Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
No monologue today because we've got so much news, disturbing news, important news.
First it was OAN.
Now they're coming after the fastest growing TV channel out there.
It's the one where I have a weekend show.
It's called the Gorka Reality Check and DirecTV, 70% owned by AT&T, cut the cord last night.
Why?
Let's ask the man who knows.
He is the CEO of Newsmax.
He's a friend of mine, Chris Ruddy.
Welcome to America First.
Sebastian, thank you for having me on.
Always great being on with you.
So let's talk about this story, which is so blatant.
We found out, thanks to Elon Musk, what was happening secretly behind the scenes to actually, you know, use the tools of social media to censor conservatives with the release of the Twitter files.
But this is happening out in the open.
What happened yesterday at midnight?
Well, to the surprise of a lot of our viewers, 13 million of them, that came to get Newsmax through DirecTV, we were de-platformed.
We were removed and we are being off-air.
We were censored by DirecTV.
AT&T owns DirecTV.
Should not have come as a complete surprise.
As you know, they de-platformed last year One America, OAN.
OAN, as you know, was listed as Newsmax was in Fox News by the House Democrats in a letter they sent in 2021 to all the cable companies, including DirecTV, claiming we were offering misinformation on the elections and other matters.
They just don't want to have conservative points of view.
And DirecTV has 22 liberal news channels.
Most of them have lower ratings than Newsmax, and they're keeping all of them on.
They de-platformed One America, they just de-platformed this week Newsmax, and I think we're left with Fox.
Fox is fine, but as you know, Fox is not enough.
Why do they get 22 liberal channels and conservatives only get one?
They want to control the narrative.
Now they're making something up about financial interests.
These 70 other companies, however, were being paid a license fee by DirecTV.
You wanted the equitable arrangement.
And then there are 22 other ones that are left-wing.
They make billions, literally billions of dollars a year.
So this has to be a smokescreen, this financial argument.
Correct, Chris?
Oh my God, it's more than a smokestream.
It's a rodeo.
I don't know.
It's just that they're just trying to fool people, really.
AT&T Direct TV made $3 billion on their satellite in service.
They're on target like that.
They're making plenty of money.
They always say that when they drop a conservative channel, it's for cost Meanwhile, they keep all the liberal channels.
Their news has a rating, as you know, we're the number fourth cable, number four cable news channel in the United States, top 16 of all hundreds of cable channels.
We get 25 million people watching this regularly, and that's all according to Nielsen reports.
They did not like the fact that we're bigger than 22 liberal news channels that they carry on DirecTV.
Three quarters of those channels have less ratings than Newsmax, and they all get a fee, and they all get a fee bigger than what we were asked.
And they were very clear in the negotiations with us, and they've said it publicly in statements they weren't supposed to, so that's why I can talk about it.
They said to us, we will never pay Newsmax one penny.
It's like what you pay the top 100 channels.
We're a top 16 channel.
The top 100 channels, Sebastian, every single one of them gets paid.
Why would Newsmax not get a fee?
What would be the reason?
And they're discriminating against us for political reasons.
That's all we can figure out.
I think it's clear as day.
We're urging people to call their members of Congress and say, please fight against this censorship against conservative media.
We're urging members of customers of DirecTV, U-verse, to call their company, DirecTV.
Tell them that they're demanding Newsmax be put back on or they'll cancel.
Or you can cancel right away if you want.
Newsmax has carried on all the other major cable channels.
We're on Dish.
We're on Fubo.
There's many places you can get us.
The other thing is we have a website with a petition and we have all the phone numbers there.
It's very simple.
Iwantnewsmax.com.
Iwantnewsmax.com.
It's right there.
And we're getting a huge response.
Tens of thousands today.
Let me put something to you.
So the website, if you are fed up, With blatant, blatant censorship of conservatives, I want Newsmax.com, but let me put it to you, it's not just that you're conservatives and that you're providing real news.
Look, I'm sure it has a lot to do with my show that's, you know, been on your platform for a couple of years now, the Gawker Reality Check, but I think it's, let me run something past you.
Isn't it the explosion of Newsmax?
I think because of the last two years, this skyrocketing of popularity of Newsmax.
Isn't that the real impetus why they're coming after you?
What do you think of that?
I think it's, you know, we, there's a couple of things going on.
One is we know on the Twitter things, the government colluded with a private company to censor conservative media.
Never heard of this before, right?
This is a violation.
We know that government-acted Pelosi and her people in the House wrote that letter.
We know that the Biden administration approved very quickly a $43 billion merger for AT&T's Warner Media Division, which included CNN, to the Discovery Channel company.
That was done like nobody could believe it.
It was at that time that One America was de-platformed and removed.
We might have been part of a deal there.
I don't know, but I believe we've asked congressmen to investigate.
Congressman Wesley Hunt put a letter to DirecTV and AT&T saying they wanted to have hearings.
41 other congressmen signed the letter, and they're saying this is just out-and-out discrimination against conservative media.
If we don't fight back, All our freedoms, I think, are in jeopardy here.
Yeah, I've got the letter in front of me from the congressman that is to the CEO of AT&T to direct TV and TPG Capital.
And I'm impressed.
I mean, the list of names, Darrell Issa, Ken Buck, Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, Matt Gaetz, Mike Walsh, Lauren Bobert, Ronny Jackson, on and on and on.
What is your message right now?
You're talking to three million people live across the country from California to D.C.
What is your message to AT&T, Chris Ruddy?
Well, I would say that if you stand with us, whether you get DirecTV or not, this fight is for you, right?
Because we're fighting as well for the freedom and future of America.
They know the 24 elections coming up.
They want to control the narrative.
They want to restrict conservative voices.
Very woke company.
I could go into the history of AT&T.
But AT&T relies on people like you.
DirecTV relies on people like you.
Even if you don't have DirecTV, if you have an AT&T cell phone, there are a lot of other options.
You don't need them for internet and web services.
Let your congressman know you don't want government doing business with AT&T.
So there are a lot of steps that you can take as an individual, and I can tell you we're not going to let this go, because this is a very clear act of political censorship and discrimination.
We need Americans to stand with us.
Go to iwantnewsmax.com, call AT&T and DirecTV today and tell them that you're fed up and you're not going to stand for it.
A service provider, let's be very clear here, a service provider that is cancelling a company purely because of politics.
Never happened before.
Tell your congressman, your senator, go right now to iwantnewsmax.com, follow this man, Chris Ruddy, NMX, that's for Newsmax, on twitter at chris ruddy nmx more power to your elbow keep on fighting chris i'm sebastian gorka this is america first coming to you live from just outside the insalubrious fetid rank malodorous swamp that is washington dc from the reliefactor.com studios never ever miss any of our episodes we have an amazing one-on-one devon nunes

That was good.
Mm-hmm.
Except for the palm tree in the background that looked like somebody was washing the window.
I didn't even notice.
I was more focused on the other TVs in the background.
Well, the one didn't have a feed.
I was wondering if they had DirecTV there.
That was the Newsmax one.
Alright, um... What have we got now?
This is B, so... Waltz.
What's up, Alex?
Waltz Kingdom.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Can you, in the break, can you print for me the consumer's research?
Because I don't have that hard copy.
I keep having to look for it on my phone.
Yes.
Thanks.
Come in here with cut three, please.
Cut three, McCarthy.
Yes.
Yup.
How's it going Rumble Chat?
All 1,200 of you thus far, welcome.
Nice.
Good to see you here.
Oh, title for that.
What's a good title?
AT&T goes full Stalinist on Newsmax.
Mm-hmm.
Full Stalinist.
Do you hear me?
Yeah, I hear you.
Yep.
Goes full Stalinist on Newsmax.
I can't hear anybody.
What's happening?
Oh!
Can you hear me?
Hello?
Hello?
He's lost it again.
John, can you go check?
IFB, maybe unplugged?
Yeah, we're checking.
Check your IFP.
I keep talking.
Do I have to record this, my page of supply, Alex?
Yes, sir.
Alright, you ready?
Yeah, I got the title.
AT&T goes full stall in a summer's max.
Do I have to record this?

Yes, sir.
All right, you ready?
Yes.

Because what happens in the Intel Committee, you don't know.
What happens in the Intel Committee, although the secrets are going on in the world, Other members of Congress don't know.
What did Adam Schiff do as the chairman of the Intel Committee?
What Adam Schiff did, use his power as a chairman and lie to the American public.
Even the Inspector General said it.
When Devin Nunes put out a memo, he said it was false.
When we had a laptop, he used it before an election to be politics and say that it was false and said it was the Russians.
When he knew different.
That is Kevin McCarthy, the new Speaker of the House, kicking Eric Fangfang Swalwell and the Biggest Liar on Capitol Hill.
And that takes some doing, Adam Schiff, of the Intelligence Committee, despite the fact that Democrat leader Hakeem Jeffries demanded, demanded, That McCarthy put Swalwell and Schiff back on the committee because they are, quote, eminently qualified.
Eminently qualified at what?
Lying and having sex with Chinese spies?
We're going to discuss that and so much more with the former chairman of the Intelligence Committee, the one and only Devin Nunes.
He's coming to DC.
He's going to be in studio with us for the third hour.
Never, ever miss anything.
Make sure you are following us on all social media platforms.
He's the CEO of President Trump's Truth Social.
You have got to follow us everywhere we're on.
Truth Social, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Parler, Getter, Telegram, CloudHub.
You can watch the show because we're a TV show at salemnewschannel.com and also our substack, Sebastian Gorka.
.substack.com.
That's Sebastian Gorka, my name, one word, .substack.com.
Kevin continued in his rather, what should I call it, robust, robust fashion, discussing Fang Fang's buddy, Eric Swalwell.
Cut four!
And if you want to talk about Swalwell, let's talk about Swalwell.
Because you have not had the briefing that I had.
I had the briefing and Nancy Pelosi had the briefing from the FBI.
The FBI never came before this Congress to tell the leadership of this Congress that Eric Swalwell had a problem with the Chinese.
Eric Swalwell can't publicly say these words.
I've never had sex with a Chinese spy.
just us who were concerned about it.
The FBI was concerned about putting a member of Congress on the Intel Committee that has the rights to see things that others don't because of his knowledge and relationship with a Chinese spy.
So weird to this very day, Eric Swalwell can't publicly say these words, "I've never had sex with a Chinese spy." Why is that, Eric?
Why can't you say that?
Instead of saying that, he's getting all, I don't know, hot under the collar, and he's threatening Kevin McCarthy.
Cut five.
Even though we have said publicly these smears are bringing death threats, he continues to do it, which makes us believe that there's an intent behind it.
But we will not be quiet.
We're not going away.
I think he'll regret giving all three of us more time on our hands.
Oh no, Eric Swor has got more time on his hands.
Hey Eric, has he forgotten how to shave?
Why can't he shave?
That's literally what I was thinking.
That looks like the saddest 5 o'clock shadow ever.
He looks like a patchy hobo or something.
I don't know.
Hey Jeff, put your headset on.
Stop answering phones.
What do you think this is?
Are you impressed?
Are you surprised?
Kevin's coming out swinging.
Is this what you expected?
In the beginning, they always do.
You know what I mean?
You've always got to come out of the gate when people are paying attention.
He's waiting until people stop paying attention.
Of course you're going to rain on my parade.
Give us a call.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
8333 Gorka, that's 833-334-6752.
Oh, by the way, why is it, Jeff, that I'm trying to please a million people at the same time?
I'm doing three hours on radio, filming my new TV show yesterday morning.
Then I'm doing, you know, TV hits and interviews for Newsmax and everybody else.
And then I go on a Twitter Spaces for half an hour.
And you have to text me.
Oh, you're on Twitter right now?
Are you like following me with a drone or something?
I can tell.
It's a little odd if you don't text back right away.
So then I just check to see if you're on Twitter spaces and nine times out of ten you are.
Did you listen to any of that?
Yeah, I did.
And what did you say?
You said somebody was on that space that I didn't notice?
Yes, Malcolm Nance.
Maybe he was supposed to give us an update from the front, right?
Because he went to fight there, right?
Yes, and I noticed that he left because he was actually supposed to be a speaker.
He was listed as a speaker.
Really?
And when you started going off on all the things that Trump did, I guess it's a little bit different than MSNBC when everyone just agrees with you, because he jumped right off after that, because I thought for sure he was going to chime in and start arguing with you.
Little Nancy-poo, you couldn't actually come up on stage and talk on the Twitter space?
You know what?
He was probably afraid I was going to teach him how to actually put a magazine in an AK.
That photograph, guys, if you hadn't seen it, Malcolm Nance, I think it's actually a psych ward case.
Showing a photograph of himself somewhere in Ukraine in full battle rattle with a magazine in his AK that's not seated.
He didn't know how to actually put the magazine in.
Gonna be hard to fight Russians if you don't know how to actually put the magazine in your rifle.
But Malcolm, I'll be on the Twitter spaces soon.
Don't be so shy next time.
The Disney Empire is the self-proclaimed happiest place on earth.
Did you know that?
Everybody smiles.
It's a bit freaky.
Well, right now it's the happiest place for what?
Gay and transgender propaganda.
To quote Biden, no joke.
In the new movie Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom, you'll see how Disney executives are purposely exposing your children and your grandchildren to the LGBTQ agenda in their films, their theme parks, And their TV shows.
They're trying to seize the mind of children as early as possible to encourage kids to question their sexuality.
It's just perverted.
Grooming kids with their gay and transgender messaging and producing one anti-Christian, anti-Catholic movie after another.
Just see the proof for yourself.
It's free.
It's the new movie, Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom, presented by the Catholic League, available at salemnow.com.
Free of charge.
Now, the Disney theme parks have stopped using gendered greetings.
No, hi guys, hi boys, hi girls.
Disney's condemned the Florida bill that bars teaching young children about gender identity.
You'll hear from Brent Bozell.
You'll hear from Bill Donoghue, Tony Perkins, David Horowitz, Dr. Ben Carson, and the amazing journalist Miranda Devine from the New York Post, plus hosted by Mercedes Schlapp.
Watch it today for free.
It's the movie Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom at SalemNow.com.
Portions of Walt's uh Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Walt's disenchanted kingdom at Salem now.
Don't forget if you enjoy the show you've got to check out our store right now we have a new Elon Musk inspired t-shirt oh and mug as well it's about the twitter files everything we're learning about the The DHS, the FBI, censoring conservatives.
The question is, are you paying attention?
Hashtag Twitter files, everything made in America.
Our FBI t-shirts, the LGBTQ t-shirts.
Remember, we are all LGBTQ here.
Yeah, all of us.
Well it stands for, let's get Biden to quit.
And the challenge coin, you demanded it, you called in, you said we need a MAGA Trump challenge coin.
It's got our logo, America first, my motto, stay frosty, the president on one side, get yours right now.
Prove you're America first!
Seb Gorka, store.com.
That's S-E-B-S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, store.com.
I'm back, so.
Hello, who's this?
Hello, who's this?
Hello?
Do you have something meaningful to say or just gonna be a dick?
Huh?
Well, you're just a dick all the time now, aren't you, buddy?
Well, thanks for listening.
Thanks for listening.
Yeah, you're welcome, buddy.
You're welcome, buddy.
We're friends now, buddy.
You have nothing to say, do you?
Hello everybody, are you still there?
They really are sad.
Was that supposed to be like a SpongeBob impression?
MR.
Um, I said no, he said is this, he goes okay Spongebob and hangs up.
I can't.
Don't.
I can't.
Alright.
A few minutes.
Uploading ready now.
Thank you.
I think for newness.
Yeah, let's think about it.
He really went off on the FBI.
He talked a bit about Schiff and Swallow as well.
They've corrupted, he actually said this, they've corrupted the whole DOJ.
They've corrupted the whole DOJ, that's- Oh look, there he is!
There he is!
Aww, yeah.
It's a talking- look what they're talking about.
I still like to remind myself every now and then that Swalwell did run for president for like five minutes.
Oh my gosh, that's right.
Like, everybody ran that year.
You're that crazy, like, guru lady who said she was gonna be BFFs with the New Zealand Prime Minister.
No, with the Crystals.
The Crystals.
I'm gonna give her a big hug.
Oh, she can't now because she's gone.
Uh, can you come in with Cut7?
Come in with Cut7.
No liner.
Oh, speaking of Democrats running, you hear that a Democrat congressman is running for the Senate in Arizona against Sinema?
No.
Ruben Gallego, I guess he's one of the ones they've always really wanted to run against.
Yeah, he's on MSNBC every night.
Yeah.
So that's gonna suck.
Oh, the guy's back.
Oh, jeez.
We got 80 seconds.
Have fun with him, Jeff.
See if he can say anything.
He's on.
He is?
Well, yeah, but he's just gonna be a stupid little prick in his mom's basement again.
70 seconds.
He's really got nothing, huh?
I guess not.
Womp womp.
Alright, I'm gonna come in and cut seven.
Go ahead and drop them then, Alex.
No, no, I don't hold.
Alright, we got 50 seconds.
45.
Why would you drop them before you go in the air?
30 seconds. 30 seconds.
30 seconds.
More January 6th idiots are going to jail, because... I got you.
I got you, babe.
You can't get it by me.
Because yesterday, four more members of the far-right Oath Keepers were convicted of sedition and they could face up to 20 years in prison.
Well, I mean, they should be happy.
They tried to break into a government facility and now they get to live in one.
That's really creepy.
But not as creepy as that guy he called in.
Jeff, that loser who called in on line 3 and then called back again, why did he drop after 30 seconds?
Why do these liberals have no stamina?
Because they have nothing to say when they talk, let alone are they going to hold.
I mean, he really said nothing.
Next time when he calls in, just dare him to see how long his stamina is.
See if he can make it to 40 seconds, okay?
Got it.
Just try.
All right.
The number here for those who aren't sad little weasels in their mom's basement is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
If you enjoy America First, support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell, buddy of the president, the inventor of the MyPillow, the pillow that never gets soft, never loses shape.
He sold more than 71 million of them.
They're that good.
Yeah, I have many of them.
I travel with them.
My whole team uses them.
President Trump loves them.
But he's got over 150 other products the left wants to cancel him but we won't let them go right now.
He's got BOGO offers at mypillow.com.
If you use my name you get up to 66% off and you get a good night's sleep as well.
Call 800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
But you've got to use a secret code.
G-O-R-K-A.
All right.
800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
But you've got to use the secret code.
G-O-R-K-A.
All right.
The news is 31 M1 Abrams tanks being shipped by the Pentagon to Ukraine.
Sheer insanity.
I'll explain why the war in Ukraine is important, but that is not the answer.
But let's go to your cause, because you are the most important part of the show.
Let's go to Iowa.
Franco!
Welcome, Franco.
Doc G!
Hey buddy, how you doing?
Well, I'm driving through some sloppy weather in Minnesota right now, but... Is it liquid eggs?
What are you trucking with today?
I'm back to biodiesel.
Biodiesel, alright.
And how long are you going to be on the road today?
Well, I get to where I'm headed to deliver at 3.40 and then I've got two and a half hours back home.
All right, be safe out there.
What's your comment?
What's your question, buddy?
Well, I just thought with Adam Schiff, you know, all that time on his hands, maybe somebody should bring back the TV show Taxi, and he'd be a perfect stand-in for Andy Kaufman.
They're almost twins.
Oh, for Lacta Gravas.
That's genius.
I love it.
You know, I used to love that show.
I used to watch that as a kid.
Did you like Taxi, Franco?
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
I watched it almost exclusively for, uh, for Lat Kagrava.
The main character kind of drove me nuts.
Oh, and the redhead, she was pretty hot.
She was pretty hot.
But also, I have to admit, Judd Hirsch was funny.
He was good.
Yeah, I don't know what he irritated me a lot.
You've got to see the new movie about Steven Spielberg's life because he plays the uncle, the crazy uncle, and he's genius in it.
Will you go and see it?
Yeah, sure.
Yeah, I recommend it.
I've got an opportunity for you to help out a friend of yours and millions of listeners.
Go ahead.
If you can get a message to Mike Lindell.
Anywhere from 3%.
I'm thinking it's closer to 20%.
People have swamp foot.
They have to wear as high cotton content as possible.
Uh-huh.
You should come out with some slippers that have like cotton flannel lining.
I'll talk to him.
3% of the population is 9.6 million.
20% of the population is 64 million, if I remember my math.
Yeah, and they suffer from what, Franka?
Oh, if you have to wear, if I wear anything less than 85% cotton, my feet just sweat and sweat.
It's real attractive.
I can't wear synthetic socks.
They drive me nuts.
Absolutely nuts.
Just cotton, just wool.
I'll have words with Mr. Lindahl.
That's an important line.
We can't have American patriots with sweaty feet.
That's outrageous.
Be safe out there.
He's Franco.
If you want to support Mike, go right now to MyPillow.com.
Over 150 items out there.
My favorite right now.
Beyond the pillow is, of course, The Sheepskin Line Slippers.
Absolutely superb.
Get yours today.
Just a little bit of a word of warning.
Get one size slightly larger because the sheepskin lining makes it snug.
So get half a size larger and you won't regret it.
We are coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
Half a million Americans right now, me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Leah from Ohio.
This is Leah's story.
One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following the directions in eight days I found relief only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100%.
That should be you.
That could be you.
Find out today there's only one way.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks You will know.
Whether it works for you like it works for me, Leah, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
Anybody who believes that's what the Founding Fathers had in mind historically is just off base completely.
Well, Dick Durbin, it's actually the Founding Fathers' exact intent.
We, the American revolutionaries, had weaponry even better than the British Redcoats.
That's what they meant, because that's how you get rid of a tyrannical government.
Hey, Jeff, do you remember the story about me and Senator Durbin from six years ago?
Um, is that the one that wanted you deported or no?
Yeah!
Bingo!
So when I was in the White House and they realized I'm an immigrant, he wrote a letter to DHS to check on my immigrant status to see if I could be deported.
They're so inclusive and tolerant, aren't they, Mr. G?
It's the same party that wants to abolish ICE.
That's so good.
How are they going to deport, you know, conservative immigrants if they get rid of ICE?
All right, let's talk to somebody who is waiting to go onto the floor of Congress to vote on a bill she proposed.
That's how up to the minute we are here on America First.
Happy New Year to New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenney.
Good evening.
This afternoon.
Greetings.
Yeah, great to be on.
So, so much to discuss with you in the next few minutes, but first things first.
You're about to go and vote.
Tell us about one of the things you're going to vote on, Congresswoman.
Yeah, well, we have a resolution condemning the Iranian regime for the brutal killing of Masih Amani and also for the killing and sham trials of Courageous Iranians who are standing up against this brutal regime, and we're doing it in a bipartisan way.
We have 60 co-sponsors, and we're really just making sure that we're sending a message to the world that we stand together against this kind of brutal regime, and also trying to push the Biden administration to actually stand up for the rights of the Iranian people and their bravery and courage.
We don't want to let this opportunity slip away, where the people could actually find some chance for a peaceful government, friendships with their neighbors, prosperity.
to a country that has been state sponsor of terror because of the regime over the last 40 or 50 years.
Right.
They haven't had any freedom since the Ayatollah took over in 1979.
And we're trying to push the Biden administration to do this and also to get out of the ridiculous negotiations on the Iran nuclear deal.
Right.
Round two.
Yeah, we don't need to give them billions and billions of dollars worth.
We need to support those who are actually fighting for representative government.
Congressman Tenney, I'm curious, because we have a new Congress now.
We have a new speaker.
What's the atmosphere like?
How different is your day-to-day?
How high are your hopes for this Congress?
Well, obviously, it's great to be in the majority.
We've taken back the gavel, though it's a slim majority.
You know, as I've said from day one, everyone sort of said, oh, we're going to take the majority in large numbers.
And I said, not until we fix our election laws.
And I still stand by that.
Once the Republicans realized that the Democrats always went on process, not policy, that we have to take advantage of this, especially in states like New York and California and Illinois and states that have these terrible laws in place that undermine our sacred right to vote.
And undermine election integrity.
And while we're there in states where we can't improve or change the laws because of the Democrat authoritarians in charge, we need to take advantage of early voting, of vote harvesting, and all the things the Democrats are doing, because we're often defeated on Election Day, and we can't overcome the margins they take advantage of.
And you can see that in Senate races, key House races across the country.
So until we can change those laws, that's why I started the Election Integrity Caucus, Governor Ron DeSantis implemented those rules right away.
Has added even more, has criminalized election fraud, which we need to do in every state.
But until we do that, we're going to see slim majorities, and we're going to see us really struggling for every vote, because the Democrats collect ballots while we try to win every vote.
And collecting ballots is why you end up with a John Fetterman, for example, when everyone says, how could anybody vote for a guy like that?
It's because people who voted for him didn't even know who they were voting for.
Ballots were collected by third-party surrogates.
No, you nailed it.
You nailed it.
They win on process, not policy.
You represent a congressional district in New York.
Talk to us about this latest news that the governor will not hire back unvaxed health care workers in New York.
And Hochul looks like she wants to shut down the state again.
Sadly, we have a governor that is the quintessential authoritarian.
I thought Andrew Cuomo Could not be beaten as the worst governor in modern era, but I think Kathy Hochul is going to surpass Governor Cuomo also on a corruption level.
But mandating this vaccine is now putting our hospitals in peril, our healthcare system.
Right now, and I've served on a number of hospital boards, nursing home boards, You know, entire sections of hospitals and health care facilities have been shut down because they cannot meet the staffing requirements because we have a vaccine mandate.
We also have a health care crisis.
And I want to bring this up because I'm on the Ways and Means Committee now.
I knew this was coming when we passed Obamacare years ago, that we would see free fall and destruction of our health care industry, the separation of patients from their doctors.
Insurance companies and government getting in the middle and preventing us from having really good quality care.
And so that's where we are in this vaccine mandate.
Even if you are a person who has survived COVID, you have the immunities, you will not be given your job back.
And this is what happened in our military as well.
That's why I support all the bills, whether they're for the military, our essential caregivers, our first responders, all those people who served in the first year of this pandemic without having a vaccine.
Put themselves in harm's way with their valiant effort, and now we have a governor who refuses to accept science, refuses to understand the crisis that New Yorkers are facing.
I just had a staffer who broke his arm.
Was in the emergency room for six hours before anyone was able to care for him because of the backlog and the inability to get people to work.
You've got to follow her at Rep Tenney on Twitter, also at Claudia Tenney, 24th Congressional District.
We've only got about a minute left, but I saw at the top of your feed you've tweeted about the completely illegal ATF decision on pistol braces.
Is this Congress going to stop the ATF making 30 million people felons overnight?
Well, we're going to hope to stop them, but we have to hold them accountable, and we are having trouble getting them to come to Congress because they're not bothering with complying with our subpoenas.
But we are going to provide the oversight.
We're going to certainly expose them and rip the Band-Aid off so people can see what's really happening.
We've got to protect our Second Amendment rights.
As I came in on the show, you mentioned that Second Amendment rights were extremely important to our founders.
And the Bill of Rights has the Second Amendment in it, and our state, the state of New York, didn't accept the Constitution without having the Bill of Rights in it.
So it's critically important that all of the rights are protecting us from a government, potentially a tyrannical government, one we got close to under the rule of Nancy Pelosi and now under President Biden.
We do have a House majority that is going to make a difference, but we've got to stick together, just like the Democrats did, and we can provide some prosperity, freedom, And some accountability once again for this country.
She's one of the good guys or gals.

Can you survive that?

Patriot Mobile now offers service with all three major networks.
That means if you're dissatisfied with the performance, you can switch any time between the big three for free.
Yeah, for free.
Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, has nationwide 4G and 5G coverage.
You get the same great service, but you're supporting a company that shares your values.
Yeah, they're not woke.
They're anti-woke.
This new year, resolve to stop supporting companies.

We may have to do it simply because of its importance in the graphic novel genre.

Let's go to John San Diego, line two.
Hey, Sebastian.
These Democrats know nothing about history.
They know nothing about guns.
In 1779, Bartholomew Girondoni invented the Girondoni Repeating Long Gun.
It would shoot 20 rounds semi-automatic.
Right, so he has no idea what he's talking about.
No.
Lewis and Clark used them on their trip around America.
Yeah.
It's like that recent clip I just saw on social media where Biden, John, is talking about eight rounds in the bullet.
Eight rounds in the bullet of the, whatever it is, assault pistol.
Yeah.
These people, if you know nothing about guns, you shouldn't be making any decisions about them, correct?
Right.
And they don't know the difference between a clip and a magazine.
Right.
They absolutely do not.
And by the way, it's the civil right that makes all the others possible.
Thank you for your calls.

Hello? - Thank you.
Hello, Jen?
Oh, we hear someone.
Hello!
Hello Jen, how's it going?
Oh, it's good!
How are you?
Not good, huh?
Oh, hi Jen, how's it going?
Hi!
Okay, how are you?
Doing alright, doing alright.
Are you going to call us on Skype?
Yes, but I'm going to untangle myself first.
This is Dianeus.
Okay.
Bit of Dianeus?
Yeah, we're going to need it in a minute.
We're just rebooting up our computer in here for Skype.
I'm going to Cabo and then I'm going to Phoenix.
Which I already had planned but the Cabo thing came up last minute.
So that's until Wednesday and I'm supposed to go there Thursday so I'm not flying all the way across the country.
I'm just going to fly to Phoenix.
Yeah.
Are you going back to our house in Cabo?
Yes, I am.
Please stop and take me with you.
Please, please.
God, I'm so mad.
That's Mexico, right?
You're going to go to the office, right?
You're going to go to lunch at the office for me and say hi to Rambo?
Okay, good.
She stayed at the same place I stayed at before.
Because we know where Awesome lives.
But it's a lot closer for you.
Yeah.
Oh, it's two hours.
That's what I'm saying.
You just pick me up on the way.
Come on.
I'll just pop on.
Stop at LAX.
I'll be right over.
Just bring your comrex.
Not on my first time, by the way.
When I used to go to Cabo all the time, I used to broadcast from there.
Really?
Just like have the beach behind you from your hotel room or wherever?
Well, my dad's friends, so actually the people who used to own, thank you, Mike, KRLA 870, they had a house in Cabo.
And so I got to come there a lot when I was, well, not that long ago.
And so I would take my equipment and I broadcast.
And it was great.
Yeah, I mean, you had to get up early, but it was actually later because it was what?
Central time?
Mountain time, I think, actually.
It was fabulous.
You have the ocean outside, you watch the sunrise.
Please.
Oh my goodness.
Done by 10 o'clock.
I'm fine.
All righty.
It's great.
All right, 45 seconds.
Let's do this.
Not coming in with any sub?
No.
No.
All righty.
30 seconds. 30 seconds.
30 seconds.
The most awesome pipes in talk radio, Sebastian Gorka.
That isn't just a liner.
Somebody called in yesterday and said that, didn't they Eric?
They said the best voice in radio.
Did I make that up or what?
That is in fact a real story.
No fake news here.
That is real.
That happened yesterday.
No fake news.
It's the cigars.
Don't tell anybody because then my next guest shall be smoking as many cigars as I do.
She's our West Coast Warrior Princess, Jennifer Horne.
Have you ever smoked a cigar?
I'm smoking a cigar right now, Seb.
No, don't do it!
Do you want to hear my funny story, actually, about a cigar?
Hopefully it doesn't involve Bubba.
Bill Clinton.
No, it did not.
It involves our friend Dennis Prager.
Gosh, this is years ago.
I've puffed on cigars, but never actually smoked a cigar before, so I tried it before.
But they had me hosting Cigar Night with Dennis Prager just a couple of months ago in the summer.
I think I told you when I was there.
And so, of course, everybody's like, Jen, you have to smoke a cigar.
You have to try it.
So with our big bosses from Salem Radio and with Dennis Prager standing by, I took my very first puff of a cigar.
And let me tell you, I looked great doing it.
I looked cool.
On the inside, I wanted to die a little bit, but it was fine.
I need to see the video.
Where's the video, Jennifer Horne?
Somebody probably has video somewhere.
But yeah, look, it's a little hard for a Pollyanna like me, but I tried.
I tried.
I looked pretty good doing it.
It was all right.
I'll share with you my story.
I think we were Maybe 15.
My then best friend and I, little guy, Australian guy, and we'd gone to the off-license, which is where you buy beer, right?
Oh, okay.
It's licensed to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises is what it's called.
And we bought like a can of the worst cheap beer, a four pack.
And then we thought we were so, so sophist because we bought the cheapest cigars.
They're called King Edwards.
We thought we were like, Ooh, I mean, it's, it's the equivalent to Swisher Sweets here.
I was going to bring up a Swisher Sweet.
It was like that.
It's like, it's like, it's like one level above a Swisher Sweet.
And I knew what a cigar was because my dad, every Easter with my uncle, we'd go away to the countryside.
They had a cottage in Suffolk.
And my dad would have his annual cigar with my uncle.
That was his, like, Easter treat, his annual cigar.
And so I knew that you just, you don't inhale it, you just into the mouth and you blow it out.
My buddy, trying to be all tough and cool, lights the cigar, takes a big drag into his lungs, and I'm not, I am not kidding you, I swear.
His pallor.
He ended up looking like, you know, the lizard man fighting Captain Kirk.
He literally went green like the gore.
Green, right?
We were in the graveyard of the local church and he proceeded to vomit up whatever he'd had for breakfast.
It was like...
That was his first experience with a cigar.
Not as bad as yours.
All right.
Did he ever go back to smoking is the question?
Oh yeah, absolutely.
I mean, come on.
British schoolboys, what do you expect?
All right.
So much to discuss.
Thank you so much for volunteering to stand in for me yesterday.
I mucked you around.
I said, Please come in on Tuesday.
Then I said, no, I finished shooting TV early.
Then I mucked you around with coming on your show.
But thank you for your flexibility.
You will be back because people love you as a guest host.
So much to discuss about California.
So much to discuss about national news.
But first things first, got to get your take.
I'm asking everybody this.
We're going to have Devin Nunes on the show for a whole hour for the third hour.
I'm going to ask him as well because, you know, former chairman of the Intel Committee.
But what's your gut, what's your marrow telling you about the Biden files?
I have a theory that I have no evidence for, but given the rapidity of the attacks in the first 48 hours, I think this is somebody on the inside who has a grudge and is just, you know, personal animus and wants to take Biden down.
What do you think's happening?
I think that it's probably a really good point.
I think that your feeling is kind of along where I am, too.
Before we jump in, though, you mentioned Devin Nunes and the Intel Committee.
We don't say very many nice things about Kevin McCarthy all the time, but his response to reporters when he defended himself for taking Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell Off the Intel Committee, well done Kevin McCarthy.
So good for him.
As far as the Biden files go, I do think that part of the reason we are covering this so much, we're hearing so much about it in the mainstream news media, people like CNN are actually talking about it, actually doing something called journalism, asking tough questions, is because there was someone or a group of someones within the White House that want to see Biden not run again in 2024.
I think they knew That he was going to announce after the State of the Union, which is February 7th.
And I think that they were a little bit worried about that because, let's be real, as a Trump supporter, as someone who would like to see Trump go back into the office again, I would love to see him run against Joe Biden because the Republicans will ultimately vote for Donald Trump.
The Democrats will vote for Joe Biden.
But those people, those elusive people in the middle, will be able to look at column A, the Trump column, and column B, the Biden column.
That's a good point.
There will be no untested players.
Everybody will have a record that will be behind them.
And you have to ask people, would you rather have national security?
Would you have the border in check, an economy that's functioning, wars not raging around the world?
Or a couple of mean tweets going to throw you off from voting for somebody?
So I really believe that the establishment within the Democrat Party was very worried about that matchup, no matter what they say, because they know that his performance has not been good and it's been noticed by the middle of the country.
So I think that this is why we pay attention to it today.
The other piece of that is...
is that you can never escape hypocrisy.
And I don't think this would be nearly the issue with conservative media or anyone else if Biden wasn't stupid enough to go on television and just take apart Donald Trump for having classified documents.
And then he gets discovered with them, too.
Mike Pence, the same thing.
I don't know what anybody would be doing with classified documents.
Well, apparently everybody's got him.
Jimmy Carter came out and said he's got him too.
The reason that it's a problem and it means something now is because Joe Biden made this a problem when he got involved and started commenting about President Trump.
Yeah, my prediction is you remember Nixon's, I am not a crook, when Biden two days ago said, there's no there there.
That is going to be the Nixon cut for Biden when he goes down.
And you know, let's just be talking honestly here about these documents.
I don't believe that Mike Pence was going to sell out the country to our adversaries.
I don't.
I would trust Mike Pence with pretty much anything in my house, my wallet, my pocketbook.
I think that he is a solid and good and decent man.
Right.
Obviously, he made some bad choices, but I don't think in his heart he is working against America.
I don't believe that Donald Trump is working against America.
He gave up everything to run for the presidency.
But I am not convinced that Joe Biden is not profiting or not working against the country.
We can talk about over-classifying documents and about whether or not they should be handled, how they should be handled, if people should be allowed to pack them in boxes and take But let's truly talk about why this matters for reasons that are even beyond politics.
And that's because we cannot trust Joe Biden.
We cannot trust Hunter.
We cannot trust the Biden brothers, because already time and time again, they've sold us out.
They sold access to Joe Biden and they've profited from that.
I think this is a real issue, even above politics, because this is a matter of national security and I do not trust that Biden family.
All right.
We're going to go to your calls after Jen's second segment, but Bruce is on the line and he's got a very important point.
So don't go anywhere.
Matt, Peter and Bruce.
He says, with regards to what he's calling from California, that the shootings in California only occurred because there wasn't someone there who could have shot the guy and killed him.
It's like a kind of, duh, yeah, right, Jen.
Yeah, we had, just to bring people up to speed, we had three mass, well, three shootings with multiple victims.
One of them in Monterey Park was Saturday.
That's the one closest to me.
And, of course, the media was salivating that this was going to be anti-Asian hate.
From Chuck Schumer to Adam Schiff to the Board of Supervisors, people were coming out saying that this was anti-Asian hate.
They would have loved this to have been a white male shooter with a MAGA hat on.
When it wasn't, the narrative then went to gun control.
And Gavin Newsom, our governor, came out and said that the Second Amendment is a suicide pact.
Even though we have the strongest gun control in the country, in California, and the story shows why we need it.
There was a second location that the shooter had gone into and he was stopped by a brave unarmed man.
But imagine what could have been done if there was a security guard who was allowed to be armed.
If there was somebody who was allowed to carry a gun, concealed carry, who would have been able to neutralize him.
You may have not 11 people dead today and more people recovering in the hospital because of gunshot wounds.
We could have taken him down.
And the whole thing with Gavin Newsom and this fight against the Second Amendment, Seb, that is so frustrating is that they've created the problem and now they want to penalize us.
The only thing we have to protect ourselves is our firearms.
And he wants to take it away.
It's absolutely outrageous.
If you haven't seen the video, it's going viral now.
That young man who disarms the shooter at another location.
He wrestles with him for almost a minute.
It's truly stunning.

Oh, okay.
Yeah, that's a biggie.
We'll do that.

The decision or rhythm from the committees.
If Jeffries challenges it, it has to go to a full house vote.
Oh, really?
On the committee membership?
Well, because that's what happened last time.
Pelosi had, like, a whole vote to kick MTG off her committees.
So, yeah, maybe the same thing here if they challenge it, and then... Right, that'll be the two dissenters, right?
At least two dissenters.
Again, if two more dissents, then that will be just...
Okay, you ready for this lady's name?
Yeah.
It's Va Lecia Adams Kellum.
And what are her qualifications exactly?
She's a friend of Karen Bass.

Oh, Jeff, something you just sent me.
There's a Twitter space going to be hosted tonight with a speaker.
It's about Trump's presidential run and the main speaker is Anthony Scaramucci.

You've got to be a nut.
Should I ambush Tony?

The Mooch is back.
I love when he comes around.
I'd completely forgotten about Omarosa the Mooch.
I don't because remember when I was at the White House, saw you on the front lawn.
It was during the 8 days or 11 days of the Mooch.
And Omarosa totally fangirled when Trump came into the doorway.
It was embarrassing.
So embarrassing.
And if you want to talk about Swalwell, let's talk about Swalwell.
Because you have not had the briefing that I had.
I had the briefing and Nancy Pelosi had the briefing from the FBI.
The FBI never came before this Congress to tell the leadership of this Congress that Eric Swalwell Had a problem with a Chinese spy until he served on Intel.
So it wasn't just us who were concerned about it.
The FBI was concerned about putting a member of Congress on the Intel committee that has the rights to see things that others don't because of his knowledge and relationship with a Chinese spy.
Had a problem with a Chinese spy?
Is that now what we call sex?
Having sex with a Chinese intelligence officer?
Jeff says he's just, you know, coming out of the gate trying to look hard.
I don't know.
It's impressive so far.
We are back with our West Coast Warrior Princess, host of the morning answer, AM 870, AM 590, the answer.
Still training in that Grant Stinchfield chappie.
Do you think Kevin will maintain this level of robustness, Jennifer?
You know what?
I'm just going to appreciate it for what it is.
You have to appreciate every day.
I'm sure at some point Kevin McCarthy will probably disappoint us or let us down.
Something like that will happen.
But I was going through Twitter before I went to sleep last night.
That's a mistake.
It's a mistake and I know I shouldn't do this and then I go, why can't I go to sleep at night because I'm busy looking at social media.
But I came across this and it was actually Juanita Broderick of all people who had forwarded or who had tweeted this out from C-SPAN and I thought, what is Juanita Broderick tweeting out Kevin McCarthy for?
So I look at it and I slept like a baby knowing that Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff's Reign of Terror coming to an end.

I didn't get to it because I thought it was a joke.
I thought somebody just punked me, but it's in the stack today.
California Democrats, considering wealth tax, including for people who moved out of the state, are they smoking Hunter Biden's crap pot?
How can you tax people who don't live in your state?
A thousand percent.
It's the marijuana.
It's the soon-to-be legal mushrooms.
Something is going on in Sacramento.
This story made me laugh because these people in Sacramento, these Democrats who have been leading us into the ground, they're taking the heat for people leaving the state.
So now what better way to keep them is to tax them even when they have, right?
And this is a wealth tax that will be applied to truly wealthy people.
But is it the right thing to do?
I mean, you're talking about millions and millions of dollars that are going to be eked out of wealthy people, whether they stay in California or not.
The idea is to punish those people who leave.
And they're trying to do a wealth tax in addition to an exit tax, all combined into one terrible bill.
Basically, leave your money here if you're going to leave California, right?
That's right.
You cannot be wealthy here or anywhere else, by the way.
No matter where you go, they'll follow you.
One of my favorite lines from a very good movie, it's the School of Rock with Jack Black.
They're talking about Yo-Yo Ma, little nepotis.
Is there a little bit of nepotism with Gruesome Newsome and his family?
Of course.
But can I just say, for the record, if I haven't said it to you before, Seb, that this no-bid contract, these donations, these big money donors that get involved with politics, they're the reason that California is going down the drain with all of these crazy leftists.
So Gavin Newsom's wife has always been in the film business.
She's still in the film business.
She's come up with a group called the Representation Project, and she's created all of these crazy movies that they have been putting out throughout the public school system in California.
And by the way, across the country, she has clients in every single state.
And the representation project deals with what she calls gender justice.
Now, there was someone who blew the whistle on this story, like in 2019, whose 12-year-old was shown one of these videos and I guess was appalled by all of the sexual material, all of the stuff.
So this is a film Gavin Newsom's wife made.
Multiple films, yeah.
That was sexually explicit but was being shown to children.
Exactly right.
And that person, they made that story go away in 2019 because they said, oh, well, the teacher showed the unedited version to 12-year-olds instead of the edited version, which was more appropriate for that age of child.
In any case, it's all the drivel that you can expect.
It's about genders and choosing your gender and what it means to be a female and a male and how women are preyed on.
It also talks about those walks, you know, the entitlement walks where you move forward if you're a cisgender male or if you're an English speaker or if you were born here so that you can feel like, I don't know, you're entitled and somebody else isn't.
So all of that that you would expect.
But here's the part that is infuriating.
They're doing it on the taxpayer dime.
A group called Open the Books, which is a fabulous organization looking through all the money being spent in my state of California, realized that Gavin Newsom as governor funds the public schools.
The public schools then pay this representation project, which is supposedly a non-profit, but Gavin Newsom's wife makes $1.5 million as a salary to lead this project, and it also feeds money into her for-profit filmmaking group, Which I think is made like 1.6 million from from sending these films out.
So you really have this elaborate money laundering scheme where Gavin Newsom's wife is dipping into all of these different these different pockets all paid by the taxpayer in order to increase their wealth.
And apparently, I guess the cherry on top is that she's also been going after Gavin Newsom's donors, people that have received state contacts and asked for resources and materials to help make these films.
So it's not even double dipping or triple dipping.
It's like quadruple dipping on the taxpayers.
Is that is there no legal recourse?
I would imagine at some point there, if somebody is willing and brave enough to keep pushing this fight, I guess maybe you could look But think about it.
We've protected this political class system in California.
And so a lot of this stuff is protected.
She has a film company.
She creates contracts with the schools.
Who knows how she gets those contracts?
Are they putting the pressure on?
Do they think they're going to get favor from the unions or from Gavin Newsom?
It's feathering your own nest, essentially.
But not only that, I mean, if you want to get, you know, favorable treatment from the governor, what's the most obvious thing?
You know, donate to his wife's latest movie or rent and show the movie.
I mean, it's just transparent, Jen.
It is absolutely transparent, but nobody is talking about this in the mainstream in California.
They're busy listening to him, you know, pretending to get outraged about the shootings or about the Second Amendment.
Instead of asking him the real question, hey, are you and your wife enriching themselves?
I mean, just a few weeks ago, Open the Books did a study into all of the people getting money from California in the form of state contracts.
And what they realized is that many of them, a large percentage of them, were donors to Gavin Newsom, whether it was the recall, his candidacy for lieutenant governor, for governor or for mayor even before it.
This is a long line of corruption.
Unbelievable.
But of course, you know, related to Nancy Pelosi, by marriage, Gruesome Newsome is Pelosi's nephew.
We've been talking, we've been getting depressed!

Wow.
What a story.
But don't forget that was his best friend's wife that he stole.
So... Who was?
Gavin Newsom, Jennifer Newsom, was Gavin Newsom's best friend's wife.
Oh, lovely.
Yeah.
He's a great guy from way back.
He and Eric Swalwell.
Yeah, and Hunter Biden, right?
And Hunter Biden, right.
I know.
With his brother's widow.
Class to a T. Yeah, classy guys.
All right, you guys.
Well.
Thanks, my dear.
That's it.
Have a good one.
Thanks, buddy.
Bye.
All right.
We've got, what, one left?
A minute long, right?
Might as gold.
Yes, sir.
All right.
A recession is falling stock markets, a drop in income and consumer spending, a rise in unemployment, and increased business failures.
Well, the stock market has fallen with another 20% crash predicted.
Income declined last year because of inflation.
Real estate values are dropping.
Retailers are declaring bankruptcy.
And major companies are laying off thousands.
Ashton Gawker here.
Regardless of what Biden says, it looks like we're in a recession.
And it's going to get worse, which is why I recommend calling veteran-owned Midas Gold Group to safeguard your wealth with the stability of gold while you still can.

We talked about, I think that was in the break only.

Classified documents in Mike Pence's home, even though he said in an interview nobody should have no reason at all after leaving office to have classified documents.
President Trump has spoken out.
He said, Mike Pence, you can trust him.
But of course, Joe Scarborough and Mika, they have a different take.
And of course, it's from the gutter.
Cut 10.
Mike Pence is an innocent man.
He never did anything knowingly dishonest in his life.
Leave him alone.
P.S.
If you see Mike Pence, hang him.
Actually, he didn't do that last part.
But you know he was thinking it.
All right.
Gosh.
Look at that!
So you either like him or you want to hang him.
What is it, Donald?
He waffles between the two.
Politicians are known to flip-flop, but that's a massive one.
I'm trying to remember, Mr. G, can you help me?
When did President Trump say, hang Mike Pence?
I'm trying to recall.
That never happened.
What?
It never happened, but they want everyone to think that he did.
Oh my gosh, I'm sorry.
You mean I'm not supposed to trust them?
All right, let's go to your calls, waiting very patiently in North Carolina.
Matt, welcome to America First.
Good morning, Commander Crossover Radio.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Hi, welcome.
What's your question?
Thanks for waiting.
What's your comment, Matt?
No problem.
A couple quick ones, if you will.
Yeah, go ahead.
Sir?
Yeah.
Okay.
Jennifer Horne is sharp as a tack.
I've been listening to her.
She's great.
I mean, she's great.
And the other comment is classified documents everywhere.
That's very important.
And at least important kind of a joke.
Let's get Eric Swalwell and Kevin McCarthy in a boxing ring.
I can listen to it on your show.
What do you think of that?
I think we should have more of that.
I think that, you know, more things should be settled that way and then we'll see who the real men are.
Eric MacArthur, sorry, Eric Solwell and Kevin McCarthy.
It's interesting.
I'm not sure it would be, you know, the heavyweight fight of the century, but it'd probably be amusing for a couple of minutes.
Let me ponder that.
Thank you, Matt.
Let's go to Oklahoma, Peter.
Good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
Hi.
I had a question.
You know, when Matt Gaetz and his allies fought for those days to get the critical concessions from the GOP, all we heard was how they're stalling them from getting their critical work done as far as oversight.
Well, that was 19 days ago, and we have a bunch of tweets, and like Mike Davis says, no subpoenas.
It's time to start actually doing something.
Yeah, this is like several of our guests said, I can't remember who right now, but that they have to hit the ground running and those subpoenas need to be issued on day one.
I think Matt Gaetz must have said it at least a year ago on our show.
So where is it?
Apparently the committees, the subcommittees have met and we don't see any results, Peter.
No, and we know they're going to obfuscate.
They're going to claim scheduling conflicts.
They're going to claim national security.
They're going to just defy some outright.
Let's get this fight started because we know they're going to.
Yeah, yeah.
There's no excuse for any delay.
No excuse.
I just want to make one last point.
I don't mean to interrupt.
McCarthy has a chance to be I don't care that he bullies 25-year-old reporters from Vassar.
if he actually fights.
And none of us like McCarvey.
None of us believe in him.
But I don't care that he bullies 25-year-old reporters from Vassar.
He has a chance to be a hero.
He just lets us uncover this garbage.
And I let you go.
I let you go.
This is a really good point, Peter.
He could make history right now.
He's got two years.
He's got a window right now of about three weeks to change history and to step up to the plate.
Will he do it?
I give it a 4% chance.
Thank you, Peter.
Bruce, waiting patiently in California.
Hey, Dr. G, thanks for taking my call.
You know, ditto everything Jennifer said in the earlier segment about the shooting.
You know, every time one of these things happens, you know, I say a little prayer for the people that were murdered and their families.
And I think, how many people could have been saved if there would have been one good guy, or even more, in the crowd that could have shot back at these cowards?
Right.
It's like that incredible video What was it, maybe a year, a year and a half ago in that church where that gunman walks in with an AR-15 and one of the, I don't even know if he was an usher or he was just a member of the congregation.
I think we had him on the show.
He was carrying concealed and from what, like 60 feet, he pulls a gun, pops the guy with one shot.
Problem solved.
In that shopping mall that what 23, 24 year old kid with his girlfriend sees the crazy person come out of the restroom with the AR-15 and from what 40 feet with his Glock just pops the guy.
I mean end of story.
No mass shooting.
Good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun.
It's very simple.
Thank you, Bruce.
The number here 833-33 Gorka.

What did I ask you for?
Story, Breitbart story, what was it?
Was it the tanks?
Oh, the Abrams tanks, yeah.
Let me see here, uh, Expression 2 guy.
There it is.
The headline.
Alright, I'll do that in the e-block.
Okay.
Consumer research here.
Okay.
Let's see what I'm going to research.
Is he phone or Skype?
Skype.
Skype.
Good, good, good, good.
He's probably got a lot to say.
This woman reached out to me yesterday.
The woman on Fox?
Yeah, Trump.
No, no, not this woman.
This is the British ambassador.
Trump's ambassador to Poland, I think.
Oh, okay.
Want the mics on or off first?
Off.
off.
Thank you.
On the side.
It's not bad enough that the woke leftists took over the schools and the colleges and the media.
Now they're taking over the big investment firms that handled Billions of dollars of your retirement funds.
Companies like BlackRock that are introducing a communist Chinese style social scoring program called ESG.
They say it promotes corporate responsibility but really they're using your hard-earned money to finance their Left-wing political agenda.
Got to stop them.
You've got to stop corporations like BlackRock.
They can't play politics with your pensions.
Right now there's an organization fighting back called ConsumersResearch.org.
They've been defending Consumer rights for decades.
They've been defending you against fraud and abuse.
Now they're standing up to the politicization of your pension funds.
Check out their amazing work at consumersresearch.org.
Consumersresearch.org.
Portions of America First are brought to you by consumersresearch.org.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First, coming to you from just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous swamp that is Washington, D.C.
Welcoming back a good friend of the show, a great patriot, a truth-teller extraordinaire, served in the FBI for, I think, 23 years, if I recall.
Steve Gray, welcome back to the Salem Network.
Hey, Dr. Gorka, how are you?
Thanks for having me today.
Did I get that right?
22, 23 years?
Absolutely.
All right.
And tell me where you were, because it's important given the breaking news.
What was your last post in the Bureau, Steve?
Yeah, my last post was New York office.
So you were in the same field office where someone called Charles McGonigal, who was head of counterintelligence in New York, Worked as well, who's just been arrested for working for foreign interests.
So I gotta ask you the question, Steve.
Our good buddy Carl Serafim texted me yesterday and said, hey, you know, Steve Gray, he might know something about this McGonigal chap.
So did you ever meet Charles McGonigal?
Yeah, we worked together for years in the New York office and again in Washington, D.C.
I first met Charlie on the evidence response team.
We were both members of the evidence response team.
Nothing glaring there.
But then I went to headquarters as a headquarters supervisor in the counterintelligence unit, and Charlie McGonigal was my unit chief.
We worked together for a solid about 18 months, almost every day together in the same office.
And how did he strike him?
How did he strike you during those 18 months?
Well, you know, it's funny you say that.
Charlie McGonigal stayed the same all the way throughout his career.
He was everybody's friend.
He was always quick to go and shake somebody's hand.
He was always quick to go to somebody's party.
He wanted to be everybody's friend.
To a flaw, because what he did was he failed to take disciplinary action on many employees who needed to have disciplinary action taken upon them.
Because he wanted to be everybody's buddy?
Well that, and he also used it as a purpose.
He would hold that over their head for future use.
All right, so let's talk about, explain to us as a 23-year insider who's spoken out about the FBI corruption since you left the bureau recently.
What is the significance, but just put it into context, That it's not some, you know, new agent straight out of Quantico, it's not a GS-12 SOS support staff person, but it's the former head of CI of counterintelligence in the biggest field office who's arrested for working for foreign interests.
Put that in a category of significance for us, Steve.
This is the top of the top.
I mean, this is actually what I believe, and I said this yesterday on another program, I believe that Charlie was spying for the Russians against the United States.
And why do I say that?
Charlie took cash payments of hundreds of thousands of dollars And then tried to play it away as, oh, these were business payments.
But no businessman pays employees of their business $225,000 in cash.
Charlie had access to the information on every single Russian case within the New York office and also across the United States.
Not only that, he also had access on the sources that were reporting on the Russians here in the United States and abroad.
Now, he doesn't need to take that information in a file, put it under his vest pocket, and to walk out the Bureau.
He already has that information in his head.
So he can leave the bureau, go anywhere he wants in the world, and then just explain it away.
And he made multiple trips overseas while he was an FBI agent, and he failed to report those trips and failed to report the foreign contacts he made when he was in Albania and Kosovo.
What level of arrogance, Steve, as a former CI professional, a counterintelligence professional, what level of arrogance or stupidity or both are we talking about, that as the indictment stipulates, whilst he's in the FBI, he does a cash exchange of a quarter of a million dollars sitting in a car.
Is that just arrogance?
What is that?
Yeah, it's pure arrogance.
Listen, Charlie McGonigal is a left-leaning agent.
He was part of Crossfire Hurricane.
As a matter of fact, he's the individual who fired off the email to get this investigation going against Donald Trump to basically accuse Donald Trump and his administration of colluding with the Russians.
Which we know is completely false, and yet Charlie is the one that's actually colluding with the Russians, which is outrageous.
He's basically betrayed every single American and the Constitution of the United States.
But here's the thing.
He never thought he was going to get caught because he was everybody's buddy.
And because he thought he was everybody's buddy, he had so many friends in Washington, D.C.
and the New York office that nobody was going to care.
But what the FBI did was they transferred all his case to the Los Angeles field office and agents who've never heard of him before from the Los Angeles field office are the ones that actually conducted this investigation.
Interesting.
See, that's why we have guests like Steve on the show.
The LA office found out that something wasn't right.
30 seconds left.
Gotta ask you, Steve, given what we've witnessed in the last six years in America, do you have any faith that justice will be seen in the case of Charles McGonigal?
No, if Charlie was smart, he'd cut a deal right away.
He's going to go to prison for a long time.
And if the FBI was smart, they would start investigating these spy allegations that I'm making because I truly believe that he was selling information and not this business partnership thing that he thought everybody said he's got going.
God bless you, Steve.
Follow him right now.
SteveGrayNJ4.

Donald Trump, according to three people close to him, he has started texting.
What?
Yes.
Wait, what?
They said he has started to send text messages to people in the last couple of months.
The headline is, OMG, Trump has started texting.
Wow.
And you should see how long it is.
Really?
It's like 5,000 words, right?
Does it have like six people who wrote it?

With breaking news, here's Sebastian Gorka.
No!
No!
It's not me!
It's Mr. G!
Breaking news!
What is it?
New York Times, Jeff?
Yeah, it's the New York Times.
I got a big scoop.
It says Mr. Trump, not President Trump, of course, 76, has, according to three people with knowledge close to the situation, started texting.
So you mean, like, started tweeting, right?
No, texting.
He's been sending people text messages the last couple of weeks.
Sorry, you're not, you're not, this isn't like April 1st, right?
No, this is their big thing.
And they also put in the article they're very upset because the January 6th committee was very upset to find out that he didn't text and they couldn't get any of his text messages before this.
So, breaking news that a former president is texting people.
Did I, did I hear you right?
Yeah, the headlines, OMG Trump has started texting, if you want to check it out.
What a strange world we live in.
All right, let's talk about some real news.
Here's the headline from Breitbart.
Thank you, Mr. G. Kind of shocking, kind of stupid, kind of... ...astrategic.
So, remember when the DOD cancelled the deal with Poland?
Poland said, we're going to give our MiG-29s to Ukraine if you backfill them with American aircraft.
And then the Biden administration did a flip-flop and said, oh, no, no, no, no, no.
Ukraine doesn't need those MIG-29s.
Oh, no.
No, forget about it.
Well, now we're not going to give Poland jets to replace the ones they're giving to Ukraine.
We, well, rather you, it's your money, are going to give dozens and dozens of main battle tanks, Abrams M1s to Ukraine.
Yeah.
You thought it couldn't get worse?
We're giving 31 MBTs, Main Battle Tanks, to Ukraine.
It has to be one of the dumbest decisions in recent military history to give a completely different Main Battle Tank that requires different training, different logistics, different ammunition from everything Ukraine has ever used as a former part of the Soviet Union.
Instead of giving them former Warsaw Pact-era equipment that is just rotting, In NATO nations like Hungary, like the Baltic States, like Poland, like Romania.
I'm just... Beggars my mind how stupid that fat...
Insult to the U.S.
Army uniform, Mark Millian, that triple-vax, double-mask, perspex-shielded Lloyd Austin.
Oh, do we have that cut?
Do we have, do you have Biden?
Can't remember Lloyd Austin's name.
This is a doozy.
He's only his defense secretary.
Cut six.
The secretary of state, the secretary of the military behind me, Secretary of the military behind me.
What is he going to say next?
The big black guy?
We know he's a racist who talked about his kids growing up in a racial jungle.
Secretary what?
The military thing.
The guy's in uniforms.
All right, let's talk serious stuff.

That's the kind of endorsement we appreciate, especially here on this show, because it's not called The Sebastian Gorka Show.
I hated that one.
They offered me a national radio show.
No, that's not about me.
It's about the audience.
It's about the message.
That's why we're America First, and that's why President Trump gave us that endorsement that we Together with you, our America First.
All right, how do you know you've got the best guest on the show?
Because when you're actually talking about breaking news, he picks something up that even you and the rest of the media have totally missed live on radio.
This was last week talking about the latest iteration of the Biden file scandal.
Just watch this clip from our good buddy Devin Nunes.
Something caught my eye.
I'm not sure if you caught what you put on the screen to begin with this.
It looked like it was a form to rent a house from Hunter Biden.
Yeah, this is when he purchased or rented the house where Biden's Corvette is.
This is the form.
Go ahead.
Okay, so catch it in the monthly rent at his previous residence in Cuosto Place, wherever that is.
He rented it for a year.
Do you see that number there?
Monthly rent?
$49,910 per month!
Per month?
What the hell is that?
per month.
Per month?
What the hell is that?
Well, I think, Devin, I think that's Burisma rates.
So we're live on radio.
I've just shown something, and he says, oh, have you read the rest of it?
Because I was just talking about the fact that Hunter Biden's on the form buying or renting the property in which the Corvette Skiff with the secret documents is.
And he picks up, have you read?
$49,000 a month?
How does a crack addict do that?
There's a reason he was the Chairman of the Intelligence Committee and we are so delighted, honored, to have him in studio.
In studio this time because he's back in the swamp stirring up trouble for the Swamp Creatures.
Former Chairman of the Intelligence Committee.
He is the head of the Trump Media Group running that little platform you may have heard of.
It's called Truth Social.
Devin Nunes, welcome back to America First.
Great to be here, great to be with all your paraphernalia here.
Millennium Falcon and Battlestar Galactica, back when movies were good.
Back when movies were good, yes indeed.
A little reminder of when culture wasn't left-wing and crazy.
Every Monday we celebrate making movies great again with our good buddy Chris Coles.
So I have to say, that was darn good radio.
You were on a few days ago and you said, oh, read the rest of the form.
And now we know there's a document, there's some kind of document from the Hunter Biden laptop.
Either it's the financial arrangement with Burisma or with one of the Chinese, you know, CFCC, where the monthly payment was $49,000.
Yeah.
So all of these things are connected.
It's incredible.
Yeah, and it was shortly after that that we talked about that.
It wasn't because of us, but we noticed that.
And then, of course, then everybody started to notice that.
That how is this guy affording a $50,000 a month payment?
And now it's real questionable because, wait a second, he was paying that to his dad or something?
There's a lot more questions here.
Now let's before we get we have a whole list of things we have to talk about truth social the arrest of the counterintelligence chief from the FBI in New York your amazing cases that you're fighting defamation cases but first things first can you give us your take as somebody who's You know, being responsible for matters of national security, especially in the intelligence community, for oversight in this ever burgeoning scandal.
Every day there seems to be another iteration, another facet.
First, it was the Penn Biden office in D.C.
with the closet, with the TSSCI documents.
Then it was the garage with the Corvette.
Then it was his private library.
Now we find out, thanks to that document, it wasn't Joe Biden's home.
It was Hunter Biden's home.
And now we find out that Hunter Biden may have had access to those top secret documents.
How far is this going to go?
What do you think is behind it?
Give us your expertise as the former chairman.
I think for this hour, you know, that you've been very gracious to have me here.
I think we need to back up from all of this.
And how did we get here?
We got here because the National Security Division of the DOJ and the FBI are hopelessly corrupt.
And Obama, his team, they knew exactly who they were doing, exactly the right people to put in place there, so that it would become essentially, I think I've heard you say this, but the Gestapo for the Democratic Party.
And everything from that, you can build off of that, whether it be the Russia hoax, or this latest FBI guy, or the fact that the Hunter Biden laptop from hell was censored before the election, all the way to, you know, why hasn't anything happened to Hunter Biden?
I mean, all of this stuff is related, and they use the National Security Division, as you very well know, because they can wall it off and silo it from the rest of DOJ and the FBI.
Because they can say, oh, classified.
This is a CI.
Can't talk about him.
This isn't a crim case.
Just firewall it off.
CI, right?
Counterintelligence.
That's one of their favorites.
That's how they were able to investigate the fake investigation.
Well, it was a phony investigation, but corrupt investigation into the Trump campaign in 2016.
They did that through what?
CI.
And I remember in early 17, we were starting the Russia hoax stuff.
Oh, this is just a CI investigation.
Don't worry about it.
We're just trying to protect everyone.
We're not really going after Trump or Carter Page or anybody like that.
We're just trying to make sure that the Russians aren't getting in here or the Chinese or somebody else.
So that's what they've effectively done.
And I give them credit for their level of understanding over time to place all these people in the right places.
So, you know, I think the rest of the day here and the rest of this hour, we're going to go through all this.
And I just want people to remember this is why we're here.
Can you walk us through that moment?
So there's that.
We actually played it when you were on the show last week, when you gave that seminal press conference with regards to unmaskings.
And when you came to us in the White House to look at the evidence of what the intelligence community was doing to politically target members of the Trump campaign, the Trump administration.
Could you walk us through what it was like as somebody who'd been in politics, who had the clearances, who had been doing oversight?
And then suddenly you turn a corner and you realize that this is literally the weaponization of the ICs.
What was that like for you as the chairman?
Well, I sensed it in 2016, right after the election, when all of a sudden, these guys who wouldn't do anything to Putin or Russia, and Putin continued to have his way with us around the world, and I called it early in the spring, ironically, in the spring of 16, I called it the largest intelligence failure since 9-11, 2001.
And after that, You had the invasion of Crimea with Little Green Men.
You know all the story.
So you can imagine my surprise when, after the election, they say, Russians!
And I'm like, wait a second.
I've been the only one that's been doing anything about this.
I just blasted you guys back in the spring for this being a huge intelligence failure.
Well, little did I know, this is when they were framing the Trump campaign.
At the same time, they were framing.
So they weren't doing anything to Putin, and they turn around and blame Putin for Trump.
They were just trying to smear him like an October surprise.
And the FBI had to have known about it, all of these cast of characters.
I mean, either they were, either they're completely incompetent, which in some cases that's probably true, but not all of them were incompetent.
Because this is something, you know this simply, you know this quickly, like Carter Page, what's going on?
Well, it takes like no time, you can figure it out, right?
So they concocted this whole story, that dossier, when you read that dossier, you knew that dossier was complete garbage.
Now fast forward to just this bus this week of Deripaska, this Russian guy.
Now remember, in our investigation, we unearthed That these same cast of characters were going to Deripaska trying to get him to confirm the dossier, to be the source.
Because he at least is a real Russian and he does have ties to Putin.
Which the FBI knew about because they were taking cash from him.
And Christopher Steele was working for him.
And Christopher Steele was working for them.
And remember, don't forget, Bruce Ohr, your audience will know this.
One of the top guys at the DOJ, his wife, working for Fusion GPS, working on this Russian nonsense.
They're all tied, orchestrating meetings with this guy, with this FBI guy, McDonnell, or whatever it was, McGonagall.
McGonagall.
McGonagall.
And they're all trying to get meetings so that this guy can get a visa.
And then lo and behold, the guy finally says, you know, to Deripaska's credit, who has a mansion, by the way, not far from here.
Okay.
Obama has a mansion on Kalarama.
You go right around the corner.
You know what I'm talking about?
You go right over the bridge and then you make a right and there's Deripaska's house.
Wow.
I mean, it's all where all the embassies are and the ambassador's residence and all of that.
So, you know, I think what's happening here, look, there's going to be more to this story, but the bottom line here is that That Deripaska, well-known by all of these characters for many, many years, definitely ties to Putin, but also had business interests here.
And they tried to get him to do something, and he wouldn't do it.
And I think the obvious reason why he wouldn't do it, I love these FBI guys, they think they're so brilliant, but they forgot one thing.
Can you imagine, so here's a guy who's a multi-billionaire, right?
He's one of the oligarchs in Russia.
What happens?
Can you hold that?
Let's have a tease here.
We're going to go the Deripaska trail, follow us down the rabbit hole.
We're talking to the former chairman of the Intelligence Committee.
He is the CEO, the head of the Trump Media Group right now, responsible for Truth Social.

We're back with the former chairman of the Intelligence Committee.
He's the head of the Trump Media Group right now, running Truth Social.
Follow him right now on Truth Social at Devin Nunes.
We were in the midst of this story, this Russian oligarch.
Can I interrupt?
Yeah.
It's your show, but... No, no, you're the guest in the studio.
But you were talking about your weight loss.
Yeah.
And it was funny, the other day my wife said, is Sebastian Gorka, is he sick?
He looks like he's lost a lot of weight.
Not sick, healthier.
Thank you.
But she noticed.
Seriously, it feels amazing.
I had to go shopping with my wife and I was in the changing room and I had to get her to keep bringing me up new pairs of jeans because I tried on a 40, tried on a 38.
I'm down to 36.
I haven't been 36 since I was in my 20s.
So guys, it's just a great feeling.
But thank you for noticing.
All right, so we're in the midst of this story.
Deripaska, billionaire oligarch from Russia, connected with Christopher Steele, connected with this head of counterintelligence in New York for the FBI, McGonigal.
We'll talk about him in a moment.
And then he has this beautiful mansion in Kalarama.
And you were saying?
Finishing the story?
Well, look, I think Deripaska, if you—and this is what I think I want you to answer.
Can you imagine, here's a guy, ties to Putin, billionaire.
If he was to become a source, and of course those guys were going to leak it, right?
I mean, this guy's name would have been all over the place, that he confirms these ties to Putin, blah, blah, blah, blah, all the garbage in the dossier.
P-tapes and prostitutes and all the crazy stuff.
What's going to happen when he goes back to Russia?
Wow.
He's going to be freaking killed.
He's never going to disappear.
You're never going to see the guy again.
So the fact, like, how clumsy can you be?
These are the top people in the FBI.
This was the top guy for counterintelligence, CI, in New York.
Can I drill down on this for a second?
This is crazy.
Can I drill down on this for a second?
That they would even try it.
So, look, I don't want to lessen what they've done.
So, going after Bannon, going after Peter Navarro, putting him in leg irons at Reagan Airport, going after Kash Patel, going after your staff.
This is evil.
This is wrong.
This is the weaponization of the intelligence community and the federal law enforcement.
Of our whole government.
But on the flip side, this is very interesting.
Sometimes they evidence a real lack of any sophistication.
When you've got, for example, Strokin and Page, the FBI lovebirds, using their government phones to text each other.
Their government phones to text each other about, oh, don't worry, if Trump wins, we've got a plan B, and I went to the Walmart and I smelt the stink of Trump voters.
These aren't very smart individuals.
Then McGonigal But they were, but hold on though, they were smart.
Why?
Because, go back to what I started with, they took over the National Security Division of the DOJ.
So they just felt protected?
And they thought they had an impenetrable force field all the way around them until our investigation.
Until you guys came along.
And we broke through all of that.
And McGonigal was also in, you know, talk about the lovebirds, Strzok and Page.
They, you know, they, we did pick him up in our investigation, right?
He was in those text messages as they were, and I think there's still more now to try to unlock.
It'll be interesting if You know, if Durham, did Durham know about this?
If so, why not?
Why would he not know about this?
It's pretty serious.
So was Durham, did Durham have anything to do with this prosecution?
I don't know if he turned this over, did he drum this up?
But for sure now, this is another really important lane for Durham to go down in my estimation.
If the corrupt Garland and... But do you have any faith that Durham is going to do anything meaningful?
Well, I've always believed that Durham is a very credible guy.
And I say that because it's the only damn investigation in Washington that's never leaked.
This is true, but when you look at the results to date after a couple of years, all you see is small fry who walk if they're Democrats, and we never see any case being brought against FBI managers.
Right.
Until now.
Okay.
Right?
Until now.
Now, Durham didn't bring it, but did Durham find it?
I think that's interesting.
I don't know.
We'll see if there's a nexus.
So let's talk about, you said it's a big deal, let's talk about how big a deal this is.
So this individual McGonigal, who is a protégé, he's a friend of Comey's, Comey sends to New York, which is the biggest FBI field office in America, houses the local JTTF, the local Joint Terrorism Task Force, and he's made head Head of C.I.
of Counterintelligence for New York, and now we find out he's been being paid cash by Armenian businessmen, working with Russian intel assets.
I mean, if this was the Cold War, this would be the level of a Hanson betrayal, wouldn't it?
This would be a huge case.
This should be 24-7 on all of the news channels, right?
Right.
But it's not just that.
Let's get all the players in here.
They're all related.
Okay.
Because you've got McCabe was the head of the office who later became Comey's deputy in Washington.
So he was the head of the New York office.
His partner on the other side was Peter Strzok.
So you have McGonigal, Strzok, McCabe, all working together.
And then, of course, how convenient, when they move to D.C., they're all working on the same thing.
And McCabe is famous for framing General Flynn for that whole ambush at the White House, and they were deciding who was going to go with him.
It's all the same players.
The bad thing is they corrupted the National Security Division at the DOJ, and now it's spread to all of DOJ.
The good thing is, is that, you know, I've always said this, it still comes down to not very many people that they should be able to find, and now they've found another one.
I mean, Struck's gone, Page's gone, they didn't get busted, but now this guy's gone.
Well, and one of those even got his pension back, right?
They removed his pension one day before.
That was the Biden administration.
And then they gave it back to him.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That was McCabe.
Right.
McCabe.
Yeah.
All right.

You just raised a question.
I'm going to be very clear with you.
The Intel Committee is different.
You know why?
Because what happens in the Intel Committee, you don't know.
What happens in the Intel Committee, although the secrets are going on in the world, Other members of Congress don't know.
What did Adam Schiff do as the chairman of the Intel Committee?
What Adam Schiff did, use his power as a chairman and lie to the American public.
Even the Inspector General said it.
When Devin Nunes put out a memo, he said it was false.
When we had a laptop, he used it before an election to be politics and say that it was false and said it was the Russians.
When he knew different.
Kevin McCarthy, new Speaker of the House, coming out guns blazing.
Schiff, the most mendacious individual on Capitol Hill, kicked off the committee.
Eric Swalwell, who strangely cannot say the following words, I never slept with a Chinese intelligence officer.
He can't say that.
It's so strange.
He's been kicked off, too.
You heard what Kevin said about Devin Nunes, the former chairman.
Well, he's with us right now in studio.
What a fabulous, fabulous Guests to have.
Chairman Nunes, Devin.
Explain to us how egregious—can you put meat on the bone of what Kevin just said about Schiff's chairmanship?
Well, look, if you go back, I mean, all this time that he's been there, starting in 2017, you know, he knew—I was out there publicly saying that, look, there's no evidence of Trump in Russia.
There's none.
And he would say things continually like, oh, they're just covering for Trump.
You haven't seen what I've seen.
I've seen the evidence.
I can't talk about it, but I've seen the evidence.
More than circumstantial evidence, he said at one time.
He had so many variations of all of this evidence that he had supposedly seen.
And then we would go out and say, no, that's a lie.
And at that time, we had everybody against us.
I mean, even a lot of the so-called conservative The reality was, and it still baffles me, that the one crime we knew that was committed early on was the leak of General Flynn talking to the Russian ambassador.
He's the incoming national security advisor, and there were nine sources.
All high level leaks at the highest level, right?
Like I won't even get into, you know, like kind of what I know and how you know, how all that would happen.
But you can just imagine.
You know, transcripts of these calls.
Yeah, these are intelligence intercepts, which have been transcribed, are being given to the press.
Exactly.
That was the only crime, and I said, what the hell is going on here?
Right?
So we opened an investigation immediately into that, when I was chair, early in 2017.
Meanwhile, you had Schiff and Swalwell and all of these guys out there saying, Trump-Russia, Trump-Russia, Trump-Russia.
And the reality is, no, no.
We just had one of the biggest leaks in American history.
An incoming national security advisor talking to the Russian ambassador here in Washington.
One of the biggest leaks.
Where the hell was the FBI?
Where was the DOJ?
What the hell were they doing?
They never did a damn thing until they walk in, frame General Flynn.
They should have went in there and said, hey, do you know how these got out?
Right?
And of course, General Flynn had every right.
Remember, we went through all this inertia of should the incoming National Security Advisor be talking?
What was that?
Was it the Logan Act?
I mean, they were bringing out things from 200 years ago and trying to apply the law, even though they'd never been prosecuted.
Who?
The top people at the Department of Justice.
The National Security Division, no less, who was supposed to be, here they are, circling around, circling the toilet drain on the Logan Act.
Meanwhile, they're not doing a damn thing about one of the biggest leaks in this town in this history.
Now, a couple weeks later after that, I think you might have even been at the White House at the time, I can't remember.
But leaked out a call between the President, President Trump at the time, and the Mexican President.
Then a call, I was actually out, I was at a dinner with the Australian Ambassador the night that the phone call leaks between Trump and the Australian Prime Minister.
So here we've got now three massive leaks at the highest level and nobody did a damn thing about it.
I always said, you know, how many press conferences did I give until finally I stopped talking to the fake news?
I would say, We have major crimes being committed here and you guys are doing nothing about it, right?
And then, you know, later I go to the, you know, I go to the White House after, you know, I was able to review files, you know, cause I was trying to get to the bottom.
How are, you know, how are these leaking out?
So I was actually able to see how some of this was leaking out.
And then I briefed the president on it and said, Hey, I think we got a problem here, right?
There's all of these bad things are happening.
There's a major problem.
And of course, what did they accuse me of?
He's leaking classified information to the president.
What?
And then, you know, then I was under an ethics investigation.
The chairman of the intelligence committee of Congress is leaking classified information to the man for whom the classification system actually exists.
And on the flip side, we have James Comey in a public event later laughing, laughing about entrapping my former colleague, Mike Flynn with that setup, that trap, that interview.
We're talking to former Chairman of the Intelligence Committee, Devin Nunes.

So I'm going to go back to what you just said about how you gave advice to the president.
We've got problems here.
There are leaks coming out of the administration.
A week into the administration, the president's president's president, The new NSC phone book with the new directors and deputy directors, which is a classified, it's a phone book, but it's classified.
Six days after we came in, before Mike Flynn had signed off on it, it was leaked to the Washington Post.
I didn't even know that.
Yeah.
I went to Mike and I said, Mike, I didn't even work for Mike, but we were friends.
And I said, Mike, you got to get a grip of this.
You can't be six days in.
So I said to him, Mike, let me give you some advice.
of the Intel directorate of the NSC's name in the Washington Post with his phone number.
So then they can go attack him and they can write fake news stories.
And of course what they wanted to do, that they were all tied to Russians.
So I said to him, Mike, let me give you some advice.
Right now, you call up the AG, you call up the Attorney General, and you get every damn polygrapher from the Attorney General, from the DOJ, to the EEOB, to the Eisenhower Executive Building.
You lock the doors and you polygraph all 420 people in the NSC until you find out who leaked it.
And then you frog march them out of the building and you charge them with, you know, contravention of the Espionage Act.
Mike looked at me and he said, Sepp, great idea, but you can't rock the boat.
Isn't the trouble that we didn't rock the boat enough?
And that's how we got the Vindmans.
That's how we got the Miles Taylors.
Is there a need for a drastic cleaning of house?
Well, if you remember what Flynn wanted to do was, you know, he had done a lot of work.
I mean, he was the best intelligence general.
32 years in service.
But the best probably since World War II, right?
And he had a specific plan.
You know, he knew he had written some papers called Fixing Intel way back and he talked about the problems in Afghanistan and Iraq.
And, you know, that's when I actually first started working with him back in those days.
And I got to know him really well.
And, you know, his idea was that, look, there's too many bureaucrats here in Washington.
This whole top level needs to go.
You need to push people out to the field and you got to get back to real work.
And that was another reason why they wanted him early and often, and they wanted him gone.
Yeah.
Because there were so many people that he knew he was going to get rid of all of them.
And at the time, remember, Flynn is not, at that point, he's not a Republican.
No, he's a Democrat.
His whole family were Democrats.
Yeah, and so Flynn is looking to this as, look, I just want to get a guy like Trump who can actually help us fix this because he believed in the country.
And then the guy pays this horrible price for it.
And I just remember at the time, and this is in Lee Smith's great book, The Plot Against the President, that was later turned into a movie or a documentary.
And I said at the time to anybody who would listen, if you get rid of Flynn, and I think, you know, President Trump, you know, made one mistake, and I think ultimately he probably didn't want to do it, but when he fired Flynn, got rid of Flynn, forced Flynn out, I said, now there's blood in the water.
Yeah.
And you watch.
And I said, Priebus, you're going to be next.
Bannon, all you guys are going to, it's going to end sure as hell, like within six, eight months, nine months.
Blood in the water.
They were all gone.
They were all eliminated from the battlefield.
So this has to happen, doesn't it?
We have to have a strong hand at the tiller.
If President Trump comes back in 2024, you've got to set the tone very rapidly.
You can't have leaks in the first week.
Something has to be done differently.
Look, the problems have spiraled out of control.
I mean, the contagion now has reached the archives.
It's reached the SEC, all of the military with all the woke garbage, and how they're treating these service members that don't want to get the COVID vaccine.
So there is so much now to fix.
Really, it's going to take the American people.
Hopefully, you see.
I mean, how many more people need to leave California, Illinois, and New York?
Before eventually those people that are left in those states realize, well, wait a second, what happened to my neighbors?
What's going on with this economy?
Why is there homeless people all around?
So, you know, look, this is going to come down.
I mean, it's coming down to just a few states.
I mean, here we are two years out.
This race, whoever it's going to be, I'm not convinced it's going to be Biden, by the way, because I think he's got a real problem with these documents.
But it's going to come down to basically Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan.
And somebody's got to break through those states.
The book is Countdown to Socialism.
Get it right now by our guest Devin Nunes.
Follow him on Truth Social at Devin Nunes.

This is America First coming to you from the reliefactor.com studios.
Here's a little clip from Merrick Garland right after the Mar-a-Lago raid.
I'd like to get you to react to this, Devin.
Cut to.
Play cut.
Let me address recent unfounded attacks on the professionalism of the FBI and Justice Department agents and prosecutors.
I will not stand by silently when their integrity is unfairly attacked.
The men and women of the FBI and the Justice Department are dedicated, patriotic public servants.
Every day, they protect the American people from violent crime, terrorism, and other threats to their safety, while safeguarding our civil rights.
He took no questions.
He walked off the stage.
When in America did it become a crime to criticize the FBI?
We're not allowed to do that, Devin.
Well, and remember the timing of that, okay?
This was four days after the Mar-a-Lago raid, when everybody's waiting for, wait a second, what are these classified documents?
What's going on here?
And he comes out and says, you can't attack the FBI.
It's like, where the hell have you been, dude?
Like, I know you're not supporting the Durham investigation.
You haven't allowed these prosecutions of the FBI and DOJ officials to happen.
Now you just see this guy, one of the top counterintelligence guys, who just took $225,000.
I'm sure that there's a story there, too, on how they figured that out.
I'm sure that there's a story there too on how they figured that out.
So, look, Congress has a say in this, right?
I mean, I remember when, you know, when we were subpoenaing the DOJ and we told them, I told Rosenstein and Ray, I said, look, you guys are under investigation here.
I mean, I was there with the Speaker of the House and other members of the committee.
You guys are under investigation.
And they're like, well, what are you going to do, arrest us?
I said, well, did you do anything wrong?
But we don't have the ability to arrest.
But Congress now, building off of all of the stuff that's happened over the last five years, Congress now has a say.
The House of Representatives has a say, and now there's a committee to do it.
We need this man back on Capitol Hill, or men like him, because he understands what oversight really is.

America First Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Rather apposite music, Lord of the Rings, Little Hobbits.
What do they do?
They fight for justice, for truth.
Not the American way, the Shires way, but it's analogous.
Just a few minutes left.
So sad, but at least we've had him in the studio for the whole hour.
Former Chairman of the Intelligence Committee, The chairman, the head of the Trump Media Group that is home to Truth Social.
Follow him at Devin Nunes.
The book is Countdown to Socialism.
One of the reasons you're in the swamp is because you're not just fighting for truth on Truth Social, what you did on Capitol Hill.
You're also fighting those who defame patriots like yourself.
Why is it important to bring cases against the mainstream media for what they say about you, me, Trump and MAGA voters?
Why is that important?
Because it's against the law, and you cannot just make stuff up about people.
And I think our democracy and the survival of it really depends on that.
You can't have one neighbor accusing another neighbor across the street of things that aren't true.
We talked about Adam Schiff earlier, which is why he's no longer in the Intelligence Committee.
This is the same thing that's true.
What's happened is the degradation of these press outlets.
You always knew they were left, but now they're weaponized.
Every damn one of them.
I always say 95% of the news that gets created and pushed out there is fake.
And then you run it through a funnel.
As a matter of fact, my book, Countdown to Socialism, that I wrote before the Hunter Biden laptop, and I basically sadly predicted it, but it becomes a funnel, right?
And it goes into these phones and it comes out through social media.
Before there was true social, it was just going to the few, and then they can censor.
They can decide, they build algorithms and they can decide what you see.
And so you have to get to the root.
So I left Congress to create true social, to open up the internet, working with Rumble to give the people their voice back.
But also, You know, these cases have to come forward because it won't stop.
It won't stop.
How many times do I have to get accused of running to the White House at midnight and leaking the, you know, jumping over the fence and all the BS stories that are out there?
You know, I'm not going to let it happen.
And so if you defame me, I'm going to take you to court, and I'm going to fight through it.
And none of these are easy.
They're very, very difficult.
But luckily, in a few cases, we're moving forward, which is good.
And look, if we can somehow be successful here, maybe in the long run, it'll help the country.
I mean, imagine a place where people are just doing reporting.
I wish you some Nick Sandman or Carl Rittenhouse level of success with those cases.
I know your former investigator, Cash Patel, has a foundation that's helping others fight with cash.com.
He's an example of what we need many many more of.
