I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol Building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard,
Today we will see whether Republicans stand strong for integrity of our elections, but whether or not they stand strong for our country.
We need to go into the Capitol!
Into the Capitol!
What?
No!
No!
Greetings, friends.
The first part of that clip was President Trump two years ago.
I was sitting right in front of him, less than 20 feet away.
And he said to those assembled, hundreds of thousands of people, at the Ellipse outside the White House, where he served as President for the United States, that we will march peacefully and patriotically to Congress.
to let our voices be heard in the hope that those inside will do their duty to uphold the Constitution and when necessary ask questions about elections that were fraught, fraught with problems.
At the end of that clip you saw Ray Epps The day before, in DC, outside his hotel, yelling at a crowd that we're going to take Congress, we're going to storm Congress, we're going to get inside Congress.
A man who strangely was on the FBI wanted list for weeks and weeks and weeks after the events of September the 11th.
Events which After months of a so-called January 6th investigation, the documentation for has been classified for 50 years.
Thousands of hours of CCTV footage from inside the building have not been released to the American people.
But Ray Epps... Ray Epps was dropped from the FBI's wanted list and now lives as a free man.
Never charged with anything.
Never charged with obstruction of justice, obstruction of an official proceedings with trespassing.
800 Americans were hunted down by the FBI.
With the same technology, the cell phone technology, that we used in 2000 mules to identify the ballot harvesting mules.
That technology was fine for the FBI, but not for a movie maker.
Two years ago today, somebody was killed, was murdered in Congress, and her name is Ashley Babbitt.
And she was an Air Force veteran, and she was unarmed, and she was murdered by Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
Just a few moments ago, on his way to a television studio, I managed to reach out to Ashley Babbitt's widower, Erin.
To ask Him what this day did to His life.
Here is that call.
We are honored today to be Talking to the widower, the husband of the late Ashley Babbitt.
I was surprised he told me that he has a lot of media requests.
You can guess from, you know, which sources, not the mainstream media.
And he's made time for us today.
Now, Aaron Babbitt, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, sir.
I appreciate you adjusting your time as well.
So I tweeted one thing out earlier today, and that is simply a photograph of your late wife.
And I said that one person died on January 6, two years ago today.
Her name was Ashley Babbitt.
She was an Air Force veteran and she was murdered by Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
I want people to know that.
I want people to share it.
It's been very popular as a post on all my social media posts.
But there is no person more important that we could talk to today than you.
You are now talking to three million people across the country, plus all of our viewers.
What is the message you have today about your late wife, Ashley Babbitt, and what happened today two years ago?
Today, two years ago, my wife went to DC to see President Trump speak.
I see pictures of her.
Outside the Capitol, some of them very ominous.
I mean, she's staring at what ended up turning out to be her death tomb about 20 minutes later.
But then there's pictures of her with tears of joy in her eyes from, you know, the patriotism that was flowing around the grounds that day and the fact that she had just got to see President Trump speak.
Then everything went to Hell in a handbasket in my life.
I mean, I was sitting here in California.
I got a phone call saying they thought she'd seen Ashley on TV.
It looked like she'd been hurt.
And the first thing I saw when I turned the TV on was my beautiful wife laying on the ground with blood coming out of her mouth and nose.
And when you hear people with a national platform, you hear elected officials talk about insurrectionists and terrorists that day.
What do you want to say to those people, Mr. Babbitt?
Well, the drum has been beaten so hard at this point, it's broken.
And if they keep saying it's an insurrection, they better damn well find a way to try and charge someone with insurrection and see if that sticks.
They're not charging people with insurrection when it's not an insurrection.
I know my wife is not an insurrectionist.
I know there was a lot of bad actors involved that day.
I know the majority of the violence started well before my wife got down there because my wife's not leaving the grounds of the ellipse until the president is out of sight.
That's why she went there.
So she got down there after, you know, that violence had started.
And for these people that continue to slander and completely assassinate my wife's character, you know, I hope their judgment day comes sometime too.
And I hope they're held accountable for their words.
And what would you like to see happen with regards to a man who was awarded, who was given a medal, who, as far as I'm concerned, murdered your wife, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, I want, I mean, ultimately I want him in jail for the rest of his life for the murder of my wife.
Am I going to get that?
DOJ is going to make it very, very, very hard.
But I kind of have a three-tiered fight, so I have You know, pending there will be a civil action coming very soon.
Then after that, like I mentioned, you know, my main fight has always been we've, we've a civil action for lawyers and I am full force on defending my wife's character.
And then third, but certainly not least, I will have her honors restored.
From the Air Force, and somebody from the Air Force will present me a flag rationally.
I have an empty case sitting here that I look at every single day to keep that motivation going.
Well, I would like to see that.
All of our listeners would like to see that day when you get a flag of the nation for your murdered wife.
You now have my personal cell phone, Mr. Babbitt.
In front of all of my listeners and viewers, I want to tell you whatever you need from me to help you get justice for your murdered wife, you tell me, okay?
Sincerely appreciate that, sir.
Thank you.
All right, and good luck with our good friend Greg Kelly later tonight on Newsmax.
That was Aaron Babbitt.
He is the widower of the late Ashley Babbitt, murdered two years ago today on January 6.
Thank you, sir.
I can't even believe what I'm about to tell you.
Thank you.
Ashley Babbitt's mother was just arrested At a January 6 Memorial event.
These people have no souls.
They have no souls.
But we will not stop.
We'll not let them steal our Republic.

We'll be back more on January 6th here on the Salem News Channel.
The Mics are off.
I want to kick the mics off, Alex.
Thank you.
I did a tweet today saying it's really hard to explain to Putin or Xi Jinping or Kim Jong-un exactly what's going on, because this is freedom.
And freedom is messy and sloppy and also remarkable, remarkably creative.
We'll get there.
And we'll have a speaker probably—I think probably sometime tomorrow.
Well, well, well, isn't that interesting?
Newt Gingrich is having to eat humble pie.
He's walked it back.
What did he say just two days ago?
Oh dear.
It is the moral, he said, the moral right of the Republicans to vote for Kevin McCarthy.
How dare the Freedom Caucus represent their own constituents back home.
Now he sounds, oh well, it's just, you know, it's a messy democracy.
Everything's okay.
Good for you, Newt Gingrich.
Well done for seeing the light.
You may have been Speaker of the House, but it's time that we had a real Speaker of the House after the likes of Paul Ryan and John Boehner.
And we appreciate you joining the team of those who I'd like a little bit of dissent now and again, if it means that conservative values are going to be reinstated, at least partially, under the reign of Kevin McCarthy.
We will keep you updated.
He is just announced.
The House have announced the 13th tally.
McCarthy is up to 214.
He has beaten Jeffries with 212.
There are six votes, six others.
Who voted against McCarthy, so he's getting closer!
He's getting closer.

We're going to go to your calls because the call board is absolutely lit up.
Let's first listen to Matt Gates telling it like it is.
Cut seven.
He is earning his stripes, as Eric said in the break, as a conservative.
Cut seven.
Play cut.
We also have to restore to the Speaker's office an actual person that ought to be in the Speaker's office, not the squatter who is currently there.
And if the architect of the Capitol is listening, I sent a letter and I would like to know what the basis is to allow somebody to occupy the Speaker's office who comes in second place ten straight times.
Is there like some basis in law or rule or precedent for that?
And so I nominate President Trump because we must make our country great again, and he can start by making the House of Representatives great again.
Make the House of Representatives great again.
I love it.
Good for you.
We'll see how long Kevin holds out, whether he's going to go for another 13th, 14th, 15th vote.
If he does, he's going to be on a very short leash, thanks to people like Matt Gaetz.
All right, let's go to your calls.
First up, Brooklyn, Alex, line one.
Welcome, Alex.
Hey, Sebastian, thanks for taking the call to the media, saying that this is a problem that's going on in the Senate.
The left-wing media, they're saying that we're wasting the time of the American people in the House.
Now, they spent months on this January 6th committee and investigating Trump.
They wasted so much of our time for no reason, especially when you talk about January 6th.
They already arrested hundreds of people, and they knew everything they needed to know about January 6th already, even information that they were hiding from us about Antifa or other stuff.
And they still spent weeks and weeks just having these committees to waste more of our time.
And they're saying we're wasting their time by spending a couple of weeks, where we're not spending money during these weeks, so that's one good thing.
But we're spending a couple of weeks to try to find out who's going to be our Speaker of the House now.
We need 218 votes for McCarthy for him to win it, right?
Yes.
You have Boebert and Matt Gaetz, who are not going to vote for her.
They dug the hole too deep.
They can't get out of it, even if they want to, because they made it clear that no matter what happens, they won't vote for Kevin McCarthy.
But my question is, if there's even one other of these 20 Republicans who came out clearly and said they won't vote for Kevin McCarthy, then they won't be able to vote for him as well.
And he needs all the others, all of these 18, aside from Matt Gaetz and Lauren Boebert, to vote for him in order to make it.
But if there's even one of these 18 that aren't going to vote for him, he won't be able to make it.
And then we're going to end up with Steve Scalise, I think, eventually.
Because they'll settle on Steve Scalise.
The Republican rhinos aren't looking to finish this up so quickly.
They're fine with this going on for a few weeks, because they could say then in 2024 that MAGA Republicans, you know, screw things up.
And we had weeks and weeks where we couldn't get a hold of the Speaker of the House.
So they're not looking to now settle on Steve Scalise.
But eventually, I think that's The person they'll end up settling on.
No, I don't think so.
And we're not going to get anything out of it.
No, I don't think... What do you mean we're not going to get anything out of it?
We've already got the positions on the rules committee.
Well, that's with Kevin McCarthy.
Steve Scalise is not going to commit to anything.
Sorry, sorry, sorry.
That's not how it works.
You don't magically become the new candidate without making your own concessions, Alex.
Nobody votes for you unless you get stuff back.
You know that's how the politics of DC works.
It's not like some fairy godmother who comes along, oh, we'll vote for you, Steve.
Kevin McCarthy is desperate to be the Speaker of the House.
It doesn't matter.
You've got to get the votes of the people.
OK?
They haven't held out for four days to suddenly anoint somebody magically.
Everything they're doing is against anointing anyone.
So don't worry.
Don't worry.
There's not going to be some massive cave.
Not after the last three days, Alex.
Don't worry.
Let's go to Ted, New York, line three.
Thank you for taking my call, Dr. Gorka, and thank you for having the husband of that lady that got killed in the Capitol.
Ashley Babbitt.
Say her name.
Ashley Babbitt.
Ashley Babbitt.
Yes.
You know, I get nervous when I get on the radio.
I post every year and put her name up because it eats me because I was there.
I saw the chaos.
I saw the improprieties.
I saw the weird stuff going on.
And I stayed far away from the police line at the Capitol because I didn't want to get involved in it.
Hang on, hang on.
video on my phone of these weird people that happen to be non-white running around with orange armbands on their left arm exclusively and i helped the guy get tear gas out of his eyes with milk and water who had a tattoo on his left shoulder that said antifa so i know there was people there that were not there hang on hang on why why would antifa be there with a tattoo visible i I don't get that.
On his shoulder.
What was he wearing?
It wasn't visible.
When he got tear gassed, I poured water in his eyes.
And because it was cold, I told him to take off his shirts so he would have dry clothes to put back on.
Wow.
Wow.
That's fascinating.
That's fascinating, Ted.
I'm going to look into that.
I want to see if there's a photograph of that.
If you found somebody had an Antifa tattoo on that day, Antifa were there right now.
When Ashley Babbitt's mother was arrested just moments ago.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
Cindy, Florida, line 4.
Hi, Sebastian.
Hello, Sebastian.
I'm a leader down here, a Tea Party leader for 14 years.
Been an activist a long time.
We pray for Ashley Babbitt all the time.
We sent letters to some of the January 6th people.
We got letters, some of the letters returned.
I gave the letters that were written back to us to my congressman.
He has done nothing, not because he's a bad guy, but because he's just not going to do anything.
Who is your congressman, Cindy?
His name is Representative Brian Mass.
He sits on the Veterans... Oh, I know Brian Mass.
That is a massive, massive disappointment.
Thank you, Cindy, for what you are doing, and thank you for running that Tea Party division.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We have some very special guests next.
Thank you.
Our family was crushed and still is crushed.
They pushed him to this.
I want people to understand what she just said.
A young man, a good young man, was pushed to death.
To commit suicide because of this administration and this Department of Justice.
I want every viewer to be clear that that man died because of the Biden administration.
And I want everybody who's watching to remember this man and to never give up in the name of America because he is a martyr to this nation.
That's a clip from my Newsmax show before Christmas regarding a young man who died because of September the 11th.
Because he thought he would get a few months in prison, he committed no crime of any consequence.
But then he was threatened with six years in prison and a terrorism charge.
So he took his life.
His name was Matthew Perna.
And his blood is on the hands of this administration on Joe Biden's, Merrick Garland's, and Christopher Wray's.
Two years ago, I had a very pleasant January the 6th.
Here are some photographs that just came up on my iPhone, here with Mayor Giuliani in the Ellipse, waiting for the President to speak.
That's a photograph I took I was in the front row, listening to the president say, let's march patriotically and peacefully to Congress, and then hanging out with hundreds of thousands of people who were there simply to see their representatives, their congressmen and women, do the right thing to uphold the principles of this republic.
A few hours later, there was violence inside Capitol Hill.
Inside Congress, we don't know how it started.
We know that one person who was unarmed was murdered by Officer Michael Byrd.
You heard his widower just a few moments ago, Aaron Babbit on the show.
We're going to dedicate today's program to January the 6th and share with you the stories of what really happened, as much as we can tell, and how families have suffered since then.
And we are honored to have in studio with us The head of the Patriot Freedom Project that is supporting the January 6th family, Cynthia Hughes.
And back again, a good friend of the show, the aunt of Matt Perna, Jerry Perna.
Thank you both of you for coming in the studio today on the anniversary.
Thank you for having us.
Thank you for having us.
Let's start with you, Cynthia.
Let's start with your organization.
We have both of the websites up there.
So, to remember Matthew, please write this down right now.
Please visit rememberingmattperner.com And the organization that is doing so much, we'll have Joseph McBride, who's representing at least a dozen of the families with us next hour, but the Patriot Freedom Project.
Tell us what you do at the Patriot Freedom Project and tell us, you just shared one shocking story with me in the break, how this nightmare isn't over, correct Cynthia?
No, far from over.
And I don't see any end in sight.
I think that we will be living in this nightmare until the next presidential election, until the next president is in the White House.
And whoever that is, let's hope that it's a president that says enough is enough and puts a stop to all of this.
So with Patriot Freedom Project, originally it was started as a family support group and it evolved with the help of the great Julie Kelly and her support and her, you know, incredible work.
And then we heard from Dinesh D'Souza and the word just started getting out and we started talking to Bannon and then we started speaking with you and we started to raise a really good amount of money.
To help, for example, the wives who have their husbands still in cells not far from this studio.
Yeah.
That's originally what, you know, what the goal was.
You know, we were raising money, you know, to help the families.
When I would hear from Tim, when Tim was still in DC, which he no longer is, thank God, Tim, my nephew, um, you know, sometimes he would go a few days without calling.
And when he would call, I would say, you know, everything okay?
And he would say, yeah.
You know, maybe it was Easter weekend or it was, you know, Mother's Day or whatever and he wanted to be off the phone, so husbands got to speak to their wives and dads speak to their children.
And he would always tell me how sad he was for a lot of these families.
So, I knew what I was doing for my family and I knew I could do it for others.
So Tim and I worked together and that was the plan to help families, commissary, rent, mortgage, utilities, food, things like that.
But it turned into something bigger and I knew we had to help the lawyers.
So because of his graciousness in allowing others to contact their families on special days, you decided to help.
What a beautiful genesis to this organization.
Please write it right down.
Please support it.
Patriotfreedomproject.com.
We're going to continue the discussion here on America First, coming to you from just outside the insalubrious fetid swamp that is Washington, D.C.

So, Tim, Tim, Tim is now home in New Jersey.
He's serving his four-year sentence at Fort Dix Federal Prison.
But he did get time credit for, you know, he's officially, January 15th will be officially two years.
So, and the final charge was what?
Obstruction.
Obstruction of an official procedure.
Yeah.
And he gets four years for that.
Four years.
But you know, Dr. Gorka, again, that picture has haunted him and it has obliterated his life.
He has publicly apologized.
He wrote an incredible letter to President Trump about the picture.
I've taken a beating for it, but I'm not going to abandon ship on this kid because he's been in prison his whole life with the parents he was born to and the life that he has been forced to live and the abuse that he has suffered.
And I'm not going to abandon him.
He's a good kid who, you know, people who have been through abuse or been through hardship They'll be on drugs.
They'll drink.
They'll be a terrible person.
Tim, turn into a bombastic, you know, personality.
Uh-oh, what'd I do?
What'd I do?
- All right, here we go again.
Really?
Night and day.
Now, we just had a whole bunch of guys moved from Northern Neck, regional, no, Northern Neck, Warsaw, Virginia.
And they were transferred to a prison in Pennsylvania.
And they said it's like being at a resort now.
They said... Alright, I'm going to ask you that on radio.
That's insane.
And then we're going to switch to Matt.
Okay.
Yep.
Okay.
Thank you.
America First.
The House has just voted to adjourn.
I guess, you know, working till, what is it, 3.45 on a Friday is a little bit too much for them.
Again, the vote for Speakership has failed for Kevin McCarthy.
He's getting closer.
He'll probably squeeze by on Monday after some Deals made with the Freedom Caucus holdouts over the weekend.
We shall see and we will keep you updated.
If you enjoy America First, please support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell.
You saw me with Mike on January 6th.
That photograph of me and Mike.
The left hates him.
They're trying to destroy him.
You heard what the FBI did to Mike.
Yeah, with three unmarked cars.
Ambushed him at a Hardee's.
Demanded his cell phone from him.
Why?
Because he's one of us.
Let's have Mike's back.
They're banning his products now.

If you don't believe me, we have posted right now in 11 minutes, I've had 24,000 impressions on my Twitter feed, the video just moments ago of Ashley Babbitt's mother being arrested in Washington, D.C.
on the anniversary of her daughter's murder by Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
We are back with our very special guests in studio, Cynthia Hughes of the Patriot Freedom Project, the URL is patriotfreedomproject.com, and Jerry Perner, the aunt of Matt Perner.
Let's talk about Matt for a second.
For those who missed our Newsmax discussion and your prior interviews here, I still, beggars belief, What did Matt do on January the 6th?
What crime did he commit, Geri?
He walked in an open door at the Capitol with a cell phone, stayed within the velvet ropes for 10 minutes, recording.
He didn't hit anybody?
Didn't touch anything?
He didn't steal anything?
No.
So he walked in an open door and he's one of the ones who stayed within the velvet rope?
Yes.
But he was somehow identified or there was video of him?
They took photographs as people entered and a week or so after, January 6th, his photograph was on the FBI website.
And then he was charged, was it the same?
Initially it was misdemeanors, trespassing, parading and all that.
And then a couple weeks later, he along with 240 other people were charged with the obstruction of the official proceedings.
And then what happens?
Because he was encouraged, wasn't he, on these misdemeanor charges to agree to a plea deal?
He was, and they tried their best.
But when they came back with the obstruction charge, they weren't budging on anything.
They weren't dropping any of the charges at all.
And it was just a back and forth of negotiations that went nowhere.
They weren't willing to budge.
And after 13 months of that, he had finally, you know, Plead guilty.
His attorney had encouraged him to plead guilty.
To the misdemeanors?
To everything.
And then what happens?
Well, he pled guilty in December of that year and then his sentencing hearing was scheduled for March the 3rd.
Which was what?
The significance of March the 3rd?
March 3rd was the anniversary of his mother's death.
And Matt had a very bad feeling about that, and he called his attorney a week before, and he said, I've got a bad feeling about that date.
That's the day my mother died, and his attorney says, well, I've got worse news.
They're looking to add a terrorism enhancement, and your sentencing hearing has been postponed to April Fool's Day.
And prior to this terrorist enhancement, he would have got how much prison time?
Six to twelve months.
His attorney kept telling him no more than six to twelve months.
And Matt actually had resigned himself to the fact that that's what he'd be spending, and he prepared himself mentally.
But the terrorism enhancement would have increased that sentence to four to six years.
And it was more than he could handle.
And like I've told you before, on February 25th, just a few days after that conversation, Matt hung himself in his garage.
And, I mean, the devastation that our family has gone through, I can't even describe it.
We just spent the holiday season dreading it.
I couldn't wait to rip those Christmas decorations down this year.
I didn't want to look at them another day.
And this is going to go with us for the rest of our lives.
And before that happened, before he said, I can't do this, and I'm just going to leave, you asked for help, didn't you, from people in power?
I asked for help from so many Congress people.
Emails, phone calls, our local representative.
Not one phone call or email was answered.
They did not care.
Nobody wanted to even hear what Matt's situation was.
No.
I was grasping.
I had even, in the beginning of Matt's ordeal, Elizabeth Warren, of all people, was showing some sign of sympathy toward the J6ers and how they were being treated.
I even reached out to her.
I mean, talk about desperation.
But, again, silence.
And it has been that way for pretty much the whole time, for all of them.
You said something shocking in the break, that your relative, Tim, who has been sentenced and received four years for a misdemeanor, correct?
Well, the 1512 is a federal charge.
Right.
A felony.
But it was what?
It was obstructing an official procedure?
Yes.
He didn't hit anybody?
No.
So he leaves the January 6th prison and now he's in Pennsylvania.
He's in New Jersey.
And there's a difference between those two things.
Can you explain the difference between how they were treated in the nation's capital and how they're being treated in New Jersey as prisoners?
Yeah, yeah.
You described it like it's night and day.
Like night and day, yeah.
Because of the difference of the conditions?
Yeah, I mean, you know, in the D.C.
jail where these guys, you know, have been held for two years, some for two years, some for, you know, less, you know, they've been in a corner of the prison where they've been, you know, in solitary confinement, they've had food issues.
I think there's a very big difference between jail and prison to begin with, aside from January 6th, but I do think You know, the guys in D.C., the guys that were in Northern Neck, there was something to be said about this group of people specifically.
So Tim has left D.C.
There's only about 17 or 18 guys now in D.C., and they're not in solitary confinement anymore, but the conditions aren't great.
They're not great.
But now you have these guys that are in different prisons, and they said it's like, It's like being at a resort.
That's what I was told.
In comparison to D.C.
In comparison to D.C.
and Northern Neck, Virginia.
So there was a group of detainees that were moved from Northern Neck in Virginia to a prison in Pennsylvania.
I want to hear the other stories of other families.
We have some photographs that we want to share.
This is America First on the anniversary of January the 6th, two years later.

music plays in bright rhythm.
Oh, did they?
They did.
Alex, well, I've got guests.
It is crucial you give me the live read warning.
Oh, John.
All right.
Yeah, because I can't see the clock when I'm looking at the guests.
Can you explain the terrorist enhancement?
What is that based on?
Well, in Matt's case, Matt had a video that he had posted onto Facebook right after they got back to their hotel room from January 6th.
And toward the end of the video, and the video's on the website, you could watch it because one of Matt's friends downloaded it before Facebook removed it.
Right.
And you could see on the video where Matt says, Mike Pence proved himself to be a traitor today.
Right.
Then he says something else, and then he says, but don't worry, this isn't over yet.
They took, out of context, Mike Pence is a traitor, this isn't over yet.
But that's not terrorism.
And then they went to his Facebook page, where he had posted something related to January 6th that day, and there was an emoji of the American flag, a firecracker and a bomb.
They said the bomb is a terroristic threat.
You're joking.
No, I'm not.
Are you recording these breaks?
can you do them as a video?
Thank you.
The antidote to fake news.

Welcome back, dear friends.
It's the most popular item on our website right now.
I was told it's a little bit extreme when I designed it but you guys love it.
We can't make them fast enough.
It is the FBI t-shirt.

Let's talk about the other families.
So first things first, let's put up the URL Patriot Freedom Project dot com.
Patriot Freedom Project dot com.
My friend Dinesh D'Souza, I think donated, what, $100,000 at the beginning or something crazy.
Please support these families.
Let's put up some photographs.
Let's rotate through some photographs of the January 6th political prisoners and targeted individuals.
Can you give us just some examples, Cynthia, of what these families are going through, you know, outside of the horrible conditions of political targeting in the jails, in the prisons?
We've got wives with children who are without their partner, their husband, for almost two years.
Yeah.
Talk about some of these stories.
Well, you know, I think one of the biggest things is, you know, you have these women that are separated from their husbands, children from their father, and here in D.C.
there's no video visits.
So you're talking about families that have been apart and separated with not even a visual visitation allowed for two years now.
You know, we had a Christmas event here in D.C.
back in December.
And we brought some of the families in for that.
And two of the families that were with us, both their husbands are here in DC.
And they've been here for two years.
And both of them are still in pre-trial detention two years later.
Pre-trial detention.
Okay?
It's unheard of.
Well, it's unconstitutional.
And these women and their children couldn't even visit their loved one in the jail because of COVID.
They're still using COVID as an excuse.
So that's just the tip of the iceberg.
You're seeing that, you know, pretty much in all the jails.
But here's a little bit of a silver lining if there could be one, you know.
And I was discussing this with Dinesh a few days ago.
There's a group that were moved from Northerneck to Pennsylvania, as I was mentioning to you before.
That's a prison, a federal prison.
So, there are families that have been able to visit their loved one now.
Because the prisoner has been moved?
Yes.
Yes.
They're eating better, they're outside, they're seeing some... Some of the women and the mothers have said that, you know, it's like a ray of sunshine.
The fact that you actually get to see your partner, your husband, is a ray of sunshine.
We are guaranteed swift justice in this nation.
The idea that you are in custody for years before you are even arraigned in court is an absolute travesty.
We've been talking to Gerry Purner.

I think it is very revealing that on the second anniversary of this insurrection, we're having this go down inside the Congress.
And two years ago, these people tried to overthrow an election.
And two years later, the same people that supported them, and in some cases incited them, are trying and clearly have held hostage the speakership and the Congress.
We have no Congress.
The grifter, the ethno-huckster that is Sharpton.
He's no reverend.
Talking about an insurrection, but weird.
Nobody was charged with insurrection.
Let me share with you on this the anniversary we had Ashley Babbitt's Widower open the show.
And I just got this DM on Twitter from Chris Lane.
That's his photograph.
Can you guys zoom in on that?
On that photograph, maybe if I put it close to my head, of course, Chris Lane, his Twitter bio has him with a cat.
Hardly surprising, is it?
Hey, Chris Lane!
I'm going to tell three million people right now what you just DM'd me on Twitter.
You ready, Chris Lane of Ontario?
This is what Chris Lane said.
And I have to edit it because of, you know, FCC regulations.
Ashley Babbitt, or whatever the F her traitor name is, was a domestic terrorist and was treated too gently.
That's a Democrat.
Let's talk to somebody else who knows what really happened on January 6th because he has the courage to make a movie about it.
Not as a documentarian, not as a... I don't even know what I am.
Media personality.
But as an actor.
Thank you, Seb.
It's great to be here on the anniversary, second anniversary of the worst thing that has ever happened to Democrats in America.
America first.
Thank you, Seb.
It's great to be here on the anniversary, second anniversary of the worst thing that has ever happened to Democrats in America.
Yeah, worse than 9/11, right, Nick?
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, they want to treat this like this is the most horrible thing that's ever been done to America when nothing could be further from the truth.
And they're just, they're using this to try to slander and, you know, completely intimidate people into never disagreeing with them again.
I just gotta ask you, because you're a straight shooter, especially in your recent movie, Terror on the Prairie.
Your reaction to this chap, Chris Lane, saying Ashley Babbitt, or whatever the eff her traitor name was, was a domestic terrorist and was treated too gently.
Give us your reaction as an American.
Well, he's typical of a lot of the Twitter cowards who kind of go on Twitter and post things like this.
I mean, what you have to learn from this is that there are a lot of rank-and-file Democrats out there who would be the kind of people that would cheer the government on when they busted down your door and executed you because you weren't a Democrat.
These are the same kind of people that in Stalin's Russia turned their neighbors in to the KGB These are the people that will applaud when their team, what they see as their team, the Democrats, take you out of your homes and destroy your lives.
Let's talk about how those lives were destroyed.
We have some footage from your movie Capital Punishment, where you actually interviewed some of the politically targeted January 6th defendants.
And you can see the FBI rolling up to their homes in armored vehicles.
You can see them with their loaded M4s battering down the door.
Let's start with the reason.
Why did you, a very successful Hollywood personality, why did you even begin to decide to make this kind of a film?
Well, I happened to be there on January 6th.
I was there, I just sort of decided to stop by on my way back home to visit my parents in North Carolina and see what happened.
On that day.
And so what I saw in the media didn't match up at all with what I had personally seen while being there.
And the more that I heard stories about how people were being treated and the lies that were being told about people that I knew personally that were there that didn't do anything wrong, that didn't commit any crimes, any vandalism, any violence whatsoever, and how they were being treated.
I decided that it was kind of my duty that I needed to To go ahead and tell the truth about this, at least the truth as I see it, and talk to the people that I knew that were there, and get their side of the story.
Because what the media is selling you now, and what they have been selling you for two years, is a lie.
And it's a lie with a purpose.
And the purpose is to institute an all-powerful totalitarian government that rules by fear, and not by democracy.
So, so well put.
Let me extrapolate from that, that we should be fighting those who are trying to create a state of fear and using the organs of the state as political weapons.
I'm just curious, as somebody who's very politically engaged, your reaction to the last three days And the alleged conservatives on Capitol Hill who are calling their fellow Republicans terrorists.
What is your reaction?
We have people like Judge Jeanine, who's a friend of mine, you know, is a former colleague at Fox.
Who actually said the following, and this is where you realize that you're separating the real patriots from the fake patriots.
This is what Judge Jeanine said on Fox about the 20 conservatives who want to have a Speaker of the House who is answerable to their constituents and the American people.
Cut three, play cut.
This guy raised a quarter of a million dollars, half these people voting against him.
How much?
A billion.
He raised a quarter of a billion dollars.
Okay, but for the House.
Right.
Okay, alright.
And these people that he gave money to are voting against him.
What do they want?
They have no other alternative.
They're egomaniacs who've got no answers, and they ought to just be quiet and just go along with the majority at this point.
If you don't want to vote for a bill, don't vote for it.
Yeah, shut up and just behave.
And Nick, why is she talking about... So weird.
Why is she talking about how much money Kevin McCarthy raised?
What's that got to do with a Republican government?
Yeah, it's pretty mystifying, except when you think, you know, there's a D.C.
crowd.
It's become not the Republicans versus the Democrats as far as the people like me that live out in the rest of America are concerned.
It's ruling class versus normal citizen.
And so the people that live in D.C.
that see this as just a political fight, it's not a partisan issue.
The people that are standing up, those 20 people that are standing up in the Congress, Are standing up for the people out here like me who have seen our fellow citizens railroaded by the FBI, thrown in jail, held for 500 days in prison without bond when they committed no violent crimes.
I'm now about to interview people in the next couple of weeks who are reporting to prison for five to eight months in different cases for trespassing, for parading, for misdemeanors.
We have seen the Congress pass all these bills, omnibus spending bills, with all of these giveaways to the ruling class.
We've seen all this happen over and over again, and we cheer when these, at least there are 20 people in the Congress that will stand up for what we believe in, and the people in D.C., I'm sorry, like Judge Jeanine, who I generally agree with, just like you, I think these people are in the D.C.
class and not in the American class right now.
Nicely put.
Yeah, the fact when they're talking about money, money raised.
When is, you know, representing your constituents the question of how much money?
Oh, a quarter of a billion dollars.

You said you're doing some interviews.
What else can you share with our 3 million viewers and listeners?
Well, there's a movie opening today, January 6th, in theatres, The Old Way, with Nicolas Cage, and I appear in that movie.
Actually, the title role, I represent The Old Way.
You're in a movie with Nic Cage?
How is that not going to be the blockbuster of the century?
Nick Circe and Nic Cage!
That's right.
It opens tonight, January 6th.
That's another thing.
And I put that in all my contracts.
Every movie I appear in from now on has to premiere on January 6th.
So, but yeah, go out and see it.
It hits theaters tonight.
It's an old throwback Western.
Good old-fashioned revenge Western.
It's a good movie.
All right.
I'm going to talk to my wife about going to see that movie.
We need to see a good movie with a great patriot.
In the title role, Nick Searcy, director of Capital Punishment.

Searcy... Why I made the movie about January 6th.
And then... 70 seconds.
You think of something.
Oof.
He needs two minutes, he's running into his office.
Who, Joseph?
Yeah.
That's fine.
Alright, I got- I have that Babbit video if you want it.
As B-roll, right?
You want it as B-roll?
Well, you have it as sound if you want it as that.
Yeah, but it has swear words in it, isn't it?
Yeah, I have it muted.
I have it muted as B-roll.
Oh, yeah.
Yep.
Alrighty.
Alright. 45 seconds. 45 seconds.
45 seconds.
How are we doing, Eric?
How are you handling with all those guests?
This is definitely, rightfully so, this is definitely one of the busiest days we've had in a long time.
Certainly the busiest day of the year so far.
It is, so far, in a very long year.
It is a very, very busy year.
Dear friends, we have two more years of this senile incompetent in the White House.
You can't fix a problem if you don't know you've got a problem.
And you can't fix a problem if you don't have the skills to fix it, so things will get worse before they get better.
Do you have a plan B?
I have a plan B. I'm never going to be the father, the husband who says, sorry to my family, you're not going to have anything to eat tonight.

All right, it's true.
We have the video.
We had to remove the sound for various reasons to do with broadcasting standards.
Not long before the show started at a January 6 Memorial gathering in Washington, D.C., not far from this studio, Ashley Babbitt's mother was arrested.
There you have it.
Ashley Babbitt's mother.
The woman, the 14-year Air Force veteran who was murdered by Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who was here for the anniversary of her daughter's being killed, was arrested by the police.

He's Joseph McBride, representing numerous of the January 6th detainees.
You can follow him at McBride Law NYC on Twitter.
Joseph, Happy New Year and welcome back to America First.
Happy New Year, Dr. Gorka.
It is always good to be here and thank you for having me.
So we have a little bit of intelligence.
We're going to share the details in the third hour with the amazing Julie Kelly.
It is being floated, Joseph, that the FBI are on the cusp of making another thousand arrests.
Oh, it's a fact.
January 6th.
We had just a moment ago, Jerry Perner and Cynthia Hughes in the studio.
And Cynthia Hughes shared with us that a 70 year old woman was arrested this weekend in connection with January 6th.
Do you think this is exaggeration, bad intelligence, or given what you've witnessed in the last two years, is this believable?
Oh, it's a fact.
And I'll tell you, Dr. Gorker, I was in court yesterday.
I appeared in front of Judge Thomas Hogan in the matter of Ryan, USA v. Ryan Nichols.
Judge Hogan is the most senior judge on the court, 85 years old, distinguished career.
I apologize about the background noise.
And he announced to us that he would be retiring.
Retiring at 85 years old.
Now, this is in the middle of litigation.
We have a pending trial in front of him, a very serious case in Ryan Nichols' matter.
This came as a surprise to us.
Really no greater explanation, but the judge did say, and I'll summarize here, it's not an exact quote, but he did say that he's 85 and that there are a thousand more prosecutions coming and that he has no interest And spending the next four or five years of his life participating in those cases.
So he's going to end his storied and very distinguished career, former Chief Judge of the District Court, former Chief Judge of the FISA Court, appointed by President Reagan in 1982.
And his career ends after 40 years on the 31st of January.
after 40 years on the 31st of January.
So those prosecutions are coming.
Unbelievable.
Let's put up Joseph's webpage.
There's an amazing thing you can do on Joseph's webpage.
You can adopt one of the January 6 families.
You can support them.
It's McBrideLawNYC.com, I believe.
McBrideLawNYC.com.
Can you give us some examples of how these families have suffered in the last two years, Joseph?
Just give us one of the, you know, concrete things that our listeners need to know.
If you've been accused with a January 6th related crime, or if you've been targeted by the January 6th Committee in one way or another, your entire life has been disrupted.
You've been disenfranchised from the workplace.
You've been fired from your jobs in many circumstances.
Sometimes, most of the time, Dad is at home.
Mom can't make an income because Dad is locked up.
You're disenfranchised from your banking institutions.
You're cancelled at your banks.
You try to go online and use GoFundMe.
You raise $100,000 on GoFundMe.
They find out you're a January 6th related person.
They cancel you as well.
That's why you have to use GiveSendGo.
What am I trying to say?
I'm trying to say that the federal government has targeted a specific group of people because of their political and religious beliefs and largely because of the color of their skin as well.
And why is it that you do what you do, Joseph?
to make an example of them, that anybody who stands against this regime would not only be canceled online, that would not only be canceled by the government and thrown in jail, that you also won't have the ability to make an income in the workplace as well.
This is fundamentally wrong.
It is anti-American.
It is communist.
It is evil.
We need to stand against it.
And we cannot do it without your prayers, and we cannot do it without your help.
And why is it that you do what you do, Joseph?
Why have you decided to fight this fight?
I've been called by God to do this.
My brother Anthony was wrongfully convicted and accused and got 15 years in jail for a crime he did not commit.
I know firsthand knowledge what it's like to be a family victim of a wrongful conviction.
What it's like to watch your mother and father break their souls, their hearts just crack on the couch as your brother gets dragged away to jail.
I know what it's like to have my brother in jail for something he didn't do.
I became a lawyer for that specific purpose.
I defend these January Sixers because I too believe that they've been wrongfully accused, that they are being wrongfully convicted, that they're being maliciously prosecuted.
Most people won't stand up for them.
I don't know why.
But I am here to tell you, to tell the world that I am standing up for these people because I believe that it is my calling, it is my vocation, it is my mission in life.
Win, lose or draw, my team and myself will be counted amongst the people who looked communism in the face and said in the United States of America, If you're gonna succeed here, you're gonna have to run through us.
That's the only way.
There's no way around it.
He's a warrior.
Please choose one of these families to support.
McBrideLawNYC.com.
McBrideLawNYC.com.
It's one of the...
Most important things you could do today.
Why?
Because these people are suffering for political reasons and that is utterly un-American.
Thank you, Joseph.
God bless you and Happy New Year.

Kill the mics.
It's not embarrassing to have a leadership debate.
It's not embarrassing to bring up some of the failures.
I think that's actually good fiduciary policy at an organization, a healthy organization.
But instead, I'm getting criticized for running against the chair because it's unseemly.
But I think it's actually exactly how democracy should work and how our The Constitutional Republic should work.
So the same things that you're seeing in D.C.
on the McCarthy race, they're some of the very same issues we have in the Republican National Committee, and it's bubbling up because there's been no debate for so many years.
Heartily concur, how me Dylan is right.
This is how democracy works!
Seriously, you can't wait a few days, and you can't do things out in the open.
Seriously, guys.
It's what it's all about.
Oh, and for those with Strange theories about the Democrats are going to vote for Kevin McCarthy or Republicans are going to vote for Hakeem Jeffries.
Stop it!
Okay?
Some things are just absolutely, utterly impossible.
You think Democrats are going to support Kevin McCarthy because he's a rhino when they have a black candidate on their side?
They'd be crucified by their own Democrats!
And the idea that a Republican, even Kevin McCarthy, would have Democrats vote for him?
He would be primaried out of existence!
I'm glad Matt Gaetz managed to slap down some of this insanity.
Here he is, cut ten, Matt Gaetz, putting it all on the line with a promise to the American people.
Will you be okay then if there's ultimately a deal struck with moderate Democrats that give Democrats kind of co-control of the committees?
You're fine with that?
No, absolutely not.
That will not happen.
There are two potential scenarios here.
No, listen, I'm on the floor, Laura.
These 212 Democrats are going to vote for Hakeem Jeffries every single time.
He is a historic candidate for them.
They are not going to cleave off under any circumstance.
I assure you that if Democrats join up to elect a moderate Republican, I will resign from the House of Representatives.
That is how certain I am.
I can assure your viewers that won't happen.
You heard it.
He will resign.
He's put it all on the line.
I want to hear from you.
Who do you want to be the speaker?
We have a new poll up on our website.
You can choose between the likely candidates.
You can choose Kevin McCarthy.
You can choose Steve Scalise, you can choose Jim Jordan, or Matt Gaetz.
One choice only, I'm afraid, because you're not going to have one speaker at a time.
Go to sebgorka.com.
The poll's right there on the front page.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com, and you choose.

Yes, indeed.
KAHR.com, KAHR.com.
Jeff, why do you think so many people Come up with these crazy ideas that we're going to get Democrats voting for a Republican or Republicans voting for Hakeem Jeffries.
Where does that all come from?
It's scare tactics because they want the remaining people that are holding out to give in.
It's all it is.
I think that's absolutely right.
But I do like a certain type of scare tactic, Jeff.
I do like it when Matt Gaetz sits down with AOC, because that's got to rattle the rhinos, right?
Exactly.
And you notice how they did it right in front of the camera, too.
They made sure everybody saw it.
Yes, they did.
All right.
I would have a new poll, OK?
We've got to think.
It's going to be a long list.
But I need Eric, I need your help, I need yours, Jeff, for the dumbest person in media.
That's going to be a very long poll, right, Jeff?
No, just put Fredo on.
That's it.
Hang on!
What about Nicole Wallace?
She plays a character.
But she's as dumb as a box of rocks.
I don't know.
She's the fake Republican that gets the job because she acts like she's a Republican, but she's so appalled by this.
Alright, you gotta play this cut.
This is Nicole Wallace, MSNBC, talking about the Speakers race.
Cut six.
This is, again, a tragedy for American democracy.
I think the only people enjoying this are probably newscasters attached to Kremlin state media.
This is a tragedy for democracy, and the only people enjoying it are newscasters attached to Kremlin state media.
Would that be her?
If you promote your Russia collusion, does that mean you're working for the Kremlin, Jeff?
I think it would.
You know what the best part about this though?
What?
All these people on MSNBC that are so upset with this about Kevin McCarthy not being the Speaker.
The second he's the Speaker, they're going to spend every day he's going to be enemy number one.
And they're going to talk about how radical he is, how out of control he is.
Yes.
Alright, we're going to have to make a list.
I think Mika Brzezinski may win it though.
All right, guys.
This is America First.

You wanna knock out that recording?
Uh, Maverick?
Yes.
We did that, didn't we?
Yesterday.
Yeah, we have to redo it.
Why?
It has to be 30 seconds.
Oh.
Did they cut it down?
No, they said either they can send a new script or you can cut it down yourself.
Is this different or not?
It's the same one.
And it's gotta be 30?
Yes.
Do you want me to just tell them to send a new script?
Hang on a second.
Let me look at it.
Two minutes.
Maga-nificent.
Complacency is a weakness that patriots cannot afford.
For that reason, Carr Firearms is teaming up with America First in 2023.
Carr believes Americans shouldn't be afraid to publicly stand up for our freedoms.
This is about more than being gun enthusiasts.
This is a very personal issue as we struggle for the soul of America.
Carr wants America First listeners to know they are not afraid, not afraid to publicly support Second Amendment Friday.
Alright, if we can fix the camera on our guest, we will invite him, but it's still not quite right.
In the meantime, check out the weapons at KAHR.com.
That's K-A-H-R dot com.
They own the iconic line of Desert Eagle weapons, the Thompson auto ordinance, and of course, the 9mm car that I carry every single day.
Now, here Let's talk about a platform that's, you know, competing with the AR-15, the most common rifle platform in America today.
I have a soft spot for it because, well, you know, it's historic.
It's iconic.
The rumors are more than 80 million of them were made by the Soviet Union.
It's called the AK, the AK, the Avtomat Kalashnikov.
Here we have some photographs of me using, this is from my collection, there's a Valmet 308 at the top and on the right something very unusual from a company called Arsenal.
You've still got to fix that camera guys, otherwise we're not going to get that guest.
Guys, deal with it!
Camera.
Thank you.
It is the RPK.
It is the squad automatic weapon equivalent for Soviet forces or post-Soviet forces.
But this time in a 5.45 caliber.
And next to that is the AK-74 in 5.45 as well.
It's one of my favorite weapons.
And it is... Oh, there it is.
There's me using it in my country hideaway.
And we want to talk to the company that produced that weapon.
And we're going to talk to the marketing specialist, Darwin Nersessian.
Darwin, are you there?
I'm here, Sebastian.
How are you, sir?
I'm good.
I'm good.
So tell us, for those not familiar with this platform, I'm just going to tee up a softball question for you, Darwin.
Not all AKs are made equal, are they?
No, no, they're definitely not created equal, especially in the case of the RPK.
We're talking about a very special rifle that's made quite different from other AKs on the market.
All right, we'll get to the RPK in a second, but let's talk about the difference between different manufacturers and different nations that make that weapon.
You are from Arsenal.
I love my Arsenal rifles.
I think I've got like four of them.
Tell us about where they come from and why they are considered some of the best, if not the best out there, Darwin.
Well, you know, Arsenal rifles are built in Bulgaria.
There's a long history of Arsenal Bulgaria building everything from rifles to munitions, all on military contract.
So, you know, when you're building rifles or any types of arms on military contract, standards and quality control, you have to meet a certain standard because, you know, lives are on the line.
And, you know, when the military depends on your particular product, You just have to step it up a few levels in order to meet their needs and their demands.
So tell us about the reality of the market.
I'll see you guys, I'll see everyone from Arsenal at SHOT Show in a couple of weeks, but with the Biden administration's ban on Russian weapons and more significantly Russian ammunition to run AKs, what's the reality of the market?
Are you guys concerned?
Is this better for you?
What are we going to do about ammunition for these platforms?
Well, you know, first of all, anytime there's a ban on ammunition, that's always a concern.
Luckily, when it comes to 7.62x39, we're talking about a round that has been around, a cartridge that's been around for so many years, it's being produced by so many different companies.
We all like our really affordable steel case stuff that came out of Russia.
But I think you're going to be seeing a lot more people tooling up and making 7.62x39, and I think you're even going to see more people domestically or outside of Russian borders tooling up to make 5.45.
So we might see a little dip in supply, but we're hoping that we won't be affected too long before other people have this ammunition ready to go for us.
Alright, there's a video of me testing your RPK from Arsenal.
I love that gun, the bipod, the longer barrel.
Tell us a little bit about the RPK, Darwin.
Okay, so the RPK is a very special rifle.
It comes out of the mullet factory in Russia.
The RPK that you have, that we're actually going to have on display at SHOT Show, this is a gun that is no longer going to be available, obviously, because of the
We were able to get some MOLOT guns in from Russia a long time ago, and when they come in, they come in in a sporter configuration for import purposes, and we do all the remanufacturing to get them, you know, into what you see there in your video, which, you know, they come with the actual factory folding paratrooper RPK stock.
The actual receiver is different than any other AK receiver in that it's a 1.5 mm thick stamp receiver versus your typical 1 mm thick.
It's got a bulged trunnion, a very, very rigid receiver, as close to a milled receiver as you're going to get out of a stamp receiver gun.
It's really just a work of art.
It's the best of Everything in the AK world put together in this one rifle.
All right.
I can see why you're a marketing specialist.
That was nicely done.
Last 60 seconds, we've got with you, you've got three million listeners across the country, plus all our video viewers on social media.
Why should Americans, you know, the M4, the M16, why should they give an AK platform a try?
Well, you know, the AK platform has been tried and true, tested all over the world.
It's been around forever, it's going to be around forever, and there's a reason for it.
Give it a try, I'm sure you're going to absolutely love it.
And with regards to the RPK, these guns being something that you're never going to see again, the value for collectors, I think, is going to be astronomical going into the future.
All right.
He sold it.
There you go, guys.
I'll be sending you some footage, some interviews from SHOT Show with the Arsenal team.
I was a big fan years ago.
They're still knocking it out of the park.
There's a reason there's 70 million, 80 million of them in the world today.

This is Second Amendment Friday on America First with Dr. G.
Okay.
Wow, what a couple of hours and the best is yet to come.
Julie Kelly will be with us to talk about the January 6th latest revelations.
A thousand impending arrests.
Stay with us here on America First.
But I want to have a laugh.
We're going to have one laugh in three hours.
That clown!
That traitor to Trumpism.
John Bolton went on British television to announce he's running for the presidency.
I'm not joking.
I was born in the UK.
I wouldn't even do this.
What a clown show.
Cut 11.
John Bolton has exclusively told Good Morning Britain he wants to become the next President of the United States.
What would a John Bolton America look like if you were Commander-in-Chief?
I would get in to win the nomination and I would do it primarily on the basis that we need a much stronger foreign policy.
I think Trump's support within the party itself is in terminal decline.
I tell you what's in Terminal Decline, you dude.
Look at that man.
Go back and play that as B-Roll.
I mean, he's got the wattle of a hundred-year-old chicken.
And that moustache.
I mean, it's just a parody.
Look at this guy.
I mean, seriously.
Jeff, does he actually believe this garbage?
I actually think Bloomberg has more charisma than Bloomberg.
I think you're right.
All right, play that beat, Ron.
Look at this guy.
Look at this joke of a person with his big neck wattle.
Let's go to a call.
Let's squeeze a call in.
Anthony, Long Island, line one.
Hey.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
Good.
Thank you.
Thank you for your service to the country.
Keep playing that.
It's too funny.
Keep playing that.
Go on, Anthony.
I wanted to say, I think we all knew that McCarthy eventually was going to get in, and I think the Patriots really came out, Bobert and Gates.
I just wish MTG would have joined them.
She could have been part of this with all the concessions.
Big, big, big disappointment.
Now I know she's been out of committee for two years and Nancy punished her and she doesn't get those juicy extra staffers and budget lines because she's off a committee.
But seriously, just because Kevin promised you a committee assignment, are you really that much for sale, MTG?
You've done your reputation probably Irreversible damage.
It's a sad thing to say.
Thank you for reminding us of that, Anthony.

Okay, all right, are you ready?
I saw Maverick Tactical Body Armor tested online, and I said I have to...
Thank you.
Mr. Bannon's and Mr. Trump's privilege arguments do, however, appear to reveal one thing.
They suggest that President Trump was personally involved in the planning and execution of January 6th.
And this committee will get to the bottom of that.
Well, it won't anymore because you don't exist.
Sorry, I think we've fired you.
Oh, by the way, Eric, is that Liz Cheney?
That is indeed the one and only Liz Cheney.
What is she doing nowadays?
I think she is, thanks to Biden's economy, she is unemployed.
But hang on, didn't she get like a CNN gig, like what's-his-face fake conservative Kinzinger?
Maybe that's in the works.
It hasn't been announced yet, but very likely.
Alright, let's be more serious.
That woman is a traitor to everything she swore an oath to when she became a representative.
A disgrace to her family, if her father wasn't bad enough.
Let's have a very special hour-long, long-form discussion with somebody who has done more than anyone else to get to the bottom of what actually happened on January 6th.
We're a big fan of her and the website where she publishes.
She is Julie Kelly and the site is American Greatness.
Julie, Happy New Year!
Welcome back to America First!
Happy New Year, Seb.
As always, thank you so much for having me and for continuing to cover this issue.
Absolutely.
That's why we are here.
A very special day where we continue to bang the drum for the truth.
It's weird, though.
If President Trump were responsible for September the 11th, why was there no evidence of that?
I'm a little confused.
Can you help me out, please?
You mean the comparable 9-11 January 6th that he's responsible for allegedly for?
Yes, exactly.
You know, first, let's enjoy for a moment the title, former representative Liz Cheney.
But look, what this whole report and what the entire committee crusade was about was another get Trump witch hunt.
And what's interesting, Seb, is that the final report that was delayed numerous times and then finally issued right before Christmas is under criticism, not just from our side, but also from Democrats and even publications like Mother Jones on the left, because it did not fulfill, shockingly, its legislative mission, which to your point is to get to the truth, get to the bottom of really what happened on January 6th.
You had eight chapters that solely focused on Donald Trump and what he did in the months before, on and after January 6th.
Seb, the part about security, the security failures.
which was part of the legislative mission, was buried in an appendix at the end of the report.
This got the attention, as I said, of not just people on our side, which we were expecting this, but also people on the left who somehow were deluded into believing this was a legitimate investigation and not a cover-up of January 6th and another never-Trump effort to take down Donald Trump.
The report actually, I think, has some interesting revelations.
And raises more questions than it answered.
All right, let's just, for those who are not familiar with the appendices and the final report, what are some of the interesting things that are raised when it comes to the security?
And by the way, who's responsible for the security of the congressional complex, by the way?
Julie, can you help me out there?
Yes, so that would primarily fall to the Capitol Police Board.
Which is basically made up of three individuals, Seb.
The Sergeant-at-Arms for the House of Representatives, Paul Irving, who worked for Nancy Pelosi.
The Sergeant-at-Arms for the Senate, a man named Michael Stenger, who sadly passed away last year.
He worked for Mitch McConnell.
And the architects of the Capitol.
They run the board.
They run the show.
They are responsible for security.
What we learned, not just from the report, But really, in congressional testimony before and now associated with this committee, is that on numerous occasions, Paul Irving and Michael Stenger denied requests by the then Chief of Police for the Capitol Police Force for extra security that day.
The question is, why?
The report does not answer why those repeated requests were denied.
What we did find out, though, Sab, and I think this is interesting, and I have a piece in American Greatness on this, is that Paul Irving, who worked with Nancy Pelosi, started planning for January 6 weeks in advance.
He was in communication with top security staffers, with Nancy Pelosi's chief of staff, with a shared staffer who also works for the House Administrative Committee.
They were all in cahoots weeks before talking about January 6.
The day before on January 5th, according to testimony, Paul Irving gave walkthroughs to only Democrats of the Capitol, the joint session preparation.
He also very interestingly, Seb, gave a walkthrough of the House evacuation plan on January 5th.
And wouldn't you know it, Seb, 24 hours later, The House was evacuated because of January 6th.
Hang on, I want to make sure everybody understands what was just said.
The day before the events of January 6th, one of the three people responsible for the security of Congress had a walk through the building for Democrats, including a walk through of the evacuation plan.
Did I hear you correctly?
Yes.
This is a shocking revelation that actually came out of the report completed by Jim Jordan, Jim Banks, and a few other Republicans.
They got Paul Irving's records, which we did not see from the January 6th committee.
So I want to make that clear.
Why did Paul Irving only correspond with Democrats?
Why did he intentionally leave Republicans out of whatever walkthrough for the joint session?
And why did he give a walkthrough of the evacuation plan When at the same time, they were insisting there was no threat.
What he kept saying, and Pelosi's staff kept saying, the threat of violence is remote.
We don't have intelligence showing this.
We don't need extra security.
But he's giving a walkthrough of the evacuation plan, and 24 hours later, the House is being evacuated?
So, these are the sort of questions and revelations that House Republicans, whatever happens with the speakership, They have to keep digging down and figuring out who was involved in these walkthroughs, why they were conducted, why Republicans were left out, and what the purpose was.
And will you tell us what the final decision was when it comes to the materials surrounding January 6?
The things that people would like to access if they want answers.
What did the committee do with those materials, Julie?
That's a very good question, Seb.
We don't know.
They've released only a portion of the thousand plus interviews that they conducted.
They promised to release all of the transcripts with the report.
That has not happened.
We don't know where all of the investigative records and materials will end up.
My suspicion is that they will all end up at Jack Smith, the imaginary or in name only special counsel who was appointed by Merrick Garland last year, that that material will be sent to his office.
It will be concealed under the ruse of an ongoing criminal investigation and any records that they did obtain or more importantly said that they didn't obtain or ask for.
Well, that trove will be at Jack Smith's office, so we won't be able to see what they have, or more importantly, what they didn't ask for, what they don't have.
Just like the source for the dodgy dossier, the Steele dossier, just like that source was made a confidential informant of the FBI so that you could hide him.
You could say you can't know his identity and you can not ask any questions of him in Congress.
They're using the new special counsel to hide all of the things that should be out in the open.
By shoveling it all under his purview.
That's right.
But what we do know in terms of what the committee did not investigate or didn't ask for, we know shockingly, Seb, that Christopher Wray, the FBI director, his name is not mentioned one time in 845 pages of this report.
So it appears that Christopher Wray was not even interviewed by this committee.
The other top FBI official who apparently was not interviewed was Stephen D'Antuono.
As you know, Sam, we've talked about this man.
He not only was in charge of the January 6th investigation, the pipe bomb investigation, which we can get to.
He's the guy who sent agents to Mar-a-Lago.
He also was the director of the Michigan FBI field office during the Whitmer Fednapping hoax.
Can you—they mention Stephen D'Antuono's name in transcripts that I've read.
They interviewed a deputy director, David Bowdich, who left the FBI on January 25th, 2021, a few weeks after the events of January 6th.
They interviewed him.
He's mentioning Stephen D'Antuano's name repeatedly as being the office in charge of everything that happened before on January 6th.
They're asking him about Stephen D'Antuano, but they never interview Stephen D'Antuano.
That's something that I've been flagging for months.
The fact that we now know he's not mentioned or obviously interviewed is another big red flag.
It does appear, though, that House Republicans want to interview him, so let's hope they do, even though he retired at the end of November.
We've only just begun.
We're talking to Julie Kelly.

All right, Julie, you kind of hinted at it just a moment ago, so let me tease this out.
We've had this historic week with multiple votes for the Speaker of the House.
Things will settle down.
Are you in favor?
Because we have, again, I'm asking you this as, let's do this as a citizen and as a taxpayer.
We've got millions crossing the border in an invasion.
We've got a war in Ukraine that's out of control.
We've got inflation rampant.
Should the GOP, in your opinion, start over again, tabula rasa, with their own January 6th committee hearing?
Or is that going to be too much of a distraction from other things?
As somebody who's been mired in all of this, who's been on the front lines, in the courts, What's your take on what the political exigency should be?
I mean, of course, I absolutely believe that Congress should convene their own January 6th investigation, not just to get to the bottom of what really happened before and on that day and answer the unanswered questions, some of which we just discussed.
But look, Seb, the DOJ and FBI have signaled openly this week that they are accelerating this criminal investigation.
You had the now new head of the Washington FBI field office in a statement the other day said this investigation will go on for years.
You had Judge Thomas Hogan, a Reagan appointee, 85 years old, who this week in court One of the reasons he's retiring is because he's been notified that the D.C.
District Court will be swamped with more than 1,000 January 6th cases and that's not how he wants to spend his last week.
Hang on, hang on.
We've already had 800 people hunted down.
So we have confirmation that there's going to be 1,000 more cases?
Yes, we do.
I've also heard from sources that the FBI is going to issue a flood of search warrants and criminal complaints.
on the anniversary of January 6th.
And Seb, why wouldn't they accelerate this criminal investigation?
You had 18 Senate Republicans who just gave the FBI a half a billion dollar raise, bringing that corrupt agency's annual budget to $11 billion for the first time.
You also had Senate Republicans, 18, who gifted the DOJ with another big raise as well, including $200 million just to hire temporary lawyers to prosecute January 6 cases.
You had the DOJ, including D.C.
U.S.
Attorney Matthew Graves, indicate that they do want to reach this 2,000 case threshold, that they're still arresting people.
Every day, I write in my column today about a couple from Washington State.
The FBI investigated for 14 months.
They interrogated their coworkers.
They got a search warrant from AT&T to confirm their cell phone data from January 6th.
They scoured their social media accounts.
They went through hours of surveillance and body cam footage for what?
To charge them with four misdemeanors.
The four most common misdemeanors.
But you have FBI agents working on a joint terrorism task force.
We've investigated this couple who did nothing wrong.
They walked into open doors at 240 on January 6th.
The police were right there.
They took pictures in the rotunda where Capitol Police are photographed with them standing right there.
They chatted with D.C.
Metro Police, which they have body cam footage from the officer who Mr. Christensen spoke with.
Police escorted them out of the building, accompanied them.
Were they arrested?
No.
Were they told at any point, you're breaking the law?
No, because they're law-abiding citizens with no criminal record who would have skedaddled and taken others with them had they known.
This is what our FBI is doing.
And now you have Republicans who have empowered This ruthless, destructive DOJ and FBI to now spend the next year or so going after at least a thousand more Trump supporters to retaliate for their protesting Joe Biden's rigged election on January 6, 2021.
And you mentioned these misdemeanor charges of the 800 that have already been processed, and I think there's more than 100 still in prison.
I mean, you've been there, you've looked at the cases, you've been to the courtrooms.
What are the actual charges that were levied against these people?
So there's the parading in the Capitol, which is my personal favorite set.
If you were going to describe January 6th based on the criminal charges that have actually been levied against these people, it would be called a parade.
Because that is the low-level, petty offense, class B misdemeanor that is most often charged against January Sixers.
You have disorderly conduct.
You have trespassing at restricted grounds and in a restricted building.
These are the four main misdemeanors that the overwhelming majority of January Six Defendants face.
But at the same time, Seb, as you know, it is destroying their lives.
It is bankrupting people.
It is ruining marriages.
It is tearing apart families and communities.
Even when these people are charged with misdemeanors, you have headlines in local newspapers calling them part of the insurrection.
Well, they're faced with, as I said, parading charges.
But they are canceled by society.
And this is really going to be ramped up now in a very alarming fashion.
And you're going to see this today, Joe Biden commemorating the two-year anniversary, giving the Presidential Citizen Award.
To people who participated in the committee, who were part of this farce, this is part of their payoff.
Once again, lying about the events of that day, lying about the number of fatalities, especially law enforcement officers, and again condemning anyone who was involved as a domestic terrorist.
All right, she has been a warrior for the truth.

Some of the next things I'm going to ask you to recount is somebody who's followed the cases, gone to the courts.
Our listeners will not believe.
So I'm going to ask you, as a witness to them, to recount what you have seen the January 6th defendants be forced to say, what their defenders, their attorneys, have forced them to say, which are political statements which could be ripped out of the history of the the Red Guard in Maoist China or any show trial behind the Iron Curtain.
So give us some of the totally anti-American, not un-American, anti-American things that are happening in courts just a couple of miles from this studio, Julie.
So I've said repeatedly and SharePoint said if I do decide to write a follow-up book... There's no if!
There's no if about it, Julie Kelly.
We need you to do that.
Well, one of the primary reasons why I would undertake that task is to call out the real villains in all of this, and those are the judges who sit on the D.C.
District Court, regardless of who appointed them.
And I'm talking about Trump appointees, Obama, Clinton, all the way down to Reagan, as I said, Tom Hogan, who have acted as nothing more than a rubber stamp for this vengeful prosecution by Joe Biden's Department of Justice, holding people behind bars as they delay their trials, denying them bail, simply because they all consider these people, not even dissidents they'd be treated better, but domestic terrorists.
So what's happened is for a lot of these people desperate to move on with their lives.
is basically apologizing to the court, in some cases writing letters, acknowledging what some public defenders have asked for, acknowledging their white privilege, condemning the systemic racism of America, saying they were duped by Donald Trump, by social media, by anyone saying that the election was stolen or rigged.
You had in one case I talk about in my book, One defendant who went to jail for eight months after pleading guilty to obstruction, he declared to the court, I believe that Joe Biden is the legitimately elected president of the United States.
You have the chief judge, Beryl Howell, routinely berating.
You'll remember Beryl Howell, who also oversaw the special counsel Robert Mueller witch hunt.
She's a flagrant, brazen, partisan, Democrat partisan.
Yet she's the chief judge routinely asking people why they went on January 6th.
Why did you listen to that person?
Why did you follow that elected official and do what he asked you to do?
I'll tell you what I just saw today, Seb, is Judge Reggie Walton asking a defendant who, again, was charged with misdemeanors, what exactly did Donald Trump do as president that you thought was so great?
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
Who asked that of a defendant?
Judge Reggie Walton.
A judge?
A judge asked a defendant?
This week.
What did you think that Donald Trump did?
And I will post this on Twitter on January 6th.
What did you think that Donald Trump did that was so great as president?
And these defendants, they're fighting for their lives regardless of what they're charged with.
Instead of saying, I don't have to tell you anything about my political beliefs or what I think about Donald Trump.
What are we, North Korea?
Are we the Soviet Union?
Can you just give us some more names of these judges?
Let's have a rogues gallery.
Give us some of these names.
Give us some more names, Julie.
Well, Beryl Howell is the chief judge.
She's the one in charge of this farce that's happening.
You have Judge Ahmet Meyda, an Obama appointee who also is on the FISA court, alarmingly, who declared in a civil suit Members of the Oath Keepers guilty in a civil suit, basically, and for going along with Donald Trump.
He then oversaw their criminal trial, if you can believe it, and will continue to, because there's more than one trial.
You have Judge Trevor McFadden, a Trump appointee, who has held nonviolent Trump supporters, denied them bail, held them under pretrial detention.
The same with Judge Tim Kelly, who has held members of the Proud Boys, who, again, not charged with any violent crime, Held them behind bars for two years.
They are just now in a jury selection process.
We'll talk about some of the prisoners as well, but we need to get the names of those judges on the record.
We're talking to Julie Kelly.
The book is January 6.
Follow her at julie-kelly2 and her writings at amgreatness.com.
So I need an update from you, Julie.
I need to know roughly how many prisoners are still behind bars.
How many are waiting for their trial to progress?
And talk to us.
Just give us some of the most shocking things we have witnessed in terms of the conditions in which they are kept, Julie.
Well, Seb, the number is a lot more fluid, as you can imagine, than it was, say, a year ago.
Because you have people who were held in pretrial detention who then faced trial or submitted to plea agreements.
And so whatever pretrial detention that they were in now is part of their sentence for a conviction or a plea deal.
So the numbers are not—they're A lot fuzzier than they were at the beginning, because the trials and plea deals really started early last year.
But as I said, you're still having people being arrested and charged, including for the obstruction felony.
And so I don't have really an update.
It's hard to segregate who's there under pretrial, who's there for convictions or plea deals.
But you do have men who spent, as I just said, two years.
You'll have some who will be over two years as their trials move into this year, as their trials have been delayed by these same judges I've been talking about.
And so they are political prisoners.
And the question is, why?
Well, they're political prisoners because they have been treated far differently by this justice system, especially in our nation's capital, than any other political protesters.
So, So, I will assume we'll have a lot more detainees to talk about as the prosecution and the arrests continue this year.
So, I will try to segregate those versus people now are serving out part of a sentence for conviction or plea.
You know, it was interesting, Seb, in one of the transcripts from January 6th committee that I was reading, you had an investigator confront this FBI official, David Bowdich, who I was talking about.
And she really wanted to push on the 2020 riots and the fact that she believed law enforcement treated 2020 rioters in D.C., in Lafayette Park, as you remember, Seb, what happened there, threatening, causing the lockdown of the White House.
Looting, arson, vandalism, attacks against federal law enforcement, far worse than what we saw on January 6th.
And she wanted David Bowdich to say, well, yes, they were treated differently.
Well, he didn't.
And, to his credit, said, what we saw in 2020 was far worse.
It's apples and oranges, what you're comparing to.
But what it highlighted to me was this belief In Washington, the people, the Black Lives Matter, George Floyd rioters, especially that caused the lockdown of the White House, were somehow treated far harshly in January 6th.
That simply is not the case.
You would not find one rioter, Lafayette Square rioter, who assaulted federal police, and we're talking Park Police, we're talking Secret Service, who were attacked.
You won't find one who spent a month, a year, Eighteen months, two years in pretrial detention for assaulting law enforcement, like you have dozens of January 6th protesters with the same charges.
All right, let's put names to faces.
Let's put them on the record.
We've been talking to January 6th family members.
Let's talk about the political aspect of this.
There are hundreds of people with the name R after their name on Capitol Hill, but only a handful of them have even spoken up about the plight of these political prisoners.
Will you tell us who the good guys are who actually care about equal justice and lady justice being blindfolded?
Who are the people who actually took time, like my friend Troy Nels, to go to the prison in DC this week?
Well, obviously the two stand out are Marjorie Taylor Greene and Louie Gohmert, who unfortunately is not returning to Congress.
They actually muscled their way in, as you know, Seb, into the D.C.
jail, where these detainees were being held in mostly solitary confinement conditions and abused by D.C.
jail personnel, officials and guards.
So they went there, they wrote an extensive report about not just what was happening with January Sixers, but with everyone who was in this horrific DC jail system.
So I would set them aside.
I would say Matt Gaetz, Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, to your point, Troy Nels.
I hate lists because I'm afraid I'm going to leave somebody out.
But suffice to say, it has been a very small group, and it certainly does not include anyone in Republican leadership.
And so hopefully that will change as these prosecutions continue.
And this witch hunt, this massive manhunt accelerates in 2023.
We need to get more voices.
They can't be the only ones, you know, less than a dozen who are speaking out.
And you can disagree with some of the activities or actions, but you are duty bound to protect the constitutional rights of American citizens.
We're talking 1A, 4A, 6A, 8A, flagrant violations of Americans' civil constitutional rights.
And the fact that you have Republicans who can't confront that, who won't confront that, who won't- Let me just play here the depth of the corruption in the swamp.
This is the man who is not mentioned in the January 6th committee report.
This is the current director of the FBI, who's lying about the plight of these prisoners.
Cut three.
Has there been any insurrection charges?
I don't believe so, but again, there have been close to 500 cases, but I don't believe so.
People have been held in jail since their arrest.
On trespassing charges or minor charges, are they held in jail without due process?
I don't believe anybody has been denied due process, sir.
Congressman Gibbs asking the Director of the FBI, has anybody been withheld due process?
And he lied right there, right?
He said nobody has, correct?
Of course, of course he's lying.
Because his lips are moving and it's Christopher Wray, so he's lying.
It's just astonishing to see him get away with that again, but I do applaud any congressman who confronts him about due process.
But hang on, but your point, your broader point, I want to emphasize is so well taken that not only is it just a handful of congressmen and women who did anything, There's nobody from leadership.
I mean, where is, you know, the former whip?
Where is Steve Scalise?
Where is the man who's the ranking member of the former Congress on the Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan?
Guys, where are you?
This is a black spot.
A deep, deep dishonorable mark on the Republican Party, because irrespective of what crime you've been charged with, you have constitutional rights.
We're talking to Julie Kelly.
Follow her on Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly 2.
Also, the articles are amgreatness, and the book is January 6.
We are coming to you from just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous swamp that is Washington, D.C., from the relieffactor.com studios.
All right, sadly I know we will be continuing this discussion with you, Julie, especially if the reports of impending FBI arrests of more January 6th accused are correct.
But let me ask you a strategic question.
Given that this city, forget, I mean not forget, but on top of The existence of the Deep State, a corrupt FBI, corrupt DOJ, weak, corrupt judges and public defenders.
Add to that the fact that this city voted 94% for Democrats for the last however many elections.
Isn't it fair to say at this point, if you're a known Republican, a conservative, and you're accused of anything that is remotely associated with politics, there is no way on God's green earth that you can get a fair trial in this city, Julie.
It's absolutely true.
This is why shame on these judges, because, Seb, every single change of venue motion has been denied universally by these judges.
They know that these people can't get a fair trial.
They don't want them to get a fair trial, even though they insist that the people who live in Washington, D.C., can be fair and impartial.
Well, now we have close to 20 trials.
DOJ has a near unanimous A record of success before January 6 juries, before D.C.
juries.
Almost every count on every defendant in record time, these juries come back with all guilty verdicts.
In fact, one juror joked that it took longer to order lunch than it did to determine that a particular defendant was guilty.
Another reporter, Seb, said how hard it was to follow these jury trials, because, by the time they filed their story on closing arguments, The jury was coming back with a verdict.
Well, guess what the verdict usually was?
Guilty.
The only people, I mean, you had a DC jury convict two men of seditious conspiracy.
No American has ever been convicted of that charge, but a DC jury returned guilty verdicts for two men.
Now you have members of the provoids who face that same charge.
And so all of these trials should immediately be moved out of D.C.
They won't.
What can Republicans do?
They do have limited options.
The only one they have is the power, really, is the power of the purse to the extent that it exists.
Talking of money, she's reporting.
God bless Chris Buskirk for giving her the platform.
But there's the so what question.
What can you do about it?
You can help these families.
You can even adopt one of these families.
Give them financial support.
Right now, the patriotfreedomproject.com.
My colleague, Dinesh D'Souza, I think right at the beginning, he donated $100,000 or $200,000.
I mean, God bless Dinesh D'Souza.
If it's just $10, There's one wife I've had on the show, on my Newsmax show, who was without her husband for 20 months, looking after two small children.
So please, go right now.
