THAT THIS?????
It's amazing when you consider the Me Too movement in that context.
We went from believe all women to believe no women if they're Jewish, right?
And it's not about like, where are the women's groups?
It's like, who do the women's groups represent?
Who do they represent now?
We know they don't represent any Republican women or Libertarian women or pro-life women or independent women.
Among feminists, they don't represent women in sports who don't want to compete against men.
They don't represent women who believe in legitimate safe spaces away from men, right?
They don't represent, obviously, Jewish women and they don't represent White women, unless they buy a dinner where they confess that they're an oppressor to woke scholars.
And I'm trying to think, who's left to represent?
Is it men who say they're women?
Because once you no longer stand up for victims of mass rape, what good are you as a women's group?
Right?
You're worthless!
You're pathetic!
It's just a simple question.
Thank you, Greg Gutfeld, for asking it.
The left, the champion of women.
Isn't that where feminism began?
Who do they represent today amongst women?
Is it only men pretending to be women?
Because it's not after the Me Too movement.
Jewish women who were raped, in many cases mutilated, and afterwards murdered.
It's a good question.
There's one person on the left, or maybe she's left her erstwhile compatriots, former CEO of Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg, who had this 17-second message for the United Nations.
Cut 13.
It's inexcusable when those who have the capacity to make a difference don't.
We call upon the entire UN to formally condemn Hamas for these rapes, make sure there is a full and fair investigation, and hold the terrorists accountable.
Okay, we've found one liberal.
Shame we don't have millions more.
Welcome, dear friends!
I do believe it's Tuesday.

And my substack is just my name, sebastiangawker.substack.com.
Okay, let's discuss what I think is the most dangerous thing the left has perpetrated in the last three years.
The long-term ramifications of the open borders are yet to be known.
Tens of millions let into this country in the last 40 years.
At least 16 million in the last three years.
What are they going to do?
Who is amongst them?
Only time will tell.
But the left institutionally has issued a death warrant against President Trump.
Some of their most influential names, such as Robert Kagan, came together at the weekend to publish a slew of articles, from the Atlantic to the New York Times to the Washington Post, saying that President Trump is a dictator.
He is the new Mussolini, the new Hitler.
What do you do with putative dictators, future tyrants?
Well, of course you should kill them, correct?
That is the message they are sending across the nation to their supporters.
Some of whom we know, thanks to the person who tried to kill Justice Kavanaugh, are quite, quite capable.
In this massive piece in the Washington Post, this is what Robert Kagan, husband of Victoria Newland, a central character in all the machinations of the State Department, the Orange Revolutions and the Russia hoax.
Well, he has this to say in the opening lines of his article.
Trump dictatorship is increasingly inevitable.
We should stop pretending.
Now, think of the inference of every single sentence here.
Let's stop the wishful thinking and face the stark reality.
There is a clear path to dictatorship in the United States.
And it is getting shorter every day.
In 13 weeks Donald Trump will have locked up the Republican nomination.
In the Real Clear Politics Poll Average, Trump leads his nearest competitor by 47 points.
And leads the rest of the field combined by 27 points.
The idea that he is unelectable in the general election is nonsense!
He is tied or ahead of President Biden in all the latest polls, stripping other Republican challengers of their own stated reasons for existence.
The fact that many Americans might prefer other candidates, much ballyhooed by such political sages as Karl Rove, will soon become irrelevant when millions of Republican voters turn out to choose the person whom no one allegedly wants.
Barring some miracle, Trump will soon be the presumptive Republican nominee for president.
The hour of casting about for alternatives is closing.
What is Robert Kagan saying here?
What is he really saying?
He's saying that the American people are going to choose their next president.
But they can't be allowed to do so.
Do you understand what that means?
President Trump is defeating legally and legitimately all his challenges for the nomination and is currently defeating the incumbent in every significant poll including in swing states but you're not allowed to choose him you democratically choosing him is a dictatorship if you're a democrat
Because you're not allowed to freely choose your president.
The fascists have revealed themselves.
The mask has dropped!
The Liz Cheney's, the Robert Kagan's, the Ann Applebaum's are the true Nazis.
Why?
Because in such a stunning lack of appreciation for self-awareness, they are saying you are not allowed to choose your president.
If America chooses her president, that is the tyranny.
Bizarre, isn't it?
But only bizarre if you don't appreciate who the true fascists are.
Everyone who votes for the Democrats, I don't care who you are, you are bought into that narrative, and you are the fascist.
It's that simple.
If you believe Americans should be allowed to choose their chief executive, then you're not a fascist.
The choice is that binary.
Do you get to choose your president or not?
The stakes have been elucidated.
I'm Sebastian Walker.
We've only just begun.
Stay with us for the next three hours.
you you
I I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I want to thank all of you who've been so incredibly generous with our Angel Tree campaign.
But also, I think it's time to thank all of our volunteers.
This is the incredible program where we get Christmas gifts to the girls and boys, more than one and a half million, who have a mother and father incarcerated this Christmas.
Just listen to one of these amazing ladies working out of South Carolina.
Thanks to your contributions.
These kids, they're special and they didn't ask for this to happen to them.
We've become quite a little family.
We really have.
And she looked at that tag and she said, my daddy gave me a gift and he loves me.
It just means everything.
It's Christmas!
It just means everything.
It's Christmas.
Thank you for making that possible with your Christmas contributions.
Just $25 secures a gift for one of these girls and boys from their imprisoned parent with a note of love from that mother, from that father, and a Christmas gospel.
It's one of the most beautiful things you can do this Yuletide.
$125 is five children whose Christmas you will make just that little bit brighter.
Please help them out.
They're very vulnerable.
More than 60% of them will end up in the prison system themselves.
Let's break that cycle.
Please donate today.
Call the Prison Fellowship on 888-206-2794 or just go to my website sebgawker.com and click on the angel tree banner at the top.
That's 888-206-2794.
$206.2794.
$250 is 10 children who will feel just that little bit more love this Christmas.
The website, sebgorkasebgawker.com, and the Angel Tree banner at the top.
Alright, it's always a delight to introduce you to my friends here on America First.
Somebody who I lost contact with because Well, you know, she got out of my old business of counter-terrorism.
Now she's doing some very important things to take back America, one school board election at a time.
But her old life is as relevant as ever, sadly, now after the events of October the 7th.
And it is my pleasure to welcome to the show Hedia Miramadi.
Welcome, Hedia, to America First.
Such an honor and a pleasure to be here with you, Sebastian.
Thank you.
All right, so people can follow you at resurrectministry and resurrectministry.com.
But first, let's talk about the last six weeks in America, in the world, in the Middle East.
I had hoped that the book that had sent me to the White House, my first book, Defeating Jihad, Would be more and more irrelevant.
Sadly it is not.
It is more relevant than ever.
Will you explain what the clever people, the think tankers, get so wrong about the motivations of those who perpetrate acts like October the 7th, Hedia?
You know, you and I and others have been saying this for decades.
They're playing the ideological long game.
It is a theological battle to the finish.
It is apocalyptic.
The jihadists are out for global victory.
They want to defeat The Judeo-Christian nations of the world, and they believe they will.
As Rome has fallen, so will the West.
And so while we're busy, you know, targeting school board members and parents that go to attend school board meetings, the jihadis have been planning and planning.
And unfortunately, the attack against Israel shows just how vulnerable we all are.
And now with our open border and terrorists coming over by the thousands, we only have The opportunity now to just sit and wait and see what happens.
And the tragic thing is that our entire security apparatus is now focused on fellow Americans.
So where are our resources going to be allocated and who's going to be watching these people to focus on the jihadi threat?
Yeah, look, we could dedicate multiple PhD dissertations to this topic, but let me get your take on one thing that I think explains why the left, the quote-unquote grandees, just do not understand how somebody can kill a child, rape a woman, mutilate a woman, and then laugh about it in the name of Allah.
is that the people who don't get it, or want to deny it, are most often non-believers.
They think that they're beyond Christianity, they're smarter than any ideas of God.
And if you don't have religion, doesn't that, Hedia, make it practically impossible to understand those who commit atrocities in the name of some transcendental authority?
That was the hardest part about working with the U.S.
government.
I worked for 22 years in every branch of the U.S.
government doing State Department projects.
I served overseas in Afghanistan, worked for the DoD, did policy papers on Iraq, on Pakistan.
And when you're working with what is mostly the deep state that are staunch atheist secularists, they do not understand A global theology.
They do not understand doctrines that last decades that are talking about a transcendental movement, a victory, regardless of what the reality is on the ground.
So no matter how many times you try to explain it or to build strategies against it, they don't believe it.
And they think, oh, we'll just negotiate.
I mean, we gave control over to Hamas and said, well, you know what?
They're going to moderate.
Look at what happened in Lebanon.
Look at what happened in Lebanon.
Lebanon is still a failed experiment.
That did not work.
You know, and so now we're reaping the repercussions of thinking that Hamas will moderate once in power.
They didn't.
All they did was build an army in order to attack.
And so if you don't understand God, if you don't have a relationship with God to understand it, then you are very ill-equipped to defeat it.
I mean, that proves to you just because the left is alone.
I mean, when you see some of these groups holding signs saying, free Palestine, like, you know, gays for Palestine, you think to yourself, do you understand what they would do to you if you step foot in the country?
It's just this disconnect.
Yeah, totally.
Do you think, I mean, is there anything that will shake people out of this reverie?
Will we, I mean, was 9-11 not enough?
Do we have to have our own October the 7th to remind us of who these people are?
I would hate to think that that's the case, but I think 9-11 is a distant memory to people.
And you know all of the wacky conspiracy theories that, oh, you know, America did it to itself.
It wasn't that bad.
The towers fell.
You know, all those things that make it even worse for people to understand the consequences of jihadi ideology.
But unfortunately, that's maybe what it takes is another attack.
You can follow this lady's work at resurrectministry.com.
I think they have a dyslexic person running their Twitter account.
It's Resurrect Ministry with no I's.
I'm sure there's a limit to the number of characters you can have on Twitter.
But most importantly, her articles at Christian Post.
That's Hedia Miramadi, M-I-R-A-H-M-A-D-I.
Next up, we're going to talk about something that That I've been asking you to do since I came on air almost five years ago and I'm just so excited to find out that my friend Hedia, well, she exemplifies it and she's had some incredible successes.
Stay tuned here on American First to make sure you're following us on all social media breaking news.

So where did you have success so far?
So we have Pacentia Yorba Linda, Orange, And how did you get involved in that?
My husband!
Those would be, I would say, the greatest success.
Those are where we have basically a majority.
And how did you get involved in that?
My husband.
How did he get involved?
So it's watching the way a lot of the school, a lot of the parents did, watching their kids on Zoom,
wondering what in the world they were learning.
It sounded ridiculous.
All of the trans policy, the, you know, the gay rights and the, uh, misinterpretation.
You're going to, you're going to explain how, how you were successful.
That's the most important thing.
All right.
Uh, give me a line two, Mike's up.
Mike's are on.
Hello.
Who's this?
Hi.
Yeah.
I was calling to talk about Liz Cheney.
Yeah, go ahead.
Uh, sorry, my Bluetooth was acting up.
Yeah, I'm just sick of hearing her, seeing her fat face on TV all the time.
That's rather misogynist of you.
I'm sorry?
That's rather misogynist of you.
All right, well, I won't call her Miss Piggy or anything, but I'm just sick of hearing her fear mongering and talking about Trump is like the next coming of Mussolini.
It's ridiculous.
Good, thank you.
What else do you really want to say while you're playing an idiot?
Come on, Seb.
Don't you want me to embarrass you as always?
You never do, because we always catch you, because you're a micro dick little asshole.
No, I get through all the time with you guys.
You never do, dude.
That's why I'm taking you on the break, because you're a little mama's boy.
Now give your mommy her phone back, you little sad cock boy.
Goodbye.
I know.
That would be a great compilation.
Therefore Dershowitz...
Dersh and Mono.
Uhhh...

...
They're encouraging um...
the Democrats the uh...
The left is encouraging Trump's assassination.
For Dersh.
For Dersh.
And monologue.
For the monologue... It's basically the same thing.
What?
It's basically the same thing.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Robert Kagan... Do people know who that is?
Yo, yeah.
Oh yeah.
I hadn't heard of him before.
I assumed he was related to the Justice.
Robert Kagan...
And the pro-assassination Democrats.
All right.
He was so shocked that he wasn't on air.
He was really disappointed, wasn't he?
How did he not realize it's a commercial break?
Because they're idiots.
I know.
That's a nice setup you got there, Hedia.
Very nice.
Very professional.
Thank you.
We do a devotional together that we broadcast on Pastor Jack's network.

We are back with my good friend Hedia Miramadi, who is one of the best counter-terrorism experts I know out there, who now, instead of fighting terrorists, is trying to save America one school board at a time.
Hedia, you're in California.
Tell us about the amazing successes that you and your husband have achieved in terms of taking back the local school authorities from the lunatics!
Well, it's super interesting.
I moved to Orange County when I got married to my husband, and he got involved in the school boards during COVID.
So all of our kids were online.
We're listening to all the garbage that they're being taught, the American history, the trans ideology, all of those things.
And suddenly a lot of us decided, wait a minute, we got to start going to these school board meetings that were basically empty.
There was nobody in them.
And we realized that all of the policy, the superintendent- You mean there were no parents going to the meetings?
There was no parents.
Yes, there was just the school board members rubber stamping policy because there was nobody complaining and there was nobody paying attention.
Years, decades, I don't know.
I mean, one of the board members that we now have gotten voted out was there for like 23 years.
And so it really actually, if people knew that it didn't take that much to be able to vote out these school board members, you basically need a good pocket of cash.
You know, you need to fundraise for these candidates, but you need to walk the district.
So all the things that we know about federal campaigns are super, super important.
At the community level.
Right, so it's the face-to-face stuff that is the most important.
And tell us the results, because when I met you, what was it, like a month ago, and I hadn't seen you in ages, just, I was shocked!
Because I tell people, school board, school board, school board, that's what you need to run for.
What were your successes, Hedia?
And remember, we're in California.
So we had a entirely, Placentia Yorba Linda School District was entirely hard left.
And now we are three to two, conservative Christians over to the liberals, and one is a kind of a waffler.
So we changed our superintendent.
We've changed a whole bunch of the major staff.
We had prayer at the meeting last month.
So, we had an invocation that opened up the meeting.
And so there's dramatic — we banned CRT.
We banned a lot of the gay pride flags in the classroom.
It's made revolutionary changes.
And so it's not only there, but it's also in Orange.
In Orange, unfortunately, their board members are having a tough fight.
They're subject to a recall, but we know that they're going to be successful.
And also, Chino Valley.
Sonia Shah, the president, is in the news constantly.
She's fighting directly with Newsom and his staff.
She's supported by Pastor Jack Hibbs out of Cavalry Chapel, Chino Hills, my pastor as well.
Alright, so we've got 60 seconds left.
Find out more about this lady and her husband at resurrectministry.com.
You're in California, so I've got to ask, what's the secret weapon?
Give us one or two of the talking points.
When you meet with people, you do the door knocking, what is the stuff that really resonated head here?
It was the anti-white stuff.
So during the CRT, it's the battle against racism.
So, you know, we're in Orange County, and so it's a predominantly white area, and they were very concerned about these kids being indoctrinated with anti-white ideology.
And then the over-sexualization.
It is really important to people that their kids are not taught about homosexual practices when they're six.
Yeah. And I mean, that's been successful all over the country. So the over-sexualization
of young kids, showing them some of the books that are in the library, is really waking people
up and realizing that you don't have to have a kid in the district. You just have to care to vote.
So it's getting kids who are not necessarily with child age, you know, kids in elementary school.
So let's get you back for a longer discussion on the actual logistics of how we did this.
But just listen to what Hedy has shared with us.
In California, you can turn around the school boards and get the radical lunatics who've even been there for more than 20 years in those positions.
If they can do it in California, I'm sorry, nobody has an excuse.
God bless you.
How do you keep doing what you do?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you from the relieffactor.com studios.
Is there a better Christmas gift that you could give this yuletide than to liberate a loved one or yourself from daily pain?
I've seen, I've lived with it, but my mother lived with daily pain for more than 20 years.
It was hard to witness.
If you know a person who struggled, who has tried everything else and failed, then you've got to introduce them to Relief Hector.
It is liberating more than a million people from their daily pain, me included.
How?
Because it's 100% drug-free ingredients.

So what's the next target?
What are you going to take over next?
Just expand more school districts out here.
And we're also working on congressional seats.
You know, it was the seats that were flipped in California that led to the majority in the House.
Yep, yep, yep, yep, absolutely.
Yeah, we're just campaigning locally and doing whatever we can.
We also have California Assembly members out in the Inland Empire that we're supporting.
Just as many people locally as possible.
And we're going to flip California.
We believe it.
Love it, love it.
Have you been on my friend Jennifer Horne's show out of LA?
Long time ago, when I came to Christ.
She actually did my testimony.
Oh, wow.
Well, I'm going to ping her to get you back on to talk about these great successes.
That would be awesome.
I would love to do that.
All right.
Nicely done.
So great to see you.
Nice to see you, too.
Please say hi to Katie for me.
I shall.
Be good.
Bye bye.
Bye.
Alright, title for that?
We got Solomon next.
We flipped multiple CA districts.
PhD.
Yes.
Hey, guys.
Hey hey hey!
How are you?
Good, my gosh, my gosh.
Lots of news.
I ran out of time in the monologue.
Will you explain the Wasco, quote unquote, car loan repayments to the listeners?
Unless there's something more important.
No, I think that's really, really important.
And I also think, you know, what I'll say is that it puts the president potentially in creating a tax crime.
And, uh, and then you go back to the second thing that happened today.
Jim Jordan saying that, you know, Weiss and people created a protection racket around the Bob Bidens.
So they fit nicely.
I think the two things in the last 24 hours have a synergy.
Perfect.
All right.
All right.
40 seconds.
Standby.
All right.
Sounds good.
The HD at the top.
Yep.
Oh, is there a cut we should have here?
nothing.
I'm going to go ahead and start the recording.
I'm going to start recording.
you The Democrats have made mistakes, but aren't their intentions good?
Well, if the driver of your school bus runs into a truck, hits a lamppost, drives into a ditch, you don't say, his intentions are good.
You get a new bus driver.
The great President Eisenhower.
They don't make political ads like that anymore.
Just to the point, if your school driver, you know, hits a lamppost, drives into a ditch, you want a new one.
And we might want a new president after the latest revelations coming out of Capitol Hill.
But first things first, Christmas is just around the corner.

I even ran out of time in the monologue to talk about what's happening on Capitol Hill today.
Who better, none better, than the man who founded justthenews.com, justthenews, not noise, every evening, our good friend John Solomon.
John, before we get stuck into the news on Capitol Hill, how about that ad from Ike?
They don't do ads like that anymore, do they?
They don't.
Common sense ads, right?
There's no common sense in politics anymore.
Back in those days, there was plenty of it.
All right, follow this man right now at jsolomonreportsjustinews.com.
It seems like every week there's a new torrent of stuff.
Would you walk us through the latest bank details concerning wired amounts from Hunter Biden's company to Joe Biden and this paper-thin tissue of lies about car loan repayments, John?
Well, let's first remind everybody what 2019-2020.
Joe Biden looks in the camera and says, I never took any money from my son.
I had nothing to do with his business.
That laptop is nothing more than Russian disinformation.
And anyone who suggests that my son and I had anything to do with each other, that's a conspiracy theory.
That was Joe Biden's way of getting elected in 2020.
Now we know every one of those things are true.
Every one of those conspiracy theories came true because Joe Biden was lying.
Why is this most recent transaction important?
Well, first off, Joe Biden got money directly from a Hunter Biden company.
That's something he denied doing.
So from a truthfulness standpoint, it's very important.
It may have much larger consequences, though, and I don't think a lot of people have picked up on this.
But if you take Abby Lowell and the Team Biden statement at face value, they're saying that Hunter Biden had a personal loan for a truck He fell on hard times.
He couldn't pay it.
His dad, Joe Biden, pays it for a few months.
And then Hunter Biden pays him back.
Now, that might be plausible.
We all help each other out sometimes in families.
But when Hunter Biden pays him back, he doesn't pay him back from his personal checking account.
He pays him back from Awoska, which is his corporate law firm account.
There is a very real potential tax consequence to what Abby Lowell said last night.
Because if Hunter Biden is using his personal or paying off a personal debt to his father using his corporate assets, there are tax implications for that.
And oh, by the way, that's what he stands accused of by those IRS whistleblowers who were back up on Capitol Hill today.
They kept saying he kept treating things as loans that were income and charging things to his corporation that were personal expenses.
That's where the tax evasion case came from.
But beyond that, and I'm not a tax attorney, but it's not just this lower echelon issue of using business funds for personal costs.
It is well known that the loan device is the most common way that people try to avoid tax.
They say, oh, I'm not paying you to do a job.
I'm just quote-unquote giving you a loan and you don't have to pay me back.
So there's an even greater legal liability, isn't there John?
Absolutely.
When you listen to the two IRS whistleblowers, Joe and Gary, when they said, they said that Hunter Biden chronically kept listing things as loans that were income in an effort, in a conspiracy to actually evade taxes.
Going all the way back to Burisma.
In fact, some of the Burisma money gets listed as a loan, even though in Hunter Biden's world, it's listed as a loan, but on the books of the companies, like, oh no, this is income to Hunter Biden.
So he was disguising income as a loan.
And so that's why the Joe Biden, James Biden question, where the loans are flowing and Joe Biden gets money back from his brother James, now this.
So both personal conversion of corporate assets is one potential area that the IRS was looking at Hunter Biden.
Now Joe Biden might be implicated in that.
And two, treating income as loans to try to evade taxes on that.
That's already been stated publicly in testimony So, Joe Biden's now in the middle of this scheme in a very big way, a scheme that he originally claimed was a conspiracy theory and he had nothing to do with.
And you mentioned in the break latest developments on Capitol Hill and things that Chairman Jim Jordan is saying.
Would you share that with our listeners, John?
Yeah, Jim Jordan led a report.
Also, Jason Smith, Ways and Means, and James Comer, House Oversight, all joined in this report.
And they take all the testimonies of the prosecutors in the Hunter Biden case, and they really show in very painstaking detail how Hunter Biden was treated like no other tax defendant in the country.
He got special treatment.
The agents were thwarted from doing the very tactics that any other cop would be able to do against any other scale, any other defendant.
And they really lay out a great example of how the Hunter Biden tax case reeks of the dual system of justice that you and I talk about so often.
It goes all the way back to Russia collusion through January 6th.
Now it's Hunter Biden.
It's clear that IRS agents weren't allowed to use the tools, weren't allowed to use the laws, weren't allowed to even do interviews that in any other case it would have been allowed to because the last name of this defendant was Biden, Hunter Biden that is.
We've got 30 seconds left.
I just want to sanity check, John.
It's very easy for those who've been following you for years, telling the truth, digging up the facts, to get inured and say, nothing's going to happen, nothing ever does.
But it seems to me that this constant piling on of data, of unimpeachable empirical data, at some point, I think the dam's going to break, John.
Listen, there's a telltale sign.
It's a small thing that says big volumes.
John Cornyn was against any impeachment proceedings on Joe Biden this morning.
He said, you know what?
I kind of support the House and Speaker Johnson for having a vote to formally authorize an impeachment inquiry.
If you can turn John Cornyn around, one of the regal senators, you're doing something.
And I think the cumulative effect is People who are against impeachment now warming up to it.
And the American public, even though the mass media are still protecting the Biden family, not reporting the details, they're getting the information.
Otherwise, 60% of Americans now say Joe Biden clearly had something to do with his son's influence peddling business.
That's a breakthrough.
And it's the sort of thing that could change a debate on impeachment.
He's always got his finger on the pulse, that's why you follow him.

No.
There's still a thing?
That Trump has dementia.
Not Biden.
It's... Stay informed on the... Can you send it to me?
Yeah.
I legit did not think they were still around.
Oh, they're around.
It feels like the campaign has like started the last week already.
You mean the presidential?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like they've moved on.
They know it's over.
Primaries at least.
I'm gonna use any cuts here.
I'm gonna cut it in half.
And then I'm gonna cut it in half again.
Well, first of all, if Jesus comes down, you're going straight to hell.
That's number one.
No White House.
No jail.
Jesus is life.
You're out.

And he said, well, democracy is like sex.
When it is good, it is very, very good.
And when it is bad, it is still quite good.
Jeff, what is that?
Is that what John Kerry thinks is humor?
I guess so.
And why does he have to hide the identity of the other diplomat if it's a joke?
I'm a bit confused.
Because he made it up and that's what he thinks.
Unbelievable.
That is our climate czar.
America's climate czar.
Let's talk about the important things.
The only president to ever go to the Temple Wall in Jerusalem as president was my former boss, President Trump.
The most philo-semitic president since the re-establishment of Israel in 1948.
We've put that iconic photograph, given the events of October 7th, on a t-shirt, on a mug, with a very simple phrase in English and Hebrew.
Our fight.
Why?
Because it is the Judeo-Civilization's war against the barbarians.

Hey, happy Tuesday, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for taking my call.
Hey, I know you've been doing it, Dr. Gorka, and I appreciate it.
Ever since I was a kid, you know, they always said these Nazi, Jew-hating, Hitler That they're right-wingers.
And I think we should yell it from the rooftops.
They're national socialists.
Again, I know you've been doing it, man.
No, no, no, you're absolutely right.
I mean, it is still the conventional wisdom, Randy, that Nazis are right-wing.
They're anti-family, anti-capitalist.
They're also anti-Christian, like the Communists.
All the priests and the Protestant ministers that Hitler killed.
I'm telling you, these Democrats, these Jew-hating, National Socialist Democrats in our country
sound exactly like, hey, Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf.
They're doing just what he did, and they're ringing some bell saying, this is good.
I mean, it is absolutely horrible.
Our country has so many Nazi Democrat National Socialists.
It's very scary, man.
And I tell you, I appreciate what you're doing.
God bless Israel.
God bless the Jews.
I know as a Protestant Christian, I know what God says about people that support Israel and people that don't support them.
Man, I know I'm on the right side, and I know you are too, Dr. Gorkin.
I appreciate it.
We appreciate the reminder, Randy, that the Nazis were, of course, left-wingers, and the worst fascists in America are, of course, the Democrats.
Stay on the line!
Let's give Randy the Our Fight mug with President Trump in Jerusalem.
He deserves it for such a great call.

It's not quite what it was like when President Trump was in office.
We used to call it moving at the speed of DJT, but the news cycle It is rather rapid at the moment, and as it is, it seems like weeks ago that we had the news that a formative 20th century individual had passed at the
ripe old age of 100 and we spent a little bit of time on it here on the
show But now we have the perfect guest because he has written
seminal works on American presidents Including Richard Milhouse Nixon, and I'm sure especially
given the last piece. He's written for the New York Sun Fan favorite Lord Conrad black has something to say about
dr. Henry Kissinger. Welcome back Lord black Thank you very much Sebastian now. This is a
Individual I think is the only person to ever hold the position of Secretary of State and national security
adviser He is a divisive individual.
Many on the left, especially the late Christopher Hitchens, said he should have been prosecuted and then convicted of war crimes.
His role in opening and working with his boss, the President, opening towards China is perhaps One of his most important geopolitical feats.
But give us a summary of your latest piece as to how we should remember his role as a rather unique character.
Yeah, well, he was a unique character because he was altogether devoted to the study and
implementation of foreign policy.
And there have been other great foreign ministers of different countries in the past who took
up the portfolio and did great things with it, but they hadn't spent their life up to
that point studying it.
I'm referring now to legendary figures like Orishia, and Tal-Ai-Ra, and Palmerston, and Bismarck, and Metternich.
And they were, of course, terribly important in their time, but they weren't exactly students of the history of foreign policy.
And when they retired, Uh, they didn't go back to foreign policy.
They went on, they literally retired altogether, went on to other things.
And, um...
And that could be said of other distinguished secretaries of state like George Shultz and James Baker of recent years, I think are highly regarded, deserve to be highly regarded, but they had held other cabinet positions, and when they retired, they went back to their original fields.
George Shultz went back to Stanford University, and Mr. Baker went back to the practice of the law.
And with Henry Kissinger, that was his academic field.
And he continued as a professor in that field until he became an advisor to Rockefellers, and then to Mr. Nixon, and then to government.
And when he went out of office with the Ford administration, he set up a consulting business based on analysis of foreign affairs.
And he went around the world continuing to meet with foreign leaders, as well as American leaders.
And they were always happy to speak with him because, of course, he was an expert in all of the elements of foreign policy, starting with history and geography.
And so they would tell him things.
So he was always extremely well informed.
And he kept this this circuit going right to the last weeks of his life of
being constantly informed by foreign leaders of what they were up to and being able to
tell other foreign leaders what other foreign leaders were up to, but without breaching
discretion.
And so it made him a kind of permanent fountain of foreign policy insight.
And there's never been anything quite like that.
It was added to, in his case, by his extraordinary career, a fugitive from the Nazi anti-Semitism
pogroms, and they left Germany, he and his brother and his parents, just a couple of
months before the infamous Kristallnacht in 1938, with the destruction of a great many
synagogues and so on.
And yet, seven years later—he was then 15 years old when he immigrated to the United States—seven years later, he was in the U.S.
Army, the military governor of a city in Germany of about 100,000 people.
You know, because he spoke German.
And then he went from there, continued his studies at Harvard, and at an early age produced the famous book about thermonuclear weapons, which President Eisenhower, who of course had been the Supreme Allied Commander in Western Europe, and the head of the American Occupation Zone, he had He read it very carefully, and so Henry became an influential figure in these circles in his thirties.
And then in his forties, he became the National Security Advisor and then the Secretary of State.
So it was an extraordinary career in every respect.
And finally, he was such a unique person.
He had this heavy German accent that was sort of improbable.
But if you saw written out what he said, It was always absolutely correct, but in a complicated way, with a sentence structure such as there is in German, where the verb comes at the end, you know?
And it just was so unusual to think that this man with a heavy German accent, who fled from the Nazis, was such an influential and important Secretary of State of the United States.
You mention in your piece in The Sun that after serving for the president, he left office and didn't serve again.
He did set up Kissinger & Associates.
Do you have a theory as to why he was never invited back into government service for a Republican administration?
I mean, he did hang around the Trump West Wing quite often, but was it Vietnam or was it something else perhaps?
I think it differed with the President.
In fairness, I wouldn't say he hung around.
He was never there without an invitation.
I'm not being flippant, but it was rather strange for me to bump into Henry Kissinger in the corridors of the West Wing more than once.
I bumped into him once in the Kremlin and several times in Claridge's Hotel.
He turned up everywhere.
Look, I think with President Reagan, you know, there was some lack of rapport between Reagan and Ford.
I mean, Reagan tried to unseat Ford as the nominee in 76, and then, of course, he was
elected in 1980.
And their relations weren't bad, but they weren't great.
And Reagan had criticized the Nixon-Kissinger-Ford treatment of the Panama Canal, for example.
But President Reagan told me that he felt that Henry Kissinger had not been loyal to
President Nixon.
And there were these embarrassing, I would say, telephone calls where he would come down
from the Oval Office, having pounded the table and urged a very hawkish policy on Mr. Nixon,
and then he would phone up his chums in Georgetown and, you know, liberal columnists like Joe
Kraft and Joseph Olsup and so on, and say, you know, you can't imagine the efforts I'm
making to stop this madman from blowing up the world.
I mean, he didn't quite say that, but it was close to it.
And Reagan found his, Henry Kissinger's penchant for maneuver and machination to be distasteful.
And of course, he got exactly the opposite.
In a man like George Shultz, who was as straight as a die and very good, but what you saw was what you get.
He was not a complicated man, but a very capable man.
And Henry was very capable, but he was very complicated.
And he had that European tradition of constant dealing in all directions and just sort of
maintaining oneself at the center of things.
And this was the example that he first wrote up and what started as his postgraduate thesis
at Harvard and became his first book about the Congress of Vienna and the politics of
Metternich, who was the Austrian leader for 39 years.
And so Reagan didn't trust him and thought that he was too much of a pessimist.
Reagan was Californian by adoption and he did not doubt that America could win the Cold War.
Yeah, Kissinger didn't match President Reagan's sunny disposition.
Positive attitude towards winning the Cold War here.

We'll be back in a moment with Lord Black.
Look, I think he was the modern version of that.
and I'll see you next time.
Classic American personality.
The Texas Wheeler dealer.
I mean, Lyndon Johnson was the ultimate one.
Bob Strauss was a sort of cleaned up, slightly less high-powered version of Lyndon Johnson.
And James Baker was a very urbane and refined version of Bob Strauss.
But they were Texans who loved to make a deal.
uh... but what whatever the subject they'd make a deal you see and they were
good at it they were good negotiators and and capable people
but but he he wasn't a foreign policy specialist you know he
he he was a lawyer was george bush's campaign manager and then
was campaign manager in in four presidential campaigns two for reagan and two for bush
senior and uh...
and he was secretary of state, white house chief of staff and secretary of the treasury
and then secretary of state Which is more the job that suited him, isn't it?
He's more of a Chief of Staff.
He was brilliant at that.
By all accounts, he was brilliant at that, and particularly for a president like President Reagan, who didn't really want to micromanage everything.
He wanted to set the direction and make sure that, in general, his orders were carried out, but he didn't want to stick his nose into everything every day, you know?
Right.
And James Baker complimented such a president perfectly, because he did like to stick his nose into everything every day, and was very good at it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think all the people we're talking about were very capable, but they were quite different.
What I was going to say, and I'm sorry if I went on too long, but in the case of George Bush Sr., I don't think he enjoyed working for Kissinger when Kissinger was Secretary of State and Bush was the representative in China and the ambassador to the UN.
So I think he had a, he sort of didn't want, there wasn't a great rapport between them, you know?
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't a great rapport, like there was between Nixon and Kissinger.
And then after that, you know, he was thought to be too old.
Of course, we would have been better off with him even, you know, with all due respect to Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice, Henry could have still done the job then, in the 70s and early 80s, you know?
Right, right.
We wouldn't have gone into the Iraq war the way we did, and we wouldn't have held the elections that elevated Hamas and Hezbollah and the Muslim Brotherhood.
You mentioned Eisenhower. We played this, I guess it's a part of a campaign
commercial earlier this hour. I think you'd appreciate it.
Would you play for Conrad Cuttwelf? The Democrats have made mistakes but aren't
their intentions good?
Well if the driver of your school bus runs into a truck, hits a lamppost, drives
into a ditch, you don't say his intentions are good, you get a new bus driver.
I hadn't seen that before.
I just found that on social media.
I thought you'd appreciate that.
All right, so I'm going to use the Applebaum cut here with Lord Black, but first we'll do the angel tree.
Can we use Joseph, Alex?
OK.
Cut to correct.
Oh, and first I will mention all the headlines.
Trump.
No violence.
No hate speech.
Just Happy Warriors on America First.
Happy Warriors indeed!
Especially happy at the incredible generosity you have demonstrated for the Angel Tree campaign that is getting Christmas gifts for the more than one and a half million girls and boys in America who have an incarcerated parent this Christmas time.
It's just $25 per gift per child.
Just listen to the joy you bring.
This is Joseph.
I will write to my dad about what happened and one Christmas gift I got from Angel Tree was a drawing pad.
That was my favorite I got.
I also got paint and colored pencils.
I knew he knew what I wanted and he got the right thing.
My name's Joseph and I love Angel Tree.
My name's Joseph and I love Angel Tree.
Will you be a Christmas Angel this Yuletide?
$125 is 5 children who will feel just that little bit more love this Christmas.
$250 is 10 children.
But whatever you can give, it makes a difference.
More than 60% of these girls and boys will end up Incarcerated themselves.
Let's break that cycle.
You can call in your Christmas contribution to 888-206-2794 or just go to our website sebgorko.com and click on the angel tree banner at the top.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A sebgorko.com and the angel tree banner at the very top.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We are back with Lord Conrad Black, most recently the author of Donald J. Trump, A President Like No Other.
We have been discussing his presidential histories as well on Nixon, on FDR.
Let's talk about current presidential politics.
Over the weekend, Lord Black, I'm sure you saw the multiple articles in the New York Times, Washington Post, Atlantic, with headlines like this.
A Trump dictatorship!
is increasingly inevitable.
That was Robert Kagan.
Then we have why a second Trump presidency may be more radical than the first from the New York Times.
Then we have Liz Cheney saying the US is sleepwalking into a dictatorship.
And then lastly, we have the whole issue dedicated in the Atlantic to the quote, Threat of a second Trump term.
It's strange how all the co-talking points coalesced all of a sudden over the weekend.
And then we have, and I'm curious your measure of this, Ann Applebaum, who wrote one of the best books on the Soviet Union's Gulag system, at the weekend said this, cut to, I think that the Republican officials who understand Trump, who worked with Trump, his cabinet officers, his national security advisors, who know exactly how dangerous he is, should begin to campaign now.
They should go around the country.
They should speak as a group.
They should say, here's what the stakes are.
Here's what this man does.
Clearly, the Republican opposition should unite around one candidate, you know, probably at this
point Nikki Haley.
If Nikki Haley were to lose, she should also think about running as a third party candidate to split the vote.
I mean, people need to begin to think seriously, how do we stop this?
How do we prevent him from winning? How do we communicate the danger to the American people?
Just that phrase, Lord Black, prevent him from winning.
Is it not...
We don't psychoanalyze here, you've given us caveats to that on numerous occasions, but when the likes of Applebaum,
a historian, Robert Kagan and others, and the editorial boards of the
New York Times and the Atlantic say that the American people democratically choosing their chief
executive is a threat to democracy.
Isn't that perverse and don't they realize that that makes them sound like the fascists?
Thank you.
It is certainly perverse.
And part of the perversity of it is that I think that the... I leave out now the editorial boards of the New York Times and the Washington Post.
I think they know exactly what they're doing.
But I happen to know Anne Applebaum.
I've known her for many years.
She worked for me when she was the assistant editor of The Spectator in London.
And I had a debate with her during the 2016 election.
Right close to the election in London.
And she is one of these pathological Trump haters.
And so, as I say, part of the perversity is that in purporting to uphold democracy, they're endorsing a shameless, comprehensive rape of democracy to try and frustrate the likely democratic choice of the American public.
And it's a phenomenon of modern history where you get a democracy being used by anti-democratic forces.
And we've discussed before, and it's been a very active topic all around the United States for seven or eight years, how normally rational people Do sometimes completely lose their minds and become babbling lunatics on the subject of Trump, and she's one of them.
And I didn't know that Robert Kagan was.
I had thought of him as a more rational person.
I know him, and I've always found him to be rational, but I never discussed Trump with him.
But obviously he's another one, and it's hard to explain.
How this intellectual influenza seizes on some people and not others.
But these aren't just babbling lunatics.
I mean, this is dangerous rhetoric to call the democratic choice of the American people the inexorable move towards fascism and dictatorship.
That's dangerous.
And the pompous statement by a chronic Democrat That it is the duty of Republicans who don't support the party leader to split that party to ensure the Democrats win again.
I mean, no, it isn't.
It's the duty of the Republicans to try and win, as it is of the Democrats.
It's not the duty of either party to stab their own candidate in the back.
But that's what we're dealing with here.
But the thing that astounds me in all this is, well, there are two things. First of all, they've come
so late to the realization that Trump might win. It's been clear to you and me for quite a
while that he was likely to win. And secondly, that they're incapable of trying to
fight fairly, you know, trying to say, all right, we really don't like Trump.
And that's a fair comment.
If someone says that, they're quite free not to like him.
And therefore, we want to put up the strongest candidate we can and that sort of thing.
But they were wildly enthusiastic about Biden.
They sold us a version of Biden that has not existed, didn't exist at the time, and certainly
hasn't since he's been in office, of a vital, intelligent, moderate person, none of which
is correct.
And they're not embarrassed by it.
I mean, they foisted on us this absolutely stupefyingly incompetent administration, and
they have no self-consciousness about it at all.
It's truly remarkable.
They're not embarrassed at all, and not one of them is going to apologize for it.

I'll email it to you, Conrad.
Yeah, please do.
Because he's usually quite good.
Well, he's good on geopolitical stuff.
I didn't know that he was one of the crazies on this one.
No, because his reputation is geopolitical analysis, and now he's joined the Never Trump lunatics.
I really don't understand it.
Eric, can you send me that article that you printed off for me and I'll forward it to Conrad?
Which one?
The Kagan.
That you gave me on Monday.
You mean send you the link?
Well, is it behind a paywall or not?
That's Washington Post, right?
Yeah, however you got it, just send it to me.
It might be a paywall.
Yeah, send it to me and then I'll forward the full article.
Yeah, and as you said, just this idea that how can you knowingly on television say it's the duty of the other party's failed candidates to split the vote?
I mean, that is sabotage!
It's the duty of the other party to betray their chosen candidate and ensure that we Democrats stay in office.
Yeah, it's incredible, incredible.
No, it is incredible.
You know, I've been raving at these people for seven years until I'm blue in the face.
Does anybody, like you always mention Peggy, do any of them engage with you substantively or do they just keep riding their screeds?
Yeah, well Peggy does, to be fair, and she admits that Trump is formidable, but she's just... I think it's one of these things where she took her stand and she just doesn't feel she can change it now.
You know, I'm going to violate my rule about avoiding psychoanalysis, but I think she measures everyone against Reagan.
And Reagan was a kind of substitute father for her.
And he was a great man, and a very formidable man, and a fine president.
I understand all of that, and I was a huge admirer of myself, as you were.
But time moves on.
And the presidents aren't chosen by a typecasting studio, you know.
I mean, they are who they are, and they're elevated.
And the people choose them!
Exactly, and that's how it should be.
And she admits that Trump has his qualities, and that he speaks for a lot of people very effectively.
She admits all that, so she's not one of the Satanists.
Like Ann Applebaum.
Ann Applebaum thinks that Trump is literally a satanic lunatic and pegging in and doesn't think that.
But the others don't.
I mean, I've tried to engage with Ann Applebaum.
I tried to get any common ground with her in that debate, but she wouldn't hear of it.
She didn't know him.
She'd never met him.
Didn't really know anything about him, but thought he was just an evil man, and that was that.
Incredible.
All right, back to work.
This is a desperation shot, Sebastian.
It is.
For them to start comparing him to Hitler, they're really... No, they are.
They're desperate.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Thank you, Conrad.
Okay.
All right.
Have a good one.
Bye-bye.
Just gonna say, I may not be nearly as knowledgeable about history as he is, but when he said, Reagan wasn't a fan of Ford, I was chuckled, I was like, that's kind of an understatement.
Uh, we're gonna post the second segment, alright?
Just the second?
Yep.
All right.

Does anybody still remember, do you ever think about that chap who grew up on Hawaii, went to one of the most exclusive schools and then bounced on the knee of one of the most radical America haters out there?
Have I identified him well enough?
I think you know who I'm talking about, Barack Hussein Obama.
When you think of him, what do you think of?
Do you think of...
the attempt to nationalize, to take control of your health care, because that's what Obama carries.
If you think that's ancient history, if you think he's gone, well he hasn't, because he has his
radical friends still in the Senate, like Bernie Sanders, who are doing the next worst thing to
take control of your health care.
It's his bill, Senate 1339, that will be a backdoor takeover of your healthcare, especially when it comes to the cost of your prescription drugs.

Portions of America First are brought to you in part by the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste.
Okay.
Will you bear with me on this one?
This is a rather long cut, but it's superb.
I found it yesterday.
It's from California.
It is the celebration of an officer, Mark Frost.
And it's a kind of testament to all law enforcement out there and the military who serve us, the rest of America, every single day.
After 27 years with the CHP, he's sitting in his patrol car with his wife, with his son, and he makes it official.
Cut 14.
Cut 14.
Merced, 6415305.
6415305, go ahead.
No, I'm not going to do that.
I'm not going to do that.
With my beautiful wife here next to me today, I'm gonna go ahead and hang it up.
It'll be 10-10 for the final time.
Here goes, Frosty.
Information for all units, it's my honor and privilege to announce the retirement of Officer Mark Frost, ID 15305, after 27 years of dedicated service to the people of California.
Officer Frost entered the CHP Academy December 2nd, 1996, and graduated June of 1997, where he was assigned to the Hayward CHP office.
He remained there for four years before transferring to Merced CHP in October of 2001, where he's remained until his retirement today.
Also known as Grumpy Cop on social media, Officer Frost was the first officer, but definitely not the last, to test my patience.
He always had a funny comment or comeback to keep dispatch on their toes in his very dry, very grumpy cop way.
Your personality will be missed.
And also, to all the remaining officers, FYI, we will not be holding auditions for Grumpy Cop's replacement, so you can all stand down.
Officer Mark Frost, ID 15305, final 1010 with Merced CHP, Friday, December 1st, 2003 at 1312 hours.
That was awesome, Nicole.
Mercedes CHP Friday December 1st 2003 at 1312 hours.
That was awesome Nicole thank you very much.
That smack you heard at the end was officer Frost grumpy cop kissing his
wife.
I think moments like that are important because we have to say thank you.
We have to salute those who Well, every single day could be their last day on the job.
And they may not get to serve 27 years.
Like Officer Frost.
And I don't think we say thank you often enough.
So I thank you.
And I think millions of Americans understand what you do for us every single day.
May you have a very happy and peaceful retirement with your family.
And may every single Leo, every single law enforcement officer out there, and member of the military who stands on the wall for us every single day.
May you be blessed.
May God provide a shield for you.
And may your fellow Americans understand what you are doing for us.
Thank you.

It's towards the end of the file.

Yeah, it's there.
It's just, you gotta scroll.
I put in there, it's third from the bottom, because it's all the articles from yesterday.

Fabulous.
Okay, standby, 40 seconds.
Do you see the top?

From the sublime to the ridiculous after that wonderful tribute to one of our law enforcement officers retiring after 27 years.
Here's something else.
It's only 12 seconds long.
It's also from social media.
I don't know who this is because they didn't credit the person.
If you know who it is, will you DM me?
Will you send me a direct message on Twitter?
My DMs are open because it's a rather good takedown of the transgender lunacy.
Cut 10.
I'm proud of our six-year-old son.
He just came out as a pirate.
He's known since he was two months old.
But the Children's Hospital have been great.
They agreed to pop out an eye, saw off the old hand for the hook, and also one bit of his leg for the peg leg.
So, it's been really good.
His pronouns are P and Ira, and you will respect him.
You will respect it!
The Children's Hospital have helped turn our child into a pirate.
That is the lunacy, right?
If they can choose to be a pirate, then you should chop their leg off, shouldn't you?
Goes to the heart of the insanity that is the transgender radicalism.

She was at the center of the storm.
She told us before anyone else that the laptop from hell was true.
And we're delighted to get her back for the latest breaking news on the Biden crime cartel.
Miranda Devine, welcome back to America First.
Hi, Sebastian.
Good to be with you.
All right.
You can see her on Fox regularly.
Follow her on the New York Post and at MirandaDevine on social media.
Miranda, I've got a little clip to play for you.
Just a little kind of summation of the latest developments.
This is Congressman Byron Donalds on Laura Ingraham's show, Cut5.
According to the subpoenaed records, the payments were nearly $1,400 and happened monthly.
Hunter's defense is that he was paying his dad back for car payments.
On what car?
This is a joke!
Listen, one of the things... I'm from the banking industry.
One of the things that we always knew is that if there were these loan agreements that were floating out there with no actual loan document, that is tantamount to money laundering and tax evasion.
That's exactly what that is.
You're trying to conceal the flow of money to somebody, and you're trying to conceal it from the Internal Revenue Service.
Joe Biden has run the country for years saying that everybody needs to pay their fair share, He doesn't want to pay his fair share, and neither does his family, and they've been hiding that money from the IRS and from the American people.
Now, Miranda, you know more than anybody else on these issues, and so I have to ask you the question I asked John Solomon in the last hour.
So many Americans are inured to this.
Every week, seemingly, there's more evidence of the corruption of this family.
However, With the mainstream media following all the same talking points at the weekend saying, Trump's a Nazi and the second administration will be a dictatorship, it looks as if they're desperate and the mountain of evidence may be enough to break the camel's back.
Am I being a tad optimistic?
No, no, I think that's spot on.
And you can tell from the sort of desperate measures that the media and also the Congressional Democrats are going to try and belittle James Comer and Jim Jordan and Jason Smith and their investigations.
And, you know, I mean, it's laughable that they say there's just no evidence.
They've produced nothing.
It's a big nothing burger after nine months or 10 months.
They have produced so much.
The reporting that we did from the laptop, they are just hammer and nail getting new
documents to just back up all those kind of...
I guess a lot of it was circumstantial because we were taking documents and emails from Hunter Biden's laptop.
But they have corroborated those a million times over and shown that Joe Biden lied, that he was involved intimately in the family's influence peddling scheme, knew exactly that he was the product that was being sold.
He was the brand, as Devin Archer testified.
You know, James Combs found all these millions of dollars flowing from China and other places into Biden family and associate bank accounts.
And it's just impossible to deny.
And so, you know, you can tell because they shift the excuses from Joe Biden lying and saying he knew nothing about his son Hunter's overseas business dealings.
And now it's morphed into, oh, he wasn't in business with his son.
Well, whoopie-doo.
I mean, he was going to be in business with his son and CEFC, the capitalist arm of President Xi Jinping,
President Xi, his Belt and Road Initiative.
And the only reason he wasn't was because Hunter's business partner, Patrick Ho,
got arrested at JFK and the whole thing came crashing down.
Otherwise Joe Biden would have been there on the nameplate in Hunter's office in Georgetown.
Joe Biden, CEFC America.
So, yes, he was going to be in business and he did benefit.
And you know what?
You don't even... I don't even know why we're getting our knickers in a twist about trying to find direct payments from Hunter Biden to Joe Biden, although James Comer has found those.
He's also found direct payments from Jim Biden, Joe's brother, who was also in this China grift, to Joe.
And they, of course, dress them up as loan repayments.
But you don't even need to show that because everybody around the world knows that bribery is not just money that you pay directly to the powerful official.
You pay it to their family members.
They're called princelings in China.
And that's why when Joe took Hunter on Air Force Two in 2013 to Beijing when he was meeting with all the, you know, President Xi and all the highfalutins in the As soon as Hunter got off that plane, the Chinese knew this
was an unmistakable message.
This was American power come to do private business.
And the backup for that, or the support for that conclusion, is the documented evidence
that once he got off Air Force Two, what did Hunter Biden do?
He dismissed his Secret Service detail as he was going to those meetings in China.
That tells you everything you need to do.
Well sadly we're out of time.
We have to get you back.

Yeah, he's pretty much the only somewhat decent one left.
What?
Fallon, he's very much the only one left that is not like... Well, he's never been a lunatic.
No, he was nicer to Trump than any of the others, like in 2016.

For the past three weeks inside Houston Hall, our Student Center, an anti-Semitic headquarters has been erected with signs spreading Hamas propaganda.
The organizers, both Penn-affiliated and not, were initially asked to leave as they are trespassing on campus property.
Well, three weeks later, they are still sleeping there, and countless Jewish students have been harassed, yet the anti-Semitic dormitory remains.
Clearly, both a disregard for school policies and permission to disregard them by a university unwilling to do anything.
Not only are tensions palpable, but there have also been materialized actions taken to intimidate and harm students.
A bomb threat against Hillel.
A swastika spray-painted.
The Hillel and Chabad houses vandalized.
A professor posting the armed wing of Hamas's logo on Facebook.
A Jewish student accosted.
Jews are Nazis!
Etched adjacent to Penn's Jewish fraternity house.
Why doesn't the university hold the perpetrators of such acts accountable?
Well, I love seeing all these new, new faces.
That's Eyal Yacoubi of UPenn talking about the truth concerning what it means to be a Jewish student in America.

Matt, line one.
Yes, sir.
The commander of Conservative Radio, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
How are you today?
I'm good.
I'm good.
What question, what comment do you have for your fellow listeners across the nation?
Very quickly.
Thank you.
How long do you think, with your expertise, it will take Israel to wipe Hamas out?
And what do you think about them flooding the tunnel for the Mediterranean seawater?
Great question.
The tunnel flooding sounds intuitively like a good idea.
However, what is the situation if the hostages are being held in the tunnel?
So that kind of obviates that, unless you have The granularity of intelligence to know that they're not in the tunnels, which would surprise me.
How long will it take?
Look, you're not going to kill all the terrorists.
Why?
Because they can always recruit new ones.
The question is the will to resist and recruit new ones.
You have to make it very, very painful for the leaders.
They can always find foot soldiers But if they don't have leaders to tell them where to go, Matt, and who to kill, then it doesn't really matter.
So, they have to do what needs to be done tactically, especially to rescue the hostages.
But my recommendation to Israel, that has a service that knows a little bit about that, it's called Mossad.
Assassinate the ringleaders.
Take out the masterminds one by one.
Wherever they are, kill them all.
Kill the leaders, and then the entity collapses no matter how many foot soldiers.
Great question, Matt.
I think you've just inspired me to write something.
I might have to write an article to that.

We'll see you next week.
Bye.
and...
As you know, my parents, as children, lived under fascism.
They survived World War II.
And then they lived under communism.
My father attempted to resist it, was betrayed by someone called Kim Philby, a MI6 double agent, and was given a life sentence at the age of 20.
Six years later, he was liberated from a communist prison, escaped to the West with the 17-year-old daughter of a fellow prison mate, who later would become his wife and my mother.
So when I discuss the topic of dictatorship, authoritarianism, and police state tactics, I have something to compare it to.
I have the lives of my parents.
And as such, it's difficult to use those words and adjectives to describe living here in America.
Which should be the freest nation on God's green earth.
Are we creeping?
Or are we speeding at a high rate of knots towards the police state in America?
Outside of President Trump perhaps, there is no one better to ask.
than the dynamic duo of freedom fighters who have become not just friends to me, but favorites across the nation as you've been listening to them nigh on for five years now on America First.
It's been far too long, but it's wonderful to have you back.
Victoria Tunsing and Joe DiGenoa.
Hey, great to be with you.
Great to see you, Seb.
Merry Christmas.
Greetings of the season.
Yes, indeed.
Christmas is almost upon us.
I can't believe we're already in December.
Absolutely outrageous.
I'm still recovering from the trip to Fan and the Thanksgiving turkey.
We have so much to discuss.
You know, what's happening to President Trump, judges out of control, revelations of censorship over average Americans.
But let me start with this, because this is the kind of the story that Everyone missed, or suddenly came up and withered on the vine.
And for me, it's probably, after the raid on Mar-a-Lago, the biggest story of the last year, or maybe the last ten years.
That a special counsel, a special prosecutor, who has almost godlike powers, requested from the Department of Justice A warrant for the names, the identities, and the addresses of any American who liked or reposted
The social media post of the presidents.
These aren't drug traffickers.
These aren't human smugglers.
These are American citizens just liking a former president or then president's post on social media.
The idea that this warrant was granted against millions of people by the Department of Justice I'd like you, as a former U.S.
attorney and as intelligence staffer on the Senate side, to comment on the quality of law and order and rule of law in America.
Well, I think the thing that's interesting about that warrant that you're referring to was it was signed by the then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, a woman named Beryl Howell, who was an Obama appointee.
She was and has been known to be extremely partisan.
She signed this warrant to what was then Twitter for Jack Smith, for everybody who took down the president's Twitters.
Now, the investigative purpose of that is inconceivable to me on such a broad scale.
What you do is you look for something specific when you seek a search warrant.
This was a general warrant for all of the communications involving his Twitter account.
It is unbelievable that any federal judge would have signed that.
Oh no, let me insert a federal judge signed one against me, Sam.
It's called a covert warrant.
And unlike Elon Musk, who fought it, Google and Apple just turned over everything that they had in my account.
But for those who aren't familiar with the story, let's talk about how you found out that your communications had been accessed covertly by the government.
Despite the fact that you're a working attorney who has client-attorney privilege, when did you find out that your Google communications, everything on the cloud, all your electronic communications had been accessed by the government?
How did you find that out, Victoria?
Two years later, when a same Obama judge appointee issued—approved a search warrant for my house.
And, of course, the Southern District of New York called CNN, and within minutes afterwards, CNN wanted to know about the raid on our house by the FBI.
It was obnoxious.
After 18 months and $500,000, they couldn't find one document that they had a question about.
And what was the crime, the predicate for the warrants against you?
What heinous act had you committed?
No, I didn't.
They said I had evidence of someone else committing a FARA violation.
So it's even worse because... Hang on.
The Foreign Agent Registration Act, which has nary once been used in any kind of prosecution, you had information of that?
And that's why they gave secret warrant access to your communications?
That is correct.
So this is not unusual, and these are Obama-appointed federal judges who are doing it.
Now, in the case of the warrant that Jack Smith sought for the president's Twitter account, that warrant was issued in January of 2023, and it wasn't made known to the president until late October of 2023.
So for 10 months, The president was denied—and his lawyers were denied knowledge that this information had been accessed.
Now, this judge, Beryl Howell, who signed this warrant, is no longer the chief judge of the U.S.
District Court in D.C., but she is what they call a senior judge, which means she's still sitting on cases.
And she gave a speech the other day that would make your head spin.
Well, I have the report here.
So, this judge, Judge Beryl Howell, gave a speech in which she warned that because of President Trump and those who support him, the United States is creeping towards authoritarianism.
Your reaction?
We're here.
We're here.
Are you kidding me?
When the FBI takes guns a-blazing and goes after an abortion protester, when he had said that he would turn himself in, when the FBI goes to the national airport and arrests Peter Navarro, shackles him and throws him into a cell for a misdemeanor, when the FBI seizes a phone from Scott Terry, a Republican member of Congress, We're there.
The comments by this judge in that speech about authoritarianism show a staggering ignorance of what has been going on in the country for five years.
Now, this is a judge who, remember, was the chief judge of the United States District Court in D.C.
Where was she in her observations when the FBI conducted a fake investigation of a presidential candidate and then a sitting president, and for a number of years used every illegal means necessary, including lying to the FISA court, to get warrants, secret warrants, against people who were working with Trump?
This judge should be removed from the bench.
This type of political commentary has no place in speeches by the judiciary.
And if the House of Representatives weren't wasting its time expelling Republican members, they might take some time and investigate Judge Howell.
How would you even remove a sitting federal judge?
And what is the precedent for that?
Impeachment.
That's been done a lot.
It's been done.
In fact, there was a former Democratic congressman who was removed for taking bribes and then ran for the House of Representatives and sat there for the last few years.
Got elected.
He was from Florida.
Yes.
I forget his name.
Can't remember his name right now.
Here's another aside about Judge Howell, and that is that she was used by Jack Smith for the Mar-a-Lago case.
Correct.
Because they knew she was a patsy.
And she's the one that eviscerated the Trump attorney-client privilege.
All of his lawyers.
I think it was at least three or four lawyers that Judge Howell ruled that they were part of a criminal conspiracy, either knowingly or unknowingly, and therefore the privilege didn't exist anymore.

Joe, Victoria, you know, we've mentioned Judge Howell.
We could talk about Judge Chutkan, the gag orders.
And then we have this individual, Judge Engeron, in New York, who so peculiarly, we have the
footage of him mugging for the camera as if he's in some kind of reality TV show.
I'm gonna ask a naive question.
When did this happen?
Because I've been living in America for 15 years and you didn't hear stories of multiple judges out of control, getting politically involved, gagging opposition candidates, bringing up just the rape case where You temporarily, in the New York statute, remove the statute of limitations for 24 months so a case can be brought against President Trump and only President Trump.
Or, as we had in the testimony last week of the banks that made the loans to President Trump, saying, yeah, it's not unusual for clients to overvalue their properties.
That's why we send in the assessors.
We had the loans paid back to us and we had no complaint.
When did this happen?
You know the judicial bench better than anyone.
Did this happen under the Trump administration?
Was this simmering for decades?
How did we end up with lunatic radical political judges who seem to have no shame?
It's Trump hatred syndrome.
That's all I can tell.
The D.C.
bench, the trial courts in D.C.
where Joe and I practiced for decades, was never like this.
They were sensible people.
They were reasonable people.
There was an odd one here or there.
But having that bench keep prisoners without trial in solitary confinement is against everything that I know about the rule of law.
I think that the federal bench in D.C.
has become a very serious problem for anybody who believes in civil rights, individual rights, and the Constitution.
What Victoria said is true.
This is part of the Trump derangement syndrome.
We're supposed to have judges who are above all of that.
But you could see the beginnings of this in the first cases after the election in 2020, when cases were filed in Pennsylvania.
A Trump appointee judge who heard the first case His animus toward the president and his legal team at the time during that courtroom proceeding was so obvious that it was embarrassing.
And he had written his decision even before the hearing was held, and he wrote this stinging decision rebuking the president and his lawyers and everybody who was involved in the case.
Absolutely unnecessary vilification of people involved in a perfectly legitimate challenge to an election in a state like Pennsylvania, which has been
known for years for all types of election irregularities.
But this is a direct result of the Trump derangement syndrome.
What's sad about it is that- But look, I use that label all the time, and it's cute and
it's descriptive, but I want to drill down on this, because I'm no attorney, but I know
that every first year law school student knows you don't put people in solitary confinement
for two years awaiting trial.
It just doesn't happen.
It's against the Constitution.
So I want to break it down.
What is this Trump derangement syndrome?
Why does this man cause people with 20, 30 years of judicial and legal practice to become political actors?
Help me understand.
Well, I think it really shows that people have weak characters.
These are people who don't want to be criticized.
They are ashamed to do the right thing, which is exactly why they've been put on the federal bench, to do the right thing.
And they are, in fact, doing the wrong thing under the Constitution.
I will say this, though.
During the Obama regime, The Justice Department began to get very political, and I had never seen that in all my years of trying cases.
And the Democrats come in, and maybe there's no more pornography cases.
Republicans come in, maybe there's no more antitrust cases.
But going after your political opponents, and the fact that Lois Lerner, was allowed to go after conservative groups and was not indicted.
In fact, she was in contempt of the House, and she wasn't even indicted for that.
You begin to see the start of how this happened, because these people got away with it.
Oh, Joe Biden remembers that.
Now we can even go bigger.
Are these conscious decisions for individuals to become political actors who have no right to be political actors, or is this just a cultural milieu?
He's a democrat, she's a democrat, so we protect her.
What's your sense, Joe?
I think there's a stunning arrogance among these people on the federal bench, and they believe that no one can do anything to them.
They have decided that it's their responsibility to inject themselves into the political process And to basically subvert their role as an impartial magistrate in judicial proceedings.
I think this is one of the most terrible times in the history of the American judiciary.
And for it to center on the district court in the District of Columbia is really sad for those of us who have practiced there for many years.
It's really quite an embarrassment.
I mean the number of people held in pre-trial detention with nary a whimper from the district
court judges and the court of appeals ought to be an embarrassment to every judge on that court.

Joe, you worked very closely with the Congress when you were the District, when you were the U.S.
Attorney for the District of Columbia, Victoria, you have a storied career on Capitol Hill.
Will you give us your take?
Give us a letter grade from A to F on the last nine months of Republican-led congressional hearings on the weaponization of the deep state and, let's say, the corruption of the Biden family.
Give us a letter grade.
F.
Yes.
Okay.
I'm not surprised.
We never disagree.
Tell us what they are doing wrong.
Well, we'd start with the word everything, and then we can analyze it after that.
First of all, you don't hold hearings the way they hold hearings.
You'll notice, you watch, they have these five-minute intervals where they let members make fools of themselves by asking totally disjointed and unconnected questions, one member from another.
The way you conduct these hearings is you appoint a counsel for the committee, either somebody that's on the committee already, a staff lawyer, or a special counsel you bring in, Somebody who is a subject matter expert.
Exactly.
And you bring in someone and you let them for two hours examine the witnesses and cross-examine the witnesses.
And only then... Sorry, behind closed doors or an open session?
No.
Oh, well, it could be both.
It could be certainly behind closed doors, but then in open session when you're conducting hearings, it must be done that way so that the public gets a story.
They don't get these truncated questions from each of the members.
It's been a real problem, because the Republicans come in and they say one thing for five minutes, and then the Democrats come in, and they're always much more organized than the Republicans.
And so they repeat the same thematic phrase or word.
For instance, in the Trump first impeachment, it was abuse of power, abuse of power.
They say it again and again and again.
And I have been, I've conducted hearings, Joe and I actually did hearings for the House, where we were the counsel and asked the questions.
Like, getting Republicans to be organized is like herding cats.
Now, what's interesting about this is that the Republicans actually don't want this.
They specifically have made a decision that they do not want outside counsel asking the questions.
They have decided that it's more important for each member to have his little say each day during all these oversight hearings.
So that they have the C-SPAN clip to show their constituents?
Yeah.
Precisely.
And we were told the other day, and I had a series of meetings with outside groups who have been trying to work with these committees, and they were told specifically by the staffs that the members do not want to have counsel asking these questions.
They want the opportunity to do these five-minute questions.
That's all they want.
That is a disgrace.
It's an embarrassment, and the Republicans in the House should be ashamed of themselves.
This isn't incompetence.
This is a deliberate, selfish... We don't want to achieve anything except get our camera time.
Yes, and this never would have happened years ago.
And really, it really is a testament to the lack of stature of these people heading these committees, that they're afraid.
They're afraid to have a setting where professional lawyers can ask questions just for a couple of hours.
Remember Fred Thompson?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I used to see him at the grocery store in McLean.
He was a dear friend.
Who will ever forget Fred Thompson saying, Mr. Butterfield, does the White House have a recording system?
And even as recently as Brett Kavanaugh's hearing, they brought in a woman who is an expert in prosecuting rape cases to question the witnesses.
So it has been done.
They know that they're supposed to do it, but they don't want to do it.
They've made a conscious choice to avoid, to not do it the right way.
To not to be effective.
That's the conscious choice.
We talked to Victoria Thompson and Joe DeGeneva.

This is a very special One on 1, coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios, just
outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C.
Can you confirm to us that the videotapes of Cassidy Hutchinson's, the ones where she's
now changing her testimony through the Arabid, that they are missing, they are gone?
I can confirm that and all of the videotapes of all depositions are gone.
Again, we found out about this early in the investigation when I received a call from someone who was looking for some information off one of the videotapes and we started searching and we had none.
I wrote a letter to Benny Thompson asking for them, and he confirmed that they did not preserve those tapes.
He didn't feel that they had to, but according to House rules, you have to preserve any data and information and documents that are used in an official proceeding, which they did.
They actually aired portions of these tapes on their televised hearings, which means they had to keep those.
Our good friend John Solomon breaking that news I think last Thursday night with Congressman Barry Loudermilk of Georgia, talking of how you run congressional investigations, how fascinating the quote-unquote key witnesses against President Trump around joining this fix, all of their closed session deposition videotape.
has disappeared.
Joe, Victoria, it seems as if the other side knows how to run investigations, or at least knows how to de-six evidence that is, how should I put this, inconvenient to their narrative?
Well, here's the thing about that interview that John Solomon did with Representative Loudermilk.
Loudermilk said something very interesting.
He said, we found out about this at the beginning of our investigation.
Why did we just find out about it last Thursday from John Solomon?
What have the Republicans been doing with this information?
Sitting on it!
This is another example of the absolute incompetence.
First of all, why haven't they introduced a resolution of censure against Bennie Thompson?
Is it because he's a black member of Congress and he's a Democrat?
The Republicans are fools.
They don't know what they're doing.
They don't know how to exercise power.
If the Democrats have done what Loudermilk says they've done, do something about it.
I just love the fact that, you know, that is Joe DiGenova.
We play him a 23-second minute clip, and he focuses on the one thing that really matters.
We knew about this in January.
Victoria, your reaction to that clip?
Well, it's not surprising that this is what happened with that January 6th committee, because it was illegal.
From the beginning, never in the history of the House of Representatives has the opposite party decided who was going to be on the entire committee.
And so I guess we should really go to those Republicans who were supposed to be responsible for keeping it.
Would they have preserved it, or did they join the Democrats?
So if the Republicans are so hot to throw out George Santos, which is fine if that's what they want to do, why can't they pick up a pen and paper and do something about Benny Thompson and the former Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, who obviously condoned the destruction of these tapes?
What in the world are they going to do about it?
I love seeing you when you're angry, Joe.
It gives me faith that there are those who want to fight.
I have such a long list.
For the last segment, I want you, I want to hand it over to you.
I want you and Victoria to tell us the most important thing that we're not talking about.
So I'll let you ruminate on that.
But we've got a few minutes left in this segment, and I'm just going to bring up a completely random topic.
Not really random, but it's one I have to get your take on, because it's related to the deep state and abuse of power.
FISA.
FISA is meant to be renewed.
This is what I deem to be one of the most un-American tools, this secret court where the judge's identity is secret, the person they're about to get a warrant on has no real representative.
What is your professional opinion of what the future of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court system should be in America?
Let's start with you, Victoria.
Well, Sam, let me just give you some history.
When I was chief counsel for the Senate Intelligence Committee for Barry Goldwater, whom I adored, Bison was just new and we were just working with it and we were trying to get information.
And it was the liberals that were marching in saying, oh, this is terrible.
You shouldn't be doing any kind of wiretapping.
And now we have an about shift.
Well, I don't think there's any doubt that FISA has been abused now for a number of years.
There isn't any question that it's been abused, that the FBI has purposely misused it, that they've lied to the FISA court.
It's also true that the FISA court has done a very lousy job of oversight.
They've delayed making public information about illegal activities by the FBI.
And here's my prediction.
The FISA extension will be renewed without any major changes because the Republicans do not have the guts to take on the FBI.
This is an absolute outrageous result.
Nothing will change.
There will be no warrants required to get access about information for Americans.
There will be no ombudsman on the court to protect Americans.
It's going to be a disgraceful finish to the reauthorization.
Let me give you one terrible example.
You remember the FBI lawyer, Cline Smith, who lied about Carter Page on the FISA application?
Well, who actually adopted a CIA document to give it the reversed meaning of what it had and so implicate Carter Page.
Yeah, and that was the basis for Carter Page being implicated, that he was never working for the CIA, which he had done.
The judge, who was the head of the FISA court, happened to be his judge for his sentencing to his guilty plea.
And he got a slap on the hand and he now has his law license back.
I think that the examples of the judges sitting on the FISA court had been a disgrace.
This is another example of them not doing their constitutional duty.
And they should have been at the forefront of demanding changes to the FISA law, but they weren't.
Should it be scrapped?
Should it be scrapped, Joe?
Should it be scrapped?
First of all, here's the thing.
It needs to be scrapped in its current form.
Without protections for Americans, it needs to be scrapped.
Because the President, under Article 2, has the constitutional authority to wiretap communications of foreign nationals here and overseas.
So that can be taken care of.
It's the Americans we're trying to protect.
That's who's being hurt by FISA at this point.
Yeah.

Okay, Joe, Victoria, I had dear friends of mine who have the best foreign podcasts, amazing guests out of the UK, and Francis and Constantine always ask their guests the same question, and now I'm going to mercilessly steal from them and I'm going to ask you the same question.
What is the issue That we are not talking enough about.
What is the buried lead in all of these things?
Give me the thing that we should be focusing on that isn't getting the requisite attention.
I'll tell you one of the issues, and we've said how bad the Republicans are at having hearings.
They're really bad at messaging.
Yeah.
They go out and say, well, we will find some money that Joe Biden had.
No.
The elements of bribery are an official act, and that would be getting Chokin fired because he was investigating Hunter's company.
Yeah.
And that that person or some other person, any other person or entity, could receive the value. And Republicans keep saying, well,
we're going to track money to Joe Biden. You don't have to for bribery. Anybody, other
person can receive that value, and it's bribery. And they haven't gotten that message
across.
And the other thing that's absolutely stupefying and infuriating is the fact that the Republicans
cannot bring themselves to do the things that need to be done to bring the warrior state,
the lawfare state, the weaponized U.S. government, to the table.
government to heal.
And I must tell you, I am so nauseated by the testimony of Christopher Wray.
The fact that he can get up before a committee and berate a congressman and say, are you suggesting that all the members of the FBI are somehow involved in inciting riots?
That's not the question that was being asked by members.
He was asked, were there any FBI informants?
How many did you have?
And Christopher Wray, we're to believe, doesn't know the answer to that now after several years.
The fact is, the Republicans don't know how to ask questions.
They don't know how to follow up.
They don't know how to—and more than that, you know what?
The FBI just got $375 million to build their new office building.
Now, these are the nitwit Republicans who are so angry at the FBI that they gave them more money.
I think, look, we have to do this again before Christmas, if we may.
I always get to the end and I'm like, I need more time, I need more time.
But I think one of the most important things you've said, both of you, is that...
Our side, the good guys, the people who believe in law and order, the people who believe in the Constitution, don't know how to exercise power.
That is the nub of the issue.
God bless you.
Stay safe.
Best of the Yuletide season to you.
And hopefully we can talk again before Christmas.
Please support Joe and Victoria.
