Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Russia downs US drone over Black Sea

The End
It is a platform that many say has revolutionized modern warfare.
It is the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, the drone.
In the GWAT, the Global War on Terror, it was used extensively to kill from above, to have people, operators, UAV operators, drone operators, sitting in the desert here in America, on US Air Force bases, linked via satellite to the actual platform, flying around Central Asia, or the Middle East, And killing terrorists with pinpoint precision.
In some cases, like Soleimani, turning them into red mist as they were sitting in a vehicle convoy with such precision that the other people in the vehicle were not killed.
The Reaper is one of those platforms.
And we had one flying over the Black Sea in international airspace.
Well, we had, until two Russian jets, of technology that was stolen and copied from us, of course, flew above the UAV, which cost you more than thirty million dollars, yes, one, one unmanned aerial vehicle, and proceeded in a rather
I'll use a British phrase, ballsy maneuver, to dump their excess fuel onto the drone to immobilize it, to make its engines fail and cause it to plummet into the sea and be destroyed and lost.
We're allowed to be there.
It's international airspace.
The Reaper was unarmed.
What was the response from the Pentagon?
Here's an embarrassment to the uniform he wears, Patrick Ryder, we've heard him before, responding to the Russians destroying our military equipment in international airspace.
Cut five.
You know, we are continuing to assess exactly what happened, but I think based on the actions of the Russian pilots, it's clear that it was unsafe, unprofessional.
And I think the actions speak for themselves.
Unsafe, unprofessional.
And they continued on to say, oh, and it was bad for the environment.
No, that's not a joke.
This isn't SNL.
This isn't a updated version of Monty Python.
The Pentagon, the Biden administration, was more worried about the fuel the Russian jets had used and dropped into the Black Sea than the actual strategic import of that event.
It wasn't unprofessional.
It was incredible, actually, in terms of pushing the envelope, using your fuel excess to take down another nation's $30 million drone.
It's pretty impressive.
And our response is, call Greta Thunberg.
Let me be clear how much has changed in just the last two years.
When we were in the White House and President Trump was informed on intelligence briefing that there were hundreds of Russian military operators destabilizing the Middle East on the battlefields of Syria.
He didn't intervene by saying we have to rebuild Syria, we have to invade it, we have to do a neocon George W. Bush intervention.
No, he simply said it's wrong to have hundreds of mercenaries under the control of the Kremlin destabilizing a part of the world that is already collapsing.
He ordered the then Pentagon, this is declassified, you can verify it for yourself, to kill every man jack of them.
From the sky, we did.
We turned them into red mist.
We killed between two and three hundred members of the Wagner Group, these special operators that are now trying to destabilize Ukraine.
And nothing happened.
Putin didn't shake a fist at us.
He didn't give a press conference replete with bellicose language of how America was destabilizing the world.
He did nothing.
Because America under Trump was not to be trifled with.
America under Trump was to be feared, whether you are ISIS, Whether you were little Kim in North Korea, the Mullers in Iran, or the murderous former KGB colonel in the Kremlin, we had a very simple motto when we walked into the White House.
It's one I borrowed consciously from the Marine Corps, and I used as much as I could every time I was in front of the camera for the President.
Under President Trump, America No better friend.
No worse enemy.
Today we are laughed at.
We are ridiculed by those who hate everything America stands for.
The fact that we are the only nation on God's green earth that is founded on the principle of individual liberty as bestowed upon us by our Creator because we are made in the image of our Creator.
That is anathema to the likes of Putin, of Xi, of the Ayatollah, of Lil' Kim, of global jihadists like ISIS or Al-Qaeda.
That must be destroyed.
No, they don't really have to destroy us because we are being destroyed from the inside by an elite that runs this country that hates America.
Truly, the perverse situation we find ourselves in is that we are led by those who detest everything this nation has come to stand for and wish to dismantle it piece by piece and remake it in their own left-wing, radical, transgender, socialist image.
But the idea that a nation that is way beyond a superpower we are a hyperpower nobody can come to us in close to us in terms of sheer military might can be so toyed with that our 30 million dollar drone in international airspace is basically urinated on
With Avgas until it falls from the sky and an impotent, cuckolded Pentagon talks about the damage done to the environment.
All this in just two years.
The world is a far more dangerous place.
Whether you are an investor in a small mom-and-pop bank Whether you live near the open border regime in the South.
Whether you're a child, a young girl wanting to be safe in the female changing rooms of your school.
Safe from a boy in a skirt who rapes you and then gets quietly transferred to another school where he can rape again.
Or whether you're the son As our caller said yesterday of a neighbor who gave his friend at school what he thought was a painkiller after he was injured in a football game and it turned out to be fentanyl and his friend died so the young man hanged himself out of guilt.
That is what we face today.
What are you doing about it?
Are you just listening to talk radio?
Or are you politically engaged?

I don't know.
Hi, this is President Trump.
PhD here.
Yeah.
So that was your girlfriend, Alex.
Thank you.
I I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Yes, indeed, and you're with us as well.
Welcome back, dear friends.
That was a rather serious monologue unrehearsed.
Something just takes over, takes over, and it leads me towards those heavy, heavy monologues.
Dear friends, if you are, if you'd given up, On being healthy.
If you've tried to diet and failed.
I, for 20 years, I was a little bit large around the middle but I could hide it because of my height.
If you've given up, can I tell you not to?
I had until my wife said, you know that new advertiser they've approached you with at Salem?
Why don't we do it together?
And we did.
And I lost 42 pounds.
She lost 36 pounds and she's ecstatic.
I wanted to show photographs of her because she looks amazing.
And everyone that we brought into it, whether it's guests, friends, family members, are so happy because it works.
It's a system where you're allowed to eat five times a day.
You don't have to calorie count, no pill popping, no starvation, but the system burns the fat off.
And it really works.
And if I can do it, anyone can.
Even Alfredo Ortiz on the show yesterday, live radio said, wow, that's amazing.
I want to do that.
Will you connect me with him?
And I did.
And I connected Alfred this morning to Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team.
But I want to help you as well.
Find out today.

It's so easy.
MyPhDWeightLoss.com All right, we'll open up the lines.
The number here is 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
But we mentioned, we opened the show with the story of the drone that the Russians brought down over the Black Sea in the theater of operations close to Ukraine.
And I had to deal with something that Tucker said on his show, which is problematic.
Bear with me.
Okay, Tucker's been doing some great work for years.
The texts that have been released as part of the Dominion lawsuit are embarrassing for Tucker, but he'll have to deal with that himself.
But he said something about what the regime in Kiev is doing to Christians of that country, and it's not true.
It's not accurate.
So I want to address it.
Let's play it.
Cut ten.
In order to support Joe Biden's policy in Ukraine, you have to support what the government of Ukraine is doing with American tax dollars, including cracking down on faithful Christians within the borders of Ukraine.
Zelensky is now closing churches belonging to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
He says the country needs spiritual independence.
So you have to ask yourself, he's literally shutting churches and arresting priests and nuns.
This is happening on the internet.
You can see it if you want.
So why aren't Christian leaders in the United States saying anything about this and instead endorsing it effectively, as Russell Moore and many others have?
Hey, um, that sounds really bad, doesn't it, Eric?
Arresting orthodox priests and nuns in Ukraine, shutting down Christian churches?
I mean, yeah, big if true.
That's the most, like, anti-free speech, anti-Christianity.
If this were true, that'd make Zelensky a horrible person, and we shouldn't support him, if it were true.
Yeah, I mean, you know, persecuting Christians, that's the kind of thing that Democrats do.
Right?
It shouldn't be happening in a nation that, you know, we are funding in their fight against a Russian invader.
But it's not true, Tucker.
So here's the reality.
There are numerous different faiths inside Ukraine.
Lots of different types of Christians from Byzantine Catholics to Russian Orthodox and other denominations.
Zelensky isn't arresting and cracking down on Orthodox Russian Christians.
He's cracking down on the Orthodox Church that is the front, that is the partner in crime for the Kremlin.
If you ever travel to Eastern Europe, if you understand the symbiosis, if you understand that the KGB murderer, Vladimir Putin, did become president Until he was seen in a photo opportunity kissing the ring of Patriarch Alexei II.
You understand that this is a hand-in-glove relationship.
This isn't the Christians of you.
If you want to be a Christian in Ukraine, that's fine.
But if you're running a church that is a propaganda outlet and front for the Russian government, You're gonna have issues if that nation is at war with the Russian government.
So let's be clear about the facts.
I understand you're not an expert on Ukraine, Tucker.
I get it.
I understand that you don't have a background in national security.
It's okay.
But you have the biggest cable audience in America.
So let's get things right.
I don't like a hundred billion dollars being funneled into Kiev, a corrupt nation.
I don't like the idea that Russian arms that Ukrainians don't know how to use are being given to that nation.
But I also know that when a KGB murderous thug invades another country, that's bad.
And I remember a time when all conservatives hated murderous KGB thugs and Russian presidents or secretaries general.
So let's have the facts on our side when we're talking about war in Europe.
All right, let's go to our buddy Don Los Angeles, Line 2.
Welcome, Don!
Oh, Dr. G. Great to get through to the rolling thunder of American conservative talk radio.
You're very welcome.
You know, I wanted to ask you really quick.
I was riveted, you know, well, I normally am by your show, but yesterday with Mr. Michael Benz talking about the war games and contingency plans, the Democrats were acting out.
You know, I'd heard one about that they were going to Have the whole Western Coast secede, like all the blue states, you know, Washington, Oregon, California, that was all.
I mean, it's just incredible stuff.
And they're talking about Mr. Trump making a conspiracy on January 6.
It's laughable when you see the industrial strength level of what the Democrats were planning.
And I've heard, if Mr. Trump, God willing, should win the next election, that they're having BLM and Antifa get ready for riots they said would make the ones they did in 2020 look like child's play, to literally prevent him from being inaugurated, even if he is elected.
But Don, that was in the game plan, that they rehearsed with Podesta.
to actually leverage BLM and Antifa violence to prevent President Trump from having a second term if he had been reelected.
It's incredible.
It's in the war game they played.
I mean, I'm so glad you mentioned it.
So Mike Benz, who every time we have him on the show, you know, I walk outside to the control room.
The guy said, oh, my gosh, what a day to dump.
Because this was the guy inside the machine.
He was Mr. Cyber.
He was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the State Department.
And he's seen it.
He knows what they've been doing, whether it's State, DHS, the Democrats.
They war-gamed.
The capacity to undo the will of the American people.
So your question is a solid one.
What happens if President Trump wins next year?
What are the Democrats going to deploy then?
It's a discussion we will continue here on America First.
Thank you, Don.
Don't go anywhere.

Something about... Government...
I was gonna say something about cleaning out the swamp.
Yeah, government gangsters, colon, how to stop them.
Ha!
So good.
My pillow here.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Wow.
Two minutes.
Okay.
All right.
Two minutes.
We'll probably dial it about eight minutes.
All right.
I'll probably use the cut 11 and then go to calls here.
here.
11 and then calls.
Yep. 90. 90.
90. 90.
Thank you.
And a man who's not unprepared to admit when he might have been wrong.
I have a rule.
If you've been in politics for a long time on Capitol Hill and I haven't heard your name or seen your face, it's not a good sign.
It means you're probably a swamp creature.
You're just picking up a paycheck because you would have failed in the private sector.
You're too dumb to have functioned in the free market world.
When I heard of this person who's going to investigate corruption and weaponization of government who was named Comer, James Comer, I thought, who?
Who is that?
Never heard of this man.
But I might have been wrong because he's been pretty good in the last few weeks and the bombshell he dropped today Well, just listen what he has to say about what they found out about the organized crime cartel that is the Biden family.
Cut 11.
Two weeks ago, Sean, I subpoenaed A-Bank for records for three different former Hunter Biden business associates.
One of those associates in particular was Rob Walker.
We got his account.
We confirmed that that account, around two months after Joe Biden left the office of vice president, received a $3 million wire from two individuals directly associated with the Chinese Communist Party.
The very next day after that wire was received, the Walker account started transferring money into three different Biden family members accounts, including a new Biden family member that's never before been identified as someone being involved in the influence peddling scheme.
So this is very serious information.
That we've received very troubling information.
It does show a pattern that the Biden family was receiving money directly from China.
So the Biden partner, Rob Walker, received $3 million from Communist China.
And that $3 million was divvied up amongst members of the Biden clan, one of whom has not been mentioned before.
So it's not Hunter, it's not James, it's not the rest of, you know, Joe's close family.
Some people are saying it might be his wife, not a blood relative, but it might be the first lady.
If that's true, That is the level of scandal that brings down a government.
If, if we had rule of law.
Who's it going to be?
Let's make a poll, Eric.
Let's put a poll up on the website.
Who is the mystery?
Who do you think the mystery Biden family member is that Congressman Comer has been discussing.
Is it Jill Biden or somebody else?
Tell us what you think.

Let's go to David, California, line one.
Oh, thanks for taking my call, Sebastian.
Listen, your monologue was perfect.
It was spot on.
Honesty wins.
I love it.
Mark, Millie and Austin make my skin crawl.
And above all, besides their incompetence, you know, Dr. Gorka, I cannot believe they openly invite every enemy of the United States for us to surrender.
I looked at them today and I thought, who in the hell's side are you on?
And I, your monologue hit it perfect.
I just wanted to get it off my chest because how much longer, how much longer do we have to suffer with people like this who put us in so much danger?
That's a great, great, great question.
Thank you for your kind compliments.
Let's squeeze in Michelle, line three.
You're going to have to be quick.
Welcome, Michelle.
I'm not one to Subscribe to conspiracy theories, but when Russia invaded Ukraine last year, both my husband and I sat down and said, well, who do we support, Ukraine or Russia?
Why is Russia going into Ukraine?
Could it be that Putin knows about the Biden crime family and he's invading Russia to check out and get all the evidence of all of this money laundering and corruption?
And, oh, wait a minute, what about bio...
You clearly haven't read my article on this, have you?
You clearly haven't read my article.
So he's been talking about invading Ukraine for 21 years and the biolabs were built by the Soviet Union.
Those are Russian biolabs.
Please educate yourself, Michelle.

with Food for the Poor each year.
I have an envelope that I keep on my nightstand, and each time I do get some money, I put a little bit away throughout the year.
Maybe like a dollar or two.
It's for Food for the Poor.
And so, this year I saved up $80 to give, and I'm not saying any of this to brag, I just wanted to encourage your listeners.
If you can just spare a little bit, that would be good.
Bye!
She doesn't want to brag.
That's Sarah.
She saved up $80 from her pocket money to help those who, well, really need your help.
How do we help them?
Well, we work with incredible organizations like Food for the Poor every year.
And here we have the CEO who's going to explain to us exactly what they do with your donations.
Ed Rehn, thank you for joining us here on America First.
Thank you so much, Dr. Corker.
Great to be here.
So can I start with the impolitic question that I think is Perhaps the first obstacle, but I think is the one you are most qualified to discharge.
And that is, especially when we see what's happening in America, whether it's the situation in East Palestine, the fentanyl deaths, the homeless encampments literally a mile from this studio outside the White House.
People say, well, shouldn't we be helping at home?
Why do we have to help people who are outside our borders?
You have this beautiful mission.
It is the Lenten season.
So explain why helping those who aren't necessarily on the territory of the United States is such a beautiful thing.
Well, thank you.
And it has been our mission for 40 years.
So the fact of the matter is that traditionally the U.S.
has some safety nets and some provisions that help people who really are beyond helping themselves.
That's not so.
And we work in 20 countries.
in the Caribbean and Latin America.
And this is really how we have to think about it.
People who have no other resources except the incredible generosity of typically Americans who, time and time again, really just give from the bottom of their heart and through their love for thy neighbor, right?
And so this is a faith-based organization.
And we know that through our church networks in all these countries, we're able to safely hand out and really get the aid to where it needs to be.
And the obvious question that flows from that, when I discuss the donations that people can make, and God bless every single one who's helping, how you're able to do what you do?
You have this numerical figure of $72 one time that feeds two children for a year.
How on earth does that work?
That sounds miraculous.
Well, it's the benefit of scale.
So, you know, yes, you can think of Food for the Poor and other organizations as a sort of a mission that, you know, sets itself up.
But you have to understand that setup includes a very large scale logistics and distribution capability.
So we ship about between 3,000 and 4,000 containers every year.
That goes into those 20 countries and so we have to have everything from U.S.
trucking and transportation skills to shipping to clearance in the ports of the countries where these goods are going.
So that's how it starts.
You have to have the infrastructure to be able to do this work.
With respect to the numbers, well, it's a derived number from bulk distribution.
So we know what it takes to send bags of rice and what the shipping costs associated with that, etc.
So we derive every year, we recalculate it to make sure that we're giving you a factual number.
And with that, we are then able to come up with these numbers that you're sharing on your website right now.
I've never had the opportunity to go and see the work that you do, my colleague Tom Tradup has, and he says it's a life-changing experience.
Can you just share for us a little flavor of what it's like to see the impact?
Because $72, I mean, you can't get a family meal for $72 once in America.
So talk to us about the real impact of what our listeners affect every single time they donate.
Well, you hit it right on the money there.
The experience of going to see this, that's why I'm here.
I was a corporate guy, and in 2009 I went to Haiti with Food for the Poor, and I saw poverty at a level of severity and a scale that I'd never imagined.
It was beyond my... Give an example, because Haiti is perhaps one of the most destitute, benighted nations.
Give an example of the level of poverty you see with your own eyes.
Well, it's literally, if you stood and you just rotated 360 degrees, you would see literally hundreds of people at a time, densely, in Haiti and Port-au-Prince especially, dense population of people, all needing help.
You see, when I went in 2009, you saw garbage that hadn't been collected.
There was no garbage collection provision at all in Haiti back then.
And it was all stacked up everywhere.
The place was rotting, literally.
And, you know, you just see people trying to dig everything up.
Time and time again, we see kids digging through garbage, trying to find something to eat or something to sell.
The parents are in the same boat.
It's so desperate that, you know, it really just looks like you're observing something that you can't possibly imagine this is going on for another human being.
It's that bad.
It's almost, you have to witness it firsthand to really understand how desperate it is.
And in countries like Haiti, it is so widespread.
I mean, 4 million out of the 11 million really are in dire food insecurity problems right now.
I say one thing, I say one line, and I'm going to give the details right now.
Tell me if I'm overstating the mark.
By donating to Food for the Poor and what you're doing, our listeners can literally save lives.
Is that true or false?
Totally true.
Okay, guys, you heard it from the man.
He left the corporate sector to do the Lord's work in 20 nations.
As our Savior told us, we must, must prioritize the children, the orphans, the widows, and the prisoners.
Please, this is one blessed way you can literally save lives.
Go right now to my website Thank you so much, Ed.
It's sebgawker.com and click on the Give Food Give Hope banner at the top.
Give as much as you can, as little, it doesn't matter, you're literally saving lives.
As I said, $72 once on the lives of two children for a year.
You double that.
That's four children.
$144 for children for 12 months.

Hey, Eric, remind me, because there's so many political parties in America.
Which one has been calling to defund the police?
I'm pretty sure that's the Democratic Party, if I recall correctly.
Not the Republicans, right?
Unless I just have my memory backwards or something, then yeah, I'm pretty certain it's the Democrats.
That's weird, because Joe Biden, he's a Democrat, right?
That is correct.
Okay, well Joe Biden said something weird about the Republicans wanting to defund the police.
Cut seven, play cut.
Congressional Republicans should pass my budget instead of calling for cuts in these services or defunding the police or abolishing the FBI, as we hear from our MAGA Republican friends.
Defunding the police?
MAGA Republicans?
Which MAGA Republicans said defund the police?
Oh, maybe it's these MAGA Republicans.
I think we've got a little montage here of the actual politicians who have been calling to defund the police.
Cut 12.
I will never call sign on funding a police department that continues to brutalize us.
And I will never stop saying, not only do we need to disinvest foreign police, but we need to completely dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department.
So yes, I support the defund movement.
Yes, I support a radical reimagining of community safety and public safety, which means reallocating.
We will be moving funding from the NYPD to youth initiatives and social services.
And it may sound strange, but many affluent suburbs have essentially already begun pursuing a defunding of the police.
The Minneapolis Police Department is rotten, to the root!
And so when we dismantle it, we get rid of that cancer.
What is the word?
Rot-an.
Rot-an.
It's R-O-T-T-E-N.
Rot-an.
Oh, Eric, how many of those politicians were Republicans?
I think that's a big fat zero there.
Wow, you mean AOC, Ilhan Omar, they're not Republicans?
I'm glad they're not, if I'm being honest with you.
All right, you gotta laugh.
You gotta be a happy warrior.
That is the definition of gaslighting.
I know it's a word that's overused, but it's true.
When you are made to doubt your own senses for years, literal years now, we've been told that the left thinks the police is bad and they have to be Defunded.
But no, of course, it is the Democrats.
All right, guys, if you missed out on our trip to Israel, you've got to check it out for yourself.
It is one of the most powerful things you can do to travel to the Holy Land, to walk in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior, like we did with 350 of you, our dearest listeners last year.
That's me in Caesarea with my wife, with all of our listeners.
It's a personal experience, the likes of which you cannot find anywhere else, to visit the places of the Bible.
To walk where Jesus walked the earth.
Check out this amazing website, holyland.israel.traveltoday.
That's holyland.israel.traveltoday.
Israel, exactly like nowhere else.
Israel, exactly.
Israel, exactly. exactly.
Israel, exactly. exactly.
Israel, exactly.
Thank you.
He'll be joining us today to tell us what really happened on campus and then we will dissect The Russian attack on one of our drones over the Black Sea in international airspace.
And you won't believe what the Pentagon has responded.
it.
Hour 2, America First, Salem News Channel.
Thank you.
near Sacramento What is M-I-B?
Why do their shirt jackets say M-I-B?
Do you want the mics up?
Yeah, mic's up.
Okay, is this still the first one?
This is still the first one, ten seconds left.
Oh, yep, there they go, they smash a window.
It's hard to tell without the sound.
That they're smashing windows.
But there's profanity, yeah.
I don't know if there is profanity.
I'm not gonna take that at risk.
We could play it and find out.
Oh!
Whoa!
Alright, come in with that one, using the sound.
Come in with Cut 2.
Alrighty then, I'll have it ready.
Mr. Kirk!
Mic's on.
Dr. Gorka, how we doing?
You're looking very Joe Rogan today in your black tee, I like it.
You caught me in between things.
Usually I'm dressing in a suit and tie, a shirt and tie, most days actually.
Is everybody safe?
Everybody good from last night?
Everyone's great.
Yeah, a police officer got injured, but thankfully Safe as of right now.
And then what was the event?
Was it a local Republican thing or Turning Point?
No, it's just I was going to speak at a Turning Point chapter deal there and they don't like that.
All right.
Well, you'll tell the story and then what it means going forward.
The Democrats may be in control of the White House and the Senate.
That doesn't mean Antifa has disappeared, not in the slightest.
That was yesterday, UC Davis, where my Salem colleague, a man who is not afraid of the radicalized left, Charlie Kirk, was meant to be giving a speech.
And in a very, very hectic day, I'm sure this is one of just many interviews he has provided.
I'm honored to have Charlie with us today.
Charlie Kirk, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for having me.
Alright, so walk us through first things first.
Is everybody on your team, everybody safe after those violent images of Antifa breaking into that building?
Yes, yeah.
Our team is safe, praise God.
I mean, our students still are harassed on campus and they get death threats and they're intimidated.
After events like this, because it was so successful.
But two people were arrested, an officer was injured.
They smashed some windows and tried to gain entry.
They were throwing projectiles at attendees and vandalized and spray-painted the campus.
But yes, thankfully, there was no attendee that had to be hospitalized or was injured.
Praise God.
And what were you there to do and what was the topic of your discussion?
Well, that's what's so interesting about this.
I've given probably over a hundred campus speeches in the last, you know, five or six years.
I've done a fair amount.
Never before has a university chancellor decided to come out, not just disavow my upcoming appearance, but also lie about it.
He said that I was trying to incite harm, violence against the trans community.
That is not true at all.
I've never said that.
I've never alluded to it.
The Sacramento Bee, the local paper, came out and said that I was calling for the lynching of trans people.
That is a lie.
And we're probably going to sue them.
I was talking to lawyers all day about that.
It's a complete internet rumor that is made up.
That is a falsehood.
There's no footage ever of me would say something like that.
And then you have this sort of nonsense.
So the chancellor alongside the Sacramento Bee incited this violence to occur.
And yeah, the speech was pretty simple and pretty neutral and mainstream.
In fact, the Sacramento Bee called me a fascist.
The university called me a fascist.
Dr. Gorka, at every one of our campus events, I allow people who disagree with me to go to the front of the line and speak uninterrupted.
I'm a pretty bad fascist if that's the case.
Yeah, I've seen that at your events where you say, I don't want to hear from you if you're agreeing with me.
If you disagree with me, I want to debate you.
Give the person who disagrees with me the microphone at the beginning of the line.
Yes, that's correct.
Was the speech held in that case?
Yeah, we had 900 to 1,000 people there.
The university president wished harm upon our event, which is probably a violation of free speech neutrality.
So we're looking at some lawsuits from the turning point side on that.
Well, we had a packed audience and a packed room, and it was amazing.
So he failed in that regard, and we succeeded.
But yeah, I mean, in Davis, California, which is a liberal, liberal area, it's like left-wing Marxist totalitarian area, it's a suburb of Sacramento, we were able to pack it up.
And so the event went off perfectly.
People came to the front of the line that disagreed with me, and they were given an opportunity to say whatever they wanted to me, and then I responded.
Because speech is the way that we should actually solve our differences in a civilized modern society, not street mob violence that Antifa wants us to do.
Well, I think, what is it, eight, nine years you've been doing it now, Turning Point USA.
I say, along with my other Salem colleague, Dennis Prager's Prager University, you have the two most important organizations in America that are going to claw back the Republic for freedom.
So please, you should be following this man.
You should be listening to his show every day.
You should follow him on Twitter @charliekirk11.
That's charliekirk11.
And then Turning Point USA.
Please support Turning Point USA. - Thank you. - Turning Point USA.
Charlie, I'm not here to be provocative or play devil's advocate, but I want you to explain the importance of what you do.
Because some could say, why did you go there?
You gave an opportunity for the extremists.
More people will be intimidated.
My argument is, you know, one individual can be the catalyst.
So explain to our three million listeners right now why you continue to go into these dens of radicalism.
Yeah, well three things.
Number one, to encourage our students because our students are there on the front lines and they have to fend for themselves.
That's not right.
We've got to give them all the support and encouragement because these are the kids that are going to be the next Ana Paulina Lunas because she is a Turning Point alumni who goes to Congress.
Okay, so to just kind of say we're going to abandon our kids because they go to liberal schools.
That's nonsense.
Number two, people's minds are changed.
In fact, we are hearing more and more at our events.
We had one last evening.
Charlie, I used to be a liberal, now I'm a conservative, thanks to the content that you do.
And the videos, and the splicing up of how we do it, of, hey, you're able to ask a question, and then we might put it on YouTube, might be seen by millions of people.
That is really important stuff, Dr. Gorka, to see the playing out of ideas.
The third thing, and I said this at the event, and it's probably the one where the moderates would disagree with me, but I don't care, which is I want the left to be reminded they don't run this country.
The fact that they intimidate us, they put death threats at me, it makes me want to do it more.
I refuse to play by their Maoist playbook, where they say, "Oh, Charlie Kirk's not welcome.
"You know what, this is America.
"I'm gonna go to any college campus I want to, okay?
"If I have to go 100 police deep "and 30 armed security deep, then so be it." And so those are three major reasons.
And I think it's silly, laughable, that the person, and I'm not saying you say this, Dr. Orger, but I got a couple emails from people today.
Oh, Charlie, you're the one that's inciting it just by showing up on this liberal campus.
You're living in the wrong country.
The person who is peacefully going about speaking is not the problem ever.
Well, and you're also acquiescing to the radical.
You're acquiescing to the concept that violent intimidation is okay.
Let's jump forward.
You've been doing this for almost a decade now.
What is the long-term objective?
How do we win here?
I know you started a few years ago this idea of You know, divesting from your alma mater if they've gone woke.
Don't give them a red cent.
We can't save America with homeschoolers.
God bless all the homeschoolers and COVID has been a boon to that end.
But what is the long-term vision?
Is it turning point chapters in all these campuses and then we claw them back?
Or do we write off certain aspects of the Ivy League?
What is your long-term vision, Charlie?
Yeah, I mean, we have a vision 2025 where we want to try to get 10 million more young people to leave the left and consider themselves to have a free-thinking worldview or a conservative worldview.
And we're going to go about every entrepreneurial, creative way to try to do that.
Chapters, new schools, homeschooling where appropriate, digital social media content, daily productions, Turning Point Academy, curriculum, teacher trainings, TPUSA Faith, Pastor Summit, all the above, full-court press, Dr. Gorka.
I don't have George Soros' $20 billion.
If I did, my ideas would be even bigger.
But we raised a good amount of money at Turning Point.
We're super blessed.
Our donors bet on us.
And you know why they bet on us?
Because we do exactly what we did last night.
We go to places and we make a difference and we don't just sit on our tail and talk about the same ideas.
We go to places where we're not welcome, but we are effective.
And so the vision 2025 for us at Turning Point USA, 10 million more young people to see the world through a free-thinking, pro-liberty, pro-American lens.
We don't have our own George Soros, but there is a guy out there from South Africa who, I think he believes in freedom of thought.
He liked my tweet last night.
Oh, tell us, what happened last night?
No, yeah, Elon Musk, I think we're talking about Elon Musk, right?
Yeah, I mean, he responded to my tweet about what happened last evening, the second time he's done that in the last couple weeks, where he said, this is not a peaceful protest.
So, Elon, if you're listening, we'd love to have you be a financier of our pro-free speech effort At Turning Point USA, I think we'd find ourselves to be happy partners in the fight for liberty here.
I think we could plant the seed right now, live across the nation.
Maybe a Turning Point USA, Musk virtual university.
Wouldn't that be fun, Charlie?
It would be great.
And you know, it's interesting, Musk and I probably disagree on a lot of things politically, but I think Musk and I agree on the fundamental building blocks of a decent society.
Private property rights, entrepreneurship, The ability to disagree, separation of powers, consent to the governed.
That stuff should not be debatable.
So Musk and I might have different policy beliefs, but I actually think our general premise of how the government should operate is very similar, and I think that's going to be the new coalition.
People that actually want to keep the promise of the American founding alive, and those that wish to bring us in a post-modern, post-structuralist direction.
Your message in the last 30 seconds, Charlie Kirk, to those who are listening in their 20s on these campuses who feel intimidated?
Gotta fight.
Have courage.
We try to supply you with all the encouragement you need to start a Turning Point high school chapter or college chapter today at TPUSA.com.
We now have Blexit as part of the ever-growing machine at Turning Point USA, which is very exciting.

We play to win, and we do the work that is necessary for us to win the culture war.
So help us out if you can.

Wow.
They had to give you steroids too.
What a bummer.
No, because nothing was working.
My doctor said, what do you mean they're giving you antibiotics without steroids?
You've got to get the inflammation down.
Yeah.
And so he gave me a whopping thing of steroids.
Five hours later, I could actually swallow.
Oh my gosh.
Good for you.
Well, at least he gave you that finally.
Yeah.
No, this is my own doctor.
I'd gone to the little clinic.
Oh yeah, this is your real doctor.
Yeah.
Katie said, just go to the little whatever minute clinic.
Yeah.
Wasted three days there on this stuff that did nothing.
And then I texted my doctor and said, what?
Yeah.
You know.
Wow.
Yeah.
Food for the poor.
Well, I'm glad you're getting better.
Can we talk Drew Barrymore?

All right, she's so gracious.
Not only does she allow me to whitter away on her show every Tuesday, she is even flexible when we have to have an update from Charlie Kirk on the assault against his event last night at UC Davis.
But we gotta get her on the show.
And that's what we did!
She's here!
Jennifer Horne!
Thank you for your flexibility, my dear.
Of course, it's my pleasure.
And Charlie has such an incredible story to tell from right here in my state of California, that of course, we got to get that story out.
All right.
Well, thank you so much.
Before we talk about California SVB Bank, there's a very interesting little wrinkle in that story that has a certain governor entwined.
Let's talk about a story I've been meaning to cover for the last 24 hours.
It's just Okay.
There's this thing.
There's this... It's not a woman, that's for sure.
It's a man called Devin Mulvaney, who was a failed, failed actor.
You can read, you can listen to the videos before he quote-unquote transitions talking about the fact that, oh, I couldn't get a job acting and all the pretty girls were getting them.
So what did he do?
He pretended to be a girl.
And then he went on television yesterday and drew Barrymore.
Well, it's just vomitous.
Play the clip, Eric.
It's interesting because I look at someone like you and I can't imagine anybody disliking you.
Oh, please.
Do you know, do you want to know, ironically, who dislikes me the most sometimes?
Who?
Myself.
Oh, me too.
Oh.
And, but...
I guess, you know, leave that for me now.
So for those of you who are only listening and not watching, Drew Barrymore knelt down.
Knelt down in front of this monstrosity, this perversion of nature.
And the Babylon Bee summarized it rather well.
Here's their headline.
In honor of Women's Hairstream Month, woman kneels before man.
I'm just gonna... Pretend you're a radio host.
Just go ahead, Jennifer.
Just give us some commentary.
When did TV stop being entertaining, Seb?
I mean, it used to be that you'd actually have to do a TV show and you'd have to entertain people and it wasn't about kowtowing down and it wasn't about dropping to your knees and having a private moment and pulling back the curtain.
It used to be about actually doing a show and being performative and entertaining.
I am disappointed.
I have to tell you, I was talking with one of my co-workers today Who is a huge Drew Barrymore fan.
I mean, if you grew up around the time that I did and this person, my friend Jeremy did, Drew Barrymore was like everything.
You grew up with E.T.
and you knew her struggles and she was like this great, but it's so disappointing.
It's so disappointing to see this time and time again, that instead of even having a conversation about this person, I've never heard of, by the way, you have to drop to your knees and kiss the ring.
I mean, it's just, it doesn't make any sense at all.
So walk us through this.
Do you have any supposition?
So she doesn't look like she used to.
I watched the Charlie's Angel movie last week.
It was super fun by the way.
She was fun in that.
Why is Drew Barrymore I think there is virtue signaling, number one.
But also this week, and maybe this is an older story, but I just saw it several, like maybe two, three days ago, that Drew Barrymore actually was struggling with alcohol again, I guess pretty heavily.
And Cameron Diaz and some of her friends had come out and said after her divorce that it was really hard for them to watch her because I guess she was drinking an awful lot.
You know, maybe that had something to do with it.
But I do think there is a whole lot of virtue signaling going on.
I think if you watch the Oscars, if you watch any of these big events this week, that's just it's like people are tripping over themselves to normalize this kind of behavior.
And again, go back to doing what TV is about.
Go back to entertaining us.
We don't need to have you on your hands and knees during Women's History Month.
The Babylon Bee is right about this.
It's bad enough.
President Biden nominated a man to get an award for Women's History Month.
I mean, are we going insane here?
But it's worse than that.
I mean, if you take the politics out of it, and even the ideology of the transgender cultists, if you're a woman, that award, that kneeling in front of this monstrosity, this is worse than an insult.
This questions The reality of being a woman, this undermined... I mean, if you're a, you know, hardcore Gen 1, Gen 2 feminist, you should be railing against this as an insult to everything that is womanhood.
But I think that they've bent feminism now, Seb.
I think it's gone.
I mean, I can remember the days when we used to celebrate achievements by women, but I don't even think it's enough anymore.
Now you have to have these intersectional people who can check multiple boxes and we can choose multiple genders.
It's not enough for you to say, I am a strong woman.
I've achieved this.
You can't even get that award anymore.
Now it's about making room for people who identify as a woman.
I think it's completely insulting.
Because it takes away the achievements, I think, of women that really have had to work hard and make something of themselves and achieve in their field.
And we used to celebrate that.
And now I feel like it's losing meaning by the minute.
The wokesters are absolutely killing it.
Yeah.
I like it.
We've got our title for this segment already.
They've bent feminism.
Nailed it.

All right, Eric?
It's a good one, right?
I like that.
Have you been rehearsing that?
I've been practicing.
That cough still doesn't sound good.
Mine's still here, too.
So it sticks, I think, for a while.
Somebody said that this strep is, they've been hearing it's bad.
It's been going around.
I think I was telling Katie last, when was I?
I think last Friday when Katie and I talked.
I feel like everything, have you noticed like all the sicknesses have almost felt like Worse, since they locked us down.
Oh, your immune system doesn't function.
Oh, you were locked down for two years.
That's weird.
What a coincidence.
I feel like everything is just sticking longer.
It's just not, I don't know.
It's like superbugs.
I just have to say, God bless modern medicine.
Yeah.
I'm just thinking, what would it be like without antibiotics, without steroids, without pain killers?
So many more people would die.
I mean, in that respect, modern medicine is great.
Vaccine respects, I'll take a pass.
But yeah, no kidding.
I'm so glad the steroids worked for you.
What else is going on?
No, just living the dream, living the dream.
Living the dream.
We just won, we just found out around here, my dad's daily show just won a taste award, which is pretty exciting.
So he's all jazzed about that.
What does that mean?
Does he get a nice plaque?
It's a, yeah, it's a lifestyle award thing that they, I don't know, they honor different lifestyle shows.
So he won for, and it was fan voted, which is kind of cool.
Very cool.
Give him a congratulations.
I know I have to get some pictures out of that.
How's your mom doing?
She's great.
She's like a, I mean, she's like a champion.
You would not even believe it.
Like the cane doesn't even come with us places anymore.
I mean, everything's gone.
Wow.
And it's been three months.
Yeah.
Three months and a week.
So, you know, just about three months and she's, uh, she's kicking butt.
That's so cool.
Wandering around and doing her physical therapy.
She's doing great.
We have lots of rain.
Really?
Lots of storms out here.
I know.
I actually had to have her go.
I have an automatic gate at my house and it was going haywire today.
I kept getting updates.
It was opening and closing.
Because of what?
The sensors?
The water.
I think something shorts out.
It's been so rainy.
So thankfully she went over today to unplug it for me so I don't have to.
Who did?
My mom.
Oh my gosh.
How can you do that?
Did you ask her to collect some leaves and do something?
I did.
I said, could you do a little lawn work?
A little yard work for me?
Empty the gutters?
While you're there, if you don't mind, the windows could use a scrub.
Have you seen the James O'Keefe video?

The O'Keefe Media Group.
Okay, creative.
So that was the big drop.
Of all the things you do.
Just why did you have to do a bloody dance video?
A dance video.
I love that Jen had to ask, like, oh, what did he drop?
Like another investigation.
And it's like, no, no, not a substantial one.
Well, because I happened to see today, you know, the Ides of March are upon us.
And, you know, today's the day.
And so I thought, OK, what's the big story?
Womp womp.
All right, I'm going to do, I'm going to tee up O'Leary here.
And then we're going to talk about Gruesome.
Oh, he was great.
O'Leary was good.
Yeah.
I want to get him on the show.
He'd be fun.
He's a Canuckian.
He's not even American.
Yeah.
15 seconds.
The antidote to fake news.

Talking of when TV was fun.
Oh man, Starsky and Hutch, Saturday night in the UK.
I loved that show.
What a bunch of cool dudes.
And you know, in that cardigan that he had that was all wet, and then he jumps on top of the car.
So cool.
Taking me back.
All right, behave, Gawker.
Get back to work.

Now, it might be because he's a little bit of a grumpus like I am, but I like Kevin O'Leary.
Do you like Kevin O'Leary, Jen?
I love him, especially today after listening to him talk about the bank collapse.
He's right on the money.
A man who, by the way, I think... What did you say, Jeff?
He's got a few shekels in the SVB bank, right?
Yes, he does.
A couple of accounts.
He's got a couple of accounts.
I'm sure it's more than $250,000.
Let's listen to what Kevin O'Leary, Mr. Wonderful, said should happen to Silicon Valley Bank.
Silicon Valley Bank is the poster boy for idiot management now.
That brand is radioactive waste.
And so at the end of the day, let this thing go under, because that's our democratic, you know, capitalist system, because when you're an idiot and it goes to zero, that's okay.
Most of the people that had money, including me, above $250,000 in my portfolio of companies, we can take the hit.
I get it.
That happens sometimes.
Remember this.
This is the really key issue for everybody in America to think about.
There are 11 sectors in our economy.
We are the greatest economy on earth.
One of them is financial services.
It's the only sector that services all other 10.
We have to make a decision.
Do we want to turn this into a utility to service the other 10?
Or do we want it to be private?
If it's private, you have to let the idiots go to zero.
And we didn't do that this weekend.
Let it go to zero.
I'm looking at the makeup of the board of SVB Bank.
One person on the board had any banking background.
Oh, but it's okay.
One of them ran the family vineyard.
So, no clues this was going to happen.
But you've given us an extra little twist.
Tell us about Silicon Valley in a certain gruesome newsome.
Yeah, the idiots go to zero or they go to elected office in California.
I think it's one or the other.
It seems maybe both.
But yeah, it's pretty stunning to watch the collapse of this SVB bank set because, yes, only one person on that board had banking experience.
Everyone else, by the way, was a donor, big money donor.
To either Joe Biden, Barack Obama, or Hillary Clinton, or in some cases, all of the above.
So now you know why they were focused all on their woke prophecy and their ideology, and they were not really paying attention to what was going on.
They didn't even have a risk officer in place.
So this week I had on The Morning Answer a guy named Adam Andrzejewski.
Maybe you've had him on before.
He's with Open the Books.
And he follows the money when it comes to our elected officials.
And so one of the things he started with on Monday is that the Newsom family once again has taken money from this organization for their nonprofits.
Now, it's very murky because Gavin Newsom, when he became governor, opened up an office for his wife, the first partner in the governor's office, right under his umbrella, gave her $5 million of taxpayer money each year and nine staffers.
To go out and work on her woke agenda.
And of course, one of those things is getting money, strong arming people to make donations.
But the bigger revelation came today when we learned that Gavin Newsom on the phone this weekend with President Biden or Chairman Joe, like I like to call him, Begging for a government bailout of SVB Bank forgot to disclose that his company, which is a wine conglomerate, most famously Plumjack is one of them, he forgot to mention that his money was in SVB Bank while he was begging for a government bailout.
So the governor of California wants a bailout for the bank where he has a vested interest?
Yes.
Now here's the deal.
You could say, because look, this kind of stuff happens.
People have jobs.
As long as you disclose it, you could say, the people of California really need this bailout, Mr. President.
Please make it happen.
But full disclosure, I have money in this bank.
I can recuse myself if you want me to.
You know, I just want to be honest and forthcoming moving forward.
But that did not happen.
Excuse me, did you say honest and forthcoming in the same sentence as Gabby?
Can't happen!
Because these people are swamp creatures!
Alright, go to her, there's an amazing graphic I've just retweeted on top of my Twitter feed from Jennifer Horns.

I love him.
OK, here we go.
All right.
Send it to me.
Let's see it.
Hang on.
Here we go.
Let's see where this phone is.

I love how you have it on standby.

Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Is reality just too much?
John had his head in his hands.
Is Hong Kong food just too difficult to enjoy?
Eric, did you like that?
Was that impressive?
I must confess, I was not familiar with that either.
God, John, do you know who Kong Kong Fooey is?
After you showed it, it does ring a bell.
I haven't seen it, but it does ring a bell.
I was worried that I'd invented it all and it was some kind of fake gaslighting YouTube video.
I know what I'm going to have to do today.
I'm going to have to go home and introduce my whole family.
I actually have the DVD collection of all the I guess it's just, I don't know, if you've got taste, you've got taste.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First.
The Left.
The only thing that we have that's not under their control is this.
It's talk radio.
Whether it's the mainstream media, the high schools, the colleges, it's all under their control because they had a long march through the institutions.
Now they want to take over the private sector.
Their ESG ideology, which we will be discussing on my Newsmax show this weekend, has infiltrated massive trillion-dollar organizations like BlackRock and Vanguard.
It is a threat to the future of your retirement plans.
Left-wing politics inveigling themselves into your investment funds and your future.
There's one organization that's dug up the truth.
They don't want a penny from you.
They want to educate you to the threat to your retirements.
Check out the amazing work of ConsumersResearch.org.
They'll tell you the truth and what can be done to stop them before it's too late and your retirements are jeopardized.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by ConsumersResearch.org.
All right, let's go to your calls waiting patiently.
Line one, Wendy, California.
Well, hello, Zeb.
I was thrilled to hear Charlie on your show.
I was at the event last night.
What?
Yeah, I had to have been the oldest person there.
So how come you were there?
Are you a local?
Well, yeah, I live about 10 miles away, and I really wanted to go.
Couldn't find anybody to go with, because I know how sketchy the left can be.
I almost talked myself out of it, and I thought, you know, I'm fears of the devil.
I'm going.
What did you say?
You said fear is of the devil?
Fears of the devil.
I love that, Wendy.
So you went by yourself.
I went by myself.
What was it like?
You weren't intimidated by Antifa.
Tell us your experience.
Well, they had them behind this barrier.
There was a big police presence, even bigger after they attacked.
And I heard them get in.
I didn't realize they had actually gotten in.
I didn't hear the glass break.
But they kept him from getting to us, so praise God for that.
But they were, oh, you could hear him screeching when we exited the building after.
And he went extra long because there was, he really does take the left side questions first.
Right.
Those who disagree get access to the microphone first.
Yes.
And I love it because They can't answer him.
They don't know how to answer.
They just screech and continue to say the same thing.
You know, you hope that they go home and the light bulb will go off.
And I actually made it on CBS.
Fake News was there.
I didn't know Fox was there.
I did make it on CBS.
Did they interview you or you just saw your face?
No, they interviewed me.
What did you say?
What was the question they asked and what did you say?
Well, they asked me about the Chancellor video and I hadn't seen it or anything.
And then the first thing they ask you is your name.
And I looked at them and I go, yeah, that's not going to happen.
I said, those that know me will recognize me and those that don't won't.
You should have said Betty Boop.
Well, I didn't even think of that.
I just immediately, it's like, no.
But they did use the clip where I said universities and colleges used to be the bastion of free speech.
There used to be debates and discussions and two sides, and I go, we no longer have that here.
So they did use that, and so I was thrilled, and my tax guy already recognized me, and you know, so I was just I'm thrilled of all the young people, all the people, and I actually walked out, and mind you, at this point, many more police after it was over, and I walked with a lady from Turkey, because we both went alone, and we walked to my car, and I drove her to her car, and we made it out safely.
But, you know, it's just, you would think the young people would understand more.
Of the spew that they're calling other people.
No, no, they've been indoctrinated, and they don't have critical thought.
They've been dumbed down.
They wouldn't even know how to begin critical thought.
That's why organizations like Turning Point are so essential, why your support is incredible.
You're a brave lady.
You are the spirit upon which this nation was founded.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Wendy one of our new Elon Musk t-shirts, the hashtag Twitterphiles about the censorship of conservatives.
She deserves one.
So stay on the line, Wendy.
Mr. G will get your address and the size, and we will have it wending your way.
And momentarily, God bless you for going by herself in the jaws of the Antifa insanity.
All right.
He's in the tall grass somewhere with a pair of binoculars.
He's ready to roll.
He's Ray from Livermore.
Dr. G, how much time do I have?
You have a luxurious minute and a half.
I can get it done.
Hong Kong Pooey, the great Scatman Crothers is the voice of Hong Kong Pooey.
Yes, Scatman!
So it counts.
I'm not insane.
It did exist.
It was a real cartoon.
Yes, it was.
And it was very funny and they couldn't do it today like many things because the left, well, they'd be buying the pens by the pallet.
Okay.
Okay.
Silicon Valley.
Hang on, hang on.
I'm going to interrupt you and steal your time.
Who is your favorite cartoon character?
Oh gosh.
I used to like Speed Racer in the Mach 5.
Yes!
What I like.
Speed Racer.
Love it, love it, love it.
All right, carry on.
Japanese, Japanese cartoon.
Okay, Silicon Valley, aptly named.
We have social media, which is generated there, which has turned into socialist media.
And the Silicon Valley Bank, perfect name.
Silicon Valley Bank has as much in common with banking as silicon breast implants have with a woman's chest.
I'm sorry, that is very good.
Yeah, and look, these places are led by women, OK?
We've got Janet Yellen at the Fed.
We've got the Fed in San Francisco is a woman.
The risk management officer was a woman.
The Bible warns us that in the end times, we'll be led by women and children.
And this is not a compliment.
This is not a good thing.
And we're seeing it now.
But I'll say one thing.
I'll say one thing in their favor.
At least they're real women, unlike Dylan Mulvaney.
Thank you, Ray.
I'm so glad you've confirmed.
And Speed Race is so cool.
Space Ghost.
I was just reminded.
Space Ghost.
That's another amazing one.
I think I know what I'm doing tonight, in addition to watching Conan the Barbarian for our next Making Movies Great Again.
Thank you, Ray.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

All right, what have I not played?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
That is 90 seconds long, so... Can you start, when I tee it up, can you just play it as B-roll in the background?
B-roll in the background with no audio?
Yeah.
Yeah, no audio.
Okay, yeah.
So you won't use an actual video cut?
No.
Okay, that's probably for the best.
Alright, yeah, I'll have a B-roll ready.
Hong Kong Phooey.
Dastardly and Muttley!
You guys must have had such shelter, Charlie.
I watched like Scooby-Doo.
I watched all those.
Looney Tunes.
Cartoon Network had them on in the 90s.
Jetsons, Flintstones, yeah, the classics.
Boomerang.
Boomerang.
That was what they had.
Yay.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
We make movies great again every Monday afternoon.
We might have to do a special episode on...
Classic cartoons.
I mean, seriously, we might have to have a poll on our website because there's so many to choose from.
You know, you've got Scooby-Doo, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Space Ghosts, Dastardly and Muttley, Wacky Races, Captain Caveman.
Jeff, is there just even one cartoon that you had?
I mean, did you have a childhood?
You know, I was trying to think about this with the cartoons.
I have an amazing memory.
I remember days from preschool.
I was four.
I was five in kindergarten.
I don't really remember what cartoons I watched.
I think I stopped by them.
Why am I not surprised?
Why am I not so?
I'm going to ask your mother.
Your mother's going to tell me what cartoons you watched.
All right, I think we're here.
Let's put the real poll up right now.
This is the one I mentioned last hour.
I want to hear from you.
Of the three million dollars that were divvied up amongst the Biden family that Congressman Comer says one family member received a cut that we haven't discussed already.
Who is that third member that got money from Communist China?
Is it Jill Biden or someone else?
Go to SebGorka.com and tell us what you think.
I'm curious, after the corruption we've heard incessantly about the Biden crime cartel, I want to hear from you.
What are the odds?
Is it Jill Biden or someone else?
Who is the mystery Biden family member mentioned by Rep James Comer receiving millions from China?
All right.
Go to SebGorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGorka.com.
Last thing we're going to share with you before we go deep dive with Julie Kelly.
Mr. G, why on God's green earth did you have to give me this video promotion from James O'Keefe?
Well, he's got quite an opinion of himself, and he does his dancing again.
I know you love when he dances.
They're trying to get me in trouble.
All right, so James O'Keefe today announced that he... He's back!
Because he's great!
And you can't stop him!
And he's launched the O'Keefe Media Empire.
And he's got this... What is it, Eric?
Like a minute, two minutes long?
What is it?
A minute and a half.
Which is a minute and a half.
And this is a guy who's been accused of wasting money.
Donors money.
And the video begins by him getting out of a limousine.
Which is one of the things he's been told, we've been told, he spent more than $150,000 on.
On limousines.
And whatever you think of James O'Keefe, there's something that's a little weird when he, in public, does performance dance.
Representing the FBI raid of his offices.
Not a recreation, not acting, not a documentary, performative dance.
And if you watch the video right now that we're showing, to announce he's back, he's disco dancing again.
James?
God bless you for everything you've done.
But a little more sense of what it looks like when you do that.
Be a little bit more serious.
Because the things you're involved in investigating are very serious.
No more moonwalking, please.

What's going to happen with the January 6 footage?
What's the future of those already under arrest?
Next, Julie Kelly, one-on-one.
Thank you.
Silicon Valley Bank is the poster boy for idiot management now.
Now, that brand is radioactive waste.
And...
Now, that brand is radioactive that brand is radioactive waste.
Now, that brand is radioactive that brand is radioactive waste.
Now, that brand is radioactive waste.
Shot to the top of the charts everywhere, iTunes included, without really any fanfare.
I just heard about it from my buddy Kash Patel.
That is the January 6th Choir, the people who are still in prison just a couple of miles from where we are sitting.
I showed you the footage on my Newsmax show.
Shockingly, every evening at 9 p.m.
they say the Lord's Prayer together and they sing the anthem of the greatest nation on God's earth, a nation where Equality before the law seems to be in doubt.
That's President Trump's release.
The proceedings, the profits from that single go to certain of the J6 families.
Please check it out right now.
What better way to introduce our very special guest today for the one-on-one deep dive?
I don't know how to introduce her.
I mean, it's a person who has dedicated her life for the last few years to the truth and to tell her fellow Americans about what is happening to those who are now political prisoners in America.
Julie Kelly, AmericanGreatness.com.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Saad.
Thanks for having me.
Can I tell you a funny story about that song?
Yeah.
So when Cash sent it to me the other night, I was sitting with my daughter and we played it and she said, Mom, do you remember when they called you from the prison?
And saying that for you for the first time, not their first time, but for me.
And we recorded it and this was maybe April of 2021.
And of course I had forgotten it and the fog of everything else happening.
But we did post that and I remember just being so moved.
So was my daughter, my family.
And then when we shared it on American Greatness.
So I really commend Kash Patel and President Trump for doing this and bringing more attention and very timely.
Yeah, they would like to paint him in a light that is less than flattering, but the man is doing more than, sadly, most of the GOP combined.
As we go through this interview, please keep putting up there, Eric, the URL for the foundation, the Patriot Freedom Project, that people can donate to for the cause of the families who are suffering, who still have their husbands, their loved ones, their fathers in prison.
So let's keep putting that up there.
In the meantime, you've got to follow this lady, Julie underscore Kelly, too.
That's Julie underscore Kelly, too.
And her amazing writings at amgreatness, American Greatness.
That's amgreatness.com.
And we thank Chris Buskirk for providing that platform.
All right.
I don't want to put you in a difficult position.
We don't rehearse any of these interviews.
We don't clear talking points with our guests, but we have several articles to go through that you've recently written.
One of them a kind of who's who checklist of what you need to know the truth about Journey 6.
But given the events of the last 10 days, I have to ask you, and I know you're a regular guest, so we don't want you to burn bridges here on radio.
But the whole Tucker Carlson footage release, Kevin McCarthy promise and so forth, there are those who have said it's amazing, especially when we see the coverage, the actual footage of Brian Sicknick safe and well after he was meant to the actual footage of Brian Sicknick safe and well after he was meant to have been killed 6 protesters, which We see Jacob Chansley being escorted through the building at times by more than nine police officers who did nothing to stop him.
Then we have Mitch McConnell.
We have Chuck Schumer saying, don't release any more footage.
And it looks like something happened.
The next show Tuesday night with Tucker was not the show he clearly was preparing to release.
Less footage came out than we expected.
Talk to us about what you think's going on, and more importantly, what the consequences of the handing over of these 44,000 hours from Speaker McCarthy to at least one news outlet could be.
Is this good news?
Will it make a difference, Julie?
I think it will.
And look, as someone who I believe was the first on our side back in May of 2021 to call for the release of all of the video after the Capitol Police filed in one of the cases that they considered this, all of this footage, highly sensitive government material.
The DOJ was putting it under protective orders.
We at American Greatness were like, wait a second.
No, no, no, no.
If you're going to call this a terror attack, we deserve to see all of it.
So it was very gratifying to see Kevin McCarthy.
Fulfill his pledge really at the behest of a handful of Republican lawmakers to release this video.
I really did not think that he would.
I supported giving it to Tucker.
And here's the reason why, Seb.
First of all, you have to be extremely knowledgeable and informed about the events of January 6th to know where to look, see who some of these people are, what their movements were, and to build a case about some sort of malfeasance.
There are very few people, and Tucker is one of them, who's followed this from the very beginning.
As you know, he produced the three-part documentary, Patriot Purge, in 2021.
So he was on to this from the very beginning.
And the reason why, it needed to be a surgical strike.
If we had flooded the zone with all sorts of clips, made false accusations, you know, this person was an informant, no, he really wasn't, et cetera, it would have been so diluted.
You could see the maximum impact that Tucker's show last Monday had and the fallout from it.
You don't have the Senate majority leader rush to the Senate floor the morning after and demand that Tucker Carlson be taken off the air unless there was an impact, and there certainly was.
So to the extent that I think it was the right move, that it was put in the right hands with careful researchers who, yes, I assume they had constraints by Capitol Police as to what they could use.
It's not like this was turned over on a VHS tape.
They had to go view this because it's still considered under protective orders, really, to produce any clips and really get Capitol Police approval.
That has to stop.
So the next step is for Congress, they actually own the footage because Capitol Police is under the legislative branch.
They need to take possession of all that footage away from Capitol Police, who is a discredited, highly partisan, dishonest agency.
We need to take that footage away from them, release it to whomever, including the American people, and now let us do the rest of the heavy lifting.
So, what do you respond to those, and I tend to support this argument, that putting all the eggs, all the footage in one basket, that's Tucker Carlson's show, is dangerous, is risky.
A, we know who's on the board of Fox, we know Paul Ryan, You know, hates President Trump, calls January 6th an insurrection, and if you don't have redundancy, if they can exert enough pressure on one man, then we lose it all.
If it had been given to, let's say, Breitbart or American Greatness or Newsmax as well, yeah, you might dilute the effect, but also they can't shut down four channels at the same time.
Isn't that a logical way to proceed, just in case?
You know I love you, but I disagree.
Because look, American Greatness, Breitbart, whoever, we could combine our forces.
It would never have reached the sort of audience and impact that what Tucker had.
His show had 4.1 million viewers last Tuesday.
That was the show that I was on.
Not because I was on, I'm not taking credit.
But that's double what CNN and MSNBC pulled in.
Double Combined on Tuesday night.
So look, and look, Breitbart, they've done some good work.
No one has done the sort of work that American Greatness, that we at American Greatness has done.
Darren Beatty certainly has done a lot of commendable detailed work on this, but it would not reach the audience.
And the way that it was presented, what Tucker did, especially with Jacob Chansley, he created the Ray Epps version of a wrongfully prosecuted man who became a political prisoner.
People needed a sympathetic figure.
They needed the truth.
They needed to find out more about what happened to a man like Jacob Chansley.
And now that they see it, they're willing to entertain that this is not just a one-off.
This hasn't just happened to Jacob Chansley.
It's happened to hundreds of Americans, now more than a thousand, who've been criminally charged in this case.
So for me, I feel like it was very effective in that regard.
Also, the Brian Sicknick story has been such an animating narrative from day one.
We'll discuss that next.

Okay, let's drill down on a couple of things.
We have to talk about Proud Boys.
We have to talk about this amazing article that I've marked up, which is your handy January 6th fact sheet.
But let's talk about the first pieces of footage, the Jacob Transley footage.
And the uh... Brian Sicknick footage.
So with the case of Sicknick, here we have, we have heard again and again and again, the president, the vice president, Pelosi and others say that police officers died that day.
No police officers died that day.
Only people like Ashley Babbitt were killed that day.
The actual January 6th demonstrators.
And now we have proof, positive do we not, that there was no violent event on behalf of a January 6 protester that led to the death of Brian Signik.
If I had to pinpoint the most outrageous lie related to January 6, and there are a lot, I would point to the exploitation of the tragic death of Brian Signik at age 42.
By all accounts, a really decent man who had served his country, was Capitol Police officer.
I've been in communication with one of his closest friends who he actually texted.
On January 6th, said that Antifa was there.
By the way, that's been lost in a lot of the coverage as well.
But Brian Signik tragically died of a stroke caused by two blood clots on January 7th.
The next day, though, the New York Times rolled out a completely fabricated piece sourcing to anonymous law enforcement officials that claimed Brian Signik had been bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher by Trump supporters.
Now, this provoked Understandably, nationwide outrage that Trump supporters would beat to death a Capitol Police officer with a fire extinguisher.
Of course, I didn't believe it from the beginning because there was still no video or pictures that even came close to showing that.
But nonetheless, his death was exploited by the news media, by House Democrats, by Republicans.
They held a very rare memorial service in the Capitol Rotunda for Officer Sicknick.
He was eulogized by Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe and Jill Biden showed up, etc.
So this was the most overpowering narrative in the early months of January 6th.
Turned out to be a complete lie.
The D.C.
coroner delayed his autopsy report, finally released it in April of 2021, and admitted he died of natural causes.
Then it came to, well, he died of an allergic reaction to chemical spray.
That also turned out to be untrue because as we saw in that footage for the first time, and I've seen body-worn camera footage of Brian Sicknick after he allegedly was sprayed with pepper spray.
Of course, cops were hit with friendly fire because they were dousing the crowd that was kicking back into the faces of police officers, disabling them, by the way.
So I've seen body cam footage of Brian Sicknick washing out his eyes.
You know, he's walking around.
A lot of them are washing out their eyes, trying to get their bearings.
And then he went on his way.
He apparently went back inside the building, and that is where he was filmed walking around.
He got sick later that night.
With a helmet on?
Walking around, tidying things up with a helmet on his head?
That's right.
Right.
So, you know, he was like a lot of police officers in most of the spring.
It's important to underscore, if we're going to talk about truth and transparency, most of the gassing that went on that day was not Trump supporters using bear spray.
It was Capitol and D.C.
Metro police officers using what they call non-lethal munitions, dousing protesters outside the building, doing nothing wrong, adhering to police lines on the West Side, by the way, dousing them with chemical spray.
At one point, one D.C.
Metro officer used a 40-millimeter canister of chemical spray.
He misfired it.
It landed in a group of police officers at around 2.26 that afternoon.
They were all hit with the spray.
They're vomiting.
They're bent over.
They can't breathe.
They can't see.
This caused, Sabin, it's important to note, this caused the breakdown of the police line on the west side of the building.
It was police misconduct and really incompetence that caused that to happen.
Brian Sicknick very likely also was hit with that spray because his alleged attack was around that same time.
At any rate, go ahead.
So there's two points here that not only were they incompetent and breaking up their own security line by firing on themselves, also they were firing upon peaceful protesters, which then enraged them because they hadn't been doing anything and then they're being shot with chemical agent.
Seb, this is one of the most uncovered stories and Republicans are hesitant to cover it, but it must be part of the transparency effort here.
D.C.
Metro Police showed up around 1.15 that day, dressed like storm troopers, head-to-toe riot gear, helmets, gas masks, batons, non-lethal munitions.
They started attacking, and I reported on the body cam footage of these officers, totally out of control.
And it wasn't even that they were using these non-lethal munitions incorrectly.
They were using them against peaceful protesters.
They were also physically engaging.
So when you saw a lot of those early confrontations, Say Thomas Webster, who was in New York Police Department, longtime cop for NYPD, used to work security detail at Gracie Mansion.
When you see him screaming at a cop, calling him a commie, saying, you don't you don't shove Americans, you don't attack American citizens.
That's a response to what they were doing.
And I've been to trials where I've seen Capitol Police officials testify under oath when those assaults against protesters began.
It enraged and inflamed the crowd, and justifiably so.

So, Julie, this amazing article you have, everybody needs to read it, everybody needs to share it with their friends, a handy January 6th fact sheet.
Let's start with the very basics, math.
Who was charged with what?
The first couple of entries are fascinating, that we have out of a thousand defendants, the DOJ's own update has the details that 919 of them They weren't charged with insurrection, Julie.
They were charged with trespassing, and 385 of them pled guilty to misdemeanors.
Why is there nobody charged with armed insurrection?
I'm confused.
Right.
So this is in response to critics claiming that Tucker Carlson and others are rewriting the events.
So I just said, Hey, you know, crowd of science and data and statistics, here's what DOJ is saying.
You have over a thousand criminal defendants so far, and Sab, zero have been charged with insurrection.
You have roughly 20 who have been charged with seditious conspiracy, which would be, you know, treason trying to overthrow the government.
I've always said if you wanted to name January 6th based on the charges, it would be called a parade because By far the most common charge is a Class B low-level misdemeanor parading or picketing in the Capitol.
No insurrection, no treason, no armed overthrow.
Which means what?
I go into the Capitol and I march up and down.
That's what I'm charged with.
Right, which, before January 6th, didn't you think that that was like a constitutionally protected right as an American citizen to do that?
Well, I thought, you know, I thought it's the people's house.
And to be honest, I'm glad you asked.
I was shocked, having grown up in the UK with, you know, the palaces of Westminster, spending 15 years in Hungary with that beautiful Gothic building on the Danube, which was the Parliament.
Every time I went to Parliament, I had to have a member of Parliament or his staff Right.
sign a permission card.
It would be down by the entrance, by the magnetometers.
I'd have to present an ID.
They'd have to check off my social security number against the hand-signed permit to come into parliament.
Then I go through the magnetometers.
The first time I went to Congress as an immigrant, I walked in without showing ID, Julie.
I thought, wow, that's America.
Right.
Well, and then for months after January 6th, it had fencing and barbed wires and National Guardsmen standing around it because I guess they were afraid Jacob Chansley or some of the Indiana Mimaws or the unarmed militiamen were going to come in and ransack Nancy Pelosi's office. it had fencing and barbed wires and National Guardsmen standing So, So what I wanted to do was just clarify based on not just DOJ's own statistics, but where we are with convictions.
Who actually died on January 6th?
The handful of people who were not charged with carrying a firearm inside the building, which is zero, the only person who used a gun inside the building that day was Officer Michael Byrd, who executed Ashley Babbitt.
An unarmed Ashley Babbitt.
An unarmed Ashley Babbitt.
So facts are important, and these are indisputable facts, which, as Seb, you will see, no one in the media will argue with me about it, unfortunately, because it would be nice to engage some of these lying propagandists about what they're trying to promote.
So, thank you for pointing that out.
People really want just the facts, some of the statistics, the data, what's happening in these trials, what police were doing.
What the January 6th Committee sort of overlooked.
That sort of thing.
Hopefully that's a concise guide for people to have handy when you're fighting your next favorite family member who thinks January 6th was an armed insurrection.
Be armed with the facts.
The book is January 6th.
There's no other book like it out there.

All right, let's come in with Jerry Perna, please.
What is your message to those who think that January 6th is irrelevant, never going to happen to me, I'm not an extremist, I'm going to be fine in America, my freedoms will be unaffected?
What do you say to them, Jerry?
You're absolutely wrong.
This can happen to anybody.
Just for speaking out for maybe at a school board meeting or at a council meeting or at an environmental cause, this could be you.
This could be your family member being put through this hell that so many other people have gone through as well.
That's the aunt of Matt Perna who committed suicide instead of facing a six-year sentence for terrorist crimes on September the 6th when he hurt nobody, damaged nothing.
Matt Perna is another victim whose blood is on the hands of the Biden administration, Merrick Garland's DOJ and the FBI.
Let's continue our discussion, Julie, on the concrete ramifications.
First things first, somebody else who died on that day is Roseanne Boyland.
Who is Roseanne Boyland, and what do we know about how she died on January 6, Julie?
So, Roseanne Boyland was a 33-year-old woman from Georgia.
She traveled there with a male friend of hers.
She went to Trump's speech and then walked to the Capitol.
From there, it's really unclear how she got to the west side, this lower west terrace tunnel where the most violent clashes, violent attacks by police against protesters happen.
As I explained earlier, Seb, that police line fell around 2:30 that afternoon.
You see police on surveillance video then pouring into this tunnel.
They're leaving the western flank of the building.
They're leaving it unprotected and unsecure.
As police are going into this tunnel, people start to follow them in there.
And there, it seems like, whether people were trying to break into the building or they were just sort of trapped there, you know, a lot of people didn't have cell service.
They didn't know what was going on.
Apparently, Roseanne Boylan was one of them.
What happened was a combination of things.
It seems like she and others around her, as one witness explained, were asphyxiated by this very toxic chemical gas That police were using inside an enclosed area, which, by the way, is a big no-no in terms of police conduct.
This is riot control chemicals that are meant to be used out in the open, not in tunnels where they can actually kill you.
And keep in mind, this was an hour after the building had been evacuated.
Lawmakers were gone.
Mike Pence was gone.
Most of the staff was gone.
It wasn't really staffed up that day anywhere.
Anyway, Nancy Pelosi had announced these COVID rules.
Most lawmakers weren't there.
Their staffers, as you know, don't even work in the Capitol building.
There are buildings around Capitol.
So the idea that police had to use such excessive force when the building was being secured, when there was no one in there, really endangered.
So anyway, Roseanne Boylan, it appears like, was at first asphyxiated by this gas.
People could not breathe.
They were vomiting inside this tunnel.
Then police used their force and riot shields to push back against the crowd.
It looks like she tumbled, took a fall, and was then partially trampled by either police or the protesters inside.
Add to that, Seb, new video that has emerged over the past six or eight months that shows a DC Metro police officer beating a lifeless Roseanne Boylan, who was sprawled face up on the ground outside of a tunnel, beating her on her head.
Some men see this.
That's when they start fighting with police.
They pull her body.
One is giving her CPR repeatedly as they bring her body over to other police officers, first responders, begging for help.
They continue to beat the men who are trying to resuscitate Roseanne Boylan, spraying them with spray.
They drag her body like a dead animal through this tunnel, face up, her shirt going up, completely exposed as these men are screaming at the police, you killed her, this is what you did, you killed her.
They then tried to resuscitate Roseanne Boylan, this is a new video that just came out this week, it's on my Twitter feed, it's also at Epic Times, where they tried to resuscitate her for 15 or 20 minutes.
I mean, it was clear that she was gone.
But police, I think, did not want the blood of two unarmed female Trump supporters on their hands, so they were desperately trying to revive her.
That failed.
They carted her off in some kind of a utility cart or office cart inside the building.
We still haven't seen what happened to her inside the building, but what we do know, Seb, is that officers Harry Dunn and Aqualina Goenel, two of the big celebrity cops, testified they handled her body.
Inside the crib, near Steny Hoyer's office, that surveillance video, we still haven't seen.
And if I ever get access to it, that will be one of the first things that I look for.
She did not die of a drug overdose.
These are the deaths that were blamed on drug overdoses for more than a year, correct?
Yes, the coroner came out and said she died of a drug overdose.
Clearly, she did not, because now you have cops on body-worn camera footage saying, oh, she was trampled to death.
She was trampled.
Nothing about a drug overdose.
That was another lie by another DC fix-it man, hatchet man, who was the coroner at the time.
I mean, that's just incredible.
Let's just pause there for a second, that you have somebody who is licensed by the state to provide the truth, the evidentiary empirical truth about how people die, the biological, the chemical realities, the physical realities of how somebody dies, and then we have a coroner
Who, with a woman who is asphyxiated because of chemical weapons used against her, crowd control weapons, and then beaten on her head repeatedly by a police officer, that person is prepared to put his name to report that She died of a drug overdose, trying to turn her into, you know, the hand of her own fate, as if she were, you know, sitting quietly in a tunnel shooting up meth.
And then, you know, that's why she died.
Utter, utter outrage.
That's why people need to educate themselves.
You need to read Julie's articles, read her book, and support those who are still suffering.
And the book is January 6th, How Democrats Use the Capital Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right.
And follow her at Julie underscore Kelly 2 on Twitter.
And the articles are at amgreatness.com.
That's amgreatness.com.

That's 800-500-8384, reliefactor.com.
Now, Julie, you're not a lawyer, but you've been hanging around with enough lawyers and enough courtrooms for the last two years.
I'm going to ask you with that in mind.
What happens, for example, Jacob Shansley, the shaman of January 6th, who gets 41 months in prison, who we now know was literally escorted around the capital by armed police officers who did nothing.
That video footage, that exculpatory footage, was kept from his defense lawyer.
Does he have any options?
If you've pled guilty, is he done?
Is he dusted?
Is he going to be in prison for the next three years?
Well, he's been in prison since January of 2021.
He was denied bail by Judge Royce Lamberth, who called him the epitome of January 6th.
Jacob spent 317 days in solitary confinement before he finally took a plea deal, pleading guilty to obstruction of an official proceeding.
He was then sentenced to 41 months in jail by Judge Royce Lamberth, a Reagan appointee, by the way, who should have retired a long time ago.
Jacob has been in jail.
I guess he's set for release in July.
So that would be 30 some odd months, you know, obviously time for off for good behavior.
So it's too late to really free Jacob Chansley.
Hopefully he's built enough momentum.
We'll get some really good lawyers on his side.
He already has a new defense attorney and maybe some civil lawyers.
Well, we are talking to his lawyer.
We had him on the show and we need more brave lawyers like him.
You've written another piece.
I want to discuss the spill of FBI secrets.
What do people need to know about the Proud Boys and this scary organization and how they've been treated in the courts?
So to your point, I joked to my editors yesterday, I said, I really feel like I need a law degree after I wrote this piece because I spent the weekend going through 10 motions that were filed in this flurry after what had happened last week.
But look, people don't want to touch the Proud Boys trial.
I think it's one of the more egregious.
You also have four men who have been denied bail, incarcerated for two years.
Innocent men, we still do believe in innocent before proven guilty, before they had a chance to defend themselves at trial.
What's happening in this trial is absolutely outrageous.
The conduct of Judge Tim Kelly is beyond shameful.
He is nothing more than a rubber stamp for this DOJ.
What came out last week, and I urge people to read my piece, what came out last week was the defense team came upon a Thousands of messages that the FBI and DOJ tried to conceal from the defense, communications that related to this specific case that was supposed to be turned over to the defense.
Seb, some of these messages deal with doctoring a report on an FBI informant, destroying hundreds of pieces of evidence.
So these are texts between agents or DOJ personnel?
They are texts between FBI agents on the FBI's system.
Uh, that collects these messages where they can, it gets called links.
So it's where I think it's where they retrieved it.
Peter Strong text, by the way.
But, um, anyway, it's this messaging system that they use to discuss the cases that they're working on.
Um, so they deleted thousands or tried to hide them.
The defense team found them started to confront the FBI agent on this stand because she had misrepresented what she had produced to the defense.
Well, DOJ starts objecting because they realize where this is going.
And Judge Tim Kelly, instead of allowing it, cuts off the cross-examination of this FBI agent and dismisses the jury.
So they don't have to hear any of this.
So these motions go back and forth.
There's all these ridiculous defenses as to why these messages were hidden.
Of course, the old classified, this was classified information.
Judge Tim Kelly then returned the spreadsheet to the DOJ where they could unilaterally decide what was classified or sensitive, which, what does that mean?
Whatever is bad for the FBI, that's what it means.
But more egregiously said, it proved that the FBI was spying on privileged communications between an incarcerated defendant and his lawyer.
DOJ came back and said, if you're in the federal prison system and you're incarcerated there, You automatically waive your attorney-client privilege rights, and therefore the government can spy on whatever you're saying or emailing, and then pass it on to the prosecutors who are in charge of your case, because that's exactly what happened here.
I think they would have been proud of that in East Germany or the Soviet Union.
It's no surprise that the hottest selling item at the store today is the FBI t-shirt.
It's a different kind of FBI.
It is the Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
Tell the Feds what you think of them and who they really are.
Go there right now, sebgorkastore.com, that's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com, for so much more.
Julie, you've been doing this valiantly now for several years.
As an American citizen, as a patriot, and let's, if you want to support the patriots who are still suffering, it's patriotfreedomproject.com, patriotfreedomproject.com.
What is your diagnosis of the judicial system and justice before the law in America right now?
The judicial, legal, and political system in our nation's capital should be the crowning jewel of American greatness and what our system of government, what our founding fathers established.
Instead, it is devolved into banana republic, Marxist-style territory where you have judges, prosecutors, the media, politicians of both parties who are in cahoots To condemn half the country as domestic terrorists and treat them accordingly.
What's happening is an absolute travesty.
It is a slap in the face of the legacy of our founding fathers.
It's a slap in the face of people like my grandparents.
My grandmother would have turned 100 years old on March 14th.
She met my grandfather, headed off to World War II to try to save Europe, successfully save Europe.
And they would be, I think about them a lot.
This was not the country Um, that they, uh, sacrificed their young life for.
I mean, not sacrifice.
They both lived, thankfully.
Uh, but they lost a lot of friends.
They lost relatives.
Um, this was not what they did that for.
And so it's really, uh, an outrage and shame on Republicans and shame on Democrats, uh, who think that what's happening is okay because somehow you're still traumatized about what happened 28 months ago for our 26 months ago.
During a four hour political protest.
So I would say the outlook for fairness, justice is very grim at this point.
We've only got a few seconds left.
Yes or no.
Are you pleasantly surprised with the performance of the GOP under the new speaker with the committees to investigate the weaponization of the DOJ and the FBI?
Where do you stand on that?
Julie, what's your verdict so far?
Yes, I am encouraged, especially about the video.
I know firsthand some of the areas that they are going to be looking at.
I think they're moving a little slow, but I'd rather have them move slow and deliberately and get this right than rush into things and, you know, give our enemies even more fodder to criticize and condemn what needs to be done.
Public accountability, hopefully someday criminal accountability.
for what's been done to these people.
If Julie Kelly is quietly satisfied, then so am I.
