  Welcome, dear friends.
- Yes.
Right now we mourn, we pray for, we keep in our thoughts those who lost loved ones, lost children, fathers, sisters, sons yesterday in Nashville.
We pray for the souls of those who were killed by the transgender killer, former student of the school.
And at the same time, we recognize how it could have been much, much worse.
Unlike very many other police departments in America, Nashville has been exemplary in the last 22-23 hours.
They've been open from the beginning.
As soon as they had information, they shared it with their fellow Americans.
And they've even, shockingly, already released the body camera footage of the officers who engaged the killer.
We're going to recognize the two Officers who apparently were the tip of the spear, Officer Michael Collazo and Officer Rex Engelbert.
These individuals ran to the sound of gunfire.
Unlike Yuvaldi, they didn't wait around for over an hour, sitting in safety, using the wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispenser.
They did what has to be done, which is the job of every man, to protect the vulnerable.
I think you probably saw the footage yesterday of the dozens, the scores of children being led out of the school who otherwise Could have died at the hands of Audrey Hale, the transgender killer who said she is a man.
We're going to show you the footage, the remarkable footage, the opposite of Uvalde, and what these brave, young police officers did yesterday.
Cut 12, play cut.
Go, Sam, go!
Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
Drop it up. Go.
Ready?
One more door, one down.
Go!
Go.
Shots fired.
Right!
Push to the LPBO!
Push to the LPBO!
Right, right, right. Push to the LPBO. Push to the LPBO.
Go right. Clear. Move, move.
Move!
Stop moving!
Stop moving!
Watch left!
Watch left!
Suspect down!
Suspect down!
Stunning footage.
And we didn't have to wait six weeks or six months.
Remember how long it took with the Paul Pelosi footage?
It's less than a day later and we have it.
And for those of you who are listening on radio, It's stunning that as the shot, as they were moving through the corridor in classic house clearing formation, holding on to each other's shoulders, tapping them, yes, I've got you, I'm covering you.
The officer whose footage we were watching, let's put their photographs up on the screen, Officer Michael Collazo, he only had his sidearm.
He was pushing his fellow officers, and as the shots rang out from the killer, they actually accelerated their movement to close with her.
and deal ultimate justice.
Rex Engelbert actually had his rifle.
He's the one who, you can see his body camera footage separately, he's the one who dealt the first deadly blow and neutralized the killer as she was standing at a window firing at the other law enforcement officers outside in their patrol vehicles.
But, Officer Collazo, all he had was his handgun.
But he ran towards the gunfire.
Why?
Well, let's listen to the chief of the Nashville Police, John Drake, who said, that's the mission.
Here we go.
So my thoughts and prayers again, but the praise go to the men and women, as I've said before, We will not wait.
I was hoping this day would never ever come here in this city, but we would never wait to make entry and to go in and to stop a threat, especially when it deals with our children.
So thank you.
Clearly shaken moments after the event, but he said what had to be said.
We never wait, especially when it's about children.
We go in, we close with the killer, and we deal them death.
Ultimate justice.
Real men dealt justice to a fake man.
That was at 11.13 Eastern Standard Time that the atrocity occurred.
At three o'clock in the afternoon, so of course everyone knew what had happened, This is what Biden said.
This is cut 18.
He came down from his private residence.
And this was the first thing he said after children had been murdered in that private Christian school.
Cut 18.
I'm Dr. Joe Biden's husband.
And I ate Jenny's ice cream, chocolate chip.
I came down because I heard there was chocolate chip ice cream.
By the way, I have a whole refrigerator full upstairs.
I think I'm kidding.
I'm not.
God.
Children?
Lying dead?
At the Presbyterian Covenant School?
And he talks about ice cream?
Is he simply senile or evil?
Does he have no soul?
Is he amoral?
Beyond immoral, he is amoral or senile or both.
Just listen, even Fox News doesn't know how to comprehend what they're just listening to.
Listen to their coverage.
John Roberts, cut 17.
I'm sorry to interrupt.
I'm told that the president is just approaching the podium now in the Eastern of the White House.
My name is Joe Biden.
laughter laughter I'm Dr. Joe Biden's husband.
And I ate Jenny's ice cream, chocolate chip.
I came down because I heard there was chocolate chip ice cream.
By the way, I have a whole refrigerator full upstairs.
I think I'm kidding.
I'm not.
Ben, how are you, pal?
one of the best guys in the United States Congress, Ben Cardin.
Folks, it's a delight to have you all here.
And who are those good-looking kids back there?
They're your kids, all four of them?
Well, stand up, guys.
John, we'll jump back in here.
Yeah.
Considering the moment.
Like you.
We were told that the shooting that just happened left three children dead, three adults dead, shooters dead, and we were told he would be addressing this stuff off the top.
Yeah, it's rather surprising.
I thought that a somber President Biden would have come to the podium here and addressed this school shooting.
He's yucking it up with the crowd at the East Room.
That's the left.
It's who they've become.
We must utterly defeat them politically.
There is no question.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
So much to discuss.

All right.
Mic's back on.
Give me line three.
Mic's up.
Mic's on.
Yeah, give him line three.
Who's this?
Hello?
Yes, who's this?
Frank.
Hi, what's your question?
What's your comment?
Yeah, I want to talk about Trump and his messaging, how he needs to improve it.
Go ahead.
His whole thing about being a victim and I did nothing wrong and he's got so much more to run on.
Why does he keep harping on that stuff?
He sounds like a little girl complaining.
Because it's all true.
That's why.
Shouldn't he tell the truth?
What's your problem with the truth, Frank?
Don't you like the truth?
It may be true, but people are going to perceive him as just being complaining and whining, and they're going to gravitate towards DeSantis.
Is that why he's crushing him by between 30 and 40 points in the polls, Frank?
Well, the election, the primary is like five years away.
The primary is five years away?
Do you live in America?
You do know the election is two years away, right?
I'm kidding, Dr. Gorka.
You couldn't obviously detect my sarcasm.
No, I couldn't.
I couldn't.
No, that's not sarcasm.
That's just being asinine.
Your goatee must be growing into your ears.
Oh, so you're a big fan of the show, you stupid little mother's boy.
Get back in your basement, you little cuckold.
Goodbye.
Spoken like a leftist, honestly.
Of course!
I really cannot wait to see a Sanus go down at this point, just to see the... They're all gonna be so mad on Twitter, it's gonna be great.
Two minutes.
We've got his book cover, right?
Spicy!
Oh, you want the mics on or off?
On!
On, alright.
Yes, I have it.
Show me.
This one.
The parrots go bananas.
For a moment I thought it said the parrots.
Are you sure that's the latest one?
That's the one that showed up online.
Okay, good.
Alright, Saga 3, Book 1.
Okay, good.
And for Kengor, what President Trump should have done.
and the monologue.
Biden and the Nashville Massacre.
Alright, so I'm gonna do my PhD, then I'll tee up 16, and then I'll go to Spicy.
PhD, then tee up 16.
up 16.
All righty.
45 seconds.
Music in the break.
What's going on?
Is he not responding?
Jeff's texting him now.
It says he's not online. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.
Amen. Amen. Thank you.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Welcome back.
Have you given up on the Being the svelte version of yourself you were a few years ago, I had for 20 years.
I kind of, you know, I could cover it.
I was six foot three.
I could carry the extra pounds wherever I did.
I lost some weight.
I regained it.
But then my wife said, you know, you've got that new advertiser.
Let's give it a try.
I am now wearing size 36 jeans.
I haven't done that since I was in my 20s.
42 pounds I've lost and I'm ecstatic and so grateful to Dr. Ashley Lucas of MyPhD Weight Loss.
If I can do it, anyone can.
No stupid pill popping.
No starvation diets or calorie counting.

People often ask me, would I go back into the administration?
Would I go back to serve again?
Did I have a fun time?
Well, it was special as an immigrant to the United States to be walking around the West Wing as Deputy Assistant to the President for Strategy, but it wasn't the easiest time in my life.
But some moments, such as this one, made it a little easier.
Cut 60!
I literally stand at this podium and opened a briefing a couple days ago about the president expecting his condolences.
I literally opened the briefing about it.
So for you to sit there and say, I know, so why are you asking why he didn't do it when I literally stood here and did it?
I don't understand what you're asking.
Kellyanne's comment were about that the president doesn't have time to tweet about everything.
Right.
He's tweeting about this.
Right.
He's not tweeting about something else.
I came out here and actually spoke about it and said the president spoke... You're talking about the president's time.
What are you... You're equating me addressing the nation here in a tweet?
I don't... I mean, that's the silliest thing I've ever heard.
That's Sean Spicer, former press secretary, treating the mainstream media as they should be treated.
And he does it every day as well now on Newsmax.
He's my colleague at Newsmax, and he's with us right now.
How are you, Mr. Spicy?
I love that trip down memory lane.
So would you do it again?
Because you were, you know, I just did media now and again when you guys would send me out there, but you had to be there at that podium every single day.
Did you enjoy your time there, Sean?
So look, I honestly, I mean, you talked about being an immigrant.
I grew up in a very working class family.
It was an honor for me.
And I mean, like I literally tell people I couldn't afford when we did the eighth grade trip.
I couldn't, my family, we just couldn't afford it.
So to be what, 50 feet from the Oval Office every day, pick up the phone and call the president.
It was unbelievable.
It was an unbelievable honor, but the intensity, the scrutiny, not just for me, but for my family, I like being President Trump's friend.
I like being his supporter.
I saw him a couple weeks ago.
He has been unbelievably supportive of every venture that I've had since I left the White House.
And for that, I am forever in his debt.
But I don't, I'm not going to go back into government in any way.
At least, I mean, who knows, 20 years from now, I don't want to ever rule anything out.
I wouldn't do that to my family again.
For me, I know sometimes it's a cliché in D.C., but I was the assistant coach, as my daughter likes to remind me, of her CYO basketball team this winter.
I go to my son's baseball practices.
There is something when your kids are that young that is really special about doing it.
People tell me all the time, you can never get this stuff back.
I couldn't do that in the White House.
My wife carried the burden, and when people say they're going to spend more time with their family, sometimes it's a line, and sometimes it's not.
And in my case, look, I served.
I'm glad I did it.
I'm honored to have done it.
I will continue to support President Trump, but box checked.
Somebody else's turn.
Another youngster can step up to that podium.
We'll talk about your latest venture.
You talked about President Trump supporting all your ventures.
We'll talk about that in the next segment.
But let me share with our three million listeners across the nation a little story.
So I can't remember.
It was a Saturday morning and we had guests in town or I was taking my grown kids to the White House and it was Saturday morning and usually Saturday morning nobody's there and I'm walking them around the West Wing and I'm, you know, This is the briefing room with the swimming pool underneath it.
Here's the press section.
And this is, oh, he's here.
Sean Spicer at work Saturday morning with your son.
I think you were there with your kids.
You were so, you're dedicated to the mission.
You even dragged them to work on Saturday morning.
Well, there were times when I think my wife was like, Hey, I know you have to go to work, but I need to do some things too.
And so, you know, I'd bring them with me and let her go do whatever she needed to do, because as I said, she carried the load.
I had a rule, it was actually Mike McCurry who had worked for President Clinton, and he had told me at the beginning, you're going to, they're going to, people who are going to try to make you work seven days a week, try to figure out one day you could take off.
And obviously, you know, we're asked as Christians to take Sunday off.
I think God understands that there's only so much you can do when you work at the White House.
So I would try to stay home on Sundays.
That didn't mean I didn't work, but that was a day that I could be a little bit more present.
So I would go in on Saturdays.
Sometimes I'd hit mass.
There's a church not far from the White House on Saturday evenings.
And then I would try to be home on Sunday.
But so if I had to be there on Saturdays, it meant that sometimes I had to bring the kids with me.
Follow this man right now at Sean Spicer.
Follow him every night on Newsmax.
Watch him at Spicer & Co.
In the couple of minutes we've got left in this segment, Sean, you had it tough.
You gave back as hard as you received.
Talk to us about the last two years.
The way I look at it, the mainstream media's even worse.
Is that possible?
No, I mean, it is.
It is possible.
They are worse.
Listen, I was watching this yesterday.
We're going to address it on the show tonight.
Yesterday, the President of the United States comes out after this tragic shooting in Nashville and starts talking about how much chocolate chip ice cream he has in his fridge.
I am absolutely appalled at this.
And yet, if you watch any of the mainstream media, they cut that clip out because they'll do anything they can to ensure that they cover for him.
If this had been anybody else, I think they would have led with that, saying how embarrassing it was and how inappropriate it was.
Yet the President of the United States is down there talking about how he's got a fridge of chocolate chip ice cream and he can get as much as he wants.
It was literally, I would say tone deaf, but I don't think that does it justice.
And yet it was literally cut out of all of the coverage.
And that's just the latest example of what these guys do to cover for him.
So in the case of President Trump, when you and I were there, it was attack, attack, attack.
In the case of President Biden, it's cover up, cover up, cover up.
Bingo.
Nailed it.
Absolutely.

We'll be back with Sean Spicer after these messages.
I'm doing an event tomorrow at the Cleveland Park Library with Posobiec, Kirk Cameron, The libs of TikTok.
We're all going to do a book reading tomorrow in DC, which I'm sure I'm going to regret after my ass gets kicked all over DC.
The Cleveland what?
Park Live, Cleveland Park Public Library.
Public Library with Posso, with Kurt Cameron.
Libs of TikTok is going to come out in public?
Wow.
Yeah.
Wow.
Amazing.
What time?
10.30 to one tomorrow on Connecticut Avenue in Northwest DC.
All right.
Until Antifa shuts us down.
What made you do that?
I'm impressed.
Listen, I've had, my wife last night literally was like, I don't know what you're thinking.
This is like, she's literally like, this is so stupid.
It's not even a book signing.
We're reading to kids.
And if you Google this, Kirk Cameron has been doing these all over the country.
He did one in Henderson, Tennessee, right outside where my mother-in-law lives.
Henderson, Tennessee, which is like Bible Belt.
And he got, they went nuts there.
You mean in a good way or a bad way?
Bad way.
They came out after, everywhere he goes, these lefties come after him.
And Chaya, whatever, the woman from the TikTok, they had to cancel it because of security threats.
And I was like, I don't know if the five of us doing one in Northwest D.C.
That is the smartest thing that I've ever seen.
I mean, we might as well go hang out at Berkeley.
So are they organizing security?
Yeah, well that was, I literally just said, hey, just out of curiosity, not that I don't trust Pasovic to take care of me, but we, and they were like, yes, we have security for you.
Cause I was like, you know, the problem these days is that I don't want to be the guy who has to throw a punch.
Cause then they'll sue me.
Do you know Jack from Navy time or just politics?
No, Jack's Air Force, man.
He's a wuss.
He's Air Force?
I thought he was Navy.
He's Air Force, dude.
Oh, man.
Which is an acceptable alternative.
Isn't the Navy more wussy?
Aren't they the most wussy of all?
Oh my God, no.
The Air Force is an acceptable alternative to military service.
Hush, hush.
That's how come they split off, they had to make Space Force out of Air Force, because they were like, oh my god, what's even wussier?
I hear a tinge of envy there.
Oh no.
All right, when did the book come out?
Did it come out for CPAC?
That week, yeah.
So it's only been a couple weeks.
Good.
All right, I need to find that photograph.
And Trump, yeah, it was fine.
Trump actually did a great endorsement of the book.
Did he put it out on Truth Social?
Yep, and we have a picture, like I went down and saw him, and it was funny, he literally, he starts looking through it and he goes, where am I?
Of course.
So Pasovic did, I mean, Kash Patel did his, we all do Brave Books, and Kash did his.
They're all part of this saga of Brave Books.
But Cash did a one-off and he made his about this king and the king was Trump.
Yeah, it was him, right, right, right, right.
So Trump says, he grabs the book and he's like, well, I don't get it.
How come you don't have me in the book?
And I said, well, mine's not, it's actually part of it.
Hang on, hang on.
The antidote to fake news, America first.
Yes, indeed.

We are back with the press secretary extraordinaire of the Trump administration, my buddy, host of Spicer & Co on Newsmax, and the author of a brand new book.
He showed it to me at CPAC.
Oh, look at that.
Look, he's smooth.
He is smooth.
The Parrots Go Bananas, part of the amazing series of Brave Books.
It is Saga 3, Sean Spicer.
What is this about parrots and bananas?
Well, it's a children's book about a real issue, which is the challenges of fake news.
Now, you and I both know about fake news.
We've seen the The problems with fake news, we've dealt with it, the consequences of fake news, but we present it and we talk about it in a way that kids do.
So we don't talk about fake news, we don't talk about the media, but the characters face a challenge.
They're accused of something that they're not obviously guilty of.
Everybody in their village piles onto them and they have to basically exonerate themselves.
Something that you talked a lot about on your show with Nick Sandman and Covington Catholic High School.
It's something that I was able to talk to my kids about as we're putting this book together.
And so Brave Books, this is part of their series that they always find something patriotic or Christian that we can talk to kids about because they're facing so many forces from the internet and society.
that are part of the woke agenda.
This is something that if you go to bravebooks.com, you can actually get the book and feel comfortable that your kids are learning and seeing something that you as a parent can feel comfortable that are not part of the woke agenda. - I'm so excited to hear that you're doing this and the great Brave Books series, but why has it you can actually get the book and feel comfortable that your kids are learning I'm so excited to hear that you're doing this and the Great Brave Book series, but why has it taken so long, Sean?
I mean, you're a guy who understands the media.
You've been a press secretary.
You serve in the Navy in the similar facility, you know, managing information.
Why has it taken conservatives so long to understand that it's not just about, you know, tax policies and immigration and national defense, that we have to tell our own stories?
Why has it taken so long?
You know, the funny thing is, we're not just telling our story, Seb.
This book isn't about a right-leaning conservative agenda.
It's about being a good person.
I mean, in this book, we don't say, go out and spread conservatism.
We say, don't jump on the bandwagon.
Be a good person.
Don't judge somebody falsely or too hastily.
That's not a conservative thing.
That's a good person thing.
That's a Christian value.
That's a humanity thing.
And the problem is, is that we assumed the good in people.
We assumed that when you went, sent your kid to school, that they were just taught good values.
And what we woke up one day, and I think COVID shed a lot of light on this, was that what happened is we realized that the left went in, And recognize that they had an opportunity to indoctrinate kids as part of their agenda.
And so we woke up one day and said, holy smokes, they're out there selling them on this transgenderism, on guns and everything else that when we thought they were learning about science and math and English and history, they were in fact learning about this agenda.
And so we've got to finally go, OK, what do we do about it?
And that's why what Brave Books does is said, OK, let's partner with folks.
To teach them about the ills of communism, to talk to them about the ills of fake news, about bravery, things that aren't really controversial.
We saw a poll yesterday that came out in the Wall Street Journal that says, you know, it went from 78% of Americans that thought that patriotism was a good idea to the high 30s in just two years.
The idea that patriotism is a bad idea?
What's going on in America?
So if we don't start getting at the younger generation, Someone else is going to start going after these guys, and right now we're seeing Hollywood, big tech, and the left fill that void, that if we don't start finding a counter to it, we're going to be behind the eight ball, and I'm just not sure we can get out from under it.
It's up to us.
It's up to all of us, not just radio hosts, TV hosts.
It's up to you, the American people.
The book, get it right now.

Advice would you give the president right now?
Yeah.
So, look, he doesn't like what I say.
I mean, I've told him not to punch down, but I know why he's doing it.
It's like a very Sun Tzu thing.
I mean, beat the crap out of DeSantis so you don't have to fight the guy, right?
He can't punch back right now because he's not running.
So I understand what he's doing, but I think The point that I would make to him is everyone else is trying to be Trump without the whatever.
You are Trump.
You're the only one that's been president.
You have the accomplishments.
Just go around.
I think a CPAC speech was exactly what he should model everything on going forward.
Talk about what you did.
Talk about what you will do because nobody else can do that.
You're the only one.
That can say, here's what I did.
Everyone else says, I'll continue the policies of president Trump and here's whatever.
You don't have to, you were president Trump.
You are president Trump.
So I just think that you're, you're punching down to a fucking governor and a former this and people that you appointed don't, don't punch down.
Just say, I am him.
And here's what I'll do to build on it.

That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.
We didn't plan it this way, but one of the latest products we have there, very apropos of Nashville, is of course Good Guy With A Gun.
That's the only way you stop a bad guy or a woman pretending to be a man.
It's being a good guy with a gun.
Get your t-shirt today.
Let's stay on that topic of Nashville.
Let's go to Hawaii.
Rami, welcome to America First.
Aloha, Sebastian Gorka.
I'm so blessed to be on with you.
I just wanted to thank you for playing the footage.
I was driving and sitting in my car listening to it of the Nashville shooting.
And just to hear how precise the police who took charge eradicated the shooter.
The exact opposite of what occurred at the Evaldi shooting.
It was a good guy taking out the bad guy and I think personally there should be a school resource officer.
At every school, public, private, whatever, there should be people armed there, personally.
Absolutely.
Yeah, that footage is quite remarkable.
If you haven't seen it, it's on all my social media platforms.
Just wherever you find me, Twitter, Truth Social, Instagram, Facebook, you can see the incredible body cam footage already released of the officers that ran towards the gunfire.
One of them with just his sidearm, just his handgun, the other one with his AR-15 that dealt death and justice.
to that transgender murderer.
Judy Brooklyn.
Welcome, Judy.
Thank you.
Oh, thank you, Dr. G. Listen, there should be no gun zones.
No gun zones.
Right, right, right.
Oh, how about this?
This is confirmed by the chief of police that this individual, this Audrey Hale, the murderer from The Episcopal Covenant School was casing other places, but found there to be too much security.
That's exactly the same as previous shootings.
So, of course, if you're creating zones where they think you're just, you know, fish in a barrel, you're going to be targeted!
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
No, absolutely.
You know something?
I'm listening to Sean Spicer, but I'm calling about something that I'm going to ask, suggest, and request, if I may.
But as far as President Trump goes, Dr. G, listen, all the other candidates, they might be good, but they never had the experience of being president.
He's the only one, and he can point that out and say that, you know, he's got the experience and there's no guesswork.
In other words, there's no guesswork.
He was just fantastic.
His policies were great.
With them, you never know.
You don't know yet.
But with him, it's a sure thing.
It's exactly like Sean Spicer told us in the break afterwards.
He said he doesn't have to say, I will be good.
I've proven that I have been good.
That's the big difference.
Thank you, Judy.
All right, let's talk about what happened yesterday in Nashville with somebody who He's a professional in these issues about hardening schools and understanding what it takes to prevent such disasters.
He's been on the show before from Broaddus Defence.
Jeff Broaddus, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
I appreciate you having the trust and confidence to reach out to us.
We're glad to help in any way we can.
So, your comments, it's absolutely incredible, the transparency of the Nashville Police Department, the fact that they've released multiple different body cam footage versions from the various officers.
Tell us what you've seen and your comments in general on how to prevent this in the future.
Well, I think it's appropriate, first and foremost, to remember the victims and survivors of this, that our hearts and prayers go out to them.
That does have power, it does have meaning, and everyone should keep that in mind, regardless of what they hear from politicians.
I would say that That I have watched the videos.
I have, more importantly, spoken to people, sources with inside knowledge of that department's training program.
I myself have personally had very capable, courageous police officer students under my care from that particular department.
And I can tell you that they have had alert training, which is our program, Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training out of San Marcos, Texas.
Verified by the Department of Justice and the FBI as America's best practice in active shooter response.
When I watch those videos, I see those operations... Hang on, are you saying that members of the National PD have taken your training courses?
Yes, absolutely.
The courses that we offer and the courses of the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training.
You can see it in their actions.
You can see it in their attitude.
The operational priorities of first and foremost, stop the killing by taking down our bad guy.
Stop the dying by rapid point of wounding care and introduction of rescue task forces and rapid casualty evacuation as a third priority.
I also see the ethos that our men and women in law enforcement have when it comes to why they stuck their hand up for this job, much like a school teacher.
And unfortunately, an incident like this, those two professions meet head on.
They don't do it for the money.
These are people that have placed their hand up and said, I will sacrifice my life for the innocent.
That's our motto at Broaddus Defense is we exist to protect the innocent.
And when I see the actions of these officers, it reminds me of scripture.
The Bible says that then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I send and who will go for us?
And I said, here am I, send me.
That's from Isaiah.
And the only officers that I know they're involved, although there are many in that video and I don't want to exclude any of them, Rex Engleton and Michael Coyar, these are people we should be talking about.
We should not be talking about these murderous a-holes that go after our most innocent.
And just watching that footage, there's that remarkable moment from not Engelbert's camera, but from the other officer's camera, where there's a rapid succession of shots being fired by the murderer from the window at where there's a rapid succession of shots being fired by the murderer from the window at their And they actually accelerate towards the gunfighter.
They actually speed up the closing with the enemy.
It's stunning.
It's everything we hoped for from these brave men and women.
It is.
We teach in the course that there are three kinds of effective cover.
We call it the ABCs of cover, and one is accurate return fire, stopping the threat.
One is your body armor, and one is the use of hard points of cover, like buildings and earth features.
So these guys did everything in the book, as far as I can tell, so far, correctly.
We advocate for rapidly stopping a suspect, even if you have to go alone.
We've realized that this is one of the most important missions that we can go to.
But the sanction for failure is far too high as we've seen in previous incidents.
You don't wait, you don't do what Yuvaldi did.
You go in, you engage, you terminate the threat.
So impressed to hear that you have trained members of the Nashville PD.
It's BroadUsDefense.
That's B-R-O-A-D-D-U-S-Defense.com.
God bless you, Jeff.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Back to your calls momentarily here on the Salem News Channel coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans across the country right now.
Me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Yvonne from California.
This is Yvonne's story.
Both my husband and I are in our seventies and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Just those two words, pain-free, should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com for just $19.95.
It'll be at your door In three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Yvonne, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
Call right now!
800-500-8384 reliefactor.com.
800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
That's 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
Can you post that without the caller?
Yeah.
And call it?
We trained the Nashville... Heroes?
Yes.
Nashville heroes.
Okay.
90 seconds.
You can block.
It's pathetic by the way that Fallon had to, or Kimmel had to reference Kanye in that clip.
Did you even hear the latest from Kanye?
No.
That's what he calls Trump.
Kanye West Wing.
What's the latest?
His first social media post of the year was an Instagram post basically saying, I'm not kidding, he now loves Jewish people again because he liked Jonah Hill's performance in 21 Jump Street.
Oh dear.
It wasn't 21 Jump Street, I thought it was a new movie.
No, it was 21 Jump Street.
It was so bad.
He ended it literally saying, thank you Jonah Hill, I love you.
you.
30 seconds.
I'm not going to do this anymore.
I think there's a number of other journalists.
Thank you.
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
A tote bag free zone.
I think that's the definition of serendipity when you invite a guest on the show and you find out that they actually trained several of the officers that engaged the killer in Nashville yesterday.
So, so impressed with Jeff Broadhouse.
Let's go to your calls.
Jacqueline has been waiting very patiently in Brooklyn.
Jacqueline, welcome to America First.
Thank you so much, Dr. Gorka.
You know, I have to commend you.
You were the one who called it yesterday.
Do we know that this individual is a biological female?
And it turns out that it happens to be a biological male.
No, no, no.
Incorrect.
It's a biological female who said she was a woman.
I was asking, right, do we know?
Do we know whether it's really a woman?
Well, this is a woman who said her pronouns are he and him.
That's the insanity, Jacqueline.
I raised the question because I was thinking, hang on a second, this is so strange.
And it turned out to be strange.
But biological woman?
Who said she was a man?
Well, my feeling of pointing the finger at the Biden administration still holds, but for a different reason.
Because they knew how to point the finger at President Trump regarding the January 6th incident when it wasn't his fault at all.
They infiltrated it and they know that.
But the Biden administration has been pushing this transgender agenda and the mutilation of children and puberty blockers.
So, I think they should be held responsible for all of these massacres.
There have been at least five or six that involved transgender individuals.
Actually, we're going to talk about that at the top of the hour.
Eric's got the names, the photographs of all of these transgender killers.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you, Jacqueline.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
Brent, Los Angeles.
Blessings, Compassionate Gorka!
Oh, I've never been called that before.
What brings you to our shows today?
Your comment, your question, my friend.
Yeah, well, first, I'm very excited that I'll be seeing you next month at Unite the Inland Empire Extravaganza.
Yes, with Jennifer Horne and Grant Stenshaw.
It's going to be amazing.
And you asked if Biden is a sociopath just because he always laughs at the deaths of children or Fauci's victims.
Or makes fun of that woman two weeks ago who lost both of her sons to fentanyl.
Actually makes fun of her.
That's a much better word, Brent.
He's a sociopath.
Yes, precisely.
And he fits every criteria in the DSM, the Diagnostical Statistical Manual for Antisocial Personality Disorder, as the leftist psychiatric industrial complex chose to relabel it years back.
And any honest psychiatrist or psychiatric therapist would tell you that.
Unfortunately, most of our progressive atheist therapists have no relationship or affinity to morals, truth, or reality.
Perfectly put.
I always talk about him being amoral.
I think most people aren't familiar with that phrase.
It's not immoral.
It's not a bad person.
It's a person, if you're amoral, you don't even know what good or bad is.
But a far better word for it is sociopath.
A man who comes down four hours after the murder of little children and talks about his favorite ice cream.
Total sociopath.
Thank you, Brent.
There's so much more to come.
Don't go anywhere.
This is America First on the Salem News Channel.
Thank you.
The IRS comes knocking on his door.
Not even Nixon tried that.
They said he wished to, but he never did.

We'll tell you why.

Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
Thank you.
Let me read a text I just received from a good buddy.
He's seen the footage that we played for you of the Nashville police officers who ran towards the gunfire.
Oh my gosh, latest headlines.
Suspect bought seven firearms.
Oh, by the way, can you put that Wikipedia page entry up, Eric, that you found?
How stupid, how moronic, what level of imbecility is the mainstream media?
This is Wikipedia, which is just a, you know, propaganda arm of the left.
This is their entry for the Nashville shooting yesterday.
Under the rubric weapons, they have assault-style rifle and then assault-style pistol.
Assault-style pistol?
What is an assault-style pistol?
There is no such thing.
There are rifles, and there are pistols, there are shotguns, and there are machine guns, and there are submachine guns.
Those are the categories you can choose from Wikipedia.
There is no such thing as an assault-style pistol.
What you're referring to is in one of the photographs from the CCTV camera footage.
You can see Audrey Hale carrying a Kel-Tec PCC which is a pistol caliber carbine.
It is a rifle but it is using a cartridge that is derived from a pistol.
It's actually using Glock magazine so it's a weaker firearm than say an AR-15 but it is the full length of a rifle and it has a stock like a rifle and a sixteen inch minimum barrel like a rifle so These are the people who want to disarm you.
They know nothing, nothing about guns except that they're bad and that you shouldn't have them.
Sorry, let me go back to what my friend literally just texted me 11 minutes ago.
So he's seen the footage that we shared with you.
It's all over my social media.
You can find it on my Twitter, my Truth Social, my Facebook, my Instagram.
The bravery displayed in the body cam footage is incredible.
Real men.
That comes from a friend called Jonathan, who is a former paratrooper in the US Army.
A paratrooper is saying that this is the epitome of bravery.
Real men.
And as I tweeted out earlier today, Over a photograph of the dead, contorted body of Audrey Hale.
Real men.
Justice dealt.
Justice dealt to a fake man.
What the mainstream media won't tell you is the nexus of violence and transgenderism.
Here we have, from Andy Ngo, just a reminder of what you need to know.
Here we have the LinkedIn profile images of Audrey E Hale.
The murderer in Nashville who, of course, biologically was a woman until she was dealt justice by those officers.
But who said that she's a man and put on her profile on LinkedIn that her pronouns are he and him?
Is this so strange?
Is it so unusual?
So sui generis?
So unique?
Not at all.
Here's the next post.
Just a reminder, flashback, May 2019, a female-to-male identifying trans shooter, so again, interestingly, a woman who pretends she's a man, called Alec McKinney, and her accomplice, Devin Erickson, carried out the mass shooting at the STEM School Highlands Ranch in Douglas County, Colorado.
And what did the investigators hear from Ms.
McKinney, who pretends to be a man, that she was targeting transphobic students?
Next post from the great Andy Ngo.
This is of course the Club Q killer.
November Last year, non-binary suspect Anderson Aldridge carried out the deadly mass shooting at the gay nightclub.
Quickly, of course, because it was a gay nightclub, it was blamed by the left-wing media on conservative, transphobic, homophobic extremists.
Until they found out that the killer was non-binary.
I think it was.
That was the instance where the marine father, the former marine, tackled the killer and saved others lives.
And then one more from closer to home.
Aberdeen, Maryland, 2018.
A female to male.
Interesting.
Another one.
Snotia Mosley.
A woman who pretended to be a man.
Murdered three colleagues at a Rite Aid distribution center in Aberdeen, Maryland.
Mostly shot herself rather than face being arrested.
Mr. G, we live in the area.
You're a Maryland resident, as you've recounted.
Isn't it amazing?
That story from just a couple of years ago, it's like, boom, never happened, memory hole.
Yeah, I barely, barely even remember it.
And I don't remember anything about it being transgender.
Actually, the only reason I knew about it was a caller brought it up yesterday.
It was actually one of the cops that responded to it.
What?
We had a caller?
Yeah, he didn't want to go on.
I know, which I thought would have been a great call.
Oh, wow.
Call back, buddy.
I'll talk to you in the break.
If you're the caller from Maryland who responded to that, we'd love to hear from our Leos.
You don't have to go on air.
I'll chat with you in the break.
But what's it all about?
Well, it's really about disarming you.
She's finally out of the closet.
Randy Weingarten, who's Supposedly, it's supposed to be, you know, a union chief for teachers in America.
If you're a union chief, you should be what?
Representing the membership of your union.
Their work rights and the conditions under which they work.
Not so fast.
Listen to what Randy Weingartner wants to turn America into.
It's an epidemic that our great nation must solve.
And how many lives will be shattered before we have the courage to do what Scotland did, what Australia did, what New Zealand did, what other great democracies do?
We must solve this epidemic.
Yeah, what great democracies do?
You mean disarm their citizens?
Like Australia?
With the forced buyback and then the destruction?
Of the means of the citizenry to protect themselves from tyranny?
Why is a teacher's union chief talking about how we need to do what happened in the UK?
By the way, Randy, it wasn't Scotland that did it.
It was the UK that disarmed their citizens after the Hungerford shooting.
It's one of the reasons I left the land of my birth.
They don't even know the basic facts.
It's not about democracy.
It's the opposite.
It's the antithesis of democracy.
It's about creating a system where you do not have the right to be the ultimate arbiter of your freedom.
Let's be very clear about the Second Amendment.
It's not about protecting children in schools.
That's a positive benefit.
If a teacher had been armed yesterday, maybe things would have ended very, very differently.
It's not about hunting when doe season opens.
The Second Amendment has one purpose and one purpose alone.
To remove a tyrannical government, should we ever have our own George III, that's why the Founding Fathers did it.
So you, you can be the ultimate guarantor of your freedom.
And that's really why they want to disarm you.
From Beto to Biden to Randy Weingarten.
So they can do whatever they want forever and you can never remove a tyrannical regime.
All right, guys.
Hour two has begun.
We have an amazing third hour today.

Died in the fire.
Oh.
Oh, um, hang on.
From today's rundown?
I think it is, yeah.
Let me see.
By the way, I found out what Chris Christie was talking about.
It was the debate, because I saw the campaign back then, they were all tweeting about it.
It's like, Chris Christie destroys Marco Rubio over his executive leadership.
So it was February 7th.
Do you know what happened on February 10th?
No.
Christy dropped out of the race.
But what was this the race for?
What are we talking about?
It was President.
President.
So he... And who said he crashed Rubio?
He did.
That's what he said in that video.
Remember when I took out Rubio?
Yeah, yeah.
But what did he do?
He had a big thing.
He attacked him for his lack of leadership and all that stuff.
But the thing is, Rubio was still in the race like two months later.
Christy, three days after he did that, Dropped out of the race.
That's amazing.
All right, play for me six, seven, and eight again.
You know, you have six innocent victims who couldn't even be helped by this very rapid, very professional, well-coordinated response.
I think, to some degree, it shows the myth behind this idea that if we get more heavily armed and more police and be in more places quicker, that we're going to stop this.
Law enforcement alone cannot solve this problem.
I sort of think now, like, we don't own guns in this country.
Guns own us at this stage.
And this is where we have to now focus on an important part of an agenda, which includes mental health, protecting our kids, fortifying schools, but also the connectivity, which is a certain kind of gun.
Pronouns do not kill children, right?
People with guns kill children, and it's going to be a distraction in our coverage and keep us from what we now know, which is each of these cases has a similarity more than any difference.
You better have somebody on that stage who can do to him what I did to Mark.
Because that's the only thing that's going to defeat Donald Trump.
And that means you gotta have the skill to do it.
And that means you have to be fearless.
Because he will come back.
And right at you.
And so you need to think about, who's got the skill to do that?
And who's got the guts to do it?
And so, if I run again, I can't imagine that I would continue to do it the same way.
Because I think it's the best way to communicate.
And this state has the people who actually have been willing to show up, Engage and ask the questions that need to be asked of everybody.
I'm going to ask you to explain that on air, Geoff.
Also, that looks like the setting.
There's no podium where you're supposed to be walking around, not sitting on a chair.
Yeah, lean back.
Skype one.
Mark!
Mic's on or off?
Sebastian, how are you?
Good, good, good, good.
I'm going to play that cut, and I'm going to do a read, play that cut, and then I'm going to come straight to you.
The Christie cut, all right?
Okay.
And I'm sending you a tweet right now, Eric.
Yep.
I have the Breitbart headline, by the way.
It was Breitbart, the fire.
Oh, good.
Yeah.
Can you make a buffer of that?
I did.
No, I'm making what I just sent you.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
Entry supply.
Thank you.
Hey, Sebastian, we still need to go shooting one of these days.
Totally.
Totally.
No violence, no violence.
No hate speech.

Alright, before we get to our next guest, I gotta play this cut because I just...
It's so weird.
So strange.
Chris Christie talking about how amazing a politician he is.
Play cut.
You better have somebody on that stage who can do to him what I did to Mark.
Because that's the only thing that's gonna defeat Donald Trump.
And that means you gotta have the skill to do it.
And that means you have to be fearless because he will come back and right at you.
And so you need to think about who's got the skill to do that and who's got the guts to do it.

And this state has the people who are actually willing to show up and engage and ask the questions that need to be asked of everybody.
Mr. G, help me out here.
What is he babbling about, like what I did to Marco Rubio?
What is that?
It was so memorable I had to look it up, but I found it out.
It was actually during the presidential debates.
It was February 7th, 2016, when he was so brave and he took it to Marco Rubio.
Now on February 10th, three days later, Is when Chris Christie left the race.
He dropped out.
Hang on, he was so amazing on the debate stage on the 7th, he dropped out on the 10th.
Yeah, and again, that's what you need.
Someone that can take out Marco that way.
I'm sorry, we just had to play that just to prove to you we're living in bizarro world.
Alright, he's been waiting very patiently.
He's my good friend.
You see him all the time on TV, cable news.
He is the former Commissioner for Customs and Border Protection.
I prefer Border Patrol.
Mark Morgan, welcome back to America First!
Thanks, Sebastian.
Hey, I just want to comment on your last commercial.
I actually have, I can beat you.
I have a six month supply of Patriot in my store area.
Oh, all right.
There's a challenge there.
Okay.
You heard it here first.
I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to see your six months and I'm going to raise you another three months.
I'll send you a picture.
I was worried.
I was worried that he might say something like that.
Cause I know he's a man of action.
He's a true warrior.
All right, I have been torched on my own show.
All right, Mark, we've got to talk about your area of expertise, which is the border.
The shocking news about this demonstration that led to deaths.
But first, you're a career law enforcement officer.
Not only were you the commissioner under President Trump of CBP, But you had a whole career before that in local law enforcement and then the FBI.
We've been playing the footage, we can play the b-roll in the background, of the body cam footage from Nashville.
Your commentary on this tragedy, but also the performance of this couple of really young officers who arrived just moments after the tragedy began.
Yeah, one of the first things Sebastian has stuck out to me is you can hear one of the officers, the part of the video is, he's at the door and he's yelling, I need three, I need three.
That's the standard kind of triangle that you want to go into with it is four so that you can move rapidly to the shooter, but you've got 360 degree coverage.
I mean, so from the moment they rolled up and they made entry, I gotta tell you, so far what we've seen, it's been textbook.
And also what we've been told, too, is when they made entry, then they heard shots upstairs.
Immediately the training tells you, you don't keep clearing rooms.
What do you do?
You go directly to the sound of the gunfire to engage the threat.
Look, from all that we've shown, that's exactly what they did.
They engage it, eliminate the threat.
I really think calling these officers heroes is absolutely deserved.
And you're absolutely right.
They're actually clearing a closet downstairs.
They heard a rapid gunfire.
She was at a window firing at other Leos outside of their patrol car.
So they quickly go up the stairs, locate her, and deal justice to her right there and then.
Textbook.
Yeah, totally textbook.
And there's this amazing moment.
Guys, watch the video.
We're playing it right now.
It's on all my social media.
You can see the whole footage.
Officer Engelbert and the other officers' body cam footage.
When the shots start ringing out, They actually accelerate to the danger.
They're being professional, cautious, covering off, but then they actually start running towards the danger, which is amazing, which is what a real man could do.
Talk to us about the political side of all this, because we saw with Paul Pelosi in the months we had to wait, vice the contrast of the last 24 hours, the openness, the transparency of the chief on the ground, and also Chief John Drake, The fact that we're seeing this footage within hours of it occurring, isn't that how it should be, Mark?
It should be.
And Sebastian, if I can comment on something, footstomp a little bit of what you said, is when you said when they heard the gunshot, they actually accelerated.
Again, that's part of the training, is that's exactly what they're supposed to do.
Again, they can't take their time.
They've got to go rapidly to the threat to try to limit the threat.
And it appears that's exactly what they did here.
And again, putting themselves in harm's way.
It was just tremendous to see.
But you're absolutely right.
And look, the chief, I think he's done an incredible job.
He has answered the questions that he had the information.
He was very honest, respectful, a lot that he didn't know, the fog of war.
A lot of times the information that first comes in, it's just not accurate.
And he's done a great job.
And I heard one of the questions they asked about the response time and how long it took and etc.
And I found the chief to be refreshingly honest.
He said, hey, look, we're going to when this is done, we're going to look back and see what we could have done better, because that's what we do in this police department is we always look and see where we can improve and where we could get better.
I got to tell you, Sebastian, there is no better answer that could have come from a chief of police.
It was clearly In a state of some emotional turmoil, fully understandable, but maintained his composure as well as he could.
Here's the moment where they deal that shot to her head and she goes down absolutely stunning within, you know, literally a couple of minutes of entering the building.
13 minutes after the first shots were fired and the threat has been dealt justice.
I've got two of the names of the officers.
These are the body cam footage.
One with the long arm, one with just a sidearm, incredibly just with their pistol.
It's officer Michael Collazo with the rifle and officer, sorry, with the handgun and officer Rex Engelbert We salute you and all the Leos that went in there.
We're going to talk the border momentarily with our good friend, our special guest, Mark Morgan.
In the meantime, make sure you are following us on all social media.

I'm back with Mark in a moment.
I'm sorry, Sebastian.
You had to beat me, didn't you?
I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
I can send you a picture to prove it too.
My preacher is supplied right over there.
I'll send you, I didn't want to, you know, embarrass you in front of three million people, but I have three months in our house and in my getaway off the grid, I got six months as well.
Because we bought it from an Iraq veteran.
He built this cabin.
He'd been blown up five times in Iraq.
He was an MI officer and he came home to recuperate so he built this place in the middle of nowhere and he finally recovered after five years.
He put it on the market.
We bought it and he's a re-enactor as well.
He left the army but he's a re-enactor, not civil war, revolutionary war re-enactor and The basement had heating.
No, sorry, the crawl space had heating under the house.
And I said, why do you have heating under the house?
He said, well, for all my gunpowder and my ammunition, which I'm taking with me, but I'm leaving you because I can't be bothered.
I'm leaving you the six month supply of emergency food.
So Victor, you know who you are.
You're a very generous man.
So that's it.
So you're one up to me too.
I haven't quite got the off the grid getaway.
Dude, come on.
I'm working on it.
It's got a well, it's got a generator.
We are ready to roll.
Consumer research?
Yes, thank you.
Right.
Have you got to what?
Yeah, go ahead, Mark.
I'm sorry, Sebastian.
Go ahead.
No, no, go ahead.
I don't.
I was going to say that the officers and you know, I was a former SWAT operator.
Yeah, I know the rapid action tactics very well.
I'll tell you what those guys from what we've seen so far.
It was it was textbook textbook they did and like you caught it a lot of people don't haven't caught that Sebastian you said the gunfire they didn't just move towards a gunfire they started to they actually increased and moved even more quick to it to it that's exactly how the training is supposed to go yep no it's stunning when I saw that I thought wow yep unlike the Parkland shooting where he stayed outside No, forget about that.
Uvalde, 72 minutes while they sat in the corridor using the hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall.
That was an issue.
Can you show me the Breitbart headline?
There it is.
Alright, good.
Okay, all right, good.
All right, 70 seconds.
Who are you a SWAT guy with?
Which force?
FBI.
Oh, wow.
So HRT?
No, I wasn't HRT, but I was with the Los Angeles FBI field office SWAT operations and tactics team.
So FBI has SWAT as well, not just HRT?
Yep.
Yep.
So HRT's back at CERG.
I was also at CERG, too.
I wasn't an operator back there.
But then each of the 56 field offices have their own SWAT team.
And they call it SWAT?
Yep.
So HRT's back in Quantico?
Correct.
Hostage Rescue Team.
Yep.
Were those guys really good?
HRT?
Yeah.
Yes.
Yeah.
They're some of the best in the world.
I put them up against, you know, Delta, Seals.
Wow.
In fact, they trained together.
Wow.
Stand by. Stand by.
America first.
They've got the media, Hollywood, the schools, the colleges.
Now they're coming after your retirement.

We're back with my good buddy, former Commissioner for Customs and Border Protection, Mark Morgan.
Mark, we've got to talk about the border.
This headline from Breitbart.
Tragic, tragic news.
39, at least 39 dead after a protest at a migrant border facility in Mexico.
We're being told every day, Mark, that everything's hunky-dory.
You, me, President Trump broke the system and they've just fixed it, Mark.
Yeah, Sebastian, I think that's one of the reasons I get so angry.
It's not just the fact that they intentionally unsecured our border and created the worst border security crisis and national security crisis in our lifetime, in my opinion, but they're just flat out lying about it.
And it's beyond spin.
It's just blatant lies.
We hear all the time, for example, to go on this headline that It's a farce.
It's a joke.
It's a lie.
How many more migrants have to die before we wake up and say, it's just not true?
It's a fabrication.
We know 53 migrants died of asphyxiation in the back of a tractor trailer.
We know one year old, just a few days ago, was literally dropped off at our border.
Luckily, there was a Border Patrol agent right there to rescue him.
We know that 1,500 migrants have died in the past 24 months at our borders, that 30% of young women and children are raped or sexually assaulted, and countless are thrust into the life of trafficking.
I mean, how much more suffering and lives have to be lost on the migrant side and on the America side before we say enough is enough?
And when we have the head of that country, when we have the Mexican president, blame American families for the 110,000 deaths by fentanyl?
What was it like working with these people when you were the commissioner?
Would they say things like that to you or President Trump when you were in the administration?
Absolutely not.
Look, love him or hate him, the fact is that President Trump came from a position of strength and leverage.
Look, this was a president Who made it very clear, if you don't step up, Mexico, and join the game as the regional crisis that it is, and do your part to secure your southern border and increase your interior enforcement, we're going to do a little thing like tariffs.
And the president knew that that was going to impact the United States as well, but he knew how important border security was, and that was synonymous with national security.
And it's that position of strength and leverage that that drove the Mexican government, drove the President, to put resources like we've never seen before, Sebastian.
At one point, he had over 20,000 law enforcement military personnel down to dispatch to his southern border.
He increased interior enforcement, and that, along with our policies that President Trump gave us, allowed us to have the most secure border in our lifetime.
It's just a fact.
And now this administration, it's gone.
All that leverage was gone on day one.
I've got to ask you a tough question.
Should the right man be back in the White House come 2024?
How hard, how difficult would it be for somebody like you or Tom Homan to rebuild the system that we had when you left office?
It won't be, Sebastian.
Look, I'm not just being a flip by saying that.
I mean, literally, the reason why is because we've been there.
We have the playbook.
We just have to pull off the Trump era playbook off the shelf, dust it off and reinstitute it.
We've been there.
We know how to do it.
We were successful.
I'll just give you one stat.
By February of 2020, we had reduced illegal immigration by 80%.
That allowed more resources and more personnel on our front lines to stop bad people and bad things from coming in and protect our national security.
We did it once, we could do it again.
We can, indeed, with the right people and, God willing, maybe Mark Morgan could be one of them.
God bless you, sir.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

The race is hotting up!
for the nomination to be the Republican candidate for the presidency but one man is very shy and it's the governor of Florida and he looks like he's afraid of Megyn Kelly.
Cut three.
I will say for the record, we asked DeSantis to come on the show.
He has not said yes.
And I find that very interesting.
You know, I love Piers Morgan.
He's a pal of mine.
But why would you go sit with the British guy and not come on the show?
And I do think there's a reason for it.
And I will venture to say he's afraid.
I'm just going to put it out there.
He's afraid.
Because he knows the kind of interview that I would give him.
He's not going to get a pass.
Same as Trump never got a pass from me.
None of these guys get a pass.
Speaking of Marianne Williamson, go back and look at the interview I did with her.
She also didn't get a pass.
Why are you afraid of Megyn Kelly, Governor DeSantis?
So strange.
Let's ask another former governor of the great state of Arkansas, who I don't think is afraid of anybody, Governor Huckabee.
Welcome back to America First.
Well, that's not quite true.
I'm afraid of my wife.
You're a white, you're a sagacious individual.
Well, I'm not afraid of anybody else or anything else, but I've been married for, it'll, it'll be 49 years in May.
And there's a reason that I have remained married.
I stay afraid.
What about, what about the current governor of Arkansas?
Is that a tough cookie?
She is definitely a tough cookie and the kid is on fire.
She is getting stuff passed that, uh, quite frankly, I don't think anybody would have ever imagined that she's got a terrific legislature.
80% Republican.
I had the exact opposite, 80% Democrat.
Oh my gosh.
But, you know, she's really taking some very strong positions on things to just stand up and serve the people of Arkansas, and particularly the children.
Her education package, which empowers parents, offers school choice to any school, public, private, parochial.
The dividing line in America is no longer between right or left.
The choice is between normal or crazy.
out of the park when she gave the official address, the response to Biden's State of the Union.
Here's the most important part.
I love it.
Cut 15.
The dividing line in America is no longer between right or left.
The choice is between normal or crazy.
It's really that simple, isn't it, Governor?
I thought that was the most brilliant line of the speech because it just summed up exactly what so many people are feeling in this country, that we're no longer arguing over positions left of center, right of center.
We really are arguing over normal and crazy, because it's crazy when you say that men can have babies.
And that a child seven years old can just walk in and say, Mom, I've been a boy for seven years, but I'm really a girl.
So I'm going to change my name and my pronouns.
And then the mother says, well, of course, son, that's great.
That's wonderful.
Let's just get you a dress and go full fledge.
That is what she's talking about, and it's high time that we quit pretending that all this stuff is okay, because it is not okay.
He's the host of the Mike Huckabee Show.
You can watch it on TBN Saturdays and Sunday night, and also on Newsmax.
Follow him at GovMikeHuckabee.
But he's also a newsmaker in his own right, and he made some news yesterday.
This is Cut14.
Play Cut.
Hey, Donald Trump is far from perfect, but then so am I. And so are you.
But I love my country.
And I don't want it to be in second place or third place.
I want it to be first.
And I'll put up with a personality... I'll put up with a personality that can, maybe at times, be vain and vulgar.
But I'll do it to make America great again, and that's why I will support him again for president.
There you have it on his show, the endorsement from the former governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee, for my former boss, President Trump.
Governor, isn't it really that simple?
Isn't this the best argument we have to make?
It's not about style, it's not about mean tweets, it's about policy and what those four years were like.
That's exactly what it is.
And when you look at what President Trump got done, he accomplished everything he set out to do and that he promised to do.
And there's no president in my lifetime, which is what I said in this monologue that you just played a clip of.
I go back to Eisenhower.
There's never been a president in my lifetime, Democrat or Republican, who got his more done and did it with the kind of headwinds that he woke up to every single day of his candidacy and presidency.
Nobody has been prosecuted, persecuted anywhere like he has, and yet he still accomplished more things than people ever, ever imagined.
He over-delivered, which is rare in politics.
And here's the reality.
Are there times when, you know, we read something he said or maybe he will say something from the podium and we go, oh, wow!
Yes.
But we're not electing somebody for bedside manner.
We're electing the best surgeon in the hospital to do surgery to save our family's life.
And that's what we need to recognize in employing a president.
And look, I recognize we've got some wonderful talent on the Republican bench.
There are some people we think might be good presidents, but here's the rub.
Yes.
We don't honestly know because they've never been in that chair.
Here's what we know.
If Donald Trump is there, he will make America first.
We will again be energy dependent like he helped us to be for the first time in 75 years.
He'll close our border.
He'll respect Israel.
He will cut taxes and stop.
Stop the crazy regulation that makes it hard to do business in this country.
And he will put money back in the pockets of working class people who will actually have jobs again because he'll quit sending them to China.
Now, there's more to it.
But, Sebastian, it gets pretty simple for me.
I don't mind having a president who says I want to put America first.
In fact, I don't want a president who will put America anywhere but first.
It's really that simple.
It's not about party politics.
It's about whether you love America or whether you hate America.
He's the author of the three C's that made America great.
We've been talking to Governor Mike Huckabee.
Watch his show every weekend.
This is America First.
God bless you and best regards to Sarah.

His endorsement is like, not about the style, it's about the policies.
Why can't it simply be that simple?
Yeah, we're not voting for a pope.
Like, seriously.
It's literally the same arguments they tried to use in 2016.
That's all it is.
Yes.
For some reason it's gonna work this time.
This time it'll work.
Titles for Morgan and the governor?
For the governor, why I've endorsed President Trump.
Alright, what do I have to play that I haven't played?
shooter at Nashville police response colon textbook all righty all right what do I have to play that I haven't played oh we played Biden we've played most of Wine Garden.
So maybe something from Trump.
You got those two cuts of Trump.
The Elvis thing is kind of funny.
That's longer than 17 seconds, isn't it?
Yeah, that's 17 seconds.
The other one is cut 11 on the baseball bat.
That's the one minute one.
30 seconds.
All right.
Cut.
What do I got here?
Nothing.
All right.
Come in with Elvis, and then I'll tee up 11.
All right.
Come in with cut 10.
No liner.
No liner.
Are you really beating Taylor Swift, by the way?
Yeah, I did.
The J6 is beating Taylor Swift.
It's Donald Trump and the J6 losers.
The Pledge of Allegiance.
And on iTunes, and on Amazon, and on Billboard, which is the big deal.
Number one, Donald Trump.
So now I feel like Elvis.
I can see the connection, Donald Trump and Elvis.
God bless every single one of you who supported that single.

All right, let's continue with that interview the president gave yesterday.
So much was made of this meme or this posting of President Trump with his Louisville slugger from an event he did in the White House and being posted next to A photograph of Alvin Bragg.
Well, here's the real story that the mainstream media won't tell you.
Cut 11!
The baseball bat picture next to Alvin Bragg, and you did take that down.
And my only question is, why open yourself up to criticism?
You have to understand that when the story was put up, I put up a story.
We didn't see pictures.
We put up a story that was very exculpatory, very good story from the standpoint of what we're talking about.
And they put up a picture of me.
And you know where I was holding the baseball bat?
It was at the White House.
Make America by America because they did a lot of by America things.
And this is a company that makes baseball bets.
Then they put next to that picture a picture of Alvin Bragg.
I didn't do it.
They did it.
The the I guess the people that do the paper or somebody put pictures together.
But I was holding a baseball bet in order to promote made in.
It wasn't on your post, The Truth Social.
No, no.
What they did is we posted the story.
story, but they had a picture up, but they then put a picture up, or the picture was put up that nobody noticed or saw.
So there's the real story, another example of fake news.
I remember as a kid, so you know, I was born in the UK, my parents escaped Hungary in the revolution.
So I was born and raised in West London.
But I had relatives in California, who'd also escaped from Hungary, my aunt and uncle.
And they came to visit once or twice.
And I must have been, I don't know, like 10 or 12 years old.
And they once came from America with a bright orange Louisville slugger from the San Francisco Giants, a baseball mitt and a softball.
And I was so...
So over the moon to have one of those Louisville sluggers.
I couldn't play baseball with anybody in West London but man was it cool and the idea that one day as an immigrant I'd end up working in the White House only in America.
Let's continue the discussion of political prisoners in America.
J6 will talk to one of the persecuted, my friend Brandon Strack, next here on America First.
The San Francisco Giants.
Yeah, it is.
And, man, I love that baseball bat.
All right.
Yes.
Oh, you don't have any Kengor on file?
OK.
Stay with us for more one-on-one with Professor Paul Kengor back after these messages.
We'll be back with Professor Kengor one-on-one in a moment.
Stay with us more one-on-one with the editor of the U.S.
What is it?
America's Stay with us for more with the editor of the American Spectator.
We'll be back after this break.
Welcome back to America First with me, Sebastian Gorka, and the new editor of the American Spectator, Professor Paul Kengor.
You're listening to America First one-on-one with Professor Kengor.
Welcome back to America First One-on-One with me, Sebastian Gorka, and Professor Paul Kengor.
Thank you.
FOMO.
Fear of what?
Missing out?
Being left out?
I'm starting to get FOMO.
Everybody I know has started their own social media platform.
My former boss, the president, has one.
It's called Truth Social.
I don't even work really hard on it.
I've got 700,000 followers.
I guess that's because they don't have censorship.
Then my good buddy, Dan Bongino, he's involved in Parler, then Rumble.
And now, our one-on-one guest, even he's decided to get in on it.
I guess Dr. G needs one.
He's our good buddy, truth-teller extraordinaire, Brandon Strack.
Welcome back to America First.
It's great to be here, thank you.
So everybody's doing it.
What is it?
Do I need to have a social media platform, Brandon?
Tell us about what you have recently decided to do.
Well, I would join Gorka social in a minute, just for the record.
So please do.
But to be clear, I didn't this wasn't a choice.
I didn't have a choice.
You know, I started I started the walk away campaign in May of 2018.
It was a Facebook group.
Over the next two and a half years, we grew to over half a million people.
We had around 511,000 Patriots who had joined.
And the whole point of it was for people to join and tell their stories.
It's a testimonial campaign.
So we had people signing up, making videos, making written testimonials, talking about why they're walking away from the Democratic Party.
We had literally tens of thousands of videos and written testimonials.
And then on January 8, 2021, My team and I woke up and the WalkAway campaign group was gone on Facebook.
All of our personal accounts had been banned.
We ended up being part of the slaughter, the big tech slaughter that happened on January 8th, which took out Donald Trump and hundreds of thousands of other accounts.
So at that point, the question became literally, do we just quit?
And does WalkAway campaign, the testimony, do we quit?
Or what do we do?
And we did actually try to move the movement over to a couple other platforms, and it simply didn't work.
We needed very specific types of moderation tools and functionality.
And, you know, I kind of said, you know, hell, I'm going through this January 6th case anyway.
I kind of have to be in the background for about a year as I go through this.
Let's build our own.
And so that's what we did.
And one more thing I want to clarify.
We're not trying to compete with Facebook or Twitter or Truth Social or Getter.
This isn't like an open source social platform where people are going to join and post pictures of their dogs and their grandkids and their Thanksgiving table.
It's literally you sign up, you create a profile, and then you join our groups.
We have testimonial groups, state groups.
I call it mission-driven social media.
It's social media with a purpose.
We're trying to build and provide a community for people to walk away from the Democratic Party.
That's what walk-away social is.
Isn't this a very expensive and labor-intensive exercise?
Yes.
Yeah.
It's really, really, really rough.
It ended up taking me two years to build.
I thought it would take maximum six months.
And again, you know, I was going through the most difficult time in my life while building this, kind of just trying to survive the DOJ abuse.
And trying to build a technology platform is soul-crushing.
I mean, it's truly soul-crushing.
Every week you keep hearing from your developers that this is going to be the week that everything's going to work and everything's going to be fine, and then you wait a week and you get there and they're like, nope, it didn't work, it didn't work, it didn't work.
It's just failure after failure after failure after failure.
But it took two years, but we got there.
I'm very proud of the platform.
It's not absolutely perfect yet, but it's pretty close to perfect.
Um, it's very expensive.
It's, uh, it's very emotionally expensive.
Uh, but it's, you know, we got there and I'm really proud that we've gotten to this point.
Uh, you know, and it's, we have it in the Apple app store, the Google play store, it's on the web.
And, um, we're off to, I think a really great start.
All right, well, we'll talk about why the last two years have been so difficult for you, for those who aren't familiar and haven't heard you before.
But in the meantime, you've got to check out the app.
You've got to follow this man at Brandon Stracker.
Brandon Stracker is how it's written, and walkawaysocial.com.
Let me just raise, there you go, there's the webpage for you to sign up for WalkAway Social.
Let me just raise the conventional wisdom kind of question.
And look, I'm on Truth Social.
I've been, you know, nuked on YouTube multiple times.
I think I've only been put in Twitter jail a couple of times.
Facebook, I'm just, you know, I've got I don't know how many tens of thousands of followers and I get like six comments on a post.
So I know.
Yeah, we know what's happening there.
But here's my I want to hear from you because clearly you've made this cost benefit analysis and you've invested money and time and sweat equity.
Is there not a danger that, yes, they're centering us on the really big popular platforms, but whether it's true social, whether it's walkaway social, ghetto, parlor, rumble, or what have you, we're creating Not only redundancy and multiplying options, but are we not creating little enclaves, little ghettos for ourselves?
What is the long-term logic of saying, you know, na-na-na-boo-boo to Facebook and Twitter?
Well, first of all, I'm still on Facebook.
I'm still on Twitter.
There are a lot of people who are just so inhabited and ingrained to just open that every day and look at that.
So I'm not necessarily telling people that they should leave Facebook or Twitter or anything like that.
And yeah, I'm very aware that We have a lot of options at this point with social media platforms.
Some are going to succeed and some are not.
But again, I guess what I tried to sort of drill home is that we're not trying to be a competitor with big tech in any way, shape or form.
What we're trying to do is basically build an autonomous community.
Of people who can use their voice and use video and written testimonials to tell their own stories about why they're either walking away from the Democratic Party or why they, what we say, walk with.
For lifelong conservatives and Republicans, I want to give them a voice to make their testimonials as well.
And this group, what we call The Walk With, they loved that on Facebook, and they love it on walkaway social.
What we say is, number one, make a video and talk about why people should walk away.
But I think more importantly, talk about why you really are a conservative, why you're a Republican, and that this isn't what the left-wing media wants people to believe, that we're all racists and Nazis.
Insurrectionists and bigots, that it's actually a very open and inclusive and big tent community, the Republican Party, and that we welcome people who are black and brown and of different colors and creeds and orientations and everything else.
So what I'm doing really is creating a platform, like I say, it's mission-driven social media.
And also what's great about WalkAway Social is we have groups, we have groups for all 50 states, And eventually, as we build and build, we're going to allow our members to create their own groups.
I want this to be a place where people can come and engage in activism, you know, that they can get together with people in their own community, in their state, and either do voter registration drives, or door knocking, or Just get together and go out for pizza and go to a movie with people who share the same type of belief system that they believe.
So that's what we're trying to do that I think makes us really different than the big tech or the open source social media platforms.
Sounds a little bit to me like a more multifaceted version of Substack, because Substack, you kind of, you own it yourself, but now you're creating communities where they own their own sub-platform.
Is that a fair comment?
Well, I'm very new to Substack.
I actually just signed up, I think, a day or two ago because a bunch of my friends are getting on it.
And I know that Substack, I think, has a lot of focus on people writing and putting out written content like that.
I would say that basically what we're doing, the way that Walkway Social functions, we designed it to function very, very similarly to Facebook.
My goal, because I wanted the walkway community, which again had grown to 511,000 patriots on Facebook, I wanted them to feel like they were at home when they signed up.
I didn't want people to get on and be like, what do I do?
Where do I go?
What is this?
I mean, if you get on walkway social, you create a profile, and then you join our groups and you can post, you know, written text, videos, pictures, etc.
Like, comment, react, things like that.
We have private messaging.
But it's a very, very similar feel to Facebook and how it functions.
It's just, again, we sort of streamlined what the content is so that rather than people posting all over their own profile, anything and everything that's going on in their life, they're going to be posting in the groups, very focused, community-driven content to bring people together and to build community.
Well, that is a very American thing, the volunteerism, the community spirit upon which the Republic was founded.
Maybe I don't have to create Dr. G's social media app.
It's walkawaysocial.com.

Brandon, you said in addition to the challenge of... I can't even imagine the challenge of building a completely new social media platform.
You said the last two years, of course, have been very difficult for you personally, for those who aren't aware with your story and what happened to you.
After January 6th.
Let's quickly summarize.
You came to DC.
You were here for January 6th.
And again, correct me if I make any missteps here.
You went to Congress.
You never went inside the building.
You filmed what was happening.
You made a video.
You posted it.
And then things started to go bad for you.
Explain what you did on January 6th and what the repercussions were for you personally.
Yeah, no, you nailed all of those details.
So I was actually invited to be a speaker on Capitol grounds at a permitted event that was supposed to follow President Trump speaking at the Ellipse on January 6.
That's the reason why I went to Washington, D.C.
to speak.
And so as I was approaching the Capitol grounds after President Trump spoke, to go to my speaking engagement, I started getting a lot of text messages and things like that on my phone from people around the country that I know who were watching on television saying, we're seeing or hearing on the news that people are going inside the building and something's going on.
That sounded unusual to me, so I started shooting a video, and I was approaching from the east side, so I wasn't even on the west side of the building where people were, you know, some people were breaking windows and fighting with police officers and things like that.
So you were on the peaceful side of this congress?
Yeah, absolutely, and I didn't witness any of that.
I didn't see anyone breaking any windows or, in fact, I didn't even see any police officers.
There were literally zero police officers, zero, on the east side grounds.
And I got to the steps of the Capitol on the east side where thousands of people were gathered, facing away from the Capitol, mind you.
They weren't facing toward the Capitol trying to charge inside.
They were all standing facing away from the Capitol holding signs.
And one man is visible in my video at the top of the stairs, calling down to the people below, shouting, they've opened the doors.
They're letting us in.
We're going inside.
We're going inside.
So I walked up to the top of the east side stairs and when I got there, the two large metal open doors of the Capitol were wide open.
And there was a crowd of several hundred people there.
Some were trying to get inside.
The majority were just kind of shooting a video like I was.
And so I shot a video for eight minutes outside of the building.
Before a man came out of the Capitol, got on a bullhorn, and he said, they've cleared Congress, everybody move out, move out, they've cleared the building.
You mean a civilian said that or a police officer?
Civilian.
A civilian came outside and said, everyone left, they cleared the building, everybody move out.
And so I immediately turned around at that moment and left, and then I stayed on the outer grounds for about 30 minutes doing like man-on-the-street interviews.
And then I took that original video that I shot of myself going up to the top of the Eastside Steps and the open doors.
I took that video and I uploaded it to Twitter.
And it was probably two hours later before I made it back to my hotel room in DC, turned on my TV, and started to see what had happened on the west side of the building.
And when I saw that, I was like, what is this?
What's going on?
And so at that point, I removed my video from Twitter because I was like, I don't even understand what happened today.
I have to figure this out.
And honestly, didn't worry about it at all.
For about two weeks, people kept saying, you know, they're rounding people up every day.
The FBI is breaking people's door down.
Are you scared?
And I kept saying, No, I'm not scared.
I didn't do anything.
What would I have?
And I even considered calling the FBI myself and just being like, Hey, do you guys want to talk to me?
Because you know, I shot a video.
I was there.
I don't you know, I people because The video, even though the video had only lived on Twitter for about two hours, it had been copied during that time by Twitter trolls, and they kept reposting it every day and tagging the FBI and telling the FBI to come and pick me up.
So then I was like, should I just contact the FBI?
I don't know.
But that choice was taken away from me about two weeks later when the FBI stormed into my apartment at dawn, got me out of bed, Put me in handcuffs and presented me with a search warrant and began stripping my apartment of computers, hard drives, thumb drives, phones, iPads, everything you can imagine, and paraded me through my apartment building, put me in a black car, and took me to jail.
And I sat in jail for two and a half days and 23 hour lockdown before I learned what I was facing.
Let's talk about what were the things on the video that the authorities objected to?
What was the accusation?
Anything inflammatory?
What did they say you did wrong, Brandon?
Sure.
So I sat in jail for two and a half days before I learned what I was charged with.
That's when I got out and I discovered that they were charging me with two felonies and a misdemeanor and threatening me with a third felony charge.
So the first felony that they charged me with was occupying restricted grounds.
Now, the majority of people who went inside the Capitol, including a girl that I know personally who went into the Capitol through a broken window, were charged with misdemeanor charges of occupying a restricted building.
I was outside the building and they charged me with a felony of occupying restricted grounds.
They charged me with a second felony that they called impeding law enforcement in the line of duty.
And I asked my attorney, I said, what the hell are they talking about?
And he said, well, in your video, there's one moment that lasts about six seconds, where one Capitol Police officer comes to those two open doors.
This is about 35 feet away from me.
When he gets there, somebody grabs his plastic shield out of his hands.
And six seconds later, they give it back to him.
By the way, they took it, and then they gave it back to him.
But while that's happening, several voices in the crowd can be heard going, take it, take that shield, take the shield.
Well, the FBI says you're one of those people.
You're one of the people shouting to take the shield.
And so they're charging you with a felony of impeding law enforcement.
Then they're charging you with a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct with an intent to disrupt the hearing before Congress.
And he said, they also told us that they have not yet charged you with felony obstruction of Congress.
It's a charge that carries up to 20 years in prison.
They could and they might, but at this point they've chosen not to do so.
So there's no physical evidence of you impeding an officer or obstructing Congress.
You are passively taking a video and they're accusing you of shouting something that you didn't shout.
I cannot say that, but what I can say is that, first of all, people are welcome to watch my video.
I'm happy if they watch my video and judge for themselves whether or not they feel like they hear my voice.
But the second thing is that I would say even if the worst, worst allegations against me were true, I was facing felony charges for potentially saying words about something else that somebody else was doing 35 feet away.
So, uh, but yeah, I welcome anyone to watch my video and decide for themselves.
So is the video still out there?
It's because you removed it, but I presume others have not deleted it.
You can find it.
Somebody had uploaded a version of it to YouTube and they titled it Brandon Strock attacking the Capitol.
I know there's one of those out there.
And then I also have done interviews with Mark Levin and Tucker Carlson and a YouTube channel called Redacted.
And they actually showed the whole video and we kind of walked through it together.

So talk to us about the purgatory of the last two years, as we've seen with almost every other case concerning January the 6th.
This constant threat that if you don't, if you don't surrender, if you don't give in to the plea bargain, they will throw the book at you.
You're going to get felonies.
You're going to get multiple years of sentences from the judge.
Walk us through what happened to you after the initial charges were presented.
Sure.
Yeah, I guess I'll just say, look, for every person at this point, it's about a thousand people, I believe, that have been charged.
With January 6th related charges, and I believe that they're going to go after at least a thousand more people, probably more than that in the coming years, which is insane.
But yeah, for the majority of people, we've all been kind of faced with two choices.
Either to go to a Washington, D.C.
court and go before a D.C.
judge and a D.C.
jury, all of whom, as far as I'm concerned, hate Donald Trump, hate anybody who voted for Donald Trump or supported him.
And don't have any clarity of thinking whatsoever in their ability to be neutral or unbiased when, you know, sitting on a jury trying to decide the guilt or innocence of somebody who supported Trump.
So there's that option, or you can take a plea deal, which is not a magical answer by any stretch of the imagination, but it does allow you to wrap things up and begin the process of trying to move forward with your life.
I made the choice to take a plea deal.
I pled guilty to one single Class B misdemeanor of disorderly conduct.
Now, along with that plea deal, and this kind of goes back to the conversation you and I were having a few minutes ago, I signed the government written statement of offense, which is essentially their version and narrative of what I did, what I said, what I smelled, what I thought, why I thought it, why I did what I did, So that narrative now lives in reality for the time being.
And so, you know, to a certain degree, I'm kind of restricted by that.
But the alternative was to do what other people are doing, which is to go to trial.
Now, on the one hand, I admire some of those people, because basically their reasons for a lot of them are that they are not willing to lie, and they're not willing to crumble to what the government narrative is about January 6th.
The problem is all of those people are getting found guilty on all charges, without exception by juries that are deliberating for one hour, two hours, and a lot of these people are going to be spending years in federal prison because of the government's narrative about January 6th.
That was not a route I wanted to take.
Nonetheless, I pled guilty to a Class B misdemeanor, and because of my Class B—now, I have no prior criminal record of any kind.
I was never accused of violence, vandalism, theft, or destruction.
It was a disorderly conduct outside the building.
And I was given for that two and a half days in jail, three months of house arrest with an ankle monitor—tracking monitor—for 90 days, three years of federal probation, which I still have a year and nine months left to complete,
60 hours of community service, a $5,000 fine, $500 restitution payment to be made to the Capitol, although it was acknowledged I didn't engage in any vandalism or destruction to the Capitol, and I was ordered to engage in court-ordered mental health services, which I also completed.
I'm sorry, based upon what?
Mental health services?
Yeah, well, I guess, you know, because I voted for Donald Trump, and I dared to believe that perhaps Joe Biden didn't legitimately get 81 million authentic votes.
Therefore, I must be insane.
But, you know, my mental health evaluation, and I believe I had to go to six counseling sessions.
My counselor was actually a Democrat.
and when she she told me that because we started having very open and frank conversations with each other and it was actually pretty humorous because she said I don't even understand why you're here she said to me she said I read your entire case file and she said I can't even call you a white-collar criminal because she said I don't think I don't believe that you actually committed a crime that's amazing that means there are some Non-TDS Democrats out there.

Now, Brandon, I know there are certain, of course, legal limitations on you, and you don't want to necessarily enrage the deep state once again.
And nevertheless, I hope that one day your version of events will be fully catalogued and you'll write an autobiography that sets the record straight.
But beyond that, would you just share with our three million listeners across the nation right now What conclusion have you been left with after what you did and didn't do on January 6th and what you were put through by the organs of the state?
What is the most important message you'd like to share to other Americans who may not believe that what happened to you could even happen in America?
Right yeah and that's the thing and you know I don't like to impart a message that frightens people or makes people feel insecure but I mean I think that it's irresponsible of me if I if I don't be honest with people and say I believe that what happened to me is just the beginning of what could happen to anybody in this country.
I believe There's probably a lot of people out there who think to themselves, wow, you know what happened to him?
What's happening to a lot of people is terrible.
But you know what?
I didn't go to the Capitol on January 6th.
I didn't get involved and all mixed up and all that craziness and I never would have done something like that.
As far as I'm concerned, this is just the beginning of normalizing this type of criminalizing things that are not criminal, and even trying to criminalize speech in certain aspects.
Much of that got brought into my case as well.
I mean, things that I said in November, December, things I said early in 2020, We're brought up in my my January 6 case.
So as to say, you know, this guy's been kind of stoking the flames, you know, for a long time trying to rile people up and create violence and all of these different things.
So I guess what I want people to know is that we're not far away from a time when you don't have to have committed a crime.
For these people to come and break your door down or freeze your ability to send and receive funds or have bank accounts or to be able to exist on social media or any number of different things.
I actually believe we're not far away from a time when someone like Donald Trump is going to be categorized as a dangerous individual or a terrorist of some kind.
And that by just supporting him or sending contributions to his campaign or anything else, you by extension are going to get in trouble for doing that.
And they're going to come up with all sorts of reasons to monitor us.
I know that sounds really dark and scary and dire.
I do.
I think we have the ability to stop it.
I think we can prevent this.
But I think the window of time is closing rapidly.
And I think that everyone needs to pull their head out, get involved, and stop relying on one man to fix all of their problems.
It's time for everyone to get involved and do everything that they can to make sure that we're victorious in 2024 and we can get this thing under control once again.
And how does, if you look back over the last four or five years, and why you started originally the walk away movement, what does the last two years do for you?
Has it changed how you look at things?
Has it strengthened your conviction?
How does that experience connect with what you were doing previously?
Well, look, I mean, I have to be honest with you.
And yes, in many ways, my resolve and my belief that that walkaway is important and necessary and that people need to be reached out to and awakened and guided toward making this choice to walk away from liberalism, the Democratic Party, leftism, the liberal media, etc.
But there are also aspects to what's happened in the last couple of years that really scared me.
I mean, really honestly scared me because I believed when I got out of jail that there would be, you know, this, like, groundswell of support and, you know, free Brandon Strock and all of this type of stuff.
And what I realized very quickly was that January 6th is a hammer that the left is using to beat the right over the head with.
And that a lot of people on the right are going along with this and they're falling for it.
I mean, the top rated cable news network in this country, I was like, you know, kind of the golden boy on there for several years and one of their kind of favorite, most beloved guests.
And to be honest with you, with the exception of one show, I don't even think I'm welcome on the network anymore.
And I'm going, because I stood outside the building and got a misdemeanor?
You know, but it's really frightening the ways in which even people on the right are buying into this and allowing it to happen.
And that shouldn't be.
I mean, we need to stand up and push back and say, no, we're not going to allow you to do this to our own.
But there's not enough of that happening.
Not yet.
I think it's one of the sad lessons of the last three years when you look at, not January 6th, but the concomitant lack of courage, lack of valor when it comes to COVID, that a nation built upon the concept of rugged individualism and the liberty of the individual that Hundreds of millions of Americans just said, "Okay, Dr. Fauci, you little fascist, we'll do what you're telling us to do."
You'll have one restaurant owner in California and one gym owner in New Jersey says, "No, I get to feed my family and my employees get to feed their families." It should have been tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of business owners who said no.
So we need more people of the fiber and the substance that you have, that you have demonstrated in the last few years.

So, kind of a big picture question.
This is something I think about often.
Because we do have a two-party system in America.
And I think, you know, by dint of the structure, third parties are doomed to failure.
You were a Democrat, and when you started to wake up to how you had been lied to by the establishment, especially the mainstream media, you said, I'm walking away from the Democrat Party.
That's why you established the walk away movement.
And now why you have this brand new social media platform or walk away social.
What is the long term answer?
Because we want there to be Healthy political debate in America.
And for me, the left will continue on this authoritarian jag, getting worse and worse and worse and worse, cancelling people, using the tools of the state to basically politically persecute people with the FBI, with the courts.
The only answer I see is if there's such a crisis after an election or what have you, that the Democrat party collapses in on itself and key people look in the mirror and say, you know what?
That was crazy and we were wrong to do this and then they rebuild themselves.
I don't see any other way.
It can't be changed from the outside.
There has to be a crisis of identity and then they have to want to fix it from the inside.
Is there any other possibility or am I on to something?
No, you're on to something.
I absolutely, I agree entirely.
And I think that we were so close to actually having that crisis that you're describing until COVID happened.
And you know what I mean?
It'll probably forever be up in the air why COVID did happen or how it happened and the effects that it had in the ways that it was manipulated.
But If it had not been for COVID, there's no chance that Donald Trump would not be sitting in the Oval Office right now.
Like, none.
And if that were the case, I think that that crisis would have been happening right now.
I think that they've been able to delude themselves By the fact that Joe Biden is now occupying the Oval Office and convince themselves, at least in theory or on paper, oh, he got 81 million votes and see, our ideas are not unpopular.
They're very popular.
And I don't believe that that's true.
I think that if we can get out there and form a solid ground game and do all over the country what happened in Florida in this last election, which I do believe should, if we can get our elections under control, that is probably what we would see.
That crisis will come.
But I mean, as long as they're allowed to somehow have these massive landslides, at least in swing states or corrupt districts, I don't know if that crisis is going to come, but we absolutely need it to come.
And I agree with you.
And I also agree that we need a two-party system.
I don't want to live in an echo chamber where one party is authoritarian in control, even if it's Republicans.
I don't want that.
I just want reasonable, moderate Democrats who can debate good ideas and policies.
All right, you heard it, the Cri de Coeur.
Where are the reasonable Democrats?
Come on guys, show a bit of courage and step up to the plate.
