Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Secret Service's sloppy response to Biden threat

The president, sitting president, has something called the Presidential Records Act.
He can take documents, he can declassify them, and he can take them where he wants and move them.
You know who can't?
Joe Biden!
Because he wasn't president when he took his boxes in six different locations, in Chinatown, in his car next to his son who's doing God knows what with God knows who.
But that is what they do.
They hide what they've done by going after Trump.
Look at the shiny ball, everybody.
Don't look at us.
Well, they've got one year.
And then we're going to be looking at them.
Deep and hard.
And I'll tell you right now, if I'm in Washington, I'll be relentless, too.
We're going to be looking at them deep and hard, hopefully not in room 106 of the Senate heart building.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Greetings.
Happy Monday.
That was, of course, Alina Haber, attorney to the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
That was at—what's it called, Eric?
Is that AmFest, the event that Charlie Kirk holds?
TPUSA's AmFest 2023.
Turning Point USA's AmFest.
Now why is that woman saying what she's saying?
Where are we at in America today?
Why do we need to use the power of the state against those who are in political power today?
Well, because of what they've done to patriots.
I want to be explicit here in terms of understanding the environment we live in today.
On the surface, we are divided, because that's how the elections are run, and that's the parties that we have, into Republicans and Democrats.
Those with an R after their name as candidates, or those with a D after their name.
But we really must jettison that labeling, that taxonomy, that division, because It doesn't tell you what's really going on.
And I'm not meaning simply what Steve Bannon has correctly described as the Uniparty in America.
The swamp.
The establishment that's very happy working with each other, footsie under the table, but really it is a sharing of power.
No.
What we have in this nation today is not a political divide.
It is an emotional divide.
It's an ideological divide.
And the easiest way to describe it is that we are divided into those that love America, with all its faults, And those who hate it and have labeled it as a patriarchy, as neocolonial, as anti-minority, as something that must be, quote, deconstructed.
That is really the only dividing line in America today.
Now, I know there are those who Stay out of the fray, aren't engaged.
But as Dennis Prager points out regularly on his show, there are three types of individuals in the world today.
The fighters, those who help the fighters, and those who do nothing.
If you love America, there is no option We have arrived at such a crescendo, such a moment in history, where if those who love America do not act, do not get politically engaged, there will be nothing left to say.
This is the great irony of conservatism.
What does the word mean?
Or what is the etymological word root of conservative?
Well, obviously, it is those people who wish to conserve something.
What is it that we wish to conserve?
We wish to conserve those traditions, those habits, those ways of doing business and to promote those values which have demonstrated themselves not over centuries but over millennia to work, to be right.
That there are two sexes.
There is the man and the woman.
That a family is made up when a man joins with a woman.
and has children.
These things are not matters of opinion.
We know that they are millennia old.
That the happiness of a child in large part is determined by whether or not they are a product of a stable family with both the father to engender the values of manhood And a woman to engender the values of the female in girls and in boys.
Now, what is a conservative in the year 2029 when that which we hold sacred to have worked for millennia has been dismantled, has been destroyed?
When the nuclear family is under assault by the likes of BLM and others, when the current president of America says, your children belong to all of us, belong to the state, there seems to be very little to preserve.
It has been systematically dismantled.
By the new left, from Foucault to Derrida to the Frankfurt School to the Squaw to BLM to Antifa to the likes of the president of Harvard who can't even say genocide is bad because it's quote contextual.
That is a denial of the truth, the denial of the values we wish to conserve.
So today, the challenge is twofold.
The challenge is to revivify, to re-establish, to rediscover the values that we knew in the past to have worked, that have been destroyed, and to re-breathe into them life.
And then to understand it's really not about politics.
It's not about the party you choose.
It's about whether or not the nation survives.
We live in a perverse time in history where from the people in the White House to the secretaries of the departments To the presidents of the Ivy League colleges.
To the key mainstream media organs.
They have one thing in common.
It's not political affiliation.
It's far more dire than that.
It is their hatred for everything America stands for.
That's the only dividing line that matters.
Do you love America?
Or do you hate America and wish to dismantle it?
You've heard it a thousand times before.
This is the most important election of our lifetime.
Well, this time, it's actually true.
This time, if those who hate America win, there will be nothing left to save.

I have found a shocking, well I didn't find it, my producer Jeff found a shocking 30 second clip of a man who should know better but who says the following about a topic that maybe you know the most of amongst any journalist.
Let's listen to a certain senator who goes by the name of Lindsey Graham.
Cut seven.
Okay, let's turn to the other big story on Capitol Hill, the impeachment, of course, of impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
Your colleague, Republican Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa said that he does not see any evidence, quote, that the president is guilty of anything.
Do you agree with him?
Is there any evidence so far?
You know, I haven't really been paying that much attention to it.
They have to prove that President Biden somehow financially benefited from the business enterprises of Hunter Biden.
We'll see.
Have they done it yet, in your mind?
If there were a smoking gun, I think we'd be talking about it.
He doesn't know if there's a smoking gun, John, and he hasn't been paying attention to the question of Hunter Biden family corruption.
I can't believe that for a second, John, do you?
I would hope you'd be paying attention.
The allegations are serious and the American people now believe by, I think, a 60% margin, or 60% of Americans believe that Joe Biden was involved in his son's business dealings and lied about it, right?
So what is the state of the evidence?
There are four very clear pieces of evidence.
One is that Joe Biden lied to get into the presidency.
During 2019 and 20, he concocted a series of stories that were false, including being a part of the effort to portray Hunter Biden's laptop as disinformation when the United States government knew it wasn't and Hunter Biden would have known it wasn't.
The second thing he's done is he clearly not only lied about it, but he did facilitate his son's ability to peddle influence across the world and collect millions of dollars for himself and the family and James Biden and others.
Now, that's a very important standard because about a decade ago, in a case, an impeachment case brought by Adam Schiff, none other.
How about that?
Adam Schiff brought an impeachment case.
There was a federal judge named Judge Porteous of New Orleans,
and he was impeached, and he was thrown out of his judicial spot because, among other things,
he allowed gifts to go to his children for a wedding from a lawyer that had business before his
court, or a defendant lawyer who had business before his court.
It was grounds for impeachment if you were part of the effort that helped
enrich a family member using your official position.
We now know that Joe Biden did that, right?
He met with the Chinese.
He met with the Ukrainians.
He met with other people.
He got on the phone two dozen times.
He was facilitating this influence-peddling operation of Joe Biden.
Under past circumstances, we know that that is an impeachable offense.
Under the Bill Clinton standard, we know that lying to the American people is an impeachable offense.
So, it's a shame that some of these senators aren't that dialed into the evidence or haven't looked at the big issues.
What does that mean?
It means the House needs to do a better job of educating their brethren in the Senate.
If Chuck Grassley is pretty learned, Yeah, I just don't believe it for a second.
in a pretty big position the Senate don't know, then the House better do a better job
educating them quickly because the American people are now ahead of the Senate.
Yeah, I just don't believe for a second.
I think this guy has reasons for saying he hasn't heard of this story or doesn't know
the story.
Let's talk about a deeper dive on this because there's so much information out there, whether
it's Ukraine, whether it's Romania, whether it's Kazakhstan.
A recent article at Justin News has this headline, Impeachment inquiry zeroes in on origin of Hunter Biden's China deals.
While Joe Biden was vice president, including a $1.4 billion deal with the National Bank of Communist China.
Do you think this will end up being the neuralgic point, the third rail for the investigations?
Because of course, this is our number one strategic foe.
Yeah, well, that's exactly right.
People keep wondering, is Joe Biden taking such an easy course on China because of all the money his family got?
You never want a president or his family to be in that position with the American people.
Doubt you're acting for them because of all the money you took.
That's why the conflicts of interest statutes are.
There's a very important piece of information in that story.
It surfaced last week when the House Ways and Means Committee put out Rob Walker's interview with the FBI.
Rob Walker is one of those business partners that the House hopes to talk to.
He's friends with Joe, business partners with Hunter.
In an interview with the FBI, he said to the FBI, yes, Joe Biden met with the Chinese CFC officials in 2017.
That's correct.
And then he said, well, did he ever meet with him when he was vice president?
Meaning before he left office in 17.
And Rob Walker said yes.
And the FBI didn't ask anything else.
They moved on to another topic.
Rob Walker's on record saying that while Joe Biden was vice president, he met with China
CFC officials.
That is a new data point we did not have.
That could become a very explosive piece of new information.
And Rob Walker's on that short list of the next witnesses that Congress is pursuing.
I would circle his name on your chart if you're watching.
He could be a very critical piece of evidence, because when you take everything that's been
said, what James Biden said, what Rob Walker said, what the emails on the laptop showed,
it looks like Hunter Biden was doing all of its work for CFC China while Joe Biden was
president.
And then he deferred the payments until after Joe got out of office.
And if that's the case, that becomes a very, very big scandal.

He doesn't mean anything that comes out of his mouth, does he?
I would definitely say that, yes.
It's all a show.
Exactly.
It's all a show.
But let's talk about serious business.
Cash Patel, well, he's angry and he gave an important interview on what the GOP did Without us really paying attention.
And it has to do with FISA.
What is FISA?
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which is used to spy on Americans.
It's meant to spy on terrorists or foreign agents of adversarial powers.
But instead, the GOP, quietly behind the scenes, has extended the expiration of what was meant to be December until well into the election year.
And Cash just tells the truth about the threat to you and me.
Cut 13!
The biggest concern I have going forward is the politicization and weaponization and creation of a two-tier system of justice as a result.
Back when Devin Nunes and I ran the Russiagate investigation and exposed the FISA corruption, we recommended a slew of fixes so it would never happen again.
Unfortunately, Congress chose to allow 702 FISA to basically be reauthorized.
What does that mean?
What is 702?
It's fancy for foreign intelligence surveillance.
It means me as a former national security prosecutor and intelligence operative would go overseas and manhunt terrorists.
That's what it's for.
But the FISA court in April of 2022 publicized an opinion that said the FBI used it illegally 275,000 times domestically against Americans.
16 different occasions against those affiliated with January 6th.
19,000 times domestically against donors to a congressional campaign.
And wait for it, 24,000 separate times against Americans and groups in and around January 6th.
That FISA process has been turned on its head.
Redirected inwards, and anyone who says, oh that's just a Republican conspiracy speak, that's the FISA court that rescinded Rod Rosenstein's illegal surveillance of Donald Trump twice, based on our investigation, and now they do it again, and they prove the FBI and DOJ have weaponized justice, and the Republican leadership in Congress allowed it to be reauthorized, essentially through the next election cycle.
So there's a lot of information there.
Let me just be explicit.
200,000 instances of illegal surveillance of US citizens with a tool that's meant to be used to surveil terrorists. 19,000 Uses of that because of people who donated to the Trump campaign and then 24,000 illegal Pfizer surveillance warrants against people connected to Janney the 6.
Only 100 people have been charged, or 200.
But why are 24,000 surveilled?
24,000?
The GOP did that.
You need to understand who they are.
Let's go to Ro May in Hawaii.
Line one.
Aloha, Dr. Gorka.
And yes, I loved watching Gorka reality show yesterday.
And you had brought on Moms from America.
Yes.
Oh my gosh.
I'm a former school counselor of 20 years, now an author, and describing what she had to go through at the public school with her kid basically tagged as a Well, for those who aren't familiar, we told the story of a young mother from California who, for a week, her 8-year-old came home from class every day with a different piece of string around her neck tied to a tag with the definition for transgender, bisexual, LGBTQ, so basically the indoctrination of an 8-year-old.
Exactly.
What we've noticed and what I put in my book, Fight Flight, is they used to give you a permission slip or they used to would inform parents by an opt out.
They are not doing that anymore.
They're doing a lot of things through portals and just saying, OK, once you sign all the beginning of the year forms, then we're good.
So they slide it in that way.
And To parents, as a school counselor, complacency is not the answer.
We have to move.

Obama seems like a long time ago, doesn't it?
Do you remember his great legacy, Obamacare?
The attempt to just take government control of your healthcare?
Do you think that's far behind us?
Well, it isn't, because there's another radical still in the Senate.
You know who he is.
Bernie Sanders of Maine.
Obamacare wasn't enough for him.
Now he wants to take control of your prescription drug pricing and cut out the pharmacy benefit managers And as a result of that, these individuals who are saving the average American more than $1,000 a year, well, they won't be able to protect you, and the government will control the prices.

All right, we have to talk about what's happening in the courts across the land and hopefully, God willing, in the Supreme Court with somebody who knows of what he speaks.
He's a good friend of the show here on America First and on Newsmax.
Jesse Bernal, welcome back.
Thanks so much for having me again, Dr. Gorka.
Well, we trust you because President Trump trusts you as one of his attorneys.
First thing we need for you to unlock for us is the significance of this decision
based upon one plaintiff last week amongst the January 6 individuals who are prosecuted,
or rather persecuted, that the Supreme Court will hear this obstruction of an official proceedings.
I think it's Statute 1312 that was meant to stop the destruction of evidence after Enron,
but has been applied to turbo up the charges after January 6.
Could you explain from your professional perspective the significance of this Supreme Court listening to this and also how it could apply to President
Trump?
Yeah, it's a great question. So this is Code Section 1512 C2 and I say that
because it's it's important to know the the history of the statute like you
talked about. It was something that came into play after Enron to be used
And then almost immediately, the Department of Justice... But let's stop there.
Did I summarize it correctly?
What was the intent of that statute originally?
What were they trying to stop people from doing?
They were trying to stop accountants and other people in the finance sector from destroying documents.
To obstruct justice of people who are stealing money from their shareholders.
Right.
And defrauding.
So it's not about grannies walking between the velvet ropes in statuary hall in Congress.
That's right.
That is not what they meant this statute for.
And there's some other statutes that were passed as part of the same legislation that the Department of Justice, along with this one, immediately started, quite frankly, misusing.
And they were using these statutes to try to be all-encompassing statutes to go after people really for political purposes.
And the Department of Justice, or the court systems, have started walking them back on that.
Matter of fact, the Supreme Court, at least twice, that I know of, has limited what the government could do
regarding these statutes in the Department of Justice's overuse of them.
And this, I think now, is the most blatant overuse of them, and the way that they are using it to target people
on the basis of politics, where if you are against Justice Kavanaugh or
or if you're in favor of Hamas, you can do whatever you want to
in order of disrupting Congress.
But if you support Donald Trump, then you're gonna go spend a couple decades in prison
if you do less than what these Hamas protesters and other left-wing protesters have done.
And then unpack for us also the question of presidential immunity and how it seems
as if the Jack Smith case isn't just in abeyance right now but could be supremely flawed.
Bye.
Oh, it's been supremely flawed from the beginning.
And let's not even, you know, talk about the fact that it is a factually baseless complaint, because, you know, all President Trump did is ask people to peacefully and patriotically make their
voices heard.
Let's talk about the fact that it targets people for the basis of protected First Amendment
speech and let's talk about it invades the separation of powers.
One of the most important aspects of liberty that our founders gave us, our Constitution,
is separation of powers by criminalizing something that the President of the United States does.
And that's why it is a very important question.
It is something that is going to have to be reviewed by the Supreme Court.
The question just is when it's going to be reviewed by the Supreme Court.
And Jack Smith right now is doing everything he can to railroad this case and try to get the Supreme Court to sign on to his efforts to railroad Donald Trump.
in order to affect the 2024 election.
And put very simply, somebody else explained it to me thusly, that if you don't have separations of powers,
then the American people elect the chief executive, and if he doesn't have that immunity,
basically he can be in court for the next four or eight years
and just being stymied because he doesn't have that immunity.
Yeah, Dr. Gorka, that is exactly right.
We have separation of powers because that is the only way that we can have a government that really is based on the rule of law and the rule of man.
And, you know, Justice Scalia has pointed out that every two-bit dictatorship in the world has a Bill of Rights, but it doesn't mean anything unless you can enforce that Bill of Rights.
In order to enforce a Bill of Rights, You need to have separation of powers in order to keep government power in check.
Yeah.
The constitution of the Soviet Union of Socialist Republics, the USSR, was a beautiful constitution, but of course it was a prison state.
And if you don't have that presidential immunity, then the will of the American people can't be exercised.
And if there's a problem with the president, That's why impeachment and conviction in the Senate exists.
This isn't about a president doing whatever he wants to do.
It's about checks and balances and the will, most importantly, the will of the American people being done.
We're going to hold you over for one more segment.

Hey, Dr. G. Hey.
So, my theory on the last name thing... On why Americans call each other by the last name, yeah?
Yeah, yeah.
I think it's because of World War I. After World War I, because it's a military thing, calling people by their last names, when people came back from the war, they did the same thing.
Like, hey, Murphy, how's it going, Johnson?
No, I don't buy it, because I'm talking about people who are under 30 doing it.
I think it's just handed down type of thing here.
I don't buy it.
And you wouldn't do it, I'm not talking about people doing it with friends, because I do it with people who are in my squad in the army, or people I went to school with.
I'm saying when you do it with somebody who's not a friend of yours.
I find that highly disrespectful.
Yeah, I can see what you're talking about, but only because I know a lot of British people too.
No, no, it's just like, yeah, if you're calling me Gawker, you went to school with me, or you were in the same unit with me.
End of story.
If you weren't, it's disrespectful.
You can call me Sebastian or something else, but last name, that's something that has a very special connotation.
Like you should know my last name type of thing?
Yeah, or there's a reason you're calling me by my last name.
Yeah, I get it.
Alright, thanks buddy.
Have a good one.
Merry Christmas.
Thank you.
All right, I'm going to play you a quick cut from Hunter Biden, and I want you to give
us your professional take on it, all right?
Stand by, just.
Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
Do you believe we live in a Judeo-Christian civilization?
Are you looking for a special gift?
Well, we have a brand new t-shirt inspired by you, our dear callers.
We're taking the perverse, genocidal call of the pro-Hamas protesters.
We've got a map of Israel, and it says, from the river to the sea, Israel forever free.
Get it and so much more, including all of my books, at sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-8-store.com.
All right, we are back with the president's attorney, Jesse Bernal.
I need to get your take on something somebody said to me about what happened last week just outside Congress.
Here's a little reminder from the first son of the United States.
Cut to.
And in the depths of my addiction, I was extremely irresponsible with my finances.
But to suggest that as grounds for an impeachment inquiry is beyond the absurd.
It's shameless.
There's no evidence to support the allegations that my father was financially involved in my business because it did not happen.
So somebody said that Hunter Biden must have the dumbest attorneys in the world because not only was he committing a crime by not complying with a congressional subpoena, he was confessing to not complying and committing a crime with a press statement.
Could his attorneys be that bad, Jesse Bernal?
It's arrogance, Dr. Broca.
It's absolute arrogance because his attorneys know that the Department of Justice is never going to prosecute him.
And so Congress can take, and they can vote to hold him in contempt, and they can send that to the Department of Justice and say, not only did he refuse to comply, but he went and held a press conference at the time he was supposed to be giving testimony pursuant to his deposition with a member of Congress standing right next to him, by the way.
And there are questions as to whether that Congressman Eric Swalwell was committing a crime or aiding and abetting a crime by facilitating that non-compliance with the subpoena.
You bet.
You bet.
As a matter of fact, it could be a violation of that very same statute that we just talked about that the Supreme Court is going to review, depending on how you read that statute.
So yes, it very well could be a crime that he did that.
And so the arrogance of the Biden family really knows no bounds, they would actually go, and you're right,
can make full confessions right in front of Congress when he's refusing to comply with congressional subpoena,
where if you're Steve Bannon, you're looking at six months in jail.
So it's just absolutely absurd that he's doing that.
It's gonna be more absurd when, as we know, at the end of the day, Merrick Garland
is never gonna prosecute him for it.
Well, we shall see.
It's going to get very interesting for the Biden organized crime clan.
And in the meantime, President Trump has got great counsel like Jesse Bernal standing with him.
Please follow him at Bernal.com, B-I-N-N-A-L-L.com and at JBernal on X.
That's the first time I've ever called it X, I think.
Merry Christmas to you, Jesse!
More.
Where did that hour go?
That's in stain.
stay with us here on America First and I'll take some calls at the top of the hour.
Thank you.
you you
you the visit of the major I
When Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, in the days of King Herod, behold, Magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying, Where is the newborn King of the Jews?
We saw his star at its rising, and have come to do him homage.
When King Herod heard this, he was greatly troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
Assembling all the chief priests and the scribes of the people, he inquired of them where the Messiah was to be born.
They said to him, In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it has been written through the prophet, And you, Bethlehem, land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah, since from you shall come a ruler who is to shepherd my people Israel.
Then Herod called the Magi secretly and ascertained from them the time of the star's appearance.
He sent them to Bethlehem and said, Go and search diligently for the child.
When you have found him, bring me word that I too may go and do him homage.
After their audience with the king, they set out.
And behold, the star that they had seen at its rising preceded them until it came and stopped over the place where the child was.
There they were overjoyed at seeing the star, and on entering the house they saw the child with Mary, his mother.
They prostrated themselves and did homage.
Then they opened their treasures and offered him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
And having been warned in a dream Not to return to Herod, they departed for their country by another way.
That is the opening of chapter two of Matthew's Gospel, the story of the three kings or the Magi.
I don't know about you, but this has I don't know.
Something's happening in the last, maybe it's the three years of being under the current regime.
These important moments, the most important moments, whether it's Easter or celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior, they kind of just creep up on us and then they're here and we're just Too distracted by everything that's going on?
Unable to comprehend the venality, the cynicism of those that are in political power, much like Herod?
So let's take a moment.
I will, every day this week, I'll read a little excerpt from the Christmas story as laid down in the Synoptic Gospels.
Just to try and bring us back to that place.
And also to respond to those who just don't get it.
On my substack in AMAC, I write for AMAC regularly, amac.us, and on my substack, I wrote a piece called We Are All Jews.
It was prompted, of course, by the horrendous, horrific, brutal, savage attacks of October the 7th.
And I was making the point that our civilization is a Judeo-Christian civilization.
And that first part of that word, Judeo, is important.
And Eric kindly made sure that it went out to all of my subscribers, my thousands of subscribers on Substack.
And somebody responded, somebody called Krafton.
I think that's his last name, Krafton.
He just wrote two sentences.
My title was, We Are All Jews.
After that horrific massacre.
Krafton responds, No, we are not!
I am a Christian and a devout Catholic.
I don't approve nor sanction modern Jews.
I'm unsubscribing.
Oh, that's big of you.
You don't sanction modern Jews?
Wow.
Sounds like something the Hitler Youth would say.
My response was, Jesus was a Jew.
And your response means you're not a Catholic either.
Good riddance.
Now, I want to share with you his response about that Jesus doesn't matter if he was a Jew, because it's important, so crucial to understand who Jesus is.
He is the Jewish man.
He is God.
And as he said to us, as reported, In the Gospels, He is the fulfillment of the Law.
He isn't here to destroy the Mosaic Law.
His isn't a deconstruction of the Old Testament, a replacement of the God of the Israelites.
Quite the contrary.
It is a fulfillment of that covenant.
It is the re-establishment of that covenant.
But in this case, the greatest grace of God is what?
He had one chosen people.
One chosen people.
The Jews.
And a Christian cannot deny that.
And what God did for us by sending his one and only son to earth is to open up that covenant.
To say, yes, one nation was my nation.
The people of Moses, of Abraham, But now, I will have that relationship with everyone who wants to be part of it.
My son, despite having all my power, will die for you, for all men and women.
Not only will he die for us, he will take upon himself All of our sin.
In that ultimate act of love, there is no greater love than when Jesus says, Thy will be done, not mine.
As he literally cries blood in the Garden of Gethsemane.
As the apostles he asked to stay awake could not stay awake.
And he bleeds through every pore in his forehead.
Because he doesn't want to die the excruciating death of crucifixion.
But he submits himself to the will of the Father.
Because that is the most important thing in a relationship of love.
That is why we were created in the first place.
That is why we have free will.
You cannot have a relationship of love if you have no free will.
That is why evil exists.
That is why Lucifer Committed a rebellion against God, fell to earth, and became Satan.
That's why evil walks the earth.
Because men can choose to follow the truth, the will of God, or they can choose individually, just like the angel Lucifer, to rebel against that which is good.
It's the most important thing we know.
It's why the left must destroy everything that is sacred.
Because God is good.
God is the truth as his son told us.
The truth, the way, and the light.
So let's pause.
Let's take a moment every day this week as we prepare to celebrate the reason why we've won.
Things may be very difficult down here on earth.
It may be very difficult in Ukraine, in Israel, In the parts of America that have been betrayed by their political masters.
Things may be very difficult for the families of the January 6th protesters, for the people who worked for the President, for the President's family.
But first we understand we've already won, thanks to what happened 2,000 years ago on a hill outside Jerusalem, the Mount of Skulls, Golgotha.
And that should inform us what happened that day.
Ours is an ultimate victory.
An eternal victory.
Our job right now is to make the Lord's Kingdom be reflected a little bit more here, down on Earth.
Merry Christmas, my friends.
Merry Christmas.

Jeff, I know I only do it like once, one week in a year.
It's not too much, is it?
It's usually Christmas and Easter, so it's related.
Right, but you know, it's okay for like one segment a day, right?
Yeah, Christmas time.
Okay, all right.
Eric?
Not a problem?
I think it's perfectly fine.
If anything, we could use more of it.
All right!
I like that.
I like that.

Getting with God.
I think we have like a separate podcast.
We need to be... Well, anyway, if you're interested in hearing me read the Bible, Getting with God, wherever you get your podcasts, I forgot to mention that.
Let's get our colleague John to spread that far and wide.
When it comes to Christmas, let's spread the love beyond our immediate family.
It is so easy to do so with the Prison Fellowship Program.
The late, great Chuck Colson decided, look, there's over a million kids in America whose parent, mother or father, is in prison this Christmas.
They're vulnerable.
They feel guilty for no reason of their own.
How can we help them feel a little bit more love, spread some joy?
And for just $25, what do they do?
They get a Christmas gift.
To that child, on behalf of their incarcerated mother or father, with a note of love from that parent, and a children's Bible.
It's a beautiful thing to do.
If you're ready for Christmas, please help one of these children.
$125 is 5 children, $250 is 10 children, who will just feel a little bit more love this Christmas.

Okay, are things finally shifting for the better?
Supreme Court taking up the 1312 cases, immunity for the president, And also Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress.
Will he be arrested at Reagan Airport and put in leg shackles?
Let's ask the man who has been doing incredible work uncovering the truth about that day and so much more from Revolver News, Darren Beatty.
Welcome back to America First.
Great to be back with you, Seb.
All right, I don't want to ruin your Monday, Darren, but I've got to play you a 19-second clip from that lunatic Joe Scarborough talking about my former boss, President Trump.
Cut four.
Donald Trump's always talking about how horrible America is, how terrible America is, when he's not in office.
He did it before, he's doing it after.
And he quotes Vladimir Putin approvingly to talk about how rotten American democracy is.
He quotes President Xi.
So this is the talking point now for the last two weeks, that President Trump will be a dictator, he will be a Hitler if he is re-elected.
I'm just curious, Darren, do you have a theory?
Do these people know that he was a president for four years, he didn't do anything dictatorial, like send the FBI to his predecessor's home, like this administration did?
Do these people just think the American audience are dumb?
Do you have a theory?
Well, they certainly think that, and I wouldn't exclude the possibility that they are correct in that assessment.
But nonetheless, I think this whole terminology about dictators is kind of ridiculous, and it's certainly ahistorical, as I think, you know, the concept of a dictator comes from Uh, the Roman form of government.
It existed in the Republic and also a little bit afterward with Caesar in a kind of complicated way, but really what it was is a designated person with full authority to get the job done, but it wasn't even without accountability and it wasn't a permanent arrangement.
And it seems to me that ironically this is kind of Precisely the thing we need, whereas now we have a bureaucratic mess with zero accountability.
So ironically, a dictatorship in its original context would actually be exactly what we need.
The problem is, as we know, the bureaucracy is not only incompetent, not only incredibly slow, but unfortunately the culture is politically hostile to the very important agenda that Trump ran on and attempted to implement in his first term.
And so if anything, I think it would be great if he could be a little bit more of a dictator in terms of having that authority over the bureaucracies versus constantly being stymied at every corner by a deep state that is fully committed to this path of destruction that our country has been on for several decades.
Well, I mean, it is a fact that the Executive works for the Chief Executive, and the Chief Executive is the President of the United States.
It would be nice if they recognized the writ and the will of the American people by doing what the President wants them to do.
But there's something darker here, isn't there, Darren?
I wrote a piece focusing on this use of the word sieves.
When you have Robert Kagan write 5,000 words in the Washington Post calling President Trump a Caesar, you remember what Shakespeare in the Park did back in the summer of 2017, where they showed Julius Caesar in the Shakespeare play being killed every night to applause, and he was dressed like President Trump in a blue suit, a red tie, and a blonde wig.
There's more to this as just being a rhetorical device.
Molly Hemingway has called this an assassination info prep.
Isn't there a very dark side to this, Darren?
I certainly think there is.
I mean, obviously, if you look at, you know, what it means to Caesar, you know, he was assassinated.
And, you know, it's been a subject of controversy and debate throughout history as to whether, you know, Caesar was a good thing, whether the dissolution of the
Republic was a good thing, and this or that.
But this is an historical conversation, and it's puzzling to me why this would even be used,
given the historic literacy of the population.
I think the assassination dog whistle will be lost on at least 99% of the population.
So who knows?
I think they should.
But do you think, do you think it is an assassination dog whistle or not?
Um, I certainly think it could be interpreted that way.
And I think they're aware of it.
Certainly if you apply the standards that they themselves attempt to apply to the right with their ridiculous concept
of stochastic terrorism, it would fall into that category far more
clearly and comfortably than the things that they accuse the right of
doing that invites stochastic terrorism. So I think it's, you know, the larger
point is, you know, they've tried everything that they can against Trump. They've
tried censoring him.
They've tried deplatforming him.
They've tried burying him in civil cases.
They've tried burying him in criminal cases.
Nothing works.
And so, you know, there's an actual thing and what else do they have left at their disposal?
And that's when it gets into this dark territory that I think makes these Caesar Comparisons are highly inappropriate, to say the least.

Some January 6th stuff in the works, just following up on tying up some loose ends, but we're not quite ready for
that.
That's coming up closer to the 6th.
Another major research theme we've undertaken is the collapse of complex systems, basically the deterioration of airline safety, particularly in the air traffic controller sector.
You've probably seen this in the news, a massive increase in near crash events for a variety of reasons.
So we did a major study on that.
A few weeks ago and we're following up on that.
So those are the main things we're doing and of course covering everything as of late that's hot and new in the headlines.
Any new revelations in the pipe bombing footage?
Well, you know, that's a great question.
Thomas Massey did interview some people on this.
He's been on this case and So far, the FBI is very quiet about it.
You know, Steven D'Antuono, who is the head of the public investigation, who incidentally was the guy who oversaw the Whitmer kidnapping plot.
You see, of all people in the country, he's the one appointed by Wray to head the D.C.
field office.
He becomes the head of the PIPOM investigation.
And we just bombard him with severely inconvenient questions to the point that he ends up resigning.
But then he volunteered himself back to the Judiciary Committee to answer questions.
He was asked questions based on Revolver's research and More or less, he basically confirmed the legitimacy of all of these questions and only attached to it with an asterisk, but please don't let this feed into your conspiracy theories.
Yes, the geofencing data happened to be corrupted of all places at this particular time and place, and we have no reasonable explanation for that, but please don't let that feed into your conspiracy theories.
So it was actually quite remarkable.
Incredible, incredible.
When is the big piece on complex systems failing coming out, or is that a running thing?
Well, that's already been out.
That's been out for quite some time, a few weeks now, but we are doing a major follow-up to this shortly, within the next two weeks or so.
Super, super.
Good, all right.
I'm going to play you a lovely cut from Klaus Schwab and Sergey Brin, and then I'll get your reaction.
One minute.
Pillow at the top here.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
Oh, another poll.

It is.
It is.
An autistic Jeb.
It's so bad.
Over a hundred million dollars for this super pack down the drain.
Oh, we didn't even discuss that.
So we've got to discuss that.
Jeff Rowe, yeah.
10 seconds, mic's off.
Okay.
Is the United States becoming a police state?
The United States is a police state.

With Revolver News' Darren Batey.
This clip is an old clip but it's a good one and it goes to the broader context of what we are discussing politically and globally.
I've got to get your reaction to Klaus Schwab and Sergey Brin talking about how elections, you don't really need them.
So technology now is and digital technologies mainly have an analytical power.
Now we go into a predictive power and we have seen the first examples and your company very much involved into it.
But since the next step could be to go into a prescriptive mode, which means you do not even have to have elections
anymore because you can already predict what, predict and afterwards you can say why do we
need elections because we know what the result will be.
Well if I'm the founder of the World Economic Forum and you're the founder of Google, we
can just analytically predict how people will vote and then Darren, we just don't need elections.
Right.
No, I mean, presumably the people behind rigging the elections and stealing the elections know what they're going to do.
So why go through the trouble of having to steal it in the first place when they can just preemptively declare victory, right?
It makes perfect sense.
So, are these just geeks who are, you know, having wet dreams in public about this future?
Or do we need to take people... I mean, he's like a villain at a central casting, this Klaus Schwab.
Do we have to take these people seriously, Darren?
Um, I don't know if I would go that far.
I think it's important to track these conferences and conversations just to get a sense of how the agenda is developing.
And obviously, I think their intentions are are not Positive to say the least, perhaps even malicious.
But I would also say that I think there's a certain kind of attraction to Schwab and these types in particular
as villains, because I think a lot of Americans in particular are uncomfortable with the idea
that so much of the evil and so much of the rot is in house.
So I think it's almost psychologically comforting to imagine that the real bad guy, the final boss,
is some kind of Hollywood version of a German villain with a bald head, like kind of out of Austin Powers.
I think there's something comforting to imagine that this is the guy when, yes, he's not a good guy,
but unfortunately, my perspective at least is that the worst stuff is going on in house
and that's what we need to clean up first.
We've only got a minute left and this should be subject of a larger discussion, but when you say in-house, give us a label for that, Darren.
Is that the Uniparty, the DNC, Obama?
What's the epicenter of that American in-house?
I mean, it's across the entire institutional ecology of the country.
Every major significant institution in the country is degraded, corrupt, and actively hostile to the interests of the average American citizen.
And so, you know, obviously that encompasses the media, the national security bureaucracies, and others.
But the locus of the poison, I think, is really the United States.
The woke virus originated, COVID may have originated in Wuhan, but the woke virus originates in the United States.
And I think we need to approach things on that basis and understanding to really fix things.
But it's a very uncomfortable thing, especially when we all want to love our country and be America first to acknowledge that a lot of the rot is, you know, it's, it's the core of it is right here at home in America.
Yeah.
It's a hard thing to admit, but I think you're right.
I think, you know, the genesis of the woke mind virus is within U.S.
territory.

Almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor.

I met so many amazing patriots when I was in California.
Thank you so much for having me.
that it's just it's heartwarming it reinstills in you faith that there are
people out there who want to fight for America and one of them is actually
running for the California Senate in the district that includes San Francisco
Yvette Corcoran welcome to America first thank you so much for having me I'm very
grateful all right so before you explain this lunatic decision of yours to run
for Senate in California tell us a little bit about your background
Who you are, you Yvette, and what have you done before you took this crazy decision?
So, I'm a mother of two teenagers and I'm a registered nurse.
I've been a nurse for 25 years, serving my community in San Francisco.
I got involved in politics when we had the recall of Gavin Newsom.
helped volunteer with that organization, which then got me involved
with the San Francisco Republican Party here, became a member and shortly after elected
onto the executive committee.
And then I also was involved with volunteering for the recall of our district attorney, Chesa Bowden,
and the three school board members that we successfully recalled.
And now you're not just helping others politically, you've decided to run for the California Senate
in the 11th district that includes parts of San Francisco.
What made you in California take that decision, Yvette?
You know, really there are three main reasons.
One, with the shutdown of our country, the world, we saw our freedoms being stripped away from us one by one.
We're being censored.
We're not able to get the truth out properly.
As a registered nurse, I lost my job.
I was one of the first before we knew about medical and religious exemptions because I wouldn't Vaccinate against a virus that already had the antibodies to.
So that was one reason.
The other one is just I've seen the steady decline of San Francisco, California over the years.
No one is safe in any neighborhood, wherever you walk.
We see that the criminals have more rights than law-abiding residents.
After an extremely violent attack within my family and my children not being physically safe to return to their family home for weeks to months, That's one of the issues that really put me over the edge.
And then the third issue is the assault that we're seeing on our children in the schools.
Here in California, our children are multiple years behind.
They are not reading, writing, or doing arithmetic to grade level.
And we're seeing millions and billions of dollars being poured into teaching our children to hate and confusing our children.
Our children are our future.
If we do not stand up for them now, we really don't have a future.
They don't have a future.
It's painful to watch here.
I live in one of the most far-left cities in the nation, and it's horrific.
I will give one sense that I've been advocating for about three years, and what gives me hope is that I've never met more sensible Democrats and independents, like non-party preference, who are saying that they don't recognize their party anymore and that they can no longer vote that way.
OK, but here's the big question.
They may not vote for Democrats, but are they prepared to vote for a Republican candidate like you, Yvette?
Because I want to be their, I will be their common sense candidate.
I will be moderate.
I think we need the pendulum here in San Francisco and California swung too far left.
We need to bring it back to a sensible area and we really need to All right, we're losing connection here.
I just want you to know that this is a woman who was a registered nurse, lost her job because of the COVID mandates, and now she's deciding to do what she can to save her part of California.
We salute you for that.
Please go to our website, Yvette4Senate.org and follow her at Yvette Corcoran on Twitter, that's Yvette C-O-R-K-R-E-A-N, and the website right now to support this brave lady is YvetteForSenate.org.

When you're calling this show, I'd just like to know one thing about that call.
You're not making it on a cell phone connected to one of the big cell phone providers.
Why?
Because they're not on our side.
They don't love America.
They're part of the problem.
They're woke.
There's only one conservative Christian cell phone company.
It's the one I use.
It's called Patriot Mobile.
They have the same nationwide coverage.
They have a performance guarantee.
And they don't donate millions of dollars to things like Planned Parenthood, like the other cell phone companies do.
They don't fund gun control organizations.
They support the opposite.
They support freedom of speech and the Second Amendment.

We haven't even gotten to some of the stories, important stories of the weekend like The complete collapse of the DeSantis campaign.
Jeff Rowe, the campaign manager, has left from the... What is it?
The Never Back Down Super PAC, Eric?
Never Back Down.
But all they do is back down.
Well, if you're resigning, isn't that like the ultimate backing down?
I'm a bit confused, Eric.
It's never been this over.
That news blew me away.
Are they going to change the name of the PAC to the Always Back Down PAC?
That's one possibility.
There's so many other possibilities.
And the other one is, it's sick.
I mean, absolutely sick.
Jeff, help me out here.
You might be able to help me out here.
Why would a Democrat Senate staffer film himself totally naked having anal sex in a Senate hearing room?
So he can become a victim and then go to Twitter and say it's all homophobia.
So this is, what is this, Eric?
Senator, who's this?
Senator Cardin's staffer, right?
Ben Cardin of Maryland, yeah.
And he films himself kneeling on the committee desk being...
Well, I'm just going to quote Chris Plant here.
The question is, is it an insurrection?
Because it was on Capitol Hill, and it was an erection that was inserted.
So is it an insurrection is the question.
But you're filming yourself, and then you post it on a gay site!
And you're like, yeah, right, you're the victim, because you post a video of yourself having naked, fully, he's completely naked!
All right, let's talk about some real news.
My wife gave us an early Christmas present.
I'm so excited.
One dog is no dogs, two dog is one, and three is two.

What is this?
Episode 50 or something crazy?
Something around the 50 range, yeah.
Nuts!
It's like almost a year in.
Thank you to all of our guests here on The Manhood Hour.
I said to myself, maybe we can just talk about the virtues, the history, maybe the ideological stuff, without veering into politics.
And then I realized, Nothing is apolitical today.
If you believe in the Second Amendment, the freedom of speech, your kids being able to go to school without wearing masks, nothing is non-political.
Therefore, these things bleed into one another.
And so I'm going to play you a cut you might not have expected in the manhood hour from a certain first son.
Play the cut.
And in the depths of my addiction, I was extremely irresponsible with my finances.
But to suggest that as grounds for an impeachment inquiry is beyond the absurd.
It's shameless.
There is no evidence to support the allegations that my father was financially involved in my business because it did not happen.
Of course that was Hunter Biden committing a crime, a felony, because he was outside Congress making a press statement instead of complying with a legal congressional subpoena to testify behind closed doors to give a deposition.
Why am I playing that now?
Because he's a perfect example of what it means not to be a man.
I'm not saying he's transgender or he's going to be a drag queen, but you look at what's been documented on those laptops, his lifestyle, the prostitutes, getting somebody pregnant, not recognizing the child that was created out of that union.
And just his lack of any moral compass.
It is the antithesis of what it means to be a man.
It also leads me to introduce an individual who knows a lot about that corruption and everything that happens in this city.
He's the head of investigations and research for that powerhouse that is Judicial Watch.
He's a good friend of the show.
Chris Farrell, thank you for coming in studio.
Thank you, Seb.
Great to be with you.
So I just use Hunter Biden as example of That's what some in our civilization have sunken to, in terms of being men.
You're an expert on corruption in this city.
You were a Cold War warrior, and I don't say that as an insult because I miss the Cold War as much as you do, I think, because it was very easy.
Because you were a counterintelligence officer in the US Army.
Let's drill down on that for a second.
What we witness today from Hunter Biden to transgender drag queen recruiters in the U.S.
Army and the Navy and so forth, this isn't just the perversions of individuals.
Isn't this a concerted ideological assault on masculinity and manhood?
It's even, it is, it's so fundamental.
It even goes... It's not necessarily a manhood or masculinity question.
It's a human dignity question.
And it's not being able to tell the truth.
Right.
Right.
And when you can't tell the truth, when you can't say that there is an objective truth, then you see it played out Then you can have gay sex on the desk of a Senate building and film yourself.
And so the moral relativism and all the bizarre sort of boutique variations and examples and everybody has their own truth and their own reality and their own... that is the cesspool that we're in now.
But when you back it all up and you cut through all the double talk and rationalization and everything else, you have to be able to tell the truth.
No matter how painful or shameful, he almost does it.
Hunter Biden, he mimics and sort of goes through this, well, I'm going to make this sort of moral confession, and I'm going to buy into or identify all of his failings.
But then he's like a bullfighter, right, all the way.
And he sidesteps, and he doesn't actually take responsibility and own it.
For his corruption.
Correct.
Having owned it and admitted it, he doesn't then seek to make amends and correct it.
No.
Instead, he points to everybody else.
Right.
Says, I did all these bad things, and you're wrong for showing it or saying it.
Right.
That's very good analysis, which is what we expect from the head of research and investigation.
When you say, my truth, I think back to that moment where Senator Kamala Harris During the Brett Kavanaugh hearings, there's Blasey Ford talking, you know, this made-up, he raped me in a house, I don't know which house or what year.
The whole thing is phony.
And Senator Kamala says, her truth.
Hang on a second.
You're investigating a rape.
Either the rape happened and Brett Kavanaugh was there raping Blasey Ford or she's making it up.
There's no his truth or her truth.
And this is now, of course, the Vice President.
Right.
And this is the moral relativism that we're talking about.
This is the same insanity where the left in the United States somehow can't find its way to critiquing The raping and the brutality of Hamas on October 7th.
They're ready to make an exception and explain that, too.
Context, like President Gay of Harvard.
Well, genocide of the Jews, it's contextually bound.
This is never-ending.
I taught journalism law at George Mason for five years.
And I would try to say, is there any such thing as objective truth?
I'd ask the class this.
And you'd get a lot of heads down.
No one was really very... But is there objective truth?
Why would you want to be a journalist and go to journalism school if you don't believe in that?
Can you tell me one thing that everyone will agree on is objectively true?
And, I mean, this causes... Humming and aring.
Most of them are terrified to express an opinion.
These are all like juniors and seniors in a 400-series class.
But what I would try to do is say, well, tell me one time when rape is good.
Explain to me.
How is that ever good?
Well, now we're finding out, if it's Jews.
And that is the problem.
That's why I bring this up.
Now, I don't want to oversimplify, but you know, you're the perfect guest to raise this with.
And I don't want to say there's one cause, but when we talk about this, it's not even a bastardization of the truth, it's the negation of the truth.
I go back to this one paragraph from George Kennan's long telegram.
This is 1946.
He's sitting in Moscow.
Avril Harman, the ambassador, is on vacation.
Thank goodness.
Yes, thank goodness.
And DC says to the mission in Moscow, what's happening with Uncle Joe?
We don't get it.
We thought he was our friend.
Can you guys explain it?
And so down sits George Kennan, who knows Russia backwards and the Soviet Union, writes
this 14-page classified cable that became the article, the sources of Soviet conduct.
And there's this passage in it where he says, truth for the party, meaning the Communist
Party but now it's the DNC, is that which is of utility to the party.
Exactly.
Totally plastic.
So is that where we are today?
We have a Soviet conceptualization.
True, Chris?
Yes.
Without reservation, yes.
But people have to understand that it's not just the Democratic Party.
It's your fabulous federal government, right?
So it's not... Unpack that.
Well, it's law enforcement, it's Department of Justice, FBI, the other alphabet soup agencies.
They will say and do anything, and I mean that, caps, bold, ANYTHING, To get and do what they want.
And if you're in their crosshairs, there is virtually no limit to what they will twist, fabricate, manipulate to destroy you.
And their crosshairs or the crosshairs of their political masters.
Correct.
As long as they're Democrats.
Right.
I mean, in this case, you just have to look at, you know, Strzok and Page.
You know, that sort of back and forth.
Just read their text messages.
I walked into a Walmart and I smelt the Trump voters.
Exactly.
And you're like, wait a minute, why would they take the full apparatus of national intelligence collection and law enforcement and zoom it in on you?
Sure they would.
No problem whatsoever.
Especially after January the 6th.
And we still don't know.
It's weird.
The director of the FBI can't tell us how many FBI agents were dressed as Trump supporters that day.
He's also still lying about the Richmond anti-Catholic memo, which now turns out was staffed to the General Counsel's office, was coordinated with the field offices.
Wasn't just some crazy people in Richmond.
In Portland and in Milwaukee.
So it's about three times bigger.
And he either made false or misleading statements about it.

On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first.
Do you get a warm feeling inside when you hear Christmas carols?
I do.
I just get a wry smile and I love this season for everything it represents and for the reunion of family around the dining table, around the Christmas tree, singing the carols.
And just reading passages from the story of the birth of our Lord and Savior.
It's a wonderful time.
Let's share that wonder and gift love to others less fortunate than us.
There's just a few days left.
Please, if you haven't donated yet, the Chuck Colson Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Program is bringing Christmas gifts to the children across America.
There's more than one and a half million of them who have an incarcerated parent this
Yuletide.
These are very, very vulnerable girls and boys.
More than two-thirds of them will end up in the prison system as well.
Let's break that cycle.
For just $25, they will receive a Christmas gift on behalf of their parent with a message
of love and a children's Bible.
Please give today.
Let's make them a little bit more loved and feel as if their Christmas is that much more
Right. $125.
$125 is 5 children, $250 is 10 children.
Just give as much as you can and let's make these Christmases that little bit more love-filled.
You can call in your donation at 888-206-2794 or just go to our website SebGorker.com and click on the angel tree banner.
Please be as generous as you can.
That's 888-206-2794, S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGorker.com.
It's not quite a Christmas gift, but it is a gift of sorts to make us understand what has been happening to this nation since about 1917.
Yuri Bezmenov, a KGB defector, was interviewed in the 1980s, and his interview is played time and again by our good friend Dan Bongino.
It is a Well, an explication of the nation we live in today.
Here's a little snippet.
Demoralization now reaches such areas where previously not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even dream of such a tremendous success.
Most of it is done by Americans to Americans, thanks to lack of moral standards.
As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter anymore.
A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information.
The facts tell nothing to him.
Even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures, even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him concentration camp, he will refuse to believe it.
If you're demoralized as a society, truth has no effect on you anymore.
What he said in the 80s, we actually know today 20% of young Americans think the Holocaust was a myth.
Never happened.
Chris, I don't know if you saw it coming, but as somebody who grew up under the Cold War, I look at November the 9th, or I looked at it, the breaching of the Berlin Wall, East Germans and West Germans literally, you know, chiseling apart the Berlin Wall.
I thought, okay, we've won.
Thanks to Reagan, Thatcher, St.
John Paul II, we've won.
Did you ever expect that socialism, driven by domestic actors and attacking the virtues of Western civilization, manhood, what it means to be a man, what it means to be a woman, would be so powerful just 40 years later?
I always had great reservation as to whether we actually won the Cold War or whether the Cold War ever really ended.
I didn't expect it to be as bad as it is, that's for certain.
Where are we at?
You've been a professor, you've taught in college, you're a former counterintelligence professional.
If you had to take what we used to call an estimate of the situation, a kind of sit-rep of the battlefield.
If you look at Western civilization, you look at America, the pinnacle of that civilization, what Yuri Bezmenov was speaking of, how bad is the rot, Chris?
It's extraordinarily bad.
Over this past year, my wife and I spent about three months in Central Europe, Hungary, Poland, and our friends there, who are obviously markedly more conservative than here in the United States, would say, you know, a lot of your rhetoric sounds like when the Soviets were occupying us.
You mean the establishment rhetoric from D.C.?
Correct.
And even some of the popular culture stuff, right?
So it's contaminated down beyond just politics.
This is, you know, influencers, people that you're supposed to be paying attention to,
the Hollywood crowd.
They've really gone off the deep end.
And, you know, people were asking me earlier today, I had an interview and they said, you know, Biden's numbers are horrible.
What do you think he's going to do?
I said, he's going to double down.
He's going to go further to the left.
And I know that seems counterintuitive.
But it's what we've seen for the last three years.
That is correct.
And that's what they do.
Because if they take one millimeter of a step backward, then that's an admission of failure.
And they never admit failure.
But not only that, it's deeper than an admission of failure.
It's the kind of nod that, yes, the emperor is naked.
That is correct.
And the only way that we can correct this is by going... Double down.
Triple down.
Correct.
Correct.
So, we are in very, very grave danger.
How did we get here?
I mean, those who are the patriots and the conservatives, were we just snoozing since 1989?
We lost control of education.
We either, through benign neglect... Didn't we just kind of ignore the culture?
Yeah.
But it really has so much to do with our educational system.
Where, and literally, you said it before, from 1917, literally from 1917 to now, the educational system has been completely co-opted by the left.
And where even a math problem, like two kids, or a family's going to go to the amusement park, and they're going to spend an X amount of time traveling, and they're going to spend money, and the kids have to work out the details of a word problem.
That gets turned into, well, some people can't go to an amusement park.
And why would they drive?
Why aren't they taking public transport?
So the math question is oppressive.
Exactly.
And that's what has happened.
We have to laugh at.
If you don't realize the depth of the ideological penetration.
Except that, that is what dominates the public school system.
There was a day when Catholic parochial schools were okay.
Nah, not so much anymore.
No, I agree.
As a Catholic, I have to say that.
There's still some charter schools, there's still some other options, there's thankfully a whole lot of homeschooling going on.
And not enough Hillsdales.
Exactly.
But we lost generations of education.
That's how you get 20% of 20-somethings saying, oh, there was no Holocaust.
There's no grounding in truth, which is where we started.
And no value to truth because truth is seen as an oppressive patriarchal concept.

Who had the greatest influence on you on understanding what it means to be an upstanding man?
Was it a coach, a dad, an uncle, a grandfather, somebody in the army?
Yeah, my father.
My father was a World War II era infantry officer in the Philippines.
He was commissioned at 19 as an infantry officer.
He was a 23-year-old brevet major.
Explain brevitely.
Well, it wasn't a permanent rank.
It was only because the 96th Infantry Division in Okinawa had sustained, his particular battalion had sustained something like 70% casualties, which should have had them withdrawn, but it was impossible.
So he was simultaneously a battalion executive officer and a company commander of a rifle company in Okinawa.
So, there's a guy... I had the very great honor of having him swear me in as a second lieutenant.
Wow.
So, that... him... Did he stay in after the war, or was he just... He did for a little while.
What was interesting is, back then, they flipped where you had occupation duty.
So, he fought in the Philippines, so that meant he had occupation in Germany.
In Europe.
So, he stayed in for another... I think it was two and a half years after that.
Did some occupation time in Germany.
There's interesting stories there as well.
But he, by far, was the guiding light as to who and what I am today.
Give us some examples, adjectives or words to describe what he represented to you as a young boy or a young man.
So there was sort of a joke that he had.
In fact, I was thinking about this earlier today.
It's funny you asked the question.
Another very dear friend of his, who was sort of of the same vintage guy.
He wasn't really my uncle, but we used to call him Uncle Dan.
The two of them were both contemporaries.
And after a few adult beverages, they would remark to each other that you have to pull the duty, whatever it is.
And so there's instances or times in life where it doesn't matter what set of cards you're dealt.
Right, you got latrine duty, you gotta do it.
You gotta pull the duty.
Right, right.
So that's just the way it is.
And as I left to go off to my officer's basic course, I turned to my dad and said, well, I was literally about to hop in the car, any last words?
And he just said, be a professional.
And so I mean, it sounds trite, but it's not.
I mean, actually do it.
It's a value system.
Be a professional, right?
And why is that not the case anymore?
Is it, and I've seen this with employees, young guys, even from conservative families, do we just have it too good?
I mean, is the civilization too... We do.
A friend of mine says, we have it so good that we have to make stuff up to be upset about.
We are so spoiled, so pampered, so taken care of, that the slightest disturbance, the slightest little granularity in the very smooth life we have, throws us for a loop.
And it's unreasonable.
It's irrational.
And so, you know, you're gonna get... Not everything goes great all the time.
And you have to be able to deal with it.
And you have to ask for help.
You have to have belief in God.
You have to have friends.
I don't care what your value system is or what your understanding of God is, but there's a God and it's not you.
So you need to acknowledge that.
and realize that there's a power greater than you and you need to get yourself in line with it.
I think we've got our title for this episode, Eric.
There's a God and it's not you.
And when the Wi-Fi signal is weak, it's not a crisis, right?
Correct.
Right?
And somehow we will all muddle through.
Yeah.
And we all, you know, one day this is all over, right?
Uh-huh.
And a friend of mine, an older Anglican priest from years ago, was joking around talking about the state of affairs and how crazy life was and politics.
And he goes, listen, I got a little news for you.
In the end, God wins.
That's like the first meeting of Reagan's National Security Council, when he's getting briefed about the Soviet Union, this and blah, blah, blah.
He says, no, no, no, no.
I've got a plan for this.
We win.
We've already won, thanks to what happened 2,000 years ago on a hill outside of Jerusalem.
Amen.
So, you've got to understand that context, because it is undeniable.
We're talking to Chris Farrell, Director of Research and Investigations at Judicial Watch, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios, just outside the Insalubris Fetid, rank, malodorous, and noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C.
Relief Factor.
This stuff works.
How do I know that?
Because I take it every morning and every evening.
If you know somebody who's suffering with daily pain and has tried everything else and failed to find relief, you owe it to them to order the three-week quick-starter pack.
My mother, when I was a kid, for 20 years, she suffered from pain every single day.
If Relief Factor had been around then, I would have saved up my pocket money and bought it for her.
It's ingredients are proven anti-inflammatories, resveratrol, curcumin, omega-3s, that assault the source of the pain, which is the inflammation.
Find out if you or the person who's suffering with daily pain could be the next success story.
It's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack right now at relieffactor.com or call them up.

You deserve to find out if they, or you, could be the next success story.
That number.

Welcome, welcome.
So much to discuss with a very special guest.
We're going to have deep dive analyses on the breaking news concerning Hunter Biden, events in the Middle East, and so much more.
But before we get to our first guest of the day, There's only two weeks left till Christmas.
Our Angel Tree campaign is woefully below targets.
Will you help me bring light to some of the most unfortunate children in our nation today?
There are more than one and a half million girls and boys who will be without a parent this Yuletide because they are incarcerated.
These children are very vulnerable.
More than two-thirds of them will end up Imprison themselves.
We want to break that cycle by making them feel loved this Christmas.
If you meant to help out and you haven't so far, will you take a moment right now to donate $25 at my website or by calling the Late Great Chuck Colson's Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Program on 888-206-2794.
$25 gets a Christmas gift under the Christmas tree for one of these vulnerable girls and boys.
A message of love that they are remembered by their imprisoned parent and a children's gospel.
Please be a Christmas angel this Yuletide.
$125 is five children who will feel a little bit more loved.
$250 is ten children who will feel that their Christmas means something.
Be that person today.
Please call today.
Please be generous.
This is a personal request from me.
You could literally be saving a life.

All right, let's dive straight in.
So many things to discuss with a friend who, well, it's been far too long since he's been on the show.
He's the author of seminal works about the deep state, the plot against the president and the permanent coup, the first of which was turned into an amazing film by our friend Amanda Milius.
Lee Smith, welcome back to America First.
Sebastian Gorka, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and thank you for inviting me on today.
That's so nice of you to start that way.
I remember the president saying, well, we're going to say Merry Christmas again.
We're going to make it popular again.
And yes, indeed, we're going to be doing it here on our show, America First.
So much to discuss with you, Lee.
Let's start with This went viral yesterday on Monday.
This is Moby, who I had no idea had a podcast.
As Eric says, he should stick to doing new versions of famous James Bond themes.
But this quote-unquote electro musician interviewed the president's son,
who had a very unusual take on what we have been learning of late about the...
the...
...
America First!
Magnificent.
Chatting in the break, we want it to be a white Christmas, Chris and I, and not just because of my new puppy.
I love it when dogs first see snow and try to eat it the whole time as they're walking.
Are we strong?
Are we confident about a white Christmas?
Maybe.
But let's ask the last question to our special guest.
We know we've already won, big picture, up in the sky.
What about America?
Where do you stand right now?
Do you think, of all the things President Trump has done for us as a man, he's revealed the depth of corruption, from the media to the deep state.
Do you think this is a moment of awakening for the republic, Chris?
Could it be?
It is, for two reasons.
One, because of Trump's own work.
his own record four years. But I think an awful lot of people see this unhinged,
over-the-top, obsessive, you know... He's hit fly blah blah blah blah.
Right.
And it's so extreme and so overwrought with fanatic, outlandish remarks, both in government and out, the influencers, the media people, whatever.
It's so hyper that you have to be as dumb as a rock not to say, hey, wait a minute, isn't this a little excessive?
Right.
They think that they're burying them, but they're so busy doing it that they're actually elevating them, right?
But it's not just for influencers like us or, you know, people at important think tanks or media personalities.
If we're serious, if we love the country, you know, we've got three and a half million people listening right now.
It's everybody's job, isn't it, to just get engaged?
Absolutely.
There's no more sitting on the sidelines.
There's no more, oh well, somebody else do it.
That's over with.
Unless you just want to be rounded up like sheep led to slaughter.
So if you have an ounce of spine or muscle, you better use it.
Or if you just love America.
If you love America, there's no choice, right?
Yeah, absolutely no choice.
But even craving self-concern would make people go, hey, wait a minute.
What about me?
Even a selfish instinct.
I don't want to be in a gulag.
But if you don't want to be in a gulag, or if you actually love America, it's time.
If not now, then when?
If you wait, it'll be too late.
And if not you, then who?
Yeah, I think you understand.
Thank you, Chris.
This has been The Manhood Hour.
If you enjoy the show, make sure you are subscribed on the podcast and follow us on all social media.
And if you want to know what the most popular item on our website is, it is the picture
of the President in Jerusalem at the Temple Wall.
The only President to ever visit the Temple Wall as President.
A perfect Christmas gift.
It's on a t-shirt, it's on a mug with a very simple phrase in English and Hebrew,
Our Fight.
Because, as I think we've demonstrated for the last 49 episodes on the manhood hour,
this is an assault against the Judeo-Christian civilization.
