Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Did John Durham betray the American people?
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
♪♪ ♪♪
We announced it yesterday on this show.
Before anybody else, our friend John Solomon gained a copy of the John Durham report into the Russia collusion hoax.
And I have it now in my hands.
307 pages, titled Report on Matters Relating to Intelligence Activities and Investigations Arising out of the 2016 Presidential Campaigns.
We will keep our eye on breaking news, but we are dedicating this show and the guests we have invited to this document.
Why?
It may not lead to any prosecutions, at least not in the next 18 months here in America for obvious reasons, but it is proof that we have a political police force and a politicized intelligence community, including the CIA and the NSA.
In it, we have proof positive that there was no evidence.
John Durham is clear.
Zero evidence of any connection between the Trump campaign and the state of Russia.
None.
This was known by the leadership of the Obama Department of Justice And the FBI.
They also knew, and Obama's CIA director briefed the then-president and the vice-president, Joe Biden, that Hillary Clinton was preparing to smear her political rival, President Trump, with a campaign imputing a connection between Moscow and the Trump campaign.
Despite knowing that Hillary was the source of this smear, despite knowing at the time in the summer of 2016 that it was all lies, that there was no evidence, they proceeded to initiate something never before seen in American history.
A tri-agency intelligence operation called Crossfire Hurricane With the CIA, the FBI, and the NSA targeting a presidential campaign.
Politically targeting, for political purposes, a campaign for the highest office in the land.
Now, there are hours worth of things I could say about this.
Days worth.
I will be writing about it on my substack.
I will probably be doing separate videos on my social media accounts.
But that is the essence of what you need to know.
The most powerful law enforcement and spy agencies in the most powerful nation in the United States decided to act politically to favor a politician and a party.
That is how you put the last seven years into context.
From Crossfire Hurricane to the Attack on General Mike Flynn.
To the Mueller probe.
To Impeachment 1.
To Impeachment 2.
To the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
To the arrests and the charges against not only Paul Manafort and Carter Page, but also presidential appointees like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro.
There is nobody on the left, not one Democrat, who has suffered at the hands of the Department of Justice and the FBI or the CIA for political purposes.
In fact, if you're a Democrat, like a certain DOJ lawyer, You can literally force, this is Clinesmith, you can literally forge a classified document, a CIA document, that lists a low-ranking Trump advisor called Carter Page, a Naval Academy graduate who had worked with the FBI to help catch Russian spies.
You can take a CIA document that says, yes, Carter Page is a good guy, he's worked with US intelligence in the past.
And you can forge it to say, no, he's a bad guy who has actually ties to the Kremlin.
And you can use that forged document to obtain secret FISA, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, court warrants to spy on Carter Page, to spy on another low-ranking foreign policy volunteer called Papadopoulos.
And use those lies to try and penetrate the Trump campaign and then use something called the two hop rule to say that you can also surveil anyone within two connections of those individuals with their emails, their texts, their phone conversations, which means everyone.
You can, you can do the, you know, seven steps, the seven rules of separation and basically spy on anybody you want to.
That is where we are today in America.
We have a police state tactic approach inside the DOJ.
Now what's the problem with the report?
Number one, we don't control the executive.
Therefore there will be no changes at the DOJ.
Look at the front page of this report.
I've highlighted it on my copy.
The biggest problem with these 307 pages is nothing to do with what's on the actual 307 pages outside of the cover page.
Why?
Because of the top line of who it is addressed to.
John Durham, the special counsel, the special investigator, has written his report to none other Then Attorney General Merrick B. Garland, the same Attorney General who okayed the raid on Mar-a-Lago, President Trump's private residence, who okayed the FBI and the DOJ targeting the parents of children at school board meetings who simply wanted their children to go back to school, not to wear masks, and not to be indoctrinated under racist, bigoted ideology
Like CRT.
Like Critical Race Theory.
That's the man.
This is like sending a report on a crime to the criminal who committed the crime.
Yes, here's the report on the crime you committed.
Do something about it, criminal.
Because the DOJ are the criminals.
The FBI are the criminals.
This report proves it.
They knew.
They knew there was no evidence.
For any of it to justify anything, including secret warrants.
But for seven years they lied.
And the Democrat Party and the mainstream lying legacy media were their colluding accomplices.
No apologies.
In fact, the Dream Comas of the world, the Strokes and the McCabes, are on book tours, have got gigs with the likes of CNN.
That cannot be allowed.
For the next 18 months, the GOP, if it believes in America, will do one thing.
Will financially strangle these agencies, or the elements of these agencies that have proven themselves to be political policemen.
And then, if we do our part, on the afternoon of January 20th, 2025, The FBI will be dismantled brick by brick.
Its three main core missions given to other agencies and those responsible for attempting to steal the 2016 election and for stealing the 2020 election will be arrested and charged with sedition.
Real sedition.
We have a lot of work to do.
If you're not subscribed to the podcast, do it now.
If you understand the enormity, the scale of what I've just said to you, then you need to tell the world that you understand.
We talked about this almost a year ago.
When I designed it, my team said, you're crazy, Dr. G.
It's the FBI t-shirt.
It's the FBI mug.
Joe Biden's Gestapo from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
Then Chris Plant, my buddy, came up with the FBI t-shirt.
Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
It's true.

Mic's off.
Mic's off.
Thanks for watching.
See you next time.
Bye.
Alrighty.
I got a better camera than this.
I'm just trying to... You got 90 seconds.
Okay.
It doesn't say her job title, but she works for Angel Tree.
Okay, good.
Alright, someone just sent me this.
They found the internal censorship list at Twitter, and I made it to number 63 on the list.
That's pretty good!
That's pretty good out of 320 million.
That's not bad.
Does it say when?
Because I guarantee you it was during this whole Mueller investigation.
Because that's when you didn't get followers.
They were throttling your radio.
Remember you didn't increase it for like a year?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'll send you the link right now.
This is bad, right?
What?
Oh, that camera looks good.
Yes, much better.
That's, wow, that's like a million times better.
Alright, look at that.
Alright, perfect.
Quality.
Perfect.
Alright.
Don't move!
Smith, where you going?
Who sent that list, by the way?
Is that public?
Um, just one of my followers.
Just a Twitter follower.
Now I'd like to see the, uh, corresponding list for YouTube.
Ha ha.
Mr. Smith, can we get a quick mic check?
Yeah.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Five, four, three, two, one.
All right, I'm going to use cut three here after the...
I'm going to use cut two here.
I'm going to use cut three here.
sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
I love it when we get to show you the efficacy, the import, the impact of what you do for others through our show.
Here's somebody called Betsy Wright who tells an incredible story of how Children's lives are changed when they get out of these vicious, deadly environments and go to one of the Prison Fellowship's safe summer camps.
Just listen for a moment to Betsy.
You know, they dropped their child off at the beginning of the week.
Child was super hesitant, just didn't know if they wanted to go to camp.
And by the end of the week, when mom comes back to pick them up, they're crying because they don't want to go home because they had so much fun.
And we hear, I think it was a grandmother, she said this was the first time that my child went to sleep without the sounds of gunshots at night.
The first time my grandchild went to sleep without hearing gunfire.
That's just wrong.
There's more than a million children in America who have a mother or father behind bars.
They are so vulnerable.
They feel guilty for the crimes of their parents.
More than 70% will end up in prison themselves.
We are helping them to break that cycle by getting them to a safe Christ-centric summer camp.
But I can't do it without you.
Will you assist?
Will you donate today?
It's $200 per child.
And you could literally be saving their life.
Please go right now to SebGorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner and donate as much as you can.
It's one of the most beautiful, God-like things you can do to help these children.
Please call right now.

All right, the report is out and of course, the actual colluders, those who worked with the likes of
Danchenko and Steele, are already spinning, spinning and denying.
One of the worst is, of course, Joe Scarborough.
Let's listen to his response to the 307 pages of proof positive that it was all a lie.
Cut three.
Uh, and yet the conclusions that are drawn here, again, they really seem to, it just seems to be a complete dud.
Once again, another dud by John Durham.
Another dud.
Well, let's ask the man who's been telling the truth about all this, for whom I don't think anything in this is really big news.
He's the author of The Plot Against the President, which became the amazing documentary by our friend Amanda Milius, also permanent coup investigative reporter extraordinaire Lee Smith.
It's been a while.
Welcome back.
Seb, great to be with you.
And I'm really honored to be with you to get a chance To discuss this today.
Very important day.
We've been waiting for it for a long time.
Yeah.
You're going to be in great company later in the show.
We'll be joined by Devin Nunes.
We'll have a whole hour with another great reporter, John Solomon.
So first things first, your reaction to the big dud.
I mean, it takes, I guess, 307 pages to give us a dud.
Well, there's a lot of, you know, working through it.
There's a lot of information.
There's It's not as though there's a lot of new information, but there's different shadings on information that we've had before, which I think will prove valuable, and pointing to things that went on.
What's unfortunate here, and what I've been saying for several years, and I'll be curious to hear what Congressman Nunes will say later, but the task has really been to hold people responsible, and that's through indictments and convictions.
Because, look, you just showed that clip of Joe Scarborough, and this is what the press is right now.
They don't read, they don't care, they can spin anything any way they want.
What you can't spin is intelligence bureaucrats getting led away in orange jumpsuits, right?
That's the only way that this information is ever going to puncture the bubble and get through to the American public, people who don't know the information, people who listen to whatever, whether it's Joe Scarborough or Rachel Maddow or Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper, and they don't care.
The only way to have gotten through to them is to indict and convict people.
The Durham Report, of course, that's not what this is.
It's not indictments.
It's not convictions.
And I don't think that we can hold Durham responsible for that.
We have to understand the context in which he's been forced to operate the last couple of years with Joe Biden as president, Joe Biden, who is part of Russiagate, as well as his attorney, General Merrick Garland.
So there were very tight constraints.
I don't mean to give Durham an entirely clean bill of health for what he did here, but I think we need to understand, to be able to understand what this report means and what it doesn't mean, we need to understand the context in which it was produced.
Yeah, I'm surprised how delicate you're being.
I mean, there's proof.
He says here, there was no proof, no proof of any Russian collusion, despite that fact, the FBI launched crossfire hurricane with the CIA, with the NSA.
And then he says, but there's no crimes committed.
I mean, this is the definition of sedition.
This is undermining the rule of law and the functioning of government and using
the most powerful terms.
I know we don't have the executive. I know the biggest problem is that this is addressed to John Durham himself.
So you're telling the criminals to police themselves.
But don't you think at least the conclusions could have been stronger?
Um, do I? Do I think they could have been stronger?
Absolutely.
Could they have passed Merrick Garland?
I don't know.
And again, I don't mean to apologize here for John Durham, but it's important to understand what they've done here.
And this is what we've been concerned about from the beginning.
If you read the report, you see one of the things that becomes very clear, that the FBI and the CIA, especially John Brennan, have been protecting themselves from the beginning for fear
that they might get caught out.
And you look at all the different buffers, the different things that are going on, and
they've provided all sorts of different rationales to protect themselves.
The most important one is this, is that, hey, look, we got some things wrong.
I guess if you want to call us incompetent, that's hurtful because we try really hard,
but, OK, we're incompetent.
We missed some important things.
But we're not criminal, right?
Far be it from the FBI or the DOJ to be criminal.
That's the crux of the matter right here.
They set it up from the very beginning to be positioned as incompetent.
That that would be the interpretation.
At the very first you could say, oh they got it wrong, but it's not like, no no, they were involved in a criminal conspiracy.
Yeah, bingo.
Actually, you know, as a former CIA station chief told me, they were targeting us after we won the election in the West Wing.

You mean he's doing the cover-up I?
Mean I I well I it's hard to attribute responsibility precisely
Are you certainly participating in a cover-up?
That's what this is.
It's a cover-up.
Am I solely responsible for this?
No.
Look, I'll put a lot more blame on William Barr for this.
The key was, everyone understood at the time, and if you want me to hold this, or we can talk about it more when we go back live, The job was to hold people accountable before the 2020 election.
Why?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Perfect, perfect.
Save that, save that, save that.
All right, can you play the full Levin, please, Eric?
The full Levin that is cut... Seven.
Seven, sorry.
Yep, go ahead.
This report right here, the dorm report, is actually very, very important because it gives the official seal to what is the American Stasi.
At every step of the way, this FBI ignored evidence, did not get corroborating evidence, had no evidence, did everything it could to protect Hillary Clinton, and did everything it could to destroy Donald Trump.
It falsified information.
They were told not to take notes.
They had no basis whatsoever for unleashing their investigation.
This country went through this for over two years.
It sparked the Mueller investigation.
And Donald Trump is a victim, and he's the greatest victim in American political history.
All right, I'm going to use that here.
Give me cut eight again, the full cut.
Eight.
Absolutely nothing new in this report, and I stand by the investigative decisions that we made to open the investigation first on the Trump campaign and the possibility that the Russians are trying to influence it, and then later on Donald Trump himself.
And what did we find out from Special Counsel Mueller's investigation?
What kind of camera do you have, Lee?
fact, influence the campaign. They wanted to, they tried repeated times, they had many,
many contacts with the Trump campaign and several of those people were indicted. So
I guess what we were worried about all along actually happened.
It was set up for me by other more intelligent people.
But is it like a remote one that moves?
Yeah.
Yes.
I got it mounted behind my laptop now.
Nice.
Yeah.
No, it's nice.
It looks pretty good.
It's better than our camera.
Why is it better than my camera, John?
Because it's 4K, I'm sure.
John says, yeah, he's not sure.
We have 4K, but we just don't switch it to 4K, right?
No, we don't have 4K.
These are 1080p, I thought.
I thought we had 4K, we just don't use it because of the data problems.
What is it?
I think Garrett said we do, right?
John says he doesn't think we can.
No, the cameras have the capacity, but we can't switch them to that capacity, right?
Right, I mean, we broadcast in 1080, so... Yeah, but the cameras are 4K.
I don't know, I'd have to check.
Sean!
You're the chief engineer, dude!
Come on. Come on. Yes, that's right.

All right, let's listen to the great one, Mark Levin.
He, too, held up the Durham Report and waved it in front of the camera.
Cut seven!
This report right here, the dorm report, is actually very, very important because it gives the official seal to what is the American Stasi.

Statement of fact, the American Stasi, that's the FBI.
I think you may have heard what we did here months ago when we called them the Gestapo, Biden's Gestapo.
People said that's too edgy, Dr. G. It became one of the hottest things we have on the website.
The Joe Biden's Gestapo, the FBI from Nazi Germany to the U.S.
in 80 years, still up on the site.
Get yours today, sebgorkestore.com.
S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkaStore.com.
Lee Smith, you said something very interesting in the break about actual culpability and timing when it comes to all of this.
Would you share that with our three and a half million listeners?
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Thanks.
Mark Levin is great.
He's a genius and a master, but it's gone on longer than... it was longer than two years, right?
We're still living with Russiagate, by which I mean The person I hold most accountable here, aside from, of course, the FBI, CIA and other services that were involved in the plot against Trump and the plot against America, is William Barr, the Attorney General.
Barr understood what the job was.
The task was to hold people accountable before the 2020 election, to make sure that people understood there's a price to be paid for interfering in a presidential election, which is what happened in 2016 when the FBI interfered by spying on the Donald Trump campaign.
This was essential, right?
That people needed to pay a price, right?
They didn't pay a price.
So what do we see now?
We have evidence from the Twitter files.
We have evidence that the FBI interfered, again, In another presidential campaign in 2020, we have evidence the CIA interfered in the 2020 campaign with the 51 spies letter.
It's important for people to understand it's referred to as 51 intelligence officials, but the 42 CIA officials in there, okay?
It's a CIA letter.
It's their product.
Barr did not hold them accountable before the election.
We paid in 2020.
And because of that, because now the Justice Department is under Biden, no one will be held accountable for 2020 either.
The American public continues to live with Russiagate and the consequences of Russiagate and the consequences of Bill Barr failing to do his job.
Yeah, at this point, it seems to me as if, as a building, it can't be fixed with just a new Attorney General or a new seventh floor at the FBI.
You've chronicled this, the rot is so deep that would you agree with what Senator Hawley said yesterday and the FBI cannot be allowed to stand?
I mean, yeah, I've been saying this for a couple years now.
I mean, I, you know, I'm sure you've spoken with some of the really great people who've worked at the FBI, as well as the CIA.
We know them.
They're whistleblowers.
There's guys out there who are making a case now, like Kyle Serafin, Steve Friend.
Some just all-around great people, awesome people.
The issue is, though, what's going on at the top.
And I think it's so profound.
The rot is so bad.
I don't see how you save these institutions.
And the idea that these institutions now have this amount of power No, it's a disaster for the country.
There is no way that you can make the case.
Hey look, here's an institution that's been targeting you, Americans, not just through Russiagate.
It cannot be salvaged.
He's been telling the truth for years now.

First up, line one.
Let's go to Brooklyn.
Jules!
Hey, Seb, how you doing?
I could be better.
I could be better.
Yeah.
I don't know why.
I guess it's because I'm an ex-Treasury agent.
I was an international examiner for IRS.
I am very suspicious of why Durham released his report now.
I think And you know, you heard the story that's being, that's not being shown on mainstream media, that IRS agents can't be located that were working on the Hunter Biden investigation of the LLCs.
Yeah.
Well, they were taken off the probe.
The IRS agent was taken off the probe.
That's the latest.
And then the whistleblowers, according to Chairman Comer, numerous of the whistleblowers who came to Congress, they can't be located.
So how are you linking that to Durham, Jules?
Well, I think the focus of Durham, you know, is taking away what's going on with the IRS investigation.
I think they have damning evidence on Hunter and the president, and I think they have evidence that goes back to Obama.
But I don't buy that.
I don't buy that because they have evidence on Obama.
Here, in this document from Durham, we have evidence that goes back to Obama and to Biden.
Right here.
So how does publishing this, which goes to Obama, which goes to Biden, how does that take pressure off Obama and Biden?
It doesn't.
It doesn't take pressure off, but the Durham is old news.
I didn't learn anything from the investigation.
I knew all this.
You knew all this.
Yeah, no, there are things in there.
There are some new things with regards to how they targeted Papadopoulos, and especially with Nellie Orr and Bruce Orr, the more than half a dozen reports that he smuggled into the DOJ from his wife working for Fusion GPS.
So there is some new stuff in here.
But Jules, there's one thing that's flawed with your with your supposition. John Durham doesn't get to decide
when the the report is issued you know that right? Well
who does? The Attorney General. Oh well Merrick Garland.
Yeah.
Right.
He said, let's have it now.
Let me tell you something, that Obama is behind all this.
No, I don't buy it.
No, I don't buy it.
Michelle's not running, and Obama isn't behind all of this.
I just don't buy it.
I don't buy these conspiracy theories.
He's too lazy, she's too lazy.
They're Martha's Vineyard eating Cheetos.
I'm sorry, I don't buy it, Jules, but thank you, and thank you for your service.
Phil in Philly, line two.
Oh my gosh, I just had a hankering for some Cheetos.
I'll tell you, I'm in the sanctuary city of Philadelphia, the city of brotherly thugs.
Oh, what did you say?
The city of brotherly thugs?
Right.
That's good.
That's good, Phil.
You always bring it.
You always bring it.
Dr. G went to vote in the primary today, and wouldn't you know, I'm looking for the big book that they got to turn around to match the signatures.
They turn around an iPad, and they say, here, just use your finger.
I said, oh, you know what?
You don't need it.
I said, I got a Panamanian metro pass and a peso in my pocket.
Can I use that for ID?
They said, yes, sir.
Just sign here with your finger.
I said, this looks like one of Hunter Biden's finger paintings.
Maybe I can get some money for this.
It's ridiculous.
Hang on, hang on.
I love what you're doing, but did you say any of that to the people at the primary?
Yes, I did.
Yes, I did.
And what was the reaction, Phil?
I gotta know.
What was the reaction?
They were about to call security.
They were like, I got two little ladies sitting there, and then this other guy's coming over, and then this other girl comes over.
I said, what, what, what's the problem?
Right?
When I walked in, they're handing me all these, it's Democrats.
Comicrad here. I said all the stuff, all the pre-filled like this is how you do it right?
Exactly, exactly. Dr. G you wouldn't even believe it. In the major election last time,
they had nothing set up. They told, I was raising cane, they sent me over to a table,
they said okay reach down there and get a badge and then get your get your booklet. I said what?
I said all right this is what I got to do.
I gotta do it.
They gave me a key and a badge to go over to open up one of the machines and the guy's like, okay, put your stuff in there.
I said, I'm just here to vote, pal.
What?
I took a picture of it.
I can show that to you.
Stay on the line.
I need to see this information.
This is insane.
That's Phil from the city of brotherly thugs.
You are the best, Phil.
Let's go to another great patriot.
Don, Los Angeles, line three.
Dr. G, you are truly the Kwisatz Haderach of conservative talk radio.
I'll take it.
For those who understand, I'll take it.
What brings you to our humble show today?
Well, just listening to all this, Dr. G, it's just so frustrating.
I think Mr. Trump made a mistake going back to the Bush dynasty when he hired Mr. Barr.
I think somebody like Mark Levin, who is like, you know, a real Reaganaut, you know, somebody that's served in... Former Chief of Staff at DOJ.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He would be the guy to go back to to vet and find, because there's got to be, Dr. Chee, there's got to be tons of young guys that were serving then that are the right age now.
They have the experience, the gravitas, the maturity.
You mean from when he served in the Reagan administration?
Yes, yes.
There's got to be Reaganauts out there, because you can't trust the Bushites.
No, you can't.
But remember, I mean, there's this interview that Steve Bannon gave where he actually said, you know, three weeks into the administration where we didn't have any hot, you know, warm bodies, quote, we made a drug deal with the RNC to fill those positions.
That's why we are where we are.
True.
That's true.
And well, it's a tough lesson to learn.
That just means that the second time around, like the great Joe Louis, the brown bomber, you have to watch out for him the second time around.
We can't get it wrong.
This is the most important thing.
I've been having words with certain people around the president, personnel, personnel.
We can fix the rest.
We can fix DOJ.
We could, you know, Defeat our enemies, but we've got to get the personnel piece right.
God bless you.
Thank you, Don.
Matt, Jack, don't go anywhere.

They just kind of look similar to me.
I don't know why.
Yeah, no, I do exactly the same.
I mix both of them up.
Come on.

Yeah, but Portnoy is at least entertaining.
That's a true statement, yeah.
That is true.

Please.

Fred, welcome to America First.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
How you doing?
Good.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
I agree with your summation of Portnoy, but let's move on.
I'm curious, you're saying that the Durham report, you know, we only have a year and a half to live under these guys, the CIA and the FBI.
However, most of the stuff that he reports on was done by the FBI and the CIA under the Trump administration.
So what's your point?
In fact, the key thing happened in the summer of 2016.
Do you know who was running the FBI and the CIA then?
I do.
It begins with Crossfire Hurricane that was put in place by the Obama administration and was run by Obama appointees.
So I don't understand your point.
But it continued through 2017.
Yes.
And who was in charge then?
Well, yeah, the point I've made a million times before is that we didn't have a bench to fill the 4,000 presidential appointments.
And I just said about eight minutes ago that Bannon made a drug deal with the RNC to fill it with Bushites who wouldn't change anything.
So I don't understand your point.
You think that when a non-politician But wait a second though, and I think you would agree with this because I work in Republican politics, believe it or not, we were told multiple times
That I'm going to, and this is Trump saying this, I'm going to hire the best people.
Yeah, as much as he has them, but how big is his bench?
Look, I don't understand why you're calling in to make this point.
I've been doing this for four and a half years, and I've said when we walked into the West Wing, I walked in on Saturday, the day after the inauguration, on January the 21st, and I said there were less than 20, less than 20 of us.
In senior positions, who actually understood MAGA, who understood America First, and who actually understood the mandate of the 64 million people who voted for us?
I haven't gainsaid, I didn't say we had 4,000 people to fill in those slots, so why are you calling up to complain?
Because we, I mean there has to be some honesty here.
I just told you what I said for four and a half years.
I'm not underscoring Biden as some great president or anything.
Who are you making excuses for?
Are you okay with this corruption?
No, you clearly are.
You're not a Republican.
You're okay with this corruption.
Well, step into the arena, you coward.

Lord Black, welcome back to America First.
Thanks very much, Sebastian.
You said something as we were prepping for the show about these 307 pages I hold in my hand, that even you had expectations that it was going to be bad, but you didn't think it was going to be that bad.
Tell us why.
Well, parts of it just surprised me.
I was surprised that Durham Got the evidence he did showing the eagerness of Comey to come out of the gate and and Undermine the president as soon as the incoming president as soon as there was any possibility of it I mean I personally always found Comey a distasteful and untrustworthy person, but but I thought he would be more intelligent and more professional than to be just like a
A sprinter in the starting blocks waiting for the gun to go off so he could charge in and try and make the life of the incoming president impossible, even as he asked that president to retain him in his office, which he was using to undermine the president.
And I also thought that the extent to which it is now proved that Obama And Biden knew all about it.
They knew that this investigation was going on.
They knew that there was nothing to base it on.
They knew it could not be construed as anything other than a smear job against a political opponent in a way that they knew to be a corruption of the intelligence agencies and the FBI.
And I mean, I just thought that Obama, and I wouldn't credit Biden with too much of this, but I would have thought Obama, who has made quite a career representing himself as squeaky clean, would keep a little blue water between him and the dirty tricks.
So he had plausible deniability to go back to a previous controversy, but he didn't do it.
And to me, the burning question is, will they get away this time?
As they have so often before, with just dismissing it and keeping it out of the media because it doesn't suit their narrative.
And I saw that ghastly man, that unspeakable man, Weissman, I mean, really the most hate-filled assailant of non-political agency work and a corruptor of the system.
on television saying that it was a big fat nothing.
I mean... That's actually... I don't know if you're reading my mind right now, but that's one of the clips we have for our interview today.
So here's the guy that is called Muller's pitbull, the individual who really ran the Muller probe for Robert Muller, talking about the report from John Durham, cut six.
Russia interfered in the 2016 election.
They're continuing to interfere.
There are people who've gone to jail who are rightly found guilty.
And what you have with John Durham is, like, it's a big fat nothing.
And it reminds me of the sort of weaponization hearings that are going on, where there also is, they're just falling flat on their face because there is no there there.
It's incredible that he talks about people going to jail.
He ties it to Russia.
Not one individual went to jail for anything to do with colluding with Russia.
So this is a former prosecutor who basically ran the Mueller probe.
Is there any more evidence one needs for the complete political bastardization of the judicial system, of the police system and the federal police?
No, I would say no.
I mean, to me, From when I first saw and read the things that he said, I thought Weissman was the personification of Trump hate, just a rabid partisan with an irrational hatred of a prominent politician.
I mean, we all have politicians we like or don't like as public people, but not in this insane and almost murderous way that he has, where up is down and black is white.
How anyone can describe the findings of Durham as nothing and still be judged a sane person and indeed a competent professional.
I don't understand it.
I'd like to get your opinion on this, but my own guess is that this time they are not going to get away with ignoring it and whitewashing it.
I saw even CNN A Tapper.
I think the guy's name is Jake Tapper.
I'm starting to get very suspicious.
I don't know if my cut sheet is being provided to your staff before you come on.
But here we have Jake Tapper.
Shockingly, given who he works for, with his response to the report.
Cut five.
Regardless, the report is now here, it has dropped, and it might not have produced everything of what some Republicans vote for.
It is, regardless, devastating to the FBI, and to a degree, it does exonerate Donald Trump.
That's quite shocking for CNN, no, Lord Black?
Astounding.
I mean, Stelter's gone, Lemon's gone, Chris Wallace's gone, Zucker's gone, and I thought Tapper would be next, but he actually sounded like an honest man for the first time in six years.
It seems to me that if he is going to take that position, Weissman sitting over on MSNBC, where they're going down with the ship there, and they're not even getting in the lightboats.
They're just not even bothering with light belts.
They're just sitting there talking to themselves as the ship sinks.
You can't reconcile that, and it seems to me that You know, when you have a man like Jonathan Turley, who was opposed to the first impeachment of Trump, but has made it clear he's not a Trump supporter, and then he is basically calling for the defunding of the FBI, it seems to me they can't just bottle it up and pretend it isn't there.
The way they did Hillary's 33,000 scrubbed emails and, you know, for a long time, the whole Hunter Biden laptop and so forth.
I mean, I think this time the conduct of the leaders of the intelligence agencies and the FBI have to be scrutinized.
And I don't think anyone is satisfied with Durham's statement that he really thinks the FBI has reformed itself.
I mean, I admit I don't scrutinize the FBI that much, but I don't see any evidence of that.
Well, to the contrary, Lord Black, we have the evidence of the FBI raiding Mar-a-Lago.
Exactly.
Exactly.
And the way they, you know, Colluded with Twitter pre-Elon Musk to kill Hunter Biden stories and all that sort of thing.
I haven't seen any references to changes having been made and rules imposed and people punished or at least, you know, seriously scolded for what they did.
I haven't seen any of that.
Now, admittedly, I'm not the Inspector General, but I think if the FBI really was actively reforming itself, we would have heard more about it.
Yeah, no, and the fact that we have the conclusion that no crimes were committed and that nobody should be prosecuted, and then this completely Orwellian two-sentence press statement from the FBI that policies have been put in place that will guarantee that will never happen again.
Well, if people aren't punished, these things tend to happen again, do they not?
Well, particularly if the people who did them just stay in their positions and carry on and, you know, can preen their feathers, saying, well, we certainly ran into a bit of heavy weather in that one, but we're still in business.
We're still the same old lemonade stand.
We'll do it the way we've always done.
Or are given positions on CNN and MSNBC and are going on book tours like the former director of the FBI and also Andy McCain.

This is about as clear evidence you could find of intent by the campaign to collude with the Russians, to get useful information from the Russians.
I think there's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy in plain sight.
I did say that there is ample evidence, and indeed there is, of collusion of people in the Trump campaign with the Russians.
He is going to be delivering what I think are going to be his indictments, the final indictments.
I would not be surprised if there were a number of indictments that still were going to come down the pike.
There are indictments in this president's future.

They will continue into the weekend, allegedly.
As soon as we get more details, we'll share them with you.
Let's go back to Lord Conrad Black.
Lord Black, I want to go to your piece in the New York Sun, but first things first, as the former head of the incredibly important Holliger Group of media outlets, I have to ask a naive question.
Is anybody in the mainstream media outside of maybe Jake Tapper going to recognize what they did or maybe apologize for propagating the Russia hoax on us for seven years?
I wish I could be optimistic about it.
I think the Trump hate psychosis is weakening.
I think Trump himself is playing a much stronger game.
You remember four, five, six years ago, a day would not go by that there wasn't some tweet of his or something he said somewhere where they could sink their teeth into and represent him as an unfit person for high office.
None of it is happening now.
None of it.
He never embarrasses himself.
He had, of course, that immense triumph on the CNN town hall.
Well, let's talk about that.
That's a beautiful segue.
That's the subject of your piece in the New York Sun.
I don't know.
Maybe it's a good move for CNN.
Maybe it isn't.
But that was a tour de force of a kind of combination of Trump 2016 with a slightly new Trump.
Yes.
I thought his command of the facts was stronger.
And he was frankly less... I mean, he certainly wasn't, you know, coming forth in a very hesitant, diffident way.
But he wasn't as preoccupied with himself as he at times was earlier on in his political career.
Less bombast?
Less bombast and more focusing on the facts.
And I noted that when When Peggy Noonan tried to take issue with what he said, the best she could do for claims of lies were that his tax cuts weren't bigger than Ronald Reagan's.
I don't think they were bigger than LBJ's either, but they were approximately equally large.
It just depends how you measure them.
That's thin gruel, isn't it, Lord Black?
That's thin gruel.
It's not a lie.
The acting Secretary of Defense wasn't ordered to deploy 10,000 National Guardsmen isn't the point.
He said he'd offered the National Guard to Pelosi and Bowser and, well, they dispute that.
They haven't refuted it.
He hasn't been, you know, authoritatively refuted.
I would take his word over theirs.
And these aren't lies.
And so, you know, it's getting harder and harder to represent Trump as a bad man who just shouldn't be president.
Because the people, you know, his enemies are now evidently so appallingly lawless, cynical, and dishonest.
They give new dimension and proportion to the suggestion that people who live in glass
houses shouldn't be rock throwers.
Yeah, and there's a very significant line in your piece.
The great failing of the Trump haters is they failed to recognize how much stronger a candidate
he has now become.
It's as if his metal has been steeled.
The experience of not being on Twitter has actually improved the candidate.
And not only that, it comes out even in what Peggy wrote.
She sort of admitted, look, we have to agree, this man is very formidable and very, very capable at what he does.
And I don't know if you ever read Andrew Sullivan, who's a kind of eccentric former Englishman.
And, you know, a trumpeter of the First Order.
But he said, look, we have to admit it, this man is a tremendous force in the politics of the country.
They weren't saying that four years ago or six years ago.
They were saying it was a complete fluke.
It was just an absolute freakish circumstance that we got this madman, this character from outer space in the White House.
No one's saying that anymore.
No, no.
If the likes of Andrew Sullivan can do that, then yeah, I think... You've got to think the average reasonable American is shifting his thoughts here.
I just have a feeling that the country's actually turning to Trump in a In a remarkable way.
Now, I may be wrong.
It's just my intuition.
Well, we shall see that trend likely increase given the next 18 months of the continued Biden administration.

Well, look, you don't, I mean, has Durham said, did he say there's nothing to prosecute?
Yes.
Yes.
You see, I think that was Bill Barr's game.
I think he saw that what was going on was bad.
He didn't like Trump, but he wanted to, as a former Attorney General, he wanted to stop or discourage this kind of thing.
As outrageous, but he didn't want to help Trump in any other way.
Yeah, no, I agree.
The protection of the institution was foremost.
Yeah, but do you agree that public opinion is actually taking notice of all this stuff or not?
I don't think public opinion... It's hard, you know, working and living in DC.
I don't think public opinion We'll take requisite notice of the Durham report, but what it sees in terms of Alvin Bragg, what it sees in terms of Mar-a-Lago, what it sees in terms of, you know, the Gene Carroll, these are the things where people say, really?
Come on.
I mean, that's when when it's not the fatigue with Trump.
It's the fatigue with the perversion of the system, which, you know, the other thing is anybody Anybody, even if they don't like Trump politically, anybody has to admire that anyone can go through what he does and still be on his feet.
I mean, people do respect that.
Yes, and it's very American.
It resonates.
It resonates.
And that's the one thing, honestly, between you and me, when I was at Mar-a-Lago and I saw him take the stage.
When I knew I was there for his announcement of his campaign, but when he took the stage and it actually, you know, sunk in, that the man who's been through all this for four years is prepared to do it again, I just had to salute him.
I mean, it's stunning!
To willingly do that again to yourself, Conrad.
I agree.
And the other thing is, I mean, I don't want to be unkind here, but Biden is obviously sinking.
He wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer to begin with.
He's sinking.
And Trump is actually getting stronger and better and more effective.
It's counterintuitive.

How about you?
The same thing.
Now, as I've been saying for two years, and you will remember this, Biden needs to be impeached two years ago, and what did the Mueller and Durham investigations cost us taxpayers?
A hundred million?
Uh, the Mueller investigation was like $30 million.
Durham was a much smaller team, so let's say $10 million.
So yeah, at least $30 million.
Well, somebody got it wrong today.
Different show, not yours.
They said Durham was $30 million.
I said, what in the world?
No, he had a very small team. If you listen to the interviews we had with
Joan Victoria, one of the reasons he took so long apparently was he had like a
four-man team which was tiny. Muller had like 50 agents, he had hundreds of
subpoenas and witnesses, so I'm not sure what that other show is. But look, it

And also, they have pretty good guests, like this guy.
Play the cut.
The Department of Justice and the FBI are solely owned by the Democratic Party and their propaganda machine.
And this Durham report ought to scare the living hell out of everyone.
Because think about this.
It's only gotten worse since this time period.
We're talking about 2016, 2017 and 2018.
This changed the course of human history.
It changed the course of our elections.
This changed the course of human history.
It changed the course of our elections.
Remember, we had to sit through year after year after year of this nonsense of
Trump and Republicans having something to do with Russia.
Chris, even to this day, you have lunatics that say that every single day.
So the Department of Justice, the FBI, congratulations.
You scumbags.
You have successfully poisoned the minds of millions of Americans.
Well, at the same time, you're going to have half of America, including myself, who doesn't trust anything the Department of Justice or the FBI have to say.
Yeah, such an incredible point.
Congratulations to Chris Salcedo, my Newsmax colleague.
But we can do that, too.
We know people.
And here he is right now, former chairman of the Intelligence Committee, CEO of the Trump Media Organization.
That brings you True Social.
Devin Nunes, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, CBass.
Let's expand upon this.
You're right to talk of how this has only gotten worse since 2016, 2017, 2018.
They've poisoned the minds of people like you and me who've worked with the FBI, now wouldn't trust the FBI with walking our dogs.
But there's a secondary point.
You know, people like you and I have read these 307 pages.
We know The depth of corruption of the DOJ and the FBI.
But the question is, how many of our fellow Americans will know the truth about the fact that really, they tried to steal the 2016 election, and it looks like with the letter of 51, engineered by the CIA, they successfully hobbled and stole the last election.
Do most Americans, will they ever know that, Devin?
Well, I think it's a really good question to ask.
And that is that after the 2020 election, I saw a poll that had half of America, roughly, believe that Trump and Republicans had something to do with Russia.
Now that was 2020.
Now, how is that possible?
We had spent, we had already debunked this.
We had already debunked it.
Mueller crashed down in flames, the Mueller witch hunt.
You had the multiple impeachments, you had the Horowitz report, and you had Durham named as a special counsel.
All that happened pre-2020, and you still had half of America think that Trump and Republicans had something to do with Russia.
So now we will see how much, if any, the fake news, who was deeply involved in this scam, Will they cover this much at all so that finally maybe that number will come down?
And I think that's the real question.
You know, you probably get this too, Dr. Gorka, but you know, it's seldom that I, you know, when I go out somewhere, I go out to eat or, or, or, you know, going through an airport.
Very seldom is it that, and I have to say, first off, I'll say most people are very nice, but there's always one lunatic that will come up And say crazy stuff like, what's it like to work for Vladimir Putin?
I mean, that's what we're dealing with.
There are crazy people out there because of a few really, really bad guys that were at the top of DOJ, the top of FBI, the top at the CIA.
The top at all the major media outlets who have created raging lunatics that after all of this having been debunked, they still run around, their eyes bug out of their head like Adam Schiff, and they act like total crazy people that, you know, you don't know what on any given day what they would do.
And just imagine.
So that impacted.
There's a whole bunch of things that impacted the 2020 election.
But I would still go back and say probably nothing as much as the Russia hoax, because the Russia hoax never left.
It put Donald Trump under this dark cloud that him, his family, everybody had done, all these, you know, you had Alpha Bank, you know, a Russian bank that was within Trump Tower.
Remember all of these stories?
I mean, there's so many.
We could take up your whole show.
It was four years of that.
So I think of everything, of all the bad stuff that had happened, Even the 51 spies who lie, you know, that was more of a cover job for Biden to keep that out of the media in the last few days.
But I think the Russia hoax probably was even bigger than that.
We've had people, colleagues, friends of mine, Dan Bongino, 23-year FBI veterans as well, say, hey, Josh Hawley said it yesterday, the FBI is unsustainable, it cannot be maintained.
Is that just a pipe dream or can once, if we win the executive back, can we do something about this corruption?
Well, look, I think the overall strategy of it is is definitely true.
There's no coming back.
There's no coming back for the Department of Justice or the FBI, because in order to do that, it's, you know, it's kind of like, you know, what's the old saying?
When you have a alcohol or drug problem, you have to first admit that you have a problem.
Right.
And they're nowhere near that.
Yeah.
So the fact that the bureaucracy, every bureaucracy in Washington, D.C., has been built up But the FBI has politicized it has been for so many years.
I mean, how can you leave something there in that city?
When you know that 95% of the people walking around are still believing in the Russia hoax.
Yeah.
I mean, that place has got to be cleaned out.
So, if you're going to fix America, you have to have a justice system that works.
In order to have a justice system that works, you have to have an FBI that's not controlled by 95% of left-wing radicals.
Yeah, using that analogy of the alcoholic and the drug addict, these are alcoholics

S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A SebGorkaStore.com Chairman Nunes, you've Talk to us about what happens if we take back the executive, how we have to clear house at the FBI, dismantle it, clear house at the DOJ.
But we're 18 months away from an election.
That's a lot, a lot of corruption, a lot of perversion of the organs of state that can still be done.
You're a former chairman of perhaps the most powerful committee in Congress outside of appropriations.
What can the Republicans do?
Can the power of the purse, despite what Mitch McConnell did to sell us out with the continuing resolution, is there anything realistic that can be done to at least try and cage the corruption for a little bit?
Yeah, I actually do think there is something that can be done, and that is shining light on this.
The Republicans have a small majority in the House of Representatives.
They have the committee that's set up to look at the abuse of government that Jim Jordan is running.
This is a big report.
This has been a dark chapter of American history, the biggest scandal in American history.
Really what they need to do is they need to form a special committee to look at the Durham report, and they need to bring in every one of these characters.
The first thing they do is they subpoena all of their bank records and look at where all of these
people have been getting money, both before and after their jobs, and some of them may
still be there.
Then the second thing they do is they bring them in for depositions to comb through everything that
Durham has said, things that they had said, and then look, most likely what you're going to do
is you're going to shine more light and then you bring them out in public so they can answer
questions to members of Congress in the public.
Yeah.
That would be the type of sunlight that is needed.
That is probably what is needed from now till the election time, because so much damage
as we talked about in the last segment, somehow, someway, you have to stop these raging lunatics
that are running all over this country, some who are still in the House and the Senate,
who continue talking about this Russian nonsense.
They have to pay a price.
And that's the only way.
It's only going to be public embarrassment and putting them under oath, knowing every
single dollar that they've received, and putting them under oath in a deposition, and then
asking them questions about that deposition.
I'm not a big fan of committees in general, but I think this is an exception because of the limits we have.
We've got the roadmap.
Let's have a committee.

This is about as clear evidence you could find of intent by the campaign to collude
with the Russians to get useful information from the Russians.
And I think they're shocked that the noose is tightening.
He feels the noose is tightening.
The noose is tightening.
The sound of hoofbeats of all those investigations catching up with Donald Trump must be loud in his ears.
He may be the first president in quite some time to face the real prospect of jail time.
People might go to jail.
You're exactly right.
For the rest of their lives.
I think they're all going to jail.
Well, I think they're all going to end up together in prison and maybe that's a good thing.
He has no idea that he's going down.
You're confident that at least some Trump associates will wind up in jail?
If I was betting, I would say yes.
Just a sixty-second montage of what Democrat politicians and their colluding allies in the mainstream media have said over the last six years.
I hold in my hand the counter to that.
Three hundred pages of the John Durham report on the Russia Collusion Investigation Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
There really is Short of President Trump, there really is nobody better to discuss this issue with than the man who's been telling the truth about it, opposite to that montage, for the last six years.

One of those kind of what's-your-favorite-flavor-of-ice-cream-that-they-like-to-ask-Biden?
Sure, fire away.
So, as somebody who knows you, who respects you very highly, I need to know what it feels like today, the day after yesterday, when we received this, when you received it first.
What is it like That you weren't even allowed to go, you weren't even invited to the Department of Justice press conference releasing this document, despite the fact that you've told the truth about Operation Crossfire Hurricane, Russia Collusion, the Mueller Probe.
What does that feel like, John Solomon?
You know, I learned in my first job as a young journalist that you're only as good as your next story.
So you're already focused on tomorrow, not about yesterday.
But yesterday when we were denied access and weren't invited to this controlled release of the report, we couldn't join them, so we decided to go beat them.
And for 45 minutes we had the report before anybody else.
We got it up, and I think that's the most satisfying way to deal with that form of censorship.
Don't let them stop you.
Go get it another way, which is what my first boss taught me.
Journalists aren't in the business of being vindicated.
We're in the business of trying to get accurate stories and move on each day to the next accurate
story.
So today we're on to new whistleblowers, an FBI whistleblower that I think raises similar
questions to what John Durham has just put out in this report.
But we need to keep getting truth out.
There's so few people digging for it that we don't have time to rest on yesterday's report.
We have to be generating tomorrow's news.
And I think that that's really how I approached yesterday.
I wasn't upset about it.
I wasn't emotional about it.
Hey, they're going to give some people an easy way of getting this.
Let's go get it the hard way and go break it.
And we did.
You did, and you did it on the show for us, so God bless you.
Thank you for helping me do that.
Well, you're right.
It's not about vindication, but it is about the truth, and the majority, 90% of your colleagues aren't interested in the truth.
They have talking points.
They have a narrative.
I've got this amazing piece.
We've got the article from your colleagues Ben Whedon and Natalia Mittelstadt at justinews.com, which are the 10 takeaways already from the DUN report.
I've highlighted a few of them that I'd like to discuss with you.
You also have a big picture conclusion that you'd like to share with us.
But the first thing I would highlight is the problem with this, you know, 300 page report is this thing I've highlighted at the front.
Who it's addressed to.
It's addressed to Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Which means we might as well turn this into fire lighters.
We might as well put this in the recycle bin because this is what?
This is about corruption, lies, malfeasance, forgeries, illegal surveillance, the hobbling of two elections by the DOJ, by the FBI, by the CIA.
So it's like, it's like, you know, Giving the report of the crime to the criminals to do something about it.
Isn't that the big picture problem, John?
Yeah, listen, there's going to be no more justice administered in Russia collusion from the Justice Department.
There never was justice.
The Justice Department was part of the problem, along with its FBI.
And so the accountability that America's have.
Now we have full truth, right?
But America is a game of truth and consequences.
And so far, we haven't had consequences for those who did wrong.
I think that process of consequential accountability is going to have to come from House Republicans in the form of the power of the purse.
So we won't be able to punish through the power of justice, so we'll punish through the power of the purse.
Several Republicans I talked to today, and some who were on television with me last night on Sean Hannity's show and others, Jim Jordan, Say they're going to use the power of the purse to defund programs, bureaus, programs, policies, individuals who were involved in the last six years and seven years of weaponizing justice.
So maybe in the future you could imagine a vote that says we in Congress want you to fund the pension of Andy McCabe even though the Justice Department, the Biden Justice Department restored his pension after he had been fired for misconduct.
Maybe the title of the Section 702 Warrantless Surveillance Program, which improperly ensnared Carter Page in what ultimately became a one-year FISA surveillance of his life.
Maybe that doesn't get renewed when it expires at the end of the year.
The power of the purse is going to be at maybe the FBI's headquarters, which is a billion or two billion dollar montage to itself.
Maybe that gets cut in half or turned down entirely and they have to live in the District of Columbia in that old building still.
There are many ways that Congress can exact judgment for the behavior that has been highlighted and confirmed in this report, but it won't come in the form of prison time or suspensions or those things.
The Justice Department can't police itself.
One of the other headlines in this report.
All right, let's, for those who still, you know, no apologies needed, may find it difficult to track all the vagaries, the permutations of this story, let's just paint the big picture before we dive into what was declared yesterday.
So we have the DNC We have Hillary's campaign, we have a law firm working with various people outside of government including a former MI6 intelligence officer from the UK to gin up a smear campaign called the Steele dossier and this was used to surveil members of the Trump campaign.
Is that a good place to start John?
That is perfect, and the date is important.
Remember that by the end of July, John Brennan's telling Barack Obama, and by early August he's telling Joe Biden, our current president and the vice president, that Hillary Clinton approved a plan for a dirty trick to hang a Russian shingle on Donald Trump's campaign house.
So we're talking about 2015.
2016.
Prior to anything happening at the FBI with people walking in with so-called evidence, the Obama administration was being told by its intelligence agencies that Hillary Clinton was preparing a smear against her arrival, correct?
Yeah, that's right.
And then we learned yesterday Joe Biden was in on that secret.
We didn't know that previously.
That's a big new factor.
We also know the FBI was told, the very FBI that then would open up on the evidence that Hillary Clinton gave them.
So here is the most important date that really, and when the intercept occurs and when the intelligence community learns that Hillary Clinton is doing this, they're told the reason she wants to do it is to make the email controversy in her background go away and switch the topic to Donald Trump.
The day that this is all set in motion, according to John Durham's report, is July 5th, 2016.
If that date sounds familiar to you, it's because it's the day that James Comey, without legal authority, walked out and said, I'm not charging Hillary Clinton with any crimes.
By the way, he didn't have the authority to do that.
That's why he ultimately was fired.
He violated his rules as an FBI director to investigate, and he assumed the role of prosecutor, which he should not have done.
But on that same day, the very same day that James Comey is involved in shutting down Clinton's legal liabilities in the email scandal, Christopher Steele walks into London to his old handler and says, Ta-da!
I've got a story to tell you.
Donald Trump is a Russian spy and he's compromised by Vladimir Putin and here's my evidence.
Why is that significant?
Well, at the moment he did that, Christopher Steele was an agent of Fusion GPS, which was a contractor for the Clinton campaign.
In other words, he was an agent of the Clinton campaign, injecting into the FBI information that turned out to be uncorroborated and false.
It's the beginning of what many see as a criminal scheme, certainly the beginning of an effort to deceive the American people before an election.
And we'll talk about who's working at Fusion GPS and why she shares a last name with somebody at the Department of Justice.
We're talking to John Solomon of Just The News.

I was on the way to winning until the combination of Jim Comey's letter on October 28th and Russian WikiLeaks raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me but got scared off.

Welcome back, John Solomon.
Good to be with you, Seb.
Thanks for having me.
John, so we just started the story so people understand the significance of what was released in the Durham report yesterday, that it begins in the summer of 16.
It begins with the generation, they know that there's going to be a smear campaign coming out of Hillary's campaign using this MI6, former officer who has admitted in a British court that he absolutely detests Donald Trump.
And then, and please, you're the expert, so tell me, I was just the target of this stuff, you're the expert, so tell me what I'm missing.
It looks as if the idea was, look, they knew, if you read this, that everybody knew it was a lie.
Everybody at the FBI and the DOJ knew it was a lie.
That's why they had to forge materials out of the CIA to spy on people like Carter Page.
No big there there.
Remember what Pete Strzok wrote, Lisa Page?
No big there there.
No big there there.
They knew.
They knew.
So all these people knew this is fraudulent and this is how they're going to hobble an election.
However, the plan was what?
The plan was to use Fusion GPS with these smear reports coming from Mrs. Orr, giving them to her husband Bruce Orr at the DOJ, funneling this stuff to the FBI.
The idea is how can we entangle, because there's no Russian collusion between Trump or the campaign and Russia, what we'll do is we'll muddy up low-level people and that's how we get our claws in and with a two-hop rule then we can start surveilling everybody.
And those people were George Papadopoulos and Carter Page, people who I'd never met before.
I was working directly for General Flynn on the transition team, assisting President Trump, set up the incoming National Security Council.
And these people were never on my radar screen.
I'd never met them, but the idea was get some low, low-hanging fruit embroiled through fake smears, and then we can start entangling it all up.
Does that sound right?
Yeah, get a reason to spy, then spy, and then leak it to the media so that there's a scandal for something that actually didn't exist.
I mean, BuzzFeed, The New York Times, The Washington Post, all created the aura of a major scandal.
That amazing sizzle reel you played at the beginning of the show, or this hour of the show, you really see they were all using the same words.
That's not an accident.
Somebody created those talking points every day.
They created the illusion, and it was a grand illusion, is what it was.
And I think we have a lot to learn in the media, we have a lot to learn in Congress, a lot to learn in government on how so many people were allowed to deceive the American public.
It was a concerted effort.
Many people will look back at Adam Schiff, I believe, and see him as the modern-day Joe McCarthy.
A lot of people will look back at Mike Morrell and realize he put his sum on the scale of two consecutive elections, 2016 and 2020.
The former deputy CIA director, the man who wrote, helped organize the Hunter Biden laptop, is rushing disinformation at 20, and in 2016 is the first guy to write an op-ed saying Donald Trump is a Russian spy recruited by Vladimir Putin, which of course is outrageous on its face.
But he said it, and he wrote it, and he endorsed Hillary Clinton for it.
And Hillary Clinton will be remembered as the candidate who funded an effort that used the most awesome powers of the United States government, the FBI surveillance tools, the intelligence, counterintelligence tools, and turned them against the American people to deceive the American people.
And how did it look from someone on the outside?
I think, you know, a lot of times we judge a moment where someone looks in the Alice in Wonderland looking glass phenomenon, right?
There's a moment, I think it's the most important anecdote in the Durham Report, because it's a little story that says big volumes about how foolish this was.
At some point, our most trusted ally, Great Britain, has continued to be lobbied by the FBI.
Please help us, please help us.
We need to keep pursuing this Donald Trump-Russia collusion thing.
And the Great Britons say, there's no blanking way we're going to continue participating in this.
There's no there, there's no evidence here.
A foreign ally, who we broke away from 240 years ago because we didn't want to live under the thumb of King George, saw King Hillary Clinton as putting her thumb on the scale of election with a fake false allegation and Great Britain wasn't willing to participate anymore.
Imagine what our allies think of us today now that they saw the grand scheme.
We're not the greatest constitutional republic in America, we're the newest banana republic.
Let me just read from the article by your colleagues Ben and Natalia at Just the News, quote, this is the first conclusion they pull, quote, out of the report from Durham, quote, neither US law enforcement nor the intelligence community appears to have possessed Any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of Crossfire Hurricane.
So Crossfire Hurricane is the never before ever done tri-intelligence service targeting of a presidential campaign.
That's the FBI, the CIA and the NSA.
And they initiate this operation Based upon zero evidence.
They knew it.
They initiated it.
Just as when that former DOJ attorney rolls up to the chief counsel of the FBI and says, hey, Trump has got ties to Russian banks, which isn't a crime in the United States.
And even despite that, another investigation is started, the Alpha Bank investigation.
So the point here is the FBI, the intelligence community, is targeting a political individual and their colleagues for political purposes.

We're back with John Solomon who has been probably the most reliable Voice, analytic mind on the Russia collusion hoax since the get-go.
Biggest disappointment, we're not, none of us are attorneys here, but as a taxpayer, as an expert on this issue, the second conclusion from your colleague's article, the summary of the Durham report, is perhaps the most damning of all.
Headline, no new charges.
Durham does not recommend any additional people face charges stemming from this investigation.
And then the FBI has this boilerplate Orwellian statement yesterday that we have put new policies in place and these policies are really cool.
We have the FBI, the DOJ, knowingly initiate an operation with the CIA, with the NSA, to target a presidential campaign, and nobody, nobody is actually culpable, John?
Yeah, I think that's well put.
There is no more culpability in the court of law.
Maybe in the court of public opinion there will be.
John Durham brought two consecutive indictments for what were pretty clear cases of misleading federal investigators.
One of them was Hillary Clinton's old lawyer, Michael Sussman.
The other was one of the primary sources, Igor Danchenko.
He could not achieve conviction in either case because he took him he had to
bring him in the District of Columbia the nation's capital it's a 90%
Democrat city less than 10% of the people here voted for Donald Trump and so
after bringing those two and those are slam dunks and a lot of people think
trial trials to see if maybe they could bring something bigger against FBI or
Justice Department they decided that they can't bring any more charges
The jury here is not going to sustain it.
So he moved on to the next biggest thing, which is to go to the court of public opinion and tell us what really happened.
And I think that's where we end up with the John Durham investigation.
President Trump gave an interview with my friend Dan Bongino earlier today.
Dan, just prior to that, said, and this is a former career Secret Service officer, worked at the NYPD prior to that, and I've had other very senior FBI individuals, somebody with 23 years in, say the same thing.
I think even Josh Hawley said it.
yesterday right after the report. He did. That the FBI cannot be allowed to stand.
He watered it back, watered it a little bit down later. But there are many people
who say after what we've just learned here in these 300 pages, this entity
cannot exist in its current format and its various missions.
This counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence and criminal
missions must be hived off to other agencies.
Do you see a political intent to take seriously the structural ramifications for the Bureau in Congress or maybe after the next election?
What's your measure of the political impetus?
Well, I had an interview with President Trump last night, right after this came out, and he said very clearly, there are going to be big changes in the federal bureaucracy if I get in, starting with the FBI and the Justice Department.
Remember, the FBI could never have gotten away with this if the Justice Department didn't approve the various steps, if the Justice Department didn't go to the FISA court alongside the FBI and secure those what are now unlawful warrants, known to be unjustified warrants.
He is going to shrink the size of the FBI, shrink the size of these bureaucracies.
He was in the process of beginning that in 2020.
He said a lot of his desire to shrink the bureaucracy was probably the motivation for people to try to kill his candidacy and his presidency.
Those bureaucrats tried to sustain themselves by attacking him.
Here is the first litmus test.
We're going to know if Republicans are going to make a big difference, if they really are going to fundamentally rewire or even disband the FBI.
I don't think there's as much support for disbanding it as rewiring it.
The Section 702 law, which allows them, we call it the warrantless surveillance law, right?
Allows them to rifle through Americans' phone records looking for contacts and open up on a person based on those contacts.
It's up for renewal.
In 2017, Paul Ryan had a chance to say no.
Imagine if he did, the last FISA warrant would not have actually been executed.
They did.
They whiffed.
Paul Ryan and his team whiffed.
Mitch McConnell whiffed.
There is a real sentiment among the House Republicans, for sure, and maybe several in the Senate, to not allow the 702 section authority and other FISA authorities to go rubber stamp.
They could be revised.
If they're revised, that's a warning sign to the FBI that more changes are ahead after the 2024 election.
That'll be the first test.

This is the Deep State.
This is what they talk about all the time.
You talk about it, John.
I talk about it.
This is the deep state.
We'll make very big changes.
We really did do a tremendous job at getting tremendous numbers out, but this is deep state stuff.
This has been for 30 years.
People have been there, and they're, you know, in many ways, they ran government for a long period of time, and we came in, and we really broke up the act, and a lot of people weren't too happy about it.
That's why things like this happen.
There I am, driving to work today, impressed that my buddy Dan Bongino has my old boss, President Trump, on the phone to talk about this.
Talk about the Durham Report.
Little do I know, while I was working last night, John Solomon had him on his show already!
Of course he did.
That's why it's called Just The News.
I doff my cap to you.
Well done, sir.
Well done.
Not only getting the report before everybody else, but getting the target of the report on the phone.
As soon as I'm off, I'm going to talk to President Trump.
Hopefully we'll get him back on the show as well.
Alright, so, Deep State.
The perversions, the distortions of representative government.
Is that why you do what you do?
I want to give you a chance to just recognize your unstinting tilting at windmills for the last six years, despite the fact that you column-kneed, you're called a conspiracy theorist, everything you've written about has actually turned out to be true.
Tell us a little bit about, you know, the inner life of John Solomon, why he does what he does.
Yeah, listen, I grew up in a family full of cops, and truth matters in the justice system.
Justice being blind matters to people who wear the blue, who are prosecutors and are career people and don't have the political ambitions that we saw unmasked in this case.
Truth matters, and justice administered fairly and blindly matters.
And as long as it isn't, it gives me a reason to go put pen to pad and finger to typewriter and face to television and just try to tell people Hey, there's something wrong here.
Let's fix it.
This country is too great to let it go down the rabbit hole of failure that we've been spiraling down the last six or seven years, and it's not too late to fix it, but there is a sense of urgency in the everyday Americans.
I was in Philadelphia recently for a book tour, and a parent came up to me and said, my mother taught me that Ronald Reagan said that there's a silent majority in America.
I believe that, but you know what?
We can't be silent anymore.
Silence is complicity.
So every time we can expose something and get a fix to it, we're making our country better during a period of when it's under great duress and threat.
And I believe we're in that period right now.
I don't know.
I had one title you gave me for this segment for us to post it.
Now I have another one, whether it's truth matters or whether it's silence is complicity.
They are all absolutely right.
God bless you, John, for doing what you do.
Yeah.
It's a rare person today that has that moral rectitude in what we refer to as the media.
Although you did date yourself by talking about fingers on typewriters.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This has been one-on-one with John Solomon.
