	Nigel, who was the head of UKIP, who affected the biggest vote in British history, where more than 17 million Britons said, we've had it with the commies in Brussels, We want to leave the European Union.
	We want our independence.
	We want our national sovereignty back.
	And so affected Brexit, the UK, Britain exiting the European Union.
	He is now a show host like me on something called GB News.
	And he just interviewed my former boss, President Trump.
	And he said something that It's kind of surprised me.
	We'll talk to the guys.
	I can't see you.
	Let's put the image up of the production room so I can see you guys when we open up the discussion.
	But first, let's play the challenge from Nigel Farage to President Trump on Nigel's show.
	And it has to do with the next election and the last election.

	My point to you is, if you're going to win this next year, in November 2024, you're not going to win it talking about what happened last time.
	But Nigel, you brought it up.
	Haven't you got to send a positive message to the American people?

	Stop talking about 2020 and stop saying that the last election was rigged.

	I guess maybe from his perspective, I presume voter fraud is not as big of a problem in the UK as it is in the United States, so maybe he just doesn't understand it.
	But I do disagree because I think voter fraud can be a winning issue in 2024 if we just keep hammering it.
	It's only bad for us, quote-unquote, because the media insists it's not real.
	What else did the media insist was real that turned out to be not real for years on end?
	The Russian collusion hoax.
	We kept hammering it and saying, no, this is garbage.
	This isn't real.
	And eventually we were vindicated in the end.
	And I think it will be the same with voter fraud.

	Can they both be right?
	I mean, I think there can be solutions for the voter fraud thing and maybe that's what Nigel's talking about.

	I mean, you listen to our callers, our listeners, the people who comment on our social media feeds.
	They're angry and they say, if we don't fix what happened in 2020, they don't want to vote.
	So he's got to talk about it, doesn't he?
	But what are you going to fix right now?
	The time to do it was right after the election.
	Georgia did it.
	Florida did it.
	I think Texas did it.
	That was it.
	You're not going to do it now when you're on the primary.
	So you don't think that if he talks about it...
	He can put pressure on Roehner and the RNC, or should that be done behind the scenes?
	Behind the scenes would be better, but I do think, you know it's going to come up in the CNN town hall.
	And I think he just needs to be the normal Trump and just flip it on him.
	And say, oh, there's the sound bite you want, you know what I mean, just go after him.
	You guys say that you don't want me to talk about it, but look, you ask me about it all the time.
	I think you just need to start handling it that way.

	The metals needed to make the lithium ion batteries in those vehicles are, of course, lithium, nickel, graphite and cobalt.
	Now, can you tell me what nation is the largest producer of refined lithium in the world?
	No, I can't.
	It's China.
	Can you tell me which nation is the largest producer of refined cobalt in the world?
	No, Senator.

	Do you know what nation is the largest exporter of natural graphite to the United States globally?

	So, in all of these instances, these mandates, your decision to trade off our energy security in favor of a radical climate change agenda, is making us more and more dependent on China and at the same time you are denying mining, blocking mining, blocking permits for mines in this country that would allow us to develop nickel and copper and cobalt.
	Why?
	Why block the development of these resources in our own nation in favor of making us dependent on China?
	Senator, are you referring to the Boundary Waters?

	Yes, near the Boundary Waters, which is an iconic place and, of course, a very valuable ecological system to many plants, animals, species.

	And that when I saw this clip the first time that's what that's what came to mind because I don't understand how how you can be I don't understand how you can follow current events at all and not know that China is the world's leading The world's leading producer of refined lithium, and not by a little bit either.
	They produce something like 70% of all the refined lithium in the world.
	You don't have to be an expert on the subject to either know that or to be able to intuit it by context clues, as they say in the second grade, if you're being asked that question by a United States senator.

	We love decentralization and what I think, actually, I've come to believe that there's nobody in charge, but everybody's in charge.
	It's just decentralized insanity and radicalism.
	Everybody's got their little fiefdom, their little budget, the little place where they have a tiny amount of authority, and you've got all these people who are like, you know, sort of clinically insane and, you know, know nothings, and they're all doing their little bit, but there's nobody who is actually in charge.
	You can't say, oh, it was Ron Klain.
	We know it wasn't.
	No.
	We know it's not Joe Biden, but it's, there isn't a central authority.
	That's sort of, that's sort of my working theory.
	It's just, it is just distributed insanity.
	So it's, it's the Borg.

	Yeah, I mean like my sort of analog, or not analog, my complementary theory here is that, you know, in doing this, we're sort of like, you think about a very large, wealthy family that's on like the fourth generation, and there's this complicated series of family trusts that everybody gets a little bit off of it, but it's all being spent down slowly, slowly, slowly.

	And sadly that's where our government seems to be right now.

	I want to talk to you about Tucker in a second, but Julie Kelly, our amazing warrior princess at your website, reporting on all the January 6 malfeasance, all of the political shenanigans there.
	The latest Proud Boy conviction, how significant is that, Chris?
	I think it's significant.
	On a scale of 1 to 10, we're way closer to 10 than to 1 on that.
	This is a seditious conspiracy conviction.

	Here's the point.
	It's bad for the Proud Boys, for the guys who were convicted.
	However, because it's a conspiracy conviction, and this also has implications for the future prosecution of Donald Trump, when the prosecution opened their closing arguments, they started with a video of Donald Trump at the speech at the ellipsis.
	On January 6th.
	You mean the one where he said we will march peacefully and patriotically, that one?
	Yeah, that wasn't the clip that they played.
	They played the stand back and stand by, or I can't remember how that phrase went, but they played that and they made it clear throughout the trial that they believe that Donald Trump was a co-conspirator.
	Now that they have a conviction, they've proven a conspiracy.
	And they have made it clear that with a conspiracy, there are other conspirators who have not been charged yet, one of which could be Donald J. Trump.
	So I think this is big news.
	That is very, very significant that they played that video during the...
	They played...

	During the opening, it was right at the beginning of their closing argument.
	That's what they started with.

	What does it mean for everybody else?
	Given the fact that I've been in touch with Tucker, he wasn't fired.
	He's still under contract, which means, Chris, They've muzzled him for the next two years.
	That's what they want to do.
	Look, full disclosure, Tucker is a good friend.
	He, I think, is a hero and a patriot, and his show and his voice will be sorely missed until he comes back, and he will come back someplace else.
	I think that he probably has a lot of options in front of him right now, but as you say, right now he's being muzzled by Fox.
	They want to take him off the air without firing him.
	In other words, they want to keep him sidelined.
	And there's a couple of reasons for that, that I think, if we think through it, it'll become pretty apparent.
	One of which is because they don't want, it's just a business reason.
	I mean, he was the most popular voice, the most popular show on cable news in the country, bar none.
	He was number one.
	So there's a business reason where you don't want him to go to a competitor.
	You don't want him competing in any way, whether it be a Joe Rogan style podcast or If this is my favorite trolling outcome is if he got hired by CNN, they don't want that because he would be very bad for their business.
	There's also a political reason.
	And that is he's a powerful voice for the America First agenda.
	And he says the things that everybody knows are true, but that you are not supposed to say in public on a corporate media channel.
	And they want to keep him quiet for both of those two reasons, both the business and the political, especially as we head into a presidential election.
	Yeah.
	Right.
	And so I think we should be very cognizant of what this tells us about Fox, about what side they're on, about who runs that company.
	And the future of Fox, which five years ago was, you know, the center for conservative media.
	What's the future for them?

	Another bank has gone down.

	And the Fed is going to hike rates again.
	What do you have to know?
	Let's talk to key city capital and the man we trust, Ty Lasseter.
	Welcome back to America First.
	Dr. Gorka, how's it going?
	I don't know.
	You tell me.
	They keep saying, oh, it's just this bank here, that bank there.
	I think that's how it started in 1929.
	Just one bank here, one bank there.
	Tell us, tell all of our millions of listeners what you said in the break.
	What are you guys talking about every day in your office?
	No, we're talking about interest rates and banks and what they're doing.
	It's affecting our lending.
	It's affecting our borrowing on properties.
	So it's affecting the amount of equity and the capital that we need going into properties.
	And ultimately, we're looking to deleverage and come in as safely as possible because I think the Fed yesterday said the banking system is strong.
	Meanwhile, I see there's four more banks kind of on the verge of failing, and there's eight of them that were down 10% or more yesterday after end-of-day trading.
	So, I mean, it's not looking good.
	I don't know how they can stand by and say it's strong.
	So, what are you doing for your clients?
	Explain what key city capital can do in these very, very vexatious times.
	Yeah.
	In the past, we've typically bought our multifamily properties using bridge financing.
	That allows us to pull a little bit higher leverage on a property.
	Ultimately, that covers the capital expenditures that are going into that property to bring it to market rate and market value.
	But that debt is a little bit higher leverage.
	It's also higher interest rate, typically variable interest rate.
	So what we're doing right now is we're doing debt assumptions.
	We're going in and we're buying properties where operators are not able to maintain their entire portfolio.
	Maybe they're looking for liquidating their assets and getting down to a smaller portfolio so that they can manage it a little bit better.
	We're going in, we're buying those assets and leaving the loans in place that they have.
	So our last two purchases in the last couple of months, we acquired with 3.2 and 3.6 percent debt.
	But it's low leverage.
	So we're 50 to 55% loan to value, which means we've got to bring almost 50% equity of the deal to the table.
	That does help us stand out against our competition because We're strong at raising capital and so we're able to take down deals that have a little bit higher capital stack in them or cash needed at closing than a lot of our competition.
	So that's helped us.

	Why does it always seem that real estate is a much better bet than anything else?
	Well, I think like we've always heard going back to the founding fathers of America, you don't wait to buy real estate, you buy real estate and wait.
	You know, real estate is a physical asset.
	The good Lord's not making more dirt.
	And as we are watching large exodus out of California in the Northeast, it's going to small conglomerate locations in Texas and Florida,
	and that's right where we're buying assets.
	And so those cities, the demand is ever increasing for our product.
	And so we go in, and this may not be the time to sell assets,
	but it's definitely time to buy because you've got operators out there
	that have debt in place that they're not able to service.
	They're not doing a great job of operating the asset, or they didn't bring enough capital to the table
	to begin with, and they're struggling to raise more capital.
	And so they can't cover the cost of their properties, and that creates a great opportunity for us to buy.
	And then we wait for the next strong real estate market to sell again.
	That may be two years from now, that may be five years from now.
	That's okay, we'll wait, and we'll find that right time.

	He's bombed apartment buildings.
	He's bombed movie theaters.
	And let's be clear, not just in other people's countries, Russian apartment buildings.
	In his own country.
	So, first of all, you're right.
	If we know the intel, then the Ukrainians know.
	He rarely goes to the Kremlin.
	He's rarely seen there.
	He certainly doesn't sleep there.
	Now, there is one other side to this that you would appreciate with your background, and we have no way of confirming it.
	It could be taunting on the part of the Ukrainians that we can do these things.
	You can't stop us.
	Now, had it been a real attack, they'd have gone, as you said, through the window because they have that capability.

	But I actually lean on the side that this is more Putin propaganda and using the propaganda as an excuse to launch more horrific attacks.
	Not on the soldiers of Ukraine, but sadly on the civilians of Ukraine.
	Yeah, it's a very incredibly low-cost way to justify even greater violence against the innocent people of Ukraine.

	I'm just going to play it and ask for your commentary.
	I think this goes against the UCMJ having a drag queen be the recruiting face in uniform of the US Navy.
	Well, that's an attack on the integrity and the reputation of the Navy.
	And I think by UCMJ code is a crime, but you've worn the cloth of two services.

	Well, this is where the Biden administration descends from tragedy into Roman farce.
	What we are seeing here is a complete implosion, not only of this administration, but of the
	Pentagon leadership, where this is the display that people see.
	And if you don't believe it's coming from the top, all you have to do is look at the
	testimony of the Navy Secretary last week in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee,
	where he continues to say that his two top priorities are fighting extremism and climate
	change.
	In the meantime, we have the smallest Navy that we've had since 1938.
	We have run our ships into the ground.
	The Biden administration continues to retire our surface vessels in exchange for spending more on climate change.
	And let me give you one other statistic, Doctor.
	It was revealed through a whistleblower a week and a half ago.
	Within the office of the Secretary of Defense, there are 570 people who are now doing nothing more than working on environmental justice, whatever that means.
	So we have a Defense Department that is not focused on deterring and if need be defeating the enemies of this country.
	We have a Defense Department that is fully on board with the left-wing radical Environmental sexual agenda of this administration.
	I'll say that one last thing.
	I tried to go back in our history to find a group of people in charge of our government.
	It's incompetent as this one, and I had to combine the presidencies of Franklin Franklin Pierce, who spent four years in the White House on a drunk and then James Buchanan, who did nothing while the country collapsed.
	think Joe Biden has outdone those two by spades. Yeah and as you said it starts
	from the top when two years ago the Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Gilday
	sat down in his combat uniform and sent a 12-minute video to the whole fleet
	saying that he's fighting endemic racism inside the Navy pandering to BLM.
	We know where this is coming from.
	It's coming from the very top, and it needs to be fixed by people like you.

	Well, the case that we referred to, we were talking to, is a lady that's innocent.
	She never was near the Capitol on January the 6th.
	you mentioned last time. So remind us about that case and then tell us what happened in
	the last few days.
	Well the case that we referred to, we were talking to, is a lady that's innocent. She
	never was near the Capitol on January the 6th. She attended the rally to listen to President
	Trump's speech, but she never attended the Capitol. And two years and four months later,
	we've been trying to get her off of this list as a suspected domestic terrorist, although
	she's innocent and didn't do anything wrong.
	Yesterday, we had a knock on the door and the FBI actually showed up at her house.
	Under what pretext?
	With what documentation, Sonia?
	Sebastian, they didn't have any documentation.
	They were actually asking her for information and Evidence that would show that she was not at the Capitol, so they didn't have anything in hand to try to show her that she was guilty or she had done anything wrong.
	Hang on, hang on, hang on.
	She had to prove that she wasn't somewhere?
	They asked her for information to prove that she was not at the Capitol, that's correct.
	That's insane.
	That's what happened.
	So what did she do and what is the state of play?
	Well, we don't know what the state of play is for them right now.

	We provided to the agency.
	She's contacted the FBI to try to give them this information prior to this story breaking in the news.
	So, she did provide the information that we've already released to the media, to the FBI.

	This is Gestapo tactics.
	This is police state tactics.
	What can we do?
	You're there with the Air Marshal National Council.
	You've got, you know, experience as a law enforcement officer in the service.
	What can average Americans do?
	Because this cannot be allowed to stand.
	You can't use the Air Marshal Service as a political police force.
	I think the one thing that any American that experiences this, they need to check their boarding pass, Sebastian.
	If they're on an aircraft and they're boarding and they've got four S's on the right-hand side of their boarding pass, They've got a problem because they're on the selectee list.
	They need to keep those as evidence.
	Don't throw those away.

	Well, the simple answer is they're not protecting you, Sebastian.
	We're not protecting the American people.
	This agency was stood up to guard the Americans after 9-11 to make sure we were safe.
	And then now this agency has been weaponized to do just the exact opposite.
	We're targeting Americans that have no intent on harming this nation, that there's no evidence they've done anything wrong.
	And we know for a fact, these cases, these folks are innocent.
	And it's so sad that they are guilty until they prove themselves innocent.
	That's not due process.
	Well, it's like Nancy Pelosi, the woman we fired, said that President Trump, after he was charged with those completely made-up charges in Manhattan, he will have the opportunity to prove his innocence in a court of law.

	Great to be here.
	Thanks for having me again.
	We have to discuss elements of the breaking news, what you discussed on our show a few days ago with regards to the colonia of illegal immigrants, one of which in Texas saw the murder of five people, including a nine-year-old child by a five-time deportee.
	That individual was captured recently.
	We have the photograph of the killer It's interesting that the watermark or the chyron on the photograph of the captured killer is from the FBI because the FBI didn't arrest him.
	In fact, they got his name wrong on the wanted poster.
	They actually put the wrong photograph on their wanted poster and it was CBP SWAT team, BORTAC, that actually apprehended him just like it was a BORTAC officer that responded to the Uvalde shooting as, you know, a hundred local PD officers were standing around using their You know, hand sanitizer dispensers as kids were being killed.
	Todd, I'll let you talk to that story in a moment and what is a colonia, which is fascinating.
	You have a whole chapter in your latest book on that.
	But explain to us In what way can an Alejandro Mayorkas or a Karine Jean-Pierre say the border is secure and we have lessened illegal immigration into the country by 90%?
	You're the expert, not the politician.
	What's the truth?
	The truth is that they simply moved immigrants from one accounting category to another accounting category.
	But the same number entered the United States.
	That's the simplest way I can put it.
	To get into the weeds a little bit is that they put a program in place, a scheme really, where they could pre-legalize immigrants on the Mexican side or south of the border and then walk them over the ports of entry by the tens of thousands in a way that you can't see, the public doesn't see it.
	Instead of them crossing illegally between ports of entry where they would be counted as in this terrible category of illegal alien apprehensions, right?
	So when she says that it fell by 90% first of all wasn't that much for certain categories that might have been but What she's talking about is that in this illegal apprehensions category?
	They fought the numbers fell But she's not mentioning that in the other category it increased by 90%.
	So you can see this weird switcheroo thing, but none of that matters.
	So that reminds me of Bill Clinton saying, you know, being asked whether he had sex with Monica Lewinsky, and he said, well it depends upon what your definition of is, is.
	This is just playing with words.
	It's putting different labels onto human beings.
	But if we're asking the question, numbers of illegal immigrants, people who cross onto our territory without a visa, without a real asylum claim, what's the reality for those numbers, Todd?
	The reality for those numbers is that they're the same or more.
	Because those of us that do this for a living understand where to find the numbers, and you can just add them up from this other category onto this category, and it's the same.
	So the number of people that are entering the country who are going to be illegal one way or another very shortly is the same.
	It's 200,000 plus a month.
	It didn't change.
	And now I just want to say that you know this whole scheme In the PR and the publicity that the the things that they're saying the messaging counts on complexity to hide what's really happening from the American people.
	People like me are like in the weeds all the time studying this stuff.
	We understand what happens.
	The general public doesn't get that they just moved them from this category to this other category, and they're claiming this huge victory.
	It's a complete fraud.
	It's a complete, if you know anything about this, You know, it's shameful, really, what they're doing.
	It's such a fraud that you hear the news on Tuesday that Biden is taking this extraordinary measure of deploying soldiers from the U.S.
	Army to the border, and then you just dig one level down.
	It's not super complicated, just one level down, and you find out, OK, with what mandate are they being sent there?
	It's not to carry a gun, it's not to secure the physical border, it is to do admin and transportation duties, which means to move more illegals into the country.
	That is the depths of the mendacity, the lying we're witness to.
	I'm curious, before we get on to the deeper dive, you travel the country, you give speeches everywhere, you go down to the border, Do average people, by the lies of the Biden regime, do they fall into this, oh yes, 90% decrease and the army's being sent there to secure the border?
	Do you find non-political people, people who aren't experts like you, are falling for the spin?
	I think so.
	I think so.
	You know, even people on the conservative side of the divide are kind of confused that they don't see.
	Because what they did was they moved whole categories of people that were illegally entering into, like, buildings.
	So they moved them into, like, you can't fly a Fox News drone over this.
	You can't see it unless you know what you're looking for.
	It's they made it invisible, which was kind of clever of them from a political
	fraud standpoint.
	You know, if they are trying to hide the the ball and then it takes somebody like
	me to kind of like kind of unravel it for you.
	And it's kind of complicated.
	They're doing this what a pre legalization thing on an app on the phone app and so they're over there, but they're just getting in but they're getting in and it's complicated, but that's what's happened.
	What's been happening for several months?
	But it's over now, because remember I said that they were forcing people back into Mexico to apply for this pre-legalization, this humanitarian permit.
	But the people that are the beneficiaries of that, there are so many of them that their waiting line was three months, two months, three months, and getting longer all the time.
	And so now they're just peeling off the back of the line in Mexico and going for it.
	So what you see in the video now in El Paso, Texas, for example, uh, is the, all these thousands and thousands and thousands of Venezuelans peeling off that line and all kinds of other, uh, nationalities too, and just pouring over the border and getting in anyway.
	And also in Brownsville, I just came back from Juarez and Brownsville and Reynosa and I watched it happen.
	And I interviewed the immigrants and they're like, we're not waiting.
	And they don't have to wait because the administration is granting them admittance anyway.
	So let me just, you know, for the lay people out there, what's actually happening is instead of letting them into the country, letting them cross the border illegally, then processing them through a court and basically waving them in here and saying, Come back to us sometime in the future.
	They're actually changing their status to quasi-legality before they ever come here or before they ever even appear in a court.
	So they're basically washing them legal against everything that DHS and CBP is supposed to do, correct?
	Correct.
	They've created a brand new admittance system without Congress.
	It is illegal.
	It is whitewashing the immigration policy to magically turn illegal immigrants into legal immigrants against the laws of the land.

	All right, I have a long list of questions I need to ask you, Todd.
	Let's just do one more kind of slightly technical thing because it's important to me as the child of true refugees.
	My father applied for asylum in the UK after he escaped communist Hungary because he escaped from a political prison as an anti-communist.
	He had a life sentence.
	He was liberated by the Freedom Fighters of 1956.
	And while he was an escaped political prisoner, he found out he was on a shoot-to-kill list, meaning if the secret police captured him, he wasn't going back to prison, he was going to be shot in the street and kicked into the gutter.
	When he applied for asylum in the UK, the danger of being killed when he went back to his country of his birth was patently obvious, therefore he was granted asylum as a real refugee.
	definition of asylum seeker has basically been diluted to nothing today, has it not, in America?
	Right.
	If you go to cis.org and look me up, you'll find a new video report about these thousands of Venezuelans that you're seeing on TV and on CNN even, and even some of the other liberal media.
	Those are Venezuelans by the thousands and thousands that are coming here And the report that I have out has these detailed interviews with them where they're explaining I haven't lived in Venezuela in six seven eight years I've lived in these third other countries happily prosperously and Uh, with no problems whatsoever.
	Uh, I'm coming now because they're letting us in.
	We can get an easy upgrade in our lifestyle, make more money maybe, but not fleeing anything.
	But they're claiming asylum.
	They're claiming humanitarian protection grounds.
	Uh, and I think that the interviews that I'm doing, the kind of deep dive interviews with all these different Venezuelans while they're in route, Shows that they're perpetrating fraud on our system.
	You can't lie to a government official about where you've been living or what happened to you.
	You're not coming from Venezuela.
	You're coming from somewhere else.
	They're lying about it.
	In mass.
	Mass numbers.
	And one of the things you did, we have this B-roll footage that we've played on this show so many times that you acquired from under an overpass from under a bridge that we've even used on my Newsmax show.
	This footage that you took It comes from one of the many trips you have taken to the border and one of the things you found were whole piles of ID cards from other countries, correct?
	Being jettisoned, why?
	Because how they have to lie about where they're really coming from, correct?
	Correct.
	The American Asylum Law as it was written and approved in 1980 was built for people like your father, people that are escaping gulags, people that are escaping Nazis, but the Haitians who are coming in here in the masses and still are, are not coming from Haiti.
	I think we can all agree that Haiti is a terrible place to live.
	Nobody would condemn them for wanting to leave Haiti, but But they were living prosperously, like I just said, for the Venezuelans, and happily, in Chile and Brazil.
	They came here because they saw the administration was letting them in.
	That's it.
	That's all there is to it.
	It's that simple.
	But if they brought in their Chilean ID cards and residency cards with them, we would likely turn them down.
	So you could find those things by the thousands all over the riverbank.
	Right, because there's no political persecution or a collapsed state in Chile.
	Like there is in Haiti.
	So they're coming here under false pretenses.
	It's as if my father had been, you know, working in a restaurant in Austria, in free Austria, as a Hungarian, then says to the British when he rolls up, oh, I just escaped from a political prison in Hungary.
	Oh, yes, really?
	Right.
	Exactly, exactly.
	And, you know, the video report that I have up at CIS right now is 15 minutes long, but it's it's fascinating because I'm asking the kind of questions that are kind of penetrating into their decision-making and their lives that they're actually leaving before lawyers can get to them, before anybody can kind of get to them.
	Before somebody coaches them, correct?
	Yes, yes.
	And that's the story that I come up with.
	Nobody knows to hide this stuff from me.
	But they're lying.
	They're lying.
	And it's criminal.
	It's prosecutable.
	There are multiple statutes that if somebody wanted to put a unit together, a special unit together, an asylum fraud unit together, maybe after 2024, that, you know, they would be busy for years and years prosecuting these.
	Well, you know, it's a peculiarity of the U.S.
	Code.
	But lying to a federal agent is, in fact, a felony.
	So if you're lying...
	Where you are a resident of and where you've actually come from, you've committed a felony which would disbar you from coming into the country anyway, correct?
	Correct.
	And you know, a good place to start are the ID cards that anybody can find all over the riverbanks because they've got their names on it.
	Or under that overpass in Del Rio, correct?
	Yeah, I find these things everywhere.
	You can still find them.
	You go anywhere on the Mexican side, the last thing they do is throw their ID cards on the ground.
	That they had asylum in Mexico, that they had asylum here, that they had residents here and there in these safe third countries.
	It's just a joke.
	If you understand what's going on, all those thousands of people that we're just letting in, They're all, they're all lying.
	And you used to work in intelligence for state intelligence, for counterintelligence or counterterrorism intelligence.
	How many people so far under the Biden administration have shown up on the terrorist watch list, caught crossing the border illegally?
	Todd, it's dozens, isn't it?
	Well, we had 98 on the FBI watch list last year and so far 80 just in the first four or five months of this year.
	So it's going to be a banner year for Terrorists on the watch list to cross the border.
	Those are the ones we know about.
	There are a million and a half gotaways, at least, that got right through, so we have to assume that some didn't get caught.
	That's meaning people who had no interaction with federal authorities.
	You know, the federal authorities are letting them in, but there are many, many more who don't have any interaction.
	They just fall through the cracks, correct?
	Correct.
	There are so many coming from countries of terrorism concern right now.
	Demand is so high that a non-profit organization set up a Muslims-only immigrant shelter in Tijuana, two blocks from the wall, which I went to and investigated, interviewed all the immigrants there and the head of the place.
	And they're bringing in hundreds and hundreds right through there and sheltering and helping.
	Every one of them is expecting to go over the border.
	It's big, big business.

	You explained something fascinating to us on the show in a brief interview a couple of days ago about these colonias in America and that the violence occurred in one of these colonias, something you will not hear about in the mainstream media.
	Tell us everything.
	It was unusual to see the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, all the big networks cover the fact that an illegal immigrant who'd been deported a bunch of times slaughtered innocent victims.
	And that's what happened here.
	They covered it.
	That happens all the time without any coverage at all.
	But in this case, he killed a family of Hondurans next door that had complained about him firing his AK, his semi-automatic AK-style rifle in the backyard
	At 11 o'clock keeping the baby open awake and then so he goes over there and slaughters them including an eight-year-old
	child So it's just a devastating tragedy
	That deserved coverage and there was some coverage with the way they were doing it was like, you know, Texas man
	Yes.
	uses an AK, you know, and they tried to make it a gun violence story.
	But what was never—and he's a fugitive, he's running, and everybody's trying to
	catch this terrible monster.
	But what was lost also in the coverage was the fact that he lived, found sanctuary in
	the no-go zone of Texas, of Old East Texas, where the largest illegal immigrant settlement
	in America has just blossomed.
	Seventy-five thousand people.
	People that are mostly presumed to be illegal aliens have crowded into this once quiet rural community and turned it into something that looks like a scene out of Honduras or Guatemala or Mexico.
	It's like a favela, isn't it?
	It's like a shantytown of illegal immigrants.
	Yeah, but it's huge.
	It covers about 40 square miles.
	It is huge.
	And what's unique about it, and what I wanted to point out, and the reason I even knew about this, is because I dedicate a full chapter of my book To that community, because to me, it served as a harbinger of what a lot of communities are going to be facing from this particular Biden border crisis.
	And this one was there before the Biden border crisis and was a great laboratory to excavate.
	And I have an entire chapter.
	And when I saw that it was a guy shooting a rifle in his backyard, And then I heard Cleveland.
	That's where I stayed.
	My hotel room was in Cleveland when I did my field reporting out there.
	I knew exactly what had happened.
	This, Colonia, is a place that, when I call it a no-go zone, I mean that.
	ICE, even under Trump, before Trump, under Obama, as long as it's been going on out there, Uh, will stay away.
	Uh, there is no federal law enforcement, no immigration.
	The immigrants that I interviewed there said that one of the great selling points about living there is that the feds leave you alone.
	And so a guy like this... So basically, it is a favela.
	It's a lawless part of America where the feds, Biden's feds, are either too afraid or simply have been told not to go.

	Whenever I hear that man open his mouth, Mayorkas just makes me spitting mad.
	He's probably, as far as I can see, the most reprehensible person in this administration, and there are many to choose from.
	Did anything Hawley say in that clip?
	Was it hyperbolic?
	Was it an exaggeration?
	Or is it true that the Biden administration's policies being executed by Mayorkas are in fact
	endangering and enslaving thousands of children?
	Hawley is perfectly accurate.

	I couldn't have said it better myself.
	I think I've written it like that in some cases.
	Let me explain why, if I have a minute, and why it's going to get way worse.
	The Trump administration used to push back unaccompanied minors to Mexico and make Mexico take care of them.
	And Mexico did take care of them.
	They're a modern country and they have the capability of taking care of unaccompanied minors that come through their territory.
	So it was not that big of a problem to the unaccompanied migrants if they ended up back there.
	So at home, they decided not to come.
	They just stopped coming.
	We didn't have that problem.
	Title 42 for the pandemic was this instant expulsion policy Trump put in and he was pushing back unaccompanied minors under that.
	When Biden entered office, he opened this huge exemption for unaccompanied minors the first day.
	And as soon as that was discovered, we had 350,000 pour through that breach.
	350,000 plus pour through that breach that he opened in Title 42.
	We will not leave any unaccompanied minor behind to starve.
	They weren't starving.
	Mexico was taking care of it, and they weren't coming.
	The Title 42, though, is going away.
	And it's going to be replaced by something.
	Get used to this.
	You're going to hear this a lot.
	Not just from me, but all out there.
	Title 8, expedited removal.
	They talk tough about it.
	We're going to use expedited removal.
	We're going to get everybody out under expedited removal.
	But guess what?
	There's a giant exemption in expedited removal and that is for unaccompanied minors.
	Who, by the way, what we did in the Trump administration, we realized when we did some random testing, DNA testing of these so-called family units, The child wasn't related in many, many cases to the quote-unquote parents bringing them across the border.
	So Todd, these kids were props.
	These were props being used by the smugglers to evade immigration law, correct?
	That happened a lot with the family units.
	So I talked about how unaccompanied minors that were without parents, they were just alone, would come through and they let them come through.
	That spurred The hundreds of thousands, it spurred it.
	And lots of quote-unquote miners who have no ID, who look like they're in their 20s, and they say, oh, I'm 15, correct?
	It's true, because, you know, Border Patrol agents would tell me that they would challenge, you're not, you're 25, if anything.
	And they're like, I'm 17, prove otherwise.
	And they were like, all right, get in line.
	I can't, I can't go doing the proof thing out here in the field.
	So yeah, a lot of them probably lied their way in.
	Family units and my point is about the unaccompanied minors is that they are going to continue Unimpeded coming in after 42 is over the labor slave labor issue with them could be stopped with With deterrence at the border instead of reducing the haystack.
	They're gonna make it even bigger so and then with the family units you're gonna see the same thing that happened under Trump return and In early 2019 and late 2018, about a million family units came in under a loophole called Flores Settlement.
	Google it, you'll find that.
	The new policy after May 11th is, we will respect the Flores Settlement.
	That means Families cannot be detained longer than 20 days.
	Those facilities fill up while they're waiting to be adjudicated, and they're just all going to get released.
	You're going to see families by the hundreds of thousands flow in again with fake kids.
	If they come in with kids, the golden ticket happens again.
	That whole thing just repeats.
	The way that Biden and the Trump administration fixed that, as you probably know, Right, right.
	that they did rapid DNA tests at the border and that shut it down it
	literally shut it down the Biden administration came in and got rid of it
	right right they got rid of it because what my Yorkers is saying that we ruined
	the border system and they have to fix it It's true.
	If by fixing it you mean you want as many illegal immigrants coming into the country.
	We didn't because I'm an immigrant.
	But I'm a legal one, and everybody should be doing it legally.
	If you want as many as possible, you have to undo everything that we did in the Trump administration.

	Please, you're the expert.

	Is there any nation in the world, Todd Benzeman, that has an open border policy and the legalization of illegal immigrants like America does?
	Hard no.
	Nobody does this.
	Nobody does this.
	Not even the Democrats, regular traditional Democrats in the U.S.
	do this.
	Or did this in the past tense.
	So what is the end state?
	Tell me, what is the goal?
	You must have some hypothesis.
	Why are they letting millions of illegal immigrants into this country?
	Well, I have a couple answers, but I'll just give you one of them is that I think it's just good old-fashioned sort of corporate largesse, but for the nonprofit Illegal immigrant advocacy industrial complex.
	This huge constellation of NGOs.
	So like Catholic Charities and everybody else that makes money out of this.
	Right.
	Huge federal contracts, hundred million dollar federal contracts.
	It's the old story.
	Those people are in the business.
	Of moving immigrants and resettling refugees, and that's how they pay their CEOs and how they build their endowments.
	And they've got their chief advocate sitting in the chair as head of DHS.
	Who comes right out of that world.
	And he is absolutely feeding them by the dump truck full of cash.
	So that's my first... Anything beyond corporate cronyism for the refugee, asylum seeker, illegal immigrant, industrial complex?
	Is there another theory?
	Well, I mean, I think that there's also payback.
	There's some political payback.
	To a very far-left, progressive fringe ideologues who were given power over the immigration portfolio in the White House.
	And that sliver, it was like, kind of think of the Bernie Sanders block, if you will, was very necessary to elevate the Biden-Harris I have a whole chapter in the book called the New Theologians.
	victory. They were vigorous, a voting bloc, big, larger than they've ever been.
	And I think this is payback, and they're being gratified to see their ideology, this strange
	– I have a whole chapter in the book called The New Theologians.
	They are the New Theologians because it's like a religion.
	But you don't think this has anything to do with the U.S.
	Census and buying in a new constituency of Hispanic voters because they think if you're brown you're going to vote Democrat?
	I think that that is a cherry on top of the first two bits of the pie.
	I have no doubt that there are people that are thinking longer term, longer range.
	Most people are thinking, you know, I just want power now, my money and power right now.
	But I'm sure that there is some thinking about, you know, if we can build up the population enough, we're going to get more districts that are going to be blue districts in Congress, and we're going to be able to add to our power.
	I think that's a longer term kind of thing, but I don't think that that's unreasonable at all.
	I don't want to be in somewhere where the spotlight is.
	I want to try to do the download as possible.
	A lot of this is just download stuff that we don't tell people.
	Because what we don't want to do is attract attention.
	We don't want the media.
	We don't even know where we're going when they tell us.
	I get the whole secrecy and all this **, but this is even about my ** experience.
	You know what I mean?
	What the f***?
	You know what I mean?
	And why?
	You know why?
	You know why.
	Yeah, I know, but why?
	Yeah.
	No, but what's the big secret?
	Everybody knows it's happening.
	You know why?
	Because if it gets out, the government will trade you.
	So I really thought that video would change everything before the election, seeing CIA
	contractors secretly fly illegal aliens across the country being stopped by the local police
	saying, what are you doing?
	Apparently, no, it didn't make a difference.
	Let me ask you one question that is never going to be asked by the mainstream lying legacy press.
	Is this stuff organized?
	When you look at the other side of the border, other governments, other NGOs south of the border, are these waves organic, Todd?
	Well, the United Nations, I've documented this really well on my travels down there, has a, like an archipelago of way stations all along from
	South America, all the way, all along the main migrant trails, where they are providing
	cash assistance, cash-based equivalents, clothing, food, legal help, even psychological
	help to help immigrants excavate repressed memories of persecutions that they forgot that
	they suffered on Along the way, and most recently I wrote about their own budget document, which for 2023 proposed to give $450 million in cash out in debit cards and cash equivalents all along the migrant trail.
	So to an extent there is an organized support system That no doubt helps immigrants who are kind of maybe on the borderline.
	Should I go?
	Should I stay?
	What if I go hungry?
	Maybe I'll stay.
	I won't have anywhere to sleep.
	Know that there is this sort of safety net all the way along the way by taxpayer, U.S.
	taxpayer funded dollars.
	We are paying for the majority of that aid and assistance all the way along the migrant trail.
	Now, as far as an organized among the immigrants, really, they don't need any outside help to organize.
	Everybody's got a cell phone.
	You'll notice from my video and any video you see, there is no one who doesn't have a modern cell phone connected to chat rooms, live time intelligence all the way up.
	When they end up in five-star hotels in New York City with all expenses paid, they're taking selfies of that and sending it down line, and they're going to New York to get this.
	Wherever they end up, they're sending it down, and that's what gets people off the dime to know that their friends, neighbors, and family all got in.
	It's really that simple.
	It doesn't need to be that organized, really, but there is an organized support network that we pay for.
	Todd, let me take politics out of all of this for the last question to you.
	Who really suffers?
	We're told by the left that, oh, this is nice, this is good, this is helping people, refugees, ethnic minorities.
	What is the human toll amongst the illegal immigrants and for Americans here with open borders when it comes to things like fentanyl?
	Right.
	Well, you know, this is transformational to America, in my opinion.
	I've got a whole chapter dedicated to what it's called Forever Impacts.
	The first thing that you should watch for, that you will see, is the school districts.
	This is a child-centric mass migration event.
	If you had one, it's a golden ticket in.
	They got to go to school.
	So Google your school district and bond election or portable classrooms and I guarantee you'll find the impact right there.
	Tax hiking bond election one after another after another all across America.
	We're already starting to see cities in the interior like Denver.
	Chicago declare disasters and emergencies and beg for federal bailouts.
	This is a big unfunded burden.
	They're going to be raising taxes.
	We're going to go into deficit spending.
	Then there's the crime.
	We saw what that looks like just recently with the massacre of five Hondurans.
	That's a microcosm.
	Trust me, that is widespread.
	Terrible diversities of violent crime that we haven't seen.
	really before, is happening all over America.
	And our health care system, 5 million uninsured immigrants who all have needs,
	who are sick, who have pediatric care needs, who are not paying a dime into that system.
	Our health care system is in the red across the nation right now.
	Brand new, in the red, crisis, collapsing.
	Go look that up.
	There's good reporting on what's happening to our healthcare system.
	And you can't tell me that that doesn't have to do with five million new uninsured people laying on it.
	Yeah.
	It's when he says, look it up.
