Chris Stigall LIVE: Reaction to the Trump Indictment

So I just want to tell you, I'm an innocent man.
I did nothing wrong.
And we'll fight this out just like we've been fighting for seven years.
It would be wonderful if we could devote our full time to making America great again.
And that's exactly what we did.
But now, again, our country is in decline.
We're a failing nation.
And this is what they do.
That was President Trump, my former boss, last night, soon after the Jack Smith indictments were revealed, attacking President Trump for the umpteenth time.
We have crossed a Rubicon.
It is without doubt, of course, that this is the most politically targeted individual in American history.
From the unprecedented tri-service intelligence operation used to illegally surveil his campaign under the moniker of Crossfire Hurricane, to the Mueller probe, to Impeachment 1, to Impeachment 2, to the raid on Mar-a-Lago, even to the Alvin Bragg indictments out of Manhattan.
What happened last night is just another iteration of the permanent bureaucracy.
The establishment elite having to destroy President Trump.
Now, if you wish, we can analyze the legal aspects of this, but it's a political question, really.
I wasn't even meant to be in studio here today.
I'm traveling imminently to South Carolina to be with my colleague, Mike Gallagher, to meet with you, our dear listeners.
And also to meet with that choir, that beautiful children's choir that was told recently on Capitol Hill to not sing the national anthem.
Yeah, that's happening in America as well.
And I asked my good friend, Chris de Gaulle, to host my show today while I'm on the road.
And he will host the show.
But we need to talk about what happened yesterday.
Legally there is no case to be made.
Utterly specious.
The president and every president who leaves office maintains their security clearance till the day they die.
Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush still maintain top secret clearances, as does my former boss.
There's no question of mishandling documents.
Even if there were, the Presidential Records Act is clear.
It is a civil act, not a criminal code.
Therefore, there is no criminal punishment possible when a president mishandles a document.
It is a civil affair.
That is why Jack Smith, this political hatchet man, is using concepts such as obstruction of justice to say the president obstructed the archives and the Department of Justice when they wanted to see the documents he was storing.
Well, number one, that's a lie.
The FBI, before they raided Mar-a-Lago, was allowed full access to the president's residence.
Secondly, Even if he did obstruct it, the Supreme Court has been expressly clear that obstruction of justice requires malintent.
Quote-unquote, it requires an evil motivation.
They would have to prove that President Trump, the man who destroyed the caliphate of ISIS, secured the border, Guaranteed there were no new wars while he was the commander-in-chief.
Cancelled Obama's disastrous Iran deal.
Jack Smith, the special counsel, would have to demonstrate that he was selling our documents, our classified documents, to our enemies.
Betraying the nation he served so honorably and loved so much.
That will be impossible.
But forget the legal analysis.
The legal analysis is irrelevant.
We've seen that for the last seven years.
The Mueller probe.
30 million dollars.
Hundreds of witnesses and subpoenas to prove Russian collusion.
And as was demonstrated by John Durham, there wasn't any.
This is to be understood politically, as part of a fact pattern of political persecution.
Why?
Why this man?
Well, very simply, because we did something we weren't supposed to do in 2016.
We elected a person who wasn't a member of the establishment.
Every president has been a senator, a governor, a congressman, or a retired general.
For the first time in history, America said, NO!
We want somebody from outside.
We want somebody who's clean, who isn't corrupted, who isn't beholden to the vested interests of Big Pharma, the unions, the oil companies.
We chose the wrong man.
That is our crime.
And he is the one who will pay if they get away with it.
Now let's be clear about what happened last night.
The man who is leading the opposition, who is between 20 and 30 points in front of anyone else on the right to challenge the incumbent president, was indicted.
That is a Banana Republic tactic.
That is an authoritarian tactic.
But it had to happen because he must be destroyed.
They won't have the cover of COVID.
next year to mail out 81 million ballots.
They won't be able to dicker with the results in Philadelphia, in Chicago, in Atlanta, as they did in 2020.
And they know that a man who received more votes than any incumbent president in history is a vital threat to their control of power.
That is why he must be put in prison.
Because the sad reality of what we are witnessing is that those in power are prepared to destroy America to maintain their grasp on power.
The stakes could not be more serious.
A man who will be committed To root out and destroy all corruption in this city, if we can have a fair election, is a threat to every corrupt politician on both sides of the aisle.
To the permanent bureaucrats who believe presidents come and go, but we make the decisions and the will of the people is irrelevant.
It's up to us.
It truly is up to us.
Are you going to be part of the venture to save this nation from those who are renting the fabric of the Republic apart?
Don't just listen to my radio show.
Don't just watch Newsmax or go online to Breitbart.
Be a political animal from this day forth.
Because if not you, then who?
If not now, when?
There is no other America to run to.
There is only this one.
Will you be part of protecting and saving it?
Or will you say, I'm just one person, I'm irrelevant.
As the dissidents of the Soviet Union and the Iron Curtain have stated so eloquently from Alexander Solzhenitsyn to Václav Havel, one man telling one truth can start the collapse of a whole dictatorship.
God bless America.
Will you help save it?

a day like today it's it's a tough day but it's a day that as our talk radio hero who's no longer

You know, I've been thinking a lot about this and coming in here and all the news, of course, surrounding Donald Trump's indictment.
By the way, I host the morning show on Philadelphia's AM 990, The Answer.
Seb's a station in Philadelphia.

There's a lot happening.
This Jack Smith just spoke moments ago as Dr. G was talking with you, and I'm kind of trying to collect my thoughts and read this indictment.
It is a full...
Not that I really want to spend a ton of time talking about it.
It's a full 44 pages.
It's 37 counts.
And by the way, I want to get your reaction to it, too.
I would be remiss if I spent a lot of time bloviating.
We've got some great analysis coming up today.
We have...
One of Trump's attorneys, Alina Hava, on the show today.
Julie Kelly of American Greatness will be here today.
She has some reaction to the judge that's been chosen down in Miami.
We know her well.
She is a Trump-appointed judge and they're already attacking her.
So we're going to get into some of that today.
But I do very much value, on this Friday, your reaction, your feelings about this.
At 833-33-GUERCA, 833-33-GUERCA.
Three, three, four, six, seven, five, two.
If you want to call today, again, my name's Chris, in for seven.
I'm anxious to hear your thoughts.
If you are fired up, if you are despairing, if you're more motivated than you've ever been before, If you feel like, uh-oh, now it looks like the walls are really closing in, I don't know.
I do know that monitoring some Fox News this morning and this afternoon, Fox News would have you believe that the walls are now undeniably closing in on Donald Trump and it's just a matter of time now.
He's going down for this one.
This was a well-crafted... I mean, they're salivating over how well-crafted this was and how detailed it is.
So they are just beyond a shadow of a doubt sure that this is Donald Trump's Waterloo.
I don't want to get distracted, though, as Rush Limbaugh used to say, because what we're not discussing is the actual story of the day.
And what am I talking about?
I'm talking about the final section of Article 2 in the Constitution, which generally describes the executive branch, and it specifies that the President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office if convicted in an impeachment trial of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
I want to stay focused for just a moment on bribery.
Donald Trump's a private citizen.
He's a prominent citizen.
He holds no power at this hour.
The only power he holds is some 75 million votes, a substantial lead amongst the Republican field, likely to become the Republican nominee, and challenging this withering old husk we're pretending is president, Challenging his power, or at least his facade of power.
The real power is Barack Obama.
We all understand that.
Barack Obama is very much the guy in the middle of re-engineering the country.
We see it.
We know what's going on.
This husk is but an instrument.
This is Obama's mission that he's completing after two full terms.
So, be very clear that that's what we're watching, okay?
But still in all, Donald Trump is a private citizen who holds no power.
The husk, for all intents and purposes, still occupies the White House and still holds the power.
And the real story today, the actual story today, is a story of bribery.
And that we have a President of the United States that there is very ample evidence, it appears, according to the House Oversight Committee, that this man and his family have taken probably tens of millions of dollars in foreign money.
And peddled their name and peddled influence to collect checks and laundered it through the family.
Like some... low-rent crime family.
So let me read the real story today.
From Fox News, a GOP lawmaker on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee who reviewed the subpoenaed FBI document that alleges President Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme said the allegations in the document were worse than have been reported so far.
Nancy Mace of South Carolina.
Nancy Mace is a never-Trumper, folks.
Nancy Mace, I'm sure it brings her no delight to be helpful to Trump.
Nancy Mace told Fox News after her review of this document, which the FBI on Thursday allowed the full committee to review, said that there is damning evidence the sitting president, this husk we're pretending is a leader, this man sold out the country in an ongoing bribery scheme.
And I'm supposed to sit here and be concerned about boxes of documents that the former president of the United States had under lock and key in Mar-a-Lago?
Are you serious?
This husk and his coke-addled hooker-banging son?
Took hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars in bribes from hostile foreign governments for God knows what, and I'm supposed to sit here and pretend the biggest crisis the country faces is some documents Donald Trump, as the Chief Executive of the United States, with the full authority to have access to these documents, took them back to his house?
That's our biggest concern as a nation today, is it?
Not that the current guy with the power that occupies the office, not that he has sold us out to China.
And God knows who else.
That's not our primary concern today.
We're supposed to be distracted with all this Trump noise and this indictment noise, ignoring this House Oversight Committee finding.
Ignoring that even never-Trumpers on Capitol Hill are saying, this looks bad, gang.
And as usual, the GOP and the Republican Party are sitting around going, I don't know what to do.
They're not paying attention to it.
Figure it out, you damned Republicans.
Where the hell are the Republicans, you morons?
This is the biggest story in the world!
The President of the United States is pocketing money by the millions and laundering it through nine, ten different family members.
Trump kept documents in his bathroom.
Shut up!
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Senator Chuck Grassley We're first approached by a very reputable, highly placed whistleblower inside the FBI.
Remember when we used to treat whistleblowers as the most patriotic in our midst?
He said the FBI was in possession of a document, what they call 1023 form.
Dated June 30, 2020, that explicitly detailed information provided by a confidential human source who alleged that Biden was serving as vice president and when he was, was involved in a $5 million criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national in exchange for influence over policy decisions.
You're telling me that this Jack Smith, he... Boy, my office is gonna seek a speedy trial.
We're in a big hurry here.
They got a 44-page indictment put together.
37 counts.
They're gonna hit Donald Trump with over very specific things.
Documents.
And we're still, five years later, nowhere closer to charging the coke-snorting, hooker-banging son of... Joe Biden?
Are you serious?
I won't be distracted and I know you won't either.

And the Republicans and the Democrats know that this guy has to go.
The problem I have is that the enormity of this is so past all of my friends, everybody I talk to, they have no idea how in peril they are right now.

Are they at all moved by that or no?

Do you think all those other politi... You know they're absolutely right about that, but...
The enormity of this one, what's happening now, is that the whole Department of Justice is going after one man.
That's a corrupt government going after the other side.
That's political prisoners.

Julie Kelly at American Greatness joins us on America First.
Julie, thanks for making time for us today.
Hello.
Of course.
Hey, Chris, thanks for having me on.
It's a dark day, and rather than spend a ton of time combing over all of the, you know, blah, blah, blah, 44 pages, I think I'd just like to get your 30,000-foot view.
My sense of it is, as I said, this feels like January 6th was sort of, that opened the door to this new place we find ourselves in as a country.
Get in line, stand with us, or be crushed.
And this is just another outgrowth of that.
Right.
I mean, if you are going to move forward with a historical criminal indictment, the first time in American history that a former president has been indicted or charged with crimes, it better be something major, right?
It better be, you know, like maybe taking bribes from a foreign country, whitewashing them through various, you know, shell companies and changing foreign policy either here or in that Not, oh, inadvertently, which that's what it looks like, retaining what the government claims are classified documents.
Now, that's the important issue here.
You have a corrupt, weaponized DOJ.
You have Jack Smith, who has, it's nice to say he has a spotty prosecutorial record.
You cannot trust anything that comes out of this DOJ.
You can't even be certain that the documents they're claiming are classified secret, top secret, whatever actually are.
Because they fought for months, Chris, as I've reported and reminded people on Twitter, they fought for months the appointment of a special master, a third party.
Who would manage those hundred or so classified documents that they stole, or they took along with 13,000 other things they stole out of Mar-a-Lago last August, the FBI.
They thought that tooth and nail.
They did not want a third party to see the materials that they claimed were classified.
We probably will never see them.
But the idea that now they've drilled this down to 31 documents they say are classified, use those to justify espionage charges against Donald Trump, then conspiracy to obstruct with what I believe is weak evidence.
You also have to take into consider Donald Trump and how he talks and runs his mouth and things that he says and does.
But the point is, an indictment against a president better be really major.
And that's just not what this is.
And of course, we have plenty of examples of people getting away with harboring classified documents in unsecure locations for years, like Joe Biden in his garage while his crackhead son is living there.
So this is a dark day for a lot of reasons, but shame on Merrick Garland and Jack Smith for doing this to the country on such a flimsy case that they have announced today.
I saw you tweeting today, Julie Kelly, Senior Contributor, American Greatness.
My name is Chris Stegall, by the way, and for Dr. Gorka today.
I saw you tweeting about Judge Cannon.
What is her role here?
What happened there today?
And remind folks of Judge Cannon, if people don't remember.
Sure.
So Judge Aileen Cannon, she's a Trump-appointed judge.
Trump filed a lawsuit two weeks after the Mar-a-Lago raid, and he was seeking this special master, this third party.
Judge Aileen Cannon, who has more guts than most federal judges combined, authorized the appointment of a special master.
And in her orders, Chris, last September, she basically called the DOJ out saying just because you present evidence in a court doesn't mean that I necessarily have to believe it.
That's her role, of course, as a judge is to be, you know, is to scrutinize what the government puts before her.
And she also condemned the DOJ for all of their leaks.
And they had to admit that yes, leaks are happening out of this investigation already.
So she basically told the DOJ, I don't trust you.
And I don't trust you to handle these alleged classified documents responsibly, so I am going to appoint a special master."
So this is what went back and forth for months.
Unfortunately, her decision was overturned on appeal.
Anyway, the big announcement today is that it looks like Judge Cannon, at least initially, will handle this classified document indictment.
And probably, I'm assuming, handle the arraignment on Tuesday.
So this has the left, the Democrats, the media, you know, up in arms that a Trump-appointed judge who ruled in his favor.
How dare you?
If you're a federal judge, you are never supposed to rule in favor of Donald Trump.
They are absolutely up in arms that this case is going to her, at least for now.

The Doctor is in America first with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel.
you Welcome back to America First with me, Sebastian Gawker.
You've heard it before.
There are known unknowns and unknown unknowns.
And then there's Chris DeGaulle, Philadelphia's AM 990, The Answer.
And we're delighted to have him with us today.
Well, Seb, thank you.
I'm delighted to be here.
It's a heavy day.
It's a difficult day for a lot of us out there who value, you know, 230 plus years of tradition in this country where we have elections and You know, I I was thinking as I as I was getting ready for this show today I was thinking about James Comey You think why where does that come from Stigall because I remember Let me take you back to January.
Sorry.
I think it was July July 5th of 2016 It was the year of Donald Trump versus Hillary Clinton.
And if you remember that, I do, because in fact, I even remember where I was.
I remember that I was sitting in my car, listening to the radio, waiting to pick up some family from the airport.
And James Comey was going to hold a press conference at about high noon to let us know what they'd found in the Hillary Clinton It was about a 15-minute press conference, and what James Comey said during that press conference, I so vividly remember thinking to myself, they're going to indict her.
They're actually going to charge her with something criminal.
Comey is going to refer criminal charges here.
He laid it out.
It's worth going back and listening to, by the way.
You really should.
I recommend that you do.
It's just 15 minutes.
Go back and listen to what James Comey said about what they found on Hillary Clinton.
And while, yes, I know, he ultimately concludes, intent, intent, intent.
It was all about intent.
And in fact, he said, no logical, no reasonable, no decent prosecutor could ever Because of intent.
There was no intent there.
He laid out, in no uncertain circumstances, that the woman maintained a private server she shouldn't have had, and everybody knew she had it, communicated regularly on that thing, at a very high level, top secret information, many cases, communicating and sending email and correspondence on that thing, using that system while abroad, in hostile territory.
Meaning highly compromisable, highly corruptible.
Foreign actors, hostile agents could get access to it.
James Comey laid all this out.
He laid out that they had clearly deleted and destroyed lots and lots and lots of government materials that weren't hers to delete.
She deleted them anyway, and they knew it.
She knew she shouldn't have had a server.
She knew she shouldn't have kept it.
She knew she shouldn't have been corresponding.
She should have known and did know about the highly sensitive materials she was peddling.
He lays all this out and then he says, but at the end of the day...
No reasonable person could conclude that there was intent there and so we're recommending to DOJ we here at the FBI have concluded no charges should be brought and plus this is just so important and it's high profile and she's a political candidate and we just and listen I had some people say to me Chris elections are the ultimate justice Sometimes when there's not a definition of a textbook crime, even though I think James Comey laid out a crime, but nevertheless, elections are the ultimate remedy to this stuff, a friend of mine said.
Didn't sit well with me, but you remember the chants during Donald Trump's campaign of 2016?
Lock her up!
Lock her up!
Remember?
What did Donald Trump do when he got to the White House about Hillary Clinton?
What'd he do?
Answer?
The right thing.
Frustrating, though it may be to you and me, he did the right thing.
He did what every president before him did and has done.
He didn't do this grotesque abuse of power simply because he could.
He said, the people have spoken.
I won.
I don't need to pursue this any further.
And he moved on.
And he went about the business of the American people.
He won an election and he went about the business of making America great again.
And he was wildly successful until COVID derailed it.
Wildly successful by every objective metric.
He was a successful president.
And for this... For this he was twice impeached and framed.
Accused of colluding with Russia to win an election.
Spied upon.
His home raided.
Framed for some 30-year-old rape allegation from some crackpot lunatic on cable news.
Now indicted by the federal government today.
All for what?
The crime of what exactly?
For running for president, winning, daring to win, beat Hillary Clinton, and turn the tide of peace and security and strength?
Making our adversaries pay.
Making our allies pay their fair share.
These are the crimes for which he's guilty?
This is why they hate him?
Well yeah, globalists do.
He really busted up their racket.
So they saw to it.
They weren't gonna let him win a second go-around.
You know election 2020.
I don't need to relitigate that here.
But when he had the audacity to say, I'm going to run again.
They said, we've tried to hit you with rape allegations.
We've tried to hit you with indictments over charges that have been adjudicated already and are already well beyond the statute of limitations.
And the federal government has already said, there's no, they're there.
The Manhattan DA came at you anyway.
We're still threatening to come at you from Georgia.
We're gonna hit you on these documents that we've raided from your house.
We're gonna hit you.
We're coming after you.
Do you know how easy it would have been for this man to just say... I quit.
Okay.
You got me.
I quit.
And I gotta be honest, this is where Seb and I differ a little bit.
A little bit, not much.
I mean, I have said that...
I've tried.
I really have earnestly tried on my show to defer to you, the audience, and say, however you feel about these candidates in the Republican race is how you feel.
I'm not going to try to talk you into or out of Donald Trump.
If you're of the belief that Trump can't win anymore, he's damaged goods, we need a new direction, it's got to be DeSantis, I said, fine.
If that's the way you feel, I'm not talking you out of it.
It's not the way I necessarily feel, but I said, whoever the Republican nominee wins the day, whoever's left standing, I support that person.
Enthusiastically.
Can't have this husk.
Can't have this criminal reprobate family.
Not four more years.
We can't take it.
The country can't take it.
So I'll support the Republican nominee.
Seb has been firm from day one.
It's Trump and it's only Trump.
It's got to be only Trump and nobody should challenge him.
Stand down, stand in line and get behind Trump.
I tried for a while.
To play the game of indifference.
Well, however it shakes out, it shakes out.
I can't do it anymore.
I can't.
This event has officially shoved me.
squarely behind Donald Trump's candidacy and I can't deny it and I can't mislead my audience in Philadelphia or my podcast audience or this audience.
I can't pretend and it's not the fault of Ron DeSantis or Mike Pence or Nikki Haley or Vivek Ramaswamy or Tim Scott.
Fine people.
It's not their fault.
They didn't do anything wrong.
They just can't win my support right now.
They can't because I can't look at a guy like Donald Trump, I can't look at his candidacy, I can't imagine twice impeached, home-raided, framed for rape, indicted over some specious, ridiculous thing that's already been completely vetted by the Federal Elections Commission and dropped.
Coming at him soon in Georgia, hitting him today for documents that he totally has the right to possess as President of the United States.
Bang, bang, bang, hit after hit after hit after hit, and yet the guy keeps getting up every day, putting on his tie, and going to war, and saying, I'm running.
I want to be the President again.
I want to finish my job.
And I say to myself, if that guy, who doesn't need the gig, Who's a billionaire who could just stay retired and golf in Mar-a-Lago, and as Rachel Maddow admitted, if he'd just shut up and go away and quit trying to run for president, they'd leave him alone.
Yet he won't.
So who am I, I say to myself, if I'm going to be completely honest, who am I to bail on the guy?
Who am I to say, ah, he can't win?
Who am I to say, ah, well, it's time to move on.
Look, I may be dissent.
Look, his better days are behind him now.
And as I've said, that may not be sound political strategy, maybe that's pure emotion.
But it's how I feel.
I can't not stand with a man that has put up this much of his own personal life, who's had his entire family's life flipped upside down, raided, maligned, just to try to improve the country?
That I would bail on him and go, eh, man, I think the governor from Florida might be a better option now.
I'm not knocking him.
I just, I can't bail on Donald Trump and I'm not going to.
This is America First.
I'm Chris Tigall and for CEB Today.
You You
The This is Second Amendment Friday on America First with Dr. G. Every day that America is the freest nation on earth, we can thank God for that.
We remain free because of the right to keep and bear arms.

I know Seb does.
I'm very familiar with them.
I'll be looking into it at car.com.
You should, too.

All right, listen, the number here, I'm Chris Stegall in for Seb today, and I know there's a lot people have on their minds, so I want to get right to you at 833-33-GORKA.
We expect at some point, though we're not entirely sure when, and certainly we understand we've got to be flexible because Trump's legal team, I'm certain, is very, very busy.
Alina Haba is, we believe, scheduled to be with us today.
Not sure, we're hopeful, but again, we understand.
Priorities here.
So may well be that she's huddling with the former president as we speak.
If we get her, we will bring her to you.
In the meantime, to the phones we go on America First.
Again, my name's Chris, in for Seb, and let's go out to Arizona.
Talk to Tom about it.
Tom, I'm sure glad you called America First.
Welcome in.
Hey, Chris.
Thanks for having me on.
Yes, sir.
So what I wanted to say is we elected the Republicans to the House in the midterm election.
I think primarily to impeach Biden.
He is a nut.
He's sending us toward war with potentially Russia.
He screwed up the economy.
How much of a mess is this guy going to make before the House impeaches him?
And it doesn't matter if he is convicted in the Senate.
It will send a message to him and his administration to back off like what happened with Bill Clinton and his gun-grabbing wife a few years back.
He was impeached, not convicted, but they clipped his wings.
And that's what Biden needs.
Please do it now for the sake of the American people.
Not what is politically expedient, timed and everything just right for the Republicans.
Impeach that guy!
And get him out of there!
Alright, Tom.
A lot of people wondering why, what is it that's taking so long for the House to move here.
I get that question maybe more than any other.
What are we at now?
222 Republicans, 212 Democrats?
All it takes is 218 to impeach 222 Republicans at present.
If you don't have a vote to impeach Joe Biden, one can imagine then, I'm sorry to admit, Kevin McCarthy probably doesn't have the votes to do it, or the will to do it.
I guess you can decide.
I don't know.
Look, if this If this is true, I mean, if what they're saying this document has in it is true, and again, I say people like Nancy Mace, a never-Trumper from South Carolina, is out there saying this is bombshell stuff.
I mean, the Republicans in this oversight committee that have seen this document, they've been all over cable news talking about what unbelievable evidence they have that the Bidens have been peddling money or peddling influence for big money and then laundering it through Who knows how many family bank accounts?
And they have evidence of it.
So yeah, one has to ask, when will Republicans act here and change the narrative?
Any coincidence that this Trump indictment and we're wall to wall Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, an indictment.
All right.
Tell you what, speaking of, I was just mentioning her a little while ago on a very, very busy day.
We're grateful that she was able to make time.
Alina Haba is with us, part of Trump's legal team.
Alina, thanks a lot for your time.
I'm sure it's a very, very busy day.
Thanks for joining us here on America First.
I'm Chris, in for Seb today, by the way.
Welcome in.
Hey, how are you?
Thank you for coming.
You bet.
I guess I'll just kind of open the floor to you because I mean there are a
thousand things I could ask but I'm just kind of generally curious your thoughts
at this hour.
Alina I'm sorry We're having a rough connection here.
I don't know if we're able, can we, I don't, let's see.
Do we have a, do we have time to reset here or no?
Should we take a break and come back with Alina or no?
What say you guys?
You want to try to reset or take a break and come back?
Okay, she's back.
Let's try it again, Alina.
I'm sorry about that.
We'll reset and I'll ask what's on your mind today.
Well, what's on my mind today?
Well, I'm planning my next vacation.
You know, I mean, you look at all of it.
I just always want to say and remind people that this is an indictment is effectively one side of the story.
So you get what they cherry pick as the strongest arguments that they can make.
They put those forward and the defense, in this case, Donald Trump's team, wouldn't be able to give a defense before this indictment is drafted.
So whenever people are reading it, I always want to give the non-lawyer version of what we're looking at here.
We're looking at people that have, you know, first of all, look at who the prosecutor is.
We have Jack Smith who's doing it.
Jack Smith was part of the Obama administration.
He is a Trump hater.
I mean, truly, through and through.
And he put together a story that is one-sided.
And now we get to show defense and show what the truth is and what President Trump's truth is.
Is there anything to, people, Fox News, I mean, I'm going to be honest with you, I've been watching Fox this afternoon and it just seems like so many of those folks are just, they're all in on the hysterics of the size and scope and it reads like a book and they're just, oh, this is so heavy and it's 37 counts and oh, I mean, they seem just almost orgasmic that this is really his Waterloo.
So how are people to interpret this, Alina?
That it's media, right?
Media is about getting ratings and the more hysteria you get, the better.
Obviously, President Trump is good for ratings because Fox for a while didn't want to talk
about him and they can't stop talking about him and it is what it is, you know.
You got to remember the angle.
Everybody's got an angle.
And at the end of the day, let's hope we get a decent, fair legal system in South Florida
and the lawyers on the case will do what they need to do and put up a defense and explain
how the president has the absolute authority and the only person that has the absolute
declassification authority.
And then that kind of just makes everything else crumble, right?
So when you remember that, it kind of takes the hysteria out of it and puts everything into perspective.
Rachel Maddow said last night on MSNBC, we played it earlier, she said, gosh, you got to kind of wonder if maybe, you think maybe Jack Smith might, maybe it's political and maybe he says to Trump, let's, how about you just stop running for president and we'll drop this whole thing, was tantamount to what she said.
I mean, that just shows you what they're all about, really, right?
I think so.
I think that if you look at this and kind of zoom out, right, in a large picture, This was the week that the bribery scheme came out about the Bidens, right?
So that comes out and we hear that there's this alleged bribery scheme and $5 million was paid, and that's with foreign officials, foreign dignitaries, whatever it is, for basically access.
So, all of a sudden, what do we do?
Trump indictment, number 700, you know?
Alina Haba, I don't know if you have time.
If you do, I would love for you to hang.
If you don't, I understand because you're busy.
But I've got to run to break very quickly.
Alina Haba, a Trump attorney with us.

Dan, I'm glad you called.
I'm Chris, in for Seb today.
Welcome to America First.
Hi, Chris.
So, WesternJournal.com reported earlier today that President Trump got Eileen Cannon, U.S.
District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, To oversee this case against President Trump, which is obviously great news for him if anybody knows, you know, that President Trump appointed her.
So my question is, is she the only person who might, I mean, I don't think she would want to, but I mean, I'll say it this way, I mean, or ask it this way, can anybody else besides her, like, force her to recuse herself similar to, like, the way a judge might recuse A potential juror from being on a jury?
I don't think so.
I could be wrong about that, but I think it would be up to her to recuse herself.
So I think the answer is no, but I could be wrong on that.
Okay.
Well, that was my question.
Thank you.
Well, if I hear otherwise, I'll correct myself.
Maybe if there's a legal beagle out there who knows better than me, and Lord knows there is, feel free.
You know, I wouldn't want her to recuse herself, I don't think.
833-33-GORKA is the number.
Let's go to Greg in Pittsburgh.
Greg, I'm glad you called America first.
Hello.
Sorry, I'm not sure.
Sorry about that, guys.
Let's try Dale.
Is Dale in California?
Dale, I'm sorry about that.
Welcome.
Hi, Chris.
And as a graduate of the Advanced Conservative Studies group with Rush Limbaugh, I've been kicking around trying to figure out what is the difference between communism and fascism?
And I'm trying to, that's why I'm calling, maybe get your help on it.
So fascism is when you have Governments in league with industry running the economy, correct?
That's right.
With still the appearance of the private sector in charge, but government laying on them heavily from behind the scenes.
Puppet masters, if you will, yeah.
Right.
And communism is when the government controls every aspect of industry.
Yes.
Okay.
I slogged through Mark Levin's book, American Fascism.
It's a good book, but it's a tough read.
And The Devil and Karl Marx, I think, is a must-read by Paul Kingor.
And I totally get that there are Marxists taking over our institutions, there are communist front groups that have been unleashed on our country—BLM, Antifa, You know, yada, yada, yada.
You know, and this LGBTQ stuff is all communist front groups as well.
So, but our government is in league with industry to take the American, take America down literally, and take the opposition down to their takeover.
Isn't that fascism?
And isn't that what they've been calling us since You know, like January 1st, 2016.
Yeah, of course.
No, you're exactly right.
You've defined it well.
They are by very definition fashion.
I mean, when you hear, I'm sure you guys played it here, I'm sure Seb played the clip of Larry Fink this week, the Black Rock.
CEO, as they're all lamenting that change is not happening fast enough to their cultural liking, their wokeness isn't happening fast enough in corporate America.
And he was bragging about how we got to press companies for speed and we got to press companies to all think alike together at once.
Yeah, you're exactly right.
That's where we are.
All the while, they point at us and scream, you fascists, for opposing them.
It's gaslighting.
Dale, thank you.
I appreciate the call.
How about you?
Come on in.

John Christagall in for Seb today.
It's a pleasure to talk with you.
you. Welcome in. Hi, John, have I got you?
Bye.
Yeah, I'm right here.
Can't you hear me?
I hear you fine.
Okay, just a bit of a delay, John Lott.
Good to talk to you again.
Listen, Gavin Newsom, as if we need an excuse to talk about a crazy person, Gavin Newsom, he's never at a loss for creative new ways to assail the Constitution.
Talk to me about what's going on in California.
What's he got cooking now for our guns?
Right.
Well, I mean, it's kind of strange that people would be looking to California of all places for advice on crime.
I mean, if you look at mass public shootings, California has Not only do they have the strictest gun control laws in the country, but they've had, for many years, one of the very highest mass public shooting rates per capita.
I mean, obviously, they have more people that live in California, but even once you adjust for population, they're way up there.
Whether you look at the data from 2000 on or 2010 on or 2020 on, California is way above the average for the rest of the United States, and it's well above States like Texas and Florida, they get demonized all the
time by the media.
But I guess he wants to make the rest of the country like California, and he's realized
that there's something called the Second Amendment to the Constitution, which is preventing him
from imposing a lot of the gun control laws that he wants.
And so what he's proposed yesterday was to come out with a new 28th Amendment to the Constitution that would allow them to go and impose four different types of gun control laws, raising the age to be able to own or purchase a gun to 21, Mandating background checks on the private transfers of guns, instituting waiting periods for all gun purchases, and banning so-called assault weapons.
It's not like I believe this is going to go anyplace, because the Democrats only control 17 of the states, and they need 38 states to ratify this.
amendment before it would go into effect.
And I don't think they have two thirds of the votes in the House and the Senate to do it.
But the problem is, I think they believe, and the media's kind of helped on this,
make these seem like reasonable regulations.
I'd give you, just go through the first one, for example.
Raising the age of 21, the big argument that they have there
is that 18, 19, and 20 year olds disproportionately commit crime at relatively high rates.
And that's true.
But the problem is, is that if you're banning the purchase of guns, banning the legal purchase of guns, you're talking about people right now who can go and pass a background check will no longer be allowed to go and buy guns.
90% of murderers in the United States have adult violent criminal records.
You know, these aren't people that can legally go and buy guns anyway.
So banning people in that age group to buy guns isn't going to make any difference for them.
And what you find is that people in that age group now who legally go through and pass a background check, Actually have very low crime rates.
In fact, their crime rate is actually slightly below any type of firearms crimes, for example, is a little bit below the firearm crime rate for people who are above 21 who are able to pass background checks.
You know, John, I when I think about and I want to get back to the specifics of this in a minute, but you and I have not talked about this.
So it's an old it's an old story.
But it haunts me to this day when I think about guys like Joe Biden giving that fiery speech in front of Independence Hall, banging his fists and screaming and yelling.
One of the things he said that has always stuck with me as such a provocation.
Was when he said, hey, you people out there with your gun, you talk about your guns and you take on the government, well, you're going to need an F-16.
It was so, like, it's always stuck with me and nobody made as big a deal about it as maybe I do, but it just seemed to me like it was almost a taunt.
Is that the way you took that?
Right.
I mean, Biden said all sorts of strange comments, you know, like for example, saying that when the country was founded, People weren't allowed to own cannons and things like that.
And I don't know what country he knows the history about.
But people even today own cannons in parts of the United States.
I don't know any crimes that have been committed with cannons.
You know, there may be one someplace that has been that I've missed.
But it's just this attitude.
It was almost this dare, John, to me.
It sounded to me like almost this dare.
You think you're stronger than us?
We have jets.
That's the way I took that.
You?
Well, I mean, he has a certain view on the world.
I mean, I guess it's either his way or the highway and people who disagree with him are, you know, somehow evil type of people.
You know, he's hardly kind of gone out of his way to kind of bring the country together to bridge the divide.
And, you know, this is just an example of it.
You know, taunting is probably the best way to put it.
He wants To put people who disagree with him on the defensive.
John Lott, it is always a pleasure to get reacquainted.
It's been a while since you and I have talked, but I know you're a regular here on America First, and I'm grateful to talk with you, my friend.

Glad to have you here on America First.
Back to the phones we go in Los Angeles.
It's Brent.
Hey, Brent.
Good to talk to you.
Blessings to you, Chris.
Yes, sir.
Today, today's righteous Americans know exactly what must be done.
Every single Republican senator, congressman, governor, and mayor who is too cowardly to come out 100% to defend President Trump, our Constitution, and us in direct opposition to all deep state satanic crucifixions Must be seen as the wickedly woke, anti-God, anti-truth, anti-American, anti-Ten Commandment demons they are overtly proving themselves to be.
And no one can any longer be allowed to be this evil or this stupid without consequence.
And we must divorce ourselves from our wickedly woke friends, family members, and business associates as quickly as possible, because they are a thousand times more deadly and duplicitous than Democrat CCP COVID ever could be.
And for Jews tonight is Shabbos, and on Sunday is the Holy Sabbath for Christians.
We must intensely restudy God's Ten Commandments as if our lives depend on it, because they do.
Brent, thank you.
I appreciate that very, very much.
I have nothing to add to that.
Couldn't possibly if I wanted to.
833-33-GORKA is the number.
833-33-GORKA.
Antoinette, I don't have a ton of time in California, but it's yours if you want it.
About a minute.
Go for it.
Okay, Chris, quickly, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart that you publicly support President Trump as you are doing now, because he has taken the arrows and slings for our country because he believes in our country.
But lastly, his birthday and Flag Day is on Wednesday, June the 14th.
Tomorrow, June the 10th, in Huntington Beach, we're going to celebrate and be strong, not only for our Stars and stripes of our flag, but for President Trump, because this is an historic moment.
We got to keep a cool head and pray to our Lord to protect him, to protect us, and to give us that strength to fight on and not give up ever, ever, ever.
And thank you, Chris.
Antoinette, it's a rally.
One more time.
You're going to be in Huntington Beach.
Where exactly?
Is this like a public event?
People can come and be a part of it?
Yes, hon.
The Huntington Beach Pier.
Tomorrow from 10.30 a.m.
until 3 p.m.
We're going to bring our flags, our signs, bring your chairs, snacks, and your own water.
We're celebrating President Trump's birthday.
This is a historic moment.
And the flag of the United States of America.
Tomorrow, Huntington Beach Pier.
10.30 in the morning until 3 p.m.
tomorrow.
Be there, be square!
I love it.
I love the enthusiasm.
I love the ebullience.
That's a happy warrior right there.
Thank you, Antoinette, out there in Huntington Beach.
My name is Chris Stegall, in for Sebastian Gorka today.
Love to hear from you.
I'm kind of doing what Rush used to do on Fridays.
I'm stealing this straight from Rush.
Let's call it Open Line Friday.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA. 833-33-GORKA. This is America First.
833-33-GORKA.
The Antidote to Fake News.
America First.
Boy, they do not like this Judge Cannon.
Not even a little bit.
MSNBC, that's all they're focused in on now, is that this initial arraignment is going to happen before Judge Cannon, a Trump appointee.
And that can't stand!
No one sympathetic to Donald Trump can be involved in this whatsoever!
How you doing?
Welcome in to this Hour of America.
First, my name is Chris Stegall, in for Sebastian Gorka, who is away today.
He's doing some official business with the Salem Media family.
Mike Gallagher and our, I believe, I believe he said South Carolina.
Isn't that right, I think?
But anyway, glad to be with you today.
I'm Chris Stegall from Philadelphia.
That's where I come to you.
The AM 990 The Answer is the radio station where you can hear Dr. Gorka and all the great Salem radio hosts each and every day on AM 990 in Philadelphia.
So glad to have you along for the ride today, and you can call us anytime you want.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA if you'd like to weigh in on anything today.
I kind of decided on a day like today with Seb not here and I know a lot of you, this is not a day that necessarily you're excited to hear a guest host.
I get it because I remember being a talk radio fan and As such, I thought, well, I'd rather just listen to you anyway.
I'd rather hear what you have to say about what's going on.
So please come on in and let me know your thoughts.
As for some of the reaction to the Trump indictment, Mike Pence, the former vice president, went on, speaking of Salem Media, our colleague Hugh Hewitt's show, and had this to say in reaction to the indictment.
Take a listen.
But let me be very clear.
No one is above the law.
As you know better than most of you, handling classified materials is a very serious matter.
That was why, in my own case, after multiple disclosures at the personal residence of President Biden with documents and records dating back to when he was Vice President of the United States, I had my records examined.
We found that there were Some classified documents that have made their way back into my personal records.
We fully cooperated with the Justice Department.
I took full responsibility and I'm pleased the Justice Department concluded that investigation last week.
I found it was an innocent mistake, but it was a mistake.
Oh.
Oh.
Well, Mike Pence, the Boy Scout, made a mistake.
You see, he took classified documents, but it was by mistake.
And he's very, very glad that this above-board, beyond-reproach, pure-as-the-wind-driven-snow DOJ found him, Mike Pence, Boy Scout, innocent.
How nice for Mike Pence.
You know, I really do, on balance, like Mike Pence.
I've had calls to bump into him a couple of times, interview him a couple of times.
I think he's, on balance, a good man.
But, you know, it's just a bit much.
He's really pouring it on as thick as maple syrup, this whole, I'm the boy scout of the team here, Donald Trump endangered me and my family, I'm a lawman through and through, and this reckless... Dude, you were his vice president.
I mean, you don't get to play this.
It's just so disgusting.
Whatever.
I think everybody gets it.
Michael Beschloss, this is number three over at MSNBC.
You should really be very, very sorry that you ever elected this guy to begin with and foisted him on us.
We wouldn't be in this mess if you morons hadn't elected him to begin with.
Take a listen.
So, Michael Beschloss, let me end with you on this very historic morning, morning after, and just get your final thoughts.
What should Americans be thinking about today as they absorb this news, digest it?
They should be sorry that someone like Donald Trump became president if he is guilty of these charges.
And they should have faith in our system.
You know, the sad day would be if he did these terrible things that he's accused of and our system somehow couldn't get its act together and this guy got off scot-free or got elected again without coming to justice.
Mika Brzezinski with the Do you ever watch that show?
Poison Control ought to recommend Morning Joe, if you've ever swallowed any kind of toxic or poison material.
They should just turn on Morning Joe, because that's going to come right up.
I've never seen such a narcissistic bunch of people, and that's saying something.
For cable news personalities, they are maybe the worst.
The full wall-sized portraits, black and white vanity fair shoots of Mika in a scarf and Joe hoisting a sail.
What the hell are you doing there?
Is this a vanity fair shoot or a new show?
She sighs as she sips on her beverage.
The nerd prom king and queen, Joe and Mika, who were best friends with Trump until they weren't.
Remember the write-up that said he actually had dinner with them when he was newly elected?
Had him to the White House.
They sat around and they discussed getting married.
He said, I'll perform the wedding ceremony.
So phony.
So gross.
Anyway, 833.
That's the number.
833-33-GORKA.
Again, I'm Chris in for Sebastian today.
Let's go to Louisville and talk to Tony.
Tony, I'm glad you called America First.
Welcome in.
I was just listening, and it occurs to me, you know, as I was listening, the signers of the Declaration of Independence signed their death warrants by doing this.
Donald Trump can easily say, hey, I'll stop running, and they'll stop pursuing him.
He has demonstrated that he is a patriot and that he is a person of virtue by seeking the truth.
He has stuck to stuff.
That most people would walk away from.
And I think the real takeaway from this is that everybody is trying to convince the American people that they're the right person for the job.
They're doing it with words and he's doing it with actions.
And I think that's worth taking note of because you don't see that every day.
You don't see people, you know, putting their actions where their mouth is.
You just usually get lip service and that's all you get.
But with Donald Trump, I mean, he could easily walk away from this.
They'd leave him alone and he could have a happy life.
But he's demonstrated his patriotism by suffering and putting up with this and sticking to it to bring the truth out.
I sure feel that way, Tony.
You'll get no argument from me.
I mean, it's why I've kind of come around to saying I have no choice.
I feel honor-bound, duty-bound, if you will, until Donald Trump says, I'm out.
I quit.
I can't take it anymore.
And I wouldn't blame him if he did that either, by the way.
But until he does, I can't see my way.
To doing this kind of cute, political, calculated conversation thing that we normally do about, well, if Pence does this, or if DeSantis does that, or maybe if Tim Scott and Pence team up.
This is so far beyond the traditional world of politics that we used to always discuss on talk radio.
I find myself, for better or worse, and some people may call it emotional and ignorant and not very great strategy, but I can't deny a word you just said, and I feel very loyal.
To the man.
I really do.
Thank you, Tony, very much for calling America First.
833-33-GORKA is the number, by the way.
Hey, a quick question for you, by the way.
What could you do today with 25 bucks?
Out of curiosity.
You could pump some gas in the car, maybe, depending on how much it is where you're living.
I mean, it may not get you far.
Or, you know, get a couple of advanced movie tickets.
But that same 25 bucks, that could change a child's life for eternity.
And if you go to SebGorka.com, you can learn a lot more about this summer and every summer, a really incredible...
Fellowship, prison fellowship.
They send children of moms and dads who are serving time in prison.
They send the kids of these families to get some fresh air and some fun and some Christ-centered activities at Angel Tree Camps.
You can make an eternal difference in the lives of these kids when you support Angel Tree Camps.
It costs 200 bucks to send a deserving boy or girl to camp, but If you can't spare $200, what they do is they bundle up the gifts of $25 or $30 or $500 with other gifts from other listeners, and so every time the $200 mark is hit, another kid gets to go to Angel Tree Camp.
This is Jennifer from Angel Tree Camp, and she talks about prisoners' kids, they're hungry.
They're hungry for the good news of the gospel, and they get it there at Angel Tree Camp.
Listen.
Getting to see the kids is so encouraging.
God is at work.
Their little hearts are open, and they need hope.
And I think that's what I've heard in every story that the kids have shared, is that there is hope, and that's in Christ.
So it's life-changing.
It's easy.
It's so easy.
This allows you to change some lives today, and all you have to do is log on or make a phone call.
You're going to be very, very glad to have joined Dr. Gorka's campaign.
SebGorka.com, or click on Angel Tree Camp banner there at the website.
If that's easier for you, at SebGorka.com, you can call as well.
888-206-2794.
That's 888-206-2794 or sebgorka.com.
And that Angel Tree Camp banner is right there at the top of the page.
Thanks a lot in advance for giving.
In Pensacola, Florida, it's Glenn next.
Glenn, welcome into America First.
No, you tell you what, Glenn, hang on.
I don't want to rush you.
I don't want to rush you.
So Glenn, don't go anywhere.
We're going to take a break here.
And when we get back, more of your calls on this.
Um, I guess I'll call it a salute to rush on a dark day in the country.
We think about him a lot and what he'd be saying today.
So I'll steal from him and call this open line Friday.
I don't think Seb would mind on America First.
I think he'd be a good fit.
You've heard it before.
There are known unknowns and unknown unknowns.
And then there's Chris de Gaulle.
Philadelphia's AM 990, the answer.
And we're delighted to have him with us today.
By the way, I should tell you, if for some reason you don't know this in Philadelphia, good to be with you, Seb.
Thank you.
Seb's on the road today.
If you haven't heard about this and you happen to be anywhere in or around the Philadelphia area, on June 20th, Seb is coming to Philadelphia to join me, and we're doing a cigar night in Conchahokan, just outside of Philadelphia, at a place called the Cigar Republic.
And it's a 7.30 start.
If you'd like to attend, I don't think there... I mean, I shouldn't have even brought it up because I'm not sure there are tickets.
There may have been like a stray one or two.
We're only doing 100.
We purposely capped it at just an intimate group of 100.
It will be our first cigar smoker in Philadelphia.
Now I know Seb has done these around the country at other station locations.
We've never done one in Philadelphia.
I said I want to try one.
So our hosts again at The Cigar Republic, if you want to go or you think you can make that, again it's a Tuesday night.
It's Philadelphia area generally.
For those of you that know it, it's ContraHawkins specifically.
The Cigar Republic.
And if you want more information, you've got to go to my station's site, Seb's Philadelphia affiliate.
That's 990theanswer.com.
990theanswer.com.
And right there at the top of the page, you'll see the logo.
With Seb's mug and my mug.
Click on it and you can get yourself a ticket.
A ticket gets you a couple of cigars, you'll have a great comfortable seat, you'll have hors d'oeuvres, complimentary, and there's a cash bar there as well.
And it's going to be a great night of conversation with just, like I said, a very limited crew.
So if that's of interest to you, Tuesday night, June 20th, that's a week from Tuesday.
Maybe a couple of tickets left.
990theanswer.com.
All right.
Glenn was very patient, I think.
I hope if he was willing to hang on in Pensacola, Florida.
Didn't want to rush him on the backside of that break.
So Glenn, I welcome you into what I'm calling Open Line Friday on America First.
I'm Chris Inforcebello.
Hey, thanks for taking my call and you do a good job.
I got a question.
It's just a question.
Something I've always wondered about, you know, when Biden did the quid pro quo thing with the one and a half billion dollars withholding it from Ukraine, if they didn't stop the investigation into his son.
He was a vice president at that time.
Would he have had the authority to do that?
Wouldn't that have had to be run by Obama first?
He couldn't have just gone over there and said that he was going to do that.
And I remember he even said, yeah, if you don't believe me, call.
So I've always wondered.
I've never heard anybody address that.
I think it's a great question, Glenn.
First of all, do you doubt, I'm just asking rhetorically, I don't care how you answer, but do you doubt that Barack Obama is still very much hands on the wheel in this White House?
No, I'm in the camp that thinks he's behind it all.
Yeah, I'm one of them.
I've struggled with this question myself.
Hillary Clinton's illegal server, for instance, the claim is that he didn't know much about it or he didn't sanction her or when he found out she was operating an illegal server he told her to knock it off and she didn't.
I never thought, my personal opinion is, Barack Obama has never had any time for the Clintons or the Bidens.
I've always thought the Clintons and the Bidens to be the low-rent Obamas, and by that I mean, while the Obamas are likely as corrupt and certainly every bit as Marxist and destructive, The Clintons and the Bidens are old, hillbilly, white Democrats.
And they can't get away with what Obama gets away with by just showing up and being historic and cool.
Obama can collect all the checks and make all the money and sell all the books, Netflix and all that stuff.
The Obamas don't have to grift the way the Clintons and the Bidens do.
You know what I mean?
And so I've often thought to myself that Obama used them.
Because he understood their usefulness in the Democrat party, but always couldn't stand them, and frankly knew they were dirty.
And I've often kind of wondered if Obama wasn't secretly perfectly comfortable to let Hillary twist in the wind.
And similarly with this Biden thing, it wouldn't surprise me if when this is all said and done, Biden doesn't make it out of this bribery thing.
It wouldn't surprise me if next year there's a Democrat nominee that's not named Biden.
Sincerely, I mean that.
You think that's nuts?
Or plausible?
No, I totally agree with that.
But my thing is, I've never heard anybody ask Obama that.
Hey, did you authorize him to go over there and make that threat?
Because that was a threat.
That was a questionable threat.
Isn't it strange how quiet Obama is about everything?
That we never hear about Obama saying much of anything about anything.
Ever.
He's never asked.
Isn't it interesting?
It's criminal.
Yeah.
Well, he's busy.
You can't ask a guy who's as busy as he is with his hands and everything.
Glenn, thank you.
It's a great question.
Obama does not get talked about.
You're exactly right.
And he should.
He deserves all kinds of scrutiny.
But I really do instinctively believe, and I can't prove it, but I, boy, one of the most damning images that has come out of this Biden presidency, I'll never forget it.
Remember last year when he, or maybe it was early this, I don't remember exactly the time of it, he came to the White House.
What was the big return to the White House for Obama?
It was the anniversary of Obamacare, I think.
And Obama came back and Biden had this big event in the East Room, I think it was, Cackle Bridges, the Vice President was there, Kamala.
Did you see the video of that after the event was over?
Obama went down there and started shaking hands and slapping backs and high-fiving and he's pointing and he's smiling and the whole room's gathered around him.
Gaggles of people just...
flocked around Obama. Oh, oh! And right at his side is Kamala Harris and she's, oh,
oh, Mr. President, have you met the Wilsons, Mr. President?
You remember the ambassador, blah blah blah? And so she's standing at his
side almost like she's the First Lady, Kamala and Obama there. And they're being
greeted by the throngs of people. And then the old husk, old husk Biden, comes up,
hey Barack!
Barack!
Hey!
Have you seen this video?
It's stunning.
It's absolutely stunning.
He comes up and he starts tapping on Obama's shoulder, trying to get his attention.
Barack!
And you can see him saying it.
Barack!
Kamala Harris, his vice president, turns around, sees it's him, and then turns her back on him.
Turns your back!
It's everywhere.
You can go find this video.
I forget what it's labeled exactly, but I think it is the anniversary of Obamacare.
It's when he was wandering around all by himself.
Sad.
No one wanted to talk to him.
Nobody wanted to be near him.
Because everybody in the room knew he wasn't running a damn thing.
The real boss was back in the house.
In the front of the house.
And they wanted to mingle.
And they wanted to touch the one.
It was a remarkable scene.
He's tugging on him, poking his shoulder.
Barack!
Hey!
Barack, a minute!
And Obama, it was as though he didn't, and maybe he didn't, I don't know, he's so frail, maybe it felt like a gust of wind or something, but Obama didn't even acknowledge he was being tapped on the shoulder.
It was the most emasculating, humiliating thing I've ever seen for a grown man, Joe Biden.
I mean, beyond the falling up the stairs and blaming the wind, which is also really a thing that happened to this husk, this shell of a human being.
Or falling off a bike standing still, which is a thing.
Or tripping in front of Air Force cadets and blaming a sandbag attack, which is also a thing.
I could do this for an entire show.
He's a sad, frail husk who's not running anything, and I think that Barack Obama found him useful.
I mean, I'm reminded that this entire Ukraine phone call thing, that they impeached Trump over the first time.
Remember they said that Trump was out to sully the reputation of his potential political rival?
Biden hadn't even decided to run at that point.
But they decided that Trump digging around on the Biden's business in Ukraine was trying to take out a future political opponent.
They decided it was going to be Biden.
He's a husk.
He's a useful moron.
This is America First.
Thank you for watching and don't forget to subscribe to my channel!
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first.
The great one, Mark Levin, he has been brilliant on this and fired up.
I must say, his reaction last night on Fox to this, if you didn't see it, he was about to come out of his skin.
This is cut five.
Mark Levin last night on Fox reacting to the indictment.
You want to talk about an insurrection?
This is an insurrection!
And that's exactly what's going on here.
Let me go on.
Joe Biden is the crookedest crook that's ever been in the Oval Office.
Everywhere we look, there's a predicate for a special counsel.
They won't appoint a special counsel.
Even though it's compelled under the law in which they appointed this special counsel.
And you're not supposed to appoint a special counsel against your political opponent.
You're supposed to appoint one in the case of Biden.
20 shell corporations.
$10 million coming from the Communist Chinese military.
Spread out among the family.
No businesses to support this.
Endless meetings!
Endless meetings with Hunter Biden's business partners!
Bob Olinsky, who ties Joe Biden to the crimes!
Mr. Big!
Mr. 10%!
And what does Biden say?
Well then, where's the money?
He's asking us!
Come and catch me if you can!
Yep, that's exactly right.
Biden at his press conference, the last thing he said yesterday was, I'm innocent.
I'm innocent.
I'm not a crook.
We've heard that before.
I'm innocent.
Yeah.
If you have to say it, no you're not.
By the way, Levin tweeted today, he said, my first take on this indictment, when an indictment is released, As in the case of President Trump, it presents a completely one-sided story developed by the prosecutor.
Witnesses are not represented by attorneys.
There is no opportunity for cross-examination, no opportunity for presenting exculpatory information.
It's not a trial jury.
The indictment appears to me to be a piling on, which explains why the prosecution brought in as many witnesses and documents as possible.
Cherry-picking information, etc.
Now, nobody is present to deal with these charges in the media.
For example, why is it assumed in some instances that the movement of some boxes was for the purpose of concealment?
It's a great question.
Levin says, remember virtually none of this would be an issue but for the original decision by the Biden White House and DOJ to turn this into a criminal case.
Most of what is claimed in these charges flow from that decision.
And attorney-client privilege was circumvented in at least one instance, I would argue, which will be a basis for challenge among other things.
If any of the alleged evidence is based on violations of privilege, due process, etc., it would result in the prosecution having to figure out what parts of that information was used to poison other witnesses or the presentation of information to the grand jury.
Now, they're trashing the federal judge in Miami, in the arraignment, that Cannon.
Remember, we've talked about her, Judge Cannon.
They're trashing her, a Trump appointee.
The judges handling all motions respecting the grand jury were Obama appointees, and that didn't draw the criticism of these same critics, of course.
That is the commentary on Twitter today from Mark Levin.
So what do you say?
833-33-GORKA.
My name's Chris Stegall, in for Dr. G today, who is on assignment at an affiliate in the South with, I believe, Mike Gallagher.
By the way, Cigar Night 2023 in Philadelphia with Sebastian Gorka and me.
It's Tuesday, June 20th.
I was just informed there are exactly six tickets left.
So if you are in the Philadelphia area, that's all there's left.
Six.
So, three pairs.
This is a great Father's Day gift.
In and around the Philadelphia area, you want to join me and Seb.
Just a hundred of us are getting in the Cigar Republic Tuesday night, June 20th.
Go to 990theanswer.com and we will see you there.
All right.
To the phones in Pensacola, it's Marshall.
Marshall, I'm glad you called.
Chris in for Seb today.
Hi.
Hey, Chris.
Appreciate you taking my call.
Yes, sir.
The only way I could love Donald Trump any more than I do right now is if he would adopt me and I could call him daddy.
Well, you're sold then.
I would love, I would love to see him when he gets indicted for him to walk in there saying, I'm not suicidal.
I'm not suicidal.
And maybe for an added trick, he could have the invisible handcuffs that have caught.
I'm going to take more phone calls on this tribute to Rush Day while I'm filling in for Dr. G. Open line Friday on America First.
Come on in.

Heh heh heh heh.
Heh heh heh.
You'll have to go to my podcast.
I have a story to tell you.
I can't tell it here, but if you go to the Chris Stegall Show podcast, I have a very funny story today.
I talk extensively, of course, about the indictment.
But I also have an absolutely amazing story to share that happened to me this week as a host of a radio show.
I won't take the time to do it here because I want to get back to the phones, but I promise you, you'll want to hear it.
It's maybe the funniest thing that's ever happened to me in my professional career, and they happen to be talking about it right now on The Five.
I'll just leave it at that, and if you want to know what I'm talking about, run over to the Chris Stigall Show podcast, C-H-R-I-S-S-T-I-G-A-L-L, and check it out.
I'm in for Seb today, glad to be here.
Listen, I have a question for you quickly, then back to the phones.
25 bucks.
What could you do with $25, huh?
Put some gas in the car?
Not much, unfortunately, thanks to Biden keeping prices artificially higher than they need to be.
Maybe get a couple of advanced movie tickets?
Look, you know, with $25, you could really do something big.
You could literally change a child's life for eternity.
SebGorka.com.
SebGorka.com is where you can go to read more about what I'm talking about here, because every summer, with the generous help from listeners just like you, Prison Fellowship sends children with a mom or a dad in prison to the fresh air and the fun and a Christ-centered Activity space called Angel Tree Camp.
Now you can make an eternal difference in the lives of these kids when you support Angel Tree Camp.
It's just 200 bucks per trip for these kids, and they'll send a deserving boy or girl if they raise that 200 bucks.
If you can't spare the 200, they'll bundle up the gifts of 25 bucks or 30 bucks.
With gifts from other listeners, too.
And every time they hit that $200 mark, another kid gets a chance to get to the Angel Tree Camp.
Jennifer from Angel Tree tells us all about this, that these kids, prisoners' kids, they're hungry for good news, the gospel.
They need to receive it.
Here's Jennifer.
Getting to see the kids is so encouraging.
God is at work.
Their little hearts are open, and they need hope.
And I think that's what I've heard in every story that the kids have shared, is that there is hope, and that's in Christ.
So it's life-changing.
Look, you're going to be glad you joined Dr. Gorka's campaign.
Just go to SebGorka.com, click on the Angel Tree Camp banner, or you can call the special donation number that they've set up for this, 888-206-2794.
888-206-2794. That's 888-206-2794 or again go to sebgorka.com.
Click on the Angel Tree Camp banner and in advance, he, we, thank you.
All right, triple, no, sorry, 833, that's the Angel Tree.
Or Angel Camp, but number 83333.
I got a lot of phone numbers here.
How do you guys keep them straight?
833-33-GORKA is our telephone number if you'd like to get in here today.
Back to the phones, we go.
Everybody's been very patient.
How about North Carolina?
Is Errol still with us?
Hey, Errol, welcome in.
Hi, how are you doing?
Great, thanks.
How are you?
Oh, man.
I'm blessed and highly favored.
Thanks for taking my call.
You know, I'm a disabled vet and I did my time.
I was three tours in the Gulf back in 90, 91 and came home with less parts than I went with.
But let me tell you something.
What I see going on here.
Oh, my goodness.
I just want to say so much.
I don't know where to even start.
Just just it's like you could take their playbook, right?
is, what do you think of this?
Okay, if they're going to accuse Donald Trump of something, it doesn't matter which one of them did it.
On the Democratic side, they're just taking what they did and flopping it right over on them.
As another host says, the old dipsy do flip a rule, they take what they do and they throw it on Trump.
Well, first of all, I thank you for your service.
How does this make you feel, ultimately?
Are you optimistic?
Are you pessimistic?
I mean, somebody that has given what you've given to the country.
I've seen some clips, you know, as we commemorated D-Day this week.
I've seen some of the older, the oldest heroes amongst us who are still living.
There aren't many left.
I've seen some pretty emotional testimony from some of those guys who feel like, gosh, what was it all for?
I don't know.
Do you ever feel that way?
I do.
I do.
I feel that way quite a bit.
I want to know what more can I do?
How can I get involved?
What can I do?
How can I be a voice?
How can I be an assistance coach?
I know Donald Trump's got me completely, just like the other guy.
I'd be his brother if Donald Trump would call me son.
And I just...
Well listen, I'll say this.
I mean, you've done plenty.
You've done the most, frankly.
So it's hard for me to say that you should do much of anything, frankly.
But I often tell people that it can feel very overwhelming and dispiriting and deflating, I think.
And I appreciate the call, Errol, very much.
Thanks for your service.
I think Seb would say the same thing.
I think he has said as much.
Just like his wife's done, my wife's done the same thing.
You get involved in your local elections.
You get involved in your local county elections, your school board elections.
Make sure, protect your houses of worship for heaven's sakes.
If I could just implore you, to do something.
If you're a spiritual person, if you attend a house of worship with regularity, guard it.
Guard it ferociously.
Keep watch for false teachers.
Keep watch for woke progressivism tearing away at the fabric of your community, your schools, your churches.
You know, in places where the school may already be lost, there are too many options available to you now.
There are great school choice options in many states now, not enough, but there are options to start new schools.
I think, in my view, and this is, if you really want my 30,000 foot view, we save the schools.
We save the kids.
We take kids out of these Ratsnests of indoctrination camps called public schools.
And we stop with this binary choice of, well, if we don't send our kid on the bus to the public school, then we got to put them in the $100,000 a year private school that costs like it's Hogwarts.
No, that's not true.
I would say to anybody listening, if you have a kid in a public school that's failing you and you say, well, I don't know.
I just can't.
It's too expensive.
Look deeper.
Look further into it.
Call up a private school.
Call up a Christian school and say, do you have help available?
I can't afford tuition, but do you have assistance?
Or maybe look into starting your own homeschool pod with other parents who might want to do it.
There are a lot of people that do.
In fact, I would recommend to you the Herzog Foundation.
Look up the Herzog Foundation if you want guidance on how to start your own private Christian school.
This foundation, 501c3, exists to do just that.
That's how we save the country.
We've got to change the direction of what our kids are learning about it.
That's what I believe.

Chris Stegall in for Seb today on America First.
Welcome to America First.
you you
America first Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Been a lot of fun to be with you today.
My name's Chris Stegall, in for Seb.
Headed back to Philadelphia next week, and I hope if you're in or around or near the Philadelphia area on, what is that, Tuesday night, a week from Tuesday the 20th, Seb's coming to Philly.
We'll be together at the Cigar Republic in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
And there might still be a couple of tickets.
I don't know.
They may be gone now, but there might be a ticket or two left if you want to join us for Cigar Night.
It's just a quiet little night of about a hundred of us.
You can go to my radio station, which is a proud Sebastian Gorka affiliate in Philadelphia.
99totheanswer.com.
Snag your tickets.
I hope to see you.
I'd love to shake your hand and meet you in person if you're in the area.
All right.
We'll see you there.
Mike's in Detroit on America First.
Mike, real pleasure.
Welcome in.
Oh yeah, thank you.
These indictments are just proving President Trump's points.
To his great credit, he exposed the Democratic Party for who and what they've become, which was shocking to me in a sense.
And this, you know, this really reinforces, aside from anything else, this proves President Trump to be the right person on point.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, he's the right person that can deal with this.
Mike, thank you.
Vincent's in Atlanta.
Vincent, glad you called America First.
Chris in for Seb the day.
Hi.
Hey, Chris, man, you're the best, man.
Hey, I'm 1,000% behind Trump, but whether you want Trump, DeSantis, whomever, we cannot be having a debate about the best color of wine on the Titanic.
We've got to fix this election process to where it's fair.
These mass mail-in ballots and these voting machines, we can't trust.
Dealing with that is the bottom line of any game, so please, everyone, in the swing states especially, demand hand-counted paper ballots from your states immediately.
How do you feel about the election integrity issue in Georgia, your state?
Georgia is one of the worst corrupt election places other than Philadelphia and Detroit.
We're pretty bad, man.
Yeah.
Uh, listen, I, you know, I think, I think the GOP, uh, nationally is starting to figure out early voting is important.
They seem to have rolled out a, um, just this week.
In fact, I talked with the, the number two guy at the GOP.
He says they've, they've rolled out this new initiative to get people to.
Log on and find out where they can vote early so that they can start collecting votes early.
Early voting is going to be critical.
Election day, as Scott Pressler says, I appreciate the call, Vincent.
Scott Pressler is one of the guys who's a huge advocate for not just getting people registered to vote, but turning out to vote early.
He says, you know, Democrats, they vote for weeks.
Republicans have been voting for 12 hours, you know, at a time on election day.
We've got to change that dynamic.
I couldn't agree more.
Great call, Vincent.
I've enjoyed my time with you.
Thanks a lot to Seb for inviting me in.
Stay frosty, as he says, folks.
We're going to have a lot to do.
Seb will be back on Monday.
