	The president walked out of the court where he's been for the last 11 weeks on trumped-up charges about fraud?
	In his real estate ventures, loans that he paid back with interest to banks that stated they would like to do more business with him because he's such a good client.
	But no, no, no, no, no, no.
	Judge Engron and Letitia James said, no, we get to decide and we're going to say, you're guilty!
	Who needs a jury?
	Well, as ever, the beautiful, the intelligent Alina Haber was firing on all cylinders just a few moments ago.
	This is the president's attorney in Manhattan.
	Good afternoon.
	Let's remember that before I walked into court, we had already lost.
	That was clear with his motion for summary judgment.
	Before witnesses?
	Before experts?
	And do I think any of it mattered?
	I certainly hope so.
	But for anybody that has been in the courtroom for the last 11 weeks, you heard that there was not one fact against President Trump. There was not one piece of paper
	that showed anyone committed fraud.
	And don't forget that section 6312, a consumer fraud statute has been wrongfully used against
	my client, innocent defendants, the organization, and every employee of the Trump organization,
	which has single-handedly changed the New York skyline, including the building we are in today.
	These are special properties. Real estate is an art, not a science.
	But you know what else is an art?
	You know what else isn't a science?
	Political motivated individuals.
	She's using this to paint a canvas that Donald Trump is a fraudster because they can't beat him in the polls.
	They can't beat him in the polls.
	So she ran on Trump because that was the only way she could win.
	And now today, after 11 weeks, after three years, We have concluded that he indeed committed no wrong.
	The Trump Organization committed no wrong, and the kids have been dragged in just like the other defendants, and it is wrong.
	America needs to step up, and there's only one person who can do that.

	In case you're not tracking the minutiae, the details of all of these cases that have a total of 730 years President Trump is facing in jail, that court case concerning alleged business fraud, the judge, Judge Engeron, who's famous for doing what?
	For mugging for the cameras and grinning like a Cheshire cat.
	Why?
	Because it's about him.
	It's about his Democrat paymasters.
	It's about the Biden administration.
	That individual, the presiding judge, banned President Trump from speaking in his own defense today.
	President Trump made a request, as any American should be able to do, to speak in his own defense and make a closing argument in this action that is a lie.
	The judge, like some uniformed little junta member in some show trial from a dictatorial regime, said, no, I get to decide who speaks in my courtroom, and you, the defendant, you definitely don't get to speak.
	The idea?
	That the person who's facing punishment isn't allowed to talk and represent themselves in a court of law in America?
	My father went through a real show trial in communist Hungary.
	That's a dictatorship.
	They're still happening in the likes of Venezuela, in North Korea, in China.
	But what we're talking about today is in Manhattan, in New York, in America.
	Why?
	Why this man?
	Well, because of this.

	And he said, no, I wouldn't do that unless I thought the country was going off the cliff.
	That's why he did it.
	He was famous.
	He was rich beyond dreams.
	But he wanted to save America.
	And they're afraid of him.
	And they want to stop him.

	Great to be here.
	It's good.
	You know, we've been complaining with our team here and our friends who are regulars on the show.
	Politics hasn't slown down since Christmas.
	Are you feeling the same thing at Breitbart?
	I feel like it's picked up big time in the last week or so.
	Things have really gotten intense.
	Look, we spent two and a half hours with President Trump right before New Year's, so right after Christmas, right in that week there.
	And we've been rolling out the interview.
	So that's been coming out over the course of this past couple weeks.
	But then there's all these endorsements for Trump that keep coming.
	So we just broke a big one this morning on Breitbart, exclusive that the newly elected governor of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, has now come out and formally endorsed President Trump.
	You've got Senator John Barrasso from Wyoming, who's the highest-ranking Republican senator in the U.S.
	Senate.
	The entire House GOP leadership team now has.
	Speaker Johnson did late last year.
	Elise Stefanik obviously did right at the get-go of the campaign.
	But then the majority leader, Steve Scalise, and the majority whip, Tom Emmer, have both come out and endorsed Trump.
	So you've got this, like, mass momentum towards Trump inside the Republican Party.
	And then you've also got kind of the crash and burn of everybody else, right?
	So the media, the establishment media, keeps trying to go with this, like, Haley is surging as momentum narrative or whatever.
	I don't see it.
	I think, if anything, she's crashing and burning just like DeSantis and just like the rest of them.
	And so, I think that what's happening here is this mass consolidation behind President Trump among Republicans.
	I mean, he may wrap this thing up in a week!
	I know!
	I saw a rumor that this guy's going to drop out after Iowa.
	Do you think that's possible?
	I mean, look, if DeSantis comes in third, Donald Trump's going to win the Iowa Congresses on Monday, I'm very confident of that.
	The question is by how much.
	So anybody out there that's listening in Iowa or New Hampshire, you need to make sure you vote, even if you think your guy's going to win, because what matters here less is the order and the numbers, it matters is the margins.
	And because if President Trump wins by a historic margin in Iowa, And then also, if DeSantis comes in third in Iowa, I could see it happening.
	He's toast.
	Right?
	But if he comes in second and it's close, or closer than they thought, okay, they could justify maybe staying in.
	DeSantis is going to get blown out bad in New Hampshire, but then South Carolina's later, right?
	And so maybe he tries to stick in through South Carolina or Super Tuesday.
	And same thing in New Hampshire, by the way. So Trump, Haley, you know, is probably going to come
	in second in New Hampshire. The question is, is how big does Trump win by, right? Like, so again,
	if Trump wins, you know, and it's tight, then they're going to try to, you know,
	keep these other candidates in the race, the globalists, the donor class, etc.,
	as long as they can, because it's not even about stopping Trump at this point.
	They've been resigned to the fact that Trump's going to be the Republican nominee for a long time.
	What it's about is trying to extract as much as they can out of them on the way there, right?
	So that's what the globalist donor class is all fighting for.
	That's why you see all this talk of Nikki Haley for VP.
	I don't think Donald Trump is seriously considering Nikki Haley for VP.
	I know, we know who he's chosen and I can guarantee you it's not Nikki Haley.
	He's already chosen the person and it's not Nikki Haley.
	But the point here is that the globalist donor class people, like the Koch brothers, right?
	The big donors on Wall Street, etc.
	that are funding Nikki Haley, right?
	What they're doing, they're doing this not to try to stop Trump.
	I think they've gotten to the point, I think they're smart enough people.
	to understand that Trump is probably going to be the Republican nominee, not just probably,
	I'm comfortable saying definitely at this point.
	But the thing is, is that what they're trying to do now is they're trying to get as many
	concessions out of him as possible.
	And if he wraps it up real quick, Donald Trump is going to be owe nothing to nobody, right?
	Like, he's gonna have complete control of the Republican Party.
	If it's over after New Hampshire, everybody else drops out, except for Asa Hutchinson, who's probably gonna run for the next six years for president.
	I don't know.
	But the point is, is that, like, if Donald Trump wraps it up after New Hampshire, he owes nothing to nobody.
	And if Donald Trump owes nothing to nobody, he's a very dangerous man for the globalist donor class, the political No, because he's his own man and he's doing it, as we heard Ben Carson say, to save America.
	All right, let's have a little clip of what happened yesterday.
	Both of them came out swinging.
	First we have the governor of Florida attacking the former ambassador to the U.N.
	Cut seven.
	She doesn't articulate how this comes to an end, except she was asked after the last debate by, I believe, Megyn Kelly, and she said, you bring it to an end by bringing Ukraine into NATO.
	But of course, we're a NATO country, so if you bring Ukraine into NATO, that puts the United States at war.
	Megyn said that to her, and then she basically gave a word salad as to how you go from there.
	So they have sent cash.
	She supports this 106 billion that they're trying to get through Congress.
	Where's some of that money going?
	They've done tens of billions of dollars to pay salaries for Ukrainian government bureaucrats.
	They've paid pensions for Ukrainian retirees with your tax dollars.
	We've got homeless veterans.
	We have all these problems.
	This is the UN way of thinking that we're somehow globalist and we have unlimited resources to do, you know?
	I think here's the problem.
	You can take the ambassador out of the United Nations, but you can't take the United Nations out of the ambassador.
	All right, clearly a rehearsed talking point, but it stung.
	And then we have a response from the former ambassador to the UN.
	Cut eight.
	But you're going to find out tonight that there's going to be a lot of Ron's lies that have happened.
	There are at least a couple of dozen so far that he's done.
	So what we're going to do is rather than have him go and tell you all these lies, you can go to DeSantisLies.com and look at all of those.
	There's at least two dozen lies that he's told about me and you can see where fact checkers say exactly what's going to happen and exactly why it's wrong.
	So it will cover the fact that he's only mad about the donors.
	Because the donors used to be with him, but they're no longer with him now.

	There's no love lost between those two.
	But nevertheless, Vivek Ramaswamy has a very, very strange theory about how they will be working together.

	You know, on camera.
	You know what's fascinating to me?
	this whole this whole vaccine thing is one of the most fascinating things I've ever sat back and witnessed.

	That again comes back to that rule of law and you know right of privacy, right of you know independent decisions
	about your body, all these things that are and yet we start if you don't get vaccinated people get kicked out of their
	losing their jobs.
	Yeah.
	And then it turns out, whoops, it doesn't prevent you from getting it. It doesn't prevent you from transmitting it.
	And it might have a host of side effects.
	Oops.
	And then it's just kind of like went away.
	And every now and then you'll see a commercial.

	But all the, all the, you're losing your job.
	You're, you know, they were vilifying people.
	They were vilifying people.
	And in Canada at least, they're trying to bring it back.
	I just, I can't.
	Watching that video was like bananas.
	You see this lady giving a present.
	She's wearing a mask.
	And there's no one near her.
	She's in front of a podium.
	She's wearing a mask.
	This isn't the cut.
	I see people driving by themselves. Yeah. Wearing a mask.
	Yeah, it's an anxiety thing. It's a it's a mental illness thing as well. It's also a delusional
	thing because it doesn't if you look at it scientifically, it doesn't work. It's
	just doesn't work. You know what those cloth masks that people are those like little
	surgical masks. They told us they didn't work for the first six weeks. This isn't the cut. It's not.
	It doesn't work. In fact, he made a comment about woke culture.
	This is all about masks.

	Like, I cannot find the stuff we really want.

	And so it's all a conspiracy to try and get Biden, who can't put two sentences together, trying to get him into office.
	So I just want to let you know that we have our best poll numbers, we have the best everything, despite this, and maybe because of this, because the people of the United States, all of those people back there, but the people of the United States really get it.
	They get it better than anybody.
	That was the President about an hour ago.
	Not only were they coordinating, Letitia James with the White House, we now found out Fannie Willis' lover, who got divorced so she could hire him as a special prosecutor, Let's get back to our discussion of the race on the right.
	We saw the rather tempestuous debate yesterday between Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley.
	One person who wasn't on the platform was Vivek Ramaswamy.
	And I want to play a clip for you, Matt Boyle, where Vivek That has a weird theory, and I'm not sure I buy it.
	Cut 14.
	The system wants to narrow this down to a two-horse race between Donald Trump and a puppet who they can control.
	And it has become increasingly clear that puppet is not a Democrat.
	It's not even Gavin Newsom.
	It's Nikki Haley.
	It's in our own party.
	Well, today, one more step in that plot unfolds.
	Chris Christie drops out.
	Next up, I'm going to make a prediction.
	You're actually going to see Ron DeSantis join Nikki Haley's ticket.
	He's going to be her VP.
	The whole game.
	It's hiding in plain sight.
	Whatever it takes.
	And this system will stop at nothing.
	And I mean nothing.
	To eliminate Donald Trump from contention.
	It's disgusting.
	But the same people who have said they're not going to actually take a principled stand against Trump's removal from the ballot.
	Haley and DeSantis are both in that category.
	Do the math, people.
	That's next up.
	Ron DeSantis is after Iowa.
	Everybody, including Chris Christie apparently, got a phone call from Ron DeSantis.
	Panicked was the word that Chris Christie used.
	This is the way the plot's going.
	Ron may not know this.
	Ron DeSantis may not know this.
	But that's what his donors are going to make him do.
	That's what's coming next.
	Ron DeSantis will become Nikki's VP.
	Whether or not Ron knows it, it's not really his choice.
	He's not the one in charge of that decision.
	And then the plot continues.
	We have to open our eyes and not fall into their trap.
	Our America First agenda cannot end, our movement cannot end with Donald Trump when they take him out from contention.
	And if you think this system is going to even let this man get anywhere near the White House, we need to open our eyes.
	We need to do the right thing for our country.
	They are selling us the rope today that they're going to use to hang us tomorrow.
	Do not fall into the trap, people.
	And that's why I'm here.
	All right, Matt, we know the establishment needs to take down President Trump, but the idea that, especially after last night, Ron DeSantis is going to be the vice president on a ticket with Nikki Haley at the top slot, do you buy that for a millisecond?
	I don't, but look, the one thing I would say about what happened last night, it was particularly illuminating because I was flipping back and forth between the channels.
	Because it's my job, but I know the ratings were way higher with Trump.
	But the fact is that if you listen to Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, they agree on one thing, or a couple of big things.
	They were both trying to get us into as many wars as they possibly can around the world.
	And then they were also both agreeing that they want to raise the retirement age and cut our Social Security and Medicare.
	Whereas if you listen to Trump, Trump was on the other side of both of those issues.
	He wants to protect your Medicare and Social Security.
	Those are promises the federal government made to you.
	The every paycheck they it's your money, right?
	Like they take the money out of your paycheck every week for your whole life and it's supposed to be there at the
	end When you retire, that's a promise that they made and then
	with the wars I mean again the gold was want to get us into as many wars
	around the world and President Trump was talking about peace or
	Strength last night again and that infuriates them They hate that the fact that Trump didn't get us into any
	wars So I think that that it you know combined with the
	immigration and trade stuff That president Trump has been on the forefront of are the
	re is the reason why Donald Trump is yet again on the cusp of
	Becoming the Republican nominee for president probably the president the United States again
	Yeah.
	And a beautiful moment in the last 48 hours.
	Two days ago, a woman at a town hall for DeSantis said the following, cut 11.
	Good.
	So you told, you said that you're leaning towards former President Trump.
	Is that still true?
	Or how are you feeling tonight?
	I thought I was, but I've heard a lot of good stuff tonight, so we'll see.
	That woman was celebrated by Team DeSantis until yesterday, where the same woman at another town hall said the following.
	Where are you?
	Denise came to our town hall last night.
	She came in saying that she was, if I remember correctly, leaning towards President Trump.
	But you did say you heard some things last night that you liked.
	So where are you tonight?
	I spoke with a lot of my really close friends after last night.
	They were all up and wanted to know how it went.
	And we got back to President Trump.

	An article that was just published at Red State.
	You may have to know your pop culture to understand the reference.
	Army Colonel, J6 witness, Milley is the Don Barzini of the deep state.
	Well, we have the man who gave that quote, who will explain just how dark the corruption is, a former colleague of mine from the Trump administration, Colonel Earl G. Matthews.
	Welcome to America First.
	Seb, it's an honor to be here.
	Pleasure to be here.
	So, you are perfectly positioned as former legal officer for the D.C.
	National Guard to explain what happened on January the 6th in this shocking article, and it seems as if The National Security Act, Goldwater-Nichols, that created this system of civilian control where the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, who's outside of the chain of command, was utterly breached on that day.
	Can you explain why this article has the allegations in it that it does?
	Yes.
	So Donald J. Trump, in my view, I believe a plausible argument can be made on January 6 had command authority over neither the District of Columbia National Guard nor over the U.S.
	Army itself.
	Uh, I think, uh, he was not commander in chief of either institution.
	I think that's clear.
	That's clear.
	Um, uh, based on he was removed de facto, uh, his article two powers as commander in chief were removed.
	And let me just explain that.
	Uh, and I'm.
	You know me, Sam.
	I'm a mainstream Republican.
	I happen to be a Republican, but I'm a patriot.
	On the 6th of January, I was at the D.C.
	Army.
	I was the senior legal officer.
	What I saw was a riot, okay?
	And, you know, I was the legal advisor for the D.C.
	Guard over the summer for the BLM riots, and we responded quickly, and we should have responded.
	Why?
	Because D.C.
	is the seat of our government.
	We send a message to Tehran, to Beijing, to Moscow when we don't respond and we have chaos at the seat of government.
	That cannot be tolerated.
	And what is the unique position and relationship between the D.C.
	National Guard and the incumbent president?
	So, the D.C.
	National Guard is the only military organization in the armed forces of the United States that the president has direct command responsibility and direct command authority over, in theory anyway, by law.
	So if he wants to use it in a riot situation, he can directly command that reaction?
	Exactly.
	But the problem is that, by law, he's the Commander-in-Chief, but in practice, he's delegated that authority to the Secretary of Defense, and the Secretary of Defense has given that authority to the Secretary of the Army.
	So the Army controls the D.C.
	National Guard.
	The problem was, so the Army became an impediment on the 6th of January, and the D.C.
	Guard could have responded immediately to the riot.
	I mean, we had the capabilities in the street.
	We could have pivoted.
	We had our equipment ready.
	We wanted to respond, but the Army wouldn't let us.
	So who prevented that logical deployment of the National Guard to protect Congress on January the 6th, Colonel?
	So, sir, so I argue that General Milley created the conditions.
	He set the conditions that allow for the delay in the response of the Guard.
	And let me just explain that for you.
	I believe, you know, and I've known General Milley for a number of years.
	He was at my promotion ceremony to colonel.
	I supported him to be chairman when I was at the White House.
	We had a great relationship, okay?
	But Milley wanted to avoid a Reichstag moment, right?
	Where, as you know, Hitler used a Reichstag fire to suspend civil liberties in Nazi Germany.
	Now, Milley's a good historian, as all military officers are, and so he wanted to avoid what he called a Reichstag moment.
	As you know, the Reichstag was the German parliament.
	Well, the U.S.
	Capitol is the American parliament, right?
	And so Milley wanted to avoid a Reichstag moment by a wannabe dictator, as he calls the president.
	So what he did was he suddenly motioned the conditions which led us to be delayed.
	Now, so let me go back to January the 4th, 2021.
	There's a meeting at the Pentagon in attendance where Chris Miller, our former colleague, you know, he's a friend of mine, the Chairman Milley, Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy, General McConville, Chief of Staff of the Army, Tom Williams, who I think you know, who was our former colleague at the White House, Ken Rapuano.
	So I had to set this meeting because it's really, really important.
	At that meeting, General Milley expressed major concerns about optics.
	He did not want any pictures of American soldiers in uniform with weapons against the backdrop of the U.S.
	Capitol.
	That was a key emphasis.
	He made certain suggestions.
	One, that there be no U.S.
	National Guard personnel East of 9th Street in D.C.
	So in order to move one block, you know, we have people around the city doing traffic control for the D.C.
	government.
	In order to move one block, we needed the Secretary of Army's permission.
	So that was Milley who set that parameter.
	And then he wanted no military vehicles because he didn't want to militarize the certification process.
	So no military vehicles, no weapons, no soldiers anywhere near the Capitol.
	And so Milley came, so you may have heard of these famous two memorandums, one from Miller to McCarthy and McCarthy to Walker.
	So these are two memorandums which restricted the ability of the D.C.
	National Guard to move.
	Let's hold it right there.
	This is so important.

	So, no weapons for the military, no military vehicles, and how is this person doing it if he doesn't have national command authority?
	How is he doing that?
	See, this is again is the hidden hand of General Milley.
	He is an advisor to the Secretary of Defense and to the President.
	So at this meeting, Milley came up with certain criteria.
	He got the buy-in from Secretary Secretary Miller, because Miller is a patriot, and his advisor said we needed these things in order to do our job.
	So Milley came up with these criteria, and then Miller agreed, and then a guy named Ken Rapuano Boxed it up in a memorandum that Miller signed and gave to the Secretary of the Army.
	And that constrained, so all these constraints were developed by Miller.
	But Miller got the blame, of course, because he signed it.
	So, and of course, Miller is a Trump appointee.
	So, and that's the, I mean, so General Miller has no attribution there.
	But, so that's part of the constraint.
	So, the point, Seb, is that the chairman was focused on optics.
	And he has outsized influence.
	So the Army, again, controls the D.C.
	Guard.
	So at 2.30 the next day, when the riot is breaking out at the Hill, you have Chief Sun and Chief Conti, the Chief of the Capitol Police and Chief of the MPD, they're talking to two generals at the Pentagon.
	Hold it right there.
	Hold it right there.

	We're back with Colonel Earl Matthews who was there on January 6th as Chief Legal Officer to the DC National Guard.
	So we've got a couple of minutes left.
	Mark Milley saying no troops, no troops with weapons, no military vehicles because he doesn't like the way it looks and the optics.
	What happened then on January 6th?
	So, at 2.30, there's a phone call that occurs with the D.C.
	government, with the Capitol Police Chief Steve Son, with Chief Robert Conte of the Metropolitan Police Department.
	On that call, the police, they plead for the assistance of the National Guard at the Capitol.
	And on that call, General Pyatt and General Flynn both expressed concerns about the optics.
	Again, they are channeling General Milley.
	They are on message.
	The message is, no troops near the Capitol.
	But the problem is, the facts on the ground have changed.
	There is a riot at the seat of government and my army, the United States Army, our model is this will defend.
	It is not this will delay.
	But Hyatt and Flynn were arguing delay.
	Okay.
	They weren't in a chain of command, but they didn't, they made no effort.
	They had no, there was no urgency there.
	They made no effort to reach out to the secretary of the army who was in the chain of command.
	So that's a key problem there.
	They were following the message of General Milley, which is no optics, I'm sorry, no, the optics, no military presence on the Hill, but the Hill was under siege and we needed assistance immediately.
	And so that's where we are.
	The DC Guard, again, despite the restrictions that we had, the American soldier is the most anticipatory creature in the world.
	Joe will find a way to get things done.
	So the DC Guard, we had all of our riot gear out in the city.
	We could have pivoted, put our gear on, and went right to the Capitol.
	And the most important thing, Seb, is that these two generals were talking about it's a civilian mission, and the D.C.
	Guard should go elsewhere and protect other buildings while the riot's going on.
	But the National Guard, that's what we do.
	We respond to riots, okay?
	When the police have 911, we're the guys that respond.
	And Pyatt and Flynn, Didn't get it.
	But then later they lied about it to Congress.
	And that was my concern.
	And they also tried to discredit Major General Walker, who I know you know, Seb.
	He testified about the unusual restrictions, and they tried to call him a liar.
	And that's when I got involved.
	I've got to ask you why you're coming out right now with this incredible observation.

	What this article says and what this testimony we've heard from Colonel Earl Matthews has proven today is that Mark Milley was in command of the military.
	Not the President.
	And that is illegal.
	It is unconstitutional.
	That's what really happened on January 6th.

	So I, you got to mention a couple of points about the current administration.
	So the current secretary of the army, secretary of defense, they pushed Pyatt for promotion, even though they knew he lied to Congress.
	We should, you got to get that on the record, please.
	We got to, we got to talk about that.
	Christine Wormuth, the secretary of the army.
	So she was with Millie at the Pentagon on the 6th.
	So Millie was, Millie had looked, was looking past Trump.
	He was looking for the next administration.
	So, we got to get that out there.
	So, for me, the Army is about integrity.
	It's about the honor code at West Point means something.
	You know, we can't, I mean, I can't imagine, you know, Cap Weinberger or Henry Stimson allowing a general, or George Marshall allowing a general officer who lied Move that name over to the president.

	I mean, this is important for our country, for our Constitution.
	And so, it had to come out.
	Right.

	He was the staff director for the committee.
	He knows these guys were lying and gave them a pass.

	And as such, who they chose to be their president was also their commander-in-chief, a civilian.
	That reality, that requirement of civilian control of the military, was Breached on January the 6th and we don't do this.
	We haven't gone through multiple segments with recorded discussion in the breaks.
	I think the last person we've ever done that with is President Trump and it's because of a very important article that came out in red state.
	And quotes our current guest concerning what really happened on January 6th and how Mark Milley interposed himself and was the Commander-in-Chief despite the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs having no command authority.
	Let's bring our guest back.
	He was at the time the Chief Legal Officer for the DC National Guard, a colleague of mine in the Trump administration, Colonel Earl Matthews.
	Welcome back to America First.
	Hey Grace, before we start, One key point.
	The General Assistance Committee, they faulted President Trump for not calling out the D.C.
	Guard.
	But at the same time, they knew even if he had called the D.C.
	Guard out, both Milley and Ryan McCarthy, the Secretary of the Army, said it would have made no difference.
	The Guard couldn't have got there any faster.
	Now, Actually, the guard could have gotten there immediately, but the army didn't want him to go.
	But the key point is, according to the official story, even if Trump had directed the guard be deployed, that merely says he couldn't have got there any faster.
	And that's in his deposition.
	That's the key point that no one raised in Colorado.
	The other thing is, the committee in Colorado, the court relied upon a DOD IG report.
	That DOD IG report is a flawed and fraudulent document full of incorrect information.
	But it was cited by a witness in Colorado.
	That report is wrong and it needs to be rescinded by DOD.
	And the General Rights Committee knew that.
	They even told me that.
	So the January 6th Committee knew the truth about how the National Guard in D.C.
	was ready, had pre-positioned equipment, but was stymied, was blocked by a man who didn't have authority.
	President Trump had direct authority over the D.C.
	National Guard, which is unique.
	So I have to ask you what I asked you in the break so millions of our listeners can hear you across the nation.
	Colonel Earl Matthews, why are you speaking out right now?
	Well, sir, I mean, for one, I had let this thing drop.
	I mean, I wrote a memo.
	So once the DOD IG report came out in November of 2021, I wrote a memo criticizing findings of the report, and line by line, bringing down where Flynn and Pyatt lied under oath.
	Who are the people who are lying under oath?
	Who are these people?
	So, Charles Flynn was Director of Operations for the U.S.
	Army at the time.
	Now he's the Commanding General of the U.S.
	Army Pacific.
	And then Walter Pyatt was the Director of the Army Staff.
	They clearly lied under oath, okay?
	And I will say that General Milley... And what was it that they said which was a lie?
	Let's get the details out there because this is important.
	Okay, so they said that the D.C.
	Guard cannot respond right away to the rioting because they didn't have the equipment available or the training.
	They were not able to respond.
	Actually, the equipment was out there in the streets with them.
	They could have easily pivoted to the civil disturbance mission.
	They had the training.
	These guys had all worked on the BLM riots, so they could have responded.
	They also said that our quick reaction force, which is based out of Andrews Air Force Base, It looked like a duck.
	It cracked like a duck.
	It trained as a duck.
	They said it was a goose.
	They said it really wasn't a quick reaction force.
	It was a replacement company.
	That was a lie.
	Then they said that they, Hyatt and Flynn and their staff, worked tirelessly, immediately, to get the D.C.
	Guard to the Capitol.
	That was a lie also.
	They played no role whatsoever in the deployment of the D.C.
	Guard to the Capitol.
	They played no role whatsoever, but they told Congress they did.
	An utter disgrace.
	Our officers, we expect much more from our officers.
	So what is your motivation?
	You're a West Point grad.
	You gave some very specific historic names to me in the break.
	So what's driving Colonel Earl Matthews now?
	And what happened to you after you started telling the truth?
	Well, I was retaliated against.
	I'm not a West Point grad.
	I'm a Harvard Law grad, but not a West Point grad.
	No, no, but you mentioned, sorry, you mentioned the honor code, which is West Point.
	Right.
	A cadet shall not lie.
	Cheaters shall not tolerate those who do.
	That's why I say, I'm no whistleblower.
	I did what's expected of an officer in the United States Army.
	Report wrongdoing.
	Okay?
	I'm no snitch.
	I did it my duty.
	I mean, I was retaliated against.
	But, you know, Seb, I'm no crybaby.
	I'm a big boy.
	I mean, I grew up in the streets of Philadelphia.
	They can't screw with me, OK?
	But yeah, they kicked me out of a hotel, had me escorted out by hotel security, and implied that I was a threat, some type of violent person.
	I mean, it was crazy.
	How did that happen?
	What's the story there?
	So I was working.
	I was doing some reserve duty here in Arlington, Virginia.
	And one day I was escorting Mike Meese, Brigadier General Mike Meese.
	As you may know him, he's the son of Ed Meese.
	And I was escorting him to meet one of his former students.
	And he wanted to go into a room, and I was behind him.
	And he said, oh, you guys can't go in that room.
	So I said, OK.
	But later, it was said that I had threatened the general Uh, and then I tried to barge into the room, which these are totally made up things.
	And they had me, uh, escorted, they had me kicked out of the program.
	Uh, uh, I got a knock on my door by hotel security.
	They said the work house wants you out of the hotel.
	They told me I can, I could, I need to pack up and leave, but I can't close the door of my room.
	So it was humiliating.
	Then they escorted me through the lobby.
	And you think this is a result of telling the truth in your memorandum after January the 6th?
	No question about it.
	So this was on a Saturday.
	The following Monday, General Pyatt was going to be there.
	That was General McConville.
	Some people blame me because Pyatt... So Biden, you know, Biden actually rejected...
	Even though Pyatt lied, Milley went to Austin, to Christine Warmer, the Secretary of the Army, and Jake Sullivan, and they got their support, and they sent his name to the President for a nomination.
	I think Biden said no, to his credit.
	But the president shouldn't be the one to uphold army values.
	So that was outrageous that they knew an officer lied.
	George Marshall would never do such a thing.
	Neither would Matthew Ridgway.
	The great captains of our army would never do that.
	But yet Milley thought it was okay to send the name of a liar like Pilate to the Hill.
	And also, General Flynn is still in command.
	So what they did, Sabbath, they made it look like Matthews is a crazy guy.
	He's a Republican.
	you know, who don't believe him. He worked for Trump, so he can't be telling the truth.
	They just ignored my memo and just let these guys get away with it.
	So congratulations to Red State for airing this shocking story which says President Trump was not
	in control of the military, but Mark Milley, who has no command authority, was the commander-in-chief
	on January the 6th.

	This story has to be screamed from the rooftops.
	Last question to you.
	You are a colonel.
	You were the chief legal officer for the DC National Guard that could have responded, as you have proven, On January the 6th, what has to happen if, God willing, say President Trump, if, you know, we do our part, is re-elected president, if we have civilian control of the military, you know the law, you know the uniform, how does this have to be fixed?
	We've got 90 seconds.
	What needs to happen in 2025?
	We have to reassert civilian control of the military.
	No more generals as Secretary of Defense.
	We've got to have, and we've got to hold officers accountable.
	If they lie, if they cheat, they steal.
	We can't just scoop it under the rug or ignore it.
	We've got to hold people accountable.
	We've got to, our words have to match our deeds.
	Our deeds have to match our words.
	Our audio has to match our video, and if we say we believe in Army values, we need to uphold those values.
	That's what the American people expect of us.
	Integrity is at the core of what we do, and we can't ignore wrongdoing.
	Yeah.

	A two-day event?

	And apparently with people from across the spectrum, left and right, coming together to stop the insanity, the mutilation, the targeting of our children.

	First, I'd like to talk about the event.
	It was a wonderful event and the Heritage Foundation has been a real leader in helping us to tackle this issue of gender ideology, Jay Richards especially.
	It's just wonderful to be able to get this many people together who are talking about how to protect kids from gender ideology.
	And you have doctors and lawyers and activists and parents and journalists all coming together to really strategize and then go out into their own sphere of influence and make change happen and stop, as you said, this child abuse.
	I really don't want to be Pollyanna-ish, but Chris, did you have a sense after these two days that we're getting some kind of past the inertia, we're getting some momentum, and if you have people from across the political divide, that something big is happening?
	Yeah, I've never had any doubt at all that we're going to put a stop to this madness.
	Really?
	We've had tremendous progress the last few years.
	When I started on my campaign out on the street having conversations more than three years ago, nobody knew what puberty blockers were.
	Now, out on the street, I get non-stop high fives, fist bumps.
	Tell people, I mean you've been on the show numerous times but you're called Billboard Chris because you go out with a billboard and across the world from the UK to Canada where you're from, America, what does the billboard say Chris?
	My main message is children cannot consent to puberty blockers and I've got my definition of a dad which is a human male who protects his kids from gender ideology.
	That's the most popular one for sure.
	My favorite one is a mom one, right?
	And then the other one is that gender ideology does not belong in schools.
	And that's really the message for Moms for Liberty and why we're so concerned.
	Gender ideology, Sebastian, this is being introduced in kindergarten.
	In Montgomery County, Maryland, parents send their kids to school.
	They can't opt out of this.
	It's now curriculum.
	And it's happening at any time of the day.
	And so at any time of the day, your child's teacher may pull out a book called Pride Puppy or My Maddie, which is mommy and daddy together.
	New name, apparently, right?
	And, you know, and I think one of the pages says something about, like, my Maddie's face feels scratchy when I kiss her goodbye or something.
	It's worse than that.
	I met a lady at Mar-a-Lago who her second grader in California for a week came home every day with a different label tied around her neck on a piece of string and it would be one day bisexual with a definition the next day would be transgender.
	These are second graders and that's why that lady moved out of California.
	So Let's talk about some good news.
	I think the way to address this is we need to get President Trump back in the White House to ban all of this garbage and federal funding and so forth.
	It's all tied in with DEI and everything else.
	Talk about some state results that are exciting.
	Yeah, so the governor of Ohio had vetoed a bill recently.
	Chris, why don't you share a little bit more?
	That was yesterday's news, right?
	Yeah, so the legislators, quite rightly, passed a bill to stop this child abuse.
	No more puberty blockers, prostatics, hormones or surgeries.
	For minors?
	For minors.
	And the governor, Mike DeWine, vetoed it.
	Who's allegedly a Republican.
	Allegedly.
	And he's also taken money from these children's hospitals.
	So who knows?
	But he clearly seems to be under some negative influence.
	So he wanted to continue the practice of mutilating healthy children.
	That's right.
	So he vetoed it, and then?
	And then the House just overrode his veto.
	So it's going to go to the Senate.
	I'm very confident they'll Follow suit, and so we'll have another state on the books stopping this child abuse.
	And just today, it was announced also, thanks to Moms for Liberty in Carroll County, Maryland, the Board of Education there voted unanimously to get all the books out of schools that have sexually inappropriate content in them.
	So that's another win.
	Big deal in Maryland.
	Yeah, big, big win.
	Yeah, I mean, there are wins, Sebastian.
	We are fighting back.
	And the coalition continues to grow.
	Because the truth of the matter is, this isn't a partisan issue.
	No.
	This idea of protecting children, of not stopping their healthy development and natural development, not cutting off healthy body parts.
	You know, we're talking about books in school.
	The reason why the books in school are so important is because this plants seeds.
	In the mind of the child and it sets them down this track of thinking about something that they could possibly be born in the wrong body.
	These are children.
	They believe in Santa.
	Yeah.
	The tooth fairy.
	They think a little fairy flies in at night.
	It's the joke somebody made.
	I think it was a comedian.
	Now it's become kind of viral that I'm so glad when I pretended to be a pirate age six, my parents didn't cut my leg off and poke my eye out.

	I mean, we're talking about children and we're talking about protecting children.
	And we're going to talk about the dark, the even darker side of the consequences of all that momentarily.

	Two days ago, I think, 170 doctors wrote an open letter to the American Psychiatric Association demanding that their new manual on mental health have the section changed where they affirm gender dysmorphia, where they say, oh, if a child thinks they're the wrong sex, you should agree with them.
	Are we seeing wins amongst medical professionals, finally?
	The culture has changed so much because of the Great Moms for Liberty making it okay for the doctors to feel safe enough to talk about this.
	Honestly, it took regular people with no credentials to make it safe for all these different professionals to start talking.
	I get emails from urologists thanking me because they think they can't speak out about it.
	And I say, why can't you speak out about it?
	You can.
	When we look at things positively, instead of looking for reasons why we can't do something, you'll always find a way that you can.
	No one's going to fire you for saying we shouldn't sterilize kids.

	When you put it like that, it's wrong to sterilize healthy children.

	When that guy, that fake female swimmer at six foot two gets in the pool wearing that female swimsuit, why aren't the dads making a human ring around the pool and saying, that man doesn't get in that swimming pool with my daughter.

	This isn't conspiracy theory.
	I can document this with, what is it, 116 years of history.

	About the ideology of the left.

	And if the election were today, and if the polls are to be believed, he would have a blowout victory, defeating Biden in a 49 to 1 state victory akin to that of Ronald Reagan.
	But that's if things are actually fair, and if there isn't corruption, or tens of millions of mailed-out ballots, or private monies sloshing about the election as there were in 2020.
	So, will the good guys win?
	Let's talk to a lady who's Almost single-handedly, like a Joan of Arc fought the good fight for election integrity in America, a true patriot, a warrior princess, the founder of True The Vote, Katherine Engelbrecht.
	Happy New Year.
	It's been far too long.
	Oh, hey, Seb.
	Happy New Year, and thanks for having me.
	Right, we caught you on the road because you're constantly on the road.
	You're fighting the good fight.
	We'll talk about what 2020 requires, what 2024 requires of us as patriots who want clear and transparent elections.
	But if we look at just the last, what, Nine months, ten months in America, there is a problem on the left.
	They admitted after 2020 to having a quote, in their words, cabal.
	Molly Bull's article in Time, in an amazing show of hubris, wrote a lengthy article, quote, the secret history of the shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election.
	Well, they think they might have saved it back then from people actually choosing who they want to be the president, but now it looks as if they're worried.
	730 years in jail facing President Trump attempts to remove him from the ballot of the primaries.
	You only do that when you know that the other Nominee is going to win.
	Catherine, give us an update of your work.
	You sent to me recently, I think it was last week, the results of a landmark victory for True The Vote against probably, I don't know, I don't want to put words in your mouth, you tell me if I'm wrong, one of the key architects of defrauding elections in America, Mark Elias.
	So tell us about this court case, tell us about the stakes, and tell us about your victory, Catherine.
	Well, thanks so much.
	Yeah, so this has been a multi-year fight started in December of 2020, when in the immediate aftermath of the Georgia general election, we had citizens coming to us saying, is there anything that can be done to improve the process between the chaos that had just ensued in November Because they were looking at their January runoff that was going to decide the fate of the Senate.
	So, for that season, Georgia was the epicenter of the political world.
	We took a deep look into what Georgia election code would allow for citizens to do, particularly with respect to voter rolls, because the Georgia voter rolls had not been cleaned in two years.
	So, all of this bubbled up to a point where we decided we were going to do a full-scale analysis of the roles and then equip citizens to petition their local counties, as Georgia law allows, with the ineligibility roles there at their fingertips so that the counties could do what they should do in preventing ineligible voters from voting.
	Well, we made the announcement that we were doing the project.
	We found over 364,000 ineligible records.
	164,000 ineligible records and within about a day of making the announcement of the project,
	Mark Elias, representing Fair Fight, which is Stacey Abrams' organization, filed suit
	against us.
	Let's stop there.
	Let's break this down.
	So first things first, explain what an ineligible role entry means.
	So you find what exactly?
	Great question.
	So anything that would disqualify you from meeting the minimum standards for voter registration, which could be a variety of things.
	You may be not of age.
	You may be deceased.
	You could have been entered more than one time.
	You could be non-citizen.
	But for our purpose, we chose to look at the biggest a section of offenses that we typically see, and that is in the space of residency.
	People move routinely, and they're not removed from the rolls, which creates active voter registrations that can be, you know, lobbed into play somewhat like a sleeper cell.
	They're out there ready to be voted, and because the prior inhabitant of an address no longer lives there, they would never be the wiser that their vote is being cast in their name once they've moved on.
	And so we focus just on residency, and it was on residency alone that those numbers ticked up past 364,000 ineligible records, people that had moved out of their jurisdiction, many out of the state entirely.
	All right, that's more than 300,000 in just one state, let's be clear.
	And then let's, before you proceed with the story, explain to our listeners, because this is a name that isn't well known and should be known.
	We know about, you know, the Mark Zuckerbergs and everybody else, but who fund these kinds of things.
	But explain who this person is who was acting on behalf of Stacey Abrams.
	Who is Mark Elias and why is he so central to understanding What happened in 2020?
	What really happened?
	Right, well Mark Elias used to be with, when this lawsuit first started, he was with a firm called Perkins Coie, now has moved on to his own firm, Elias Law.
	He is, I would submit, the orchestra conductor of this new new age of lawfare that we find ourselves in.
	And he orchestrates with a wide sweep across many, many different law firms.
	And he himself is involved in lawsuits from coast to coast, taking whatever argument he needs to take,
	whatever side of the argument he needs to be on in order to further their purpose
	of destabilizing election processes.
	And this is one of several that we have come up against Mark in.
	He's...he's...
	He is the grand consigliere for the radical left.
	And he only gets involved in landmark cases that threaten to undermine their plans.
	And this lawsuit, and what we are doing and did, certainly was a threat.
	Because the one thing they can't abide is accuracy.
	That throws a lot of their plays out of the playbook.
	So what was the meat of the case?
	What was he saying about you and what happened with the final decision?
	The meat of the case for their purposes was that they were trying to convince the court that we were intimidating voters, that we were acting recklessly, that we were being motivated by a racist intent, that our efforts were skewed at, as they use the term, black and brown people, which, of course, none of that would be further from the truth.
	In fact, a point of interest, the data, because Georgia is one of the few states, maybe the only, that actually has a column for race In their voter registry so you can you can self-select to report your race and based upon what's reported in the rolls our data the 364,000 actually Had a greater impact on Republican white voters than any any other minority But all this to say that that's what that was their backing argument was that we were intimidating voters and therefore we were in violation of the Voting Rights Act section 11 B of the Voting Rights Act, which is a
	A very, very, uh...
	I mean, it borders on sort of having a criminal overtone to it.
	It's a very serious allegation.
	And what their prayer for relief was in the case was still murky up until the very end.
	Certainly, they asked that the judge prohibit us from ever working in Georgia again and from ever filing these types of challenges again.
	But it totally backfired.
	And now the movement has a clearer path than ever.
	In filing challenges and in working to get the rolls clean before 2024's election in November.
	Well, we congratulate you most heartedly on that.
	It's a story that all conservative outlets, everyone who's interested in transparency in the next and every election in America should be trumpeting from the rooftops.
	But it's just one tiny sliver of what happened in 2020 and what we can expect in 2024.

	Now, I'm a bit trepidatious at this next question, Catherine, because...
	This one question could fill the whole rest of the hour up for us, and I'd like you, as the national expert, to give us a diagnosis, because we've just spent, what, 11 minutes talking about one issue, which is voter rolls, and inaccurate voter rolls, which of course can be perverted for the course of somebody who wants to steal an election.
	But there's so many other aspects of free and fair elections and understanding what happened in
	2020.
	For example, I live in a state, the Commonwealth of Virginia,
	which despite having a Republican, a nominal Republican as the governor,
	we have 45 stinking days of voting. 45!
	Which is just open to rampant abuse.
	But of all the things, and I'm missing out many, whether it's, you know, the dreaded voting machines, whether it's early voting, whether it's voter ID, whether it's in Virginia, as the last Democrat governor did, the decision to not verify signatures on mail-in ballots, Or whether it's the wanton lack of the requisite number of election officers from the conservative side of the equation.
	Can you tell me, let me ask you this, which of the many aspects of unsecure elections in America disturb you the most?
	Let's start with that.
	Well, you did a great job just laying it out, and it's a thousand front war to be sure, but I think the most dangerous thing we could face as a country is, despite all of the procedural subversions that we've seen and that has been exploited over these past many years, the most dangerous thing, I think, is just voter apathy.
	For people to say either it's too far gone and my vote's not going to matter anyway or just checking out broadly.
	That is the most.
	That's the thing we can't come back from is if voters just finally you know.
	Check out.
	So you must stay engaged.
	And the great news is that Americans are engaged regardless of their political strife.
	We are seeing in poll after poll more and more Americans rallying to the realization that our process of elections is very broken.
	They're seeing what the Biden administration is doing by persecuting its opponents.
	And they're sick of it.
	So I think that we have great reason for hope in 2024, because you have so many more millions of Americans who are focused in a way that prior to 2020, they just, they didn't even think it was necessary.
	Just, you know, cast your votes, probably going to be fine.
	Everything's probably good.
	And people don't believe that any longer.
	I think that is the single greatest sign of Good things ahead because Americans are asking the tough questions and doing the work it takes to stay engaged locally to make sure their process is trustworthy.
	All right.
	All right.
	I agree.
	I agree.
	But you're here to talk to us about the stuff that most Americans don't have expertise on.
	So let's look at the things you've been fighting to stop.
	And let me add one more, which is, of course, I think the most problematic of all, which is the flooding of hundreds of millions of dollars from private entities To run elections in America, which is of course illegal, whether it's, you know, half a billion dollars from Mark Zuckerberg for drop boxes in predominantly Democrat districts or anything else.
	So, okay, number one, you're right, given.
	We have to have people engaged.
	We have to have people like my wife, you know, senior election officers in their voting districts.
	But when it comes to all the organized perversions, which one is the most damaging?
	Well, I think that the voter roll, the inaccurate voter roll problem that we have in this country, touches across the broadest number of areas that have downhill negative impact in elections.
	For example, the The problem at our borders is going to translate over into problems in our voter rolls.
	How?
	Because non-citizens are being given access to all manner of social service programs.
	And those social service programs have with them, by way of application, voter registration applications alongside.
	And you must know to opt out of voter registration or you are going to be systematically opted in.
	That's the way the applications work.
	It's a disconnect between the federal and state processes that really That really gives a reason to be very, very concerned about increasing and bloating, ultimately, the roles with non-citizens.
	That's a huge problem, but it is a place that citizens can participate.
	Most states have allowances for, as we did in Georgia, allowances for the presentation of elector challenges.
	It's a process.
	You've got to have the data in hand.
	You've got to know where the ineligible records are and then present them.
	But this is something that has to be an all hands on deck effort.
	I mean, the fact is, government's not going to correct this.
	Citizen engagement really is the ultimate answer.
	Voter rolls are the biggest problem.
	I think that secondarily, you have just a general acceptance of lawlessness,
	that when process isn't followed, it's just sort of a wink and a nod.
	Like, oh yeah, we didn't have the video.
	Oh yeah, we didn't have the chain of custody documents.
	Oh yeah, we really aren't evaluating the efficacy of the ballots.
	That's a problem.
	And we have to be willing to, you know, draw a line in the sand and say no farther.
	We're not going to certify elections if they're not being conducted according to law.
	And that is going to make a lot of people very, very uncomfortable because we've run elections so slipshod for so long in this country.
	But lawful elections must be upheld, and it's going to take the citizens to do it.
	It's going to take a lot of people following the lead of Catherine Engelbrecht, the truly amazing organization that she founded.

	switch off, disengage.
	We have to be part of taking back America.
	We have to be not just voters, we have to be part of the process of securing the elections.
	What is the role of the party?
	What is the role of the GOP, of the RNC?
	Have they done a fraction of what they should have done after 2020?
	Because back then it seemed like, oh no, there's a problem in Arizona.
	Oh no, there's a problem in Pennsylvania.
	Let's try and send them some lawyers there after the election.
	At which point, it's just too late.
	Yeah, I mean, True The Vote's a non-partisan organization.
	We don't work directly with the RNC or the DNC, but just, you know, what I can see from the cheap seats, the DNC is highly engaged in all manner of election process, and the RNC seems to wait until the 11th hour or until it is too late And only then engage.
	You would expect that the RNC at this point would be out doing math information campaigns.
	Specifically, as you just showed the clip with Speaker Johnson, talking about the dangers of inaccurate voter rolls and putting non-citizens onto those rolls, which is going to happen.
	There are ways to prevent that.
	It's a citizen effort.
	It's a legal pushback effort.
	Parties should be front and center in those arguments, but I don't see them.
	All right, so let's rephrase that question in a non-partisan way.
	What role should a political party be proactively taking prior and during an election that isn't being taken theoretically by one of the parties?
	They should be They should be leading the way.
	They should be leading the drive for accurate voter rolls.
	They should be leading the drive to make sure that all of the equipment, all of the collateral pieces that go into the running of an election are certified, are auditable.
	They should be in the weeds of the process, because ultimately, in the aftermath, and even prior, but certainly in the aftermath of an election, it is the party that has strongest standing to be able to push back.
	The entire mechanism, and true, the vote can only do so much.
	We can train, we can advocate, we can provide data, but the party is on the front line.
	And they're just, they don't understand the lateness of the hour, I don't believe.

	One thing you haven't mentioned assiduously, and I'm kind of sympathetic to you not, you know, starting off with that issue, is this thing we heard again and again and again about voting machines.
	And my argument has been from the beginning, OK, there's clearly a problem here, especially with who's handling the data.
	Is it being taken out of the country?
	Is there a chain of custody?
	Is it transparent?
	I get all that.
	But my argument is the following.
	Elections have been How should I put this?
	Sabotaged.
	Since the beginning of the Republic.
	And one party has got very good at it since the 1960s.
	Since Joe Kennedy bought the votes of most of the dead people in Chicago to get his son into the presidency.
	And at the time, the then Nixon, Richard Nixon, didn't want to fight that.
	I'm more concerned about old school tactics, the so-called pristine ballots, the forgeries of the signatures, the ballot harvesting in jurisdictions where that's illegal.
	Give us some sense of How much the challenge is technological and new age, new
	technology, or how much it is a function of the old, true and tried techniques of
	election interference?
	I, you know, I, it's, that's a, it's a mixed bag.
	Fundamentally, you've got to get your voter rolls right.
	You've got to get people working in the polls.
	You've got to get eyes on and follow the paper as much as possible.
	And when you have enough eyes on, the transparency is almost unavoidable.
	So there are things that can be done as preventative measures, but there's no doubt that technology is Uh, can be deadly in these environments.
	You know, when you have machines that and this gets back to sort of the lawlessness that we saw in 2020 that I don't believe will be repeated in 2024.
	But in 2020, we now know that you had jurisdictions, major jurisdictions across the country Just didn't have their machines certified, didn't put the most recent security patches on, didn't have a good process for the handoff of data or the ability to retroactively audit and provide paper trails.
	The process is still not perfect in any real jurisdiction.
	There's always room for improvement, but it has been made better, so we can take comfort in that.
	You know, the advent of artificial intelligence, you're going to see that rear its head, particularly where it comes to signature verification.
	Instead of having human eyes making the determinations, you've got people that are highly weaponized and politicized making the decisions about what's going to count and not, and you should have citizen eyes on those processes to ensure that it doesn't go off the rails, as could easily happen.
	Arizona is a great example of where AI interference in signature verification, you know, turns deadly.
	So, they're just, there are a lot of problems, but they are all remedied in their course by citizens asking the tough questions, demanding answers, and staying tuned in.
	That is across, because it's a thousand front war.
	Citizens in all of the various areas, where they have the right and the authority to be, is a huge, huge step in the right direction.
	But it sounds to me as if you're more confident that 2024 will be more secure than 2020.
	Is that just a function of, you know, no COVID as a cover under which to mail out 80 million ballots?
	Or do you feel that states have gotten to work?
	States have gotten to work.
	Now, look, not to the level of accuracy or efficiency that I would hope, certainly, but yes, we've seen improvements.
	For example, many states have pulled back on that rush to mass mail ballots.
	That has been contained in many places.
	You have states like Wisconsin that's totally gotten done away with their drop boxes.
	And in Georgia, where we did so much of our work in 2020, They no longer have any exterior drop boxes.
	They have them inside buildings, but no longer on the exterior.
	So, minor, you know, minor wins, but nonetheless that all counts.
	We've seen states continue to advance for calls for photo voter identification.
	And again, I just go back to it repeatedly, we see more and more citizens willing to step up and serve.
	We've had a dearth of volunteers across this country relative to election needs since I've been doing this.
	Millions of Americans short the necessary service, but we're seeing that be reversed.
	So I'm hopeful.
	There will be other things that we are not prepared for.

	year than last because we're in a very different position for better or worse
	but Americans are awake. She said head on a swivel I think she listens to my show
	give me the name of a state that has impressed you in the changes it's made
	in the last two years. You know I'd have to go to Georgia because they they had a
	hard-fought election omnibus bill passed Senate bill 202 passed that did many
	things it Not only did it remove drop boxes, but it opened up and secured the ability for citizens to challenge.
	It reintroduced signature verification standards.
	Many, many great things came out of that bill.
	Georgia still has a long way to go, but there are improvements.
	There are improvements that are being made.

	All right, I want to get very practical here in the last few minutes we have with you,
	I want to thank you for everything you do, the relentlessness of your commitment to this nation.
	I want to congratulate you on your victory against Mark Elias.
	I'm sure it will be one of many.
	If you're talking to somebody who just heard the show, It says to themselves, I don't know anything about this
	stuff.
	I'm going to vote, but I want to help out.
	I want to get engaged with helping make sure the election is fair, is transparent, is secure.
	Where do they even begin, Catherine?
	Well, I would suggest they go to truethevote.org, click on resources, click on in your state,
	and you will see a host of links that are provided state by state that gives anybody
	who's curious a step-by-step insight into everything from how to report a problem to
	how to engage and become an election volunteer.
	It gives you direct access to parties organized in your state, to the election laws and codes in your state.
	A great bird's eye view of everything all in one place.
	That would be my recommended jumping in point.
	And I encourage everybody to jump and jump early.
	It's also really a great idea to get involved in the primaries that we used to say, it's sort of like dipping your toe into the shallow end of the pool.
	Get familiar with the process.
	Of course, primaries are run by the respective parties.
	So it's not like a federal election per se, but it definitely gives you a taste of the environment.
	Serve now so that you're ready to serve again in the general, and you'll be that much further along with your knowledge of process.
	We need all hands on deck.
	Okay, and if you had to choose a priority, is it working on voter rolls?
	Is it becoming an election officer?
	You said there's a dearth of people in certain positions.
	What should be a priority?
	Well, with the voter rolls, True the Vote's prepared to do a lot of the heavy lifting on that.
	Our analysis will put reconciled lists into the hands of voters who want to present these to their counties.
	So that doesn't require a huge number of people.
	It's a huge effort, but we're going to do a lot of the heavy lifting there.
	So if you want to volunteer for something like that, absolutely check in and let us know at True the Vote.
	But that is not as heavy a manpower requirement as just the service.
	Now, when you think about what you can do at the polls, and every state runs and every county often runs their elections differently.
	So you need to begin to familiarize yourself with where the options are in your community.
	If your community votes heavily in mail, then you should look to volunteer on the absentee or mail ballot review board that does the evaluation of those incoming applications, looking at signatures and things like that.
	If you have the ability to work early election in a state like like Virginia that's got 40 plus days of early election, then you need to be if you have the flexibility in your schedule to serve there, they're always shorthanded.
	So there's a lot.
	And then, of course, then you go to the backside of it in central count, where everything is coming into one location.
	And the final counts are being tallied.
	So many places to serve.
	Get involved with a party or candidate of your choice.
	Tell them that you want to serve on their behalf.
	True, the vote can help provide the training and the know-how, but it's going to take all of us rolling up our sleeves.
	There is no substitute.
	Government is not going to solve the problems that we face.
	It's up to the American people.
	Wow.
