♪♪ Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
You know, the more I stare at it, the more I kind of start to think, it looks like a movie poster.
It almost looks like a close-up of the villain of a horror movie or some sort of maniacal serial killer drama type story.
It's being called by a lot of people the mug shot heard round the world.
It was fired by the President of the United States, the 45th President of the United States.
This shot heard around the world.
When he stood in front of that camera, in that booking center, after being fingerprinted and treated like a common criminal, he decided to strike a pose that will undoubtedly live on as an icon of this age of American politics.
The mugshot of Donald J. Trump.
I'm staring at it right now.
It's almost hard to look away from, and it almost looks unreal.
It almost looks like a caricature that someone drew.
It looks painted.
It looks like it's art.
You couldn't have done it any better, depending on what your message that you were trying to convey through that mugshot was.
And it is celebrated by the left, and it is being revered by those on the right.
And it's being, I think, just kind of eyebrow-raising for those who are just concerned about the survival of our republic, and whether or not that survival is even possible, given what they are now doing to this man.
And given the fact that if they can do it to this man, they can do it to any man.
Welcome to America First, I'm Bob France.
I can't get over it.
I mean, this is, uh, the reaction of this is just, uh, it's off the charts even higher than I imagined they planned when he made the plan to take this.

We've got a big show coming up here in less than 10 minutes.
We're going to talk to Carrie Lake, the should be, would be, ought to be governor of the state of Arizona.
Carrie Lake is going to be joining us to talk about what happened last night in Georgia and where this nonsense goes.
We'll talk to her about the mugshot coming up at 4.05.
How about this?
It's not a surprise anymore because we've announced it all over social media.
But the man himself, never before have I hosted somebody's show and then welcomed that person on as a guest of the show.
But Dr. G, who is otherwise detained and unable to do his show today, or obviously having chosen to do so, does want to get in on what happened yesterday and on the mugshot heard around the world.
So Dr. Gorka, at the top of next hour, will join us.
We'll also talk with John Arlott, because it is Friday, and you know what that means.
Second Amendment Friday.
He'll be with us.
And at 510 this afternoon, that's, of course, Eastern Time.
My apologies to our friends in the Central, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones.
Those are all, of course, the Eastern Time Zones.
But we will be talking at the top of hour number three with Peter Kersenow, longest-serving commissioner in the history of the Civil Rights Commission in Washington, D.C.
He's going to have a lot of thoughts.
On exactly what is going on with these indictments and so forth.
But to the question of the mugshot heard around the world, I want to hit this.
And I want to ask what message you think that look conveys.
I actually posted it up on Twitter about, I don't know, two hours ago or something like that.
I just threw it up there and said, here's a picture of Donald Trump smiling bigly.
And I said, I kind of thought that's what he would do.
I kind of thought he was going to do the smile that says, you're not bothering me.
The smile that says, here I am.
You can't upset me.
You can't take me down.
You can't drag me down.
I'm smiling because you can't lay a glove on me.
I've done nothing wrong.
One of those kinds of messages.
And I think it would have been good.
But instead, we got the opposite.
We got the scowl that says... what?
I'm literally asking you, what message does that convey?
A couple of the responses that I got very early on, it basically said, wait till it's my turn.
That scowl says, I'm not going to just smile through this.
I am taking mental notes.
I am keeping a list of those of you who have done this to me, who have done this to our country, who have dragged our republic into this gutter, this attempt to jail the leading political opponent of the sitting president.
I am... just wait till it's my turn.
Wait until I get back in office.
That's kind of what that scowl says.
But that was just, like I said, one of the examples.
There are a few others like that.
I'm curious as to what you think.
And we'll take your calls on it, too, at 833-33-GORKA.
And what you think of the mugshot heard around the world.
Do you like it?
Or would you have rather seen the smile?
I will tell you this, what I said a moment ago.
I do not believe that this was something that was impromptu.
It wasn't, okay, look this way please and then decide what you're going to, how you're going to look or what have you, then turn the other way.
I think President Trump made a plan here.
How do I know this?
Within minutes of the mugshot going public, it was stamped on every mug, every t-shirt, every sticker, every item and piece of paraphernalia you can think of and put for sale on DonaldJTrump.com.
He tweeted immediately after that, his first tweet in years, since he was banned from Twitter by the former Twitter regime.
He goes back to Twitter for the first time.
He's been living exclusively on Trump social, as you know.
But he went back to Twitter to do what?
To post that mugshot with the caption, Never Surrender, and the website.
Go to DonaldJTrump.com and buy something with this mugshot on it.
So it's a fundraiser!
And you know what?
He ought to do that.
He ought to raise funds off of that.
Why not?
Use them to help offset some of the legal fees he's going to incur trying to defend himself against this ridiculous election interference.
Against this very clear, not criminal prosecution, but political persecution.
He needs the help.
He needs the funds.
So good for him.
I hope people buy it.
You know, so I think it's very, very clear that the intention was, I am going to give a look that we can stamp on merchandise and sell immediately.
And that is exactly what he did.
And good for him.
So it's the first mugshot ever of a former United, former or sitting United States president.
They released it with some glee in the left-wing media, and President Trump released it, then walked right outside and spoke after he was officially processed, and signed an inmate number before being released, posting 10% of the $200,000 bail that he had to, using a bail bondsman, ironically, or interestingly.
And let's listen to what the former president said when he walked outside of that jail.
Cut one.
Very sad day for America.
This should never happen.
If you challenge an election, you should be able to challenge an election.
I thought the election was a rigged election, a stolen election.
And I should have every right to do that.
As you know, you have many people that you've been watching over the years do the same thing, whether it's Hillary Clinton or Stacey Abrams or many others.
When you have that great freedom to challenge, you have to be able to, otherwise you're going to have very dishonest elections.
What has taken place here is a travesty of justice.
We did nothing wrong.
I did nothing wrong.
And everybody knows it.
I've never had such support.
And that goes with the other ones, too.
What they're doing is election interference.
They're trying to interfere with an election.
There's never been anything like it in our country before.
This is their way of campaigning.
And this is one instance, but you have three other instances.
It's election interference.
So I want to thank you for being here.
We did nothing wrong at all.
And we have every right, every single right, to challenge an election that we think is dishonest, that we think is very dishonest.
So thank you all very much and I'll see you very soon.
Thank you.
So that was the former president outside the booking center at the jail yesterday.
And of course every single word that he just said is spot on.
It's true.
It is election interference, an attempt to take down the biggest challenger to the sitting president.
It's banana republic type stuff.
It's been said by a lot of people but it must be repeated.
Speaking of elections being rigged and stolen, Terry Lake had it happen to her in Arizona.
She will join us next on America First.
First on Bob France.
This is Bob France.
Thanks for watching.
Bye.
you you
I I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
It is!
The crime was committed in broad daylight, and it is planet crazy.
And I'm talking about both crimes.
The crime of the 2020 election theft and the crime of the 2022 gubernatorial theft in the state of Arizona.
Cary Lake should be The governor of Arizona right now.
She had her election stolen from her as badly, maybe even worse than President Trump did.
And Carrie Lake is the perfect person to welcome to America First right now to talk about President Trump's attempts to right that wrong and how they are now trying to put him in prison for it.
Carrie Lake, so good to have you.
You should be the governor of Arizona, but thank you for being here.
How are you today?
I'm doing great.
You know, I'm emboldened by the fight that President Trump has in him.
He gives me encouragement to keep going, and all of us, and it's wrong what's happening.
Our government has been weaponized against We the People, and it's sick that Joe Biden and his supporters are weaponizing whatever government, whatever it be, municipality or county or state, to go against President Trump to stop him because they know he's
unstoppable in 2024.
They know he will be on the ballot and not only will he be on the ballot,
he will win in such huge wide margins that they can't cheat their way out of it.
And so we're ready for the fight.
We got a year and a couple months to save our country.
Yeah, let's talk about what that looks like.
First of all, you said you're emboldened by President Trump's fight for his rights and his rights to contest the rigged election of 2020.
Give me the update on yours.
You have had, obviously, a lot of things going on as well.
You've had a lot of court challenges and so forth.
You've had some victories as well.
Give us a status update on what happened to you in Arizona.
Well, thank you for asking because if you if you are listening to the fake news media, the mainstream media, they act like it's all over.
The case is done.
We lost the case.
Our original election case is still in the appellate court here in Arizona.
We moved it up to the Supreme Court.
They ordered it to be sent back down to be readdressed.
And now we're moving it back up to the Arizona Supreme Court.
We also have an additional case where we're suing Maricopa County to get the envelopes that the mail-in ballots are sent back in. We want to show
the people that widespread voter fraud and widespread voter identity theft is happening, because many
of these ballots have no signatures or chicken scratches. They absolutely do not match the
signatures. And so that case is moving forward.
We've got a trial date in September for that. I'm also being sued, much like they're trying
I'm also being sued, much like they're trying to silence President Trump by arresting him
to silence President Trump by arresting him and telling him he can't talk about the election
and telling him he can't talk about the election anymore or even mention the names of the people
anymore or even mention the names of the people who could be witnesses. I'm being sued by an
who could be witnesses.
I'm being sued by an elected official, the lead election official in Maricopa County,
where they run the most corrupt elections in the country.
I'm being sued by him for defamation, for having the courage to speak out about the
fraud in our election, especially in 2022.
And this is a very dangerous precedent that would be set if the judge doesn't dismiss
this case.
If we can't speak out against our elected officials, call out corruption where there's
corruption, give our opinion or lay out facts to our elected officials, then we are gone
as a country.
Can you imagine not being able to go before your city council, your board of supervisors, your legislators, and tell them, hey, look, as a citizen, I don't like what you're doing.
I think this about you, and I don't like when you guys did that.
If you are afraid that you are going to speak out and be sued for defamation, then the public will not have the ability to speak out against our government.
That's exactly what these fascists want.
And I'm appalled that Stephen Richer, who has an R behind his name, which he says stands for Republican, I think it's more of a rat, would ever want to silence people and take our First Amendment rights away.
I hope the judge does the right thing and throws this case out.
It belongs in the trash can.
Well, you know, you're spot on on every bit of that.
The First Amendment, of course, was written literally to protect our right to be able to challenge things and to say things, to give our opinions.
You give your opinion there on the corruption that you see in Maricopa County.
President Trump gave his opinion and asked Brad Raffensperger to, uh, to what?
Find the votes.
That doesn't say go write new ones.
Doesn't say create new ones.
Doesn't say, you know, commit fraud.
Go recount.
Do a recount.
Do another recount until it comes out right because guess what?
I know that I won and I know that... And now he's facing a prison term for that and moreover he's not allowed to keep talking about that even as the mainstream corporate media that is, you know, in concert with those who are trying to take him down are allowed to say anything they want about him.
He can't reply.
Right.
I mean, imagine it.
One of the witnesses they may call is Mike Pence, somebody who's actually running against the president, as foolish as that is.
He's running against President Trump.
So President Trump can't go on the campaign trail and challenge or call out or speak out about Mike Pence's failure on January 6th without breaking the rules that this judge has set forth.
I mean, this is outrageous.
It is not only our responsibility and our right to call out.
The government, when there's corruption or we see corruption, it is our duty as American citizens to call out tyranny and corruption in our government.
That's exactly what President Trump was doing and many others across this country.
We know Joe Biden did not get 81 million votes.
We know what happened in 2020 was fraud on a massive scale.
They're asking us to check our common sense, Check our logic, check our intelligence, and believe the gaslighting media and the gaslighting government.
There's no way he got 81 million votes.
He lost 17 out of 18 bellwethers.
He only won 16 percent of the counties.
You don't get the most votes in the history of this country with that kind of, you know, victory.
And that's not what happened, and we know it's a lie.
Kerry, let me ask you about the mugshot.
We're calling it the mugshot heard around the world because it really was.
I mean, what did that mean to you?
With that look, that determination, that scowl, that kind of intimidating look, what do you think he was trying to convey by taking that photo?
That look is the look that sums up the feeling of tens of millions, hundreds of millions
of Americans right now who are so fed up and angry with the corruption of our federal government,
with the absolute tyranny that has been unleashed on we the people.
That look is the look of a man who's ready to get retribution for the people of this
country.
And that is the look of a man who's ready to take on and defeat the deep state and finally
return our government back to we the people.
And I'll tell you what, it's going to be justice that comes finally when President Trump gets
reelected because the government has been weaponized, it's out of control, and it's
corrupt and rotten all the way down to the core.
Kerry, I know you're not an attorney, but do you think you can get a fair trial in Atlanta?
Can you get a fair trial in Fulton County?
Can you get a fair trial in Washington, D.C.?
Can you get a fair trial in Manhattan?
No, absolutely not.
The corruption is from top to bottom, from left to right.
It's widespread corruption, and I don't believe he can get a fair trial.
We shall see what happens, and maybe they'll call for moving it.
I think I've already heard that Mark Meadows is calling for moving his trial to federal court, out of that jurisdiction.
We'll see what happens.
I know they're trying to Have them go to court, I think I heard today in October.
And it's interesting how they've set all of these court dates right around when big elections are happening.
One of them is set right in early March, right before Super Tuesday.
Another one is set before the caucus in Iowa.
This is election interference, the most egregious case we've ever seen in the history of this nation, trying to keep President Trump from being able to properly campaign.
Why did they wait two and a half years to file these charges against him?
We all know why.
And that is exactly what it is.
Textbook election interference and political persecution rather than criminal prosecution.
Carrie Lake, you're fighting your own battles in Arizona.
Keep the good fight up and thank you for coming on America First.
Thank you so much.
That's Carrie Lake.
She had her election stolen from her too.
Nobody's better to talk about this than she is.
We'll be back on America First.

you I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right, thanks, Dr. G, and you're going to hear more from Dr. G in about, we'll call it, what, 25 minutes or so, 30 minutes?
We're going to be talking to Dr. Gorka on America First with Dr. G coming up at the top of the hour.
I'm looking forward to that conversation.
Dr. G wants to talk about what happened last night, the mugshot from hell or the mugshot heard around the world, depending on how you want to view that.
President Trump looking defiant and angry and ticked off and looks like ready for battle.
In fact, that's the question I was asking.
I put it on Twitter.
Follow me on Twitter if you would, as Dr. G does, at France Rantz.
F-R-A-N-T-Z-R-A-N-T-Z.
And I put that up there just a short while ago, and I just want to know, what do you
think the message he's conveying is?
By doing the angry, villainous scowl, as opposed to the smile that says, I'm above you, you
can't touch me, I'm innocent, what message is he conveying?
And I'm getting some good responses there, and I'd like to get them from you.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Arizona, on Line 1.
Fred, welcome to America First.
Hey Fred, what do you think he's saying with that look?
Well, thank you for taking my call.
Sure.
I agree.
I really liked your comments about what a smile could mean, and that made a lot of sense.
But this is no laughing matter.
It is no smiling matter.
And as Kerry Lake was saying, you know, everyone is fed up with this injustice.
And President Trump is a fighter, and he's ready to fight, unlike so many Republicans out there.
And so-called conservatives that are letting the left walk all over them.
And I'd just like to quote a scripture in Isaiah 59 verse 14.
Isaiah 59 verse 14, it says, judgment is turned away backward
and justice stands afar off, for truth is fallen in the street
and equity cannot enter.
And I cannot think of a better description of what we see right now.
And as on the debate, the Republican debate, they showed explicitly there is a decline of America.
And if people cannot see that, and aren't willing to fight or change, the Bible calls it to repent, you know, turn from your wrong way of doing things, then we're doomed.
Okay, I gotcha.
And you know, the thing I take away, thank you very much for the call.
Biggest takeaway I got from that is President Trump is a fighter, which is very, very true.
And you know, now that you say that, I'm looking at that picture and I'm staring at it again right now because it's just kind of almost, it's almost hypnotic in some ways to look at that.
That would be the look.
of a guy in the corner of the ring right before the bell rings for the heavyweight championship fight of the world.
Right?
Heavyweight championship of the world.
That's what a fighter looks like right before the bell rings and they go out and touch gloves and get it on.
It's not smiley, it's let's freaking go.
Right now.
Meet me in the middle of the ring.
That's what that look says.
That's a really good one.
Good call.
Appreciate that.
Orange County next.
Michael, you're on America First.
Bob Franson for Dr. G. Go ahead.
Hey, great.
Thanks for taking my call.
I just think when Donald Trump gets re-elected, he needs to take that portrait and hang it up in the Oval Office as his presidential portrait.
Well, you know, the best thing to do would be, you know, even after he serves his second term and his official portrait goes up there as, you know, like all of the other ones, that would be epic.
I mean, you know, you've got President Lincoln so stoic and you've got everybody else posing in a certain way.
For President Trump to have the scowl from hell that says, bring it on, would be absolutely apropos of his presidency, whether it's one term or two.
100%.
Good stuff.
Thank you, Michael.
Good deal.
Do you know how many people have that as their profile pictures online right now?
People have made it their profile.
They've made it their background.
They've got it all over the place.
They're making memes out of it that are just outstanding.
And like I said, the best part is President Trump knew what was going to happen if he gave that look.
He knew it.
And they had it ready to go at DonaldJTrump.com.
To slap it on everything that you can think of.
From lunch boxes to coffee mugs to t-shirts and everything else.
And people are snapping them up.
And why not?
Because it does.
It says something.
Like I said to the previous caller, who complimented me on the idea of the smile and what that would say, it would.
But it wouldn't inspire people the way this look does.
You know what I mean?
The smile would have said, you know, almost like, screw you, you can't touch me, I'm smiling here because I know this is a joke and you know this is a joke.
But this look doesn't, this look Offer some inspiration, I think.
It gives people a sense of, I'm ready to fight.
The more I look at it, I mean seriously, if you take that look, put it on a younger man's face, you know, a younger man's body who's standing in the corner and ready to come out for a championship fight.
That's what it looks like.
Nobody's smiling before they go out there and throw hands.
He's ready to throw hands.
Proverbially speaking, obviously.
But I think if he had to, he would feel like doing that as well.
After all, He's 6'3 and 215, according to the booking report.
He's in great shape and ready to rock.
We've got more coming up for you.
We're going to talk about food for the poor in a bit.
We're going to talk to Dr. G himself at the top of the next hour.
So stay here.
here on Bob Francin for Dr. G on America First.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Okay, 17 minutes before the top of the hour.
Thanks for being with us.
I am live in Cleveland, Ohio.
As you can see from the backdrop, if you are watching the program on Salem News Channel or on SebGorka.com, but we're in the studios of WHK Radio.
That's the ReliefFactor.com studios.
We're talking about the mugshot heard around the world.
We'll come back to that.
But let's talk about helping people around the world right now.
Joining me from Food for the Poor to kind of make one last big push this weekend as the Food for the Poor campaign with Sebastian Gorka and America First draws to a close.
Anitra Parmali from Food for the Poor joins us.
Anitra, thank you so much for coming on.
How are you?
I'm wonderful and so encouraged by the America First listeners that have already responded.
We're talking about pre-positioning disaster supplies and when the weather is great is exactly the time for us to be inviting you to be a part of a generous gift right now knowing that a $500 one-time gift purchases a generator.
Maybe you're able to give $240.
That translates because we're purchasing it now before costs rise and logistics get tangled after a disaster.
$240 is tarps and first aid supplies, blankets, plus weeks of food and water for a family devastated by a disaster.
And we've seen the headlines.
We know.
We've seen the images.
Family is standing in the wreckage of their lives, whether it's flooding or fires, earthquakes, hurricanes.
The impact is very familiar to us, but we invite you right now during Blue Skies to make a difference for the next family that's going to be their lives are wrecked by a disaster.
Well, I was talking a little bit about this yesterday, as I said, and for Seb and Dr. G. And, you know, it makes perfect sense to gather these supplies and have them ready on the ground now as we head into disaster season, otherwise known as hurricane season in particular, so that those supplies are there waiting and ready to be used when something hits and not.
Oh, look what happened there.
We've got to collect them and gather them and transport them from around the world or from the United States.
And, you know, and then the supplies are days away and that doesn't necessarily work if these people People need relief.
They need it right now.
Right.
Within hours.
Your gift right now allows food for the poor and our partners on the ground, whether it's a disaster here in the U.S.
or in the countries we serve and the Caribbean and Latin America.
It allows our response to be measured in hours and not weeks, as you said.
And if you put yourself into their position, To know that help and hope is on the way within hours when you've seen your life destroyed?
I mean, imagine the impact that has on a family who has literally lost everything.
I think about, you know, this whole campaign has changed my perspective on railroad crossings because I've always felt inconvenienced.
And now when I look at a train carrying those 40-foot containers, I envision, okay, we're inviting America First listeners to fill a container.
Will your gift be the one that allows us to slam the door on those emergency kits and generators, even inviting you to be a part of supplying housing?
for families who have been devastated by disasters.
Now I look at those containers and it's full of hope, you know?
Yeah, that's a great visual and that's what it's about.
Tell the listener, and we're so glad that the response has been so great for this campaign that Dr. Gorka has helped organize here, tell the America First listeners why it matters and why it's so important for them to open their hearts and open their wallets for people that they're never going to meet in places that are outside of America being first.
Well, because of the impact.
You know, if you're somebody who looks at the resources that you have in your hand, the resources that you trust God has provided you, if you're somebody who values getting the most for your money, your one-time gift right now means everything.
To a family in Honduras battered in the past by two successive hurricanes, your gift Changed lives to the people in the Dominican Republic and Haiti right now who are trying to recover from the flooding of Franklin.
Your gift means everything because it gives them peace of mind.
Imagine being a parent.
And knowing, okay, you're suffering, but how will you provide for your children?
How can you maintain a peace and a calm when they're seeing that they've lost everything?
Right now, your gift during Blue Skies changes the trajectory of a family's future.
That's what we're inviting you to be a part of right now.
Well, that's what we love, and that's why I love being a part of this campaign when I can, when I sit in for Seb and things like this, because it's great to be a part of a community of people that care about other people.
They care about other Americans, they care about other people around the world, and they're willing to do what they can.
If we've been blessed enough to be able to take care of ourselves, then we have the obligation to help take care of one another, and that's what I love, that they're responding as well as they have.
This audience is phenomenal, and I'm so glad they're there.
So, this is the last weekend for it.
Tell everybody how they can help one more time.
So easy.
You just click on the red Emergency Relief Supplies banner.
It's right there at SebGorka.com.
Or, if you prefer to speak to somebody, a toll-free number is 855-330-HOPE.
855-330-4673.
You can make your gift of any size, but know right now it is going to have its largest impact.
And, God forbid, when the next disaster hits, You can know God has used you to speed emergency relief to these families that are devastated.
That is a great message.
That's exactly what it is all about.
Well, Anitra Parmalee from Food for the Poor, thank you for what you're doing, all of your volunteers, everybody at Food for the Poor.
I know it's a great partnership with America First, with Dr. G and all of the wonderful listeners.
Gonna change the lives of people in need of disaster relief.
Thank you so much for coming on as well.
Oh, thank you for having me.
Always a pleasure and an honor.
Our pleasure.
Thank you very much.
So there you go.

And also you can use the text number 91999.
Text the word GORKA.
You know that famous line from the Sound of Freedom movie?
God's children are not for sale.
Well, God's children are also not to be starved out.
Do what we can.
That's exactly what I know you'll do.
emergency relief supplies banner.
It's God's work.
Let's just put it that way.
It's God's work.
You know that famous line from the Sound of Freedom movie?
God's children are not for sale.
Well, God's children are also not to be starved out.
Do what we can.
That's exactly what I know you'll do.
I'm Bob Frantz, in for Dr. G on America First, right back.
Thank you.
Thank you for watching.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
It is the mugshot heard around the world.
It is literally, did you see the front page?
Oh my gosh.
The full front page of the New York Post today.
I saw somebody hold it up on TV.
The full entire cover.
All it says is New York Post at the top and the full thing is just that picture.
The mugshot heard around the world.
What's it say to you?
What do you think Donald Trump is trying to say with that look as he was booked into that Atlanta County, or that Fulton County jail last night?
Let's go to Kay calling us from Arizona on Line 4.
Hey, Kay.
Welcome to America First.
I'm Bob.
Go right ahead.
Hi, Bob.
That mugshot says two words to me.
Righteous indignation.
I like it.
I like it.
That's very well said.
Anything else, Kay?
I mean, I could not look away from it.
I called people and said, you've got to look up this mug shot.
It's kind of hypnotic, right?
I mean, it does draw your attention to it.
You can't really look away.
And I'm still, and thank you for the call, okay, I'm still trying to figure out if it's actually real or if somebody painted that.
It looks like it was actually, you know, painted.
It could not have been any more perfect.
It also makes me wonder if he practiced it in the mirror before he went to the courthouse, or to the jail, because it looks like it's almost a little too perfect.
It's exactly what he wanted to convey.
But the question is, what's he conveying?
Tom, in Atlanta.
Hey, Tom, you're on the air.
Go right ahead.
Hey, Bob.
Great job.
And boy, that topic is right in my forebrain, what you're asking folks to call in about.
I like to go back to the founders and other American heroes.
And there's three quotes.
One, John Paul Jones, I have only just begun to fight.
Number two, Patrick Henry, of course.
I don't know what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty or give me death.
But this is the one I think really nails it.
Admiral David Farragut.
Damn the torpedoes.
Full speed ahead.
I like it.
I like looking back into American history to find the message that that look says.
I think he hit it out of the park with all three of those.
Good job, Tom.
Thank you for that.
Obviously, Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death is a part of the open of the Sebastian Gorka Show on American First, so you know people are very familiar with that.
So, very well done.
Let's go to Arnold, also in Georgia.
Arnold, welcome to America First.
Fire away.
What say you?
Yeah, well, I've been trying to put that picture on every social thing I could do today, but I can tell you, I've been looking at it all day, and to me, he says, I'm coming for you.
I'm coming for you.
I like that.
It's similar to some of the other ones that I read in response to this, and thank you for the call.
Wait until it's my turn.
In other words, when I get back into power, this is the look, this is the mood, this is the tone that is going to guide me as we try to end this corruption, end the weaponized Justice Department, and so on and so forth.
So yeah, I'm coming for you.
I like that.
Kind of like Rambo.
Kind of like Rambo 2, right?
That's the one when he was back in Vietnam.
And Murdoch, I'm coming for you.
I like it, my friend.
I like it a lot.
I'm Bob Francin for Dr. G on America First.
Dr. G joins me next.
Just stay here.
Thank you.
I I'm Seb Boker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, indeed.
Five minutes past the hour.
Thank you so much for joining us.
I am live in Cleveland, Ohio, and this is a new experience for me.
We're in the relieffactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer.
That's my home base in Cleveland.
You can listen to it whenever you wish at whkradio.com.
This is a new experience for me.
Guest hosting a phenomenal show like America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka and welcoming as a guest to the show, the host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Dr. G, you're on vacation, but you cannot stay away from it all, can you?
Yeah, I know this is really bad form and cramping your style, my friend, that you so graciously agreed to take a few days to host my show for me while I'm on vacation.
But, you know, as I tweeted out, you know, 10 minutes ago, MAGA never sleeps.
So there's always something happening.
And as you've been So rightly discussing with Carrie and in your monologue about this mugshot seen around the world, history in a very bad way was made yesterday, so I thought we should talk
Well, you know what, I'm so glad you are here to do that.
First of all, let me ask you what I'm asking everybody else.
What message did 45 send to the world, and certainly to MAGA, to the entire establishment of, well, that's the wrong word, but to the MAGA support crew, what message did he send with that mugshot?
Well yeah, I mean look, I like the idea my friend Dan Bongino was spinning for three days this week that he shouldn't surrender, he shouldn't post bond, he should force them to arrest him and put him in a cell.
That would have created a constitutional crisis the likes of which we've never seen.
and really reveal the deep state of permanent bureaucracy for who they are.
But he didn't do that.
And I was debating with myself, Paul, what does he do?
Does he smile on the camera like a few of his fellow indictees have done?
Or does he do what he did?
And I think that the choice... I mean, that's President Trump, the unstoppable force of nature.
That look and... God bless my friend Kathy, who I'm sure is listening.
She immediately sent me a photograph of an American eagle looking at the camera and she said, that's what she was reminded of.
And I immediately, you know, got online, put the photograph I hate the phrase monk shot, you know, the booking photograph of the president next to a photograph of an American eagle and man alive.
I mean, it's just the symbolism is there.
They want to destroy me because of you and I won't let them.
And I just want to say, you know, a couple of action items first.
You can take the conversation wherever you want, but a couple of things.
So number one, Tell the world that you're on President Trump's side.
You know, we immediately put the mug shot on a t-shirt.
You can go to sedgawkerstore.com, get the mug shirt t-shirt, get the mug of, you know, President Trump's booking photograph and Trump 2024.
But it's not about me.
You don't have to buy the t-shirt from me.
Buy it from anybody.
But most importantly, make a donation right now to donaldjtrump.com.
I know he's going to be You know, using this as an incredible tool to wake up Americans, especially in the middle.
But we need to support him.
He's going through a million dollars a week with 91 indictments.
We've got to support this man.
And beyond that, ask yourself a very simple question.
What are you going to do to make sure America survives?
President Trump is going to fight till the bitter end.
The bitter end!
But what are you going to do?
Get the t-shirt, wear it, get a yard sign, or just make a yard sign.
Trump 2024, I'm with the boss.
Stick it on your lawn.
Make a donation.
10 bucks, 100 bucks, whatever you can.
But then, what are you going to do?
Are you going to run for local office?
Are you going to support a candidate?
And I don't mean just making a donation.
Are you going to be an elected officer like my wife is?
What are you going to do?
Because if he's prepared to go to prison, to save America.
You have to ask yourself, Bob, if you're American, what are you prepared to do?
That's a great question.
We're talking with Dr. G on his America First program.
Dr. G, it's one thing for President Trump, and by the way, of course, immediately after the mugshot went public, it was all over his website, too, as he's trying to raise funds for his defense and so forth.
Yeah.
But he posted that, you know, on mugs and on t-shirts and so on so that he can help raise funds.
And what's disgusting to me, and I'd like to ask you, your thoughts on is the fact that Joe Biden did the same thing in a shameless move last night on his, not that he runs his Twitter, I don't think he could possibly navigate a keyboard, but his team put up under the Joe Biden Twitter feed, apropos of nothing, I think today's a great day to give to my campaign.
He's raising funds off of the attempt to imprison the number one challenger to his, you know, his incumbency of the presidency of the United States.
That is just, that is horrific.
That is shameless.
Yeah, that's such a great point, Bob.
That encapsulates everything you need to know about America right now.
We have one man who's trying to raise funds to save America and to keep his innocent body and his colleagues out of prison.
And another man whose team is raising money to do what?
To celebrate and perpetuate the police state.
One side, and it is hard for me to say, is somebody whose father literally escaped, was liberated from a communist political prison.
but we'll the dividing line here is to forget republican i mean who cares less
about the reading a republican primary debate or you know where the kamala the
cackle is going to be the cat forget about parties the dividing line it's one very simple question
police state or not police state one side is being targeted by police state from brag
to smith to willis
and the other side celebrating is establishing a police state and again not
about president trump it's about the fbi surveilling parents at school
board meetings it's about mark how with twenty armed fbi agent having his door
knocked down because he's a pro-life pasta wake up america are you for
the police state or are you against the police state
There's no middle road here.
You've got to make a stand and take a position on that issue and that issue alone.
That is the most important point that anybody I think has made and can make about this, and I've said this before, if they can do this to this man, not just any man, if they can do it to this man, a former president, but most importantly, waiting two and a half years to file these ridiculous bogus charges until an election season has started, if they can do this to him in an attempt to deprive him or deny him an opportunity to get his office back that was stolen from him, Well, they can do anything to anybody.
You mentioned it.
The parents at the school board meetings.
The whistleblowers admitted they were assigned to parking lot detail, running the license plates of parents at school board meetings to see if they say anything a little bit too troublesome for them, we're going to go looking into their lives.
I mean, if they can do this to Donald Trump, Seb, they can do this to any American.
Yeah, and don't take my word for it or Bob's word for it.
Just listen to the people inside the machine.
When you have career FBI agents come on my show, the likes of Carl Serafin, the likes of Stephen Fred, all of those brave whistleblowers, and say, yeah, yeah, I stood up to my boss when I said, what is this new threat tag, hashtag EDU, that we're using?
To mark American citizens who want their children to go back to school, who want them not to be taught racist theories like CRT, not to have to wear masks again.
We're labeling them with a hashtag EDU to put them in, what, the same class as domestic terrorists because they want their children to go back to school.
This is the moment where, look, it's very easy.
If not you, then who?
If not now, then when?
If you can have a man celebrate the police state using it as a funding tool, the same individual who stands in front of You know, people who've had their homes destroyed, people who've had relatives burnt alive on Maui and say, yeah, my 66 Chevy was almost burnt in a fire in my kitchen.
You know it's diabolical.
You know these people have no soul, Bob.
Seb, you know your clock, so I apologize to interrupt here, but I want to ask you one question.
Do you believe, when Grant Stinchfield was on for you a couple of days ago before I filled in, he brought it up.
Dan Bongino has brought it up as well, and I'm sure you have as well.
Is the President's life potentially in danger?
You know, I've been thinking about this all day, and I'm a guy that lives in the real world.
Even I don't want to go there.
Alan Dershowitz went there yesterday on this program.
You know, when you think it's good to kill 800,000 babies a year, you can just try anything,
can't you, Bob?
You can.
Yes, yes.
And that's what the professor said yesterday.
He said the derangement syndrome is so far gone that he is literally thinking that Kennedy and assassinations are something they would justify.
Bob, it's like Larry Elder said for years.
If you've been told for four years President Trump is a Nazi, well of course you're going to steal the election.
Well, if you think he's a Nazi and a white deprematist, Wouldn't you think it would be right to get rid of him, Bob?
I mean, it's frightening to say it, but... With the right level of derangement, they could justify that in their own mind.
Dr. G, it's your vacation.
I don't want to hold you again, but do you want another segment?
I'm going to leave it to you.
It's your day, Bob.
Thank you.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka, for letting me sit in for you, and thanks for coming in.
It's America First, Bob France.
We'll be back.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Well, that was an experience, wasn't it?
Dr. G guesting on his own show.
Glad to be with you and I'm glad that Dr. G gives me this opportunity.
It's 20 minutes after the hour.
I want to remind you, as you know, it's Friday and we thank God every day that America is the freest nation on earth and we remain free because of the right to keep and bear arms.
No other company in America personifies that right more than Carr Firearms Group.
Their story is the American dream.
And their products are absolutely second to none.
CAR Firearms Group is your source for high-quality firearms.
Visit www.KAHR.com.
We carry CAR at America First every single day, and so should you.
So, we're going to talk to John Lott, by the way, in the next half hour on Second Amendment Friday, but we're talking about a couple of other things right now.
First of all, the Second Amendment might become more important than ever before if things Progress.
And by progress, I mean regress.
In the direction that they seem to be heading right now.
I had a conversation with some people, including my producer on my local show, in Cleveland, Ohio, earlier today.
My show is on 9 to noon, if you ever care to listen to it, that's Eastern Time, 9 to noon.
It's at whkradio.com, 1420 The Answer is the free mobile app, etc, etc.
But on that program, we were talking about what would happen If they actually did end up railroading Donald Trump, not just into indictments because they've already checked that box, but if they railroad Donald Trump into a conviction and then into a prison cell, particularly denying him freedom maybe while an appeal is heard.
I don't know if that's going to happen.
I don't think that's going to happen, but then again, I didn't think we'd be sitting here right now.
Did you?
In the way things are?
And so the conversation took a turn to, if that happens, do you think that conservative, patriotic, outraged Americans would stand for it?
And somebody said, I am not one to wish for a civil war, but I might grab a weapon and hit the streets.
And so, of course, my response was, well, I hope that never happens, for a million different reasons.
But if it did, it's not something that the left would oppose.
Why?
If protests turned crazy, and Trump supporters and conservatives and patriots worried about the direction and the decline of the republic, in an attempt to save the republic, took to the streets, Almost Civil War-ish type things happening in multiple places around the country.
Things that might resemble, but in a different way, the 2020 riots in cities all across the country.
If that kind of thing happened, the left would be cheering.
And you want to know why?
Because the left would be calling on Joe Biden to do what they want to do.
And that would be to declare martial law.
and truly turn it into a police state, turn the American military against its own people,
turn National Guard crews against their neighbors in their cities in order to keep the peace.
And that, of course, is when the Rubicon will have been crossed.
When the situation, because Joe Biden has already made a career, particularly in the last three
years of his presidency, but even before that, of following the notion that white nationalism
and white supremacists neo-nazis which they kind of lump all together with
conservative americans it's a slur it's not accurate it's not true but it's what
they do right that that is the greatest threat that we face in america
the two things that they say we have a
uh... that are the biggest threat are climate change not radical islamic terrorism not growing socialism and
communism our No, no, no.
They say it's white nationalism and climate change, right?
So they've already kind of set the wheels in motion a little bit that that's the greatest threat we face and therefore the most important thing that we have to put down.
And they would see it and they would spin it as that.
And then they would be able to, again, in a true totalitarian or authoritarian manner, to put it down by literally declaring martial law and putting troops in the streets.
Look, you're not naive enough to think that they're not already going to put troops in the streets when Plandemic 2.0 is carried out, are you?
They locked us down once and just told the police.
Institute curfews.
Enforce them.
You see somebody out of their home, spreading their disease, spreading their germs.
You see one of these great unwashed in a place where they're not supposed to be without a mask, standing less than six feet away from somebody else.
Take them in.
They tried that last time and did it in a number of cases.
What do you think Pandemic 2.0 is going to look like?
You do know that that's on the way, right?
You do know that there are schools already starting to require masks, the same pointless Useless, ineffective papercloth masks that they made us staple to our faces for two and a half years before.
You know they're coming back with those already.
I mean, I've got stories on it in front of me right now.
Mask mandates re-emerge amid upturn in COVID-19 cases.
That's just the beginning.
A few days ago, Biden reminded everybody, get your latest shot for the new sub-variant.
And right now, it's just a reminder.
He also said last year that, you know, it's just one more shot a year.
It's just like when you get your flu shot, get your latest COVID shot.
Get your latest poison dart stuck in your arm because we're telling you to.
Never mind the fact that they have been proven to not work.
That people with natural immunity are far more protected against the virus than people with RNA juice into their bodies.
With spike proteins causing all kinds of problems with their heart, their circulatory system, blood clot strokes, and everything else.
Young people dropping dead.
You think they're going to tone that back?
No.
I promise you, totalitarianism is in their field of vision.
It's what they see.
It's what they want.
So they're looking for new ways to bring the big state, as Dr. Gorka just said, the police state, big government, police state mentality into your communities and mine.
And guess what?
If they can get the resistance to those things out of the way ahead of time, it makes their job a hell of a lot easier.
And who might be leading said resistances?
I don't know.
Somebody who just took a mug shot With a look of determination and fierce independence on his face.
Somebody that says, yeah, we'll resist.
We'll resist the attempt to steal people's liberty.
If they can take his liberty, how can they possibly even blink at taking yours?
It would be like, did you ever think twice before you stepped on an ant?
No, because you don't really think much of that ant.
You don't... Why would you?
That's their mentality to you!
You subservient little plebe!
They will crush you just as easily and as quickly as you might think about stepping on an ant or swatting a fly.
That's just the reality of the situation.
I'm sorry for the long extended monologue, but that's what we're facing here.
It is that serious.
I welcome your thoughts.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-33-GORKA.
I want to hear from you.
I'm Bob France sitting in for Dr. G. We're going to talk to John Lott next half hour as well.
Got some Second Amendment issues to discuss, but plenty of time for your calls too on America First.
Stay here.
you you
I I
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
Thank you, Dr. G, and I'm Bob France, indeed, live in Cleveland, Ohio, what, 27 minutes before the top of the hour now.
We've got some Second Amendment conversation to have with John Lodd.
It's Second Amendment Friday, and we want to remind you that the greatness of America is at its core, its freedom.
No other country is as free, and we remain that way due to our right to keep and bear arms.
No other company in America personifies that right more than car firearms.
And I'll tell you what, Car Firearms Group, their story is the American dream.
Their products are second to none and Car Firearms Group is your source for high quality firearms.
You should visit them at www.car.com.
I'm going to go back to the phones here and talk a little bit more about what they were doing to President Trump and what that could mean bigger picture if it could lead to the type of chaos in the streets that would lead to a big, heavy-handed, government-ordered crackdown on people's liberties, your civil liberties, your rights to move about.
They're already planning that with Plandemic II.
What else would that look like, particularly if things get out of hand as we try to protect the former president, and by extension, all of us?
I want people to hear this, too.
I say this on my program, too.
I said this in a Bob France Road Rants last night, too.
I've been recording some videos whenever I'm out in the truck and I've just got some thoughts that I want to share.
Sometimes I'll pop on the camera and do this.
I did one last night, and I want people to understand this.
You don't have to be a Trump supporter.
to be really, really pissed off about what's going on right now.
You don't have to have a red hat.
You don't have to be in, you know, in MAGA.
You don't have to be a part of all... You can, like somebody else, you can almost be so... You can be a Democrat!
And you should still be furious and outraged at what's being done to Donald Trump!
Now obviously Trump supporters are going to be the most angry.
Trump supporters who recognize what this means to the leader of the party and the conservative movement, the restoration of liberty, the end of the deep state, the end of the establishment, all of those things, right?
Yes.
But if you are left of center slightly, or if you are conservative but not pro-Trump, or maybe Trump is second or third on your list of candidates, whatever.
You should still be just as outraged because if they can do it to that man, they can do it to any man.
To anybody, right?
You understand that?
Jailing the guy who is the leading contender to take down the incumbent president is the stuff of banana republics.
It's the stuff of Russia.
You saw what just happened, right?
You know that the leader of the Wagner insurrectionist group, if you will, that was marching toward Moscow just a couple of months ago?
You realize that he was killed in a plane crash in Russia?
What do you think that means?
They will, when they are truly in totalitarian form, they will take out whatever it is that threatens their power.
In whatever that looks like.
You understand that?
If you missed yesterday's show, Alan Dershowitz talked about this with me, directly.
Professor Dershowitz, who again, is leftist center, and is not a Trump supporter in any way, shape, or form, said to me, live on the air, he's worried about Donald Trump being assassinated.
Now, would that be from just some left-wing nut?
You know, in wherever, in one of the coasts, probably in America?
Who hate him that much?
Maybe.
Or maybe it's something worse than that.
Maybe, like I said, what just happened in Russia.
Maybe there are, look what happened to Kennedy.
I'm not going to get into all of the what-ifs with those things, but I am just pointing out, and Alan Dershowitz was as well, the people that are as addicted to power as the left is addicted to power right now will do anything to keep it.
And if they think that this guy is a threat to their power, they will brand it as a threat to the country and to democracy and then use it as justification for ending him.
Whether that's through a prison cell and a prison term, or something worse.
God only knows.
We hope we never find out.
Okay, to the phones.
We're gonna go.
And how about the top?
Why not?
Craig in Ohio.
Craig on line one.
You are on America First.
Craig, go right ahead.
Yeah, it just really scares me personally and for my family and my children that we're looked at as deplorables, as was stated by Hillary, and we're looked at as those ants that can be stepped on, like you said.
And it's by people now that are willing to do that to President Trump, willing to do that to anybody, and there's no repercussions.
And we have to take our country back.
When Dr. Gorka says, what are you willing to do?
I think that's a very valid question.
Well, you know what it reminds me of when he said that, thank you for the call, that famous line with Sean Connery in the movie about Capone, the Untouchables.
And he looked, not, yeah, as Kevin Costner looked down at Sean Connery who was dying and he said, what are you prepared to do?
What are you prepared to do to avenge this and bring justice?
That's the question.
We'll be back.
Thanks for watching.
You You
Thank you.
Yes, indeed, and we thank God every day that America is the freest nation on Earth, and we remain that way because of the right to keep and bear arms.
No other company in America personifies that right more than Carr Firearms Group.
Led by our good friend Justin Moon, Carr stands strong and unashamed in their support for the right to keep and bear arms, any and all arms that the people might need to stand against tyranny.
I'm talking a lot about that today.
Americans can be sure that no matter what happens, Carr Firearms Group will be at the front lines fighting for Americans' Second Amendment rights.
Their story is the American dream.
Their products are absolutely second to none.
Carr Firearms Group is your source for high-quality firearms.
Visit them.
At www.kahr.com, we carry Kahr every single day at America First, and so should you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Kahr firearms.
And if it is a Second Amendment Friday, then you know you are very likely going to hear the voice of John R. Lott, Jr., who joins us now here on America First.
John, thank you so much for the time.
How are you?
Oh, great.
Great to talk to you again.
Thanks for having me on.
It's always a pleasure to talk to you, John Arlott.
What an amazing list that you've compiled here at the Crime Prevention Research Center on the website right now.
You've got a list that I want to talk about before we get into mass shootings.
Of cases where armed citizens have stopped active shooter incidents.
Because, John, this is the fight that I get into all of the time with people who freak out every time there is an active shooter incident.
And they talk about, of course, wanting to take everybody's rights away.
And I'm thinking to myself, do you know how many people, do you know what the databases show of people who actually use their firearm to save their own lives or the lives of others, sometimes without even having to fire it, but the presence of a gun in the hands of a patriotic No, it happens a lot.
Unfortunately, the media doesn't really cover these, even dramatic cases where police have said that many people would have been killed if it hadn't been for the presence of a concealed carry permit holder.
If you look at the time period from over the nine years, 2014 to 2022, About 40% of these active shooting cases were actually stopped by concealed carry permit holders.
So it's an active shooting cases are wearing guns fired in public, not involving some other type of crime like a robbery or a gang fight over drug turf.
Um, and, uh, you know, it's dramatic these cases.
But if you if you also limited places where people were legally able to carry guns, And in 2022, about 60% of these active shooting cases were stopped by people with concealed carry permits.
But most people would never know about this type of thing when they get stopped.
The media may get some local news coverage, but it doesn't get national news coverage.
And what we try to do on our website there, people don't need to take our word for it, we have the list of cases, we have links to the underlying news stories so people can go and check it out themselves.
And these are just cases where a permit holder actually had to fire a gun in order to stop it.
There are many other cases where, as you say, simply brandishing was enough to go and stop the attack.
Yeah, it's the one thing that I always talk about whenever there is one of these things.
Every one of them ends the same way.
All of them.
And it's when the presence of a gun coming back at the individual is found.
In other words, they either drop their own gun and run, or they just take off running and the shooting is over.
Or they shoot themselves and the shooting is over.
Or they're shot and killed and the shooting is over.
But it always takes the presence of another firearm to stop somebody who is misusing a firearm to create havoc and mass murder.
That's the reality of it every single time.
I'm not aware of any other case that ended any other way.
A surrender, a fleeing, or being shot by the perpetrator is how these things end.
Now, let's talk a little bit about these mass shootings, John.
John Arlott Jr.
is our guest on America First.
You have an article up right now at the crimeresearch.org site, crimeresearch.org, about gun control groups arguing against people being armed because of the number of mass shootings.
And you ask a very important question.
Do gun control groups care what really causes mass shootings?
John, what's the answer?
It doesn't look like they do.
The article deals with a new lawsuit that Michael Bloomberg's Everytown has put together, stemming from the Buffalo mass murder last year.
The murder had killed 10 people at a grocery store in Buffalo.
And every town wants to go and blame the person, the people who sold the gun.
They want to go and blame the people who made the gun.
They want to go and blame the murderer's parents for not stopping it.
And, you know, you kind of wonder, do these gun control people even read the manifesto that this person put together?
Because he goes into great detail about why he picked the target that he did.
He picked the target he did because he wanted to go to a place where he knew the victims would not have permanent concealed handguns.
He writes, areas where carrying concealed weapon are outlawed or prohibited may be good areas of attack.
Areas with strict gun laws are also great places for attack.
He goes in and talks about how it's going to be much easier for him to go and kill people if he goes to a place where he knows his victims are disarmed.
These guys may be crazy in some sense, but they're not stupid.
Their goal is to get media coverage, and they know if they go to a place where victims can't defend themselves, they're going to be able to go and kill more people and be able to go and more news coverage. Yeah, it's almost a universal truth
about every one of them. They really, really like firing bullets at other people and they really,
really are displeased when people might fire back at them. And so they do everything they can
to minimize that possibility. It's kind of unique. Yeah, it's a big shock there.
And the, you know, the seller of the gun went through the background check.
The person passed the background check.
But yet somehow, even though the gun seller obeyed the law, did exactly what they're supposed to do, they're the ones who are being sued here.
But, you know, they want to go and blame, you know, Kind of right-wingers for this guy.
This guy calls himself an eco-fascist national socialist.
He calls himself a mild-mannered or mild-moderate authoritarian leftist.
Now maybe you have a lot of conservative friends who call themselves national socialists or authoritarian leftists, I guess I have a very select group of friends, because I don't have many conservatives that do that.
We have the same type of friends.
I don't think those people exist.
They don't exist in my sphere, I can tell you that.
John R. Lott, Jr., Crime Prevention Research Center on Second Amendment Friday.
John, thank you for coming on.
We will be back.
I'm Bob Frantz, in for Dr. G on America First.
Thanks for watching!

I I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Alright, thanks Dr. G. And by the way, if you missed earlier on, this hour we had Dr. G live on his own show from his vacation spot.
He wanted to get in and weigh in on what happened last night with President Trump being booked into and having his mugshot taken at the jail in Atlanta.
So you might want to check that out a little bit later on at SebGorka.com on this program.
And as we head into this weekend, I hope you'll consider those less fortunate than yourself with the gift to our friends at Food for the Poor because the poorest of the poor in Haiti and El Salvador, Nicaragua and other countries that Food for the Poor serves in the Caribbean and Latin America, concepts like weekends take a backseat to simply surviving.
Surviving the tropical storms and hurricanes that now impact their lives and their families.
Paul Jacobs of Food for the Poor says your donations at SebGorka.com are what makes their mission possible.
We're not aligned with any political party.
We're not aligned with any ideology.
We're aligned with helping save lives.
Children and families, right now, your gift will help provide disaster relief supplies, but also, more importantly, there are more storms on the horizon, and hurricane season goes through November 30th, and we're expecting a very active season that are going to affect thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people.
And we have entered now the final three days of this campaign, so we're urging you, begging you right now, go to SebGorka.com, make a donation to help rebuild the lives of the poorest of the poor.
Just head on over to SebGorka.com, click on the Emergency Relief Supplies banner, or you can text GORKA to 91999, or phone your most generous gift to 855-330-4673.
855-330-4673. That spells 855-330-HOPE. And thank you.
Doing a great job.
Thank you.
today to the great work being done in our own hemisphere here by Food for the Poor.
Let's get a call or two in here before the top of the hour.
We're going to start in Glendora.
Tom, on line four, you're on America First.
Hi, Tom.
Welcome to the show.
Thank you very much, Bob.
Doing a great job.
Thank you.
You know, we have a perilous pandemic here, not of COVID, of devil driven, raw, totalitarian
hatred that Dr. Gorka Allured alluded to.
And if we don't stand up now as brave, non-violent Christian warriors and cancel the cancel culture, stop the woke, stop the evil that has just sucked this country up in the last couple of years, We will lose America.
We all have got to pray to God to help us and fight daily every way we can.
The way the great Pastor Jack Hibbs is.
The way that you guys are on talk radio and do everything we can to stand up boldly and say we're not taking this crap anymore.
And this great picture of Donald Trump has the steely resilience of a Winston Churchill.
And for all his egotism and all that, he's a good, God-fearing man.
Look at his past presidency.
Use him as an inspiration in that wonderful look on the cover of the first-base Wall Street
Journal.
God bless this guy.
Well, I think, I'll tell you what, I'll say this.
Thank you, my friend, for that call and those kind words.
Yeah, that photo is inspirational to a lot of people.
It says, let's do this together.
Let's bring it on.
We've got one more hour to go on America First Day here.

I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
Yeah, let's do exactly that!
Thank you, Dr. G. It is five minutes past the top of the hour.
We really appreciate you being with us.
We're going to be checking in here very shortly with Peter Kersenow, who is a member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights.
He is an attorney, and he is one of the most staunch defenders of the Constitution that I know.
And Peter is going to have some thoughts on the mugshot heard around the world, the booking watched around the world, and we're going to have some thoughts on Where we go from here is a country.
Again.
At the risk of being redundant, this isn't something that can be allowed to happen to any person, because if it can, then it can happen to every person.
I hope that's very clear to people, and that's why we're spending so much time on this here on America First.
For those who do not know, again, I am Bob France, live in Cleveland, Ohio.
My ReliefFactor.com studio is in WHK Radio.
WHKRadio.com is where you can find me nine to noon weekdays.
And that's at WHKradio.com.
I would love to talk to people from around the country, even when I'm on the air locally.
So if you like what you hear, you can do that.
You can also follow me on Twitter.
I do not promote myself enough on these social media platforms.
On Twitter, France Rantz.

on Truth Social.
Always write WHK.
I would love to interact with you on the platforms as well.
So we're going to be talking with Peter Kirsch now in a moment.
Until we do, I want you to listen to the celebratory nature, and this is what makes it so difficult to accept that, well, this is just one case.
It's the establishment of the left-wing media, you know, the entire corporate media.
Listen to the celebratory tone that they kind of struck yesterday when they discussed and presented information about the booking into a jail and the fingerprinting and the mugshot taking of the former president and current leader of the opposition party to the current incumbent president.
Listen to Rachel Maddow on MSNBC Cut 2.
The sheriff has released that mugshot from former President Trump.
And so I'm saying we should slow down here just for a second because this is serious stuff for the nation, for who we are as a country.
We have never before had a mugshot of a United States president, current or former, but now we do.
Here it is.
Criminal defendant and former president Donald J. Trump presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the rule of law for his sake and for ours.
Whatever you think of the photo, this is not something to take lightly.
Our constitutional republic depends on the very basic concept of rule by law, not rule by man.
A constitutional standard under which a president is still just a citizen and all citizens have equal standing before one system of law which applies equally to everyone.
Now, the words that you heard did not do justice to the smirk on her face.
And when I said celebratory, that's what I'm talking about.
Now, if you're watching this on Rumble, you probably just saw that.
If you're watching that anywhere else on SubGorka.com, you saw the smirk.
But this is kind of how they feel, and this is kind of how they present.
While speaking and saying the right things, this is something to be taken seriously.
They're gleeful at this.
They're gleeful at this because it's what, ironically, We kind of once said back in 2016 about Hillary Clinton, about her emails, about all of the different things that she did that were far more egregious than anything President Trump is being accused of, quite frankly.
And we talked about, lock her up, lock her up, and that made them so angry, how dare you?
It's misogynistic, it's angry, it's hateful, and so forth.
In reality, no, we felt like she really deserved to be locked up.
And because of that, this is why they're taking such joy in this.
And if you take any look at, you know, left-wing social media, which is most social media, you're going to see, you know, they're celebrating that mugshot and they're putting their memes together and they're talking about how it started versus how it's going and all of this other stuff.
But the reality of the situation is they're enjoying this because they don't understand the severity of the threat to the Republic.
And in many cases they might be enjoying this because they do understand the threat to the republic, and it is their goal to bring down the republic.
To change it.
To transform it.
Again, at the risk of redundancy, going back to Barack Obama's now infamous words about his intent to fundamentally transform America.
What do you like to fundamentally transform?
What things do you like to change?
Change is a synonym for transform.
You change things that you don't like.
If you don't like how you look in your clothes, you change clothes.
If you don't like the meal you're eating, you change and get another one.
If you don't like a person that you're with, you break up with them and you start a relationship with somebody you like better.
You don't change things that you like.
Right?
If you like it, why would you do something different?
Their goal was to fundamentally transform America into a socialist utopia of their design, of their belief, which of course would be an absolute devastation for the rest of us.
So, that's the bottom line.
They were and are trying to fundamentally transform America into something new.
Donald Trump became a big impediment to that, an obstacle to that.
I said this, and I'll never forget.
I'll never forget.
And let me know when Peter Kirschenau is ready, by the way.
I'll never forget after Donald Trump won in 2016.
Talking about how I had said going into that entire thing, you know, let me rephrase, going into the very early part of the primaries when Donald Trump came down the escalator and decided he was going to run for president as a Republican, and at that point it was a coin flip.
If he was going to run, would he run as a Democrat or Republican because he spent most of his adult career As a, you know, as a New York liberal.
He was pro-choice, he was pro-Clinton, he was pro, you know, so many things that right now that we would look at and say, what, huh?
You kidding me?
So at the time I was like, I'm not sure if I trust a New York liberal to say he is converted into a true conservative Republican.
And I remember at the time that he was elected then, and of course, once he became the nominee, I was all on board.
I was really in Ted Cruz's camp.
But when he became the nominee, and it was like, let's go.
Everybody on board for Donald Trump.
We have to stop Hillary Clinton from getting to the White House.
And I remember at that time, and quite frankly, every several months, as we saw more and more and more of the policies take shape, And more of the benefits of those policies start to become realized for the American people, for you and for me and my family's household budget, my gasoline costs, the jobless numbers going through the floor, unemployment going through the floor, all of the things that we saw being approved, the immigration, the open flow of illegals across the Barack Obama southern border versus the Trump, as all these things happen,
I remember being on the airways very specifically and saying, no matter how his presidency turns out, I and we will forever owe a debt of gratitude to Donald Trump for one thing, if nothing else, even if none of those other positive things happened, which did, in his presidency.
He is the one man in the United States of America at that time that could have defeated Hillary Clinton.
The Obama machine was ready to shove her into his space when he was term-limited out to continue the same exact policies, if not steroid-strengthened leftist progressive policies that would have destroyed, honestly, this country as we knew it.
And Donald Trump stopped her.
And I don't think anybody else could have.
Ted Cruz couldn't have.
In a general?
Couldn't have done it.
Nobody in that field could have, and we owe Donald Trump that.
And because we owed him that, honestly, that is why they are taking such glee in watching him being locked up now.
The way we always said, lock her up, lock her up, this is what they, this is their vengeance, this is their moment.
And so that's the reason why, like I said, we're talking about their joy, and I want to share another clip with you here while we wait for our guest.
But I want you to listen to Jonathan Turley, who again, this is so interesting, we get these left-wing law professors like Alan Dershowitz defending Donald Trump.
Left-wing law professors like Jonathan Turley defending Donald Trump.
How and why?
Because they care more about the Constitution than they do the politics of it.
That's why.
This is what Jonathan Turley had to say about Donald Trump's call that he's being indicted for to the Secretary of State in Georgia, Brad Raffensperger.
Listen to Cut Three.
I think this is criminalizing the challenging of elections.
Basically, you have a Democratic prosecutor saying, how dare you challenge a Democratic victory?
Well, it's been done before by Democrats.
And the whole case is based on this theory that Donald Trump really didn't mean it.
Well, neither did those, even if that were true, neither did those Democrats.
They challenged Trump's election on no grounds at all.
I mean, many of these past challenges were very, very thin.
But in Donald Trump's case, he insists that he does believe that Georgia could have been flipped with a recount.
And the way that she portrayed that phone call to Raffensperger I think is really evidence of the bias and unfairness of aspects of this indictment.
You know, it makes perfect sense when you're challenging an election to say, you know, I only need around 11,000 votes.
So if you do a statewide review, that's not a lot in a state like Georgia.
That's not criminal.
That's making a case for a recount.
Isn't that exactly what we've been saying, and that is not illegal?
Unless you just don't have a First Amendment anymore.
We'll be back to talk about this with Peter Kersenow, right here on America First.
Thanks for tuning in.
I'm Peter Kersenow.
I'll see you next time.
Bye.
you you
I'm Seb Gorka Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, thank you, Dr. G. Twenty minutes past the hour, my next guest, our last guest of the day and of the week on America First is the longest-serving member of the United States Commission on Civil Rights in the Civil Rights Board's history, in that commission's history.
He also happens to be an attorney, a law professor, a best-selling author, and a columnist as well.
He is Peter Kersenow.
Peter Kersenow from Cleveland, Ohio, my home base as well.
Welcome back to America First.
How are you, good sir?
I'm doing great, Bob.
Thanks for having me.
So we've been spending a lot of time today, as you can imagine, talking about the first mugshot ever taken of a president, a past or sitting president in the history of the country, being booked into the Atlanta Fulton County Jail yesterday.
He was fingerprinted and he took a mugshot for the ages.
It was obviously an intent to send a message, a signal.
A lot of us thought, even Seb Gorka, who I talked to earlier, thought he might smile in this, in a way of saying, you know what, I'm not worried about you.
You don't scare me.
You know, kind of a, I'm taking this all in stride because I know I'm innocent.
But instead, he took that scowl photo in which he put his chin down, looked out the top of his eyes, and basically sent a message.
The question is, Peter, what message do you think he was trying to send with that?
The message is, I'm here to stay, and I'm not going away.
You can't scare me, and I'm going to be back.
Uh, it was an iconic photo.
It's not something that you necessarily expect from Trump because he's usually, you know, a little bit more flippant when it comes to these things.
But I think he's serious about this and he's trying to send a message that he's serious and you guys are in for a fight.
Yeah you know it's funny one of the other callers said something like I'm ready to fight and it dawned on me you know what it kind of looks like to any championship boxing match you've ever seen you know when the fighters are in the corners right before they're about to ring the bell the look they have in their face the look of dead determination seriousness you know hit chin down and let's go let's get ready to rumble that's kind That's kind of what I feel like he was trying to say there, and he wants everybody to know that he is going to fight for his life, and fight for his freedom, and in the same process fight for all of us, because, again, the redundancy is there, but it has to be said again and again, if it can happen to one man, it can happen to any man, especially if it happens to that man.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, you know, there's that poster that's quite famous now, where Trump's sitting there and pointing, and he's saying, you know, the legend is, That they're not really trying to get me there.
I'm just in the way of trying to get you.
Words to that effect.
And I think he's trying to convey that, and I think this time he's trying to convey that this is serious business.
And Donald Trump, when he's not serious, is a formidable person.
When he is serious, I don't want to be on the other side of the equation.
I think that the indictments, the ones that I have read, I'm not a criminal lawyer, but, and I don't play one on the radio or on TV, but, you know, I've spent over 40 years practicing law.
It doesn't take too much to figure out that these indictments are, they're not just travesties.
I'm trying to think of an appropriate word for it, but they're also a, you know, the one especially from Georgia.
I remember that commentators were saying, well, the indictment that Trump needs to fear the most is the one from Georgia.
If that's what he has to fear, he's got nothing to fear.
What he should fear is the damage that's being done to the republic by these idiot prosecutors.
It was, meaning the Georgia indictment, was truly an exercise in just raw partisanship, which is to be expected, but also incompetence and stupidity.
I don't remember what the prosecutor's name is down there, Willis or something.
Fannie, yeah, Fannie or Fonnie Willis, yes.
Yeah, I don't want to speak disparagingly of any other attorneys or something, but this is not the law's finest effort by large measure.
Well, I do.
I'll speak ill of her, if you want, because two things.
Number one, if this was all about a phone call made to Brad Raffensperger on the night of the election, if that's what this is all about, why did they wait three years to bring these charges now as a new election was starting?
That was intentional.
So I will speak ill of her intent to interrupt and interfere with an election.
And Peter, I'll also speak to the fact, and this is what the House Judiciary is looking into right now, and Jim Jordan, I don't think anybody in the listening audience is surprised by that.
or collaborated with the feds, including Jack Smith, when deciding if and when to push for
that indictment and the presentation of the grand jury.
So all of this just stinks of one, even though there are four separate indictments, of one
great big collusionary effort to take him down.
I don't think anybody in the listening audience is surprised by that.
I think everybody in the listening audience probably came to a similar conclusion, although
maybe not articulated the way you have.
We have seen now over the last several years, and it began well before Trump was first elected,
we have seen a coordinated, concerted effort to take this man down by any means necessary.
The problem that we've got, and Jonathan Turley and many other people like Alan Dershowitz have indicated, and these are serious people, have suggested, and I concur with them, that this isn't just about Trump, this is about The United States of America, this is a very, very dangerous period of time.
Existential danger.
Even Victor Davis Hanson has gone on to talk about, in a number of columns, about the danger that not just Trump, but everything that emanates from this entire exercise to take him down, the danger that it entails.
Everything that's going on now, I've not seen this in my lifetime, and I've been around for a long, long time.
And most respected historians understand that.
We're at a tipping point right now, and it's not merely a kind of esoteric tipping point.
This is one of those things where either a republic survives or it doesn't.
That's not an exaggeration.
The Democrats are not just playing with fire, they're playing with plutonium.
This is something that, once you start going down this path, the only logical conclusion is complete and utter destruction of your opponent.
Because if you don't do that, and you see this in banana republics, if you don't destroy your opponent, your opponent If they ever do get power again, we'll try to do the same thing to you, and then have to destroy you.
We're at a... this is a troubling period of... troubling is putting it mildly.
This is historically a very, very dangerous point at which we're at.
Yeah, there's no question.
We're talking to Peter Kersnow.
He's a civil rights commissioner, the United States Civil Rights Commission, the longest-serving member of that body.
Peter, yesterday I spoke with Alan Dershowitz, another lawyer of some note, and he talked about two things.
Number one, they are so desperate to stop Donald Trump from taking office again.
Two things.
One, there was an article in the New York Times, and I sent that to you earlier, maybe you probably already had seen it, that was originally headlined, elections are bad for democracy.
Then because of the mockery, they changed the headline to, The worst people run for office.
It's time for a better way.
If they can't stop Trump from winning elections, then we just have to stop having elections
was essentially the message of that piece.
And then finally, Professor Dershowitz echoed what a number of other people have said is
there may be somebody just nutty enough out there to say we have to avoid his return to
office at all costs, including the possibility of taking him out.
And that means literally putting his life in jeopardy.
They have, through their rhetoric over the last number of years, if there are lunatics
out there, and they are, they have been exercised to take whatever actions necessary to prevent
Donald Trump from even existing.
I don't know.
I don't necessarily concur with Alan Dershowitz on this.
I don't know.
I mean, I wouldn't necessarily dispute what he has to say.
But if there are unhinged people based on everything that the mass media has been doing
over the years, they make it seem as if we don't, if someone doesn't take out Trump,
then the United States ceases to exist or the United States is in horrible shape.
And you know, you have unhinged people.
That's their mentality.
That's the mentality of that group.
Yeah.
But this is a totalitarian group.
The left always has been historically.
And when you're talking about the left, they don't want to have elections.
They prefer not to have elections.
They talk about electoral integrity.
I mean, that's the greatest joke.
On the Civil Rights Commission, Bob, one of the major things... They're always talking about that.
Peter, Peter, I apologize.
We're out of time here.
They're always talking about a threat to democracy, and they want to end democracy and say no more elections if a guy like him could possibly win them.
Peter Kirsten out.
Thank you for coming on America First.
I'm Bob France.
France will be back.
Thank you for watching.
See you next time.
Bye.
you you
the show with bob france Oh
Oh, yes, indeed.
Let's do that at 33 minutes past the hour.
And a reminder to you, you know, there's still an organization that backs Obamacare and gun control and extreme transgender policies that endanger our kids.
They claim to be a bipartisan organization, but last year, 95% of their donations went to Democrats.
That doesn't sound very bipartisan.
AARP doesn't represent the values of American seniors.
Fortunately, there's a conservative alternative that does.
AMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens, proudly champions Americans' rights to free speech, religious liberty, and the Second Amendment.
AMAC defends parents' rights to protect their kids and is fighting to restore American election integrity.
With more than 2 million members nationwide, AMAC is pro-faith, pro-family, and pro-freedom.
I'm proud to be an AMAC member, and I encourage you to join today for their two-for-one promotion.
Just $16 now gets you a two-year membership.
How about that?
Let's send AARP a strong message that they do not represent conservative seniors.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by AMAC, the Association for Mature American Citizens.
It's going to be a free-for-all final half hour here of America First.
What do you want to say?
What do you want to ask?
What topic do you want to address?
Let's do this at 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-GORKA.
Listen, I'm going right to line four.
Randy in Knoxville.
My daughter is a new resident of Knoxville.
That's about a month ago when we took her down there to start law school at UTK.
So, Randy, you are up on America First.
How are you?
Hey, great, Bob.
Thank you.
Your daughter's in the best spot in the United States of America.
So, congratulations.
I feel the same way.
I'm very, very happy with her down there.
What's on your mind today?
Well, I was thinking, by the way, thanks for straightening out that lawyer saying, I don't want to talk bad about any other of my colleagues or anything.
It's like that lady down in Atlanta.
She ain't a lawyer.
She has no business doing that.
She's not a colleague.
She isn't obeying the law.
She ought to be disbarred so you can say whatever you want about her.
I agree.
I'm glad you kind of straightened them out there a little bit.
Well, you know, the one thing is, you know, maybe it was a professional courtesy on his part, but since I'm not a lawyer, I have no professional courtesy to consider.
I'm willing, I'm able to tell the truth.
And you know what?
About her that you need to know, a lot of people don't realize this.
She is more than just somebody who is obviously, I think, breaking the law and trying to push this bogus indictment on Donald Trump, but she also has been guilty of denying election results herself.
In other words, In addition to pushing the phony fraudulent charges against Trump, she herself hypocritically does them.
I've got a list of tweets and messages she has sent over the past few years condemning and questioning and denying the results of elections right there in her home state of Georgia, including of Stacey Abrams losing the governor's race there.
So she is publicly condemning the outcome of an election and questioning its integrity and has the temerity Tom, excuse me, Randy, to try or to indict Donald Trump for doing the same exact thing that she does.
That's hypocritical.
Yeah, she ought to arrest herself and book herself, you know, a citizen's arrest on herself.
Her daddy was a Black Panther too, from what I understand.
So that's her background, whatever.
That picture, Bob, First thing when I looked at it, all the things like Dr. Gorka said, the bald eagle, the stern look, I liked it.
You know, with his background and the hospitality, the finest resorts and hotels and restaurants and all that stuff, I thought he probably was thinking, we need to get housekeeping in here because this place is disgusting.
Yeah, I'll tell you what, I can see that look too.
And thank you for the call from Knoxville.
I appreciate it.
God bless you and all the Vols down there in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Yeah, you know what, that was kind of the beginning of the mission in his first term.
The beginning of the mission was, you know, draining the swamp, right?
It's kind of the same thing as cleaning house, and obviously it wasn't done, not completely.
If it was, he would not be sitting here and facing what he is right now.
The swamp is still alive, it's still wheeling, it's still very, very deep, and that is, you know, the next mission priority.
Let's go to San Jose, California.
Eric, you're on America First.
Hi, Eric.
Go ahead, sir.
You know, in regard to what to do about this, I think we just have to be pragmatic and say, you know, if you play dumb games, you get dumb prizes.
And the dumb game the left is playing is implementing gross misinterpretations of the Constitution short of a process to change it.
And, you know, eventually, if Trump has an issue, gets convicted by any means, we have to have Enough patience and a realistic time perspective to see him pardoned and then to take the idea that it's the victim that is pardoned not the perpetrator and then implement everything that's necessary to say you will not try to do this again.
Pretty much.
Hopefully it wouldn't come to a pardon if he is convicted.
There would be an overturn on appeal, but I do get your point.
We need to show restraint if something like that happens.
We'll be right back.
Thank you.
Now, let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, indeed.
Thanks, Dr. G.
Seventeen minutes before the end of the broadcast, we'll get a few more calls in here in a moment.

Thank you for stepping up with your gift today to help support the great work in our own hemisphere by Food for the Poor.
So I was just talking off the air for a moment with the team.
Somebody asked me about the state of Ohio, which is where I come to you live from Cleveland, Ohio, whenever I sit in for SEBB.
That's my home base.
And here in Ohio, we just had a special election in August, early this month on August 8th,
in which we were trying to, those of us who supported the initiative, to raise the threshold
to amend the state constitution from 50 percent plus one, which is basically half the state.
It's kind of silly to amend an entire constitution that affects the entire state with only half
the people saying yes plus one.
We wanted to amend it to 60 percent, to make it a strong majority.
If you're going to amend the constitution, which is very, very rare, and it should be,
It should take a pretty strong majority of people.
Well, we lost that.
And the question I was asked was, you know, how does that reflect on the state of Ohio, on the Secretary of State, and those who drove it?
And the answer is, we're not done fighting, because now we have a ballot amendment that
we're facing, actually two in the state of Ohio.
The first of which is abortion on demand for any time, at any time rather, for any reason,
without any other measures being taken whatsoever, any other considerations, up until the moment
of birth.
Not only that, the language is so vague in that amendment that it's not going to be on
the ballot, it does not require the individual who is seeking, quote, reproductive freedom
or reproductive health decisions to be an adult.
It just says any individual, which means kids, teenagers that get pregnant, they can go and get abortion care, as it's called.
I call it murdering babies, but they can go get abortions without their parents having any say whatsoever.
Because the amendment would literally allow any person, any individual, regardless of age, to have this reproductive care done.
And as such, they also left the term reproductive decision so vague and ambiguous that it allows young, confused, pre-adolescent or adolescent kids to pursue sex changes without their parental input.
How?
Well, because when you take cross-sex hormones and begin the process of a sex change, ending in surgery, it sterilizes the individual.
In other words, it affects your reproductive health.
If you're a male and you start taking estrogen and you have a surgical procedure done, if you're a female and you have your breasts removed and you take all this testosterone, it is necessarily going to make you infertile and unable to produce and bear children, or produce or bear children.
And so that becomes a reproductive decision.
And according to the amendment, it allows those reproductive decisions to be made by any individual of any age, without anybody else's interference.
So why am I bringing this up?
Oh, and by the way, the second amendment that's going to be on the ballot in November, 23 other states have already done.
They're trying to legalize recreational weed, which I think is a horrible, horrible idea.
But this is what the left does when they can't win at the ballot box and win, you know, seats in the legislature, the House and the Senate.
Which is where laws are supposed to be passed and amended and repealed.
That's why they call it the revised code.
It's the Ohio revised code.
Because it's supposed to be revised with new laws, repealing of other laws, amending other laws.
The Constitution is a different animal.
They want to put these things into the Constitution because they can't win using the legislative process.
So, bringing this current now.
Kudos go to the ballot board and the Secretary of State here in Ohio, Frank LaRose, for the language which was just decided yesterday on Issue 1, which is the abortion on demand amendment I just described to you.
They have made enemies of the radical left, the pro-death side of the abortion issue.
If you need to look that up, you can.
The opposite of life is not choice.
The opposite of life is death.
Look it up.
Okay?
So you're either pro-life or you're pro-death.
Not choice.
It's pro-dead babies.
So the pro-dead baby crowd is very, very upset because the language has been amended that will be on the ballot when you go to cast your vote in November in the state of Ohio.
You will not see the word fetus in the language.
You will see the words unborn child.
Which brings the humanity of the issue home, doesn't it?
Fetus has been replaced by unborn child.
It also called for these services to be provided for pregnant patients.
You understand that, of course.
Because, you know, it might be a guy in there looking for an abortion.
As bat bleep crazy as that is, that's how they feel.
So the language has been changed to pregnant woman.
And also, they eliminated all of the language regarding fertility treatments and other things that are much more acceptable and much less controversial than abortion, and they simply say abortion throughout it.
So, I think Ohio's about to be a bellwether state.
It used to be a bellwether state and being a battleground state, but it's not anymore.
It's a red state.
But it's going to be a bellwether state.
If we allow this abortion on demand thing to pass in November, there are many of us who are going to fight this tooth and nail because it will have implications on other states doing the same thing.
Maybe yours is one of them.
We'll take more phone calls to wrap it up right after this.
Thanks for watching!
You You
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Final segment of America First for this episode.
I'm just looking at this story came across my screen during a break.
President Biden comments on Trump's mugshot called him a handsome guy.
You know what?
Compared to looking like Skeletor or the corpse in Weekend at Bernie's being propped up behind a podium and having his little arms and legs moved by by strings.
Yeah, he is a handsome guy you twit.
Okay, let's go to Sally in Cleveland.
Sally is a regular caller on my Cleveland show, now on America First.
Go ahead, Sally.
Hi, Bob.
I think that President Trump is signaling to beware that the nation is awakening to the corruptions and abuses of civil rights that are directed at him and his supporters, and that MAGA will not back down or stop exposing it.
And that we will overcome it and be victorious.
Thanks, Bob.
God willing.
Thank you very much, Sally.
Let's go to California now.
Annabelle, you are on America First.
Go ahead, Annabelle.
Hi, Bob.
So good to talk to you.
I listen to you all the time ever since I've heard you on Dr. Gorka's program.
I think you're wonderful.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Anyway, the reason I'm calling, I'm revisiting a call I made earlier.
It's very appropriate given what happened yesterday and the left's reaction to the mugshot and to just everything that's happening.
When everybody was, you know, I remember chanting, lock her up, about Hillary, what was President Trump's reaction?
He said no.
They asked him, are you going to bring charges against her when he became president?
What was his response, Bob?
His response was no.
She's been through enough.
It was very hard on her losing because he's a decent human being and he knew it was ripping the republic apart.
And to your point, that's right.
That's the distinction right there.
He didn't want to rip the country apart.
They do.
And he was loyal.
He had been friends with them years ago.
And he thought, no, they've been through enough.
What did she do?
She turned around, got the Steele dossier, and put him through hell.
And he's been through hell ever since and way before that, even when he came down the escalator.
So that's, in a nutshell, the distinction between the two parties.
Well, you know, you're right.
And I'll tell you this, Annabelle, and thank you for the phone call, I hope you learned a lesson from that.
I hope we all do.
You try to be nice to these people and they will stab you in the back every time.
And that doesn't mean every Democrat you know, Democrat friends or family members, but you, if you show mercy on these people, that is what you have coming back at you.
They will stab you every single time.
The fact of the matter is, we have tried To play nice, we have tried to fight their fire, you know, with kindness, and now it's time to fight fire with return fire.
And the reality of the matter is, I think President Trump made a mistake by not prosecuting Hillary, by saying she's a nice person, they're nice people, they're my friends, and so on and so forth.
Look at what they've done, and now look at what she is doing.
She's on TV celebrating Donald Trump's indictments, and talking about how he should be locked up.
I mean, honestly.
I hope he learned a lesson from that, and I hope all of us are ready to fight.
And I mean fight like hell.
Meantime, let me ask you this.
Again, I don't care if you are a diehard Trump supporter or not.
If you care about this country, say a prayer for that man.
He is facing an extraordinary road in front of him.
We all are.
But say a prayer for him this weekend at some point and be ready to bring the fight.
Thanks for letting me be a part of your America First day today.
