Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Biden actually thinks he's running for the presidency
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
So, Tucker Carlson was sitting here two weeks ago interviewing Hugh.
He's gone.
What do you make of that?
Well, I'm shocked.
I'm surprised.
He's a very good person, a very good man and very talented, as you know, and he had very high ratings.
So we're just learning about it almost as we speak.
You know, I just said, wow, that was something.
That's a big one.
I don't know if it was voluntary or was it somebody fired.
But I think Tucker's been terrific.
He's been especially over the last year or so.
He's been terrific to me.
My Newsmax colleague, Greg Kelly, exclusive interview at Mar-a-Lago with President Trump.
We'll be sharing more of that with you later today.
Greetings, this is America First.
Another, another slow news day in America.
I jest, I jest.
So much to cover with you in the next three hours.
Can we cover a fraction of it?
Just a couple of things to tease you and make sure that you never leave this show.
You stay with us for the duration.
Are you surprised that Obama, George Bush, and Bill Clinton are working together in a new NGO to fly illegal immigrants to America?
I think that's the definition of the swamp.
The current senile incumbent of the White House has launched his campaign officially with a video.
We will share a clip of that.
The truth about what happened at Fox News Megyn Kelly has piled in, so has Bill O'Reilly.
We'll share with you what they had to say, especially about what Megyn thinks of the view and the cratering of that institution of American libation, that is Bud Light, the individuals responsible for the transgender Ad campaign are on leave, but what has happened to the sales of that seminal American product?
Well, I think you can guess.
We'll cover that and so much more.
Former Green Beret Jim Hansen will be in studio.
We'll talk to Lord Conrad Black about the presidential campaigns and a rather unbelievable story.
Miranda Devine of the New York Post and Fox News will be talking to us about her article.
Is Hunter Biden actually living in the White House to avoid the law?
All that and so much more.
Guarantee that you never miss a second of the show.
Right now!
Subscribe to the podcast so you never miss our one-on-ones.
Go to your favorite platform, whichever it is, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Itcher, I really don't care.
It's free to you.
But please leave us a five-star review in exchange and be sure to share the links with your friends.
Okay.
President Trump in Mar-a-Lago telling the truth about the state of the nation to my friend Greg Kelly.
Cut 13.
Play cut.
Who's running the country right now?
It doesn't seem to be Joe Biden.
Susan Rice, I hear, just left, but, you know, there are other people.
Who do you think is running the country?
I think it's a little group, a small group of people that are very smart, very radical left, probably Marxist, and they're running our country into the ground, and they're using law enforcement, and they're using the DOJ and the FBI as retribution.
Something that has never happened anywhere near what's going on right now.
What they're doing, in terms of DOJ, FBI, law enforcement to politics is nobody's ever seen anything like it.
I mean, there has never been.
This is Marxism.
This is communism.
What they're doing, if it doesn't stop.
I mean, look, our country's in serious trouble anyway.
But that is something, and that's the way they're going to try and win the elections, by the way, because they can't win.
They can't win the elections.
Their policies are horrible.
Nobody wants open borders.
Nobody wants 15 million people, because I really believe that's the real number.
By the end of this year, I believe we will let through, over a short period of time, 15 million, that's bigger than New York, 15 million people.
Nobody wants these things.
Nobody wants high taxes, high interest rates, high energy prices.
It had to be said, and he's right, who's running the country?
Radical leftists who are, quote, probably Marxists.
Now, if you've never lived in a communist country or a post-communist country or a banana republic, at first blush that can sound outre, hyperbolic.
No, how can that be?
Well, very easily.
Yesterday in the Rose Garden, the man who is the Chief Executive, who somehow became President, well, he had something to say about your child, your children.
Something that, in the past, Only members of the Third Reich, all members of a communist regime, and let's just remind the world what the name of the Nazi party was.
National Socialist German Workers' Party.
It was a socialist party.
The man who actually founded fascism based on the ancient fasces of Rome.
was a communist.
Mussolini actually invented fascism before Hitler.
Hitler was jealous of his power, but Mussolini was a socialist as well.
What did Joe Biden say about your children just yesterday?
Cut seven.
Rebecca put a teacher's creed into words when she said, there's no such thing as someone else's child.
No such thing as someone else's child.
Our nation's children are all our children.
Our nation's children are all our children.
No, they're not.
My children are my children.
Your children are your children.
The family is the building block of civilization.
It is the most sacred thing we have.
It is the most important thing after God.
Every child is a gift to their parents, created by their parents, and it is the parents who raise the children and imbue in them their values, not the state's values.
The state is man-made, the state is transitory, and the politics of the state are utterly transitory.
Unless you're living in a dictatorship, they change, or should, every four or eight years.
Your children aren't a hostage to the vagaries of politics that come and go, the rule of the mob or an elite that can put drop boxes in Democrat electoral districts.
No, no, no.
Your children are expression of you.
They're made in the image of God.
They don't belong to the government.
Well they do in communist nations, in fascist nations, in Maoist countries, that what you just heard from the current incumbent of the White House is straight out of the communist playbook.
Why should we be surprised?
Well let's play the quote-unquote re-election campaign video of Joe Biden.
Cut 15. Freedom.
Personal freedom is fundamental to who we are as Americans.
There's nothing more important, nothing more sacred.
That's been the work of my first term.
To fight for our democracy.
This shouldn't be a red or blue issue.
To protect our rights, to make sure that everyone in this country is treated equally and that everyone is given a fair shot at making it.
But you know, around the country, many extremists are lining up to take on those bedrock freedoms.
Cutting social security that you paid for your entire life while cutting taxes for the very wealthy.
Dictating what health care decisions women can make.
Banning books and telling people who they can love.
all I'm making it more difficult for you to be able to vote.
When I ran for president four years ago, I said we were in a battle for the soul of America.
And we still are.
The question we're facing is whether in the years ahead, we have more freedom or less freedom.
More rights or fewer.
I know what I want the answer to be, and I think you do too.
This is not a time to be complacent.
That's why I'm running for re-election.
The party that wants to make sure you can only drive an electric car, that you can't have a gas stove that locked up grandmothers for walking through the velvet ropes in the capital, they're lecturing you about liberty.
They're lying.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First. America First.
America First.
America First. America First.
No hate speech.
Just happy warriors on America First.
Not just happy warriors, but happy friends of Dr. G. Do you know what it's like?
Just imagine this, that you've got buddy after buddy who hears you introduce something on your show and they say, oh my gosh, I need that.
And then they try it out and they say, oh my gosh, Seb, I owe you so much.
Thank you!
It can be anything.
Relief factor, my pillow.
But you know the life-changing thing?
It's Dr. Ashley Lucas.
To have people like Stephen Turner say, Turley, come on the show.
Hear me pitch my PhD weight loss.
And he loses 50 pounds?
And then says, thanks to you.
Yeah, not thanks to me.
Thanks to the amazing team at my PhD weight loss.
I lost 42 pounds and I'm ecstatic.
My wife lost 36.
You, you, my friend, could be the next person.
Call them right now.
864-644-1900.
MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
That's 864-644-1900.
MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
41900 myphdweightloss.com that's 864-644-1900 myphdweightloss.com the other thing about having friends is that you can't be angry at them when they have really good ideas And I'm so angry at my buddies like Chris Coles who comes up with a YouTube channel called Mr. Reagan.
Why didn't I come up with that?
Or somebody with somebody else who comes up with a podcast title called The Warlords.
I'm so angry.
But I'm not!
I'm happy for them because, well, they're part of America First.
Colonel K. Colonel Kurt Schlichter, and in studio, that unstoppable former Green Beret.
You know him as my guest host, Jim Hansen.
Why did you come up with such a good podcast title before me?
I mean, America First is good, but... America First is awesome, but... and we invite you, you're an honorary warlord.
Do I need a turban or something?
You can use a choice of wardrobe.
Costuming is optional.
One of the things in my office is an Afghan... I won't say warlord.
An Afghan, when I was in Afghanistan, gave me one of the green cloaks that Karzai always wore that's on my seat in my office here.
So I'm ready.
I'm ready to roll.
Sean Connery, the man who would be king now.
Oh my gosh.
I mean, yeah, I mean, who wouldn't choose a Scotsman to play an Arab warlord?
A movie we have to review.
That's a great idea.
But now let's get back to business.
Let's talk Tucker for a second.
I know you want to talk social media, but you said something very interesting in the break in reaction to what AOC, who wanted to cancel him on Monday morning, and then he's canceled.
And then she posted this after he was canceled.
Cut 14.
Play cut, Eric.
Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News.
Couldn't have happened to a better guy.
What I will say, though, is while I'm very glad that the person that was arguably responsible for the Some of the largest, driving some of the most amounts of death threats and violent threats, not just to my office, but to plenty of people across the country.
I also kind of feel like I'm, like, waiting for the cutscene at the end of a Marvel movie after all the credits have rolled, and then you see, like, the villain's, like, hand re-emerge out to grip over, like, the end of a building or something.
But, Deplatforming works, and it is important.
And, um, there you go.
I'm confused, Jim.
I thought they told us that cancel culture doesn't exist, and we made it up.
Oh, no, they made it up.
It's their rules.
We're playing now.
But I actually hate to say it, but I agree with her.
Couldn't happen to a better guy.
Careful what you ask for, tits.
Right.
Explain that.
You said that in the break.
Careful what you ask for.
Unpack that for our listeners.
Tucker's free.
I mean, it's not like Fox had a lot of editorial control over him, but now he is unleashed and he's going to get a massive deal from somebody, maybe Spotify.
Somebody is going to throw all the money at him and he's going to be able to do whatever he wants without the baggage of being stuck on Fox News and good for him.
Now, this is what I've said to, how many, it's like, what day is it today?
It's like Tuesday, right?
This happened yesterday, didn't it?
All these conservatives, friends of mine, who are texting me and DMing me saying, oh my gosh, I'm so sad.
What do you mean you're so sad?
I mean, if you go to Tucker's website right now, as soon as you go to tuckercarlson.com, this massive pop-up appears saying, text Tucker to 44 blah blah blah, which means he's building his empire the same day he's freed himself of the albatross that are the fake conservatives at Fox.
So this is actually, Good for him, and whether you agree with him or not on all of his stances, this is good for conservatives.
It's gonna bust up the media monopolies, it's gonna fragment them, and let it be based on ideas, not network, and that's good for all of us.
We have to talk social media.
We have to talk about what Elon is doing.
But can we just... You know information.
So, everybody follow Jim right now.
Jim Hanson DC, co-host of the new Warlords podcast.
I retweet it every time.
You've got to subscribe.
Can we just tell the world a little bit about where Tucker was?
This is cable, okay?
This is cable.
Why are the ads on Fox all about, you know, incontinent solutions, right?
This is a demo of the late 60s.
Now he's open to everything.
And why do people think cable is the future?
Right.
Oh, it's not.
Cable is the past and over-the-top streaming and any of the services where you subscribe are the future.
And now Tucker will go at the height of his powers with an audience full of people who I've heard say, the only reason I ever watch Fox is Tucker.
Yes.
What are those people going to do now?
They're going wherever he goes and they're leaving that dying carcass.
And my take is, and I'm curious to hear what you think, He's the same age as me.
I think he's a year old.
He's 53.
But he appeals to 20 year olds.
This isn't, you know, your average Fox host.
No, because he's irreverent and he's fun.
He's like young.
His spirit is young.
Exactly.
He does everything that the cable news people do not do.
And I think that's the reason he will thrive in the new media environment.
And good, because the more places we have people that aren't controlled by the establishment, the better.
Look, I'm a host at Newsmax, and one of the most ingenious things Chris did, and I told Chris, I've got his phone number, I've got Tucker's number, you probably do too, but you should be reaching out to him, is when Chris Ruddy, the CEO, made live content for Newsmax, which is cable, utterly free on their app, which of course Fox doesn't.
That's the future, isn't it?
I watched Newsmax on my phone!
Right now, this show is streaming on Salem News Channel ad supported.
Because that's the future.
That's what you're doing.
We're kind of going back to television, but television on demand and live.
And if you're not doing that, you're out of the mix.
And now Tucker gets to choose and bring people to a whole new game.
You're the author of Get Based.
We're going to keep you on for one more segment.
Get the book right now.
Follow Jim at Jim Hansen at DC and get the book Get Based right now.
What is your one strategic piece of advice right now to Tucker?
I mean clearly he's building the empire already day one.
If you could whisper in his ear, what would you say right now?
Get an amazingly good lawyer if you're going out on your own, because Fox had his back as far as lawsuits and things like that.
If he's on his own, that's on him.
Yeah, yeah.
Apparently the news reports are he has the same lawyer as Don Lemon.
Not sure that's the best choice.
I don't know who it is, but Don Lemon and Tucker with the same lawyer.
Yeah, call Schlechter!
Yeah, get on the blower!
I'll send Tucker Kurtz's number.
In the meantime, you are listening to America First.
Make sure you're following us.

That's my name is one word.
SebastianGawker.Substack.com.
We'll be back with Jim after these messages.
Mike, sir, up. up.
Yeah, it's interesting times, my friend.
Everything is bouncing our way.
You look at her, and that was extemporaneous.
She had no script.
She actually believes that crap.
AOC actually thinks that she's won.
Good.
What she won is an ass whooping.
She just doesn't know it.
Right, right.
And I love it.
All the lefties dancing on his grave.
What grave?
He's now dug out of a grave.
I mean, my dad watches Fox.
But my dad doesn't watch Fox to learn anything, he watches Fox to argue with it.
You know, so even their demographic, he spends his time and he watches Fox business when he gets sick of arguing with Fox.
You know, but he watches Fox and points out the flaws in their coverage and why that's a stupid idea and all that.
So it's not even like their boomer audience is getting anything from him anymore.
Right, his own team.
So somebody pointed, I was on Twitter Spaces last night and I think that's...
Where I heard it.
Anyway, think of this just from pure business.
You've just shelled out almost $800 million.
And then you decide at a peak, because I think that's what happened, you know, Lachlan convinced Rupert.
At a peak, they fire Tucker.
And then they take a bath for a billion dollars on the stock market.
As if 800 wasn't enough, you bath yourself for a billion.
And that's before the ratings crash.
You know, what's going to happen?
Three and a half million viewers from Tucker?
And then you put Brian Kilmeade on?
With his Ukraine flag?
Are you going to piss off everybody?
Somebody tweeted, can't wait to hear Brian Kilmeade's monologue tonight, said no one ever.
Oh, isn't that true?
Sorry, man.
You know, can I just not?
I'm not capable of doing this.
What are you looking for?
I'm trying to send Eric something.
I just can't get the photo to attach.
Yeah, whatever.
AMAC.
AMAC.
Oh, yeah.
Thank you.
All right.
Hey, Eric, can you hear me?
Yeah, I can hear you.
Turn it on.
Go to my Twitter bio and click the at Freebird Allies in there.
Hang on a second.
At Freebird Allies.
The link's in my bio.
Just click that and grab a screencap.
Sorry, one more time.
Go to his Twitter.
Go to his Twitter.
Go to his Twitter.
hour collapses on Fox, which it will.
It will.
Because Tucker Carlson was driving that train.
Now, Hannity does well at 9.
Lora's at 10.
They'll remain there.
Waters at 7.
But the numbers will come down significantly, and they have been crashing in 25 to 54 since the first of the year.
I think he had that slot.
That's Bill O'Reilly.
He got everything wrong about his analysis about why Tucker left, but that's OK.
But he's right about the 8 o'clock hour, because as our guest said, Nobody tunes in for Brian Kilmeade's monologue.
It's just a statement of fact.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
If you enjoy what we do here, support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell.
He's under the gun.
The left really wants to cancel him, although Bed Bath & Beyond that tried to cancel him have now cancelled themselves.
They've gone bankrupt.
Have his back!
Go to MyPillow.com.
Use my name for up to 66% off.
He's just launched the 2.0 MyPillow.

That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Gotta use the secret code G-O-R-K-A.
We are back with the author of Get Based.
He's Jim Hansen, my regular guest host.
Jim, you have been...
Planning devious things about social media.
How excited are you that Elon, it looks like, is going to turn Twitter into this amazing platform for all kinds of things?
Help us out to understand what you think he's doing.
Twitter X or whatever he's going to call it, he's going to integrate AI into what is now... Twitter's been a conversation, you know, a place to talk smack in a real fast-moving, fast-paced argument, basically.
Now he's turning it into a full-fledged content platform.
So it will have videos, it will have, you know, places for people to put long-form content, a la Substack.
And I asked him a question, which he answered on Twitter.
He said, landing pages are coming.
So instead of going to your profile and just seeing the stuff, you'll have a page where your videos will live.
Like Substack.
Like Substack.
Like everybody gets a webpage.
Yeah, exactly.
So everybody who gets it, maybe just creators, but whatever.
And he also said that the visibility filters, which throttle a lot of us, you and me for sure, are going away.
So all of those things are leading to... Are you away completely?
Um, only for like fighting words content.
You know, getting to the point he said, the same way that government censors, which is only incitement to violence and things like that.
So if you take all those things together, what an amazing place for creators to be.
And so he'll be a competitor to YouTube, to Facebook, to Instagram, to Spotify, to the rest.
And I'm pumped because that's, you know, where the people I like are.
So I asked you for advice for Tucker Carlson.
What is your advice for Elon Musk as he develops this X or whatever he calls it?
Let the user decide.
Right now the model has always been at Twitter that they will put all these filters and things away in this giant stream of content and try to weed out the bad stuff.
Stop!
Let the AI at the user level, let the user decide what they want to see and not see, and then let the content flow.
Because what happens now, if I say something mean, you know, and I get visibility filtered, it shuts me out to people who agree with me, not just the people who disagree with me.
So let the user decide, hey, I like people who call Joe Biden an idiot.
Instead of popping up a thing that says, oh, most people don't tweet idiot.
Are you sure you want to?
Yes, Biden's an idiot.
I want to call him an idiot.
And there's a large audience of people out there who want to hear me call Biden an idiot.
Don't get in the way of that.
Let people opt in or out using AI at the user level.
Now he promised to release the algorithms so that everybody can see how they're working.
That's great.
I want to see that.
What about what I said to him on a Twitter space?
I don't see a real smoking gun on Twitter files.
The idea that the FBI, bureaucracy, left-wingers in DC are working with left-wingers in Palo Alto, you know, big surprise Elon!
It's kind of fizzled out.
Don't we need to see more of what happened behind the scenes with government?
Oh, absolutely.
And I think what someone should be doing, and I hope someone is, is taking the names we got out of Twitter files and applying those to Google and Facebook and Instagram and the rest of those people to find out what else was done.
I think the one smoking gun was that it's illegal for the government to outsource censorship.
So they did that, demonstrably.
In public now, we have record of them doing that.
Someone should pay for that.
Someone should be impeached.
I don't know if there are criminal offenses there, but they definitely violated the First Amendment by using Twitter as a proxy censorship device for ideas they disliked.
Although, I don't know the term for it, Colonel, Kay could help us out.
It is a crime for government to do something with a private vendor that they can't do themselves.
Yeah, they can't subcontract out.
Something they're not allowed to do anyway.
Exactly.
There is a Supreme Court decision on that.
So whatever actionable, lawyerly thing you can do about that, somebody should do.
Right, Elon, pay attention to this man.
Don't just retweet him and comment.
He might have some good ideas for X or whatever you want to call it because one, that platform is not enough.
We've got to have a place that believes in the second amendment that infects others to respect it as well.

By the way, Ron DeSantis, do you think he could be a good president someday?
In like 8 years, 16 years?
I mean, you endorsed him once.
He's got some talent.
You're kind of crushing him right now.
Someday, could he be president?
Well, I endorsed him once, and he was losing badly.
And because of the endorsement, he won in a landslide the following, literally the following day.
Look, right now I'm very down on him.
I'm a believer in loyalty, and I'm a believer in other things, and he has obviously not run a very good campaign because he's getting crushed.
So, I really don't know.
I don't know him.
You know, I don't know him that well.
It's really the bottom line.
Not running a good campaign.
And I don't think he knows the meaning of loyalty.
Something that is very important to the President.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Welcome, George.
Hey, Doctor.
How are you doing?
Good, good.
How's it going?
I actually have two things real quick.
So, I don't know if you heard or read, I didn't hear, if you spoke about it, Buttigieg, $20 million to I saw that last week.
We didn't have time because that's important.
We need female crash test dummies, George.
That'll fix everything.
My whole question is this.
Now, I've had a girlfriend say that I'm a dummy.
Now, how do you know that those dummies are indeed men?
Because they look like men?
That would make him a transphobe.
George, George, George.
How do we know that the male crash test dummies aren't in fact identifying as these non-binary?
Because they don't have voices?
Because they don't have voices we can't hear them?
He is probably a transphobe.
Mayor Pete cannot be president.
He's a transphobe.
You're a genius, George.
Stay on the line.
You deserve a signed copy of The War for America sold because that's probably one of the best calls you've ever had.

How dare you?

Let's go to David somewhere in California.
Oh, thanks for taking my call, Sebastian.
I have three names for you.
I need your help today.
Yeah.
First name is Blinken.
Second name is Kirby.
Last one is Gomer.
Blinken has him and 51 of his associates have lied under oath.
That's the first thing.
Kirby, 16,000 Americans in the Sudan, and he tells them to shelter in place.
I need your help.
The last one is this, Gomer.
I hear him reveal all the criminal activities of the Biden.
When are the subpoenas going to come?
When are these folks going to fall?
Kirby, Blinken, They're criminals.
They're absolute criminals and we're standing there watching it.
What has to happen?
Yeah, this is the question.
Look, no, let me be more precise.
There's two big questions for the establishment, for the GOP.
When are they going to get serious?
Crimes were committed.
I'd like to see a subpoena of Hunter Biden.
Somebody raised it yesterday on the show.
And he's absolutely right.
The sad thing is when you talk about consequences, David, we don't have the DOJ.
We don't have an apolitical, unbiased justice system in America.
That's going to have to wait for the actual judicial and criminal consequences.
We have to win in 2024.
President Trump needs to be in the White House and we need to clear out the DOJ.
It is the most corrupt agency in U.S.
government, and that's saying something.
But in the meantime, we need all of these people subpoenaed.
Blinken, Kirby, who is a disgraced.
Comer, Jordan, we have high expectations of you, my friend.
Wonderful call.
Thank you, David.
Let's go to Steve, also in California, line two.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
Good.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
Well, with Biden getting into his second term, I think he's doing it for ulterior reasons, the reason being to sneak Kamala Harris in as the first female president by force.
I think that's his whole angle on this.
Hang on a second, Steve.
This is interesting.
Why do you think he wants to do that?
Because according to the press reports and the leaks from inside the White House, it is pretty apparent that they don't like each other, that the Bidens, especially Jill, do not like Kamala.
Why would you think he wants to sneak in somebody he doesn't like?
Well, I'm of the opinion that the FDA may, for all we know, be drugging us with estrogen.
We've become so feminized.
And I think this left-wing agenda is to feminize us.
But I want to talk about... Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
You can't float something so outrageous.
How is the FDA feminizing us with estrogen?
They actually want to do the opposite.
They want to deny the reality of women.
That's the trans agenda.
That's what they're doing in sports.
That's what they're doing with Dylan Mulvaney.
You're saying the opposite of what the left is doing.
What are you talking about?
Well, have you noticed all the talk lately on talk radio about transgenderism and all that stuff?
It's not talk, it's not talk on radio.
It's actually happening, Steve.
Thank you very much.
It's happening.
When you look at the shocking, shocking news out of places like Boston's Children Hospital that are performing actual operations to mutilate young girls and boys.
It's not a joke, Steve.
I think you, you think you're... No, get rid of him.
I think you think you're very amusing, but when doctors are mutilating children, you are part of the problem.
You think that's funny?
In other civilizations, adults who mutilated children would be strung up by their testicles.
They would be killed, and righteously so, for harming children.
And you think it's funny?
You have no soul.
Your heart is black.
It is a shriveled up heart that has no, no emotion, no care for children.
You are an evil sack of human excrement.
Get off my show.

And they're concerned about the security situation.
One of the things they complimented us on in Florida is, I'm going to be signing legislation very soon eliminating the possibility of CCP land purchases in Florida.
No farmland, no land near critical infrastructure, none.
Why does he sound so weird over there?
I know.
His voice is really off-putting.
We have told us there is, in fact, there will be evidence where it would point to Joe Biden.
They had these family schemes that involve paying for things that would involve Joe Biden.
So we're going to continue to dig.
We're going to continue to track the money, both the money coming into the Biden account and the money going out of the Biden account.
So we've got confidence that the president was involved.
Attacks against Kamala Harris leaves people going, yeah, whatever.
It's just another one of those things that is done primarily to whip up more frenzy among the Republican base because they don't like her because guess what?
She's a black woman.
She's a black woman.
And they're not into that.
I'm going to tee up cut eight when I'm going to ask you guys to chime in.
Tee up eight.

Tell Americans where you stand.
Jeff, I'm gonna shock you now.
I'm very worried about the governor of Florida.
Are you surprised?
No, I'm not.
I'm a little bit too.
Let's explain to millions of listeners and viewers why we're worried.
He had that strange head bobble thing yesterday in Tokyo, and now he's still in Japan.
And he said this, which is, I don't know, what is wrong with his voice?
This is on Hannity from Tokyo, Kare.
But one thing that people are concerned about out here, of course, is the rise of the CCP.
And they're concerned about the security situation.
One of the things they complimented us on in Florida is, I'm going to be signing legislation very soon eliminating the possibility of CCP land purchases in Florida.
No farmland, no land near critical infrastructure, none.
I don't know.
Did he eat some bad sushi or something?
Why is he talking like a robot, Jeff?
The thing yesterday, at first I thought it was a deep fake.
I had to go and look at actual news.
The head bobble?
Yeah, and that, he's just talking so much differently.
I don't get it.
Did you see the photograph of him walking with his beautiful wife and sticking his tongue out?
No, when was that?
That was in Tokyo.
Was that when he met with the Prime Minister?
No, no, the Dalai Lama, but it was just a little bit weird.
Alex, are you worried?
I mean, no disrespect, but I mean, he does sound a little robotic.
It's like, it's like, it's like, you know, Mark Zuckerberg, like, took over Ron DeSantis.
Eric, should we be concerned for the governor of Florida?
That's what I hinted at the other day with the weird facial expression.
Maybe he's actually an android and his programming is malfunctioning.
You know what my issue is, all joking aside, and hopefully he can take a joke.
I'm not sure he can, but I hope he can.
Ron.
You're a man, right?
You present as a man.
You identify as a man.
If that's the case, why haven't you declared?
Why do you make strange noises and giggle and bobble your head when somebody very reasonably at a press conference asks you, are you running for the presidency?
You changed the Constitution of Florida three weeks ago so you can do it as an incumbent governor.
I just don't get it.
Maybe one of you can explain it to me.

Welcome, presidential historian, former media mogul, justice reform advocate, your favorite Lord Conrad Black.
Conrad, will you indulge me?
Yes, sir.
Will you indulge me for a moment?
Thank you for your gracious introduction.
Of course I will.
Every moment, every word of it is meant from the heart.
I want to just play an abbreviated version of the big announcement from the White House.
This is the current incumbent, the 46th President of the United States.
Play cuts.
Freedom. - Personal freedom is fundamental to who we are as Americans.
A battle for America's soul.
I might have to have my lawyers do something about copyright infringement, given that my latest book was The War for America's Soul.
More seriously, Lord Black, I have the transcript of the full campaign ad in front of me from Breitbart.
My friend Joel Pollock annotated it, and he said something quite interesting.
Not one mention in the three-minute ad of any of his quote-unquote accomplishments in his first term in office.
Isn't that a little strange?
Conrad?
Oh, we lost Conrad.
We lost the line.
Let me just tell you, we'll dial him back.
This is Joel Pollack's take on the ad.
President Joe Biden launched his re-election bid on Tuesday with the release of a new video that fails to mention a single achievement in his first term, nor any plan for what he might hope to achieve in his second term.
Instead the video dwells on abortion quote-unquote personal freedom as well as quote MAGA extremists whom the country must defeat in what Biden calls a battle for the soul of our nation.
Repeating a theme from his 2020 campaign.
Do we have Lord Black back on the line?
You do.
Conrad, any of your comments on the announcement are welcome, but as our friend Joel Pollack at Breitbart points out, a campaign ad for your second term in which you don't mention any of your quote-unquote achievements from your first term, isn't that a tad strange?
Very strange, and of course we're all accustomed to terrible cliches and hackneyed phrases in politics.
That's, you know, unfortunately a great deal of the verbosity that goes on.
But even taking account of that, I don't want to be unkind to an incumbent president of the U.S., but that was the most banal announcement Of a campaign for renomination and re-election I think I've ever heard.
I mean, a few clichés and platitudes about the sacred status of human freedom.
And, you know, here we're talking about a president who's caved to the woke tyranny within the culture, abandoned Afghanistan to a gang of terrorists,
Giving them $85 billion of the American taxpayer's military equipment as he did it, and has allowed the Alliance of the West to fray at the edges in a number of areas, though he's been outwardly conciliatory, and has allowed the Chinese to get the impression that the chief defender of freedom in the world
In the last hundred years, it is enfeebled and incapable of taking a serious decision to protect its position and its allies.
I just don't understand it.
I don't know who feeds this president the lines that he uses.
You've written seminal works on prior presidents on left and right.
When you hear this phrase, MAGA extremists, in a campaign ad, I mean, most elections, I would say, are won in the middle because you have your base.
According to very interesting polling of late, between 18 and 28 percent of the electorate decide Well, it's the only game they've got, though.
or in the last eight days of an election.
Is language like MAGA extremists?
How wise is that if you're wanting to attract people who are otherwise rather apolitical and just trying to live their lives?
Well, it's the only game they've got, though.
For the last six years, the entire democratic claim on the right to govern, the White House and the U.S. Constitution, Congress is Trump hate.
It is orange man bad.
Trump is bad.
We can start from the premise.
He is an evil, horrible man.
So anything he stands for is bad.
Anyone who supports him is in the collection of deplorables, as Hillary Clinton said, or the people who place their faith in religion and guns, as President Obama said.
And they are bad, and therefore, never mind what we've done, never mind what we're going to do, never mind who we are, never mind what my family has been up to and the influence peddling all around the world, never mind all the mistakes we've made, never mind the bad economy, the millions of people, desperate people, pouring across the southern border, never mind any of it, we have to stop Trump.
We have to stop MAGA.
It is an evil fascist A corrupt entity.
And we're the only way to stop it.
We're the only game in town to stop it, so you have to vote for us, never mind anything else.
That's their campaign.
That's been their campaign all along.
And in illustration of that, they politicized the Justice Department as well as at times the intelligence agencies.
And they're now persecuting this evil man by transforming the criminal justice system and the prosecution service into an arm of the dirty tricks division of the Democratic National Committee campaign.
So that's the whole message.
Trump is bad and you have to vote for us.
And that's all we've got.
Well, you know, if people really believe that, you'll have to say that the anti-MAGA slogan has been successful.
And it certainly had some effect, some positive effect for the Democrats in the midterm elections.
But neither Trump nor Biden was running in the midterm elections.
I mean, when we get right down to it, the country is going to have to choose between a mentally alert man who had a very successful presidency and a very ambiguous and fuzzy person who has had, in my opinion, a terribly bad first term.
And it is going to be a contest between those who are so alarmed at the perversion.
We lost him again.
We lost him again.
My question I'm going to ask Lord Black in the break, especially for our Rumble viewers, is can you run a presidential election purely as a negative, as an attack election instead?
Is that how they're won?
He'll give us his take.

This is America First on the Salem News Channel.
We'll be back with Lord Conrad Black after these messages.
Lord Conrad Black
All right, you can put the mics up. you can put the mics up.
So as I was saying before we lost you, so I'm curious, given your overview of presidential politics, can you build is there is there precedence for building a presidential campaign on the negative on the attack ad?
Does that work?
You know, I don't I don't think it does.
I can't recall.
I can't recall.
No, I don't think it does.
I mean, you had a fair bit of that in the Nixon era, and no doubt it was employed against President Ford when he ran in 1976, but that wasn't the main issue.
Carter and Ford had a legitimate campaign of issues and authentic debates and so on.
I don't think there's ever been anything like this, where you have such a semi incapacitated president where everything he says is either incomprehensible or has to be walked back by his entourage or both.
And the entire campaign is slagging off the chief opponent as an ogre, a monster who will destroy the country.
And as they combat this monster, they are themselves destroying constitutional democracy by their perversion of the criminal justice system.
And as I was starting to say earlier, I think it's coming down to a contest between those who would rather have Trump Even many who find him up to a point distasteful than approve of this corruption of the justice system, or those who dislike Trump so much that they're prepared to put up with any corruption of the system in order to avoid his return to the White House.
And I can't believe that the first group isn't the larger, because Trump was, after all, a good president, and most people agree with his policies.
But it sounds to me as if, you know, a year from now, the campaign ads for the president are going to be about January the 6th.
They won't have much to talk about.
I mean, you know, the Pelosi committee has been exposed as a complete fraud.
The director of the FBI, who's no admirer of Trump, has acknowledged that there is no connection at all between the hooligans who trespassed and vandalized and the Trump campaign.
And there is no debate whatsoever about the fact that Trump offered the Speaker and the Mayor of Washington 20,000 National Guardsmen and recommended they take them because there might be hooligans disguised as supporters of his.
I mean, he warned them, and I just don't see how they can flog that dead horse again and get it into the White House with them.
But it seems like that's exactly what they're committed to do.
Well, as we were saying earlier and a few minutes ago, the Democrats have not had any message since it was clear Trump was going to win the nomination for 2016.
They have had no message whatever except Trump is evil and we're not Trump.
Yeah.
Standby.

We are back with Lord Conrad Black, the author of Donald J. Trump, A President Like No Other.
Let's switch gears.
You can read Lord Black's writings in the New York Sun, amongst other places.
You used to run the Hollinger Group with some of the biggest media titles on the planet.
It would be remiss of me not to ask you your reaction to the news of the last 24 hours.
The most popular cable news channel or show in America, Tucker Carlson's, cancelled allegedly according to the Daily Mail.
Tucker Carlson was quote blindsided, still has not been given any reason as to why he was fired, and according to MSN, Rupert Murdoch himself made the decision to fire Tucker Carlson over January 6 conspiracy theories and discrimination claims.
Your reaction to firing the most popular cable host on your own channel at Fox?
Well it's a startling development.
I have to say I've generally enjoyed Tucker Carlson, but laterally I have found myself in fierce disagreement with his views on the war in Ukraine.
I think he has a simplistic, isolationist view of that.
And I'm not particularly A waiver of the Maple Leaf flag, but his continuous assertions that civil liberties are in danger in Canada is a bit rich.
I mean, there have been some annoying incidents, but they are not at risk.
This is a country where people enjoy their rights, as well as any country in the world, and certainly as well as in the USA.
But with that said, he clearly was pulling the audience.
He's, as far as I know, a rather agreeable, reasonable man, personally.
I don't know.
I've known Mr. Murdoch for more than 40 years, and we've been friendly competitors, and I've held my own with him in Britain and in Australia.
He's a very formidable man.
He's built a tremendous company.
I think he's arguably the greatest media owner in the history of the world.
So I'm a little reluctant to take him to task, especially after the After the fiasco of the $800 million libel settlement.
But I don't think you fire people that way.
If you're going to do it, people part company.
I mean, CBS parted company with Edward R. Murrow, but Mr. Paley handled it in a distinguished way.
You sit down with them and explain it's not working.
It's been grand, but it's time for a change.
And you do it in a civilized way.
So I really don't understand.
But in fairness, Sebastian, I must say there must be things that none of us know, because there have been no revelations about the cause.
But Murdoch would not just fire somebody for the hell of it.
He's not a sadist.
He's not an uncivilized man.
He's a man who's perfectly capable to speak with and have a conversation with and find out why he's doing what he's doing.
He's not an inhibited or complex-ridden person.
He's quite a straightforward person.
So there must be a story.
And since I don't know it, I'm reluctant to be too critical.
I just say that's not how you do it.
When you've got a star like that.
and you want to part company, you just don't airbrush them like Stalin repressing people who all of a sudden were not on top of Lenin's tomb on May Day for the last 20 years and never existed.
Right.
But you mentioned the Dominion lawsuit, which was for one and a half billion.
And just the lack of business acumen that you settle for almost 800 million, then two days later, you fire your most popular host.
And that very day, you take a drubbing and lose a billion million dollars in the value of your corporation.
That's more than Dominion we're asking for.
So it doesn't seem to make good business sense either.
No, and it is, if I'm not mistaken, at least 10 times.
And I think rather more than that, the largest libel settlement in American history.
And so it's a staggering number.
And it can't possibly have been a realistic expectation if they went to court.
So, I can only conclude that Mr. Murdoch was extremely reluctant to face a cross-examination under oath.
But, you know, James Comey, who was a much younger man, discussing incidents of just a few months earlier, couldn't remember 245 times.
I mean, all Murdoch had to do was Please take the stand and say, look, I'm sorry, I'm 91 years old and my memory's not as good as it used to be and I don't know.
That's not contempt of court and it's not perjury.
I don't understand it.
I have to say I'm completely baffled by it.
If they were going to settle, I mean, Dominion, it's not a big company.
I'm sure they would have settled for a much smaller sum.
No, no.
As somebody who ran the massive corporation that was the Hollinger Group, what advice, I'm curious, what advice would you give for an unleashed free actor or free agent like Tucker Carlson today?
What should he be building or what options should he be considering?
I'm sure he would be welcome in many other in virtually all the other networks.
I know they've been scornful of him and claimed that he was peddling right-wing nonsense, but that's all very nice.
He pulls the viewers, so that's what counts.
Put him in like Bret Stephens and David Brooks in the New York Times.
They're just alternate voices.
So I think he's a very hireable person, and if he wanted to carry on on the Internet and basically conduct his own program, either solo or with friends of his, that would be an option.
And to be dismissed like this, given his stature in that company, He's been a part of the program.
He must have got a tremendous payoff.
I think he lives in New England.
If I were him, it's springtime in New England.
Go home, smell the magnolia, and wait for the offers to come in.
And they will come in.
And the last few seconds, how will Fox fare?
What is your prediction after this tumultuous decision?
Well, it's still a strong network.
It still has the best newscast.
And, you know, despite his age and And his tendency to sort of a tabloid view of things, both in newspapers and on television, I wouldn't ever underestimate Rupert Murdoch.
He's an extremely able man.

No!
He wasn't pushing that particularly.
In fact, he said on his show, I openly invite Sidney Powell on for a whole hour to back up her claims, and she never accepted.
So that's the guy you throw under the bus?
I think Sidney blew herself up, unfortunately.
She did rob General Flynn, but after that it went to pieces.
By the way, sorry as I am about the Tucker business.
The departure of Don Lemon, on the other hand, I think we can all quietly celebrate.
Did you hear the news yesterday that they've hired the same lawyer?
That's rather piquant.
You mean the Dominion lawyer?
No, no, no.
Don Lemon and Tucker Carlson have hired the same employment lawyer.
Well, look, a legal professional, you know, my client, right or wrong, they'll do anything.
He must be a good lawyer.
I remember once when Joe Plumb phoned me offering his services on some litigation I was in, and we had a nice talk for about 10 minutes.
And then he sent me a bill for $10,000.
I said, Joe, that was your call.
I wasn't calling you.
He said, I know, but I'm still billing my time.
Yeah, I fell into that rather harshly myself when Nancy Pelosi wanted to subpoena my phone records with regards to January the 6th.
I hired, you know, quote unquote, the best lawyers in DC.
I'd never done anything like that in my life before, Conrad.
One letter to Nancy Pelosi's committee cost me $12,000.
Yeah.
Brendan Sullivan charged me $50,000 to go to Chicago and come back and say they aren't even thinking of a grand jury.
It then came out the grand jury had been sitting for six months.
I mean, thanks, Brendan.
He's a great lawyer, but they overbill these people.
It's rather insane.
Thank you, Conrad.
Lots of fun.
Good stuff.
Good stuff.
Bye-bye.
Mic's on.
Tidal for that one.
Um.
Should it be Murdoch?
Actually, post the second one.
Yeah, because we had those issues in the first segment.
Second one, and you can lock the phones.
Yeah, lock the phones.
Yeah, good call.
What should we call it?
Tucker Carlson, Rupert Murdoch, and the future of Fox.
Good.
What else do we need to play?
We've played quite a few things.
Oh, we'll use 10 with Miranda.
We never got around to air traffic controllers.
We didn't, we didn't.
No, we ran out of time with all those phone issues.
What have we got here?
Let's see.

All right, let's go to your calls.
People waiting very patiently who want to sound off and you are the most important part of the day.
Let's go to Rick in Los Angeles.
Thank you so much, Dr. Gorka.
I do want to get around to Trump 2024, but briefly on Tucker Carlson, because I was listening.
I tell you what I think happened.
You've got the psychiatric industry, which is a $400 billion a year industry, They are big advertisers on Fox.
He went after those psychotropic drugs.
I know the psychiatric industry.
You mean the pharmaceutical industry?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Big pharma with psychiatry.
Sure.
Because psychiatrists ordered the drugs.
They ordered the cycle, you know.
And he went after them.
Do you remember?
Several months ago.
And I don't think they liked it.
They don't like the bite the hand that feeds them.
And possibly, possibly, they were going to pull advertising money and, you know, owner of Fox just went, yeah, I can't risk it.
So I don't know.
I'm just putting that there as a possibility.
I appreciate that, Rick.
I've heard this elsewhere.
I actually heard it on another show, I think yesterday.
It's possible.
Anything's possible.
But it's the rapidity.
It's the suddenness of the decision that seems to Lean us towards the hypothesis that this was peak that this was rashness.
This was personal animus This was Rupert or rather Lachlan Rupert Murdoch's son that said okay get rid of this guy if it were a big advertiser Farmer or anybody else or you know, the big war industry guys This would have percolated over months and would have would have been less sudden in my opinion, but but who knows Rick Thank you for your contribution.
Let's stay on the topic.
Let's go to Detroit Mike line for Oh yeah, Dr. Gorta.
You know, Tucker Carlson, like President Trump, was uncompromising, exposing who and what this Democratic Party had become.
I mean, you're talking about mass incarceration without trial, FBI, you know, Gestapo tactics, Stalinist show trial.
The January 6th trial, the defendants were already in the worst jail they could put them in, worse than Guantanamo.
But Mike, the question is, why now?
Because he's been doing that for years.
false narrative.
You know, who cares about the tweets or if you got something wrong or something?
I mean, you know, focus here, you know, but, but, but Mike, the question is why now?
Because he's been doing that for years.
Why now?
Yeah, I can't figure that out.
It is really baffling.
I don't know if Murdoch gave in, but one of the rules for radicals is you hold your political enemies up to their highest standards, and if you can, you get them bent over backwards to be fair to you, then you lie, cheat, and steal.
So I don't know what could be behind this.
He's smarter than that, I would think.
Yeah, I don't know.
I think, look, let's be honest, you heard Lord Black right there, Mike, tell us, you know, Rupert Murdoch is 91 and I don't think he's a spry 91 if you look at footage of him recently.
I'm not sure this was done in a very deliberative cost-benefit analysis.
Far more likely that Lachlan, the liberal son who's married to a very liberal woman, convinced Rupert to do this.
Rupert, who was a I've been told a fan of mine, one of the reasons I got my original Fox contract was because he saw me on Hannity's show and said, you know, let's hire this guy as a contributor.
So there was a time when this was a good man, a patriot who believed in the truth.
Did he just not?
Did he follow the plot?
Did he lose the plot and then Lachlan exploited that?
I think sooner or later we may actually find out.
You mentioned the FBI, the Gestapo tactics.
It is still on our website.
It's the Biden's Gestapo, the FBI mug.
It goes perfectly with our FBI t-shirt.

House with Joe Biden during this administration for a period of time?
It's unclear if he lived there full-time, but we do see him there a lot.
And they have extra bedrooms, so we don't know.
There you go.
Thanks.
Sorry, what?
Hunter Biden's living in the White House?
Why would he be doing that?
Could it have something to do with a woman spurned?
Or a judge spurned?
Holly Meyer of the Independence County Circuit Court, who've said, from now on, I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct.
What hearings are we talking about?
Let's talk to a lady who's written a fascinating piece at the New York Post.
She's with Fox News, The Daily Telegraph, and as Mr. G, I'm sure, is celebrating right now, she's another sci-fi fan just like me.
Miranda Devine!
It's been a while!
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Lovely to talk to you.
Sebastian, please.
We have broken bread in the Antipodes together.
You get to call me Seb.
Yeah, hi, Seb.
All right, so tell us about this blistering story about Hunter Biden, a lady who spells her name London very unusually, L-U-N-D-E-N, and a four-year-old little girl called Navy.
Yeah, well, Hunter Biden had this four-year-old baby with his baby mama who was a former stripper that he met in Archibald strip joint in Washington DC.
A club of certain reputation in Washington DC let's just say that.
Yes that's right and he in his autobiography said that he couldn't remember meeting her and that you know it was just a fling in In fact, they had a several-month relationship which is catalogued on the laptop and he knew that she was pregnant and he used to smuggle her into his office when he was at that point shucked up with his sister-in-law, the widow of his brother,
Can you just repeat what he did?
I think our 3 million listeners need to know that.
What did Hunter Biden do?
He used to smuggle London Roberts, the then stripper, into his office in Washington DC through the backfire exit.
And we know that because the office managers were upset with him for doing that and wrote him stern letters telling him he couldn't prop the exit door open and couldn't smuggle people in because the Swedish embassy is in that building and there were security problems.
And he then wrote back a blistering Later to them, thinking he was very clever, telling them that London Roberts was not just anybody.
She was, in fact, the basketball coach to his daughters and President Obama's daughter.
And then he also attached London's resume.
So he knew London Roberts very well, but he pretended he didn't know her and, in fact, denied that he was the father and London Roberts had to take him to court and proved paternity with the DNA test, and that was proven 99.9% certainty the court found. And so he has entered into an agreement to pay London Roberts' child support payments. And
then last year, he applied to the court to reduce those payments substantially, because he said he was now, didn't have the income he used to have.
Hang on, the checks from Burisma and the Chinese Communist Bank of, you know, the National Bank of China, they're not as frequent as they used to be?
Yeah, the millions of dollars, yes.
But, I mean, of course, remember he still owned 10% of that Chinese equity firm, which he now, our lawyer tells us that he sold sometime last year.
But anyway, he would have got some money from that.
And all of these documents, all of his financial details are all having to come out because London Roberts is now taking him to court again in Arkansas to dispute his cutting the payments.
And they're demanding all his financial records.
And he so far has refused to produce them.
And so the rumor has been for about six months that Hunter's been hiding out at the White House And the reason could be, well, A, because maybe he can't afford to pay the $30,000 a month for that Malibu mansion that he was living in.
Or the $37,000 he was paying for his dad's home, where the Mustang was parked in the garage with the classified documents.
I mean, this is amazing.
No, he wasn't paying money to his father.
That was money that he was paying.
That $37,000 was rent for the Washington, D.C., apartment.
Sorry, office.
That was for his office.
Let's put the photograph up of this lady, the baby mama.
This is London Roberts with Navy.
So let me just be clear here, and you've got to follow this lady, the columnist with the New York Post, you can see her on Fox News, at Miranda Devine.
You've got to follow her right now.
What you're saying, briefly, is that Hunter Biden, the son of the President, may be living, as Peter Doocy surmised, in the White House to avoid the mother of his child.
Yeah, to avoid being served with legal papers to force him to disclose all his financial documents, which of course he doesn't want to do.
And now, I mean, this is all moot because just, let's say, Tuesday, well, Monday, these papers were lodged.
Tuesday, they've become public.
The court, the judge there, has demanded that Hunter Biden front up on May 1st to court and answer these questions.
these charges or, you know, answer this lawsuit.
Judge Holly Meyer has had enough and wants to see Hunter Biden in court.
One question for you, Miranda.
Do you think the mainstream media, the legacy media will be outside the court to ask questions of the president's son?
Look, I think it's irresistible to tell you the truth.
I think, you know, maybe it won't be the New York Times, but I think there will be interest there because, you know, it is the president's son and this is a scandalous story.
And they were interested and they did report slightly on the paternity suit.
So I don't think you can really ignore this, but I'm sure Hunter has the most expensive lawyers that money can buy.
Yeah.
And I'm sure that they've got tricks up their sleeve to, you know, to try and combat this poor woman, London Roberts, who's from Arkansas and really doesn't have a lot of money.
Yeah, it's absolutely, you know, we can laugh at the President's son trying to hide out from process servers in the White House, but It's absolutely disgusting what he's doing to that woman, a man who was with his brother's widow as he's having an affair with a stripper, makes her pregnant and then denies paternity.
Follow her at MirandaDivine, keep doing what you do, spreading the truth.
And I think we might have to invite her back for our review of Making Movies Great Again, The Wrath of Khan, Star Trek 2 on Monday.
Would you enjoy that, Miranda?
Oh, that would be wonderful.
I'd love to.
All right.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
Thank you kindly.
We're chatting in the break.
So what do we think right now?
We've had a whole luxury of 48 hours.
Was he fired or did he leave?
Eric, Tucker fired or did he leave?
It's hard to say.
I mean, given what you said, you know, like with Dan Bongino, it's contract renewal season.
So I still lean more towards Tucker voluntarily left.
Alex?
Kindly forced to leave?
Yes, I would rather believe he resigned.
Yes, I would rather believe he resigned.
All right.
And let's go to the most cynical man in this building, Mr. G.
Why do you hire a lawyer when you mutually agree to part ways?
Ooh, good point.
Good point.
But, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, here's the weird thing.
According to some reports, Fox is paying out the whole of his contract.
We don't know how long that is, but that's another reason for maybe him being fired.
We shall see.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Mark, Los Angeles, line one.
Dr. G, I have a suggestion for a t-shirt for you.
It's kind of an edit of one you already do.
Attach the picture that you would prefer.
And the saying is, I stand with 45 with my Colt 45.

I stand with 45 with my 45.
Oh, that's spicy, Mark.
Thank you, Mark.
Let's go to Brent, line two.
Great gentlemanly gendered gorka!
Thank you, thank you.
What is your contribution, your comment for the day, Brent?
Well, first, I'm thrilled I'm going to be seeing you Saturday.
Whoa!
Yes!
Selfie time with Brent in Los Angeles on Saturday with Jennifer Horne, Grant, and so many others.
Even Larry Elder, I do believe.
I can't wait.
All right, quick, quick, quick, we've got a minute left.
What would you like to share with our listeners?
Well, this past weekend I spent two days at a symposium Called World War 3, the early years.
Put on by the American Freedom Alliance.
This is your idea of fun, isn't it?
Going to conferences about World War 3.
It was no fun, but it was essential.
Give me some of the speakers, I'm curious.
Well, some of them were Frank Gaffney, Gordon Chang, Trevor Loudon, and Steve Bannon is the one who gave the symposium that name.
Bannon left the embassy?
He was seen out in the wild?
Well, actually, he was supposed to be there, and he wasn't able to make it.
Something urgent came up, but he did Skype in, and we were able to speak to him.
Did Steve adequately depress you, my friend?
He energizes me.
He's so positive, and he's so up, and we're going to win this thing.
But they were talking about the multi-front stealth war, and how just one of the fronts is, you know, this weird thing that we haven't titled properly.
I call it the trans-totalitarians, or the trans-Maoists, and the trans-Marxists.
Because that's really... We're going to have to continue this another day, but I'm writing this right down.
The trans-totalitarians.
That's genius.
Thank you, Brent.
We shall continue next up, one-on-one with Mr. Cyber, who understands how they are censoring you, Mike Benz.
In the meantime, go to sebgorkestore.com.
This is the Salem News Network.
Thank you.
We now know Facebook was Taking money from Russian companies to run negative stories about me?
If you look at all of this, yes, it affected me and my campaign.
But I am more concerned now, going forward, that we haven't come to grips with what it means for future elections.
How many different excuses can she have?
Maybe she just lost the election, but she is allowed to say that it was stolen from her.
All those Russian bots.
What's the truth about elections, cyber security, Russian bots, and, well, let's use the phrase, information warfare.
We have a very special guest, one-on-one, a man who every time I talk to him I learn so much from him.
He's the former head of all things cyber at the State Department, the Foundation for Freedom Online's founder, Mike Benz!
Welcome back to America First!
Thank you, Sebastian, for having me.
All right.
We have so much to discuss.
I've got a long list here of all the things regarding to the Twitter files, what Congress is suggesting with the Restrict Act, your work with... How many committees of Congress have you recently briefed, Mike?
About seven or eight.
People are very interested in taking action against the censorship industry, but there's so much to do and there's a lot of education that has to go into getting people briefed on it.
But the time is now to take action.
I am optimistic that people are finally really starting to pay attention to this important issue.
Well, I'm so glad you're the guy that they're asking for assistance, for expert assistance.
But first, let's reset the playing field.
I need to ask you a favor.
There's a young man I was talking to you about, and I wanted to find a source for what you shared with us.
It wasn't on your website.
It was on a very long Twitter space.
And it helps us understand how we got to where we are today with the institutionalization of information warfare, government-sponsored or directed censorship on social media.
Will you explain the viewpoint of the quote-unquote foreign policy elite?
I think it helps us understand what's happened in the cyber domain in the last 10 years, that they have a kind of uniparty attitude to threats.
They used cyber tools internationally and then they turned them inward.
What do these people believe?
In many cases it's ironic.
Those who profess to be liberals are of the left.
You seem to evince a neo-colonial attitude as if it's their job to shape the world culturally and politically.
So, let's start with who the bad actors are and what they believe.
So, if you could, would you describe the foreign policy elite in America, what they believe and what they've been doing for the last couple of decades?
Sure.
I would make a distinction around what they say versus what they believe, in the sense that you are totally correct that you will find an almost completely homogeneous set of shared terms around things like democracy, around things like neoliberal tenets.
But whether the foreign policy establishment class actually believes these things or is simply saying them because these are the cudgels used to secure their own interests, I think is a question all on its own.
But for purposes of this discussion, we'll accept that they believe these things.
So after World War II, you had the creation of this sort of transatlantic national security state between the 1947 Act in the U.S., setting up the CIA and merging it essentially with the State Department and the Defense Department.
And then you had NATO across the ocean and these various security alliances between the U.S., the U.K. and other NATO countries.
Now, the Cold War was shaped by this ideological struggle between sort of Western liberalism and sort of Soviet communism.
Right, so democracy and free markets, vise totalitarianism and one-party states, to boil it down to its essence.
Exactly.
And what you'll hear the foreign policy establishment today talk about that, they'll boil it down even further and say democracy versus autocracy.
So, where democracy is the good guys and autocracy is the bad guys, even if the people pushing democracy are actually acting Like, complete authoritarians.
If you simply say the magic word democracy, it automatically makes it so in this magical world they inhabit.
But essentially, you had a unique element of the national security state's strategy for projecting power abroad, where you would have closed societies that were under so-called authoritarian regimes that could be penetrated if they could simply be opened up.
An open society, it was thought, would allow penetration by Western soft power influence, meaning media, economic influence, political influence, cultural influence, the whole gamut of things that a government can do to influence another government the whole gamut of things that a government can do to influence another Now, so, a lot of people are familiar with, say, the open society doctrine espoused by George Soros and others.
That came originally from Karl Popper at the LSE, where Soros studied, right?
The idea of the open society.
Right.
And the beautiful thing about about the sort of exception clause with the Open Society is that it also shared that Karl Popper tenet of the intolerance against intolerance.
That is, it's an open society, but it can become not open if it has to deal with a threat to its openness.
We get to decide what tolerance means.
And if we don't like what you say, then we can shut you down.
Right.
Of course, not realizing this is the exact same argument every authoritarian makes.
Yes, the authoritarians also have an open society outside of everything that they close down.
This is simply the nature of I mean, this is a matter of physics, not even a matter of rhetoric.
Nonetheless, when you open a society up, you can begin to change its political ecosystem and you can begin to adopt levers of control over it.
And so democracy became even more than an idea, it became a strategy.
If you could simply democratize a country that had a closed system, it would allow its government to be replaced.
And so, you started to have this sort of merger between the national security state, which was responsible for operationalizing control over other governments, with a whole, I call them the donor and drafter classes of the national security state.
The donor and what classes?
And drafter classes.
I'll explain what I mean by this.
So, in a bike race, It's advantageous to not be the person in front because that person cuts the wind for everyone behind them.
That is, it's strategically beneficial to be in second place or second or third place and draft off of the work being done by the person cutting the wind.
So what you often have When I talk about the foreign policy establishment, I'm not just talking about the Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the intelligence community, which collectively represent sort of the three spheres in which the foreign policy establishment operates.
That is, diplomacy, defense, and intelligence.
These are three sort of foreign-facing domains in the U.S.
government.
But there's a class of profiteers Off of the foreign policy activities of the Defense Department, the State Department, and the IC.
And that class drafts off of the activities that are done by the national security state.
They're not necessarily national security state housed, but their investments depend on DOD or state cutting the wind for them.
So a great example of this is what's happening right now with respect to the Biden family.
So the Biden family has partnerships with a number of private sector firms whose fortunes wax and wane with the activities of the U.S.
State Department and Defense Department itself.
Probably the most high-profile example of this right now is Burisma, although obviously the China story figures heavily in this as well, with revelations from Chairman Comer's documents obtained recently.
But you have a company like Burisma, which is a private gas company in Ukraine.
And the success of Burisma drafts off of — the Defense Department and the State Department sort of cut the wind for Burisma in the sense that if you have Russian attempts to seize land over the shale resources that Burisma sits on top of, And you have various companies who have profit-sharing agreements with Burisma.
Those investments go to zero if that land becomes acquired by Russia.
And so the only way to protect those investments is for NATO to go in and secure that territory.
And in fact, if you knew NATO was going to go in and secure that territory beforehand, You being an early investor in activities that you know the national security state is going to be engaged in to open up militarily or to or to seize basically political control over a plot of land.
If you're an investor in that company you stand to make outsized rewards as an early investor in what you know will be a protected investment.
Or you stand to lose everything if the national security state doesn't take action.
Yeah.
This, a microcosm of this phenomenon occurs around the world in country after country and it's not necessarily a bad thing in the sense that this is part of how America achieves soft power influence by harnessing the wheels of commerce and merging it with ends that are said to benefit the American people.
The problem is Around a few years ago, the social contract underpinning all of this, that America would be able to even determine its own foreign policy by having a robust media ecosystem at home, by having a first amendment.
Let's hold on to that because that's a very important topic, how the social contract fits into all of this.
But first things first, follow Mike at MikeBenzCyber on Twitter and the superb website Foundation for Freedom Online if you enjoy these deep dives with the real, the true experts like Mike.
Make sure that you are subscribed to your favorite podcast platform like Spotify, Stitcher, Apple Podcasts.
Plug in my name, Sebastian Gawker, America First, and leave us a five-star review because it does help with the dastardly algorithms.
Okay, so the social contract, philosophical term, What a populist does, the deal it makes with an elite for, you know, exchange of certain rights for security and so forth, the mandate, the sovereignty of the people temporarily given to an elite to run the country for four or five years.
Talk to us how the social contract in this case worked or didn't work with this foreign policy elite's vision of the future and the war against autocracy, Mike.
You can make the argument that a lot of the wealth, and I think that there's a lot of schools of thought on this.
I'm not even endorsing one or another when I say this, but you can make an argument that a lot of the wealth that Americans enjoyed in the 20th century was because of a very aggressive, very intelligent, very assertive foreign policy abroad that allowed Americans to have cheap gas prices, access to critical minerals, Tons of open markets around the world for American companies to sell American goods to export to.
There was a relationship wherein you had these institutional classes in the foreign policy establishment who would make windfall profits from how the national security state was essentially securing their equity investments abroad in the same way that, for example, What a great boon it would be if you ran a business and the Department of Defense basically protected your business and the Department of State sanctioned anyone who competed with you.
Anyone who's an equity investor in that business is going to be super protected by the U.S.
national security state in the foreign policy establishment.
And that yielded benefits to the American people for many decades.
The problem is Around the 90s there began to be a populist movement in the United States that started to push back on globalization.
You started to have the rust be the manufacturing belt in America turn into the rust belt.
You started to have a little bit of healthy outsourcing in order to keep product prices cheap and affordable started to become wholesale outsourcing so that American jobs and American entire industries started to be no longer anywhere in the chain of prosperity for average Americans.
There became a divide between the lower and middle classes, between the working classes and the elite classes in the country, which was something that was negotiated really from the '90s up through the Trump movement.
It was not really taken seriously as a political threat, because until Donald Trump came around, there was really no engaging public figure who could symbolically step in to champion that.
Now, I don't want to put words in your mouth, Mike, and maybe you're not comfortable talking about this because your expertise is domestic, although, given your job at the State Department, you had to deal with this internationally.
Yeah, that's what's happening here, but it's happening everywhere.
And, you know, there's no Trump without Brexit that happened before Trump.
So 17.5 million Brits vote to leave this collectivist, you know, quasi-socialist entity called the European Reunion, the biggest vote in British history.
Then you have Orban, then you have Modi, then you have later Meloni.
So what's happening here I mean, this is a real problem for that foreign policy elite, because this isn't just a US growth in populism, but this is a global one, correct?
Totally, totally.
No, you nailed it.
That's exactly right, and that is what That really is actually how the censorship industry started.
That is the censorship that Americans face today on YouTube, on Facebook, on TikTok, on Reddit, on anywhere on the internet other than currently this enclave being protected by a deus ex machina in the form of Elon Musk's $44 billion acquisition so that you can make memes.
This was The higher up you go in the censorship industry, when you start looking at the firms who are doing the censoring, you will inevitably see that they are being funded by foreign policy establishment institutions.
That is, you start to see that it is actually about control over not just the United States, but really the political ecosystems of all countries around the world in order to make sure that there is no resistance to a What you may call a sort of transatlantic security states consensus of how to organize a society.
And so one of the things I find so disturbing about this is this is not just a theory.
This is empirically verifiable by simply going to the website of the National Endowment for Democracy.
And looking at all of the countries that they have set up so-called anti-disinformation programs in.
Give us some examples where you have to have information warfare against those dastardly populists, Mike.
Tanzania.
It's all the way down to Tanzania.
There's about 85 countries that the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute, which are respectively the Republican and the Democrat wings of the National Endowment for Democracy.
The National Endowment for Democracy was a CIA cutout created in the 1980s during a time when the CIA's reputation was very low coming out of the Carter years and coming out of the church committee hearings.
And so, much of the CIA's democracy promotion activities were privatized at that point, or partially privatized.
The National Endowment for Democracy receives its funding from you, the taxpayer, via congressional allocation.
But you have these Republican and Democrat profiteering classes off of that proto-CIA activity, if you will, the National Endowment for Democracy activity, and they have now So FFO has documented about 85 countries that they have set up basically partnerships with the social media companies, partnerships with so-called emerging leaders in that particular region.
So I just mentioned, you know, Tanzania, Nigeria, all over South America, Southeast Asia, all over the Baltics and Central and Eastern Europe.
They believe that what they've discovered with the modern possibilities of censorship Is what is what they were hoping to achieve in the 20th century via analog influence over the editorial desks of newspapers.
That is if they can simply control what's in everyone's news feeds and be able to to map communities of dissidents and just tune them down in every country, you can essentially exert dominating influence over that country's entire political system, including its elections.
I have a kind of a taxonomy question with regard to those 80 plus countries you've mentioned and try and put them into the Cold War context under which these tools were developed.
First things first, follow Mike at Mike Ben's Cyber Don't forget, if you enjoy America First, you've got to wear America First.

Let's finish off that thread.
So here's, with of course certain exceptions in our hemisphere, but the way this was done, Mike, when these tools were used by the Cold War foreign policy elite, most of the times information warfare was being done against captive nations with closed systems, whether it's the Soviet Union, the Warsaw Pact, North Korea, Cuba, what have you.
We were pumping information, for example, through Radio Free Europe, Radio Liberty, into environments where there was no choice in information, where there was one political party.
The big difference in what you're describing is it's not communism they're trying to undermine, it's populism in countries that are not dictatorships, where there are multi-party systems.
So they're picking winners and losers.
And of course, I'm happy to hear your definition.
For me, one of the weirdest things is the redefinition of populism.
Populism today for the elite is pejorative, it's negative, it's a dirty word.
For me, mathematically, populism is that which enjoys popular support by most of the people, which should be what you support in a representative government.
So the difference between the Cold War target set and the target set today is, back then, we were targeting dictatorships Today, the foreign policy elite would seem to be targeting the majority of the opinion in these other countries.
Yes.
No, that's exactly right.
And in fact, you had a great phrase just then, which is that they're picking winners and losers.
Right.
And that's exactly what's happening here.
You know, one of the things that FFO uncovered is that the Department of Homeland Security Uh, was actually published a memo in October 2019 where they posited any way they could provide support to NewsGuard, uh, in order to help the construction of a sort of private news cartel system.
Explain what, what NewsGuard is.
Cause this, this is not well known and this is invidious and this is very dangerous.
Right?
So NewsGuard is essentially, it is a, You can think of it as NarrativeGuard.
What NewsGuard does is it has narratives that it doesn't want independent news media outlets online to discuss.
And if you discuss those topics, those narratives, if you champion narratives that are basically bannable under NewsGuard's advertising blacklist methodology, Let me back up.
Newsguard is a professional bankrupter of independent news companies.
It targets people like me, Dan Bongino, Tucker Carlson, Breitbart, and goes after their sponsors and advertisers saying, we deemed this site, this commentator, to be a liar, therefore you shouldn't advertise with them.
Pretty much, right Mike?
That's exactly right.
NewsGuard was one of a number of innovations of censorship and boycott innovations born out of early 2017 panic in the news media and in certain political classes and in certain national security classes that independent or alternative news, news alternatives to the traditional legacy news media, were now being decisive in political outcomes.
And the alternative news had to be destroyed or had to be bankrupted as an ecosystem.
And they had to do it through some sub-governmental means of doing so.
One of the things that I find so fascinating about this period between 2017 and 2019, which is when NewsGuard was getting set up, And NewsGuard's predecessor, the Trust Project, as well as Google's version of this, which was called Project Owl, which is the reason that, for example, when you go to YouTube and you type in any topic, you will automatically see results from CNN and MSNBC or the New York Times before videos that have hundreds of times the engagement or views.
That is, authoritative news gets super upranked And alternative news, especially that with the low NewsGuard ranking, gets buried in the search results.
That's all a part of this sort of news cartel system that was contemplated by the foreign policy establishment in early 2017 when they looked around at the events of Brexit and the 2016 Trump election and said, these alternative news sites, people are not going to CNN anymore.
They're going to places like Newsmax.
They're going to Salem.
They're going to Breitbart.
They're going to wherever.
If we don't nip alternative news or news competition in its infancy now, then we're never going to win an election again.
So they sought to essentially bankrupt their competition through this cartel system of creating insta-boycotts if your organization takes an editorial line against a sensitive content system.
It's as if the robber barons were in the government and creating their own cartels and monopolies for the competitors in the private sector.
That's what I think of.
The Hershey's of the world are in government and they're using government tools to create any threat to their monopoly to be destructed.
We're talking to Mike Benz.

There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing me of is a Russian plant.
They have said that this is has all the four, five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
Nobody believes it except his and his good friend Rudy Giuliani.
You mean the laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?
That's exactly what Is this where you're going?
This is where he's going.
A stunning moment during the presidential debates.
Now we know where that letter of 51 former CIA directors, operatives, NSA officers came from.
It came from the then acting director of the CIA at the behest of the Biden campaign, none other than Antony Blinken.
Yes, who would become the Secretary of State.
Was that a reward?
Coordinated that desinformatia, that domestic disinformation, because we know that these were Hunter Biden's laptops.
We could talk about that for hours.
The idea that the top of the top of the IC, the intelligence community, worked hand-in-glove with a presidential campaign to create a disinformation campaign just prior to an election.
A campaign that was very successful.
Afterwards, we know that upward of 30-40% of Democrats would not have voted for Joe Biden had they known that the Hunter Biden laptop was true.
Let's talk about Twitter.
Let's talk about the censorship.
You couldn't repost the article on Twitter from New York Post, etc.
I was on a Spaces.
You may have been on as well with Elon Musk about two months ago.
Where it made a lot of news that, you know, I made it into the headline of the Daily Mail where I said, Mr. Musk, where's the smoking gun?
It's not a big deal.
It's no surprise to say left-wing bureaucrats at powerful agencies in D.C.
work with left-wing programmers and gatekeepers in Palo Alto.
Big whoop.
No surprise.
And he said, well, you know, I think there's a smoking gun and Matt Taibbi should find it.
It all seems to have fizzled out, and today the establishment will say, what do you mean censorship?
The FBI never ordered Twitter to cancel people.
What's your response to my observations and the establishment's defense that, well, it was all voluntary?
Well, I think that, so I'll take those one at a time.
What you are saying is, There is so much more disclosure that is necessary from Twitter.
And leaving aside whatever interpersonal squabbles there may be currently between Tybee and Musk, I'm hopeful that Musk continues with the original purpose of the Twitter files disclosures.
Because what we really need to understand, even for example with this Hunter Biden laptop situation, is how was the Hunter Biden, how is the censorship programmed in the AI, To be able to tune things down at scale.
That is what would be fantastic, which Elon Musk could do today, would be to make public what lines of code around the Hunter Biden laptop were actually programmed by the political misinformation units at Twitter in order to tune down American
That is far more pernicious than a single URL from the New York Post for a 48-hour period.
It's the way that things are permanently turned up or turned down in the back end, which affects millions of posts, often without people even knowing it, and is basically the invisible hand that is controlling the entire market of information.
So, what I would say is I share your concern that you expressed to Elon Musk, and my understanding was that The 18 Twitter file drops that have existed to date were supposed to be the beginning of a beautiful friendship, if you will.
This was not supposed to be the end of the line and we now sort of await Musk's next move as to when he will permit the publication of additional drops.
So your expectation is that there will be more?
My expectation is there will be more, and the question is, if Twitter will not provide it voluntarily, is there a role for the House GOP to subpoena it from Twitter if Twitter will not provide it?
Because currently Twitter has actually been relatively exempt.
So, to his credit, Chairman Jim Jordan, Chairman of the Weaponization Subcommittee, subpoenaed Google, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok for all of their content moderation communications with government officials.
Those subpoena results came back on March 23rd, so they've been in process by the Weaponization Subcommittee for about a month.
There have not yet been any public details released about those, but what was notable about those subpoena requests is that Twitter was not on that list.
Now, it was presumably because of faith placed in Musk that there would be transparency through the Twitter files.
If that is not the case, they should certainly be added to that list so that we can reconstruct the true scope of the censorship that happened, which we already know is massive in the millions just from the work that my foundation has done.
And briefly, your response to those who say, well, you know, the FBI, CIA, they never ordered anybody to comply behind closed doors at Twitter.
So there's two responses to that.
Immediately with respect to, say, the FBI, if the FBI knocks on your door and says, hey, you know, you've got something hanging off of your car there.
You may want to get it checked out.
And they arrived with, you know, 12 agents and three FBI cars and four unmarked vans.
You're still talking to the FBI.
There is an inherent intimidation aspect of that.
And They were still suggesting that they be taken down in the form of flagging them proactively for the purposes of the content moderation, reviewing them as a violation in terms of service.
But what I would say is that it was not the FBI or the CIA where the censorship operations were primarily housed.
In 2020 and in 2021, it was primarily the Department of Homeland Security, which very consciously set up an outside group called the Election Integrity Partnership to, quote, fill the gaps of the censorship work that it could not do itself.
That is not my quote.
That is a quote from the head of the Election Integrity Partnership itself, who said that the Department of Homeland Security wanted to engage in this disinformation censorship work, but lacked The legal authorization to do it and so EIP was constructed to fill the gaps.
That is, they created a private sector cutout.
Where by their own report, they said that the total amount of tweets that were captured as a terms of service violation for a new policy they strong-armed the tech companies to adopt totaled 22 million tweets just in that five-month span ahead of the 2020 election alone.
Imagine having 22 million positive opinions about a particular candidate censored.
That is every authoritarian's dream accomplished at the Department of Homeland Security.
That's exactly the way to think about it.
It's strangely always in one direction.
We're talking to Mike Benz.

Yes, I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor.
Two weeks later, I was pain-free, and I'm still pain-free more than...
Four years later?
That's incredible.
That should be you.
There's only one way to find out.

You won't regret it.
Simply ask yourself one question.
What have you got to lose?
Nothing except the pain.
800-500-8384.
ReliefFactor.com.
ReliefFactor.com.
You are like a one-man, you know, warrior regiment.
You are fighting the good fight, providing information to those who should be doing something about it, as the foreign policy elite's disinformation and censorship weaponry have been.
Turned upon the US population, the citizens here at home.
You've been working day in day out.
You've been briefing Congress.
Share with our three and a half million listeners across the country right now.
What is it that needs to be done?
A lot of people said the Restrict Act with regards to TikTok would be a disaster.
Any administration later could just nuke any social media platform they didn't like.
So what are the good ideas that you've been trying to disseminate on Capitol Hill, Mike?
Sure.
So there are five different categories of government censorship activities, each one of which can be targeted by Congress.
There's censorship funding, which principally comes from the National Science Foundation and a few others.
There's censorship pressure, which is when, for example, the FBI recommends something be taken down.
There's censorship coordination, which, for example, is when the Department of Homeland Security works with an entity like EIP that we just discussed.
to coordinate changes to policies for taking things down.
There's censorship outsourcing, which is a government creation and partnership with outside entities in order to fill the gaps of what the government can't censor directly.
And then there's censorship laundering, which is essentially when the State Department or the Defense Department, a foreign-facing government agency, deputizes a foreign firm to censor Americans That it wouldn't be able to do itself.
So every one of those of our federal agencies, the national security state, have a role to play in the censorship industry.
Again, you've got the National Science Foundation, who's doing $40 million worth of censorship funding.
You've got the Defense Department, the State Department, which are laundering censorship operations.
You've got the FBI, who is pressuring censorship.
And you have the Department of Homeland Security, who is coordinating it.
There is a committee for every single one of those government agencies.
So first of all, being smarter about subpoenas is one thing that can be done right away.
For example, there is a perfectly preserved First Amendment crime scene That could be subpoenaed out of Stanford University today, which was a ticketing system that they maintain control over that has all of the government collusion tickets that they created to coordinate their work with DHS on every hashtag, every major misinformation narrative for both the 2020 election and COVID-19.
Which part of Stanford are we talking about, Mike?
It's called the Stanford Internet Observatory.
It's run by Alex Deimos, who was the former chief security officer of Facebook, and Renee DiResta, who started at the CIA and then became affiliated with, she became basically the operations director at New Knowledge, which created fake Russian bot farms to sway the Roy Moore.
I mean, these are professional disinformation artists who are now advertising themselves as disinformation experts.
But Stanford ran this massive 120-person, 16-hour-a-day, round-the-clock censorship operation for months ahead of the 2020 election, and then did so again for censoring 66 different narratives around COVID-19.
At the behest of who?
Well, they were partnered with the Department of Homeland Security for the 2020 election.
That is, the Department of Homeland Security said, under our cybersecurity remit, misinformation online is a cyber attack on the critical infrastructure of elections.
So if misinformation is a cyber attack, they use that to deputize this outside group, EIP, to then mass flag and coerce the tech companies to create new censorship speech violations by saying to then mass flag and coerce the tech companies to create new censorship speech violations by saying if this speech is allowed on the platforms, then it's
So it was for the Department of Homeland Security for elections, and then it was with HHS, the White House, and other federal partners with COVID.
But currently to this day, what you will find in those tickets will make the Twitter files look like a...
Look like a child's play.
Because these are going to be the actual source communications with government officials.
It will be every single narrative that was censored with the assistance and with the support of the federal government.
And it will have who did it, the names, the dates, the hashtags, the rationale, all of that.
The kind of stuff that the Twitter files can only approximate.
And it's one subpoena away if, whether that's the Weaponization Subcommittee, whether that's the Straight Traditionary Committee, whether that's Oversight, whether that's House Homeland, any one of these committees could simply pick up this baton tomorrow.
And you would have a, like I say, a perfectly preserved First Amendment crime scene to turn this whole thing up.
Sorry, go ahead.
I was going to say, but this is also a moment for Republicans in the Appropriations Committee to get serious and to demonstrate whether they mean it or not, or whether they're just going to bark and not bite.
Right now, one rider to the Appropriations Committee's National Science Foundation funding could cut $40 million in straight-up censorship funding.
It's a one-sentence rider.
All it takes is for that committee to simply pick up that baton and basically cut out a Sam Bankman-free sized in-kind political contribution using taxed-car dollars.
You are in the heart of it all.
I'm a bit scared of asking this question.
Are you a pessimist or an optimist, Mike, when it comes to everything you've seen in terms of the power of the establishment to control information in front of the American electorate?
I believe it's important to be an optimist in order to keep your energy levels high.
The thing that there was a huge amount of momentum up until a number of new innovations in the censorship industry playbook that need to be adapted to for me to maintain the level of optimism that I had really only a few weeks ago.
And I would say I gave a briefing one time to a very high-level, very intelligent individual who's very passionate about censorship many months ago.
And at the end of this long presentation I gave, I said, and this is why censorship is the most important issue in our country today.
And the person thought about it for a few moments and said, no, actually, it's number two.
The most important issue is rule of law and what's going on at the Justice Department.
And I see that snapping into focus, the insight of that observation now, because it is almost as if the stakes have been raised.
Once the illuminations have happened and the censorship balance has been broken to some extent with Musk's acquisition, there's a lot more work to go.
But what I'm saying is there's a case for optimism, but then you have the very court system itself Throwing people in jail for memes, indicting a president for the first time in two decades.
The rules are changing as we speak, and the very fabric of our society is being caught up in the stakes being raised in order to protect these censorship and these abusive institutions and to shield them from accountability.
So I'm not sure what the answer is to the DOJ at this point.
Yeah, it's going to be rule of law first, equality before the law, lady justice blindfold, then the clearing up, the obstructing of the censorship is next.
I think we should have a czar.
I don't like that phrase, kind of echoes of the past.
maybe a point man in the next concerto administration to stop censorship.
And I nominate Mike Benz.
