Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: What really happened to AG Ken Paxton?

♪♪ ♪♪
♪♪ Thank you.
You applied for a job at the AG's office, didn't you?
I did.
Let's make sure we let that sink in.
You applied for a job after this silly memo you wrote, didn't you?
Yes.
Let it sink in.
You wrote this silly memo where you talked about potential violations of law.
And months later, you applied to work at the AG's office, didn't you?
That is correct.
Not a good look.
If you're going to accuse somebody of being corrupt, you probably shouldn't want to apply to that organization after you do that.
Otherwise, you might look like a perjuring fake witness.
Just one of the most delicious moments from the attempt to impeach The Attorney General of Texas.
I tell you what, if I get in trouble with the law, I want Ken Paxton's Rolodex for his attorney's phone numbers.
Biggest story, I think, on the right for the last several months.
And guess who we've got on to open the show?
No monologue!
The man himself from the Lewinstar State.
Welcome to America First, or welcome back, Ken Paxton.
It's so good to be back, I can tell you.
I'm very happy to be back in my office.
You can see it behind me.
Yeah, you've got a big smile on your face and you do look rather happy.
So for those who haven't followed this story, which really is a very, very, very important story, can you just in a nutshell tell us what the genesis was, what you were accused of?
So what does this begin with?
What did the swamp say about the Attorney General of Texas?
So the first thing you need to know is I didn't know about this.
This was all done behind closed doors in secret with just a few people over a period of about four months.
And then they did the public part of it, where they had the investigation publicly for one day.
Then they announced articles of impeachment after one day of public investigation.
They did a four-hour hearing within less than 48 hours.
I was out the door with no resources.
I ended up having a gag order.
I couldn't respond to anything.
I had my salary—Glenn Hager, the comptroller, illegally cut off my personal salary, so I didn't have any personal funds.
And I had just run a campaign, and we weren't allowed to raise money during sessions, so I had no money to pay anybody.
That's how it all started.
And it was based on, they came in with like 20 different charges that weren't very specific.
They weren't identified to any particular fact situation, any particular time, any particular person, or a violation of any particular law.
So it was kind of challenging to defend because we were kind of guessing as to what they were talking about.
So what really was your sin?
Because we've seen lots of accusations, but I think we really know what this is all about, and it has to do with a certain year, 2020.
Why were you really under attack, Attorney General Paxton?
So it's a combination of forces.
I'd say the perfect storm.
People don't understand how the House elects their Speaker.
Dave Phelan was elected by 65 Democrats.
Which means he needs 76 votes, so it's what the Democrats do so well is they block vote, they figure out which Republican will give them the most, then they dedicate their entire 65 votes, and then that Republican then only has to find 10 more votes to be able to vote for himself.
For those who aren't familiar with Texas politics, basically the Democrats bought the speakership with the way they got the speaker elected with their votes, correct?
That's exactly what happened.
So the deal was cut, I believe, by the Biden administration with the House Democrats, and then they told Dade Phelan this is what they want.
They had lost the election.
They tried to sue us civilly.
That didn't work.
I had the FBI investigating me for three years.
That didn't work.
And so this was the fourth try.
And on top of that, you had more of the establishment, the Bush wing of the party that I ran against and beat, I beat George P, 68-32.
They were also, Karl Rove, a group called Texans for Lawsuit Reform, controlled by Dick Wheatley and Dick Travolsi.
They aligned with the Bushes and the Biden administration and the House to all work together to accuse me of 20 different things.
Uh, all done, of course, in secret, and then all hit me at the same time.
And, of course, you know, the media was all over it, and I couldn't respond.
So, so, the George, the Bush click, George P. Bush, the Rhino's Karl Rove, in this witch's brew, this concatenation, along with the left, along with a bought-and-sold speaker, wanted to get rid of you primarily because, A, They couldn't control Ken Paxton and B, because you were asking all the wrong questions about election fraud and about what happened in 2020.
Now you've been vindicated.
Now you're back in your office.
For those who are watching, you can see him is sitting right there in front of his seal in his office.
What are you going to do now?
Talk to us about all the unfinished business when it comes to election fraud and 2024, AG.
So the primary issue we have in Texas, in 1951, quick history lesson, the legislature directed the Attorney General to prosecute voter fraud.
It's the only actual original jurisdiction we have in any type of criminal case.
So we were doing that.
We had, I had gone from one prosecutor doing that when I started, I've got four, I had four, and they had about 900 cases of, I know there's no election fraud, but we had 900 cases on election fraud going that were legitimate.
The Court of Criminal Appeals in Texas, we have two sets of courts.
We have the civil side that the Texas Supreme Court is the final say on.
And then on the criminal side, we have the Court of Criminal Appeals.
I tell you all of that because the Court of Criminal Appeals, a Republican majority, 9-0, voted 8-1, Kevin Ury being the only dissenting vote, struck down that law saying that the Attorney General was not allowed to be in court because he's in the executive branch and therefore it's a violation of separation of powers, violation of the Constitution for me to ever go to court.
If they're correct, then from the beginning of history, Attorney Generals have been violating the Constitution.
Every Texas Attorney General has violated the Constitution.
And so from that point on, I've not been able to prosecute voter fraud, which then leaves it in the hands of the local DAs.
And the local DAs in the big counties have all now been elected by Soros in Texas.
And so you know that voter fraud now is not being prosecuted, largely because this Court of Criminal Appeals, again, all Republican, voted it down.
We're going to try to defeat three of them this March in a primary.
If we don't do that, I would tell you that voter fraud is going to be prevalent in Texas.
And we will not be able to sustain Texas as a Republican state.
Of all the states where there shouldn't be voter fraud, Texas should be the number one.
You gave an exclusive interview to Tucker Carlson, my former Fox colleague, yesterday.
I spoke to you right after you were acquitted on Friday.
A mutual friend gave me your cell phone.
I rang you up.
I congratulated you.
I have a word of advice for your communications team, A.G.
Paxton.
Tucker Carlson can do whatever he wants, but the idea that you were barred from talking to any other news outlet until that interview aired, as far as I'm concerned, your story is the most important conservative story for probably the last three months in America.
And the idea that we can't work together as a team is an utter outrage.
Tucker can do what he wants, but you're a free agent and any communications team that thinks you should not be... I want to see the Ken Paxton story running out of the faucet.
Every conservative outlet, from Breitbart to Salem to The Federalist to Daily Signal to Daily Caller, should be telling the world about what the RINOs and the Democrats try to do to you.
Will you continue the fight, Attorney General Paxton?
Absolutely.
And you're going to be hearing my story.
I mean, I've talked, I've been on seven radio stations today in Houston, Dallas, some national, because I want this story told.
I was gagged from talking about this.
And then we had that civil litigation where I couldn't talk about it.
And I still have some issues related to that, but you're going to hear about Karl Rove.
You're going to hear about Dave Travolsi and Dick Woodley.
You're going to hear about John Cornyn.
You're going to hear about the people that participate, the comptroller of our state, Glenn Hager, who illegally cut off my salary.
For no apparent reason other than he, I guess, views me as a threat down the road for some reason.

Yeah, it's this one.
Are you aware that a lot of Americans are now afraid of being prosecuted by your department?
Are you aware about that?
Are you aware of that?
I'm just saying, are you aware or not?
I think that constant attacks on the department and saying... No, it's not attacks.
Let me give you an example.
Let me talk about January 6th.
I'm sorry?
Some people came on January 6th.
There probably were some people that came on January 6th here, you know, that had bad intent.
But a lot of good Americans from my district came here because they are sick and tired of this government not serving them.
They came with strollers and the kids and there was chaotic situation because the proper security wasn't provided.
That's a question that was answered really why.
Why we debated for 45 minutes on the floor and didn't stop the debate after the people broke in into the Capitol.
But these people came, they were throwing the smoke bombs into the crowd with strollers with kids.
People were showed up, you know, FBI agent to people's houses.
You had in my district, in my town, FBI phone numbers all over the district.
Please call.
Call that.
People are truly afraid.
People are truly afraid.
Why the passion?
Well, let's ask her.
Returning to America First from Indiana's 5th congressional district, Congresswoman Victoria Sparts.
Welcome back, Congresswoman.
Thank you for having me.
Your interaction with the Attorney General was a breath of fresh air for me because it's easy to feel that you're a show host, you're a conservative, you see things a little bit through a prism, maybe a little biased.
And when you talked about the people in your district, Well, unfortunately, you know, I grew up under totalitarian regime, under oppression and under tyranny of the government.
to us your special background and why you were so impassioned yesterday with
the Attorney General. Well unfortunately you know I will grow up and the
totalitarian regime under oppression and under tyranny of the government. I grew
up you know under communist government of Soviet Union. I saw what happened when
the system failed.
It was Wild West with corruption, bandits, anarchy.
And most of the republics from former Soviet Union still cannot get back to freedoms.
And some of them, like Ukraine, are going to bloodshed and still cannot get back to freedoms.
But I came here, you know, like when I went to school, so at Unipolar Park, I read a lot of, you know, Alexis de Tocqueville, you know, Friedman, Hayek and Smith.
I came here with maybe idealistic ideas, what United States of America is, and probably the young person you are.
And I was shocked.
I honestly, truly was shocked.
When I start seeing what's happening in our country, and you know, as I always say, you put a frog in the boiling water, I'm like, oh my gosh.
You know, that was really the whole reason I got involved with politics.
I am not a huge fan of government in general, because I've seen how much harm government done to the people.
But I always wanted to, you know, for me it's so sad, you know, I'm a huge fan of Thomas Paine, you know, he pretty much was the brain that did a lot for the Revolutionary War, and he said, you know, that when government is afraid of people, it's liberty.
When people are afraid of government, it's tyranny.
A lot of Americans laid their lives to win it against tyranny.
And now a lot of Americans are being oppressed.
And this is unbelievable that people just for coming.
Listen, you have no right to go and harm people.
None of us have.
But you have a right to disagree with your government or disagree with someone's opinion.
If not, that is dictatorship.
That is a total dictatorship of the government.
And this is so dangerous and unbelievable for me.
And I truly was shocked to see what's happening.
After January 6th, you know, I mean, the raids of FBIs in people's houses, the phone numbers to call and, you know, the phone numbers that they got from the banks and start tracing and chasing people.
A lot of people are truly very concerned.
And not everyone has expensive attorney.
to try to defend.
And they can open cases with all of this stacked bunch of charges, and if you don't have the
money you're going to probably settle and go off in jail for a long time.
This is unbelievable.
So what can be done if the Democrats use the FBI and the DOJ in this way?
If we don't control the executive, what is there that Republicans like yourself can do till at least we get a Republican back in the White House?
Well, let me tell you, we actually, you know, we shouldn't underestimate the power of Congress when Congress wants to be accountable to people and hold executive branch accountable.
We actually have enormous amount of power because we have power of purse and power of war.
And power of purse, founding fathers gave it to us for a reason.
Because I understood if you give it to a broader group of people, you know, at least you're less likely are going to become a dictator because it's harder, right?
There are more of us.
But unfortunately, we subrogated this power.
And we're not doing proper authorization processes.
And unfortunately, we haven't done our job this year.
Hopefully, we'll do better next year.
And I'll work hard to put heart in my leadership to do better job next year.
Push very hard on them already.
But we also will have, you know, Section 702, FISA reauthorization, which is nice.
When you have sunsets, you shouldn't have this, like, never-ending authorization of anything.
Any power should be given temporarily to executive branch because then they will have to come back Yeah.
and ask us for permission to continue to do what we gave them the power.
And the power was given to them to actually do warrantless surveillance of foreign citizens
on foreign soils.
And they've abused it again and again and again against US citizens.
citizens on U.S.

I know.
For Donald, that line hurts because he's seen the video of how addled he looked and how confused he looked and how shaken he looked last weekend when he couldn't even remember who he was running against.
And now you've got the Wall Street Journal editorial page saying, hey, I guess this guy's, you know, he's afraid he can't do this without a teleprompter and he's too old.
Shaken?
Addled?
Alex, you're the most restrained of this crew here.

I was not awake for my children.
My ex-wife was supposed to be the king of the castle.
I was out hunting and gathering.
And during the year of COVID, I found out that my youngest daughter was a complete Marxist.

What can we do about it?
Well, let's listen to some lady who's supposed to know but her answer.
This is an example of how not to give an interview and then how not to answer the question.
Janet Yellen with some useless journalist.
Answer the riddle that the White House is finding so befuddling, which is, with those good numbers, why are polling amongst the American people so pessimistic about the economy?
And I'm wondering if it's that they're just having been through a period of inflation, they fear that inflation might come back again, those high oil prices that Mika was talking about.
The OECD is forecasting slower growth next year, something like 1.3 percent, I think, for the U.S.
Is it just fears about the future?
I'm not asking you to play therapist with the American voter, but there seems to be a disconnect between the numbers we're seeing and the way people are feeling about the economy, and how do you account for it?
I agree with you that there's a disconnect, and I don't have a simple and convincing answer.
Oh, well, isn't that reassuring?
I'm supposed to know, but I've got no answer.
Maybe it's because the people know that there's a problem with the economy.
What do we do about it?
You know what we do.
We talk to the experts, the people we trust at Key City Capital, our good friend Stephen Patterson.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you for having me today, Dr. Gorka.
All right, so let's just look at the data and you give us your professional response.
In September, the Fed declined to raise rates.
The Wall Street Journal, you know, pretty, you know, not not bomb throws.
The Wall Street Journal say inflation may not therefore be contained.
So what does this mean to you and your colleagues at Key City Capital?
You know, the the reality of it is, is these rate hikes have gone very far Very fast and they are crippling in certain areas of our lives.
30-year mortgages unaffordable, you know, five-year car notes above 9% right now.
And the sad part of it is, is because we don't have efficient energy policy in this country, as gas approaches $100 a barrel, inflation may spike again this fall.
And so we're looking for alternatives to invest in so that we can make the most of a tragic economy that doesn't have to be this way.
So take all of what you've said, what we've heard from Yellen, the Fed, the Wall Street Journal.
How does that translate into what usually should be the safest bet, which is your area of expertise, which is real estate?
Yep.
So where we're trying to capitalize on real estate right now is in the rental markets.
You've seen certain areas of the country that have had 22 percent increases in rent.
So what we do is we partner with patriots like your listeners.
We go out and we buy multifamily Rental properties, $50 million and above, and we cash flow those assets to the client.
And why does that make sense?
If you're just, you know, a modest investor, somebody wants to survive the Biden economics, why does that make sense in an age where, for example, most people don't want to sell their properties?
Yeah, well, it's exactly that.
Home ownership, unfortunately, in this country has become a thing of the past.
It's not affordable.
Right now, the 30-year mortgage rate's at about 7.5%.
7.5%. So that means a $400,000 mortgage is now $1,300 more per month than it was just
three years ago.
Hang on, hang on.
We need to stop on that for a second because, you know, with these trillions that are flying around and COVID relief, these numbers get kind of astronomical, but you've given something very concrete.
So a $400,000 mortgage with the recent increases as you're going up to, what, three to maybe seven and a half.
The increase, the increment on the mortgage payment you're saying is more than $1,000 more?
$1,300 a month.
That's before you look at any property taxes, insurance, things of that nature.
And so it has placed a certain portion of Americans in a permanent renter class.
And so, you know, what our thought on this is, is number one, we want to do a very good job of having a property that is livable and affordable.
But number two, we want to capitalize for our clients on how they can own a cash flowing asset that is tax advantaged.
This is the most important thing I want to get to.
I'm glad you mentioned it.
So what's special about what Key City Capital does?
What are the tax advantages if I want to be investing with you guys?
You know, if you look at how this country was built, you know, with the Carnegie's and the Vanderbilt's and so on, the J.P.
Morgan's was done with real estate.
And the reason it was done with real estate is because real estate offers a tax advantage that can take a return and essentially turn it into a tax free stream of income through depreciation recapture.
And it's through that depreciation recapture that the vast majority Don't understand the power of passive investment real estate.
Listen, most people don't want the 2 a.m.
phone call that says there's a water leak or the toilet won't flush, right?
That's where we come in.
We do all the management, but we pass along the advantages to our clients in such a way that they get a cash-flowing asset that's appreciating and that it is significantly taxed advantage over what Wall Street can offer them.
Sounds like a complete no-brainer to me, given the economic conditions, the mortgage rates, and what we can expect from inflation.

Hey!
Dr. Gorka, I'm a retired CPA.
I'm infuriated that Hunter Biden got away with tax murder.
And there's something that I have never heard talk about where we could get a second bite at the apple on this guy.
There's a gift tax system.
And if you go with Hunter gave 50% of what he took in to pops or anybody else, family members, whatever, that is subject to the gift tax, right?
If the lowest number I've heard is $20 million.
So that means you would have 10 million subject to the gift tax.
That would be a cool $4 million.
And There's penalties for failure to file which would qualify.
That's another 25% and there's interest on all the taxes for all these years that were never paid.
Great, great idea.
I love the phrase tax murder.
I think you're only allowed to give somebody $14,000 a year as a gift and this guy's giving away millions that he gets from China and elsewhere.

I remember going over convincing our team, our brothers too, convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
And I went over, I guess the 12th, 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said they were walking out to the press conference.
I said, no, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said it.
I said, call him.

Oh, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
There you go.
Mr. Attorney General, what you just saw, there was Joe Biden, in his arrogance and role as the Vice President of this country, saying if you don't fire Shokin, the United States isn't giving the $1 billion loan.
Why would Joe Biden say that as the Vice President?
Why would he say such a thing?
Was it policy?
Was it our policy at the time?
Yes or no?
It wasn't.
I have documents here.
Interagency Policy Committee dated October 15.

Matter of fact, John Kerry says he was impressive.
And you know, within a few months after Shokin was fired, they appoint a prosecutor that said, we're not going to look into Burisma anymore.
Cancel it.
Forget it.
We're not looking into Burisma.
Boom.
Here comes the million dollars.
Joe Biden threatened the Ukrainian president and the prime minister.

He smirked at the congressman who has oversight authority.
The Attorney General smirked, and then that clown, that little waddler, the penguin from Batman, tries to interject because he was the chairman.
And Nels tells him to just pipe down.
Yeah, pipe down.
Does it mean anything?
Is he going to go anywhere?
Let's talk to a man who knows the swamp better than most.
He is the man behind the juggernaut that is Breitbart.com employee number one.
My good friend, Alex Marlow.
Welcome to America First.
Dr. G, it's great to be here.
I hope everyone can hear me.
We need to do a sound check.
No, we're good, we're good, we find him, connect and we go.
We got good sign.
I want to know, do you actually have an employee card that says 001?
Yeah, just the one that you made me for that Christmas gift a few years ago, but you set the expectation that I'd be getting great clever gifts from you every year, and that was the only one I got.
Handmade gifts, I think they're the sweetest.
Alright, so we have so much to discuss that has to do with media, 2014, everything else, maybe tease a little something about an upcoming project, but first things first, I know millions of people out there are listening and they probably have the same question.
Does what we watched yesterday, we had Victoria Sparks on at the top of the show.
She was great.
Nels, Jordan, everybody else.
Does it really matter?
Does it make a difference, Alex?
Unfortunately, I don't know if it makes a difference.
I think though at this point, I can see both hot takes making sense.
This is ridiculous.
We do too many hearings.
We do too much chit-chat.
We don't get enough done.
But also, it does keep people engaged, and I'm kind of black-pilled on where the country's at right now, particularly where it comes to the game that is elections this day and age.
But if you see the energy in the conservative grassroots, it's incredibly high, and it's also getting people involved who otherwise would think of themselves as De facto liberals.
I think we're now kind of understanding the deep state is real, that the government media complex that Andrew used to talk about is real.
And that's the type of stuff that I think will get more people coming to our side.
And you can only do that by talking, having the hearings, having the conversation.
So is it a half measure?
Yeah, of course.
But what else are we supposed to do right now?
We can't do nothing.
Yeah, when we look ahead, so we had Ken Paxton on the show in the last hour.
The Attorney General of Texas.
says we may lose Texas because of Soros-funded organizations and voter fraud.
If that's the Attorney General of Texas, you know, things are very dire.
Although his victory in the face of impeachment by the Bush mob and the Democrats is something we should celebrate nevertheless.
Yeah, both of those are true, and we should always treat it as though the left is on the verge of getting new territory, because they work so hard at this stuff, and they play the game of politics better than we do.
Our ideas are better, I think we're more fun now, we have more personalities, we have more diversity within our movement.
All of that is a given at this point, but their strength They've got the Stacey Abramses and the Mark Eliases and the George Soroses and all these people who are working overtime to try to make elections permanent Democrat advantages due to infrastructure.
And that's where we get our butts kicked.
So every time we get a win, like what happened with Paxton, we should all be having party poppers everywhere because it is beating their machine is always a triumph, even when you know it's purely a political witch hunt.
But we have to understand Alinsky's rule that we don't celebrate and take a break.
Alinsky said, for the left, after you win, you keep on fighting.
You don't take a break and that's the left.
Because for them, it's not a sport.
It's not a sometime activity.
It is a lifestyle.
Politics is their lifestyle.
And for us, we're running companies.
We're living our lives.
We're nurturing our families.
It's not a lifestyle and that's why they have a certain advantage.
We talked about this offline.
I don't want to put you in a box.
You don't have to talk about individuals.
You can talk about phenomena.
But I actually brought it up to Ken.
I said on air, and I didn't prep him, I said, I think it's an outrage that you agreed to Tucker Carlson's exclusivity because I spoke to you on Friday.
You said you'd come on my show Monday.
Tucker banned you from going to any other outlet with your interview until Wednesday because he interviewed you.
And I thought, Excuse me?
Are we on one team?
Do the Conservatives want to win?
Ken Paxton's victory is one of the biggest stories of the last six months.
That story should be coming out of every faucet.
It should be coming out of Tucker, Breitbart, Newsmax, the Federalists, Salem.
Why do we do this to ourselves, Alex?
I don't want to speak directly to Tucker, who's generally been a friend to me and good to me and good to Breitbart and all that stuff.
It has nothing to do with him per se.
But this is something that has always been the case in conservative media.
And I remember watching this from afar with Andrew when I was at Andrew's right hand, literally in the basement of his house.
In the early days of Breitbart, that he had to play these political games.
He had to make these calculations that if I give this to X conservative star, then Y conservative star might not cover it all.
So I got to make sure to think ahead.
If you even look back at Andrew's acorn rollout, which he's talked about at least sort of, he's talked around it a little bit, but in his book, Righteous Indignation, some of this comes up.
That he had to devise a strategy knowing that they were competing factions within the conservative movement that would not want to cover each other's stuff.
And it's just, I'm so not into it, Dr. G, for what you were just talking about.
I want to get the job done and then I want to go be with my children and my wife and work on my golf game.
I don't need to do this 24-7.
I feel like it would make your lives harder.
The left realizes that they're amplifying each other and it's easier to win if you multiply, if you're a force multiplier.
Come on guys!
Tucker, everybody else, can you just please realize we want to save America as one team.
Follow him on all social media platforms.

He's the author of Breaking the News, but he's got a new book coming out imminently.
We can't talk about what's in it.
But we can put the image up on the screen and it's the real take.
Breaking Biden, exposing the hidden forces and secret money machine behind Joe Biden, his family and his administration.
Alex will give us his Different take in a moment, but first I asked for your assistance offline earlier in the week because NewsGuard emailed me and demanded I respond to their questions about content on my web page.
Instead I had fun with the lady who emailed me and her CEO, did a whole segment on NewsGuard on this show.
They rate different media outlets as green if they're good, bad and non-nutritious if they're Not conservatives, basically.
Will you explain to us the danger of organs like news guard Alex Marlowe?
Yeah, NewsGuard is part of this new evolution of cancel culture, where these entities are self-appointing themselves hall monitors of the internet.
And what they're doing is they're teaming with establishmentarians who like the status quo, and they're essentially going around and not just harassing content creators like you and me, Dr. G, they're actually harassing advertisers to make sure that they don't advertise On our programs, on our websites, etc.
And what this is trying to do is trying to choke off anti-establishment content.
And the reason why I say establishment, not just left-wing stuff, there's tons of Republicans involved, but not a single populist Republican, not a single America First Republican, not a single Trumpian Republican, but tons of people who might be, you know, Bush administration holdovers.
Those types of people are the exact people who are involved.
And unlike other forms of cancel culture where they've in the past kind of acted as though they're just trying to police for misinformation and trying to frame things as fairly and not as hate speech, NewsGuard openly says we are going to liaison with advertisers to make sure that their content is only against brand safe.
Brand safe.
creators. And so who's brand safe, Dr. G? It's all the people that got the Russia collusion hoax wrong,
all the people who got Trump at the PP dossier, all the people who gave Hillary Clinton and Hunter
Biden a pass for everything. Those are the brand safe people. And the unbrand safe people are
networks like yours and websites like mine. And the fact that they're going after our advertisers
means that this is a lethal threat.
It absolutely is.
And it already is making a difference because what happens is they spook companies who don't wake up every morning and think, how do I affirm conservative values?
How do I affirm America First values?
Companies are just trying to make a buck.
And now they have their hands full because they're getting harassed by these people who are partnered with some of the biggest names in the game.
NewsGuard's first partner was Microsoft.
So that was their first corporate partner.
And so Microsoft's Edge browser automatically, you don't even have to select it or download it.
It puts NewsGuard nutrition labels on every single webpage you have.
And every time a link to your webpage shows up, a NewsGuard seal shows up next to it.
Yeah.
And this seal is always going to be the same.
So for Breitbart, we're red, obviously.
So if you search for Breitbart, you could get 9, 10, 20 even red seals on the same page.
It's so obnoxious and it's very destructive.
Yeah.
Find out the truth about these organizations.
News Guard, for example, one of their biggest contracts is with, oh, the Pentagon and U.S.
Cyber Command.
That's how independent and bipartisan they are.
Get the details.
He's got lots of them on these organizations in the book, Breaking the News.
But let's talk about your next one.
We'll discuss it in full detail when it comes out in a few days.
But what's your different take?
On the current incumbent of the White House, Alex.
Yeah, so the first thing is that people ask me sometimes, because I got a book, Breaking Biden, coming out.
Thank you for reading the title.
And I'll love to come back, Dr. G, and break down all the details in it and all the information that I unearthed.
I teamed, I spent a year researching it with people who had previously worked A number one bestseller from my friend Peter Schweitzer.
So because of the success of Breaking the News, I was able to up my research team from one person who helped me in Breaking the News to five.
So it's a much more comprehensive work.
It's 1,600 endnotes, so I bring the receipts.
It's a fact-driven thing.
But what I can share is the central premise that I took on, the thesis, the hypothesis I had, which I tested, And I think it really played out is that Joe Biden has been sort of misinterpreted by conservative media.
We've really underestimated him.
And we've treated him merely as a guy who's propped up like a puppet.
Someone's got their hand in, you know, up his backside and is moving it around.
And that's how Joe Biden operates.
And that's how he's always operated.
Well, that doesn't explain how for 50 years he's been one of the most powerful Americans and is currently the most powerful American.
It doesn't explain how he's made some horrible decisions that he's gone completely alone
on what those decisions are, and he's pulled them off.
It doesn't explain how he has basically out of nothing, coming from virtually nothing,
not just become the president, but had the chips fallen in a slightly different direction,
he would have had a dynasty behind him trying to rival the Kennedys, et cetera.
So I think what we've done is we've fallen for a bit of a trap.
Yes, he does hang out in his basement, he does seem frail, he does stumble and bumble, but that makes us underestimate exactly how destructive he's been.
He's been such a nefarious force, Dr. G, and that's what the book's all about.
And when can our listeners and viewers expect to read the book, the new book on Biden?
A week from Tuesday, so October 3rd it drops, and presales help immensely if you're at all interested in this.
I would love to see it get on all those charts the establishment media doesn't want it to be on.
All right, breaking Biden, pre-order it now, and he will not be making exclusive interview deals with the likes of Tucker Carlson because he doesn't want to piss off people like me.
Do not piss off Dr. G, that's all I'm saying.
Breaking Biden, exposing the hidden forces and secret money machine behind Biden, his family and his administration.

Give me a question I should ask Boyle.
That's not going to work because he's connected.
Oh no, he's already connected?
I'm here so I already know what you're talking about.
I wanted to ambush Boyle.
Hey, I'm all about the ambush.
Tell me what his work style is like, Alex.
Is he messy?
Is he untidy?
Is he late with deadlines?
You know, we never see each other.
I just... Boyle is... Does he exist, or is he like an emoji?
Here's your question.
Ask Boyle how angry he gets if Alex finds a story first on politics.
It happens.
It happens rarely.
How is that possible?
How can Alex find a political story before Boyle?
It really doesn't happen often, but when it does, I can almost feel the steam coming out of Boyle's ears from across the country.
Alright, so you're not coming to D.C.
soon, are you, Alex?
I'll get out there soon.
I'll get out there soon.

Can you send the book or PDF?
Of course.
Of course.
Okay, good.
Thanks, buddy.

After Tucker interviews him, right.
That's right.
Yeah, of course.
See ya, buddy.
All right.
I don't believe that.
How is that possible, Matt?

It happens, man.
It happens.
It's the nature of the business.
Do you sleep, Boyle?
Rarely.
Rarely, yeah.
Oh, hang on.
Has Sarabian had his wedding?
How'd it go?
Was it fun?
Yeah, it was a lot of fun.
It was a traditional Armenian wedding.
What?!

It's so great.
Was it long and religious?
I might become Armenian because of it.

Uh, we're tracking the government funding fight.
It's a total mess up there in Washington.
Let's talk about that.
Let's talk about that.
I mean, I don't know what's going to happen.
I can't tell you, but it's not looking good.
What do you mean you can't tell me?
Why do we have you on the show if you can't tell me?
What's the point of me being on the show?
I don't think anybody can tell you.
Oh, okay.
Alright.
I thought you were keeping a secret.
I don't think anybody can tell you.
I don't think anybody can tell you.
Alex might have beaten them to it.
What?
Alex?
Oh, no.
Oh, boy.
All right, 30 seconds.
Where are we at?
We're C. We'll do a MyPillow.
But first, is there anything we should come in with?
Oh, come in with 10.
Absolutely.
Yeah, come in with 10.
Come in with 10.
All right.
And when I saw Milley, General Milley, Make a statement, a video statement that went out to every private, private, every sergeant, every corporal, every general, every admiral in the United States military and said, what I did was wrong.
I am here standing before you.
Tell everybody what I did was wrong.
I made a mistake.
I should not have been there.
Our job is not to be involved in politics.
It's to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
I thought it was one of the most remarkable moments in recent history.
Really, Joe Scarborough?
I protected America?
It wasn't politics?
When I apologized for standing with the man chosen to be the Commander-in-Chief by 64 million Americans?
As he walked across Lafayette Square to the burnt church of the presidents that had been attacked by BLM and Antifa.
That wasn't a political action?
His apology?
You're a clown.
And you hate America.
Someone who loves America, who's a good friend of the President, and a great supporter of our show, is Mike Lindell.
He's just celebrated the 20th year of My Pillow.
I can't believe it's been 20 years.
It's so popular he sold 81 million of the pillow that never gets hot and never loses shape.
He's got an amazing offer right now in the queen size.
But did you know he's got another more than 150 items on his website made by Americans in America for you!
Forget the Chinese garbage on Amazon.
Get a good night's sleep and maybe one for your dog as well.
My Belgian Shepherds Leia and Killian love their MyPillow Pet Beds.
But there's so much more, from the sheepskin lined slippers, to towels, to mattress toppers.
Check them out at MyPillow.com, use my name for massive discounts, or call them 800-829-8468.
800-829-8468. That's 800-829-8468. MyPillow.com. But you've got to use the secret code G-O-R-K-A.
Alright, Jeff, is this like Breitbart hour?
Are we going to have to like charge Breitbart money for all the coverage we're giving them?
I was wary putting them in the same hour that it was going to become that, the Breitbart hour.
I know, but they're such good people.
They're such patriots.
From Alex Marlow, the big boss, to the man who's in charge of DC, who knows everything that's going on.
He's the Washington Bureau Chief, a good friend of the show, Matt Boyle.
Happy Thursday.
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Great to be here.
I'm glad you had Alex on.
Now, yeah, and we can't wait for his new book to come out in a week.
So, we were talking in the break, we were trying to surprise you, but I guess you were already linked in, so that was a big fail on my part, trying to get some scoop from Alex about Matthew Boyle's work style.
But let's get back down to brass tacks.
Somebody this morning, I don't know if I was listening to another radio show or what it was, said, yeah, yeah, yeah, they're close to a deal.
There won't be a government shutdown.
But I guess that person didn't know what they're talking about.
So is it true things are still rather messy on Capitol Hill?
Yeah, they're messy until they're not, right?
And by the way, the person you were listening to there, I don't think was wrong, because there were a ton of reports that the House Republicans' meetings last night went well, and we had seen that from a lot of different members, but, you know, just like the speaker vote, right?
Yes.
It's very similar, right?
Like we're, you know, okay, we're eventually, all of a sudden then maybe there's a breakthrough, right?
Like, and so we'll see how it goes.
It's still a bit of a conundrum up there on Capitol Hill.
They've been trying to get the Pentagon funding bill through.
They haven't been able to get that one through.
They keep falling short on that one by a couple votes.
And then the other thing is that they're trying to do this continuing resolution that has A lot of good stuff that the House Conservatives have fought for on immigration, no Ukraine money, etc.
And if they're able to get that one through, then from my conversations with Senate Republicans, the Senate Republicans understand that if the House Republicans get that thing through, the House Republicans pick up the leverage.
I mean, you've been covering this for so long.
fight because then the Senate Democrats have to figure out what to do in
response. So the question is are they going to be able to do it? We're a week
away, a week and a day away from government shutdown, right?
So the government is funded until the end of the week next week.
So what is it always, I mean you've been covering this for so long, what does it
always seem as if our side is afraid of this issue and not prepared to play
hardball? Well I don't think they're afraid of it.
I think that you're seeing Republicans in the House really duke it out and try to get to a place where they can pass a serious plan, right?
Look, at the end of all of this, if we are able to split the government funding bills
up by the end of it all, right, into multiple different vehicles, even if we don't get all
the policy changes that we want to see, that's a huge win process-wise that later, when you
have stronger Republican majorities, you're going to be able to use that power and leverage
even more so than they have now.
They need to get something out of this now, don't get me wrong, but the Democrats control
the Senate and the White House, so that's a realistic thing here.
So the thing that I'm concerned about is that, and we'll see if this happens, but you're
seeing this being talked about now by some of the very, very establishment Republicans.
Very quick.
Yeah, so basically they're talking about doing a discharge petition to pass a clean government funding bill.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
We need to break it up.
I like the idea of breaking it up because that would be at least a small victory.
We're talking to Matt Boyle following that real Matt Boyle on Truth Social.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

You know it makes sense.
800-500-8384, reliefactor.com.
You don't get a deal figured out and passed by middle to the end of next week.
And what's happening is these establishment guys are going to go do, they're saying that
they'll do this and I believe them.
Lawler from New York, these are Biden heavy districts.
They will sign a discharge petition, join the Democrats and fund the government at the current levels until January.
What is it like a discharge petition?
I.e.
they go around the Speaker.
No, they go around the Speaker.
So they get 218 members to sign a discharge petition and a bill goes to the floor regardless of whatever the leadership decides, right?
And they'll pass it out of the House where you'll have all 212 Democrats and then 6 or 7 Republicans join on board.
And there's enough of those people in the House Republican conference right now that will do that if the other route fails.
And wouldn't that possibly lead to Kevin punishing them?
I would imagine they'll get punished for that, yeah, because they're joining the Democrats, right?
And Kevin seems to be trying to do the right thing with the conservatives here, right?
So he's trying to get the deal done.
The problem is that if we don't get the deal done and it doesn't pass, then that's the outcome that ends up happening, and then we lose everything, right?
So they need to take what they can get out of this, and then...
You know, use the leverage they got.
Again, the Democrats have the Senate and the White House.
I would like that to be different, but that's the reality here.
We're not going to change the world this week, right?
Like, we can make incremental progress, but we can't change the world this week.
No.
No.
All right.
It's sad.
We're going to talk about the hearings next, all right?
Okay, great.
Title for Marlow?
For Marlow.
Biden isn't a stumbling fool, right?
I actually honestly really agree with him on that, and not just on Biden, on the left as a whole.
Meaning what?
You say a lot on the show that a lot of them are idiots, and yeah I mean like Hunter obviously and all these people are dumb, but the left as a whole Yeah, but don't confuse the people who are in power now with the people who came up with the plan.
So, you know, there's no Saul Alinsky around today.
something very right. I don't believe they're just failing into a system where they've taken over.
Yeah, but don't confuse the people who are in power now with the people who came up with the plan.
So, you know, there's no Saul Alinsky around today. They're really, you know, drinking the fruits of
what much smarter, you know, bastards thought up for them.
Oh, 10 seconds.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
You've heard the stories here and on other conservative news sites and shows of the assault on women.
Men pretending to be females, destroying the sports careers of high school athletes, college athletes, people like Will Thomas.
Well, it has to stop.
It has to end.
One of the bravest women who's resisting the transgender insanity is our good friend Riley Gaines.
And the superb people at the Leadership Institute have said, Yeah, she needs a new home to implement the mission to protect women and fight for their rights.
As a result, they've created the Riley Gaines Center inside the Leadership Institute, where Riley is going to recruit young men and women to fight for the rights of those who believe that a man is a man And a woman is a woman.
I support Riley Gaines.
Would you do so too?
She's going to start something and it's going to go bigger and bigger with your support.
Please go today to teamriley.org and support this brave lady and her new team right now.
That's Team R-I-L-E-Y, Team Riley dot O-R-G.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by the Leadership Institute.
We are back with the Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart dot com.
Follow him on Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle.
Matt, I can't play enough of these cuts from yesterday's hearing.
Here is Jim Jordan making the Attorney General stutter like a fool.
Cut it.
Have you or are you investigating who leaked the information that appeared in the Washington Post on October 6, 2022 about this investigation, about the Hunter Biden investigation?
You're saying there was an October 2022... October 6, 2022, Washington Post writes a story about the Hunter Biden investigation.
I'm just, I wonder, have you investigated who leaked that information to the Washington Post?
I don't know the answer to that question.
Has it been referred to the Inspector General?
Do you know that?
I don't want my answer to suggest that there is or isn't such an investigation.
I know that the Inspector General sent a letter to Congress explaining that he had an ongoing assessment with respect to the whistleblower's charges.
I don't know if that's what you're referring to.
What a stuttering fool.
Now, Matt, we asked Alex whether he thought any of this would mean anything.
I'm going to take a slightly different angle here.
The performance, because they were hard-hitting.
We had Victoria Sparks on the show.
We've played the clips from Troy Nelson, now Jim Jordan.
That was how it should be done.
Do you think this speaks to the future on how seriously the Republicans will take the impeachment inquiry?
Yeah, look, I think that the impeachment inquiry is serious, right?
Like, I think they are really seriously moving forward with this.
They're having hearings.
They're sending subpoenas out for serious stuff.
And I've spoken to the Speaker about it.
I mean, they fully intend to, when they're ready to do so, subpoena the members of the President's family.
And I think that they're going to get the goods.
They're going to do everything they possibly can.
Now, as for whether or not we get to an articles of impeachment at the end of this, maybe we
do, maybe we don't.
And if they are adopted or passed out of the House, and then as for what a Senate trial
looks like, whether or not the president is acquitted or convicted, I think that at the
end of the day here, the real jury is the American voter on Election Day, November 2024.
And the mission of the House Republicans is to do what Jim Jordan and these other Republicans
are doing right now, which is to get the information you Use any and all of these tools that are available, whether that's subpoenas, hearings, contempts, impeachment votes, votes in the House,
Interviews, press releases, press conferences, anything and everything they possibly can to inform the American public about what President Trump has told me about Joe Biden, which is that Joe Biden is the most corrupt president in American history.
If the American public has all the information about Joe Biden, when they go to the polls in November 2024, or I guess we now have election month, if you look at, you know, so starting in October, maybe even September in some states, next year, if the American public is informed, they will throw this bum out.
Now you talk about what happens in the election month of next year.
What, beyond impeachment and the economy, do you think is going to drive the biggest issues that the Democrats are going to have to grapple with or hide?
I'm going to play a cut from the governor of New York.
On CNN, it sounds like things are not going well for the Democrats given Biden's border policy.
Cut 11.
41% of the people in our shelters today are from Venezuela.
They're literally from around the world.
West Africa, South and Central America.
They're coming from all over.
But we have to let the word out that when you come to New York, we're not going to have more hotel rooms.
We don't have capacity.
So we have to also message properly that we're at our limit.
If you're going to leave your country, go somewhere else.
The Biden administration has granted a stay for 470,000 illegals to remain in the United States.
At the same time, Matt, the governor of New York is saying, uh, don't come to New York!
Not only that, they're giving them work permits, too.
But to your question there, immigration in this migrant crisis, which is totally out of control, is a major thing.
We saw President Trump talk about this in Iowa yesterday.
Where he talked about how he's going to do the largest deportation effort in the Eisenhower model in history.
But I also think that things like the UAW strike and the American workers out there are going to be a big thing.
And foreign policy too, where we see the world continue to be on fire ever since Biden surrendered in Afghanistan.
We didn't need to continue the war in Afghanistan.
We could have ended the war in Afghanistan.
President Trump was doing that.
But the way Biden did it and the way that the Taliban had all our stuff and our people were killed, they didn't need to be killed.
And now what we see happening in Ukraine, which doesn't need to be happening.
President Trump, I believe him, he will end it in a week.
It'll be over.
He says in a day.
It might take a week, but it's going to be over pretty darn quick.
You just need a real leader in there who's willing to negotiate the end of this thing.
That's what it is.
It's the art of the deal.
So I think that all of those things combined in more will be the things that are on voters' mind going into November next year.
It's not going to get better.
It's going to get worse, whether it's the economy, whether it's the border, whether it's Europe.
In the meantime, make sure you are following this man at Real Matt Boyle on Truth Social and reading his articles at Breitbart.com.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

800-500-8384 reliefactor.com 800-500-8384 reliefactor.com I think he's gone.
Okay, Garland, Jordan...
Come in with cut seven.
With seven.
Alright, title for Boyle.
What was the first thing?
Oh, um...
Will the RINOs, um...
make a deal with the Democrats?
Mm-hmm.
Oh, did I tell you, Jeff, to get Schieff and Fledon?
You said that earlier today, yeah.
You said that, yeah.
Yeah, OK.
We're in studio for now, please.
And I'll tee up 4.
And you'll tee up 4.
All right, 30 seconds.
Now, I that video, that was your answer to a question to me two
years ago.
When I said, how many agents or assets of the government were present on January 5th and January 6th and agitating in the crowd to go into the Capitol and how many went into the Capitol?
Can you answer that now?
I don't know the answer to that question.
Last time, you don't know how many there were or there were none?
I don't know the answer to either of those questions.
If there were any, I don't know how many.
I don't know whether there are any.
I think you may have just perjured yourself that you don't know that there were any.
You want to say that again?
That you don't know that there were any?
I have no personal knowledge of this matter.
I think what I said the last time... You've had two years to find out, and today... By the way, that was in reference to Ray Epps, and yesterday you indicted him!
Isn't that a wonderful coincidence?
On a misdemeanor!
Meanwhile, you're sending grandmas to prison.
You're putting people away for 20 years for merely filming.
Some people weren't even there yet.
You've got the guy on video who's saying, go into the Capitol.
He's directing people to the Capitol before the speech ends.
He's at the site of the first breach.
You've got all the goods on him, 10 videos, and it's an indictment for a misdemeanor?
The American public isn't buying it.
That's Kentucky's Thomas Massey grilling the Attorney General, and he's absolutely right.
Two years ago, he didn't know whether he had FBI assets.
The FBI is under the Attorney General.
And two years later, he still doesn't know whether there are FBI assets inside the protesters on Capitol Hill?
Well, you know the answer then, right?
Of course there were.
Because if he admits it, then we need their names.
Then we subpoena them.
And then the whole ball of wax falls apart.
President Trump had something to say about the state of the judicial system in America in Iowa.
Cut four.
Now, by contrast, in his first 100 days in office, crooked Joe Biden and the radical left Marxists took 94 open border actions.
Think of it.
Ninety four.
He canceled the border wall, ordered a virtual shutdown of ice, implemented nationwide catch and release.
Nobody's ever seen the kind of things he did.
They got to hate our country.
It's not an exaggeration, it's not a hyperbole.
That's what's happening.
it used to be remain in the United States and come back in five years for
your court case. Me I get a court case in 30 days. They get, takes them five years.
Takes them five years come back and they never show up and nobody cares.
It's not an exaggeration, it's not hyperbole. That's what's happening. Illegals come
here, get given a cell phone paid for by you, get to choose what city they get
flown to and they get a court date on their own recognizance literally years
from now.
President Trump, he's in front of a court!
Within a matter of weeks, if not days.
Is there any justice left in America?
Well, tell the world what you think.
It's the booking photo seen around the world.

We'll be back one-on-one with a very brave man.
Stay on the line.
You You
There are times when you see something and even if it's something very short, but
Powerful it can restore your faith in humanity The fact that there are brave men out there who are just prepared to tell the truth, whatever it costs them.
Here's an example.
Here's something else I'm not supposed to say.
But two genders, two genders, and Ain't nothing but men and women.
And I can already see WRAL out there, they got their lickety pencils right out of them.
Trying to write fear and self-indication.
Get every word of this here.
Get every word of this.
You can go to the doctor and get cut up.
You can go down to the dress shop and get made up.
You can go down there and get drugged up.
But at the end of the day, you were just a drugged up, dressed up, made up, cut up, man or woman.
You ain't changed what God put in you, that DNA.
It has been far too long, Lieutenant Governor.
It has been.
It's great to see you again, Dr. Gorka, and it's always a pleasure to be here with you.
Did you miss some kind of calling in life from internet sensation on the Second Amendment to one of the most important positions in the Carolinas?
Shouldn't you be in the pulpit every single day instead?
Uh, there are a lot of people who believe that and there are a lot of people, uh, you know, there are a lot of people in politics that probably, uh, would, they wish that I would do that, but, uh, we're following orders.
We feel like we're following orders directly from God.
After we gave that speech out to city council and went viral, you know, I really believe that God put me behind that podium that night to do his work, uh, to save the freedoms that he's given us in this nation.
And that's what we've been trying to do as lieutenant governor.
And we continue to do it, but, There's a calling and God wants us to eventually go on and speak in the pulpit.
We'll do that.
We'll answer his call and we'll do it.
But right now, we're in North Carolina fighting all that we can to make sure that this state is led by a strong conservative at the helm as governor.
Well, I can't get much stronger than you unless President Trump wanted to be the Lieutenant Governor.
You've announced a new campaign.
We're going to talk about that momentarily.
But let's stop on this issue for a moment.
It's one of my favorite clips about, you know, who God made you and you can't change it, whatever you want to do.
A man's a man, a woman is a woman.
Let me just... I believe, and I'd like to know if you agree with me, That that issue, the transgenderism, the men in girl sports, the mutilation of children by quote-unquote doctors to pacify some transgender lunacy, I think, and maybe I'm too close to it because, you know, three hours of radio every day, TV show every week on Newsmax, I think this issue, Mark,
It's going to be one of the most important issues in all of America to make people who don't see themselves as political, maybe don't see themselves as Republican or Democrat, say, hang on, this is insane and I need to get involved and I need to get political.
Do you think I'm exaggerating?
I do not think you are exaggerating.
What we're seeing now is what we're seeing from the left.
We're seeing folks trying to break down actual society.
I'm going to be clear when I say this.
Folks have the right to be transgender.
If they want to declare themselves and identify as whatever they want to identify with, that's fine.
But those folks also have to understand, I do not have to go along with that as a free citizen.
I do not have to agree with you.
I do not need, I don't have to celebrate that.
I don't have to accept that.
I have to give you your space and your freedom to do it, but you have to give me my freedom and respect to disagree with it.
And here's where we absolutely draw the line.
We draw the line when it comes to our children.
You are not going to touch our children with this.
You are not going to sexually mutilate children.
You're not going to cross any lines inside the classroom when it comes to this.
We are going to protect our children from this.
This is an adult proposition that belongs in an adult place, and it belongs in a private place.
Not a classroom, not down at the job, not anywhere else.
You are to keep that wherever you see fit to keep it.
But you're going to keep it away from our children, and we're going to see to it that that happens.
I have to ask you because how long have you been in politics?
When did you give that viral speech at the town hall on the second amendment?
That was how many years ago?
That was 2018.
That's insane.
So you've been in politics, let's say, four years, four and a half years.
You've had to deal with the other party.
You've had to deal with the Democrats, the party of transgenderism, of boys in female locker rooms.
I have to ask you this because I want, again, a sanity check from all this lunacy.
Do they all believe this garbage or will they behind closed doors say things they're afraid to say in front of other Democrats?
Can you work with any of these people?
Absolutely.
There are a number of them that don't follow along with some of these agendas.
The problem is many of them feel like they need to follow along with agendas to further their political careers.
That's the thing that we have to combat.
We have to make sure that people are being true to themselves and not following along with ideologies that they don't believe in to further themselves politically.
And right here in North Carolina, I can give you a great example of that.
We missed having a supermajority by one vote.
But unfortunately for the Democrats, there was one Democrat from Charlotte who had just had enough with the Democratic Party, could not take their insanity anymore, and she switched parties.
And so now we have a supermajority.
That's happening more and more across the country as we speak, Dr. Gorka.
Folks are waking up and realizing, hey, I believe in some of the things that the Democratic Party is pushing, but this absolute insanity of destroying our economy, Pushing these transgender ideas on us and our children and in our businesses and in our government is an absolute no-go for me.
So we're seeing people start to abandon that party because of the wild ideas that they have.
Well, God bless you.
All right, let's get to the meat.
What have you recently decided to do, Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson?
Well, on April 22nd of this year, we announced that we are running for governor.
We made that official, and our campaign is off and running.
We have a huge head start in this race.
We're up on our primary opponents by 40 to 50 points.
We actually had a couple of primary opponents who polled at zero, I believe.
And on the other side of the aisle, our presumptive Democratic challenger, we have had 12 polls, and in all of those polls, we have been ahead.
We just had a poll recently, a very left-leaning poll run by a very left-leaning organization that puts us up by four on him.
So we have huge momentum in this race.
We're going to keep that momentum.
We're going to dictate the conversation.
We're going to let the people of North Carolina know that we are coming into office not to be the leader, not to be the ruler, not to be the dictator, But the partner with them to continue the success that we've seen here in North Carolina over the last 13 years.
And so the differences between me and my opponent couldn't be clearer.
And we're going to make that plain to folks that we believe we're going to get a victory in 2024.
And what are the biggest issues that I mean, everybody's suffering under Biden across America, but in North Carolina, what give us two or three of the big issues that your campaign is going to be focused on for the governorship?
Our top two issues are going to be the things that we believe are going to take North Carolina to the next level, which is education and our economy.
We know that our economy has come a long way here in North Carolina since 2010.
$3.4 billion in debt back then when Democrats had control.
Furloughed state workers, teachers didn't get a raise.
We find ourselves not only not in debt to the federal government, but we have a $3.4 billion surplus, and we're the number one business destination in the nation, two years running.
It's time for us to start building our economy all across the state, and that's what I intended to help other people of North Carolina do as governor.
And our education system needs some work, too, and we intend to bring some huge reformations there.
Less indoctrination and more classical education so children have what they need to succeed.
That's incredible.
Under the conditions created by Joe Biden, they actually have a surplus.
And of course, with the research triangle around Raleigh, the future, the sky's the limit.

You can take the guns away from us all you want to.
You all write a law.
I follow the law.
I'll bring my guns down here.
I'll turn them in.
But here's what's going to happen.
The Crips and the Bloods on the other side of town, they're not going to turn their guns in.
They're going to hold on to them.
And what's going to happen when you have to send the police down there to go take them?
The police can barely enforce the law as it is.
That's what I see.
We demonize the police, criminalize and vilify the police, and we make the criminals into victims.
And we're talking about restricting guns?
How are you going to do that?
I wish there was someone at the NRA who could be as eloquent and as forceful as that.
And he didn't even have a script.
And I don't even think he owned a gun back then.
That is the video that went viral, made him famous.
We had him on the show soon after.
And then he decided to get political.
Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson, for those who haven't seen that video or forgot the genesis of that that propelled you to the stratosphere today, will you give us the back story?
Where were you speaking and why did you have to make that speech?
Well, that speech was in 2018, April 3rd of 2018.
And the backstory on that was the Greensboro City Council, which is horrible and totally left leaning,
wanted to cancel the gun show.
And they were saying they wanted to cancel it due to the fact of the terrible shooting
that happened down in Florida at the high school.
And they wanted to cancel the gun show.
And I was planning on going to that gun show to purchase an AR-15.
I'm a staunch supporter of our Second Amendment, staunch supporter of our Constitution,
and understand our nation's background and why that Second Amendment is in it.
And so I've done a lot of talking on social media.
I mean, I've done a lot of talking on social media.
Gained a pretty good amount of followers there.
And it just, you know, when I heard about the meeting, I heard about the meeting the day of the meeting, that morning before I went to work at the furniture factory.
And all day long, I wrestled and wrestled about whether or not I should go.
And eventually I said, yeah, you know what?
I've got to go and show my face there.
I'm not gonna speak because I'm not prepared, but I gotta go and show my face.
But after going, hearing some of the comments that were made, you know, I just got super, I got super, super, super angry.
I said, I've got to say something.
And so I signed up to speak and walked up, and as they say, the rest is history.
Yeah, the rest is history.
You're a veteran as well, but is it true that at the time you didn't own an AR-15?
Oh, I absolutely did not own a firearm at all.
I did not grow up with firearms in my house.
The most firearms we had, my dad had an old shotgun, but I never grew up going hunting or having weapons in the house.
I kind of put that off until my kids got a little bit older until I could become more familiar with firearms.
But at that point in my life, I feel like I'd reached that point.
I was ready to go out and buy me a firearm and was bound and determined I was going to do it.
And then this popped up.
And then walk us through the story from that incredible extemporaneous speech to it going viral.
How long did it take?
What was it?
Who was it that said to you or made you think, yeah, I want to be the lieutenant governor?
How did that happen?
Well, I went through a lot after those days.
I got the opportunity to do a lot of great stuff.
I even got the chance to travel overseas and spread a message of conservatism, standing up for gun rights.
But at the end of the day, a lot of folks were talking to me about money and they kept talking to me saying, hey, you can make millions of dollars if you do this, millions of dollars if you do that.
You know, we just didn't feel like that was the reason why God had us in this position.
Won't feel like that was the reason why he had us deliver that speech.
And so we were trying to figure out what we could do to be the most effective.
And so I told my wife, I said, it looks like I'm going to have to run for office because that's where you need to go to make change.
We thought about mayor, we thought about city council, we thought about a lot of things, but it was actually my wife who decided, and then said, who came up with the idea, rather, of saying that I should run for lieutenant governor.
I asked a few folks in the state here about it, and they told me I should go for it, and we did, and again, the rest is history.
And what has it been like in the last four plus years?
Because you didn't live in the swamp, you didn't have to deal with swamp creatures.
Were you ready for a political life?
Has it been a rude awakening?
Walk us through it.
No, it really hasn't been a rude awakening, but it has been different from anything that I've ever done in my life before.
But I find that at every juncture, whenever I'm involved in anything, I always look back and I see where I've done something similar or I have learned some principles that can guide me through what I'm going through.
And it served me well.
I think the entire time we've been in office, we've done a very good job.
Sure, there's been a lot of stuff.
There's been a lot of controversy and a lot of fights that we've had to take.
But we've taken on those fights and we take them on gladly and we continue to do that.
We got some pretty good big pretty big fights going on right here in North Carolina.
But we're going to face those fights with the same ferocity and the same passion that we did when we gave that speech back in 2018.
We're going to do it with faith and we're going to do it with an abiding belief that right will overcome all odds if you continue to do what is right.
He's running for the governorship.

We talked about the catalytic effect of the trans agenda, how many people are going to wake up to stop that lunacy.
With regards to that speech in the Second Amendment, how important is crime going to be on the ballot this year, next year across America, when we look at what the Democrats have done to the cities and states they control?
I think crime is going to be right up there at the top of the list, because right now, from the very beginning, at the 10,000-foot level, when you look at the border of the United States, our border is being violated on a daily basis.
Lawlessness is reigning on our border, and the federal government is allowing it.
So that is just having a trickle-down effect with crime and with the proliferation of drugs and gangs and human trafficking.
Certainly, everyone who's coming across that border is not a criminal, not by a long shot.
But there are some bad folks that are coming across our border and some bad things coming across our border, which is why it's so important for us to get that border under control and to have some security on our border.
But then you come on inside the cities and you look.
We have these idiot district attorneys, and that's the only way to describe them as.
The only way to describe someone who refuses to prosecute someone who's assaulted someone, or stole $9,000 worth of someone's merchandise, or someone who has multiple offenses, drug offenses, or violent offenses, and refuses to jail these people and do what's right.
When you look at what's going on with crime, with law and order right now, the degradation of law and order and with the legal system right now, it is not only costing people their livelihoods, it is costing people their lives.
And it is steadily encroaching on the more well-to-do areas, so to speak, in our communities.
Right here where I am, In North Carolina, we just saw an incident in a very well-to-do neighborhood, random violence, striking there in the most unexpected places.
Why?
Because we are no longer respecting the rule of law and order.
That is one of the things I intend to do as governor, make that statement from the very beginning.
It's to tell folks that law and order is back in North Carolina and that we will support the men and women in blue and give them the tools that they need in order to be proactive in fighting crime instead of being reactive.
And so crime, I think, is going to be one of the number one things that people are going to be looking at and all those associated things around it.

You talked about the fact, Lieutenant Governor, that There are some decent people who you can work with on the other side.
There are some who have walked over across the aisle onto your side because they've had it with the lunatics on their side.
But let's talk about the Democrat media.
You made the news, or rather those who were attacking you made the news, with an editorial cartoon That depicted, you know, you and your GOP colleagues as members of the KKK in a white hood.
Talk to us about, you know, who that person was and what's it like to go from a private individual to a person who has to put up with that kind of garbage.
Well, a lunatic organization like WRAL or one of these other left-leaning news organizations that masquerade as a reputable news agency, for them to actually make a space in their venue for a cartoon like that shows you exactly who they are.
Now, let me preface that by saying this.
When I was a social media influencer, when I was on social media, I took some sharp jabs and made some sharp criticisms of our elected officials.
I made some jokes that some people might think weren't too funny.
But, you know, we have a First Amendment right as citizens to do that.
And when individuals choose to do that about me on social media, I take that the same way those folks took it when I did it when I was a social media influence.
Sometimes I even take it with a wink and a nod because individuals are one thing.
But when you're talking about news agencies, News agencies that would allow a cartoon based entirely on falsehood to be placed in their publications or on their airwaves or on their internet access.
It smacks of unprofessionalism.
In this case, they were comparing myself Mrs. Amy White and Mrs. Olivia Oxendine, two Ku Klux Klansmen.
Now, Olivia Oxendine, Dr. Olivia Oxendine, who sits on the state school board with me, is a good friend of mine.
She is a Lumbee Indian whose parents actually fought the Ku Klux Klan.
I am, of course, a black man right here from North Carolina.
So you're comparing a black man, an Indian woman and a white woman to the Ku Klux Klan simply because we disagree with the leftist agenda of the school board.
It's ridiculous, but it's right in line with what these quasi news agencies do.
And we expect them to do it.
And quite frankly, we like it when they do it because we get to point out how unprofessional they are.
Did you ever, I'm just curious, apologies for the naive question, did you ever get an apology for the cartoonist and that for that outlet portraying you a black American as a member of the KKK?
Absolutely not.
And I don't expect to get an apology from that individual or from that news agency.
Because, quite frankly, it's one of the reasons why I don't pay them any attention or any of these other left-leaning news organizations any attention.
It's because I have absolutely no respect for them.
I have no respect for their reporting.
I have no respect for the fact that they're so biased.
And I have no respect for their opinions.
That is the way you do it, friends.
If they haven't earned your respect, if they are the peddlers, the propagator of lies, of propaganda, then you give them short shrift.

Coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C.
Now there's no doubting that my former boss, Lieutenant Governor, really likes you.
He likes you a lot.
You're two alpha males, you're two patriots.
I'd like to get your take on what's happening to President Trump since he left office and how concerned it makes you for the collective future of our Republic.
First off, let me say this.
We're praying for him on a daily basis because he is being attacked viciously from the leftists and by the globalists for a variety of reasons.
But we certainly pray for him on a daily basis, and his strength and his energy continue to amaze me.
I endorsed President Trump back at an event that we had not too long ago for president, and I stand behind that endorsement and continue to believe that President Trump should be the president again in 2024, and here's why.
There are three things, Sebastian, I believe that this nation needs to do in order to survive.
This nation needs to secure its border, become energy independent, and rebuild its military.
Those are the three things that President Trump was doing in earnest as president.
And I believe that that is the reason why the left despise him so much and continue to attack him on a daily basis in all forms, including weaponizing our justice system against him.
Now, there are a lot of people that say we should be done with Donald Trump, we should abandon Donald Trump, that he's damaged goods, blah, blah, blah.
But I say to you this, any one of those folks that stood on that debate stage or stand in that debate stage or in this race for president, if they don't go in office and secure our border and make us energy independent and rebuild our military, I don't care if they do win the presidency and the GOP is celebrated, this nation is still going to be doomed, I believe.
And if they do secure that border and make us energy independent and they rebuild our military, they too will be roundly attacked just like President Trump is being attacked now.
And what happens when it's Ron DeSantis that's being attacked?
or if it's Mike Pence, or if it's Nikki Haley, that's being attacked the way President Trump
is being attacked.
Are we gonna run away and leave them too and abandon them?
My suggestion is no.
We should stick with those who have stuck their neck out for us and put their lives on the line for us.
You don't abandon your warriors in mid-war.
You stand with them, you stand tall with them, you push back against the evil that's being done to them,
and you fight for a better day.
And I believe that's exactly what we need to do with President Trump right now.
Because if it could happen to a billionaire former president,
imagine what they would do to the rest of us if we lose this war for our nation.
So I think we need to stand with him, and I continue to do so,
and I urge all American patriots to do just that.
I've been trying to express what you just said.
For about two years now.
And I haven't been able to do that.
I only have three hours every day, but you just did it in one sentence so perfectly.
I don't know if we're going to title this hour with this phrase, but it really is.
Forget everything else.
Forget the politics.
Forget the primaries.
Forget what the media says.
But this one sentence, You don't abandon your warriors mid-war.
That is, for me, always been the reason.
After what he did for us for four years, after what he put up with for four years, after what they've done to him in the last two years, when you see what's happening in Georgia, in New York, in the court in Washington DC, How worried are you that we've lost this sense of equality before Lady Justice, Lieutenant Governor?
I think it should be extremely, it should be extremely concerning to every American.
Because as I say, if you could do this to a billionaire former president, on the largest stage in the world, right in front of everyone, imagine what the plans are these folks have for the rest of us.
How they'll brutalize us, our families.
How they'll sweep justice aside in order to get what they want done.
Imagine what they would do to those moms out there that are fighting for their children against these wicked school systems.
Imagine what they'll do to these folks that are pushing back against these wicked transgender agendas on their jobs.
This evil, it sees no bounds.
It has no bounds.
And if we allow this to happen to President Trump, We are giving them the signal to do it to all of us.
And so we all must stand up against it.
And I'm urging the people in my party to stop being so squeamish, stop being so weak, stop playing politics, and start looking out for what they should be looking out for, which is this country.
Because this country is in peril right now, and we need patriots and strong people to stand up and save it.
Yeah, yeah.
So very, very true.
If they can do it to him, they can do it to anyone they wish to do it to.
We're talking to Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina, Glory B. If we do our work, he will be the next Governor of North Carolina.

The book is We Are the Majority, the Life and Passions of a Patriot.
We are one-on-one with a very, very special guest.
Now, I won't be able to recount it as eloquently as my friend Matt Schlapp did, but he was with you not too long ago with a delegation, and you You used some spiritual, powerful language with him when someone asks you, why do you do what you do?
Why did you go from a nice, quiet life as a private citizen to the political life, the buffeting, the assaults, the attacks, the accusations of being akin to the KKK?
You said something very powerful to Matt and his fellow guests.
What did you say to them, Lieutenant Governor?
Well, as far as I recollect, I said, and this is really how I feel, I feel like I've been called by God to do this, and I've been led by God to do this.
And people ask me all the time, they say, why are you so unafraid to say things?
Why do you say these things that politicians are not supposed to say?
You know, you should be afraid of the news media.
You should be afraid of this.
You know, I believe in God.
I believe in God.
And despite what anybody may say, people who deny the existence of God, I discount them greatly because they don't even understand.
They don't even have the beginning of wisdom, which is the fear of the Lord.
Those heroes of the Bible, when you go back and you look, they were willing to stand up and do what was necessary.
All the way from Moses to the three Hebrew boys, who when they were thrown into a fiery furnace, they said, I'm going to do this because I believe in God.
And I'm not going to do it because I believe he will save me.
I'm going to do it because I believe he's able.
And we believe and know that God is able to do all things exceedingly in our lives.
And so we stand with Him.
So we stand unafraid.
And so we are following His orders.
He writes the orders.
We follow them.
We carry them out.
And we believe that God has ordained this nation to be the leader of freedom in the world.
And He's cut out a section of people in this nation to help lead in that charge for freedom.
And that's the reason why we do what we do on a daily basis.
And that's the reason why we do it fearlessly.
Well, we know we've already won.
Thanks to our Lord and Creator, we've won the ultimate battle.
Last question.
Are we going to win here on Earth?
Are you an optimist about the future of our nation?
I am.
I'm very optimistic about the future of our nation, and the one reason I am is because no matter where I go, I don't just meet old gray hairs like me who believe in what I believe in.
I meet a whole lot of great young people who are ready to take this battle up.
A lot of people say that our young people are not prepared for what's coming for them, but I believe that they are.
They said the same thing about the generation who came up before World War II, and those folks beat the Nazis and beat the Imperial Japanese and won the war for us.
I believe that our current crop of young people right now, despite the loud, the bad loud ones, the good solid ones are in the background doing the work that we need to do to help us get done what we needed to get done.
So I'm an extreme optimist about where our country is going to go.
And I know that if we continue to work hard, we're going to see a victory in the end.
Love it.
Gray hair.
I don't see any, I don't see one gray hair on your head, Lieutenant Governor.
I got a lot on the chin and I got a whole lot on my back.
All right.
We love this man.
He's an amazing patriot.
