Thank you for joining us on America First with today's very special guest host, Cleveland's own Bob France.
Yes.
Yes, indeed.
Thank you, Dr. G, for the opportunity to sit in with this great audience.
For the second straight Monday, somebody told me, a little birdie whistled into my ear before the show, that said, I think I just broke a record.
I'm the first guest host to sit in for three straight Dr. G breaks.
Three straight Dr. G days off, or days missing for whatever reason or another.
So how about that?
First one back around New Year's.
We had last Monday, and here we are today.
So, honored to be asked once again.
to sit in on America First.
I welcome you at 833-33-GORKA, the number to dial as you know, 833-334-6752.
I'm coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer.
Follow me on Twitter.
I've got to get better at Twitter.
I'm just not very good at it.
I don't promote it enough, but I should.
Follow me on Twitter at France Rantz, F-R-A-N-T-Z, France Rantz, R-A-N-T-Z, France Rantz on Twitter, and you might get a little taste of what we're doing on the program today.
We've got a couple of very good guests who are going to be joining us.
Including the Patriot Barbie in about 35 minutes or so.
We're going to talk to the Patriot Barbie, Lindsey Graham.
Lindsey Graham has got a story to tell.
She already told it on Twitter, which is why we're going to talk to her again.
She is fighting so hard against this radical trans movement that is putting girls and women into To say the very least, uncomfortable situations, to say the very most, dangerous situations, including in locker rooms, showers, restrooms and other places of privacy in which women and girls have come to expect, you know, privacy.
And it's a school board member that she is familiar with, uh, who is making her life miserable and actually filing a lawsuit against her, believe it or not, or at least a restraining order.
I'll let her tell the story in detail coming up at about three 40 or 40 minutes past this hour, depending on where you are and where you're listening right now.
So at 40 past the hour in the, uh, third hour of today's America first with Sebastian Gorka, we're going to be talking with Chris Hanson.
Do you remember Chris?
If you watched NBC News in the, I want to say, first decade of this century, 2000 to 2010 neighborhood, maybe even a little bit into the 2010s, if you will, into that decade, at any rate, you may remember To Catch a Predator.
That was an NBC vehicle.
Chris Hansen is still catching predators, except now he's doing it under the name Takedown on the True Blue Factual streaming network.
He is going after some of the worst people that there are.
The sick, perverted, pedophilia-driven men who engage in online sex talk with what they think are little kids, and then they schedule appointments to meet the little kids, and well, yeah, do those things to little kids.
Sometimes, however, they're talking to Chris Hansen and law enforcement teams, and they are showing up and finding something they didn't want.
So that's going on again.
Takedown is a very important thing.
We're going to talk to Chris about the theme of today's show.
That'll be in the third hour, but we're going to talk about it all, starting in this hour, and that is, Joe Biden's America is an America steeped in crime.
Rising crime.
Violent crime.
Crime that, quite frankly, for which there is no deterrent, I guess is the best way to say it anymore.
Because in Joe Biden's America, left-wing district attorneys like Gascogne, George Gascogne in Los Angeles County, and left-wing district attorneys like Alvin Bragg in New York, in New York City, in Manhattan, left-wing district attorneys in Philadelphia, in Chicago, in some of the worst havens for crime all across this country.
They're letting them off with cashless bail once they get caught.
And then if they do bring them back for a trial after a couple of hearings, usually no trial happens.
There's a soft, you know, deal that is cut, a plea that is accepted, and no jail time, and no one has anything to fear anymore.
No one, at least in the criminal element, in the thug element, they've got nothing to fear.
They're not afraid of going to prison.
Why would they be?
They're not afraid of going to prison.
They're not afraid of having tough fines to pay or restitution or any of those things because they're not being ordered.
In Biden's America, the one word that most aptly describes their motivation When it comes to the criminal justice system, it's not safety.
It's not punishment.
It's not deterrence.
You know what that word is, right?
It's equity.
Equity in the criminal justice system.
That's the most important thing to the Biden administration and to the Soros-funded left-wing DAs that are carrying out the mission.
If the jails and if the prisons are too overwhelmingly represented by one race, well then that's not equitable.
And that, of course, would not be fair.
We have to have equity.
It doesn't matter if one race is committing more crimes on a routine, regular, frequent basis than another race is.
It does not matter.
We have to have the same number of people in jail of all races.
As a matter of fact, we should probably start tipping it a little bit more toward the Caucasian population in the prisons, because the Caucasian population is the overwhelmingly majority population of the country, and of all of these states.
So it's about equity, which of course is the next natural progression of what is being done in American schools.
Same story.
You've got D.I.E.
programs.
And I know some people call them D.E.I.
I'm never going to do that.
D.I.E.
Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.
And it works because it spells D.I.E.
and they're killing our schools and our communities.
That's why D.I.E.
works better than D.E.I.
In the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity departments in all of these schools and all of these agents monitoring these things, if they see the detention room filled with an overwhelming number of one particular race,
If they see the suspended list filled with an extraordinary majority of another particular race, if they see the expelled list, oh boy, well clearly the teachers, the schools, the administrators, the assistant principals, the punishment deciders, clearly they're all biased, bigoted, and racist.
And we can't have that anymore, so either people who commit detention, suspension, or expulsion offenses, or commit some variation of those or some compilation of those on a frequent basis, those individuals are not going to be booted anymore.
Because the numbers are off.
The equity is off.
So either they are not going to be booted anymore, they're not going to be suffering the consequences of their actions, or other people of another race who are not committing anywhere near the number of those violations, who aren't committing anywhere near the number of suspension, detention, or expulsion violations, they're going to be cracked down upon.
Any even remotely close violation is going to be, well, you're suspended.
Wait, what?
I've got straight A's and I've never done anything before.
Too bad you're suspended.
You want to know why?
Equity.
Equity is what's leading to the rise in crime all across Joe Biden's America.
Make no mistake about it.
I've got a list of crime stories just from yesterday to today, actually from the weekend to today, that I'm going to share with you to prove my point.
And I'm going to ask you, what do you want to have happen in the communities near you?
Because I'll tell you what is happening when criminals are committing violent and dangerous actions with no fear of repercussion whatsoever.
Because they know they're going to get a no bail release, no cash bail release, then they're going to get a slap on the wrist if anything at all from the judge if they do end up having to agree to a plea, much less take it to trial.
Very few of them are ever going to do that.
Being all these individuals who have no fear whatsoever, what is the natural response of a police officer going to be?
It's going to be, why bother?
Right?
Stay in the car.
Don't get out of the car and chase them.
Why?
We're going to take him downtown, they're going to release him with no bail, and he's going to be right back on the street again.
What's the point?
Is that the kind of community you want to live in?
We're gonna talk about this together.

You can also look for Always Right Radio.
You'll find me there.
We're going to be talking with Chris Hansen a little bit later on.
We're going to talk with Lindsey Graham, the Patriot Barbie, coming up a little bit later on in this hour as well.
We're talking about Biden's America and the crime wave that continues and shows no signs of abating at all, does it?
I mean, you tell me.
If you live In an urban area, primarily, one of the larger cities in the country, or one of the larger cities in your state, where there's a very high concentration of people.
And let's be honest, that's where we find the vast majority of crime.
When you have a very, very high concentration, a dense population, people are on top of one another, there are far too many people in far too small of spaces, and those who are criminal minded have a whole lot of targets, and a whole lot of victims.
When things are a little bit more spread out, suburban wise, or even in the rural areas, it just goes down proportionally.
Massive amounts of people in small areas certainly lead to a lot more of these types of situations.
Let's talk about this a little bit.
Let me give you a few of these.
Seattle, Washington.
Seattle, Washington was... I used to work... I've been doing talk radio now for about 25 years.
The first, I don't know, decade or so, I was doing sports radio.
Almost exclusively.
And I used to work for the Oakland Raiders.
I was the sideline reporter for the Oakland Raiders.
I would travel with the Raiders to all of the games and, of course, all the NFL cities.
It was an awful lot of fun.
Seattle was one of my favorite cities to visit when I was working for the Raiders.
Seattle's beautiful.
I used to call my wife and I would call my parents.
You wouldn't believe how beautiful this is.
There are a lot.
I mean, Kansas City, I really love Kansas City.
I could sit here and list all the cities that I visited when I was working in the NFL and just which ones really grabbed me.
Seattle was so beautiful.
I cannot even imagine stepping foot in that city now.
And if you're a Seattle resident, if you're listening right now, don't take that personally as yourself.
Take it as an attack or an indictment of your city leadership.
Because nobody is doing their job there.
Cops can't do their job.
Because the prosecutors won't do their jobs.
Is Seattle finished?
Crime-ridden, woke cities dying downtown loses flagship Nike store and multiplex cinema as number of homeless people killed in a year rockets by 122 to an all-time record of 310.
The Nike store, which has been operating in downtown Seattle for 26 years on 6th Avenue and Pike, shut down on Friday.
Why?
They can not stop the crime.
People are walking in there and you see these videos, if you're online, if you're on Twitter, you have seen these videos all over the place.
People walk in with great big green garbage bags, or lawn bags, leaf bags that you would fill up and put out for the trash collectors.
They take them in there and they just go shopping without paying.
They just clean out racks, clean off shelves, fill it up.
They usually have a mask on, one of the medical masks, the fake doesn't stop COVID masks, but they're perfect for concealing your identity.
Pair of sunglasses, one of those masks on, and they just walk in and they don't even run out oftentimes 'cause they know nobody's gonna stop them.
There's no threat to their safety, to their freedom.
They're going to do their shopping, they're going to go out there and put their stuff on the black market and sell it and make a ton of money and then Lord knows do what with the money.
That's one example.
We're talking about Biden's America here.
Let's talk more about Biden's America.
Let's talk about what just happened in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday night.
Now I did this story, talked about it on my Cleveland program.
On Thursday, because it was on Wednesday night, this past week, that a protester of what is being called Atlanta's Cop Land, I think is what they're calling it, but a protester there who did not want to clear the area where a police training facility was being developed, shot a Georgia State Trooper in the pelvis.
He had to have emergency surgery.
Well, as you can imagine, when you shoot a cop, chances are there's going to be a bullet flying back in due time, in very short order.
And sure enough, a shot was fired back and it killed the protester who shot the officer.
Mind you, this isn't in dispute.
This isn't who shot first, which also shouldn't even be a dispute.
But in this case, it's very, very plain and clear.
A cop was shot.
They shot back.
Protester was killed.
And what did they do immediately?
Thursday morning, I was reading it and talking about it.
They're calling for a night of rage.
They're calling for everybody to commit proportional violent crimes against cops on Friday night and Saturday night in Atlanta.
And indeed, it manifested itself on Saturday night.
Protestors gathered, they got together, most of them from out of town, outside of Atlanta, because this is where the message went out on social media, come and help us commit the night of rage, night of violence against police.
And sure enough, what do they do?
They show up and assault cops with bricks, stones, and commercial-grade fireworks being shot directly at them.
Police cars set on fire, windows smashed.
Fortunately, For decent society?
For cops?
Fortunately, the cops responded with force.
Not lethal force, but they cracked down hard.
They started tackling and taking down those who were assaulting them, smashing the windows, setting the fires, committing all of these acts.
They cracked down quick.
Six were arrested, and they are going to be facing charges of domestic terrorism.
Now, despite the obvious, despite everything that I'm talking about right now being on camera, That violence that was being committed in Biden's America, and this time in the city of Atlanta, wasn't actual violence, at least according to one news network.
And you can probably figure out which one.
CNN had a guest on named David Peisner.
What his claim to fame or knowledge is, I have no earthly idea.
But I do know that he is now widely regarded as one of the dumbest idiots to ever guest on a television program again.
Let's hear Cut 2.
Are you surprised to see the violence we have seen there tonight?
What do you think?
Well, I think that there's a real blurring of the lines in the use of the word violence.
It's property destruction violence.
To some people it certainly is.
But, you know, this idea that Breaking windows or other acts of property destruction are the same as actual violence against humans.
It's kind of a dangerous and slippery concept.
A dangerous and slippery concept?
Violence like rocks, bricks, stones, and fireworks hurled or fired at police officers?
Setting fire to a police officer's car?
Smashing windows?
You don't think that can hurt people?
You don't consider that violence?
This is the same network, if you remember, that in the Summer of Love, in 2020, literally started their newscast with America aflame.
I mean, as Minneapolis was completely on fire.
And the chyron at the bottom of the screen says, fiery protests, mostly peaceful.
It's fiery, you know, but mostly peaceful.
They refuse to hold anybody on the American left, including the Antifa thugs in Atlanta on Saturday, accountable for their violence.
And why?
I already told you why.
This is Joe Biden's America.
We got shootings in Monterey.
We've got protesters outside of Brett Kavanaugh's house.
Again, we've got so many of these violent crimes and stories to tell you about.
This is Biden's America.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
Thank you, Dr. G. Thirty-three minutes past the hour, so let's hit one more of these before I go to the phone calls.
And I do want to hear from you at 833-33-GORKA, because this one's pretty high profile.
You may or may not have seen that a Fox News meteorologist named Adam Klotz was the latest to be beaten by a gang of thugs on the New York City subway.
I cannot imagine why anyone who is not packing, and I mean heavily, and I mean, I'm talking strapped, would ever go onto the New York City subway in Biden's America.
The amount of crime in that city now that it's been taken over by the left over the last two mayoral administrations and the complete, not to mention, as I mentioned, the prosecutor, just a complete surrender to violent criminals.
Adam Klotz was brutally attacked on the New York City subway by a group of teens over the weekend because they were starting to attack an old man who could not defend himself.
As a matter of fact, Adam Klotz, as he was on his way home from the Giants-Eagles playoff game, watching it, not from the game, but watching it at a Manhattan bar, he noticed a group of teenage thugs, or hoodlums, or whatever you want to call them, harassing an older gentleman, and in fact, had set his hair on fire with a joint.
Klotz was on Fox & Friends this morning, and so I was like, whoa, you can't do that.
That's not cool at all.
And he took, and that's all it took, and he became the new focus of their attention.
Why is the weather guy in the train trying to stop crime in the middle of the night?
Like, where's Eric Adams?
Where's the city?
Why am I doing this?
Why is this up to me?
Where are police?
He said the group started taunting him and as he tried to remove himself from the situation, he could not do so.
They punched him.
Followed him to another subway car.
I got off that train after taking a punch.
The whole group then, the doors open again at another stop.
The whole group just comes and bum rushes me and suddenly I'm like on the ground.
I'm getting kicked in the side, getting wailed on.
They were trying to knock me out and then once you're unconscious, then you're getting punched like there's no defense.
So I was just doing my absolute best to cover my head.
So I kind of get knocked out.
Now my side is black and blue.
My knee I can hardly bend because I was getting kicked and punched.
He was treated at a local hospital after the assault.
He was on TV this morning and I saw his face.
Everything he described is very, very evident.
And what he said was, the worst part about this isn't the fact that he got beat up.
The worst part about this is the teenagers were stopped by police and then released to their parents without charges.
Juvenile reports were prepared and their parents were called to pick them up.
That's a direct quote from a rep for the New York Police Department to the New York Post.
Adam Klotz isn't necessarily calling for just the punishment of these individuals, although that should be obvious.
He said, I want change.
I don't want this to happen to somebody else.
Can we get police on the subways?
What can we do?
I want Eric Adams, quote, to do something more long term so that this won't happen to somebody else, more than just me getting some sort of revenge in the short term.
And that's a classy guy.
That's a classy guy because he's literally thinking of other people than himself.
Adam Cox deserves a pat on the back for that.
But I think the larger point here is not necessarily what Eric Adams is going to do about putting more cops on the subway.
It's what are they going to do about crime in the city, if the district attorney won't prosecute crimes like this, if judges let them out with a slap on the wrist, if even that.
Hell, in this case, the police know it's a waste of time, so they turn them loose.
They just physically and violently assaulted somebody who, and we've all seen enough videos online, we've all seen enough of the viral videos on Twitter, or on Instagram, or someplace, or on TikTok, or someplace, right?
He's right, Adam Klotz is.
If he would have been knocked all the way out, if he would have been unconscious, he might not have survived.
Because when they have a completely lifeless, knocked out, cold body on the ground, that's when the animals go into full-on pack mentality and they pick its bones clean.
And of course, in the case like this, in the real animal world, animal kingdom, it's what they do.
And in a case like this, they will kick and punch and brutalize until there's nothing left of the individual.
And they got set free.
They're facing, according to the report, they're facing no charges.
Now, even though the police know who they are, and Adam Klotz can, I would imagine, maybe I watch too much TV, can't he go to the police and say, I choose to press charges?
Is it really up to the police to say, nah, we're gonna let your, you know, you being victimized go here because, you know, well, what was that word I used before?
Equity.
Yeah, we're not going to be charging these kids.
We're not going to put them in the system.
We're not going to give them criminal records.
No, these teenagers, we want to take it easy on them because, you know, equity.
This is Biden's America.
And if you don't believe me, after all of that, we just found out Joe Biden is an even bigger criminal than we thought he was, going all the way back to his time in the United States Senate.
That story is coming up as well.
My name is Bob France, sitting in for Dr. G on America First.
Thank you for being with us.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
We will be right back.
One minute.
She said she's always had a problem with Skype.
It must be her end.
I'm just going to call her on her cell phone and then do it by phone.
Transcription by CastingWords Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
I want to apologize for being an unrepentant liar.
I lied last segment and told you as soon as I told you the Adam Klotz story that I would go right to the phone calls.
I did not because the Adam Klotz story just took me a little longer than I thought that it would.
But I promise you, if you are on hold, stay there.
I will get to you.
If you are not on hold, you should get there because I will get to you as well.
But now I want to welcome our first guest to America First today.
Bob France sitting in for Dr. G.
And our guest is Lindsey Graham, otherwise known as the Patriot Barbie.
Somebody decided somewhere that that was supposed to be an insult, some sort of a pejorative, some sort of a negative statement.
But she is rolling with it.
It is her Twitter name, the Patriot Barbie, Lindsey Graham, who joins us now with an update on the ongoing trans movement that she is pushing back against and that, well, somebody is pushing hard up against her now for.
Lindsey, thanks for joining us on America First.
How are you?
I'm absolutely wonderful despite the situation.
You know, God is on the throne.
I'm doing just fine.
That's good.
And I want to hear your story again in a moment, but remind everybody where Patriot Barbie came from.
So when I decided lockdowns in 2020 and opened up my salon against mandates, the liberal left cancer culture came at me full throttle and decided that I was the new face of conservatism.
They made a meme out of my face, called me the Patriot Barbie, and I had been so sick of their nonsense that I went and changed all of my social media to say Patriot Barbie just to stick it to them.
And, well, it stuck.
And it's perfect!
You know, who doesn't want to be called a Barbie?
I mean, that's a beautiful thing.
So that's a compliment to you.
And who doesn't want to be called a patriot?
So I think it's perfect.
You should just stick it to them.
Now, you were in Oregon then, right?
But you're in Phoenix now, is that right?
That is correct, yeah.
We ran for our lives to a state of freedom.
Okay, well, yeah, you ran to a state of freedom and got Katie Hobbs as your governor, somehow, some way.
I know.
Please don't remind me.
Please don't remind me.
There's nowhere to run sometimes.
I know.
Lindsay, let's talk about the latest.
Now, for those who may not remember, you kind of went viral on the internet when you appeared in a catsuit.
Uh, at a local school board at your local school board to talk to and make some very important and obvious points.
Look at me.
I'm dressed like a cat.
I am clearly not a cat.
However, and in the same way, these males who are dressed like females, they are not actual females.
And it's about time that we actually acknowledge this, right?
So that can you talk about the backlash that you got after that before we bring, bring it current now with the current situation?
Sure, absolutely.
Well, I do want to encourage people and say that the backlash now, I feel like, isn't quite as horrific as it was, say, in 2020 when I opened up my salon.
Everyone called me a murderer and a grandma killer and, you know, a money-hungry business owner.
And I feel like a lot of people weren't awake.
And there are a lot of people that have woken up over the last couple of years.
That little cat shenanigan got so much national attention, and the majority of it, I mean seriously, probably 98% of it, was applause, was cheer, was encouragement.
There was a very few liberal leftists that got on my page and called me, of course, transphobe and homophobe.
But they can't argue.
Their logic doesn't make sense anymore to the point where they don't have an argument.
They'd rather just stay silent and be angry because when they speak up, they have nothing to say that makes sense.
And that's not even a cruel statement.
That's the truth.
And so I got a lot of positive feedback from that.
And the only negative, really, that I got, even the school board members came up to me and said, thank you for speaking what some, you know, what most people will not say because they're afraid of being canceled or named called.
The only negative reaction I got was from Paul Bixler himself and his son, who are local residents in Arizona, and, oh, you're attacking me and you're harassing me and you're being so mean and hateful.
And I didn't go up to that podium with any kind of emotion.
I went there with a pre-written, premeditated speech that was completely logical.
So to be clear, to be clear for all of our listeners, Lindsay, Paul Bixler is a board member who is a male who likes to dress in female clothing.
Correct.
And Paul Bixler makes the little kids call him Miss Bixler, and he uses the female restrooms.
So if Paul Bixler wants to dress like a woman, that's fine, right?
In his own home.
My problem came when he started forcing kids and compelling them to call him something he isn't, and when he started using the girls' restrooms.
That is not okay.
Okay, now he is a board member.
Has he always been, or like, how long has he been playing the I'm a woman game and putting on these clothes?
From what I understand, he was appointed to the board in 2020.
He was a man at that point.
I believe he was married.
His wife died, and this poor man suffered some kind of emotional trauma, and he began wearing her clothes and identifying as a woman.
Wow.
Now, to be clear, you said he was appointed, not elected?
That is correct.
There was an election in progress and he was not elected.
I believe the election, for some reason, it didn't go through or it fell through and he was just, maybe there was no, maybe there was no other option.
He was just appointed.
Now that was in 2020.
Most school board positions, I shouldn't say most, in some states, I guess different in every state, but to my knowledge, they're usually two year terms.
So when is he up for an actual election before the people of that district?
I was told that he cannot be voted off of the board for another two years.
So he can be recalled now, or he can choose to step down, but he cannot be voted off until 2024.
So he doesn't have to actually run for re-election to the board until 2024.
Correct, yes.
Okay, got it.
Now let's bring it really current.
The reason I reached out to you is I saw your video in which you were describing what happened when you went to your local gym.
Tell everybody listening right now in America First what happened when you went to your gym and you went to use the female facilities as you always do.
What did you encounter, Lindsey Graham?
I encountered Paul Bixler, if you can imagine.
Him in all of his lovely self with his pierced ears and his Women's, you know, gym attire on looking very much like a man.
He is using, I was told, I did know that he used my gym.
I had never encountered him before.
I was told he used the male locker room.
There were followers that told me they've seen him use the men's locker room.
And at this particular day, he was using the female locker room while I was in there.
And so what did you do when you saw him?
Did you speak to him?
Did you turn around and walk out?
What did you do?
I turned around, I walk out, and I called 911 immediately and said, there's a male in the female locker room.
I want him arrested.
I want to press charges.
I feel threatened.
And this man has somehow gone to the local DMV, and he has had his driver's license changed to say female.
And for that reason, the police did not arrest him, did not press charges.
What do the gym owners say, Lindsey?
Well, you know what?
Hold that thought.
Lindsey, I've got a hard break coming up right here.
Can you stick with me?
We'll have about a three minute segment on the other side.
I want to know what the gym owner said, and I want to talk about the legal action that he's taking against you, an actual female, as it pertains to who gets to be in the female facility.
So we're going to pick this up with the Patriot Barbie, Lindsey Graham, right after this.
Bob France sitting in for Dr. G.
You're listening to America First. America
First. America
First. America First.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gawker.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, let's do that, Dr. G, and let's get right back to Patriot Barbie, Lindsey Graham.
She is the pain in the rear end of her school board.
She's particularly a pain in the rear end of a school board member named Paul Bixler, who has decided not only does he not like her wearing a catsuit to a board meeting, he says she's transphobe, she doesn't want her in her own gym anymore.
So, Lindsey, this was your gym.
How long had you been going to this gym?
I've been going to this gym for a couple years now.
I took a little break, but yeah, two or three years.
And for the very first time, you saw this male board member named Paul Bixler show up in the gym, in the women's facilities.
You call the cops, saying he shouldn't be here, this is illegal.
Cops can't do anything.
What did the gym owner say, Lindsay?
The gym owner's policy, and I have this on account, they told the employees there that Paul Bixler is allowed to use, quote, whatever facilities he feels most comfortable.
That means that he can jump back and forth between male and female anytime he likes.
Unbelievable.
So you obviously are not happy with this.
He's not happy with the fact that you called the cops on him, so tell me what he did.
He he I have it on good authority.
Very good authority.
He is trying to file a harassment injunction against me that would prevent me from using my gym if he's there.
So I want to be clear about this.
So I want to be clear about this.
he's there.
It's sort of like a restraining order, but there's no physical threat, clearly.
It basically would make sure that I cannot be in the same vicinity as him.
So I want to be clear about this.
So I want to be clear about this.
You're a female and he's a male.
You're not allowed to use, if he's successful in this legal challenge that he has filed, you wouldn't be allowed to use the female facilities at your gym because this male wants to use those female facilities and doesn't want to be there while you judge him.
Is that essentially what I'm hearing?
That's what you're hearing.
In fact, not only, I can't be at the gym at all.
I can't be there if he's there.
So you can't even work out without going into the female locker room or anything?
Nope, I can't go there.
I cannot go to a place where he is out.
So, even though he is a predator, and he is in the women's locker room ogling naked women, I can't be there because of a concern for his safety.
A 72-year-old man.
Are we talking beta or what?
Wait, how old is he?
He's 72?
He's 72.
Holy goodness.
I didn't know that part.
That's kind of an interesting development.
So, Lindsey, are you lawyered up?
Are you prepared to fight this?
Where does it go from here?
I've got multiple meetings with multiple different attorneys.
I refuse to comply with his not-to-be-served-yet injunction.
I will not.
I will continue to live my free life, and I will fight this at every single corner.
In fact, quite the opposite, I'm organizing a protest at the next school board meeting on January 30th.
Good.
And you ought to organize one for the gym as well the next time you want to go work out.
You ought to have a whole bunch of people out front with you as well cheering you on as you go in there and work out.
And if this guy is there, well then let's just see what happens when he calls the cops and find out how that plays out.
Well I know anybody who saw you in the catsuit knows you don't back down from a fight.
You're going to do what's right.
I wish you the very best of luck and I hope we can check in with you again and follow the progress of your fight.
Yes, please do.
Thank you so much for having me on.
Appreciate it.
We will do that.
Thank you.
Lindsey Graham, the Patriot Barbie.
She's in Phoenix, Arizona, and she's fighting for her rights.
And that means fighting for other people's as well.
I'm Bob Franson for Dr. G.

by Ben Thede Thank you so very much, Dr. G. Hour number two of America First is underway.
I'm live in the relieffactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer.
That's home base for me in Cleveland, Ohio.
My program airs daily from nine until noon, if you're interested.
That's Eastern.
If you're interested in checking it out on its own.
Obviously, I love being here for Dr. G, but day-to-day, 9 until noon, you can listen at WHKRadio.com.
WHKRadio.com, if you are so inclined.
I want to hit, real quick, the last subject that we just discussed with our guest, Lindsey Graham, the Patriot Barbie, and then a little bit on the theme of today's show, which is rising crime in Biden's America.
And then we're going to go to the phone calls on this.
Two quick things.
What this woman is experiencing is a prime example of why I continue to say the LGBTQXYZ exclamation point, question mark, ampersand, hashtag, and all the rest of the symbols that they want to use.
That movement is not about tolerance.
Okay?
Let's forget that nonsense right now.
They have no interest in tolerance whatsoever.
If they did, they would tolerate somebody disagreeing with them, and not try to ruin their careers, or ruin their lives, or make sure they're not allowed to go to their gyms anymore.
I mean, in all seriousness, they don't want tolerance.
That movement, among those activists, has become predatory.
They're on the hunt.
You understand that?
They're seeking prey.
They do it in communities, like the one that Lindsey lives in.
They do it in the online communities.
They hunt for prey.
Who disagrees with our lifestyle?
Our choice of life, our sexual orientation, our choice of pronouns, or whatever.
Who disagrees with us?
Let's find them and let's destroy them.
That's a predatory nature.
That's what they do.
This Bixler character is trying to do it to this mom in a district.
And look at what happened last week.
Look at what happened last week in the uber-woke National Hockey League.
Now I don't know what happened to hockey, and I don't know why they're selling out their fans.
Because generally speaking, American hockey fans, and even Canadian hockey fans, are masculine, not feminine.
They're male, not female.
Overall, obviously, this isn't true for every single person, to a man or woman.
But they are overwhelmingly high testosterone people who like fights and violence and speed and contact and aggressive sports, right?
If you're a hockey fan, chances are you're a boxing fan.
Chances are you're an MMA fan.
Chances are you're a football fan.
It's the kind of thing that appeals to guys like that, right?
Somehow, someway, the NHL decided to go woke in a way that I'll never understand.
But they did.
And they've decided that the LGBTQ movement is going to be what they push forward now going on.
They're going to have, you know, kind of amateur-type leagues that they're going to support in which males and females can compete against one another in the hockey ring until, of course, some guy checks some woman into a board and destroys her forever.
Which is what's gonna happen, but they've gone woke in a major way with the LGBTQ Alphabet Mafia, right?
So what happened last week, the Philadelphia Flyers, maybe you saw the story, you probably saw the story, the Philadelphia Flyers were hosting the Anaheim Ducks, and they had LGBTQ night for some reason in January.
Now, LGBTQ gets their entire month of June, it's called Pride Month, they get a whole month Which is bizarre in its own right because how many different causes and holidays and individuals are celebrated for an individual day?
Like there's MLK Day, there's President's Day, there's Labor Day, there's Memorial Day.
Everything is a day except for somehow the predatory LGBTQ movement somehow finagled an entire month of June.
But that's not enough!
We're going to have Pride Night at the hockey game in Philadelphia.
Uh, last week.
And what they did is the Philadelphia Flyers all came out in rainbow jerseys to warm up.
And then they had rainbow tape on the ends of their sticks as they practiced and warmed up for the game.
One player, Ivan Provorov, who's Russian and who is Russian Orthodox Christian, Said no, I'm not doing it.
It's not my thing.
It's not what my religion is.
I'm not going to do that.
Now, he didn't condemn.
He didn't criticize.
He just said, I'm not going to come out.
Quote, I respect everybody and I respect everybody's choices.
My choice is to stay true to myself and my religion.
That's all I'm going to say.
That's it.
Should have been the end of the story, right?
No.
Why was it not the end of the story?
Because this guy can't have his own opinion, and his own religion, and his own truth, and his own belief, and his own self.
This guy's not allowed to have that.
He must be taken down.
His coach let him play in the game, and why wouldn't he?
But the predators in the LGBTQXYZ Mafia were livid that they dared to let him play in the game.
As a matter of fact, one of the far-left wingnuts on the show The NHL post-game show.
E.J.
Raddick, NHL analyst, suggested that Proveroff should leave the country!
He said, this guy doesn't want to celebrate with the pride flag?
He should get out of the country!
Now, wait a minute.
I thought they were looking for tolerance.
I thought they were looking for equality.
I thought they were looking for people to be allowed to express their individuality.
What, if anything?
Does the LGBTQ movement stand for?
Let me be me, right?
Let me be an individual.
Let me love who I love.
Let me go with who I want to go with.
Let me, uh, you know, say what I am.
Let me pick my own.
Let me be me.
Well, here's a hockey player saying, let me be me.
I don't have to come out there and skate with your colors on because it's not my religion.
It's not what I believe in.
He's got to leave the country.
EJ Raddick said, and I quote, Ivan Provorov can get on a plane any day he wants and go back to a place where he feels more comfortable.
Take less money and get on with his life that way if it's that problematic for him.
If this is too much of a problem for him to maybe assimilate into his group of teammates and in the community and here in this country, that's okay.
Listen, you can feel any way you want, but the beauty is if it bothers you that much, there's always a chance to leave.
Go back where you're more comfortable.
I understand there's a conflict of sorts going on over there.
Maybe get involved." Whoa.
Wait, what?
This guy speaking on behalf of the National Hockey League on an NHL postgame declared that if you don't carry the gay pride flag out on the ice, get the hell out of the country and go fight in the war with Ukraine.
He literally declared that.
Elon Musk was so taken aback by that, Elon Musk on Twitter even wrote, the pendulum has swung a bit too far.
You think?
They don't want equality and they don't want tolerance.
They don't want individuals to be able to express themselves individually.
You must, you must obey.
You obey and follow the crowd.
No individuality is welcome, even though we are screaming we want our rights to be individuals.
If I say I'm not a boy or a girl, I'm neither, you must accept that, because that's me.
That's my identity.
That's my individuality.
But if you say, no, I'm not going to carry your flag out there and skate with the rainbow flag, no, I'm not going to do that.
That's not who I am.
You must be punished.
You must be cancelled.
You must be attacked.
Whatever you want to call it, that's their belief.
It is not tolerance, it's predation.
They're predatory.
They look for prey.
Who can we destroy for not bending their knee at our whim?
And I'm sorry.
I'm glad people like Lindsey Graham are standing up for herself, and I'm glad to find out, too, that two days after this went down last week, Ivan Provorov's jersey was sold out on websites all over the country.
That, my friends, is how you speak back and how you strike back against a predator and a predatory community, which is what they've become.
833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
Adam has been waiting in Ohio all day.
Thank you for your patience, Adam.
You're on America First.
Bob France sitting in for Dr. G. Fire away.
Yeah, I was just calling in reference to, I believe it was Memphis, Tennessee.
January 7th, which I believe was Martin Dr Martin Luther King.
The weekend of the holiday.
Um.
And there's not a lot of information out there that I have found yet, but apparently there was a black motorist.
There was some sort of a confrontation police chase, maybe.
Um again, not sure about the details because I can't find it anywhere in the news.
But apparently he was beaten so bad that he ended up passing away on the night.
Well, Come to find out, the police officers involved, there were five black police officers.
He was black also.
And, you know, just comparing it to the George Floyd situation, it's just interesting that, you know, it hasn't been plastered all over.
We don't know the names of these police officers.
We don't know what they had for breakfast today.
Yeah, I'll tell you, Adam, I appreciate the call.
I have never heard of any story like that at all.
I do know that there was a story, I believe it was in L.A., where Kenan Anderson died in a confrontation with police after being tased, and the left has tried to milk the living hell out of that.
Uh, and tried to, um, uh, and tried to exploit that and to make that a police abuse situation.
Haven't heard about the one that you're talking about, but I can tell you one that we are going to talk about after this time out too.
And again, thank you for the phone call.
We're going to talk about Monterey Bay.
We're going to talk about the Chinese new year and the fact that no one is talking about it today when 10 people were murdered and 10 people were injured by gunfire.
And there's a very good reason.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
We'll talk about why as we continue on America First.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Okay, 20 minutes past the hour on America First.
Thanks for being with us.
I'm live in the ReliefFactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer, in Cleveland, Ohio, and I want to talk about the Disney Empire for a second.
The Disney Empire is the self-proclaimed happiest place on earth.
Well, right now it's the happiest place for gay and transgender propaganda.
In the new movie Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom, you're going to see how Disney executives are purposely exposing your children to their LGBTQ agenda in their films and in their theme parks.
They're trying to seize the minds of kids as early as possible to encourage them to question their own sexuality.
grooming kids with their gay and transgender messaging, and producing one anti-Catholic movie after another.
See the proof for yourself.
Watch Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom, presented by the Catholic League, available for free right now at SalemNow.com.
Now the Disney theme parks have stopped using gendered greetings.
I remember hearing about that and learning about that a few months ago.
No longer, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls and children of all ages and stuff like that.
Now it's dreamers of all ages.
No gender messaging whatsoever.
Disney condemned the Florida bill that bars teaching young students about sex and gender identity as young kids.
It sparked controversy among Disney employees.
Disney has been denounced by the Catholic League altogether, and you're going to hear From Brent Bozell, founder of Media Research Center, Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League, Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, plus David Horowitz, Dr. Ben Carson, New York Post's Miranda Devine.
It's hosted by Mercedes Schlapp, Will Witt, and more.
Watch Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom for free.
Just go to SalemNow.com.
That's SalemNow.com.
Portions of America First with Dr. Seb Gorka, brought to you in part by Walt's Disenchanted Kingdom and Salem Now.
It's important.
So here's the story that the last caller was talking about.
I had not even heard of it.
And maybe there's a reason why, as he was talking about.
So to the last caller, Adam, I think his name was, I did find it.
Thank you.
Five Memphis, Tennessee police officers who were involved in the arrest of Tyree Nichols, who died three days after a traffic stop earlier this month, have been fired.
The five officers were dismissed following an internal investigation which determined they violated multiple department policies, including excessive force, duty to intervene, and duty to render aid, according to the Memphis Police Chief.
The five officers were identified, doesn't matter what their names are, does it?
but the messaging that the last caller was talking about is that the five officers were all black and so was the black suspect and so therefore that's why this didn't go viral.
He may be right.
That's why I didn't know about it.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Generally speaking, The BLM movement and the radical left that simply abhors police officers, they're the ones who want to defund the police, abolish the police, all of that nonsense after, you know, the summer of love in 2020.
Generally speaking, they don't care if the officers are black.
They think a black officer is a sellout.
They think black officers traded their black skin or brown skin for blue, the blue uniform, and that makes them not black anymore.
They're a sellout.
They're part of the enemy.
Generally speaking.
Now maybe that's not the case all the time.
But the story does say the five officers who were fired are all black.
Federal authorities announced Wednesday last that they were launching a civil rights investigation.
Footage will be released after the department's investigation is completed and the family can review it.
And that's all we've got.
That's all we've got on this.
Maybe that's why it didn't go viral!
This was updated on the 21st.
That was what, Saturday?
Yeah, the story was updated by CBS News on the 21st, which was Saturday, and nobody knew about it or very few people heard about it.
So, Adam, I thank you for bringing it to my attention because I'm going to have to pay very close attention to see where that story goes from there.
And oh, by the way, anybody who wants to talk about the Kenan Anderson story, we are talking about a different story altogether.
That's the one in Los Angeles in which Kenan Anderson, the cousin, of one of the BLM founders and chief grifters Patrice colors who stole millions from BLM and bought herself a couple of mansions her this is her cousin and her family or his family and how has filed a 50 million dollar claim after he died at the hospital after being tased
I'm not even gonna read all the details of this to you because it is so ridiculous and ludicrous The idea that the police quote-unquote killed him because I will tell you this tasers by their very definition are non-lethal cocaine and methamphetamine however That's what this guy had all in his system.
It is not the taser that killed him.
It is the drugs that killed him.
The situation will bear itself out, obviously.
He was stopped after a hit and run.
He actually slammed into another car.
They caught up to him.
They told him to sit down.
He wouldn't sit down.
They told him to sit down again.
He finally did sit down.
And as they were questioning him, finally he said, they're going to plant evidence in my car!
He got up and ran.
Oh, he's on video!
It's all on video.
And this is available.
It has been released.
They've yelled at him.
Get over on your stomach.
Get over on your stomach.
He ran to his car.
They chased him.
He fought with them.
They told him, I'm going to tase you.
I'm going to tase you.
If you don't comply, I'm going to tase you.
I'm going to tase you.
How many times do you have to be told, if you don't comply, you're going to get hit with a taser before you think, well, maybe I ought to comply so I don't get hit with the taser.
He didn't think that way and that clearly, and you want to know why?
You already know why.
I told you.
Cocaine all up in his system.
When you're coked up, chances are you're not necessarily in a right-thinking frame of mind.
So he got tased after refusing countless numbers of peaceful orders to obey without any force whatsoever.
He got himself tased.
His heart stopped, probably from the cocaine, or maybe a combination of tasing and cocaine.
But either way, now they want a $50 million judgment.
Okay.
Okay.
Let's go next to Knoxville, Tennessee.
How about that?
Randy, you are on America First with Dr. G. Go right ahead, Randy.
Hey, Bob.
Yeah, I'm thinking, when you were talking about the weatherman who was attacked on the subway, it brings me back to the early 80s, the mid-80s, when Bernie Goetz pulled out a pistol and shot a bunch of punks.
One of the best rock and roll songs, Billy Joel, We Didn't Light the Fire, his history rock and roll song.
Yeah.
You remember that?
Of course.
In 84, you know, a few things in each year, it ended in 86.
In 84 he said, Abe's crack, Bernie gets.
Yep, I remember well.
I've got that song on my playlist.
It's in my phone.
It's a great song.
You know, what that opened up, Bob, is a few years later, Rudy Giuliani came in, and you know what he did.
He said, we're going to clean this city up.
We're going to let the cops do their job.
We're going to get these peep shows off of Times Square.
We're going to start making this place a decent city, like the United States of America's capital city ought to have, and cleaned it up.
And I think that brought it up.
And here's my deal.
I forget exactly.
I think Bernie Getz had to spend a little bit of time in jail and all, but the way that that all happened, I think they should have pinned a medal on that guy.
Well, I'll tell you this, without going back into all of the details of that story, because it's been a couple of decades now, and thank you for the call, my friend.
I appreciate that.
Yes, I fully believe in arming oneself.
I fully believe in concealed carry.
I fully believe in having a license to do that.
And I firmly believe that if you are being beaten up by a bunch of thugs, and I don't care if they're 15 or 55, if they're beating you down and your life is in jeopardy, you have the right to pull your weapon and protect yourself.
And I don't care who they are.
And what happened to that Fox Weatherman, that's exactly what it sounds like happened to me.
Welcome your thoughts on it.

We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
You know, since we're talking so much about crime in America and we're talking, I mean, that's kind of the theme of the show here.
In Joe Biden's America, crime is so rampant that, I mean, thugs don't think twice about shoplifting really expensive stuff.
They don't think twice about shoplifting Nike stores, Eddie Bauer store.
It doesn't matter.
I mean, just wherever they can.
They don't think twice about playing knockout games where they come up behind somebody and just slug them in the side of the temple and knock them out.
They don't think twice about just gang assaults in restaurants and McDonald's and Walmart's and subway stations.
I mean, nobody really thinks twice about it anymore.
And as I said in the opening of the show, and I'll repeat now, I mean, it's because They've decided they don't want the police.
They don't want the police to have to do their jobs.
Police don't want to get out of their cars and go and deal with these things because they're going to risk their lives and maybe their careers.
And for what?
To take somebody in who's going to be turned around and let loose on a no cash bail in two seconds?
So since deterrence and punishment are no longer options, what are the options?
Well, according to Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, who oversees a city with some of the worst crime statistics in all of the world, not just the United States, according to Mayor Lori Lightfoot, the answer isn't to crack down on the criminals, it's for the victims to stop making themselves targets.
Lori Lightfoot told viewers in an interview on a Chicago news station to stop carrying cash and then maybe you won't get mugged all the time.
She said this!
Don't come down on the muggers and tell them to respect people's property and rights.
Don't come down and tell the DA, do something about this, start throwing the book at these little punks who are mugging people, beating people, and robbing people.
No.
She tells the victims, hey!
What are you doing carrying cash all the time?
If you carry cash, you're going to get mugged, you're going to get hit.
So how about you stop carrying cash?
Can you believe this?
This is Biden's America.
I cannot say it often enough.
I won't say it often enough.
I'll continue to say it as long as it continues to be true.
Just stop carrying cash and then the muggers won't mug you.
Instead of coming down on the criminals.
It's unbelievable.
Let's go to Mike, who's calling us from Detroit.
Speaking of crime, there's a little bit up there.
Mike, you are on America First.
Bob Franson for Dr. G. Fire away.
Oh yeah, thanks, you know.
Well, you know, there's a minority of people in this gender-bending alphabet soup crowd.
They would not exist on their own if they weren't under the umbrella of the Democratic Party, the mainstream media, and so on.
They would not be able to inflict this kind of, you know, child abuse and so on on our children.
You know, I've worked in the medical field for years.
The idea of gender dysphoria or gender identity disorder, these are made-up diagnosis.
They don't exist.
They just made it up.
And, you know, we're talking about child development 101.
The children go through these kind of identity crisis at one point in their childhood, you know.
And what really freaks me out is having worked in the medical field, there's a thing called the Hippocratic Oath, which says do no harm.
And this chemical hormonal castration, gender reassignment surgery, this is unbelievable.
This is just pure evil, you know.
And to inflict that on our children, I would like to see some medical malpractice lawsuits all over the place with this.
This is medical malpractice on a massive scale.
And some of those suits are being filed by individuals who underwent the gender-affirming change surgery, or gender reassignment as it's called, and they wanted to change back.
They wanted to detransition.
And they're livid.
That the adults in their lives when they were young and making these decisions, that they didn't help them, that they actually encouraged them to go forth and take these drugs like you say, chemical castrating drugs, drugs that stop puberty and block hormones and other hormones to build what you want to build and so forth.
And then of course there's the top surgeries and bottom surgeries.
There are many.
Who come back from that and say, I cannot believe that the adults in my life, including the doctors, allowed me to do this when I was in my pre-formative years.
My brain didn't know what it was doing.
I didn't know what I was doing.
It was an identity crisis.
I was being peer pressured.
I was being pushed around.
All these things are real, by the way.
These things are happening.
And they want some accountability because the adults in their lives, who know full well that we don't let kids vote until they're 18.
We don't let them commit to having consensual sex until at least 16.
Anything under that, it's statutory rape because a person can't figure that out for themselves whether or not they really wanted to consent to that.
We don't allow them to carry a gun, to join the military, to smoke a cigarette, to drink a beer until they're 18 or 21, but we're going to allow them at the age of 8 or 9 or 10 or 11 to decide to change their body forever and change their sex with a dangerous surgery?
And these kids are coming back and saying, what did you do?
I was trusting the adults in my life to look out for me and they didn't.
I hope those lawsuits fly.
Thank you for the call, my friend.
We'll be back on America First. America
First. America
First.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Seventeen minutes before the top of the hour as we continue live in the ReliefFactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer.
That's my home base in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. G., thank you very much for the opportunity to sit in and talk to this fantastic audience as always.
I appreciate it.
833-33-GORKA.
83333 Gorka 83383 or excuse me.
I almost messed that up.
833334 6752.
You should be able to figure that out by now.
If you listen to Dr. G, you've probably called him already.
But I do want to hear from you as well.
So speaking of crime...
And speaking of the, you know, Biden America, Biden's America, and then it was listing crime after crime after crime after crime, and it just continues to get worse and worse and worse.
The statistics are up double digits in some cases in the high double digits, 30, 40, 50% increases in violent crime, depending on where you are in what city.
So this is happening all over the place.
Some of the other crimes that have been just out of control.
... are not the spur-of-the-moment shoplifting crimes.
They're not the, hey, let's go out and start punching people and beating them up on the subway crimes, like the one we're talking about with the Fox News.
Some of them are much more nefarious.
Some of them are much more organized, much more planned.
And they are also being allowed to increase under Biden's watch, in Biden's non-criminal justice system supporting America.
Sex trafficking is almost at an all-time high as well.
That southern border, porous doesn't even begin to describe it.
Used to describe it in a number of ways as being a cheese grater, there's just too many holes in it.
There's not even any attempt to stop it anymore.
The number of human traffickers, sex traffickers, who are flooding across that border, oftentimes bringing their victims with them as quote-unquote wives or girlfriends or daughters or whatever, which is why it is so extraordinarily dangerous to allow this.
This is why when President Trump, just to throw this to you, This is why when President Trump was in charge and they had the quote-unquote separation policy and the left went crazy, you're separating children from their parents!
Well, you know what?
It was up to law enforcement at the border to figure out whether or not these children belonged to parents or whether they were being trafficked.
Sex trafficking and sexploitation is off the charts.
And that's something that, coming up here in about 20 minutes, we're going to talk to Chris Hansen.
He's been following this very, very closely.
The sexploitation industry in this country is just running rampant.
Chris Hansen, you may remember from His To Catch a Predator series he used to do on NBC.
He's still catching predators, but now it's called Take Down.
He's taking them down on the True Blue Factual streaming network, which you should get.
I'm on it, too.
But we're going to talk to Chris about the role of the federal government in this just giant increase in sex trafficking and the number of kids who are victimized.
Because, you know, the sad reality is there is no end to the demand.
As long as the supply is there, there will always be a demand that outpaces it.
There are a lot of sick, pedophile, perverts, sadistic ones in this country and in this world.
Well, we'll just worry about our own backyard for now.
And there's a lot of sick people who want to continue to abuse these kids.
They take a sick, perverted, sexual, and violent pleasure and arouse a lot of these kinds of things.
And we're going to talk to Chris about that coming up.
Well, at the top of the next hour.
But Chris Hansen will be with us.
You did see, right, one of the most horrific stories you will ever see over the weekend?
I don't even want to read you any of the details because it will make me sick to my stomach.
It'll make you sick to yours.
You'll probably turn the radio off if I started to give you the details of the gay activist couple who adopted two young boys and proceeded to film themselves raping the young boys and then sending those films to other like-minded pedophile sadists.
And sold them, or rented them out for the other pedophiles and sadists to rape as well.
That's as far as I'm going to go, because like I said, I'll say something that will put every license of every station that we're on right now all across America in jeopardy, and I won't do that.
Or I will become physically ill in the middle of a radio program.
I don't want to do that.
And like I said, chances are if you heard what they did to these kids in any detail whatsoever, you would turn the radio off.
And I don't want you to do that either.
Just know that the demand is out there.
And as long as the supply is allowed to be filled, that demand will chew these children up.
So we'll talk about that with Chris.
Let's go to Brent, who's calling us from Los Angeles.
Hey, Brent, you're on America First with Dr. G, but it's Bob sitting in.
Go ahead, sir.
Hello, Bob.
Hi, Brent.
Bless you for exposing trans-terrorism.
And in addition to rightfully attacking the sadistic and sociopathic trans-scammers of the Democrat Party, why aren't righteous Republican women going after the ultimate mega-misogyny of progressive feminists?
who are the main promoters and protectors behind these pedophiles, sex slavers, and sexual predators?
And why aren't we going after the wickedly woke Democrat mothers, female teachers, professors, OBGYNS, and lawyers like Gloria Allred?
Well, that's a big long list, and I think your question is a rhetorical one.
You know why people aren't going after any of these individuals, because nobody wants to be on the wrong side of the predatory LGBTQ movement.
Anybody who says anything about any of the groups that you just mentioned, or if any of those groups said anything about the LGBTQ movement, they're called transphobe, homophobe, bigoted, and so on and so forth.
And they end up having their careers ruined, end up having their social circles shrunken, end up having their kids being ostracized and targeted as well.
Most people are afraid to stand up to evil because they know that evil is very, very powerful.
And if you stand up to evil, you run the risk of being harmed by evil, and most people just don't want to do it, whether they're feminists or any of the other groups that Judith mentioned, sad to say.
Either they get over it, or they allow their children to be destroyed.
And I think, just get over it already.
Well, you know what they do, though, Brent?
You know what they do?
It's human nature, I think.
And thank you so much for the phone call.
If you hear of a rash of kidnappings in your community, or a rash of car thefts in your community, or a rash of thefts of catalytic converters, you just think to yourself, That'll never happen to me.
At least it isn't our neighborhood.
At least it isn't our house.
At least it isn't my car.
At least it wasn't my kid.
And it never is.
Until it is.
But that's the reality.
And people will say, it's never going to touch me.
My kids are safe.
As long as my kids are safe, that's all I care about.
I'm not going to run the risk of ruining my life to fight for others.
And that's the sad reality of it.
Thank you so much for the call.
Right back on America First.
America First.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
So we're talking about crime in Biden's America, and of course, what's the best deterrent for crime if you're a reasonable, normal human being, right?
The answer would be police.
A strong, robust police force.
That's the deterrent for crime in America.
But when you're in Biden's America, and Joe Biden is calling the shots, well, Joe Biden has a different vision for police.
Listen to this, cut three.
You know, when I was coming up as a kid, you know, cops were learned to, you know, required to learn to shoot to kill.
Well, you ought to be able to shoot to stop.
You know, everything shouldn't be an extreme.
So the way we train police officers is changing.
No, it isn't.
And if it is, then you just might as well just give up police forces altogether.
What the hell movie has Joe Biden been watching?
Because only in movies do you shoot them in the leg.
Shoot them in the leg.
It's just shoot to stop them.
I mean, seriously, what is this guy talking about?
We're changing the way policing is.
No, we're not!
Anybody who has ever taken a firearms course, much less somebody who has done it in the context of a police academy or police training, knows that if you are discharging a weapon, you are discharging a weapon that is lethal.
You are using lethal force.
Lethal force is not meant to wing somebody.
Lethal force is not meant to shoot the gun out of somebody's hand.
Lethal force isn't meant to shoot them in the leg so they can't run.
Lethal force means you shoot center mass always.
You don't aim for an appendage, you aim for the torso.
Center mass.
Every cop who has ever donned a badge and picked up a gun knows that.
And anybody else who's ever taken a CCW course knows that.
If you are in such danger or in a situation where you are required to protect yourself or others with lethal force of a firearm, that firearm is to be fired lethally.
Center mass.
Period.
Every time.
The President of the United States is, and I'm sorry, he's an idiot.
I would call him a half-wit, but that's giving him a quarter too much.
He's a quarter-wit.
And that's just the reality of the situation.
If he thinks that cops should be able to shoot people to stop them and not to kill them, that's not why you discharge a weapon.
If you are discharging a weapon with the intent of just incapacitating someone, that's when you use the taser.
You don't use deadly force weapons to commit anything other than deadly force.
That's just the reality.
That's why cops pull their gun last.
That's why cops fire their gun as a last resort.
That's why, and I'll be 100% honest with you, that's why too many live cops become dead cops.
Because they do wait until the very last possible second.
In almost every case, they don't want to ever have to be the one to pull the trigger first because then they're either going to be sent to jail or brought up for charges or at least lose their job.
They almost wait until they're fired upon before they fire back, like the one in Atlanta, Georgia.
And yet they still called for what?
A night of rage, a night of restorative and reciprocating violence against the police.
No.
Cops pull their guns and they use their guns as a last resort.
And if that last resort is necessary, it's lethal force.
Period.
No matter what.
Joe Let's Go Brandon says.
I'm Bob France, in for Dr. G on America First.
We've got another hour to go.
Chris Hansen.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go.
We've got another hour to go. - It's...
Is it the top of the third hour of America First already?
This has flown by, and I guess that's what happens when you're talking about, you know, crime in Biden's America.
Crime in Biden's America.
There is so much of it.
It is so frequent.
It is so fast.
It is so furious.
Time really does fly.
Welcome to the third hour, six minutes after the top of the hour.
I appreciate you being with us.
I am live in the relieffactor.com studios of AM 1420, The Answer, in Cleveland.
That's home, as you just heard Dr. G mention.
The Daily Show, for me, is 9 until noon Eastern Time, which you can listen to all around the country, if you so desire, at WHKRadio.com.
I cover many of the same exact things we're doing here on America First on my local program, regardless of where these situations occur.
So let's talk more about crime.
We've been talking, I've run down, I don't know what, a half dozen, maybe close to ten stories of horrific crime and crime increases in America, and now we're going to talk about that with somebody who's doing his level best to fight that and to combat crime.
He's been doing it for a number of decades, actually.
Chris Hansen.
is an investigative reporter, one of the most well-known investigative reporters in America.
He is the host of Takedown and True Crime Nation, two original television programs on the True Blue factual streaming network.
And Chris Hanson joins us now to talk about the horrific increase in some of these violent crimes, particularly sex crimes.
Chris, good to have you on our program here on America First.
How are you, sir?
Good, Bob.
Thanks for having me.
How are you?
I'm great.
Thanks very much.
And I'm so glad to be talking to you and to know that you're still doing what you do and what you have done for so many years.
Chris, ballpark it for me.
How many How many predators have you encountered?
Have you stopped in their tracks?
There are so many years of taking down predators who are online trying to communicate with and coerce young children as they think are young children to meet up with them to engage in sexual activity before running into you and local law enforcement.
How many people do you think you've stopped through the years?
Well, I think we've stopped thousands, but physically, face-to-face, the number is probably close to 500 in terms of, you know, guys who have surfaced in our various sting operations, who've showed up at a stink house to try to have a sexual liaison with a teenage boy or girl.
Probably around 500, but we figure that according to law enforcement, Every time you stop one crime, one criminal in this venue, you've probably stopped six to 12 potential crimes.
So exponentially, and collaborating with law enforcement over the years, I think we've stopped thousands of potential crimes against children.
You know, and we have some anecdotal evidence of that too.
When you, you know, your videos have been viewed hundreds of millions of times over the decades, uh, taking these people down and, and in some of them, like the ones that we can see right now on takedown, you actually see them look at you and say, Oh my gosh, I was hoping to God that it wasn't going to be you.
Uh, and because they know what you do.
And they know that when they engage in this behavior online, they know that on the other end, it might be the little kid that they desire and it might be you.
And their own selfishness and their own depravity leads them to take the chance.
So how many of them you have to wonder, like you just said, are thinking, man, that might be a sting.
That might be Chris Hansen or somebody just like him.
I'm not going to go through with this.
So you have evidence of that right out of their own mouths.
Well, exactly.
And think about this.
We've been doing this particular sort of sting operation for going on 19 years now, the Predator investigations.
And oftentimes now, in the current investigations, we have guys in the actual chats with the decoys saying, is this a Chris Hansen operation?
Is this a law enforcement, Sheriff so-and-so operation?
Wow.
And the decoy will say, well, who's that?
And so there is suspicion.
People know we're out there.
I know we're a deterrent to some percentage of these guys, but the drive and the urge to commit this crime is so strong that they cast, you know, any caution to the wind and they show up anyway.
We had a guy in a recent investigation just right before Christmas where he turned the corner and said, you're Chris Hansen.
Oh my God, it's Chris Hansen.
He thought it was a possibility, and this was a guy who had surfaced in a previous sting conducted by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office Ghost Team.
That's one of the areas where we collaborate with law enforcement around the country.
And he got away with it that time because he didn't show up, but here he is again in another sting.
And he does show up, and he comes face to face with We see it all the time.
We saw it in Polk County, Florida.
Guys saying this isn't a Chris Hansen situation.
And then showing up and sitting down with me for a 30-minute interview, almost fanboying.
So what does that tell you?
You know, it's a crime where demand reduction is very difficult.
And so the best defense is to educate your children.
It's a discussion that has to take place between parents and children at the earliest of ages when they have access to the Internet.
And you have to tell them the dangers, share with them the dangers potentially that are out there.
And there's so many places where adults can approach children.
When we started doing these investigations, we really had decoys in chat rooms on AOL and Yahoo.
Now, the number of social media platforms, Bob, has exploded.
to include, among many other things, interactive gaming.
So you have to be very careful.
Even social media platforms like Instagram, which we think are relatively safe, we are finding cases where kids as young as 12 years old have been approached, groomed, and then victimized by a predator.
We're working on such a story right now that I've announced it on Tribune.
Wow.
We're talking to Chris Hansen, a longtime investigative reporter.
Doing predator stings and catching pedophiles in the act as they show up to engage in sexual activity, or essentially to rape what they think are underage victims that they've been talking with online.
Chris, you're following, in addition to continuing to take these people down through the stings, that you can... Okay, and I'm told we just lost his call.
So we're going to have to get him back on the line here.
But what I'm going to talk to him about when he comes back on is, in addition to the Takedown series that he is doing now on True Blue Factual Streaming Network, and again, full disclosure, I'm hosting a daily show on that network as well.
It's going to be actually just literally launching.
It's called True Blue Daily in which we talk about true crime stories, we talk about true crime investigations, police investigations.
And also controversial social issues, some of them crime-related, some of them not, some of them politically motivated and oriented as well.
But in addition to what Chris is doing on Takedown on the True Blue Factual Streaming Network, Chris is following very, very closely the number of cases that have exploded of sexploitation and
The increase in sextortion, as it's being called, and this is again, these are online crimes where predators are seeking out young people and, you know, sending them pictures, sending them lewd pictures of themselves or what they think of themselves and asking for these back from the kids.
And once the kids get hooked into the situation, they feel oftentimes like they're powerless.
They feel like they have no way to get out of it, and so they find themselves kind of stuck.
The predators will tell them, I've got these pictures of you now, and I'm going to release them.
I'm going to share them with people you know if you don't show up here and engage in whatever activity that I want.
And I'm told we do have Chris Hansen back on the line now.
We had a little bit of a phone glitch.
Chris, can you hear me?
Absolutely.
Bob, sorry about that.
That's all right.
It happens.
So in addition to the takedown series, I was just telling folks, Chris, about the FBI warning of the rise in sextortion.
And I was trying to describe what some of the predators are doing to young people in these cases.
Can you tell us more?
Well, it's very disturbing, and it's a trend that has increased over the last year.
Very disturbing.
And what happens, Bob, is that scam artists, half a world away, oftentimes in West Africa, will pose as young women online and approach young men online, establish some sort of rapport, and then offer A sexually explicit photo and ask for one of the young man in return.
And when that photo or that video is provided, they will then try to extort them and threaten them and say, if you don't give me money, I'm going to send this to all your family and friends.
And these kids are 16, 17 years old.
They get anxious.
And the irony is that many of these kids are straight-A students and athletes.
They're the good kids who are so shocked and embarrassed that they might be, you know, outed in this way, that in many cases, they're anxious about telling their parents.
And we've seen cases where these kids have committed suicide.
And scammers are targeting specifically this group of young men because, you know, look, they don't see past the problem that they're dealing with.
They don't understand that, so what if somebody were to share these videos?
You know, it's a problem that can be dealt with.
They don't understand that if they just went to their parents to explain this, that they'd be forgiven, that they'd work past it.
They'd be just fine.
They'd still go to college.
They'd still do all the things they want to do in life.
But these kids get caught up in the moment And the scam artists are so prolific and so precise in terms of threatening these kids that they often freak out and they take their own lives.
And there have been at least 12 suicides that we know of across the country over the last year.
Chris Hanson, I need to jump in here because I've got the hard break here, but since your phone cut out, we want to follow up on a couple of things.
Can you stick for one more short segment after this?
Absolutely.
Okay, we're going to stick with Chris Hansen hosting Takedown now on the True Blue Factual streaming network talking about sextortion.
and we'll be back.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
All right, thank you, Dr. G. Twenty minutes after the hour, you know all about how woke activists seized control of America's schools.
Now a group of investment firms that Americans entrust with our pensions and retirements are playing woke politics with our money, without our knowledge, without our consent.
Firms like BlackRock and a few others that control trillions of dollars of our money are using those dollars to advance their woke ideology through a Chinese-style social scoring program called ESG.
They claim it promotes corporate responsibility.
What they're really doing is using Americans' hard-earned money to finance their political agenda, forcing businesses to comply or else.
Some state leaders are fighting back and more are joining, letting firms like BlackRock know they cannot play politics with our pensions.
They can either do their jobs, maximize returns for shareholders, or get lost.
To learn more, You need to go to ConsumersResearch.org.
They've been defending consumers against fraud and abuse for decades and still are.
Go to ConsumersResearch.org to learn more about their mission to protect consumers from woke investment firms like BlackRock.
That's ConsumersResearch.org.
Portions of America First with Dr. Seb Gorka are brought to you in part by ConsumersResearch.org.
His face is the one that millions of TV viewers have loved to see over the course of the last 19 years and thousands of predators have dreaded seeing and that's the face of Chris Hansen who joins us once again here on America First.
We're talking about Chris's new show Which continues his two decades long mission of catching predators and stopping them from committing depraved acts with young innocent children.
His program is called Takedown.
It's on the True Blue Factual Streaming Network, one that I'm working with as well.
He's also got another program on the network called True Crime Nation.
And Chris, before we get into those, I want to go back to what you were just discussing About the rise in sextortion that the FBI is well aware of.
You talked about suicide.
Some kids get extorted by these criminals and they don't know what to do and they think their lives are ruined.
They're about to be humiliated and embarrassed and they're taking their own lives.
What is the FBI, beyond warning about it, doing about it?
Are there steps being taken to try to protect these kids from this type of sextortion, as it's called?
Yeah, the FBI and law enforcement around the country are taking a very proactive and aggressive stance on this.
And because the criminals, the extortionists, are often half a world away in West Africa, it is difficult to pin them down, locate them, and hold them accountable.
What federal and local law enforcement agencies, including the San Jose Police Department, have been able to do is to find these money mules to figure out who these people are in the United States who are coordinating the extorted money and getting it back to the con artists in other countries.
And so they are holding those people accountable.
But I have to tell you, in terms of the proliferation of this crime, when I was last week or the week before out in San Jose at the police department talking about one of these cases, The day before, four reports of sextortion came in just to the San Jose Police Department itself.
So if four come in to San Jose, you can imagine what's going on across the rest of the country.
It's epidemic.
So if you had advice to give right now to any young people who might be listening who may have faced something like this or maybe they know of a friend or maybe a parent right now, what's the advice?
What do you tell them if they find themselves in a situation where they had a lapse in judgment, they made a mistake and they're being victimized in such a way by somebody a half a world away?
First to the children.
It's not as bad as you think.
Right.
Your mind, in your 16 or 17 year old mind, you think this is the end of the world, that your reputation that is so important to you, your image on TikTok or on Instagram or any other social media platform has been ruined.
It's not.
There are steps you can take.
It's not all over.
You'll get through this.
It's very important to understand that this is not the end of the world.
And to parents, parents have to tell their kids that Look, just because somebody says that they're an attractive young woman in San Diego doesn't mean that there's some fat old guy in his mother's basement trying to extort money from you.
Not everybody is who they say they are.
And if you do make an error of judgment, Come talk to your parents.
We'll get through this together.
We'll fix it.
But for God's sake, don't think that everything's lost and it's all over.
I mean, to sit across from parents who've lost a 17-year-old boy in this way, Bob, it's absolutely Gut wrenching and heartbreaking, and I've done it far too many times, and I've made this a mission, just as I have made catching and exposing child predators.
These are child predators.
They're just going after older kids, and I can't.
I'm going to get on this soapbox, and I'm going to keep reporting on it for as long as it takes, because it's so important that we cannot lose another young person's life to this sort of tragedy.
Yeah, very well said, you know, Chris, and parents sometimes wanting to be their kid's friend and not wanting to violate their privacy, let them have their space, they don't check what's on their kid's phones and they don't ask who you're talking to, what are you doing, and they really, really do need to do that.
You've got to make sure that you are in a protective mode because of so many of the online scammers that are out there targeting kids in one way or another, and this is a horrific way.
So Chris, we know about Takedown.
Like I said, you're still taking down predators, you're setting up stings with local law enforcement agencies all over the country to catch these pedophiles, and that's fantastic.
But you're also telling true crime stories by way of True Crime Nation, another show that you've got on the True Blue factual streaming network.
What's that about?
Well, it's a crime news magazine, Bob, and it allows us to delve into any number of stories, ranging from an exclusive interview with John Ramsey, the father of John Bonet Ramsey,
on the 26th anniversary of her killing and the key things to solving on the 26th anniversary of her killing and the key things to solving that crime and the DNA evidence that he believes needs to be independently examined to all kinds of different crimes and scam artists and breaking news happening across the country from the Idaho killings to, you know, the Q club, Club Q mass shootings, to any of these cases
We have the ability, because of the way our streaming network is set up, to respond to these stories and to get access to information and interviews that you won't see anywhere else.
And so we've been working on True Crime Nation for some time now.
We've got one of the episodes up, getting ready to put the second up, and we're going to make this a weekly show on True Blue.
It's going to be fantastic.
I love it.
The network, again, is True Blue Factual Streaming Network.
You can download it anywhere from any app store.
Put it on your smart TVs, put it on your tablet, put it on your smartphone as well.
Chris, just real quick, can I put you on the spot on Idaho real quick?
Sure.
You know, because your vast experience, you know, working as an investigative reporter, not just the 20 years of takedowns, but just all of your work, you've covered all these things.
You've covered serial killers before.
Any insights from what you've been able to glean from what we know thus far about the arrest of Kohlberger and some of the other things we're learning right now?
Well, I think the police did a fine job out there.
There were a lot of questions about whether or not a small town of Moscow, Idaho was up to the task, and in fact they were.
They did a fine job at this, and they kept things close to the best.
I think the interesting thing to find out, I mean, I understand this is a horrific tragedy for these kids and kids' parents especially.
nothing like this should ever happen, but what was it that put those victims on Brian Koberger's radar?
You know, what was it?
Was it a chance meeting at the restaurant?
Was it a meeting in a social setting, in a bar or club in town?
Was it just a chance viewing of somebody's internet profile on Instagram?
We know there was some-- - I'm just glad, Chris, we have the opportunity to find out some of those things because he's alive, Oftentimes, these cases, we just wonder what a motive was, but he's still there.
Chris Hansen, we're out of time here, my friend.
Thank you so much for what you're doing.
Keep taking down the bad guys, and we'll talk to you again very soon.
Thank you, Chris.
That's Chris Hansen, host of True Crime Nation and Takedown on the True Blue Factual Streaming Network.
Gorka, and Now let's get back to the show with Bob Franz.
So just, it's by the way 27 minutes before the top of the hour on America First with Dr. Seb Gorka, Bob Franz sitting in at 833-33 Gorka.
833-33-GORCA.
That's 833-33-46752.
First of all, Chris Hansen is phenomenal.
He's still taking down bad guys.
It's such a great thing.
20 years later, he's still doing it.
Or 19 years later, he's still doing it.
He's just doing it now under the True Blue umbrella.
True Blue is no ease, by the way.
T-R-U-B-L-U.
If you want to download that and subscribe to that, it's worth it alone for Chris's program, not to mention the one that I'm hosting as well, which is called True Blue Daily with Bob France.
But talking a little bit about what we were talking about with the Patriot Barbie earlier on in the program, we talked to Lindsey Graham.
She's the female who went to a school board meeting to argue against the idea of biological males being allowed in female locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower rooms, and so on and so forth.
And to make her point, she came dressed as a cat.
And she said, look, I'm wearing a cat outfit.
If I tell you a cat, do you believe I'm a cat?
Must you accept my identity as a cat?
No, you think I'm a person dressed up as a cat.
You'd be right.
The same is true of males who are dressing as females and saying, I'm a woman.
They're no more of a woman than I am of a cat and they should not be allowed in these female dressing rooms, right?
Simple, viral message.
Then she goes to her local gym and encounters one of the board members who is a male who likes to dress up in women's clothes and wants you to believe he's a female.
Again, he's no more of a female than she was a cat.
So she calls the police and says, there's a male in the women's locker room.
It's a peeping Tom.
It's voyeurism.
Get him out of here.
Well in response to that, the guy has filed a criminal complaint or at least a legal complaint that is trying to get an injunction to stop her from going to that gym again and to stop her from using female facilities where he is using them.
It's just impossible.
My point to all of this is, I got a tweet from somebody responding to this.
You can follow me on Twitter at France Rantz.
France is F-R-A-N-T-Z.
Rantz is the same way.
R-A-N-T-Z.
And this person said, this lady is harassing a public official.
An injunction against harassment is warranted.
And I responded, men don't belong in women's bathrooms, or locker rooms, or shower rooms, period.
And I could emphasize, period.
And you can take that any way you wish.
End of story.
Enough with the dress-up games, quarter wit.
And the individual responded once again, trans women are women.
So it's not a man in a locker room situation at all.
Have a blessed day.
All you have to do is just say you're a woman and you steal the identity of actual women.
Do you know there's a story here, I'm probably not going to be able to get to it too much, but do you know there's a story that trans groups are boycotting and protesting The classic Aretha Franklin song, Natural Woman.
You know the song, right?
You make me feel like a natural woman.
I'm not even going to try to sing it.
You know the lyric, though.
They're livid because they think this demeans fake women, non-natural women.
In other words, men who dress up like women.
They're livid over this.
They want to boycott this.
It's crazy.
But this is the way it is right now.
So, off the air, just now, I was having a discussion.
About what's going on with this trans nonsense, this hysteria.
And the question came up, when will we cross the Rubicon?
When will there be a line that's crossed where we say, OK, enough is enough?
We've got furries claiming that they're dogs and cats.
We've got men claiming they're women, women claiming they're men.
We've got women claiming I'm neither one.
I'm not a man nor a woman.
I'm just a thing.
I'm just a being.
And we've got other ones saying I'm man and woman.
I'm both.
Depends on how I feel that day.
You will accept it.
You will respect it.
You will celebrate it.
And you will use my doggone pronouns when I tell you to.
And the question is, when will it cross the Rubicon?
I don't know that it ever will.
I don't know there will ever be a moment where we say, okay, enough of the childhood games, enough of the dress-up games, enough of the fake psychological diagnoses.
When will that come?
I don't think ever, because in order for that to happen, an overwhelming number of people will have to band together with courage, which is a rare find.
It's harder to find courage these days in Americans than it is children's NyQuil or children's Tylenol.
It's harder to find that than children's baby formula or baby formula for infants.
You understand the point.
It would take a whole bunch of people with courage to stand up together and say, we're done with this.
But people are terrified of being called transphobe or homophobe or non-rainbow supportive or whatever you want to call it.
And I don't know that we're ever going to come back from this.
Who's got the guts to stand up?
Other than me, Dr. G, and a few other people who feel like they can try to cancel me.
I'm never going to compromise on this.
Too many people have too much to lose.
So I'll ask you in the last segment or two we have today, do you think we will ever stop the trans lunacy that has overtaken this country?
Dial us up.
Next up, we'll talk. - A promise we we'll talk. - A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence.
that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Thank you.
I'm Seb Gorka.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob Frantz.
All righty, friends.

Or go to defensetax.com.
All right.
We're super quick.
I'm going to go right to the phones, but I have to hit this because I just found this.
I just saw this come across my screen as an alert or a notification.
Oh my goodness.
Kamala Harris has done it again.
This time it's not a word salad, though.
This time it's not an embarrassing giggle fit in front of the world on an international stage.
No.
Yesterday, on the anniversary of Roe versus Wade at the Women's March to Kill Babies in Washington, D.C.
She was giving a speech, as you can imagine that she would, being that she's pro-baby killer.
And I love, by the way, that the pro-life march is on Saturday, and then the very next day the opposite of the pro-life march happens.
What's that called?
Don't say pro-choice.
What's the opposite of life?
Look it up right now.
Look it up in any thesaurus.
Look up life and look for antonyms.
You know what you're going to find?
Death.
So the opposite of Saturday's pro-life march was yesterday's pro-death march.
So at the pro-death march, Kamala Harris was giving a little speech about how much she likes death for babies.
And I want you to listen as she references the Declaration of Independence.
Go.
A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Did you catch it?
Did she leave something out?
Did she quote the Declaration of Independence?
That was written and signed in 1776 accurately?
Did she quote it accurately?
Or did she leave something out?
If you're not sure, let's listen to it one more time and see if there was anything omitted from her reference to the Declaration of Independence.
Go.
A promise we made in the Declaration of Independence, that we are each endowed with the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Did you catch it?
No.
Now, I don't have a copy of it in front of me.
I could pull it up on my computer that's in front of me very easily, but I'm not gonna, because I'm gonna wing it.
I'm gonna take a chance here, and I'm gonna see if maybe I have this one committed to memory.
Let me see if the Declaration of Independence calls for what Kamala Harris just said, or if it calls for something a little bit extra.
I believe, from memory, that the Declaration of Independence bestows upon us the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Like I said, I don't have it open in front of me.
I'm going to roll with that, though, because I'm pretty sure I've heard that a time or 10,000 over the course of my life, that we have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Why would the Vice President of the United States, speaking at the pro-death march, skip a word?
Well, we do know she's stupid.
We do know that, right?
I mean, seriously.
She's about as dumb as it comes, and if you've ever heard her on the national and international stage, we all know this.
But is she that stupid that she doesn't even know that very simple line that I just referenced from memory because we've all heard it a million times?
Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
No, she's not that dumb.
We know she's dumb, but she's not dumb enough to forget that word.
That had to be intentional.
And now that we think about it, you know what?
It absolutely was intentional.
Because what was she going to do at the pro-death march?
Actually declare that the Declaration of Independence that was signed on the 4th of July, 1776, that that declaration was wrong?
Or is she going to say that it was right, rather?
Is she going to say we're entitled to And we are guaranteed the right to... Guaranteed by God, by the way.
The rights given to us in this country by the Declaration and by the Constitution are given to us by God, not by man.
Given to us by God, but codified and written by man.
And man wrote that we are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
If she said it the way it was written, she would have ticked off every one of the pro-death crowd at the What is a Woman March in Washington, D.C., not to mention around the country.
They're screaming at this march about wanting to codify Roe.
But they don't even want to codify Roe, by the way.
They don't want to codify Roe.
That would simply mean going back to what Roe vs. Wade was before the Dobbs decision repealed it.
They don't want that.
They want that times ten.
They want the right to an abortion.
To be on demand without restriction for any reason whatsoever.
And that means I'm in my ninth month.
My baby is inches away from being born.
But you know what?
I'm really, really not feeling it.
I don't want to be a mom anymore.
Kill it.
And they would have to reach inside of her and kill it on her command.
That's what they want.
That's so much more than what Roe ever was.
They don't believe in life, my friends.
That's why she literally could not quote the Declaration of Independence accurately.
That's why she said we have the right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness, but not life.
So I want you to know, and I want you to tell every Democrat friend of yours, I want you to tell every Biden-Harris supporter that you know, I want you to find every pro-death-er that you know, and let them know they're supporting somebody that doesn't believe that you have a right to live.
That human beings in America do not have a right to life.
Not in their world.
Not in their warped worldview.
Kamala, thanks for clarifying that.
We'll be back.
Now let's get back to the show with Bob France.
Yeah, I'm going to wrap it up here, and before we take our last call or two, I want to say thank you to one of the very best teams in all of radio.
Has to be, because they make it easy every time that I sit in for Dr. G. Jeff, Eric, Alex, Guy, John, awesome job.
Anytime you call these guys, please give them the respect they deserve.
They do a tremendous job for me and I know for Dr. G every single day.
Let's get to Minnesota.
Jennifer, you're on America First with Dr. G. Bob Franzen.
Go ahead, Jennifer.
Hi, yeah, I just wanted to say that if you cannot do blackface, then you should not be able to do womanface.
Right?
Leave it simple.
Just make it simple.
Rachel Dolezal was completely cancelled for portraying herself as black, you know, doing blackface.
And blackface is completely not accepted at all, and you would be completely cancelled, so you cannot have a man identifying as a woman and doing womanface.
It's just really strange.
So let me ask you though, Jennifer, which is more likely?
That the trans movement will end because of what you just said?
That womanface will no longer be accepted any more than blackface is?
Or, transracialism is on its way?
That if we have to identify people by what they say they are, if they truly feel and in their heart and head, if I'm a biological male, but I feel like a woman and everybody has to accept that.
If you are a biological white person, but you totally identify with the black culture and you want to change your race or say, this is what I am, which one is more likely to happen?
I just don't think that the people of color movement, BIPOC, is going to allow white people to ever identify as black or Chinese or whatever.
I just don't think that's going to happen, and so they're going to have to be forced to not allow men to say that they're women and do woman-face.
Well, I'll tell you what.
If that is the case, and that's a great call, and it's a great point you make.
Thank you for the call, Jennifer.
If that is the case, it ought to kill the entire trans movement of nonsense.
It ought to.
Because what is to tell anybody?
I mean, remember, what they are telling us is science is out the window here, right?
When it comes to the transgender movement, science is out the window.
I don't care if you have testes and if you have XY chromosomes.
It doesn't matter.
If you feel really like you're a woman, the science is out the window.
It doesn't matter what your anatomy looks like.
It doesn't matter if you have a penis.
It doesn't matter if you have a prostate.
You feel like a woman.
You are a woman.
If it's all about feelings and not about science, then why can't a white person not say, I truly, why can't a black person not say, I totally identify with the white culture.
I feel that way.
It's what I am.
It's who I am.
Don't judge me and don't miss race me any more than misgendering somebody can be done.
I'm just telling you, if feelings are what everything is based on, they're going to have to come to some consensus here.
They're going to have to come to the consensus that everybody can be whatever they feel like they are, or we have to go back to science and say, no, you're actually not.
That's not your race.
That's not your sex.
That's not your gender.
Let's go back to normalcy.
And you know what?
It shouldn't be that hard to do.
It really shouldn't.
Because the reality of the situation is the number of people that actually have gender dysphoria is under 1% of the population.
The number of people who identify with it, those are attention seekers, not people suffering from psychological disorders.
