♪♪ Welcome back, dear friends.
What day is it today?
Is it... What is it, Eric?
Is it Tuesday?
I believe it's a Tuesday.
I think there might be something important going on today.
As my father used to say, it's Tuesday all day until midnight.
That's a dad joke.
And we have Mr. G back in studio!
Great to have him back.
Mr. G, how we doing?
I'm doing well.
All right, so will you remind all of our listeners what are the locales of my stories from outside the studio?
7-Eleven, post office, walking the dog, and a recent vet trip.
And a vet!
Good for you!
He remembered the vet!
The visit to the vet with Killian.
Today we can add the polling station.
Yes, indeed.
We can add my experience because, well, let's just start with this.
It's about 10 o'clock at night.
My wife is not a night owl.
I'm a night owl.
She's usually asleep by 9 o'clock, but she came into the bedroom at 10 o'clock at night and said, I have a really big favor to ask of you.
What's the right response when your wife says, just before bed, I have a really big favor to ask you?
Well, as they say, happy wife, happy life.
And I said, of course, my darling, what can I do for you?
Do you want me to clean the gutters at midnight?
Is there a massive wasp's nest, a hornet's nest we have to deal with?
No, it was desperation.
No, no photographs.
No photographs.
Not yet.
I'll tell you.
We were missing poll workers.
Because today's a big day in Virginia!
It's an election for, I don't know, hundreds of seats.
Positions across the nation, across the state at least, from every seat in the House and the Senate, county commissioners, you name it.
School boards!
Huge day.
And, as is often the case, The Republicans didn't have enough people.
So I ended up being what?
A poll watcher!
Yes, I have stories to say about my poll watching experience.
Let's have the photograph of me at the...
Polling station today outside one of our schools.
Just me.
We'll talk about the people I met there.
But there we are.
It's the Fairfax Republicans.
I was undercover.
No suit and tie.
But I was noticed and people did want some selfies.
We'll talk about that.
But we're hoping to get one of the candidates on the line to discuss how things are going in the Commonwealth today.
But here's the very simple lesson I wish to share with you.
It's not enough to just vote.
It's not enough to just make a donation, send in a check, go online.
You have to be engaged.
Where was I?
I was outside the polling station.
I was handing out Sample ballots.
Incredibly complex election.
Lots of candidates.
Nobody had an R or a D after their name.
And as a result, made a big difference to hand out those sample ballots.
Where was my wife?
She was on the inside.
Chief Election Officer, she will be there till 8pm tonight.
She left the house at 4.30 in the morning.
Guys, if people like us can do it, so can you.
Okay, let's talk to one of the people who's running for the Senate seat from the 31st District.
A man known to my family because I do believe his brother went to school with our son.
Juan Pablo Segura!
Welcome to America First!
Thanks for having me on the show.
I'm good, but I should be asking you.
So how are things going for you?
What are you hearing?
I saw a lot of Republicans voting this morning when I was a poll watcher outside our local polling station.
So tell us how the Segura family is feeling.
Well, we're working overtime here to win this thing.
We're cautiously optimistic.
Thank God we had a good day.
The sun came out.
The weather's good.
And so, you know, just from the race perspective, we held the line in the early vote, which was huge.
We didn't concede the early vote.
And now we just got to show up and win.
And if we show up in Lowndes County and Fauquier County, Republicans are going to flip the Senate, we're going to hold the House, and we're finally going to have a conservative majority to get the governor's agenda passed.
Yeah, the Governor, Governor Youngkin, has been using this phrase everywhere he goes.
I think he's made a hundred campaign stops.
He's really been pushing the boat out.
He's saying, keep the House, flip the Senate.
Keep the House, flip the Senate.
Talk to us about your journey.
Why are you, from a very successful family, successful businessman, why are you taking this step to get involved in politics, Juan Pablo?
Well, you know, Seb, you mentioned I used to be an entrepreneur.
I started a couple companies in the Washington, D.C.
area.
One was a pregnancy monitoring business that was just named one of the 150 most innovative companies in the world.
Name the other one that provides very delicious comestibles.
District Donuts.
Very famous purveyor of sweet delights.
Oh yeah, amen to that.
If you want a good donut, you know now where to go.
So you were doing these amazing things, so why did you take this crazy step of running for public office?
Yeah, I think, you know, I was enjoying, I was very comfortable and very blessed with my business, but one day my wife Cecilia came to me and said, Juan Pablo, I'm pregnant with our first child.
And, you know, to me, I looked at Virginia as a state after eight years of democratic control.
They passed California emission standards.
We're now listening to California here in Virginia as to what kind of cars we have to buy.
They pushed a radical agenda in our schools.
We're not safe, our girls are not safe in our schools right now, in the bathroom.
And so I just looked at the future of my son, Luca, and I said, if I can't, if I don't throw my hat in the ring, if I can't roll up my sleeves and try to win so that we can fix Virginia, I think we're going to lose Virginia for a generation.
And so I did that and we have, we've built a coalition and we're going to win this thing, but we need people to show up and vote today.
We need them out in the polls.
The social media account is JuanPablo4VA.

What is your message right now?
You're broadcasting across the Commonwealth, across the nation, to those people who think that their vote doesn't matter in the Commonwealth or in at least a dozen states where there are elections across America today.
What do you say to them, Juan Pablo?
Well, Seb, my district, Senate District 31, is the decision maker in Virginia.
It's got a big chunk of Lowndon County and Fauquier.
My race is going to come down to 500 votes.
500 votes.
And so every vote is going to make a difference.
I mean, they're saying that my race is going to recount territory.
So I need people to come out and vote.
This is our chance.
To show the rest of Virginia that Republicans can lead, that we can fix what the Democrats broke.
And this is our shot, but we need folks that last push.
We got four hours left.
We need you to go vote right now if you can.

Nice one.
Play me count one again.

Well, the President still believes that a reoccupation of Gaza by Israeli forces is not good.
It's not good for Israel, not good for the Israeli people.
I'll let Prime Minister Netanyahu speak to whatever his post-conflict plans are.
I can tell you, though, that one of the conversations that Secretary Blinken's been having in the region is, you know, what does post-conflict Gaza look like?
You know, what does governance look like in Gaza?
Because whatever it is, it can't be what it was on October 6th.
It can't be Hamas.
All right Coming with nine
I'm going to talk to Jeff and then I'm going to go PhD.
Nine, Jeff, then PhD.
All right.

Play me cut three.

Those who don't want to continue the way of Hamas, and certainly it's not... I think Israel will, for an indefinite period, will have the overall security responsibility because we've seen what happens when we don't have it.
When we don't have that security responsibility, what we have is the eruption of Hamas terror on a scale that we couldn't imagine.
Yeah, I think that's the best.
The best solution.
It's gotta be run by Israel.
Sadly.
I'm going to say.
Hmm.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Right now, there are two additional Democrats running for president right now.
One is a congressman from Minnesota.
The other one is the governor of California.
They're both running for president, but only one had the guts to announce it.
That's weird.
That's Fetterman.
Why can't he use the name Newsom?
Why does he have to say the governor?
Hey Jeff, why is Fetterman talking about the governor of California?
Is he reading somebody's script?
It's gotta be somebody's script.
And there's got to be a reason that they're doing that.
I would assume maybe Biden was close with him or maybe his people were helping him get elected.
Right, right, right.
So it's Team Biden trying to protect themselves and using somebody else.
Exactly.
So pathetic.
You know, that's somebody who could use a little MyPhD weight loss.
How much do you think that guy weighs, Jeff?
I think he's lost weight, too.
Yeah, but he must have started like, what, three?
He's got to be 300 pounds.
No, I think he said, you know, he's very tall.
He's like 6'8".
They said he was close to 400 pounds before.
Maybe we should send him the URL.
It's a system that worked for me.
Although I think he needs a bit more help than I needed.
42 pounds is what I lost with Dr. Ashley Lucas.
It's amazing.
My wife lost 36 pounds.

But I have to finish my story about what I was doing this morning at the polling station in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
So there I am at the booth handing out the sample ballots saying, good morning.
Do you need a sample ballot?
I said that many, many times this morning, and even to people who clearly were not on Team Patriot.
A few people recognized me, took some selfies, and one of them is a future voter.
That's Asher with his dad, a former Marine and officer in the Navy.
What a cheerful chappy.
That's like 8am in the morning and he's beaming at us.
After a big old nap.
So that was fun.
And then here's a fun story.
Car, minivan, pulls up in front of the polling station.
The gentleman inside is handicapped, so they have to do a curb vote.
They have to call out my wife, the chief election officer, and check IDs, and he votes curbside.
And his wife, Betty, runs out of the van, sees me, runs up to me, and says, Dr. G!
I need to give you a big hug and a big kiss, big fan!
And I say, oh, hi, Betty.
And she walks back to introduce me to Bob.
And then out comes my wife with a computer, The driver's license, you know, scanning thing and the ballot.
And she says in front of my wife, hey, just don't tell your wife that I gave you a big hug and a kiss.
And I said, madam, this is my wife.
Betty and Bob loved meeting you today and all the other patriots.
It felt good.
Lots of Republicans.
Is it going to be enough?
It's up to you guys.
Get out there.

After doing my civic duty this morning.
Oh, well, that's amazing.
We're on our way now.
I just wanted to call to say You know, change starts with getting these young people out and registered to vote.
Yes.
And my daughter just turned 18 on Saturday, and she had registered to vote prior to her 18th birthday.
So I'm very proud to say that we are taking her to vote for the very first time to help make America great again.
Good.
Now, just don't tell her in advance what happened to my son when he went to vote for the first time.
He was very embarrassed.
He thought my wife had entered near this.
But, you know, they see on the voter rolls when you're registering at the beginning to get your ballot if you're the first-time voter.
And so, once he voted, once he put his ballot into the scanner, everybody in the polling station cheered and gave him a round of applause.
He was mortified.
Don't tell your daughter in advance that's what they do because it is it's fun I think I like it it's you know it's a cute thing to do however you know I did see that was so perverse Amy this is this is the left so they came like drones to vote in their little batches and there was one family it was the the mother the father and the daughter and I swear the daughter was seven maybe eight years old you know you know the daughter was wearing Amy she was wearing a t-shirt with a image of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
It's just, it's a cult.
I mean, don't get me wrong.
I mean, Antonin Scalia, a great American, one of the greatest jurists we've ever had.
But the idea that I put a t-shirt of Justice Antonin Scalia on my child and parade them around like a political prop, especially on election day, they're just not normal, Amy.
No.
It's so difficult being a parent and teaching your child what is right, both religiously and politically within our country.
And, you know, we had our ups and downs, but we prevailed.
And that's what we're most proud of.
It's up to us.
Thank you.
Let's go to Scottsdale, Arizona.
Kevin, line one.
Hey, Sebastian, how you doing?
Good.
Hey, listen.
In 2022, I tried to warn the Republican Party and those marketers that were trying to push the issue as far as, we don't have to talk about abortion.
And look what happened.
When I stood in line to vote... Hang on, hang on.
What was your advice to the GOP?
I'm not clear.
What was your advice?
My advice was...
They just have a hardcore stance as far as pro-life.
Yeah, because it's murder.
That's why, Kevin, you need to be pretty hardcore when we're killing 900,000 babies every year.
Do you think it's a good thing to kill a million kids every year?
No, but if you take... What we have to do is have some type of common ground here.
If you look at... Common ground on killing babies?
What's the common ground, Kevin?
Explain to me.
Let me explain it to you.
95% of the world have a ban on abortion.
But those bans are a 12 or 16 week.
Also, the premature record for a baby born and surviving is 21 weeks.
We should have some type of common ground as far as, hey, let's have a 16 week ban, just like the other 95% of the world.
And that's where we don't have or give women that choice.
It's either Hardcore left or hardcore right?
Well, I think it's non-negotiable.
I'm sorry.
If you're prepared to dance with the devil, then you will pay a price in eternity, my friend.

Steven Crowder has his report on the transgender Nashville school shooters manifesto removed from YouTube because of a violation of violent criminal organizations policy.
Who's the criminal organization?
The Solitary Transgender Child Murderer?
Or Stephen Crowder because he released the manifesto they sat on for almost a year?
It's just another form of government censorship via big tech.
The topic our next guest is the expert on.
We are welcoming from the Foundation for Freedom Online none other than Mike Benz.
Welcome back Mike.
Thank you, Sebastian.
So, I don't mean to be cynical, I don't mean to be sarcastic, but I'm looking at this big breaking news from, you know, Breitbart and elsewhere.
Jim Jordan Censorship Organization Election Integrity Partnership was created at DHS agency's request.
These big data dumps of government censorship proof.
Mike, haven't we been talking about this with you for about a year now?
You know, We have now accumulated an archive of content on this.
I think it was something like eight or 10 months ago.
You and I did, I think, three 45 minute shows all on this exact scandal.
So it's fantastic that there's been the media amplification of it.
It's amazing that Jim Jordan and the committee have turned their attention.
They produced 100 page report.
It's been picked up everywhere.
Daily Mail, Fox, Breitbart, as you said.
The fact is, you didn't even need insider emails to establish what this news cycle has been.
This stuff has all been out there, open source.
And at the heart of it, it's about the government's use of government cutouts to do the censorship dirty work that it can't do itself.
This is the kind of thing that the CIA does.
Abroad for foreign dirty work operations and our own DHS has been doing it in the homeland through the use of cutouts here and so that practice has to end.
Fortunately there's been a lot of counter pressure generated in the past year to accelerate that process and the one thing that I'll sort of wrap by saying here is There was a great quote by Secretary Mayorkas from the DHS responding to the New York Post inquiry to him, where the DHS secretary says, we don't engage in those practices anymore, which is a tribute to the pressure that we've brought to bear on it, saying we know we were guilty in the past.
But you know, we're trying to put the genie back in the bottle.
We'll see if it stays there.
All right, well, we need you in the next segment to explain what these entities are that suddenly everybody seems to have discovered that you've been covering for so long now.
The Election Integrity Partnership, also CISA, this element inside the Department of Homeland Security, also the relevance of the Atlantic Council, and then lastly, perhaps most kind of You know, shocking or devious, we have the Stanford University's Internet Observatory.
So Mike's going to explain it all.
In the meantime, follow him at MikeBenzCyber on Twitter and the Foundation for Freedom Online, an absolute treasure trove on what the government is doing to you if you're a patriot.

Okay, because this woman who's the press secretary for Bibi Netanyahu could be available.
She just DM'd me.
Let's see... I haven't asked Dershowitz yet. We should probably take one of the two that we have and make a panel
just in case she cancels anyway. Because that could happen.
Right, right.
Let me just DM her now.
What we could do is we could add... We don't have any students, right?
We have one, she just texted me.
Oh, good.
But we could take Jonathan and Glick and make them a panel.
All right, let's... What have we got?
Mike here, we've got one more.
Let's work it out at the top of the hour.
Okay.
And I have another... I have a hard stop at four for... Oh yeah, no, you're gonna be like done in eight minutes.
Okay, oh cool.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, awesome.
Are they gonna record your speech?
I wish.
They actually asked me to re-give the same speech I gave to another set of fellows.
It was like the best speech I'd ever done, frankly.
But they wouldn't let me record it before.
And so what I'm planning to do, they said I might be able to record an audio version.
But what I'm planning to do is to basically do a webcam version of the speech after the speech.
Dude, you've got to do what I do wherever I am.
You don't get to tell me I can't record it.
I just take out my phone and I put it on the podium and I record it.
Turn on the microphone, yeah.
Yeah, I'd love to hear it.
I'd love to hear your kind of elevator pitch version.
Yeah, I mean, it's basically just the story of the rise and evolution of the censorship industry, you know, from its intelligence and government origins and, you know, through the NATO history and then how it spread westward and metastasized from there.
And you did that all in what, like an hour?
How long did that take you?
Yeah, an hour to hour 15.
Wow, amazing.
All right, stand by.
Not coming in with anything.
Hmm.

Yeah, you know the big ones.
They're not on your side.
They're woke.
They're left-wing.
They've donated millions of dollars to causes like Planned Parenthood, gun control foundations, organizations that are against the First Amendment.
Why would you fund people who hate you?
It's crazy, right?
There is an alternative.
It's the only Christian Conservative cell phone company in America.

We are back with the president of the Foundation for Freedom Online, former head of cyber for the State Department, Mike Benz.
You can follow him at MikeBenzCyber on Twitter, and the incredible website is FoundationForFreedomOnline.com.
Finally getting recognition for his work, or at least his work is echoing around the halls of Congress with this data dump from Jim Jordan and Dan Bishop and others.
Will you just Explain to the millions of people listening right now what these entities are and why they matter.
So what is CISA?
What is the Internet Observatory at Stanford?
And how does it all connect to something called the Election Integrity Partnership?
And Mike, really, what were they doing?
So this is the story of the censorship of the 2020 election, the most censored democratic event in human history, where hundreds of millions of posts across Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube were all throttled or censored.
So if you remember, you couldn't talk about mail-in ballots, you couldn't talk about election fraud.
You may have been wondering in the back of your head, How the heck in a free world, in a free country with the First Amendment, how all this censorship was possible?
It turns out that it was basically coordinated between two entities in large part, them being this censorship sub-agency within the Department of Homeland Security.
called CISA, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency is what it stands for.
It's a long wordy way of saying censorship because they declared misinformation on the internet to be
a cyber security attack. Right, so they used that with a sleight of hand, they threw the cloak of
national security over talking about the election. Exactly.
So you could be on the toilet at 9.30 at night on a Thursday and say, you know, I don't know that I trust mail-in ballots.
And technically, according to the Department of Homeland Security's Cyber Security Agency, you were committing a cyber... We lost you there for a second.
We lost you there for a second.
By just asking a question about mail-in ballots, what were you labeled as, Mike?
As committing a cyber attack on US critical infrastructure.
That is, they declared elections to be critical infrastructure and misinformation on the internet to be a cyber threat.
You were a cyber threat actor if you were committing misinformation.
So they lumped you, if you said, I think mailing ballots are a bad idea.
You're lumped in with, you know, agents of the Kremlin hacking into the intelligence community or jihadis who are recruiting jihadis online, correct?
Because they pre-declared them to be safe and secure.
And so anything that, quote, undermined faith or confidence in that declaration of their safety and security was a misinformation cyber attack on the critical infrastructure of the election itself.
Wow.
That's how a cybersecurity agency got long-arm jurisdiction over your opinions on the internet.
Now, they knew that they couldn't get away with enforcing that censorship directly.
So, what they did is they created an outside group out of Stanford.
Stanford, another university at the University of Washington, it's basically the Bill Gates University, as well as the Atlantic Council and a group called GRAFICA, which is basically a Pentagon Psychological Warfare outfit.
It literally came from the Minerva Initiative, which is the Pentagon Psychological Operations Research Center.
So, they jammed together this CIA-packed, DOD-packed, Foreign policy hit squad to control speech in domestic elections because they disagreed with Trump's foreign policy.
That's basically how this all came together.
Now, they're nailed dead to rights.
The head of the Stanford Aaron Observatory, which ran EIP, the Election Integrity Partnership, is on tape saying that they were set up by the Department of Homeland Security to, quote, fill the gaps of what the government could not do itself.
That is the definition of a government cutout.
Let's be explicit here.
It is an end run around the Constitution and the First Amendment.
And they knew it in advance and they set up the whole thing thinking they could structure it like a money laundering operation where you're where let's just say you've got drug money and you you need to conceal the illicit source of the funds.
So you wash it through pizza shop or you wash it through a Cayman Islands bank.
DHS washed it through this consortium called EIP.
And from there, EIP bragged in their own internal documents that their coerced policy changes on the tech platforms got 22 million tweets just on Twitter alone.
That's just one platform ahead of the 2020 election day labeled misinformation and throttled at scale.
They had over 631 tickets.
All of the narratives, stop the steal, Dominion, everything about ballot harvesting, ballot trafficking.
They targeted James O'Keefe, they targeted Newsmax, they targeted Fox News.
Every major influencer on the internet had the thump of the Department of Homeland Security over their head for the entirety of the 2020 election cycle.
And it was all done through a censorship laundering operation that finally is getting the attention it deserves.
All right, well, we're out of time.
You're off to give a speech to a very august audience.
We've got 30 seconds left.
We've got to get you back for a longer chat, Mike.
Last question, very, very quickly.
You must be happy that this is finally being repeated by the halls of Congress.
What is the next thing that needs to be revealed that hasn't been revealed yet, Mike?
What would you like Congress to do?
10 seconds.
There's still an Eldorado goldmine of these JIRA service desk tickets that Stanford has a hold of that they need to turn over.
Also, the ball is now in the Supreme Court's hands.
There's a major decision that will decide the state of play for the year ahead.
So that's the Missouri v. Biden case.
So send all of your spirit energy to the Missouri State Attorney General's Office.
All right, let's get you back to discuss all of those issues.
In the meantime, follow him at MikeBenCyber.
He's on the road.
We're very grateful he joined us.

Title for that one?
What did he call it?
The censorship industrial complex?
exhorted... oh, how DHS... how DHS ignored your rights and the US government's.
Constitution.
One minute.
Who's Christina Bob?
She's an attorney, right?
Yeah, one of Trump's lawyers.
Oh, OK.
Oh, that's right.
Yeah.
I'm just thinking of Alina Hava for a moment.
Come in, let's come in with something fun.
One of the DeSantis cuts.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
They're all so bad.
Come in with eight.
He'll point out too, like he really needed to do the interview with her.
People mocking him saying, oh, he needs a woman to protect him, like he needs a woman to speak for him.
Trump would never do that.
I'm out.
Merr.
you As somebody who's a leader, you should want people who are delivering big victories for their constituents, standing up for conservative values, which Kim has done.
And it's almost like with Donald Trump, if you don't kiss the ring, you could be the best governor ever and he'll trash you.
You could be a terrible, corrupt politician, but if you kiss his ring, then all of a sudden he'll praise you.
Eric, why is the governor of Florida having to sit next to some strange woman who I think is ranked the most unpopular governor in America?
Why?
I mean, does President Trump have to sit down with strange governors to give interviews?
Absolutely not.
It's a testament to the fact that at this point DeSantis can barely speak for himself, so he needs to get all these surrogates.
But that's been his whole campaign strategy, is to let surrogates do all the talking, and look at how well that's worked out for him.
Yeah.
And it goes on, it gets even worse.
What's her name?
Kim Reynolds, right?
Yes.
Cut six.
Do you believe Trump can't win?
Yeah, I believe he can't win.
And I believe Ron can.
Jeff, where's President Trump in the polls and where's Ron DeSantis?
He's about 40 points ahead of him in Iowa.
And isn't he beating him in every swing state except one?
I mean, beating Biden?
Yes.
So what's that woman talking about?
No idea, that's just been the whole play the whole time.
It's like a denial of reality, it's unbelievable.
Line one, let's go Los Angeles, Stanley.
Hi, Dr. Corcoran.
Can you speak to me?
I can barely hear you.
Can you hold the phone slightly further away from your mouth and talk a little bit louder?
Is that any better?
A little bit.
Carry on.
Well, I wonder, maybe you can explain to me why all this trouble by the DHS and the Stanford and all this suppression was done under the President's duty.
President Trump was the President.
How come he couldn't control his own government?
That's what I want to know, Ben.
Do you know what the deep state is?
Have you ever listened to this show, Stanley?
I mean, I've only been doing it for like five years.
I listen to you all the time.
Then do you know the phrase deep state?
I understand that.
Okay, good.
Well, that's why.
Because you have people, okay, in this city, 93% of which voted for Hillary and voted for Biden, who hate President Trump.
That's why.
And they are actively working against him.
That's why.
So what's he going to do when he gets elected?
How's he going to take care of that?
Well, we have a plan, but you think it would be wise of me to disclose it openly in front of millions of people, Stanley?
No, I'm just glad you're aware of it because it's something terrible that was done.
It was.
It was absolutely treasonous.
It was subversive.
It was seditious.
And it was treasonous.
And that's why the number one concern, if you listen to this show, for me is personnel.
And we can't let literal traitors like John Kelly inside the wire next time.
Thank you, Stanley.
Not sure you do listen to the show, but I appreciate the question.
If you stand with President Trump, it is the hottest item.
Hottest item.
I can't believe it.
I'm happy.

How would you describe a Jew?
They're doubles.
Who's at fault?
The Jews.
The Jews.
Always been a problem.
So if they do take Palestine, where do the 12 million Jews go?
Go to hell.
That's the literal slogan.
We free Palestine! We free Palestine!
We Free Palestine! We Free Palestine!
You You
You I'm a Jew going undercover at a Free Palestine rally to see what can really happen.
How would you describe a Jew?
They're devils.
Who's at fault?
The Jews.
The Jews.
Always been a problem.
So if they do take Palestine, where do the 12 million Jews go?
Go to hell.
That's the literal slogan.
Free, free Palestine!
Free, free Palestine!
Okay, if we free Palestine, where do the Jews go?
Hey, go back to Brooklyn!
Shut up the fire.
He was right.
The Hamas took the action they took.
It's not a terrorist attack.
I am queer for Palestine, yes.
What do you think about the argument when people are saying in Gaza they kill gay people?
It's very unsafe to be queer here too.
They're not actually killing gay people for being gay by law, right?
The way it is in Gaza.
Why do we keep going back to, like, Gaza?
Why is there such a basis for them to have a homeland?
Nobody else has a homeland.
Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking?
My family's from Afghanistan.
And Afghanistan, by the way, so that's a Muslim country, right?
Predominantly, yes.
So would you consider that your homeland?
Yes, so I guess I do have a claim over that, but you can't claim Israel.
Yeah, that makes sense.
So the protesters say Israel can't have a homeland, but I can if I'm a Muslim, if I'm from Afghanistan.
That is the internal logic or lack thereof of those who are baying from the river to the sea, which of course means the extermination of the Jewish people and the state of Israel.
What can be done?
What does the future hold for us?
Let's talk to presidential historian, former media mogul and All right, Renaissance Man, one of your favorite guests here on America First.
Lord Conrad Black, welcome back to the Salem News Network.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Always a pleasure.
You've written a piece in the National Post, a superb piece, back on November 4th.
Today is November 7th.
It is the one-month anniversary of the slaughter of the innocents in Israel.
Should we be surprised by the extent, the breadth and the vituperation of the protests against Israel in the last 30 days?
I would say yes, certainly I am, but I think we have to see them in context.
In the first place, a lot of it in the Western countries is Muslim and allegedly Palestinians in those countries.
So they, you know, they have as much right to demonstrate as anyone else, but they are They aren't exactly representative of the population.
I don't think there's any evidence that anti-Semitism has risen among most of the people in the Western countries.
But I think the academic demonstrations and the cowardly response of many of the university administrations is a real eye-opener.
But I agree with my friend and fellow contributor to this program, Victor Hanson, that it is an offshoot of the brainwashing that our youth have received to the effect that if it's white and successful, it must be bad.
And in their eyes, simplistic as their view of the world is, Israel is white and successful, therefore it must be exploiting its less prosperous neighbors.
So I think That level of wrath and moral and academic bankruptcy that has afflicted our universities
many of them, most of them, is surprising and shocking, and it's a challenge to our
society to do something about it.
But in the population as a whole in the United States and Canada, it's a little dodgier in
Europe, but that's partly because of the larger Muslim population.
I don't think anti-Semitism is anything like on the scale that it would have been.
And our Jewish friends are disconcerted by it, because it's irrational, it's undignified,
and traditionally it's not the sort of thing you expect to find in a university.
You expect to find a certain liberality of feeling and toleration of different views.
Yeah, well one individual has died as a result of the violence in Thousand Oaks in Los Angeles.
A 65-year-old Jewish man was holding an Israeli flag and at a pro-Palestinian rally he was hit on the head by one of the protesters with a bullhorn and he died there on the sidewalk.
Lord Black, what is the right reaction to the images we just showed them on the screen of What happened outside the White House on Saturday, the damage done to the fence line, the red paint daubed in blood-like hand images on the concrete, on the wall, nary an arrest in comparison to January the 6th.
There seems to be quite a double standard going on.
Yeah, and also I go back, as some of your listeners could, to the Vietnam era and in the time of President Johnson and President Nixon.
People could demonstrate outside the White House if they wanted to, but nothing was allowed to be pushed through the fence or the gate, and no defacing or graffiti of any kind was tolerated.
I believe the 1st Division of the US Marine Corps Um, it's responsible for the security of the federal buildings in Washington.
And in those days, they didn't tolerate things like that.
And, you know, they tried to push coffins over the fence, and they pushed them back.
And if there were actual attempts at, you know, graffiti or other forms of defacement, the people were arrested.
Now, they weren't heavy charges, and they weren't beaten up or anything, but they were arrested, and they were charged.
And, you know, if you don't Provide any deterrence for that kind of behavior it will
happen, but if you do it won't know Let's talk about what's going on in the region of the
Middle East we have a BB Netanyahu make the following statement
This is the prime minister of Israel cut three play cut Those who don't want to continue the way of Hamas and
certainly is not I think Israel will before An indefinite period will have the overall
Security responsibility because we've seen what happens when we don't have it
When we don't have that security responsibility, what we have is the eruption of Hamas terror on a scale that we couldn't imagine.
Is it reasonable, is it realistic to posit that The Gaza, where the majority of those polled agree that Israel shouldn't exist, could be run by the Gazans themselves after what happened a month ago today?
I don't think so.
Not without a transitional regime.
I think you have to have some sort of neutral international administration.
and a police force which the United States would have to participate in for Israel to have any
faith in it. And I mean, Egypt, I think, would be acceptable in some other countries, but not
about enemies of Israel. And Israel would have to monitor all entry and exit points. It would have
to be a demilitarized zone. And then I think if you kept it that way for, say, 10 years and put
in development aid and built gradually and promoted and favored reasonable people in Gaza, I think
I think eventually you'd get a degree of political maturation you could work with.
But in the present circumstances, I mean, at the end of this, much of Gaza is obviously going to be a rubble heap.
And one hopes that there will be, I don't want to be gruesome here, but 15,000 fewer Hamas members.
Take out the military wing, I don't care about the rest of them so much.
But you couldn't then expect such a society as that to be instantly ready for self-government and renewed discussion of the two-state solution.
On the issue of the future, when you have the former president say this at the weekend, this is Obama using language he never used as president, play cut?
That what Hamas did was horrific and there's no justification for it?
And what is also true is that the occupation and what's happening to Palestinians is unbearable?
I don't think he ever used the word occupation when he was president.
How unhelpful is that?
Extremely so, and I think a shocking revelation of his own bigotry.
I think it is really seriously scandalous that the president who appeased Iran and heaped
performance and tangible rewards on Iran, and effectively gave him a green light to
become a nuclear military power, should at this point clearly be equivocating the unspeakable
outrages committed by Hamas with the reasonable retaliatory steps of the Israelis in response
to a horrible provocation, as we've discussed before, Sebastian.
I mean, the Japanese didn't attack any civilians at Pearl Harbor.
Osama bin Laden never questioned the right of the United States to exist.
I mean, this is a full-scale assault on the right to live, and particularly to live in a thoroughly legitimate, world-recognized Jewish state of Israel.
And to say that Retaliation for extreme provocation is effectively, morally, the exact equivalent of that provocation.
It shows a moral, a dead space that is worrisome in a former president.
Well, he has really revealed himself for who he is.
We're talking to Lord Conrad back.
We will be back after these messages.
And it's a real eye opener.
And I think That our side can work with that, because I think he is really trying to pick up the pieces and the shambles of the Biden administration.
I mean, obviously the Democrats are in full-scale panic now because their own media outlets are saying that Joe's going to get bombed at the polls.
I'm just arriving at my office now.
Could you call me back on the landline in one minute?
Yeah, yeah.
Jeff, we'll call you back.
Standby. Yeah, yeah, thanks.
Yes Hang on, what have we got here?
I'll do PhD.
I'll do PhD.
No, don't need the pen cut.
I'm going to do cut 11.
And then I might use cut 10 if we have the time.
Okay.
Okay.
OK, good.
Good, good, good.
Sebastian?
Yes?
Look, I think this avalanche of negative polls... Yes, Eric, I'm going to put that poll up, yesterday's poll.
I'll use that with Conrad.
Yes, carry on Conrad.
You know, left-wing newspapers and university sites.
I think the democratic establishment have panicked and they're pushing Joe out.
They're just sending him the message.
And I assume that if he doesn't get the hint, they're going to turn the heat up on the legal side.
You know, all Hunter's nonsense.
All right, I love that.
Let's unpack your theory.
By the way, between Well, I guess we're on the air now, but uh...
We can kill you.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this.
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
It is a yeah!
Left until the election.
Yes, we have elections across America today.
Very important ones.
If you haven't voted in Virginia, in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, Mississippi, go and vote.
I did my duty this morning.
I was outside the polls handing out sample ballots.
My wife is still inside the polling station as chief election officer till the station closes.
Have you voted?
Have you taken others to vote?
Let's save this nation one state at a time.
But we've got a year until the federal elections.

I am now wearing a size 36 in my trousers and my pants.
I haven't been a size 36 since my 20s.
Go today.
MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
That's 864-644-1900.
myphdweightloss.com that's 864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com Lord Black, a very interesting week in terms of polling
data, national data, swing state data.
We have the New York Times releasing these polls in six swing states, every single one of them except Wisconsin, showing a trouncing for the incumbent with President Trump handsomely winning in Nevada, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
And then we have Obama A mouthpiece, his former campaign chairman David Axelrod, say this about the polls on CNN.
Cut 11.
There is reason to be concerned and people shouldn't dismiss these polls.
And should the president press forward, I think that they need to really kick this another notch.
Up and turn this into a comparative campaign.
You know, these polls reflect a kind of sour mood in the country about the direction of the country direction of the economy.
Now, no one knows the media better than you, Lord Black.
Are these real polls?
What is your theory?
Since it's the New York Times we had the week before, Washington Post and ABC likewise show the president, the former president, in ascendance.
Is this their way of signaling to Biden it's time to go, or is it really President Trump making such a strong showing a year out?
I think it is both, but I think that For a long time, real strength of the movement supporting former President Trump was disguised in most of the polls, except for Trafalgar and Rasmussen.
Most of them are associated either with left-wing universities or left-wing media outlets.
You know, CNN and the regular networks and the New York Times, Washington Post, and so on.
And they put their own questions and produced answers that were, in my opinion, largely unrepresentative, just as in the last election.
They were predicting a much bigger Biden win than even they managed to manufacture by using millions of harvested ballots.
I think the support for Trump is getting stronger all the time, because the Trump that people hated isn't there anymore.
He says very few things that they have to walk back, and instead of being able to portray as they did, mistakenly in my opinion, but a lot of people believe that, a blustering billionaire and a bully, you have an underdog, even though he's a wealthy man and a former president, Fighting for his life and his reputation and his career against a clearly corrupted and politicized Justice Department, people like an underdog.
And so the old anti-Trump thing is getting very hard to sell, and I think the Democrats are in full panic mode, and the Democratic establishment that gave the nomination to Biden four years ago, against Trump because they knew that Sanders was too far
out to win.
I think the same people are getting ready to hand him his hat and his coat and, you
know, pat him on the shoulder and say, thank you, and serve out the term and go, and then
they'll primary, you know, they'll primary Kamala Harris out of the picture in double
click time and try and, you know, park some other candidate on us.
I assume Newsom.
Now, I don't think that's the answer to their prayers either.
And whoever the nominee is, they're going to have to make a relatively obscure person
prominent very quickly.
And whoever that Democratic nominee is, we'll have to carry the can for this appalling administration.
the worst since before the Civil War I think.
But isn't there a danger?
I think that's where they are.
They thought they buried Trump and they were home free and now they're in full panic mode.
But isn't there a danger, however the, I mean you've written the presidential histories
of Nixon, of FDR, of President Trump.
Whichever the modus, the shenanigans, whether it's the convention or elsewhere, if they
jettisoned Joe and they put in Newsom for example, isn't there a danger that a new Democrat
face can effectively distance themselves from the disastrous three years of Biden or four
years of Biden?
Newsom's already doing it.
He's trying to do that.
He's saying relatively civilized things about Trump.
Obviously, the Chinese are playing along with him to give him an interview with the President of China and so on.
But that's what he's trying to do.
And obviously, they will try to do it.
I mean, they've got an administration now that is running very poorly in the polls.
I mean, in my recollection, by most counts, Mr. Nixon was running better the day he resigned.
And because everybody admitted that in most policy areas, Nixon was extremely successful.
And of course, you can't say that in any policy area about this administration, but they'll try to do it, but will they get away with it?
That is another issue.
I don't think either Trump or, I think, DeSantis and Haley are now the only plausible other Republicans, and they're not all that pliable.
I have a good opinion of both of them, but I don't think their chances of getting the nomination are very good this year.
But I think any of them would hang this administration around Newsom's neck or any other Democratic nominee in a way that they wouldn't be able to squiggle loose from very easily.

Next up, Alan Dershowitz, law professor emeritus of Harvard, talking about what's happening in the New York courts with my former boss, President Trump, and That anti-Semitism we have been discussing with Lord Black on the Ivy League campuses.
Stay with us here on America First.
...the chances of the Democrats of doing what you said. I mean bringing in Newsom or someone else and actually
managing to convince the voters that, you know, that this is an all-new ballgame and don't hold Biden and Harris
against them.
You know...
as well as I do, or even better, that it's very difficult to jettison an incumbent president,
especially if his wife doesn't want him to go. If they somehow engineer that,
I am worried that, you know, the hair, the teeth, the oleaginous, you know, TV ads will,
could win a lot of people over.
But as I was listening to you live, I was thinking, It doesn't take that much.
Yes, he's the governor of California.
Yes, he didn't make the decisions that the White House made for the last, you know, three or by then four years.
But they really can hang.
I mean, you know, he is a Democrat's Democrat, so they can hang this garbage around his neck.
So I think the point you made is the valid point.
Yeah, not only that, he's been a disaster in California.
Right, no, but if you're not living in California... And the golden state is, you know, it's not gold anymore.
No, they've destroyed a paradise, yeah.
No, I took your point and I think it's a very sound point.
Well, look, I think it's looking good.
I have all along, but I think it's shaping up, frankly, the way we expect.
Yes, but we have 12 months to go, Conrad.
It's a long time.
Of course, anything can happen.
I agree with that.
They're going to give them the roughest ride they can in these court cases.
To me, the encouraging thing is, so far, the American public isn't buying it.
I can see it's a put-up, John.
Well, we're going to unpack that next with Professor Dershowitz.
Will you give him my compliments, please?
I shall!
I shall give him your regards.
He's a friend and he acted for me and he's a good man.
Hang on, can we have them talk to each other?
Professor Dershowitz, we have Lord Black on the line.
He wants to say hello.
Alan?
Oh, hi, Lord Black!
I was just asking Sebastian to give you my compliments.
Good.
He's breaking up, but I will forward your regards.
All the best.
Thank you, Conrad.
God bless you.
Bye-bye.
He had very kind things to say about you, Professor.
And I about him.
Yeah.
All right.
Do we have the Professor's book?
Good.
All right.
Excellent.
Jeff, can you get for the second segment, can you get that amazing thing of Alina Haber yesterday outside the court?
I think I posted it on Twitter.
Just a short one.
I want to break them up.
The first one, Obama just revealed his bigotry.
And then for the second one, oh yes, war against the Jews.
Is that new or is that a previous book?
That's new, I just wrote it.
I started writing it on October 7th.
Oh my gosh, that's incredible.
All right, stand by, stand by.
I'll use the Penn University cut here then.
Okay, you can order it, pre-order it today.
Thanks for watching.
Constitution, America first.
What a day!
What a day!
From Lord Black to our next guest, the Professor Alan Dershowitz, and then we'll have Secretary Robert Wilkie in the third hour.
If you enjoy what we provide for you here on America First as much as we love providing it to you, please support those who make it possible.

MyPillow.com.
800-829-8468. That's 800-829-8468. MyPillow.com. I'm not...
how shall I say this?
I have a robust ego, but when I meet people like Lord Black, who every time I read one of his articles I have to use a dictionary, or our next guest, who I think he doesn't sleep.
I think he charges himself, plugs himself into the wall for about an hour a night, because he's already written a new book in the last 30 days.
Absolutely stunning.
He just told me in the break he is a professor emeritus at Harvard University, Dr. Professor Alan Dershowitz.
Welcome back to America First.
Well, yeah, I've been busy on October 7th.
I put down everything I was doing and I turned out a book that I really finished today.
You can get it literally today on Amazon pre-ordered and it'll be in your hands at the beginning of December.
So it's been a busy time, but it's been a tragic time.
It has indeed, and thank you for announcing it on our show today, of course, for the one-month anniversary of the slaughter of the innocents.
The brand-new book available today is War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism.
And it's not just the barbarism of Hamas in the Middle East.
I was going to play this cut with Lord Black, but it's even more relevant now, given your new book.
This is here in America, and this is at Penn State.
Will you play the cut, please, Eric?
Do you guys remember the photo of the kids and men laughing and smiling as they sat on top of the Israeli military jeep captured by our freedom fighters?
Yes!
Do you remember that picture?
Yes!
How about the photos of the bulldozer breaking through the deadly border?
Do you remember that picture?
Yes!
And the several other joyful and powerful images which came from the glorious October 7th?
Yes!
I want you to picture those in your mind.
I want you all to remember how you felt when you saw those images and heard the news.
I remember feeling so empowered and happy, so confident that victory was near and so tangible.
Empowered, happy, joyous at the slaughter of Jews.
We've seen the lack of any kind of real action by Harvard against the anti-Semitic sentiments of the students there.
Professor Dershowitz, Israel will do what has to be done, I believe, to keep its citizens safe.
What do we do about the rank anti-Semitism that has been revealed here in America in the last 30 days?
First of all, we call it what it is.
These folks are Hitler's youth.
They're calling for cleaning of America from the Jews.
The Nazis use that phrase.
Jews are dirty and filthy and germ-infested.
You have to clean them.
And these young Nazis, they're wearing green headbands instead of swastikas, but they're espousing the same thing.
Palestine will be free from the rivet of deceit.
Free of what?
Free of Jews.
Judenrein.
It's the same kind of thing.
And remember, these protests against Israel began before Israel fired a single shot.
They started on October 8th, the day after these horrors occurred, 33 groups at Harvard said it was all Israel's fault, as if the rapes were the fault of the rape victims and the beheadings were the fault of the beheadings victims.
And you know who's made a similar statement now?
Barack Obama.
Barack Obama made an outrageous, obscene comparison yesterday or the day before between what Hamas did, rapes, beheadings, And Israel's lack of an occupation of the Gaza Strip.
Let's play that.
We just played it with Lord Black.
This is from this weekend.
This is an interview Barack Obama did with a podcast.
Let's play the cut.
That what Hamas did was horrific.
And there's no justification for it.
And what is also true is that the occupation And what's happening to Palestinians is unbearable?
He is making a justification, Professor.
If it's unbearable, it means you can do anything.
You can rape people and you can behead them if it's unbearable.
He didn't mention that the occupation of the Gaza Strip ended in 2005 and the citizens of Gaza could have turned it into Singapore and the Mediterranean.
They didn't mention that even on the West Bank, cities like Ramallah are not occupied.
I've been there.
I've met with the Prime Minister.
I've met with the head of the Palestinian Authority.
They're not occupied.
You don't see a single policeman.
A single Israeli soldier.
It's a Palestinian city.
It's a Palestinian self-ruling city.
And it's so telling that for eight years he didn't use that language, and now he feels comfortable to use language like occupied territory.
We're discussing the latest book of our guest, Alan Dershowitz, The War Against the Jews.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Is there a main thrust to the book?
Oh, yes.
That it's going to happen again and again and again, because the world falls for what Hamas uses as the dead baby strategy.
They put their babies in harm's way.
They know Israel will cause collateral damage.
They know the world will shed tears on CNN, and then Israel will be forced not to take the action.
So it's a win-win for Hamas.
That's the thesis of the book.
Excellent.
Did you get the request to come on the Newsmax show tomorrow?
I can.
What time is it?
It'll be about 10 30 in the morning.
Yeah, I think I can do that.

We are back with Professor Alan Dershowitz, the author of the brand new book available today, It is War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism.
And also, with relevance to this segment, we're going to talk about his prior book, Get Trump.
Professor Dershowitz, I'd like to ask two legal questions.
One, let's talk about the first, the latest book.
You are a free speech absolutist, I believe, but is there something that should be done From a legal perspective, with the rank anti-Semitism in America, or do we have to wait until there's incitement to violence or actual violence as there was in Thousand Oaks yesterday against a Jewish gentleman who was killed?
I have a very simple solution.
Whatever rule a school applies to a Ku Klux Klan club, to a homophobic club, to a neo-Nazi club, to an anti-feminist club, If the school would allow them to attack women and say, if you're raped, it must be your fault.
Gays, if you're shot at, it's because of your lifestyle.
Blacks, if you're lynched, it's because you're operating.
If they allow that, then they have to allow pro-Hamas speech.
But if they would ban any of the former, and they would, then they have an obligation under the First Amendment.
To treat all speech equally.
The First Amendment demands that there not be content-based discrimination.
And so, whatever the school would do, and I guarantee you Harvard would not permit a Ku Klux Klan club, a neo-Nazi club, an anti-Muslim club, an anti-feminist club, then they cannot permit, at the same time, an anti-Jewish club.
That's it.
Same rule.
Just whatever rule you apply to one, apply to the other.
And what should the alumni of these institutions do when they see them refusing to protect the Jewish students?
Well, they should do what I do, and that is cut off all funding.
I won't send a nickel to Harvard, to Yale, to Brooklyn College, where I went to school, and where I hate to cut off contributions, because Brooklyn College educates young people, people who are the first person in the family to go to college, many immigrants.
But it's become a bastion of anti-Semitism, and I cannot in good conscience contribute to that.
So I follow Bill Ackerman's advice and the advice of others.
And I've told these universities, no, not a single penny.
Ackerman said you should send them each a dollar.
I'm not sending them a dollar.
Maybe they'll get a quarter, but they're not getting a dollar from me.
And I think all donors should continue to do that.
And I also think the federal government has to look to see Whether these schools are violating the prohibitions that were opposed by the Trump administration.
I was there in the White House when these rules were changed.
I think you had something to do with that as well.
And these rules apply.
And you can't get federal funding if you engage in anti-Semitism.
And diversity, equity, and inclusion doesn't include Jews.
It doesn't include Asians.
And in that way, it discriminates against Jews.
And violates these mandates of the federal government.
So, I think the federal government has to think twice about cutting off funding to these schools who are creating a hostile environment against Jewish students.
You mentioned President Trump.
Let's put the books up on the screen.
The latest one is War Against the Jews.
The one of relevance now is Get Trump!
The Threat to Civil Liberties Due Process.
Well, he is not a judge.
He is part of the prosecution team.
It would be very remiss of me if I didn't ask you to react to what we've witnessed in
the last 24 hours coming out of New York, a judge saying, I'm not interested in what
your defendant has to say, and shouting at President Trump's counsel to sit down.
Your reaction to what we're hearing from Judge Engeron?
Well, he is not a judge.
He is part of the prosecution team.
He's made up his mind.
He already called him a bad man.
He's already said he won't accept motions.
He had to change his mind when his law clerk whispered in his ear, by the way, any first-year student knows you have to accept motions.
And so he then said he would accept motions.
The worst offender, though, is the prosecutor.
I didn't name my book out of the blue.
Get Trump was named after her campaign pledge.
She swore she would get Trump.
She said he was too pale.
Too pale!
If that isn't a racist comment, I don't know.
Stale!
If that isn't an ageist comment.
And, you know, she is engaged in all kinds of racist and bigoted statements, not only against him, But against all of us who are pale and you can't have an attorney general whose job it is to protect the most protected people in the world, banks and insurance companies who haven't even asked for the protection and spends too little of her time
Protecting people who really need protection.
Let's end on this because I'm no lawyer, but how can you bring a case for fraud against a defendant if the institutions he's meant to be defrauding, the banks, the mortgage companies, aren't plaintiffs and had the loans paid back?
How is that even possible, Professor?
Well, their crazy theory is maybe they could have made more money.
They made plenty of money, but they could have made more money if he had correctly evaluated his property.
That is so speculative.
The law should require that there was fraudulent loss.
But, you know, New York law doesn't necessarily do that.
But they never bring cases like this.
If they did an assessment, a blind assessment of every real estate mogul in New York City and went after the worst first, They wouldn't get to Donald Trump.
The idea that he over-assessed the value of Mar-a-Lago, and the judge said maybe it's only worth $17 million.
I'll buy it tomorrow!
I think that'd be healthy competition for anyone wanting to buy Mar-a-Lago.
You can't buy the tennis court for $17 million.
I can't believe he's done it in just the last 30 days.
The latest book out today, you can order it right now, is A War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism.

Ted Cruz had something to say about Obama calling Gaza Occupied Territories.
He was on with Megyn Kelly.
Cut 12.
Was there something else you could have done?
Here's an idea.
Don't give a hundred billion dollars to the monsters who are committing these massacres.
Barack Obama led the effort to flood cash into Iran.
The Ayatollah in Iran leads mobs chanting.
Death to America and death to Israel.
They want to commit mass murder.
They want to eliminate the state of Israel.
They want to murder every Jew.
Hamas, more than 90% of the funding of Hamas comes from Iran.
Hezbollah, more than 90% of the funding from Hezbollah comes from Iran.
Barack Obama funded them.
Yes, he did.
And if you and I had given them 50 bucks, we would have been charged with material support to terrorists.
From a patriot to a traitor.
Do you remember that article, Anonymous, in the New York Times from a senior member of the Trump administration?
Well, he was the waterboy at DHS.
His name is Miles Taylor.
And he has something funny to say about who's Weaponizing the DOJ. You won't believe it. Miles Taylor, Cotton.
Do you think that you yourself, a former Trump official who notably came out as anonymous, could be a target?
Yeah, Abby, I don't think it's a might.
I think it's a will.
I think Donald Trump will do this in a second term.
I don't just think it's a possibility.
I think it's a it's a near certainty.
And it's something that he's been telegraphing very clearly from the campaign trail.
Now, I've spent the past two years interviewing fellow ex-Trump officials about What they think would happen in a second Trump term.
And this was one of the biggest through lines of all of those interviews is people time and time again saying the justice system would be weaponized in a second term.
Hey Jeff, I'm so confused.
Did we weaponize the justice system in the first Trump administration?
No, that's what this administration's doing.
Right, for the last three years?
Yeah, exactly.
Against conservatives?
Yep.
Okay.
Do you think we should use it to, like, take down criminals like Miles Taylor who leaked information?
I'd like to see Miles' reaction if that happened.
Can you imagine how much of a fit he would throw?
Well, I think he'd do more than that.
I think he'd wet his little underpants.
His little skinny jeans would have a big dark patch on them.
Oh my gosh.
Guys, it's up to us!
Are you going to do it?

I felt all along that this would take months, maybe a year, because of the very nature of the terrain and that one of the most densely packed urban areas in the world.
And the Israelis are not dumb.
They are doing what you learned as a young soldier in the United Kingdom.
They're shaping the battle space.
I read the reports from some retired Israeli generals this morning that they've collapsed 180 tunnels.
They're sending robots in.
And dogs.
There's a great video of a dog going down a tunnel.
Robots, dogs, engineers.
They've cut Gaza off from the sea.
They're killing more and more commanders.
They've actually bisected the Gaza Strip.
They've isolated the north where most of the Hamas infrastructure is.
The interesting thing is Hezbollah.
They're doing just enough to allow the world to think that they're in the fight.
They haven't crossed a strategic line.
And I think the response that the Israelis have given, and it shouldn't have been surprising to the Mullahs, but I think there's an actual fear in Tehran that if they unleash Hezbollah, that the response will be so devastating.
Well, that's one of the good things I've always said about our friends in Israel.
It doesn't matter who's in the Prime Minister's office, the people of Israel will do what has to be done.
We're talking to the former Secretary for Veterans Affairs in the Trump administration, who was also responsible for readiness and preparedness of our forces in the Pentagon, Robert Wilkie.

This is something that must be realized by people in the world and unless they realize that
there is no understanding of the entire situation.
This, their quarrel with the Arabs, is not a quarrel for a piece of land.
It's not for territory.
It's not for anything concrete.
They just refuse to believe that we have the right to exist at all!
That was 53 years ago.
The great Golda Meir, Prime Minister of Israel, telling the truth about the Arabs in those territories.
It's not about land.
It's about refusing the right of Israel to exist.
We are a month into this disastrous situation.
The IDF, Israel will do what has to be done.
But can we make a difference, even if we have no leadership in the White House?
Yes, you can.
You have already saved hundreds of lives with your donations to the Benai Zion.

Secretary Wilkie, we broached this issue, and it is a recurrent one for us here on America First, that we are being run by people.
It's a peculiar, perverse concatenation.
It's a cocktail of the ideological radicals and the incompetence.
This story, just one thing that I haven't dealt in depth here, but Jake Sullivan, one of the propagators of the Russia hoax, is now the National Security Advisor.
Prior to the October 7th attack, he published in Foreign Affairs a 9,000-word article on the sources of American power.
He thought he was being very clever by borrowing the title of Kennan's on the sources of Soviet power.
And it was a self-written hagiography of himself and Biden praising themselves about how everything's going swimmingly and the Middle East is stable, etc, etc.
And after the October 7th catastrophe, the slaughter of the innocents, foreign affairs
allowed him to go back into the electronic version and delete whole pages of it because it was so wrong.
Can you talk to the ideological aspect of having, for example,
a president who arrives at Ramstein after a completely failed diplomatic mission
to the Middle East where the Arab states refused to meet with him, and he says, Hamas
needs to learn how to shoot straight.
Just what that effect has on our interlocutors and our allies and partners.
And then to have Obama at the weekend on a podcast use the phrase occupied territories.
What does this do to the standing of America or any concept of us contributing in a positive fashion?
Well, let's look at the underlying currents that are roiling America and the United Kingdom right now.
The Marxist notion of capitalist exploiter and the working class has now been replaced by the oppressor and the oppressed.
Barack Obama comes from the Bill Ayers school of radicalism, where there is a visceral detestation, particularly of the Anglo-American tradition.
The neo-colonialists.
Yes.
So critical race theory is now placed on Yes.
It's a matrix.
Yes.
It's a matrix.
Yes.
So you see, they call the Israelis white.
White Israelis, the same as white Britons and white Americans, oppressing people of
color.
It reminds me of that Trayvon Martin case, the white Hispanics.
The white Hispanic.
I don't believe Biden is deep enough to understand any of this.
He's something out of condemnation that Thomas More gave in A Man for All Seasons.
He's part of a mob and a mob will follow anything that moves.
But from your personal experience, this is a man who is nasty.
Very.
He's not the nice old Joe.
He's not Uncle Joe.
He's a vicious back-biter, backroom brawler type.
No sophistication.
But go back to what we were saying about oppressed and oppressed.
Obama had a messianic complex on top of radical As Limbaugh called him, the anointed one.
Yes, and he believed that.
Iran was his way to prove to the world that everybody before him was wrong.
Truman, Haik, everybody.
And they wanted to bring the mullahs in.
Didn't matter what the cost was.
In American honor, as well as American treasure.
And you see the effects of that today.
This is not Hamas.
These are the mullahs.
And we've been dealing with this strain of radical Islam Since the Shah fell in 79, 78, 79.
And its manifestation now is an emboldened Iran that's part of this triumvirate that says openly, we want to kill Americans.
We want to kill Jews.
We'll kill the Jews first because they're little Americans.
The near target.
Yeah.
But it's radicalism.
It's faculty lounge lunacy.
But as a former member of the cabinet, What do our allies and our partners think when they hear things like Hamas needs to shoot straight or the National Security Advisor is doing an Orwellian memory-holing of his own article?
Could you imagine if one of us in the Trump administration had done that?
Absolutely.
And I can tell you that from my relationships in the United Kingdom.
Both conservative and old labor.
The original.
The original labor.
They think the man's a buffoon.
They all know it.
Even the president of France.
Actually, the president of France has been very vocal.
This man is a threat to French culture with his wokeism.
Macron just had the legislature pass a law saying there are only two pronouns male.
There are only two gendered males.
But he's attacked Biden for that.
Well, and if we go back to from my old regiment, the Intelligence Corps, the member of parliament who was the chairman, I think he may still be the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the House of Commons, Tom Tugendhat.
Who excoriated President Biden after Afghanistan?
Dr. Gorka, the President of the United States was censured by the Mother of Parliament.
They did not do that to George Washington who waged war against them.
All right, we have to put everything in the correct historic perspective, and of course, Secretary Wilkie always helps us to do that.

So, in a past life, before you became the Secretary for Veterans Affairs, you were probably
at the toughest job, and perhaps the most important job outside of sitting next to the
Resolute Desk, which was making sure that our troops are ready and prepared for war.
Can I ask you to apply that experience to the anniversary today?
You talked about what the IDF did in the past, how they took on the might of the Arab world and defeated them.
Can you explain what makes a fighting force, even if it's minuscule by comparison, effective and ready?
What is that magic ingredient?
Can you talk to us about what you did?
Let's just talk about the idea.
It is devotion to the people of Israel, the Jewish people, and the Jewish homeland.
And an understanding and appreciation of 3,000 years of history.
Dig into the ground and you'll pull up a coin that'll say, Year of Liberty I, Year of Liberty II.
Thousands of years.
A nation that began what we know as Western civilization.
The great Russell Kirk talked about the continuum that began in Jerusalem, moved to Athens, Rome, London, and then London.
The original monotheistic.
Right.
Graciously passed it to the American Colossus.
So that is a spirit that each Israeli soldier has.
And it's completely irrespective of political identity, land of birth.
Absolutely.
And you see what has happened now.
The issues that were roiling Israel from the time Benjamin Netanyahu came back have been forgotten.
Both sides are in the same war cabinet.
Similar to what you saw in Britain in the 1940s when Clement Attlee became the Deputy Prime Minister to Mr. Churchill.
For our people, it has always been the same, that you're defending the idea of America.
A couple of things.
The uncharted right to be left alone, which I think is the greatest of all American rights, that people understand instinctively.
The goodness of America, the ability to Do what you please and to go as far as your talents take you.
But also knowing that the government will do everything, the military establishment, the leadership will do everything it can to fight quickly and get you home as fast as we can.
I think we've sort of lost that, but that's the notion.
And in order to do that, people expected to go through the highest.
and most difficult training regiments.
There was a steadfastness, particularly to the Anglo-American soldier that you didn't find anywhere else.
I think Wellington always said that the difference on the field with Napoleon was that I knew my soldiers wouldn't run.
And you think about it, they didn't.
And there's something in that continuum that we have inherited.
And there was always a spirit that America was the good guy.
And I know that sounds sophomoric, but that's what so appalls me about what is happening now.
We're not led by in the military.
People on the civilian side in particular think we're the good guys.
No.
That we are the font of all problems in the world.
White rage as General Milley said.
Yes, the former general.
I mean this is the Obama... I mean this isn't even George McGovern.
George McGovern was just a guy who said, look, we're too involved in the world.
Let's just come home.
No, he didn't hate America.
No, he didn't.
And you look at his war record and you think, my goodness.
This is what I've said time and time again, is the perversity of the situation we find ourselves in as a nation and sadly as a civilization, that we are run by those who hate their own countries.
That is what we have to change.
We're talking to Secretary Robert Wilkie, former Secretary of Veterans Affairs in the Trump administration.
I am Sebastian Gorka.
We are broadcasting to you from TheReliefFactor.com studios.
If you talk to anybody who lives every day with pain, you know how it affects them with their mood, their sleep, missing out on their favorite activities, and even their outlook on the future.
You should introduce them to something called relief factor, a natural way to fight pain.
Its ingredients attack the cause of the pain, which is the inflammation on four separate metabolic pathways.
I had a low back pain issue that played me for...
Nine years.
Almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor and two weeks later I was pain-free and I'm still pain-free.
Nigh on five years later.
That should be you.
It could be you.

So we've talked about the ideology that's undermined our national security.
It's not just dilettante.
It's not just the incompetence.
It's also, well, let's just play an example, an exemplar that isn't just of the mainstream media.
It really depicts the left, the Democrat group think this is Aaron Burnett of CNN after the 85 year old hostage was the grandmother was released by Hamas.
Let's play this clip.
We're talking about tunnels.
We know these tunnels have ventilation.
We know that they've been known to have air conditioning.
This has all been reporting that we've heard from the Israelis over the years.
But the fact that she's saying she was held underground for more than two weeks, that there was shampoo, there was antibiotics, there was a guard per hostage in the experience she had.
That there were medics and paramedics and obviously she is elderly.
The other woman who was released also elderly and had medical needs and that they had the medicine needed and if not something similar to replace it.
It is pretty stunning.
Babies put in ovens but the 85-year-old grandmother got shampoo and I found a photograph of her before she was taken hostage, and I posted a tweet of the before and after.
You literally cannot recognize the woman.
She originally looked very healthy, happy, smiling, and then afterwards haggard, dejected.
Look at the idiocy of that, and the illiteracy of that.
So they got a Red Crescent parcel.
But think about what Nazis did to the Jews and how they pulled the wool or tried to over the Swiss who would come in to investigate.
I forget the name of the camp, I don't think it was Treblinka, the model camp where they'd come in and there was a symphony.
A Potemkin camp.
And they had a library with all of the classics and they could cultivate their own food.
That's what this is.
To have someone in the mainstream media make a statement like that.
But that's not just the media that's indicative of the left.
There's no way to defeat your enemy if you think your enemy gives out shampoo, am I correct?
That's right.
These are humane killers.
So where does this end?
Let's go to the... Oh, here we go.
I found the image.
I'm going to send it to... Okay, let's put it up on the screen.
So this is the grandmother, before and after she was taken hostage.
That is the face of someone who's been to war.
Yeah, been to hell.
And by the way, you know what the media left out?
The fact that her husband's still a hostage.
A small detail that was left out of the coverage.
You know, we talk about anti-semitism.
Let's be a little more brutal.
This is just Jew hatred.
Yes, yes.
No, it's genocidal Jew hatred.
Yes, that's right.
And we've seen it before.
Let's talk about fixing it.
Let's talk about what happens if, God willing, we do our part and President Trump returns to the White House.
I've been working on an explication of why we were safe for four years.
And with my wife, I've come up with a label of a concept called surgical strength.
Because President Trump understood the application of power, and he used it judiciously.
Not to quote-unquote change regimes and export democracy, but if you're mucking around with chemical weapons, he'll drop 52 cruise missiles on your head in Syria.
If you're running around the Middle East trying to destabilize the region, a la Putin and his Wagner guys, he'll have 300 of them killed in one day.
If you're Kim in the hermit kingdom bragging about nuclear weapons, he'll tweet, my button's bigger than yours.
Or, if you're the chief terrorist in the world, landing in Iraq to meet with the Prime Minister, on your way to the Prime Minister, he'll have you killed by... You disappear.
Right, you disappear in a red mist, a la Soleimani.
Could you, as somebody inside the cabinet at that level, help those who are listening right now, we've got three and a half million people listening, understand why what he did worked?
Well, let's go back to just basic principles of war.
Unpredictability.
Always keep your enemy guessing what's going to be the next blow.
We inherited that notion.
The British were good at it.
There's a great story, real quick.
There's a Portuguese-British citizen named Don Pacifico, who was thrown into a dungeon in the port of Piraeus, outside of Athens, when the Turks controlled Greece.
And they were going to hold him hostage.
I think it was Palmerston who went to the commons and said, by the way, the most important words on the planet are, and he used the Latin, qui vis Britannicus sum, I'm a British citizen.
And the Turks woke up and the Royal Navy was sitting off Piraeus for one man.
He was released.
Trump took that to a 21st century level.
You don't know where we're going to hit you, but you know we will.
You're not going to know where we are, where we're coming from.
It happened really, two important milestones.
One, the one that kept Putin in his box when his Wagner green men disappeared, and the other when Soleimani disappeared.
I can't say it here, but some of the things that President Trump did instinctively, With intelligence, because he's not, it doesn't come from our world, but the workings of someone who knows psychology.
And the messages that he would send to the Taliban, or through intermediaries to the Ayatollahs.
His instinctual understanding of power and application of power was quite preternatural.
We'll wrap up.
We only have three minutes left with the good secretary.
Make sure you catch him on Newsmax as well.
We are coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.

President Trump wasn't an isolationist, and we shouldn't be isolationists.
It's not about interventionism, but could you explain why neo-Buchananite isolationism is not American?
Let me be frank at the beginning.
I love Pat Buchanan.
His views on the cultural rot that is destroying America are absolutely on target.
But it's interesting to me that he rejects the philosophy of his greatest hero, Thomas Jefferson.
Jefferson looked at America as a nation with two great foundations.
One, liberty.
The entire United States Navy showed up.
All six frigates.
They were there.
for us to survive.
And because of that, we had to have a presence in what Jefferson called the global commons.
So that when those global commons, the great Yankee traders, were blocked from the Mediterranean by the Barbary
pirates, the entire United States Navy showed up.
All six frigates, they were there and destroyed them.
And rescued our people.
That has been the American tradition.
That we protect those things that make us better.
And by so doing, we have protected those who share our values.
We saved Europe.
We saved the planet from Soviet Communism.
Your favorite quote from the most unlikely of sources.
He may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you, Trotsky.
We stopped hiding behind our oceans on December 7th, 1941.
We had to.
And when people tell you over and over again they want to kill you, they want to destroy you, you had better believe it.
America works because of this Network of freedom-loving nations that we've built and protected that we have to nurture We don't have to be in the in the business of nation-building right Adams Quincy Adams was right We don't go abroad just to search for demons and that's what Trump believed.
Yeah, and we'll protect our interests It's not just conservatism or the American geopolitical character if you're a Christian as I said to that leader of the Republican students at Stanford There's nowhere in the Bible where Jesus said, love of your fellow man ends at your nation's border.
You've been listening to America First, one-on-one with me, Sebastian Gawker, and former Secretary for Veterans Affairs, Robert Wilkie.
Now get out and vote, if you hadn't.
