Welcome, dear friends.
Happy Friday.
It's Second Amendment Friday.
It's Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
The number here, let's open up the lines, is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
You get to sound off on any of the topics of the week.
333-334-6752. You get to sound off on any of the topics of the week. Today the latest
news is the debt ceiling deadline is looming and it looks as if the talks are stalling.
Will we default?
We'll give you updates as soon as we have them.
John Durham is going to testify before Congress.
Yes, not soon though.
It's going to be June, almost the end of June, but that is something.
Ron DeSantis finally has come out swinging against President Trump, but not on the right topic.
Because you can't win, Ron.
Really?
Covid?
People forget what the governor did in Florida.
It's not as his team would have you believe.
We'll share that audio with you.
And then we have Ken Paxton is under assault in Texas.
They want to impeach him.
Why?
Well, because he's a truth teller and because he believes in fair and free elections.
But the biggest story of the day, it's unusual for the people at the Media Research Center who You usually entertain us with really good illustrations.
of the moral cupidity of the legacy corporate media.
This time I have in my hands a rather extensive report by Luis Cornelio and Tim Kilcullen from the MRC and the title is How Biden's DHS is Weaponizing an Anti-Terror Program Against Conservatives, Christians and the GOP.
They managed to get hold of research materials, training materials, that were funded to the tune of millions of dollars by the Department of Homeland Security, created after 9-11 to protect us from terrorists.
And it is a pyramid of radicalization.
I'm putting it up on the screen right now, but just think of the, what did they call it?
What was it?
The food pyramid in the 1970s with, you know, the things that are good for you, the things that aren't good for you.
This is the pyramid of far-right radicalization.
So this is the way that you become a Nazi.
And it actually has, on the third level from the bottom, it actually has the swastika.
It actually has white supremacist symbols, even SS runic symbols at the top of the pyramid.
But what's on the bottom two slices, the bottom two steps of the pyramid?
Ask yourself if you're associated with any of these organizations.
The Christian Broadcasting Network.
The Heritage Foundation.
The American Conservative Union.
Matt Schlapp.
CPAC.
The Republican Party.
Yeah, the Republican Party.
They even have Fox News as the gateway into far-right radicalization.
That's the bottom.
The third level of the pyramid contains the following.
Prager University.
Dennis Prager's incredible Prager University.
Turning Point USA.
Breitbart.com!
Yes!
You're just a couple of steps away from being a fully-fledged white supremacist Nazi if you go to Breitbart.com!
Perhaps the one that I don't know why they haven't mentioned this in the conservative coverage of this story.
The image on the third level of the pyramid that should should lead to some real consequences in the Department of Homeland Security if the GOP wanted to actually make something happen in Congress is the image from this analytic piece of training material is a red Make America Great Again cap.
Yeah.
On the pyramid of far-right radicalization is a red Make America Great Again cap.
Thank you, Eric.
It's not red, but I have one behind me.
I have a MAGA hat right here.
I guess that means I'm part of the far-right radicalization pyramid!
Do you have a red Trump supporters hat?
Did you go to a rally?
Do you have a t-shirt that supports putting America first?
Because if you do, the Department of Homeland Security has you in their crosshairs.
They're using tools, they're using funding that was meant to uncover, to surveil and to neutralize jihadi terrorists.
They're using that against you.
Tonight at 7 p.m.
I have the honor of hosting the number one show on Newsmax.
It's the Rob Schmidt Show.
And I'm going to break that down.
What it means.
What it means for you.
What it means for 2024.
What it means for the future of conservatism.
We're going to open the show with Victor Davis Hanson.
So you don't want to miss that at all.
7 p.m.
Eastern tonight.
The Rob Schmidt Show on Newsmax.
But for a moment, let's take the media analysis, my commentary.
Let's put that to one side.
I'll post the full report, the PDF, on my social media.
Don't take my word for it.
Read the actual report from Kilcullen and Cornelio.
But just posit a question for yourself.
If you supported President Trump, and there's 74 million of us, Then you are going to be targeted, sooner or later, by the federal government.
And not just by the IRS, as the Tea Party Patriots, the not-profit organizations who tried to register for their 501c3 status with the IRS under Obama, the ones that had the word Patriot or Tea Party in their name, They were slow-rolled.
They were put on a blacklist.
No, I'm not talking about the IRS that is going to have, unless the GOP stops them, 80,000 more agents to come after you and other patriots.
We're talking about the Department of Homeland Security.
We're talking about the FBI.
We know the FBI is doing it. 248,000 Queries of the illegal nature under the FISA Act were just revealed.
248,000 illegal surveillance queries.
It's not just Steve Bannon and Paul Manafort and Pina Navarro and Carter Page.
They put a red MAGA hat on the training materials for right-wing extremism and radicalization in America.
They put PragerU, which is Dennis' company, that puts six-minute videos on history, on culture, on YouTube.
Things like, why are the Ten Commandments important?
What's the truth about men and women when it comes to transitioning?
That has already put you in a category to be targeted by the federal government.
It's not a fantasy anymore.
It's not, you know, the crazies, the tinfoil hat people say, they're after me, I'm paranoid.
We have it right here.
We have the materials in color.
God bless Brent Bozell and the Media Research Center.
And the people who uncovered this, we have the evidence, there is no question.
What are we going to do about it?
That's the question.
And that's what we will discuss here on American First.
For the next three hours, less 11 minutes, And tonight on Newsmax, 7pm, be there.

Ron DeSantis.
I guess he's into rewriting history.
Let's listen to his interview.
I do believe it was Glenn Beck yesterday.
Cut to.
Play cut.
I think he did great for three years, but when he turned the country over to Fauci in March of 2020, that destroyed millions of people's lives.
And in Florida, we were one of the few that stood up, cut against the grain, took incoming fire from media, bureaucracy, the left, even a lot of Republicans, had schools open, preserved businesses.
And so Florida, since COVID, has outperformed virtually any state in the country when you look at all these significant metrics.
I mean, we're booming.
Mr. G, do you think everybody remembers Governor DeSantis' response to COVID like that?
I think the real response was Georgia was the first state to reopen, not Florida.
Texas was the first state to get rid of masks, not Florida.
Yeah, and not only that, thanks to Donald Trump Jr.
who just tweeted this out earlier today.
Here's a headline from Politico.
Florida governor urges Trump to restrict domestic travel.
Eric, does that mean that he was against President Trump in trying to free America?
Or was he trying to get President Trump to do things he didn't want to do?
I'm confused.
I'll bet Ron DeSantis is even more confused at this point.
He doesn't even know his own history anymore.
Let me read from this article, nicely highlighted by Don Jr.
The notion of a quarantine.
A quarantine.
You know when you lock people away?
Because they're sick.
...has been advocated by governors, including Republican Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, who sought to halt travelers from the heavily affected areas to their states.
But this drew swift criticism from the leaders of the states in question, who warned it would spark panic.
So he wanted to shut down America even more?
He wanted to quarantine people?
If he goes down... Ron...
It's not smart, because nobody's going to fall for it, and we've got the receipts.
It's Friday!
Let's go to your calls!
Knoxville, line one, Randy.
Hey, good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
Hey.
Hey, yeah, and that Ron DeSantis, I'll tell you, he's going to kick off his campaign with a bunch of lies.
I mean, that's... But it's dangerous for him, because, you know, people just do a little bit of research, and they'll find out that what he's saying is not true.
Yeah, it's a shame, you know.
I didn't know that he was such a liar, but that's not a way to kick off your campaign.
I wanted to ask you, Dr. Gorky, you know a lot about guns.
I'm learning.
Mother's Day, I got my wife a Sig Sauer P365.
Everybody loves the Sig 365.
It's like the hottest thing.
I mean, has she tried it out yet?
We just brought it up.
One of my customers has a little shooting range in the back.
She did it.
See, she had the little Glock 43.
Yep.
But this Zig is a double stack, 12 rounds in the grip.
Right.
And it's more comfortable in her hand.
115 grain hollow points.
What do you think of this?
Look, they're super popular.
The first round of the 365s had issues with the firing pins.
They fixed them.
My only problem is how experienced is the shooter, Randy?
She's been practicing.
She went to a course.
I'm teaching her some things and grips.
My neighbor is a deputy sheriff.
He was giving her some pointers.
We're trying to be very careful.
It's my responsibility as a husband and a man to make sure that she is protected.
Even here in East Tennessee, the best place in the country, you still have to be careful.
Look, it's a good gun, but it's not a beginner's gun.
The Glock may be a single stack, but it's slightly easier to shoot.
The SIG 365, in my experience, is a little bit snappier.
But at the end of the day, Randy, if you're there, it is your responsibility.
Practice, practice, practice, practice.
If she's comfortable with it, the main question is, can she use it safely?
And can she fire it accurately?
If the answer to both of those questions is yes, Then you made a good choice.
Great question.
I love it.
Let's go to San Francisco.
Line two.
Ken.
Hi, Doctor.
How you doing?
Good.
Operation Anaconda.
Your opinion on primarily the leadership, the general staff.
What went wrong there?
What went wrong with every significant operation short of Abadabad for the last 22 years?
Politics got in the way.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Your opinion on the one-star Air Force general who was the field commander, General Trebon?
I don't know him.
I've never met him.
Don't know him personally.
Why are you locking down on him?
You think he's the problem?
Well, I think he was in over his head.
I couldn't understand when I started reading the background in the various books why he was appointed the ground operation commander.
He was a cargo pilot.
Why would you appoint him to be the ground leader?
Why do people get appointed over others in the last 20 years?
I've seen this.
I spent five and a half years in the Defense Department and I was working with a lot of 06s, 05s and individuals who just pinned on a additional, their first star as a Brigadier and I saw it myself, Ken.
These people, as soon as they got close to the idea of being a flag officer, of being a gofo, of being a general, they got political.
They became political animals.
Now, functioning at a high level in the military always has some political aspects to it, but you're not a political actor.
And these people were, when they looked at the likes of Petraeus and others who were lorded as great generals but who were really politicians
above everything else it distorted the whole system and that's
think of it mark milley is still the chairman of the joint chiefs not one
person not one person in the years since the afghanistan withdrawal
has been fired let alone resigned as a matter of honor for thirteen of our war
fighters being killed by isis in that disastrous surrender
So we have an officer corps at the highest level, which is without honor.
Thank you, Ken.

All right, we had on Monday, we had one of the brave FBI whistleblowers on for a whole hour to talk about Why they're doing what they're doing, and whether or not that agency is salvageable.
And I'm delighted to welcome a very senior former intelligence analyst for the Bureau, who's also a whistleblower, whose paths have crossed with mine many moons ago.
George Hill, welcome to America First!
Hey, how are you?
Happy to be here.
So we met many moons ago in Boston, correct?
Yeah, for some unpleasant business in relation to the marathon bombing, yes.
Right, I served as an expert on the Boston bombing trial.
I did the analysis of all the jihadi material that was on the Tsarnaev hard drive, and that was used in the prosecution of the surviving brother.
Andy, you demonstrated a rather impressive knowledge of firearms at that meeting we had in Boston, and it's great to connect with you.
Sadly, under these circumstances, I have in front of you what you did with your fellow colleagues at the whistleblower testimony.
Would you just describe Why you are in the position you are today and what you've witnessed?
So, I went down and testified at the end of February regarding direct knowledge on a couple of instances that I had interacted with the Washington field office and my colleagues in Boston.
The first of which was the self-initiated Bank of America list that they generated of any Bank of America customer who went to use a BOA product, whether it be a debit card or a credit card, in the Washington, D.C.
area, and they date ranged it between 5 and 7 January.
And they then re-sorted that list and then stacked on top of it anybody who was already in the list who had ever purchased a firearm.
So if you were going pheasant hunting in South Dakota in the year 2000, and you bought a shotgun at the Walmart, you moved to the top of that list.
And then they pulled from that list names with each field office, and they sent to Boston what's called a lead.
And that was seven names that were sent to us, and it was an expectation that we would open up at least a PI preliminary investigation on those.
And we pushed back.
So that was the first incident.
Let me unpack this.
Let's just get the details absolutely right.
So the Bank of America, is it's giving voluntary information without a court order
or a subpoena for its customers who happen to use one of their
cards in DC around January 6 and any one of those individuals
who'd ever purchased a gun.
Am I hearing you correctly?
Yeah, you got that 100% correct.
And since that time of the testimony, It's been corroborated by my SAC special agent in charge that my testimony was, in fact, accurate and true.
And only within the last two weeks, the Bank of America finally admit, I'm sorry, the FBI finally admit that, yes, Bank of America did send that list in.
Bank of America has never commented on that.
So they've been caught.
We'll have to see what happens.
So, this is stunning, this is absolutely stunning because I presume the issue here is none of the people concerned had committed a crime with a gun on that day.
The only gun that was fired on January 6th was Michael Byrd when he killed Ashley Babbitt, where, as a police officer, killed an unarmed 14-year Air Force veteran.
So under what auspices, with what investigative justification, are you getting bank records of people who purchased guns?
What on earth has that got to do with January 6th, Mr. Hill?
Yeah, so there wasn't any legal predication for moving forward.
And to my and supervisory special agent counterpart and to the SAC's
counterpart and even beneath him to the ASAC's credit. All of these people pushed back saying no
along the way that there was no predication.
All right, hold it right there.
We need to continue to unpack this.
We're talking with former Supervisory Intelligence Analyst at the FBI, a true whistleblower, George Hill.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

And I'll.
All righty, two minutes.
So you're saying at least three different people up the train pushed back?
They did.
They pushed back and to their credit, they said there was no predication and we're not taking any action on this.
And that was the end of it.
Now, I mean, there are other questions that need to be asked.
Did WFO open up cases on those individuals?
We don't know.
Right.
All right.
All right, one more segment and we'll let you go.
Amac.
Yes.
Yes.
One minute.
Okay.
Okay.
the game.
Making sense out of today's nonsense, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
What if I told you an organization that says it represents you really doesn't, and when they say they want to provide you services to help you with your Medicare supplement, it's not real.
They don't have any choices.
They've got one supplier and they have a rather cozy relationship with them.
I'm talking about AARP.
Don't use their services if you want to have choice.
Use the Medicare Advisory Service of AMAC that offers dozens of plans from top insurers with none of the AARP's woke left-wing nonsense.
Choose a plan that actually matches your values, free of any financial commitment for your no-obligation quote.
Visit amac.us slash value.
That's amac.us slash value.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by the Association of Mature American Citizens.
We are back with one of the few brave whistleblowers from federal government, a former senior intelligence analyst for the FBI, Mr. Hill.
I have to ask you, I know it's a naive question, but how does it even get to the point where a law enforcement agency is even making a request of that nature, where they say, yeah, bank records, your customers in this city, oh, and cross-reference with people who bought guns?
How does that even come about if there's no criminal predicate?
Yeah, I'll try to make that answer as short as I can, recognizing our constraint here.
That migration has been taking place ever since Janet Napolitano became Homeland Security Secretary of labeling people with whom they disagree with or who vote the wrong way as violent extremists.
So these people, they truly believe that they're doing God's work in protecting democracy.
But that journey started almost 20 years ago, and we've gone down this long, dark road.
And it just keeps getting worse.
So when you see a diagram like this one that was released today in the report from the Media Research Center, this pyramid of radicalization, and you see in there that this pyramid of far-right radicalization includes the Republican Party The National Rifle Association, the Heritage Foundation, Prager University, and even the image of a hat that says, Make America Great Again.
You're not surprised that this is funded by the Department of Homeland Security?
No, not at all.
And, you know, people keep on talking about the FBI, the FBI, but HSI, Homeland Security Investigations, is completely unconstrained.
They have no DIOG, no Domestic Investigations Operations Guide.
If you want to go looking for cowboys, you might want to take a look over there, too.
All right.
We will definitely, definitely look at DHS as well and HSI.
Talk to us about the future.
You were there.
How many years did you do intelligence analysis at the FBI?
I only did with the Bureau for 11 years.
Prior to that I was at the National Security Agency and then I did 26 years in uniform,
13 years active duty Marine Corps and then another 13 in the Navy post 9-11.
Wow.
So I've been at it for a while.
God bless.
Given what you saw at the Bureau and the fact that you're prepared to be a whistleblower,
this is the tough question.
How pervasive, how in the tissue of the Bureau is this politicization.
Is it something that can be fixed by, you know, changing out the nameplates on the seventh floor of the Hoover building, or is it too pervasive?
Yeah, you can't kill the cancer without killing the patient.
It's pervasive.
It was in clear evidence when President Trump relieved Comey, and you could visually see the camps dividing.
Uh, at that time, up until that time, it was kind of stealthy.
Um, but now that that cancer is too widespread and it varies from office to office, you know, there might be some places in the Midwest and the heartland, uh, that are, um, still committed to the rule of law and the constitution.
Um, but you know, definitely in the megalopolis and, you know, California out on the West coast.
Um, it's, you know, and you know, we hear hearing more and more things about the Miami field office.
Um, no, they've, it's gone.
Alright, well, given your unique position, having served in so many different branches and agencies, from the Marine Corps to the NSA to the FBI, what would you say is the smartest move for a new Chief Executive?
Because the Bureau wasn't meant to be an intelligence arm, it was meant to be a police investigative body for federal crimes.
It has the counterintelligence mission.
It has the counterterrorism mission.
Those three big muscle movements of federal crimes, CT and CI.
Can we give those to other agencies?
What would your recommendation be, given how much you've seen of the inside of the various parts of the intelligence community?
Again, I'll try to keep it brief.
Dana Priest of the Washington Post.
Did some great analysis in 2011, I think, of the overlap within the intelligence community.
So there's plenty of places for people to go.
The other thing that needs to happen is, you're probably not going to be able to get rid of the FBI.
I'm sorry.
I think that's just a fantasy.
So let's go with what's achievable, which is the creation of the intelligence branch with the Patriot Act.
There was a lot of discussion on Capitol Hill.
when they approved the Patriot Act whether or not to create a domestic intelligence service
and what they did is they almost doubled the size of the FBI, gave them 60 senior executives
and you know doubled their budget. You need to end that domestic intelligence program.
A domestic intelligence service only serves one master, the government.
Yeah, you've got to you know be intellectually sound in your analysis as a former senior
intelligence analyst.
And you said two things, Mr. Hill.
You said the cancer cannot be ripped out of the patient.
But then you said the FBI can't be gotten rid of.
How do you square that circle?
I think it's a fantasy.
I think it's a knee-jerk.
It sounds well.
Oh, we need to disband it.
Or to quote Steve Friend, we need to control, alt, delete.
I don't think it's going to happen.
They're just not the political stomach for it.
But you also said the cancer, you can't rip out the cancer without killing the patient.
So this is an irredeemable entity that you're saying we can't get rid of.
I don't see the political will to do it.
I'm sorry.
I'm calling balls and strikes here.
No, I appreciate it.
There's a guy who was illegally raided by armed officers of the FBI at his residence which was guarded by the Secret Service.
He might have the political will.
God bless you.
We've got to get you back for a longer discussion.
Semper Fidelis.
George Hill, former supervisory intelligence analyst for the FBI and a patriot and a truth teller.

Like Vinman, that's a household name.
Yep.
Yep.
Did you say you went in back for a one-on-one?
Come on.
Yeah.
Title for that one?
FineF is local?
He's in Boston, New Hampshire.
Okay.
Have you heard of TNT Radio, Jeff?
I think so, yeah.
Why?
Because they want me to... They just reached out to me yesterday.
Doesn't it used to be a TV channel, too?
That's different.
That still is.
Yeah, that's Turner Network.
This is an Australian thing.
Oh, okay.
For that... What did he say about DHS?
The real... Look for the real... What did he say?
Not cowboys.
What did he say?
Yeah, he said cowboys.
He did say you could find cowboys there.
It's not just the FBI.
the real Cowboys are at DHS.
I'm going to put on my mask.
No violence, no guilt.
No hate speech.
Just Happy Warriors on America First!
Welcome back, dear friends.
It's Second Amendment Friday.
It's Ask Dr. G Anything Friday.
The FBI has become the Gestapo for the DNC.
Get your mug that explains it's Biden's Gestapo from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
Or the t-shirt we made with Chris Plant, the FBI, the Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
Oh, thanks for taking my call, Sebastian.
You know, I need your opinion today.
Let's go to David, California, line 4.
Oh, thanks for taking my call, Sebastian.
You know, I need your opinion today.
For me as a voter, I'm worried about DeSantis because, not because he specifically burned
Trump and stabbed Trump in the back, it's that when a man gives you a hand up and changes
your life, the guy is now a governor.
My question, I want your opinion, is who else will he do that to to enhance his career?
The voting public, I guess they don't think much of it, but for me as a man, I don't want
to ever vote for a guy who's willing to sell out someone who's, like Mitt Romney.
I mean, these people need to understand, this guy will sell people out.
Yeah, we have low standards for our politicians.
We're very cynical.
But you're absolutely right, David.
For me, it's an honor thing.
What he did after the Alvin Bragg indictment, what he did in that clip we just played, it's an honor issue.
And there is a deficit of honor when it comes to the governor of Florida.
Thank you, David.
Let's go to Paul in California.
Good afternoon, Sebastian.
Thank you for all you do.
It's Memorial Day weekend.
Yes.
My high school teacher, every year I tell the story about my grandfather's ship.
My grandfather was the executive officer of the USS Indianapolis when it was sunk.
So I tell the story about what he did.
I get done with the story.
I asked the students, do you have any stories you want to share about relatives?
Do you have any questions about the ship?
No hands.
Then a hand goes up.
I said, yes, what's your question?
What's not about this?
Something else.
I said, okay, what is it?
Well, I am the president of the Gender Straight Alliance, and we're asking all the teachers if you'd like to display a rainbow flag.
And I looked at her and I said, no, I think I'll pass, but thanks to my grandfather, I guess you can ask a question like that.
This actually happened in your classroom, Paul?
It happened an hour ago.
Yes.
And I'm getting on with millions of people, probably risking my Career, right?
Because someone's going to hear this and say, we know who he is.
I mean, his grandfather is the... How did the student react when you said that?
Giggled.
Giggled.
Because she knew what she was doing, Sebastian.
Of course she did.
Of course she did.
Paul, you're a brave man.
We honor the memory of your grandfather.
Stay on the line.
I've got a special idea for you.
I want to send you two copies of Why We Fight.
that has stories about people like your grandfather in it.
True heroes that made it possible for that student to ask that outrageous question.
And I want to give you one of those books to that student and ask them to read about the heroes that made their life possible.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
It's Friday!

It's Friday.
So much political news to talk about.
And we have another person in the race.
Let's talk to the man who was the 45th president's advisor and is, God willing, the 47th advisor as well.
He's our buddy.
We call him the Baron.
Boris Epstein.
Welcome back to America First.
Sebastian, thank you so much.
Thanks for having me, my friend.
It's a great day.
Honored to be with you.
Honored to be with your audience.
And you were so kind earlier today.
You texted me with a nice little message from the president.
I think he must have seen me on Newsmax having to destroy Ken Cuccinelli last night.
Thank you for forwarding that message.
It's a pleasure, you're a champion.
President Trump very much recognizes that Seb Gorka is a true patriot and a fighter for the MAGA movement and the American people.
And it's an honor of mine to be on your show and the President's been on the show and I'm sure we'll be again soon enough.
Yeah, we've asked for him to be one of our guests next week and we can't wait.
All right, before we get serious about the race, let's have a little bit of fun.
Our producer, Jeff, you know him, Mr. G, Baron.
He says this is the best Asa Hutchinson clip ever.
Now, there's not many to choose from, but this one is really, really quite amusing.
Talking about his chances with Bret Baier.
Cut five.
At that stage, the Real Clear Politics average of polls has you at .8%.
In Iowa, you're at 1%.
You don't show up in the New Hampshire polling as of yet.
You've talked about it as an uphill battle, but these are small numbers.
How do you paint a picture to somebody who says, I like what you're talking about, but you're not even in the ballpark?
Well, you didn't mention the South Carolina poll in which we moved up to 3% there.
Yeah, Boris, he actually said that.
Bret Baier said you're at 0.8, and Ace Hutchins said, well, you forgot the one where I'm at 3%.
Are these people just delusional?
Absolutely, they're a total joke.
These rhinos, like Ada Hutchinson, as President Trump refers to, they have no idea what the true pulse of the Republican Party, the MAGA movement is.
For example, in South Carolina, President Trump Let me hear those numbers again.
South Carolina, the same poll that Asa Hutchinson mentioned.
What are the percentages for our boss, of my former boss, and for the Sanctimonious?
It's my pleasure to say them again.
President Trump's at 43, Rhonda Sanctimonious is at 18.
And that's a state where then you've got Nikki Haley, then you've got Jip Scott, this is their home state.
A poll in Iowa yesterday, President Trump at 62, and Rhonda St.
Timonius is at 20.
Hang on, hang on.
If you're at 62, Boris, we might as well just call it now.
That's incredible.
No doubt about it.
The MAGA movement, which is the Republican Party, has come out and definitely stated that they want President Trump back in office as soon as humanly possible.
They have no interest in these pretenders.
And of course, as we know from this week, There's no way.
The Ron DeSantimonious is up for the big time.
He's been a total disaster.
That mess.
Hindenburg of a campaign announcement.
The total mess of his shadow campaign, of his international trip.
The Florida governor has been exposed.
What he should do is go lick his wounds, try to bone up his image, and maybe think about 2028, because he doesn't have a shot in 2024.
All right, well let's... And then the other part, real quick, the other part is that Iowa poll, it's an Emerson poll by the way, a left of center poll, President Trump leads Joe Biden by 11.
So any of those liners talking about electability, all you got to do is look at the Iowa poll for Emerson, President Trump up by 11, look at the national poll for Marquette, President Trump Yeah, this puts the lie to the DNC talking point that so many Reiners have picked up.
Boris said, oh, he can win a primary, but he can't win a general.
Just complete garbage.
All right, we're going to test the bounds of modern technology right now.
I have a podcast clip on my phone that Mr. G just sent to me.
Is Mr. G there?
I am.
Who is this congressman that gave such a great interview?
Wesley Hunt.
He's from Texas.
Okay, Wesley Hunt from Texas.
He's on the Tim Kast podcast and he just said something that I've been saying for the last few weeks, Boris, about the question of honor in this primary and it's about Ron DeSantis.
Let's test technology.
You know, real quick, and this is something that's kind of near and dear to my heart
that's really important to me, and that's loyalty.
So President Trump has endorsed me the last two cycles.
And so when he came out and announced back in November, I was literally, he finished like the last syllable,
we endorsed him immediately.
Because it's really important to me.
He helped get me here.
Ron DeSantis would not be the governor of Florida if not for Donald Trump.
And so what I'm seeing here is a level of disloyalty I think he's gonna pay for ultimately.
And that's just not how you treat someone that got you this far.
Boris, it speaks to the cut of the man.
It speaks to the question of honor.
You can have disagreements, but you've got to have loyalty.
And you know, I know, that President Trump really takes loyalty very, very seriously.
No doubt about it.
The president exhibits loyalty, and look at those of us who continue to support him, continue to be there for him, continue to work for him.
Myself, you, Steve Bannon for the support of the president, Steve Chung, who's been working for the president forever.
And if you look at those of us who continue to be in the orbit, who continue to have the honor of working for President Donald J. Trump, It's a huge percentage of those who have been around since 2016.
Look around at Sanctimonious.
Is anybody still there who was there for his 2018 run?
Is anyone there who was there for his 2020 run?
He has churned through staff, he has churned through advisors, and he doesn't have the loyalty that he gives them, and in return, he doesn't get any loyalty back.
And to the voters, to the MAGA movement, to the Republican Party, If Ron DeSantimonio isn't loyal to President Trump, if he isn't loyal to those around him, how is he going to be loyal to you?
The answer is, he won't.
And if you look at the state of Florida with $4 gasoline, the rampant crime problem, the education problem, the healthcare problem, you know that Ron DeSantimonio, who was just re-elected to governor, isn't loyal to the people of his state because all right now he's been focusing on nothing but this pathetic first stake, and I guess now And now it's drawn for president.
Does that even count as an announcement?
To me, it was just a disaster.
Yeah, the idea that he went on an elite platform like Twitter is kind of Raheem Kassam, on our show yesterday, called it the anti-populist campaign launch.
Also, one thing, we're almost out of time here, but Ron is doing something very dangerous, Baron, when it comes to the recent history.
He's rewriting the history of COVID in Florida, and he's going to get caught out.
He was for all kinds of things that were pro-lockdown, pro-fauci, and now he's trying to tell us they didn't happen.
He was locking down the beaches.
He was locking down Florida.
He was double-masking.
There's Ron DeSantimonio.
He's lied about his career.
He's lied about his time as governor.
He's lied about his policies.
I mean, this is somebody who wanted to gut Medicare, to gut Social Security.
This is somebody who wanted amnesty, who wanted to gut our borders.
This is not an honest politician, but you know what it is?
Because he's a typical politician.
and that's come across in everything he's done, including his pathetic fake announcement,
which was a total, fatal disaster.
Yeah, very, very disappointing.
I want to have a primary, lots of, lots of people on the stage because it was so fun
in 2015 and 2016 with President Trump.
But, honour.
When you're lacking honour, it's a very, very serious issue.
Honour matters.
Honour matters.
Senior advisor to the Trump 2024 campaign.
Thank you, Boris.

The antidote to fake news.
America First.
Can you ever have too much, Queen?
Wrong question, of course not.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First.
We are asking for you to help us with our amazing prison fellowship campaign.
The late Chuck Colson, what an amazing man.
And every summer we enlist you to help the children across America.
There's more than a million of them, that's just wrong, that have lost a mother or father because they're in prison.
And what's even worse, More than 70% of those children will end up incarcerated themselves.
Let's break that cycle and just help them feel loved at a summer camp that is Christ-centric and gets them away from the incredibly dangerous places they have to live in.
Just listen to this report from one of the people at the camps and what the grandmother of one of the children said.
You know, they dropped their child off at the beginning of the week.
Child was super hesitant, just didn't know if they wanted to go to camp.
And by the end of the week, when mom comes back to pick them up, they're crying because they don't want to go home because they had so much fun.
And we hear, I think it was a grandmother, she said, this was the first time that my child went to sleep without the sounds of gunshot at night.
The first time my child went to sleep without hearing gunshots.
Who knows?
Chicago?
Baltimore?
That's how blessed it is for this summer camp to be supported, to have as many children as possible.
It costs $200 per child.
Please be one of those people who's literally saving a life.

The breaking news of the day was of course what we found out about the Department of Homeland Security targeting you if you voted for President Trump, calling you a domestic extremist, a far-right radical Who better to discuss it than a man who's educated me so much on all of these issues, Mike Benz!
Welcome back to America First, the founder of the Foundation for Freedom Online.
Let's put this graphic up on the screen, Mike.
This research document funded by DHS to the tune of millions of dollars.
The fact that this pyramid of far-right radicalization has Has the Republican Party symbol and has a MAGA hat in it.
What should we conclude as a result, Mike?
So there are several things here.
One is the DHS has become a department of political policing.
DHS is trying to fill in the squishy gray area that the FBI is not allowed to target because there's no law breaking.
And so DHS, the only other inward-facing, domestic-facing intelligence agency in the U.S.
government, is trying to take the long-arm jurisdiction that the FBI is restricted from having and recruiting a private sector mercenary army to do it.
So the magic of this graph here isn't just that it's so dastardly in its appearance that literally the GOP symbol is on it itself, but that they're pumping a cash into a kind of Censorship and counter-extremism, mercenary army in the private sector and in the universities in the form of these $40 million worth of grants through this CP3 program at DHS.
So they are raising an army of private sector people to go after Republicans, to go after conservatives, to go after anybody who dons a MAGA hat.
And there's a lot more to say on that, but I think that's the opening salvo.
And tell us about the history, because you were Mr. Cyber at the Department of State.
What is the CB3 program?
What are these monies, these millions of dollars, originally meant to be protecting us from?
Right.
So this program, it happened sort of in tandem with the creation of this department called
CISA was the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Security Agency, whose name is so repetitive and redundant.
It has the word security in there twice.
The founder of that DHS agency said, we just basically bragged about how boring the agency was, which misled the entire public into thinking its sole purpose was Cyber security.
Of course, they then expanded that to mean anything that is critical infrastructure is cyber security if it's connected to the Internet, which means social media platforms, your speech, basically anything you tweet is a sort of cyber attack against critical infrastructure.
Now, that was for coordinating with the social media companies for taking out Trump supporters, essentially.
This program, CP3, grew out of this countering like, proactively countering domestic extremism.
And it really got a huge influx of cash after the January 6th events, which used this predicate
that even if something didn't rise to the level of domestic terrorism, you could still
call it extremism and basically give it the same treatment you would as if somebody was
Now, as mushy as the definition of terrorist was, extremist gets you all the way into, you know, simply someone belonging to a political party that you that you disagree with.
So what they've done here is a strategy that I call inflation, inflation elimination, which is if you want to eliminate something, you don't just say, oh, we're going to get rid of it because we don't like it.
You have to lay a predicate in place, which means you need to conflate it with something that has been inflated in the public conception as being totally evil or extremist.
So here in this case, they use concepts like hate speech.
And so they put at the top of this pyramid these totally extreme Nazi groups.
And so they say, well, we know that should be targeted, or at least that's what they believe.
So all we need to do is conflate the people we really want to censor, our political threats, with this extreme thing, and then we've got an elimination predicate.
So they inflate this idea of Nazis, they inflate this idea of right-wing extremism, of things that are tangential to violence, they then conflate who they really want to go after with that thing, and then boom, just like that, you can sweep the whole thing out As part of this, you know, conflation strategy.
And the fact that they openly put it on a training or research document, they put a red MAGA hat, they're talking about 74 million people, Mike.
Yes, they are.
And in fact, DHS has adopted this policy, which is the exact opposite of the free speech standard we've had in this country for at least 60 years, dating back to the Supreme Court Brandenburg decision.
Which said that the U.S.
government cannot interfere with any speech unless there is an imminent call to lawless action.
DHS has taken this philosophy that they call the long fuse of misinformation, where they say it doesn't need to be lawless.
It can just be misinformation.
It doesn't need to be imminent.
It can be a long fuse.
But as long as they sort of say that the misinformation issue starts at the reading of news itself, at the exposure to online information.
And so this pyramid is an extension of that.
It's a little bit like Philip K. Dick.
It's like the Bureau of Future Crimes, isn't it?
It's exactly that, except it's not even crimes.
Here, you know, misinformation is a lower standard than crime.
And even here, what they're talking about is not actually about stopping terrorism.
It's about stopping extremism, which includes extreme thoughts.
That is, extreme political movements like MAGA.
Alright, we need to talk about this long fuse at more depth.
I know you're on the road.
Let's talk next week.
In the meantime, Foundation.

That's galleryofguns.com today.
Plug the word Trump into the search box on the website and you'll see if there are any left.
Okay guys, thought crimes, propaganda, DHS, FBI, CIA.
He's still at it, the man who voted for the Communist Party before he joined the CIA.
How do you get to work in the CIA when you admit to Brian Goodman of Just Security tweeted this, quote, I expect this will result in Espionage Act charges.
Dissemination is key.
That was his response to this new Washington Post reporting.
Do you think he has a point?
Do you see it that way?
Well, this certainly seems like more damning evidence.
And if these reports are true, it's unsurprising, given Donald Trump's lifelong disregard of the rules, disrespect of law, and arrogant sense of entitlement in terms of he can do anything he wants.
But now he is dealing with a very, very serious issue, which is classified documents and obstruction of justice.
And at least according to this report, there were efforts made right on the eve of this investigation on the part of FBI to obscure and to conceal evidence.
And so it doesn't look very good for Donald Trump.
If these reports are true.
Jeff, I swear I've heard that phrase before.
If these reports are true.
Over and over and over again during the Mueller investigation.
And how about the panel?
Two strokes on there.
It's the same exact people, too.
It's exactly the same people, spitting the same lies.
If the reports are true, well, they're not true.
Let's start with that.
What we do know is that you lied about President Trump for six years, and you're still doing it.
You should be in prison for crossfire hurricane.
Yeah, you, John Brennan.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to line one.
David Scottsdale.
Hey, Sebastian.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday, my friend.
Happy Second Amendment.
Yeah, happy Second Amendment Friday.
Okay, so first off, I know you had an episode many moons ago with Arthur and Jack Carr on his book.
Oh, The Terminalist, Jack Carr.
Yes, yes, yes.
I think, no, no, he was the first guest on our Manhood Hour.
Okay, I know.
Let's not go back there because me and my wife just started watching it, Sebastian.
We're late to the game with the terminal list.
We're on episode four.
So thank you so much for recommending that.
It's awesome.
You want me to tell you what happens at the end?
No, please stop.
But I do have a question.
I do have a question for you.
Yeah.
We're on episode four.
Reece is, I believe, just finding out if it's him or if there is a deep state behind the deaths of his special ops, you know, and his family and stuff.
So my question to you, Sebastian, do we get to know if it was all in Reece's mind, you know, PTSD, or if there's a real deep state?
And again, no spoilers!
No spoilers!
I'm sorry, I can't tell you.
I'll tell you one thing, David.
Just watch that butler.
It could be the butler.
All right, just keep your eyes on that butler, okay?
And I don't mean Rocky Horror Picture Show, okay?
Well, we are going to watch the rest of The Feminalist this weekend.
Well, yeah, enjoy it.
Enjoy it.
It'll shock you.
It'll surprise you.
They already greenlit the next season.
They also greenlit a spinoff, separate kind of prequel season as well.
So enjoy it.

All right, I was at the Freedom Expo in San Mino recently with the amazing people of our local affiliate there.
You know who you are.
Chris gave me my chocolate-covered raisins.
Thank you, Chris.
And there was a new exhibitor at the Freedom Expo at the Harley-Davidson dealership.
And it's a company I've been aware of for years and years and years.
And I've never handled any of their weapons until recently.
And they're called Spikes Tactical.
And I was very impressed with what I saw that day.
And as a result, I've invited the head of product development from the company, Nick Goff.
Welcome to America First!
Thank you for the invitation, sir.
All right, let's put some of these beautiful weapons made in America up on the screen.
These are various different flavors of the AR-15 and the AR-10 with very dandy camouflage
finishes, tiger stripe, urban camo, gray, on and on and on.
And then we have a close-up detail on the one that I handle that I love.
It's the dust cover flap down with the American flag engraved on the dust cover and made in USA.
I'm very impressed with the workmanship on this weapon.
I have to ask you a basic question, Nick.
Another AR-15.
Why another AR?
Tell us what's special about Spikes.
I think that what makes us the most special is everything that we do is made in America.
Every bolt, pin, everything.
So, you know, we really take pride in that.
We take pride in the fact that it's American-built and American-made.
Every detail on there is hand-inspected and hand-fitted and finished from one of our employees.
And, you know, we can really stand by our quality and workmanship more than probably anyone That you're going to come across, because we offer a lifetime guarantee.
So anything breaks, we'll replace it, no questions asked.
Whether it was your fault, more often the case, is your fault.
Not my fault!
You're not talking about me, Nick!
Yeah, not you specifically.
I don't know you well enough yet, but there's a good chance it's usually something user-induced, but we're happy to take care of it just to make sure that it's running how it's intended, and our customers are happy and have a working platform.
It does what they need it to when they need it to.
Yeah, it's very rare today to get a lifetime guarantee on anything.
Let's show the close-up shot, the last one again, Eric.
What I liked about the firearm, Miss Sen, is the design of the lower and the upper, even the shell deflector.
It's pretty unique.
Tell us a little bit about the way your weapons are designed.
We get it that they're made in America, we get it they've got a lifetime guarantee, but they even look different.
Yeah, I'd say, you know, it's an attention to detail, not just from an aesthetics and an appearance perspective, but everything is purpose built to have a reason.
So that deflector is there for a reason.
It's designed like that for a reason.
And generally that's because we found that something out there existing didn't work as intended or as well as it could be.
So, you know, we took our time and figured out why it wasn't doing that and made the necessary adjustments to ensure that it does work how it's supposed to.
Well, I'm very grateful to you and your colleague, John, who let me try out one of your weapons and who attended our expo.
Got to ask you, while you're on the line, we're talking to Nick Goff, Head of Product Development at Spikes Tactical.
The webpage is spikestactical.com.
That's spikestactical.com.
They have an enviable reputation in the firearms field, all made in America.
The Twitter account is spikes underscore tactical.
I've got to ask you, favorite AR and favorite caliber?
I'm really interested in the 6.5s you make.
What's your favorite gun at the moment?
So, it's rather ironic and to everyone out there, we did not discuss this previously, but I would say the 6.5 Creedmoor is my favorite.
Really?
It is.
And is the 6.5 as good in terms of long range and ballistic coefficient as they say it is?
range precision background so that was actually my first project at Spikes was
working on the 6.5 Creedmoor build. And is the 6.5 as good in terms of long range and
ballistic coefficient as they say it is because it's got a lot of hype around it.
It does and I will say that it's justified.
There's a lot of flash-in-the-pan cartridges that come out, and that'll always be the case, because everyone's trying to make their buck with a new caliber, sell a new barrel for it, and whatnot.
But there's a reason that's around, and there's a reason why the military has shifted over to it.
Anyone who knows knows that when the military shifts to a new cartridge, that's no small undertaking.
For development, testing, and just financially to make that switch.
So it was definitely a very lengthy process but very well vetted and very well justified.
And your latest series, the newest version of your 6.5 on an AR-10 size platform, that's a couple of months out, is that right Nick?
So we've slowly been getting in certain components, so I'm sure that you saw the, I believe John had the TAN-65 Creedmoor with the Arca Rail.
So the Arca Rails are our newest and latest release in that more precision-oriented line.
Arca Rails are the go-to, almost non-negotiable component on a precision platform now, just for their ease of mountability to tripods, bipods, so on and so forth.
Um, but our new receiver sets will be coming through the doors anytime now.
We are, as you have seen, very, very picky on aesthetics and functions, so it takes a lot for us to fully bless off on a final product and final article.
We're right there, we're knocking on the door, and once we get those in, we'll be ready to make the big push on that complete rifle package.
Alright, I'm very partial to the 300 Blackout.
It's not a long-range caliber, but I'm intrigued when those 6.5s are ready.
Give me a call, Nick.
Tell John I want to give one of those a try.
In the meantime, check out their very impressive line of weapons, made in America.

It's Brent!
Godly and constitutionally loyal gorka!
I like to think I am!
What brings you to our little show today?
Well, I wanted to say, I think that this word loyalty is being imprecisely and inaccurately thrown about relative to President Trump.
Who I see as having been touched and chosen by God to deliver America from out of our national darkness.
But I don't follow President Trump out of my personal affection, respect, and loyalty to him, but out of my perception and recognition that he has been consistently a loyal, humble servant to God, our country, and our Constitution, and therefore has abundantly earned my loyalty, admiration, and love.
Yeah, I appreciate you saying that.
It's more than just personal loyalty or the loyalty to his friends and former team members.
It's the broader question of our loyalty to America.
Because let's be clear.
This man had everything.
I mean, he was a star.
Fourteen seasons, Trump golf courses, hotels, you know, gold escalators, you name it.
He didn't need any of this.
He didn't need to come to the swamp to be attacked, have his wife, his children attacked, have the White House besieged, literally.
So much so, they had to be taken into the bunker by the Secret Service.
And not only did he do it for us once, he's prepared to do it again.
So, it's not about the man.
It's about the mission.
It's about the deeper external purpose, which is America, the greatest nation on God's green earth.
As my friend Jeff, the Orthodox Jewish friend I met when I was in the White House says, The greatest nation on earth created by man?
It's got to be America.
The greatest nation created by God?

A different experience.
I'm sure you said you hadn't seen it before.
Eric, who had to do all the clips, hadn't seen it before.
Let's open with a clip that I think tells you everything you need to know about this space opera.
It's Ming the Merciless talking to his aide-de-camp, Clytus.
Clytus, I'm bored.
What plaything can you offer me today?
An obscure body in the S.K.
System, Your Majesty.
The inhabitants refer to it as the planet Earth.

Most effective, your majesty.
Will you destroy this, uh, Earth?
Later.
I like to play with things a while.
Just to have Max von Sydow open a film saying, Clytus, I'm bored.
And Peter Wingarden, a staple of British TV shows from the 60s and 70s say, Earth.
Chris, tell us about this movie.
How did you find this movie?
I find this movie very difficult to judge, talk about.
It's rare that I'm speechless on this show.
This was the most wild, bizarre movie.
Here's the confusing thing to me.
It's that when this movie was made, Star Wars existed.
Yeah.
It's like they knew how to make good sci-fi.
They just were like, you know what?
The heck with that.
Let's just do this.
But hang on, hang on.
This is the real import of what we're just analyzing here.
Do you know why George Lucas made Star Wars?
I actually looked this up.
I actually know this one.
Yeah.
He went to De Laurentiis, who had the rights to Flash Gordon.
He bought the rights to the original comic strip to make the movie.
And Dino was sitting on them in the 70s.
He hadn't developed it.
George Lucas loved the black and white movie reel Flash Gordon that we showed at the beginning.
And he wanted to make a Flash Gordon movie.
And Dino De Laurentiis said, nope, sorry.
And that's why he made Star Wars!
Very, very interesting story.
So really, I mean, if you, to some degree, if you look at it like that, if you think about that as the backstory, you realize Luke Skywalker to some degree is Flash Gordon, which I never really realized.
And they did pick an actor who had that sort of wide-eyed optimism.
I will say going in, I didn't really know anything about Flash Gordon.
I've never seen the old serials.
Never read the comic, didn't really know anything about Flash Gordon.
I always assumed that Flash Gordon had some kind of superpowers or something.
Nope.
He's just a regular guy who just goes around and kicks the butt of aliens.
In fact, originally, they made him a football, you know, guy in this movie, of course.
I think he was a polo player.
Think about it.
In the comic strips, he was a polo player.
A little bit more elitist.
Alright, so, uh, you didn't like the movie?
I'm not going to say that I entirely did not enjoy my experience watching it, but it's one of those things I would call... You might find this offensive.
Some people find this offensive.
Some people love it.
I would actually classify this as so bad it's good.
Yeah!
Yeah.
No, absolutely.
And also, let's be clear here.
It's not bad-bad in terms of badly made, badly written, badly acted.
I mean, Ming the Merciless, he's a cartoon character.
He's a villain.
They're cartoon characters.
I mean, look at the eyebrows, okay?
Just look at his eyebrows that come down, you know, half of his head.
And also, Who wrote this?
Who wrote the flipping script?
It's Lorenzo Semple Jr.
Oh, what's his one claim to fame?
Chris, he's the guy that wrote the original Batman TV show.
This is deliberate camp, Chris!
It's meant to be a joke.
I also read that he had written Papillon.
Which is actually considered kind of like a classic.
Which might be a movie we might have to review.
Very different.
But this is meant to be cheesy.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, it does have that sort of Batman camp to it.
Yes.
As a boy, I probably should have watched this movie when I was a little kid.
I did like the Batman TV show when I was a kid.
I didn't realize it was supposed to be campy.
I don't actually like the term campy.
I don't like that characteristic, that classification.
Why?
Because campy to me is an indication of like, Bad quality, but it's fun enough that you don't care.
Okay.
And so, like, I would actually argue with you a little bit that a lot of what was done here was supposed to be better than what it ended up being.
I would also say that I think Star Trek was supposed to be campier than it was, but I think that Lucas accidentally hired people that were too competent.
Star Wars.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Sorry, sorry, Star Wars.
Yeah, my mistake.
Star Wars was supposed to be kind of campy, but the people that were involved were so good at their jobs that they ended up making it a lot more of a profound film than I think George Lucas originally had intended.
If you watch the film and you think about it as a sort of send-up or something that's supposed to be a little bit over the top, It actually could have worked out that way, but I think it was just too well put together by the, you know, the model makers and everything like that.
But here, I mean, there's a deliberate having fun with the material.
I mean, you know, the flight through space, the psychedelic, you know, clouds, the purple clouds.
I mean, You know what this reminds me of, and it's not an accident, you know, Dino De Laurentiis, Barbarella.
I mean, if you go back to Barbarella, it's like this.
I mean, this isn't meant to look like a real rocket ship.
I mean, everybody knows this is a piece of plastic with a firework sticking out of it.
People know that this isn't meant to be 2001.
Or am I reading it wrong, Chris?
I don't know.
It's hard for me to tell because I guess maybe... Look, you watched this probably when you were a kid.
Yeah.
And you knew what they were trying... You were sort of in on the joke.
Right.
Right, right, right, right.
Watching it from today, it's hard to tell where the intentional campiness starts and where just the bad quality... But the thing is, like, It looks to some, in some instances, it looks like they're trying to have a higher level of quality and they're missing the mark.
And other parts, you can tell that they're intentionally trying to be funny and make a joke.
But it's kind of hard to make that distinction right now because we don't live in a time in which we have specific types of cutting edge technologies.
Right.
You know what I mean?
Like you look back and there were some films that were trying to be serious and kind of had this level of poor quality.
See, it's not obvious that it's intentional always.
Right.
For me, this is one of my favorite movies.
It's on my phone.
I watch it with regularity, especially if I'm on a plane and I'm traveling and I need time to kill.
Why?
Because this is about my childhood.
My father in the 30s as a child watched the Flash Gordon serials in the movie theater in Europe.
They came on 40 years later on British television.
I watched them with my dad.
As such, Flash Gordon has a special place in my heart and we're going to continue to celebrate it.

We're making movies great again with Chris Coles, my partner in crime, my partner in fun, and it's one of my favorite movies.
It's Flash Gordon.
Let's, as we always do, talk a little bit about the cast.
Let's talk about the man who led the adventure, who was dubbed.
It's not his voice.
Let's talk about the antagonist, Ming Zarkov, the squeeze, Voltan, the king of the Hawkmen.
It's a pretty cool cast, isn't it, Chris?
You know, it's the, it's, this is another bizarre thing.
There's so many weird things in this movie.
You have this bizarre mix.
This is from the perspective of somebody who's never seen this before, knew nothing about it going in.
Some of the acting is phenomenal, like top tier level acting.
Like Ming.
Yeah, like Ming is a perfect example.
Or his assistant... Klytus.
I forget his name.
Klytus.
Klytus.
Fantastic.
I mean, Klytus has a voice like... Holy smokes, that voice is... He sounds so intellectual.
Yes.
It's just intimidating.
Yes.
But like Flash Gordon himself...
Not a good actor.
I don't think he was an actor.
I don't think he ever acted again except in that Mark Wahlberg movie 30 years later.
And there's a reason that he's dubbed because... I'll say it now.
He's not a good actor.
Yeah, well, maybe that works a little bit because I think, you know, the more I think about this movie and I let it digest, I think, you know what?
You are right.
This is all a send-up of the early Flash Gordon movies because in those movies the models were obviously models and the spaceships were obviously made of cardboard and things like that.
And actually, I talked to my grandfather about this once many years ago.
I talked about those early sci-fi movies And he said, you know, when we were little boys, we'd go to the cinema and we'd watch these sci-fi movies and they'd have the cardboard ship flying through the air.
And you knew it was a cardboard ship and you knew it was on strings and everything, but you didn't care.
You still allowed yourself to get lost in the story and you didn't care that everything looked super fake.
And so I think that this is sending a sort of like, uh, it's like a love letter to those movies in a way.
Yes, yes, yes.
And of course, look, you've got some greats here.
Let's, let's just...
The facts.
Let's get them out there.
Max von Sydow from the Seventh Seal.
I mean from that classic black and white movie where he's playing chess with the devil right up through brass target on and on and on.
Top all.
Have you seen Seventh Seal incidentally?
Yes.
Yes.
Yeah.
Even more bizarre than this.
Yes.
Oh, I mean, that is a trip.
I mean, you need to be on drugs to enjoy The Seventh Seal.
And then Topol.
I mean, the Israeli amazing, you know, one-word named actor who was Fiddler on the Roof, also turned up as a great Bond character as well in one of the Roger Moore Bonds.
And then, I'm sorry, you're not familiar with him, I'm sure, but Brian Blessed.
Oh, I'm familiar.
Oh, you're familiar.
Brian Blessed, again, a flipping institution of British TV and movies.
As a kid, everyone knew who Brian Blessed is.
And there's a reason why, you know, on the soundtrack on the Queen Flash song, you have Brian saying, Gordon's alive.
I mean, just that voice.
That voice.
I mean, what a voice.
And to some degree, he kind of stole the show.
Yes.
Uh, I would say that this movie is about everybody except Flash Gordon, to some degree.
But, you know, I do think that they picked the right actor, maybe, because even though he may not be the best actor in the world, he does give it his all.
He seems to care about this acting job, and it makes it look like Flash Gordon cares about what he's doing.
And this scene, the football scene, I'm sorry, it's hilarious.
I mean, when Clactus says, you fools, he's playing a game!
Like this!
I mean, it's just, it's just nutty!
Right, right, right.
Yeah, it's a bizarre, it's a wild movie.
It took me a long time to get into it.
I will say this for the movie, and this is a, this is one of those strange moments.
What?
Where I'm watching the movie and the first half of the movie I'm just thinking, what am I watching?
And by the end of the movie, I'm sitting there and I'm thinking, and I'm not, this is not just to be nice to Sebastian Gorka because it's your childhood movie.

Dispatch war rocket Ajax to bring back his body.
That actress was also as good as the princess!
Amazing!
Oh fantastic, fantastic.
But there was just something about Ming's daughter.
Yeah, yeah.
Very, very sexy girl.
It had nothing to do with the sprayed on pants.
The sprayed on pants is completely irrelevant.
No, it had nothing to do with it.
Nothing to do with it.
But she's a bad woman.
She's a nasty, she's a horrible person, but you know what?
I think I've had a couple of ex-girlfriends that are really, really, she reminds me of them.
A nasty person, but on a Friday night, a lot of fun.
You want to meet her.

General Kala, Flash Gordon approaching.
What do you mean, Flash Gordon approaching?
On a Hawkman rocket cycle.
Shall I inform His Majesty?
Imbecile!
The Emperor would shoot you for interrupting his wedding with this news.
Fire when Gordon's in range!
Dispatch war rocket Ajax to bring back his body.
A classic line, of course.
It made it into the Queen soundtrack.
We are making movies great again with Flash Gordon 1980.
There you have it.
General Kala, played by the late Mariangela Melato.
Superb.
Very remiss of me.
I forgot to mention Princess Baron of Arborea.
The man being...
Exploited by Ming's daughter is, of course, an erstwhile James Bond, Timothy Dalton.
How does he do here?
I like especially the set piece of the initiation, Chris, with the young man in Arborea.
And then the fight scene.
I mean, it took some imagining, that floating platform with the remote control spikes, the duel between Flash and Baron.
That was pretty fun.
Well, you know, in keeping with what you're talking about, about like this being a throwback to those old 1930s serials or 40s or whatever they were, he looks like maybe like Errol Flynn or this kind of guy, right?
From the back in the day.
And he does a great job of that.
I mean, Timothy Dalton in this film, Is a real throwback with the mustache and everything.
He looks like Robin Hood.
I mean, he's dressed as Robin Hood, essentially.
And really, it's a phenomenal performance.
He really performs this part with a kind of sincerity and authenticity that you would expect in a film that was You know, a top caliber film taking itself very seriously.
He took this role seriously.
And I think that that's a very important thing to have in a film like this.
If you're going to make a comedy type movie that's a bit of fun and an adventure like this, the actors do have to take the role seriously.
And it seems like they all did that.
It seemed like maybe it was a little bit chaotic on set.
Uh, some of the scenes seem to be almost, uh, you know, directed on the fly, but everybody seemed to take the role seriously.
And they, they do kind of sell it as absurd as it is these weird winged suits and Brian Blessed has like high heels on almost high heel sandals.
It's like the weirdest thing I've ever seen in my life, but they all sell it.
And so you kind of are drawn into the world after a while.
Yeah.
And like I said, You know what's great?
The sincerity.
Yes.
I think that when you have good fighting evil...
And people are sincere, it doesn't matter how cheesy it is, you still will end up loving it.
Yeah, and I have to say the battle scene with Valton's Hawkmen, the wire work, I mean, for all the cheesiness and the having fun and not being serious or whatever, the wire work of, you know, you've got like 40 guys being flown around pretending to be winged humans, it's pretty bloody impressive.
However, what does he do?
Eleven years later, Timothy Dalton actually plays Errol Flynn, or a fictionalized version of Errol Flynn, in the movie that may have to make it onto the list, The Rocketeer.
Have you seen The Rocketeer?
Oh, many, many years ago.
I didn't realize he was playing... He's the evil Nazi actor.
He's the pro-Nazi actor who's basically based upon Errol Flynn.
Was Errol Flynn pro-Nazi?
I never realized that.
No, no, no.
But the way he comported himself, that he was the swashbuckling movie star.
Right, right, right, right.
Yeah, I remember the film from when I was a kid, but I probably hadn't seen the James Bond films at that point, so I didn't know who he was.
Right, right, right.
I've only seen it once when I was probably 10 years old or something like that, so it's been a while.
We might have to add it to the list.
I think that was a 90s film.
91.
1991.
A much underrated movie.
Again with a lead actor who wasn't the best lead actor but Jennifer Connelly's one of her first roles and she looked good back then.
That's when Jennifer had that classic, classic way of comporting herself.
We might have to add it to the list.

We only have an hour to do these things.
I mean, I love having our discussions every week with you, Chris.
But an hour's not enough, usually.
So what I do is I get my Flash Gordon whip out, my Princess Aura whip, and I start whipping Eric to make cuts of the best parts of the movies.
And he does these montages.
This is such an amazing movie.
So many things to pick.
Eric said, what, another one?
Yes, another one.
Here's a little montage of why this movie is so fun.
Confess, and we won't hurt you anymore.
We don't like doing this at all.
Never!
Bring me the Boar Worms.
No!
Not the Boar Worms!
Ming's not unbeatable.
With all his men, he couldn't even kill Flash.
Gordon's alive!
Flash, I love you!
But we only have 14 hours to save the Earth!
Flash!
He's escaping, idiot!
Dispatch war rocket Ajax, to bring back his body.
Spartan Forty!
Die!
Impetuous boy!
Oh well.
Who wants to live forever?
Oh well. Who wants to live forever?
I'm sorry Chris, I...
I will not be gainset.
Any movie on any subject that has the phrases, no, not the boar worms!
And dive!
Screamed by Brian Blessed.
That is, by definition, an incredible movie.
Is Brian Blessed your uncle?
I feel like you inherited the Brian Blessed voice.
He's all British kids of the 1980s uncle.
He's all our uncle.
He's our collective uncle.
I, he, so he sometimes does this show, uh, I, I think it's either Would I Lie to You?
or one of the other... Oh, one of the, one of those, uh, Black News Review shows?
Yeah, I tried to introduce you to one.
I don't think you liked it so much, but, uh, but I find these shows hilarious.
I watch them all the time.
He's on a few of these occasionally.
I think QI or something like that I've seen him on.
And he, he, in, in, like, his normal personality, interacting with the other contestants on the show, Is, like, the character from this film.
He's Prince Valton.
I'm sorry.
Brian Blessed, in real life, is Prince Valton.
Yeah, it's incredible.
He is a larger-than-life character, and his life is amazing.
Like, the stories of his life are phenomenal.
He tried, I think he tried, like, a few years ago, he tried to climb Mount Everest without oxygen.
The guy's crazy.
Yeah, he's, like, in his 80s or something like that.
Cool guy.
Very interesting guy.
But to my original point, I mean, just a movie with these... I mean, any movie where you have somebody in a skin-tight latex suit with a gold crown say, Dispatch War Rocket Ajax.
I mean, that has to be a good movie.
You picked some good clips, I will say.
There were points in this movie where I just unexpectedly burst out laughing and I thought... And at first I was like, is that an intentional joke?
I couldn't tell.
Really, honestly, you have to understand the era to understand this film, I think.
You have to understand what they were intending to do to really be able to appreciate this film.
Coming in with no context, I don't think works as well.
is maybe if you've seen the Flash Gordon, the black and white films, or if you know about,
you know, the culture of the 70s and what they were doing here, because it is really weird,
but certainly by the end of the film you're laughing and you truly love the characters.
I mean, you're right, but the point here is it's a Dino De Laurentiis movie.
That's the number one context.
I mean, it's Dino.
Come on.
It's Dino De Laurentiis.
It's the guy who made Conan the Barbarian, OK?
So it's an Italian filmmaker called Dino De Laurentiis.
It's a comic strip.
It's Flash Gordon.
And it's the 80s.
I mean, that's the correct context.
I actually think of this as a combination of Star Wars, The Wizard of Oz, And a little bit actually kind of Superman, which was weird because even though there's no superhero in it, Flash Gordon has that kind of very good person, you know, heroic mindset and he looks like the superhero.
You know, he's got that, you know, they picked a guy who physically embodied The comic book hero that you want.
And I actually think they picked the right guy.
Like I said, despite the fact that he can't act, I did enjoy him on screen.
I felt like I could be friends with this guy in this world of the flying Hawkmen and cardboard spaceships.
I did feel like I could be friends with him.
I could be friends with his girlfriend, Dale, who, by the way, They, like, fall in love and he asks her to marry him, like, without barely talking to each other.
They're just, like, afraid of crashing in this plane at the beginning of the film.
And immediately they're, like, in love.
Yeah.
He's checking out, you know, he's checking out Ming's daughter there and she turns to him and she says, I'm still here, you know?
Yeah.
Like, very early on in the film.
And she's already jealous of him.
All I can think about is this girl.
Which, and she is, she's a great actress.
Beautiful eyes, and I think that, you know, Ming's got good taste, and I think Flash Gordon's got good taste.
Good taste for his concubines, or his temporary wives.
What does the priest say at the ceremony?
You know, we'll love and cherish her until you blast her into space.
We are making movies great again.

Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
A song that is made immortal by a word and a sound.
Flash?
RR?
I mean, there you know!
It's an amazing movie, it's an amazing soundtrack.
How they got Queen still boggles the mind.
We're talking movies, making them great again with Chris Coles.
Let's get into the geeking out little trivia mode.
There's a character in Arborea, the assistant to the prince called Fico.
This is played by Richard O'Brien.
Richard O'Brien, who, by the way, is, of course, Riff Raff from the Rocky Horror Show, who actually wrote the Rocky Horror Show.
How's that for a bit of trivia?
Let's talk about the Dwarf Assistant.
Fellini, I think Dino was having a little fun with that name.
The Dwarf Assistant to Princess Aura is, of course, who?
Roy.
Who is Deep Roy?
Deep Roy is the 4'4 Indian British actor who also played...
Yoda!
And also played R2-D2, a man who has been in every movie that you can think of with short-statured people.
And then, perhaps the coolest of all trivia, William Hootkins.
Who is William Hootkins?
William Hootkins is Zharkov's assistant who refuses to assist him in launching his rocket ship, runs away, but who is he really?
He's Porkins from Star Wars.
Not only is he Porkins from Star Wars, he's also the military intelligence officer from Raiders of the Lost Ark!
This is making Flash Gordon even cooler, is it not, Chris Coles?
Yeah, you know, I was thinking about this as I was watching the film.
I thought, you know, this is kind of like the 1970s version of the Fast and Furious films.
Right?
I love the Fast and Furious films because they're sort of, you don't have to think about them, it's just explosions and fun and a fun story and you care about the characters and it's not some deep philosophical insight.
I just watched Fast X. It's supposed to be pretty fun, right?
I really loved it.
I've got a review coming out tomorrow morning on Alpha Critic, so everybody should watch that if they're curious as to how good that film is.
Spoiler alert, it's pretty dang good.
It's a lot of fun.
And I feel like this movie is sort of in the same vein, you know?
And people are like, oh, Fast and Furious films are stupid.
Actually, I would disagree.
It takes a lot of brains to produce something that is that entertaining.
You've got to know what the audience wants, what they're looking for, and then produce something to that taste.
Which is what Hollywood is refusing to do the rest of the time, which is ignoring their audience.
Yeah, and Fast 10, here's another spoiler alert, not necessarily, not just not woke, I would actually call it conservative.
Well it's about, I mean look, the fast movies are about family, right?
It's about family, traditional values.
The villain in the new film is a very effete, I would say borderline trans individual.
Is it Dylan Mulvaney?
If you cross Aquaman and Dylan Mulvaney, that's your villain.
Yeah, yeah.
Alright, well I'm gonna go watch it this weekend.
Great advice.
Okay, gotta rate it.
It wasn't a success.
I'm so sad back in the day this was not a successful movie.
Cost only $27 million.
Not a lot of money.
And only recouped $46 million.
You know, a lot of that was video, VHS rentals and stuff like that.
Let's give it a rating right now.
How many boar worms out of 10 do you give Flash Gordon, Chris?
Not the boar worms!
Not the boar worms!
Let's see.
I'll give it, because, you know, again, I have to rate this.
This is my system.
This is my system, which is How a modern audience would perceive it.
Yes.
Coming in with no knowledge.
Yes.
I actually did that.
I actually did that.
I think you need context for this film.
You need a body of experience to be able to enjoy it in its full.
It's full of richness.
To be able to get the joke.
Cause like you said, even the people at the time, they didn't all quite get the joke at first.
It's become a cult classic.
It's going to be tough.
I'm going to say 4.5.
Whoa, y'all!
Our friendship is over.
That's it.
Callens, cancel this show.
Delete this file.
You are going to be memory hold, Chris Coles.
You couldn't even give it a five.
Give it a five.
Please give it a five.
OK, it's got a five.
You put the boar worms, shouldn't you?
Thank you.
Five boar worms.
I, on the other hand, will give it nine.
Oh, wow.
Nine.
Okay.
Nine.
Okay.
Personal reasons, historic reasons, Dino De Laurentiis, and, of course, Brian Blessed.
Brian Blessed.
I mean, Brian Blessed.
Brian Blessed.
Brian Blessed.
They call that a split review, right?
Or a mixed review.
I'm just so glad.
It kind of annoys me, but it doesn't, that you come to these, and in so many cases, you haven't seen them, because you really have a fresh take, right?
Well, you know, Understanding the film better, from your perspective, does make me appreciate it.
And as I said, I did want to see sequels by the end of it.
Not just one, I wanted to see multiple sequels.
And they did say, I have read, When I was reading about it afterwards, they were intending to do a trilogy, so they should have made sequels, and it's disappointing that I can't go watch those, because I would have watched them.
But go off.
I think you can find most of them online for free.
Watch the original Flash Gordon serials, because they're fun.
They're like 12 minutes each, and they're super fun.
All right, here we go.
I'm handing over the con.
The gavel is yours.
Oh, I always dread this.
What are you going to pick?
What's our next movie, Chris Coles?
I was going to text you.
I forgot to do this.
I was going to text you to see if we could do two in a row because I wanted to do this film in the sequel.
Okay.
You may agree to that.
You may not because of course the next week is going to be your choice so you can decide.
We don't have to do this in the sequel.
Hit me.
Hit me.
It's a film I think you'll appreciate.
It's called The Terminator.
Oh, it had to be done sooner or later.
And I think you're right, given the debate over these two movies that are very different.
One is like a guerrilla movie made on the cheap.
The next one, huge, lavish, deemed to be even better than the original.
I think you're right, Chris.
I think we've got to do T1 and T2.
Fantastic.
All right.
We got our next two weeks set.
Let's do it.
Can't wait.
All right.
God bless.
