Thank you.
Good afternoon, everybody.
My name is Kash Patel and I have the honor of pinch hitting for Dr. Seb Golka.
You will not be hearing from the good doctor today because he is out on leave on very important business.
So I thought, how can I possibly fill the shoes of the CCP's biggest ass kicker?
of one of the greatest advocates for America First policy, for censorship-free platforms, and for putting our country's values first.
We've got a great show with tremendous guests coming up, Chairman Jim Jordan, author Lee Smith, journalist John Solomon, and a surprise guest or two after that.
So I thought we would start the show where everything always starts, especially government corruption and censorship, and that is with our good friend Adam Schiff.
Play cut eight.
We can see now what the GOP has become.
It's become the anti-ATF, anti-FBI, anti-law enforcement, pro-insurrection party.
Mr. Director, I appreciate your being here.
You have one of the toughest jobs in America.
My colleagues on the other side of the aisle treat you like you're some kind of a mass shooter.
There you have it, folks.
The candidate that has told so many lies that he actually got kicked off the House Intelligence Committee as a ranking Democratic member for telling so many lies is now sitting in a congressional vestibule telling America that Republicans are mass murderers and our target is a cabinet secretary in charge of the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Bureau.
That is the very definition of disinformation.
And tragically, this man, Adam Schiff, is on deck to be the next senator from the great state of California.
I'm sure Californians are all too pleased to have him and Dianne Feinstein represent them next.
But the reason I start off with Adam Schiff is because some of you may not know this.
We have a little bit of a history.
Adam and I did this dance called Russiagate.
And if you recall, when Chairman Nunes was leading the Intel Committee in a methodical fashion to safeguard not just our national interest and our intelligence infrastructure, but expose the corruption that was Russiagate, who else but Adam Schiff came in and told America lie after lie after lie.
He held up an envelope, if you remember, and said, I have the truth.
I have the proof that Donald Trump is a Russian asset.
Where did we hear that just in recent news?
Oh, that's right.
Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency under the Obama administration, Mike Morrell, was the first one in 2016 to come out publicly and say what?
Donald Trump is a Russian asset.
Just hang on to that for a second.
What that means is that the former top intelligence official in the United States of America and one of the senior most ranking members of Congress on the House Intelligence Committee bamboozled the world with false information just to rig a presidential election.
And yes, I've said it before and I will say it again.
All roads lead back to Russiagate.
We'll get back to Mike Morrell with some of our guests coming up here in the next few hours.
But I want to stay, of course, on the clown show that is Adam Schiff and the tragic reality that Americans have to face.
He's going to move from the House likely to the Senate.
Because there isn't a Democratic candidate in the insanity that is Los Angeles and San Francisco that can overcome his war chest.
Because half of that state still believes that Donald Trump is a Russian asset.
And why is that problematic for censorship?
Because once you extrapolate what Adam Schiff did during Russiagate, and you take it to Ukraine Impeachment 1, or Ukraine Impeachment 2, or January 6th, or the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, Or Hunter Biden.
The problem we have, and the great thing that Seb Gorka has done on his show, is year after year, week after week, day after day, come in and rid most of America of the lies that Adam Schiff has put out there through his blasphemous, atrocious conduct.
Most recently, you just saw where he labeled us Republicans and conservatives mass murderers.
And what we need to do, and this is one of the lessons I learned from my former boss, Chairman Devin Nunes, and the likes of Seb Gorka, is when you said something a million times, And you're tired of saying it.
And that's something that's a truth.
Then you need to say it a million more times because you've only just begun.
And when you have an individual like Adam Schiff, who has tuned up the congressional halls with lie after lie, who in fact is closer to being an asset of a foreign government than any other American that I've come across, except he's doing it willingly, because he cares more about his ego than he does about the American Republic, We, the people in these seats, have a responsibility to you, the audience, and the rest of America to make sure the message gets out there.
And we had one deal in place when I ran the Russiagate investigation for Chairman Nunes.
I had not met Donald Trump.
I didn't know the man.
I was still working in the Obama Justice Department as a terrorism prosecutor, and I told Chairman Nunes, I don't know you either, but if you want to do this, we do it for the truth, and everything we find out, we put out.
And he agreed.
And now you know the rest of the history in terms of my relationship with Adam Schiff.
Of course he leaked information.
We all know that.
We know he tried to take out senior staffers in the media by calling the likes of me a genocidal dictator.
Yes, his staff actually did that.
This is the lengths they go to, as Jeremy Nunes would say, when you're over the target.
And here's something else that a lot of people don't know about the security state that we have that has been weaponized, politicized because of the likes of Adam Schiff.
In 2017, when we were doing the Russiagate investigation… We had a meeting with the Acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Director of FBI Chris Wray, where he threatened to investigate myself, a senior congressional staffer for the Chairman of the House Intel Committee, and others because we were effectively exposing government corruption at the DOJ and FBI that Rod Rosenstein had signed on to when he signed that fraudulent FISA warrant.
That was later rescinded.
Well, five years later it turns out that Google informed yours truly that the DOJ and FBI actually did investigate us.
They sent a subpoena for my personal phone records, emails, financials, texts, and who knows what other information.
And we only know about it because Google's five-year limit expired and they informed me.
So now you have a government during the Trump administration who is exposing Russiagate, the biggest scandal in U.S.
history, Not just targeting Democrats, but targeting people who were putting out the truth.
And Rod Rosenstein was in on it.
No committee in Congress has asked them why a senior congressional staffer was subpoenaed, who else was subpoenaed, who authorized that.
And here's the kicker.
I know this as my time as a federal prosecutor at the Department of Justice.
You cannot surveil a senior staffer on Capitol Hill without the direct authorization of the Attorney General and the Director of the FBI, the very two individuals in the room who are threatening to investigate us but lied to us because they had already done so.
You also cannot do so without informing the Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan.
Some of these folks have a lot of questions to answer, and I know people are saying, why are you resuscitating so much history?
Because that history is critical to laying the foundation for the truth that Seb Gorka puts out on his radio station day in and day out.
For the truth that the likes of Devin Nunes and Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz and so many others that you might hear from will speak of.
And I want to make sure that the audience understands the lens they have to view it through.
The lens cannot be of 20 years ago, where whatever you hear from the halls of Congress is the truth.
The lens must be when you hear something from the FBI and DOJ and the corrupt government gangsters like Adam Schiff and his sidekick Swalwell.
And we'll get to him in a second, too.
You have to question the credibility of that information and the demand for yourselves and ourselves, the American public, most importantly, you remind them who they work for.
They work for us.
They do not work for the glorification of their own egos so Adam Schiff can have the next Senate seat in the United States Senate out of California.
It is our job to remind them of the truth.
And if we fail to do that, it is not a fault of theirs.
It is a fault of ours.
Thanks so much for staying tuned for this special episode where Seb decided to let me guest host!
I don't know how many FEC finds we're gonna rack up, or whether he's gonna have a show left come tomorrow, but we're gonna find out.
out stay tuned nicely done there it's So while the mics are on, let's just have some fun.
Do people actually hear me?
Yeah, people, all 1,000 viewers in the Rumble chat right now can hear you.
Okay, if you're on Rumble and you can hear me, you should post something to Truth Social and be like, hey, I got a question for Cash.
Let's ask it.
This is the Wild Wild West.
Let's have some fun.
Question for Cash.
I like that.
All right.
Also, somebody on Rumble should throw up a poll.
Who do you like less?
Adam Schiff or Fangfang Swalwell?
I got this one.
So in the Rumble chat, yeah, there's no poll options yet.
Let's just go ahead and say, who's worse, chat?
Who's worse?
Type one for Schiff, type two for Swalwell.
I do know on Truth Social, you can actually put up a, what's the thing?
A poll.
There you go.
It's a good thing I know that word.
And maybe someone could throw that one up and be like, who's worse?
I don't know.
That's a tough call.
What do you guys think?
I really, man, you know, as much as I dislike both of them, I don't know.
Yeah.
No, rumble chat is great.
It's fun to interact with.
Jim Hansen loves interacting with them too.
Oh, it's an ocean of ones.
A ton of people just typed one.
It's not even close!
Not even close.
Swalwell loses again.
Oh man, we haven't even gotten a yum yum.
That's just a bummer.
So when we come out of this break, I got Boyle.
Uh, yep.
Alright.
I can't wait.
This is going to be fun.
What questions do we have for the interrogator?
Oh boy, this is going to be good.
I owe Boyle years of payback for his brutality.
Oh, that's great.
So with Boyle, it's two segments, but 20 minutes, right?
Yeah, two segments.
This next segment is a nine minute segment.
And then we'll break.
And then the following segment is six minutes.
Okay.
Am I doing a commercial read anytime in there?
It's anytime you want, really.
But... Say that again?
It's anytime you want.
But we can map it out if you want, just to have it ready ahead of time.
Yeah, you guys just tell me when to do it.
Okay, Alex.
Map out.
You wanna go ahead and map out a couple segments when you should do it?
Yeah, we can... Does he have a guest in D?
Just do it in the Ys.
It's the easiest way.
Okay.
It boils on... Okay.
Mic's just on, and we have... Yep.
Mike's are still on.
Oh, this could get- And he's on the line.
Oh my god, look at that photo.
Boyle, I wish you could see what I was- What's up, Cash?
What's up, man?
Thanks for doing this.
I have no idea what you're doing, by the way, so this is gonna be fun.
Is this your first time ever doing a show?
Ever.
Literally ever.
Ever.
Dude, well, like, uh, I'm glad I get to pop the radio cherry with, uh, It's Cash Patel.
Oh my god, you gotta say that.
I don't know if you can, maybe I will, but that's gonna be hilarious.
Yeah.
I wish you could see the photo.
By the way, this is the beginning of something great, Cash.
Oh, I don't know.
I think it's the beginning of something great.
Oh no, Boyle's got an idea.
All of a sudden, Cash Patel's gonna be hosting a primetime show.
I forgot to tell you, Fox called me.
They want me to pinch hit for Tucker.
Oh no, wait.
They haven't had me on a primetime show in nine months.
I don't think I'm going to get that luck.
Yeah, I don't think so.
30 seconds.
I think Fox is going down the rabbit hole.
Yeah, but you know who's not?
Breitbart, baby!
That's right, that's right.
I love it.
Is there anything in particular you want to cover?
20 seconds.
Whatever you want, man.
Okay, we're going to have some fun.
Alright, mic's off.
All right.
Welcome to America First with our guest host, former chief of staff of the Pentagon, Kash Patel.
Yeah.
Well, that's quite the lead in.
And especially if you guys could hear the pump up music that's going on, you'd almost want to jump into a UFC cage fight.
And I thought for charity, we'd have a UFC cage fight with me and my next guest.
My dear friend, Matt Boyle, the genius at Breitbart News.
Matt, I have never done this before, literally ever.
Usually I'm getting interrogated, which I probably enjoy more since I know what I'm doing.
But thanks for coming on the show and popping my radio cherry.
Yeah, no, Cash, it's great to be here and I'm glad you're doing this because, frankly, I think this has been a long time coming and you're going to eventually be A great radio presence and maybe even a television presence down the road.
This is just the beginning of something great.
I appreciate that.
Thanks so much.
I wanted to start with sort of like a macro level look.
You are one of the most voracious consumers and producers of accurate reporting in journalism that there exists, whether it's geopolitics or sports or anything.
For the everyday American, as we enter a presidential election cycle, Who doesn't have the time to do that, to read through everything and to get the accurate reporting?
What would you say to them are like the two to three things they should follow over the next year, whether it's for Trump or for Biden or who have you, to help them make that decision in terms of journalism?
Well look, I mean obviously I would say Breitbart because I run our team of political reporters and I write a lot myself, but also help guide our younger folks and folks on their reporting.
But beyond Breitbart, I mean I would have said Tucker Carlson on Fox News, but I guess the Murdochs got tired of the edginess and they'd rather go back to boring milk-toastedness.
On Fox News.
So I would have said Tucker and I would probably say Dr. G's show here that we're on right now are probably the three best things that you can really follow out there to get a sense of where things are both on the right and the left.
You know, I mean, they talk to Dr. G all the time about, you know, what's going on on the Democrat side, too.
And so, frankly, Uh, you know, if you want the unvarnished truth, those are the three places I would say to go.
And, uh, you know, I'm sad to see Tucker not on the air anymore, and hopefully he gets something up and running very soon.
And some of these reports out there about Fox News leadership trying to lock him into his contract, which apparently goes through December 2024, aren't going to end up holding up down the road so hopefully fox lets him out so he can go do what he needs to do uh because truth needs to prevail so um but the uh but yeah no look i mean i think those would be the places um you know that you're going to get the best stuff so you so you brought up excellent uh
varietals to get sort of your news ingestion for the next coming year what about from a topical standpoint what's What would you say, Matt, for Americans who don't have the time to dive in on a daily or weekly basis even?
What are the major two to three topics that people should be focused on in the next, say, 12 to 18 months when they're making their decision as to who should be our next Commander-in-Chief?
Oh yeah, okay.
So on issues, I mean, it's very clear.
It's, you know, first and foremost, the economy, right?
Like, so, I mean, the economy is a disaster under President Biden.
It was fantastic under President Trump until COVID, and understandably, we took a hit during COVID, but You know, thanks to the work that President Trump did during the pandemic, we bounced back pretty quickly and then Biden screwed it all up, right?
So in the economy, first and foremost.
Secondly, there's a big power struggle between these elite, deep state, permanent political class type people and the regular people.
and ultimately the question becomes, do you want these people who have been screwing us, and both political parties for that matter, for the last several decades to continue to remain in power?
If you do, then vote for Joe Biden.
If you want the regular people, the working-class American family, to have a seat at the table and to be involved in these negotiations and have their voice heard, then your vote should be for President Trump.
So it really comes to the elites versus everybody else.
And you see that play out in the deep state battles.
over these various nonsense scandals that President Trump has had to fight his way through, starting with Russia, Russia, Russia, then through the impeachment one, then impeachment two.
Right.
Now the Alvin Bragg situation is like, by the way, they all blur together, right?
Like the whole Alvin Bragg situation is all over the stuff.
There was smaller stuff and like it's like It never ends.
But the point is, why are they doing that to him?
Because he represents a threat to their power and their control.
And because Trump brought the regular person to the table and actually addressed the issues that people are focused on and care about, like, oh, I don't know, we're on the brink of World War III thanks to these morons.
Or, I don't know, the border is overflowing with people.
I think that that's really the big discussion here in this election is, are the people in the permanent political class, the elites with all the power, going to win out again and screw us all over again?
Or are the regular people going to fight back and take back what's theirs?
That's really what it comes down to.
So you raise a good point.
The deep state.
And I remember a time when Matt Boyle and Cash Patel were the deep state.
Because we were the ones actually exposing the corruption in government.
You know, and you and I used to have a good laugh about it, but in all seriousness, it's because of the coverage that you and your team put out at Breitbart that anyone actually knows anything about Russiagate.
But what I said in the monologue is a question that I deal with often on the road.
How do we break through?
To the Americans, to the so many Americans that were lied to by the likes of Adam Schiff and company over and over again, whether it's Russiagate, whether it's Jan 6, whether it's Ukraine impeachment, whether it's Joe Biden and Hunter Biden's laptop and scandals overseas, and what have you.
How do you go out there from a journalistic perspective and say to folks?
Now you should believe us because we were right about X, Y, and Z?
Or what's the message saying?
Believe us when we tell you that there's a deep state and these committees that Jim Jordan and company are chairing are actually looking to expose them and show you.
What do you say to them?
Well, yeah, look, I mean, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again, right?
And so I always went back to history, to some of the leaders and titans of the movement over the course of history to try to learn from them and their example.
One of the things I find, I always tell people this when people bring up that big tech is never going to let us get our story out.
They're never going to let us tell the truth about this stuff.
I always go back to when Phyllis Schlafly was fighting the Equal Rights Amendment back in the 1970s.
Do you think the newspapers and the television networks were letting her go on?
And go out there and say what she was going to say?
No.
So what did she do?
She figured out a way to get around them.
She pulled out her typewriter and got her hundreds of other moms to pull out their typewriters.
She wrote up a newsletter and then had all of them hand-type it out because it's not like you had photocopiers back then.
And they mailed it personally to hundreds and thousands of moms nationwide across the country.
And they galvanized the movement to destroy the leftist feminist effort to pass the Equal Rights Amendment.
Remember, they were on the brink of getting there, right?
They were really, really close.
So when there's a will, there's a way.
We can beat these people.
We just have to be crafty about it.
We have to be clever about it.
We have to find a way to get our message around people.
Now, in 2016, we cracked the code.
In 2020, they shut us down.
The question is, are we going to be able to crack the code again?
So we got 20 seconds in this segment, Matt, and I just want to tee up the next thing and we'll tease it for our audience.
What do you think, and you can answer afterwards, what is the single most important oversight investigation that this Congress is working on right now?
now we'll take it up right after the break with matt boyle from breitbart news one of the greatest journalists we have who is a better journalist and radio host Kash Patel or Matt Boyle?
We're going to do a lot of these polls.
I would say Kash Patel.
Are you down in Florida, man?
Yes, sir.
I'm in St.
Augustine, Florida, just south of Jacksonville.
Life is good, man.
Life is good.
I'm not sure.
I'm not sure.
I know that I will be passing through D.C.
sometime in the summer.
- What's coming up this way next for our Rumble fans?
They wanna know, when are you coming to-- - I'm not sure, I'm not sure.
So I know that I will be passing through DC sometime in the summer, I'm just not sure exactly when.
- Okay. - And it might be before then, so I don't know.
Things tend to be pretty last second for me these days.
I was in Indianapolis with Trump at the NRA convention last week or the week before, so two weeks ago I think.
But that was like two days before I get a call, like, do you want to cover an interview?
And I'm like, yeah.
So I'm on a plane the next day, interviewing the day after.
So that's how life goes these days.
Now, are you going to find yourself, you think, more on the road as this kicks up?
Or will you send others?
Hey, Nunes is going to do 540.
Oh, alright.
So now we're going to have some fun with Devin.
Okay, Rumble, what do you think we should ask Devin Nunes?
I finally get some payback.
We're going to have some fun.
I'm going to expose all his secrets.
Oh man, you get to interview Devin.
This is going to be hilarious.
This is going to be the most... Tell him I said what's up.
Tell him I said what's up.
I love Devin Nunes.
He's great.
By the way, Truth Social is crushing it.
Don't you think so?
I think Truth is awesome.
I mean, I'm biased.
I'm on the board of directors, so it's hilarious for me to have my former former boss be the CEO and my former boss be the owner.
And then they asked the guy who didn't know how to sign on to Twitter to be on the board of directors of a social media company.
I thought they were having a laugh.
Two minutes.
But you're right.
It's crushing it because it doesn't censor anything.
Like I've literally invited AOC.
I find that my stuff, whenever I put it up there and I actually break news on it, right?
Like it goes mega viral real fast.
Like, so like I find that It's better than... I don't tweet.
I haven't tweeted since 2016, but like... Wait, you haven't tweeted since 2016?
I didn't... I mean, the only reason I don't know that is because I don't... Twitter or whatever you call it.
Wow.
Yep.
I haven't tweeted since 2016.
It was March 2016 was the last tweet I sent.
You know what would be cool if we could... Actually, I take that back.
I did send one out in 2017 when I got three people fired from CNN.
I just sent out hashtag winning, but other than that... That's kind of worth it.
Yeah, that would work.
I think we got to get, like, the audience to sort of get a Tucker Carlson truth moment going.
I'd like to see him get involved on the truth social scene.
I would love to see that.
He talks a lot about censorship-free speech platforms, and Twitter is the titan of censorship and big tech, so maybe we'll get that going.
Tucker was my first boss, you know that, right?
Like, I was a reporter at Daily Caller for three years.
No way!
I didn't know that!
That's where I got my start, man, and then he introduced me to Andrew Breitbart, and then When was that?
I was supposed to be at Steve, and that's how I came over to Bright Buzz.
- Oh man.
- But my early days, I was a reporter at Daily Caller.
- When was that?
What years? - 2010 to 2012.
- Wow, I had no idea.
Yep.
30.
Long time ago, man.
That's pretty awesome.
By the way, before I forget to tell you, you know this, but Christina Wong is killing it for you guys.
She's awesome.
Oh yeah.
She's just crushing it.
20 seconds.
Alright, we're coming back here in 15.
Here we go with the music, and then we'll go back to that congressional question.
Oh, I gotta think of an answer to that question, doesn't it?
You're listening to America First with guest host Cash Patel, former acting director of National Intelligence.
Hey, everybody, thanks for listening in today.
We've got a great guest in Matt Boyle, so we're going to let him do most of the talking.
But for me, this is squarely unique because the roles are a little reversed and I'm kind of learning as I go.
And you appreciate the difficulties that great journalists have reporting the truth because it's just so hard.
I think one of the hardest questions facing America these days is, Is the Weaponization Committee in Congress investigating the things of consequence?
And what are they going to produce as a result of it?
And I asked Matt before the break, what do you think's the single most investigation that they should be focused on and why?
Well, you know, it's tough to say which one.
Pick a couple, pick a couple.
If I'm forced to give you an answer about one, I would say the Oversight Committee investigation.
into the Biden family business operations, right?
And the reason for that is that we are uncovering all sorts of different details about how the president of the United States now, and also during his vice presidency as well for eight years, and all of his family members, like all of them, and all of his family members, like all of them, right?
So not just Hunter.
Everybody focuses on Hunter.
It's not just Hunter.
It's James Biden.
It's Frank Biden.
It's Valerie Biden.
It's Haley Biden.
It's, you know, so on and so on and so forth, right?
Like the whole lot of them are all in on it together.
And apparently, according to the Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, they've identified as many as nine Biden family members who have been profiting from these foreign governments.
Nine separate people?
Nine separate family members, like not just people, because then there's people beyond those ones, right?
Like, so we know about Tony Bobulinski and Schwerin.
We know about Bevin Cooney, right?
These are people who have all flipped.
But then there's a whole ton of other ones that haven't.
Put a quick button in that because that's a really big deal.
But here's the thing, you know, I learned this in Russiagate and elsewhere.
When we said, you know, things like that, people were like, oh, you guys are the liars.
So how does James Comer, the chairman at OGR, inform the American public with more than just letters and going to a news interview?
I'm not saying he's not being genuine.
He is.
But how is that investigation sort of conveyed?
Yeah, this is a really good question.
Because I think it's the heart of the matter of the charge that the Republicans have to do to succeed in this regard.
So they need to show not tell, which means that I think that eventually they need to, I think they need to call a hearing together.
With all of the people who worked for the Bidens, who have flipped on the Bidens, and are now cooperating with congressional investigations.
That includes Tony Bobulinski, James or Eric, I forget his first name, Schwerin.
That includes Bevan Cooney, who provided a big cache of emails to Peter Schweitzer, my colleague here at Breitbart and head of the Government Accountability Institute.
All of those people, Kathy Chung, who is our former assistant, right?
She's cooperating with the investigation.
They should all be called in to testify.
That should be panel one.
Panel two should be the Biden family members.
Let's have Hunter, Frank, James, Valerie, all of them lined right up in front of the panel.
And then I think you show, you lay out for the public with a report, but also with a public hearing, and you have to show So now you have the Matt Boyle roadmap, which I agree with in large part, almost entirely as a former federal prosecutor.
You need to show the witnesses and show the documents.
Republicans have to do that with this committee to show people just how immense the operation is.
So now you have – Yeah, so now you have the Matt Boyle roadmap, which I agree with in large part, almost entirely as a former federal prosecutor.
You need to show the witnesses and show the documents.
Now the question is, will they do that?
So do you think we will see at least some of these actions by James Comer?
And has he taken steps in the last 90 seconds that we have here, Matt?
Has he taken steps to give you hope that that's where we're heading?
Well, there's some hope in there.
But I think that, you know, they need to keep hearing from the public out there that that's what people want.
So I've asked Speaker McCarthy about this.
He's saying he's not going to get ahead of the curve.
On this, I did a big story about that a few weeks ago.
We've been talking to the Oversight Committee folks about it, and the Judiciary Committee is helping, obviously, with Jordan and those guys, so we'll see.
We'll see how it shakes out, but we're in the top of the first inning here.
We're just the very, very beginning of this, but they've got a lot of work to do, and they've got to show the American people that this is going on.
If I didn't light a stick of dynamite with Matt Boyle on my first ever radio hosting appearance, then it wouldn't be worthwhile.
So I'm going to ask you something, because I know you do top-notch interviews with the likes of Speaker McCarthy, and you were the one that asked him about the January 6th video footage, and he committed to releasing it.
And now that Tucker Carlson is out at Fox, who had at least limited access to distribute that video footage, do you think he's going to release it?
We've got 30 seconds.
I certainly hope so.
Ultimately, McCarthy later at a press conference said that he would welcome any news organization that wants to schedule an appointment to come in and look at it.
Breitbart, baby!
We're working on that.
We're working on it, and so is, I know, a lot of other people, too.
Well, Matt, I can't thank you enough for being my first guest ever, probably my last.
I think the FEC's coming down here and the FBI to shut us down.
But we appreciate you and everything Breitbart News does for us.
Thanks so much.
Matt Boyle, everybody.
Appreciate y'all.
*Music* Doing, uh, what's next?
Segment four, right?
Uh, yeah, this is segment four, also known as segment D. It is eight minutes long, Alex?
Without the Audrey?
No guest, right?
No guest this segment.
All right.
So we're going to do two things.
We're going to do, definitely we're doing Swalwell.
Swalwell cut nine.
And then we'll do the Biden thing, of course.
Well, let's see.
You know what?
I kind of actually, let's get, we'll do, we'll have some fun with Swalwell since we got eight minutes, but we'll do something.
We'll get to Biden later.
Let's do the O'Reilly thing about national security.
Okay.
I like that.
O'Reilly.
Three.
Three.
So nine and three.
Nine and three.
And then after that, we just close out.
It's two segments, but a total of nine minutes.
Is that how it is?
Hang on.
Jeff's getting on the mic.
This is eight minutes.
Segment four is eight minutes.
Then we have a break.
And then a very short segment that's less than four minutes.
Got it.
Okay.
And then do a commercial thing?
We doing that?
You wanna do that in E?
Whenever you guys tell me to do it.
Yeah, we'll do it in E. And Rumble audience is still listening?
Yep.
Alright, has the Rumble audience gone up or down after that epic takedown of Matt Boyle?
It's gone up!
It's now just shy of 1100.
Oh man, we gotta get more.
We gotta get more.
I can't be such low numbers.
Seb is never gonna have me back on.
What do I have to do?
Do I have to post a photo of something racy?
Actually, this is...
This has got to be a record for guest hosts.
Usually when we have guest hosts, it's down more in like the six to eight hundred range.
Oh, you tell them.
Way to go, Rumble.
I take back every bad thing I said about all of you in person when the mics were off.
Oh, it's going up.
It's going up even more.
It's actually going up.
Did we tell them we are surprise a call in guest to my former boss, Devin Nunes?
I can't wait to interrogate this guy.
I've been waiting seven years for this moment.
It's going to be awesome.
And maybe we'll get Chris Pawlowski, the Rumble CEO, to call in.
Who knows?
We'll have some wild fun.
We had him on the show way back in the day, like when Rumble was getting started.
He's a great guy.
You know, we need more free speech platforms.
Rumble is leading the charge.
Truth Social, yes, I'm biased, is leading the charge.
Boyle had a good point.
It's just wild out there.
I don't look at any other social media, so I don't have a comparison point, but what do you guys think?
Well, I think, yeah, when it comes to the alternatives, Rumble's far away the most successful.
Like, you look at any others that try, like, Gab, or Parler, or any others that limit varied success, but Rumble's just smashing it with traffic, with the revenue they're making.
So, yeah, and that's... I think that's... And, like, I always said, Rumble was the one platform Trump was on for the longest time before he did TruthSocial.
Like he wasn't on, obviously he was banned for the big ones, he was never on Gab, he was never on Parler, he was never on any of those, but he did always have an account on Rumble.
Do you guys have like an open email that we can like pitch to people on Rumble with ideas for them to make a submission?
They can just do the chat.
I monitor the Rumble chat, yeah.
Rumble chat.
Okay, for those of you Rumble chat listening.
I would like to formally invite AOC, Congresswoman AOC, to join Truth Social.
If you pen a letter in its official format and send it in on the Rumble Chat, I will sign it and send it to her office and see if she's willing to join.
Of course, I've invited her numerous times.
She has not acceded my request, but I haven't done so in writing.
So let's see what they come up with.
And we got to keep it PG, people.
Unfortunately, yes.
Don't write anything that will make her want to date you guys.
20 seconds.
Mike's over.
Welcome to America First with our guest host.
former Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, Kash Patel. - Well.
Hey everybody, every time SebGolka says that, I feel like he's right here and he's gonna like power through the wall like the Gatorade guy.
Remember that guy?
Would crash through brick walls and be like, oh yeah!
Anyway, okay, he's not gonna do that.
But, here's a guy that could use a little bit of Kool-Aid, and he is Eric Swalwell, my other buddy from the House Intel days.
Some people call him Yum Yum, sometimes they call him Fang Fang, now I get confused and call him Fang Yum.
But let's play cut nine and have some more fun with one of the largest perpetrators of disinformation in American history.
Miss Rodriguez, I apologize that you had to.
You're here for a hearing on the border.
They don't want to talk about a border.
Mr. Swalwell is down there.
Obviously, everybody knows he's made some comments.
He's got a checkered past.
He's alleged.
I'm sorry.
Checkered past.
I would ask.
It's my time.
Sir.
Alleged affairs.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Listen, it's comical, but it speaks to one of the things that I like to talk about most, which is my background in national security, intelligence and defense.
We've already highlighted the train wreck that is Adam Schiff.
Now we have his junior sidekick who also got bounced from the House Intel Committee because of said relationship with a Chinese spy.
And let me just phrase it this way for all the people out there that think this sort of conduct and line of inquiry is insane.
What if Devin Nunes, As chairman of the House Intelligence Committee was alleged to have had an affair or an improper relationship of any kind with a Chinese spy.
What do you think the Democrats and the media would have done?
What do you think they would still be doing?
The fact that Congressman Nels had the guts to bring this up is appropriate, because it's the only way we can teach and break through the American mainstream that these types of behaviors are improper for any member of Congress.
And here's the kicker.
Why don't we have a definitive answer?
Why has there been no actual investigation to figure out whether or not and what kind of relationship Swalwell had with this Chinese spy?
It is a two-tier system of justice, not just from the DOJ perspective, but from the perspective of constitutional oversight in the media.
Remember, these government gangsters cannot operate without their cohorts and conspirators in the media.
They have let Swalwell lie to them for years because they wanted the lies to be true so that their disinformation tactics with the FBI and DOJ could be shoved down American throats to rig election after election after election.
Now we have Swalwell, whose credibility has cratered Because of his relationship with this Chinese asset, and he refuses to answer questions except his one-liner that says, the FBI exonerated him.
I'm sorry, were you ever a federal prosecutor?
I was.
The FBI's job is not to exonerate anyone.
The FBI's job is to conduct an investigation on the facts and the law.
Now, they don't do that in large part under Chris Wray's leadership.
Discussion for a separate time.
But if that's the nail that he's hitching his wall on, his wall art on, I think we've got a problem.
So I'm just happy that Troy Nels brought it up.
I do want to jump to actual national security, which I was a large part of in the Trump administration.
And I think Bill O'Reilly raised a good point.
If we could play cut three.
I don't feel safe under Joe Biden.
Trump, I didn't have a problem with.
Donald Trump made you feel safe.
He handled Putin.
He handled Putin.
He handled Xi.
He handled the mullahs.
He had no casualties in 18 months in Afghanistan.
How did he handle Putin?
He stood on the world stage and said, I believe Vladimir Putin over my own government.
That's handling Putin?
If Biden did that, you'd be chasing him with a straitjacket.
You don't know what I mean.
Trump handled Putin in flattery is part of Trump's handling.
He does it all the time.
Putin did not invade Ukraine in those four years.
He took Crimea under Obama.
He went into Ukraine causing so much horror and pain and death under Biden.
That's the record.
So if you're asking me, did I feel safe under Trump in foreign policy matters, I will say relatively so.
Well, that's a pretty darn good summary.
And, you know, from a guy who was chief of staff at DOD and Trump's deputy director of national intel and head of his counterterrorism programs, maybe I'm biased.
But as Bill O'Reilly pointed out, and as that doofus that was interviewing failed to point out, Trump's successes.
His national security policy was simple.
I know because I was on the receiving end of it.
He said, this is what we're going to do.
Get us out of the forever wars.
Kill Al Qaeda's senior leadership, wipe out the emirs of ISIS, bring home American hostages, safeguard our borders, and make sure America's interests are first in line in every single line.
And that guy, what's his name, Cuomo, whatever that guy's name, I can't remember how many people get fired at CNN and come up with some lame show, but he could not point out an actual counterpoint.
He just hitched on, oh, I didn't like Trump's tweets.
Did we secure the border?
Is there currently an invasion of Chinese fentanyl through our border, killing our children every day as we speak?
Did you read the headline just this past week where a five-year-old died of exposure to Chinese fentanyl in the United States of America?
You feel safe?
What about in Chicago when gang members murder five-year-old children with bullets?
Do you feel safe?
And let's expand it to the national level, as Bill O'Reilly was talking about.
Trump did not start a single war.
He asked us to withdraw out of Afghanistan.
And let us use that as an example.
We methodically, based on intelligence, withdrew out of Afghanistan.
And if you recall, this was recently in the news because Joe Biden's spokesperson, John Kirby at the White House, went to the podium and said the following, and I quote, I just didn't see the chaos there, end quote.
John Kirby didn't see the chaos in Afghanistan.
When 13 American soldiers were blown up by an ISIS suicide bomber that they let out of Bagram Detention Center.
He didn't see the chaos when seven children, Afghani children, were drone struck by the Biden administration.
John Kirby didn't see the chaos when Afghan citizens were plunging thousands of feet to their death after clinging to our C-17 transport planes.
Is that a scenario where you don't see chaos?
Is this Biden administration a scenario where you feel safe?
How do you feel about the Ukraine?
What about what's going on in Taiwan?
The general safeguard question of whether you feel safer under Trump and Biden is the defining question for me in the upcoming presidential election.
And feelings aside, the records speak for themselves.
We'll see you after the break.
Yeah, let's do it.
And then we can just do the reads later.
Okay, I got a couple of calls, people on Rumble.
You're paying attention, let's go.
Yeah, let's do Klaus, because his name is Klaus, and he's in California.
All righty, so we got about two and a half minutes in here.
Oh, and with regards to the requests you put in for the Rumble chat, a few submissions here.
Yeah, let's do it.
NinjaJeski says, this is pushing that PG line, guys.
Ask her how to make a really good dirty martini.
Well, listen, that's not inappropriate.
She was a bartender in New York city.
And here's another thing.
If she joins truth social, I will have a bartender off.
That's not really a word, but I used to be a bartender and we'll see who makes a better dirty martini.
And whoever makes a better dirty martini, I will donate a thousand dollars to a charity of her choosing.
If I lose.
Oh goodness.
Alrighty.
The gauntlet has been thrown down.
Sandy Ego says the letter should start with, quote, Dear Leader Wannabe AOC, end quote.
This has got to be my favorite, though.
TBrooks123, a regular in the chat, quote, I would like to invite AOC to be the first female crash test dummy, end quote.
I have no comment.
I was just choking on my Diet Coke.
Do we have our caller?
Oh, you want to talk to him now?
Yeah, let's do it.
Yeah, go ahead.
Cash!
Klaus, how you doing, my friend?
I am doing really well.
You know what?
First off, before I get to my topic, your name, Cash Patel, it sounds like something out of Star Wars.
Back when Star Wars was actually good.
I'll take it.
I appreciate it.
We got 40 seconds.
What's your question?
Let's riff real quick.
OK, so something to carry over into the broadcast segment.
What is Trump's or anyone else's of the any other candidate strategy to get to middle America, not not geographically middle America, middle ideologically, the ones that are disengaged, that don't care.
And they just want to they're just they're just not in a demeaning way.
They're just zombies.
They're just living day in, day out, working, putting their kids in.
It's such a good question.
I'm gonna spend the next segment answering it.
So it could be more important and more pivotal to the conversation we're about to have.
ideologically minded Americans because that is going to make the vote Klaus, that is a fantastic question, it's such a good question I'm going to spend the next segment answering it so it could be more important and more pivotal to the conversation we're about to have thanks
welcome to America First with our guest host former chief of staff of the Pentagon, Kash Patel thank you Thanks so much, everybody, for tuning in.
We had a great question from Klaus in California to close out our last segment of the hour here.
And it's one that, again, takes me back to my former boss.
They said, hey, how does a politician, Democrat or Republican, win that middle part of the electorate, not geographically, but that middle part of the electorate?
Because you're always going to have 40 and 40 on each side.
It's the group that can win that seven to nine percent in the middle that wins national elections.
So Klaus asks, how can the Republicans Um, win that.
And I'm going to use Donald Trump and his example because I used to work for him and I'm currently still a senior advisor, uh, on national security defense and Intel and law enforcement matters.
And here's how.
Exposing the corruption at the DOJ and FBI.
To me, that is the singular greatest threat that the American people face.
And why do I say that?
Because Donald Trump has showed you that the politicization of these institutions is real.
And whether you like Donald Trump or dislike him, that's not the point.
The point is it is now well established, especially by the Alvin Bragg prosecution, that this is a reality that we are living in.
And what Donald Trump has done successfully on Think on Truth Social over and over again is play policy videos, substantive policy videos, on everything from health care to the border to China to counterterrorism to national security and of course To the two-tier system of justice.
These are intentionally done, I think, to answer Klaus's question directly, to answer middle America's biggest concerns.
Yes, the economy.
How am I going to take care of my family, put food on the table?
National security.
How am I going to make sure we are secure in not just our border, but in our communities with law enforcement priorities taken?
But the biggest thing to me is how are we not going to be the next target?
And I think that's where Donald Trump has been most effective and will continue to do so because as he messages on whether it's the Alvin Bragg case or the classified documents case or Hunter Biden or Joe Biden and his involvement in the CCP in China, he continually exposes to more and more middle of the road Americans that the two tier system of justice is not Russian disinformation.
As Adam Schiff and Swalwell would have you believe.
It is an actual hard reality.
And it sets in when people realize that your neighbors, your parents, your brothers, your sisters could be the next target of that campaign from a shattered system of justice that is now two tier.
So to me, that is the singular best way.
For President Trump to continue to win over the middle.
And I think he's done a great job doing it.
Because all those folks, forget the Republicans and the conservatives when they talk about the Alvin Bragg case.
The left came out and basically said, you should never have brought that because the facts and the law meet no crime on the books in the legislature passed by the state of New York.
So when you do that, when you succeed in championing for the rights of everyday Americans, By arguing that we will restore the system of justice and take it back from these government gangsters like Chris Wray at the FBI in Merrick Garland.
That's how you win the middle of America.
Thanks, everybody.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
We'll see you in the next hour.
All right.
This is pretty cool.
Do I have to behave is what you're saying, right?
No, thank you for doing this.
This is pretty cool.
I'd love to do it.
It's great.
It's going to be fun.
What do you got going on?
What do you want to dive into?
I've been able to confirm that both the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee under Ron Wyden are going to accept and authorize the whistleblower to give him his information.
That's a big deal.
And then the Ways and Means chairman just told the IRS commissioner you better protect him from retaliation, which is a very poignant warning.
So that's a spot development that we can hang some stuff on that we could go anywhere you want to go.
All right, we'll definitely do the whistleblower.
And you just happen to know of a foundation that supports whistleblowers.
Should he need some assistance, John?
Go figure that one out.
How about that?
Yeah, that's funny.
Did you get some time off finally?
No, I had surgery on Monday, so that's why I was out of pocket.
But no, not yet.
No, no.
I'll try to get something in June, I think.
You doing all right?
You're going hard.
Your reporting's been killer lately.
I stole a lot of it for my upcoming show, I'm not gonna lie.
But of course we give you credit.
That's awesome.
Listen, it's worth, you can steal anything you want.
You've done such amazing work yourself.
And also, you framed this right so much earlier than other people.
I mean, I know everyone wants to focus on Hunter, but it's about Joe, and Joe set this machinery up.
There's no doubt about it.
Yeah, it's, I mean, I think- You were the first to frame it that way, and I think that everyone's picked up on that importance now.
Hey, also, can I announce that you are going to take over for Tucker on Fox?
Yeah, that's not going to happen.
Not with his face in the ring.
No chance.
If they knew what they were doing, they would give you that show yesterday.
Nah, they wouldn't do that.
I wouldn't know what I was doing if I did it.
I just want to go write another story.
That's all I do.
Well, you're writing a lot of stories.
I mean, I don't know.
We got some more good stuff coming, too.
45.
I don't know how you keep it up at that pace, man.
Like, when I sit down to write something, it takes me forever.
People are just contacting us.
You know now.
People reach out.
They want to get the truth out.
So it's amazing.
That's awesome.
That's so cool.
Yeah, we're going to have some fun.
Alright, 30 seconds.
We'll jump in.
Can't wait.
Yeah.
All right.
Hour two.
Hour two.
Another.
Hour two.
Hour two.
Welcome to America First with our very special guest host in studio, Kash Patel. - Thank you.
Welcome back everybody and on my first ever radio guest host appearance, we have literally two of my favorite people on planet Earth.
You already heard from Matt Boyle.
Now you have an individual who I do consider a dear friend, so I'll put that bias aside for the time being.
One of the best journalists in U.S.
history.
You would not know about Russiagate if it weren't for my dear friend, John Solomon.
You wouldn't know about so many other important matters, whistleblowers and the like, because John Solomon has put foot to ass for journalism.
John, welcome to the show, and thank you for doing this.
This is wildly weird for me.
I don't know what I'm doing, so we're gonna have to- You look like a natural.
You look like you belong there.
It's great.
John, I know we were talking off air real quick, The front and center story for Congress right now seems to be the new whistleblower out of the IRS.
And a lot of people haven't caught on to it because there's been so much other news sort of overlapping.
Can you bring us up to speed?
And I know you've done some wonderful reporting on Just the News on it.
Well, one of the encouraging things, too, is that this IRS whistleblower is getting seriously treated by the mainstream media.
Everyone from CNN, New York Times, AP are covering it.
That's been a rare moment for the mainstream media to cover anything about Hunter Biden, so it may signal a shift in the media's coverage as well.
And it comes as there was a meeting yesterday between Hunter Biden's lawyers and the Justice Department to talk about an impending indictment or charges, potentially.
That's what we're told.
This whistleblower says that the career people made decisions last year.
The FBI, the IRS agents working the case, the tax division.
Wow.
of the Justice Department that charges were warranted, tax charges were warranted to be filed against Hunter Biden.
And then two political appointees of President Biden in US Attorney's offices stood in the way and blocked that indictment from occurring.
And there's still the IRS agent was working through the system trying to change people's minds when he saw Merrick Garland go up and say, "No one is politically interfering, Senator Grassi." In fact, U.S.
Attorney Weiss in Delaware can do this on his own.
He's got all the authority, and the agent said, that's not true!
And he went to Congress, and he went to the Inspector General of the Justice Department.
There's a major development on that.
Just a few hours ago, I learned that the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee, they're the only committees in Congress that can accept an IRS whistleblower and take taxpayer-protected information and make it public or learn about it.
They have both agreed to take this whistleblower and his information, and soon after I learned that, Jason Smith, the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, looked at the IRS commissioner in front of him and said, you better protect this whistleblower from retaliation.
A very poignant warning.
So the games have begun, and a very, actually I shouldn't call it a game, it's a very serious business of learning what this whistleblower knows, what substantiates his concerns.
Wow, I had not heard that.
And I think a lot of people, when they hear the term whistleblower, John, they think, oh, it's just somebody who's coming in with some information, but it actually has legal definition.
And before someone, and this is a critical step that you just outlined that I had not heard of.
He is not just a whistleblower, quote unquote.
He has been designated as a whistleblower by the Committee of Jurisdiction, which means under the law, he can legally pass classified information, confidential information to the committees of jurisdiction and receive the important whistleblower protections under the statute that were afforded.
So that is a huge development.
And I was glad to hear the chairman champion the effort about protecting him.
Now, critically, you are more in the details of this than almost anyone I know.
What do we need to see next from this whistleblower to expose more of this story?
Because right now we have a headline, which is always where it starts, but the American people are owed something behind that.
So I think there is a disconnect between what's currently being discussed in the news media confirmed, I assume, by people in the Hunter Biden community and the law enforcement committee.
They're talking about charges involving some transactions in 2017-18 and then the gun transaction, which we all know about potentially lying on his gun application, right?
And I'm asking myself, well, wait a second, that's not what the FBI started the investigation on.
The FBI's investigation, we know because we've made these emails public, Cash, is that there's an email from 2017 from Eric Schwerin, the guy that's cooperating with James Comer now, business partner of Hunter Biden and a man who moved between Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
That's very important.
He's one of the few Hunter Biden associates that also did a lot of work for Joe Biden as vice president, right?
He's cooperating.
There's an email from 2017 saying, hey, Hunter, you didn't declare $400,000 of your Burisma Ukraine income all the way back to 2014, and we got to file an amended tax form and get the taxes paid on that.
That means that Hunter Biden didn't pay taxes for three years on some of the most controversial foreign money he got, the Burisma money.
So you would think that would be where the FBI and the IRS and the case is going, but it's not being discussed.
Here is the important question that all the experts I've talked to say needs to be asked of the IRS whistleblower as soon as he can start cooperating.
Was there a tolling agreement, meaning was there an agreement to extend the statute of limitations, or did the Biden Justice Department allow either a tolling agreement or the statute of limitations to expire so that Hunter Biden would not have to face any criminal liability or questions about the Burisma China money from 14, 15, and 16?
Wow.
That is something that whistleblower can answer very early on.
Remember, we have that email.
I made that email public.
That's right.
Miranda made that public.
We've known for a long time Hunter Biden was told he hadn't paid taxes on his brisma money.
You would think that would be part of this case.
But when you look at the headlines, it's not.
Maybe the whistleblower can describe what happened there.
Wow, I cannot wait for that.
I'm actually now excited about this because you've seen and you've covered extensively the retaliation, the unlawful retaliation of the FBI whistleblowers that have come forward and actually exposed FBI corruption and unethical and unlawful behavior.
I hope this individual at the IRS is treated differently and receives the whistleblower protections he's entitled to.
John, I know you cover so many important stories on any given day.
If you had to inform the American public on one thing to keep an eye out on for the next five, ten, six weeks, what would you say to them it is?
What story or maybe two stories that they're not necessarily paying attention to do they need to start paying attention to?
I'm going to throw you a wrench, though maybe not.
Maybe you've been thinking this way.
I think we ought to be thinking about Trump impeachment one, and here is why.
Okay.
The revelation last week that Mike Morrell was involved with Tony Blinken and the Biden campaign to get that letter to cancel the story of Hunter Biden's laptop before Joe Biden could get elected.
Basically deprive the American people of knowing what Hunter Biden was doing.
I believe that started a year earlier after I began writing the stories in the Hill about the prosecutor who got fired.
I think we're going to learn in the next month or six weeks that some of the evidence that Democrats put on in the impeachment trial is no longer supported by documents that are being made public now, forced into the public through lawsuits that I brought and others.
Imagine if the impeachment of Donald Trump from 2019 was an extended part Wow.
of what Mike Morrell and Donnie Blinken did in 2020, trying to continue to keep Hunter Biden off the rails of the American public's attention so that Joe Biden had a chance of winning.
I say that because remember the first allegation I got when I wrote my first story about Hunter Biden, the Ukrainian prosecutor said, "Psst, Hunter Biden, he didn't pay taxes Well, we now know that to be true.
The Ukrainian prosecutors were telling the American public the truth, and that's when the offensive began about Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, and this was a conspiracy theory.
I think the effort to hamper the Hunter Biden story is going to go back to 2019, and it may have involved an impeachment to protect a future president rather than punish the current president.
John, you're basically blowing my mind, which is kind of hard to do when it comes to government corruption.
And you've just done it in two full swings in like the last six minutes.
I think if there's any part of this program, I hope everybody listens to all of it, that they replay.
It's those last six minutes because you have just laid out two monster Levels of corruption that any one of which alone in a piece or fragmentary form would be the biggest scandal since Russiagate.
And now we are talking about the sitting commander in chief, the unlawful behavior of his family and his son, and whether or not a prosecution is going to be brought.
But you are tying it directly back to intelligence schemes, disinformation schemes that they started back with Russiagate.
and the likes of Morell and the likes of Hillary Clinton and her campaign and Fusion and the Steele dossier.
You're saying somehow this is all interconnected? - It's, listen, it's the same playbook they've been playing for six years, which is every time we wanna throw the Republicans off, we're gonna create a Russia scandal, right?
Remember what I just reported a couple of days ago, after we broke the story about Mike Morrell and Anthony Blinken about 2020.
In 2016, who was the first former intelligence person to come out and say Donald Trump might be an agent recruited by Vladimir Putin?
That's his word, recruited, right?
Mike Morrell, the same guy.
He writes an op-ed.
He endorses Hillary Clinton.
And then, oh, a letter from 50 security experts come out.
They use the same playbook in 16 and 20.
And the American people got fooled twice.
Now I'm going to suggest that between those two windows, that playbook might have been continuing to go on to protect future Democratic candidates.
I think that's what we're going to learn over the next six weeks to two months.
So you've got the Steele dossier bookend on one side, and you've got the Mike Morrell actions on the bookend on the other side, and the 51 Intel letter.
And if you all haven't read John's great reporting these past few days on the Mike Morrell story and how he admitted on his own under oath That he wrote the 51 Intel letter at the behest of Tony Blinken, a Biden campaign advisor, for the specific result of having Joe Biden win the election.
That is the definition of election rigging.
We know that because of John's great reporting and Jordan's great work on the House committee.
And we're going to dive into more of that right after this break.
Thanks, John.
Please stay with us.
- Well, it's starting all, you know, persistence is a good thing.
I think over time we've been able to push out or get the information that has been deprived us for so long and the pieces are falling into place now.
Wow.
Wow.
That's incredible.
So I'm going to ask you, I'm just going to ask you next.
It's a centerpiece of kind of what I'm talking about.
We got Jim Jordan's next.
No, no, no.
Oh, in the next segment?
He's D, isn't he?
No, he's right now.
Oh, he's... Okay.
All right, so I drop off then.
Oh, is John done?
Yeah, unless you want to talk to him for a minute or two in the Rumble.
Uh, sorry.
Okay.
I thought we had John for two segments and then Jim for one.
That's okay.
No problem.
I'll come back tomorrow.
No, John, thank you so much.
You're the man.
Bye.
He is awesome, guys.
Everybody on Rumble, follow John on all his social media and read his articles from this week.
Thanks, guys.
Take care.
Bye-bye.
I'm gonna be with you.
All right.
So real quick, from that letter to Blinken, which quotes did you want?
You wanted the transcript, right?
Yeah, just literally that, the literal transcript.
Just the transcript.
Okay, I figured as much.
That's it.
Grab that then.
So Jim's on for this, just this... Yeah, this nine-minute segment.
This nine-minute segment.
And I imagine you want the mics off for Jim, right, as a member of Congress?
Oh, yeah.
Definitely.
Is he on now?
He's calling in, he'll be in a minute.
We can leave him on until he calls in.
Yeah.
I wanted to hear what you were going to say about the centerpiece, and then it stopped with John.
The centerpiece.
Oh, it's what I'm going to get into with Jim, like, how are you going to show this corruption occurred to the American people?
Cool.
Like, we can't just say it happened.
Is that him calling in?
Calm down, though.
Yep, okay.
Yeah.
Mic's off, Alex.
Mic's off?
False alarm.
That was him calling it.
Mic's on!
Wax off.
Wax on.
Wax off.
Okay, everybody on Rumble Chat, have you selfishly bought my new book, Government Gangsters, at governmentgangsters.com?
And do you know why the Department of Defense has taken five months to sit on it?
I'm going to sue them in federal court to get my manuscript out.
But you can pre-order it now at governmentgangsters.com.
He, Donald Trump, calls it the blueprint to winning back the White House in 2024.
I must have ticked off some people because it's been five months and the review is still ongoing.
Can you believe that?
I also just had to take time to highlight this great comment from the Rumble chat of referring to Swalwell.
Love Incarnate says, it was back when he was some young guy.
And it's spelled S-U-M-Y-U-N-G.
Oh man, that's alright.
The jokes never stop.
Man, that takes me back.
The Austin Powers parody with Eric Swalwell.
Wow, these guys are creative.
Man, we should just, you know, hire them.
We have the best rumble chat.
What can I say?
It's unbelievable.
It's pretty lively.
One minute.
And so we've got, is Jim calling in or?
Still waiting for him.
Yeah.
We got a minute.
Okay.
And then we got them for nine and that's it, right?
Yeah.
This segment.
Yeah.
Which is a six.
Yeah.
Six minutes or nine minutes.
Oh, this is a nine minute segment.
Sorry.
Yeah.
This is a nine minute segment.
I thought it was C for a second.
Yep.
Plenty of time for a Congressman, for a Chairman.
Plenty of time.
All righty.
five seconds.
If he's not on when we come back, do you just want to do one of the reads?
Yeah, sure.
Sure. 20 seconds. 20 seconds.
Welcome to America First with our guest host, former Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, Kash Patel.
Hey everybody, welcome back.
While we wait for Chairman Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee to call in, let me just take you to a read here.
Are you paying too much for your Medicare supplement?
You very well could be, and AARP is not the only place to find coverage.
There's a conservative alternative.
It's AMAC.
AMAC's Medicare Advisory Service is the gold standard of quality and service, offering dozens of plans from top insurers.
Let AMAC find a plan that meets your needs at an affordable price without the woke nonsense.

amac.us forward slash value.
And portions of America First are brought to you in part by AMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens.
Okay, great.
And we have Chairman Jordan.
Hey, Cass.
Hey, Mr. Chairman.
I really appreciate you coming on, especially on my first foray into radio.
Thank you.
I will try to meet the moment, sir.
It's a really unique thing.
Well, I'm sure you will.
Congrats.
Congrats.
That's awesome.
It's a really unique thing to be here having previously worked for you and knowing the extensive work you're doing.
So let's just jump right into it.
You are running so many different investigations, sir.
How do you triage which investigations take precedent and which ones the American people are going to want to know about?
How do you do that?
Well, I mean, first of all, we got great staff and great members who are working their tail off.
And we just, we really focus on the broad theme of what the left is doing to the First Amendment, doing the whole Twitter files and what they've done to speech and censoring, big government working with big tax and limiting speech.
So that's sort of the theme in many of the cases.
And then there's this double standard, this idea that there's one set of rules for us regular folks, but a different set if you're, you know, part of the Part of the elite and part of the swamp, so to say.
So that's sort of the broad thing.
And then it just, as it goes, like, for example, when we interviewed and we were curious about this whole 51 former Intel officials who signed the letter, the letter that we know was used to help suppress the laptop story and was used by Joe Biden in that final debate, that important debate.
Well, when we had the interview with Mr. Morrell, He told us it was all political.
He told us he was prompted by a contact he got from Tony Blinken, who was working for the Biden campaign, and how that all unfolded.
In fact, the Biden campaign even told Mike Morrell, when you get the letter, here's the reporter we want you to first give it to.
So it was that much coordination.
And then when it was done, Morrell said, we wanted to help Biden win.
We knew President Trump was going to bring it up in the debate.
We wanted something for President Biden to be able to use in the debate to go against what President Trump raised in the laptop issue.
And when it was all done and played out just like they wanted it to, Mike Morrell gets a call from CBS.
Yeah, Mr. Chairman, what you just outlined to me is a shocking discovery in terms of substance, but unfortunately not shocking in terms of tactics.
And the goal, of course, is to have some legislative solutions and look at the appropriations process, right?
Yeah, Mr. Chairman, what you just outlined to me is a shocking discovery in terms of substance, but unfortunately not shocking in terms of tactics.
You are all too familiar with sort of the Steele dossier, which is version 1.0, and they keep going.
And this seems to be another version of it.
But from a senior congressional staffer perspective, where I served both you and other members of Congress previously, I got to ask this question.
How did you get Mike Morrell to admit that under oath?
Did you have other documentation or other witnesses lined up to show if he fit?
Yeah, we were talking with a number of folks who are part of that 51.
We have some additional interviews coming up.
Mr. Clapper, Mr. Brennan.
But frankly, he's under oath.
He just laid it all out there for us, and his attorneys actually put together a letter that basically said Mike Morrell believed that the Russians were somehow involved.
Turned out that was absolutely not accurate.
He believed that.
He wanted to help Biden win.
He wanted something for President Biden to use in the debate after the New York Post story came out.
He was just a part of it.
And I think, frankly, at the time, Mike Morrell wanted to be the CIA director in the Biden administration.
So I think that was probably part of the calculus on his part as well, because once he got the prompting, the call from Tony Blinken on the 17th of October, the 18th and 19th, he just worked like crazy to put this together.
Did it in two days.
It comes out the 19th.
And again, the Biden campaign is telling, here are the reporters.
Go first to the Washington Post.
Turned out the Washington Post turned it down.
They went to Natasha Bertrand at Politico, as you know.
But here, Cash, you're so right.
This is sort of the playbook.
Margo Cleveland has a great piece out in The Federalist talking about how this is similar to what they did when you were involved with the Russia hoax back in 2016 and 2017.
No, you're absolutely right.
And Mr. Chairman, what you've just laid out in the methodical fashion that you did in your letter, which we've put up, and hopefully everyone reads this, it answers a question that so many Americans have that I speak to around the country and I'm sure you get.
When are we going to see the results?
How are we, the American public, going to know what happens next?
And from a congressional oversight perspective, this is how you do it.
This is how you inform the American public and you tell them what's coming next.
But can you, as the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and the Weaponization Committee, are you able to hint for the American public maybe what next one or two big pieces of either this investigation or an unrelated one are sort of on your immediate decks?
Well, I will say this.
We do anticipate having whistleblowers come in in a public hearing.
We've had a number of them come talk to us in a transcribed interview format.
And visit with us and tell us their story.
But we anticipate them, we think they're being retaliated against based on everything we've seen, what they've been able to tell us under oath.
So that is something that we think is important.
And frankly, one of the things we learned from Whistleblower, Brave Whistleblower, was how the FBI went after Catholics.
They put out a memo, Cash, where this memo talked about putting sources Inside the Catholic Church, inside the parish, to snitch on parishioners.
And basically, if you read between the lines, they talk about their concern about legislation dealing with immigration, abortion rights, and they talk about the Dobbs decision.
It's basically their definition of a radical, traditional Catholic, the term they use.
Their definition is basically, if you're a pro-life Catholic, you're radical.
That's what they concluded.
The FBI pulled this back.
They went through this memo.
No, that's a shocking violation of the First Amendment and free speech.
And in the last minute that I have you, Mr. Chairman, I want to stay on this whistleblower vein.
You and I, of course, have had our tussles with FBI Director Chris Wray.
You, by far, more than any member of Congress that I know.
And I know that Director Wray had said in the past and promised under oath that there would be no retaliation against whistleblowers.
But as you've laid out, that seems not to be the truth.
How do you tackle that for Americans going forward with other whistleblowers coming in?
Well, I think that's another reason why it's important to have this public hearing and let them tell their story in a public way.
One individual was transferring from one field office to another they wait and suspend his clearance the day he transfers.
And when he gets to his new assignment, they've moved all his belongings, his kids' clothes, his kids' toys, their furniture, everything they had, they moved it, and then they held it in storage and made him wait to get To get his personal fix back.
And that is just flat out wrong.
That's not how you treat a good public servant who's been serving as someone in the FBI.
Thank you so much for your time, sir.
It's always great to speak with you, Chairman Jim Jordan.
Thank you, Cass.
Take care.
Okay, mic's back on.
Mic's back on.
Okay, what's going on in Rumble world?
People still with us?
Over 1,200 on Rumble!
Let's go, come on!
Tell your friends and neighbors, get on Rumble!
What are these numbers?
Plus, if you post on Truth Social, I might just answer you in real time.
Hey, also, Rumble.
There's a cool thing going on on Truth Social right now, and I wonder if I can get an assist from our Rumble family and Truth Social family.
So there's this wonderful interview up in, I think President Trump's in Manchester, New Hampshire, is it?
I think so.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Anyway, this individual, this young man, 35 years old, who has unfortunate physical handicap, flew from Miami to New Hampshire to spend his 35th birthday with President Trump and hopes to say hi and shake his hand.
Now I've reached out to the Trump team and said, look at this photo on Truth Social that's on my site, excuse me, on my handle at Cash that's been posted by so many folks to try to get this happen.
It's got a few thousand followings already.
The Rumble family, let's do what we can.
While President Trump's on the ground in New Hampshire to go say hi to this young man, It's a moving photo.
It's a moving interview.
I think if President Trump hears about it, he will more than just say hi and shake his hand.
But I'd love for the Rumble community and Truth Social community to give this young man a push and wish him a happy birthday, a 35th birthday, especially traveling all the way from Miami.
It's a pretty moving, moving piece.
Good stuff.
What are we doing next?
This is the C segment.
So this is a six minute segment.
Um, no guests this segment, right?
No guests.
No guests.
Okay.
So if you want to do one of those, or you did AMAC once already, so you just got the one, uh, the, the other read left and there's a caller on the line.
Do we have time?
Yeah.
Let's take them on the air if you want to take it on the radio.
So do you want me to read this thing and then take the caller on air?
Yeah, that's fine.
That works.
Yeah.
For a six minute segment that works.
Um, wow.
We have callers and I haven't even announced callers or we're doing that segment later.
If you want to give out callers now, because we don't have another guest till 520.
Yeah.
So should I just say it, but when we come back on the air?
Yeah, just put the number on there.
Got it.
So I'll say the number, read the ad, and then jump to that caller.
Yep.
Okay.
90 seconds.
Look at this.
It's like I've been doing this all my life.
Ah, you're a natural.
What can I say?
Tell Gorka he's canned!
Oh, this is fun.
Man, he gets paid to do this?
He tells the story of Dennis Prager telling that.
Dennis went to him one day and he said, Seb, you know what we do?
We have the best job in the world.
We literally get paid to tell millions of people what we think.
What the F?
One minute.
Oh, man.
That's a... Okay.
All right.
We're gonna do... All right.
I'm not gonna become a radio jockey, but this is kind of fun.
It's not gonna lie.
Who says radio is dead?
I mean, seriously.
Plus, we've had some serious pipe hitters on the show.
Boyle, Solomon, Jim Jordan.
We got Devin coming up.
Lee Smith.
This is gonna be hilarious.
It's actually very rare that we have two members of Congress on the same show, or I guess in this case a former member, but a highly respected former member.
Former.
Formerly respected.
No, I'm just kidding.
Wait, did that get Rumble to bump?
It may have.
Do you think Devin and Chris are scheming on how to expand free speech even more?
15 seconds.
Probably doing shots of tequila is my guess.
All right, 10 seconds.
Mic's off.
Mic's off.
Welcome back, everybody, and we want you to call in live so we can take your questions on air.

Thanks, everybody.
And I think we actually have a caller lined up already.
So what do you boys have over there?
Cash?
Yes.
Oh, yeah.
It's Phil from Philly.
I just wanted to say, man, it's great to see that we have such a deep bench in this party.
I just said, you know, this Eric Swobble, I don't even know how he gets on the committee.
I mean, but if he wants to play that game with going as far as, you know, January 6th all the time, Republicans should start out with a simple question.
Have you ever had a relationship with a Chinese spy?
This goes to credibility.
Just yes or no.
Every time, open up with that question.
But I had the perfect way that, you know, the perfect strategy for President Trump to walk right back into the White House.
Whatever Rona Romney McLoser suggests, do the opposite.
Well, that is definitely a tactical strategy that is being employed by many.
And since I have the lofty position of sitting in for Seb, let me just, not necessarily play devil's advocate, but here's the thing that, you know, us America First patriots agree on so much, our love of country and wanting to make this country better.
Here's the thing I learned from Donald Trump.
If we don't win, we can't.
And while we may have a lot of disagreements with a lot of folks, the one thing that the Dems and the left do better than we have in the past, and this is what we need to change this coming election cycle, is that they are willing to put some of their differences aside.
And I'm not saying we should sacrifice our principles, but I'm saying sometimes It's necessary in order to win, because if you don't win, you cannot change the rules.
So I understand your sentiment and I understand that so many people share that sentiment.
And I think that we can galvanize around a lot of that.
But what we need to come together on holistically is an actual way to win at the polls.
And the way we do that is by highlighting your first point, tactically going after people who have hurt this country, Eric Swalwell, and forcing the American public to answer a question that they have been unwilling to listen to because the mainstream media has lied to them for so long.
Did you, as a member of Congress, Eric Swalwell, have any relationship with a Chinese spy?
The answer to that, you're right, should be asked and answered every single day.
So, Phil, I really appreciate your question.
We wanted to get to one or two more.
Guys, who do we have next?
Just pick.
William, are you there?
Yes.
How are you doing, William?
Welcome to the show.
All right.
What's your question?
We got about 90 seconds.
So great to be able to talk to you.
You know, the 25 Antifa people attacked a police facility in Atlanta a few months, a couple months ago.
How many of the 23 who are from out of town had hotel rooms in Washington, D.C. on January 5th, 2021?
Well, I don't know the answer to that question, but I'm sure our online sleuths on Rumble and Truth Social will get to work cracking at that.
And if you find something, here's the neat thing.
Whatever you find, you can post.
And when you post that information, we can get it to members of Congress, like Chairman Jim Jordan, who I just had on.
We can beat them with the facts and truth.
That is our game.
That must be our modus operandi.
It cannot be what Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff have created, which is a disinformation machine.
That is why we don't leak information when it suits our political objective endpoint.
That is why we don't hijack the FBI and the DOJ to win.
We do not do unlawful, unethical activities to win.
We must beat them at the game that is on the board.
And once we do, we will change the dynamic groundscape, including on how this country votes and operates.
So these are some great questions.
Thanks so much for dialing in with your questions.
I'm going to be on Rumble live in between breaks here, but please call us at 833-33-GORKA.
And if we can take more calls, we absolutely will.
And go to GovernmentGangsters.com and buy my new book on pre-sale.
Government Gangsters.
They don't want it out for a reason.
Okay, got it.
Phil from Philly is a regular caller, so you're in good hands with that.
Oh, got it, yeah.
I was like, oh, okay.
All right, what's Rumble doing?
I'm getting a lot of, you know, I don't know, am I getting any, uh, ooh.
Yeah, over 1,100 viewers.
Uh-oh.
Yeah, breaking records for guest hosts.
Rumble, I think we got a surprise announcement for you.
So we started this apparel company called Based Apparel.
Based Apparel.
And we got some cool stuff.
Just saying.
We're doing demos.
So we're rolling it out now because we were sick and tired of too many companies not willing to put out America First products.
And you should go to basedapparel.com and check it out.
But here's the cool thing.
If you have an artistic idea, we'll make that shirt, hoodie, cap, whatever, and put it up on sale and help you promote your company however which way you want.
We've got some cool Orange Man bad stuff coming.
Might have some flags and the like.
So I think the Rummel chat would appreciate that.
I just got a bunch of pics in.
Let's see what's loading here.
M. Lambie in the Rumble chat says, Rumble live is better than radio.
Thank you so much.
I think, yeah, live is always better.
I mean, that's like a no brainer.
Username TMCB76 Irregular says, Cash is right.
A lot of R's want the perfect candidate, which doesn't exist.
D's don't care and vote for party no matter what.
That's true.
What do we got coming up next?
This is the D segment.
This is the eight minute or eight minute?
Yeah, eight minute segment.
With no one?
Nobody, right Jeff?
No one this segment.
Got it.
There's nobody until the end of the next hour.
So we have, so just walk me through it.
So we have the eight minute segment.
Yes.
And then a break and then a three minute, 50 second segment, a short, a short segment.
Got it.
Okay.
So we still have plenty of cuts if you want to use some cuts here.
I might.
Yeah.
Let's do a cut.
Can we also like maybe bounce back to another caller or something?
Yeah, totally.
Okay.
Let's uh, what do you got?
What cut do you guys want to do?
Let's see.
Uh, Jeff has the cut sheet.
We've already done the Bill O'Reilly cut, we've done- The Biden cut's funny.
Alright, let's do that.
Which cut is that?
One.
Cut one, okay, so tee that up.
Okay, we'll definitely do that one.
We've done Schiff, we've done Swalwell, we did O'Reilly.
Got it, and I got the call thing here.
Yeah, 90 seconds.
That'll be good, we'll do all that.
And then, Rumble, what do you think I should ask Devin Nunes?
Hmm?
I'll type it in the chat.
So what's the, what's the sequencing there?
I have Lee for two segments and Devin for one in the next hour.
Yeah.
So it's like the second and third segment will be Lee.
And then the fourth segment is Devin.
Got it.
Got it.
Yeah.
Ooh, anything you want, anything goes.
I know all of Devin's darkest secrets.
I was his national security advisor just saying I had subpoenas.
I might've issued them on Devin.
No, I'm just kidding.
You know, the Morrell letter is important for, there's probably, I say there's 10% of our, I think you're right.
that think there's no chance of voting now because it's going to be stolen.
But they wouldn't do stuff like that if they had it in the bag.
I wish those people would recognize that.
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
The people that call here that are, there's no chance of voting.
It's stolen.
It's stolen.
It's unbelievable.
We can't do that.
Man, that's annoying.
Yeah, I hear that too.
And I get why they're upset.
I really do.
I mean, after the midterm.
They do things for an advantage, but it's not guaranteed.
That's what people need to realize.
No, I know.
I think you're right.
30 seconds.
Oh, man.
Oh, man.
Got a lot of work to do.
It is rough.
Trump is still the best shot.
I think so.
I'm not happy for 2024.
I'm not optimistic, but I do think he's our best shot.
Oh yeah, for sure.
20 seconds. 20 seconds.
You're listening to America First with guest host Cash Patel, former acting director of national intelligence. - Yes.
Welcome back, everybody.
Of course, Guns N' Roses, sweet child of mine, how do you not get excited for this next segment?
We are going to start out by having some fun.
Let's talk about Uncle Joe, play cut one.
The last country I've traveled, I'm drinking once for the last one I was in.
I've been to 89, met with 89 heads of state so far, so I'm trying to think, where was the last place I was?
It's hard to keep track.
Yeah, you're right, Ireland.
That's where it was.
Wow, I know you're not supposed to be speechless on radio, but I don't know what to say to that.
That is appalling.
And of course, the peanut gallery was laughing because there's literally nothing else you can do.
The guy was in Ireland.
The guy has always been somewhere else except where he needed to be.
Instead of being in East Palestine, Ohio, our Commander-in-Chief was mailing it in from his beach house in Delaware.
Um, instead of being in on the ground in American cities, uh, when they were underwater, like in Fort Lauderdale the other week, he was in Ireland.
So this seems to be a pattern of conduct with this commander in chief.
You know, a long time ago, I learned showing up.
It was half the job.
And Donald Trump seemed to show up everywhere, every time that mattered.
And he's continuing to do it.
He's on the ground right now in Manchester, New Hampshire, and his travel schedule is just going to increase.
And he showed you the difference between what a commander in chief should do and what a commander in chief didn't do.
He went to East Palestine, Ohio, and gave out those pallets of water, not as a campaign event, but because those people, our citizens, were in need.
And our commander in chief and his deputy doofus at transportation, Pete Buttigieg, were completely absent because the guy in charge of transportation was too busy curating the next monologue about how Interstate 95 is more racist than Interstate 87 and how that has led to the tragic downfall of America.
That's literally their position.
So when your commander in chief, and this is in all seriousness, cannot remember The country he just visited, like a day ago.
How do you expect him to remember what priorities this country needs activated?
How do you expect him to remember to safeguard our border?
To take care of our teachers, to put our police officers and law enforcement community first, above criminals, and to rid the corruption in government, when he is so imbued with this corruption, and when he literally falls asleep at the wheel.
Look, as a national security defense and intel guy, I've been the first one saying, I'm cheering for Joe Biden to succeed on those fronts.
I don't want Russia and China kicking our ass, but they are.
We're on the verge of talking about the shift, for the first time in our lives, from the petrodollar to the petroyuan.
That means countries around the world, like Saudi Arabia, are no longer going to deal with our currency, because they got a better deal from China.
Could you imagine if that happened on Trump's watch?
Did you see the CCP broker a deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran?
Two mortal enemies?
The largest state sponsor of terror?
So then if I can have access to the financial system and broker oil deals?
What if that happened under Trump?
What if President Trump forgot the last country he visited when he was president of the United States?
It's the only thing that CNN and MSNBC would be playing on loop for 24 hours.
It's a frustrating time to be in, but I think when we have the opportunity to have great shows like this, we got to go out and listen to the American personnel that take time to listen to this show.
So how about we go to Deborah in Chicago on the call sheet here and see what she has to say.
Yes, I was wondering if some of those Congress people like Like Congressman Jordan and them could look into the unlawful detention of the January 6th protesters and they're not being denied due process.
Hey Debra, thanks so much for that request and we'll be sure to relay it.
I'm sure a lot of those congressmen are hearing it.
And you bring up a great point.
It talks about the two-tier system of justice that we were discussing earlier in their show.
The thing that I think is central to the next presidential election cycle.
You have individuals who have not been charged with a serious criminal offense with little or no criminal history Being denied due process because this Justice Department and FBI wants to teach them a political lesson and punish its political opponents.
This is a constitutional republic.
It is not a dictatorship.
And many of the January 6th people are being treated improperly, unlawfully, not just by the Justice Department, but by the judiciary who are willingly to going along with it.
And we still don't know the involvement, even though Ray Epps gave his glorious 60 Minutes interview recently, Of who and how many sources the FBI had in and around the Capitol during January 6th and how much taxpayer money they used to fund it.
Look, I'll go back to Christopher Steele in the dossier real quick.
The government left a trail for us to follow and subpoena.
This Congress needs to subpoena and follow that same trail.
Follow the money.
Were our taxpayer dollars utilized to leverage a judicial system against political targets?
The answer is yes.
Now we're waiting for the evidence.
And Debra, your question could not be more salient.
Let's take one more caller while we have this segment.
How about Rami from Hawaii?
What do you have for us?
Aloha, Mr. Kash Patel.
Aloha, mahalo.
Oh my gosh.
I have half Indian in me, so I'm going to claim that right now.
Yeah, let's do it.
That's right.
So my question for you is, well, first of all, we've been not told the truth and you've capsulized that.
Perfectly.
My second question is, aren't we in a war right now, like World War III?
Are we just all pretending that we're not in it?
Do you know what's going on or when that call will ever be made or they're just going to continue to lie to all of us?
You know, Debra, that's such a fantastic question.
I'm going to give you a 60 second summary because that's all I got left in this segment.
Well, I think everything this administration has done has put us on the precipice of war because it's being driven by the worst monopoly in the United States.
That's the defense industrial complex in and around Washington, D.C.
They own too many politicians, which is why you see Republicans, Democrats lining up to send $115 billion to the Ukraine.
And now we have leaked classified documents to tell us that we've been lied to this entire time.
American machinery on the ground in the theater of war without having American contractors there.
We're already there.
It's now your question is poignant, whether or not our government wants to take that last little inch and actually realize where we're going, because this is the lead up to Iraq and Afghanistan just the same.
And so your question about whether or not we are at war, we are effectively there with the amount of money and machinery we have.
We just haven't declared a uniform capacity presence there, but I think we're about to get more information on that front.
And tragically, we'll probably find conventional operators on the ground with US military uniforms in less than one year.
Debra, thanks so much and everybody else for your call.
call.
We've got to take a quick break, and we'll catch you right on the other side.
And Mike's up.
Oh, Mike's up!
And just like that, we're almost done with the second hour here.
Holy crap.
All right, Mike's up.
What questions do we have for Devin and Lee Smith?
They are making some good ones.
I'm just saying.
I got a lot of dirt on both of them.
All right.
Let's see.
Not necessarily.
OK.
Joey and Chris in the chat says, Devon is a winemaker.
Where can we get some of his wine?
Ooh, I know that!
Alpha Omega Vineyards, baby!
Out in Napa.
Alpha Omega Vineyards.
Great, great grape juice.
And you can get some of his wine there.
He is actually a very good winemaker.
He spends most of his time stepping on grapes instead of giving us a free speech platform.
Obviously, I kid.
But no, he actually, I've been to many dinners with Devin.
His level of knowledge in wine is unbelievable.
And he will try to sell you the Portuguese varietals because he's from the Azores.
But, you know, whatever.
It's good.
It's not the best, but he's got some great stuff out in California.
And if you want to believe the, I think it's a Sacramento Bee or whatever that rag is, Devin Nunes and his grandmother were having a cocaine laced party on a boat.
During Russiagate, his 97-year-old grandmother.
These are the same lunatics that told you that Donald Trump is a Russian asset and that said Adam Schiff is to believe over Devin Nunes.
So you got to bring in the fake news when you can and remind people that once fake news, always fake news.
But maybe Devin will give you like a discount.
Let's ask him for some of his wine because that stuff is not cheap.
Quality wine.
It's hard to find, man.
You get what you pay for, man.
It's really, like, hard to find.
How much time do we have in this segment?
Oh, we only have a minute.
This is the short segment.
It's three minutes, 50 seconds.
And we got a minute till it, right?
Yes.
Okay, so I think what I'll probably do is take another collar and then just kind of... Just vibe.
Kind of just vibe.
I think next time I'm going to wear, like, a hoodie.
Like Fetterman?
Yeah, maybe... Let's have him on.
Do you think he could do a three-hour radio show?
No?
Did I say that?
I don't think he could be a caller for 40 seconds.
Did I say that out loud?
Is the FBI downstairs?
Are they here yet?
He couldn't do one-liner.
Yeah, that's right.
Is he back in the Senate?
Where is he?
Yeah, did you hear his... He did a hearing.
Did you hear it?
Oh, no.
It was so bad.
An actual one?
Or he put in a hearing aid?
No, it was so bad.
It was two minutes.
He couldn't even get through it.
He was reading from a script for the intro statement, and he couldn't do it properly.
Oh, my God.
10 seconds.
Yeah, much less.
You're listening to America First with guest host, Kash Patel, former acting director of national intelligence. - How did you get to the end of the day?
Hello everybody!
When Seb introduces me like that, it makes me sound smart, so I don't know if I'm going to meet that mark today, but we're going to try.
We're going to get to a caller in just a second, but here's what I'm going to do since I have a radio mic and nobody else does right now.
I'm going to selflessly promote my book!
Government gangsters!
Governmentgangsters.com.
Donald Trump put it out on pre-sale on Truth Social, calling it the roadmap to winning back the White House in 2024.
What do I talk about in government gangsters?
After 16 years in, I've realized that so many agencies, DOJ, FBI, and otherwise, have been hijacked by government gangsters like Chris Wray, Rod Rosenstein, Merrick Garland, Esper, and so many others to achieve a selfish end state instead of serving the American people.
We walk through agency by agency on how to fix it, how to remove them from power, and how to restore those agencies to serve the American public.
Go to governmentgangsters.com.
I'm doing something cool.
I'm breaking the book industry.
We're actually personalizing sales at governmentgangsters.com.
I'll write anything you want in that book.
The DoD has to approve my manuscript since I was chief of staff, and they have withheld it for five months.
So guess what, everybody?
I'm taking them to federal court.
I'm suing the United States government to get this book out.
Get your pre-order now.
You got to ask yourself, why don't they want this book out?
It's because I expose more of their corruption and truthfully report what the American people need to hear.
GovernmentGangsters.com.
Let's take a caller.
How about Antoinette from a lot of California today?
I thought they were like liberal out there.
What happened?
Hey Cash, you're doing a great job my love.
Thank you.
Government gangsters, government gangsters, and that's the deal.
You know, the DOJ, the FBI, and as well as the Democrats and some of the swamp creatures from the Republican Party, in having discussions, having hearings, they don't even want to debate with us.
They don't even want to have hearings about what we want to talk about as American citizens.
How do you handle this?
How do you make them wake up and smell the coffee, so to speak?
I think what you just highlighted shows that we have finally taken the step we needed to take.
If they had actual merit-based discussions, the radical left that is, to have hearings and contest what we were saying, they would do that.
They don't.
They don't have the superior policy position when it comes to anything.
The border, the corruption at the FBI, the two-tier system of justice, what Joe Biden's doing in China, or lack thereof, that he has us on the verge of World War III in the Ukraine.
And what about Taiwan?
And how about Vladimir Putin?
There is no policy decision, Antoinette, that the Democrats have that is better That's why you don't see him arguing that counterpoint in the halls of Congress.
Instead, what they do is you have maniacal, egotistical, crazed lunatics like Adam Schiff label an entire sectorate of the American populace, at least 85 million of us, mass murderers.
Who shoot at cabinet secretaries.
I hope that gets as much play as the basket of deplorables comment, come to think of it, that Hillary Clinton castigated so many Americans with.
That's right.
Adam Schiff called you, me, and 80 million Americans a mass murderer.
Antoinette, thanks so much for your question, especially from California.
Stay away from San Francisco and L.A., but we love everybody in California just the same.
Thanks, everybody.
We'll be right back with, I think, I think they're going to let me on for another hour.
It's crazy, but it might happen.
Stay tuned.
Thank you.
Thank you, everybody.
Thanks, Seb.
Remember, call in 833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
We're going to be taking your questions live during this next segment for sure.
I know we've got a few people on deck.
I just want to tell you something that's near and dear to me.
People ask me what I'm doing a lot now, and what consumes a lot of my life is this thing called The Cash Foundation.
It's thecashfoundation.com.
And it's not a plea for money.
We're out there raising money on our own.
Here's the cool thing that we're doing.
We're cutting checks to whistleblowers, actual whistleblowers, you know, like the types of folks that we talked about today.
And of course, the left is lambasting us for financially helping people who are unlawfully retaliated against for exposing waste, fraud and abuse.
We're helping certain January 6 families who are in financial assistance that need either tuition assistance payments, maybe mortgages, maybe rents.
We're doing education camps.
We just thought that with the microphone that we have, it might as well be a good idea to start a 501c3.
I'm sure now Congress is going to come after me for, you know, having the audacity to raise money and give it away.
But the cashfoundation.com is where that lives.
You can check it out.
We've got great swag.
Go.
We have literally the best swag there is.
Sorry, Seb.
And I send it all to Seb.
Go to the Cash Shop at thecashfoundation.com and check out the hoodies, the t-shirts, the deck of cards.
Yes, we have a Durham deck of cards and another deck of cards coming up.
Government gangsters.
Wait till you see who makes this artistic debut.
Adam Schiff and a watermelon head may or may not be on one of them.
And the great thing is all the money from all that stuff Goes to the foundation and we get it right back out the door.
None of the board members have salaries or anything like that.
And the lawyers always want me to say.
The opinions I share are my own and are not reflective of the cash foundation, but go to the cash foundation.com and check us out.
Okay.
Let's go to the callers because those are always the most fun people to talk to.
And they've had some great questions today.
Let's go to Matt from North Carolina.
Hello, Mr. Patel.
Hey, how are you?
I got you loud and clear, sir.
Oh, thank you.
As I told Seb, Sebastian Gorka, a few years ago, or a year and a half, I said, why can't we invoke the 25th Amendment and get Biden out of office?
And he said it's not as easy as you think.
He's right.
It's not as easy as you think.
And by the time you've figured out that entire rigmarole, we're going to be at the next election anyway come November 2024.
And so my advice to you and anyone else on that front is let's utilize all the ammunition we would to prepare such a move on the 25th Amendment and use it to get him out of office, whether it's his policy on national security, economy, drugs, the border, health care, economy, drugs, the border, health care, education.
I seriously challenge anyone out there on the radical left to come and tell me what policy he has that has bettered this country than the four years in the Trump administration.
And I think that's what we need to stay focused on, Matt.
I know we've got other callers on the line.
How about Elizabeth from L.A.?
L.A.?
Really?
Let's do that one.
I'm from LA.
Wow.
Yeah, I'm from LA.
And it's much redder here than people remember.
Reagan and Nixon were from California, Southern California.
Everybody's asking us who's America first, who's a true citizen, what leadership and also those who are sub-leadership within America first.
What are they doing that will actually put these people behind bars regarding becoming, you know, traitors, committing sedition and high treason?
Because if we don't take care of this, we're going in circles.
And everybody who is grassroots America first is wondering why this hasn't been really addressed by maybe yourself.
Maybe you have addressed it, but we're working.
We're not always in front of our computer screens.
Okay, so I'll let you answer.
What constitutional measures are being done right now to put people who have committed treason In the public eye and on the world stage and dealing with that.
So you're asking, Elizabeth, you're asking for accountability, which is what we and so many Americans are asking for around this country.
And the way we get accountability, and I wish it was an easier step, but we don't have the DOJ and FBI right now, meaning we don't have the executive branch.
What we have is Congress and brave guys like Chairman Jim Jordan, who was on the show earlier, showing you decisively how you get actual accountability.
And I know you want it in the form of arrests and handcuffs and jail time, but we don't have that luxury because we lost the last election.
So we have to build to win the next one.
So we have the opportunity to punish the people who broke the laws.
But when you have a monumental breakthrough like Jim Jordan asking a Central Intelligence Agency deputy director under oath that he essentially lied to get a president elected and literally rigged a presidential election.
Let me just break this one down.
I want to spend a moment on this.
Michael Morrell, the former acting director of the CIA, not participated in one presidential rigging, not two, but three.
Michael Morrell, a senior fellow, a senior intelligence officer at the CIA in the Obama administration, came in during Benghazi and deleted the references to Al Qaeda after a consulate was burned down and Americans were televised.
Tragically murdered there because they didn't want the actual evidence out there for the American electorate to see that it was a terrorist attack.
And of course, you remember Susan Rice going out there and trumpeting that fake narrative that Al Qaeda had somehow nothing to do with it.
That was Michael Morrell.
Number two, when he came in as acting CIA director and he was the first one in 2016 to say what?
Trump is a Russian asset.
And immediately thereafter, Politico came in and said, Trump is a Russian asset or the like, rigging a presidential election as a senior intelligence officer.
And if that weren't enough, when Joe Biden was running against Donald Trump and the New York Post put that story about Hunter Biden and his laptop, and they were banned from big tech and Twitter because they said it was Russian disinformation.
Do you know why they said that?
Because, thank you Jim Jordan and company, Tony Blinken, then senior advisor to the Biden campaign, called Mike Morrell, former CIA director, and said, don't believe me, believe the letter we put up earlier and the sworn testimony of Mr. Morrell himself, that he was triggered by Blinken to write that 51-person intel letter.
He knew it was false, that the information on Hunter Biden's laptop was not Russian disinformation.
And he wrote it anyway, weeks before a presidential election.
So this individual single-handedly rigged three presidential elections.
I want accountability, not just on him, but so that it never happens again.
And the only way we do that is by educating the American public day in and day out on these types of investigations in the halls of Congress, by reminding our members of Congress that this is the stuff we care about.
This stuff.
And by remembering and reminding our larger conservative base that unless we band together around these types of accountability measures, we will not win the next election if we bicker about the minor 5% instead of coming together on the bigger 95%.
Thanks so much for your question.
Let's go to Mike from Detroit Rock City.
Oh yeah, yeah.
You know, when you were talking about these bureaucracies that are out of control, I was watching the House hearings with this head of the AFT, you know, and they couldn't get a straight answer out of it, just like the rest of the people in this administration.
But I had heard her in other venues just really spewing hatred about family values and even about parents, and this is a teacher, and she kept throwing out this book banning thing, and our great leader Biden in his Gettysburg Address kept using that distraction too.
But the books that they want banned are basically child pornography, gender-bending child pornography, you know, pedophile grooming.
And it's just mind-boggling, but they also diverted millions of dollars.
Sir, what's your question?
Sorry, we're running out of time.
Oh, yeah.
Do you think this is a new brand of Marxism that they're using instead of class warfare?
Well, however you define their tactics of the radical left, whether you call it Marxism or socialism or communism, it's not their new brand of anything.
It's their new label on disinformation campaigns.
And they keep coming up with a new verbiage to roll out its next iteration, whether it's Russiagate or what you're talking about in schools and education platforms, or whether it's how Joe Biden fails on the global stage, or whether it's how China and the CCP are kicking our butt and about to replace the petrodollar with the petroyuan.
And the media comes in and plays the biggest co-conspirator role in the degradation of the United States Republic than any single member of Congress could do alone.
That's right.
The media, to me, is the biggest culprit.
And so what we have to remind folks out there day in and day out Is that whatever label we put on it, and whoever the author is, they can't do it without CNN.
They can't do it without MSNBC.
They can't do it without the lies spewing out of the White House podium, whether it's on Afghanistan, or whether it's on China.
Or whether it's on what's happening now in the Sudan, which we haven't really touched about, but they're on the verge of another war down there, because Joe Biden does not have the diplomatic wasta overseas to even uphold a simple ceasefire.
How many thousands of Americans did he leave out there in Sudan?
I think the last count was 14,000.
And they will champion this as another victory to say, oh, we've gotten most of the Americans out like they did in Afghanistan.
Don't fall for the false labels.
Make sure you do the one thing that matters and get the truth and put that out there.
Not the hyperbole.
Don't fall into the trap the radical left wants you.
Focus on winning, on what counts the most, which is saving our nation and securing our national security.
We'll see you on the other side of this break.
Do you want it coming?
There's a funny clip of Trump at the rally.
Yeah.
He talks about, he's got a major announcement, says he's retiring the name Crooked Hillary and changing it to Crooked Joe Biden.
Yeah, yeah, let's do that.
That's good.
All right, I'm getting it now.
You just want to roll in with it after the break?
Remind me, after the break, is it?
Lee, but we can just come in with it.
We'll play the clip.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.
Is Lee on?
I'm dialing him now.
That's what we call in radio terminology-- Lee!
There he is.
Hey buddy, mics are on, but we're not on air yet, if that makes sense.
So people on Rumble can hear us, but not, uh, not the world.
Hello, Rumble.
Thanks, man.
I appreciate you doing this.
This is cool.
It's a, it's a, it's a historical moment.
I'm honored that you've asked me to participate.
I feel like, I feel like it's not quite as big as the moon, even though maybe that didn't happen.
But this is happening.
This is real.
We're doing it, man.
But here's the thing, Lee.
It's all your fault.
Does everyone know that I would be living a nice, quiet life if it wasn't for Lee Smith and Devin Nunes?
I think most people find that unlikely.
I think most people are not going to believe it.
Lee is one of my favorite human beings.
Rumble Chat, I want you to send out a message to everyone that's listening that if they have not bought and read The Plot Against the President and The Permanent Coup, two of the best books ever written in modern history by Lee Smith, that's your homework assignment.
Because if you don't understand that, you have no idea what we've been talking about for these last six or seven years.
And the only reason we have a legible form of that is because Lee Had the crazy idea to write the story.
And, uh, it's just been a, it's been a wild ride ever since.
And most people don't know this, but Lee's like, Lee and I are dear friends.
I'm sad that he's so far away from me now, but he made the right move for his family.
How is the Ogster?
He's doing well.
He's, uh, he's, uh, he's getting bigger.
He's talking a lot, knows a lot of words.
Uh, he's, he's running around.
So I'm, you know, I'm staying in shape just by chasing, uh, We're very excited.
His grandmother is coming to stay with us.
She's coming all the way from England, so we're very happy about that.
When's she coming to Helping Hand?
Well, I'm going to go pick her up at the airport tonight.
Oh!
I don't want to keep you from her.
Thanks for cutting us in, man.
I appreciate it.
She's going to be coming in in a few hours, so plenty of time.
She'll be happy to hear that I was speaking with you.
She'll be honored and flattered.
Please tell her I said hello.
She's a big fan of yours.
She's a big fan of Devin's.
You know, she's very...
She's gotten a huge kick out of all of this, too.
She's great.
No, please give her my regards, and Catherine as well.
Miss you guys.
I wish you guys were... People don't know this, but Lee and I would scheme at his brilliant pad in DC when we wanted to attack the communists with our minds, and he would make these amazing meals.
36.
And then Devin would come over with his wine, which people were asking about on the show, by the way, and we'd have some... Man, we had some fun, Lee.
I miss those days.
I remember one particular moment we were there on the deck.
Are people listening?
Yeah.
No, you're all good.
Ten seconds.
Okay.
Mic's off.
Oh yeah, we're coming in with the Trump cut.
cash this is going to be a major announcement Are you ready?
Is everybody ready?
I will be retiring the name Crooked from Hillary Clinton and her moniker.
And I'm going to give her a new name.
I don't know, like maybe lovely Hillary or beautiful Hillary.
But I'm going to retire the name Crooked so that we can use the name for Joe Biden because he'll be known from now on as Crooked Joe Biden.
You would think that Hillary would be very happy today.
She'll be.
I think she'll be.
She's out there someplace celebrating because there's never been anyone in the history of American politics so crooked or dishonest as Joe Biden.
Wow.
Welcome back, everybody.
With an intro like that, there can really only be one guest to bring in.
And I'm so honored to have my dear friend, Lee Smith.
And I have a homework assignment.
I'm actually going to say something on air that's probably going to get me kicked off air after my first time.
But if you haven't read the greatest book in modern history, The Plot Against the President, And it's sequel, The Permanent Coup by Lee Smith.
Then turn this show off because you have not been following history.
And it is the center pivotal point.
Lee Smith, welcome to the show.
All roads lead to Russiagate.
Lee Smith is the best of this entire saga.
Well, let's start with President Trump.
What do you think?
Should he retire the moniker?
Well, first of all, what we should start is, again, I'm honored to be here.
On this historic day, Cash's first radio show, and I can see in 30 years, everyone's going to be telling their grandchildren about this.
Yeah, I remember that, actually.
It was weird.
I mean, you know, I think he's got to come up with another nickname.
He's going to retire the nickname Corrupt Hillary.
Right.
You know, we got to get something else.
So, you know, maybe that's maybe that's something you should do.
You should poll audience members and see what would be a good a good nickname for Hillary now that he's retired corrupt, now that the president's retired corrupt for her.
And applying it to Joe Biden, so... Well, there you go.
Our Rumble audience has homework to do.
We'll throw it out there.
What nickname should President Trump give Joe Biden?
Courtesy of... No, no, no.
To Hillary Clinton.
Oh, to Hillary Clinton.
Sorry, sorry, sorry.
Yeah, right, right, right.
Sorry.
To Hillary Clinton.
What does she get now?
Lee Smith's idea.
I love this idea.
So, Lee, honestly, you're one of the best investigative journalists and authors in modern history.
You're a dear friend.
And where Lee Smith goes from an investigative standpoint is really where people should follow.
So one of the questions I have for you is, I know you and I always kind of joke about all roads lead back to Russiagate, but they kind of do.
But where do you think the focal point of the next serious investigation should be for Americans to pay attention to going into this next presidential election?
Well, you know me, I think January 6th is pretty important.
Right, we kid around and say all roads lead to Russiagate, but in fact, one of the things that you did, and that Devin Nunes did, and then also Amanda Milius did in her awesome documentary, The Plot Against the President, was to show that this is the basic template.
This is the left's formula right now.
It's amazing how many times Adam Schiff is in the middle of this.
Donald Trump, but Donald Trump supporters.
And if you look, you see the you see the same pattern of personnel, right?
You see past and present intelligence officials.
You see political operatives.
It's amazing how many times Adam Schiff is in the middle of this.
And you see and you see the media.
Right.
So we even see this.
If you look closely enough, you'll even see this.
And what's going on right now with the Tucker Carlson story, the same players are always going to be involved.
So that's why I think that you and I can't.
Keep encouraging people to understand what happened with Russiagate.
And, you know, Cash, because of you and Devin and, you know, and people and journalists like Seb Gorka, there's others, John Solomon, whom I think you're having on today, if you already didn't have him on.
But, you know, Molly Hemingway, a whole bunch of people who put out this news and they explain to American audiences What was going on with Russiagate?
Then when other things happened, whether the impeachment and Ukrainegate, whether it was the Russian bounty story, all of these nonsensical stories, people understood because it was explained to them.
They understood the basic pattern.
So those in your audience who don't understand the basic pattern, it really is important because, again, they're not just going after Donald Trump and his aides like, you know, like Like General Flynn, right?
They're going after Donald Trump supporters, Donald Trump voters.
And that's why I think January 6th is so important.
So let's stay on January 6th.
And I agree with you.
We don't know nearly the amount of information we should know.
Who was involved from the FBI or other U.S.
agencies?
What evidence have they withheld?
Is Kevin McCarthy going to release the rest of the footage as he's promised?
What would you say to the American people?
There's so many things to focus on on an investigation of that size.
But with your background and experience and your ability to sort of narrow that lens and say, OK, these are maybe the one or two, three lines of effort on January 6th that we, the Congress or whoever, needs to focus on.
What would you say, Lee?
Well, Cash, one of the biggest things I think is that, you know, this is something, but when you were, you know, when you were on the committee and you weren't really a public face yet, you became a public face after you left the House Intelligence Committee.
But Devin Nunes is out there every night talking about it on Fox News, explaining to people what was going on.
So while you guys were also getting documents, while you were piecing together the story, You were also telling the story.
And that's a really important aspect here.
Americans need to know what happened.
What's the basic story?
And it's only come out thanks to great people like Julie Kelly and Darren Beattie.
And that's really what we need.
We need a full press here to tell this story.
And this is one of the things that we were hoping from our, you know, from our Republican led house, that there would be That there would be an explanation of the corruption of corrupt Joe Biden, the corruption of the first family, the corruption of the administration.
Look at the news that we have this week, right?
Anthony Blinken, that Anthony Blinken as a Biden campaign advisor, he was the one who set it up.
Exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
Deputy CIA Director Mike Morrell to get 51 of their former colleagues to write this letter.
It's their version of the Steele dossier maneuver, right?
Exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
People need to understand, not only understand the basic template, we need leaders going out there and telling the story.
And it can't just be journalists.
It has to be journalists.
Someone's got to pick up the mantle the way that Devin did when he was head of House Intelligence Committee, the way that you did after you left the committee and you became a public figure speaking out about this, explaining what was going on.
That's what we need.
We need people out there Telling the story demanding answers because without that and look Tucker Carlson is a Huge loss at least temporarily everyone believes and we certainly hope that he'll be back soon But right now he was one of the few people who was out there talking about January 6 Demanding answers about this if we don't have people talking about this and look a very important thing to keep in mind is that
It's January 6th defendants, Trump supporters, but also Cash, as you know.
I mean, they're looking to roll up Donald Trump on January 6th as well.
This is what the special counsel is looking at, right?
You're right.
And you know what, Lee, that's a great point.
There's 200 plus members on the House side of the Republican Party.
Any one of them could be the next version of Devin Nunes on this January 6th, March.
I completely agree with you.
The information is what they owe us, and they have to figure out a way to get it.
Lee Smith, everybody, go get his book.
Follow him on social media.
Read everything that man writes, because it is the playbook.
Thank you, Lee.
Our mics are on Rumble, but they're not on like whatever.
Yeah, just rumble.
One more segment.
Oh, sweet.
OK, sorry, Lee.
I don't know what I'm doing here.
I thought I only had you for once.
I was, like, trying to say goodbye to you.
But no, we get to bring you back.
So what I was going to say, since we have a rumble audience... Yeah!
I was going to say, thanks to the encouragement of former House Intelligence Committee Chair, now CEO of Truth Social, I'm going to be starting my own locals community.
Starting my own local community.
Got a piece going up, I hope, tomorrow.
Gonna be having all sorts of clips from my Epoch show.
A lot of articles.
We're gonna announce that when we come back!
So how does a local community get on?
I'm hopeful that you and Devin will help promote that.
I'm going to be doing more stuff on Rumble, even though, you know, it's not my video.
So what do we say?
What do I say?
Like, follow Lee Smith on Locals, on Rumble?
Look out.
Yeah, look out.
I've already got my page up.
And again, I hope to be having a big piece tomorrow.
But look out for lots of stuff.
I'm thrilled to be working with, you know, With the free speech side of America.
Does the locals page have like a name?
Is it LeeSmith.locals?
Just Lee Smith, yes.
And it's got a picture we're going to be changing.
The picture it has right now, make it look like I have a toupee.
I have one on here.
It's bizarre.
I can't believe that I didn't veto that picture when they first started using it.
It's terrible.
Everyone on Rumble right now, go to Lee Smith's local page and push it out.
Put it out on all the social media platforms and tell them to watch that, because that is exciting.
I didn't know you were doing that.
That's going to be awesome.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm going to be pushing that stuff all the time, and I'm very excited about it.
You know, because there's times all the time where I'm thinking, You know, I can't get an assignment for this and something I really want to write about.
It might just be a short thing.
I'm like, you know, I see what's going on here.
I want to put out this information and have people know what's going on.
And Locals is a terrific venue.
Boy, the people who run it.
The people in charge, I've been talking to them the last couple days.
Awesome people.
Oh, okay.
I couldn't be more thrilled.
Well, that's another application that Rumble's got going on out there.
Yeah.
So that's exciting.
So you could just put out stuff whenever you want.
That's pretty sweet.
I'm fired up.
Lee, are you able to talk a little bit about your next project?
Or that's still not really?
You know what?
I think we should... Let's talk about it a little bit.
Let's talk about it a little.
Say, here's what I want to do.
Here's the next book project that I'm thinking about.
Only if you want.
It doesn't matter to me.
I do want to talk about it.
Plans are coming together for this to happen.
It's going to happen, I'm pretty sure.
It's an important thing.
Let's talk about that.
The whole thing right now, the core of the struggle, it's not about the bureaucracies, it's not about the intelligence services, it's about the communications infrastructure.
And that's why what Truth and Rumble and Locals are doing is so important.
And look, we see what happened.
I mean, again, they moved Tucker off of Fox.
I mean, we got to come back in 10 seconds, but do you think anybody else is getting axed at Fox?
Yeah.
Ten seconds, mic's off.
All right, coming back.
Welcome to America First with our guest host, former Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, Kash Patel.
Hey, everybody.
Welcome back.
I did a premature radio goof.
I thought I only had my friend Lee for one segment, but we got him for two.
So he's back, and I want to announce that Lee is launching his Locals page on Rumble.
So go to Rumble, check out Lee Smith's Locals page, and what it enables him to do is publish information that we so desperately need.
Lee, you want to give him a quick summary of people who don't know what Rumble and Locals is, maybe, and what you're going to be doing there?
Yeah.
I mean, Locals has what they call Locals Community.
And what you do is you, you know, different people like there are the whole bunch of different people on whether it's Scott, Scott Adams is on there, Glenn Greenwald.
I believe Kimberly Guilfoyle also has a locals community.
So it's just a collection of really impressive people and it's not partisan.
It's they believe in free speech.
You get to say the important things you want to put out there.
And I should have a piece drop in there tomorrow.
I've set up a page.
We're all excited, ready to go.
Hope all of you will sign up, and again, it should be dropped tomorrow, and I'll be on there regularly, writing all sorts of articles regularly, and we'll do some video as well, so it's going to be a lot of fun.
So speaking of things that are upcoming, like your Locals page, I know you never stop writing, you're always thinking about your next project, And invariably it involves national security and how you strengthen America.
And, you know, I know it's not it's not entirely pre-baked yet, but is there anything you want to tell the audience about what is going on in Lee Smith's head right now when it comes to what's next?
Well, there's a very important story to tell.
And actually, you know, Rumble and Truth Social and you and Devin Nunes are in the middle of it again.
You know, Plot Against the President is about what the national security apparatus and the press and political operatives, we talked before about Plot Against the President, how they were looking to delegitimize with the ultimate goal of pushing Donald Trump out of office, right?
They've moved the same operations, the same people, they've moved it now to the internet.
So big tech, they've joined hands with big tech.
And this, from my perspective, this is the key struggle right now.
It's about the communications infrastructure.
Who owns the communications infrastructure?
It's not primarily about the intelligence services.
It's not primarily about political operatives, though, again, they're part of the mix.
The big thing is getting is controlling the information, controlling the information that's going out there, controlling the communications infrastructure.
And we see how vulnerable we are.
Opponents.
of this insane regime, dissident voices, how vulnerable we are to the mainstream press and how they can shut us down, how they've managed to censor important voices.
I mean, look, I mean, I believe that you went through something with with Plot Against the King.
Yeah.
Right.
I mean, they targeted your book.
We see what they've done to Tucker.
So it's not just banishing people from Twitter.
Right.
It's not just shutting down someone's Facebook account.
This has to do with communications at large.
First of all, how do we talk to each other?
How do we express ideas?
How do we explain things that are happening?
Right?
The effort is to cut us off, not just to censor us, not just to spy on us, not just to push propaganda.
Is one of the things that you're going to discuss, and I know I believe this, but maybe you do as well.
I don't think there is a deep state without these operators that you're talking about on the outside in big tech.
Totally.
Do you agree with that or disagree with that?
Absolutely.
These guys are capable of doing a lot of bad things, as you've described better than anyone, with the different programs that they're abusing, the programs that were designed to keep Americans safe from terror.
from genuinely hostile nation states, and they've abused these programs and turned them against American citizens.
But what we saw, what we've seen during Russiagate, right, and what we see at the present, the essential ingredients of this are the media and big tech.
Big tech working through the social media platforms.
But that's essential.
So I'm plotting out, working on What in some ways is a sequel to the story we started to tell with plot against the president, and that is the biggest political scandal in U.S. history.
And that operation, that campaign against the American public continues.
The venue has shifted, but we see a lot of the same bad guys and we see a lot of the same good guys.
And again, the work that you and Devin and others have been doing.
Look, there's a whole bunch of other people who've been doing really important work on this.
Chris Pavlovsky at Rumble.
I mean, just the sheer number of people who understand the threats And it's not easy to undertake these enterprises to create free speech platforms.
You know, I'm excited for this because I don't think America realizes the power of big tech, the power of government to seed these government gangsters in big tech.
James Baker from the FBI to Twitter, just to name one.
But I'm excited for Lee's new book.
Please get Lee's books, The Plot Against the President, Permanent Coup, follow him on Locals, coming out soon.
And we'll see you tomorrow.
Lee, thank you!
It's an honor to be on.
Thanks, man.
I really appreciate you doing that.
That was great fun.
Thanks, man.
Thanks for asking me about the book and the Locals thing.
That was cool.
Yeah, say hi to the fam.
I will, man.
Take care.
Bye.
Alright, so we have... what's next?
So he's the man.
How long?
This is an eight minute segment.
And then we're sort of done?
Yeah, then we got that super short segment, and then we are done.
Got it.
Okay.
Then we're done-zo.
So Rumble, it's your last opportunity.
Besides grape juice questions, what do you want me to ask Devin Nunes?
We do have a question here from a regular in the chat, Robbity Bob, who asks, why can't I still get Truth Social in Australia?
You just got to use your desktop.
You should be able to.
Desktop?
Yeah.
I don't know that it's on the mobile machines yet.
Devin wouldn't know that answer.
But it's definitely on your desktop.
If not, King Charles may have shut it down.
KSantos414 asks a question I've actually heard Devon answer before.
How does he feel about term limits in Congress?
Oh, ah, woo, let's ask him!
Yeah!
I attended a fundraiser with him back in California way back when, in like 2014, I think, or 2018, I think.
What'd he say?
I remember it was he and then Congressman Valadao were both asked the same question.
I think Valadao was against it.
He's like, oh, because then all you do is, you know, you have all these staffers who are just in and out, like, when they're meant to be on Capitol Hill for so long.
And Devin, he told me, or he didn't answer the question in front of like everyone.
I think it was a private answer he told me, but, and maybe his mind has changed since then.
No, that's a good, but that's, yeah, let's, let's, let's talk about it.
I mean, he's out now.
He's not, you know, he's not running for office unless he is going to make an announcement today, but I don't think so.
And then one more also for Devin from Sheila P1.
Ask Devin who he thinks President Trump should tap for his vice president.
Oof.
He's already endured so much.
My pick, my personal pick has got to be Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson out of North Carolina.
Oh, yeah.
I hear a lot of action around that one.
I think he's great.
That speech he gave in that church.
It's so good.
It's so simple.
It's just like, ah, that works, doesn't it?
Yeah.
He's from a crucial state.
That's important.
Yeah.
No, it's fun.
So he's going to be on, right?
It should be this segment.
Yeah.
We're working on dialing him up now via Skype.
Oh, he's going to be video too.
Okay.
Got it.
We're trying for that.
Okay.
If not, I'll yell at Mateus.
One minute.
If he doesn't connect right away, we have a caller on the line, too.
too.
Yeah, no problem.
All right.
20 seconds.
Mic's off. Ten seconds. Ten seconds.
Welcome to America First with our guest host, former chief of staff of the Pentagon, Kash Patel.
All right.
Welcome back.
As we close out my first ever radio show, probably my last with all the FEC fines we've racked up.
But the next guest, my dear friend, former boss, mentor, needs no introduction.
I think we have him on the line.
Devin Nunes, the CEO of Truth Social.
Did you ever think you would see this day?
Well, not only that, but there's something you don't know.
I was just on with Dr. Gorka yesterday and last night, and suddenly he's disappeared, and you replaced him quietly in the dark of night.
I don't know where the hell he's at, what happened, but It looks like a deep state move by you, Cash.
Deep state coup, that's what we do.
I mean, we had a lot of fun talking about Fang Fang and Schiff.
We'll skip that one.
You mean Yum Yum?
Yum Yum, yeah, right.
Sorry, I can't keep track of it.
Is Yum Yum maybe her first name that we didn't know about that Congressman Troy Nels, you know, they must have figured that out.
I don't know, but I figure like you, you know, no one told you.
You didn't get that at a Gang of Eight briefing when you were chairman?
That her name was Yum Yum Thing Thing?
It didn't come out?
That was a wild exchange yesterday.
I don't know if you guys have... Yeah, we talked about it.
So, you know, first of all, it's really cool to have you on.
Thanks for taking the time to chat with us.
We've been talking a lot about Truth Social and Rumble and, you know, how you guys have been single-handedly trying to save free speech platforms across this country.
But when you hear things like that exchange between Troy Nels and Swalwell, You being a former, you know, 19 year veteran of the United States Congress and chairman, what does that make you think of the state of how our House of Representatives and Congress is viewed in right now?
Well, look, it's a typical Swalwell.
This is what these guys always did.
He, if you watched before that, a lot of people only saw that kind of 30 second clip, but it actually is preceded by Swalwell essentially accusing the witness of crimes.
Oh.
Matter of fact, he was going after her for January 6th and being a Trump supporter and all that sort of thing.
And the lady was there to talk about the crisis at the border.
Wow.
And, you know, as you and I both know, and this is this is the problem now moving forward for Republicans and conservatives, that if you go to Washington, D.C.
Don't protest your government because it's illegal for you.
I mean, that's the chilling message that they've been sending.
And I think that a lot of people have made the mistake of falling into this narrative that somehow all of January 6th was wrong, that Donald Trump couldn't hold a rally on the White House grounds or the grounds of the mall.
and that people couldn't march over to the Capitol, as if something is wrong with that.
Every single day that I was in Congress, you had multiple protests going on, including almost daily at the Supreme Court.
And you know what?
Most of the time, all of these protests, I would say 80 to 95 percent of them, are being done by people who are of the left and being supported by left-wing groups.
And they're there every single day, 365 days a year.
I even remember, Keshe, I don't know if you were working in the Congress at the time, But they came into the Capitol under the dome and they all chained themselves together and we had to shut down the entire Capitol complex because of these morons.
So this was not something new.
And look, I don't condone it, nor do you.
You know, I've always said that anybody who broke the windows, you know, that's way wrong, should not have been doing that.
But if you were, there's so many people that are being prosecuted that never even entered the Capitol.
It's crazy.
And it is perfectly fine for anyone, you don't even have to be a US citizen, to go to the United States Capitol and hold up a sign and protest.
And, you know, as long as you don't go past the, you know, past the whatever the barrier of the day is, and those barriers move, you know, sometimes you can, you know, most people on most days, you can walk right up to the steps of the United States Capitol.
You can't enter in the doors.
You can't go break a window.
So those people, they were allowed to do that that day.
The problem was is that some of them went and then broke windows and broke into the Capitol, which is clearly a problem.
And I think the – my concern is is that they don't have – still, I think Julie Kelly has said they've only put one person so far that happens to be somebody left-wing, I guess, into jail for breaking a window.
Well, that doesn't surprise me.
I mean it's just – it's what Lee Smith was on earlier.
He was talking about one of the lines of effort he'd like to see more focused on is the January 6th stuff, which you were talking about.
But from a congressional standpoint, Devin, you know how hard it is just to do one congressional investigation in this type of environment when you're taking on big tech media and your government.
So do you think this Congress has the bandwidth or the ability to take that investigation forward and see who is actually involved in January 6th from a government perspective, what monies and taxpayer dollars were utilized and the underlying information that we know exists, you know exists and it's being hidden.
Do you think we'll see that?
If so, how does one even as a congressman come to get that information for themselves?
Well, as I understand it, there is a committee under, I think it's House Admin, that's actually looking into January 6th, and they're the ones that have the videotapes of the Capitol, and they're trying to figure out a way to get them out.
I mean, obviously, with Tucker now being booted off the air, I think a lot of people are now worried, you know, what's happened to those tapes?
Is there going to be any more information that comes out?
Clearly, it's not going to come out on Fox now.
Right.
So where is it going to come out at?
Wow.
Yeah.
So hopefully we see that.
I know Speaker McCarthy promised the, uh, most of the footage, so we'll get there, but I promised the audience we'd have a little fun.
And, um, I think some of the people on rumble, uh, rumble chat have, uh, found out that you are a wine enthusiast.
Uh, most people don't know that, but, uh, we were having some fun on that, but they don't know where to get your wine.
Uh, so why don't you tell them a little bit about where to get your wine and maybe give them a discount code?
Well, so.
There's a lot of fake news surrounding this.
Unfortunately, the first winery that I was a founder in, just a founding partner, a limited partner, I don't know, almost 20 years ago, during the Russia hoax, they actually got accused of selling rind to Russia, which was totally ridiculous.
that actually was the founder of the company.
He named a boat after it, gave it up to a charity.
And then anyway, that ended up somehow being something to do with me and prostitutes and cocaine.
I mean, just all kinds of crazy stuff that the fake news narrative put out, which it was defamatory not only to me and slanderous, but also to my friend, because it was just something that he had donated for something.
And we never even knew the details of the whole situation, but that's the problem.
Where do they go to get Devin Nunes wine?
That's what they want to know.
Well, what I'm doing is I'm putting together, I'm making my own wine right now.
It's a prototype, so stay tuned.
I'm going to put it on True Social.
There you go.
It's not ready yet.
We're going to be bottling it soon.
It's in the barrel right now.
You're aging it yourself.
Devin Nunes, dear friend, mentor, chairman, Truth Social CEO.
Thanks so much for spending time on what will likely be my first and last radio broadcast.
Thank you.
I appreciate that, man. - Oh.
OK.
Hey, I thought we were... Is it over?
Are we doing two?
I don't even know.
That was the D segment.
We've got four minutes left.
Oh, yeah.
Sorry, man.
They said you had to be out at 55.
Is that true?
Yeah.
If you need to go, we're asking you, Dave.
Oh, no, no.
I'm good.
I'm good.
Yeah, no.
I just have to be out by 3.
I've got to go pick up my kids, and then I've got to get back here.
I have an echo coming through.
I don't know if that's... That's because our mics are on during the break.
Yeah, it's just our mics are on so people on Rumble can hear us.
I've been talking about the Rumble audience and building up stuff with them.
Apparently, you can leave the mics on so they can hear and it's kind of cool because there's a few thousand people milling around there during the broadcast.
Cash, for the Uber, are you going to the same place?
Yeah, same place.
Devin, when are you back down?
Are you in Florida?
Yeah, I'm in California now, but I'm headed to Florida next week, looking forward to it.
Some of our former staff, Cash, are sending me pictures of you and I right now, so they're watching.
Oh man, I gotta look good.
Some of the fellow guys that we worked with.
Oh, that's funny.
Oh, and you guys should have gotten a care package at TruthSocial headquarters from an individual who started a business on TruthSocial about building fire pits, personalized fire pits.
Oh yeah, I saw that and we did get it.
And we also have, um, I think Ted Nugent I saw was posting that on TruthSocial.
Yeah.
So just, uh, another good thing that TruthSocial has done, uh, create small businesses for, uh, for, for Americans to enjoy.
One minute.
Uh, So the people on Rumble get to hear us just BS-ing right now.
Yeah.
It's kind of fun.
About random stuff.
That's what, and we talked about Pawlowski a little bit, you know, we talked about locals.
Uh, I didn't, you know, give people a bigger explanation of what that is.
Yeah.
Well, look, it's, uh, just building out these platforms is so important.
We all have to, those of us that are standing up for free speech have to all, all hang together or we all hang separately because we get attacked if it's not bots.
Then it's fake news, or it's fake news and bots all on the same day, or it's lots of people trying to cause problems for these small startup companies.
Yeah, it's a problem.
OK, I think we're back in 20 seconds.
20 seconds.
Final segment here, 3 minutes 50 seconds.
Woo!
Devin, I'm going to ask you a serious question and a fun question in the last, you know.
OK.
We didn't get to finish wine.
Oh, we could jump back to that too.
10 seconds.
10 seconds, mics off.
You're listening to America First with guest host Cash Patel, former acting director of National Intelligence.
We still have with us Devin Nunes, former congressman, chairman, CEO of Truth Social.
And what I've learned over the years with many dinners with Devin is you cannot cut off a wine connoisseur about conversation about wine.
So Devin, where we left it with your wine coming up.
That's, that's exactly right.
You know, I'm like the Forrest Gump or Bubba Gump from Forrest Gump when it comes to, you remember that character?
He was always talking about shrimp.
That's hilarious.
That's me about wine.
But no, what I was going to say is, is that I've been working on this project for many, many years and it's, it's actually Portuguese varietals growing on the central coast of California.
So a lot of people know Napa Sonoma.
The central coast is kind of a growing area.
It goes from, a lot of people have heard of Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo.
And so, I've been messing around with that.
I was going to actually start this in 2017, and then, you know, the Russia craziness... Russia gate got in the way?
You being Putin's asset?
That's right, that's right.
But anyway, it is something of interest to me.
I think that these varietals will do well on the central coast of California.
And so far, they look good.
They're in the barrel.
I'm going to be putting them in the bottle, and then I'll let everybody know about it.
Oh yeah, please let us know.
That's awesome.
I want one of those bottles.
What the hell happened to Dr. Gorka today, though?
That's what I'm concerned about.
Somehow, middle of the night, he disappeared, and then you appear on the show.
That's a classified piece of information.
We'll let it leak through the U.S.
government tomorrow, whatever's wrong with him.
We only have two minutes left, Evan.
You and I could talk forever.
I do want to leave it with a little bit of levity and a little bit of seriousness.
You know, 19 years in Congress, I know you told me, you know, you didn't expect to be in the role you're in now, but you did it for a purpose.
Sort of a serious and half serious.
Do you miss it?
Do you miss the camaraderie?
Do you miss what you were doing in Congress?
And do you like what you're doing now more?
And how about the staff?
Are they okay?
Well, the staff seem to be okay, because they're having fun watching us right now.
But I would just say this, that I didn't want to leave.
I didn't need a new job.
But the First Amendment is of vital importance.
And you know this with your background in intelligence and military.
What they effectively have done is they've taken out our communications architecture for people to be able to communicate with one another.
And actually, Tucker Carlson basically said the same thing last night.
But now, at the very end, he said something that was pretty profound, and I'll butcher it.
But essentially, They can't silence us anymore because of this ecosystem that's out there between rumble and true social.
So that means a lot to me because I just thought we can't win these battles, these battles for ideas, with the propaganda that's out there, if we don't have an open internet.
And that has only been created Actually, since October, because up until October in the United States, you couldn't even get TrueSocial from every platform.
And I think that TrueSocial, obviously working closely with Rumble.
Rumble has video and ad platform, plus everything else that they're doing.
Oh, and the cloud.
It's of vital importance to the future of our country.
You're right.
I think Tucker summed it up last night by saying they can't silence you if you speak the truth, which is what you've been doing your entire tenure in Congress, and now you're doing at Truth Social.
So the mission is so important.
Thanks for taking on that mantle when you didn't need to do it.
Congratulations on your first radio show, even though you had to disappear.
