This is America First with Sebastian Gorka and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G, and welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne, happy to be along with all of you today, and happy to fill in for Dr. G, who is a little bit under the weather, but he is going to make it through.
Hopefully he'll be back with you tomorrow.
In the meantime, I'm on loan from Salem Radio in Los Angeles, AM 870 The Answer, AM 590 The Answer.
I host The Morning Answer alongside my sidekick to the stars, Grant Stinchfield.
You may know him from Real America's Voice and from Newsmax.
And there is so much to talk about today, that is for sure.
And we start with January 6th.
Have you guys watched some of the tapes?
Now, not the 40,000 hours, of course, nobody could get through that.
But the January 6th tapes were handed over by the Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, to Fox News personality Tucker Carlson.
And according to Tucker, his team had been scouring through the footage And it released some bombshells on Monday and then some of that information started to taper off a little bit.
Did you notice that Monday we were jam-packed with information?
Now a lot of us who follow this program, that follow conservative news that are a little more dialed in politically, I don't know if there were any big bombshells that were released about January 6 that seemed that maybe some narratives were broken.
But for the common person who wasn't following these tapes, maybe there was something to be gathered.
But then as the week went on, the threats started flying from Chuck Schumer.
From Mitch McConnell, who, by the way, took a fall yesterday.
He has a concussion.
He's in the hospital and is, I guess, recovering from all of that.
But after the threat started flying from the Uniparty in the United States Senate, it seems that Tucker Carlson tamped things down a little bit.
What do you think about that?
Have you noticed that what were promised to be bombshells Maybe weren't quite the bombshells that we were expecting, or maybe there's more.
We thought there'd be like a dripping kind of effect all throughout the week, kind of culminating with a big reveal.
And maybe we'll still get that from Tucker Carlson.
But is it possible someone got to the Murdochs and Rupert Murdoch and maybe got to Tucker Carlson to tamp down some of the information?
833-33-GORKA.
We are going to be taking your calls on that today.
Did someone get to Tucker?
Did the Murdochs want to decide to cover their own rear end?
833-33-GORKA.
There's also the issue of the Speaker of the House giving those tapes primarily To Tucker Carlson.
Now, look, I love Tucker.
I don't think that he is a pro-Trump guy, certainly.
He indicates that in some text messages that were released this week.
I don't know if he is all MAGA.
I think he definitely has more connections with the swamp in the United States Congress.
I think that he serves a purpose.
And certainly a lot of people, Republicans especially, pay attention to what Tucker Carlson says.
And some people even think he's kind of the de facto leader of the Republican Party alongside Donald Trump.
Now, I don't know if I agree with all of that.
But Kevin McCarthy chose Tucker Carlson for a reason to give these tapes to.
And quite frankly, I was a little surprised.
Because if you're like me, what happens in the United States government, that is ours.
That belongs to us.
That belongs to the taxpayers.
It doesn't really necessarily lie on the doorstep of Kevin McCarthy to decide who gets to see what.
And the reason I say that is because I would be furious if Nancy Pelosi were deciding that she was only going to give the same tapes to certain outlets like MSNBC.
Think about our reaction if Nancy Pelosi would have come out and said, you know what?
I'm only giving these tapes to Don Lemon.
Sorry.
It's not up to one person.
Those are our tapes.
As taxpayers, we deserve to know the truth.
We deserve to transparently know what happened on January 6th, the so-called Insurrection Day.
I think you got to be a little fair, fair-minded.
If Kevin McCarthy is going to give them to Tucker Carlson, is he going to give them to anybody else?
Well, now we found out, and we're going to talk to Matt Boyle in just a few minutes from Breitbart.
Super excited for that interview.
But we found out that Kevin McCarthy is now willing to release these tapes to everyone.
Happy to hear this.
Don't know if it's a little late, but let's take a listen to video cut 16.
Do you think that there's anything in there that might lead to any of these convictions being vacated or people getting pardoned or something down the road?
I have not been able to.
There's 48,000 tapes.
I haven't gone through them, so I don't know.
But I leave that up to the justice system.
But the one thing I will say is, to be fair and equal justice, if there's any person that's accused, they should be able to have a right to see the tapes to make their own defense.
Now, he has said that these tapes are going to be available to everyone, and that's really because there's been a lot of pressure on Tucker Carlson, excuse me, not Tucker Carlson, on Speaker McCarthy and the United States government for holding back these tapes while prosecuting people who are losing their entire lives for years and years and years because they were at the Capitol on January 6th.
You know the guy, the QAnon shaman?
Such a ridiculous name.
But the guy who, look, probably should have been cited by the fashion police.
He was the guy who showed up in the in the horns.
He had the like the loincloth on and was seen in the Capitol.
People love to look at him because he was this crazy looking guy.
I heard one of our friends on conservative radio calling him a Chewbacca costume today.
But that guy is spending, his name's Jacob Chansley, he's spending Years in prison because he was at the Capitol on January 6th, and people said that he was instigating all of the riots and everything that was going on.
Well, it turns out that for his defense, his attorney, who was on Tucker last night, said that he had asked for these tapes, he had asked for this footage to be turned over, and he was met with prickets.
Like a big goose egg.
The government did not turn this over as part of Discovery or others.
This, you would think, would really be a piece of somebody's defense if they are being accused of prompting a riot, an insurrection, and then the footage that exists of them on camera is not used in the court.
And what that camera footage showed is that police officers, Capitol Police in the building, were actually taking this guy, Jacob Chansley, on a tour of the Capitol.
They were letting him in places.
They were opening doors for him.
Well, the news media vilified him as one of the instigators of the so-called insurrection, the police.
The faux insurrection is what I like to call it.
And so now there's a lot of heat on Speaker McCarthy about why that didn't get turned over sooner.
Well, he wasn't Speaker, he couldn't release it, but he can now.
And certainly there are going to be a lot of lawyers for the people that have found themselves in jail.
There are going to be a lot of lawyers trying to get their hands on that footage to get that put back into a court proceeding.
I think you're going to see a lot of these convictions For these folks who were involved on January 6th, thrown out once this footage is out there.
So it's good.
The lawyers can get this.
Speaker McCarthy says that they can have all of this footage, but it should also go to every single media outlet out there.
Let it be known.
We want transparency.
We want it to be everywhere.
A little more from Kevin McCarthy talking about Chuck Schumer and this attempt by the Democrats to censor people's understanding of what happened on January 6th.
This is video cut 17.
Your counterpart in the Senate, Chuck Schumer, the Democrat Senate Majority Leader over there, his reaction to this was he called for Rupert Murdoch and Fox News as a channel to censor Tucker Carlson.
We see you push for more censorship from the left all the time.
That's their answer to everything.
What's your reaction to Chuck Schumer trying to keep the information from the public?
I wish Chuck Schumer would read the Constitution.
The Democrats always go to censorship.
You watch what they did with the laptop.
You watch what they did with Twitter.
They want to use government as much as they can to censure what people can see and what people can know.
This is the difference between us.
I believe in the Constitution.
I trust the American people.
And you should just have the ability to have all the information and let people make their own judgment.
Let people make their own judgment, get that information.
That's why I'm glad we heard that commitment from House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, that these tapes are going to go everywhere.
Again, Tucker is a great start, but we need those tapes in the hands of every news media outlet on every platform so that the American people can see what really happened that day.
Stick it to the people who were there not doing the right thing, but I guarantee you that that is a handful of people and that we have political prisoners now stacked up in jails across this country for committing really no crimes at all and maybe even being instigated and turned up by government officials and members of the Capitol Police who were allowing people to wander in.
They were moving barricades and opening doors.
Let those tapes be known so we can see what happened and make our own judgment.
And the question of the day is, what do you think Tucker Carlson's role is in all of this?
Did someone get to him?
Has he pulled back on the coverage?
I haven't seen the big bombshells that I've been promised.
Have you?
I want to talk about that this hour.
There is lots to unpack here about whether or not somebody said, you know, all of these so-called bombshells, we need to push them aside.
833-33-GORKA.
Chime in any time today on anything we talk about.
That's 833-33-GORKA.
We will take your calls and we will figure this out.
Did Rupert Murdoch, did somebody at Fox say enough is enough to Tucker about these so-called January 6th revelations?
833-33-GORKA.
As we continue, we'll be joined by the man who interviewed Speaker McCarthy himself.
Matt Boyle from Breitbart joins us.
Jennifer Horne in for Sebastian Gorka.

I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Welcome back to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne from Salem Radio in Los Angeles.
Happy to be filling in for my buddy Seb.
He's a little under the weather today, but he'll be doing okay.
He'll be back in no time.
He's a strong guy and he's on Relief Factor.
We'll be back before you even know it.
All right, so a big interview from Breitbart, our friends over at Breitbart.com.
You can check them out each and every day for your news, and you should.
An exclusive interview with Speaker Kevin McCarthy after the release of the January 6th tapes to Tucker Carlson, some of them that started airing this week.
Joining us right now is the person who interviewed this speaker.
And of course, a friend of this program, Matt Boyle, is here.
You can give him a follow on Truth Social, at RealMattBoyle.
And Matt, thanks for being with us and welcome to America First.
Hey, thanks for having me.
It is great to have you now.
You sat down with Kevin McCarthy, and I know this is a two-parter, right?
There's going to be more information coming, but I was really happy to hear he says that these tapes are going to be available to the public, not just to Tucker, because those really are our tapes, aren't they?
Yeah.
So look, there's a whole ton of other stuff that we talked about during the interview that will come out in the coming days and weeks.
It takes our team a lot of time to make these perfect and get them all ready to roll.
We talked about all sorts of things like the debt ceiling, China, immigration, the cartels, all sorts of stuff like that.
All that stuff's coming.
But the big thing, we had to get it out immediately because this is in the news.
This is the most in-depth interview the Speaker's done since he made the decision to authorize the release of the Capitol security tapes from January 6th, the surveillance video to Tucker Carlson.
So I asked him for the logic and the reasoning why he decided to do so.
He argued that it's in the interest of transparency and the public deserves to see what happened to there and whether or not it fits with the narrative that the January 6th committee is putting forward, uh, or that they put forward their defunct committee.
Now they're totally shut down because the new Republican majority, uh, uh, ended the thing.
Um, but then in addition to that, uh, uh, I also asked him if he intends to release them publicly and he said they do.
There's 42,000 hours, he said, which is a lot more than the 14,000 hours that the committee staff said last Congress that there was.
So they're going through all the footage right now, and they're removing things like, you know, secret doors, security reasons, stuff, right?
Like, they can't release that stuff.
Totally understandable.
We don't need to know, like, where the leadership gets taken in a crisis or something like that.
What's his inclination?
Probably a better thing that that stuff doesn't come out.
But everything they can release, they do intend to release to the public.
And they're working on it right now.
What's his inclination?
Because, you know, it was the plight of the Republican politician to try to maintain their status by condemning what went on at the Capitol.
And look, there were some bad behaviors, right?
There were people who were breaking the law that were at the Capitol that day.
I think everybody who was saying things that those people should be prosecuted.
But by and large, there are plenty of people that have been prosecuted that weren't really doing anything wrong.
And that was a narrative that has been busted apart by these hours and hours of footage.
So does the speaker seem to have a take On how Republicans should be reacting to this now?
No, he says he wants to put it all out there in the interest of transparency and let the chips fall where they may, right?
Let people make their own decisions.
That's his argument.
He says he personally hasn't even gone through the examples and so on and so forth.
I don't think he really intends to.
I think he's just going to put it all out there and then let people decide for themselves what does it show?
What do the various moments show?
And I'm sure there's bad moments in there too.
By the way, the January 6th committee had some of these tapes that they released during their committee hearings.
And they showed the worst moments of these of several of these people.
Whereas the the stuff that you saw in Tucker Carlson seems to be the some of the better moments of some of these people.
And so maybe, you know, we should stop the narrative building and we should stop lying like Liz Cheney, Adam Kinsinger and Benny Thompson have been doing for you.
By the way, Benny Thompson made a really stunning admission the other day.
I don't know if you saw this.
Benny Thompson, he was the chairman of the January 6th Select Committee, the whole last Congress.
He was appointed by Nancy Pelosi.
He was running the whole investigation.
He said that neither he nor any of the other members of the committee, that means Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, or any of the Democrats that were on the committee, none of them actually went through the raw surveillance footage, that they assigned it to some staffer.
So the members themselves didn't.
I think it's a good thing for the public to be able to see all of this stuff.
And so hopefully in the interest of transparency, we can get to some actual truth about this.
And, you know, I think that the Speaker deserves a lot of credit here, because this is an extremely courageous thing for him to fight the media, the left.
I mean, look, when we were doing the interview, we did the interview in the Speaker's ceremonial office yesterday afternoon.
There were hundreds of reporters standing right outside the room.
Ready to jump on him and try to ask him questions.
They were all trying to peer through the blinds and stuff.
It was unbelievable.
It was a surreal moment in the Capitol.
I think the only other time I've seen that many reporters waiting for a member was back when Anthony Weiner was in trouble.
It was a surreal scene doing this interview in the middle of this thing.
It was perfect timing.
That's why we rushed to get this part of the special that we're doing.
We had this on the books for a couple months, right?
We were planning on this for a while.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But I think the speaker deserves an enormous amount of courage and our credit for the courage that he's showing here.
And frankly, I think it's a good thing to push for transparencies.
So hopefully we get these tapes soon, and then the public can make their own determinations, not Liz Cheney's determinations made for them.
Absolutely.
Or any individual.
I mean, I don't need Tucker Carlson or Don Lemon or Liz Cheney telling me what to think.
I'd like to be able to think about them and look at them myself.
How is he feeling?
Because there is a lot, especially from the Senate, Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer, unbelievable kind of joining forces and condemning this move to release the footage, you would think that they would be interested in transparency, too.
But that's not the case.
What is he saying about all that pressure?
Well, not only is Chuck Schumer not interested in transparency, and the establishment Republicans are just being normal establishment Republicans, right?
Complaining about something that's semi-controversial, rather than doing the right thing.
But in the case of Chuck Schumer, it's really bad.
He actually called for censorship in response to this.
He wanted Rupert Murdoch to take Tucker Carlson off the air.
and not be able to air any more content or footage on this, right?
And that's disgusting.
That's un-American, right?
I mean, we believe in the freedom of speech, and we believe in transparency in America.
These are fundamentally American principles embedded in our Constitution.
And that's what Speaker McCarthy said.
When I asked him about Schumer's reaction on this, he said, you know, it's interesting that the Democrats always go to censorship.
That's what they always do.
You should read the Constitution because it says it right there in the First Amendment that we believe in the freedom of the press.
Another thing that we talked about with the speaker which was really interesting was the media being all upset about Tucker getting the first story on this.
Last time I checked, CNN got tons of exclusives from the January 6th committee about things that they had found during their investigation.
So what's wrong with Tucker getting an exclusive and then them releasing it all publicly?
There's something wrong with that.
Because of you, I feel so much better today because I was disturbed that it was just going to go to Tucker.
I wanted it to go to everyone.
I love Tucker.
I love what he does.
But I wanted it to go to everyone.
But because of your reporting, Matt Boyle, now we know that it is.
And it is going to be released to everyone.
And that's why we love having you here.
Thank you for this interview.
Can't wait to read more, listen to more.
Give them a follow right now.
True Social at Real Matt Boyle.
And check out Breitbart each and every day.
Breitbart.com is the place.
I'm Jennifer Horan in for Dr. G.
This is America First. America First.
America First.
America First. America First.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. That is the voice of Sebastian Gorka.
He is a little under the weather today.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
Happy to be in for him and happy to spend the day with all of you.
Thanks for being with us.
Now, we've been talking a lot about these January 6th tapes that were released by Tucker Carlson this week.
The Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, gave the tapes exclusively to Tucker.
Gotta be honest, I didn't love it.
I think that it should go to everybody, but we just found out from Matt Boyle's reporting at Breitbart that the Speaker is going to put up all of the hours, minus the stuff that might be compromising secure information.
All of that will be available to the public.
That's good news.
We all should have this.
We don't need anybody, right or left, telling us what happened on January 6th.
We should be able to see it for ourselves.
That being said, Chuck Schumer really essentially threatened The Fox Network, Rupert Murdoch and Tucker Carlson saying that these tapes shouldn't be released.
Now, do you think somebody got to Tucker because he promised us big bombshells and he gave us footage on Monday and that was good.
I don't think there was any big shocking revelations in there.
I think anybody who's been following the story probably already knew some of the stuff that Tucker reported on Monday, but then it sort of tapered off throughout the week and we haven't seen anything else.
Are there going to be more bombshells, or has this been tamped down?
Does anybody think that this is a little bit weird?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
We'll start on line one with Dan in Arizona.
Dan, you're on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka.
Hi.
Hi.
I disagree with you on two points here.
Okay.
First of all, I actually think that you are supporting Chuck Schumer and the Democrats narrative.
Tell me that this that this was a plot by Kevin McCarthy, who's who came up with the idea of giving Tucker these tapes like it wasn't something that Tucker Carlson and his producers asked for.
OK, so let me address that first.
Well, let me address that first and then we'll get to number two because I'm blonde and I got to take these things one at a time, Dan, okay?
So I would tell you that I totally disagree with that premise because what I try to do, first of all, I like Tucker very much.
I think that he serves a great purpose on Fox News and I think he's got an incredibly powerful voice and I'm sure that he did ask for those tapes and I'm happy that he got them.
I'm happy that he's been able to put them out.
That being said, I just have to put myself, you know, I wear my fairness boots all the time.
And if Nancy Pelosi, a Speaker of the House, went to name the reporter Rachel Maddow and said, I'm just going to give Rachel Maddow the tapes, would you be okay with that, Dan?
Yes, if Rachel Maddow was the only one who asked.
If Rachel Maddow asked... But you have to admit, there's probably more people asking than just one person, don't you think, Dan?
No, no, of course not.
Because outside of Fox, who wants this exposed?
Well, I would say Newsmax would want it, Real America's Voice would want it.
I would imagine that there are lots of conservative outlets like Breitbart and the Daily Wire that would like to take a look.
I think that that's not fair to say that there's only one person I think before you make the accusation that you're making, which is the same accusation the Democrats are making, you should see if anybody else asked and was refused before they gave it to Tucker Carlson.
That's a good question for Matt Boyle.
We'll ask him that and see if Breitbart at least... I'll ask my friends in the media to see if they've checked it out.
I wouldn't agree with Chuck Schumer at all in the fact that this should be... I mean, what Chuck Schumer's saying is that this shouldn't be put out there.
I totally disagree with that, Dan.
Yes, but you're suggesting, as Chuck Schumer does, that this was all...
McCarthy's idea.
It was not.
He simply said yes.
I would just say, why would we just start with one person?
This should be something that's available to the public.
It's ours.
We deserve it.
We should have it.
We should have access to it.
And now we know we're going to get it.
OK, so number two, let's move on.
Number two, I don't know what caused you to think that there would be bigger bombshells than have already been given.
And I think it is a big bombshell if you really look at it.
It's huge.
They've destroyed the government's case.
Yeah, no, look, my point again, Dan, I think maybe you're misunderstanding what I'm saying.
The point is, is that there was nothing new revealed by Tucker Carlson on Monday.
There really wasn't.
The only thing that I saw that was new.
And this is something that I will tell you.
I think a lot of people who are into this storyline have looked around to get the footage.
And the footage has been available in piecemeal in different places.
So what I'm saying is that the stuff that Tucker showed is stuff that I had already seen.
The one thing that was new is the Josh Hawley narrative, where the Democrats tried to paint him as someone running away from the Capitol.
That was new.
That was something that I think is pretty significant.
And I do like that Tucker's showing this because I do want everyone to see it.
Not everyone is like me looking around online.
But the question still remains, did someone get to him?
Because it seems like the story that this is going to continue to come out, that more revelations are coming.
It's just not.
You've got 10 seconds, Dan, to finish up.
Go ahead.
I think you're contriving a controversy where none exists.
Dan, welcome to Talk Radio.
Thank you for the phone call.
833-33-GORKA.
That's not necessarily true.
We're asking the important questions.
We're just searching for truth, not trying to stir up a controversy.
Chime in.
The lines are open now.
833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. G on America First.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you so much, Dr. G. Welcome to America First.
I'm Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka, and today we're continuing the Food for the Poor campaign.
This is so important.
They're helping feed starving kids in El Salvador, in Guatemala, and Honduras whose lives have been devastated, devastated by famine, Food for the Poor is mobilizing to help tens of thousands of people after an unprecedented drought and they still are struggling to get enough food and clean drinking water.
Food for the Poor is ready to deliver food, water, and aid through ministry partners on the ground so they can distribute emergency supplies to children and families in need.
Dallas broadcaster John Hudson has traveled outside of the U.S.
with Food for the Poor and now he says the nonprofit relief organization is part of his DNA.
It's not us over here and them over there, but it's all of us, collectively.
For a moment, we get to live life together.
And the cool thing is, I saw Food for the Poor and what they did, where our money goes.
And it was a beautiful thing that impacted my life in such a great way that I can't wait to go back, because I believe in what Food for the Poor does.
I've seen it with my own eyes, and it really is a part of my heart and a part of my life now.
If you're a mom or a dad or a grandparent, won't you please help Food for the Poor rush assistance not only to children in Honduras, but also to help families in other impacted countries in our hemisphere as well?

That's 855-330-HOPE.
All right, as we continue on America First, a lot of people talking about the January 6th tapes.
And it is absolutely imperative that the tapes are out there.
I commend Kevin McCarthy for releasing the tapes.
I also commend him for saying that he is going to make them public.
This is 42 thousand hours of footage that needs to get out there so that people can see what really happened, the good, the bad, the ugly, so that we get an idea of what was told to us, what narrative was told to us by the Democrats and whether or not that was true.
Already, the narratives have been busted apart by the January 6th committee.
Now, the point that we've been talking about is that a lot of these little tapes, a lot of little videos had been available before.
So I didn't see it as a huge bombshell what was revealed by Tucker Carlson, but I didn't But is there more?
He promised a couple of nights this week that there would be more shocking footage from January 6th at the Capitol.
We got one night of that.
And so then the question is, did he get some pressure?
Is there pressure on Tucker right now from Rupert Murdoch or from others, from Chuck Schumer, from somewhere else?
Hey Jennifer, this is William.
Listen, you're missing the significance, the brilliance of what Tucker Carlson is doing.
trickle effect there could be more 833-33-GORCO.
William in San Diego on line two.
Hi William.
Hey Jennifer this is William.
Listen you're missing the the significance of brilliance of what Tucker Carlson is doing.
Tell me.
He threw out there the the the real tape that Jacob's lawyers never got disclosed to him and the importance of the disclosure of those tapes to his defense.
And not just him, by the way.
You heard me talk about this, actually, earlier on.
Maybe you missed it, but this is absolutely critical.
And not only Jacob Chansley, who is gone by, if you don't know who that is, that's the QAnon shaman.
It's not only his defense, but how many nameless people are in jail and have had their lives tossed apart because they weren't allowed to see this footage.
So I don't even necessarily think, I mean, this is Kevin McCarthy's.
Thank you to Kevin McCarthy, because he actually agreed to release that footage, whether he gave it to Tucker Carlson or to the entire world.
That footage is now out there and available for people who have real court cases, who have their lives tied up.
But the significance, the civic, why the founding fathers put that in there is to protect us from the big government, exactly what we're seeing today.
And another thing is that the reason why he's just dribbling this stuff out is to give people like Jennifer Horne an opportunity to give a civics class to the population out there saying, look at this.
They, they, they, they stampled all over this poor guy's constitutional rights.
Your constitutional rights.
If they can do it to him, they can do it to you.
Well, that's what's so frightening, William, is that it's not just these people in January 6th.
I mean, this has been pushed out there, not just the injustice that's been done to many people that were caught up, but the fact that Democrats were using this to silence conservatives in this country.
I mean, it is atrocious.
And thank you so much for the phone call, Don, in Los Angeles on Line 3.
Hi, Don!
Jennifer Horne, Warrior Princess, how are you?
Oh, it's so great to hear your dulcet tones.
I like you when you're working alone.
You do a great solo act.
Ah, just telling it like it is.
But you know, Jennifer, the amazing thing to me, as I was expecting Chuck Schumer to say, listen to me, Murdoch.
Listen to me, Tucker.
You won't know what hit you if you release these tapes.
This guy reminds me of Dracula's nephew.
And you know, Jen, These Democrats, this liberal media, they react to the truth the way a vampire reacts to sunlight, the holy water, or the cross.
They can't stand it.
And, you know, we've had to listen through their drip, drip, drip, their slow rolling boil of this phony big lie insurrection story.
You know, Jen, the people, even the ones that did wrong on January 6th, were American people that were outraged.
And they weren't trying to overthrow the government.
They were trying to prevent the government being subverted by a corrupt, tainted, I think, stolen election.
And if it's not stolen, let's have it adjudicated properly in the courts like it should have been from the first.
That's why the courts exist, but they all, oh, hot potato, oh, you don't have standing, you don't, you had all these excuses.
And we can have our own hearings.
And the Republicans said, we're gonna have our own hearings, but we're gonna have real ones where these guys can cross-examine They can do this.
They can do that.
But as long as—you remember way back, probably way before your time, when Adlai Stevenson told the Soviet foreign minister—I think it was Gromyko—he said, I'll make a deal with you, sir.
You stop telling lies about us, and we'll stop telling the truth about you.
Don, you always have such a good way to punctuate the conversation.
Thanks so much for that phone call.
That's Don in Los Angeles.
That leaves another couple lines open for you.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-GORKA.
No doubt.
These January 6 tapes are important.
We want all of them out.
I commend the Speaker of the House for releasing them and saying to Breitbart, Matt Boyle, who was here just a few moments ago, that they are going to be made public in, well, he didn't give us a time frame, but as soon as all of the security information can be redacted, get them out there, put them to good use.
Let's start protecting some of the people who are being held as political prisoners in this country.
Did Fox get scared by releasing these tapes?
Are they going to stand down a bit or are we going to see more?
Dr. Sebastian Gorka is out today, but I am Jennifer Horne.
I am in for Dr. G and we are taking your calls at 833-33-GORKA.
And all of a sudden, you know, the bat phone sort of goes off in the studio, the lights flicker, and all of a sudden we pull up this little dial right here and we hear the voice of Dr. G himself.
Seb, are you there?
I don't think I'll be recording any liners today.
You poor thing.
You still sound great.
Don't listen to anybody saying that you sound old.
You sound like you do have a sore throat, though.
How are you feeling?
You just taking it easy?
Yeah, first of all, I've been sick since catching COVID and God bless you.
You're standing in the gap.
I've got strep but I always love to listen to my amazing guest host and I I heard Dave and I heard Dan on the Tucker videos, and I just, look, I totally agree with you.
Look, number one, where's the big, you know, reveal?
I want to see footage of Ashley Babbitt.
I want to see footage of Antifa types putting on MAGA hats.
And the second thing, the point of Kevin giving it to somebody else, not just Tucker, if he'd done that, He would have prevented what I think is happening right now.
If you look at what happened on Tuesday night, it's clear that Rupert Murdoch got a phone call from Chuckie Schumer and stepped on Tucker's head.
If we had multiple sources, if we had Newsmax, if we had Breitbart, then the pressure to shut us down would be impossible.
Yeah, I didn't go along with Dan's theory that only Tucker asked for these tapes.
I think everybody would be happy to get a hold of them.
You have a show at Newsmax.
I bet you'd like to have some of those tapes as well.
I mean, it just it doesn't make any sense that it would just be one person that gets it.
I'm glad Again, to his credit, to release these, it's incredibly important, not just for the people who are in prison, but just for all of us to see it.
So well done to the speaker.
Those are our tapes.
That's our building.
We are taxpayers.
We should be able to see what's on them.
And I do feel like Tucker Carlson built this up.
He said Monday and Tuesday there'd be revelations on Twitter last week.
We got some on Monday.
We didn't get them on Tuesday.
It could be the drip drip method.
Maybe something else is coming out.
So far, we haven't seen more than has already really been out there.
Well, and Grant made the point on his TV show that the Tuesday show, Tucker's show, was really disjointed.
It's as if they changed it in the last minute.
It's as if Paul Ryan or Rupert Murdoch had pulled some footage and it had to slap something together.
So I think Tucker's under the gun and we need multiple avenues to get this footage out there as quickly as possible because people are still waiting for their trials.
These people should have that evidence now.
And they should really, some of these folks who have been convicted already, they should have those convictions overturned if information like this was held back by the government, which Seb, now we know it has been.
Yeah.
We need that information.
We need it now.
And we need some brave attorneys to start suing the DOJ, the Capitol Police, and the FBI for those who have already been convicted.
All right.
Will you do me a favor and get some rest?
I'm about going back to bed right now.
Good.
We're going to hold down the fort for you, and feel free.
You can call in.
This line is yours.
So, you know what?
The lights will flicker off.
We'll know when you're calling, but get some rest.
We miss you, and I know you'll be back soon.
Thanks for joining us.
Another hour up ahead.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G.
This is America First. America First.
America First.
America First.
America First. America First.
Oh, hold on.
I'll do it again.
Here we go.
Oh, oh, so you tell me.
Okay.
Sorry.
Oh.
And 35 seconds.
Okay.
This hour of America first starts right now on Salem news channel. .
Coming up this hour on America First, I'm Jennifer Horn.
I'll be in for Dr. G today.
And we've got Stephen Moore, our chief economist here on the program, who will be digging in to Joe Biden's latest attempt to add a budget, what's in, what's out, and just how many of us are going to be taxed.
That'll be this hour.
Also coming up, we'll dive into some of the biggest problems at the border, those four Americans kidnapped At the border, two of them dead, another injured severely.
What is the Biden administration going to do?
Is there going to be any pressure at all put on Mexico?
This is the big question.
We know if President Trump were in office, well, it would be a whole different set of affairs.
But it's not.
It is Biden.
What will he do?
That's all this hour.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. G on America First.
Oh, shoot.
The doctor is in America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel, the antidote to the mainstream media.
The doctor is in America.
The doctor is in America.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you, Dr. G. That is the voice of Sebastian Gorka.
He is out today, a little under the weather.
He actually just called in last hour.
It's great to hear him.
I'm Jennifer Horne.
I host some Morning Answer in Los Angeles on Salem Radio, AM 870 and AM 590.
The answer, happy to be filling in today, was give those California updates on Wednesday's edition of America First, actually at this very time.
All right, it's a big day.
We have lots to talk about.
We have been talking about January 6th and the tapes.
We switch gears now to talk about President Biden, or as I like to call him, Chairman Joe.
And his latest plan for a budget.
He laid out the guidelines in Philadelphia today and joining us to go through just to figure out the good, the bad, and of course just how much we're all going to pay in taxes is our friend, I call him our Chief Economist around Salem Radio.
Stephen Moore is here.
You can give him a follow on Twitter and all social media platforms at Stephen Moore.
He also has a fabulous newsletter.
You sign up for that at CommitteeToUnleashProsperity.com.
And Stephen, thanks for joining us today.
Hey, Jennifer, so good to be with you.
And I did start to read through this, you know, 800 page budget that came out today.
And you're so right.
I mean, you know, it's massive tax increases.
I've been in this business a long time, 35 years as a fiscal analyst of these federal budgets.
I think this is by far the most dangerous budget I've seen.
I mean, we would have the highest corporate tax in the world.
We would have the highest capital gains tax in the world.
We would raise our income taxes.
Now, by that, we're just soaking the rich.
Well, guess what?
Those are the people who create the businesses, who create the jobs, who pay for the vast majority of the taxes already.
And then, you know, on top of that, you know, he says, oh, this is a fiscally lean budget.
What's he talking about?
They're talking about a $500 billion increase in the budget for one year.
500 billion dollars.
So this is tax and spend.
It's progressive economics on steroids.
And folks, if this were, the good news is the Republicans will never go along with this, thank God.
But even the idea that they would, you know, what they're doing here, Jennifer, is they're saying, give us all the power in 2024 and this is what we're going to do.
This is our vision for America.
Well, that's just it.
These things do not turn it.
There's no way.
You can't tell me that they actually have 800 pages of budgetary line items.
These are wish lists, Stephen.
It would seem to me, and I'm not the economist that you are, but it seems to me that this is a wish list of all the stuff that they want to do, and they don't have any limitations in how to pay for it.
And so they say, well, we're going to tax the rich.
Well, rich compared to who?
And how is that going to not impact the middle class when it's the rich that we all work for?
And you know, we did, as you know, Jennifer, I was one of the authors of the Trump tax cut.
I mean, Trump obviously knew exactly what he wanted to do, but we helped with Larry Kudlow and Art Laffer really put the meat on the bones of that.
And every, oh, tax cuts for the rich, tax cuts for the rich.
Did you know, Jennifer, last year, the rich paid 40, the top 1% paid 42% of the income tax.
We have all time record high tax revenues.
How many times have they said this on your show there in Los Angeles?
This is not a revenue problem.
It's not like we have a shortage of revenues.
It's that we're spending $7 trillion a year.
When I first came to Washington, you know, 35 years ago, we passed the first trillion dollar budget.
Now we're on $7 trillion.
And it's almost like, you know, to infinity and beyond.
It's unbelievable.
It's Buzz Lightyear.
It seems like it, and they just don't have a plan.
So what is this going to do?
So let's just say, and we'll get to what is realistic and what's not, because I know Kevin McCarthy is going to have to have some conversations with Joe Biden about the debt ceiling, all of this.
But what does this do to the dollar?
Already we're seeing the dollar suffer.
We're seeing inflation.
We can't just fire up the old printer and print more money to pay for all of these ridiculous things.
You can only tax people so much before you spook them and you scare them, and they don't buy anything anymore.
What will happen if this goes through?
Well, first of all, if you were to actually let me give you some examples.
I mean, he wants to raise the capital gains tax to, you know, like 40 percent.
And then he also wants to tax unrealized capital gains.
So if you, you know, in other words, like, let's say you have a stock and you bought Microsoft 25 years ago, smart you.
And now that, you know, maybe if you've made a big profit on that $100,000 in profit, they want you to pay a tax on that.
You can't believe this.
And then when you pay a tax on it, even though you haven't paid the game, you don't have the cash to pay that tax because they haven't sold the stock.
Or, you know, what you mentioned the other day about Uh, somebody having a home that appreciates some value.
Are they gonna, oh, let's see, you bought that house for $150,000 for a $250,000.
You owe the government tax $100,000 or people can get the money.
It's an insane idea.
I mean, people don't have the money to pay for that.
And so I find that to be extraordinarily dangerous.
And I'll say this, if you raise that capital gains tax to 40%, then try to tax people on their unrealized capital gains and then continue to tax people on their inflationary gains.
Well, I think there would be a good chance we'd have a 1929-style crash stock market.
I mean, who would want to invest in that kind of environment?
You're right about that.
It is absolutely frightening.
It's not good for business.
It's not good for individuals.
Stephen Moore is with us.
We call him our chief economist here at Salem Radio.
You can follow him on Twitter at Stephen Moore.
And it's a lot of this because it's my sense that you're hearing, at least in the presentation of this new budget plan, Stephen, the Biden administration is saying that this is sensible, that it's common sense, that it's going to ensure that our grandkids still have access Medicare, because they think that's one of the ways that they can stick it to Republicans, because they've created this narrative that Republicans hate all of these entitlements.
So what is it?
Is it a push towards many green programs?
Is it a wish list?
What else are they putting in here?
And they're putting it as part of this budget, because it seems to me that there is a lot of pie in the sky ideas as part of this as well.
Oh, yeah, more of the green energy stuff.
By the way, I had my article this week that I put out a weekly column.
You know, we have record high.
I don't know if you saw this, but the global carbon emissions were higher than any time ever before.
Wait a minute.
We spent $100 billion over the last 20 years trying to stop that.
And so, Biden, you'd say, if you spent $100 billion and you accomplished nothing, wouldn't you think, hmm, maybe this isn't working?
Instead, Biden isn't just doubling down, he's tripling down.
He said, no, give us $300 billion more, and then we'll stop the carbon emissions.
But wait a minute, all the carbon emissions are coming from China, not the United States.
And this is the stupidity of these policies.
You know, the United States, you know, per unit of GDP, probably is the least polluting country in the world.
It's just more of the same, doubling and tripling down, and I had a piece in the Wall Street Journal this week pointing out that we have seven states that have this progressive style of government, and these states, including the one you're in, California, and my hometown is Illinois, and New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, did you know that they've lost five and a half million people?
Five and a half million?
People are leaving.
They're voting with their feet.
They don't want this progressive, woke, raise your taxes, let the criminals out, let the illegal immigrants in.
People don't want this.
They don't want this.
Get back to sensibility.
We understand, as individuals who have a household, a budget.
We understand, as people who run businesses, that we work better with a budget that actually means you pay for what you can afford.
I mean, I remember as a kid, remember the Sears catalog?
and my grandmother, she was awesome.
She would come to me and she'd say, what do you want for Christmas?
And she'd hand it to me.
And at that time it was like a phone book.
And I remember no concept of money, right?
I just go through and I dog ear and circle everything.
That's how Democrats run these blue states.
It's true.
It's like they've got the Sears catalog.
But let me just say that it's not just Democrats, it's Republicans too.
Well, that's unfortunately true.
You know, it's the old saying, a kid in a candy store.
And that's what these congressmen are.
You know, the Democrats are a little bit worse than the Republicans.
But this idea of, I want this and I want this and I want this and I want this and I want this.
And even using the term budget is an insult to the term budget, because a budget is supposed to balance at some point.
It just goes up and up and up and up and up and it never balances.
How can you even call that a budget, right?
They are really pretty, though, because those budgets that are run by all these blue states, and you're right, even by some Republicans, they're pretty because they're red.
You know, they don't have to worry about all that black ink.
They get to use the pretty color pens.
It's unbelievable, Stephen.
I shared with you this morning, and I know we're running out of time, but the punishment that is inflicted on people because these governments, and my state of California, nobody knows how to do this.
So for years, Gavin Newsom has been crowing as our governor about a surplus, right?
Well, now we're in a deficit.
And guess what he's decided not to do, Stephen?
He's decided for the first time in six years, he's not going to give a state of the state address because he's too plagued by his dyslexia.
Now, I am not... He doesn't want people to know the state of the state.
Exactly!
I'm not a doctor.
Gavin Newsom may absolutely have dyslexia and lives with it every day.
That may be a struggle.
But he's given state-of-the-state addresses from teleprompters before and has wasted no time talking about how great his leadership is.
But now that all of this excessive spending has wound us into a deficit, he's not going to do a state-of-the-state?
It's unbelievable!
Well, you know what?
Maybe Rhonda Samas can give the state-of-the-state And let me tell you, if Ron DeSantis offered to give the State of the State for him, I can tell you that would be the fastest way to get Gavin Newsom in front of a teleprompter again, because he lives rent-free in that brain.
It's such an interesting rivalry between those two.
And you know, California is going in the wrong direction.
And Florida, I just got back from Florida, I mean, it is booming right now.
It's incredible.
So, you know, these policies matter.
You know, let's get back to sensible policies.
Balance your budget.
Let's simplify the tax system.
We don't have to hire 87,000 new IT agents.
Get rid of them!
In fact, how about just a flat tax or a sales tax?
We like that idea.
Follow him right now at Stephen Moore and get that newsletter at CommitteeToUnleashProsperity.com.
Stephen, thanks so much for being with us.
We have a whole lot more up ahead.
I'm Jennifer Horne, in for Dr. G, and this is America First.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.

I want to tell you something really important here.
Today we are continuing The Food for the Poor campaign, which is helping feed starving kids in El Salvador, in Guatemala and Honduras, whose lives have been devastated, devastated by famine.
Food for the Poor is mobilizing to help tens of thousands of people after an unprecedented drought, and they still are struggling to get enough food and clean drinking water.
Food for the Poor is ready to deliver food, water, and aid through ministry partners on the ground so they can distribute emergency supplies to children and families in need.
Dallas broadcaster John Hudson has traveled outside of the U.S.
with Food for the Poor and now he says the nonprofit relief organization, it's part of his DNA.
If you're a mom or a dad or a grandparent, won't you please help Food for the Poor rush assistance not only to children in Honduras, but also to help families in other impacted countries in our hemisphere as well.
Just go to SebGorka.com, make a donation in any amount.

Food for the Poor, great organization.
That's 855-330-HOPE, 855-330-4673.
And help them out.
Food for the Poor, great organization.
And again, thanks for joining us here on America First today.
Now, I'd like to peel back the onion a little bit.
We like to tell you what goes on behind the scenes here at America First.
And I was going to move on.
There was a big hearing on Afghanistan yesterday.
We're going to get to that in a few moments.
And in fact, Congresswoman Young Kim from Orange County, California, is going to be here.
She sits on the Foreign Affairs Committee and was a witness to some of this really emotional and compelling testimony about the Biden administration's botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Truly next to border security, probably, and I think maybe even more so.
One of the worst mistakes, missteps, or maybe it was intentional, intentional actions from this Biden administration.
We'll talk about that in a few moments.
But, you know, the G-man, producer G, Jeff, he's like, you know, you've got all these calls.
They want to talk about January 6th.
And that's what we were talking about in the previous hour.
Tucker Carlson gets a hold of the January 6th tapes from the Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy.
He promises us these big revelations, says we're going to get them on Monday and Tuesday of this week.
And we got them on Monday.
And then the threats started coming in from Chuck Schumer and even from Mitch McConnell and other members of the Senate.
People saying, you know what, Rupert Murdoch, Fox, Tucker Carlson, you shouldn't be airing these tapes.
Well, of course, they're afraid of the truth because it blows to pieces their narrative about what really happened that day, January 6th at the United States Capitol.
So, of course, they don't want that.
But is Foxx feeling the pressure?
Were you disappointed by some of these tapes, by the big revelations we were promised?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
833-33-GORKA.
Let's go to Harley in California.
I love that name on Line 3.
Hi, Harley.
Hello.
I just love you, darling.
Oh, well, Harley, aren't you the sweetest thing ever?
Thank you.
Uh, I want to say that the bombshell would be Roseanne Boylan getting beat to death by the Capitol Police.
I want to see that footage.
I want that published.
Well, you know, and I know that you mean that because you want the truth to be out there, certainly.
You heard Dr. G talk about the footage of Ashley Babbitt.
I think that there are a lot of people who, even though there were horrific things that happened, probably need to see what was really happening.
So, Harley, thank you for the phone call.
Again, all of this footage, I believe, should be made available.
That's our footage.
That is our house, the people's house.
It is the United States Capitol.
We deserve to know.
So thank you for the phone call.
Michael in Arizona on line number four.
Hi, Michael.
Hey, how are you?
Hi, doing well.
Thank you for the phone call.
Go ahead.
Thank you for taking my call.
My concern, the revelations, I watched the video that Tucker put out.
It's amazing.
It's very telling as to, you know, a whole different side of what happened on January 6th.
But my concern is that we've seen these kind of revelations before and nothing happens.
I know.
Nobody goes to jail.
Nobody gets prosecuted.
Nobody even loses their job.
So what's going to happen here?
You are talking to a girl who lives in Adam Schiff's congressional district.
And I hear you, Michael.
I hear you every day.
These elected officials, they lied to us.
I want an ethics investigation into Adam Schiff.
I want it into someone who took apart someone like Devin Nunes, who was a good guy, was trying to get the truth out there.
I want them to be investigated.
about, you know, George Santos and ethics complaints.
I want an ethics investigation into Adam Schiff.
I want it into someone who took apart someone like Devin Nunes, who was a good guy, was trying to get the truth out there.
I want them to be investigated.
But unfortunately, they don't get investigated.
Or if they do, they pass through voluntarily.
Voters continue to vote for them.
And I hear your frustration because the January 6th committee lied to us over and over and again for political narrative and to stop President Trump and Republicans from speaking out.
They wanted to end President Trump.
So Michael, I get that frustration.
I mean, so what?
It's a big deal.
Nobody's going to even lose their job.
Nobody's even going to be suspended for a week.
Nothing is going to happen.
Nothing has happened.
Nothing is going to happen.
We have all of this video now and everything, and it's like, so what?
What are you going to do with it?
Blah, blah, blah.
If it wakes up one person, Michael, if it wakes up one person, then it was worth it.
Thank you so much for the phone call.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
And we'll say hello to John in San Diego on Line 5.
Hi, John.
Hi, Jennifer.
Hi.
Getting back to Steve Moore, increasing tax rates cannot increase tax revenue.
All it does is slow the acceleration of money through the economy.
It decreases Discretionary spending and it hurts the economy.
The second part, when they want to tax capital gains at 40% instead of 20%, all that's going to do is crash the stock market by 25% so there won't be any capital gains to tax at all.
You want to balance the budget, you cut spending.
And there are lots of ways to cut spending.
The biggest one is grants.gov.
Every time you hear about some crazy thing that the government's spending money on, it comes from Branstad.
That's 550 billion dollars.
And you don't eliminate it, because then the communists will cry about it.
You just privatize it, turn it into a crowdfunding site.
And also, the interest rates... Raising interest rates has never stopped inflation.
It makes inflation worse, because inflation is too many dollars chasing too few goods.
So when you add a trillion dollars of interest by increasing Treasury bond rates by 3%, which they've done, the people who were getting $300 billion a year in interest holding the Treasury bonds are now getting $1.3 trillion for the same service.
That's an extra trillion dollars for no extra service.
That's the definition of inflation.
John, thank you so much.
You are such a wealth of information there.
John in San Diego, thank you so much for the phone call.
Phone lines are open.
833-33-GORKA.
Did you get any revelations from January 6th?
That's a big question.
And were you disappointed by what was revealed by Tucker on Fox?
833-33-GORKA.
Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka on America First. . . . . . . . . . .
Thank you, Dr. G. I'm Jennifer Horne in for Seb Gorka today.
He's under the weather, but he'll be back soon.
Traveling to the Holy Land was truly one of the most amazing trips of Seb's life.
We've talked about this.
I talked to Katie, his wife.
Being able to walk in the same steps that Jesus did, it is truly overwhelming, as he describes it, and an absolutely powerful experience, one that I hope to get one day.
It's time.
If you are thinking about visiting Israel, do it.
Visit Israel.
For more information, go to holyland.israel.travel.
Israel, exactly like nowhere else.
Check it out at holyland.israel.travel.
All right, we have lots going on here.
We're going to talk about Afghanistan and hearing a very important one yesterday in Washington, D.C.
But first, January 6th seems to be the conversation of the day.
Tucker Carlson getting a hold of those tapes that were released from Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy.
He started to He promised us big revelations.
He started to air some of the tapes on Monday.
I think for people who hadn't looked for any of the footage before, maybe you were surprised by what you saw and you probably learned a lot.
For people who had seen and dug around for information on January 6th, the real story Well, maybe there weren't as many revelations as you had hoped.
So what did you think?
833-33-GORKA.
Is it possible that Fox or Tucker maybe got a little pressure from Rupert Murdoch?
From Chuck Schumer, who said that he wanted this kind of information to stop being transmitted on Fox News?
833-33-GORKA.
Our buddy Brent in Los Angeles is on line one.
Hi, Brent!
Hello, Bombshell Jen!
Hello!
We've lots of bombshells around here.
How are you today?
Great.
But you know, first of all, the best thing for staff, for the boss, is Tennessee bourbon.
And then going to Tucker Carlson.
Alright, so we gotta get Seb some Tennessee bourbon.
He doesn't drink, but maybe we'll make an exception if it's medicine.
Yes, for medicinal purposes.
That's right.
That's what I say about my wine.
The doctor says a glass a day is good, even if it's as big as a vase.
Yeah.
All right, go ahead, Brett.
Well, I want to say, Tucker Carlson, he's doing a great job, but he's not enough.
And, you know, we don't need fought.
We're Salem, and we are the cavalry.
We have plenty of stuff and have had it, and we just haven't been getting it out, like Nick Searcy's brilliant documentary called Capital Punishment.
Yeah.
Yeah, or bringing back on the air more Dr. Simone Gold, who was arrested, and Branton Strzok, and also the video and the issue of the two bombs that were placed and were ignored by Chuck and Nancy and Liz and Crying Kissinger, and also the coordination, it appears, between the police and Antifa or BLM or FBI and the West Door that was being smashed in, and they just allowed it to happen.
Also, the fact that Ray Epps is being ignored, and this guy Sullivan of BLM and Antifa, who was standing just feet away from Ashley Babbitt when she was murdered, in addition to the other lady who was murdered, that nobody's talking about.
So we have so much stuff that we're just not pushing and pushing.
It needs to be a topic of conversation.
I think almost every single day.
It's one of these topics we can't let it go because so much of that information was provided in a way that wasn't truthful.
And our elected officials not only lied to us, but we have people sitting in prison for Not a whole lot.
And that is the double-tiered system of justice that is a threat to our entire republic.
Brent, thanks so much for the phone call.
Susan in Long Beach, want to squeeze you in on Line 3.
Hi Susan, you're on America First.
Well, you're the best, and hello to Dr. G. I hope you get better quickly.
Hot toddy, non-alcoholic.
Hot toddy, non-alcoholic, alright.
There you go.
Hey, you know, I really agree with the previous caller, Brent, a lot of what he said.
Nothing that Tucker showed me last night surprised me.
I've seen those videos back in 2020, but then, of course, talking about them put me in the conspiracy theorist category.
Here's the problem.
How do you walk a fine line of not blowing up the audience that you have access to via Fox?
He's got an audience and he wants to caretake that.
But B, how do you speak the truth and somehow turn around the perspective of all this gaslighting that has happened?
Because once, let's just call it what it is, the Democrats are still going to roll their eyes when they hear these conversations, unless it comes from a new voice.
Because once you're deemed and put into a certain category, you cannot change a person's perspective, even of the truth.
And so it almost requires an act of God, something that is completely outside of ourselves and not, you know, living in this globe that we're living in.
I don't know the answer.
Yeah, but thanks for having the conversation with us and thank you so much for the phone call.
That's Susan in Long Beach.
We appreciate you.
833-33-GORKA.
You can chime in all afternoon, all evening long.
833-33-GORKA.
As we continue a big emotional panel at the Foreign Relations Committee yesterday, Congresswoman Young Kim will join us.
Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
This is America First. America First.
America First.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. Seb Gorka is out today, but you can give him a follow on all the social media platforms at Seb Gorka.
You can go to YouTube.
You can go to Rumble.

I always do because I like to shop.
Now, yesterday, and by the way, I'm Jennifer Horn, on loan from AM 870, AM 590, The Answer in Los Angeles.
And yesterday, the Foreign Relations Committee in the House of Representatives did a hearing on our withdrawal, our botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.
And it was emotional, it was jaw-dropping.
There's nothing that was maybe newly revealed.
To listen to how this administration failed the men and women of our military and also our allies was pretty stunning.
Take a listen.
This is video cut six.
This is a Marine sniper, Sergeant Tyler Vargas Andrews, who gave testimony yesterday.
Take a listen.
When he got to me, he dragged me to safety and immediately started triaging me, tying tourniquets on my limbs and doing anything he could to stop the bleeding and start plugging wounds with the help of the other Marines.
I was awake through most of it, screaming, moaning, and cursing.
I ask you to please ask me about getting shot at the tower in Abbey Gate and how no one wanted my report post-blast.
Even NCIS and the FBI failed to interview me.
Ask me to elaborate on my ordeal post-blast and ask me about this one little girl and her family that I reunited.
Our military members and veterans deserve our best because that is what we give to America.
The withdrawal was a catastrophe in my opinion.
And there was an inexcusable lack of accountability and negligence.
The 11 Marines, one sailor, and one soldier that were murdered that day have not been answered for.
That is Sergeant Tyler Vargas-Andrews, who testified yesterday in front of the Foreign Relations Committee.
One of the members of that committee is a friend of mine.
She's a congresswoman from right here in California, California's 40th congressional district, and she joins us right now.
You can give her a follow, youngkimca.
Congresswoman Kim, thanks so much for being with us today.
Thank you, Jennifer, for having me.
And what a, I mean, the stunning testimony that we heard yesterday.
We knew that the withdrawal from Afghanistan was bad, but when you hear people's tears that were there on the ground and understand that this man testified that he had the ability to take out the suicide bomber that killed 13 members of our military, Congresswoman, he couldn't find the authority.
No one would give him the okay.
And now we know that those lives were lost and needlessly.
Right.
And to think that he didn't have the permission to kill the suspected terrorists that he knew he could have done and save lives.
And then to hear the stories and him recounting what he had to go through, it was very heartbreaking.
At times, it was very, very emotional, difficult to listen.
But as you know, this was the first hearing that our Foreign Affairs Committee had the chance to have a conversation and actually listen and hear from the private evacuation groups who were on the ground during the catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal.
This was the first time that we were able to give these veterans an open platform so they can share their stories and start the conversation for these veterans who wanted to tell the story but couldn't.
It's been over a year and a half since the withdrawal and we were not able to hear these stories and we are so glad to give them the platform to be able to share their stories.
It was exciting.
Again, it was heartbreaking, but I'm glad that we were able to do it.
They deserve to tell their story and we deserve, Americans deserve to actually hear from them what actually happened.
You know, aside from it, and I've been saying this now for a while, but aside from the disgrace that's happening at our southern border, Congresswoman Kim, I think this is the worst atrocity that was created and literally created by the Biden administration.
critic of Trump said that he didn't have the demeanor to make big decisions and he would just do whatever he wanted to do.
And he was angry.
He wanted to get out of Afghanistan, too.
Many of us did.
I am compassionate to people who wanted to end this war.
But he took the advice of his military advisors and they said it wasn't the time.
Biden did not.
It seems that he made the decision because he just wanted to get out no matter the cost.
And now you're hearing these tragic stories about lives lost.
And by the way, reminiscent of Benghazi, Congresswoman, because it seems that the State Department was actually in charge, which is probably why he couldn't get anyone to authorize killing a terrorist suicide bomber who blew up 13 people.
Sure.
I mean, if you listen to the whole hearing and if our listeners I was able to listen to the whole hearing on C-SPAN as we were doing this.
You would know that once the U.S. troops were pulled out on August 30th, there was no diplomatic communication.
Everything was shut down, and there was no coordination.
I had to ask a very, very tough question about our State Department, whether or not it was helpful for our evacuation groups, outside organizations, when they were actually the ones who were trying to do this because State Department had actually shut down the communication, when they were actually the ones who were trying to do this because State Department had actually shut down the So I had to ask this tough question.
I personally, my office had to work with Canadian government when we couldn't get answers from our government.
They were telling us that it was very, very difficult.
The tough part, and it was a heartbreaking moment for me, was when I heard that the veterans who actually served in Afghanistan, when they were going through this process, it was difficult for them to watch what they when they were going through this process, it was difficult for them to watch what they were seeing on TV because we were preparing for the withdrawal, and the number of calls that were made to the veteran crisis line
from the in the Afghanistan that jumped almost 100 percent between August 14 and August 29.
And thereafter, when the group stepped in, first of all, like Task Force Pineapple and other organizations, we had another witness, Francis Hong, who was the executive chairman of the Allied Air Lift 21.
And he was sharing the stories of once they start, you know, the State Department shut down their operation.
They just didn't know who to ask.
They have to get like four or five different approvals just to get the the approval to start taking our Americans and the the Afghan allies and SIVs out of Congresswoman we're up against a break but this is really important to underscore the calls to the suicide hotline spiked after this time because people felt disappointed and left behind by our government young Kim thank you so much for being with us representing California's 40th district Check her out.
Young Kim C.A.

On to your phone calls.
You've been waiting patiently.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
We've been talking about January 6th.
We've been talking about the President's new budget and, of course, the really heart-wrenching testimony yesterday on Afghanistan.
Let's go to Line 3.
Antoinette in California.
Hi, Antoinette.
You're on America First.
I'm Jennifer Horn.
Hi, Janet.
You're an L.A.
person.
I've got a cold, too, just like you have, and now Dr. G. I'm telling you, we are all in recovery.
It's going around.
It's going around, that's for sure.
We are going around.
Listen, what I wanted to say, first off, about that charging, my heart did break as well.
I remember that day, especially when we were evacuating all those people from Afghanistan.
That's heartbreaking, and thank God, young Kim, I know we want transparency and people are sick of it.
January 6th, what's another heartbreaking item that, you know what, I know we want transparency and people are sick of it.
Yeah.
People are tired of it.
And years ago, there was an old movie called Network and everybody opened up their window and then said, I'm mad at.
Mad as hell and I can't take it anymore!
That's all of us!
That's all of us!
These Republicans, they need to do, and people need to be arrested, put in prison, and the matters, all these issues need to be handled.
And as for Dr. G, I know he has the strength.
But he needs hot, hot water with a squeeze of lemon and to shove Jack Daniels in that hot water.
Look it, I'm telling you, you guys are all pushing Seb into drinking.
I don't know about this, but Antoinette, thank you for the phone call and for the advice.
833-33-GORKA.
You can reach us.
We have a whole nother hour ahead.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. G. Thanks for joining us.
It's America First.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka, and I'm very proud to introduce our guest host for today, Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. That is the voice of Sebastian Gorka.
He's a little under the weather today, battling a little strep throat, but he will be back soon, and well wishes to him.
He actually checked in with us earlier in the program.
I'm Jennifer Horne, on loan from Salem Radio in Los Angeles.
I host the Morning Answer on AM 870 and AM 590, The Answer, and we have lots of topics on the table today, but one thing is for sure.
The Republican-led Congress, well, they are busy.
Busy at work, lots of hearings, and one of our friends, local congressman from California, a frequent guest on The Morning Answer, and, by the way, usually when I'm here on America First, Congressman Mike Garcia joins us right now.
He represents California's 27th congressional district, right in the heart of L.A.
County, and Congressman Garcia, welcome to America First.
Hey, thank you, Jen.
I appreciate you having me.
Busy day here in D.C., like you said.
I texted with you today and you're like sending me pictures.
You've got Christopher Wray in front of you.
You have all of these people.
You can follow him right now at Rep.
Mike Garcia.
But you've been getting lots of briefings today.
You said on House Intel, on Appropriations, and the Science Committee as well.
But let's talk about this hearing you did today about the border because there are clearly breakdowns happening on the border.
My goodness, four people from South Carolina go into Mexico.
They get lost.
Maybe a case of mistaken identity.
They get taken in by the cartel.
Two of them are dead.
One of them is injured.
And it seems that there's really not much to be said from the Biden administration.
I can promise you if President Trump or someone else sitting in that White House right now, there'd be a sturdy and stern conversation going on with the president of Mexico.
Yeah, and actually, so this hearing today was actually the Director of National Intelligence, Hanes, the Director of the CIA, Burns, the Director of National Security Agent General Nakasone, Director Wray of the FBI, and then the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the brief's subject wasn't actually the border, it was actually a worldwide threat assessment brief, and they went around the globe to see who were the biggest threats to the United States,
And the most shocking thing about this brief was that the border was not even discussed.
The fentanyl crisis was not even discussed.
And I reminded all of these folks who, you know, ultimately are responsible for briefing the president and his cabinet that 100,000 Americans actually died last year and that more Americans die every day because of fentanyl across our southern border than we lost Americans per day in World War II.
And it was like this problem didn't even exist in their briefs after two hours.
I was finally one of the last ones to ask the question and, you know, just reminded them that the number one threat right now is actually our southern boarders and the fentanyl crisis.
So absolutely shocking to see these folks put their head in the sand.
And again, these are the people that are informing our president on this topic.
And it's no wonder that Biden has not changed his approach when it comes to our open border policies.
You know what's so disturbing about that?
And maybe it's because we're from the state of California, but certainly if you're in Arizona or Texas, or by the way, paying attention in any state because an open border is an every state problem.
But Congressman Garcia, if you're going to worry about national, if you're going to worry about threats to our national security from around the globe, you've got the doormat out on our southern border.
How many people have we heard walk in here with ties to terror?
And those are just the ones we're lucky enough to know about.
How many people are coming in here?
from China, from other places, and they're unmonitored.
I mean, Christopher Wray testified in a hearing this week that he can't keep track of the people that are coming into the country.
So if you are worried about national security, you better lock the front door, right?
That's how we keep our house safe.
We lock the door.
Yeah, in this country, we open all of our doors, welcome people in, and then as, you know, the Director Haynes mentioned today, that it's a misinterpretation of U.S.
policy.
And it's like, no, it's not a misinterpretation.
We have an open border policy and the world sees it.
You are inviting bad people to come into our country.
And the rate of change of number of known terrorists coming across our borders that we apprehend has gone parabolic.
Imagine the ones that we haven't apprehended.
And by the way, China is shipping the precursor ingredients of fentanyl into Mexico.
Mexico then makes the pills or sends it in raw powder form to the United States.
So if people want to say China is the biggest threat, I agree.
In this case, they're using the Mexican southern border to funnel basically this poison called fentanyl to kill 100,000 Americans every year.
We are already at war, and we are losing this war to China already because of this.
You know, it's really interesting when you try to find numbers for fentanyl deaths.
It is not easy to locate how many people are actually dying.
I think the last time I checked, I could find numbers from 2020 or not anything recent.
But when you start to hear the stories anecdotally that come out in the news, Congressman, We had a state of emergency when it came to COVID.
How our government officials, whether they're local or whether they're at the federal level like you were just dealing with today, do not see this as an emergency situation when children are getting a hold of these pills, when kids are overdosing thinking that they're buying something else that they shouldn't be buying, granted, but they still are not thinking they're getting what they get and they end up dead in the shower.
It's a real problem.
Yeah, and that's why I'm very careful with the language here.
This isn't overdose.
These are poisoning.
These kids think they're taking a Viking and a Percocet, you know, an Adderall.
And they are taking black market versions, which are all now made with fentanyl, and about .01% of them are lethal because they're not mixed correctly.
And because of that, roughly 500 people a day are dying, which is more than the number of Americans that died every day during World War II, if you put that in perspective.
So we've got a vigil in Santa Clarita coming up next week to honor those who have lost their lives because of these poisonings.
This poison doesn't care what color your skin is, what age, how much money you have.
It will kill you within five minutes.
And it's at the hands of the open southern border and, frankly, our government that is derelict in securing our border and looking after our national security interests.
Now, just switching gears a little bit, we're visiting with Congressman Mike Garcia.
You can give him a follow at Rep.
Mike Garcia on Twitter, on all the social media platforms.
He represents California's 27th congressional district and serves the country in that way, but you also served the country in the military.
You are a member of the United States Navy, which we thank you for your service for that, of course.
But yesterday we spoke with Congresswoman Young Kim about this.
There was a really emotional testimony given in the Foreign Affairs Committee yesterday, and they talked about the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Congressman, we have been talking about this for a long time.
The problem, well, there were many with this decision to withdraw from Afghanistan personally.
But the fact that this was a State Department mission, not a Department of Defense mission, allowed for these 13 individuals and many more to be injured by a suicide bomber who, according to the testimony yesterday, this Marine Sergeant couldn't get the authority to kill even though he had him in his sights.
That's right.
So there's a lot of causal issues.
The fact that we let all the prisoners out of Bagram and then surrendered at Fairfield, you know, weeks before this incident.
But if you recall, Jen, I was one of the few jumping up and down in June, July, early August saying, this is not a diplomatic mission.
Operational control should not be under Secretary of State Blinken.
This needs to be under Secretary of State Austin, excuse me, Secretary of Defense Austin.
We even wrote a letter to the President compelling him to change operational control to the DOD because it was a military operation, not a diplomatic State Department mission.
And what happens is, if you leave the State Department in charge too long, they don't establish rules of engagement.
And we had war fires on the ground.
Americans on the ground were put in harm's way by these terrorist organizations.
And because of the fact that they did not have formal rules of engagement flowed down to them by their Commander-in-Chief, We lost hundreds of lives and 13 precious American service members.
And this sniper himself was gruesomely wounded, I think, losing a couple of appendages himself.
So this could have all been avoided.
Weakness on the global stage, weakness real time on the ground, and not handing this over to the DoD in a manner appropriate for that type of operation is what caused these deaths.
And unfortunately, we are more vulnerable today relative to Afghanistan than we were On September 10th of 2001, and the Afghanistan terrorists, Al Qaeda, ISIS, are going to get reinvigorated in that nation.
You know, Congressman, one of the things that I hear a lot from people, whether it's out speaking to groups or even, my goodness, on this program today, they say these hearings are great and we like them and that the information is getting out there.
But what will come?
I know that you've been one of the loudest advocates for getting this hearing, especially on Afghanistan.
You've called for this all throughout your reelection campaign and beyond.
What do you hope will come from a hearing like this?
And I know there will be more, but what do we hope will be the ultimate outcome?
Well, first and immediate hope is that we stop the bleeding and that the incompetency of this Biden administration is immediately put in check, because they know there's a body that's giving them oversight.
The Dems did not conduct oversight when they had the House.
They're not doing that with the majority in the Senate.
And obviously, Biden can, and is basically enabling them to put us in harm's way.
Hopefully stop the bleeding and ultimately very soon lead to accountability on multiple fronts, not just Afghanistan, but also COVID, the weaponization of our government, the abuses of the FBI.
And there's a long laundry list of what we would consider reconciliation and justice that has been absolutely a nightmare for Americans over the last two years.
And there will be a reckoning here very soon.
That's the commitment to America that we've made as the majority in the House, at least.
And you know, the one thing I always tell people when they feel like they're losing hope and they say, oh, these hearings, are they going to result in anything?
Anybody?
Is anybody going to get punished?
The answer is if it makes one person change their mind or see truth, it was absolutely worth it.
And Congressman Mike Garcia, I know that's what you're looking for out there is just the truth.
Thanks for what you're doing.
Give him a follow right now at Rep.
Mike Garcia representing California's 27th congressional district at Rep.
Mike Garcia.
Check him out.
There is a whole lot more America First up ahead.
Jennifer Horn in for Dr. G.
This is America First. America First.
America First.
America First. America First.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. That's Sebastian Gorka.
He's out sick today.
I'm Jennifer Horne, happy to be filling in on America First.
And you know, today we continue the Food for the Poor campaign, helping feed starving kids in El Salvador, in Guatemala, and Honduras, whose lives have been devastated by famine.
Dallas broadcaster John Hudson has traveled outside of the U.S.
with Food for the Poor, and now he says the nonprofit relief organization is part of his DNA.
It's not us over here and them over there, but it's all of us collectively.
For a moment, we get to live life together.
And the cool thing is I saw Food for the Poor and what they did, where our money goes.
And it was a beautiful thing that impacted my life in such a great way that I can't wait to go back because I believe in what Food for the Poor does.
I've seen it with my own eyes and it really is a part of my heart and a part of my life now.
If you're a mom, if you're a dad, if you're a grandparent, If you have a moment, won't you please help Food for the Poor rush assistance not only to children in Honduras, but also to help families in other impacted countries in our hemisphere as well.
Here's what you do.
It's easy to help.
You go to SebGorka.com.
You make a donation in any amount.

That's 855-330-HOPE for Food for the Poor.
All right, so new polling is out today.
Former President Donald Trump edging out President Biden in a head-to-head matchup game.
No kidding.
You know, I know this is a headline, but is that surprising?
I mean, have you seen what President Biden has done, I call him Chairman Joe, over the last couple of years?
And then the successes that President Trump had, even with a pandemic raging on all of us.
I mean, it's like an A-B column.
You just put them next to each other.
Do you think Biden has made us safer on the world stage?
Do you think his domestic policy is like aces?
I mean, come on.
Of course, President Trump is going to edge out Biden from at least honest voters.
This is a head-to-head matchup now in a new poll from Morning Consult.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, well, he is trailing behind.
Remember, this was a big week of speeches.
You had President Trump giving a fabulous speech at CPAC on Saturday night.
And then in my neck of the woods, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, a beautiful facility.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis spoke to a pretty big crowd.
He had the place packed in California.
A lot of differences kind of shaping up between these two candidates, even though Ron DeSantis has taken a lot of what he does from former President Trump.
A lot of his policy matches up, a lot of his mannerisms, a lot of his style is definitely tipping the hat to President Trump.
Now, here's how this morning consult survey played out.
It showed Trump with a majority of support in a primary field.
They showed Ron DeSantis, the Florida governor, trailing by 25 percentage points.
And then they took those two, since they're the top polling Republicans, and they put them up against Biden.
When asked who they would vote for between Trump and Biden, 43 percent said Trump, compared to 42 percent for Biden.
That's just a single percentage point.
That's within the margin of error, by the way, which is 1%.
So this could be a dead heat, indicating a tie.
Another 10% said someone else, and 5% remain unsure.
I always love those people who don't know, like the guys that just go, I don't know, and the pollster comes by.
The survey asked the same question, except they took out President Trump.
They put in DeSantis' name against Biden, and that's a scenario.
44% support Biden and 40% chose Ron DeSantis.
That's a difference of four percentage points.
8% said they would choose someone else and another 8% said they didn't know more than enough, obviously, to swing the direction of the race in the favor of Republicans.
But on its surface, that's got to be pretty disturbing if you're Ron DeSantis and you want to get in this race.
We believe that he is going to get into this race.
Do you really have the chops to take on President Trump?
And will you actually do yourself harm getting into the presidential ring with President Trump?
It'll be interesting how this plays out.
I know a lot of us have been focusing on this potential matchup, Trump versus DeSantis, but I don't even think it's close, guys.
I know there are a lot of people who say, I can't stand what Trump says, I can't stand what Trump does.
You know what?
This is a guy who delivered us great success.
And here's the best part.
He won't have to worry about running for re-election.
He has four years to go in and finish the job that he started.
And he's going to be able to go in and he's going to be able to clean house because we have seen now the evidence of all those things that people said were crazy that he said in those first four years in office.
They've all turned out to be true.
And now that we know that, will he be positioned with the right staff and team to go in And make change.
We don't have a lot more time to just wait around and hope that things are going to get better.
I mean, my goodness, we don't have four years while someone gets used to the position of president, which is what would happen if Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley or someone else had to go in there.
They need the time to get used to that office, figure out how things work.
And then they'd have to spend the time running for re-election?
You have President Trump, who is ready to go, who can fix the economy.
I believe, as he said, deliver on the promise that he could stop this nonsense with Russia and Ukraine.
We're steps away from World War III.
This is someone that we need in, and we need him now.
So this poll, I think, is really reflective, at least of my voice, and I think the voice of the Republican Party.
What do you think?
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
You can call us anytime.
Well, at least through the end of the program.
833-33-GORKA.
But you can comment on that new poll.
President Trump really killing it head to head in a matchup against, well, Ron DeSantis, certainly.
But of course, even President Biden in that mix.
833-33-GORKA.
There's also a new press release.
You'll love this.
I printed it out because it was just too good not to share with you guys.
I love these people who become very self-important and think that what they think that it really matters and that we've all been dying to hear about it.
Remember Ken Cuccinelli?
You're not alone if you say no.
But he was a former Trump senior administration official.
He was an acting Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security.
He was also the Virginia Attorney General.
Well, today he launched and he sent out this press release, the Never Back Down PAC.
Which is an effort to urge Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to enter the presidential race.
Now, I know.
You were waiting all day.
This Thursday, you're waiting.
You're like, I'm holding my breath to see what Ken Cuccinelli tells me to do with my vote.
Well, now you know.
Ken Cuccinelli and his PAC are going to try to use their money to get Ron DeSantis into the race.
And no doubt they most likely will.
I think you've seen Ron DeSantis on this tour of especially blue cities.
He was in Los Angeles.
He was in Orange County.
He was in New York.
He's definitely out there.
He's definitely spreading the message.
But now he's got Ken Cuccinelli support.
I know.
Everybody's really excited about that.
833-33-GORKA.
That's the number to call.
You can chime in on presidential matchups, the presidential primary, and a whole lot more, actually, as we continue.
Let's say hello to Ed in Utah Online, too.
Ed, thanks for holding.
You've got just about 10 seconds, 20 seconds here.
Yeah, thanks a lot, Jennifer.
I like what you're saying.
Like Mr. Gorka said, this information, the J6 tapes, this needs to go out not just to Mr. Tucker, who I really appreciate and admire for getting the word out, but it needs to get out to the Gateway Pundit.
Yep, amen.
All of the different outlets.
Ed, I absolutely agree with you.
Thank you for that phone call.
833-33-GORKA.
More up ahead, Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G on America First.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka on America First.
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horne.
Thank you, Dr. G. This is Jennifer Horne.
I am the host of The Morning Answer in Los Angeles on Salem Radio, AM 870, AM 590.
The Answer, happy to be filling in for Seb.
He's got, well, he's a little under the weather.
He's got strep throat.
He called in earlier and let us know.
So happy to be here and help him out.
We're going to take some of your phone calls.
833-33-GORKA.
A lot of people wanting to talk about January 6th.
What's going to come from these tapes being released?
Do you think Tucker Carlson kind of got the leash pulled back a little bit in releasing some of what he promised to be big revelations, but maybe we haven't really seen delivered yet on Fox?
833-33-GORKA.
We also have some new polling out that indicates Donald Trump beats Joe Biden by a point, head-to-head in a morning consult poll.
And Ron DeSantis, not as successful.
He loses by four to Joe Biden in a head-to-head matchup.
You've also got Ken Cuccinelli, former Trump administration member, who now is starting his own pack to get Ron DeSantis to run.
But I think a really interesting question.
We already know Trump is in the race.
So, you know, obviously the speculation about is DeSantis getting in or not, what that's going to look like, that's going to come.
We'll know soon enough.
But who would you like to see Donald Trump pick as a vice presidential candidate?
833-33-Gorka.
A lot of people at CPAC voted for Carrie Lake.
I think she's lovely.
I think she's nice.
I think she's got a rising star.
But she says she doesn't want to be vice president.
We think she's going to run for Senate again.
And I don't know.
She might be too much like Trump to help complete that ticket.
You might want someone like a little yin and yang.
So who would you see?
833-33-GORKA.
You can chime in on that.
Plus we're talking January 6th.
Your calls right now.
Let's just start from the top.
Edward in Chicago online.
One, you want to talk about Chicago politics.
Another bit of crime over the weekend.
These stories continue.
Hi, Edward.
Welcome to America First.
Yeah, Jennifer.
And this relates because I was listening to another station.
I won't say which one in L.A.
How dare you?
How dare you?
Three officers in L.A.
OK.
Three officers in L.A.
So we just had a funeral for an officer who was chasing down a Gang member who was, uh, trailing a girlfriend or something, and he returned fire, but unfortunately he got killed.
So they had a funeral today.
Andrew Vasquez Lasso is his name.
And I live in a fire neighborhood over here in Chicago.
There's about like four or five of these.
And these are the neighbors that are going to propel the so-called, uh, I like to think of him as a Reagan Democrat compared to the progressive.
On the other side, Mr. Defund.
Yeah.
Ballot versus Johnson.
I hope that is right because you guys need a little bit of sanity around Chicago.
And, you know, I can remember the days, Edward, where safe communities and being tough on crime, it wasn't a Democrat or Republican issue.
It was just something everybody could get behind.
And those days are gone.
We have George Gascogne in Los Angeles, who is the district attorney, who has 17 lawsuits against him for retaliating against people in his office who have spoken out.
about policies of his that are dangerous.
Our murder rate is skyrocketing just like Chicago.
So you've got to have somebody who comes in, even if it's a Democrat, but that just comes in and wants to be tough on crime.
We cannot handle any more of this.
Yeah, let me just say two quick points here.
People are moving to these neighborhoods, these city worker neighborhoods, because they've got to live in the city to work.
They're moving to these cities.
That's the funny thing.
And let me tell you, whether it's Trump or DeSantis, they need to send the army to get Maduro and the president of Mexico.
One division starts in Venezuela, the other one starts south of the border, and everybody buys the champagne in Panama.
Edward, thanks so much for the phone call.
Appreciate you.
Ryan in Atlanta on line number two.
Ryan, you're up next on America First.
Hi.
Hey, Jennifer.
January 6th was about an election, and, you know, I'm an average American out here.
I want everyone to vote, but I have zero confidence in the election system now.
I can see the big cities.
They take hours and hours and hours, and the Democrats always come out ahead.
So I want to just get your take, a courageous take on How do you feel about our election?
I'd like to give you a little bit of good news.
I feel the same way you do, and you're not alone.
I think it's the mail-in ballot scheme that has helped ballots and elections fall in ways that they were not meant to.
And in Los Angeles, I can just tell you from my perspective where we are.
In California, mail-in voting is here to stay.
They're not going to change it until Democrats start to lose.
And our voter rolls are completely bloated and overrun.
So the problem is you've got 18 people registered to one single address.
You have dead people, people who have moved out of state, people who are no longer voting anymore for whatever the reason.
And you're still sending out ballots out there, which get into the wrong hands or whatever may happen, whether that happens once or that happens 20,000 times.
We need to make sure that we address those problems so that everybody has faith in our system.
And I will tell you that the folks at the Election Integrity Project in California, along with Judicial Watch, got into a lawsuit with L.A.
County.
And here's some good news, Ryan.
It's not in Atlanta, but they removed 1.5 million Not valid voters anymore off of those voter rolls because of that lawsuit.
So have some faith.
Little by little, we are going to get this back.
And President Trump has been talking about how this is going to be one of the big pieces of his campaign.
Ballot harvesting, figuring out the mail-in ballot scheme.
So take heart in that, Ryan.
Thanks so much for the phone call.
833-33-GORGA.
Your calls up ahead.
Jennifer Horne in for... Jennifer
Horne in for... Jennifer
Horne in for...
Jennifer Horne in for...
Let's get back to the show with Jennifer Horn.
Thank you.
This is Jennifer Horn in for Seb Gorka.
Seb's a little under the weather today.
He should be back soon, though.
We're wishing him the best.
Quick recovery.
In this economy, you need to make every dollar count.
You especially need to protect your retirement funds.
But Huge firms like BlackRock and others who control trillions in retirement assets are risking your financial future, playing woke politics with your retirement funds.
They're using a progressive system called ESG to do it, and doing so without your consent.
They're pulling investments from solid companies to advance their social causes, one of which, of course, is climate activism.
Just recently, every Republican Senator and Democrat Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia, who said ESG puts our entire economy in jeopardy, introduced a bill that would prevent ESG from overtaking profits as a leading consideration for how your retirement savings are invested.
And many state leaders are fighting back, telling firms like BlackRock to stop playing politics with our pensions.
To protect your savings, in 2022 alone, state treasurers divested $5 billion from BlackRock.
To learn more about how to fight back against woke investment firms, go to ConsumersResearch.org.
They've been protecting consumers from fraud and abuse for decades.
Go to ConsumersResearch.org to learn about their mission to protect you from woke investment firms like BlackRock.
That's ConsumersResearch.org.
Portions of the show, America First, brought to you by...
Consumers Research.
Check them out.
Consumersresearch.org.
All right.
As we continue on America First, a couple of topics.
We've been talking about January 6th all day, whether or not you've been disappointed by the revelations that Tucker Carlson promised on January 6th, what you think about those tapes if you've watched them, and, of course, having a little fun.
We're talking about new polling out that suggests Donald Trump would beat President Biden in a head-to-head matchup by a percentage point.
And we're kind of talking about who might be a good vice presidential pick.
For Donald Trump.
What's interesting, I've heard a lot of people talk about the Ron DeSantis factor and a couple of things.
I know a lot of us would dream of having a Trump DeSantis ticket, but that's not really going to happen.
First, there's probably a lot of differences in personality at this point, but Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump would not be able to use the electoral votes from Florida because they're both from the same state.
So one of them would have to move if that were going to be a ticket.
Number two, Ron DeSantis is not actually even eligible to jump into the presidential race yet because there's a law in Florida that actually Republicans changed to try to stick it to the Democrats that say you can't still be governor and run for office like president if you're currently already employed as the governor of Florida or in office.
So that's going to be a rough one for DeSantis to overcome.
They're going to have to figure out.
And the state legislature is controlled by Republicans, so no doubt he could shift that ruling if he wants to jump into the presidential race.
But does it look like a little bit hypocritical if he does that?
833-33-GORGA.
All of those topics up and ready for you.
Rich in California on Line 3.
Hi, Rich.
You're on America First.
Hi there, Jennifer.
How are you doing?
Doing just great.
Thanks, Rich.
Yes, I wanted to comment on your opening question.
The reason that the information that's come out on Tucker's show hasn't felt like it's risen to the level of a bombshell is because it's really only confirmed what all of us really believed anyway.
I mean, what can we believe coming out of our government institutions these days?
And the information that I'm really looking for out of these tapes is I want to know how many undercover federal agents And Antifa people are at the front of those barricades and the breaking of the windows in the Capitol.
I firmly believe, my conservative intuition is telling me, that they instigated the violence on that day.
And the videos that we've seen from Tucker show a peaceful crowd really viewing the Capitol as though they were tourists on any other day.
It is pretty insane when you hear all of what was thrown out in the narrative about how everybody was there to wreck things and then you look at the real video and it looks like people are just admiring the stuff on the walls.
I mean it is absolutely insane the difference between what was told to us and what we've seen in these tapes.
Rich in California, thanks so much for that phone call.
Joe in Illinois on line 4.
Hi Joe!
Donald Trump knows to the grindstone all four years.
Hardest working modern American president.
Carrie Lake, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, or Candace Owens.
You know, I've been toying with that Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
I actually don't hate that.
I think the state of Arkansas would miss her as governor.
She's doing a good job there, but she has worked with him in the past, so that's an interesting one.
So my main comment for you is that the Federal Reserve is actually the fourth branch of the United States government.
I worked at the Merck in the currencies.
There was fed intervention weekly, sometimes daily.
And what's happening now is they're trying to compensate for all of the Democratic spending that's going on.
So now they have a choice to basically bankrupt some of the working class so that others can survive.
Yeah, it's a scary state of affairs right now, Joe.
Thank you so much for the phone call.
Vincent in Atlanta, Line 5.
Hi, Vincent!
Hello, Ms.
Horan.
Hello!
Yes, I'd just like to say, God willing, when all the truth of this comes out, I think the J6ers, much like the Boston Tea Party people, except for the ones that are attacking cops, but the J6ers will go down in history as patriots and heroes.
Who were standing up to one of the worst acts of treason in American history, which was the 2020 fraud election.
Certainly falsely imprisoned as well, and their lives tore apart.
The stories are pretty horrific.
Vincent, thanks so much for the phone call.
Appreciate you.
Jeff in Arlington, Texas.
Hi, Jeff, on line one.
Hey, how's it going?
Yeah, thanks for the call.
McCarthy released me with all that footage.
Couldn't the January 6th committee, something, you know, somebody listening, or you could answer this, like, shouldn't it be held accountable for all the baloney they've been saying?
And now we have footage.
If the footage, it's always been there, I just don't see why.
Because nobody's watched it, Jeff.
This is what's the travesty, right?
You've got this January 6th committee hearing that's been going on, and everybody, even the top, Benny Thompson, just came out and said, no, we didn't look through all that footage.
No one looked through it.
Kevin McCarthy, he didn't have to look through it.
He hasn't.
He said that he hasn't looked through it.
He just wants to release it to let people decide.
But if you're going to make big statements about big things, we should be holding our elected officials, looking at these Democrats and these, well, no longer in Congress, Republicans.
They shouldn't be allowed to just make statements based on nothing.
Ah, 833-33-GORKA.
Thank you, Jeff, for the phone call.
More of your phone calls ahead.
Jennifer Horne in for Dr. G.
This is America First.
Thank you.

I would love it if you follow me as well.
You can give me a follow at Jennifer Horn.
On Twitter and on True Social, at Jennifer Horn Radio.
On Facebook and on Instagram.
Always a pleasure being here as a fill-in host for Seb.
And we've got lots of topics on the table and just a few minutes to get to them.
So 83333GORCA, we will get to as many of you as we can.
Line one, Richard in Kentucky, you have a vice presidential pick for Donald Trump.
Yeah, I think a great vice presidential pick would be Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
She's already worked with Trump, as was pointed out earlier.
And she's very, very articulate and knowledgeable.
And besides that, her father is a former governor, and he gets along well with Trump, and I know he would also benefit America with his experience and his wisdom.
You know, it's really funny, and Richard, Huckabee pops into my mind as a vice presidential candidate for Trump.
Either Mike Huckabee or Sarah Huckabee Sanders I think would be just great and do good things for the Trump ticket.
The other two, and I so I agree with you completely.
Thanks for that.
We're talking to off the air and producer Eric mentioned Ron Johnson and Marsha Blackburn, which I think are also really stellar picks.
833-33-GORKA on that.
But Richard, thank you so much for the phone call.
I would agree that Sarah Huckabee would be a really good, good spot.
All right, let's see.
Frank in Los Angeles on line three.
Hi, Frank.
Hi, Jan.
How you doing?
Hi.
Good.
Thank you.
See, we got Nurse J filling in for Dr. G. There you go.
Yeah.
I think, you know, you were talking about who was going to be, you know, the presidential candidates and And the people need, you know, they'd need time to adjust and learn the ropes and everything if it was a new person.
That's why I think we need Trump back in there.
He already understands who's the swamp, who's in the swamp, and he knows how to navigate it.
A thousand percent.
And he can fix the economy and all the other issues at the same time.
Thanks for the call.
Real quick, David in North Carolina.
Last call on America First.
Hi, David.
Yeah, hi!
You were saying, asking if we were satisfied with the amount of video we saw from Tucker Carlson releasing it.
And maybe he's just doing a James O'Keefe Project Veritas thing where he left a little bit out and a little bit out because...
Well, that's one of the things that I consider too, David.
And thank you so much for the phone call.
It is very possible that there is more to come.
Of course, that's always there.
And his ratings have been sky high over the last couple of days.
People waiting for more.
So it's a possibility.
We just have to wait and see.
Thanks so much for joining us.
You can give me a follow at Jennifer Horn on Twitter, Jennifer Horn Radio, Facebook and Instagram.
