Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So much to discuss with you today.
We finally know the identity of the mystery individual, the other member of the Biden family who received a cut of the $3 million from Communist China.
It has been revealed.
Latest from the Pentagon, Of the Russian interception and downing of our drone over the Black Sea and so much more.
So for the next three hours, especially for the third hour one-on-one with the former Deputy Director of National Intelligence Kash Patel, You don't want to go anywhere.
But first, are we on the brink of an economic collapse?
Is a new Biden depression around the corner?
No monologue to open the show.
Don't cry.
I'll give you one later.
We're going to check in instead with my former Fox colleague, who is now my new Salem colleague.
She's the host of the Trish Regan podcast.
And strangely, her name is Trish Regan.
Trish, welcome back to America First.
Hey, great to see you as always, Sam.
All right, so lots of contradictory reports.
The White House, the President has said it was Trump-era regulations that caused this.
Barney Frank said he had nothing to do with it, despite being on the board of the signature bank that went down.
And then we've had others.
We played Mr. Wonderful, Kevin O'Leary, yesterday saying this is the poster child for Stupid business practices.
Is it the printing of money?
Is it dumb board members?
What happened with SVP, with Signature?
And what does it mean for the broader market dynamic?
Well, what happened was government created a situation where it was free, easy money for way too long, way too long.
And they seemed, those in government, to think everything would be okay.
So they kept communicating to the markets and to their friends, many of whom were at SVB.
In fact, one of the executives used to be at the San Francisco Fed.
They kept saying, oh, it's all under control.
Nothing to see here, nothing to worry about.
It's transitory, remember?
And so consequently, the bankers at SVB that were in charge of managing risk, well, they went out and they did what they thought would be a normal thing to do.
They bought a bunch of treasury bonds.
Well, here's the problem with that, Seb.
Treasury bonds, when they were buying them, they were paying like 1% for 10 years.
And we all kind of knew, or at least I knew, and I kept telling you and thus you knew, so your viewers knew, my listeners knew.
Interest rates are going to have to go up at some point.
That was just the reality.
The handwriting was on the wall.
But Trish, Trish, Trish, I'm not an economist.
I'm not a market expert like you.
But even I knew that.
I knew that the Fed would have to raise rates again and again and again, which makes the face value of those bonds practically nugatory.
So how does the board think, oh, free money, free money, and not realize something like me, an economic, you know, novice?
No, no, no.
You knew that.
And I knew that.
And I mean, I think I remember complaining to you.
I was tearing my hair out because I knew that.
You knew that.
I think most average people knew that.
But the Fed sat there with a straight face and told us, They thought they could manage a soft landing and that inflation was only transitory and it wouldn't stick.
And I'm like, are you people insane?
I mean, everything went through my head.
I wondered if Jerome Powell was just trying to keep his job, right?
And Janet Yellen, she's trying to keep her job.
And now suddenly she's the world's biggest politician because she's over at Treasury doing Biden's bidding.
And all Biden wanted was for the money spigot to stay open and for the sugar high to continue.
And I'm looking at this going, it can't.
It can't.
But you know what?
We've had a sugar high for like 15 years or 20 years.
I mean, the Fed has been doing this forever.
So there were a group of people out there, shall we say the deep state people or just the super lefties, that actually thought there would be no problem.
I mean, they actually thought that.
So they went and bought these bonds, right?
Well, okay.
You know, bonds are usually a really safe investment.
Even if you're only getting 1% in 10 years, you ought to be able to trade them in.
But what happens if all of a sudden your entire client base, which is all tech companies, It's not like they had manufacturing companies or car companies or the local nail salon.
All these tech companies suddenly need their money back because there's this crunch, right?
Tech plummeted in recent months.
So they come in and they try to get their money, Seb.
Well, you've got all these bonds that aren't good for 10 years.
Well, you have to liquidate.
You have to sell them at a discount.
And before you know it, you're selling them at such a discount that the whole thing is going to go belly up.
And that's why you had the Federal Reserve step in.
Now, I've been watching the hearings today.
One very, very disturbing thing I heard was when Senator Lankford asked Janet Yellen, well, would you have done this if it was a small bank in Oklahoma?
And she basically said, no, not necessarily.
Excuse me, but I did hear the President of the United States, did he not say on Monday that everyone's money is secure?
Yeah.
And the Fed did open this window saying to any bank, including the little one in Oklahoma, hey, if you have a problem, just come to us, we'll give you a loan.
So it's very unclear if they're picking winners and losers here.
Granted, it was the 15th largest bank.
They were worried about more bank runs.
But what I heard on Monday was that they were backstopping the entire system.
And what I heard in hearings today was something quite different from Janet Yellen.
So what does this mean?
If you have the chief executive unilaterally rewriting legislation saying we don't care about the FDIC quarter of a million cap, we'll cover everybody and then you have these musings or these rumblings that it's the mum and pop banks that are going to bear the brunt of this.
Are you concerned that this is more than just three banks?
What is the long-range prognosis?
I was not concerned until literally 30 minutes ago when I watched the exchange there between Sander Lankford and Janet Yellen.
And he pushed her and said, would you be willing to do the same for an Oklahoma bank?
And she's like, well, and she hemmed and hawed and there's all these various conditions.
And I'm like, wait a second.
You did say on Monday, you did say on Sunday night you were opening this window, this lending window, any bank that's in trouble can come to you and get a loan.
Well, if you're not entirely willing to do that for everyone, and again, this is happening in real time, so Keep that in mind.
I just didn't like what I heard.
I wanted to hear emphatically that they were backstopping the system, but I did not hear that.
And so I think the upshot is going to be more regional banks have problems.
They were naturally going to have problems anyway, because they're held to a different standard.
It was well intended at the time to kind of free up some capital so that they could have a shot at doing more diverse things.
And yet, Nobody thought a bank run would really happen.
So, a lot of these smaller regionals are effectively like a Tier 2, right?
You get the Tier 1 that are subject to all kinds of regulation, and then you get Tier 2 over here, the smaller ones, that don't have the same regulatory requirements.
And as such, when the you-know-what hits the fan, they might be more in jeopardy.
And if Janet Yellen and the rest of them aren't willing to help the smaller guys out too, we got a big problem.
So your advice in 30 seconds to the 3 million listeners right now?
Move your money to a big bank.
I'm sorry.
This is going to be the reality.
And you know what, Seb?
It's going to really stink for small business owners and for individuals because There's something kind of special.
I mean, when I was a kid, I got my little passbook savings, right, from Portsmouth Savings Bank in New Hampshire.
I know you know New Hampshire well.
And they knew my name.
And you have a relationship with your bank.
And there's something incredible about that.
And we're going to lose this as a result.
of what's happening now.
That's my fear.
Well, you heard the live analysis right now from the hearings on Capitol Hill.
That's why we have Trish Reagan in the Salem family.
Follow her right now at Trish underscore Reagan, R-E-G-A-N, and subscribe to her podcast today.

Back after these messages.
Mic's up.
Mic's on.
Hey Matt, you there?
Yep.
Can you hear me?
Yes.
Awesome.
Loud and clear.
Everything sound good?
Yep.
Three and a half minutes.
Epic.
Perfect, comrades.
How we doing, buddy?
Doing well.
How are you, Dr. G?
Not too bad, coming out of a little bit of a strep throat thing, but I'm good.
Well, that's good.
We need you strong.
I think I picked it up at CPAC, you know.
Last year it was COVID, everybody got, I didn't get that, and I think this year somebody gave me some strep throat.
Yep.
CPAC, man, huge crowds, lots of people, nobody sleeps right, everybody's drinking, and yeah.
How are you doing?
Doing great, doing great.
Just got back from DC, going to Orlando next week for the House GOP conference.
They're a treat, they're a treat.
Alright, we'll talk coma, we'll talk...
Kamala, what are you working on?
So I just published a big story from... so when I was in DC last week, I did an hour-long sit-down with Speaker McCarthy.
Oh, good.
So we just published this morning a big piece on his take on the death ceiling.
Oh, right.
Can you... That's in the rundown.
Yeah, I know.
Can you make a buffer out of that, Eric?
Out of which?
Brand new piece, debt ceiling, McCarthy, it's in the rundown.
Good.
Well, there's more to come from that too, by the way, so we've only published a little bit of it so far, so.
The one last week, didn't he say he was going to release the tapes to everybody?
Yeah, that was last week.
He did, didn't he?
That was last week, yep.
When is that supposed to happen, though?
Uh, they have to go through them all because there are, you know, there are security things in there that they have to pull out of them.
So, it's taking time.
It's 42,000 hours.
So, I mean, if you add, just off the top of my head, doing the math here, three or four staffers doing it, it would take like a month or two, right?
Like, if they didn't stop at all.
Like, you know, 24 hours a day.
So, I mean, there's a lot that they have to go through in there.
So, it's gonna take a while.
Food for the poor.
You didn't send me the email, right, Jeff?
What email?
The guests.
No.
As a backup to Koma, can you put in Dan Bishop?
Yeah.
North Carolina.
50 seconds.
Oh, titles.
You got any in mind?
Trish and four.
They're throwing the little banks to the wolves.
All right.
Oh, and.
Do you want to come in with something?
No, I'm going to do Food for the Poor here.
Oh, okay.
All righty.
30 seconds.
Mic's off.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President, and thank you to all of you who've been so kind for our Food for the Poor campaign.
We had the CEO on the show yesterday talking about what they're doing in 20 countries across the hemisphere helping the destitute, the children who go to bed hungry.
Just listen to the amazing, amazing audio clip from yesterday's chat with Ed Rehn.
We work in 20 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, and people who have no other resources except the incredible generosity of typically Americans who, you know, time and time again, you know, really just give from the bottom of their heart and through their love for their neighbor.
And so this is a faith-based organization, and through our church networks in all these countries, we're able to get the aid to where it needs to be.
They have the pasta networks on the ground.
They have the food donated.
They just need to get it to the starving children.
That's why a donation of just $72 once, not a regular one, a one-time donation, will feed two children for a year.
It's incredible!
It's one of the most godly, blessed things you can do, especially in this Lenten, in this Easter season.
$144 is for children that you will feed for 12 months.
Make a difference today.
You're literally saving lives.
You can call in your tax-deductible donation on 855-330-4673.
That's 855-330-4673.

All right, it's time to check in with the man who knows the swamp better than most.
He is the Bureau Chief for Washington, D.C.
at that juggernaut that is Breitbart.com.
Matt Boyle, happy Thursday.
Dr. G., thanks for having me.
Always a pleasure.
All right.
So, so much to discuss.
Big news of the day.
We've got a little clip here from Congressman James Comer.
Cut 11.
The Biden family intrigue increases.
Cut 11.
You know, at the end of this, I think we're going to say there are probably six or seven Biden family members that were involved in various business schemes around the world.
But with this particular transaction that we're talking about, there were three Biden family members, including one that's never been mentioned before.
So this just shows how deep the Biden family was involved in this influence peddling scheme.
We found out this morning, Matt, that the third aforementioned Biden family member is Haley Biden, the late Beau Biden's widow who received a cut of this communist Chinese money.
This is big, isn't it, Matt?
Yeah, this is massive.
It's what we've been saying for years, but now we're starting to see that it's even more expansive and broader than just the handful of family members that we've been able to identify.
I mean, we've known about Hunter, obviously, right?
By the way, speaking of Haley Biden, Hunter Biden, after his brother died, Hunter Biden had a separate relationship with Haley Biden, Beau's widow.
It's very weird the way that family operates.
But anyway, point is that we've known about Hunter.
We've known about James and Frank Biden.
We've known a little bit about Valerie Biden.
What we're starting to see now is that Haley Biden's involved.
We think that Ashley Biden might be involved.
We think that several other Biden family members, possibly Joe Biden, the first lady, and obviously Joe, the president of the United States and former vice president of the United States and longtime U.S. senator.
They're all in on it together.
It's a family business.
It's like a RICO case, right?
And so what we're now starting to see is like a RICO.
I mean that's racketeering conspiracy, right?
Like, that's the point, isn't it?
You know, like, think of, like, an old true crime show where they've got up on the bulletin board, you know, all the different pictures and the string that connects all the dots and everything.
That's what these guys in Congress are doing.
And I spoke to Speaker McCarthy about exactly this, because this latest revelation comes from these bank reports, these suspicious activity reports that banks have filed, more than 150 of them, by the way.
Uh, on the Biden family.
That's more than any other American ever has had, right?
Like, so, banks clearly think there's something off about this.
Now, that doesn't necessarily mean it's illegal, but it means that it's suspicious enough that the bank is flagging this to the federal government saying, uh, there might be something off about this, guys.
They have 150 of those.
Most Americans go their entire life and never have that happen to them, right?
And we're talking about most Americans, meaning hundreds of millions of Americans do that.
They've had 150 of them in just a short period of time.
So the Treasury Department was refusing to provide these documents to the Oversight Committee, and they finally relented earlier this week.
Speaker McCarthy told me that James Comer, the Oversight Committee Chairman, has the full authority to follow this investigation.
Wherever it goes and talk to whoever he wants to.
I asked the speaker if he envisions seeing a Biden family member, whether that be Hunter Biden or one of these other ones, James Frank, Haley Biden now, testifying before a congressional committee in a public hearing by the end of the year.
He said he's not going to rule that out, but you know, he's not going to get ahead of Comer.
Comer's in charge of this investigation.
He has full authority to do it, to pursue it however he sees fit.
And we're now starting to see the pieces starting to come together.
You just dropped a big piece, I think it's part of a multiple piece series of your interview with Kevin McCarthy.
It's up at Breitbart.com right now.
You can follow Matt on Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle.
I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by what Speaker McCarthy has done in the last couple of months.
It looks as if he's keeping his promises to the base and to the 6 plus 14 who enabled him finally to become Speaker Matt.
Yeah, look, I don't think it's rocket science here for Speaker McCarthy.
And by the way, his approval rating is through the roof right now.
He's got the highest approval rating that a Republican leader in Congress has ever had, I think, at least in my time of doing this.
I've been doing this for nearly 15 years, right?
Like, I've never seen anything like this.
Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, John Boehner, they were all in the toilet, right?
McCarthy has a net positive approval rating that's remarkable with the broader American public and really really popular with Republican voters.
Why is it?
Because he's just doing what he said he was going to do.
That's all that people want.
And I've long thought that as long as he sticks to this and he keeps doing it all the way through, then people are going to keep, he's going to keep winning people over that are skeptical of him.
I've gotten to know him pretty well over the last several years.
And as you mentioned, I spent an hour with him in the Capitol last week in the ceremonial speaker's office.
How was that?
How was he behind closed doors, Matt?
It was great.
I mean, it was all on camera, so we're releasing pieces of it, you know, as we get the stories done and we, you know, drill down on everything, and so we've released several big stories already.
The big one that we released this morning is him laying out the death ceiling talk, which again, this was a major part of the speakership battle.
And he agreed to fight with the conservatives on this.
He said in the interview with us, in no uncertain terms, there will not be a clean debt ceiling, that there will not be taxes raised, and that there are going to be spending cuts.
Now, we don't know exactly where we're going to end up in the range of spending cuts, because that's still all being worked out.
The Freedom Caucus guys have their view.
The Republican Study Committee has put out a vision on it.
Other Republicans have.
So we're starting to see that come together.
But he's made it very clear to Biden that there's not going to be business as usual with this, you know, taxing and spending stuff.
And again, you know, we're seeing the cause of the high spending that we saw the first two years of the Biden administration.
Now the inflation, which then leads to the higher interest rates from the Fed.
And now the banks are collapsed.
Exactly, which leads to the collapse of the banks.
Incredible.
He's the Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart.com.
Follow him right now at Real Matt Boyle on Truth Social.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

We'll be back after these messages.
Stay on this channel.
All right.
Pillow.
All right, three and a half minutes.
Mic's back on.
Mic's on.
So what do you think of the 2024 primary so far, Dr. G?
We don't have a primary.
We have DeSantis and the president.
That's it.
Right.
So what do you think?
How do you think it shakes out?
Like, I think Trump's going to win, but like... No, I mean, look, unless something unforeseen happens, it's absolutely his.
I mean, look, the thing that whatever he decides to do with Ken Griffin's money or Whatever.
The bottom line is, Ron DeSantis is a pale version of President Trump, and as, who was it, Bill Maher said a few days ago, he actually said, you don't go and buy tickets for the tribute band's concert when the real band is still playing, right?
Bingo, yep.
It's like, why would you?
Bill Maher.
You're right.
And Bill Maher.
And the other thing is, if you want to defeat President Trump, you've got two lanes to defeat him on.
Number one, policy.
You've got to suggest policies that are different from him.
Or style.
Now on the first lane, what are you going to do differently?
Are you going to say, we don't want a closed border, we don't want to defeat ISIS, we don't want low unemployment?
You can't outflank him on policy.
Which leaves you with one option to outflank him on style and you can't win a campaign on I'm less mean than he is.
Right.
And also you can't win a campaign from behind bike racks, right?
Like it's, you know, he's got to go out and actually interact with real people and you just don't see him doing that.
Why do you think he's being so coy?
I don't know.
It's like if you wanted to go for it and you wanted...
Just go for it.
Just go for it.
Go out there and run like your life depends on it.
Go out and shake hands, kiss babies, talk to people.
You know, interact with real people rather than just doing controlled things.
And it's like, this isn't working for him.
And so, you know, I just don't see it.
How about that whole Cuccinelli thing?
Wasn't that weird?
It's so weird.
Dude, by the way, do you see Cuccinelli announce a schedule that like he's, it's like he's running, right?
Like, you know, he's bouncing around.
He's bouncing around to all the early states.
So Ken Cuccinelli is doing like five stops in Iowa, five in New Hampshire, four in South Carolina.
He actually thinks people are going to go and listen to him.
That's what he's doing.
He's apparently doing this Ready for Run or whatever the heck his group's name is.
A whole series of like events all across all the early states.
It's like, I'm like, what are you doing?
Right?
Like, I was like, people want to hear from DeSantis, not from you.
Right?
Like, you know, very weird.
The whole thing is odd.
The DeSantis disciples on Twitter are claiming that even though he's behind like 20 points nationally, that he's leading all the state polls, which is mathematically impossible.
He just swung 15 points against him in Texas in a month in the latest poll there.
Trump could beat him in the Florida primary, if I'm being honest with you.
He beat Rubio.
I think he could.
I think he could.
The other thing they've been tweeting is, um, Trump doesn't know how to handle DeSantis, and they've never seen anything like this before.
Like, five people sent that same tweet.
Oh my gosh, it's too funny.
I wonder which consultant told them to say that.
Exactly.
That's fine.
15 seconds.
Knee deep in the swamp.
First place in your hearts.
America First with Dr. G.
All right.
I've been remiss.
Yes, I was sick last week, but I said two days ago I was going to do this and I forgot yet again.
I'm going to do it live on radio with three million listeners because I promised my whole team the Mark II MyPillow from Mike Lindell.
There's four levels.
We'll just simple it down to three levels of soft, firm and medium.
And I'm going to get the orders in right now.
Eric, what kind of pillows do you want from Mike?
I'll take a soft, please.
Soft.
He knows what he wants.
Jeff?
Soft.
Soft.
Interesting.
Guy?
Yes, sir.
I would like to have a firm pillow.
Firm.
He's a firm man.
John.
Is John here?
We'll have to ask John later.
Alex, what kind of pillow do you require from our buddy Mike Lindell?
Can I get one of each?
Oh, you sneaky little bugger.
He's going to get a variety pack.
I like that.
A variety pack.
Okay, good.
There I have my witnesses.
I will be ordering them as soon as we are off the air.
You could get yours right now.
66% off or up to up to 66% off if you use my name.
Support Mike Lindell.
He's just issued the 2.0.
It's even better than the original and he sold 71 million of those.
They're that good.

We are back with the Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart.
rightbark.com, Matt Boyle, who I'm sure loves to watch Stephen Colbert every evening.
Stephen asked the current vice president about her boss, and it was a very creepy, weird answer.
Cut for.
You have said that you intend to run in 2024 with President Biden.
Is that your way of letting us know that he intends to run?
Well, as the president has said, we're not going to make any announcements tonight on this show.
He wouldn't mind.
No, he wouldn't mind at all.
I'm sure President Obama used Joe Biden to float a few ideas out there for him, here and there.
Go ahead, just say it.
As our Joe Biden has said, he intends to run, and if he does, I will be running with him.
Okay, so he does intend to run.
What is with that laugh?
Help me out here.
You live in the real world, Matt Ball.
You have all the connections.
Is it possible he's actually going to run?
Joe Biden's absolutely running for president.
All this buildup to an announcement, just assume that it's coming and then the announcement is going to be boring anyway and it'll be another Biden speech snoozefest.
By the way, just a quick correction Dr. G, I've never watched a single episode of Stephen Colbert's show ever once.
I'm sorry.
No, that's okay, that's okay, that's okay.
I watched that clip though of Kamala there.
I mean, she's so cringeworthy, right?
It's vomitous, it's vomitous.
But here's my question to you.
Given that he is a walking liability, how does the DNC let him run?
I mean, he's this incumbent president.
It's very difficult to get rid of an incumbent president.
He has all sorts of powers.
But if they want to win... Yeah, I know, but that's the problem though.
How are they going to get rid of him?
If he wants to run, he's going to run.
You know, that they can't stop him, right?
And so, I mean, they would have to go to really Herculean conspiracy level efforts to get rid of him if he was around.
All I'm saying is, I hope he hangs on just through the convention, right?
Then we get, you know, if they get nominated and then something.
Look, he had cancer!
He had cancer removed from his chest or whatever.
They opened the top of his head, don't forget, twice.
Right.
And so like, I mean, by the way, they waited two weeks, more than two weeks to tell us that.
Why'd they wait more than two weeks to tell us that on a Friday afternoon, like a week or so ago?
Like, there's something off about this guy.
And frankly, the fact of the matter is, is that I just am hoping that we get a rematch between President Trump and President Biden.
I think it would be, things are going to end up a lot better.
And is it just going to be, I mean we were talking in the break about our side, is it just going to be Ron vs. the President, or can we have a little bit more action, a little bit more fun?
Well, in the Republican primary, I don't even know if DeSantis is going to run in the end or not.
What's he waiting for?
Apparently the Florida legislature, but frankly if he was going to run he should get in now, and he should have gotten in a month ago.
And just get it over with and start doing it.
But look, the way he's going right now, it's not going so great, right?
He keeps dropping in all these polls.
He's dropping in the state polls too, right?
So President Trump leads by 41% in New Hampshire.
He leads by well into double digits.
It was a 15 point swing Trump's way in Texas in the latest poll that just came out today out of Texas.
So it's not just the national polls that President Trump is leading in.
It's the states, too, and that's how you win a primary and that's how you win an election.
Come on, Ron.
Get out of the closet.
Let's have a fair fight.
It'll be fun!
It'll be fun like 15.
Thank you, Matt.
In the meantime, check out his latest articles with Speaker McCarthy.

Medium.
All right, give me line three.
Hello, who's this?
Hey, this is Sam, Dr. Gorka.
I was just wondering why, in your discussion about SCB, you avoided telling your audience that the same day that they collapsed, the executives received millions upon millions in bonuses.
Don't you think that they should give that back or the government should get that back?
Especially because we're bailing them out?
Yeah, probably.
Why?
Well, why don't you say that on your radio show?
Because you don't tell me what to say on my radio show.
That's why, Sam.
Well, I'm just trying to see if you can provide some context.
What do you mean provide context, you cretin?
I said they should go down.
They should go down.
They should pay the price of being morons.
How much more clear can I be than that?
Is that the How long did it take you to come up with that?
I mean, that's the best you've got?
That's pathetic!
You're pathetic!
You're a joke!
Call back when you've got actually something that's mildly impressive, okay?
Now go and give your mother her phone back, you little turd.
Go away.
what point was that supposed to make he's an idiot that has not been Thank you. .
What point is that?
What has their bonuses got to do with me?
One minute.
Patriot supply.
Alright.
I almost had a brain fart too there for a moment.
I was gonna say king-sized pillow.
Like, I had to think for a moment.
I was like, wait.
I was so out of it.
I was, yeah, there's something... I was wondering.
Do you have king for me?
Hang on a second.
Yes, I need those as well because it's king or queen.
So I've got king for Jeff.
What do you want, Eric?
King?
King, please.
Yeah.
All right.
Guy, king or queen?
Yes, sir.
King, please.
King.
Everybody's a flipping king.
Alex, what are you?
Are you a queen?
I mean, I'm a king, but I want queen pillars.
All right.
And then, John, are you king or queen?
Yeah, I'll take the queen pillows, please.
All right.
That one.
Are you ready?
Things are about to get MAGA-nificent.
What was- America First with Dr. James- That line is too long.
Snip it.
It just always screws me up.
Eric, what was with that pathetic twit, Sam?
What point was he trying to make about SV that they got bonuses?
What the hell has that got to do with me?
I was so blown away.
I thought for sure he was going to try to like blame it on Trump or something like Biden did, but he didn't.
It was just kind of a weird like, oh, shouldn't we bail them out?
Like it made no sense, even for a leftist perspective.
Sam, you've got to try harder.
That's really, really... That's probably the worst call you've ever done, Sam.
Now go away for a few weeks, work hard and try and come up with something that actually makes sense.
It might be hard for you since you live in a la-la fantasy land, but in the meantime I'm talking to you, our listeners, who live in the real world.

Our buddy Victor in Silver Spring has been waiting patiently.
Hey, Victor.
Hey, Sebastian.
I have another idea for a t-shirt.
Yes.
It shows a picture of a bank and the caption says, go woke, go broke.
Go up in smoke.
Oh, that's pretty good.
I like that.
Although I don't know what a bank looks like.
It looks like a building, usually.
OK.
Right.
Go broke.
Go woke.
Go up in smoke.
All right.
I like it.
Thank you, Victor.
I appreciate it.
Antoinette, I do believe it must be Thursday.
Hey!
Hey, Dr. G, it is Thursday, boy.
I'm losing it at this end.
We've been drowning with all the rain, all the rain.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
And finally... But hang on, is that global warming?
Is that like global warming?
I guess you could call it that, but I call it rain.
Cold, lovely rain.
Weren't you supposed to have droughts in California?
You know, it's what we call the Democratic News Breaks.
Lies, lies, lies, and lies.
You know, that's all they do.
Okay, getting back to I Am For The Voiceless, this past Sunday there were about 30 of us, but at the Mission Viejo Planned Parenthood,
And Pastor Larry DeSimone, the one that wrote the little book on the moral and philosophical conflict of vaccine technology, you know what the advances from another friend of mine that's very much into proof of zero and blockchain and all that, the advances in AI is going to be able to help vaccines so they won't have to use
You're kind of going off on a tangent for me that I'm not used to with Antoinette.
So, Vax, you are pro-vaccines in terms of the application of artificial intelligence.
Is that what I'm supposed to be tracking?
Well, because they're computers that they're working on to be able to add stuff to the vaccine so they don't have to use abortion fetuses.
All right, I'm going to have to look into that.
Stay on the line because I'm not up on the application of artificial intelligence as applied to vaccine development.
I'll have to do a little bit of learning.
Maybe if you could stay on the line and give the names of those specialists and that book to Mr. G, we'll look into it.
And we may have to invite one of them on the show.
How's that?
Let's go to Mike Springfield, Pennsylvania.
Welcome, Mike.
Dr. Gorka, love your show.
Thank you.
Maybe you can have a show where your callers call in monster name suggestions.
Joey Snips.
You're breaking up.
Are you moving?
Are you on a cell phone?
Are you in motion?
No.
Sorry about that.
No worries.
Help me out.
Joey Fingers.
How come that's ringing a bell for me?
I don't know.
You tell me.
You're the one who called into the show, Mike.
Something happened a long time ago.
Joey Fingers.
I don't know.
Anyway, I just thought that would be cool.
That's it?
That's all you got for me?
Alright, thank you.
Brent, line one.
Good health, Great Gorka!
Thank you kindly.
I'm working on it.
I'm about 94.5% there at the moment, but I'm feeling good.
Yeah, I'm so glad you're feeling better.
And this past Tuesday, I attended a David Horowitz Freedom Center lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where I had the honor of speaking with Nick Adams after he promoted his newest book, The Most Dangerous President in History, with just a photo of Joe on the cover.
And I thanked and blessed him for becoming a righteous, legal American immigrant who, like yourself, is helping to make us native-born Americans greater patriots.
And I asked him why he titled the book, The Most Dangerous President in History, instead of The Most Demonic President in History.
And he laughed, and he said he might just change the name.
Because I also said, if the Democrats ever commission a Marxist Mount Rushmore, they would carve Mao, Stalin, Hitler, and Biden on it.
And again, he agreed.
I'm not familiar with Nick Adams, but I'll have to check him out.
The most dangerous president in history.
Yeah.
You're giving me nightmares.
The idea of a Maoist Mount Rushmore in America is the last thing we need.
But thank you, Brent.

They were very excited to see Trish!
It has been a long time.
Oh, good.
They do love Trish in the Rumble Chat.
Someone in the chat, DC42, heard you give me that title and said, Mystery China Theater 3000.
I never understood that show.
Yeah, it is kind of a strange formula, to say the least.
Okay, what do we got here?
I'd rather just watch the bad movies.
20 seconds. 20 seconds.
Ready for anything on America First.
I am, but Kamala Harris isn't.
She can't even explain what her job is.
It's incredible.
I don't think she's ever given a decent interview.
This is Cut 5.
Apparently the Vice President of the United States.
What is the actual role on a daily basis as you have found it?
Well, I have the great privilege of serving with Joe Biden, who was president of the United States.
Right.
Right.
Exactly right.
Exactly right.
And was vice president.
So what do you do?
You said you're vice president because you work for the president.
She didn't mention Venn Diagrams.
I thought we were going to hear about Venn Diagrams.
Let's go to Paul, California, line one.
Thank you so much, Sebastian Gorka.
I love you.
You're breaking up.
Slow down the vehicle, all right?

Slow down so we can hear you.
Okay.
I would encourage people to look and read Christopher Ruffo's latest substack on We are hurting children, the left, changing their genders, the new totem for the left.
We have to go back and respect and love life, Dr. Gorka.
And when Joe Biden is using words such as it's a sin, my mother says it's a sin what's going on in Florida.
This is diabolical.
It's evil.
And again, I know you and I respect Christopher Ruppe a lot.
So go to Substacker Media's latest article, please, everybody.
We need to save the children.
We got to.
No, Chris Ruffo is superb.
He's done so much of the heavy lifting, along with James Lindsay, the two men who've done the most to uncover the origins of the insanity that's crushing children today in America.
So that's a great recommendation.
Thank you, Paul.

MAGA-nificent!
It's not an accident.
It's a warplane engaging with one of our aircraft in international airspace.
That's what happened over the Black Sea.
The Black Sea is international airspace.
Every nation in the world has a right to traverse it.
It's like the open seas.
We have a right to be there.
And we have a drone, a very expensive drone, a 30 plus million dollar drone, that was flying in that airspace.
A Russian fighter jet downed it in a very, you could say, dangerous maneuver.
Dangerous for the pilot.
The UAV is unmanned, so none of our personnel were endangered.
It was just our property, the property that you paid for.
But this aircraft, the footage is quite remarkable if you haven't seen it.
It's on all my social media platforms.
This aircraft not only flew within feet of the drone at high speed and dumped excess fuel onto the drone to make sure that its engine malfunctioned.
If you look at the close-up of the footage that was released by the Pentagon, it actually hit the vehicle.
One of the blades of the prop of the drone was dented, was bent over, which means the Russian Air Force jet actually hit the US Air Force drone.
That doesn't happen in the Russian Armed Forces.
Without a command from the center.
If you're familiar with the legacy framework of what was the former Soviet Union's armed forces.
There isn't a lot of emphasis on initiative.
The idea, for example, that you could have sergeants or NCOs driving tanks or flying helicopters.
No, no, no, no, no.
That didn't happen in the Soviet Armed Forces.
They are a top-heavy organization with lieutenants and officers doing things that we trust to NCOs in the American or British or NATO forces.
The idea that that pilot just decided to have a little bit of fun at the expense of the United States?
No, he was ordered to do that.
The Kremlin told him to take down a US asset in international airspace.
He was ordered to destroy with, to close and destroy with, a multi-million dollar platform.
And he did so.
What is the response?
From our side?
From the most powerful nation in the world?
That currently has a senile old man as the commander-in-chief?
And a chair of the Joint Chiefs, who is pro-CRT, who gives testimony on Capitol Hill about not knowing what critical race theory is, but he's glad it's being taught at West Point.
Yes, that is what he said.
Mark Milley said, I'm white, and I want to know what white rage is.
He doesn't want to know what China's doing to intimidate Taiwan or whether Russia's about to invade Ukraine.
No, no, no, no, no.
He wants to know about his corpulent white rage.
Did he make a statement?
That is clear, robust, and sends a message of fortitude to the Kremlin and the former KGB colonel, the murderous man that is the head of the Russian Federation?
No.
Not at all.
These are the stalwart words of General Mark Milley.
Incidents happen, and clearly we do not seek armed conflict with Russia.
And I believe that at this point we should investigate this incident and move on from there.
But we will continue to exercise our rights in international airspace.
Incidents happen.
Incidents happen.
And we will investigate.
Wow!
Wow, that's incredible, Mark Milley.
And we don't want to have conflict with Russia.
What if they want to have conflict with you?
How about the idea, as my former boss at National Defense University used to say, it was one of his aphorisms that is very true in every theater of conflict, whether it's conventionally regular or what have you.
The enemy gets a vote.
You don't get to decide whether you go to war.
And I would say a warplane taking down one of your aircraft, albeit an unmanned one, is an act of war.
Yes, we may be supporting the forces of the Ukraine in fighting Russia, but we don't have American pilots engaging with Russian ground troops.
We don't have our special forces and extended firefights in Kharkiv and areas of Ukraine that are currently under contention.
But Russia, on the other hand, has engaged with us.
And our response is?
Things happen.
Incidents happen.
We will investigate.
I guarantee you one thing.
If my former boss, President Trump, were in the White House today, well, number one, it wouldn't have happened.
No US aircraft, manned or otherwise, would have been physically threatened or downed by a Russian aircraft.
I guarantee you that.
And if it had, in that strange scenario that it had, the response you heard from Mark Milley, well, that would not have happened.
It would have been the President of the United States, with a very forthright, nay, perhaps bellicose response, Reading the riot act to the murderous thug in the Kremlin.
Telling him the consequences for these kinds of actions, should they occur again, will be swift and beyond even his imagination.
Just as he did with little Kim in North Korea.
Just as he promised with his, my button is bigger than yours, which is language that bad guys understand.
It's ridiculed by the Georgetown, Adams Morgan, Manhattan elite set.
But it's how the real world works.
Whether it's our declaration of war on the physical caliphate of ISIS that we destroyed within five months of coming to office.
Or whether it's the 300 Wagner Group Russian mercenaries that President Trump had killed in Syria when they were destabilizing that region.
Or whether it's the 52 cruise missiles we dropped on that Syrian airbase just as they were preparing to use chemical weapons for a second time against unarmed civilians, men, women, and children.
That's how you deal with bad guys.
We are living in a very dangerous world right now.
A world that is made dangerous by weakness.
Weakness that is the natural consequence of being led by people who hate the nation they lead.
And who believe we are the problem.
And who see others who hate us as the good guys.
As the people to be placated.
This isn't an argument for intervention and is not what we believed in in the Trump administration.
But we understood that when America showed weakness, bad men did bad things.
That is the Hobbesian reality of the world and has been ever such since human society ever began.
Weakness begets violence.
Weakness begets instability.
Weakness is an invitation for the opportunists who wish to do you damage.
We need to save everything we hold sacred.
And the only way to do that is to engage.
To become part of the solution.
To speak the truth.
To become politically engaged and to take back our nation.
One municipality.
One local school board election at a time.
Be part of that solution before it's too late.
It's up to us.
It's up to you.

We got Rosen here.
No, C&D.
Oh, C&D, okay.
Just gonna take calls this segment, probably?
I wanna do Rogan.
Oh, that's right.
Pipeline call again.
We blow it up.
Okay, good.
Which number?
Two.
He can block the lines.
Play a cut six again.
Cut six.
It's really simple.
What causes inflation is money printing and excessive spending.
We had trillions and trillions of dollars being spent and printed out of Washington.
And this started even before the Biden administration.
Biden really took it to a new level.
Remember, in the first quarter of his presidency, We had that American rescue plan, which is $2 trillion of COVID relief that we didn't need because COVID was winding down.
And the economy had already recovered and was hot.
And that's why even Larry Summers warned him at the time.
Economists at their own party said, listen, this risks inflation.
And sure enough, the inflation came just four months later.
And what did they do?
They said it was transitory.
It was a big lie.
Yellen and Powell and Biden all said that this is transitory so they could keep spending more money.
And the Fed kept printing and QE continued for another six months.
I would posit that six months really created the bubble of 2021.
The markets got super frothy.
That's when tons of sort of hot deposits went into SVB and other banks.
And it really it took the whole it took the risk to another level.
I mean, in other words, these guys ran the economy at 150 miles an hour, and then they slammed on the brakes.
All right.
Food for the poor.
Mm, okay.
Could you find Sarah?
Yes.
Thanks.
75 seconds. 75 seconds.
75 seconds.
75 seconds.
America first.
There are some songs that just make me smile, and the theme tune for the Dukes of Hazzard surely is all right.
Dear friends, if you are looking for something good to do, something meaningful, something that will make God happy, I've got it for you.
And it's kind of illustrated best by this young girl called Sarah who, well, she's got her priorities straight.
I just wanted to say I really admire your work with Food for the Poor each year.
I have an envelope that I keep on my nightstand, and each time I do get some money, I put a little bit away throughout the year.
Maybe like a dollar or two.
It's for Food for the Poor.
And so, this year I saved up $80 to give, and I'm not saying any of this to brag, I just wanted to encourage your listeners.
If you can just spare a little bit, that would be good.
Bye!
God bless Sarah.
Can you spare a little bit?
If you can spare $72, Food for the Poor will take that money and they will feed two children for a year.
Yeah, a year!
It's the Lenten season.
It's Easter.
Let's give back.
Let's bless people who, they haven't done anything wrong.
They're children.
If you can afford $100, that's amazing.
$144 will feed FOUR starving children for 12 months.
Make a difference today.
You could literally save lives with just a few dollars.
You can call in your donation.
It's tax-deductible.

All right, let's go to your calls.
Chris, Illinois.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
Hey.
I agree with you 99% of the time, but when you were mentioning the drone getting taken down by the Russian jet as a declaration of war, I think you may have... I didn't say declarations, I said an act of war, but carry on.
Okay, an act of war.
Okay, sorry.
But do you think the September 28th Nord Street pipe, stream pipe Destruction by us, sabotage by us, might have been considered the same thing.
Who said we did it?
What is your proof?
I've done this on the show, clearly you didn't hear it.
What is your proof that we blew up a pipeline that wasn't functioning?
I don't have any proof, however... You don't have any proof?
You're calling in to my show, asking me whether that's an act of war, and you don't have any proof?
Then what's the point of calling in, Chris?
Dr. Gorka, you know what's going on here.
I do, and that's why I'm asking you.
Why are you calling in with that question if you don't have any proof?
Okay, our government spoke about how it would be no more if... Okay, so I've heard all this garbage.
Seymour Hersh wrote that one article with one unnamed source, a man who's been lying about the U.S.
military since the My Lai Massacre.
Okay, are you telling me a ball-less coward administration Like the Biden administration that ran away from the Taliban is going to blow up a pipeline of a nuclear power.
How do you even believe that for a millisecond?
These people are cowards, Chris!
Well, we're going to just agree to disagree on this.
No, no, explain to me.
How can you be a coward when it comes to the Taliban, to Iran, to China, and then suddenly you're prepared to risk war with a nuclear nation and put in a underwater explosive three months in advance?
Chris, how do you believe this garbage?
I'm sorry, it's just I think all the evidence is leaning that way.
But what evidence?
Okay, I'll ask you one last time.
What evidence?
Give me evidence.
Please take a poll and see what the public thinks.
A poll is an evidence, okay?
Okay, that's not evidence.
This is the problem with our side, Chris.
We don't use critical thinking.
I'll ask you one last time.
What is your evidence?
I don't have any.
Thank you.
Goodbye.
Thank you.
Jeff, what is going on here?
Am I wasting my time three hours a day?
I will tell you one thing.
I have no idea who did it, but I know that we didn't do it because it's been four months now.
If we did it, there would have been a reason, and the media will say whatever Biden wants.
They would be saying over and over again that it was Putin, and there's been none of that.
They basically ignored it.
Right, right.
But answer me my bigger question.
Why do we get these kind of calls?
I think they want to believe it.
Yes.
Bingo.
Nailed it.
Right, let's talk about somebody who isn't necessarily on our side politically.
But he could be.
He's only got tens millions of listeners.
He's called Joe Rogan.
And he wouldn't put up with this garbage.
Cut ten!
Play cut!
It's not perfect, but the way this country is run is so f***ing superior to any system that is anywhere else in the world because of the checks and balances that were put in place by the founding fathers.
They knew that tyranny is a natural course of progression for human nature.
It's just what people do when they get in control.
They become dictators, and they put all these checks and balances in the House and the Senate, and they did it all, the Electoral College, to make sure that this term limits.
Make sure that you can't do that.
Make sure you can't do what Putin's doing.
Make sure you can't do what Kim Jong-un's doing.
Because when you get into a position like that, just look at what they try to do.
Look at what people try to do to stop criticism on Twitter.
They can send the FBI to Twitter to try to remove people from Twitter because they're saying things that interferes with the way they govern.
All that is natural.
And the founding fathers of this country were the only people that put together a system to mitigate that.
And over time, these corrupt shits Have done an amazing job of trying to chip away at that, or convince people that it should be chipped away at, and convince people that freedom's not important.
What's important is equity, and inclusiveness, and diversity, and... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
That is a... That's a sheep costume that the wolf wears, and the wolf is control.
The wolf is control over people, and forcing people to bend to your ideological will.
You know, that's such a good clip.
Jeff, tomorrow night when I'm hosting Rob Schmidt, guest hosting on Newsmax, let's use that clip, OK?
Got it.
All right, thank you.
Let's go to Ray Livermore, waiting patiently.
Hey, buddy!
Hey, thanks for taking the call, Dr. G. I didn't hear you say this, but I'm standing with you.
This is no less than an act of war.
As an infantryman, if I went out on my own time and broke my arm skiing or motorcycling, I could be pursued with an article 15, which is sort of in between a misdemeanor and a felony, but it's a permanent mark on your record because your body, you're called a GI Joe because that means government issue.
You belong to the government.
You're essentially a piece of equipment.
Now that drone was a piece of government equipment.
It was badged with Air Force markings and United States flags.
It is no different than an F-15 with a man in it or a C-130 packed with paratroopers.
It's the same thing.
And bumping into a propeller is no different than a shoot-down because it forced the aircraft to crash.
That is an act of war.
It's no different than attacking a tank or an infantryman, a single infantryman.
But it's okay.
Calm down, Ray, because Mark Milley said we don't want to fight.
It's okay.
Oh, that's right.
He called his Russian counterpart to discuss what the appropriate response would be.
That's what we get from a guy like Mark Milley.
Who should I go after within my own forces, Mr. Russian counterpart, Mr. Chinese counterpart?
That guy is a joke.
Milley and Austin, all of them, they're a joke.
We're watching the dismantling of the greatest military force on the face of the planet ever.
We're watching the dismantling of our banking system, the dismantling of all of the tenants, these things, these structures that are supposed to be the sturdy posts.
Yeah.
I like that.
I like that.
It's not a joke.
It's actually an insult.
It's an insult to everything you stood for when you wore the cloth of the Republic and you were that sturdy post.
Thank you, Ray!
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
How long is it?
It's one... Minute twenty-seven.
Yeah, break it into three.
Got some rumblers who disagree with you and take that caller aside.
Of course they do, but they can't give me any evidence, so it's like, pointless.
One user says, Biden's admin destroyed the pipelines because they're against fossil fuels.
They would have used it, it would have been a reason they did it, and they haven't even talked about it.
That's what makes zero sense to me.
built a campaign around it.
Right.
They would have said, look how tough we are.
Right.
Yeah, that's...
Or blamed it on Putin and this, that, and used it for a reason to go in.
Someone in the chat just said, Hirsch has cred.
Hirsch!
Oh my gosh!
Wow!
The guy who gives a speech in New York saying, and our special forces raped boys in Afghanistan and then has to say, I didn't mean to say exactly that.
That's the credibility Seymour Hirsch has.
Incredible.
Just thinking about how the media treated the troops during Vietnam is just reprehensible.
60s began to bear fruit at that point.
Alright, are we dialing him up?
Yeah.
Is he Skype?
Yes.
Are the mics on or off for him?
Off.
Off.
Alrighty, and I have both books.
Israel 30. Israel 30.
Israel 30.
America first.
Magnificent.
I have to admit, I don't think I've said this before on this show.
So, I was a tad trepidatious of my first Salem trip.
It was to the Holy Land.
350 of our dearest listeners.
I didn't know what I was in for, but it was truly amazing.
There we are in Caesarea with my wife and our almost 400 listeners.
What a trip of a lifetime.
If you missed out, I can so strongly recommend to Just do a little bit of research for yourself.
It's one of the most incredible things you can do to go to the places you've read about in the Good Book and to literally walk in the places where our Lord and Savior walked the planet.
It's something you will never forget.
Please check out the amazing website, holyland.israel.travel.

Alright, we have been short-changed by this individual.
I wanted to have him in studio for an hour because he's not verbose or prolix.
He is an expert though.
He is a man who Makes you still believe in the ethos of truth and journalism.
I know those two words are not used together very often today.
He is my colleague at Newsmax.
He's their chief White House correspondent.
And we are so excited to have James Rosen with us on America First!
Great to be back with you, Seb.
Thank you.
Now, I have a request to make.
First things first, thank you.
During CPAC, you peeled off and took time to do some interviews for a new TV project I'm doing on the side that we will announce imminently.
So God bless you, James, for sharing your special knowledge with regards to Watergate and some other things.
But you've got a new book out.
Before we talk about the new book, I have a request.
If I ever become famous and die before you, is there any chance that you'll write my biography?
This is probably best discussed offline.
Mrs. Rosen, I'm going to tell you, was not pleased at the decision to make what was once envisioned as a concise biography of Antonin Scalia into a massive two-volume project because it meant a two-year extension on the late Justice's lease on the Rosens' lives.
So I'll have to run it past the decider.
All right.
You talk to the boss.
I'll have my boss talk to your boss.
We are here to celebrate that.
It is volume one of the first real non-hack piece that is attacking this great American.
It's Rise to Greatness, 1936 to 1986.
It is the biography of Antonin Scalia by James Rosen.
So we only have a few minutes.
Let's start with Why the decision?
Why did you choose this man of all people?
So I actually knew Justice Scalia a little bit, Seb.
When I first came to Washington as a 30-year-old reporter in 1999, to start as a Washington correspondent at the time for Fox News, one of the first things I did was write to Justice Scalia seeking an interview.
This commenced between us an amusing and unusual correspondence that spanned two years, portions of which will be excerpted in the second book.
Which covers his Supreme Court years this book Scalia rise to greatness 1936 to 1986 just covers the first 50 years of his life Which was incredibly important and profoundly impactful for the United States and it ends with him taking his seat on the Supreme Court And from that that series of letters we exchanged we then had two lunches together one-on-one Just justice Scalia and me we drank wine.
He made me eat off of his plate and I said, Mr. Justice, I could.
He said, come on, come on, come on, come on.
So now I'm shoveling vegetables off of Justice Scalia's plate into my mouth.
This was 1999 at the time.
I was 30.
Was this before or after it took you for a rather speedy ride in his BMW?
And then he drove me back to my office both times as a passenger in his car.
And I was able, Seb, to confirm with classmates of Antonin Scalia's who traveled with him for debate tournaments back in the 1950s, all the way through Supreme Court clerks in the 21st century, Being a passenger in Justice Scalia's car was nerve-wracking for them as well.
When I told one of the clerks that this had happened, he said to me, God help you.
So he was very generous to a young reporter a quarter century ago, and I always resolved at that time that someday I would write about this man.
The substantive discussions that we had at those lunches will remain off the record, but I will at some point in Volume 2 excerpt some of the extraordinary correspondence between us.
All right, the book is Scalia.
It is Rise to Greatness.
It is the first volume from James Rosen, the author of another seminal work, which is why I enlisted his assistance recently.
That is The Strongman, John Mitchell and the Secrets of Watergate.
Please follow him right now on Twitter.
At James Rosen TV.
We will continue to discuss his new work momentarily here on America First.
Don't go anywhere.
We are coming to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, rank, fetid, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington DC.

Back with James Rosen in a moment.
Nice music there, Alex.
Good job.
Good job.
Mic's on?
Yes, mic's on, please.
Leave the mics hot.
Alrighty.
So I don't have the book yet, but give me a little tease.
Tell me about these FBI background checks, James.
Okay, this is for broadcast?
This is going out live on Rumble, and I'm going to ask you to repeat it when we're back on radio, but I just wanted a little prep.
Sure.
So as he rose through the executive branch with very important jobs in the Nixon and Ford administrations, and then through the judicial branch, Scalia was subjected to four FBI background checks within 14 years.
These were enormous dragnets, where they literally interviewed people going back to when Scalia was 13 years old in 1949.
And they run hundreds of pages.
This is the first biography to make use of them, because they were declassified after his death.
And what was the purpose?
Was he deemed a troublemaker?
Or was he getting clearances?
No, no.
What was it?
This was standard FBI background checks for appointments to high office.
OK, good, good, good.
And there was a little bit of a rivalry between him and Bork?
Yes.
Judge Bork and Antonin Scalia were great friends, and their families were friends.
Gene Scalia, the son of Justice Scalia and former Trump cabinet secretary, told me once that when there was a party at the Scalia's house after everyone had left, his dad turned on him and pointed a finger at young Gene and said, this is why you work hard in school, so you can grow up and have friends like Bob Bork.
Bork helped Scalia at many important junctures, but a rift developed over a particular area of the law.
And ultimately, life and politics settled with cruel finality, the sort of friendly rivalry between them as to who would make it to the Supreme Court first.
And ultimately, of course, as we know, Judge Bork didn't make it at all.
So I'm going to buy a copy of the book for my son, but he's best friends with Gene's son.
So if I see you next, would you just dedicate it to my son?
Of course.
Absolutely.
This is literally his best friend.
So when did you start writing this? - Yes.
I started in 2017, but the sort of preoccupation with Justice Scalia dates back to my high school years, the 1980s, when I first saw him on television and recognized instantly how different he was from all the other public figures you see on television.
Yeah, yeah.
Stand by. Stand by.
Stand by. Stand by.
Hi, this is President Trump and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Thank you, Mr. President, so very, very kind.
Dear friends, if you've given up on being the healthiest you you can be, don't stop right now.
I'd given up after 20 years of trying to, you know, lose that spare tire around the middle.
I gave in and I tried something called MyPhD Weight Loss.
Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team walked me through this process and I lost 42 pounds.
After 20 years of trying and failing, my wife lost 36, my colleague Mike Gallagher lost 50 pounds.

We are back with my Newsmax colleague.
He is the chief White House correspondent for Newsmax.
You can follow him right now at JamesRosenTV.
He's the author of a brand new book, Volume 1.
of the book you must must read on Antonin Scalia rise to greatness 1936-1986.
I only met the justice a couple of times my family is close to his family but one generation removed and I'd like you to I want everybody to read the book James but you said something in the break that that so struck me because we went to the same church I saw him outside now and again and there was something different about this man.
There was a lack of veneer.
There was a lack of anything, any artifice to the man.
You said you realized there was something special about him when you were in high school and you saw the TV appearances.
Can you encapsulate just a flavor of just how different this public intellectual was?
Well, again, here was someone who made me eat vegetables off of his plate.
You don't see too many public figures inviting that kind of intimacy, especially on what was our first lunch date together.
But what I saw as a high school student watching him on television in the 1980s, where he would participate in these kind of seminars with other leading minds of the time, such as Gerald R. Ford, or Dan Rather, or Sandra Day O'Connor, and the other people that were assembled on these PBS programs, they would debate hypothetical situations.
Scalia immediately struck me as somebody who was unlike everyone else on the panel, because he spoke in ways that were readily understandable even by non-lawyers.
He was sarcastic at times, and very, very funny, and not afraid to show that.
I saw this again when I was researching this book, Scalia Rise to Greatness, and I looked performances on PBS and television programs, even back as far as the 1970s.
You had these other intellectuals who would appear on these programs, and to them these were educational fora.
Maybe there would be room for a joke or two suitably professorial.
Scalia, the kid from Queens, was there to win these debates, and he showed a wider range of emotion.
At once he was more casual and more intense, and just all-around fascinating.
Can you identify over the years and your meetings with him, your private lunches, what was the thing that drove him the most?
Where did he find his center point?
Was it the Constitution?
Was it the Republic?
What was the thing that would instantly get that twinkle in his eye?
Lots of things gave Antonin Scalia a twinkle in his eye, because he loved life so zestfully.
And here was someone who was known to shamelessly commandeer a piano in someone's house and start belting out Christmas carols or show tunes for 50 people to sing along with.
Here was someone who was an avid hunter.
Here was someone who loved the opera and pursued all of these things, to use the Italian term, con vigore.
But I would say that the true point, the true center for him, was his Catholic faith.
You know, there were two previous books about Antonin Scalia, biographies of him.
Both came out before he died.
One of them he cooperated with extensively, the other not at all.
And both came out pretty much in the same place, which is to say, openly hostile to the justice's work, his legacy, his jurisprudence, his conduct.
So this is the first, I say it's the first accurate biography of Antonin Scalia, because it's the first admiring biography of Antonin Scalia.
And as part of that, This is the first book, the first biography of him that really treats in the requisite depth and scope his Catholic faith, which really was, I would say, the center for him both spiritually and even to a degree professionally.
It was his rocket fuel that made him, along with the great upbringing he had from his parents, his father an Italian immigrant, his mother the daughter of Italian immigrants, the Catholic faith and their influence Powered him through becoming the valedictorian at his high school, the valedictorian at Georgetown University, top five of his class of Harvard Law School, and off to the races from there.
But no account of Scalia is – and certainly no account of what made him tick – could be complete without a real examination of his Catholic faith.
Well, I for one will say personally I'm very excited that it is James Rosen who has written this book.
I can't wait for volume two as well.
Last question, just to flavor it out, give a little bit of added color.
His relationship with Ruth Bader Ginsburg, an unusual one, correct James?
Well, certainly in today's politics it's seen as unusual, and that's why everyone still talks about it.
The Ginsburg-Scalia relationship was kind of a model of civility amongst intellectual or ideological combatants.
They rang in the New Year's together with their spouses, they went to the opera together, they rode elephants in India together.
But in all the discussion and the celebration of this friendship, which has been memorialized in stage plays and opera and so on, I saw a life coach recently urging all of us to find the Ginsburg for our inner Scalia.
No one has ever really been able to show how this friendship developed, until now.
And the readers of Scalia Rise to Greatness will see that I went through the papers of Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the Library of Congress, some 220 boxes of them are there, and found the handwritten notes, the letters, the correspondence, the memos, the draft opinions that flew between their chambers when they first got to know each other, not on the Supreme Court, but on the Court of Appeals, one rung below the Supreme Court.
And you see these two legal geniuses in these documents going at it privately on fine points of the First Amendment and the other legal issues before them.
It captures their sparkling wit and their affection for each other.
But as I like to say, these, what I call the RBG Nino papers, never published until now, really capture the birth and the blossoming of this celebrated friendship.
Fascinating.
What a different generation.
I better not have anybody tell me I need to find my RGB for my inner Scalia.
The book is Rise to Greatness, Scalia, Volume 1 by James Rosen.
Get it now!
I mean it.
You will not regret it.
We talk to a lot of authors on this show because books are good.
This one has my special seal of approval.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
God bless you, James.
We'll get you back to discuss more in detail.
This is America First coming to you live from TheReliefFactor.com studios.
Pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans across the country, me included.
Yes, I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I'd always remember on Sundays I'd kneel down in church and suddenly I'd get this spasm in my lower back and then, oh my gosh, I didn't do anything about it for ten years.
Along comes relief factor, I take the product, two weeks later, it's Sunday, and I realize I don't have any problem kneeling down.
Oh, I get it!
That's how this thing works.
It attacks the source of the pain, which is the inflammation.
If you've tried everything else and failed, do what I did.
Call 800-500-8384-reliefactor.com.
You deserve to know if you could be the next success story.
You've waited long enough.
What have you got to lose?
Nothing, except for the pain.
800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
Thank you.
...drove Justice Antonin Scalia.
Alrighty.
The true fuel.
Do I have any media today?
Am I doing Bannon?
Bannon, 515, to talk about Trump and the economy.
Okay.
Somebody's drilling, you've got to tell him to stop bloody drilling.
Come on, what the hell is that?
Where's... Is John here?
Somebody's hammering and drilling right here.
Thank you.
Sometimes people come up to me and inquire, you know, Justice Scalia, when did you first become an originalist?
You know, it's some weird affliction, you know, when did you start eating human flesh?
That twinkling sense of humor, how he is missed.
A completely different kind of generation.
Of course, that was Associate Justice Antonin Scalia.
Dear friends, we have talk radio.
Yes, we have talk radio.

Let's go to your calls waiting very patiently in Wisconsin.
David, line three.
Greetings, Dr. G.
I might be remembering this wrong, but during the Trump administration, there was a shoot down of a QR4 reconnaissance drone, high altitude, by the Iranians.
Rather than taking action against the base that shot it down, the Iranian base that shot it down, there was some strong words to follow.
I'm just using my Mark 1A1 gray cell computer.
I don't have interweb, so it's probably not.
But I do recall, I think the term was proportional response.
Yes.
Yeah, they captured one of our drones and they released footage of it from Tehran showing that it had been captured.
And as you well remember with your Mark 1, A1 recollection, Your old grey cell databanks.
A very stern message was sent to that regime.
A regime which, by the way, we almost literally brought to its knees with our embargoes and the restrictions on international trade by the murderous Mullers.
All of which is being slowly undone and reversed by this administration.
So well done, David.
Good for you.
Stay on the line.
Let's give David a signed copy of my first book, the one that propelled me to the White House, Defeating Jihad.
All of my works, Defeating Jihad, Why We Fight in the War for America's Soul, are available at our website.
Go to sebgorkastore.com.
That's Defeating Jihad, why we fight in the war for America's soul, but our buddy David is going to get a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.
Stay on the line, we'll get your address and it will be winging its way to you.
That's sebgorkastore.com.
Next up, what do we do with the deep state?
Well, we've got a man who has fought the deep state from Capitol Hill as Chief Investigator for the House Intelligence Committee, as Deputy National Director of Intelligence, and as Chief of Staff for the Pentagon in the Trump administration.
That's quite a guy.
He's Kash Patel.
That's America First, one-on-one, next. . . . . . . . . . next. . . . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Thank you.
Thank you.
Indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
For the land of the free and the home of the brave.
USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!
45th President of the United States with the January 6th Prison Choir.
A song that was released without much fanfare, but which has shot up through the charts.
Why was it released and how did it get released?
Let's talk to a man who's at the center of getting justice for all patriots.
He's a fighter extraordinaire.
I could spend the next hour Rattling off his positions at the DOJ on Capitol Hill in the Pentagon and working for the Trump administration.
Let's just say he's a good friend of all patriots.
Kash Patel!
Welcome back to America First One-on-One.
Seb, thanks so much for having me back on the show and opening with the song.
It's a great start.
Now, I saw you at CPAC, of course.
We had a lot of fun at CPAC recently.
And you said, something big is going to happen.
I can't tell you.
Can't tell you, but something big is going to happen.
I think we know what that big thing is right now.
Will you tell us about the story behind the song and why it was released and President Trump's involvement?
Yeah, absolutely.
So fortunately, I was able to be a part of this.
We thought, hey, we need to raise not just awareness for the Jan Six movement, not just to show that there's a two-tier system of justice that DOJ and FBI are doing, but to make people effectuate change.
So we thought, and, you know, Real America's Voice and Ed Henry were a great partner with Great Pyramid Records, and we put together this song.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Ed Henry did something serious in his life?
Ed Henry, that fun old clowny Ed Henry did something serious.
God bless Ed Henry.
Yeah, I gotta give it to him on this one.
A great partner and he's, you know, most people don't know this, but the prisoners sing the National Anthem every single night at 6pm.
For 755 plus trade days.
So we thought we would capture that, make it into a song, and then of course we had the great Donald Trump come in, recite the Pledge of Allegiance, and we interspersed it into the song and listed it as an official song release.
And it went number one in six hours.
It knocked off Miley Cyrus, Morgan Wallen, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, OneRepublic, everybody.
Six straight days later, it's still number one.
So what am I telling you?
Go to j6prisonchoir.com.
Download, download, download.
Bye, bye, bye.
All net proceeds go to Jan Six Families.
Nobody's making money on this thing.
That's the beauty of it.
And if you haven't seen the video, go to fightwithcash.com where we've got the video posted.
The video's free.
It's very moving to this song.
And Donald Trump, you know, helped release this.
And only the way he could.
If he does something, of course it goes to number one.
We are literally melting the music media industry down.
There have been 55 hit pieces on us so far because we spent zero dollars on marketing, zero dollars on paying anyone anything to do anything, and we're raising money for those families in need who have been unjustly treated by our government for January 6th.
But I thought we've been told that President Trump doesn't care about the January 6th political prisoners.
I'm confused.
Help me out, Cash.
Yeah, and it's just another fake news narrative.
If you look at the clowns at Rolling Bone magazine or whatever else is out there, they will still find a way to say, even though the song's number one, thanks to President Trump's seriousness and involvement for January 6th, they will somehow say, well, it's not streaming as high as, you know, this song, these other songs were three months ago.
The only thing that matters is it's number one and that so many Americans Can relate to this and want to be a part of it.
And a special announcement for your show, Seb.
Today, after six days at number one, the J6 Prison Choir is releasing a 45 on 45.
What does that mean?
What?
We're actually selling a vinyl record of this song.
Two-sided track.
All money, net proceeds, go to J6 Families.
Releasing today at j6prisonchoir.com.
Get 45 on a 45.
How do you like that?
Well, you know, I'm an old bastard so I love it.
I went to a store yesterday where I actually bought some film on a film roll to put in a camera and the shop is actually going to develop the 35mm film for me that I'm going to shoot in a camera that isn't digital.
So, dude, that is epic.
45 on 45.
Go right now.
J6PrisonChoir.com.
That's J6PrisonChoir.com.
Order The 45 on 45, download the electronic song to support the families that are still suffering today.
And I've used it on my Newsmax show twice already in the last two weeks.
Please also look at the heart-wrenching video.
Every night in their orange federal jumpsuits, these political prisoners say the Lord's Prayer and then they sing the national anthem, go to fight All right, so much to discuss.
National security, politics, elections, and you name it.
That's shocking video.
All right.
So much to discuss.
National security, politics, elections, and you name it.
Let's let's talk about let's stay on this issue just for a millisecond.
Pleasant surprise.
Kevin McCarthy has released more than 44,000 hours of the footage Americans weren't allowed to see of January the 6th from the CCTV camera footage.
I'm a little worried because Tucker Carlson I think is Under the gun with the statements of Chuck Schumer, then Mitch McConnell reaching out to Paul Ryan, the board of Fox.
It's clear last week they made changes to his program he didn't want to make.
We're not seeing as much footage as I would like to see.
It would be nice to get it out to other networks, to other places, Breitbart, Newsmax, you name it.
So we had a little bit of redundancy which in a war is always useful and this is a an information war.
But let's, you know, you're a former terrorism prosecutor for the DOJ, so we've got the footage here that Tucker's team released of Brian Sicknick that puts to bed, for example, that he was murdered by the January 6th protesters.
We see him, after he was allegedly murdered, walking around the Capitol.
But Brian Sicknick should not be reduced to a prop for the political ambitions of the Democratic Party.
He was a human being.
The facts of his life matter, including how he died.
To this day, media accounts describe Sicknick as someone who was, quote, slain on January 6th.
The video we reviewed proves that is a lie.
Here is surveillance footage of Sicknick walking in the Capitol after he was supposedly murdered by the mob outside.
By all appearances, Sicknick is...
So, we see he's fine, he's walking around in a helmet.
We see the footage of Jacob Chansley, this quote-unquote January 6th shaman, being escorted through the building at times by up to nine, nine Capitol Police officers.
You're the former prosecutor.
Are there any...
Forget politics.
Are there any legal ramifications?
Can we get this guy out of prison who was given 41 months?
What happens to everybody else?
You're the expert.
Is this just a political win or is there something deeper going on here?
Well, there's got to be analysis.
Look, as a former federal public defender who challenged the DOJ on so many cases in federal court about what we call Brady violations, violations by the DOJ prosecutors for failing to intentionally disclose exculpatory evidence and evidence of impeachment.
So it's called Brady and Giglio.
Let's put the legal parlance aside.
What due process, the Constitution, the Supreme Court demand Prosecutors and the DOJ must turn over all evidence that even might be evidence of innocence and evidence of impeachment.
They don't have to use their judgment to answer the question.
It's just a maybe.
41,000 hours of videotape said is evidence and it must be turned over.
So the question now pivots back to the judges who are just as accountable as the DOJ.
The defense attorneys in this case must make arguments in every single case to say, judge, we were not shown this videotape.
We were, it was withheld from us and we would have made a decision differently had we had the entire access to the evidence.
That's a constitutional violation that can get a lot of these DOJ prosecutors in hot water if they're proven to have lied to a federal judge.
But it's going to take a mountain of work because as you said at the top, I'm glad that Tucker got some of the video out, but Speaker McCarthy has said he's going to release it to everyone, and that's what we need to have happen.
We need the online sleuths, the everyday Americans, to analyze the video, to help the defense attorneys and say, whether it's for, you know, the QAnon shaman guy or whoever, or the thousand other people charged, they need to go through this video and say, look how this applies to your defendant, and go into federal court and say, judge, you were lied to because the DOJ withheld evidence, and that impacted my client's judicial process.
That is a win, but we need the evidence.
Let's be smart, guys.
We need redundancy.
Get that information out there.
Get it to all news outlets that believe in the news, and also to all the brave attorneys and lawyers out there who are prepared to do something with it.
Their website, we'll talk about it momentarily, is governmentgangsters.com.

Let's talk about the latest revelations on Monday and Tuesday from Chairman Comer, the investigations of corruption in the Biden family.
We have this latest bombshell that in any other normal nation would literally bring down a government within 24 hours.
That $3 million was sent from communist China to the Biden family partner who then divvied up the $3 million amongst Biden family members right after Biden had left the White House.
And one of those family members is somebody who hasn't been discussed yet.
The intimation is that it's the First Lady.
I've got to ask you, you're a realist, you're a fighter, you've been in the swamp fighting the deep state.
This is incredible news.
Will there be any consequences?
Not from the DOJ, because they're controlled by Merrick Garland's FBI, Chris Wray and Merrick Garland.
So that's not happening.
But what Comer can do, and what I think he's setting up to do is what we did in Russiagate, is issue subpoenas for the documentation.
They got the suspicious activity reports.
Now they need to put those out unredacted for the American people to see in their entirety.
Let's get a little bit wonky here, but most people don't know what a SAR is.
So, explain the Suspicious Activity Report, why it exists, how it functions, and why the fact that Hunter Biden has literally hundreds of SARs connected to his bank account, why that's a big deal.
Will you break that down as a former terrorist prosecutor?
Yeah.
As a former prosecutor, look, fraud in the banking industry is really hard to detect.
And the banks, by law, are mandated to flag any suspicious activity that crosses through their financial institutions.
They are mandated to report that to the government.
Now, let's be upfront about it.
Just because you have one SAR doesn't mean you're committing a crime.
It's just a flag.
But if you have a hundred or a thousand, then maybe the DOJ and FBI should look at it.
But each single one could be an instance of a crime being committed.
The decision is not up to the banking industry.
It's up to the DOJ and FBI.
So when Comer went out and got these SARs, these Suspicious Activity Reports, they're directly from the financial institutions.
They're not FBI or DOJ documents.
And they speak to who was involved in the activity, why it's suspicious, and then you press the DOJ and FBI to say, have you looked at this criminally?
It sure looks like it's a crime.
We must build that public uproar with these documents, these SARs.
They need to be made fully public, unredacted.
And there's also this aspect, and I have to say, so far so good, I'm impressed with the robustness or the forward-leaning attitude of Chairman Comer.
He said very bluntly two days ago, there's millions and millions of dollars coming in from China, from Ukraine, to Russia, to these Biden companies.
But there's no activity.
They're not doing anything.
They're not manufacturing anything.
They're not publishing anything.
They're not providing any consultancy services.
I'm not the prosecutor.
I studied a bit of international law, and I stayed at a holiday inn once.
But at the end of the day, that's called money laundering, isn't it?
When you are sloshing money in and out of a legal entity, but there's no activity to match the movement of the money.
Am I crazy here?
No, it's simply money laundering and or fraud and or wire fraud.
When you use the United States banking infrastructure system to commit a financial fraud, that is wire fraud.
It's a federal crime.
It's not sexy, doesn't sound cool, but like money laundering, but it's just as bad, if not worse.
So whatever you want to label it, I think Chairman Comer agrees, doing a great job so far in getting this information out there.
But I think we need to hold the witnesses accountable with the documentation in front of the American public.
So when these hearings go live, they need to be able to show these SARS to the American public and say to the witness in the seat, whether it's whoever Biden, why did you do this?
What's going on here?
And were you participating in criminal activity?
Of course they're not going to answer that.
But then you bring in the DOJ and FBI and demand why they're not investigating these guys criminally.
And that's the best we can do because this DOJ and FBI is completely bankrupt and won't actually prosecute a Biden.
And the idea that the U.S.
Attorney in Delaware has been sitting on evidence for nigh on three years now, how does that happen?
Is that just, you know, James?
Is that just Joe?
Is that Hunter saying to his buddy in Delaware, hey, dude, just put that on the back burner for another few years?
Yeah, maybe.
Like, we don't know because they're not saying anything about it, and I understand that from an investigatory standpoint.
And look, the reality is fraud cases take about two years to build anyway.
But you're right, they're way past the two-year mark, and they should have publicly informed America about something.
Because instead of leaving us wondering, and instead of having this DOJ rig elections with false information along with the FBI, maybe they should tell us, hey, we investigated and concluded nothing, or we investigated X, Y, and Z, and we need more information to criminally charge whoever.
They have the ability to do that.
They're choosing not to make these statements because I think they're hiding information about the Biden family corruption.
Bingo, bingo.

I know he was on the board.
I found out he was on the board after he was on the board.
And that was it.
And there's nobody... Well, you had a lot of time.
Isn't it something you want to get to the bottom of?
No, because I trust my son.
Yeah, he trusts his son, the guy who was kicked out of the military for being a drug addict day one.
He never spoke to him about his business arrangements, never met any of his business partners, despite the fact that if you go online right now and you plug in Biden, Hunter, business partners and Cafe Milano, you will find a photograph in a very Fashionable restaurant in the swamp here in Georgetown.
It's not very good, guys.
It's overrated and the food's not that good.
But if you're a swamp creature, you go to Cafe Milano and you can see Joe Biden with Hunter Biden's Central Asian dodgy business partner.
So he was lying then and he's still lying today.
Let's talk about the new project in which you unveil all of the Dirty underbelly of the deep state.
It's called Government Gangsters.
It is the book you have written, Government Gangsters, the deep state, the truth and the battle for our democracy.
Cash, I know this book is available now for pre-order.
Last time we spoke you said it was in some kind of purgatory of intelligence community, DoD censorship.
Can you give us an update?
Yeah, absolutely.
Thanks so much.
Governmentgangsters.com.
It's on pre-order.
And yeah, Seb, most people don't know this, but when you leave government, you know this, of course, but when you leave government and you write a book, you have to submit your manuscript back to the government for this unnecessarily delayed process of a review so they can clear it.
It's been in there for four months.
I've now got a legal team.
We're going to take them to federal court if need be.
This book's coming out.
And as Donald Trump put on the on the pre-sale rollout a month or two ago, this book is the blueprint for how we win back the White House in 24 and how we take back the agencies and departments from instead of serving their overlords, they serve the American people.
I highlight by name all the government gangsters at DOJ, FBI, NSA, CIA, DOD, why they failed us, but more importantly, how we use the levers of government to remove them from power, make sure we defeat the weaponization of all of these agencies and departments and put in great personnel. make sure we defeat the weaponization of all of these By the way, Seb Gorka might have to lead one of these come 2024.
We'll talk about that another day.
But we have the bench and I pull no punches in this book.
Go order it right now.
GovernmentGangsters.com.
We're doing something never done in publishing history before.
I am personalizing all the books at GovernmentGangsters.com.
You want a message?
You want a signature?
You want a cartoon character?
I'll draw it.
Go ahead and pick up your copy today.
GovernmentGangsters.com.
Donald Trump thinks it's a blueprint, so I'm thinking that's a pretty good endorsement.
Governmentgangsters.com, that is a good endorsement.
Almost as good as the liners we have on this show from the 45th President of the United States.
Governmentgangsters.com.
I want everybody to pre-order it right now.
Let me just ask you this.
You're a former federal prosecutor.
You're a former chief of staff of the Pentagon.
Why don't you just publish it?
Because I'd love to see the Feds try and take you down in court.
I think you'd chew them up and spit them out.
I think it would be fun, but then you always give them that piece of ammunition that says, oh, he acted improperly.
He knows better because he was chief of staff and this and that and the other thing.
Look, there's no classified information in there.
I know how to write this book.
Right.
And that's not it.
They just they're they're embarrassed.
They're embarrassed that someone is out there willing to name people by name and position and how they fail and why they're corrupt and fraud.
They don't want that out, and so we're going to fight them.
It's coming out.
We're not having redactions.
Government Gangsters is going to take on a life of its own here in short order, thanks to all the pre-sales already.
It's even available on Amazon.
Even Uncle Jeff is letting me sell the book over there, but that's the easy part.
How shocked are people going to be when they read the final unredacted version of that book, Cash?
It might hurt some feelings there, Seb, but here's the thing.
All the people that are named, unlike the New York Times or CNN or Politico, it's not made up trash.
They acted.
They are accountable to the American people.
It's about time they got called out.
And I'm talking about the likes of Milley and Esper and Barr and Rosenstein and Wray and so many others, and not just cabinet secretaries, the Charmellas of the world and everybody else underneath them.
That caused so much disruption with fake information and false information and rigging elections that we got to make sure it never happens again.
So we got to get educated on it.
And I did something about it and I wrote Government Gangsters.
He did it on radio right now.
We're going to have to censor this episode.
He said Eric Cermela.
He mentioned the name of the whistleblower.
I remember the first time I met Rosenstein at a meeting, at a DOJ meeting.
Oh my God, what an oligogenous, creepy lizard he is.
I mean, just one of the worst out there.
Governmentgangsters.com, governmentgangsters.com.
Next we'll talk about the plan.
What are we going to do to fix it all?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First One-on-One.
All right, this is the part that's most interesting for me, Cash.
And again, I'm going to be deadly honest.
Bannon always tells me, don't worry about it.
It's all being sorted out in the background.
I don't believe you, Steve.
You're playing a good game to keep everybody pumped and ready for victory next year.
I don't think we have a requisite bench to take control and to truly drain the deep swan.
When you're talking about people like you and me or Bannon, we've got maybe, I don't know, 20, tops 30 of people who could be in senior positions to actually cut out the dead wood, to stop the corruption, to gain control of the executive branches of government in a way that represents the will of the American to gain control of the executive branches of government in a way that represents the will of That's not something we're going to solve today, who's building the bench or how many we have, but I want to hear from you.
I want everybody to go to governmentgangsters.com.
I want them to order the book, but I want you to give us a glimpse right now What we do differently.
I've got two things, and tell me what else we need.
Number one, get most of the departments out of DC.
If you move them out of DC, the schlep, the permanent bureaucracy, the unaccountable bureaucracy, are not going to want to move to South Dakota or Wyoming.
We can downsize them, we can fill the gaps with real patriots who want to represent the will of the American people.
Get the swamp out of swamp town, number one, which a president can do.
And then secondly, there has to be some kind of enforcement system.
I pitched this to Steve.
I pitched this at the first few weeks of the administration.
You need tough guys who go from Uh, department to department and say to the secretary, Mr. Secretary, what have you done in the last seven days to serve the will of the American people and the presidential intent?
If they get the wrong answers, they go back to the oval.
They tell the boss, you need to can this guy and he's out of there.
We need, we need an enforcement system and we need to, we need to grip the swamp Within the first three weeks of action, otherwise it's going to be a disaster.
What do you think of my ideas and what would you, Kash Patel, as the guy who ran the Pentagon, what else would you add?
No, those are fantastic ideas, and I think they're the only two foundational ideas we need.
And the way you get the bench in there, and you're right, that's a conversation for another day, is you not just employ cabinet secretaries and undersecretaries, but deputies, chiefs of staff, principals.
You go down the rung 10 to 15 deep in every agency and appoint one of America First Trump guys across the board, whether it's the Department of Ag or the FBI.
And we have that bench, and we need to put it in there.
We didn't do it the last time, so this time, day one, everybody goes in without fail.
And you're right, the second is almost as important as the first.
If you don't ride these people to make sure they stay on message and stay on point and follow the commander-in-chief who was duly elected, in this case, President Trump, in 2024, Then they will be removed.
But what I've learned, Seb, the fastest way to do that is, yes, you need guys chasing them down nonstop, but you also threaten them by taking their money.
That is the number one thing these government gangsters respond to when they want new office spaces.
And let's do the FBI as an example, because they're front and center of being the worst corrupt actors in government.
They want this new mega complex headquarters somewhere in Maryland or Virginia.
Even a Republican governor is lobbying.
Glenn Youngkin is lobbying for a new Pentagon-sized FBI building to reward the Feds.
It's insane cash.
No, it doesn't work.
It's the overcorrection, false messaging.
They're like, look, new FBI building, new team here to stay.
It's garbage.
And it's a waste of taxpayer money.
Here's what you do.
You take the Hoover building, the FBI building in downtown D.C.
That is the size of a New York City square block.
Wow.
And you shut it down.
You reopen it as the museum to the deep state.
And you make it free for all Americans to visit.
Then you take all the personnel that was in that building.
And you only need about 50 to actually run this place.
And you put them in a small office.
And you send every other agent and every other lawyer and every other staffer across the 50 states to go chase down criminals, child predators, drug dealers, rapists, gangsters, MS-13.
and lock up the people that are doing harm to our communities and restore the cops to being cops.
And you can do that with every single agency.
Like you said, they can be downsized.
They don't need these behemoth headquarters-sized buildings.
But the FBI is the greatest example.
They walk across the street to DOJ, same thing.
All you have is tens of thousands of people saying, how do we get to no, instead of how do we get America to yes, so we can help them.
And the FBI and DOJ are prime examples.
You do it at DOD, you do it at CIA.
DOD and the Defense Industrial Complex, that's a little bit of a different layout.
I outline that in detail in my book.
I think the Defense Industrial Complex is worse than every lobbying institution combined.
And that is why they are desperately trying to get us into yet another world war in the Ukraine.
Because they care more about money, dollars and cents than they do about American blood.
And it's not easy to take them on, but we're going to need the right personnel across the board at DOD to do the similar stuff.
What about the IC?
What about the intelligence community?
17 agencies, a seemingly redundant Office of the National Director.
Can't we have swinging cuts and changes there?
I mean, you were inside the belly.
Can we fix that?
Absolutely.
Look, in the short time that I was Deputy Director of National Intelligence over there, we cut 10% of the workforce.
And so if we can do it and defeat that false narrative that you can't zero out federal employees, it's a total false narrative.
It's a fiction.
If you take away their budget and you zero them out, they will move on.
They will be given the choice to leave government or stay at a post in Kodiak, Alaska.
There are ways to do this, but you have to do it.
And you're right, the IC needs to be shrunk.
Not grown, shrunk.
And we need to send the CIA back on mission.
The CIA is not a special forces operations unit.
It is an intelligence collection unit.
Get your officers out of Langley, put them around the world so they can detect intelligence like they were trained to do and not be a quasi special forces commando unit so you can publicize your small False victories around the world.
We need you to collect intel so the operational components of DoD and etc can act.
Do your job.
These agencies need to return to that.
All they care about is government reach, expanding, growing, taking up more landscape.
We need to go the other way.
It's governmentgangsters.com, governmentgangsters.com, order it right now.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First, one-on-one, coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous, noisome swamp that is Washington, D.C.
All right, I'm going to put you on the spot right now, my dear friend Kash Patel, because I need a question-answer that's been vexing me for nigh on two and a half years now.
The intelligence classification structure of the United States.
It is built for one man.
It is built not for the Speaker of the House, not for the Director of Central Intelligence or the Director of National Intelligence.
It is built for the incumbent President.
As we know, a President can declassify anything he wishes to.
He can declassify the nuclear launch codes, should he so wish to.
He can give anybody, he can give his pet poodle a top-secret SCI crew clearance from the Department of Energy, should he so wish to do so.
Why, why at the end of the Trump administration did it seem as if the intelligence community had the White House at its beck and call and when the president wanted stuff declassified it didn't get declassified.
It went back to the agencies for second opinions, third opinions and they just slow rolled it.
When if We win.
If President Trump comes back, why can't you just say, literally, 12.01, these documents on the Russia collusion hoax, these documents on who Azra Turk is, what happened crossfire hurricane, what happened with all of these intelligence operations against American citizens, they are declassified now and here we are handing them to Breitbart, here we are handing them to Newsmax, here we are giving them to the American people.
Why didn't that happen?
Because of the bureaucratic malaise, because of the government gangsters, because of the people I identify like Pat Cipollone at White House counsel and his sidekick, these people thought it amongst themselves and the Gina Haspel's of the world and the Mark Milley's to get together and thwart the orders of the commander-in-chief who was still sitting behind the desk of the Oval Office when he gave those commands.
They thought they could upend constitutional law And you're right.
When he wins again in 2024 on day one, they should go in there and say, everything's declassified.
