.
	These poor people living in the basement under a, you know, vacuum repair store.
	These individuals were encouraged by FBI assets to come up with this cockamamie plan.
	We have a director of the FBI who is incapable of answering a simple question.
	How many FBI agents or assets were disguised as Protesters on January the 6th.
	He can't answer that.
	So this is where you go, you know, you know, it may actually be a workable theory.
	Disturbing but absolutely plausible.

	This antagonism is taunting to the intelligence community.
	Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.
	So, even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
	So that's the most senior senator in the Senate, that's Chuck Schumer, who actually seemingly threatened the President of the United States, Donald Trump, and said, if you don't do what the intelligence community, the CIA wants you to do, the NSA, the DIA wants to do, They have seven ways from Sunday to get back at you.
	It's not just one senator.
	After the quote-unquote election of 2020, what did one journalist do?
	Molly Ball at Time wrote an article that every patriot needs to read.
	This article is the Zenith of hubris.
	It's titled The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign that SAVED the 2020 election, where she goes through all the organizations, the people who funded it, Mark Zuckerberg, half a billion dollars to quote-unquote protect the election from what?
	From Donald Trump winning it!
	And then lastly, this story, it's from the day before yesterday at Red State, and this goes to January 6th.
	We have a colonel from West Point on the joint staff who states in an interview using his name that Mark Milley is the Don Barzini of the Deep State and explains that on January the 6th, Chris, You can argue that Donald Trump was not the commander-in-chief, Mark Milley was the commander-in-chief, and he's the person who stood down the National Guard because the National Guard could have presented January 6th.
	There's a peculiar Peculiar facet to all of this, Chris, when you line it all up, and you look at what they've done to President Trump, in the courts, on the ballots, raid his home, arrested his former assistants like Steve Bannon, like Peter Navarro, surveilled Catholics because they're Catholics, put people in prison for 22 years because they weren't even in DC on Channel 6.
	They don't hide it anymore, Chris.
	I don't know if they're stupid or it's just arrogance.
	They just, you know, we are going to burn the village down to save the village.
	Those are the Democrats today.
	Well, think about why they're arresting January 6 protesters, right?
	It's not because they've actually committed an act of insurrection.
	But they want the American people to believe that the idea that an insurrection took place is plausible.
	Of course there was no insurrection, of course not.
	But if you arrest people and put them in prison for 22 years, well then, you wouldn't do that unless these people actually were trying to take over the government, right?
	You wouldn't put somebody in prison for 22 years unless it was something very serious.
	Now, this is an absurdity, of course, but that's the plan, right?
	It's all an illusion.
	It's all a sort of a magic trick, right?
	Oh, look over here.
	This is really what's going on.
	Well, no, it isn't.
	It's just a magic trick.
	It's just an illusion.
	But a lot of people are gullible enough that they believe it.
	And here's another bit of logic, a reason why.
	Because I always think about intention and motivation.
	What are people's motivations?
	What is their intention?
	And I believe that the intention with a lot of this, the idea, the idea that I have of potentially framing Donald Trump as this kind of fascistic dictator and using perhaps an illegal immigrant to conduct some kind of, you know, black swan event, some kind of terrorist attack, something like this, is that if Trump has to go after these terrorists, right, and it could, in my view, this has to be something bigger than 9-11.
	This could potentially be multiple terrorist attacks around the country all at the same time.
	Like Hamas in Israel?
	Well, exactly right.
	And you have, and you, potentially you could have sleeper cells all over the country right now, because we don't know who's here.
	Because the border's wide open.
	So if you had this terrorist attack, this kind of massive terrorist attack, and Trump had to take executive action for this, and he had to start deporting people like crazy, and he didn't do it very kindly because we had a terrorist attack and we've just got to get rid of people, What is the media going to say?
	They're going to start putting body cam footage of these raids on illegal immigrants every single day.
	Women are going to be screaming.
	Kids are going to be crying.
	They're going to say, look at these innocent people that Trump is deporting and treating so cruelly with ice and this sort of thing.
	Trump is not just a dictator.
	He's a racist dictator, right?
	All of these things that they say about him, they're going to have Some evidence to suggest that what they're saying is accurate, because so far, the previous four years of a Trump administration, there was no evidence.
	And we have seen Joe Biden be a bit dictatorial, right?
	Not a bit dictatorial, really quite very dictatorial, right?
	You know, arresting his opposition supporters, you know, January 6th protesters, indicting Donald Trump himself, the opposition candidate.
	I mean, this is the USSR all of a sudden.
	And it's not Donald Trump that's the dictator.
	It's Biden that's the dictator.
	And the American people are not so stupid that they all just fall for whatever the media says anymore.
	We've got the internet now.
	We've got alternative media.
	We've got amazing radio programs like Sebastian Gorka's America First radio show.
	So people are waking up a little bit to this, even Democrats, I think.
	I mean, you look at somebody like Michael Rappaport is saying, oh, we can't have Biden.
	Maybe we'll have Trump.
	I mean, it's insane how the country is actually flipping.
	I think they really need to create some kind of characterization of Trump that the people sell, and I think it's getting more and more difficult.
	Let me ask you, when you're looking at all these questions of motivation and intent, before the scenario of what they will try to do to him if he wins, God willing, and then becomes president, what about what do you expect between a victory For the president in November and him actually getting sworn in.
	I mean, I just think of BLM and Antifa in the attempt to burn down the presidential church a block from the White House.
	Chris, it's only going to be worse, isn't it?
	Well, you know, it's an interesting point that you bring up BLM and Antifa because I believe now in hindsight with this theory of this potential terrorist attack in order to twist Trump's arm and force him to take emergency powers.
	I've looked into the reason why presidents have declared martial law in the past or taken
	on emergency powers, and sometimes it is because of riots throughout the country, burning down
	buildings, taking over cities.
	This is a reason why governors, presidents have declared martial law.
	So I'm starting to believe that maybe the Antifa riots, maybe the BLM riots were actually an attempt to try to get Trump to appear to be dictatorial, to take on a more authoritarian role so that they would have evidence to point to him and say, look, Look at how evil he is.
	Look at how bad he is.
	Now, my view is that if they were able to pull this off, let's say, hypothetically, they do commit a terrorist attack or induce a terrorist attack with some of these foreign actors.
	There's a terrorist attack.
	It's a terrible, terrible terrorist attack.
	Donald Trump takes this executive action, assumes a bunch of powers.
	I believe That the deep state desperately wants Nikki Haley.
	I know that we've had rumors that Nikki Haley would be a vice president.
	I believe they want her to be vice president.
	Why would they want her to be vice president?
	Because I believe they control her.
	Look what she said the other night at the debate when asked about Donald Trump in January 6th.
	She said Donald Trump has to be held accountable.
	What kind of a conservative says that Donald Trump has to be held accountable For a protest on January 6th that was peaceful, and that he told everybody to be peaceful, and that he told everybody to go home.
	She knows better than that, right?
	She's telling the American people what her overlords, her controllers, have told her to say.
	That woman, I believe, is completely corrupt.

	We have far too much fun every Friday, and especially when I invite you on Newsmax to talk about the stupid things the media says.
	But I want you, in these last two minutes you have, to kind of open up the kimono a bit.
	Let us peek behind the curtain and tell us why a guy who worked in Hollywood as an actor, as a writer, is prepared to tell the truth in today's day and age of lunatic leftist and cancel culture.
	Chris Coles, why do you have this crazy commitment to the truth?
	You know what?
	I'll be perfectly honest with you.
	It's Christianity.
	That's the reason, right?
	I think that there's, you know, I know there's a lot of Christians out there.
	I know there's a lot of conservatives now who are atheists, which is a little bizarre to me.
	That was never true when I was a kid.
	Atheists were always Democrats, they're leftists, but atheists often think, or at least try to think, in very logical ways.
	And I've always thought that Christianity was always very logical.
	People don't think so.
	They think it's just faith, right?
	It's not just faith.
	It is sensible.
	If you read the Bible and you think about, you know, how your life should be in this world, a lot of the things that you will read, you will be shocked to find make perfect sense in today's insane world.
	And so when I was a kid growing up, you know, as a teenager, I would read my Bible and I would see things in there that made sense for my life.
	And I would act upon these things.
	I had really good examples growing up in my life of good Christian men.
	And when you're a Christian, you have a sense of duty.
	And in fact, the reason that I went to Hollywood specifically was because I felt a sense of duty to try to make—because I know that Hollywood films are very influential.
	They manipulate people.
	And I thought, if you're going to manipulate people, manipulate them with the truth.
	You know, get ideas out there that will actually help them and make their lives better and improve the world and these sorts of things.
	Get the truth out there.
	You don't have to tell stories that are overtly religious or tell stories that are overtly conservative or anything like that.
	You just have to tell people the truth.
	Write stories that make sense in the real world.
	That's what I wanted to do.
	You know, things like they used to make in the 80s.
	You know, we do this film series called Making Movies Great Again.
	And the whole idea is going back to the 80s, going back to the 60s, going back to the 30s sometimes.
	And the best stories are stories that you can watch and you can say, this actually rings true.
	They don't do that anymore.
	Now they're pushing the ESG agenda and all this crazy stuff.
	And I just like to say, I do think that there is hope.
	I do think that even with something as sinister and terrible as what I'm talking about, as a potential terrorist plot, something like that, I do believe that the American people are sensible that it won't work.
	The question really is not whether or not this will...
	Effectively turn the American people's minds against Donald Trump, but whether the deep state believes that it will.
	And so I think that this is a possible scenario, but I don't think it's a scenario that would be effective.
	I think that this would actually galvanize the public behind Donald Trump, and he would be more popular than ever, because everything that the deep state does, everything that they do in Washington to try to tear Trump down, what does it do?
	It just galvanizes people behind him.
	So I don't think it'll be effective.
	And I'm, you know, like you always say, I'm an optimist.
	Well, you have to be, because you're a Christian.
	You know that we've already won in ultimate terms.
	And also, you're an American.
	And as well as that, the third thing is you've got a channel that's named after one of the greatest presidents in American history.
