Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: How you smoke out the radicals on the Left
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Mm.
I could have them all in hook and loop.
I could have them all in hook and loop.
They didn't raid Obama.
But Joe Biden didn't ignore a subpoena to get those documents back like you did.
Joe Biden took 1850 boxes.
But that's the question that investigators have, I think, is why you held on to those documents when you knew the federal government was seeking them and then had given you a subpoena to return them.
Are you ready?
Are you ready?
Can I talk?
Yeah, what's the answer?
Do you mind?
I would like for you to answer the question.
Okay, it's very simple to answer.
That's why I asked it.
It's very simple to answer.
You're a nasty person, I'll tell you that.
Was that the moment of the evening?
Greetings, dear friends.
Welcome to the Gawker Reality Check.
Eric, is it bad when a host apologizes for getting something wrong?
I think if the something wrong involves President Trump exceeding expectations, I don't think it's wrong at all.
Jeff, the man who's been in radio the longest, what's your take?
Well, I know I don't have anything to apologize for today.
I walked straight into that one.
Admiral Agbar.
It's a trap!
Why?
Why did I walk into that?
What did you say, Geoff, about yesterday night?
I thought it was a good idea, and I thought it was going to work out.
But it was actually much better than I thought it would.
Ah!
There we go, there we go.
Yeah, I thought it wasn't a good idea.
No, rather, let me qualify my apology.
I didn't see the logic of it.
I didn't see the logic of giving a dying cable network viewership, which President Trump did.
But man, I was wrong.
It was incredible.
Incredible for a couple of things.
Number one it it let's just remind ourselves two years ago President Trump's political career, the conventional wisdom was, it was over, it's done, it's toast, it's finished.
With January the 6th, with the second impeachment, it was deemed that he could just go back to running his real estate empire and buying more golf courses in Scotland.
But no.
Yesterday.
Eric actually said it was better than most of his rallies.
It was so good.
Not only because of the answers he gave with regards to Russia, the war, energy independence, the deep state, classified documents, whatever.
But because of something else that is quintessential to who Donald Trump is or what he has done for us.
He showed again the utter moral bankruptcy of the legacy media.
Caitlin Collins, who apparently studied her career in conservative journalism at the Daily Caller, was actually hired by a buddy of mine, by Vince Colonese.
She wasn't a host.
This wasn't a town hall.
She thought she got to debate President Trump.
She thought that she could say, oh no, that didn't happen.
Oh, there were no illegal votes in Wisconsin.
No, that's not how you handle presidential records.
She's not a journalist.
She's a hack.
She's a disgrace to any profession.
And it's interesting.
I just looked at her Twitter feed a few moments ago.
She hasn't tweeted anything in the last 20 hours.
Why is that, Caitlin?
Is that because you have shown yourself up for being the perfect person to front another show on CNN because you hate patriots.
It exuded from her.
President Trump played it cool.
He played it cool.
But then, that moment, it's a risky thing to do, especially in a live event.
He said, what did he say, Eric?
He said, I didn't want to pull it out, but I'm going to pull it out, right?
And just pulled out this fact sheet about what he said on January 6th about being peaceful.
Yeah, what would actually happen on January 6th?
And here's the timeline, and here's what I said on January 5th about the National Guard, and here's when Nancy said no, here's when Bowser said no.
It's a risky thing to do because you can look like you're desperate to read something, you know, a cheat sheet, but man, it was the kill shot in terms of telling that woman, you're biased, and you're also lying.
He did it again.
He showed us again in their territory that they hate America and that he wants to save it again for a second time.
The fact that he wants to do it again is truly stunning.
And here's from a moral perspective.
My gosh, I had so much to say in this monologue and I'm already running out of time.
Here's from the moral perspective.
The most important thing he said.
When it comes to January the 6th, he went there.
Not only did he say, I'm going to pardon the majority of the January 6th political prisoners, God bless them, because you know nobody would do that.
DeSantis wouldn't do that.
We've got some amazing, disgusting clips from Sununu, from Christie.
You know none of these people, none of these people would have the balls to do that.
But he's already made the commitment.
And then he said the most important thing about January 6th.
Cut 14, Eric.
Right, so that's my question, because in that three hours, over 140 officers were injured.
Excuse me, it was posted after the first one I just read, though, and that was at 2 o'clock.
But I think the reason the timeline is so critical here, because going back to your influence, in that three hours, over 140 officers were injured that day.
And a person named Ashley Babbitt was killed.
Yes. You know what? She was killed and she shouldn't have been killed. And that thug
that killed her, there was no reason to shoot her at blank range, cold blank range. They shot her
and she was a good person. She was a patriot. There was no reason. There was no reason. And
he went on television to brag about the. Yeah, not only did Michael Burr, Lieutenant Burr,
brag about, he called, he called him. When does a man, a real man, call themselves a hero?
Nobody does that.
And heroes, most especially, don't do it.
And he killed that woman.
He actually admitted he couldn't see what he was shooting at.
He should be in prison for that.
You can't discharge your sidearm when you are not sure that you are aiming at a threat that is posing an imminent danger to you or others around you.
He fired through that window, not knowing what he was shooting at, and he killed a 14-year Air Force veteran.
And he's right.
President Trump nailed it.
He's a thug.
He's a murdering thug.
Michael Byrd, protected by the swamp, whose identity was kept hidden for six months until a puff piece interview was done with him on cable news.
A man who... Well...
I have sources about his record.
What he did in the Capitol Police.
What he was not reprimanded for actually doing.
One thing is public knowledge.
Leaving his sidearm in a toilet, in a restroom.
Yes, leaving a loaded Glock behind after he went to the toilet.
But he's done much, much, much worse.
And never been punished.
And this is the man fetid, celebrated by the swamp.
A man who killed an unarmed woman.
A veteran.
Her name is Ashley Babbitt and President Trump had the guts not only to call him out for what he did that day, the only person killed with a firearm that day was Ashley Babbitt and he used her name.
That's all the reason you need to vote for him.
Because of his fortitude, his courage.
Take your political proclivities out of it for a second.
Name me one politician, one politician who has the guts to tell the truth like he did in yesterday's town hall about Biden, about Russia, about energy, about the elite, about the media, about January 6th.
Just one.
If you can't, you know the answer for what has to happen and who has to be voted back into the White House.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

That's so great.
Can you, can you get a clip of it?
Yeah, let me try, yeah.
Okay, um, oh, titles.
Hang on a sec.
Yup.
Three and a half minutes.
Yo!
Yo!
Mic's on.
What's up?
How you doing, Dr. G?
Hey, look at that!
Skype!
He's real!
He's not a bot!
The wonders of modern technology, right?
Yes!
We love it, we love it.
Alright, I wonder what we should talk about today.
I have a feeling a certain town hall in a certain Hampshire that happened on a certain CNN last night with a certain likely future president.
We will do that.
We'll talk about that and we'll talk about McCarthy and the FBI as well, okay?
Okay, got it.
Getting a little bit of echo in my ear.
Can we fix that at our end, guys?
Is anyone's mics on?
No, I think that's coming from Matt's end.
Okay, is it all right for you, Matt?
Yeah, it's alright for me.
Good.
Oh, that's fine.
It's fixed.
It's good.
Alright, let's pick some cool cuts for Matt.
We've got plenty of the President.
Yeah, we've done 14.
We've got two that are over a minute long, so probably hold off on those.
Cut 9 is great.
Unless you're stupid, you know the election is coming.
Yeah, we'll do that.
We'll do that.
Actually, let's come in.
Scarborough's reaction is good too.
Yeah, we'll play that as well.
Let's come in with Huckabee, and then I'll do Angel Tree, and then I'll go straight to Matt.
Come in with Huckabee Cut A, and then Food for the Poor.
Oh, you wanted a title.
Yeah, for the monologue and for Chris.
I was wrong about Trump's town hall.
And the movie.
Oh, um... I kind of like that line about it being fantasy fulfillment.
I thought that was a nice little... No, that sounds like you're having a sexual fantasy.
Why we love Ferris Bueller.
And why Eric is wrong.
I just think there are better teen movies from the 80s.
I don't know.
Like what?
What is more fun?
I enjoy Karate Kid more than I enjoyed Ferris Bueller.
That's because you have violent tendencies.
Okay, yeah, so that's beside the point.
What, Matt?
I'm going with Dr. G on this.
Ferris Bueller was off.
Eric has violent tendencies.
He's the closet radical.
What do you mean closet?
Jeff, what's closet about Eric's radicalism?
Well, I'm saying if you saw him, you wouldn't think it.
Well, yeah, yeah, I'm covering it up.
Until I literally say in that break that I think the separation of church and state was a mistake to the point that even Shad went, WHAT?!
Thirty seconds.
Alright, standby.
Coming in with Governor Huckabee.
Thank you.
Hey guys!
Today we're going to be talking about the news.
He walked into the belly of hell tonight.
Faced the devil straight on, and he went in with a fire hose and a couple of ribeyes, and before it was over he grilled the ribeyes, put the hose aside, and walked out with them having to shut the thing down because they ran out of soap.
Now, let's be fair.
People who hate Trump still hate him after tonight.
People who love Trump, people like me, really enjoyed this.
Tremendously enjoyed this.
And then there are people who just aren't sure, but after tonight they are reminded why Donald Trump was such an effective president.
That's Governor Huckabee saying Donald Trump went into the belly of hell and fried himself a few nice porterhouse steaks.
Oh yes, indeed.
Somebody on my show said that Huckabee went into the belly of hell by going on to the Laura Ingraham show.
I don't know who that could be.
It's not Jeff, is it?
Oh, that's so naughty.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First.
Thank you to all of you who've already jump-started our campaign this summer again.
We will be helping the children who are going to the Angel Tree Camp for those who have a mother or father behind bars.
They are some of the most vulnerable children in America and your support makes it possible for them to go to a safe Christian camp this summer.
Make a difference.
Help those who deserve our assistance.
Go to sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner today.
You could be saving a life literally.
70% of these children end up in prison themselves unless we break the cycle and you can help break that cycle.
Go to sebgorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner at the very top.
All right, who better to analyze this with?
None better, unless, well, we could have analyzed it with President Trump, but he was there, he saw it.
Let's talk about it with the Washington bureau chief for the conservative dragonaut that is brightbutt.com.
Matt Boyle, did you have a good night last night?
That was some of the best television I've seen this year, maybe in the last several years.
It was hilarious.
And look, that's one of the things about Trump that I don't think comes across all the time.
Uh, you see it in the speeches, but you have to like watch the speech, you know, in its entirety.
And that's mostly his fans and supporters that are doing that.
So I think Governor Huckabee's analysis there was really right.
Is that, look, if you love Trump, then this didn't change anything.
You'd still love Trump.
If you hate Trump, this didn't change anything.
It didn't, didn't, you still hate Trump.
But what matters is, is that, you know, 15, 20% of folks that are the independents that aren't sure which way they're going to go.
And they were reminded of, A, just how funny Trump is.
Like Trump is really funny.
And secondly, how effective he was.
And more, that's the most important thing, because he talked at length about several of the things that he did as president and that he would do again down the road.
I see this talking point emerging from establishment people like, you know, some of the DeSantis people and whatnot that are trying to still undercut Trump and whatnot,
which is mind boggling at this point.
But anyway, they're trying to say, oh, he's stuck into the past and on 2020.
Did they watch the same thing that we watched?
Like, I saw him talking about how on day one, he would end the war, the Russian war in Ukraine.
I saw how he talked about how on day one, the first thing he would do is drill baby drill
to get the energy going again, to get the economy going.
I saw what he was talking about with regard to our immigration policy looking forward.
So while CNN set the tone by asking about the 2020 election at the outset, and he was responding to it because they were asking the questions.
I think Trump is very forward looking.
I think he is focused on the policy stuff.
And again, You know, very charismatic and frankly funny leader that I think that came across.
I think he won a lot of people over last night.
They saw, you know, just who Trump really is.
Those of us who know President Trump, you, Dr. G, me, you know, other people who spend a lot of time around him, you see that side of him on the regular.
But the average person out there doesn't always see that.
And you really got to see that last night in the town hall.
On Huckabee's point, Matt, so I was immediately on a Twitter space last night with almost
10,000 people and it was a few conservatives, a lot of liberals, some independents.
And one of the liberals actually opened up in front of everybody as he was talking to me and he said, he's already been DMing and texting his friends and he said he has heard from Biden voters Who've had enough of Biden, can't support him anymore.
And the town hall actually won them over.
Now, of course, that's anecdotal.
But if that's a trend, that's enormous.
That's that's huge, man.
Well, yeah, we're seeing the polling that came out this weekend, right?
You have the ABC News Washington Post poll.
No conservative outlet, no conservative pollster.
It shows President Trump's up 7% over Joe Biden.
I think it's 49-42 if you include all the leaners and whatnot.
But the point here is that Trump is, that's before this, and every one of these things that he keeps doing, whether it's the East Palestine trip, whether it's this CNN town hall, whether it's his response to the phony indictment in New York, whether it's You know the various interviews that he's doing I you know I sat down with him for 30 minutes or so in Indianapolis after his NRA speech.
Each one of these things that he's doing this year is adding more people it's bringing more people in so he's bringing back people that maybe were skeptical of him after 2020 but he's also bringing back people who maybe didn't like the tweets and whatever didn't like the personality stuff or you know the various fights and they're like you know what At the end of the day, the gas price, he's right, was really low.
And that's one of the things you heard him talking about in that.
Gas prices were low during Trump, and everybody remembers that.
They remember that their energy bills were lower.
They remember that their job prospects were better.
They remember that inflation wasn't here when Trump was the president.
So the more that he talks about the policy, the better off he is.
And again, you get to see his You know, really dynamic personality, I think, in a setting like that where CNN wasn't able to censor him and control, you know, the little 30 second clip that they play.
No, you go to see him for, you know, more than an hour.
And by the way, he was supposed to be up there for 90 minutes.
They cut it short 20 minutes early because he was winning so much that they had to end it.
Yeah, it was an embarrassment to CNN, especially Caitlyn Collins, and it was just so delicious to hear them complain about how he talked about the past.
Well, for 21 minutes, she asked about the past, and here was President Trump's response.
Cut nine.
We got 12 million more votes than we had in, as you know, in 2016.
I actually say we did far better in that election.
Got the most that anybody's ever gotten as a sitting president of the United States.
I think that when you look at that result and when you look at what happened during that election, unless you're a very stupid person, you see what happens.
A lot of the people...
A lot of the people in this audience, and maybe a couple that don't, but most people understand what happened.
It was a rigged election, and it's a shame that we had to go through it.
It's very bad for our country.
All over the world, they looked at it.
The first but not the last time he got laughs out of the audience.
And I have to commend the questions from the... This was a Republican town hall.
The questions from the audience were superb.
We shall continue in the meantime.

All seven.
Four, two, and seven.
No, no, no.
The full number two and the full seven.
Okay.
So two and seven.
No, no, no. The full number two and the full seven.
Okay.
So two and seven.
Cut two.
No surprises, and yet it was just, it was a disgraceful performance.
Yes.
I'm constantly telling people not to catastrophize over Trump that he's actually going to lose because he keeps drilling down deeper and deeper into his base.
Um, but it is, it is, uh, I, I can't believe I'm, I'm, I'm going to use catastrophizing language here.
Uh, but it was, it was just, it was disgraceful on every level.
The letter had to be approved by a department of the CIA.
If you're a former official, you had security clearances, you're technically supposed to get it cleared.
So it got cleared.
But the guy who was giving the clearances was then talking to the various people, maybe who did or didn't sign the letter, and said, by the way, you know, there's this letter going around.
Shall I give them your name?
You want to sign it?
And then, in addition to that, there was somebody who did sign it who had a book that was being reviewed by this guy at the CIA for publication.
And the guy said, well, I can't, you know, we're going to approve you for publishing this book.
That's okay.
But by the way, you want to sign this letter too?
Wow.
So the CIA was actively involved in throwing an election.
Wow.
Mic's on.
All right.
Cut four.
And cut, six again.
He said about Ukraine that it was not prudent to call Putin a war criminal.
Do you agree with him?
No.
No, I think he's a coward, and I think he's a puppet of Putin.
I really do.
I think, I don't know why, to tell you the truth, I can't figure it out, but there's no other conclusion to come to.
And then, the other cut, you want to hear, I'm sorry, six?
Uh, Sununu, yeah.
Sununu, six.
Alright, we'll talk about that with Matt.
President Trump is wimping out and then the guy's turning into a wimp.
He doesn't want to get on the debate stage and talk about issues.
He doesn't want to get on the debate stage.
And well, why don't you drain the swamp like you said you were going to?
Why do you fix health care like you promised?
Why don't you build the wall like you said you were going to?
He just doesn't even want to face that challenge from his peers who someone like myself, a
governor who understands issues, understands details, how systems work, how to get things
done regardless of the hand you're dealt.
All right.
We'll talk about that with Matt.
That's outrageous.
You'll tee up cut six this thing, mate.
Yep.
Yeah, I'll do both.
Sorry, sorry, Matt.
I will go out on a limb and say I thought Caitlyn Collins did a fantastic job last night.
Yeah, in showing it's showing CNN for who they are.
Right, exactly.
And also, I mean, frankly, the platform that was there was great.
Like it let Trump, you know, say his piece, right?
Very fairly, I thought.
So good for them.
Kudos to them.
Yeah.
I texted Caitlyn last night.
I haven't talked to her in years.
I de-edited her as well and I told her what I thought of her.
She hasn't responded.
It's weird.
Yeah.
Hello.
30 seconds.
Yes.
Yep, that's four and six here.
By the way, we've done it now that you...
Thanks for watching!
No surprises, and yet it was just, it was a disgraceful performance.
Yes.
I'm constantly telling people not to catastrophize over Trump that he's actually going to lose because he keeps drilling down deeper and deeper into his base.
But it is, it is, I can't believe I'm going to use catastrophizing language here.
But it was just, it was disgraceful on every level.
Why is Joe Scarborough talking like that?
Mr. G nailed it this morning because he realized last night that President Trump won the 2024 election with that town hall.

We are back with Breitbart's Matt Boyle.
Matt, the left imploded.
AOC went crazy.
Also, the RINOs, the Lincoln Project, utterly melted down.
Rick Wilson, Ted Galen, all of them.
But let's talk about the most disgraceful ones, the people who No.
should know better there's a person called Chris Christie who actually ran
President Trump's transition team into the White House and this is what he had
the gall to say on my colleague Hugh Hewitt's show, play cut.
He said about Ukraine that it was not prudent to call Putin a war criminal do
you agree with him? No, no I think he's a coward and I think he's a puppet of
Putin. I really do.
I think.
I don't know why.
To tell you the truth, I can't figure it out.
But there's no other conclusion to come to.
Is this guy a Republican?
He's spouting left-wing talking points.
It's like Russia collusion again, Matt.
It's so sad.
Look, you mentioned that he ran the transition.
Um, back after President Trump's first victory in 2016.
Let's put it this way, I think he's disqualified himself from consideration for the next transition, right?
I would put that mildly.
Yeah, mildly disqualified himself.
Yeah, mildly disqualified himself.
By the way, the polling in his own state of New Jersey, where he was a two-term governor, Like, he's completely underwater there right now.
Fairleigh Dickinson came out on the poll this week.
Trump's at like 71% or something and Christie's down in the dumps, right?
Like, it's just nonsense.
It's a noise.
But it's really weird because it's not like just Christie, who we knew was a lightweight, not in the literal sense, in the political sense, but it's people like Look, here's Chris Sununu, who's a nobody, who's his daddy's little boy.
And even Sununu has utterly lost it.
Sununu's talking about how brave he is.
Cut six.
We now find out former President Trump is wimping out, and then the guy's turning into a wimp.
He doesn't want to get on the debate stage and talk about issues.
He doesn't want to get on the debate stage and, well, why didn't you drain the swamp like you said you were going to?
Why didn't you fix healthcare like you promised?
Why didn't you build the wall like you said you were going to?
He just doesn't even want to face that challenge from his peers who, someone like myself, a governor who understands issues, understands details, how systems work, how to get things done, regardless of the hand you're dealt.
A governor who was given the governorship by his daddy says he's the brave one because President Trump, I guess, didn't crush 17 opponents in 2016.
What has happened to these people?
Do they really think America's not laughing at them, Matt?
How is Trump not the brave one when he went into the lion's den last night for more than an hour, and live on CNN, faced them down and beat them, and then exposed them?
So like, it's not just a good thing for Trump, it's a disaster for CNN.
He set off a dumpster fire at that network.
Look, going into that last night, Caitlin Collins was, they leaked it out there that she was gonna get the new 9 p.m.
hour, the primetime slot that's been coveted since Cuomo left.
uh... on i'd on cnn and now they're reconsidering i don't know if you can get
it maybe she does maybe she doesn't
but there's a whole chaos thing right going on there right now
you've got people publicly that work there publicly contradicting the network
chief uh... chris legge uh... in their public statements right there media reporter
alvin darcy saying one thing
and their network uh... cd or president whatever title the guy has
is saying the literal inverse exact opposite publicly
uh... there is the trump is the pretty one he went into the lions den the rest
of them are
The rush to them, right?
Like, that's where we're at.
It's just delicious to behold, as are your articles.
Check them out right now.

You You
This is where it starts Ben This is the epicenter of the migration for the Venezuelan people.
The solution is not to flee.
The solution is to fix the corruption.
This pushes these people to do violence, crime, and to work in prostitution.
Right here, we got word that there was a sicario here.
How this is so dangerous.
As you guys can see, we are risking a lot to be recording as we are being recorded also doing this.
Bringing you what the mainstream media doesn't want you to see.
You know, they interviewed these guys in the back of a semi.
Is the border open in the United States or is it closed?
And he said, the border is open.
That is a clip from the show Law & Border Frontline America by a guy, if you watch my buddy Steve Bannon's War Room, I'll be on with Steve later today, you know who he is.
Intrepid truth teller when it comes to the national security and the sovereignty of our nation.
First time here on America First, I do believe.
Ben Burkwam, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, sir.
Actually, I think the first time I was on was with Carrie Lake when she was filling in for you.
But it's great to be back with you, sir.
There we go.
There we go.
All right.
We've got so much to discuss.
Where are you right now?
I'm in McAllen, Texas.
I just left Brownsville.
We're actually doing a border tour now that Title 42 is going away.
Started in Brownsville on the Gulf of Mexico and we're going to end up in California just to see how bad this invasion really gets.
You can see behind me, I'm actually at Catholic Charities in McAllen, Texas.
One of the profiteers of this invasion.
Just to give you an idea of how much money this organization has, they own this entire building.
Behind me, they own a building across the street over here, and they own this entire building across the street here as well.
Every single person that comes across illegally, they get money for, and that's why they're on the Mexico side, that's why they're aiding and abetting and training people on how to claim fake asylum, and that's why they're here transporting people throughout the United States.
All right.
As a cradle Catholic, it disgusts me what this organization under the name of Catholic Charities is doing every single day, selling out America and literally being, you know, profiteering from the cartels, smuggling people into America.
Ben, you're on the ground.
You see this stuff.
You document it in your TV show.
Please follow this man right now, Ben Burkwam on Twitter.
That's B-E-R-G.
Q-U-A-M, or just go to FrontlineAmerica.com.
Ben, what's going to happen at midnight when Title 42 is rescinded?
Well, the floodgates are going to open.
Everything you hear coming out of Washington, D.C.
is an absolute lie.
Secretary Marcos knows this, and the world knows it.
That's why we just came up from Panama through the Darién Gap.
We were involved in a firefight down there with Senate Front.
They're having to fight off the cartels because they're making so much money, and the world knows it.
We have thousands People coming right now because they know Washington sees a joke.
Secretary Marcos is a liar and the borders are open and anybody who comes across illegally simply gets invited in.
They get a slip of paper that says find a an ICE agent within 60 days and and that's it.
You can go anywhere you want in the country and that's that's what we're going to see and rather than having the ability to deport based on COVID restrictions now basically those are all going to be gone.
The latest reports are from CBP.
Democrats do something to stop this when I think the history is a guide we know
it's only going to get worse not going to get better. The latest reports are
from CBP there's been 30,000 30,000 engagements with illegals in the last
72 hours along the border. I have to ask because you actually go there we showed
the clip from Venezuela you're down at the border you talk to these illegal
migrants of all the thousands tens of thousands of people you've seen how many
of them convinced you of their stories that they are actually for example
political refugees like my parents were people who would be killed if they went
back home and what's the percentage or what's the proportion who just
You know, want to come here, work illegally under the table and get cash and destroy the lives of legal immigrants.
What's the proportion of real asylum seekers to just economic migrants, Ben?
Well, it's negligible.
I mean, even when you ask the people, until they actually get near the border, most of them say they're coming for a better life, they're coming for a job.
Again, a lot of the ones coming from Venezuela don't have, you know, they're fleeing communism and socialism.
And what's ironic is when we tell them that many in the Democrat side of the political spectrum here in America want socialism and communism, you know, they're shocked that anyone would be pushing that direction.
But the vast majority No, they're not even coming for asylum, but the only reason they even request it is because of organizations like the one behind me, and Lutheran Social Services, and Pueblo Sin Fronteras, and El Ultralato, and all of these leftist activists, really Marxist groups, that are teaching them, this is what you say, we use refugee resettlement program, this is how we get you in.
But the vast majority are simply coming for the money in your wallet.
Or, you know, they're coming for a job or they're coming for the welfare benefits that they know they're going to get.
They're coming for your job, that's what they're coming for.
Ben, you must talk to the rank and file, the good men and women, more than 50% of whom are actually Hispanics in the Customs and Border Protection Agency.
How the hell are they surviving, Ben?
Well, I was just talking about it earlier.
I just have to say, if you are in Border Patrol, I just want to lift you up.
I want to say we love you.
God loves you.
And the worst thing that we see going on right now is the suicide rate with Border Patrol and Custom Agents.
Many of these men and women swore the oath.
They were veterans of this country.
They swore it again to become Border Patrol agents.
And now they're being told to break their oath.
And I just want to lift them up.
If you are feeling suicidal, I just want to invite you to talk to a friend, talk to a family member.
There's help out there, because what you're being asked to do, you shouldn't be asked to do it, but the American people stand with you, and I just pray that they don't give up.
But it's awful, Sebastian.
Absolutely awful.
These are some of the best patriots in America, and they're being asked to break the rope, and many of them can't deal with it.
One last question.
When we hear the horror stories about sexual assault and rape of women and girls, that's not a fantasy.
that is actually happening day in day out as illegals are being trafficked, correct?
Wait till this episode.
We actually confront OAM, United Nations.
They were actually, they had a booth set up in the Coakley, Columbia, giving out condoms
and birth control.
This organization, pretending to be compassionate, knows women and children are going to be raped.
Rather than telling them to stop, they simply give them birth control and condoms and say,
go along your way.
It's absolutely awful.
Talking to Border Patrol, basically the expectation is if you're pretty, you're going to be raped.
And sadly, rather than trying to stop it, we have leftist organizations that are inviting it and inviting people to be destroyed going through the process.
Utter, sheer evil.
And I salute you, Ben, for telling the truth.
Stay safe, my friend.
Keep reporting.

Perhaps one of the most important things President Trump said last night.
Let's just play it.
Will you pardon the January 6th rioters who were convicted of federal offenses?
I am inclined to pardon many of them.
I can't say for every single one, because a couple of them, probably they got out of control.
But, you know, when you look at Antifa, what they've done to Portland, and if you look at Antifa, look at what they've done to Minneapolis, and so many other, so many other places.
Look at what they did to Seattle.
And BLM?
BLM.
Many people were killed.
These people... I'm not trying to justify anything.
But you have two standards of justice in this country.
And what they've done, and I love that question, because what they've done to so many people is nothing.
Nothing.
And then what they've done to these people, they've persecuted these people.
And yeah, my answer is, I am most likely, if I get in, I will most likely, I would say it will be a large portion of them.
You know, they did a very...
And it'll be very early on.
And they're living in hell right now.
So when it comes to pardons... They're living in hell.
And they're policemen, and they're firemen, and they're soldiers, and they're carpenters, and electricians, and they're great people.
Many of them are just great people.
Not only did he call out Michael Byrd for being the thug who killed Ashley Babbitt, he also said he's going to pardon the large proportion of the January 6th political prisoners.
God bless President Trump.
We'll be back in a moment.
you you
They're coming out of the woodwork, yes, the rhinos, Chris Christie, Chris Sununu.
You won't believe what they said after President Trump's incredible performance yesterday.
Midnight today, Title 42 expires, 30,000 illegals intercepted in just the last 72 hours.

I don't know where Jeff finds that stuff.
That's from TikTok.
Libs of TikTok found that, of course.
Alex, we need to talk to Aerosmith.
Dude looks like a lady isn't enough.
They have to recut that to a lady looks like a dude.
I'm glad we have to have a sense of humor, but it's serious.
Look at what the Navy did recently.
They have a drag queen, quote, artiste, put into a combat uniform to do what?
Recruit more drag queens?
What does our enemy think about that?
They're laughing at us.
Dear friends, it's serious business.
A man who knows just how badly the neo-Marxist rot has penetrated the armed forces is the man who calls himself the first veteran of the Space Force, and that's not for a good reason.
He is a patriot.
His name is Matthew Lohmeyer.
Matthew, welcome back to America First.
Happy to be back.
Thanks.
Tell people who missed your story and haven't read your book, why are you the first veteran of Space Force?
How did that happen?
sessions into the Space Force when it was first stood up.
December 2019 is when the Space Force became a reality, thanks to President Trump and Pence championing the idea that had been a bipartisan idea for quite some time before they came into office.
I end up transitioning out of the Air Force into that Space Force.
I had flown F-15s.
I had done space-based missile warning for the Air Force, which was Responsible for most of our national security space assets and then transition into the Space Force and was placed in command of our nation's space-based missile warning out in Colorado.
And unfortunately, the time I came into command, and fortunately, I suppose, depending on how one looks at it, is that was a time in the summer of 2020 That George Floyd had, we'd just seen his death reported on in the news, and you saw what was literally a neo-Marxist activism hit the streets in this country.
And it looked to the American observer like Black Lives Matter, Antifa, and others who seem to be craving some kind of new purpose in their lives, smashing police cars, smashing the windows on buildings, and terrorizing the American people.
And unfortunately, that Impulse, which is really a spiritual impulse of sorts, was prolific all of a sudden for the first time in my military career throughout the Defense Department.
You had activists high and low of various ranks, of various races, who seized the opportunity to Join in their voices with the other activists, whether it be online or in the military workplace, and politicize the workplace.
So the ban on political activism in uniform was rescinded in general, so Trump hats could be worn and people could talk about the Bible and the... Yeah, you know...
It is a good idea that our military remain relatively apolitical, at least in the workplace.
Now, senior leaders have a, roughly speaking, political job.
But no, absolutely, the obligation is to be rather apolitical.
And yet, there was a left-wing, and make no mistake about it, that's precisely what it was.
It was a radical left-wing politicization of the military workplace.
And now it's turned into not just a politicization, but a sexualization of the military workplace.
When we talk about hiring a drag queen to be the digital ambassador for the United States Navy, I mean, it's really getting out of hand quickly, despite the fact that both service members and the American people are waking up to this problem that we're facing, not just in American society, but in the military.
And here's, let me mention this, one more thing.
Here's the unfortunate reality.
It is deemed non-political to spout the left-wing talking points wearing the uniform of your country.
It's like, well, that's just, you know, be accepting, be inclusive.
But if you have someone that speaks up and identifies it as a problem in the military workplace, They have a label slapped on them immediately, and it's, well, they're politically partisan.
They're alt-right.
They're white supremacists.
And I'll tell you, it's really disincentivized our men and women in uniform from either continued service or young men and women who had aspirations to join the military from joining after all.
People are really disappointed by what they're seeing right now, so we have to fix this problem.
My wife and her former colleague at The Heritage, Mike Gonzalez, have written a piece.
I commend it to all of you.
It's titled, How Cultural Marxism Threatens the United States and How Americans Can Fight It.
Katie and Mike came up with this concept of a next-gen Marxist.
This is a new kind of Marxism.
It pits us against each other, not based on class and socioeconomic background, but gender, skin color, and what have you.
You wrote the book, it's Irresistible Revolution.
Everybody needs to read this.
Marxism's goal of conquest and unmaking of the American military.
But you may have left Space Force, but you're not giving up.
So tell us a little bit, as much as you can, about this new project that you have ventured upon.
I have been, ever since I separated in the fall of 2021, tried to stay in touch with our service members of all branches of the military, first off.
And I interact with them still.
Some of them still reach out to me.
As recently as this week, two new service members have reached out to me saying, hey, please help.
I'm in a bind here because of the politics at my base.
And that's been things like the COVID shot mandate, which is now gone, fortunately, but also just the race talk.
and sexualization of the workplace so there's that and that has not stopped i've been speaking around the country but there's another project that i'm throwing my uh... energy into at the moment i think it's going to be very impactful uh... it it won't be seen publicly by the american people probably uh... in the next couple of months but they will hear about it soon and i'm hoping to try and solve some of the problems as well as educate all american people regardless of where they sit on the political spectrum frankly because everyone Democrat, Republican and rather unaffiliated need to be willing to learn about how this is affecting the military or soldier.
And so I'm working on a documentary film.
And I've got an exceptionally talented documentary filmmaking crew.
That you brought with you here to my little studio.
Yeah, they're hiding out there behind the doors.
And so you have faith that this is salvageable?
That the US military is salvageable?
Yes, if certain things take place.
We need people speaking up, no matter what their sphere of influence is.
But I don't know that it's possible with the current administration, quite frankly.
Their objective is the opposite.
Their policy is the opposite, and senior military leaders, both civilian and uniform-wearing, are able to point to the administration and lay blame upon the administration, whether they support the agenda or they don't.
And your take when the most senior military individual in the United States says, I don't know what CRT is, but I think it's great that West Point is teaching it, or when Mark Milley says, I'm white and I want to know what white rage is.
They've won, haven't the Marxists won?
Well, they are winning when that happens.
Let me tell you what's more concerning to me is that people who once had the respect of the entire force instantly lose credibility with men and women in uniform.
And it's hard to get back.
So you cannot be a political animal while you're in uniform if you expect to maintain the trust and respect and loyalty of the entire force.
And that's precisely what they're doing wrong at the moment.
All right, he's a brave man.
You've got to read the book.
It is Irresistible Revolution.
Follow him right now at Matt Lohmeier on Twitter.
That's Matthew Lohmeier.

And he has endeavored to bring us a new product.
He can't release all of the information right now.
But he said to me outside, this is this is part and parcel of how we recover the U.S.
military.
Have faith, dear friends, even if you're still in uniform.
Why?
We've been here before.
Not this bad.
But if you remember the Carter years, it was bad.
It was drug use.
It was all kinds of things inside the military.
It was a loss of faith in the institutions.
And thanks to Ronald Reagan, we recovered.
We can do it again if we have the requisite leadership and truth tellers like Matt.

Are you still alive?
Thanks for watching!
Oh Welcome back dear friends.
What did the Lord tell us?
Come unto me the little children.
Better if a millstone were hung around the neck of those who hurt a child.
How can we help those who are most vulnerable?
Every year we ask for your support for the Prison Fellowship Program.
That helps the children who have lost a mother or father to the prison system and who themselves have become very vulnerable.
More than 70% of them will end up incarcerated as well unless we break that cycle of fear.
How do we do that?
We get them to a Christ-centric summer camp.
It's called the Angel Tree Program and you can make it happen for as many children, for as many little boys and girls as possible.

Okay, I could do three hours on this next thing because I'm so angry.
So very, very angry and people are missing the significance of what happened yesterday.
The Congress received information from a whistleblower that the FBI had received evidence of Joe Biden being paid to change American policy.
Yeah, just straight up corruption.
Being paid by a private actor to change policy in America.
As a result, as a result, Congress, which has oversight powers of the executive, requested that they provide that evidence to the relevant committee.
And they refused.
Listen to Kevin McCarthy.
That's unacceptable.
I'm going to call Director Wray today because we have oversight of the FBI.
We have the right.
Comer is simply following information that he has found.
We should find all the information.
Isn't it quite interesting that foreign countries give millions of dollars to different LLCs that trace down to the entire Biden family, to grandchildren.
What are they doing?
Why are you hiding money that direction?
And why is foreign money coming from other countries while he's in office?
That's the Speaker of the House.
Is he angry enough?
The FBI sent Congress a six-page letter.
We can put it up on the screen.
I've posted it on my Twitter feed.
It's to James Comer, the Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Accountability.
So this is THE Committee for Oversight of the Executive Branch of Congress that has rights of oversight over the Executive Branch, which includes the Department of Justice and the FBI.
I'm going to read one section of this letter and then you'll understand why I'm so angry.
You've asked for what you say is a, quote, precise description of an alleged criminal scheme contained in a single FD1023 report.
That's an official law enforcement document.
You express concern, Chairman, that the FBI has inappropriately failed to disclose such a report to the American people.
Yeah, yeah.
A president being paid to change policy?
Yeah, we should know about that.
It is critical to the integrity of the entire criminal justice process and to the fulfillment of our law enforcement duties that the FBI avoid revealing information.
Including unverified or incomplete information that could harm investigations, prejudice, prosecutions or judicial proceedings, unfairly violate privacy or reputational interests.
Reputations of who?
Of the President?
Of the FBI?
Of the President's son?
Of the DOJ?
Or create mis-impressions in the public.
What?
That the FBI is corrupt?
Often, even confirming the fact of the existence or non-existence of an investigation or a particular piece of investigative information can risk these serious harms.
That is why it is, and has long been, standard practice for law enforcement agencies to decline to confirm or deny such a fact.
Thus, your request for a single FD1023 report that you say includes a precise description of an alleged criminal scheme risks the harms that our confidentiality rules protect against.
As a result, the FBI will not comply.
That's it.
You don't have to talk about anything else.
The open border.
You don't have to talk about the debt ceiling.
It's all irrelevant.
The FBI, the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world, has told the body that is meant to constitutionally oversee it, screw you.
We're not going to tell you what evidence we were given that the President of the United States has been paid to change policy of the US government.
Go to hell!
They put it in writing to the Chairman of the Oversight Committee.
If you're not angry, you're not an American.
If you're not angry, you don't care.
If you're not angry, you should go somewhere else.
Because the patriots are going to fix this.
We cannot have bureaucrats with guns and badges.
Tell those who have our mandate to run this country that we voted for to represent us and to steer the ship of such state that they should go to hell.
This cannot be allowed to continue.
And this is the proof of why the FBI has to go dismantled brick by brick.
And this is where the campaign begins.

That stand-up act was from an individual we're going to connect with.
He's got lots of flags on his Twitter bio.
He's just had a chat with our friend Chris Coles, Mr. Reagan, but now it's his turn.
Live radio across the nation to three and a half million Americans.
Nicholas DeSanto, welcome to America First.
I'm glad to be with you.
Thanks for the invitation.
So this is a kind of serendipitous event.
You come up on my feed on YouTube.
I watch your little skits.
They're hilarious.
I DM you.
I find you on Twitter.
Turns out that you went to a class with my buddy Francis Foster of Trigonometry, a comedy stand-up class.
Well that shouldn't surprise me and of course the same day Chris Coles has your clips turn up on his feed.
Tell us a little bit about yourself and why you've got so many flags in your Twitter bio and also an Arabic letter.
Tell us a little bit about yourself, Nicholas.
Absolutely.
Vexillology or the study of flags is one of my hobbies and sometimes I joke about that.
And I come from a mixed background.
I was born in Italy to Iranian parents and now I'm a naturalized Brit living in London, England.
And speaking of serendipity, small world, I used to be the simultaneous interpreter for you when you gave interviews to BBC Persian television.
So I did know you way before you come to know me and see my My face.
So yeah, I always had an interest in politics, in world affairs, in languages, and in comedy.
And this stand-up comedy was something I was doing as a hobby on the side, but eventually it got a bit bigger and bigger, and I tried to carve a niche for myself as a conservative comedian in the United Kingdom.
Yeah, how many thousand of you conservative comedians are there in the UK, Nicholas?
Well, I joke about it.
I say I'm the only one.
You know, they say, try to be the best at your work.
And a lot of people come to me and say, oh, you're so brave.
We have never seen such an act.
Every comedian is, you know, repeating the same lefty viewpoints.
And I say, you know, they say you are so brave.
I say no I'm not brave I'm just lazy because the good thing is that in any lineup any club I always end by saying and I was the funniest right-wing comedian you've seen tonight or this week.
Or this year and you always say that didn't go down so well in you say a random leftist part of London.
We talked to Nicholas DeSanto We're going to actually demonstrate how brave he is with the next joke you can find on video, but first things first, the idea that you were the interpreter for my appearances on the Persian language BBC service makes me feel so much better because they were so woke, they so attacked President Trump, they were so, the hosts were so on the side of the murderous regime in Tehran that I was always wondering
How is he translating me?
I don't know this guy.
How is he translating me into Persian?
Is he going to completely flip what I'm saying?
Is he going to not criticize the host like I am?
And I feel so much better that now I know who it was who was doing it.
And the DMs I would get afterwards from Persians around the world, from Iranians, saying thank you for calling out the bias of the BBC and for telling the truth about the regime in Tehran.
Well, that was just absolutely remarkable.
We're going to continue the discussion with the only conservative comedian in the UK that I know of, although I think Francis deep down is really a conservative.

But you got to do it, and somebody's got to do it, right?
Yeah, somebody has to do it, and you do it very well.
You've got to follow Nicolas DeSanto right now on Twitter at Nico underscore DeSanto.
Also, Anglo-Italian Comedy on Twitter.
That's Anglo-Italian Comedy on Twitter.
Let me ask you a more philosophical question.
On YouTube, yes.
Yeah, on YouTube.
You are clearly a very well-educated man.
Your geopolitical, geographic knowledge is exemplary.
Why is it that conservatives really have forgotten the art or the power of comedy and satire?
It seems as if people like yourself are the odd man out.
There are some others.
Here in America we have the sterling work of the Babylon Bee, but Is there any reason why we forgot this and why everywhere else, SNL and everywhere else, they're not funny but they're all woke?
Well maybe, you know in Italy where I was born we have a joke we say We say maybe because conservatives have real jobs, you know, they manufacture stuff, they build buildings, they repair things.
So they left humanities to the left for too long.
And the other reason is that historically conservatives maybe used to be the ones holding power, ruling the world, governing the world, as I said, building stuff.
So comedy being, you know, a comedian, a court gesture, going after the power, speaking truth to the power.
punching up, so to speak, to use the comics jargon.
It used to be a lefty thing.
But now the roles have been reversed, right?
Because the left has monopolized the discourse.
They have conquered academia, Hollywood, stand-up comedy as well.
And even they're now going after corporations.
Commercials are all woke.
So it has become, it's a new thing that conservatives have suddenly discovered that, or people are
discovering that raising a conservative viewpoint actually makes you the new rebel, makes you
the one who is punching up to the power.
Because we are not holding the power as such anymore.
Right.
That is the very peculiar reversal that those who railed against the man, railed against
the machine, they have become the establishment.
And now the counterculture is us.
It's the conservatives.
We're the rebels.
We're the rebels.
Do you have faith that Those who have become the establishment, that they will lose the grip on power purely by dint of one thing alone, this is my expectation, that they are truly detached from reality.
When you celebrate, you know, the killing of a child in the womb, you're detached from reality.
When you say a woman can become a man and a man become a woman, you're detached from reality.
Does that mean eventually, in your estimation, that the good guys have to eventually win, Nicholas?
Well, if we are Christian and if we believe in the eventual victory of good, you know, we can't think otherwise, right?
If we lose hope, what else have we got?
And, of course, we have some positive signs.
You know, we have Trump in the U.S., we had Brexit in the U.K.
In Italy we have a female prime minister, by the way, about whom the feminists are not, you know, jubilant, who is a traditionalist, pro-family, right-wing prime minister, similar in Sweden.
So people are waking up.
There are at least some good signs.
And the situation, the pendulum has swung so much to the left that it is inevitable that it has to come back towards the middle ground.
Alright, last question.
I know Francis Foster probably gave you some very good advice in terms of how to be a successful comic.
To those who are braving that career and are thinking about the next open mic night, what would Nicholas DeSanto say is the most important piece of advice?
I would say, I heard this in a podcast, I'm so sorry I don't remember who came with this principle, but the comedy that you offer, pretty much like anything else, has to be true, has to be you, and has to be new.
A lot of people want to come up with a persona, but if it has been done over and over again, you won't be believable and you won't be original.
So, say something that comes from your heart and from your values and offer something to the people.
And the best compliment I ever get is that people who have braved the traffic and found a babysitter for their kids, they come to me after the show and say, you know, nobody was saying these things that you were saying.
Everybody was repeating the same message.
So, try to be original.
That's the best advice.
Yeah, I think the most important part of that triumvirate is the new thing.
I mean, the true as well, but I love it.
Super shorthand.
True, new, and you.
Probably applies to most fields, especially in the creative arts.
I commend you.

Welcome, dear friends, to America First One-on-One, where we get to talk with the real experts, the true newsmakers, deep dive, long form, because, well, it's fun, isn't it?
It's better than a three-minute segment about a big issue of the day that you can't even get to the meat of by the time you have to break for an advertisement.
And today, well, you know, it's super fun when I get to meet you.
You are the most important part of the show.
Several times a year I travel to local stations to meet with the great audiences in person and to share a stage with special guests.
Just a few weeks ago we were in California with Jennifer Horne, Grant Stinchfield and the special guest Larry Elder, Officer Brandon Tatum, myself and then an individual who I hadn't met before, but in another environment, in another quality, now he is a politician, representing the 63rd District, Assembly District of California, Bill Asale.
Welcome to America First, one-on-one.
Thank you, Dr. Orca.
Happy to be here.
All right, so we shared a stage together in front of about eight, nine hundred patriots.
It was a fun, fun afternoon.
But it turns out you reminded me that we had met before when you had a different job.
So before we dive into the good fight you are putting up in that crazy place that is Sacramento, tell us a little bit about your life.
Who is Bill O'Saley?
Where did he come from and what did he do before he decided to be a Yeah, so my life story is interesting.
I am the son of immigrants.
My parents immigrated from Lebanon, which in the 80s was involved in a very large civil war issue there.
And my parents fled.
They came to the land of freedom and safety and security at the time, the United States of America.
And then me and my sisters were born here.
I was born in Southern California, raised there.
We had a really, really good upbringing in suburbia California.
Traditional, conservative, you know, upbringing.
I was in the first in my family to go to college, first to go to law school, first to be a prosecutor.
My dream job was to be a prosecutor, and that was my version of service, to give back to the country, to the community.
So I was a local deputy district attorney in Riverside County, and then I was a federal prosecutor at the U.S.
Attorney's Office in the Central District of California.
And I think that's where we first met.
You came and did a training on Islamist jihadis since we handled national security cases.
And that's where we first met.
Right, that was my life before I joined the Trump administration.
I was traveling the nation working with individuals like yourselves, FBI special agents, the military, intelligence community, analysts, and my job was to explain to them what it is the bad guys believe.
So groups like Al-Qaeda, Al-Nusra, ISIS, what their grand strategy is, what their objective is, and what is the ideology they believe.
You shared with me an interesting tidbit before we got on stage a week ago.
You said that there were some complaints about my lecture on jihadism from those in the audience, but there was something about the individuals that made the complaints and you had something to say to them.
What was that rather funny instance?
So I walked away from that training.
I learned so much.
And me being of Middle Eastern and Muslim descent, I thought I already knew a lot, but I actually learned a lot from you.
I was very impressed.
And the reaction from my colleagues was they were shocked.
They were offended.
They said that your training was offensive to Muslims.
I think I was the only Muslim at the office.
and they filed a complaint with the head office and I do think
later that week we got an apology from from the section chief for that
the crim chief apologizing for inviting you to come to the training
and your response to those who complained who went from the region and
who weren't Muslims I said you're not even Muslim
What do you care?
Right, right, right.
Nobody talked to me.
I said, why didn't anyone ask me what my thoughts were on it?
So, you know, I don't like when, frankly, let's just say white liberals speak on behalf of ethnic minorities as if they're our spokespeople.
No one asked them to and no one invited them to do that.
Pretty typical, pretty typical path for the course.
Thank you for sharing that little anecdote with me.
All right.
So what made you do this crazy thing?
You had a nice, cushy life.
A little bit, you know, long hours probably as a prosecutor or working for the DOJ.
And then you decide to become a conservative politician in California.
What triggered you, Bill O'Saley?
Tell us the full story.
Yeah, so I've always been interested in politics.
I interned for Congressman Ken Calvert in my district.
I worked at the White House in 2008.
I was a White House intern.
So I've always had a taste for it because I thought it was really important that citizens, average people, stay involved in their government.
Like, this isn't something for the elites or the experts to do.
We're a government of the people, by the people, for the people.
So I've always been interested in that.
I was always fascinated with American government.
American exceptionalism.
What makes America unique?
It's not that we're better, it's that we're different.
Our country's set up fundamentally different, that our rights come from God that we then loan to government.
Nobody on earth gives us our rights.
I was always a student of that.
So when I became a prosecutor and I got to do what I love, which is speak for the voiceless, speak on behalf of victims and hold people accountable and defend our society and civilization, I loved it.
I was doing it.
And then these politicians started passing law after law after law in California, which made it harder for prosecutors to do their job.
They started releasing dangerous prisoners, all under the auspice of criminal justice reform.
And the results are, you can see it.
Look at California now.
We have no consequences.
We have repeat offenders.
We don't have any serious consequences for violent crime.
People go in and out of jail.
Drug use is out of control.
We have people addicted on the streets suffering from drug-induced psychosis.
It's just failure after failure and we're losing, I think, our civilization.
And it makes me sad because my parents fled a third world country where we don't have reliable power.
There is disorder.
There is no legitimate government, if you can say that.
And I'm watching California turn into the place that my parents left.
It was concerning, so I felt compelled to step down, resign my position, and run for state office in California.
Was there one issue or one event that made you say, okay, now's the time?
Well, I was in 2018 is the first time I ran and I was presented the opportunity because there was a really competitive seat and the assembly person there at the time she voted for a tax increase and California is already one of the highest tax states in the union and when she voted for that and nobody was willing to run against her she was going to run unopposed in the election.
I just said in good conscience I can't allow that and if I don't run who will and if not now then when and that's when I initially made the decision to run.

You said something very telling about how they're not doing their job as prosecutors, as legislators.
They're favoring the perpetrators.
I think you may have left the room, but In the green room at that event, I spoke to two current sheriffs, a former sheriff, and a current prosecutor, and I asked them one simple question.
I said, do these people actually believe what they're doing?
Do they actually believe that they're somehow restoring justice by being on the side of the criminals?
And they actually said to me, Bill, you may have been there, they said, Yeah, they actually believe it.
I find that hard to swallow.
Do you concur with that analysis that these people actually believe reversing the judicial system is the way forward?
I think there is a radical, left-wing, progressive ideology that has taken control of the Democrat Party, especially here in California.
And I do think they really honestly do believe that it is racist to hold people accountable and to send people to prison, and that somehow a system designed to incarcerate and enslave Brown and black people.
Some of them really believe that.
But here's what I think is really happening, Sebastian.
The people who are elected as Democrats, they're not our brain trust.
I don't think they're the smartest people.
And I don't say that disparagingly.
I don't think they're very bright.
I think a lot of them come from activist backgrounds.
They're useful fools, if you will.
But really, the real work and the real strategies is happening behind the scenes in these NGOs and these think tanks.
And I think they know what the real agenda is.
It's Marxism.
It's Marxism.
And they're going to do it incrementally, and they're going to use these issues as cover, whether it's criminal justice reform or equity.
I hate this word.
They use it every day up here, equity, which I think is just a cover for socialism.
So that's where I think the real strategies are being done, the plotting, and then they
use these elected politicians, like AOC if you will, and the National Lever, whatever,
to push the policies.
But I don't think elected people know what they're doing, no.
There are meat puppets who get elected and then it's the activists, it's the NGOs behind
them.

Hottest selling item right now is the I stand with 45 Trump flag.
We literally can't make them fast enough.
You guys are snatching them up so quickly.
But coming hot on the heels of the flag is the one I designed recently about Tucker Carlson.
It is... No, no, let's put out Tucker first.
It is the Let Tucker Speak.
It's Tucker with some Fox News duct tape over his mouth.
You guys are snapping that one up as well.
And then the other t-shirt that surprised everyone.
They said, Gawker, what are you doing?
Nobody's gonna buy that.
And you guys love it.

Bill, I've got to ask you a practical question.
How many of you are there?
There's what, 18 conservatives or republicans in the whole Sacramento Assembly.
Is that right?
Yeah, out of 80, we have 18.
Wow.
Okay, so you are in the minority of the minority.
This is the thing I always ask the congressmen and women who come on the show here in DC, because I'm just curious.
You talked about the quality of the people you're dealing with across the aisle, and they're not the top draw, but can you even have Discussions?
I mean, with people who think there should be billion-dollar reparations for black people in a state that never legally held slaves, with a party that believes a man can become a woman and a woman can become a man.
I'm just curious, you know, off the floor in the coffee area, can you talk to these people or are they really so radicalized that there's no point?
You can talk to some of them and they will speak to you quietly in private.
And we call those the moderates.
You know, I don't really believe there's any real moderate Democrats, but up here we sort of categorize them into the progressives and the moderates.
And the moderates that come from more conservative-leaning districts or center-right, center-left districts, they'll agree with us behind the scenes on our criminal policies or these other policies that the left is going too far.
The problem is, is they are equally afraid.
As some rhinos are to speak against it because they're also afraid of the backlash from the radical left.
They'll get primaried.
They'll get attacked on social media.
They'll be silenced.
So they also face similar consequences to what Republicans get when we speak out against it.
So would you say, my contention is that this is a DNC, this is a Democrat party that is incomparable to the one that existed just 15 years ago, let alone 50 years ago.
So this is more like a hive mentality, it's the Borg.
If they're telling stuff to you, you know, quietly, off the record, it means that they have to act as a hive mind because they're afraid of retribution, no?
They have a groupthink mentality.
We actually saw that yesterday.
So we have a big problem with Fentanyl, as does the rest of the country.
All our Fentanyl bills that actually increase punishment for dealers have been stalled in the quote-unquote public safety committee.
And so what we did yesterday is we tried to take some of these bills directly to the floor.
We took Democrat bills, Democrat Fentanyl bills that are being stalled in committee.
We took them to the floor.
We said, let's go around the committee.
Let's suspend the rules.
Let's vote on them.
And the Democrats all voted against our motion.
Every single one of them.
So they voted even against their own bills because it was more important that they express unity and groupthink than to actually have principles and vote on what's right, which is to do something on this fentanyl crisis.
Unbelievable, unbelievable.
It's in the news, so I want to broach it right now.
Again, I'm just being naive, I guess.
When you have the, you know, the Justice Committee in Sacramento have this debate about Reparations for black Californians to the tune of, you know, over a million dollars per person, despite the fact that California never legally had slaves.
It looks, it sounds to me like you're in Wonderland.
It's bizarro world.
It's a bad dream.
Do the average voters who have to pay for those reparations, do they stop and think, hang on, that money, that's going to come out of my pocket, out of my wallet, out of my purse.
Do they ever raise their voices and say, please stop the insanity?
The average person does, but it does not resonate with the party in control here.
We have a two-thirds supermajority.
They feel untouched.
They can do whatever they want.
The reality is, Sebastian, these reparations will never happen because we don't have the money.
California is in a $25 billion deficit, and the reparations they're proposing is more than double our annual budget.
So it's never going to happen.
So what's it really about?
It's about the governor and the Democrats trying to appease an extremist group. This came out of the BLM movement,
where they said, you know what, we're not actually going to pay you reparations, but we'll
set up this commission that looks like it's going to study it and make
recommendations to the legislature.
So I actually think it's really mean and sinister when you rip open really painful wounds. The
history of slavery and civil injustice is painful for some groups, and so they're ripping them up
for political points, knowing there's nothing they're actually going to do about it, just to
stir it up. It's a very painful thing.
I just think it's mean, and it's terrible.
Well, it's worse than mean, isn't it?
Just appallingly cynical.
It's cynical.
And if anyone is to pay reparations, it should be the Democrat Party, which fought a war To defend and to keep slavery.
That is the platform of the Democrat Party, so if anyone pays reparations, it should come out of their books.
I would love to see the reaction of your colleagues when you tell them, well, yeah, you're the Democrat Party, you're the slaveholders, you invented the KKK, you should pay for it.
I'm curious, how do they, as a Middle Eastern heritage Muslim, who's a conservative, who understands the truth about the Democrats, how do they treat you?
Are you shunned?
No, they look at me like an alien, so I don't think they know what to do with me.
So, yeah, they don't know what to do with me.
And mind you, I mean, the symbolism here, I mean, if you haven't been to our Capitol, I'll show you around here sometime.
Abraham Lincoln sits as a portrait overlooking the state assembly floor. Okay.
President Abraham Lincoln, the founder of the Republican Party, the man who literally freed the
slaves, fought a war to free the slaves.
But we point these things out and they just, it's almost like they're detached from reality and
their blinders are so high. It's as if Sebastian Reali doesn't matter.
And that's sort of what concerns me now.
We're in this sort of post-truth, I heard this term like, we're in a post-truth world.
And it's kind of true.
The truth doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter if Biden took money from the Chinese.
It doesn't matter.
I think we've found the title for this hour.
We're going to call it Reality Doesn't Matter.
And that's what he's fighting.
And he's got, he taught me something on that stage a week and a half ago in California.
We're going to share it with you momentarily.

SebastianGawker.Substack.com Before we get on to this amazing bill you proposed, AB 1314, and the response to it, one question it would be very remiss of me to have you here for a whole hour and not broach it.
I was in Los Angeles visiting a good friend of the show, my co-host for my Making Movies Great Again sessions here, and He's in downtown LA near the Mission.
I'm going to post these videos online.
And we drove a block from his lovely apartment.
And I swear to you, Bill, it was like I was back in North Africa.
It felt like I was in Somalia.
I mean, the homeless situation.
I couldn't believe I was in America.
Again, a naive question.
Do the average Californians not scratch their head and say, why do we have more than 50... We're only one state of the union, and I know the weather's good, but that's not enough of an excuse.
Why does California have more than 50% of all the homeless people, and why are they allowed to camp on the street, defecate on the street?
Is there no pushback?
There is pushback, but it does not translate, unfortunately, at the ballot box.
And that's one of the struggles we have in California, is they have brainwashed the populace here that Democrats are good and Republicans are evil, so it doesn't matter how bad it is, they still keep re-electing them.
But this homeless thing is really bad.
It's really bad for many reasons.
It's bad as a society, but it's also bad for the people living on the street.
We are allowing people to live as drug addicts, and they're getting worse.
They're becoming highly addicted on very powerful substances.
They're becoming mentally ill, if they weren't already mentally ill before, and now they've made them a protective class.
So you can't do anything to them.
If you defend yourself from them, or if you call the police on them, the police will protect the homeless people over you.
What's happening is then it's causing altercations and people are taking matters into their own hands.
It's really, really bad policy and it wasn't like this 10 years ago.
10 years ago, we had laws in the books that says if you were arrested with hard drugs, we're talking like meth, heroin, fentanyl, you'd come to court and I would give you two options.
You had the option to go to jail or you could go to rehab.
And if you went to rehab and you've successfully completed, your case got dismissed.
Well, they passed Prop 47 in California about 10 years ago now, and they totally decriminalized drug use.
So it's like a parking ticket now.
So nobody's getting any help.
They're extremely drug addicted, and they have drug-induced psychosis being played out in the streets.
And their solution?
Is to build homes for the homeless.
Yeah, or to rent out hotels at taxpayer expense.
I don't want to, you know, paint the devil on the wall here, Bill, but at some point there's going to be a crescendo.
At some point something very nasty is going to happen, or the people are just going to snap.
This cannot proceed forever, can it?
No, and people are already sick of it.
You already see San Francisco retailers are closing up shop.
The CVSs, the Targets, the Nordstroms, they're not doing business there anymore.
They've closed their shops and they've moved out because the police won't protect them and they're getting raided and shoplifted every day with no consequences and at some point it doesn't make business sense to be there, so they're pulling out.
Yeah, I worry that if you don't solve a problem if you let it fester for long enough, then
eventually there will be a backlash and a backlash that was actually created by those who, I
think the point you made is the most powerful one.
You're actually making the situation worse by this false compassion, by allowing these
situation worse by this this false compassion by allowing these people to spiral ever deeper
people to spiral ever deeper into this drug-induced miasma and eventual psychosis.
into this drug-induced miasma and eventual psychosis. What happens? I think it's clear
What happens?
that the event in New York recently with this homeless individual was a function of exactly
that. Somebody who's at breaking point mentally as well as every other way and is desperate,
becomes violent. Nobody knows how to handle him. One person is in the carriage who says,
you know, there are women here, there are innocent people here who are intimidated and
may be harmed and I have to step up to the plate.
We don't want to see, and of course, tragically, the individual died for whatever reason.
We'll find out.
Maybe it was like George Floyd and others, that they're so hopped up on drugs that that helped shut down their system.
The compassion leads to tragedy upon tragedy.
We're talking to Assemblyman... Sebastian, it's already happening in California.
We have so many stories here, the news just doesn't cover because it doesn't fit their narrative.
We had a man having lunch with his six-year-old daughter, and a homeless man that people complained about walked up, stabbed him in the throat with a knife, and killed him.
having lunch in front of his six-year-old daughter.
There was a woman using the train in Riverside at the train station.
She was killed by a psychotic homeless person.
There was another incident in LA where a homeless man went into a shop
and killed the shopkeeper.
They're extremely dangerous and it is happening.
And I don't know why people aren't rising up against it.
Probably because they don't even know it's happening.
Yeah.
Well, we're giving you a platform right now.
We're talking to Assemblyman Bill Asale of California's 63rd State Assembly District.

All right, let's tee up the big topic of today's discussion with the Well, I thought it was a joke.
It's not.
This is a member of the U.S.
Navy who has been recruited to recruit other transgender individuals.
This is a drag queen.
This is what the Navy, this is what disgraces like Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Gilday thinks is a good idea.
I'm sure our enemies are very impressed by this video.
Congressman Biliselli, you have been championing the issue of parents' rights in California, and you said something very interesting.
You said, as one of only 18 members of the Assembly, Your bill, AB 1314, had very little chance of going through, but you wanted to smoke out the opposition.
What is AB 1317, and why is it so important to smoke out people on this issue?
Yes, so this is a really important issue to me, and before I got elected, the problem was already manifesting.
Schools were transitioning kids without their parents' knowledge or consent.
And I looked into this and I said, how could this be happening?
It cannot be constitutional.
Well, there was a memo released by the California Department of Education to the school districts and said, hey, children have a privacy interest and you cannot disclose their transition status without their permission or consent.
Kids, minors.
So the schools have been doing these gender support plans in secret.
And there are some lawsuits filed by like Harmeet Dhillon and others.
So I said, very simple, we're going to do a bill.
My bill is going to expose this and call them out.
And it says that if a school learns that a student is transitioning by changing their name or using different sex facilities, they will be required to notify the parents within three days in writing.
So it's just a parental notification bill.
And all hell broke loose.
So the idea that parents should know, not banning anything, but that parents should have the right to know what's being done to their child, all hell broke loose when you suggested that?
Yes, it was labeled as an anti-trans bill.
The ACIU labeled it as one of their top, you know, anti-LGBTQ plus bills.
Scott Weiner tweeted about it the very first day, called me a dissentist style lawmaker.
Scott Weiner, the guy who's suggesting legislation that should normalize sex between grown men and grown boys, grown men and young boys, depending on the age difference, the years The same man who's now effectively legalized prostitution, it is now legal in California, a loiter for purposes of prostitution, that's Scott Wiener.
He wants to legalize all drug use, that's also Scott Wiener.
So yes, he tweeted about my bill and called it DeSantis style and he basically said it's dead on arrival.
But we didn't let up, we kept up the narrative and I said, all my bill does is involves parents, In the conversation, it says parents have a right to know.
And the fact that the Democrats are opposed to it tells you exactly what they believe.
They believe that kids, children, belong to the government, belong to them.
They will raise them, and they will decide what's best for them, and they'll decide when you're allowed to know about it.
That's what they believe.
And this is special to you in your district.
We've got B-Roll here because Riverside is in your district.
Tell us the story about this individual.
Let's play the B-Roll while you tell us what happened at this school.
play it. What are we witnessing here Assemblyman?
So this is what happens when things get out of control in California.
That's a trans woman, the large person on the... Hang on, that's huge.
That guy must be like 6'3".
That's like a 220 pound man who says he's a girl and he's beating up girls, real girls?
He is beating up girls.
This fight, this is what happens when you create these types of environments.
He was permitted to use the women's locker room, changing nude in front of other women.
He's still a biological man.
He's got all his parts.
And it causes these types of situations.
And the girls took matters into their own.
They said, we don't want you in there.
And they told him to stay out, and it caused that physical altercation.
This is what California is doing.
It is setting up these very dangerous situations.
And like you said, Sebastian, something's going to give.
Yeah.
People, I mean, humans are going to not, you can't just legislate away human behavior.
That's not going to work.
And that's the, that's the dangerous situation.
What happened in that case?
I mean, it looks like that man, whatever he called himself, was really wailing against those young women and doing them physical damage.
What was the end state?
What happened there?
The police were called.
The girls were afraid to press charges because they didn't want to be attacked by the trans community.
Let's play it again while he's talking.
Play it again.
And the parents showed up at the school board meeting, which, to be honest with you, the school board members were very dismissive and said, this is state law, not our problem.
You know, we can't be bothered with it.
And so I'm going to hold a town hall in that community next week to hear from the parents and discuss more legislation.
But he was eventually expelled because of the national attention and the uproar from the parents.
And I think if that didn't happen, he'd still be at school today.
Well, sadly, in the Commonwealth of Virginia, even worse happened where a boy in a skirt raped a young girl in a female changing room at a school.
It was hushed up.
He was transferred to another school.
The incident was denied by the school superintendent.
And that boy in a skirt raped another girl as well.
So this isn't just California.
God bless you.
Thank you, Assemblyman Bill O'Salley, for doing what you do.
I'm going to ask you why you did it, given the numbers arrayed against you.

So I want to go to the reason of why I invited you on my show for a long discussion.
You used the phrase, smoke them out.
I'm going to smoke them out when we were on that panel together with Jennifer Horne and Grant Stinchfield and Officer Brandon Tatum.
People would obviously say to you, hang on, there's 18 of you out of 80.
What the heck are you doing suggesting parental rights in this crazy Democrat-controlled assembly?
Why did you do that?
And what plan do you have now with regards to the AB1314 that they shot down?
Because you haven't given up, have you?
No, we don't give up.
We don't give up, Sebastian, because the left doesn't give up.
Does the left lose one court case or one legislative battle and they take their ball and go home?
No.
They don't.
No.
They're relentless.
And we have to be equally as relentless because every inch we give up, we're never going to get that back.
So no, I believe in fighting because it's worth fighting for.
To your point, why do I do it?
Why do I introduce the bill?
Well, I want to expose the hypocrisy and the true agenda of the Democrat Party, because I fundamentally believe that the people of this great nation and the state of California, if they knew what the real agenda was, if they knew the agenda is Marxism, it's to take your parental rights away.
It's to protect and raise up Criminals above victims in the state of California, if they knew the agenda is to take your money and redistribute it as they see fit, people would never vote for them or elect them.
But they don't campaign on those issues.
They campaign that they're compassionate.
They campaign that they care about the homeless.
They campaign that they care about you.
So what I do is I, like you said, smoke them out.
Introduce legislation, force them to take a position, and expose the real ideology.
And that's exactly what my bill did.
It made them choose.
And they chose the side of keeping parents in the dark, and saying parents don't have a right to know what's happening with their kids.
Any parent you talk to, I think, is going to disagree with that.
This isn't a close call.
I think it's an 80-20 issue.
And it's important as Republicans that we start seizing on these issues and moving the ball forward.
And tell us what you're going to do now that you've smoked them out at the state level.
What is phase two of your plan?
Phase two of my plan is to take it directly to the school district.
So the Democrats have a super majority in Sacramento, but they do not have a majority at the local school district level.
So we're about to launch a parental toolkit here in California.
It's going to have a sample policy, and it's going to have instructions for them to go to their local school board, how to get this policy agendized and make the local school
district adopt the policy of my bill, which is that the parents have a right to know what's
happening with their kids at school.
And so we're taking the fight locally.
Where can people find out more about what you're doing and the tools you're developing?
We're going to be launching a website, so I would just say follow us at Bill Asale.
You can follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and we'll release the information when it comes out, hopefully soon.
And then you'll have all access to do it.
And yeah, this is now Trench Warfare.
Well, we're very impressed with what we've heard so far.
I need to broach one more topic, given your background, before we finish today, that you were a prosecutor, you worked in the justice system.
Given what we've witnessed in the last six years, especially the last two years, with the FBI raiding a presidential residence, with Pro-life preachers having their home raided by the DOJ, using Patriot Act tools to surveil parents who are simply concerned at school board meetings that their children are not receiving the education required.
Can you talk to us about your measure of the justice system in America today?
How rotten it is, whether it's the courts, whether it's the DOJ and the FBI, and more importantly, Assemblyman Asale.
Is it fixable?
I hope it's fixable because it really saddens me, Sebastian.
I mean, I've made my career in the legal system.
I worked up through the DOJ, the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
And I have to tell you, up until President Trump was elected, it was a bipartisan, it was a politically neutral place.
It was about upholding the rule of law.
Because at the end of the day, what makes us different from other countries is that we have the rule of law.
You know, I heard Neil Gorsuch explain this perfectly.
North Korea has a Bill of Rights.
People don't know this.
North Korea has a Bill of Rights.
They have the right to relaxation.
But good luck enforcing that.
It means nothing if we don't have the rule of law.
And what I'm concerned here is people are putting that to the side.
They're political activists inside DOJ.
And they are willing to sabotage or sacrifice our justice system to accomplish their political ends.
The stuff they're doing to President Trump, they would never ever dream of doing to any other person, because they don't like him.
Their hatred overrides their judgment, and it's very dangerous, and they have very powerful tools.
I think the only way it gets fixed If Congress takes back its power, I don't think they should reauthorize the surveillance powers for FISA until there are major reforms to the justice system, to the FISA court, and how we do justice in the U.S.
We cannot have two tiers of justice.
You're going to destroy the rule of law in America.
This is a number one issue for me, and I'm very, very concerned about it.
Do you think the DOJ can be fixed?
Well, it's going to take a lot of work.
And it's going to take Congress stepping up and standing up.
I think DOJ right now is a bully.
I think the intelligence community is a bully.
And they feel that they can outsmart or just outweigh the Congress to get their way.
And I think Congress has to stand up.
Well, we need more people like you.
Maybe there could be a place for you after your term is up, helping to reform the Department of Justice.
In the meantime, follow this man, Asaily4Assembly.com.
He's got great plans to fight for parents' rights across California and America, and also at Bill Asaily on Twitter.
That's E-S-S-A-Y-L-I.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
