Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: The right response to the Colorado Supreme Court election interference

Why was the 14th Amendment brought?
When was it brought?
It was brought in 1868, after the deadliest conflict America has ever been involved in.
Not fighting foreign enemies, but fighting amongst ourselves.
Brother against brother, cousin against cousin, father against son.
600,000 dead.
That was the Civil War.
Afterwards, we wanted to protect ourselves from people who were involved in a rebellion or an insurrection destabilizing the country.
And the way the amendment works is to state that those who have been found guilty according to a later amendment or passage in the 14th amendment, of insurrection, of rebellion, of aiding and abetting our enemies, a very important phrase, would be barred from holding public office.
Now if you're a loyal listener of this show, and we do have the best listeners, You've heard me read the 14th Amendment out loud, live on air.
It's quite a short passage.
I've mentioned it on my Newsmax show.
I'll be having to mention it again on Sunday, given what occurred last night.
There's one title, one position in the long enumeration of specific titles that is deliberately left out of the 14th Amendment.
And that is, of course, the President of the United States, who is not an officer of the government.
I was an officer of the government.
For five and a half years, I was a civil servant in the Department of Defense, where I taught irregular warfare.
Then, I became, on 12 o'clock, January the 20th, 2017, a politically commissioned officer of the President of the United States.
I have a very large, vellum document framed on my wall at home, signed by the President of the United States and the then Secretary of State, appointing me as strategist, as deputy assistant to the President of the United States.
That made me an officer of the United States.
But my boss, the President, isn't an officer of the United States.
Why?
Because he's elected by the Electoral College.
He's not appointed.
He's not confirmed by the Senate.
He's chosen by the people of America via this ingenious technique, this modality that is the Electoral College to make sure That rural areas, that the non-urban centers, are represented in our federal elections just as equitably as the massive cities that are, of course, left-leaning.
So, what happened in Colorado in the Supreme Court yesterday, where The majority, five to four, all five of whom turn out to have been educated Ivy League colleges, and the four who dissented went to the University of Denver.
That's interesting in and of itself.
That decision to bar President Trump's name from being listed on the primary ballots this March is illegal.
On multiple counts, not least of which the fact that the amendment it cites has no relevance to the President of the United States.
And even if it did, the hundreds of pages of that decision, with some very, very vocal dissent reference footnotes.
It is clear that it's their opinion that President Trump was involved in an insurrection and aided or abetted a rebellion.
Well, that doesn't matter in America.
Opinions don't matter in a court of law.
It's whether you are convicted in a court of law.
If I think Joe Biden is a pedophile, If his behavior with young children in public leads me to think based upon also the diary entries of his daughter about what he did with her when she was a teenager, make me think, yes, he's a pedophile.
That doesn't legally make him one.
Not in America.
Maybe in North Korea, when the statement of somebody important is treated as fact.
But this is not North Korea.
This isn't Enver Hoxha's Albania.
This isn't Honecker's East Germany or Ceausescu's Romania.
This is the United States of America.
Yesterday's decision is about one thing and one thing alone.
alone.
It fits a fact pattern.
Going back to a month before the election in 2016, in October, when the then President, President Obama, in the presence of his Vice President, Joe Biden, Directed, gave permission, authorized the then head of the FBI, James Comey, the then head of the CIA, John Brennan, to initiate the first ever tri-agency intelligence operation against a presidential candidate.
It's called Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
With one intention, to use what they knew to be a fallacious, smear document, the so-called Christopher Steele dossier, to impute, quote-unquote, Russian collusion between that campaign and the Kremlin.
That was the beginning.
But for the last seven years, the fact pattern has included not just that, Operation Crossfire Hurricane, targeting the likes of Mike Flynn, George Papadopoulos, Carter Page, Paul Manafort, and on and on and on.
It included, of course, what else?
The Mueller probe for 20 months at a cost of $40 million that you paid for.
Impeachment 1.
Impeachment 2.
The raid on Mar-a-Lago.
The January 6th Committee.
The Alvin Bragg indictments.
The Fannie Willis indictments.
Jack Smith.
Judge Chutkan.
Judge Engadon.
And now the Colorado Supreme Court.
If we cannot identify yesterday's decision as just one more aspect of election interference, then we don't deserve to call ourselves Americans.
We are no longer Republicans or Democrats.
We are patriots and those who hate America and do not want you to have the right to choose your president.
The fact that yesterday not only did they say President Trump's name may not be on the ballot, you in Colorado are not permitted to even write his name manually into the ballot.
Is proof of who the true threat to our Republic is.
They are.
From Comey, to Brennan, to Obama, to Biden, to Jack Smith, to Fannie Willis, to Engeron, to Churkan, and to the Colorado Supreme Court.
They don't simply have an utter contempt for you.
They have an utter contempt for the truth and the rule of law.
So much to discuss with amazing guests.

Look, unless you had to, like, save a bus of children that was falling off a bridge like Superman, then I get it.
But otherwise, stay on the line so we can take your calls.
We love talking to you guys.

That's 833-33-467-52.
Gorka that's 833-334-6752 but we also very specially, most especially, love those who
support the Angel Tree Campaign.
We've only got, what day is it today?
Is it Wednesday?
We've got a couple of days left to support these children.
There's more than one and a half million of them across the nation who will be without a parent this Christmas.
Why?
Because they're in prison.
These children are incredibly vulnerable.
They feel guilt for no fault of their own, and they're exploitable, and more than two-thirds of them will end up in prison themselves.
We want to break that cycle with the late, great Chuck Colson's Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Program.
Just $25 will mean one of these children receives a Christmas gift on behalf of their incarcerated parent with a note that they're not forgotten and a children's Bible.
It's a truly wondrous thing you do when you make a Christmas contribution.
$125 is five children.
If you can afford $250, that's ten children who will feel a little bit more love this Christmas.
Whatever you give, please give today.
You can call in your donation to 888-206-2794, or just go to our website, sebgorko.com, and click on the Angel Tree banner.

All right, let's talk about Saving America.
There is an amazing organization we are so honored to be associated with.
It is AMAC, the Association for Mature American Citizens, and we are joined by the big boss lady herself, Rebecca Weber.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
It's so good to be with you.
Now, as watching the feeds in the break, do we also have your colleague, your national spokesman, Bobby Charles, with us?
Yes, sir.
Absolutely.
All right.
We'll talk to you in a moment, Mr. Charles, about the amazing things that Americans across the nation need to know.
But first, Rebecca, first, greetings of the season to you.
Merry Christmas.
Would you explain the amazing story about your father and why AMAC exists and what your mission is here?
Oh yes, I love to share this story.
AMAC was really born from Dan Weber's passion for his love of America, and he was a member of AARP in 2006, and he said, what's going on here?
This senior organization does not represent my views and does not represent the views of most mature, you know, center, center-right, center, even center-left Americans.
He saw that they were doing things that were not in line with our traditional Christian Judeo values.
Today, I'm so proud to say that AMAC has over 2.2 million dues-paying members, and we're so active.
We've got member benefits that rival AARP's.
I can talk about that for sure, but I think so many people are joining in droves because of the great work that we're doing on Capitol Hill, Locally in on the state level.
And really bringing our members' influence to Washington, D.C.
and congressional districts, I said at the state legislatures, and providing resources and benefits.
But again, going back to why did Dan Weber say something needs to be done?
Well, you know, we live in America, and in America, there ought to be choice.
When people turn 50 years old, they think of AARP.
AARP does not talk much about their political agenda, but the more we uncover, the more we see that they are simply I've abandoned so many of the great values that make this country great.
AMAC is your alternative choice, and we're thrilled that we're growing each day.
All right.
I want to do the good cop, bad cop thing here, so I'll get Bobby in a moment to talk about the truth about AARP.
But let's have you be the good cop, Rebecca.
Talk to us about all the amazing things for this pittance, this tiny membership fee, all the incredible benefits you give to your members.
Thank you.
Thank you much, because it really makes a difference.
If you want to make a difference, if you love America, and if you care about the values that make this country great, if you love your children and your grandchildren, you ought to be a member of AMAC for $16.
Here's what you're going to get.
Your voice will be amplified in Washington.
You have a means to participate in these calls to action.
You can do it right from your home.
We give you a vehicle to become engaged.
But you're going to save so much money, too, Dr. Gorka. I mean, this is important. Seniors are
living on a fixed income, many, and we think, you know, there ought to be great savings that
go along with that $16 annual membership fee. So we are offering great savings. People will
save on their cell phones, on their hotels, motels, dining.
They'll save if they rent a car.
And then they're going to get access to great resources.
If people have questions about Social Security, Medicare, AMAC is the place to go.
We're here watching out for you.
And then my favorite part, I think, is we send that great magazine bi-monthly, delivered right to your mailbox.
You'll get a great magazine.
So we're really engaged and looking to mobilize Americans, especially mature Americans, so that we can be sure we have a stronger America for our children and grandchildren.
I love it.
It's just so much value for money.
Everybody should join right now.
AMAC.US.
All right, let's go to Bobby.
Bobby, when I started digging into AMAC and the mission and then the flip of AARP, I was shocked by what I found out about that organization.
Will you tell some of the strange things about AARP?
I think what you have to do is look at these two organizations as sort of two sides of the American process.
At the end of the day, we're in a position right now where America is up against it.
We're really at an inflection point in the country.
And AARP represents a shift to the left.
And they've been doing that, as Rebecca said a moment ago, they've been doing that for years now.
But really, AMAC represents what I'd like to think of as the Reagan legacy.
It's the idea of a strong defense, of a solvent government.
The Bill of Rights matter.
And frankly, AMAX members, tens of thousands in every single state, are active at the state legislative level, they're active at the national level, and they are essentially retrieving or preserving this country for the future.
And that's really the essence of what AMAX is all about, preserving America.
It's so heartwarming to find people who aren't involved in active politics, don't have national radio platforms, but are doing what they're doing for the average American, when really there's this kind of monopoly of AARP that misrepresents itself, that isn't based upon the founding principles of the Republic, and then your father, Rebecca, saw the need, stepped up to the plate, and now what?
2.2 million members?
That's incredible.
We're going to continue the discussion in a second, but please join today.
Less than 20 bucks.
All those benefits for a year?
It's ridiculous.
Come on.
You know it makes sense.
AMAC.US.
That's AMAC.US.

You You
You Is Trump an insurrectionist, sir?
Well, I think it's self-evident.
You saw it all.
I don't know whether the 14th Amendment applies or let the court make that decision.
But he certainly supported an insurrection.
No question about it.
None.
Zero.
And he seems to be doubling down on about everything.
Anyway, I've got to go do this.
Spoken like a true fascist.
We'll let the courts decide, but I'll tell you first as president.
Yeah, yeah, he's an insurrectionist.
That was Joe Biden.
Why is he saying that?
Because he knows that if the election were today, he would lose.
It would be a blowout like Reagan.
49 to 1 states.
He knows that the only way to stop Trump is to put him in prison or get him off the ballots or worse.
If you enjoy our show, please support those who make it possible.

We're back with Bobby Charles, national spokesman for AMAC and the president, the CEO of the Association for Mature American Citizens.
Bobby, you have an amazing career in politics, in the administration, in working for Reagan, for Bush, also as a litigator in New York.
I have to ask you, after all your service and now what you're doing for Rebekah and AMAC, did you ever think we'd live in America where we could witness what happened yesterday in Colorado?
No.
I mean, let's just be frank about it, Sebastian.
There is no legality to what happened.
It's an absurd ruling.
You know, if we allowed four judges who were all arch leftists to decide whether or not we could have a president or not, then we'd be living in a fascist country.
So we don't do that in the United States of America.
and the Supreme Court, I am sure, will throw this out.
But the bottom line is, I mean, I clerked for the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals,
and you have to follow the law.
And these people just decided in the back of their minds that this is gonna be an insurrection,
and they're gonna use the 14th Amendment to keep the guy that you don't want on the ballot off.
It's not legal, it's political.
Rebecca, we have to mobilize patriots across the nation, understand the stakes involved, and understand that there are others out there who feel like them and love the nation.
Tell us about what you're planning in January.
Great event, upcoming event, January 20th of 2024 in The Villages.
I'd encourage everybody to go to our website, amac.us, right there on the homepage of the site.
You'll find more information.

And we're excited to announce that Riley Gaines, This incredible swimmer, a courageous woman who is advocating for women's sports, she will deliver a keynote address, and we're also going to present her with the AMAC Patriot Award.
Others will be there.

But this full-day conference is really focused on empowering and educating people so that you can help change the direction of our country in 2024.
This is what it's all about.
Plated lunches included, training sessions, a fabulous panel discussion.

All right, boomer boot camp in the villages.

So amac.us, check it out right now.
Last question I have for you, Rebecca, and please go to amac.us, join today, follow Rebecca on social media as well.
What do you say to those who may be listening?
You're talking to about three and a half million people across the country right now in every state of the union who say, um, saving America, that's not up to me.
That's up to politicians.
Yeah, you're dead wrong if you think that.
I'm telling you right now the work that AMAC members have done is incredible.
AMAC advocates have sent more than 740,000 messages to members of Congress.
We've sent over 1.9 million emails.
We've done incredible work.
For example, because in large part due to AMAC and AMAC action, we were able to pass the Born Alive Survivors Protection Act in the House of Representatives.
This will protect those babies We've passed the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act in the House.
These have to go on to the Senate, but this will protect girls' rights to compete in sports.
We're working on the election integrity front in North Carolina.
We were so successful helping to secure election integrity, banning the private funding of elections and removing noncitizens from voter rolls.
It is AMAC members who are showing up as poll watchers.
It is AMAC members who are putting pressure On their elected representatives.
It is AMAC members that are getting things done.
You, by joining, get more done than you can ever imagine.
We amplify your voice.
You make a difference.
We need you.
America needs you.

This will throw the entire system of electing presidents that we've now established for over 200 years into disarray.
It's a scandal.
It's a shame.
The justices who wrote this decision ought to be ashamed of themselves.
It's a purely partisan ploy and the Supreme Court ought to take this up as soon as possible
and get us back to the business of electing presidents based on what the people want,
not what partisans want and what they can get partisan judges to enact.
Professor Emeritus Harvard Law School, Alan Dershowitz.
We will be speaking to him momentarily for more on this outrageous decision from the
Colorado Supreme Court.
But first I need to enlist your support to stop the crazies in the Senate.
Obama may have gone from the White House, but Obamacare is still around.
And now the additional nationalization of health care is threatened by Senate Bill 1339
from Bernie Saunders of Vermont.
In this case, the pharmacy benefit managers who are saving the average American over $1,000 a year on their prescriptions will be cut out of the pricing and they'll be able to charge you whatever you want.
We can't allow this bill to be voted on and to be cleared in the Senate.
It's out of committee, but it's not too late to stop it.
The Council for Citizens Against Government Waste is ready for you to join and to sound off on this issue.
Please go right now to www.lowermydrugprices.com and make sure that we can stop them from charging
whatever they want for your prescription drugs.
That's www.lowermydrugprices.com.
Go today.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by the Council for Citizens Against
American Waste.
The call board is full.
We'll go to your calls momentarily.
But we actually have Professor Dershowitz on the line who, well, he saw it all coming.
So much so that he wrote the book, Get Trump.
The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Constitutional Rule of Law.
Professor, welcome back to America First.
Well, thank you.
I predicted in the book that there would be efforts to try to achieve this.
In some purple states and in some other states as well, and it's a ploy that was originated really by people like Professor Lawrence Tribe, my colleague at Harvard, and Jamie Raskin, Congressman from Maryland, my former student.
They believe that the Constitution was written to help elect Democrats, and they are prepared to manipulate every aspect of it in order to serve their own partisan purposes.
I mean, if you just look at the amendment itself, you don't have to go beyond the words.
It says that the Congress—Congress, that means the United States Senate, United States House of Representatives—shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
The Supreme Court of Colorado.
First, the courts don't get to enforce it at all.
And second, certainly not the state courts.
Can you imagine the radical Republicans who passed the 14th Amendment?
You know, they're all northern radical Republicans.
They're sitting around, they're saying, all right, let's disqualify anybody who fought in the Confederacy from being president.
And then one guy says, I have a great idea.
Why don't we leave it to the states?
And the other one says, are you kidding?
We're going to leave it to Mississippi and Alabama?
Confederate states to determine who can run and who could not?
That's the dumbest idea I ever heard.
And of course, the framers of the 14th Amendment agreed with that, and they put it in the hands of Congress.
There is no power in this amendment to allocate it to the state courts to make any decisions regarding the 14th Amendment.
So that's the first issue.
And that's the issue, I think, the Supreme Court We'll eventually decide the case on, but also the text of the Constitution.
Doesn't apply to the president.
It says no person shall be a senator, representative, or an elector.
And then it gives an oath of office.
And the oath of office is the senatorial oath of office, not the presidential oath of office.
So, obviously, what the framers probably had in mind is they're saying, look, all right, we can disqualify senators and congressmen, but we're not going to disqualify people running for the highest office.
Let the voters take into account the totality of the circumstances.
If they want to elect Robert E. Lee as president of the United States, even though he was the general of the Confederacy, we're not going to stop them.
That's the people's choice.
So it is a complete misreading of the 14th Amendment.
Well, a misreading or a deliberate misapplication, because these judges should know that it's their opinion.
They're stating he suborned, aided an insurrection or rebellion.
Well, no court of the land has deemed that to be correct, to have occurred.
And when the president was impeached in the lower house, the Senate failed to convict.
So it's as if the judges are making themselves the jury, is it not?
That's right.
And the framers of the Constitution clearly placed that responsibility in the House of Representatives to impeach and the Senate to remove.
And if you want to convict somebody of a crime, that responsibility is placed in the hands of jurors.
And you have to define the word insurrection, one man's insurrection.
is another man's protest.
For example, Black Lives Matter, what they did on the West Coast, certainly seems like an insurrection to many people.
What some of these useful idiots are doing in New York now, trying to overthrow the government because it supports Israel and its effort to destroy Hamas, some people could consider that a kind of rebellion or a revolution.
Or what happened In Charlottesville, people use that term.
They throw it around and it doesn't have a precise meaning.
And you can't stop hundreds of millions of people from voting for a president based on a vague term that has no meaning and there's been no conviction of any crime involving insurrection or rebellion.
So this is a lawless decision done by people who believe that the Constitution was put there to be able to be manipulated in partisan ways to help the
Democratic Party. Look, I'm not voting for Donald Trump. I have the right to vote against him. But I
have to tell you, if Donald Trump lost this election as the result of Colorado decision and
six or seven other states that followed it, I would not regard that as a valid election. I
would not believe that that was a valid election.
The book is Get Trump.
That is the most applicable one today, but I have to mention the one you've written since the slaughter of the innocents on October 7th.
That's the war against the Jews.
We have literally 20 seconds left, Professor.
I have to ask this question.
In the Supreme Court, will this absurdity be struck down?
What is your prognostication?
Yes, it will be struck down.
I think it will be struck down on a variety of grounds, but that won't stop the Get Trump activists from trying to manipulate the legal system in other ways.
Thank you, Professor.
Please follow him at Alan Dersh on social media and the substack is dersh.substack.com and of course his podcast as well.
God bless you, sir.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, your course next here on America First, but please, please guarantee for me you're not calling us on a cell phone that's connected to the big cell phone providers.
You know the ones I mean.
Because they're part of the problem.
They're on the side of the kind of people who did what they did in Colorado yesterday.

Do you want that last little bit for Newsmax where he says the Supreme Court will strike it down?
Absolutely.
No, no, no.
What did he say before that?
He said it would be an illegitimate election.
That thing.
That thing was great.
A block?
Or... What block do you want it in?
A block.
Okay.
Any cuts you want to use here?
The new DeSantis cut?
Cut 15?
Can you play the new cut?
Playback one, go.
And real quick, fellow GOP 2024 presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy saying he will remove himself from the Colorado ballot unless Trump's eligibility is restored.
Would you do the same?
No, I think that's just playing into the left.
I think the case will get overturned by the Supreme Court, but I've qualified for all the ballots, I'm competing in all the states, and I'm going to accumulate.
Wow.
Just so.
No honor.
Real quick, fellow GOP 2024 presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy saying he will remove himself
from the Colorado ballot unless Trump's eligibility is restored.
Would you do the same?
No, I think that's just playing into the left.
I think the case will get overturned by the Supreme Court.
But I've qualified for all the ballots.
I'm competing in all the states.
And I'm going to accumulate the delegates necessary.
That's the whole name of the game in this situation.
That's Ron DeSantis.
Me, me, me, me.
I qualified.
I'm at 11%.
President Trump's at 67%.
No, I'm not going to show any honor.
I'm not going to tell the deep state who they are.
I'm angry now.
I'm going to take the film review recommendations from Eric and Ed, who called us back in the break on Rumble.
Don't go anywhere, but we've got to talk Deep State.
We're going to do a quick round.
We're going to push in three calls.
George, line one, Columbo.
Columbo, Columbus, Ohio.
Quickly.
Hey, Dr. Gorga.
So how many indictments does that make it now I lost track?
Uh it's five sets of it well that's it's it's not an indictment it's a court decision but it's five sets of charges or decisions.
Okay so we need to just sit back and get the popcorn now because you know what this reminds me of?
What?
This reminds me of when you take a fish out of water and they just grasp for any breath that they can And they flip and they flop and they try to do anything they can to get back to the water.
They're just lunatics.
They're just lunatics.
Thank you.
Thank you for making me laugh today, George.
I appreciate it.
Didn't think I would laugh today.
Joe, Illinois, line two.
Dr. G. Yeah.
Oh my God.
You gotta be quick, dude.
I got lots of people.
Quick, quick, quick.
I get it.
I forgot my thought.
All right, stay on the line.
We'll get back to you in the break.
Mike, California.
Thanks, Dr. Gorka, a.k.a.
Dr. G1A2.
Do you think Jack Smith is going to add the charge of insurrection after this Colorado debacle?
Wow, that's a good question.
You know, he's such a freaking lunatic, he might just do that, Mike.
May I proffer a movie?
You may, yes, quickly.
Uh, Young Frankenstein.
Oh my gosh!
Yes!
Sold!
Give that man one of my books, whatever he doesn't have.
Because yes, Young's.
I'm writing it on the list I have right now in front of me.
Let's stay on the movies topic.
Nicely done.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Uh, thank you, Mike.
Let's go to Ed.
Oh, by the way!
Young Frankenstein.
I saw this today.
Came out today, 49 years ago.
Dude, do I feel old.
Alright, go ahead.
Yes, Dr. G, I'd like for you to review a movie, it goes way back, Forbidden Planet.
Forbidden Planet, sold, sold, sold.
Perhaps it's going to be, Mr. G's going to love it because it's OG science fiction, or maybe not, but yes, it's on the list, stay on the line, you get a book as well.
Yes, great calls, you've cheered me up, good movies and And some fun as well.
Next up, the warrior princess, Jennifer Horne.
So much more here on America First and the latest January 6th victim.
You don't want to miss that interview.
And the expert on communism par excellence, Professor Paul Kengel.
stay on this channel.
Thank you.
Let us go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.
So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph and the baby, who was lying in a manger.
When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told to them about this child, and all who heard it I love that passage from Luke's second chapter, the birth of Jesus, for two reasons.
up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned,
glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which
were just as they had been told. I love that passage from Luke's second chapter,
the birth of Jesus, for two reasons. That beautiful phrase of Mary treasuring all
those things in her heart.
The nativity, the shepherds, the magi, the birth of her son and Lord and Savior.
And then secondly, because of the perspective.
What's the perspective?
We are the shepherds, right?
I mean, we are the normal average Joes.
And then, oh my gosh!
What happened?
The choir of celestial hosts announced to us what is happening in that shed outside the inn.
All right, that's our little reading for today in this Yuletide season.
Let's continue in the right mood with someone who understands why we are here and the civilization we're a part of.
She's fearless.
She is our friend, our good friend, and Our travel buddy come July 4th.
Jennifer Horne, are you ready for our Patriots Alaska cruise?
I am so ready for the Patriots Alaska cruise.
I think I've already started packing.
You know, I'm not surprised.
This is the kind of woman who thinks ahead.
She's getting ready.
You know what?
I've never been on a cruise.
I'm a little trepidatious.
But, you know, I was trepidatious when I went on my first trip with Salem and 350 Listers to Israel.
But they are the people that I met.
Oh my.
They're just the best patriots out there.
You know, last week when we spoke, I was telling you we were in the middle of toy drive season.
We'd been collecting so many amazing toys.
And so many of the fans of our show, The Morning Answer, love your show, Dr. G. They are America First fans.
And they're just so wonderful and generous.
And to cruise together, I can't wait because this is going to be in a year where we can already see there's going to be a lot of chaos in 2024.
There's going to be a lot of craziness.
It is going to be more important than ever for us to come together as patriots to make sure That we are in the battle and in the fight and effectively fighting the threat to our Republic which we now see in the form of the left using everything they can to weaponize against freedom-loving America First Patriots.
So I think this cruise not only is going to be fun and don't be scared about the cruise ship just imagine a hotel that comes with you so you don't have to keep packing and repacking.
The hotel floats with you.
You go from place to place.
You're going to have amazing food.
We're going to have amazing time talking to people and having fun.
I've even committed you to 80s Trivia Night, which I think will be a lot of fun.
And look, what else could you want?
You're going to have fun.
We're going to get inspired.
And then we're going to see all of the beautiful stuff in Alaska that you are going to absolutely love.
It's breathtaking there.
80s trivia night in the beauty of Alaska.
I can't wait.

Okay.
Can't.
But.
Talk about it.
We'll talk about other things as well, but What happened last night?
In case any of you listeners think it's just a bunch of deranged judges in Colorado.
It's a one-off No One year ago yesterday some radical leftist lawyer by the name of Elson said the following openly on CNN.
I'm very grateful to my colleague Andrew Wilka who played this to me this morning, kind of like shocked me and said, Gorka, I'm doing your show prep for you as I was on his show.
I need to get your reaction to this announcement one year and one day ago.
Cut 12.
Norms specifically on this criminal referral of assisting or aiding an insurrection.
That's a charge that is rarely used. It's hard to prove.
What did you make of that being included?
It hasn't been used since the Civil War.
Of the four charges that were brought today, it's the least likely actually to be charged by the Department of Justice.
But in some ways, it's the most important.
Because, Breonna, part of the reason this committee has been so effective throughout, constant surprises, this was a surprise, but they also meet the moment with drama.
This lays down a marker, and I think it is true.
Former President Trump aided and gave comfort to an insurrection.
He assisted an insurrection.
He was part of an insurrection.
And so it lays down a marker.
And it will be very important, Caitlin and I were talking on the break, very important in one of the big legal battlefronts of the next two years.
From coast to coast, people are going to try to Get Donald Trump removed from the ballot because under the 14th Amendment, Section 3 of the Constitution, just wrote a big report about this with Pogo, under the 14th Amendment, if you give aid and comfort to insurrectionists, you help them, or you're part of an insurrection, you can't run for president.
Norm Eisen, a year and a day ago.
Jennifer, this isn't an accident.
You know better than most, this is a plan that has been gestating for months and months.
Oh, absolutely.
This is not something that just haphazardly gets put together.
The left has been working on their plan to take down Donald Trump, and they've been working on it since they were able to get him out of office, right, on January 20th.
They wanted him to go away.
They wanted him to hide out.
They knew that wasn't possible.
And what's really interesting and amazes me, I had not seen that clip yet, is that the left always tells us what they are going to do.
And the right sits around and we always act surprised when it happens.
I mean, if we had been paying attention, we probably would have seen this coming.
Now, I had a little bit different reaction to the news that came out yesterday.
Obviously, I've been disgusted all along at everything they're throwing at President Trump.
They're at his family, at him personally, criminally, you name it.
But it's not surprising anymore.
And nothing surprises me, because they are that resolute in not just taking him down,
but in sending a message to all of us that anybody who is awake and questioning things,
which Donald Trump leads that movement, we're expendable.
We have to be pushed out of the way.
And so, yesterday, I kind of — I shook my head, and I thought, you know what, bring
out the Bibles, because Donald Trump's getting ready to be sworn in to the presidency.
I do believe the Supreme Court is going to act.
I do believe that they are going to act in his favor.
I do believe that they are going to let the people decide.
I also believe that it's going to be a pretty large majority of the justices that will rule
I think the only one we'll probably see vote against the idea is Gitanji Brown-Jackson.
I think that you're going to see the Supreme Court do the right thing here.
But what this does is it sends a message to those people who have felt oppressed in this country for a long time, people that are already going to Donald Trump, minority groups, women, young people who, if you look at the polls, Are leaving Biden and are now opening their eyes to Trump.
And these guys are just pushing them in that direction by continuing to go after him and push and push and push.
People who are not politically involved are hearing these stories now.
I think it has the reverse effect on what they're hoping for.
And yes, it's absolutely serious because they're willing to tear down our country so that Donald Trump is not elected president again.
Yeah, it will have the reverse effect, but at the same time, we can't take anything for granted.
No!
Sadly, we can't even take the Supreme Court for granted.

I don't like that.
I was listening, and look, me, Seb Gorka, right now at 4.17 on Wednesday, I think it has to be struck down.
Alan Dershowitz said it about 20 minutes ago on the show.
But I like what Dan Bongino said today.
We can't I don't think that the Supreme Court's going to save us from the deep state, right?
We can't put all our chips on one thing and say, okay, well, therefore the election's safe.
We can't, we can't, we can't.
Well, I don't think that.
And I don't, you know, and the thing is, is that I don't trust Nikki Haley to do what Viveka said, which is just pull out of Colorado.
I don't, I don't trust anybody to do that but him at this point.
I mean, I don't think DeSantis will be in it then, but.
If DeSantis wanted to win his way back, he'd get Biden off of Florida.
He'd retaliate.
What was that?
DeSantis should try to get Biden off of Florida.
Well, that would be interesting.
If he had any balls.
Yeah, but he doesn't.
If he had, he doesn't.
Not to do that.
Play me cut nine.
Nine.
It's no wonder crooked Joe Biden and the far-left lunatics are desperate to stop us by any means necessary.
They're willing to violate the U.S.
Constitution at levels never seen before in order to win this election.
Joe Biden is a threat to democracy.
It's a threat.
They're weaponizing law enforcement for high-level election interference because we're beating them so badly in the polls.
All right, I'm gonna play, uh, we're gonna stay, um, I don't know if we have time for California stuff, these stories are too big.
That's okay, yeah, do whatever, whatever you'd like.
I'll play the Vivek cut, cut eight, and then, uh, Chip Roy cut two, but we're gonna come in with the A.I.
read.
All right, Alex?
The A.I.
read.
Yes, sir.
Okay.
Yeah, this, we spent a lot of time on this today, too.
On, on, on Vivek?
Uh, on Trump and just- On the story, yeah.
All the, yeah.
How did the toy drive go?
Oh my gosh, we did three of them, and they were incredible.
They were great.
Three?
Yeah.
Lying.
Which was a break, because last year they had me at six.
What?
Yeah, I was on like a vacation this year with only three, but it's really nice.
It's amazing.
They're always great.
People really show up.
Title for Dershowitz?
Um...
Dersh...
This is an attempt to steal the election.
Mm-hmm.
Thank you.
I don't know.
Maybe I'm too Pollyanna-ish.
I just know too many people who are questioning things now.
Yeah, but questioning is one thing.
The question is his action.
I'm actually moving it to the voting booth.
I know.
His action.
You're right.
40 seconds.
Come on with a versus read.
Eight and two.
I do too.
No, it's alright.

I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, but we have to continue dissecting what happened yesterday with our good friend Jennifer Horne, she of The Morning Answer on AM 590, AM 870, also crntalk.com, and on Twitter, follow her right now, at Jennifer Horne.
So, you know, I like the cut of the jib of this chap called Vivek, I've got a good friend of mine who's just texting me in the break thinking he's controlled opposition.
I don't buy it, especially after what he said last night that you are going to have to remove my name from the ballots as well in Colorado if you do this.
Here's a cut from Vivek Ramaswamy.
Cut eight.
And I demand that Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie and Nikki Haley do the same thing.
Or else these Republicans are simply complicit in this unconstitutional attack on the way we conduct our constitutional republic.
I refuse to be complicit in that.
I think what they're doing is wrong.
And I think it's up to Republicans to step up and stand up with a spine for our country's future.
That's really what's at stake.
Whether we the people actually have a say in deciding who leads this country.
Yes, it would be easier for other Republicans like me who are running in this race to say, hey, if Trump is sidelined, there's our opportunity.
No doubt other candidates are probably privately celebrating with their corporate sponsors.
That's not the right thing to do.
I think the most useful thing that every GOP candidate can do right now is to join me in that pledge.
I'll say that I will withdraw from that Colorado GOP primary ballot until Trump's name is restored.
This belongs to the people, not to the unelected Democratic cabal of judges in Colorado or any other state.
And I demand that Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley and Chris Christie do the same thing, or else they're complicit in what this security state is trying to do to shut down Trump.
I stand by that and I expect them to do the right thing.
Jen, why is it that the only one who's taking a stance like that is the non-politician, or did I just answer my own question?
I think you answered your own question, but also this isn't a surprise.
I mean, Vivek has been on the right side of Trump's role in this race since the beginning.
I mean, certainly he's running against Donald Trump, but he also has said he thinks it's because there's just legal issues, things that are going to tie him up, make him unavailable to actually run, but he never pushes back against the policies of Donald Trump. In fact,
he rightly calls him one of the greatest presidents of his lifetime, or the
greatest president of his lifetime. And after the indictments, Vivek was the
one who was out in Palm Beach holding press conferences. He was the
only candidate doing what every other candidate at that time should have
been doing. So I think it's interesting because I've had this weird like kind of
I don't think he's controlled opposition.
I think that he's ambitious and I think he knows that this does him well.
I really liked how he kind of came to Trump's defense after the indictments came out.
But then I sort of sat there thinking, OK, he's like a really good steak.
Steak is always good, but it's better with just a little more grilling, like a little
more charring.
But I have to applaud him for this.
I don't think he's controlled opposition.
I think that he's ambitious.
And I think he knows that this does him well.
I think he also knows that he and Ron DeSantis are the number two choices on the Trump side.
So if Trump is not an option for people, who would they go to?
It would probably, I know we hate to say it, be DeSantis and Ramaswamy.
It's not going to be Haley, it's not going to be Christie, and it's not going to be 1% Asa Hutchinson.
I think he's looking for that role.
I think he'd also be very willing to work in a Trump administration, and I think he's going to be now the top name on the bench in 2028, after hopefully President Trump will be done with his second term.
So I think he's doing it for reasons that are for himself, but also, you know, for the country.
I think he's trying to win over the Trump base of the party, which is, what, 70% of the Republican ticket at this point.
I'm not sure if it's going to be so easy for DeSantis to recover after what he did, especially after the Alvin Bragg indictment.
And if he hangs around with fake conservatives like Chip Roy, who are at his elbow today, this is... I've got to play this cut so we can get your take, because this is the person who painted himself as America first, and I think he's an utter and complete fraud.
Cut to.
Look, it's just more of the same out of the Trump camp.
I mean, there's a reason that the president has been hiding in his basement alongside Joe Biden is that he doesn't want to take Governor DeSantis head-on because he knows Governor DeSantis would clean his clock.
I mean, maybe he would debate little old me if he thinks I'm so, you know, easy to discard.
I'd love to go down the list of his record.
President Trump is hiding in his basement and DeSantis would clean his clock.
Who are these people, Jen?
I don't know.
But he has said, Chip Roy is such a disappointment.
And if Chip Roy thinks that Ron DeSantis would clean Donald Trump, or clean his clock with his hands on his hips, standing there in his little high-heeled cowboy boots, I don't think so.
I don't think so.
But what I will say is that Ron DeSantis at this point is a non-issue.
I mean, the reason I don't even bring him up anymore is because after Iowa, if he doesn't win and he's not going to win Iowa, there's no more money for Ron.
He's going to be out of the race.
He's not going to stick around.
And it's after New Hampshire, you'll see Chris Christie go.
It's going to be Nikki Haley and Vivek Ramaswamy and Donald Trump.
And that's where it's going to be going into the primary season.
I'm actually less concerned with Ron DeSantis at this point.
I think he actually is helping us see who the real America First MAGA Republicans are in the movement.
But at this point, he's done.
He's toast.
He's got to go back to Florida.
It's embarrassing because everybody at this time, remember at this time last year, everybody thought that Trump had to be very worried about Ron DeSantis and he had an epic failure and it was only his own fault.
It's funny, a significant publication asked me to debate the election against a DeSantis individual supporter and I chose the most pathetic one I could who's you know the most simping for DeSantis and shock to me the host said yeah he's agreed to debate you in April and I said in April.
There's only one reason he's agreed, because there will be no Ron DeSantis campaign in April, and then we'll move on to another topic.
These people are pathetic.
He's some local radio host nobody's ever heard of.
Anyway, my dear, I'm wishing you, the whole team, your father, your mother, everybody out there keeping California, at least your part of California, safe.
God bless you.
My part's good.

28. For 28.
Oh no, not for 28.
I think right now if Trump was no longer an option today, who would you vote for?
Yeah, I think it would be, I mean for me it would be Vivek, or it would be Ron.
I couldn't vote for Nikki Haley.
No.
And at this point I'd probably just throw it away to Vivek because, you know, why not throw the firecracker in there?
I like the way you think.
I like the way that you think, and Merry Christmas, and you guys have treats coming if they're not there today, they'll probably be there tomorrow.
Oh my gosh!
I have it sitting next to me and I forgot!
Alright, this is for the guys on Rumble, Mike Sapp on Rumble.

And I had one of the cookies just in case.
So it has been tested.
Gentlemen, you can eat from this strange Santa Claus pair of underpants.
Yeah.
But this thing in here, this little cookie, the kind of snow white with the chocolate.
This is delicious.
Very good.
Did you ever think you'd be eating cookies at a Santa's Pants?
There's pink ones, there's chocolates, there's green ones.
So gentlemen, get fat!
And sell some more Ph.D.
then.
More Ph.D.
Exactly.
Back to all the real work on January 1st.
Thank you, Jen.
You are such a sweetheart.
Merry Christmas.
No problem.
Okay, you guys.
Have a good Christmas.
I'm off next week also.
Bye.
News resolution 2024, get fat.
Chip Roy, Chip Roy.
You called him a fraud, I think?
The biggest America first fraud, colon, Chip Roy.
Can you break it up?
Yeah, I can.
Both.
Because the first one is... It's kind of the same thing, but... No, it's not.
We didn't talk about it.
We talked about Colorado.
Well, yeah, but that was also in the second segment.
That was the basis.
The second segment was the whole Colorado thing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, but the title is going to be Chip Roy.
For the first one, the title should be... That was just Colorado in general.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, you played the clip of the... Do we, after Colorado...
Do we trust the Supreme Court?
Can we trust the Supreme Court?
And then the other one for Chip Roy.
Yep.
Yep.
Wait to see if someone actually follows up on Trump's call to the primary, Chip Roy.
Oh yeah.
That'd be so much fun.
Was that a true social post?
Yes.
I'm going to be a little bit more specific.
Ho ho ho!
Merry Christmas to the rolling thunder on the right, Dr. Sebastian Korka!
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
I'm sorry, that just sounds like Santa Claus.
Eric, doesn't that sound like Santa Claus?
If you told me that a real audio recording of real Santa Claus was finally leaked and his existence confirmed and you played that, I would believe you.
What if Don from Los Angeles is in fact Santa Claus and he's calling from the North Pole?
That's just his alias.
His real name is Nicholas.
It could be.
It could be.
Santa Claus.
Maybe we'll have to find out.
Maybe we'll have to meet him one day.

Alright!
Most important part of the show are the callers!
Let's go to Rick Phoenix, Arizona.
Hello there, Dr. Gorka!
Hey!
Greetings from sunny Arizona.
I, uh, I am calling First of all, to say every time I hear you interview or your deal with Jennifer Horne, it just reinforces my belief that the Beach Boys were right.
I wish they all could be California girls.
Yeah, she is stellar.
She's our princess, and if we had a few more thousand of her in California, California would be saved, my friend.
Amen, amen.
She is great.
What I was calling about was you've been talking about Ron DeSantis, and it is just deeply disturbing.
That he has refused on so many occasions when he has had the opportunity to stand up for Trump and distinguish himself and turn away from that traitor and that sort of idea and support President Trump.
That Ron DeSantis needs to go back and watch my movie suggestion, The Patriot.
Yeah, I think it's too late for him if you've got to his age.
And as you said, Rick, he's had multiple occasions to stand up for what is right, and since the Alvin Bragg indictment to yesterday in the Colorado Supreme Court, he utterly failed, Rick.
So, look, you know, we can pray for his soul that he sees the light, but he's had far too many opportunities, and every single time he's failed, and that is a deficit of honor.
Thank you, Rick.
Let's go to Dan in Minnesota.
Yes, so Merry Christmas, Dr. Gorka.
Merry Christmas.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
In your opinion, do you think there's a reasonable possibility that the four leftist judges in Colorado know very well that their decision has no constitutional or legal muster, but what they're really doing is they're trying to gauge how long it takes for this case to get to the Supreme Court so that they can That they, meaning the leftists, can do something that's a much more serious monkey wrench to just truly try to sabotage the elections.
I don't have the political acuity to suggest what that might be.
Yeah, look, it's a great question, Dan.
They will continue to try and do things, as you say, put a monkey wrench in the system, but I think, look, the ballots have to be printed Very soon.
I think the Supreme Court understands in the first week of January, they have to say they're going to take the case and there has to be a decision before the end of January.
Otherwise, the ballots will not have the president's name.
So no, Dan, I think they will continue to try and do whatever they can, but the Supreme Court has to decide within, what should we say, 40 days.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
Daniel in Texas.
Hi, Dr. G. Thank you for taking my call.
Merry Christmas to you and your staff and all your listeners.
Thank you.
If my understanding of the Electoral College is correct, perhaps all blue states should go ahead and remove Trump from the ballot, because once he goes to the Electoral College, the objections could be made that this was no longer a free and fair election, so states such as Colorado Their votes could just be summarily...
Yeah, there's one problem with that, Daniel, and it's the failure, for example, of Mike Pence, that the Electoral College vote tabulation is confirmed, affirmed, or rejected by the President of the Senate, which right now happens to be Kamala Harris.
So, no, Kamala Harris She wouldn't be on the side of truth or the Constitution.
But thank you, Daniel, for letting us think about that as well.

I love it when we get new guests on this show, especially when they're introduced to us by great warriors such as Rabbi Michael Barclay.
And the latest one, well, he's on the show because He's a newsmaker himself, L.A.
G.O.P.
vice chair, an actor, and now, well, he's officially, officially a patriot because the deep state are after him.
Siaka Masakwa, welcome to America First.
Hey, what's going on, sir?
So happy to be here.
Well, you tell me what happened to you in the beginning of December, Siaka.
Oh man, November 30th, the end of the trip to Phan.
My wife and I were flying back from Nashville, Tennessee for the premiere of Lady Baller's Daily Wire.
Great movie, if you haven't seen it.
I am in there playing the announcer, Deuce Johnson, and we had a great experience.
We're flying back, landing at Burbank Airport here, and as we land, I get off, and this actually happens two years after the FBI raided my house.
The FBI stops me on the tarmac at the airport, and they separate me from my wife, and they arrest me for my attendance there at January 6th.
Hang on, in front of your loved ones... They yanked me away, didn't take time to let us say goodbye.
They told me... Now, the reason why I brought up the raid is they raided me two years ago.
And two years ago they took my phone, they took my computer, they did not charge me with anything, didn't arrest me at the time.
And for those two years, I've been harassed at the airport.
Every time I fly, I get checked at the gate, at TSA, at full body, and I get checked again at the gate.
It's a 45-minute just check-in.
I can't do that beforehand.
And then they come back, and instead of giving me a phone call, which they do most people for some, you know, for something so frivolous as what we've seen here.
All right, well, let's cut to the chase.
What did you do on January the 6th?
Did you hit somebody?
Did you steal something?
Did you break a window?
Nope, not at all.
Not at all.
So what are you being charged with?
Well, I'm being charged with four misdemeanors.
The first one is knowingly entering a restricted area, trespassing there.
The next one is disorderly conduct in a restricted area, disorderly conduct in the Capitol, and parading in the Capitol.
Hang on, hang on.
I know I'm endangering myself by using logic.
That was three years ago.
Why are they arresting you now as we're approaching the third anniversary of January the 6th?
Did anybody say to you why you are a threat to America three years later?
No one has actually said that yet.
We actually just did our arraignment today and of course I pled not guilty to all charges and no one has said any other thing except for these misdemeanors.
To me, it's wild that the FBI moved in such a way on someone that doesn't have a criminal record, is not violent, even on the tape you see he's not violent, was actually cooperative with law enforcement that was there, spent about 71 seconds and less than five steps inside the Capitol.
I need that repeated.
How much time did you spend inside the Capitol on January the 6th, Yaka?
It was 71 seconds.
71 seconds and the FBI arrested you in public.
Yes, yes sir.
I had to spend a night in jail.
I had to be arraigned, chained from my ankles around my waist, around my waist and this is in front of my wife and we're I don't think the FBI can be redeemed, but as somebody who worked so closely with them for a number of years before I entered the White House, I have to ask you, what were the agents like?
Did they at least look ashamed at what they were doing to you?
You know, and I've said this multiple times, they actually were as kind as they could be, I think, in this situation.
It takes me to Ephesians 6, which states that we're not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities.
It's darkness, you know, rules of this dark age.
And these individuals, I think, just like many others, are caught up in something else that may not be their heart.
Because these people were kind enough to me, you know, they tried to be reasonable.
I was upset, so I was being, you know, loud.
I wasn't being physical by any means, because there are four agents.
Four police officers, everyone with guns, so I'm not an idiot.
Um, so, you know, we, I was upset, but they were kind enough and they were cordial enough.
It just, it just seemed really gross that we were going through this process.
Turning you into a political prisoner.
Um, okay.
This is horrific.
This is shocking.
Uh, can we get you back for a, for an hour long discussion on this whole incredible story?
I would love to.
Yeah.
I mean, it's, Honestly, this is a testament to the Lord.
Everything that happened in that moment, from beginning till I got back to Charlotte, my wife was... the Lord was working in there regardless of the darkness that was happening around us, you know, so... Right.
Well, I also need you to explain what's on the wall behind you.
I asked if those comic book covers are genuine, and he said yes, so now I'm very, very Very jealous as we head into Christmas.
So we're going to get you to explain those as well.
God bless you.
We are keeping you in our prayers.
Thank you to the good Rabbi Barclay.

You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
What is it with all the movie recommendations?
I love it, but it's not even Friday.
We're going to go to David in a moment, but got to hear from the president.
President Trump had something to say about the quote-unquote Christmas celebrations in the Biden White House, and he observed something very, very important.
Cut six.
When Joe Biden lit the national Christmas tree earlier this month, he completely failed to even mention the birth of Jesus Christ, which is hard to do.
He'd be celebrating Christmas, right?
He didn't mention Jesus Christ in his remarks.
Not for three years he hasn't mentioned that and barely mentioned God.
When I was president, we brought back the beautiful phrase, Merry Christmas.
And I said I'd do that.
I'm very proud of that, actually, because, as I said at the beginning, it was really under siege.
And when I lit the Christmas tree each year, it was my honor to publicly celebrate the true source of Christmas
joy, which is Jesus Christ.
And as Alex, you have that little cut of saying Merry Christmas from the president.
We're saying Merry Christmas again.
America first.
I've got a mission for you.
I've got a request.
Let's do that, okay?
If Biden doesn't want to talk about Jesus and Merry Christmas, the reason for the season, let's us pick up the slack, okay?
For the next four days, say it everywhere you go.
Merry Christmas.
Let's go to David, Idaho.
Merry Christmas, Dr. Gorka.
Merry Christmas.
What's your film review recommendation?
Master and Commander, the far side of the world.
You know, I watched it once when it came out, David, and I liked it.
But ever since then, I've been, my son loves it and I've been watching reviews and people think it is one of the best movies they've ever seen.
I presume you are one of those.
I love that movie.
If it's ever on TV, I'd sit down and I'll watch it.
Why do you like it so much?
Tell me what it is about Master and Commander.
Oh, I like the setting.
I like the military aspect of it.
And I like the friendship that he has between him and the doctor.
And how about the fact that they used original technologies and craftsmen to build an actual galleon?
That ship that you see in Master and Commander isn't CGI.
It's not fiberglass.
It's built out of oak.
An iron.
An incredible feat.
Yeah, okay.
You've convinced me, David.
I'm adding it to the list right now in front of thee.
Master and Commander.
Okay.
Dear friends, the reason for the season is Jesus.
We are a Judeo-Christian civilization.
If you stand with our friends in the Middle East, Then the latest t-shirt you helped design is the reversal of the genocidal cry.
We've put a map of Israel on the shirt.
From the river to the sea, Israel will be forever free.

Next up, one-on-one with one of our best friends.
Stay with us.
Yep.
We can't do a year-in review without sharing our interviews, multiple interviews, with my former boss, the 45th President of the United States, and, God willing, the 47th if we do our work.
In this little clip, this little reminder, we talked to the President about the truth of COVID-19, what he did under those conditions, who was actually for the lockdowns, and also The incredible question that is unresolved of the penetration of the deep state across federal government, and the most important question of all, which kind of shocks even me, and I worked for him.
Why on earth is this man running again after everything they did to him, his wife, his children, and everybody who dared to work for him?
Here's a little clip of one of our interviews this year with the 47th, we hope, President of the United States.
All right.
And then, one man who's been fighting the deep state for years is our good friend and Salem colleague, Dinesh D'Souza.
He's next here on America First, the Year in Review.
Actually, no, I want to re-record that.
I want to re-record the first minute.
I want to redo that.
Ready?
Bye.
What kind of a year-end review would it be without a reminder of one of our many discussions with my former boss, the 45th President of the United States, and God willing, if we do our part, the 47th as well.
We want to remind you of our discussion with him on the largest issues concerning his presidency and what he would do if we re-elect him.
In this clip we talk about the truth concerning COVID, The lockdowns.
Who was really against them and who supported the lockdowns and what role President Trump took?
And then, perhaps one of the most burning issues of all, the deep state.
What can we do about it?
And the question of the thing that shocked me when I was at Mar-a-Lago when he announced it, his willingness to run again, and why he's prepared to go through it all once more after what they did to him, his wife, and his children.
Here we are with the President of the United States.
for the person.
Thank you.
you you
General Secretary Gorbachev if you seek peace if you seek prosperity for the
Soviet Union and Eastern Europe if you seek liberalization come here to this
gate Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate.
Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.
I can't tell you how many times I've listened to that speech, every time it gives me goosebumps.
Standing there at the Brandenburg Gate, clarity, a moral vision about the bipolarity of the Cold War with one side that stood for liberty and freedom, the other imprisoned nations under the jackboot of the Kremlin.
The American president says, tear down this wall!
To the General Secretary of the Communist Party.
And 17 months later, it wasn't Mikhail Gorbachev.
It was the captive peoples of East Berlin who with sledgehammers, with chisels, took apart the Berlin Wall.
November 9th, 1989.
A glorious day in history.
I'm so excited when this man comes on our show because I get to geek out on a topic that I love so much.
It's the Cold War and our victory in that Cold War.
He is the editor-in-chief of The Spectator.
Welcome Paul Kengor to America First.
Or rather, welcome back.
Well, Greg, greetings from a fellow Reagan geek, Sebastian Gorka.
Greetings to you.
Yeah, I think we can collectively say we are Reagan, Thatcher, and St.
John Paul geeks together.
However, only one of us has written a library on those works.
Eric, do you have some of the books we can show?
So my favorite is Dupes, How America's Adversaries Have Manipulated Progressives for a Century.
Then we have a Pope and a President, John Paul II, Ronald Reagan, and the extraordinary untold story of the 20th century, and the devil and Bella Dodd, one woman's struggle against communism and her redemption, and so much more.
I'm going to tee this up with a real simple question, Professor.
Did we win the Cold War?
Well, yeah, we definitely won the Cold War.
Now, I know what you're getting at.
It feels at times like we didn't win, right?
I mean, we won the battle on the battlefield, so to speak, the sort of ideological battle and the confrontation between the Free West and also the Communist East.
But I guess you could say we lost the battle in the classroom, right?
Right.
And as you and I have talked about before, we're battling today an altogether different form of Marxism.
And in fact, this Marxism, in a way, is kind of even more insidious because a lot of the people that are engaging in it don't even know that they're on the side of it.
And when you use words like cultural Marxism to explain what they're doing, they might go, even if they do this, they might go to Google and type it up, and a little box pops up on their screen saying, Anti-Semitic conspiracy theory, right?
Let's break that down for a second, because this is really, truly important.
Chris Rufo and others have written about this, as have you.
So we have the bipolarity of the Cold War.
We have free nations, America, NATO, the West.
We have the Soviet bloc, the Second World.
People think, OK, what's the Third World?
OK, we know what that is.
Well, what was the second world?
It was the communist bloc, it was the Warsaw Pact, under the control of the Kremlin, and then the threat of thermonuclear destruction, mutually assured destruction, until November the 9th.
And we say, OK, we won the ideological conflict with the Soviet Union and the satrapy states, but then there's this other form of Marxism, the less obvious Marxism, the cultural Marxism, and will you just for a second explain A, what that means, and the recent history in the last, what, four years, five years, of, for example, the internet entries, such as on Wikipedia, for cultural Marxism, and what have happened to those entries, Professor?
Yeah, in fact, I wrote a piece for the American Spectator, it's called Cultural Marxism and its Conspirators, and I did a follow-up piece called Cultural Marxism and its Conspirators Part 2, where I laid out What's going on with Google and some of the different search engines on this.
But I'll back up a little bit here first.
I mean, we can blame this once again on, frankly, German Marxists, right?
I mean, so the original classical Marxism, that was Marx and Engels.
They published their Communist Manifesto in 1848.
And that pitted the world between this proletariat versus the bourgeoisie, right?
The capitalist class, the oppressed class, and the oppressor.
And then along comes about—I'm going to do my math here—maybe about 80-some years later, another group of Marxists from Germany from the so-called Frankfurt School.
And this group conceived something called Freudian Marxism.
They actually take the worst ideas of the 19th century, right, Marx, classical Marxism, and combine them with the nuttiest ideas of the early 20th century, Sigmund Freud.
And they create this school, this fusion, called Freudian Marxism.
So there's a kind of sexual Marxism, but here with the Frankfurt School and the Marxists who apply their craft to sexuality, culture, gender, all these other different areas, There, once again, the general Marxist superstructure is to identify the new oppressed versus the new oppressor, right?
That's how all of this sort of ties together.
So for Marx and Engels and the classical Marxism, it's the working class versus the capitalist class, right?
The landowners versus the workers.
With the Frankfurt School, It's based according to culture.
With the modern-day race-based Marxism, it's based according to race.
So whites will be the oppressor, blacks will be the oppressed.
And what's so incredibly simplistic and offensive about this is that it hammers you into one of these groups.
As if that's an easy binary way to just define the whole world, right?
You're either in this enemy class or you're not.
You're either in the oppressed class or the oppressor class.
And in fact, things don't work out that easily.
So many people look at America, this melting pot.
I mean, you know, your family was immigrants.
My family came here from Italy in the early 1900s on my mom's side, from Poland on my dad's side.
And I mean, my family, we did, we got Christmas coming up.
Last year for Christmas, we did Ancestry.com DNA tests.
I gotta tell you, we're all over the place in terms of ethnicity, right?
I don't see how you could put us in any certain box, let alone black or white.
In fact, my youngest son who's adopted is considered black, but we haven't done his test yet, but he's probably half white.
Barack Obama's half white.
Barack Obama's mother was white.
So to simply stick people in these categories, It's very stereotypical, it's very offensive, but this is what today's Marxists are doing in America.
Could you go back to that Frankfurt School moment, because I don't think people appreciate this enough, this concatenation, this devil's brew of Marxism in terms of class, you know, revolution, and then you add in Freud, one of the worst ideas of the 20th or 19th century, So what did the Freudian addition to Marxism bring?
Was it the sexual liberation?
What was it?
Yeah, sex was a big part of it.
In fact, this guy's really not so much a part of the Frankfurt School, but he is part of that milieu and that general movement.
His name was Wilhelm Reich.
Yeah.
And people could look this up, Reich, R-E-I-C-H, Wilhelm Reich.
And listen, folks, he literally wrote the book, The Sexual Revolution.
So his book, Published around 1929, 1930, was titled The Sexual Revolution.
So people listening now are thinking, oh yeah, The Sexual Revolution, that's the 1960s.
Yeah, it was in America and in the West, but long preceding it was Wilhelm Reich.
And in fact, Reich was such a freak show that when he went to the Soviet Union, the Bolsheviks were just aghast at this guy, right?
I mean, they didn't even want any part of him.
So he comes back to America and you can read that book.
You can read his memoirs.
His memoirs are really weird.
And Wilhelm Reich from the time that I don't know if I could say this on Salem Radio Network, but I mean, the guy from the time that he was a little boy was just Sadomasochistic, just a sexual freak.
I mean, chronically doing things sexually to himself, to farm animals, fantasizing about his mother and watching his mother in bed with her lover and watching his father attack his mother.
Just crazy.
And you read the, and I'm going through all this because when you read the ideas of some of these people, you think, wow, and this is the author of the sexual revolution?
Yeah.
That so many people in the 1960s, like Kate Millett, who wrote the book Sexual Politics, which was her dissertation at Columbia in the late 1960s, and ended up on the cover of Time Magazine, which called her the Mao Zedong of the women's movement.
Wow, this is who they followed?
And Kate Millett was even weirder, probably, than Wilhelm Reich.
In fact, I know Kate's sister, Mallory, who's written for Front Page Magazine and a bunch of other publications, And I'll say this flat out, Seb.
I mean, Mallory's on the record repeatedly saying that she thought that Kate was not just psychologically messed up but flat out possessed by demons.
Mallory's actually said that.
And Mallory has said to me, One of the things I'll never understand in my life is all these people at all these colleges that were suddenly using my sister's book as required reading in their college courses didn't realize my sister was insane.
She was out of her mind and here they are reading her book like it's this brilliant work by somebody.
My sister was crazy and possibly even demonically possessed of all things.
I'm going to tie that theory into something I heard from one of the smartest people I know just a few days ago.
We're talking to Paul Kangor of Grove City College and editor-in-chief of the American Spectator, spectator.org.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

It's the yard sign, it's the mug with the booking photograph from Atlanta, and the flag, I stand with 45, all available at sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-STORE.COM.
Christmas is almost here!
I've actually bought some presents.
I don't feel that bad.
Not as last minute as usual.
How about enlarging the group of people that we bless this Christmas?
The Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Program is one of the most beautiful organizations that we partner with every year.
Why?
Because they are spreading love to the children of America who are most vulnerable.
More than one and a half million girls and boys have a mother or father who will not
be with them this Yuletide because they are in prison.
These children are exploited, they are vulnerable, and more than two-thirds of them will end
up behind bars themselves.
Let's break that cycle.
A Christmas gift costs just $25.
They will receive it on behalf of their incarcerated parent with a note of love that they are not forgotten and a children's Bible.
It is literally the most beautiful thing you could do this Christmas short of being there in Bethlehem.
Please, support these children.
$125 is five.
250 is 10 girls and boys who will have a slightly brighter Christmas because of you.
Please call in your Christmas contribution to 888-206-2794, or just go to sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
That's 888-206-2794, or just go to our webpage, sebgorka.com, and the Angel Tree banner.
Please be generous.
It's such a beautiful thing to do.
You mentioned this thing that we don't talk about enough, Professor, the influence of the modern psychoanalysis, the Freudians, the sexual revolution as part of the modern Marxist cultural takeover.
I was having dinner with one of the brightest guys I know, Rich Mineta, one of the dying breed of real investigative journalists.
If you want to check out how good he is, his books on losing Bin Laden and on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
That's a great book.
Yeah, and Mastermind on Khalid Sheikh Mohammed are just essential reading if you want to understand the jihadi threat.
And he wants, I think I can reveal this, he came up with this idea, he was working for the Wall Street Journal and they never greenlit the article, but he had the idea to go down To Occupy Wall Street.
Do you remember Occupy Wall Street?
You know, the anti-caps.
And he said, I've got an idea.
I'm going to go down there, and the same thing would go for the Bernie bros a few years later, and ask every single one of those, you know, socialist, communist, let's take down Wall Street.
One simple question.
Tell me how you feel about your father.
Right?
These people aren't healthy.
If you look at the Frankfurt School, if you look at Marx himself, if you look at Engels, these people, they're already damaged before they try and preach to others to destroy the system.
How much of this, when you look at the key figures, when you read Witness by Chambers, when you read the book, the Bella Dodd book that you co-authored, how much of the modern socialist communist movement is simply the propagation of sick ideas from people who themselves are psychologically and psychiatrically sick?
Yeah, in fact, Paul Witts, who was a sociologist at NYU, he wrote a book a few years ago, probably a couple decades ago now, called Faith of the Fatherless.
And it was kind of a study, a character study on some of these infamous intellectuals who came from either fatherless homes or homes that had a bad father.
And that certainly explains Wilhelm Reich.
It explains, you know, Marx had this terrible relationship with his father.
You and I talked about this before.
And in a chapter of my book, The Devil and Karl Marx, I quote a letter from Heinrich Marx, his father, who asks his son if the spirit in his heart is a heavenly spirit or Faustian, if he's being governed by a demon, as he put it.
And he and Marx had this split to the point where when the father died, Karl Marx didn't
even go to the father's funeral.
So that's the case with many of these guys.
Wilhelm Reich, another.
Eric Fromm, right?
Remember Eric Fromm?
He was a psychologist who was out of the Frankfurt School.
And to pick up on that point in the last segment, if you go to Wikipedia and you type in, you
Google cultural Marxism, what pops up is this phrase that says that it's this anti-Semitic
conspiracy theory, right?
But as if the Frankfurt School and Ordorno and Marcuse and Reich didn't exist?
Right, and as if they weren't applying Marxism to culture, right?
And that's what they were doing.
There was a culturally based Marxism, right?
So what should we call it?
Not cultural Marxism?
Do you prefer to call it Marxism applied to culture?
Well, we call Marxism applied to sex, sexual Marxism.
We call Marxism applied to gender, gender Marxism.
Marxism applied to race, race Marxism, so Marxism applied to culture has always been called cultural Marxism.
And the founders of the Frankfurt School, to get really specific about this, two guys in particular, Max Horkheimer and Theodor Adorno, and it was they, Horkheimer in particular, who brought the Frankfurt School to America.
Through Columbia University in the 1920s and Horkheimer and Adorno.
And I have these details that people want to look it up in my article for the American Spectator.
Cultural Marxism and its Conspirators.
They had a book called The Dialectic of Enlightenment, and they had a chapter in there called The Culture Industry.
They called it The Culture Industry.
And if you go to the About section of People's World, which today is the flagship publication of Communist Party USA, it replaced The Daily Worker.
They have a call there, Seb, for what they call cultural workers.
Cultural workers, all right?
They're not calling for steel workers.
My family is from Western Pennsylvania.
They were steel workers.
coal miners.
They're not calling for coal miners.
All the West Virginia coal miners all vote for Trump, right?
They've given up on that.
Their new target now are cultural workers, all right?
They're interested in the barista at Starbucks, right?
They're not focused on the factory floor.
They're focused on the classroom floor.
They're looking at, I mean, these are the areas for their future recruits.
George Lukács, who was the cultural commissar for the Hungarian government of Belakun, right, in the late 1910s.
That's where your family is from.
He was a cultural commissar.
These were Marxists applying their craft to culture.
They're cultural Marxists.
And these are the people today, along with the race-based Marxists, that are really upsetting and wreaking havoc in a lot of America and in American culture.
We'll talk about the race-based Marxists next.
We're talking to Paul Kangor from Grove City College, the editor-in-chief of the American Spectator.

It seems as if the obvious switch is, in the last 40 years, the Marxists took Gramsci's analysis seriously.
They realized pitting the workers against the capitalists isn't going to work in a country like America.
So we've got to find the new dividing line, and the new dividing line has to be men or women, sexual orientation, straight versus gay, and then the race-based.
The whites are the oppressors, vice everybody else.
You've got a little bit of a, you know, tinge to your palette, unless you're yellow, because I guess Asians, you know, they are being discriminated against by the likes of Harvard and Yale.
But if you're brown, if you're black, then you must be the oppressed.
Talk to us, explain how Black Lives Matter fits into all of this.
And I'm curious, I may be overthinking it, but it seems to me that their brand has rather withered on the vine.
Will they be resuscitated for the next election?
Talk to us about BLM.
Yeah, the key here is Herbert Marcuse and Angela Davis as the connection to the Frankfurt School.
But let me back up one step.
So I mentioned this too, you mentioned Gramsci.
So Gramsci was an Italian Marxist, so he wasn't part of the Frankfurt School, but he too was about what he called cultural hegemony.
Right, so applying Marxism to the engines of culture, the conveyor belts of culture.
There's a phrase associated with him, actually somebody else said it, but about the long march through the institutions.
And the foremost expert on Gramsci in the United States was a man by the name of Joseph Buttigieg.
Who's the father of Pete Buttigieg, okay?
Mayor Pete.
And wasn't it until very recently, because he died maybe two years ago, what was it, the website for the American socialists had some kind of hagiography on their front page for Buttigieg's father?
That's right.
The International Gramsci Society was founded by Pete Buttigieg's father, Joseph Buttigieg, who was a professor at Notre Dame, of all things.
And if you actually read the prison notebooks edited by Joseph Buttigieg, he credits, he acknowledges his son Pete in the acknowledgments for Pete's help with indexing, among other things.
Pete Buttigieg... Can I just repeat, in case you missed the significance of what the professor just said, the father of one of the cabinet members in the Biden administration was the leading author and translator of one of the most important cultural Marxists in the 20th century, correct?
That's exactly right.
Pete, the guy who talks about racist bridges.
Okay.
And if that seems like an absolutely idiotic statement, that's something that I would expect from somebody who's an expert on Antonio Gramsci.
And his father was an admirer of Gramsci.
So yes, that's the modern Gramsci connection all the way literally into the cabinet of Joseph Biden.
You can't make this stuff up, right?
You can't make this up.
Now, as to the connection with BLM and those groups, yeah, and going back to the Frankfurt School, the most famous Frankfort School wasn't Theodore Adorno or Max Horkheimer, who were the founders.
Eric Fromm, he was really well known, but probably definitely the most famous was Herbert Marcuse.
So it's spelled Marcuse, but it's pronounced Marcuse.
So Marcuse comes to Columbia University to America with Adorno, with Horkheimer in the 1930s.
He becomes this guru to the 1960s New Left.
Weather Underground, SDS, Mark Rudd, Bernardine Dorn.
Who was Bernardine Dorn's sweetheart?
Bill Ayers, right?
So Bernardine and Bill Ayers, from whom Barack Obama actually launched his political career in their living room.
All right, when he first ran for state senator in Illinois.
New York Times even wrote about this, I think circa 1995.
But they were, so Marcuse was a guru to Bill Ayers, Bernardine Doran, Mark Rudd, SDS, Weather Underground.
Most of all, he was a direct guru mentor to his doctoral dissertation student, Angela Davis.
Yeah, Angela Davis is the most famous female Marxist Living in America today.
He actually ran for Vice President of the United States on the Communist Party USA ticket in the 1970s, along with Gus Hall.
And Barack Obama's CIA director, John Brennan, said he actually voted for that ticket for President of the United States in 1980.
John Brennan, Obama's CIA director, didn't vote for Carter or Reagan.
He voted for Gus Hall and Angela Davis in 1980.
That's Barack Obama's CIA director.
So Angela Davis became and is America's most famous female Marxist, and she's a race Marxist.
So she's black.
She's a black woman.
And now the mentoring continues.
She's also a mentor.
To the founder of BLM, Patrisse Cullors.
And if you look in Patrisse Cullors' memoirs, which is called, something about being a terrorist, I can't remember the name of it right now, but the preface is written by Angela Davis.
So the Frankfurt School, a direct line from Herbert Marcuse to Angela Davis, In English, in unacademic terms, the way we conclude is there are no coincidences.
We're talking one-on-one with Professor Paul Kengor.

Alright, coming with Reagan.
Someone very profoundly once said, many years ago, that if fascism ever comes to America, it'll come in the name of
liberalism.
And what is fascism?
Fascism is private ownership, private enterprise, but total government control and regulation.
Well, isn't this the liberal philosophy?
The conservative, so-called, is the one that says, less government.
Get off my back.
Get out of my pocket.
Isn't that exactly what we are witnessing today?
The totalitarians taking over under the label, the guys of liberalism.
Oh, how we miss the likes of Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher and St.
John Paul II.
You are listening to America First, one-on-one with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
It's Dr. G Mark II.
What do I mean by that?
Well, thanks to the great offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss, I recently lost 42 pounds.
My wife Katie, 36, which means she had to buy a whole new wardrobe.
Yeah, for a good reason, and she's very excited.
And my colleague Mike Gallagher, look, he had more to lose, but we respect his 53-pound drop in weight, which, more importantly, he has kept off.
Those are the success stories.
If you've struggled as I have, find out the system that could work for you.
Just call right now Dr. Ashley Lucas' team on 864-644-1900.
The before and after pictures at myphdweightloss.com are all you need to know.
If I could do it, anyone can.
864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
So when we listen to that warning from the late great Ronald Reagan, when we see Antifa,
BLM run riot across the nation, when we see the DOJ, the FBI target a former and God willing
if we do our part, future president.
When we see the January Sixers getting 22-year custodial sentences, despite some of them not even being in Washington, D.C., on the Day of the Troubles.
Would we have to conclude, Professor Kengor, that the cultural Marxism is working?
That's one of my favorite quotes, the one that you played from Reagan.
And in fact, Alexander Trachtenberg, who was the American representative for the Soviet GPU, He said that several times to Bella Dodd and I mentioned that Angela Davis is the most famous female Marxist living today.
Bella Dodd in her day in the 1930s and 1940s was kind of like a female Whitaker Chambers.
She was one of the highest ranking members of the Communist Party.
She ended up leaving the party, which was a big deal.
But Trachtenberg told her, he said, you know, when socialism comes to America, right, when communism comes to America, it will become, it will come in benign labels, like progressive, liberal, progressive, liberal.
It'll talk about things like equity.
Equity, social justice.
They use the word social justice and democracy, too.
Bella Dodd said, oh, democracy.
Oh, it's all they say.
Democracy, democracy, democracy.
And in fact, Vladimir Lenin talked about democracy.
He said, yeah, we support democracy.
What do we mean by democracy?
Democracy means equality.
So for the communists, you know, that's a word as Belladonna and the others said, it's a trick, right?
It's palatable, right?
Oh, we believe in democracy too.
As Belladonna said, they call it economic democracy, meaning like economic equality.
So when I hear these people at MSNBC say, Things like, January 6th, a threat to our democracy!
Our democracy!
And, right, we scratch our head and we're like, what are they talking about?
What do they mean by that?
Do they mean the threat to, like, Jefferson and Madison and the Bill of Rights and the right to, like, vote?
What are they talking about?
We're a representative republic, right?
They mean a completely different thing.
Right?
So for them, yeah, democracy means equity, equality, but it means it in a way that they intended.
You and I think, we think, oh yeah, equality, equity, it's a good thing, right?
No, they mean it in a completely different way.
They'll mean it in terms of, you know, sexual equality, LGBTQ equality, environmental equality and equity, economic equity and equality.
So they have all kinds of other ideas that they're pushing with.
They don't mean it in the same way that we do.
Would you say, well, as the foremost historian on the Cold War, are you surprised by where America is today?
No, because as we saw all of this coming, I was going to say I, but you saw it too.
We were both students in the 1980s, right?
Right.
And when Reagan gave that speech at the Brandenburg Gate in November 1989, I remember coming home as a pre-med student at the University of Pittsburgh.
And turning on the evening news and watching that and cheering, I thought, whoa, what was that?
I remember talking to Peter Robinson, who wrote the Tear Down This Wall speech.
And Peter told me, too, he said, you know, I was there.
I went ahead of time to do the advanced research for the speech for the Brandenburg Gate.
I wrote it, but I wasn't there when Reagan gave it.
And Peter said, I remember watching it on TV, waiting for that line to come and thinking, oh, man, that was good.
Right.
That's even better than I thought.
That was so good.
And that year, 1989-1990, I graduated in May 1990.
I was the editorial page editor for my student newspaper, The Pit News, and I remember thinking, wow, we won.
You know, we won.
We won the Cold War.
But then I went to graduate school in the 1990s, and I saw that none of these lessons of the Cold War, the communism that we defeated, were being taught.
And by the year circa 2000, groups like the Young Americas Foundation, ISI, Intercollegiate Studies Institute, they suddenly started hosting me, going around the country, speaking on college campuses, giving talks with titles like, Why Communism is Bad.
We get these desperate pleas from these college Republican presidents.
Could you please come here and give a talk of why communism is bad?
Because we have Marxist professors and we have students that are calling themselves communists.
And they don't even know why Reagan tore down the Berlin Wall.
So I could see it all coming.
And one of my warnings was if we don't teach these lessons of the Cold War, this is going to come back and bite us, and we're going to be voting for socialists in 20 years.
And that's what we did in 2016 and 2020.
Look how many of them voted for Bernie Sanders, of all things.
He saw it coming.
That's why he's educating the next generation at Grove City College, and that's why he is the editor-in-chief of that superb outfit, The Spectator, The American Spectator.

How about a very special Christmas gift?
Is there somebody in your family or friend who suffers from daily pain?
I was there for nine years, for almost a decade.
My mother suffered with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 20 years.
It was hard to watch her, especially as a child, have to deal with that.
It changes the way people look at The future, their favorite hobbies, even their relationships with their loved ones.
If I had known about Relief Factor back then, I would have saved up my pocket money and bought it for my mother.
But today, you do have that option.

I guarantee you will enjoy it.
All right, last segment we have with you always flies by far too far too fast for me, Professor.
Let's just listen to the current incumbent of the White House say something that really comes right out of the Marxist, if not the Maoist, playbook.
Children are the kite strings.
They're not somebody else's.
They're all our children.
They're the kite strings that lift our national ambitions aloft.
And you hold those strings.
You hold those strings.
On the 4th of July, the current president said, they are all our children.
Isn't that right out of Marxism?
I had a hard time even understanding what the man was saying.
That's another question.
That's another question.
Not just intellectually.
Fortunately, we have this on screen and there is a lady doing sign language there.
I don't know sign language, but I think I had an easier time understanding her almost than I did Biden.
I don't know what he means by that, but it's interesting that you would play that because in the last segment we were talking about how Pete Buttigieg is now in the Biden cabinet.
You know, there was once a time when Joe Biden was fairly moderate on foreign policy.
Or even abortion or all kinds of things.
That's exactly right.
I mean, at one point in the late 1970s, he supported the Hyde Amendment, right?
And he didn't flip on the Hyde Amendment until I think it was July 2019 in Atlanta.
I wrote a piece on this for the American Spectator under the badgering, the hounding, the bawling and hissing and crying of Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren, who sat up there sobbing.
And then Biden flipped on it, just like that.
And that for me was a real moment that we were kind of hoping that, well, all right, we're going to nominate the old guy Biden.
At least they're nominating someone who's a bit more to the middle.
He's turned out to be this radical leftist.
He's genuflected to the likes of the squad, hasn't he?
Yeah, he really has.
He really has, across the board.
Sexual issues, gender issues, abortion, social, moral issues.
I mean, the guy's Roman Catholic.
At one point, on the abortion issue, he wasn't...
Terrible.
He was never good on the issue, all right?
But he probably had a, you know, a NARAL, National Abortion Rights Action League rating, a pro-life rating, somewhere closer to the middle, right?
But now the guy would get a big fat zero on pro-life issues.
And on foreign policy, I mean, he used to be kind of a Cold War Democrat.
But he's somebody who should have learned these lessons of the Cold War.
That ought to be applying him today to China and elsewhere.
But he's just drifted along with the zeitgeist and the spirit of the time and the winds of the culture and all the lefties in his cabinet, the Buddha judges, the Kamala Harrises and others, are just tugging him right along with them.
So it's really sad to see.
Yeah, there are no Cold War or even just reasonable Democrats left.
As my friend Chris Plant says, often John F. Kennedy wouldn't be allowed in today's Democrat Party.
I wish you, Professor Kengor, a very merry, blessed and restful Christmas.
