♪♪ Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
My friends, let's strike up the band one more time.
Day number four, sitting in for Dr. G on America First.
Once again, an honor.
Once again, a privilege.
Thank you so much for entrusting one of the greatest audiences in all of talk radio to me.
I will do my very best to bring you through this Friday with some great information, some fantastic conversation, and maybe a little bit of entertainment as well.
I want to say something here to start.
on this free for all friday i like to call it that you know it's been called open lines all kinds of different things and talk radio in the last twenty five years that i've been doing this game and uh... it for me i call it free for all friday that means even if it's not on point even if it's not on topic even it has not related to a uh... conversation in an interview that we've already had whatever you want to ask Whatever you want to talk about, whatever you want to know, by all means, you can pick the topic.
So it's going to be wide open all day.
833-33-GORKA.
You ask, I will answer to the best of my ability.
If I don't have an answer, I'll admit it and not fake it.
So what do you want to do?
Let's do this together at 833-33-GORKA.
Having said all of that, I want to start like this.
We all have our favorites in government, don't we?
And we all have our favorite elected officials to hate as well.
I mean, a lot of people would probably start right at the very top and say, Joe Biden is the guy I hate the most, or Barack Obama, or Kamala Harris, or if you're a leftist, of course, they'll say Donald Trump, and they'll probably put Donald Trump in one through ten slots there.
I hate him the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and onward most, but we have our favorites, too, right?
I mean, Ronald Reagan is just one of my heroes, and it took me, by the way, Studying of the Reagan presidency through the new lens that I developed about 22 years ago, after 9-11.
Because that's when I was really, really, as they like to say, red-pilled, or whatever it is that you want to call it, where my eyes were opened to, you know, everything that was going on after 9-11, and then I had to really look back at what led up to that.
And I reviewed all of the things in my younger adult years.
I mean, when Reagan was elected, I was, what, I was 12.
In 1980.
So you can figure out my age there, not that I give a rip.
But I had, so I was completely just, you know, ignoring it of it all.
And remember, in 1980, 1984, when he was reelected, and really through that era, which were, the 80s were my junior high and high school years, and the college years as well, 86 to 90.
And there was no internet, obviously.
So to be politically dialed in, you had to be reading the newspapers.
The world sections, and the politics sections, and you had to watch Meet the Press, and you had to seek these things out, and guess what I was doing?
Not that.
I was watching football, I was playing football, I was doing fraternity in college, I mean, politics was not even a factor in my life.
But since I started to figure out after and I went back and I had to look and I had to study and I had to research and I had to revisit everything that had happened in the Reagan years, in the first Bush years, in the Clinton years, in the next Bush years and so forth.
I mean, I just, I had to redo it.
And since that time, Ronald Reagan has been one of my very favorite political figures in history.
Now, of course, the rest of it being a bit of a history buff, that one came a little more natural to me.
I could study some of American history and did so in college.
But the recent history and the political history.
So we all develop our favorites.
And I will tell you right now that as we look at the political landscape today and we look at the state of the American electorate and the people they have chosen to represent them, that we all have, Jim Jordan, who was on this program yesterday, was my congressman for several years before they redrew the lines.
Now he is a congressman, still in the 4th district, but I'm not anymore, in Ohio.
He's one of my favorites.
He's just an absolute bulldog, a warrior for the truth, a warrior for the country, a warrior for patriotism.
Love him.
Another one that I am very, very fond of is Jim Banks from Indiana.
Remember, Jim Jordan and Jim Banks were the two members of the Republican Party, the Republican minority, that were chosen to be on the January 6th Select Committee to investigate Donald Trump and the entirety of January 6th.
Remember what Nancy Pelosi did?
She said, no, they're rejected.
She's not supposed to be able to say no.
Republicans were supposed to put whoever they wanted on that board, and the first two choices that were made by then-Minority Leader McCarthy were Jordan and Banks.
And she said no, and the reason why is she knew exactly what Jordan would do.
She knew exactly what Banks would do.
They would ask questions that the J6 committee did not want asked.
They did not want to ask.
They did not want to have to answer.
There's going to be information that had to be gathered.
There would be questions that they just did not want to deal with because we all know what the January 6th committee was.
It was the third impeachment of Donald Trump.
That's what it was.
My point in that big background is that I love Jim Banks, and I think there was a reason he was one of the guys chosen, and I think there's a reason once they were booted and not allowed that we said, then screw it, we're not going to participate at all.
And the only Republicans on the committee were left-wing Republicans like Liz Cheney.
Jim Banks is still a terrific congressman, and I'm looking at a tweet that he sent out yesterday.
About 2.45 p.m.
I didn't see it until today.
It was right before we came on the air yesterday on America First.
And he retweeted the oversight committee, which tweeted the FD1023 form, alleging then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a $5 million bribery scheme.
$10 million when you count $5 million for a son.
With a Burisma executive has been released by Chuck Grassley.
And then it's a threat.
So Jim Banks retweeted it.
And Jim Banks didn't say much about it, but this is why I'm starting there.
What he said was this.
Most corrupt family to ever live in the White House.
Impeach!
With an exclamation point.
And I looked at that this morning when I first saw it, and I said to myself, I said, Self, who the hell is Jim Banks talking to here?
We are the ones who are shouting at you!
Impeach!
You're in the House!
We have the majority!
Don't just get on Twitter and yell, impeach Mr. Banks, for whom I hold a great deal of respect and admiration.
Just get it the hell done!
The only way to shine the light of transparency on the Biden crime family, the Ukrainian bribes, The tax evasion, the DOJ cover-up of all of the above and more, the only way to shine the light of transparency on it, short of an actual investigation presided over by a special prosecutor, which I could never trust Merrick Garland to do right.
He would assign somebody who's going to find nothing.
The only way to do it is with open, public, televised impeachment hearings.
If the DOJ will not bring justice to the Department of Justice, and investigate now that we have dot number one, dot number two, dot number three, and all of the dots starting to connect, all of the information, all of the evidence, all of the eyewitnesses, all of the whistleblowers, all starting to put the puzzle together, The only way for the American people to be able to get it and to understand it, because they're going to censor it in the media, you know it, just like they censored the gosh darn laptop.
Just like they censored everything having to do with sniffing out Joe Biden.
The media won't do the job.
Most of the social media platform gurus and moderators, they're not going to allow it to happen.
Elon probably will.
Certainly Truth Social will.
That's President Trump, so that's about it.
So the only way for the American people to see the depth of what has happened and demand accountability is for impeachment hearings.
So, Representative Banks, you're one of my favorite guys in Congress.
You're one of my favorite elected officials.
You and Jim Jordan and a whole host of others.
I mean, great.
You want to have impeachment, but don't shout it on Twitter.
Shout it on the floor!
Draw up the articles of impeachment.
Make the motion.
Get it done.
We only have the majority until the end of next year, and Lord only knows after that.
You want impeachment, sir?
Only you can make that happen.
Not us.
Not your Twitter followers.
833-33-GORKA.
We've got a ton to do today.
Let's work together right here on America First.
On the next episode of America First, I'll be talking about the first two missions.
I'll be talking about the first two missions.
I I'm Seb Gawker, now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes indeed, let us do that.
20 minutes after the top of the hour, thanks for being here.
In case I did not mention, the ReliefFactor.com studios are in Cleveland, Ohio when I'm in for Dr. G. AM 1420, the answer is the station and you can check it out at whkradio.com.
I'm on daily from nine until noon.
WHKRadio.com, and of course you can do that on the Alexa thing, and you can do that
on the Google Assistant thing.
Not that I ever want to promote that company, but you understand the point.
You can get it in virtually, don't forget about the app.
Salem, you can find it everywhere.
Anyway, on social media.
I do not promote myself nearly enough on social media when I have a massive audience of hundreds of thousands
of people or millions at a time listening to the America First with Dr. G show.
Social media, I'm on Twitter at France Rantz, F-R-A-N-T-Z Rantz, R-A-N-T-Z.
I'm on Facebook at Always Right Radio.
I'm on Rumble at Always Right Radio.
And I am now on Truth Social at Always Write WHK.
So by all means, if you'd like to follow, I would love to engage and interact with one of the best audiences in all of talk radio when we're not live on the air.
We've got a nice program lined up for you today, and we're going to go to the phones here very quickly.
But just to run it down for you, at 4.05, one of the best to ever do it in our business, in our industry, is now what I'm sure he would admit is a long-shot candidate, but he is a candidate for President of the United States, and I speak of the great stage of South Central Larry Elder.
He's going to join us at 4.05 to talk about a few things, including the Biden bribery scandal, the Ukrainian, you know, energy oligarch that offered five million apiece or
technically he didn't offer it according to the FT 1023. It was demanded of him by the Bidens, the five
million apiece. Larry's going to talk about that and also what his plans are in this presidential
race. It's of course, Second Amendment Friday, so John Lott will be with us next
hour.
Mark Morgan is going to join us and talk about the continuing debacle that is the American southern border, and a few other things as well, in the third hour of the broadcast.
So Larry Elder, John Lott, and Mark Morgan, and of course, you.
I welcome you.
Before I go to the phones, I want you to check out a couple of very important points and comments that were made.
When I say that the Biden bribery scandal is Look, we had allegations, and we had accusations, and we had rumors, and we had innuendo.
But what we didn't have until yesterday, when Chuck Grassley was able to obtain the FD1023 from whistleblowers within the FBI, because the actual director of the FBI was complicit in one of the largest cover-ups to protect the First Family in the history of this country.
Maybe we should strike the words, one of.
The largest, worst, most devastating cover-ups in the history of the first family in the presidency of the United States of America.
So, Chris Wray wouldn't do his job, an FBI whistleblower did, and so Chuck Grassley has it, he's given it to Ways and Means, given it to Oversight, and away we go.
But I want you to listen to what some of the important points are on this.
Greg Stubbe was on Fox talking about the rumor, innuendo, and everything else has now been verified with facts.
Facts from eyewitnesses Particularly when it comes to the Hunter Biden tax portion of this tax evasion and questions that would have led to Joe Biden were they not shut down by the corrupt roadblocking of the Department of Justice.
We now have eyewitness and we have FBI 1023 or excuse me FD 1023 form evidence of of what was going on that just screams special prosecutor or failing that, as I said, impeachment articles.
Let's take a listen to Cut One.
Well, you now have direct evidence and facts that support the fact that Joe Biden himself was paid money in a bribery scheme.
It's not just Hunter and then filtering it through and laundering it through 22 different LLCs that then is dispersing it to the Biden family.
It's directly going to Joe Biden.
And I'm working on an impeachment resolution on all the things that the Republican majority has uncovered through our investigations.
There's still more we're uncovering.
The Oversight Committee is still going through the different LLCs to try to see what financial records they have to tie it to the Biden family members.
But we now know that Joe Biden and his family got over $20 million from China, Ukraine, Romania, and all these foreign entities.
Greg Stubbe on Fox, and of course he's right.
What, did you think I just made it up when I wrote this verse to the song Hunters in the Basement?
And Hunters in the Basement was a silver spoon.
Ukrainian brides were gonna be there soon.
When you're coming home, Dad, I don't know when.
I'll put aside your ten percent, Dad.
I'll always have your ten percent.
Do you think I was making it up when I wrote that parody?
Everything I wrote was going to be borne out by the facts at some point or another.
It's still a parody, it's not a news report, but it's borne out by the facts.
Byron Donalds, wonderful, brilliant congressman from Florida.
Also had something to say about the cover-up.
Always the cover-up is worse than the crime.
We have seen this often enough and long enough throughout the scandalous Democrat runs in American history.
The cover-ups are always worse than the crimes.
And the FBI's cover-up of these bribery scandals, the Slash smacking down the felonies that should have been charged against Hunter Biden to make the misdemeanors.
Stopping any investigation that might lead to the big guy.
Nobody gets to talk about the big guy.
Byron Donalds talks about the FBI cover-ups.
Cut number two.
Because the FBI should have been looking into this long ago.
And what we have now seen, if you go through the Durham report, what Mr. Ziegler and Mr. Shapley testified to in the Oversight Committee yesterday, and in front of Ways and Means a few weeks ago, the fact that the Oversight Committee investigation into the money flow from China, from Ukraine, from Romania, and there are other countries that are coming forward, Our House investigation eerily matches what the IRS International Tax Fraud Department was investigating.
And all of this is matching up.
And the last thing that is also matching up is that you have political holdovers and political appointees at the Department of Justice who are obstructing justice so that this matter was never brought to the light of day.
So you have accurate assessments there from Byron Donalds and from Greg Stubbe and some of the stuff that I've been able to present and put together for you and I know you're going to get a ton more of it, which makes this next cut that much more hilarious to listen to.
All of the pieces are falling into place.
We're learning more and more every day about this crime syndicate that Joe Biden has been running through his son, or Hunter has been running through his dad when he was the vice president.
We're finding it all out.
It's all coming together, and yet the left wants you to think that all of these things are completely, easily explained away, and that there are no dots connecting here.
Eugene Robinson.
One of the most, I think, low IQ columnists slash reporters slash commentators that I have seen in the last 20 or 30 years with the Washington Post.
Eugene Robinson on MSNBC, cut three.
That's just insane.
But again, the dots don't connect.
They aren't supposed to, as Senator Grassley revealed.
They're just supposed to sort of muddy up President Biden and create this impression that somehow he's done something wrong and he's corrupt, because the comparison is inevitably drawn with With Donald Trump, who actually is corrupt.
And so they have to try to drag Biden down to that level.
Oh, my goodness.
The difference between what happened with Donald Trump and what's happening here is everything was manufactured during the Russia collusion hoax by the Clinton campaign, and in this one, the Bidens brought it all on themselves.
Your phone calls.
Coming up next, America First.
Bob Francin for Dr. G. We'll be back.
.
I I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Thank you, Dr. G. Phone lines are open on a free-for-all Friday edition of America First.
You name the topic, you ask the question, I'll provide the answers to the best of my ability at 833-33-GORKA.
What do you got?
Let's go to Sally in my hometown here in Cleveland, Ohio.
Sally, you're on America First with Dr. G, but no Dr. G. Fire away.
Hi, Bob.
I just want to say I agree with Jim Jordan and everyone who said impeach, and I also want to compliment you on the fact that besides being our favorite radio host, we discovered that you're also a talented songwriter, and it's so appropriate right now.
Your song is hilarious, and we think that this is the right time to File the articles of impeachment because that's the only way to get some coverage to all the corruption that we knew all along existed, but now we have the evidence to verify it and we need to strike while the iron's hot.
Thank you so much, Tom.
Thank you, Sally, and thank you for the compliments on the song, by the way.
Yeah, I'm an English major.
I used to write poetry, actually.
I used to write quite a bit of poetry.
It wasn't that hard to write a parody song to Cats in the Cradle and it's called Hunters in the Basement.
If you would like to download it, It's never going to reach Jason Aldean levels.
It's not going to be on the iTunes charts.
But if you would like that for your phone, it's available at WHKRadio.com on the homepage.
Not on my page.
WHKRadio.com on the homepage.
Just look for the big old thing that says Hunters in the Basement.
Now, to your point about impeachment, you're right.
That's kind of what I meant.
I've asked a couple of members of Congress in the last few days that I've been talking to them about all of this, about, you know, when are we going to start to see consequences?
When are we going to start to see trials?
And the answer is, well, that's up to the DOJ.
And then my response is, well, the DOJ is run by one of the corrupt individuals, the Attorney General Merrick Garland, who was responsible for the cover-up in the first place.
So that's never going to happen, right?
And the answer's right.
So then what is the next step?
And that is, well, then we have to force it by filing articles of impeachment, getting hearings on the floor of the House, do everything that they put... Now we know that the Senate's not going to convict him and boot him.
But we need to get this out in the open, and we need to spend the time with televised hearings just the way they did for both of the bogus impeachments of President Trump.
The difference being this one isn't bogus.
The outcome will be the same.
There's not going to be enough votes to convict in the Senate, but at least the people will see what a corrupt Family is currently the first family in the United States and force the Democrats to have to to deal with that in the 2024 election.
Are they going to keep running this guy?
It's one thing to not run him anymore, which we've had a lot of great conversations about because of his health conditions, you know, obviously his dementia or whatever we're going to call early onset dementia, confusion, whatever.
But his mental faculties are in steep, steep decline.
He's starting to wear tennis shoes now because he can't walk in dress shoes and climb steps without falling.
I don't know if you saw that.
They've changed the flight deck to Air Force One.
He now goes up the much shorter one into the lower hold.
It looks like he's climbing into the cargo bay, for crying out loud, because he can't climb steps without falling.
I mean, he is physically and mentally falling apart.
He was having a bilateral meeting, a one-on-one meeting with the President of Israel a couple of days ago.
And he fell asleep and he sat there with his chin on his chest kind of mumbling to himself as if he was having himself a dream.
Physically and mentally he's declining, but that isn't what should take him out of the running to be President of the United States again.
It should be the fact that he's taking, what do we call those?
All of this needs to be brought out in an impeachment hearing.
This needs to happen.
Thank you for that call.
Let's go to Fort Myers, Florida, where Philip is hanging out.
Philip, you're on America First.
Go right ahead.
Yeah, I see where in Britain they're trying to debank Nigel Farage, and they're trying to take away his banking privileges.
Don't do that here with ESG.
I think Jamie Dimon already talked about debanking people.
When you say debanking, meaning what?
They're not going to be able to own bank accounts?
Well, they're trying to make it so that... I didn't quite hear the whole thing, but he was...
Basically, he was trying to have his banking privileges taken away.
The banks were trying to take away his banking privileges.
Okay, I did not see what's happening with Nigel Farage, but I will say this about ESG, and I'm glad you called for it.
Thank you, Philip, for the call.
ESG is one of the most devastating three-letter culture war woke policies or ideas in practice today.
We always talk about CRT, critical race theory, and ESL, emotional social learning, and comprehensive sex education, CSE.
What they are doing, what investors are doing by pouring the pension funds, the investments of millions and millions of Americans into the market and into companies that are not returning the best return on those investments, which is their fiduciary responsibilities, to pour their money into ESG companies with high social credit scores because they're green or because they're DEI compliant and so forth, is criminal.
It needs to be investigated and prosecuted in every single state.
So far, it's happening in a bunch of them.
And that needs to stop.
We'll be back.

I don't know what to say but bye...
Bye!
I'm Seb Gawker, now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yes, sir.
Thank you, Dr. G. Seventeen minutes before the top of the hour.
Don't forget after the top of that hour, the sage of South Central, one of our former Salem Radio colleagues.
And again, I'll say it when I get him on the air, too.
One of the best to ever do it.
He's running for president.
It's a long shot campaign.
He doesn't care, as he said for years and years and years on the radio.
And he says now in his campaign, we've got a country to save.
And that's exactly what he is trying to do.
So we're going to talk to him about what's going on with the Biden family, the crime family.
What they're trying to do to Donald Trump as well, and how he feels about Donald Trump.
I mean, obviously he's running against him, but he always says he's not.
He's running against Joe Biden.
But nonetheless, you understand the point.
Donald Trump is the standard-bearer for the Republican Party.
So we're going to get his thoughts on all of that.
I just saw another story, by the way, I'm going to bring up in more depth.
In the third hour of the broadcast, when we talk to Mark Morgan, we're going to talk about the border.
We're going to talk about the illegal immigration crisis.
I don't know if you saw, Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, is tired of illegal aliens being sent up to New York.
He said, and I quote, our cup has basically runneth over.
We have no more room in the city.
Stop sending them.
He said, we're full.
We're no longer going to be declared a sanctuary city.
And that lets you know all you need to know, by the way, about all of these leftists and their virtue signaling.
You know, we care that Statue of Liberty says, you know, give us your tired, your hungry, your poor, blah, blah, blah.
And all of these leftist cities, blue cities, are happy to be sanctuary cities when they don't have to provide sanctuary to anyone.
Except for the occasional illegal alien who rapes somebody, and then ICE is looking for him, and yeah, we'll give you cover for that.
We'll give you cover.
We'll make sure ICE can't detain you.
That is not something we're going to cooperate with.
Our police won't look for you.
You know, that's the only sanctuary city status most of them want.
When it comes to actually providing food and shelter and education and health care and all these things that they need, they don't want anything to do with it.
So Eric Adams is tapping out and it makes me laugh because I thought to myself and I was talking to some people down in Houston today and I said, I wonder how those Texas towns and cities feel when they see Eric Adams all the way up in the Northeast talking about how we're full.
I wonder how they feel about that.
They don't get to tap out and say, our cup runneth over.
No more allowed in here.
Joe Biden says, no, I don't care.
No, they get to keep coming.
As long as they say they're there to declare amnesty.
Oh, I need amnesty.
Somebody's persecuting me.
We're letting them in.
They don't care how many people overrun the Texas towns.
And when we try to disperse this a little bit more evenly around the country, the leftists go crazy.
Well, this is how bad it is.
Eric Adams, you got a problem?
Go see 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, knock really, really hard, and tell him, hey, stop this.
We're dying over here.
Build the wall.
Do something.
Right?
Well, that brings me to this story I'm going to talk about with Mark Morian.
DOJ to sue Texas over floating border barrier.
Abbott says, see you in court.
The state of Texas decided last month, according to Governor Greg Abbott, to build a barrier in the Rio Grande.
Abbott announced the barrier, which would consist of orange buoys, and intended to discourage migrants from crossing the Rio Grande in June, and they began installing it this month.
So kind of a floating wall, right?
I mean, that's better than what a lot of people said, which is put some gators in the Rio Grande.
I'll stop it.
I say that only half-jokingly.
Orange Buoys, part of Operation Lone Star, a multifaceted operation to tackle the border crisis amid what Republicans say is a vacuum of leadership from the federal government.
Whoa, whoa, whoa.
What do you mean?
You mean we're not getting leadership from the czar, from the border czar?
Kamala Harris, who was tapped to go down there and manage that situation two and a half years ago?
She's done such a wonderful job.
We're having over 3,000 migrants a day crossing that border for crying out loud.
Yeah.
You mean there's a vacuum of leadership?
Hmm.
Look, it's one thing for The federal, you know, the Biden administration and the federal government to say, we're not going to stop the migrants from crossing and we're going to give them all of the incentive, red carpet style, to come on in.
It's another thing to say, we're going to file a lawsuit against the states if they try to stop it themselves.
Texas is bearing the economic, the crime, The overpopulation, they're the ones that are bearing the brunt of all of that, all of the increases of those things, because of Biden's policy.
So when they decide, you know, it's not just a national border, it's also our border.
It's the border of the state of Texas that borders, you know, with Mexico.
So we're going to do something to shore up the border ourselves.
We can't get the federal government to fund it.
We'll do it ourselves.
We'll put shipping containers up there and make a kind of a wall.
We'll put some buoys in the Rio Grande and make it hard for them to get over, under, or around.
And the federal government, Joe Biden, Alejandro Mayorkas, the rest of them, are going to sue Texas for daring to try to protect their own people?
To try to keep their own sovereignty?
I mean, sometimes you just wonder exactly, is there any bridge that's too far for these people?
I think, sadly, the answer we're finding out is no.
Todd is in Atlanta, Georgia.
Hey, Todd, you're on America First.
Bob Frantz in for Dr. G. Go ahead.
Hey Bob, yeah, you're right.
If it wasn't for hypocrisy, they'd have no standards at all, would they?
That's true.
I just want to say, it's been great hearing you this week, and I think you deserve a Grammy for your song.
And I just wanted to point out, you know, as the late, great Rush Limbaugh used to say, Debbie blabbermouth Schultz, If she's so worried about anti-Semitism, maybe she should start with Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib and Jair, whatever her last name is.
Pramila Jayapal, yeah.
Yes.
And I remember Obama actually ordered NASA to help Iran perfect their satellite ballistic missile program, and then dropped $150 billion of cash out of an airplane to fund their terrorism.
So maybe she needs to, you know, point her nose in the right direction.
I think that's a good idea.
And by the way, I am so glad.
Thank you for the call.
We had to listen to her as a part of that hearing yesterday, the censorship committee or the censorship hearings on the in the weaponization of government subcommittee.
And I was reminded of just how fingernails on chalkboard Spikes through the eardrums, annoying her voice is.
When she was leading the DNC and she was in the media all of the time, oh my goodness, I thought I was just going to have to change careers.
I can't listen to this anymore.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Her public profile has faded considerably since then, thank goodness, but I'm with you.
Yeah, maybe she should be looking at her priorities a little bit differently.
Thank you for that call from Atlanta.
We're going to take a time out.
We've got a lot of opportunity on what we're calling Free For All Friday to hear from you.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
833-33-GORKA. That's 833-334-6752. Bob Franson for Dr. G on America First.
833-33-GORKA. That's 833-33-GORKA.
I I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Let us do exactly that six minutes before the top of the hour.
That gives us enough time for a couple more phone calls on America First.
I'm live in Cleveland, Ohio.
WHKRadio.com is the studio.
That's the ReliefFactor.com studio.
While I am here one more time for Dr. Gorka.
83333 Gorka will go to Brooklyn now.
Judy, you're on America First.
It's free for all.
Friday, what's on your mind today?
Yeah, hi.
Okay, speaker.
I'll tell you, I am very angry.
I'm very frustrated.
Please forgive me if I sound that way, but that's the way it is.
You should sound frustrated.
I would be angry with you if you weren't.
If you're taking all this in stride, you just don't understand it.
Be frustrated.
Be mad, Judy.
Okay, but here goes.
This is what I'm mad about, okay?
All media outlets are not reporting any of this stuff with the hearings and whatever.
There has to be accountability, okay?
Congress has no power to penalize the Biden crime family.
So I have two suggestions, because I'm so angry.
Number one, the Ways and Means Committee, they are constitutionally,
they're allowed to make new laws, amendments, whatever.
They need to bring the IRS back.
They need to monitor them with laws to make sure they're doing the right thing, get some honest IRS people.
This time, they could bring a civil tax fraud audit, okay, where they could follow the money trail corruption from the Biden family and really mail it to them.
Plus, They should also get this RICO act going in racketeering because I'm fed up with the media suppressing everything.
We've got to get these people.
I'm sick of it.
All talk, we got to get some action where they're penalized one way or the other.
Well, you know, the committees do have certain powers, and I thank you for the phone call, Judy.
They do, and you should be angry.
Do not ever apologize for being a patriot, because that's what I believe we are.
If we're angry, we're frustrated, we're upset with what's being done by the federal government, it's because it's what's being done to us.
To our country, to our laws, to our constitution.
To your point, all of those things that you're talking about can be done and should be done by way of a special prosecutor.
That's the way this would go.
Remember, they appointed one, Robert Mueller, to investigate the ridiculous Russia collusion hoax.
Now, again, I don't want to compare the two because there is no comparison between one, which is legitimate based on facts, based on evidence and eyewitness testimony we're dealing with right now, compared to the one where the Clinton campaign literally manufactured it, had the Steele dossier thrown together Uh, and then taken full of lies to a FISA court, a corrupt FISA court that gave them warrants.
We all know the story that led to the investigation, but we can't count on a special prosecutor being appointed because Mayor Garland is every bit as corrupt of an AG as Joe Biden is as a president.
So therefore to me, We're at the stage where the only way to bring the light of transparency onto all of this corruption, on all of these cover-ups, is to file charges or articles of impeachment, and hold the national impeachment hearings in the House on national television, just like they tried to do to embarrass Trump, but not to embarrass Biden, but to expose him.
And that's what it's all about.
I'm Bob France.
We're going to talk with Larry Elder next, right here on America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
We'll be right back.
Thanks for watching!
you you
this hour of America first starts right now on Salem news channel
Bye!
Welcome to the second hour of America First with me, Sebastian Gorka, your one-stop shop for all of the biggest topics of the news cycle today, without the bias of the mainstream media or the censorship of big tech, whether it's the culture war or educational indoctrination, the immigration crisis or gun control, or the threats to the Second Amendment.
We have the true experts and the best guests on every subject.
Members of Congress, truth-tellers extraordinaire, warriors for the truth.
Stay tuned for the second hour of America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka, on the Salem News Channel.
The Doctor is in America first with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel.
The antidote to the mainstream media.
You're watching the Doctor.
You You
You Bye.
Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Hour number two is underway.
Thank you so much, Dr. G, for letting me be a part of America First.
For the last four days now, I hope you're enjoying your vacation.
Dr. G will be back on Monday, and very excited to be with you.
We've got two more hours of great conversation to happen on what I like to call a free-for-all Friday.
Different hosts call it different things, open lines, whatever it is you want to call it.
But you bring it, we'll talk about it.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
It is my privilege and my honor every time I talk to this man, I feel honored.
He is one of, and I do not say this because he's on the line with me now, I have said this many, many times on the air, both on my program in Cleveland and here on America First, he's one of the best to ever do it in our industry.
And I'm talking, of course, about our former Salem colleague, Larry Elder, the sage of South Central, joining us from D.C.
He's on the road, working very, very hard at his new mission, which is to, well, we've got a country to save.
He's trying to save the country.
Larry Elder, thanks for joining us on America First.
How are you, my friend?
Bob, I'm doing great.
Did I hear correctly, you've been sitting in for Dr. G for four days?
Yes, sir.
And you're just now asking the great Lord to join in?
Oh, my God.
Do not make me play the race card.
You know I will.
Well, I just got your text message a couple of days ago, which, you know, I gotta get Larry on.
So, Larry Elder, for those who do not know, the former candidate for the gubernatorial position in California in the recall election of the horrific Gavin Newsom, Larry Elder is now a candidate for President of the United States.
So I figured it's a pretty doggone good reason to have him on here to talk about some of the things going on with the current President of the United States.
First of all, Larry, to your campaign, which, you know, Well, we'll talk about that part in a moment.
Tell me where things stand for you right now.
I know you're working very hard to get a spot on that debate stage, which is coming up on August 23rd.
Tell us about that.
Yeah, on August 23rd, the first debate will be held in Milwaukee.
To qualify for that, you've got to get at least 1% in three national polls before the debate, and you have to raise at least some money from 40,000 individual donors.
That does not sound like very much, but it's much more difficult than it
appears.
For example, in 2020, Bob, the Democrats acquired the candidates who wanted to be in the debate,
the first debate to have either 1 percent or a certain number of donors, not both.
Moreover, you have to turn over your list to the RNC.
So you're spending money to get to the 40,000, and then you turn over the list so that they
can then fundraise off your donors.
And the polls have to have at least 800 likely voters in the Republican primary as part of
the poll.
Most of the polls have a number smaller than that.
So it's even mentioned on some of these polls.
And so it turns out, in my opinion, that the majority of voters are in favor of this.
Larry, I'm going to interrupt you here.
Yeah, I'm going to interrupt you here because while you are one of the best to ever do it, your line right now is not.
We're getting all kinds of interference.
You're breaking up.
I'm going to try to reestablish this with you.
Yeah, you know what?
I heard that.
Let's try it again.
Let's see if we can roll through it.
Go ahead.
I was just saying that, so the criteria are pretty onerous.
But instead of complaining about it, our job is to get there.
And right now, we're inching towards halfway there.
And based on our pace, we should make it.
Well, there's got to be 20,000 people listening to America First right now who would be willing to make a donation to you.
How do they do it?
All they have to do is go to LarryElder.com and make a donation.
The donation can be as small as $1.
I'm hoping there are at least 20,000 people who will do it right now, so get me up there.
And once I get up there, I'm going to Now it's cutting out again on us.
Guys, let's re-establish the connection with Larry so we can hear him more clearly when he comes back on the other side of this.
First of all, it's very important.
I agree with him.
He does need to be on that stage.
He tweeted something out about this earlier today or yesterday and it said just exactly that.
Help me get on the stage on August 23rd because we've got a country to save and I've got some important questions to ask and some important points to make.
Now, is Larry Elder Polling up there right now near Donald Trump?
Well, nobody is near Donald Trump right now.
He's not one of the leading guys in terms of the tiers of candidates, but he has a voice that absolutely needs to be a part of this.
Whomever is going to be the Republican nominee is going to have to answer some of the questions that Larry Elder posts and provide some information that Larry Elder knows so much about.
He's back, we're told now.
Larry, thank you.
Sorry about the confusion, obviously, but I was just telling everybody how important it will be to have your voice on that stage.
Whether you're one of the leaders in the polls right now or not, you've got something to contribute that everybody who is a Republican voter needs to hear in those debates.
And that's how I see it, Bob.
Look, even if you want somebody else, no one's talking about the 10,000 pound elephant in the room, which is the epidemic of fatherlessness.
70% of black kids today enter the world without a father in the home, married to the mother.
Up 25% back in 1965.
Now 25% of white kids enter the world without a father in the home, married to the mother.
And the stats are clear.
If you are raised without a dad, you're five times more likely to be poor and commit crime.
9 times more likely to drop out of school and 20 times more likely to end up in jail.
What we've done because of Lyndon Johnson's so-called war on poverty, Bob, we've incentivized women to marry the government and incentivized men to abandon their financial and moral responsibility.
And many of the problems that we talk about in our country, whether it's Trump, whether it's dropouts, they all are downstream from the demise of the nuclear intact family.
And then there's this big lie that America remains systemically racist.
It's not only pitting us against each other in things like critical race theory and reparations and diversity, equity, inclusion, race-based preferences.
It's getting people killed.
It's called the Ferguson effect or the George Floyd effect.
And that's a phenomenon of cops pulling back from their normal proactive policing for fear of being accused of being systemically racist.
And over the last several years, there are literally thousands of people who have been victimized by violent criminals or who are dead who would not have suffered if the police had been doing their normal proactive policing.
And then finally, there is the absolute meltdown of urban education in our public centers.
Let me just name two cities.
Baltimore, Chicago.
Baltimore, 13 public high schools, Bob, I kid you not.
Zero percent of the kids can do math at grade level.
Chicago, 53 government schools.
Zero percent of the kids can do math at grade level.
yet the Democrats oppose school choice, nevermind the elites like Barack Obama and Michelle,
like Joe Biden, like Elizabeth Warren, like Gavin Newsom, all sent their kids to private schools,
but they do not want the voucher system so that the money can follow the child
rather than the other way around so non-wealthy families can have a better shot
at making sure their kids get a better education.
If I can put those issues front and center, I will feel, Bob, I've done my job for my party,
and more importantly, I've done my job for my country.
Larry, you've been beating the drum on most of what you just said for many, many years.
The part about the Ferguson effect since, obviously, 2014.
But I want to have you being heard about all of those things beyond just the debate stage.
So I'm going to ask you a question that is not intended to insult.
I hope you understand that.
But the gap between Donald Trump and second place is massive.
The gap between Donald Trump and everybody else is even more massive.
You say you're not running against Donald Trump.
You're running against Joe Biden.
I get it.
But in order to run against Joe Biden, you have to get past Donald Trump.
So given that gap, given that massive chasm, I can see you giving voice to everything you just said in another capacity.
So I'm going to ask you something I've asked you before.
Would you consider running alongside Donald Trump or anybody else?
Yeah, you have asked me this before.
In fact, when I answered it, it made national news.
What I said was, in the unlikely event that I am not the party nominee, Uh, if whoever he or she is calls me and offers me the vice presidential spot, I won't let the call go to voicemail.
That's a great answer because I really mean it, Larry.
You know, we got a vice president now who is just so completely, first of all, she's AWOL.
Her job as being borders are, she has done absolutely nothing about and everything else she does do is just embarrassing.
Uh, and, and, and, and so incredibly, um, uh, Incompetent, I guess, comes to mind here.
I don't know how she's there.
Do you know what kind of damage you could do in the right presidential administration as a vice president?
And when I say damage, I mean damage to the attacks on the nuclear family and everything you just ran down there.
You would be such an asset in a position like that.
And again, I'm not suggesting you should give up your campaign, but if it comes down to something like that, you have to have a voice on the national stage.
I firmly believe that.
Well, I appreciate that.
Again, if it comes down to that, if I'm offered the job, I will give it strong consideration for all the reasons that you mentioned.
I think I can change the debate.
You know, my mother was a lifelong Democrat.
My dad was a lifelong Republican.
And they would have spirited arguments across the dinner table.
Nobody called anybody a fascist.
Nobody called anybody a Nazi.
Nobody said, you only care about the rich.
You don't care about the poor.
Nobody did that.
And I can return, I think, America to an era of civility that we sorely need to have these discussions.
Yeah, absolutely you could.
We're talking with the great sage of South Central, Larry Elder, who is a declared candidate for president, who needs donations to make it to that debate stage so he can bring so much of this to the national conversation on August 23rd.
Make donations at Larry Elder's website, which is?
Very simple, Arielder.com.
So what I want to talk about now is that run against Joe Biden.
Specifically, let's talk about the corrupt Biden family.
What we have seen in the last three days, from Wednesday and the whistleblower testimony, and the cover-up of the prosecution of the Biden family, to what we saw yesterday with Chuck Grassley getting his hands on the FD 1023 and releasing it.
underscoring and illuminating the Biden bribery scandal with Ukrainian oligarchs, the executives
of Burisma.
And then today, putting all of those things together, and we've got 30 seconds here, so
let's save it for the other side, Larry, but I want you to educate us and enlighten us
on what the next steps need to be.
We've got a corrupt first family from the top on down and America is about to have to choose between him and somebody else in 2024 unless something happens.
What should that something be?
Impeachment?
Special prosecution?
Tell me what Larry Elder thinks on the other side of this timeout right here on America First.
America First.
you you
...
Thanks for watching!
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Thanks.
Yes indeed, we're going to continue with our good friend Larry Elder, but it is Second Amendment Friday, you know that, so I want to remind you why are we the one of the, we are the freest nation on earth, and we thank God every day here at America First for that.
We remain free because of the right to keep and bear arms.
No other company in America personifies that right more than Carr Firearms Group.
Their story is the American dream, their products are absolutely second to none.
car firearms group, your source for high quality firearms.
Visit them at www.kahr.com.
We carry car every single day at America First, so should you.
Bob France in for Dr. Gorka.
As you know, on America First, we're joined now by Larry Elder, the Sage of South Central
presidential candidate, running against, as he says, Joe Biden.
We saw the last two days, and now today, you know, we're trying to piece it all together.
Some evidence, not just conjecture and not just rumors, but evidence, an FBI document that they refused to turn over for a period of months.
The FD 1023 illustrating bribes from Ukraine.
Larry Elder, sage of South Central, what should the next step be, considering the fact that the cover-up of all of the Biden crimes is being directed, it would appear, by the Department of Justice.
If we can't get justice from the DOJ, where are we going to get it?
Well, this thing has been fascinating, hasn't it?
First, Joe Biden said he knew nothing about his son's overseas businesses.
Now he's saying, now there's people defending Biden saying, well, there's no evidence he did anything wrong.
Now they're saying, well, there's no evidence he broke any laws.
Now it appears that there is a, quote unquote, look, there is a two-tiered system of justice.
We know that.
Hillary Clinton got a complete pass, having a private server in her basement on which she sent and received classified information.
She clearly violated the Espionage Act.
James Comey said that she did not intend to violate the Act.
Well, this provision that she allegedly violated did not require an attack.
She skated.
She and the DNC paid for the Steele dossier, wrote it down at a legal expense.
They got a slap on the wrist from the FEC.
Donald Trump wrote down the payment to Stormy Daniels as a legal expense.
He's facing prosecution by Alvin Bragg.
It is just completely, totally unfair.
Joe Biden had more documents in more places, and I guess O.J.
Simpson will find the killer or killers of Ron and Nicole before that probe is over.
This is just more example of Trump Arrangement Syndrome.
And regarding this most latest potential indictment over January 6th, here's the deal.
The 14th Amendment does not allow you to hold office if you've been guilty of insurrection.
And that's what they're hoping to do, hoping to convict him of insurrection so he cannot qualify to run in November of 2024.
That's the endgame.
It will not work.
uh... this is just an outrage that suppression of the hunter by laptop
story clearly a affected the election nobody called that election
interference uh... mark zuckerberg spent four hundred nineteen and a
half million dollars to get out democrat
uh... support during the twenty twenty election nobody called that election
appearance and states like michigan and wisconsin uh... and um...
michigan with pennsylvania all change rules because of cold it
rules that somehow some way benefited the democratic party So the whole thing is outrageous, which is why so many people now no longer have confidence in our elections, no longer have confidence in places like the FBI, like the DOJ.
We know these whistleblowers have come forward and they said that there was interference
with the Hunter Biden investigation.
He got a slap on the wrist for not paying taxes for three years and for lying on his
form to get a gun.
And this is an administration that claims rich people don't pay their fair share in
taxes and an administration that wants more gun restrictions, except when it comes to
Hunter Biden.
It's an absolute outrage.
You got me started.
I know I did.
And I don't know if I missed it in that response of yours.
Did you say the I-word?
Because if you didn't, tell me your thoughts about potential impeachment.
Well, we know that Donald Trump would be impeached for one fraction of the allegations against the big guy, Joe Biden, and of course he should be impeached.
But you know, nothing will happen because then we'll go to the Senate.
The Senate is dominated by Democrats, and they will circle the wagons around Joe Biden, as they have done, and as the media has done.
The real thing is to get him out of here.
That's why it's important to make sure that the Harris-Biden administration
is defeated in 2024.
Notice I said Harris-Biden because if Joe Biden can fog up a mirror, he will be the nominee.
If he cannot, she will be.
I know that a lot of people, including Steve Bannon and other people, are predicting she won't be on the ballot.
Trust me, she will be.
Why?
Remember when James Clyburn decided to support Joe Biden in 2020?
That was because Bernie Sanders had just won the Nevada caucuses.
And for one brief shining moment, the Democrat frontrunner was a self-described Democrat socialist.
They couldn't have that.
So he supported Joe Biden.
In exchange for that, he expected a promise to do what?
to have Biden appoint the first black female nominee for the Supreme Court.
And Joe Biden...
And they couldn't find one, so they chose Kamala Harris instead.
And then Biden chose her as the first VP.
And when it appeared for a while that Dianne Feinstein might not fulfill her final term
in the Senate, Gavin Newsom publicly said he was going to appoint a black female to
So, Gavin Newsom said he wanted to support a black female, has always talked about how females are smarter than men, make better politicians.
He or Mayor Peter are going to drop, kick Kamala Harris aside in favor of some white dude?
I don't think so.
When the Democrats are the most loyal part of the, when blacks are the most loyal part of the Democrat base, and the first primary is now in South Carolina for the Democrats, 60% of the Democrat primary voters in that state are black majority more black female and they love kamala
harris and it feels he had been unduly picked on for a cackle and
they find the ridicule to be sexist and racist so
there's a certificate it's not just a cackle it's the cackle that accompanies
some of the most inane statements in the uh... that mean that you just cannot
make sense of how i'm just telling you coherent i'm just gonna be a bit based on polls
seventy percent of black people support kamala harris and the poll but i thought was not
uh... without divided by gender but i assure you black females like or even
even more than black men do.
That may be so, and you may be right, but I'm just going to tell you, I heard a poll literally just a few days ago.
First of all, Joe Biden's latest poll, 37% his approval rating.
Kamala Harris's is 20 points below that.
Kamala Harris is supported by literally, I mean she's, no it's not 17, she's 17 points underwater.
Approval versus disapproval.
By comparison, Mike Pence was like a plus four at this same time of his term.
You go back, there's never been a more unpopular... Now again, that's factoring all demographics, not just blacks and not just black females, the way you just did.
But across all demographics, there has never been a more unpopular vice president.
How could they slot her in the top spot?
Here's the question.
Why hasn't Gavin Newsom announced?
What's he waiting for?
What's he waiting for?
He's waiting for both Biden to drop out and Kamala Harris to say, you know what?
I'm so incompetent, I won't try to become the next president, even though she ran for president.
She's been very successful up until now.
She ran for DA in the Bay Area.
She won.
She ran for Attorney General of California.
She won.
She ran for Senate.
In California, she won.
She dropped out before the first primary, running for president in 2020, but she now became vice president.
She wants to be president.
The only way to go... But winning races as a black female in Los Angeles or in California, period, is one thing.
Now that she has been exposed to the nation for the first time, moreover, the nation being exposed to her for the first time, they've rendered their judgment.
I mean, she's so extraordinarily unpopular, I can't imagine it.
This is an identity party.
They're all about checking the boxes.
She checks the boxes.
Again, the first primary is in South Carolina.
60% of the voters are black, and most of those are black female, and they love Kamala Harris.
Let me see you try and kick her to the side, Mayor Pete.
Let me see you try to kick her to the side, Governor Gavin Newsom, and you watch the war.
I'm not saying that black voters will then vote Republican.
They just won't vote, thereby guaranteeing whoever our nominee is, he or she will win.
They can't afford to run that risk.
They're stuck with those two people.
We need to get Larry Elder onto the debate stage August 23rd.
Go to LarryElder.com.
He is running for president.
He's got so much to offer whether he wins the nomination or not.
He needs to be in that conversation on August 23rd and all of the debates thereafter.
So support him.
He needs donations from 20,000 people.
A dollar each!
Maybe five dollars.
How about that?
Donate some money to Larry Elder so he can get on that stage.
He needs 20,000 America First listeners to do it.
Larry, thank you.
Best of luck to you.
God bless you.
Thank you for what you're doing.
I'm Bob Francin for Dr. Gorka.
We will be back.
We'll be back.
you you
you I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
33 minutes past the hour.
Don't let him down.
Don't let Larry Elder down.
I mean again, he knows it's a long shot.
To win the nomination?
He's not polling up there.
He doesn't have all of the money that the others do.
He just needs to be on the stage.
And he should be on the stage on August 23rd.
He's going to make all of the other candidates have something to answer.
Because he's got information and he's got Stats and facts to back up for days.
Larry Elder needs to be a part of that conversation.
Make sure you donate to him.
He needs 20,000 people.
He's got about, hey, he needs 40,000 to get on the stage.
40,000 donations from 40,000 different people.
He's got half of that now.
Get him the other half just today.
I mean, seriously.
Dr. Gorka's audience is massive and I know there's 20,000 people who could go to LarryElder.com and donate a buck or ten bucks or something to get him on that stage so he can contribute.
He has something to offer there.
Now, a reminder!
Um, we thank God every day around here that America is the freest nation on earth.
We remain free because we can fight, because we get to keep and bear arms.
It's our right.
No other company in America personifies that right more than Carr Firearms Group, led by our good friend Justin Moon.
Carr stands strong and unashamed in their support for the right to keep and bear arms.
Any and all arms that people might need to stand up against tyranny.
Americans can be sure that no matter what happens, Carr Firearms Group will be at the front lines fighting for American Second Amendment rights.
Their story is the American dream, and their products are absolutely second to none.
Carr Firearms Group is your source for high-quality firearms.
Visit them at www.kahr.com.
Visit Carr.com.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Carr Firearms.
It's Second Amendment Friday, and of course we're going to be talking To John Lott coming up here in just a few minutes.
I'm going to talk to him about Jason Aldean's song.
We talked about that a couple of times this week on America First.
Jason Aldean's song, which has just skyrocketed in the exact opposite of what the left was thinking and hoping would happen, that they could find a way to bud light Jason Aldean for his song.
Try that in a small town.
Instead, Americans heard them complain about it and said, we're buying it.
And they've downloaded it all over the place.
But there's a line in Jason Aldean's song about having his grandfather's old gun.
And they come to round them up.
Try that in a small town.
You think the government's going to come and take our guns away?
Not in a small town.
We fight in a small town.
We protect our own.
Love that line.
Going to ask John about that, among other things.
Let's get some calls.
833-33-GORKA.
We've got time to get a couple here.
How about Ed calling us on line 2 in Colorado?
Ed, welcome to America First.
Fire away, good sir.
You caught me off guard.
I've been on so long, waiting.
Well, thank you for your patience.
We appreciate it.
Anyway, I want to say kudos to Judy.
She was right on what she said.
Yes, she was.
How is the American people going to know that this corruption is going on within the country when the main media doesn't even talk about it?
You know, I would say not half, but a great portion of this country, we do not have the media.
We don't have cable.
A lot of people are still on antenna TV.
Where all we get is what someone wants to feed us.
So how are we going to do that?
Well, I'll tell you something, Ed, you're spot on.
And you know, the people you're talking, and thanks for the call, you're talking about a lot of the people in the small towns that we've been talking about for the last two days over the Jason Aldean thing, as the left tries to criticize, condemn, and destroy the rural Americans that make up the overwhelming majority of this country that is not concentrated in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago.
They're the ones you're talking about who might not have access to all of the other things.
They might not have dishes on their roofs, getting the satellite services.
They might not have all of the access to the apps and the other things.
So it's a great question.
How do the American people who don't take part in all of that, the digitization of news, how do they get the news?
And I'm going to just be a blatant self-promoter here by telling you right here, right here, That's why talk radio is so important.
That's why AM radio and conservative talk, which is so extraordinarily important to the national dialogue and the national information that gets shared, cannot ever be interrupted.
That's why this discussion about future car models being manufactured without AM radios drew such a massive rebuke, even from some on the left, believe it or not.
AM radio plays such an integral role in providing what Paul Harvey used to thrive on AM radio, used to call the rest of the story, the other side of the story that you get from Meet the Press that you're watching on your NBC channel with your antenna television.
You want the other side of that?
You're going to listen to Dr. G or Dennis Prager or Brandon Tatum or Bob France.
That is why it is so incredibly important.
Thank you for that great question.
I hope that answered it.
We'll be back.
Thanks for watching.
Bye.

That's K-A-H-R.
Joining us now To talk on Second Amendment Friday is John R. Lodd, who's got a couple of tremendous pieces.
He is the president of the Crime Prevention Research Center.
John, good to have you back.
How are you?
Doing great.
Great to talk to you again.
We have heard for I don't know how long, John, that gunfire is the leading cause of death of children in the United States.
Every gun control group in America has advanced that narrative, and I don't know how many people ever even questioned it.
You questioned it, and you wrote an entire article about it.
Tell us the truth.
Well, I mean, people can go to the Centers for Disease Control website and the FBI crime data to check this out pretty easily.
If you define children as people under 18, and as you say, everybody from President Biden to Vice President Kamala Harris and the White House and many other Democrats keep on pushing that it's, you know, the number one killer of children.
If you define children as under 18, If you add homicides, suicides, and accidental deaths
together, it's very clear that motor vehicle deaths are greater.
And in 2019 and 2020, suffocations were greater.
Most people seem to think that murders and homicides are the same, and they're not.
Homicides are murders plus justifiable homicides.
It's not really clear to me why you want to include as equally bad a woman who shoots somebody who's broken into her house and trying to kill her at 2 a.m.
in the morning versus a robber or a gang dealer who goes and kills somebody.
And if you look at murders, rather than that, then even in 2021, there are a number of different causes of deaths, which are greater than guns.
And then, you know, implicitly, what they're assuming is that if we could only get rid of guns, then suicides would disappear.
Well, you know, we've done that experiment.
We've done that experiment in the United States.
You've had places like Washington, D.C.
and Chicago, which banned handguns for a while.
Well, handgun suicides fell.
Total suicides remained completely unchanged.
People just changed the way that they went and committed suicide.
And then, you know, so much of the murderers involved drug gangs.
You know, when you're talking about 16, 17 year olds, when they would include 18 and 19 year olds in these totals, You know, the problem is, is that the vast majority of those murders involve rival drug gangs fighting against each other.
And the notion that somehow if I go and ban guns today, I'm going to stop drug gangs from getting a hold of guns in order to protect their very valuable property just isn't serious.
I mean, as I said, we've tried banning guns in the United States.
You see that around the world.
Every single time that either all guns or all handguns have been banned, murder rates go up.
And so, and there's a simple reason for that.
And this applies to gun control laws generally, not just with regard to a complete ban.
And that is who's most likely to obey the laws.
If you pass a law that's primarily going to disarm law abiding good citizens relatively more than you take guns away from criminals, And you can accidentally make it easier for criminals to go and commit crimes.
And that's basically what happens when you go and ban guns.
And gun control advocates will say, well, it just wasn't a fair test in Washington, D.C.
and Chicago, because unless you ban guns every place in the country, you can't expect a gun ban to work.
I wish they had told people that before they pushed for the bans that were there.
But you can look around the world.
You can look at whole nations.
You can look at island nations that don't even have a neighbor to go and blame, really, whether it be Jamaica or the Republic of Ireland or the UK.
And yet every single time, even in island nations that you've banned guns, you see very large increases, you know, threefold, even sevenfold increases in murder rates that occur right after bans go into effect.
Well, you know what I find amazing, John Arlott, president of the Crime Prevention Research Center and the author of Gun Control Myths, when you talked about the majority of the shootings being of gang members shooting one another, drug gangs, you know, that's exactly the point.
As you said, the idea that if we ban guns, they won't have guns anymore.
All we have to do is look at what they're selling.
If we ban drugs, which we did, by that rationality, As an example, then there would be no more drugs.
Yet somehow they have drugs.
We've banned them, yet they're selling them.
But if we ban the guns, they won't protect them with guns anymore.
It just makes no common sense or logic at all.
I mean, look at Mexico.
Since 1972, Mexico's had one gun store in the country.
It's run by the military.
The most powerful gun that people have been able to legally buy in Mexico since 1972 is a .22 caliber short round bolt-action rifle.
You know, that's not the type of gun the drug gangs are using.
And yet, the murder rate in Mexico now is more than twice what it was before they put that regulation into effect.
And in some recent years, it's been as high as six times higher than the murder rate that we have in the United States.
Drug gangs are able to go and bring in weapons from around the world just as they go and they bring in the drugs that they sell from around the world.
And the only people you stop from being able to go and get guns in Mexico are basically law-abiding citizens.
Less than one-tenth of one percent of the adult population in Mexico legally owns guns.
And yet, You have drug gangs have all sorts of weapons from hand grenades to machine guns to everything else that they need to protect that valuable property that they have.
Even though some of those things are also banned.
I don't think you're allowed to go buy grenades and use them, but they do.
That's exactly the point.
John, we only have less than a minute left here just to talk about your article in The Federalist.
The media using slanted surveys to manipulate public opinion.
They know that if they ask people if they wanted to be able to defend themselves, that people are going to say yes.
But they lie with the surveys that they use.
I'm going to have to send people to your article in The Federalist, because we're out of time here.
John R. Lott, read this one.
Follow John on Twitter, How Gun-Hating Media Use Slanted Surveys to Manipulate Public Opinion.
Read that one, and then follow John R. Lott on Twitter as well.
John, thank you so much.
I appreciate you coming on America First.
First, Bob Francin for Dr. G and we will be back.
Thank you.
you you
I'm Seb Gawker, now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
So, thank you.
Six minutes before the top of the hour, thanks again to John Arlott, Jr.
of the Crime Prevention Research Center.
We did not get to his second article, the one he wrote for The Federalist, but as I said, you can follow him on Twitter at John Arlott, Jr., and make sure you read his article.
We also didn't get a chance to talk about, and the reason we didn't is because he was on a roll, and he's right.
Talking about the lie about children, the number one cause of death of children is being gunfire.
The number one, depends on what you consider a child, under 18, yeah, and there are a lot of 17 and 16 and 15 and 14 year old gang members on the streets of, I don't know, Chicago, among others, that are gunning one another down every weekend in massive, massive numbers.
You don't know about them because nobody reports on them.
Because if you report on the shootings in Chicago every weekend, You would literally have what amounts to a mass shooting every single day.
Because we're talking about, in Chicago, about 8.3 people are shot every single day.
You understand that?
And the majority of them are gang members.
Nobody wants to talk about that.
And what do those gang members do?
Most of them move drugs.
So the point, I'll never understand this as long as I live, from the gun control nuts who think that if you ban guns, bad guys won't get guns.
I'll never understand how they don't see the connection.
We've already banned cocaine, and yet it was in the White House, and it's in the hands and in the possession of the dealers all over America.
We banned heroin, we banned crack, we banned all kinds of illicit, fentanyl, we banned all these illicit substances, and yet somehow they get trafficked around anyway.
Bans don't stop criminals from committing what?
Can we figure that part out?
Criminals are going to commit crimes because it's in the nature of what a criminal does.
And just because something is banned, you know what else is banned?
Breaking and entering.
And yet people break and enter all the time anyway.
You ban guns, criminals will still get guns.
Good law-abiding people will not, because they don't break laws.
Criminals will still get the guns, just like they get the drugs and everything else that is banned.
So it's just so silly, and I was glad to let John rant about that.
The one thing we didn't get to, though, was the line, because we've been talking about the Jason Aldean song all week, well, the last couple of days anyway.
The line in the, let's see, it would be the second verse after the first chorus in Try That in a Small Town.
is about guns.
And it's just insane to me that the left, which has decided this is already a racist anthem and a pro-lynching anthem, also called it a pro-gun violence song because of these lines, quote, got a gun that my granddad gave me.
They say one day they're going to round up.
Well, that stuff might fly in the city.
Good luck.
Try that in a small town.
In other words, nobody's going to take my guns from me.
I have a Second Amendment right to have it.
You don't come into a small town and take away our guns.
You can try that crap in the city, but here we're gonna stay protected.
How is that pro-gun violence?
The gun control nuts in this country honestly are so far out of touch with regular America because they think all of America lives in New York City, or L.A., or Chicago, or Boston, or Philly, or one of those radical leftist cities.
The reality is Americans who live in small towns in most of America, they believe in their Second Amendment rights.
One more hour to go.
I'm Bob Branson for Dr. G. Stay here on America First.
You're welcome.
you you
thank you for joining us on America first with today's very special guest host
Cleveland's own Bob France.
Our number three of America First is underway, and thank you, Dr. G. We are live in Cleveland, Ohio.
That is AM 1420.
The answer, that's the ReliefFactor.com studios.
Did you know?
Yeah, that's where we are.
WHKRadio.com is my home base.
You can check it out at that website.
WHKRadio.com.
Listen to me if you're interested.
Each and every Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.
to noon Eastern Time.
That's where you'll find me.
It's also where you can find Hunters in the Basement.
You know what he's doing in the basement, don't you?
And hunters in the basement with a silver spoon.
The hookers and drugs were gonna be there soon.
When you're coming home, dad, I don't know when.
I'll be good and high by then, dad.
Yeah, I'll be good and high by then.
If you don't know what the heck I'm talking about there, holy goodness.
You know how we just kind of used reason and common sense and deductive powers to kind of figure out who the baggie
of cocaine in the White House really belonged to?
The Secret Service wasn't allowed to find the culprit.
And if they did, they weren't allowed to report on who that was, because that would create
all kinds of problems for Joe Biden, for his crackhead son to have had his cocaine discovered
with his fingerprints on it in the White House, outside the Situation Room in the West Wing.
Right?
But we kind of used our deductive powers of reasoning to figure out, unless somebody was
wearing gloves in July, there were going to be fingerprints on that baggie.
Unless somebody was carrying a pair of tongs, the kind you would use in a chemistry lab or in a kitchen to carry that baggie and to take it out of their pocket, or out of their briefcase, or out of their purse if it happened to be female or whatever, there were going to be fingerprints on it.
But we're told there's no fingerprints, so there's no way to find out.
Let's take that now up a notch.
Let's take it to another level.
Since that cocaine was found in the White House...
We found out that marijuana has also been found in the White House on at least two occasions since Joe Biden's family brought dignity and honor back to that White House.
Remember that?
That's what Joe Biden said he was going to do.
He's going to bring dignity and honor back to the White House.
You know, after that orange man sullied it up with all of his non-cocaine and non-marijuana parties at the White House.
But I digress.
So we're supposed to believe that Hunter is clean though.
Hunter is a recovering addict, still an addict, but he's clean.
And that's why this story just made me laugh out loud when the guys brought it up to me just about a half an hour ago before we were about to do our interview.
Hunter Biden apparently went to see his lawyer in Los Angeles yesterday and There is where pictures by media slash paparazzi were taken of his lawyer on the balcony of his home.
Just getting a great big old rip from a giant bong.
Hunter's lawyer is a pothead.
I don't know who he is.
I know his name is Kevin Morris.
I don't know anything about his history.
I don't know anything about his habits.
All I know is there's a picture right now on the front page of DailyMail.co.uk.
That's the Daily Mail.
They always see him.
That's DailyMail.com.
They always seem to get these things before the American media does.
But there it is.
DailyMail.com saw Hunter Biden's hotshot lawyer, Kevin Morris, smoking from a large bong.
And it is.
It's not just a little, you know, one-hit pipe.
It's a big old bong on the balcony of his Los Angeles home on Thursday.
Hunter was seen visiting Morris at his Pacific Palisades home.
At the time, Morris was pictured ripping one on the balcony, clearly visible from the street.
The first son's visit to his lawyer came after it was revealed that a Ukrainian oligarch bribed Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with $10 million.
that would be this one.
And hunters in the basement with a silver spoon Ukrainian bribes, we're gonna be there soon
When you're coming home, dad, I don't know when I'll put aside your ten percent, dad
I'll always have your ten percent I wrote that parody song just to make fun of these clowns,
not to have them just like play-act it out in real time time after I released it on our web page.
Hunter's in the basement with his silver spoon is on WHKRadio.com's homepage right now.
It is not clear what the substance was in Morris' bong, but we can probably assume it wasn't parmesan cheese or oregano.
recreational marijuana is legal in california so he didn't break any laws
there but the idea and the knowledge that hunter goes in visits
dudes his lawyers while they're smoking weed
kind of might cast
a little bit of doubt on the notion that hunter is clean and therefore
hunter couldn't have been the guy who left
the little or baggie of white powder in the outside the situation room
the one that the daily beer the uh... battle on b uh... surmised had a little later that's a little on it
that said property of h biden but
there you go all right our number three is going to be uh... full-on
uh... free for all friday with the exception of our conversation with mark
morgan which is coming up I welcome you to 833-33-GORKA.
What do you want to ask?
What do you want to know?
What do you want to say?
Ask me anything.
It is going to be Free For All on the last hour of the week, which has been a very, very long week and a terrific week as well of conversations with one of the best audiences in talk radio.
Nancy is on the line in Philadelphia on line two.
Nancy, thanks for your patience.
You're on America First.
Go right ahead.
Hi, Bob.
Nice to meet you.
Nice to meet you.
Well, just real quick, you know, that marijuana, you know, that was medical marijuana, don't you know?
Yeah, of course it was.
Yeah.
But speaking of bans, for example, you know, bans on guns, hasn't the EPA banned excessive levels of particles and pollutants in the air?
So how is it that the Pollution from Canadian wildfires are allowed to come into the United States of America.
Well, I don't know what you mean by allowed.
We probably can't stop the drift of the winds that are blowing it toward us.
So I think what they're probably going to say is we can't exactly sanction Canada, our neighbors to the north, because of this, because it wasn't intentional.
I think what they would say is if they are operating a plant that is, you know, an industrial plant that produces things, a factory that spews and emits particles into the air, they can probably get you for that.
Because that would be negligent, but wildfires are probably outside of the realm of the jurisdiction, if you will, of the federal government.
Well, my point is that banning air pollution will be the same as trying to ban guns, because it will always be there.
Because it's impossible.
Got it.
Got it.
You're spot on.
You're exactly right.
It will, just like the drugs, always will be there, no matter how many different laws we make against them or ban them.
You're exactly right.
Nancy, great phone call.
I appreciate it.
I have been wondering why we can't just take advantage and use these massive windmills that the left somehow thinks is going to replace every coal plant and every electrical station and every oil well and everything else, every oil dirt that we have in this country.
We're going to generate energy from all of those windmills.
Why can't we just take all of the windmills that the left is planting and dirtying up and cluttering up our prairie lands and so forth?
Why don't we just blow all that wildfire smoke back up at them?
What the hell?
Obviously I'm being tongue-in-cheek, but you do understand the point.
We need to find some use for these windmills because they're sure as hell not going to replace our energy.
I want you to hear something now specifically to the conversation that we were having about Jason Aldean.
And the gun line.
Greg Gutfeld on Fox kind of brought this home, I think, a little bit.
I want you to hear what he had to say about the video slash song called Try That in a Small Town.
And then we're going to hear what he had to say about the goal of that video and about the goal of that.
Cut number four.
Let's see what he has to say about the left.
The modern left's first impulse is always censorship, which is more anti-American than putting pineapple on pizza.
So why is this song a target?
Because it's anti-crime, and to a liberal, being anti-crime is anti-black.
That linkage alone is racist, but it's now a solid belief among progressives.
If you redefine violence as mostly peaceful social justice, then rejecting violence makes you the enemy, because crime equals blacks among liberals and the media.
And now we're here where songs about riots receive more condemnation from politicians than the actual riots did.
Racist Libs took it personally because the video featured the George Floyd riots, something they embraced.
Aldean's point being that in small towns, people get touchy when you set fire to their businesses and try to kill them.
I know, what a bunch of squares.
That is largely what I've been saying on America First all week long, is exactly that message.
All they're saying, all he is saying, which is not touching on race, is that violence, looting, arson, attacking police, and all the things that we saw during the summer of 2020, and all of these George Floyd, BLM, Antifa riots, is things that you didn't see in small towns.
And it's true, did you?
Anybody have any video of little, small-town America on fire during the summer of 2020?
No, you didn't, and that's the only point he was making.
I've got more thoughts on that, but we'll take a timeout here.
We're going to talk to Mark Morgan next.
We're going to talk about protecting our country by way of its southern border.
We'll be back.
Thank you.
All right, we do continue now, 20 minutes past the hour.
Let's turn our attention to the southern border, which continues to be absolutely invisible.
It is a facade.
There is nothing there that separates us from Mexico, and that is exactly the mission and the goal of the Biden administration.
The question is, is when will the American people get the truth about it, and what can we demand be done about it?
Joining us now is Mark Morgan.
He's the former acting commissioner of U.S.
Customs and Border Protection.
Mr. Morgan, it's always good to talk to you.
How are you, sir?
Bob, I'm doing great.
Thanks for having me on.
It's great to see you.
Yeah, it's good to have you on.
Every time we talk about these important issues, I learn a little bit more.
So there's a story that the administration is trying to spin that says the border is under control, the number of crossings has gone down since Title 42 was lifted, that everything is better off.
But that's not the reality.
There was a great expose in the Daily Caller about this, and I know you have been studying this very well as well.
What is the reality of where the numbers are right now?
So the reality is they're still up and they're continuing to climb.
But look, this is part of their master plan, their messaging plan to distract and actually hide the real truth and facts from the American people.
And this is how they're doing it.
They're only focusing on a couple of things.
One, the Southwest border only.
And they're only focusing on those that are being apprehended by border patrol in between the borders.
Here's where the shell game goes.
But this is in fact what they're doing.
They're simply just encouraging the entire world, rather than entering in between the ports of entry at the southwest border, we're going to bring you to the ports of entry.
And in some cases, we're going to parole you in to interior ports of entry, like JFK, way outside the southwest border.
And this is the result.
And this is why I keep saying, Bob, we have to look at total nationwide encounters.
It's not just a Southwest border, it's not just Border Patrol, because that's really going to expose the shell game.
For example, in June, this past June, the ports of entry, for the first time in history that I know of, they encountered 110,000 otherwise inadmissible aliens that they processed and released in the United States.
You compare that to when they took over from the Trump administration, that number was 24,000.
Right now, at our ports of entry, we're on pace for the ports of entry to encounter 1.1 million total otherwise inadmissible aliens.
1.1 million.
That is a 350% increase from the day that they took over.
And right now, total nationwide encounters this fiscal year is on pace to be 3 million.
That's a 360% increase from when they took over from the Trump administration in 2020.
It's a big lie.
The numbers aren't going down.
It's still a catastrophe.
They're just shifting the numbers.
And Mark, no one is reporting on this.
No one, at least in terms of the mainstream media.
We're not seeing these facts in the Washington Post, the New York Times.
We're not seeing it on NBC or anywhere else.
You've got to go and hunt for this stuff.
You've got to go to people like you, and you've got to go to organizations like FAIR and CSI and some of the others to find these things out.
The real question is, what can be done about it if the ongoing narrative or agenda of the Biden administration and those on the left is no security at the border until amnesty is granted as a part of a massive comprehensive immigration reform package that allows all of those who are here to be able to stay.
Yeah, that's a great question, Bob, and I think that's really a crux, and I've heard a lot of stuff about 2024, and that's all great, but we can't wait till then.
Our country's literally, every aspect of our nation's national security and safety and public health, quite frankly, is being jeopardized because of this administration.
We cannot wait for 2024.
So what we have to do is, this is really going to come down to the states, and the states have been doing a pretty good job.
Texas and some others have been leading the way, and we've got to keep suing.
Right now, for example, there is a lawsuit multiple states are involved in with respect to Secretary Mayorkas' unlawful use of parole.
Again, he has told these individuals, That rather than illegally entering in between the ports of entry, now we're just going to give you the Willy Wonka chocolate factory golden ticket, and we're just going to fly you from wherever you're at into JFK and release you, and then call it a victory, just to avoid bad political optics.
That's what's going on.
So the states have to get involved.
We have to keep suing this administration throughout.
And then 2024 matters, we have to get a conservative back in the White House to change directions.
We're talking to Mark Morgan, he's the former U.S.
Customs and Border Protection Acting Commissioner.
So, let's talk about the states.
Can, if the federal government will not do enough to protect not just the country, but those states, the residents of those states, the residents of those towns that are at the border that are just being overrun with filth, with crime, with drugs, with people.
If the government won't do it themselves, the federal, why can't the states do it?
Every time they want to put up, you know, cartons and containers to build makeshift walls, they're told they've got to take them down.
And now, today, Mr. Morgan, we have the DOJ suing the governor of Texas for daring to put up buoys in the river to stop people from easily crossing the Rio Grande into Texas.
For crying out loud, they're going to file a lawsuit to stop a state from protecting itself.
So the question is, do the states have rights or not?
They do.
To me right now, this is the question, Bob.
Look, U.S.
v. Arizona has been very clear that states cannot enforce federal immigration law.
But that's not what's happening on our southwest border.
That's what the Democrats and open border advocates want you to believe.
What's happening on our southwest border is not about legal immigration.
It is about border security, which is synonymous with national security, which in large part is being degraded by illegal immigration.
And so now it goes in, what can the states do to secure its own border, protect its own citizen?
Well, there's two articles in the Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, Article 4, Section 4, that says, first of all, the federal government has a duty and obligation to protect its states from threats outside its borders.
If they fail to do that, for whatever reason, the states have a self-help remedy, and they can take action to protect themselves.
that's what Governor Abb He's been building the wa

I applaud Governor Abbott.
And I also, you and I were talking quickly, I actually am glad they're suing because this is going to be a test for Texas.
They're going to be able to push, I hope, the constitutional self-help remedy, and I think they're going to win.
And when they do, that means Governor Abbott can do a heck of a lot more than he's doing right now to protect the great state of Texas.
Unfortunately though, Commissioner Morgan, it's going to be tied up in the courts because no matter what happens, even if there is a victory, it's going to be appealed and it's probably going to end up taking a long time to get to the Supreme Court, which I would imagine it will, given the gravity of the circumstances.
I beg your pardon?
I think you're right.
I think it's good.
But look, but we can't give up.
I think you're right.
It's going to take a while.
Hey, hopefully, though, maybe we'll get a win in a lower court decision.
And of course, the government is going to try to enjoin that and possibly we could win that.
And they're going to stay that enjoyment until it goes to Supreme Court so Texas can still operate.
We don't know.
It could go either way.
You're probably right.
But we got to keep trying.
Got it.
Last thing, I'm looking for some good news here.
And I feel like I got some, Commissioner Morgan, because Eric Adams, the mayor of New York City today, said, we're done.
We're full.
Our cup runneth over.
We can take no more.
We're going to be a sanctuary city no more, essentially.
And I'm thinking, that's what it's going to take.
Get these city leaders to a breaking point where they have no choice but to go knocking on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and saying, you've got to stop it.
Now it's no longer hurting just Texas cities.
It's hurting us.
You've got to stop it.
Is that what it's going to take?
No, unfortunately, but I hate to do it.
I hate to put, you know, put a pin in your bubble here.
I don't think this is positive.
Here's why.
Because they're not going to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and asking to secure the border.
They're just asking for more money and to push migrants to more places across the country rather than actually solve the problem.
Well, you did it.
You got me.
I was hoping for something good because somebody needs to put pressure on Joe Biden other than conservatives because he won't listen to us.
Former Commissioner Mark Morgan, thank you so much for the time.
Keep up your great work, sir.
Bob Brant's in for Dr. G. We'll be back.
We'll be back.
You You

That's all that's left in the show.
That's all that's left in the week.
I hope you have a great weekend planned.
A reminder, there are still organizations That do not stand up for you and for me.
They still back Obamacare and gun control and extreme transgender policies that endanger our kids.
They claim to be bipartisan, but last year, 95% of their donations went to Democrats.

Portions of America First are brought to you in part by EMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens.
Really important information and conversation there with Mark Morgan, former Border and Customs Patrol Commissioner.
They're moving the numbers around.
They're moving the people around.
The problem does not get any better.
In fact, it gets worse.
I saw a story this morning that Mexican authorities are escorting another caravan of foreigners across and through Mexico up to their northern border, our southern border, to Usher them in.
It is something that simply must be stopped.
And even though we're trying to stop it by way of states protecting themselves, even the Department of Justice, the federal government, is stopping them from doing it that way as well.
833-33-GORKA.
What do you want to know?
What do you want to ask?
What do you want to say?
It's a free-for-all Friday.
Our last couple of segments are yours.
833-33-GORKA.
We're going to go to Knoxville.
Where I will be in about a week and a half dropping off my daughter at law school at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
That's where Randy is.
Randy on line 2.
Welcome to America First.
Fire away.
Hey, thank you Bob.
Go Volunteers!
Your daughter's coming to the greatest spot in the country right now.
I'm going to tell you something.
I don't want to denigrate any glorious American state that I might consider, but I will tell you right now, Randy, it has been my plan for a very long time, and my wife's, that when we retire, we are retiring to Tennessee.
So I'm just telling you what you just said resonates with me and a whole lot of other people.
We're coming to Tennessee.
It's a great state.
It's a great state.
All you folks come and just remember why you're coming here and don't bring any of the bad stuff with you.
Amen to that.
Good.
Hey, down here talking about Tennessee the last few days, Bob, this Canadian wildfire smoke has turned it all hazy and it ain't smoky like our Smoky Mountains.
Bad air coming all the way down to the Tennessee Valley here.
It irks me with that lady calling you asking you about what we're going to do about the Canadian wildfires.
They need to do what Crazy Gavin Newsom and those Californians need to do.
I know I'm preaching to the choir.
They will not clean up the forest floors.
That is what all these fires, the horror that people go through losing everything that they have simply because our government in these states like California will not clean up the brush.
They think it's unnatural.
The environmental wackos say don't clean it up.
Plus it costs money.
That's what stops wildfires.
And up there with that crazy lunatic, Justin Trudeau, he's doing the same thing they're doing in California.
And we're suffering.
I'm breathing that stuff.
Dude, I'm a house painter.
I'm up on a ladder and I'm like, man, This is really bad, and all due to these liberal lunatics not doing their job with proper forest management.
That's why this stuff's happening.
You could not be more spot on.
Here's the thing, though.
They have an agenda.
It's not just that they think it's unnatural and that's why they won't, that's why they mismanage all of this forest, the U.S.
Department of Forestry and so forth.
It's not just, well, we don't want to do it because of that.
It's part of the climate change agenda.
The more damage that can be caused by wildfires, the more they can blame them on the climate change, and then that's the more that they can do to take away your liberties and mine and to take away our money and force all of these ridiculous shifts away from fossil fuels to quote-unquote renewable energies.
I mean, I hate to say this, but they actually enjoy and celebrate when these kinds of things happen.
They're not going to take steps to stop them from being so severe.
That gets in their own way of their own agenda.
And that's it.
Thank you for the call, Randy in Knoxville.
But I'm glad, by the way, you speak so highly of Texas.
I'm glad my daughter's going.
I mean, Tennessee.
My daughter's going to be there.
We're going to be heading down there, too.
And by the way, maybe you've found a use for some of those old N95 masks that didn't work on COVID.
Maybe they work to keep that stuff out of your face while you paint on that ladder.
Bob Franson for Dr. G. We'll be back.
Thanks for watching.
See you next time.
Thanks for watching.
you you
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right, 17 minutes before the top of the hour on a free-for-all Friday.
Anything you want to talk about, we'll take your calls on in this last segment or two.
I do have a lot of other things that I can fill your ears with if you are so inclined, including, do not forget, download the full song and put it on your phone and share it around.
It's called Hunters in the Basement.
It made its national debut, its release on America First just a few days ago.
Just a little tiny taste of it here.
That's too tiny.
Let's give you a little bit more.
And hunters in the basement with a silver spoon.
The hookers and drugs were gonna be there soon.
When you're coming home, dad, I don't know when.
I'll be good and high by then, dad.
Yeah, I'll be good and high by then.
I'm getting a lot of requests for it off the air.
I'm getting a lot of requests for it from people who are calling.
Where do you get that song?
Here's where you get that song.
WHK Radio.
All one word.
WHKRadio.com.
It's on the homepage.
That's my radio station in Cleveland.
That's the relieffactor.com studios as well, and you can find it there on the homepage.
Just look for the little tile that says, Hunters in the Basement.
You can download that song and share it wherever you want.
People are loving it, and I'm glad.
I'm proud of that.
I wrote it just as kind of a goof when I saw that meme that probably a lot of other people saw, the picture of Joe Biden's head next to Hunter Biden's head, the two lead members of the Biden crime family.
And, uh, the caption was from that song, uh, Cats in the Cradle, something about my son had grown up just like me.
You know, there's Hunter, the criminal, just like his criminal father.
And I thought, you know what?
Let's go all the way with it.
So I wrote this song, a parody song, and here we go.
And it's just watching all of the life imitate that art, watching the Ukrainian bribe part.
Had hunters in the basement with a silver spoon.
Ukrainian bribes were gonna be there soon.
When you're coming home, dad, I don't know when I'll put aside your 10%, dad
I'll always have your 10% Just days after I released that
Here we are, Chuck Grassley's got the FT1023 detailing what?
Ukrainian bribes There they are.
Five million per Biden.
Pretty good deal.
I guess it depends on whether or not you're paying it or receiving it.
But the CEO of Burisma, Mikola Zlochevsky, said and was quoted in that FBI document, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.
Five million for Joe, five million for Hunter was the price to get that assistance as they tried.
And oh, by the way, don't forget the billion dollars of your tax dollars that we sent to Ukraine when Joe Biden was vice president under Barack Obama in exchange for getting the prosecutor general Victor Shokin fired because he was investigating what?
Burisma, the company that was paying the Bidens and that had employed Hunter and was trying to crack the North American market to bring their energy company to partner here in the United States.
And they couldn't do that if their company was being investigated for all kinds of malfeasance, and that's why they had to turn to Joe Biden.
Remember when Joe Biden bragged about this?
12th, 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said, they were walking out to the press conference, and I said, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority, you're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion.
I'm going to be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours.
I look, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
That is called extortion from the Vice President of the United States, demanding the firing of a prosecutor investigating Burisma, the company that employed his son Hunter, and the company that now, according to the FBI document and a bunch of whistleblower testimony, supporting and backing this, the company that paid five million bucks per Biden for the privilege of getting into the American energy sector.
Any one of those things would have resulted in 15 more impeachments of Donald Trump.
The Biden family continues unabated and protected by the Department of Justice, and you need to know about it.
All right, let's go to Arkansas.
Dennis, you're on America First.
Bob Franson for Dr. G. Dennis, go right ahead.
Yeah, Bob, I've just got a question here about anybody that wants to ban anything, and that is when they bring it up, Ask them to show you the wording of the law or show the law that will convince the criminals to do it first.
Well, that's a great point and obviously I get what you're saying because Dennis, you and I both know the nature of criminals is to commit crimes and that means they don't care what the law says, they're going to do what they want to do.
The thing that cracks me up about these people that say ban these things and that'll be the solution to it.
Murder is banned.
And yet people are killing each other.
Guns?
Ropes?
Knives?
Carfumes?
Doesn't matter.
People are killing each other all the time anyway.
You don't expect criminals who don't respect the law to suddenly say, now I'll follow the law now that you've banned the gun that I would have been using to commit these crimes.
It's nonsensical.
It's liberal.
It's leftist.
That's what they do.
So, great point, Dennis.
Thanks for the call.
Appreciate that.
Let's go to Los Angeles.
Brian, you're on America First.
Bob in for Dr. G. Fire away.
Hi, Bob.
Good afternoon.
How are you, sir?
Good afternoon.
Wonderful.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Well, thanks for all that you do.
And what that great, crazy good music you have is wonderful.
I wanted to share with you something about the fires you mentioned.
California, Canada.
It's been many years we have been fighting.
We do fire prevention and fire safety.
And I have presented even a 12 step solution to several of the senator's offices.
I've called governor's office.
No hope.
We've mentioned even as simple as being able to put lightning poles on top of some of the hills in the forest.
What kind of reaction are you getting, Brian, from the Senators?
What kind of reaction?
What reaction are you getting, Brian, from the senators?
What kind of reaction?
I even had a Zoom with one of their office managers and senators that they were talking
about they want to help, but it was just talk.
And the only response I got was, oh, that's interesting.
And that was it.
Because they take people like you, who know what you're doing, who offer solutions on how to try to mitigate and to minimize the effects, the dramatic effects of wildfires, to stop them from growing so far out of control.
And thank you for the call from Los Angeles.
And they say, we don't want that!
I'm telling you, I would never be able to prove it.
But they high-five one another when wildfires get rolling out of control.
Because they know the instant it does, they get on camera and they say climate change caused this.
We need to put more constraints on the American people, all in the name of the planet.
I guarantee you they do.
We'll be back after this.
Thanks.
Bye.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, wrapping it up, Dr. G. It's been an amazing four days, quite a week here on America First.
I've enjoyed it thoroughly every step of the way.
It's an amazing program with an amazing audience and an amazing team.
And we had a great conversation today with Larry Elder, if you missed it back in hour number two, the former Salem radio host, one of the best to ever host radio, I can tell you that, honestly.
He had a really funny line, not on this show, but we talked about it briefly.
Larry Elder said, after Pride Month, we probably need a different kind of a month.
Listen to Cut 7.
You know, we just had Gay Pride Month.
Maybe it's time for a, let's take it easy on the white man month.
The sad truth is that 60% of the shootings, the robberies, the homicides in America are committed by black people.
The sad truth is half of the homicide victims in America are black, almost all killed by other blacks, as same-race crime, murder is a same-race crime.
Most whites who are killed are killed by other whites.
According to the CDC, A young black man, age 10 to 43, I'm not making this up, is 13 times more likely to be murdered than a young white man.
And contrary to what Joe Biden said at Howard University recently, they ain't being killed by white supremacists.
They're being killed by other blacks.
Now, unless you're prepared to say black people are just genetically inclined to commit more crime, you have to ask yourself, what the devil's going on?
And what the devil's going on is the 10,000 pound elephant in the room, which is the epidemic of fatherlessness.
That was Larry Elder on Fox.
He repeated a lot of those very, very important facts and talking points on the program with me, and I brought him back up again.
First of all, it's kind of funny.
We ought to have a take-it-easy-on-the-white-guy month, because it seems like white guys are about the only ones who are fair game for insulting, attacking, offending, and everything else, because we don't count.
But be that as it may, Larry Elder needs to be on the debate stage August 23rd.
He's running for president.
He's not going to win the presidency.
He knows that.
But he has something very important to contribute to the conversation for those who do.
For years and years and years on Salem Media, Larry Elder used the catch line, his tagline, which was, we've got a country to save.
Let's get rolling.
He's trying to save the country in any way he can.
He's got ideas that at the bare minimum the American people need to hear.
Now his audience heard it for years on his radio show.
He gave up the radio show when he went to run for governor of California in the recall election.
Darn near won it, by the way.
So more people heard his message.
They need to hear it on that stage.
I'm bringing this up because Larry needs you to go to LarryElder.com.
Donate even a dollar.
Five dollars, ten dollars.
To get on the debate stage, a candidate has to receive contributions from 40,000 individual sources.
That can be as little as a dollar.
He told me that today he's about halfway there.
That means 20,000 out of the massive Gorka listening audience could go to LarryElder.com and give him a buck.
A $5, $10 something to get him on that debate stage August 23rd.
Let that be my last message to you of this week on America First.
Help Larry Elder get there because he's not looking out for himself, he's looking out for America.
We've got a country to save as he says and this can help him do it.
Thank you to Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you to Jeff, and to Alex, and to Eric, and to Guy, and to John.
The team is one of the best in the business.
They made it easy for me for four straight days.
Dr. G's back on America First Monday.
Be well, be safe, and have a great weekend.
We'll see you next time.
