Thank you.
Thank you.
It's gone on forever with Russia, Russia, Russia, and Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, and the Mueller hoax.
It's an absolute disgrace what's going on.
They even spied on my campaign.
And remember this, with all of the work that they did on Mueller, no collusion.
That's what the answer was.
It was all no collusion.
Whether it's the Mar-a-Lago raid or the unselect committee hoax, the perfect Georgia phone call that was absolutely perfect, or the stormy horseface Daniels extortion plot, they're all sick and it's fake news.
Our enemies are desperate to stop us because they know That we are the only ones who can stop them, and they know it very strongly.
And they're looking at the polls where, not me, but we are up by so much.
They can't even believe it.
We won twice, and now we've got to win a third time.
They know that we can defeat them.
They know that we will defeat them.
But they're not coming after me.
They're coming after you.
I'm just standing in their way, and I always will stand in their way.
Thank you very much.
He's absolutely right.
The news may be about him, but really it's about you.
Greetings, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, and this is America First.
It seems, perhaps to you, as it does to me, that we are living in an alternate universe.
We're a man who received 74 million votes in the most powerful nation in the world that was founded on the principle of individual liberty based upon the fact we are made in the image of our Creator.
That man, two years after receiving 74 million votes, will be arrested, handcuffed, and fingerprinted by a local prosecutor
By an individual who was given a million dollars by a philanthropist who broke the Bank of England, who has recently stated how much he personally hates President Trump.
That Soros prosecutor, using a civil agreement from 2016, And the testimony of a convicted felon, Michael Cohen, is trying to generate, to create a fake felony charge.
With one purpose and one purpose alone.
To negate that man's campaign to run again for the presidency.
If this were not America, You would say that it's just a banana republic.
It's par for the course.
It's police-state tactics.
Why?
Because the individual in question isn't merely a former president.
We changed the U.S.
Constitution after World War II to make it so that anybody who rises to the chief executive can only serve two terms in office.
Two four-year terms.
President Trump, apparently, lost his re-election bid.
Apparently, a corrupt, senile old man, who could not physically campaign across the nation, received more votes than President Trump, who received more votes than any incumbent president in US history.
We are supposed to believe that Joe Biden, a man who has been in politics at that time for 47 years, received more votes than the first black president.
As a result of that putative result, that alleged victory on behalf of Biden, President Trump has only served one term in office, according to the U.S.
Constitution.
He can run again, and is running again, and may serve a second non-consecutive term.
As such, to use verbiage that we don't usually use in the American system, but is used elsewhere, the current judicial system, law enforcement in America, is being used To politically neutralize the leader of the opposition.
Because that's what President Trump is.
It is a strange set of affairs, I give it to you, that he is the Republican leader of the opposition, despite the fact that the Republican Party, or at least the establishment machinery of the Republican Party, still detests him and doesn't want to see him back in office.
From Rona Romney McDaniel to Mitch McConnell and on down.
This is not to cast aspersions on the America First wing of the party, which is stronger, which is in ascendance, and which apparently has managed to bring Kevin McCarthy over to their side.
The Republican Party isn't for Donald Trump.
The America First element is.
But nevertheless, he is the former president and he has declared a campaign.
As such, Every single poll of any merit indicates he is the frontrunner by up to 40 percentage points against the next person in line, who is Ron DeSantis.
That makes him the titular leader of the opposition who is running to be president again.
As such, we are seeing police state tactics being used to neutralize a man who has been under assault by the police state for nigh on seven years.
Not just the police state, but the intelligence community writ large.
If you are not familiar with it, if you haven't listened to my show for four years, educate yourself.
Look up the phrase cross-fire hurricane.
The first time ever in the history of the Republic that three intelligence services, the FBI, which is an intelligence service since 9-11, that's why its emails end in the letters dot IC for intelligence community, the FBI, the CIA under John Brennan, and the NSA spied
Against a political campaign, the campaign of my former boss, President Trump.
Whether it was Crossfire Hurricane, in which General Mike Flynn was caught up, Carter Page et al.
Whether it was the Mueller probe, 20 months, 40 million dollars, hundreds of subpoenas, and witness interviews.
That tried to establish some kind of nexus of Russian collusion between the Trump campaign, the Trump administration and Moscow.
And failed.
Whether it was the first impeachment or the second impeachment after President Trump had even left office.
Or the January 6th fake investigation.
This is just the final iteration.
Not the final one.
There will be others in Georgia and elsewhere.
We know that.
But it is police, state, and intelligence service tactics.
And we must protest.
President Trump is right with what he said on True Social.
We must protest.
Because it's our civil right.
Why is it just the left, Black Lives Matter, and Antifa, and the pro-abortion lunatics who get to protest?
Not us?
Well, I'm not giving up my right to protest because I'm an American and I have civil rights.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
I want to hear from you.
The number is 833-33 Gorka.

Alright.
Welcome to the Rumble Chat, all 1,400 of you guys.
Nice.
Yeah.
There really is so much to... I'm seeing Republicans now, and you can guess which kind of Republicans.
Saying, oh no, Democrats are doing this because they want Trump to be the nominee, because they know they'll beat him in 24.
Cretins.
Can you play the Longer Levin Cup?
Longer Levin.
Playback one, go ahead.
Let me put this in plain English so everybody can understand what's going on here.
It's not hush money.
These are non-disclosure agreements.
Companies, individuals, divorce parties entered into non-disclosure agreements.
10,000 a day, probably, all across this country.
How much you want to bet the Manhattan DA's office has entered into non-disclosure agreements?
How much you want to bet the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the U.S.
Attorneys have entered into non-disclosure agreements?
How much you want to bet These news operations covering it, like MSNBC, NBC, and the rest, have entered in a non-disclosure agreement.
Now we call it, oh, hush money.
There's nothing illegal with non-disclosure agreements.
The reason you have a non-disclosure agreement, whether it's severance or something, is you're telling people, keep your big mouth shut.
And in exchange for that, we'll take care of you.
That's not a crime.
It is what it is.
It's a contract.
That's number one.
Number two, what is this DA doing?
So he has a non-disclosure agreement.
Does the Trump organization or this entity set up by Michael Cohen?
So what?
So why do they keep looking at it?
Well, because it was paid for by a third entity that used corporate money.
So what?
Who cares?
He didn't pay for it out of his campaign.
Yeah.
Donald Trump.
So there's no question of the misuse of campaign dollars.
Here's what they're saying.
They're saying, okay, misdemeanor statute of limitations is run, state felony statute has run, we can't make a felony case anyway because it's not a felony, we have to have an underlying obstruction, so we'll look at federal law, which is not even the jurisdiction of a local DA, and federal law says what?
Federal law says you can't expend money, campaign law, for the purpose of influencing an election of this sort, this way.
But what else does it say?
However, if that money is used, and it has other purposes as well, that is, it's not just to campaign somebody's embarrassed, or somebody doesn't want to get information, or whatever it is, then it's not a crime.
So this thing isn't a crime from process, from substance, in state law, in federal law.
What?
Food for the boy.
Thank you.
All right, I'll tee up the... Food for the poor audio.
I'm trying to find, did Cassio post that video I asked him to post?
Oh, yeah.
Can you do a shorter version of the video I'm sending you now, Jeff?
Yeah.
Or just split it into two.
Is this the one where he was with the guy trying to give him the shot?
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
All right, you'll tee up food for the poor audio.
20 seconds.
And I'm going to want to talk to you, Trev.
All right.
The most awesome voice in talk radio.
No, not me.
Dr. G. Your voice isn't bad, Mark Lotta, but I appreciate the compliment.
I also appreciate everything you have done for the Food for the Poor campaign, helping the starving children of our hemisphere.
I have a radio colleague, Anitra, who explains what you have done and the difference you are making with just these small donations.
Let's listen to Anitra.
$144 rescues a family.
Imagine the relief for a mother, a father who woke up this morning begging God for a single meal.
When they get news that your gift is going to provide them food today, tomorrow, next week, next month, it seems incredible.
Well, may I suggest you can be that someone.
They're begging for just a meal tonight, that their children won't go to bed starving.
And then what do you do?
You donate $72 and they get food for two children for a year.
I mean, you are that miracle.
Do you want to be that miracle?
Do you want to literally save lives?
A one-time donation of $144 is four children who will be fed for 12 months.
From their perspective, it's a miracle And you made it happen.
Please give as much as you can.
What can you do with $144 today?
I mean, nothing meaningful in America.
You could feed four children for a year.
God bless every single one of you.
Please call in your donation.
It's tax-deductible.
855-330-4673.
Or just go to our website.
It's even easier.
SebGorka.com.
And click on the big red banner at the top that says, Give Food, Give Hope.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGorka.com, and the Give Food, Give Hope banner.
Or just call 855-330-4673.
God bless all of you who have already done so and who are going to do so today.
Right, Jeff.
I need a bit of a sanity check.
If you were the governor of the state where a former president lives, who is apparently going to be arrested by a Soros prosecutor in the next couple of days, and you've been touted as the new leader of the conservative movement, what do you think that person should do?
Uh, probably had a stronger stance on it.
Even if you weren't even intending to do it, you're trying to win over his voters because he thinks he's going to beat him in a primary.
Right, so you should look a little bit tough about it, right?
Even if you don't like the other person who helped make you become a governor, you should look kind of like, this is wrong, right?
Especially when just about every single person in the party disagrees with what's going on right now, and they find it absolutely outrageous.
Should you make fun of the person they're going to arrest?
I definitely probably wouldn't do that.
Okay, right.
Because that's what he did, right?
So this is Ron DeSantis, who said nothing until this morning.
And by the way, all the big, you know, supporters of the governor out there, he didn't give a press conference about the impending arrest of President Trump.
He was asked a question at the end of something else by a reporter, and then he made this snarky comment.
Cut 14.
You're talking about this situation with, and look, I don't know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to secure silence over some type of alleged affair.
I just, I can't speak to that.
But what I can speak... I don't know what goes into...
It's not a hush money payment, it's an NDA.
I signed a non-disclosure agreement with the Trump Organization when I became President Trump's advisor for national security.
But you have to make it about hush money for a porn star.
How pathetic!
Play it again from the beginning so everybody sees what this man is doing as the governor of the state in which the 45th president lives.
You're talking about this situation with and look, I don't know what goes into paying hush money to a porn star to to secure silence over some type of alleged affair.
I just I can't speak to that.
But what I can speak to is that if you have a prosecutor.
Who is ignoring crimes happening every single day in his jurisdiction, and he chooses to go back many, many years ago to try to use something about porn star hush money payments.
You know, that's an example of pursuing a political agenda and weaponizing the office.
And I think that that's fundamentally wrong.
Wow, he's so brave.
Hey, Eric, did you hear?
He said it again, hush money for porn stars, and then he said, that's fundamentally wrong.
Isn't that, I mean, that's so brave of the governor.
Yeah, fundamentally wrong.
Just like, you know, barging in on a pro-life pastor and pointing guns at his screaming kids.
That's, all you can say about that is that kind of thing is fundamentally wrong.
Are you impressed with that performance from the governor?
Not in the slightest.
I'm kind of surprised he spoke about it at all.
Like you said, he only responded to a question.
But I didn't even expect him to give that tone-deaf of an answer.
That was just remarkably bad.
I think that tells you who he is.
And also, he didn't even mention President Trump's name.
That means you're a child.
You're an utter, utter child.
Let's go to your calls and number here, 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
First up, Colorado, line one, Holly.
Yes, thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Everything that you said, and then some.
I just really appreciate the way that you bring it all out for us and help us to know what is going on.
And I'm asking for all of our listeners to join us tomorrow, March 21st, 2023, to lower their American flag on their flagpole to half mask, designating to lower their American flag on their flagpole to half mask, designating that the death of the innocents of this United States of America is Join us with lowering your flag to half mask.
Join us with your voice as well, pledging your allegiance to the United States of America and singing the national anthem.
And do this any time of the day or night tomorrow on March 21st, 2023.
Yes.
What difference is that going to make?
I think it will just, all it will do is show unity.
It will show that we love this country just as President Trump does.
We love this country as much and we would be so honored and so fortunate that this man would continue to love this country through everything he is doing.
Holly, please listen to what I asked.
Okay.
What difference would it make?
I think it'll make a huge difference.
Like what?
Like what?
What difference, concretely, what concretely, what difference will it concretely make?
It will make a difference in that they will know we are a huge army that they cannot stop.
No, I don't buy it.
I don't buy it.
I don't buy it.
I mean, I like the sentiment, Holly, but They'll just ignore it.
They'll just ignore it, Holly.
They'll just say... They'll ignore it!
It won't make any difference, Holly.
Allow anybody else to cause violence or the media to make a spectacle out of it.
It's not the point.
We have a right to protest.
President Trump is correct.
We should peacefully protest.
But putting your flags at half-mast, the left will laugh at you.
They'll laugh at you, Holly.
And they'll continue to do what they're doing.
Nice sentiment, but with zero impact.
But thank you for the call.
The number is 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.

Portions of America First are brought to you in part by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism at holyland.israel.travel.
All right, back to your calls.
Everybody wants to sound off.
Let's go to Craig, Central Pennsylvania.
Welcome, Craig.
Yeah, hey, I got a theory to run by you about January 6th and the current situation.
So, January 6th for the Democrats was only about shutting down Trump's protest, and it absolutely worked.
They got behind it, they got it violent, and now they can say, everybody's been violent with Trump, and also, if you come to a Trump rally, it might go sideways and you might end up in prison.
And they've been trying to provoke him Into calling for another rally.
And this is... That's what's going on right now.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
He's been doing rallies.
He's done lots of rallies.
And they've been completely fine and no problem.
What you're talking about is protests.
That's different.
Yeah.
Absolutely.
And I want to be clear to say it needs to happen.
Protests are extremely powerful and they know it.
When millions of grassroots people show up On their own accord, and peacefully protested, is extremely powerful.
And they have absolutely shut Trump's protest down.
I tend to agree with you, and the idea that we're going to suddenly surrender our civil rights when the other side has them.
And there was a time, Mr. G has been debating me on this in the breaks, he says protests don't make a difference.
I'll say one that did, Mr. G.
I think the Tea Party really shook the establishment.
Don't you think the Tea Party was when it really worked?
Well, the Tea Party worked for us in the ballot box.
I mean, that was a huge win.
Yeah, but the point is the point.
You know, lots of people going out onto the streets can work, even for our side.
Yeah, so that's when Boehner actually tried to pretend he was cutting spending the one time.
Right.
Bingo.
All right.
Stay on the line.
Great call, Craig.
Let's give Craig his signed copy of The War for America's Soul.
What happened to the DeSantis guy?
I wanted to talk to him.
I guess he wimped out.
Dude, why did you wimp out?
Well, Mr. G, what did the DeSantis guy want to say?
Well, there's one other group of people that cuts off the phone very quickly, too, other than the DeSantis people.
Who is that?
What did this guy want to say?
He said that DeSantis was absolutely right and that an NDA is hush money.
And what else was he supposed to say?
Oh, he sounds like Sam the Liberal.
Let's go to Brent, Los Angeles.
Brent, line two.
Blessings, Great Gorka.
Greetings.
What would you like to share with us today, my friend?
Well, I'm thinking the Democrat Soros brag demand to arrest, torture, and accidentally assassinate President Trump in a progressive New York gulag is a litmus test for all America to identify our children of light against the children of darkness.
And every single patriot and politician, especially Republicans, who don't immediately stand for truth, justice, and Trump, should eternally earn a mark upon their forehead as God placed upon the face of Cain after he was the first man in history to murder his righteous brother Abel.
Okay, I'm not sure I'm going to compare President Trump to Cain and Abel in the story right there.
But you do always have a flourish with your contributions.
Thank you, dear friend.
Let's go to Mitchell, Ohio, line three.
Hello, Sebastian Gorka.
How are you?
Good.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
My question is, is if President Trump is arrested tomorrow, obviously he's indicted.
Will he utilize his best and speedy trial rights so this is not drawn out?
Well, I don't understand.
Will he utilize it?
It's not up to him.
It's up to the courts.
I mean, look, look what happened to the January 6th detainees, some of whom are still in prison two years later without seeing a judge.
Well, but you do have that right under... Well, so do this January 6th detainees and they've been trampled upon.
So...
What do you think, Mitchell, after the last two years and the last six years?
doing the same thing to President Trump. - What do you think, Mitchell, after the last two years and the last six years?
You think he's gonna get a fair trial, Mitchell?
- No, I don't think he's gonna get a fair trial. - Okay, thank you.
Thank you for your call.
The number is 83333-Gawker.
That's 833334-6752.
Sound off.
We are broadcasting to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Relief Factor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
Half a million, Americans right now, me included, yes, I had a low back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took ReliefFactor and two weeks later I was pain-free and I'm still pain-free more than four years later.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Leah from Ohio.
This is her amazing story.
One Sunday morning, I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following directions in eight days, I found relief only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100%.
That should be your story.
That could be your story, but there's only one way to find out.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, But at the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you, like it works for me, Leah, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
I think I might do something a little bit different with you today.
I might play you a cut that you can respond to.
Okay.
Is there a story you'd like to tease or discuss?
Well, it's all about Trump right now, right?
I think it's all about the case.
I don't think there'll be an indictment tomorrow.
Oh, really?
Okay.
I don't think so.
Because the grand jury doesn't meet tomorrow.
It meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, and today they still took witnesses.
So the most likely time is either tonight or Wednesday.
I think most likely it's Wednesday.
Okay.
Or later.
And then I think the Capitol Police and others are preparing for that for Wednesday through Saturday as well.
Got it.
So.
Which cut do you want to use here, Seb?
I'm going to use the Cut 9.
But I'll tee it up.
Tee up Cut 9.
Cut nine.
Yep.
But I'll tee it up.
I'll tee up.
Cut nine.
Yep.
Minute 40.
Thanks for having me on for the China stuff, Sepp.
That really worked out well.
I got a lot of attention.
Oh, good!
Good, good, good, good, good.
I really appreciate what you did for me.
That was great.
Yeah, always, always.
PhD.
Yep.
Yep. 70 seconds.
PhD.
Hi.
Excuse me.
45 seconds.
Excuse me.
45 seconds.
Mic's off.
MAGA-nificent.
Brian, Joseph, the rest of our callers, don't go anywhere.
I'll connect to you momentarily after our special guest, first guest of the first hour today.
Fascinating tweet I just received from a former FBI agent, a whistleblower, Kyle Serafim.
According to the Heritage Foundation, they've obtained records from the FBI showing that the agents in the Washington field office worked nearly 16,000 more hours after January 6th than during the 2020 BLM riots.
Isn't that interesting?
There was a ride on Capitol Hill for four hours and the FBI field office did 16,000 hours of overtime, more than they did during BLM's Summer of Love.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.
Would like to be the healthiest version of you you can be.

Call them on 864-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
All right.
He is the creator, the founder, the editor-in-chief of that superlative website, justthenews.com.
You can follow him at J. Solomon Reports.
John Solomon, it's going to be a crazy week, is it not?
Buckle your seatbelt, for sure.
No doubt.
All right, well, I'm going to do a little... You always, you know, break stories here.
You've always got amazing analysis.
I want to do something a little bit different, because I thought I was in Bizarro World when I heard this analysis about Alvin Bragg's quote-unquote case.
On all places, CNN.
John, just listen to Elliot Williams on CNN, cut nine.
So a couple things.
One, the facts are old.
They're six or seven years old.
And the star witness here in the form of Michael Cohen, Donald Trump's former attorney, has credibility issues, has been convicted of crimes.
And so, you know, to your point, Abby, as far as the strength of the case, it's certainly not the kind of slam dunk that many people would wish that it were.
On CNN, if CNN's legal analyst is saying, uh, there might be a problem here, that's a problem, isn't it, John?
Yeah, listen, there's a lot of problems with this.
Starting with, this is a prosecutor who for the last couple years has been downgrading serious felonies, you know, violent crimes.
They're downgrading him from felonies to misdemeanors.
And now he wants to take a seven-year-old transaction and try to upgrade it from what the law says is a misdemeanor, if it occurred, to a felony.
It's going to run into all sorts of resistance once it gets into the court system.
But at the end of the day, maybe all that Alvin Bragg really wants is to get that mugshot.
He really wants a political effect.
Because on the legal side, I haven't found anyone, including supporters of Alvin Bragg, who thinks that he's on a solid track here with this.
Buyer beware.
I think he's a person that could very quickly get overturned in the courts if he brings such a case.
And again, let's keep in mind, he hasn't done it.
Everything's been supposition thus far.
We haven't seen an indictment yet.
You said something interesting in the break, John, with regards to the ominous Tuesday deadline.
What have you heard?
What are the calculations you've been making?
Yeah, based on the reporting I've done, the grand jury that's in play here only meets on Monday and Wednesday this week, not Tuesday.
So if they don't do it by close of business today, or if they don't already have a sealed one, the most likely time is going to be later now.
Wednesday or later, that's what most of the people I'm talking to today are thinking.
And there was a surprise witness today.
Uh, Bob Costello, a lawyer who's, you know, represented many famous people, including Rudy Giuliani, got Rudy Giuliani out of alleged trouble.
Wasn't actually any trouble, but in the Ukraine stuff.
He's a very good lawyer.
He showed up as a witness, we're told today at the grand jury.
So the grand jury still considering some of the, um, some of the evidence and that usually means they're not ready for an indictment yet.
Now, I'm just a humble immigrant to this nation.
You were born here, John, and I have to ask you, because I keep pinching myself, you know, in the last 72 hours, all the time, asking myself, is it really feasible?
I don't care whether it's a Democrat president or a Republican president.
The idea of a president who was in the Oval less than two and a half years ago, being fingerprinted and handcuffed.
Could this happen in America, John Solomon?
Well, let's just take something that happened a few short years ago in Missouri.
A Soros-funded prosecutor, so some parallels here, right?
Alvin Bragg comes from the Soros world.
She brought an indictment against a sitting governor of Missouri on evidence that she ultimately admitted didn't exist, right?
She said there was a photo and there was extortion.
There was no extortion.
There was no Not even a photo.
In fact, the star witness claims she may have even dreamed up the whole scenario.
She went forward with the indictment, got the governor to resign, and then told the court, oh, oops, I didn't have any of that.
And of course, she's been sanctioned.
This is the Gritens case.
Yeah, the Greitens case, Eric Greitens in Missouri.
So if you ask, is it possible, we saw something like that play out just a few short years ago with a similar local prosecutor backed by the Soros machinery.
Now, New York's a big stage, right?
If Alvin Bragg takes a swing and he gets beat, he's going to be mercilessly attacked in the press of New York, and there's going to be a lot of doubts about his skills going forward if he fumbles on this one.
So, you know, New York's the biggest stage in politics and in law, and so we'll have to watch and see.
The temptation to do this, we've seen it done before, without the evidentiary or legal basis to do it.
So could it happen again?
You bet it could.
Missouri could be New York tomorrow, and the FBI nearly pulled it off in the Russian collusion case.
And the idea that if it were to happen, that doesn't politically redound to the benefit of President Trump, it kind of seems to me, if you're a leftist or a Soros-funded prosecutor, this seems like political suicide.
Am I crazy, John?
I've been watching the reaction on all sides.
I try to stay neutral and just cover the facts.
But when you watch the way the left has been reacting to this, even the prosecutor that used to be in Alvin Bragg's office who wanted to bring charges against Donald Trump in the earlier Trump case, everyone I've talked to, to a T, says we are deeply concerned.
This is a bad case.
This is not a case you should be bringing against anyone, particularly a sitting president, who has all the resources that Donald Trump will bring to bear on this.
And there's another dynamic here that I think a lot of people have to also pay attention to.
If this boomerangs, right, if they bring the charges and a few weeks later the courts laugh this off, Donald Trump's going to emerge even more powerful and even more impenetrable than he went into this whole thing.
There's a lot of risk here.
Again, he may do it.
Maybe there are facts we don't know yet.
Maybe there's some star witness we haven't heard about.
But if it is the case we think it is, I haven't found a person left, right, or center who thinks it's a very good case.
Just like the second insane impeachment after he left office, I used the line from the original Star Wars.
I said, if you strike me down, Darth, I will be stronger than you can ever imagine.
I think that's what's going to happen again.
If they're stupid enough, we shall see.
Time will tell.

What's the alleged crime?
Is it the hush money?
So they're alleging... So this is what Cohen says, right?
So he gave Cohen money to pay to Stormy Daniels as part of a non-disclosure agreement.
Right.
Okay?
Cohen saying that was happening in 16 and it was part of the election campaign therefore the statement so the original the actual charge is fraudulent business statement because President Trump's company said this is a business payment to my lawyer.
Cohen was saying no no no no this was part of the campaign to make it so that she didn't embarrass him during the campaign.
So it's the word of Cohen as to whether it was an NDA paid for privately or whether it was related to the campaign.
But it was his own money in any case.
It didn't come from the campaign.
The whole thing is bogus.

I had a quick question or thought about the DeSantis-Trump, and I'd love to get your opinion.
My thought is that Trump has also been critical of DeSantis as well, and so what would DeSantis' advantage be in calling a press conference to support Trump, who may be a Very simple, Joseph.
Does DeSantis believe in law and order?
It's only about law and order in America.
That's all, Joseph.
Okay.
I mean, and I got the impression DeSantis implied that.

He's not a serious man, Joseph.
He's a child.
Does he care about law and order?
Or does he have to make stupid jabs?
Good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
A lot of respect for you and love for this country.
Originally, I didn't vote for President Trump.
I listened to half of the channels.
Then I realized what he was saying, what he was doing for us.
Then I fell in love with this man.
He had flaws, and I'm listening to him now.
He says he made mistakes.
Yeah, he learned the bad apples in Washington.
I believe he's the one for us, because he's not part of the deep state.
DeSantis, he's done some good things.
I don't think I can trust him 100%.
I am for President Trump, and if DeSantis or other Republicans do not stand up, You nailed it, Brian.

I don't know what else a Republican can do to show that they love this country and they're anti-communist.
Yeah, no, you nailed it, Brian.
The question is, if you've got an R after your name, if you say you're conservative, and you're not commenting on the rule of law in America, that we are all equal before the law, that you're not getting arrested in New York for violent crime, but something that you're not getting arrested in New York for violent crime, but something that was not a crime eight years ago is suddenly a felony, then you have shown yourself not to be a

But Marcus, Bonnie, Alexandra, John, Daniel, we will get to your calls.
Please, please, please just wait.
We had yesterday on Newsmax Rudy Giuliani with us.
I was hosting a couple of shows over the weekend.
Here he is.
He knows who Stormy Daniel is.
He's a former attorney to President Trump.
Here's the former mayor of New York's take on who this star witness is.
Cut five.
Play cut.
As his personal friend, I'm going to tell you categorically, she's lying.
Categorically.
And I don't know why I say that all the time.
I can tell you and I can tell you personally why I know that.
She's a damn liar.
He's also recovered money from her.
This is ridiculous.
It's completely ridiculous.
It's a complete indication that Bragg, when he declared he wasn't going to enforce the law, about half of them should have been dismissed.
And meanwhile, let's not forget the fact that Manhattan has suffered under unbelievable levels of crime under this incompetent and comment.
The Soros paid for piece of I don't know what.
This is this got to be the nail in the coffin of this DA.
The star witness is a woman who lost the defamation suit to President Trump and Michael Cohen, a convicted felon last year.
Let's get some up-to-date, fresh legal analysis from Will Chamberlain, who is Senior Counsel for the Internet Accountability Project.
Will, welcome back to America First.
Good to be with you, Sam.
So, Will, I think we were on the same, what was it, Twitter spaces on, what was it, Saturday?
Was it Saturday or Sunday?
I think that's right.
Yeah, and flipping nine hour long one.
I didn't stay on it for nine hours, but your legal analysis was very trenchant and to the point.
You know the law.
It seems such an arcane case that is trying to be made by Bragg.
Will you walk us through the merits or the demerits of what they're trying to do in Manhattan, Will, from the legal perspective?
So, yeah, let's just, you know, for the sake of argument right now, let's assume that what we've read in the newspapers about what President Trump did is true, just to kind of understand, like, OK, what then would be the legal case against him?
And so if the leaks are correct, he'll be charged with falsifying business records, because the argument is, well, you know, Michael Cohen ultimately paid $130,000 to Stormy Daniels, and then the Trump Organization reimbursed that money to Michael Cohen.
So let's stop here.
Let's make sure.
So Michael Cohen, attorney to President Trump, paid Stormy Daniels an amount of money, and then the Trump Organization paid him back for doing that.
Carry on?
Right.
And then the idea is that they falsified business records at the Trump Organization because they mark those down as legal expenses, when those aren't legal expenses, that's just a payoff for something else.
And so the argument then is that's a misdemeanor.
And the way they make that into a felony is that they say, well, that misdemeanor was done in furtherance of something else.
And I've seen two theories about how they could say that this was done.
One is that it was in furtherance of a campaign finance violation, which is nonsense because this isn't a campaign donation and it would be completely independent of anything related to the campaign.
And then the second theory is that it's tax evasion, right?
That President Trump got a benefit from this money effectively being used for his personal purposes, and so he needed, eventually the Trump Organization needed to report that as part of his salary.
Hang on, they're trying to argue that paying somebody as part of a settlement on an NDA is tax evasion?
Are they really trying to say that, Will?
The way they're framing it is that because it came out of the Trump Organization's funds and not from President Trump personally, that if the Trump Organization was, you know, settling this lawsuit or compensating the victim, I'm trying to the benefit of our 3 million listeners just map out this insanity.
that's a money benefit that went to President Trump and then would have gone to Ms. Daniels.
Okay.
And then the first one, I'm really trying, I'm trying to the benefit of our 3 million listeners, just map out this insanity.
The first legal theory is that the Trump organization, I mentioned this in the last hour, in 2015, when I was hired by President Trump to advise him during the debates on national security, I didn't work when I was hired by President Trump to advise him during the debates The second I met him he wanted to hire me and I signed an NDA With the Trump Organization, which meant the papers I was writing for President Trump were his.
I couldn't publish them the next day.
I couldn't talk about them on my radio show.
So this is, you know, it's a very common business thing, a non-disclosure agreement.
So the second, the first theory mentioned is the following.
The Trump Organization, this company, this LLC, paid Cohen, or reimbursed him, For what he'd pay to Stormy Daniels as part of this civil agreement and then they're saying that somehow magically it's connected to the election?
How do they even make that case, Will?
I mean, because it's not the campaign funds.
She's not working for the campaign.
How is that?
How do they even get to that point?
Honestly, I'm not sure about how.
I mean, that's what I've seen in the New York Times.
And, you know, who knows, maybe there will be an indictment and we'll be able to do a little more rigorous analysis of how they get there.
But I honestly, you know, the funny thing is I can see the tax evasion claim.
I think it's still ridiculous, but I at least see, I see the logic of the argument where I'm like, OK, there's the benefit that would have gone to President Trump that should have been accounted for on taxes theoretically.
Right.
OK, but I don't even see where the campaign finance violation would be.
And then what about what about statutes of limitation, Will?
Oh, so the statute of limitation is two years for a misdemeanor and five years for a felony.
That's one reason they have to find a way to make this a felony, because otherwise it would be on the statute of limitations.
I don't think there are going to be statute of limitations problems, especially if there's some sort of tax claim.
Because if you think about it, these payments would have been made during the calendar year 2017, the reimbursement payments, and then would have been reported on taxes in spring 2018.
And it's spring 2023.
So we're coming up on right exactly the five The five-year statute of limitations.
And from the perspective of a legal professional, let's look at the flip side of beyond the legal theory.
You have to make this case in front of a judge in a court.
And yes, Bob Costello appeared before the grand jury today.
Bob Costello isn't going to dime out President Trump, if I know him well.
So your star witnesses that we know of at the moment, Will, are Stormy Daniels, who lost a $300,000 defamation suit against President Trump, and Michael Cohen, who not only is a convicted felon because not of campaign finance, but because of his defrauding the taxi medallion scheme in Manhattan.
Guys, really, you need to look into who Michael Cohen is, who has demonstrated almost on a daily basis personal animus to the person being charged.
So, Will, if you were the prosecutor, would you be confident that this would look very strong in a court of law?
Yeah, I mean, you've identified, obviously, the major problems of the witnesses.
As a side note, I think Michael Cohen is the most disgusting person in this entire affair.
And this affair includes Michael Avenatti, so that's saying quite a bit.
Because Michael Cohen is the person who sold out his client's confidences as a lawyer in order to get a pat on the head from the Democrats.
There's no greater ethical breach that a lawyer can make.
than to sell out your clients' confidences, which you are obliged to maintain.
But then one more final point on the legal side, the tax evasion theory requires you to think that President Trump was aware and trying to save something like $35,000 on his tax bill.
He's a billionaire real estate magnate last time I checked.
I don't think that was a pressing concern of his.
Yeah, no, thank you.
Thank you for pointing out the absurdity of it all.
Alright, now I want you, you're a legal professional, you're a senior counsel of the Internet Accountability Project, you can follow him at Will Chamberlain.
Now I'm going to ask you to be a psychic, to use your Vulcan powers.
What the hell are they thinking?
I mean, you know, my mantra on this show for four years has been, the left are Hostages to their own ideology, and there's a point at which rational thought and cost-benefit analysis is just jettisoned out the window, and it's just animus, animus, animus, and hatred.
Is there any logic to what they're doing here, Will?
I think it's just obsession.
This is like Ahab with the white whale, like the person they have to get.
And then so that just describes what they've been doing in New York.
I mean, this is very, you know, I think you might appreciate the analogy.
I think it was Berea, Lavernti Berea, who said something like, you give me the man, I'll find you the crime.
That's the attitude I think the New York prosecutors have taken.
They decided to investigate Trump, not investigate criminal activity.
Right.
And for years they tried to find something because they're just absolutely obsessed.
And there's, you know, I remember there was, I think Bragg, there was reports about a year ago that Bragg was going to shut down this investigation.
And then you had prosecutors from his office just rebel and go... And resign!
And resign over this issue.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Last thing, do you think they're going to do it?
Are they going to slap him in handcuffs?
What's Will Chamberlain's prediction?
I mean, if I'm setting a betting line, that's how I'd think about this.
I'd say odds are about 75-80% that they're going to end up indicting him.
I don't think they should, but that would be what I'd bet.
Great, great legal analysis.
Follow him at Will Chamberlain.
Thank you, Will.

It's for Food for the Poor.
And so, this year I saved up $80 to give, and I'm not saying any of this to brag, I just wanted to encourage your listeners.
If you can just spare a little bit, that would be good.

Fifteen years old, she's saved $80 to feed the poor in our hemisphere through the Amazing Food for the Poor charity campaign with the local pastors on the ground.
If you can donate $72 just once, you will feed two children for a year.
If you double that to $144, because they have the food, they just need to get it in theater, you're feeding four children for 12 months.

So if you can wait nine minutes, Marcus, Bonnie, Alexandra, John, Daniel, I think you'll enjoy our next guest.
He is the head of an organization that probably more than anybody else fights the swamp creatures in the swamp.
He's the head, the president of that amazing organization, Judicial Watch.
Tom Fitton on deck.
Happy Monday, Tom.
Hey, how are you?
Thanks for having me, Seth.
Appreciate your good word.
I'm good, and I'm always very pleased to hear your voice when we are on Twitter spaces together.
I think the last one was on Saturday, where you take on the leftist loonies.
I always blow a gasket, start swearing and losing it, but you maintain this, I don't know, I guess you're a DC professional.
It's very impressive, Tom.
Well, you know, our country's at stake, and the left relies on their dishonesty, frankly, to distract us from what we need to say and do.
And, you know, I think you're handling yourself pretty well.
I get upset with them as much as any other average American would.
But we just have to power on and power through.
Well, that's what you do.
Please support this organization.
It's amazing.
Judicialwatch.org.
Judicialwatch.org and follow Tom at Tom Fitton.
So, Tom, I'm an immigrant to this country.
I just can't believe it.
Are they really going to put the 45th President of the United States in handcuffs and fingerprint him this week?
That's the plan.
If not in New York, then in Fulton County, Georgia.
If not in Fulton County, Georgia, then here in Washington, D.C.
by the Biden gang directly at the Justice Department.
Democrats in three leftist jurisdictions, all politicians, organizing and trying to put Trump in jail.
And what's going on in New York is as abusive of what's going on in Georgia as is abusive as what's going on in New York, in Washington, D.C., I mean.
So, you know, you pick your poison.
Trump is being abused like no other president has ever been abused.
And I think it undermines the republic It threatens the republic.
It undermines our standing in the world.
It threatens our national security.
What must Putin and Xi be talking about and thinking as they see Biden and his party moving to jail his number one political opponent, Donald Trump?
They must be thinking, who are these people to tell us what to do when they're doing what they accuse us of doing, which is jailing And worse, they're political opponents.
Such a good point, such a good point.
And then we have our own side, so there's the whole primary issue of justice before the law, rule of law in America.
And then we have people who say they're conservatives, believe in America.
We have the opinion, the editorial opinion page of the Wall Street Journal chiming in saying, we shouldn't protest that conservatives Shouldn't exercise their God-given constitutional rights, because I guess, Tom, only the left is allowed to protest?
Well, congratulations, Nancy Pelosi.
Mission accomplished.
Her whole effort there, the January 6th media narrative run out of the House with the aiding and abetting by the Biden administration, was to make it more difficult for conservatives to exercise their First Amendment rights.
Whether it be protesting, petitioning their government, or the other core right, which is freedom of association.
And now we're not allowed to exercise these basic civil rights for the left.
It's civil rights for me, but not for thee.
And you have these folks who have been taken hostage by this narrative because they don't like Trump.
The Wall Street Journal doesn't really like Trump.
There are a lot of Republicans who don't like Trump.
And they don't like their supporters.
They think they're too much of the rabble.
And this is the content they have for our civil rights.
Now, I think it's going to strengthen the president, whatever they do.
I believe he's the nominee for 24, and if we have free and fair elections, he gets a second term.
If that's the case, the challenge is going to be to drain the swamp administratively in the same fashion that you do from your NGO.
For me, as somebody who served in the White House, I pretty soon realized that the most corrupt department of all is the DOJ, and that's going to be the heaviest lift.
Would you concur, Tom Fitton?
Yeah, when it comes to policy, the locus of evil in the federal government is the Justice Department.
They ratify and defend all of the misconduct and abuse in all the other agencies.
And they see themselves as running all the other agencies in terms of their legalities, the constitutionalities of the conduct that so many of us object to.
And I'm going to disagree with you a little bit on the Trump issue.
I think an indictment is an abuse that will harm him.
It might, in the short run, benefit him politically in the primaries.
Who knows?
But certainly in a close run election, I don't see how an indictment benefits a candidate.
Believe me, if indictments benefited political candidates, all the politicians would be lined up with the courthouse asking for one.
There's one difference.
Let me explain my logic to you, Tom.
Because no other political candidate has built his mission on taking down the deep state.
The indictment is the prima facie Empirical evidence that the deep state is real.
So for me, the indictment is the apotheosis.
It is the proof that this is argument, right?
It ratifies the argument.
Exactly.
That's that's my logic.
You know, but yeah, no, I'm not saying you're completely wrong.
We're talking politics.
Yeah.
So yeah.
We'd all be rich if we knew what was going to happen.
We're allowed to disagree on the finer points.
But in the meantime, the mission is the mission, and they have been fighting it so very, very bravely.

No.
No.
It's, um... They want to destroy him.
It's to make him look bad in the election.

All these things.
Who knows who's going to be able to... And what it will hurt him in is fundraising.
With big donors.
Right.
Especially the primaries.
But I don't think he had them anyway.
No, to be fair, yeah.
But it comes down to messaging.
It comes down to which side does a better job messaging.
Because you either message this as, oh, Trump is a criminal who needs to be held accountable, or he's being persecuted by the deep state.
And it's whoever gets a hold of that messaging first.
I think it's arrogance with Mueller, too.
I think they think they screwed up by not prosecuting him.
Oh yeah, that makes sense.
That it wasn't enough just for two years to bring it up and lie and lie and lie.
How is Chris Christie so fat?
After he had the surgery.
But look at his chin!
He's got like, he's literally Jabba the Hutt.
He's like, it's coming over the collar.
And he had the surgery like seven or eight years ago.
What, the lap band stuff?
Yes.
Oh my gosh.
Um, come in with 11.
11.
Get your research.
Yeah.
No matter.
Live in.
Can you do more research?
Yeah.
90 seconds.
Yeah, it's all a matter of getting ahead of the narrative and shaping it as fast as possible, because that's why I said with the January 6th stuff and it's all a matter of getting ahead of the narrative and shaping it as fast as possible, because that's why I said with the January 6th stuff Because by that point, everyone's already- Well, Trump should get ahead of it.
Yeah, exactly- No, I agree.
You should say they're gonna keep doing it.
It's gonna happen in Georgia, it's gonna happen somewhere else, just to make it act like it's nothing.
Yeah.
50 seconds. 50 seconds.
50 seconds.
Thank you.
And let me tell you something, when the people lose faith in the law, the country's done.
That's exactly right.
And the people are losing faith in the law because the Democrat Party, Democrat prosecutors in Manhattan, a Soros prosecutor, wants them to lose faith in the law.
Their whole goal is to destroy the civil society and the morality that undergirds it.
That is the mission of the Democrat Party.
It is.
That's the great one, Life, Liberty and Levin, and he's absolutely right.
Yeah, dear friends, you've heard me talk about the huge asset managers like BlackRock, and they're using your retirement funds to further their left-wing ESG agendas.
In this economy, you don't need people playing politics with your retirement funds.
You want solid investments that maximize returns and are safe.
Just last year, state treasurers across the nation sent a message to stop playing politics with our pensions by divesting $5 billion from companies like BlackRock.
25 states are suing to block nonsense like climate activism from undermining your retirement funds.
Republicans on Capitol Hill are passing a bill to block the Biden administration from allowing huge retirement funds like BlackRock from using your money for their left-wing agenda.
You need to find out more.
There's one organization that's fighting for you, and that's Consumers Research.
They don't want a penny from you.
They want to educate you to the threat to your retirement.
Go today to consumersresearch.org.
That's consumersresearch.org.
Portions of America First.
Brought to you in part by Consumers Research.
All right, finally he's doing it!
He's taking some calls!
Thank you for your patience, everyone on the line.
Line one, Marcus Ohio.
Dr. Cooke, God bless you.
God bless you and the Salem Network and everything you guys do.
Most importantly, God bless Donald J. Trump.
In regards, it's been a while since we've talked at the protests.
There are not just protests to physically go to your state capitals, or if you can't make it to New York or Florida to protest, donate to DonaldJTrump.com.
Any monetary contributions you can do to show these people that, hey, let's blow up that contribution, monetary donations, and show them that, hey, he's, you know, We've got his back and he's going nowhere.
We're not going nowhere.
And that's pretty much all.
No, that's a very good point.
Jeff actually said that in the break, that part of all of these indictments is an attempt to prevent people from donating to him, especially the big, big donors.
But you're absolutely right.
The Save America PAC, support President Trump.
We need to protest.
We need to peacefully protest as well.
But you could also support President Trump by supporting his campaign.
Nicely put, Marcus, and thank you for your patience.
Likewise, Bonnie, line two, welcome to America First.
Well, thank you, Sebastian.
I just want to know if you can answer this question.
Am I being too much of a Pollyanna?
I don't know why we can't play the same game that the Democrats play and stick together and have the two men who I think both love this country and both could do a better job than anybody that's on the other side.
Why can't they just run together?
Well, I've been saying it for months now.
If DeSantis was wise, he'd be a member of the Trump administration or the vice president.
And then in 2028, he could roll into the top slot.
But if he's making childish, you know, porn star jibes at the president the day before he's being arrested, Bonnie, I don't think he has it in him.
I think his ego is too big.
So, we're dealing with two really big egos here, then.
Yeah, well, we know we are, but one of them was made by the other one.
I mean, remember, this man was trailing in the polls.
This individual would never have been governor of Florida if President Trump hadn't endorsed him, and this is how he pays him back?
By making fun of him the day before he's being arrested?
Bonnie, that's... unserious men behave like that.
It's not being serious.
So you really don't like the idea of DeSantis?
No, I don't like him being used by people who hate President Trump and our elitists.
If you look up Ken Griffin, who was the biggest bundler, the biggest donor bundler to Obama, he's one of DeSantis' biggest donors, Bonnie.
Why is Obama's biggest bundler funding DeSantis now, Bonnie?
Doesn't that disturb you?
Well, okay, so that's something I didn't know about, but my thoughts were, and it seemed to me, that DeSantis was sitting back and just waiting, and I did see that Trump picked on him a little bit.
You know, Mr. Meatball and all that stuff.
So I don't understand, though.
I don't understand why these two guys aren't together if they love the country.
I guess I'm 76 years old, and maybe it's just bothering me that the two men that I think could do the job against the ridiculous people we have in office right now, I'll suggest something to you, I'll suggest something to you.
One of them's a politician and the other one isn't.
Thank you Bonnie, Alexandra, John, Daniel, you're next.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.

Now we go, oh, hush money.
There's nothing illegal with non-disclosure agreements.
The reason you have a non-disclosure agreement, whether it's severance or something, is you're telling people, keep your big mouth shut.
And in exchange for that, we'll take care of you.
That's not a crime.
It is what it is.
In Michigan, Republican Party politics for a long time has been controlled by the DeVos family.
The Betsy DeVos family, right?
That the whole world knows who she is.
I've heard of her, yes.
And in this last round where they were nominating their Attorney General, Secretary of State, the DeVos candidates lost to the Trump candidates.
And so, um, it is, we now have a Republican chair here in Michigan for the state party.
Christina Caramo.
Christina Caramo, who is as Trumpian, I think, as it gets.
Do you think if the Republican primary were held tomorrow, Trump would still have a hold on that?
I think so.
One minute.
I'm going to use cut seven here, then I'm going to go to line three.
Alright, you'll tee it up.
40 seconds. 40 seconds.
40 seconds.

Do you remember that scumbag, Andrew Weissman, who was the actual pitbull for that doddering, senile, old Robert Mueller investigation?
Well, Why don't these people just disappear?
After all the despicable, slimy things they've done.
Instead MSNBC hires them or gives them a platform.
This is Andrew Weissman!
He just can't, can't give up trying to get President Trump.
Count seven.
His language in Truth Social, where he stays just on this side of the law by saying you should protest.
Of course, everyone has a constitutional right to protest peacefully.
The language, take our nation back, gets a little closer to the line.
And it's notable to me that he did not say You should protest peacefully.
It was sort of conspicuous that he left that word out, even though, as we all know, on January 6th, he did throw that word in, which gave him some potential legal cover.
But he didn't do that here.
So the fact that he said it on January 6th was what, Weissman?
The fact that he said peacefully gave him some legal cover?
Really?
You mean peacefully protest was what a dog whistle to not peacefully protest?
Filth.
Utter filth.
Let's go to your calls.
Alexandra waiting very patiently in the great state of Arizona.
Line three.
Welcome, Alexandra.
Thank you for taking my call, Dr. G.
I want to take this moment to tell everybody, all my fellow Americans, my brothers and sisters, I.
I honestly think if Trump is arrested, it will be the fall of our republic.
It will.
I mean, the man has said it himself.
They are not after him.
They are after us.
And he is the only one standing like a warrior protecting us.
And we like to talk, but in all reality, We don't like to put our mouths into action.
We don't like to do the work.
We ask that Trump is doing the work or people like Sebastian, people who are out there, uh, they're doing a great job peacefully, peacefully and civilized civilly.
So I want to take this moment out to say, um, you know, they aren't after Trump.
They're after us.
And we need to wake up.
You know, this is the end of our republic, as we know it, if Trump is arrested.
Thank you, Sebastian, for giving me a voice.
Absolutely.
And thank you for your patience, Alexandra.
God bless you.
And thank you for being so eloquent.
Let's go to Denver, John, line four.
Yes, I just want to preface everything I'm going to say with the fact that I voted for Trump twice and I would again and I've always been a you know a backer of his but You know, I also feel that DeSantis is getting a little bit of a bad rap here you know, he's he's taken advantage of a situation which Trump has done many many times and I didn't like his choice of words, either, with the hush money and all of that.
But on the surface, you've got to look, you know, make calls made a shovel.
I mean, it looks that way, or it could look that way.
Hang on, hang on.
You've got to call what a shovel?
I don't understand.
Because that's what he didn't do.
He didn't talk about the rule of law.
He made jabs about porn star hush money.
It's despicable, John.
It's despicable.
You know that DeSantis was a former JAG?
He was a member of the Judge Advocate General Service.
He was an attorney for the military and he made, he made childish jabs?
From the governor's podium, John?
Are you impressed with that behavior?
No, and I don't agree with it.
I'm just saying that to call him, you know, to say he's not a politician when, you know, Trump was very good at doing the same thing.
He's more than capable of calling, you know, some things out and calling people names.
Do you think Donald Trump, if DeSantis were about to be arrested, do you think Donald Trump would be making fun of him?
Because I know something.
He wouldn't be making fun of him.
He'd be standing up for DeSantis.
Just like Mike Pence did over the weekend for Donald Trump.
He didn't have to do that, but he did because he has more honor than Ronald DeSantis.
Well, we have to remember, too, at the end of the statement, he did say that he felt the case was wrong.
After he made fun of him twice.
Why did Pence not do that?
Pence has every reason to.
Why did Pence not make fun of President Trump, John?
Well, you know, like I say, I am not agreeing with that tactic at all.
But you can't give it up.
You can't tell me that was justified, can you?
No, no.
Thank you.
That's the point.
Thank you, John.
Daniel, Los Angeles, line five.
Oh, I can tell I'm not going to be the popular person on the line, but I'm I'm I think Trump all the way and DeSantis, you know, I hold no weight with him, but I because he's a career politician, you know, he's a lawyer, you know, process the whole thing.
I understand.
But my I called to the and said to the call screener, this I'll talk about political chess.
Trump, with his tweets, has been known to be the greatest political chess player I've ever seen.
You are probably playing a little bit of political chess here, and I can agree with you.
I'm curious.
How am I playing political chess?
What does that mean?
Ronda Sanctimonious.
You know, I mean, it's political chess.
You accused me of playing political chess.
How am I, Daniel, playing political chess today?
Earlier in your program you had your team on and you talked about how Ron DeSantis, you know, behaved abominably.
Yeah, correct.
That's how I feel.
What is that political chess?
I'm confused.
Why is that political chess?
Okay, so Ron DeSantimonious is adult-like, according to you.
Did I say Ron to sanctimonious today or did I call him out for saying porn star hush money twice?
Daniel, stick to the facts.
How am I playing political chess?
You said I'm playing political chess today.
How am I doing that?
Thank you, Daniel.
Goodbye.
Don't waste my time.
If you've got an argument to make, make it.
But if you can't make it, you will not be given this platform.
Have some balls to make an argument.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First, coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios, just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous swamp that is Washington, D.C.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, do what I did more than four years ago.
I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor and two weeks later I was pain free.
And I'm still pain free.
More than four years later.
It's remarkable.
That should be your story.
That could be your story.
There's only one way to find out.
But it's super easy.
Order the three-year quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.

Call 800-500-8384.
Reliefactor.com.
800-500-8384. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com.
Right.
Amen.
Thank you.
Yeah, that's the thing I'm seeing in the rumble chat as well, people saying, oh well, Trump has made fun of DeSantis, and now DeSantis has a right to joke about Trump.
Like, that's basically all.
Right, because, because, yeah, he's made fun of DeSantis the day before he's got arrested.
I mean, grow up, children.
Grow up, okay?
You can have fun, you can spar, but when one of the individuals is about to be arrested, you show yourself for who you really are.
Yeah, I was surprised to hear Pence say that, honestly.
I know!
And good for Pence.
And again, Vivek as well.
Mm-hmm.
All right.
Final segment.
Any last minute cuts you want to use here?
I don't think so.
Oh, just play 10 again for me.
The circus continues.
I mean, look, he only profits and does well in chaos and turmoil.
And so he wants to create the chaos and turmoil on his terms.
He doesn't want it on anybody else's terms.
John, you know this.
You know him well.
He wants it on his terms.
But look, at the end, being indicted never helps anybody.
It's not a help.
He's so huge.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Thank you, Mr. President.
So excited we're going to have Joe DiGenova, Victoria Tunsing in studio for the whole next hour to give their legal, strategic and political analysis on the news of the last 72 hours.
Sadly, of course, it remains the number one bestseller on the website.
It is the FBI t-shirt jointly launched with Chris Plant.
This time it stands for Fascist Bureau of Intimidation, who literally can't make them fast enough.

That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.
Let's squeeze in a couple more calls before Joan Victoria.
Alexis, line one, California.
Hi.
DeSantis' prepaid left reports just shows how weak a rhino president DeSantis could make.
And this half-mass business?
We should all be showing anything we have to say, Trump 2024.
We're laughing at the left.
It's just the last pathetic attempt to override news of the Biden huge family crimes.
$130,000 for Biden's crooked million?
It's ludicrous!
I think DeSantis has really revealed himself for who he truly is today.
So, so churlish.
The man who instead wants to make fun of the man as former president who's about to be arrested.
Thank you, Alexis.
Let's go to Antoinette.
I don't think it's Thursday, but hello, Antoinette.
Dr. G, talk about being angry.
Friday I was serious, but I calmed down, but here we go.
You don't sound very calm today, Antoinette.
No, I am, excuse me for a better word, I am very pissed.
Number one, what are you, American citizens, or are you mice?
Tomorrow, Tuesday, noon to one Pacific time, noon to one Mountain time, noon to one Central time, and noon to one Eastern time.
If you gotta put on clothes for the snow, put it on.
On the West Coast, get the damn umbrella, get your flag.
From noon to one, get your flag.
Go to your sidewalks.
If you're afraid, don't do it in front of your house, but go to a major thoroughfare like we started at Pacific Coast Highway and MacArthur Boulevard in Newport Beach.
Although I'm not in California, I'm out of state.
I'm in Nevada.
I'm in this little town, but I'm going to go tomorrow at Highway 160 and 372, noon to one with my American flag.
This is in support of our president.
And if he's being arrested, as that young woman said earlier, they are arresting us.
We cannot stand for this anymore.
Noon to one, guys.
Carry your American flag, 107.
Take your lunch.
Missed your lunch, but we've got to stand up and fight.
We are American citizens.
We have a right to peacefully protest.
It's one of the most powerful things we can do.
God bless you, Antoinette.
That voice, that's America.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is the Salem News Channel.
Next up, Joe DiGenova, Victoria Tunsing in studio.
Do not touch that dial. Do not touch that dial.
Do not touch that
dial. Do not touch that dial. Do not touch that dial. Do not touch that dial.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Hour three of America First.
When you have breaking news like we had over the weekend, what do you need?
What kind of special guests do you need in studio?
Could you find a guest or a pair of guests who have been special counsels, U.S.
attorneys for the District of Columbia, worked inside the DOJ, worked in the Senate on the Intelligence Committee?
No, that's impossible!
Well, unless you know Joe DeGeneva and Victoria Tunsing.
And we do.
Thank you guys!
Oh, as if by magic you appeared!
Here we are!
Thank you guys.
It always seems to be that we make history or you're in studio and things are happening that are rather historic, whether it was January 6th or whether it was recent events to do with a deep state in America.
Thank you for coming in because truly, honestly, hand on heart, I couldn't imagine A better couple of guests to discuss the ramifications of not only what is occurring in Manhattan, but how they fit into the broader picture of the last six, seven years, or even back to Lois Lerner, the Tea Party, the IRS, because all of these things are connected.
So if you'll indulge me, let's start with the basics.
Let's talk about The merits or the demerits of this case.
Apparently, this goes back to 2016, a private agreement between President Trump and a woman who wanted to talk about allegedly sexual relations with President Trump, which is somehow a misdemeanor, usually.
But they try to cobble it together to connect it to a federal offense.
I'm going to let you tell me what this is all about because there's so much disinformation.
So talk to us about the merits or the demerits of the case.
Well, let me just take the first issue.
Reaching a civil settlement before running for office is not a crime of any kind.
It isn't.
It doesn't violate the federal elections law in any way whatsoever.
And it's not unusual with high visibility individuals with lots of money.
Correct.
And who knows whether, you know, any woman could have come up and said, I'm going to mess up your campaign, your life, you better pay me off.
And so you can have the reason to just not put your family through it.
And if that reason is there, that's not a crime.
And let me just add one other thing.
Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to a non-crime.
This is really important.
So Michael Cohen, allegedly, is the star witness or person involved with this grand jury.
The president's former lawyer, who was convicted, and people kind of missed this, was convicted of fraud related to taxi medallions.
Financial fraud.
Financial fraud.
And they had him by the cojones.
And of course, when they can do that, they can say pleads to lots of other staff.
Exactly.
And they said, you know, we're going to charge you with jaywalking.
We know you went across the street okay, but we're going to just put this in.
And he's there, you know, trying to get a good deal.
He'll cop to it.
He lied when he said that the settlement with Stormy Daniels was for campaign purposes.
Yes.
That was a lie.
It was not for those purposes.
And he's the only person saying that.
That is exactly right.
So what Alvin Bragg is trying to do is, remember, assuming that this was a false entry in a corporate record, that they were called legal fees, when in fact it was something else, that's a two-year misdemeanor.
But that statute of limitations has run.
So that's the primary accusation, that it's a false financial record.
A false business record.
So that's a two-year statute of limitations, that's run.
Now, if you try to connect that false entry to another crime, which they've tried to do with the campaign violation under federal law, which is not a state crime, then you get a five-year statute of limitation.
But that has also expired.
But then they're saying, oh, wait a minute, though.
Trump wasn't always here, so the statute didn't run sometimes when he wasn't here.
That's nonsense.
They knew where he was.
No, no, no.
That's a common issue in the law.
It's common.
If somebody's a fugitive, then you can't be found.
But don't you have to be a fugitive?
Yeah, yes.
Not the president of the United States.
I think they could have found it.
That's inserted in the law.
If you find a crime was made and he was a bank robber and he went to West Virginia and hid out.
I'm sorry I'm laughing, but it's theatrically absurd.
It's so absurd because what Alvin Bragg is doing, let's remember when he was first elected He refused to bring this case, and a group of people who had been working on the case in his office resigned.
One of them, a guy named Pomeranz, wrote a book about it, and in the book there was all sorts of confidential information about the case, about the evidence, about the arguments in the office, all published without an objection from Alvin Bragg to prejudice any future jury about this case.
So then all of a sudden, Alvin Bragg decides he wants to bring this case that he had declined.
Not only that, the U.S.
Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York had refused to bring this case.
Cyrus Vance, Alvin Bragg's predecessor, had refused to bring the same case, and so now he wants to bring it.
Now, you might want to ask yourself, why all of a sudden is Alvin Bragg interested in this?
And the answer is, Joe Biden is having so many problems, so many legitimate accusations, so much proof about corruption when he was a senator, a vice president, and now president, that Alvin Bragg is throwing President Biden a lifeline.
He's going to indict Trump in order to help Biden.
That's exactly what this case is about.
What was talked about over the Sunday shows?
What was the issue?
Well, it wasn't Haley Biden and the $3 million from China.
That's what was not discussed over the last 72 hours.
Amazing.
And what Alvin Bragg has done is he is a George Soros funded prosecutor.
Let's talk about who this guy is and where he gets his money from.
$1 million from George Soros into his campaign.
Remember, most DA's offices The political campaigns for those are maybe a couple of hundred thousand dollars total on both sides.
He got a million bucks from George Soros, took that, and of course nobody votes in the New York elections.
It's a city of eight million, ten million, whatever the heck it is.
There's only a few hundred thousand people that vote.
It's unbelievable.
Let me ask the naive question.
So his boss, Letitia James, actually campaigned, and you can watch the video, campaigned on taking down Donald Trump.
Yes.
How is that permissible?
She's not his boss, because she's a state attorney general.
But it's indicative of the same attitude towards the former president.
How can you campaign on prosecuting someone?
And not have the bar go after you.
How does that work?
It's completely unethical, unprofessional and unethical.
And she has been criticized by at least some people in the New York bar.
But there's been no action against her.
She's not been forced to recuse herself from any investigation.
She's brought civil cases against Trump, but she hasn't brought a criminal case against Trump.
Although the Manhattan DA's office has already brought the Trump Organization in for financial crimes.
Again, blah, blah, blah, tax cases.
So the bottom line is the unseemly behavior of both Letitia James and Alvin Bragg is really so dangerous.
Because what it does is it makes the prosecutorial process political and obviously political, which is so bad.
And that's and it undermines credibility.
But the frightening thing is, is that this is George Soros' aim.
To dismantle the justice system in the United States.
And he's done it.
At least his prosecutor was taken out in San Francisco.
I couldn't believe they were smart enough.
To dismantle it on behalf of the Democrats, but not if you're a Republican.
To maintain it and to weaponize it if you're a Republican.
To put lefties in charge.
Like you.
But even Democrats.
are not good enough for him.
He wants the left-wing wackos, the Kim Foxes in Chicago, the Kim Gardeners in St.
Louis, who indicts a couple for protecting their house and drops all kinds of other cases.
Gascon in Los Angeles, who is a disaster for that city.
And what's Philadelphia, Larry?
Larry Krasner, a Soros guy.
All these people are not doing any, any prosecutions of people who riot.
Right now, as it stands, do you expect this to actually happen tomorrow?
Yes.
I don't know about tomorrow, but it's definitely going to happen.
There's no way Alvin Bragg backs off from this now.
He's already committed too much to this publicly.
Victoria?
I agree.
Joe and I don't disagree.
And even if as many, myself included, predict that this will only redound to political advantage for President Trump?
I don't know.
I think maybe immediately it might, just like the Mar-a-Lago raid did.
But I think at a certain point people started saying, do I need all this?
Which means these people are going to win.
Because we still have Georgia going on.
Don't mean to get too far off the subject.
No, we'll discuss that.
But Georgia's going on, which is ridiculous.
I think Trump will benefit from being indicted in the biggest political sense of that.
It's hard to tell what the long-term effect will be, but I know this.
He will get stronger personally.
He will take this as food, and it will be sustenance to him, and he will be encouraged by what will happen.
It's hard for me to believe that we've gotten this far off the mark in our prosecutorial function in this country, but we're in really bad shape.
I remember talking to somebody at the Justice Department during the Trump administration and saying, you know, Hillary committed a lot of crimes, and this person was just appalled.
We would not do that.
We would not go after a former candidate.
Well, that's because she had another letter after her name.

These four horrible,
radical left Democrat investigations of your all-time favorite president, me, is just a continuation of the most disgusting witch hunt in the history of our country.
That's what the answer was, was all no collusion.
President Trump pulling no punches, and the bottom line is exactly that.
It's not about him.
He is the proximate target.
It's about anyone that loves this nation and is a patriot.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
I have to thank all of you for your support for the Food for the Poor campaign.
Listen to my radio colleague, Anitra, on the ground explaining how your donations literally save lives.
$144, rescues a family.
Imagine the relief for a mother, a father who woke up this morning begging God for a single meal.
When they get news that your gift is going to provide them food today, tomorrow, next week, next month.
It seems incredible.
Well, may I suggest you can be that someone.
You could be that someone.
It's one of the most beautiful, blessed things you can do this Lenten season.
They have the food, they just need to get it in theater to the children who are going to bed tonight with empty bellies.
A donation just once of $72 will feed two children for a year.
If you double that, what can you buy for $144?
Well, you can buy survival for 12 months for four children.
Make a difference today.
Please call in your donation.
It is tax-deductible.

If I may, given – so you were in studio for January the 6th, and Joe, you talked about your unique role back then as the U.S. administration.
Attorney for D.C., helping to make sure that the Capitol was secure, talking with the Capitol Police back then.
This morning, Dan Bongino, who's a friend of mine, who's former Secret Service, was talking on his show about this very... It may be tactical, but I think it Grabs our imagination.
The Secret Service has a federal protectee called President Trump.
It is their job to protect this man every nanosecond of the day.
The idea that they're just going to lead him into a police station or central booking to be surrounded by criminals, people in handcuffs and whatever.
Can that happen in America?
Is the NYPD, is Bragg's office really going to Trump, the Secret Service, you've dealt with these issues.
Walk us through the absurdity of tomorrow's potential event.
Well, I think what's clear is that the President will have to be accompanied by Secret Service agents wherever he goes inside the police headquarters or the police station or wherever this booking is going to occur.
If they insist on it occurring, if he is indicted, then the Secret Service will have to be present when he's photographed.
I mean, they cannot just Willy-nilly put him in the hands of the police.
Well, they're not allowed to do that.
So the Secret Service can't hand over the security to the President, nor can they allow him to go to a place which is insecure.
And what if the Secret Service says, sorry, we can't control central booking, therefore we will not permit you to take our detailee into central booking.
Are we talking about an immovable object meeting with an unstoppable object?
Well, the New York police have every means to accommodate the needs of the former president.
If there has to be a booking, if there are charges, that can be done anywhere.
It doesn't have to be done at police headquarters.
But if Bragg wants to make a point, there's going to be a standoff, isn't there?
But then he's not going to be able to prevent the Secret Service from accompanying the president wherever he goes inside that building.
I just find it absurd.
I find it surreal.
This idea that I don't care whether it's a Democrat president or a Republican president.
The idea that they're going to be taken to central booking in Manhattan.
Oh, I can't imagine that that's going to happen.
Really?
I think something has got to be worked out between Trump's lawyers, by the way, who are being quoted in the Post as saying, well, we really don't know anything yet.
So, you know, who knows how it's going to be worked out, but it's got to be worked out.
The Secret Service cannot let him out of its sight for one second.
So, I mean, game over.
That's it.
And you know what?
If Joe Biden were a decent president, he would ensure that.
This is all part of Joe Biden's Justice Department.
Correct.
Peter Navarro, of course, had no secret service around him.
He was thrown into a jail cell.
Into Hinckley's jail cell.
Into Hinckley's jail cell for a misdemeanor.
Yeah.
Whatever happens tomorrow, this is just one of many such attempts, is it not, Joe?
They're not going to give up.
Well, no.
You've got Georgia ongoing with Fannie Willis and the Fulton County Grand Jury.
You've got Jack Smith, the special counsel who's been assigned to investigate the classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.
I would anticipate... That's January 6th.
Right, January 6th, and the insurrectionist charges against the president, the conspiracy to insurrection.
So, theoretically, you could have President Trump being charged in Georgia, in New York, and in Washington, D.C., with all three cases at the same time.
I think what that will show is that this is a parody of law enforcement, not law enforcement as it should be.
Every one of those cases is a legal joke and an embarrassment to everybody involved in it.
The case that Jack Smith has should be stopped right now.
The fact that they are even thinking about charging the president with an obstruction over the way that the search went on or the request to get documents at Mar-a-Lago is ridiculous.
And how can they possibly indict him for January 6th?
He says march peacefully and patriotically and those words are...
That video clip is never shown, funny enough.
That is the one that they leave out of the coverage.
It still has to be part of deciding.
You're being logical.
Stop it, Victoria.
You're being logical.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

It's very complicated, G-O-R-K-A.
So, when you see what's happened in the last seven years, John Victoria, Well, let's talk about what you've experienced.
You were targeted by the FBI.
You were targeted by the DOJ in such a way that your client attorney privileges were trammeled upon, and you found out as a result of a search warrant to take your electronic devices that your information In a previous period, the year earlier, had been secretly taken off the cloud.
So your communications have been taken.
They already had all my attorney-client privilege.
What happened to the case again?
So they were trying to find out what you and Rudy and others...
That was for the time period, 2019, when Rudy and I were talking to whistleblowers in Ukraine.
Oh, just the former prosecutor generals, you know, like an attorney general here.
Yeah, the guy who's investigating Barisma.
And his predecessor.
We were talking to both of them about representation and we were going to fly to Ukraine to talk with them and meet with them to see if they wanted representation when we were told that there were threats against us.
And you were accused of being in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
But I didn't have a client.
But they couldn't even tell you who you were supposed to be representing.
Right.
And then what happened to that accusation against you?
Oh, ho-hum.
Nothing to see here after 18 months.
But with the statement that they do not choose to what?
At this time.
We're not going to bring charges.
No criminal charges at this time.
At this time.
Which is Stalin-esque.
But they were trying to do, which is what the whole thing was designed to do, besides finding out what information Victoria and Rudy had against the Bidens, they wanted to shut them up.
To intimidate.
To shut them up from not discussing anything publicly.
And then when they found, when they clearly knew right from the beginning that there was no criminal law violation, they abused the criminal law process in order to get access to more information.
Once that didn't work, so they said, well, let's Try to shut them up further, and we'll inform the judge that we don't need a person anymore to review all the attorney-client privilege information.
After we paid for it.
And there are going to be no criminal charges at this time to make everybody think that there could be some later to shut everybody up.
Well, people are not going to shut up, and they're not going to stop talking about this.
And when it's appropriate, and when we get ourselves organized, there's going to be legal action against all the people who were involved in this.
And here's what's frightening, is that the federal judge signed that warrant for mine.
And evidently, it was an Obama judge, of course, out of the Southern District.
How could a federal judge sign something like that?
And also, a federal judge, two years prior, had signed a warrant that said they could secretly access all my materials because I was going to flee the country.
Now, to me, and again, I'm not a lawyer, I'm not an attorney, but the idea that your civil rights were so trampled upon, and then they say, there is no crime, we're not going to prosecute you.
Do you not have redress for what happened to you?
Very, very difficult.
There's so much immunity.
Because the government has immunity.
FBI agents and the DOJ prosecutors who are actually responsible for this.
It was the prosecutors, Merrick Garland, the Deputy Attorney General, and the U.S.
Attorney for the Southern, several U.S.
Attorneys for the Southern District of New York.
All have what's called qualified immunity.
You can't sue them.
However, there are exceptions to that.
And one of them allows you to sue for constitutional torts.
But it's a very complex thing.
It's very expensive to do.
But it can be done.
And that's what we're targeted and looking for.
And the persecution of you, that cost you how much?
They shouldn't have had to defend themselves at the cost of half a million dollars.
Here is their GiveSendGo page, so please go right now to GiveSendGo.com slash DeGeneva Tunsing.
You can just go to GiveSendGo and punch in their names, Victoria Tunsing, Joe DeGeneva, and please support these patriots.

That's right, and two of the happiest are in studio with me, your favorites, Joe DiGenova, Victoria Tan Singh.
On a day 164 years ago, when the Republican Party was established, which led to the abolition of slavery, thanks to the first Republican president called Lincoln.
A little public service announcement there, yes.
The KKK was the armed wing of the Democrat Party and the first Republican president was the great emancipator.
I think it is opposite for us to discuss some Republican responses to the news of the last 72 hours saying that for some reason one side of the political divide should surrender their rights to protests Trembling fear.
You know, they never said Black Lives Matter.
I don't think you should go out there and protest after George Floyd.
And but remember, this was in the middle of the pandemic and everyone was told to stay home, stay home, don't go out.
And don't congregate in groups.
Yes.
And all of a sudden, After George Floyd, a whole bunch, I mean like a hundred and some doctors, quote unquote, wrote this public statement saying, well, we said not to go out, but there are some causes that are more important.
Social justice is impervious to COVID.
Don't let this be an okay for you to go out and protest being locked up.
Basically, they said that in the public letter.
It was pathetic.
So the idea that one side gets to protest, but Republicans don't?
That's absolutely ridiculous.
A protest, legitimate, peaceful protest, demonstrations that are peaceful, are part of the American fabric.
People remember people on the Edmund Pettus Bridge.
They remember people marching for civil rights.
They remember people marching against the Vietnam War, against the Iraq War, against the Afghan War.
As long as people are not breaking the law and are not violent, are not destroying property like the BLM protesters did in the summer of 2020, are not assaulting federal courthouses like the BLM protesters did.
Oh, but there was no court hearing going on.
According to Merrick Garland, it was okay.
The judges couldn't hear it.
Some of the silliest arguments are being made against legitimate, peaceful protests.
And I think it's really ridiculous for people not to get out and make their feelings known about what's happening.
This is all because January 6th got out of hand and the Republicans allowed it to get out of hand.
They've allowed themselves to be hobbled because of that.
Yes.
Any concrete advice?
on how to prevent what happened on January 6th.
My idea is you can't, if you're organizing a protest, no face masks, no hiding of identity, emphasis on peaceful protest, because there will be those who are Republicans who will try to stir and agitate.
Well, I don't think there's any doubt that we've already seen that government informants and agents provocateurs were part of the January 6th debacle.
There were government agents who infiltrated the crowd and are partly responsible for what occurred.
Because the FBI can't answer the question as to whether they had agents.
They won't.
And there were members of Antifa who wore Trump clothing.
So everybody who's going to demonstrate peacefully has to understand that there will be people who will try to infiltrate their ranks as agents provocateurs and who will try to make it look like it is people protesting whatever they want to protest and try to blame Trump for it.
So people just have to be very careful and selective and they have to They have to have monitors, they have to have marshals amongst them, they have to have people responsible for order, and they have to make sure that they record everything that goes on on their own.
They have to have people who are responsible for recording everything so that they have their own official record.
If they're going to do that, if they decide they want to protest, if they want to do more than vote, Or send a letter to their congressman, or send a letter objecting, or write to a newspaper.
If they're going to do more than that, if they are going to demonstrate and protest, it all has to be recorded by them.
Isn't that a shame that you have to think of all of that?
Yes.
That whole litany of things.
But we live, and remember, with corrupt district attorneys like Alvin Bragg and Larry Krasner and George Gascon, at any, they will find any reason to prosecute people involved in those demonstrations.
Can you talk to me about if you arrived from another planet and you were an expert in the law, how would you grade the rule of law in America today, Victoria?
Where do we stand?
No, it's an if.
Because not only just the things that are done, but people are watching this and now no longer have trust in the judicial system.
I mean, that's what-- With violent crime in New York on a rampage, and then this, and Bragg, this is the priority for Alvin Bragg.
We've had bad cases in our career of US attorneys being corrupt.
We had one case where a U.S.
attorney took a misdemeanor local election law and tried to make it be a RICO.
But you know what happened?
We got a good federal judge who said, this is not a RICO, this is a misdemeanor, and let our client plead to a misdemeanor.
Where are those judges now?
That's what's bothering me.
So this is the question.
What has happened to the Judicial Court and the Court of Judges?
They got frightened by January 6th.
Especially the judges, the federal judges in the District of Columbia.
They got frightened by January 6th, and they don't want to be blamed for being too soft on anybody involved in January 6th, whether they did harm or not.
And as a result of that, they have abdicated their responsibility to be fair and impartial to the people appearing before them.
In front of them.
The fact that there are defendants who are still incarcerated Yeah.
Before trial.
Before trial.
Before trial, are still in court, is an absolute national disgrace and should be an embarrassment to the federal judges on the district court in the District of Columbia.
John Roberts will speak about that soon.
Yeah, I'm sure.
I've heard that it's not just those who are afraid, but those who are actually malicious and those who think they are kings.
Is it possible that some of these judges just think that they are untouchable and they can do whatever they wish for political purposes?
There's no doubt that there are some of them who think and feel that way.
And there's nothing you can do about it.
It was a judge in New York that signed the search warrant for me.
Except expose them and talk about them and name them.
Yeah, we need to do that.
We don't talk about the names of these individuals.
We're talking to Victoria Tunsing, Joe DiGenova.
Please follow them on social media at VicTunsing, that's T-O-E-N-S-I-N-G, and support them on their Give, Send, Go, because they deserve your support.

Relief Factor, have you tried everything else to relieve your daily pain and failed?
Well, in that case, you should do what I did four years ago.
I tried Relief Factor and two weeks later I was pain-free with my lower back pain issue gone.
And I'm still pain-free more than four years later.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Leah from Ohio.
This is her incredible story.
One Sunday morning, I sat on my couch in so much pain, I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following directions, in eight days, I found relief, only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100%.
That should be you.
That could be you.
But there's only one way to find out.
But it's super easy.
Go to relieffactor.com, order the three-year quick starter pack for the paltry sum of $19.95.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Leah, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.

I want to ask you a question I ask you every time because it's the most important question, I think, for the three million people listening to this show every single day.
Why the hell do you keep fighting Well, because it's the only thing to do in a democracy.
You have to stand up and say the truth and say the obvious, because there are so many people denying the truth and denying the obvious.
I mean, we were just sitting here watching part of that White House news conference with Kirby and then Jean-Pierre.
I mean, you watch this stuff and you say to yourself, These people are lying all the time.
There's no end to it.
And they have this platform.
And so the only antidote to that is getting up and making sure that people at least have a chance to understand what's going on.
You have to like yourself.
You wouldn't like me if I didn't do this.
Oh, I see.
Right.
Because at least you can look yourself in the mirror every morning.
Well, it's a matter of conscience as well.
I mean, you just have to do the things you believe in.
And it's not about money.
It's about what's great for the country.
I mean, you know, we owe a lot to this country.
We've had great lives, great professional things.
And if it weren't for Merrick Garland and Chris Way, we'd be happy, you know, people looking down the end of our professional lives.
But they managed to ruin that.
So you're on my show.
Even better time to stand up and complain about the transgressions of the Merrick Garlands and the Christopher Rich.
I mean, I always represented whistleblowers and usually pro bono, like Greg Hicks, Benghazi, Doug Campbell for Uranium One.
We've got 60 seconds left.
If you're not an attorney, if you're not a radio show host or whatever, everybody has a role to play, don't they?
In standing up for the truth?
Absolutely.
They need to vote for the right people.
And they need not to be silenced.
They need to say what they believe and not fear retaliation and retribution.
Because there are other people who agree with them.
There's strength in numbers.
That's what we learn from this.
And we're not alone, right?
We are not.
We always have the good Lord.
Yeah, and the bottom line is really that.
At the end of the day, when you stand in front of your Creator, are you going to be Kabul Kirby?
Are you going to be, you know, somebody who sold their soul to the devil to lie and to undermine the truth?
Are you going to be somebody who has a clean conscience?
It's really that simple.
God bless Victoria and Joe.
Please support them.
Go to the GiveSendGo.
Follow them on social media.
