If you want to drain the swamp, you cannot put the biggest alligator in charge of the you cannot put the biggest alligator in charge of the I'm a Florida man and I know of what I speak.
We offered Kevin McCarthy terms last evening that he rejected.
We sought a vote in the first quarter of the 118th Congress on term limits.
He refused.
We wanted a budget from the Republican Study Committee that balances on the floor in the first quarter.
He refused.
We wanted the border plan that the Texas delegation put together on the floor.
He refused.
He's just asking for votes.
He's not even demanding those things happen.
That's Matt Gaetz, who I think is the architect of the chaos on Capitol Hill.
And I have to say, I like it.
He is up to the eighth vote.
Kevin McCarthy.
How many times is he going to fail?
As my good friend Amanda Milius told me earlier today, and I tweeted it out with full credit to Amanda, at least Kevin McCarthy can now claim that he's lost as many elections as the chairwoman of the RNC, Rona Romney McDaniel.
I want to hear from you today.
I want you to tell me whether you're disappointed or whether you're pleased.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
Welcome.
Greetings, dear friends.
833-334-6752.
Mr. G, let's go straight to the team.
Mr. G, do you think most Americans would even notice if Congress didn't actually function for the next six months?
No, what's the big deal?
What do they usually work about three weeks and three months in the summer?
Nobody has anything to say about it then.
So we're two days late, but what if this went on for six months?
Would anybody who actually has a real job know?
Well, everything they do is usually bad anyway, so nothing really bad matters.
Right!
Alright, where do you think, where do you stand on this, Eric?
Are you a fan of the, you're having issues with the 20, weren't you?
Saying that it doesn't look like they have a candidate?
Is that what you were saying offline?
I was thinking, of course, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert was fantastic in that interview with Hannity, but he did keep asking her, Who do you want?
Who is your alternative?
Is it Scalise?
Is it Jordan?
Who is it?
And she wouldn't answer the question, which isn't great from a perspective of strategy, but I do still think the longer this goes on, the better.
Like Jeff said, nobody even notices.
No one would notice.
And that's what they fear the most, is when the American people realize how useless they are.
Right, right.
And is it about getting another candidate?
Or is it sending a message to the rhinos?
And is it about getting concessions from the rhinos to stop them from doing bad things?
Alex, you're the newest member to The Swamp.
How do you react to the events of just the last 48 hours?
I like the idea of sending a message.
Nicely.
Enough said.
Enough said.
I like the idea of sending a message.
Well put.
All right.
Well, let's hear Lauren Boebert.
She was on my buddy Dan Bongino's show about an hour ago.
Gave a great, great interview.
She actually said that Kevin McCarthy isn't even negotiating with the 20.
He's sending minions to individual ones.
He doesn't have the testicular fortitude to actually negotiate with the people who have the power to stop him.
Sean Hannity, an ex-friend of mine, he's come out of the closet.
Not so much of a conservative.
Here he is last night with Lauren Bobert.
Play cut.
So if you only have 30 people supporting you... We are going to get this right and we are going to get the right speaker shot.
If you only have 30 to be clear, you will not withdraw.
30 is going to be a beautiful number to raise.
But you're telling Kevin McCarthy and the 203 people that support him to withdraw because they don't have 218.
That's what you're saying.
Look, it's obvious by tonight's motion to adjourn that Kevin McCarthy and his supporters are already getting voter fatigue.
I asked you a simple question, Congresswoman.
I feel like I'm getting a liberal answer from a liberal.
I'm not going to support Kevin McCarthy, Sean.
Why are you defending the RINOs?
I mean, it's a very simple question.
Somebody posited it in an interview.
I can't remember who it was.
Maybe it was Gates.
Is Kevin McCarthy the right man for the job?
Is he the best man for the job?
Should he have the job at all?
And if he isn't, but they don't have 218 on the other side, well, force him into a corner!
Until they get a vote on, oh, I don't know, term limits, or putting Freedom Caucus patriots on as many committees as possible.
They want to have at least four seats on the key committees.
I think that's a plan, even if you don't have a candidate.
You're getting concessions that are pro-American, pro-the-voter.
But of course, snakes fake conservatives like Trey Gowdy.
I watched this clip just a few moments ago, and I'm trying to ask myself, how does Trey Gowdy even think This looks good!
Because you're revealing yourself, you're unveiling yourself for the swarm creature that I know you are, but now everybody else knows it as well.
Jeff described this clip with a phrase I can't use on radio, but it's a rather good phrase.
Judge for yourself.
Cut four!
You're never going to get some of these people, Sean, I mean, they live to be in opposition to Republicans.
But people watching your show need to call and say, you know what?
I didn't work my tail off in November to watch y'all look like a clown show on national television.
So y'all get behind Kevin.
You got your motion to vacate.
As it relates to President Trump, they love him when they need a pardon.
They love him when they need attention, but when he says Kevin's my person, all of a sudden they know better.
I mean, they know better than the Republican conference.
Kevin got 85% of the vote in the primary, and yet they know better.
Yeah, how about the idea that we didn't work our tails off in the midterms to have Kevin McCarthy as speaker?
How about that idea, Mr. Benghazi Failure?
My gosh, the call board has lit up absolutely full.
Let's start with the ladies.
Let's go to Brenda in Dallas.
Happy Thursday, Brenda.
Oh, hi.
Hey.
Sebastian, nice to talk to you.
All right, you've got to turn off your radio, Brenda.
Okay, hold on.
Okay, first of all, I just want to say that I was somebody that was on the recent Stand With Israel tour and it was wonderful.
You guys were wonderful.
What part did you like the best, Brenda?
Probably Jerusalem and the tomb where we took communion and you guys You and Dinesh just hit it out of the ballpark.
That's too kind, Brenda.
You are very, very kind.
You can join us if you miss the tour 2024.
We're going back.
All right, Brenda, give us your take on what we're witnessing in the swamp in the last two days.
Yeah, I'm all for it.
You know, I've never been more excited about Republican politics than I am right now.
Because I just think that we have to dig our heels in.
And we have to get some power.
And I think these 20 people are...
That's what they're doing, is they're wielding leverage.
You know, I am so excited myself.
I think this is fun.
I think this is the revenge of the American people on the swamp, and I'm fine with it.
Stay on the line.
Let's give you a signed copy of Defeating Jihad since you were with me in Jerusalem.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
Let's go to Sandy in Arizona.
Sandy, hi.
Hello!
Hey!
I am very happy to speak with you.
All right, well, you've only got a minute, so tell us what you think, Sandy.
It won't take a minute.
I agree with you.
I am very, very grateful for what those 20 representatives... I live in Arizona, and we have three representatives standing up, and that is so awesome.
I support them so much.
And Representative Sparks, if $90 billion is not enough for the Ukraine, she needs to vote and stand up for the people of Indiana who voted for her and stop that no, I'm just present bullying.
I am disappointed.
I have to see, I have to watch the video from yesterday.
She gave some explanation on why she voted present, which is a kind of a cop out for me.
So Victoria Sparks is a friend of the show.
We're a little bit disappointed.
We should reach out to her, but thank you for your wonderful opening calls.
We really do that in the opening segment, but it's a special day.
It's a fun day.
Politics is fun again.
Remember that?

All right, Brenda, did we get Brenda's address?
Jeff's getting right on it.
So apparently in the 8th ballot, some congressman from Oklahoma named Kevin Hearn got two votes.
What?
Never heard of this guy before.
What were the final tallies?
17 for Donald, 1 for Trump.
That was from Gates again.
And then Boebert and Brechin voted for this guy, Hearn.
Hearn comes into the studio in the mornings sometimes.
Kevin Hearn?
Why?
To be on Larry's show.
Oh, interesting.
Alright, remind Jeff to take one.
Oh, and it's boil is up.
Is he connected yet, Alex, or not yet?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
Hey Matt.
Are you having fun, buddy?
Very much so.
But I don't think this is going to end very well.
Why?
So, look, the way I see it is it's either – first off, the conservatives have made a great deal, right?
So it appears, based off what we're hearing here, the deal that they've got with McCarthy, and they're hammering out the final dot in the I's and T's and whatever with regard to a few different committee assignments.
But it looks like it's going to be a big step in the right direction if they get it.
And if they get it, they should vote for him, right?
Right.
But at the same time, if they push McCarthy out, I don't know if anybody else can get 218 votes on the Republican side.
And then what could happen here – No, but that's not the point.
That's not the point.
Right, but what could happen here is, and this is very real, Democrats are openly talking about it right now.
Everybody from AOC to Marcy Kaptur to Pete Aguiar to several other ones.
Ro Khanna's out there talking about it.
What they want to do is create what they call a coalition government or a unity government.
I call it the doomsday scenario.
No, it's very real, Dr. G. It's very real.
100% real.
No, no, no.
You're on drugs.
You're smoking under my track.
No, no, no.
There's 212 Democrats.
There is no Republican.
Dr. G, I wrote about this in November.
No, no, no.
Stop.
There's no Republican who would survive.
Yes, there are.
There are 35 of them that voted for the January 6th committee, Dr. G. Stop.
Who would survive becoming Speaker with Democrats voting for them.
They would be crucified.
That doesn't matter.
That doesn't matter.
They would be crucified by their constituents.
Never happening.
I guarantee you.
Right now.
I guarantee you.
Never, ever happening.
He had Biden infrastructure bill.
30 of them voted for amnesty.
Never happening.
I guarantee you right now.
I guarantee you.
It's very real.
Never, ever happening.
It just happened in Ohio, in the state house.
That doesn't matter.
We're talking about national politics.
It is a very real threat.
Not happening.
Not happening.
If Kevin doesn't get there, that's likely how this ends.
No way!
Absolutely no way.
We can discuss online.
Hang on.
What have you been writing?
Have you got more Trump pieces?
I did a few more.
We talked about social security and stuff.
I've obviously been covering this, the speaker election.
Right.
So, very closely.
So, but, and by the way, I do think they're close to a deal.
So, I think they're close to a deal with McCarthy and I think they're gonna get there.
So, we'll see.
But, it's looking very positive.
So, with regard to that respect.
So, what we're hearing out of those talks is very good.
Right.
Come in with cut 13, then I'll do merch and then I'll go straight to Matt.
They're doing a ninth vote now.
Ninth vote.
Why would you, when you do one, just not negotiate?
I know.
Nothing's gonna change in ten minutes.
I know nothing.
That's probably how a lot of us would categorize the Benghazi hearings that resulted in people screaming at each other in a big report but no real accountability.
I remember the Trey Gowdy who went on your network as a congressman and said that he'd reviewed what had gone on with the FBI and the Department of Justice and that they had done nothing wrong and that actually the American people would be happy.
of what they were looking at with President Trump.
We now, of course, know that to be false, and even Trey Gowdy has expressed regret about that.
So I don't exactly take a lot of armchair quarterbacking from someone who, during his time in Congress, wasn't among the fighters.
Oh, it's a real smackdown.
That's Matt Gaetz telling the truth about Trey Gowdy.
I've been warning you about Trey Gowdy for years now.
All right, so much to discuss.
Just got a very interesting text from Mar-a-Lago about the speakership.
I'll share that with you in the next segment with our special guest.
But stay on the line, everybody who's called in.
There's only one line left open.
Everybody wants to sign a sound off.
Jeff, Mark, Jerry, Mike, don't go anywhere.
There's one line open.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's celebrate the President's announcement that he's running again.
It is our MAGA Returns hat and t-shirt.
It's got the President Trump 2024.
MAGA is back.
Available now at the store, SebGorkerStore.com.
Hottest selling item is, of course, our jointly produced FBI t-shirt with Chris Plant.
The FBI.
Fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
And then you designed it.
You wanted it.
It is the Trump America First Challenge Coin.
With President Trump on one side, America first.
And my catchphrase, stay frosty on the other.
Everything made in America.
Go to SebGorkerStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
SebGorkerStore.com.
We've been having a right old...
Set to, in the break, a little disagreement, but that's okay amongst friends.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief for that juggernaut that is Breitbart.com.
Matt Boyle, happy Thursday.
Happy Thursday, Dr. G. What a day.
What a day.
Democracy at work.
I know!
Politics is fun again.
Politics is fun again.
And by the way, I think that, and I hope that, and I believe that they are close to a deal.
I know that they've been working on it all week.
I hope that conservatives are going to get a really good deal out of this, however it all shakes out.
And it looks like that is what's going to happen, based off what we're hearing from what McCarthy has agreed to with the conservative bloc that has been going against it.
Alright, so how many times does it go?
Because right now, what is it Jeff?
Is this vote number 8 or number 9?
This is number 9 that's starting right now.
Ted Lieu, little old Lieu, is talking.
How hilarious.
So vote number nine.
How many times can Kevin do this without completely flaming out?
Well, I think he's got 90% of the Republican conference and he hasn't lost a single vote in five straight ballots.
But that doesn't matter.
You can't do that 300 times.
If they're going to stick with him, they will.
So, like, he's gonna stay with it as long as he can, and he's gonna negotiate the deal with these other guys, but here's the thing.
It's not Kevin McCarthy's choice to keep voting, right?
Like, it's the- they either have to vote again on the speakership election, or they have to vote to adjourn.
Right.
And so, they don't have a choice, uh, until they elect a speaker.
Those are the only two options they have.
Um, so, it's not his choice to keep voting, they just don't have the votes to adjourn right now, because- Well, it is his choice, because he can withdraw himself.
Technically speaking, he could do that, but I don't see why he would do that when he has 91% of the public economy.
Okay, you've got to stop here for a second.
I want to give my friend Matt Boyle a cold shower.
You cannot survive in politics if you do this 300 times.
We can't be doing this in July and Kevin McCarthy hasn't stepped down.
You know that's a fact, right?
Well, yeah, but again, here's the thing.
The fact is that the things that the people who have been holding out against him so far have been asking for, they're getting them all.
They got a one-member motion to vacate the chair.
That is agreed to.
They got it if they vote for McCarthy.
They want members on the Rules Committee.
They want full members.
They want four.
McCarthy's agreed to give them two.
They had zero before.
That's a pretty good compromise.
Two members on the Rules Committee out of... There's 13 total, seven Republicans, so two out of five.
They're gonna get 40% of the Rules Committee for 10% of the conference, by the way.
That's a really good compromise.
That's a really good compromise.
That's a really big thing.
They're working out the agreements right now on the percentages of members on the Appropriations Committee and the other committees, right?
That's what they're negotiating right now.
So they've gotten their agreement.
They're going to get a vote on term limits.
They're going to get a vote on the border plan that Congressman Perry and Congresswoman Boebert have talked about.
They're going to get a vote on all the things they've asked for.
So they have gotten literally every single thing they've asked for, and now they're dotting the i's and crossing the t's, and they're putting it all in writing, and they're developing it into a rules plan, and that's what's going on behind the scenes right now.
That's what all these members are talking about.
That's what they're hashing out.
And if they get there, the question will become, will the conservatives take the win?
Right?
Because if they get everything they asked for, that's a win, right?
So here's my challenge to you.
About an hour ago, an hour and a half ago, I was listening to Lauren Bobert.
I've been texting her.
She gave an interview on my buddy Dan Bongino's show.
And Lauren Bobert, and this is where you have to decide, are you going to call her a liar?
She said, Kevin McCarthy isn't even negotiating with us.
He's not even talking to people like me.
So what's the truth here, Matt?
Is Kevin McCarthy acting in good faith or not?
Oh no, he absolutely is acting in good faith.
You're watching it play out on the floor right now.
He's going around and talking to all these members.
But if Lauren Boebert is saying he's not even talking to me, then we have... Lauren Boebert has said that she will never vote for McCarthy.
So I don't see how you can negotiate with somebody like that.
These other members are saying they are open to voting for McCarthy with the right system.
Chip Roy, Dan Bishop, The other one, Scott Perry that I just mentioned.
Several of the other ones.
Andy Ogles.
I think that a lot of these other ones are very open to voting for Kevin McCarthy with the right system in place.
They say they want to change the rules of the House and that they are open to doing that and that this isn't personal.
In the case of Lauren Boebert, it appears to be personal.
In the case of Matt Gaetz, it appears to be personal.
Both of them say they're never going to do it.
What about the chances of somebody like a Scalise man?
I think Scalise would run into many of the same problems that you're seeing with McCarthy, and he'd probably start off further back.
And therein lies the problem.
So if you throw away McCarthy and you don't go with that, then you go to Scalise and the same thing happens, and then you go to somebody else and the same thing happens, and this keeps happening.
That's when...
And this is what Democrats are openly talking, this is what we were arguing about during the break, and I know you disagree with me, but again, there are several key Democrats from across their conference, and these are serious members, not just AOC, who's a joker, but like serious Democrats.
Ro Khanna, who was the chairman of the Bernie Sanders campaign, is talking about this, and the chairman of the Progressive Caucus.
You have Marcy Kaptur, who's a longtime Ohio moderate Democrat, talking about this.
You have Pete Aguiar, who is the Democrat conference chair.
He's the guy who was nominating Hakeem Jeffries on all the ballots on the first two days.
There are several other Democrats.
Their former Rules Committee chairman, Jim McGovern from Massachusetts, is openly talking about this, about doing what they call a coalition government.
In America, you cannot have a coalition government in America.
These people are on crack.
It's not going to happen.
The Democrats are talking about it.
I don't care about the Democrats.
The Democrats are on crack already.
We know that.
They have 212 votes and all they need are 6 Republicans.
Stop Matt.
Stop Matt.
This isn't Italy.
Dr. G, can you hear me?
This isn't Italy.
We don't have coalition governments.
All they need are 6 Republicans.
There are 35 who voted to impeach Donald Trump.
They voted for the January 6th committee.
There are 12 who voted... Stop.
Matt, stop.
Again, the math is there.
The math is there.
They can make this deal happen.
There are Republicans talking about it right now.
Don Bacon is talking about it.
Put him down.
I need to make this point.
You can't have coalition governments In America.
It doesn't work.
And for one very simple reason.
A Republican speaker would never survive if he became speaker with Democrat votes.
Put him up again.
Alright.
Dr. Gorka, I wish you were right.
I wish you were right.
Stay on the line and we shall continue.
I wish you were right.
Stay on the line.
I wish you were right.
I wish you were right.
No, no, just answer me the question.
When did we last have a coalition government in America, like in Italy?
I don't think we ever have.
Bingo.
Thank you.
I don't think we ever have.
However, we're in this weird, really weird situation right now.
But just because a Democrat says something doesn't make it true.
But Dr. G, again, a dozen Republicans voted for the infrastructure bill.
If you want to just keep cutting me off and not listen to the case about this, this is very real.
You gotta let me talk.
You gotta let me talk as well, dude.
That's why.
A dozen Republicans voted for the infrastructure bill.
35 of them voted for the January 6th committee.
Okay, so you live in politics.
The true impeachment Republicans are there.
You live in politics.
Like me, you eat, drink, and sleep politics.
You can't look at it like that.
You've got to look at it from the point of view of the average plumber, farmer, car mechanic in America, okay?
Who doesn't follow bills and doesn't look at who voted for which committee, okay?
No average American does that because they're not sickos like we are.
But they know, they will know, if somebody is a quote-unquote Republican speaker who got votes from Democrats and that would never ever be forgiven by average Americans.
30 of them just voted last week for an amnesty plan!
They don't care!
You're not listening.
You're not listening.
Okay, we've spent the last ten years talking about how these establishment Republicans are goons and they'll make deals with the Democrats.
Who's to say they won't make the ultimate deal with the Democrats?
But I'm not talking about them.
Listen to what I'm saying.
I'm talking about how America would look at that.
You would be crucified.
Crucified.
End of story.
But they'll last for two years.
No way.
No way.
There'll be riots on the street of whoever, whichever, you know, part of America they came from.
You can't do anything about it until two years from now.
When the next election is.
They're not suicidal.
All they need is six.
You can't find me six establishment Republicans in the House to sell us out.
You're missing the point.
You're missing the point.
It's not finding the votes.
Of course they'd love to do that.
You will not find anyone, anyone, not even a Mitt Romney type rhino, who is prepared to be a leader, a national leader, with votes from the other party.
It would be death, instant death.
I don't disagree with you, but I think they'll do it.
So, I think they'll do it.
Alright, standby.
I gotta share with you what I heard from Mar-a-Lago just about 30 minutes ago.
Okay, very good.
What did Mar-a-Lago say?
I can't give names out, but I'll just read the headline and then I'll tell you where I got it from, alright?
Okay.
And then you get to comment on it.
Okay.
All right, fun.
One minute.
Who's this guy talking now?
I don't recognize him.
The one on the house floor?
That's Rosendale from Montana.
He looks very agitated.
Is he promo coffee?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Impeachment and conviction of fake news.
America first.
Wow!
I'm having so much fun with my buddy Matt Boyle.
An energetic discussion amongst those who are on the same team.
But, you know, we can have a little bit of fun now and again.
Jeff, does this make for good radio?
Because we don't rehearse any of this, right?
You didn't tell Matt to do this, did you?
No, I love it.
And I'm enjoying the drama.
Drama on radio and in the house.
We respectfully disagree.
It's fun.
All right, Dr. G, I will always love you, right?
Like, nothing personal.
The bromance is strong here.
All right, the call board is absolutely full.
Jeff, Mark, Jerry, Mike, Antoinette, don't go anywhere.
It is Thursday.
We have to talk to Antoinette.
But I got some news from Mar-a-Lago I've got to share.
I've got to get Matt's take on it.
But first things first, what if this vote lasts for a few months?
Are you going to be okay at home?
Are you going to have enough to feed your family?
Do you want to beat inflation?
We are so delighted to announce that MyPatriotSupply is back.
Yes, the biggest, the best company in America for emergency food preparedness.
Their rations last for 25 years.
Delicious, more than 2,000 calories a day.
If you use my link, preparewithgawker.com, you'll get $250 off a three-month supply.
Never be in a position... You don't know what the left's going to do!
Matt could be right, okay?
You know what they're gonna do?
So be prepared.
Never be the husband, the father, who can't feed his family.
I've got months worth of supply.
I will never be in a position to say, sorry kids, I can't feed you today.
Prepare with Gawker.com.
Prepare with Gawker.com.
All right, Matt, I've got to read this to you.
This, I can't, I don't have permission, but somebody Very close to the president sent me this from Mar-a-Lago and it's an article and it's from Gateway Pundit who are not always reliable but this comes straight from Mar-a-Lago.
Huge!
Steve Bannon also calls for President Trump to be speaker.
Here's the buried lead, Matt.
Reliable source says President Trump would do it.
Your comments, Matt Boyle.
Again, we're in uncharted water territory here.
There's never been a Speaker of the House that's not been a member of the House, a current member of the House.
Is it theoretically possible?
Sure.
Would all 222 or at least 218 Republicans vote for President Trump?
22 or at least 218 Republicans vote for President Trump?
Maybe, I don't think so though.
Like, again, there are a lot of establishment Republicans in that conference in the House that aren't on board with President Trump and his agenda.
I've always said from the beginning this is a no-go because, you know, if you've been president, you can't, you know, demote yourself to speak, and especially after he announced his candidacy just a couple of months ago.
It doesn't make sense, but this is from a very, very close source.
I do think President Trump could help these negotiations along.
In a big way, and I think it would be really smart for him to go to DC and go talk to the members and go meet with them in the Capitol, right?
Like, he should go hold court in the Speaker's office with Kevin McCarthy and try to figure out an answer to this.
Now, you know the stakes better than anyone else and the behind-the-scenes machinations.
I love this idea.
If President Trump got involved, what should he be suggesting to either side?
What could be the thing that kind of cuts the Gordian knot?
Well, look, he's the eye of the deal guy, right?
So he's got to figure out what the two sides are really after.
And that's been a really hard thing for us to do over the course of this, right?
So those of us who are not members in these member-member discussions, we're only getting drips and drabs of stuff that comes out to the media and some of the stuff that they say and whatever, as for what each side wants and what each side is okay with.
So I think you really got to, you know, President Trump could step in and almost be a mediator.
What do you think?
the two sides.
And that would be a really cool thing that hopefully we get to a really good outcome.
But again, what we're hearing right now about the contours of a deal that seems to be coming together seems very strong, Dr. G, right?
Like it seems very strong for conservatives.
So what do you think, like another day?
Maybe.
Like maybe as soon as tonight you have the contours of a deal.
Now, the other thing is that the Republicans, unlike the Democrats, they give themselves 72 hours.
This is one of the rules, right?
That they need 72 hours to read the deal.
And the deal will be written in writing, by the way.
It will be in the rules committee package that they release.
So then, when they release the rules and they say they have a deal, then they'll have 72 hours, right?
Like, to read the deal, consider it, talk to people about it.
Think about it, et cetera.
And I would imagine that, you know, you're probably looking at perhaps a deal announced at the earliest maybe tonight, but maybe tomorrow or the next day.
And then a maybe early next week type of a deal for the actual vote.
All right.
Far too much fun.
Stay on the line.
I've got to ask you a question in the break.
My dear friend Matt Boyle.
He's back on social media, but of course it's on President Trump's platform.
You've got to follow him at Real Matt Boyle.
At Real Matt Boyle.
Washington bureau chief.
For the juggernaut, the conservative news website, like none other, Breitbart.com.
Your call's next here.
The call board is lit up, guys.
I can't wait to get your take.
We are broadcasting to you live from the relieffactor.com studios just outside the insalubrious, fetid, rank, malodorous swamp that is Washington, D.C.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, do what I did.
More than wow.
Is that crazy?
Four years ago!
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com and you could be the next Debran from Massachusetts.
This is her story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you, Relief Factor.
Just those words, my hip pain is gone, should be reason enough.
Whether it's your back, your shoulder, your knees, whatever it is.
You deserve to know.
Don't wait any longer.
Order today.
Call 800-500-8384 or just go to relieffactor.com.
Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of the three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
$19.95 translates to less than a dollar a day.
What can you get for less than a dollar a day?
Nothing!
Well, except potentially liberated from your daily pain.
You know it makes sense.
Do it today.
Don't wait any longer.
800-500-8384.

800-500-8384. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com.
Can you kill them, Mike? Mike?
Can you kill them, Mike?
Can you kill them, Mike?
Thank you.
Spicy.
Very spicy.
It's good to address because that's the scare tactic going around.
Yes!
It is!
And it's rubbish.
The thing too is that imagine a handful of Republicans vote for like Jeffries, right?
They would be hated by literally everyone.
You know, some Republicans like McCarthy and others will tolerate those who voted for impeachment.
They'll tolerate those who voted for J6.
None of them would tolerate someone who voted to put a Demo at his feet.
Or if a Republican was elected with Democrat votes.
What they would do is they would leak it for real with the actual names and then do another vote.
So the 20 would flip back because that would still be a better alternative.
Right.
Title for that, super spicy.
Fireworks on America First.
Yeah, this is the word spicy.
Things get spicy on America First.
Oh, Kevin McCarthy, colon.
No, Speakers Race, colon.
Things get spicy on America First.
Things get spicy on America First.
Yep.
Third ballot right now, and presuming he fails this one.
That surpasses the last time this happened, 1923, which took exactly nine ballots to decide that race.
Records being broken here, chat.
Oh, oh, what's she saying?
Oh, how many viewers?
Uh, almost 1,900.
People are excited.
Give me some rumble comments.
Let me see.
Let's look.
There's still a lot of disagreement.
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
That was fun.
You know what's fun?
Being healthy.
That's fun as well.
Especially if you could lose a little weight.
I lost 42 pounds with the amazing team.
Dr. Ashley Lucas is my PhD weight loss.
Yeah, there, that's me.
That's what I look like now.
If you've put on a few pounds that you can't shed, this is the first diet in 20 years that worked for me.
My wife is ecstatic.
She lost 36 pounds.
Every day she's over the moon.
You could be too!
If I could do it, anyone can.
I like my chocolate.
864-644-1900 or myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
Right now, Lauren Boebert has nominated Kevin Hearn as speaker.
Eric, who's that?
I'm stumped, man.
I don't even know who that is.
Hey, Dr. Gorka, thanks for having me on.
Left field or what?
All right, let's go straight to your calls.
Who's been waiting the longest?
Let's go to Jeff in Arizona.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for having me on.
Yeah.
Comment, question.
Let's get to it.
We've got a lot of callers.
Come on.
Well, you know what?
We, the people, stand behind the 20 that are holding out because that's what we feel like.
Kevin McCarthy's part of the swamp.
He needs to step down.
That's the only way this is going to happen.
If he humbles out, steps down, and lets somebody else take the reins.
And I like what Matt was saying as well, as far as I was telling my wife last night, President Trump should fly down to D.C.
and hash it out, and that would set a great precedent for him if they came out and he was able to strike a deal with them and work it out.
That's what we would love to see.
I love it.
I love it.
Great call.
Thank you, Jeff.
Good energy.
Let's go to Mark in Malibu.
Hey, Mark.
Yeah, I apologize for being in Malibu.
Yeah, that's a real hardship post, that one.
Yeah, I'm hiding under the stairs as I make this call.
So anyway, you know, I'm old enough to remember Trent Lott wanting to share power with the Democrats.
You may remember that.
You can look it up.
I'm old enough to remember John Boehner doing the same kind of thing, selling us down the river.
And certainly Paul Lott.
He never represented us.
Jeff Boehner never represented us.
No, we've been sold down the river so many times.
I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football every single time.
That's it!
That's it!
You nailed it!
Republican voters are Charlie Brown and Lucy.
Always, you know, the speaker is Lucy.
You nailed it.
That is so good.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Mark a signed copy of The War for America.
So, dude, you are a genius.
It's enough Charlie Browns.
Now we have to be Snoopy or even Woodstock.
Woodstock is sneaky.
Let's go to Jerry in Arkansas, line 4.
Hello.
Hey!
Hey, this is Kerry.
Oh, sorry, Kerry.
Go ahead, Kerry.
That's okay.
I'm with Matt Gateson and Chip Royce and Lauren Borber or whatever.
I'm with them.
They represent the American middle class worker.
And we want to see somehow strapping Kevin or whoever's going to be there to the chains of making good decisions, not blowing our country away.
Yeah.
We really need to stay together.
And if we can't get rid of Kevin as a speaker, let's hold him tight to making the decisions that we want.
I love it.
I love it.
Put him on a very, very tight leash.
If it's going to be Kevin, he's got to know that no more swamp creature antics.
Great calls, guys.
Thank you, Kerry.
Let's go to Antoinette.
It must be Thursday!
Hey, Antoinette!
Hey, Dr. G. Are we having fun?
Are we having fun, Antoinette?
Too much fun!
Being the spicy Latina, I love the spicy radio.
It's perfect!
But we've been having a huge rainstorm here, so we were not out there today at Planned Parenthood.
But let me tell you, I have a small prayer, but I am behind those 20 that are riling it up in Congress because they have not supported All of us as Americans in this wonderful country of ours.
So here you go.
Life with God is not immunity from difficulties.
But peace while in difficulties.
What if God has chosen you and your family to live through a very difficult time in this history of ours?
Because He trusted you to be able to live a story of faith, to look to Him for hope, to comfort those who are longing to feel the loving arms of God wrapped around them.
Every experience God gives us, every person He puts us in our lives, It's perfect preparation for the future that only he can see.
So just understand, everyone, we love our country.
We're proud of those 20s.
And God bless America.
And God bless America first.
Did you write that?
A little bit.
I love that.
God bless you Antoinette.
You really, you brought your A-game today.
You bring it every day.
You brought your A-plus game today.
I love it.
God bless you Antoinette.
Stay safe out there and a full speedy recovery.
It's ladies hour.
Let's go to Deb St.
Paul, Minnesota, line two.
Dr. Gorka, first before I give you my little history lesson, I want to say I've been listening to you since the beginning.
I think you subbed for Dennis Prager one time?
Yes, that was my audition.
That was my audition, Deb.
Okay, and I heard you.
Why doesn't this man have his own show?
So I was very happy to tune in to you when you started.
My call is about, I've heard you a couple of times make comments about there's not a precedent for presidents.
Uh, stepping into Congress or some lesser office after they've been president.
And I just wanted to give you a little American history lesson.
No, no, no.
I never said there wasn't a precedent.
I never said that.
I said Donald Trump wouldn't do that.
Oh, I see.
I'm sorry.
But give the rest of our listeners your little history lesson, Deb.
Okay.
I believe there's two types of people in Washington.
Some are statesmen and some are politicians.
Politicians are serving themselves, but the statesmen love our country and are serving the country.
And John Quincy Adams was such a man.
After he got done being president, he went into service in Massachusetts Congress, and then he went back to the United States Congress, where he, after serving there for a number of years, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage On the floor of Congress and passed away two days later in the Speaker's chambers.
Yep, absolutely, absolutely.
I love your separation between statesmen and politicians.
You nailed it, Deb.
Lovely little compact history lesson.
Stay on the line.
Let's give her my most historic work, which is the Why We Fight book with stories of true American heroes.
You can get yours at sebgorkestore.com.
Nicely done, Deb.
And she's been with us from the beginning, even before the beginning, when I subbed for Dennis.
Wow, that is some record.
This is America First.
We're having so much fun.
Coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now, me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Yvonne from California.
This is Yvonne's story.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Pain-free?
Come on, guys.
You know that makes sense.
Find out today.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at reliefactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.

Could you print the latest one for me?
Yes.
Thanks.
Yeah, that was a comment from chat I was going to highlight.
Someone else mentioned John Q. Adams as well as one example.
Right, but that's not present.
How about when Matt was talking about with Trump?
Should come to DC and work it out.
How about tomorrow?
You are obsessed with tomorrow, aren't you?
I'm just saying it'd be funny to return to the Capitol.
I like that.
I'll see you in the Capitol on January 6th.
That would be... See you there, Nancy.
Nancy.
I think, realistically, if Trump could get a guarantee he had the 218, I think he would want to be Spear.
Can you imagine just trolling the hell out of them every single day with that?
Like, sitting behind Biden for his next two State of the Union addresses.
I think Trump would love that.
No, he wouldn't.
He's got better things to do than sit in that bloody chamber.
I think you would do it for a little bit.
Yeah, do it for like a week.
He would never get the votes, but... Get the chance to just mess with them.
Where's DeSantis stand on all this, by the way?
That's a good question.
Oh, yeah!
Where is Ronny?
He's very quiet.
I thought he was supposed to be the national leader.
He owes it to us.
He's the leader of the Republican Party.
Right!
He owes it to us.
He's too busy hanging out with his buddy, the guacamole merchant, Jeb.
As their first act as the majority, they removed the metal detectors from the entrance to the house, which was cause for great celebration for a very smug little Hooters hostess named Lauren Boebert.
Why does Jimmy Kimmel get to make bigoted, sexist comments like that?
Because he's a liberal?
How pathetic.
Absolutely pathetic.
Dear friends, if you enjoy the show, support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell.
He's a great supporter of the show and he's a conservative.
He's a buddy of the president.
We use his products here.
Why?
Because they're that good.
I have 150 of them on his website.

Let's go to David in Scottsdale.
Hey, David.
Hi, Sebastian.
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year.
How we doing, David?
Oh, we're all good.
Everything's good.
Awesome.
Am I going to see you at SHOT Show?
I would love to go.
I went once.
I snuck in with a fake Press pass about five years ago.
Naughty, naughty boy.
It was terrible, terrible.
So listen, I've got a comment for you.
Yeah.
So regarding Speaker McCarthy and the Speaker of the House, I am willing to wait as long as it takes the ATF to give me my suppressor.
Oh, that is priceless.
So what, like nine months?
Yeah, nine months, a year, a year and a half.
You know, who cares?
All right, I'm going to really burn you now badly.
I just, before Christmas, I got my notification from the guys at Silencer Central who do this amazing thing.
They do the paperwork for you and after ATF files it, they ship the suppressor to your house.
Dude, I just filed seven days ago.
It's on its way.
That's amazing.
Is that Farm 4?
Yeah, I've been waiting six months.
They finally said it's been approved.
They have to send a letter to the CLEO, to the Chief Law Enforcement Officer, and they will be arriving on my doorstep.
Three lovely new cans, David.
How is that for a late Christmas present?
That's awesome.
That's awesome.
Well, mine's coming any day now, so... All right, well, you've got to text me.
You've got to call in the day you get your suppressor.
We want to see pictures.
We want to see you on the range.
And I do not encourage the falsification of media credentials, but, you know, if you just happen to be at SHOT Show, look me up, all right?
Hey, it's three hours away from my house.
I might see you there.
There you go.
We're at the range.
We'll see you at the range.
God bless you.
All right.
The cool board is still absolutely crackers.
We've got a very special guest in the next hour, but I'm not going to do a monologue.
So everybody stay on the line.
Steve and David, Mike, John will take your calls instead of a big monologue, because you are the most important part of the show.
And things are just fun.
I like a little bit of chaos.
Crate of chaos, as Sun Tzu says, much opportunity lies within chaos.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay on this channel.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Hey.
It's so disappointing.
We know they had issues.
Dan Crenshaw, Adam Kinsey.
Oh, now at CNN.
He didn't wait very long.
But to call your fellow Republicans, like Crenshaw did, terrorists?
I think that tells you more about them.
than it says about the people they are accusing.
The race for the speakership continues today.
Is President Trump going to be a potential nominee?
Find out on America First, Hour Two.
The doctor is in America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel, the antidote to the mainstream media.
The End
The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End The End
Thank you.
This is not Groundhog Day at all.
It's the opposite of Groundhog Day.
Because in the movie, he actually got better.
Remember every day?
This is the opposite.
No one's learning anything.
It's anti-Groundhog Day.
Poor Kevin McCarthy.
He's lost more ballots than a Democratic poll worker.
Sue me.
Oh, I don't think Kevin McCarthy is in a position to sue anybody.
That's our buddy Greg Gutfeld on Fox.
Having fun at the expense of Kevin McCarthy, whose ninth vote for Speaker of the House that he's losing.
Eleven people have already not voted for him or for Jeffreys.
Nobody's voting present as of yet.
The tally is 106 for McCarthy, 102 for Jeffreys.
But it can get a little bit serious, especially when you look at What putative Republicans are saying.
I warned you about Dan Crenshaw.
Doesn't matter that he was a former SEAL and served his country honorably.
He's a rhino.
He's a fake Republican.
How else do you explain this from Fox Radio cut six, play cut.
Get another scalp, and another scalp, whether it's Boehner, or Paul Ryan, or then McCarthy, Scalise would just be next, and we all know it.
We just can't allow that to happen.
That's why those of us are saying, like, look, you pushed us into this corner, so now we're saying we won't vote for anyone but McCarthy.
That's why we're saying it, because we cannot let the terrorists win.
That's basically what's happening.
Who calls conservatives terrorists?
In the last six years, who calls conservatives terrorists?
The FBI, the DOJ, Biden, and the Democrats.
Oh, and Hillary Clinton.
Dan Crenshaw is using the language of Biden's DOJ.
Dan Crenshaw is using the language of Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden.
That tells you who Dan Crenshaw is.
I think this is great.
We're separating the wheat from the chaff.
Alright, your calls are coming in thick and fast.
Let's go to Orlando.
Hey, where's Rhonda Sanders?
Jeff, shouldn't Rhonda... isn't he like meant to be the new leader of the Conservatives?
Yeah, he's the leader of the Republican Party now.
We know that now.
Everybody says that.
But why isn't he saying anything about this Speaker thing?
He hasn't said a word.
I think he should run for Speaker.
I really would like to see him.
I would support it.
Because then, you know, you'd see how amazing he is as a conservative leader for a national position.
Yeah, then he can prove himself.
He's supposedly Trump without the baggage.
He can bring everybody together.
He'll take on the swamp.
He's very competent to get things done.
But, hang on.
Help me.
Why has he not said anything for the last two days?
It's interesting.
I don't know.
He's been tweeting about his inauguration that they tried to make it look like a presidential one.
Oh, and by the way, Eric, who was that at Ron DeSantis' inauguration?
You spotted somebody in the back.
Was it a great conservative?
Was it Newt Gingrich?
Who was there?
The man who got one delegate in the 2016 GOP primaries.
Jeb!
Bush.
Hang on.
Jeb Bush?
Was that Ron DeSantis' inauguration?
Front and center.
That's a bit weird.
Let's go to Florida.
John Orlando, line two, welcome.
Hey Dr. G, thank you for taking my call.
Sure.
You know, I think it's very telling that what I haven't heard, what I have heard from the Republican left is just vilification, you know, ad hominem attacks.
I have not heard them, point by point, say why they can't support the different issues that are being asked for.
This is a massive, this is such a good point.
Absolutely.
We know what Matt Gaetz, we know what Lauren Paul, but we know what the 20 holdouts want.
And I can't think of one thing.
John, can you think of one thing, what one excuse or explanation that McCarthy's given as to why he won't compromise?
I haven't seen one.
Absolutely.
I have not heard a single one.
And, you know, they just need to stand up and defend their position, you know.
Right!
Why not?
If he's got a good case, argue your case!
Genius.
Stay on the line, John.
Let's get John a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.
The best callers.
Why do we have the best callers?
Because we have the best listeners, that's why.
Alright, let's go to California.
Stephen, line three.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year, my friend.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
Well, I don't have any... I have comments.
Basically, I campaigned for Tom Kane Jr.
in New Jersey, and I can't... For who?
For who?
Tom Kane Jr.?
Okay.
In New Jersey, and I campaigned for Donald Trump also in 2020 in New Jersey.
God bless.
And I was the number one phone caller in New Jersey for a Trump campaign.
Alright, how many numbers did you dial, Steve?
It was over 13,000 for the campaign.
Oh my gosh, thank you.
Here's my spin, okay?
You guys are wonderful.
I love your show.
I love Levin.
I love Prager.
You guys are incredible.
But I hear a butt coming along.
Yeah, but here's the thing.
I know that McCarthy's gonna pull it through.
I met McCarthy.
He's a great guy.
You know what?
The fact that Trump is behind him... I 1,000% agree with you.
Trump should come down to D.C., shake hands with all the people, cut all the deals, but I know for a fact that McCarthy's gonna be Speaker of the House because he's not only part... He's seen what the swamp is, and he's also seen what the slime is.
And for him to be there for that long of a time, I think he's gonna pull it off.
No, but hang on.
Just being there a long time doesn't make you a good person.
Nancy Pelosi's been there a long time.
Chuck Schumer's been there a long time.
Why is being there a long time make you the right candidate?
I mean, the founding fathers, Stephen, would say the opposite.
The founding fathers would say, if you're a career politician, you shouldn't be in D.C.
Because he's able to cut the deals for the party.
So being a slimeball dealmaker is what we need.
Well, when you have half the people voting for him, it shows you that most people don't want to deal with this line.
Hang on a second, hang on a second.
This is an important point.
It was you, Jeff.
You said, was it Dan?
Was it Dan Bongino made this point about the 20-70 ratio?
Explain what you said in the break to Steven, because I think it's powerful.
Yeah, Bongino has said that everybody keeps talking about how McCarthy's getting 90% of the votes of the members of the House.
But he's saying the 10% that are holdouts, that's the views of about 75% of the voters.
Right, this is really important.
We've got to understand, Stephen, that D.C.
does not reflect America.
So you may have 90% of the conference, but it's the 10 holdouts, it's the 19 holdouts, who actually represent the views of most Republican Americans.
What do you say to that?
I say I love all of them.
I love all of them to death.
I wish that the conference could be turned around, but with such resistance, I don't see it happening.
It's just one of those numbers games.
I'm sorry.
You're like my buddy Andrew Clavin, who just says you've got to support the guy who can get elected.
That kind of pragmatism kind of leaves a bad taste in the mouth for me.
But thank you, Stephen.
Let's go to Los Angeles.
David, line four.
Yeah, I just want to say that any Republican is 20 times better or probably 100 times better than any Democrat.
And I think Rush said that.
And I'm calling from California, which, as you know, could be the fifth largest country in the world.
And the Republicans and the conservatives and the right-wingers don't have a voice.
The Democratic Party has a humongous majority in the House and the state.
Okay, so what's your point?
I'm saying that this state will never recover, and God forbid the rest of the country becomes like this.
Yeah, I think Rush would say to you that's an un-American attitude, to say never is un-American.
The founding fathers never said that, and even the residents of California say that.
And I know my friend Jennifer Horne doesn't say that, so chin up my friend, chin up.
Let's go to Mike in Louisville.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for taking the call.
I just I'll be I'll be quick.
The two greatest men in the history of the Republican Party, in my view, are Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has done more to advance the conservative cause and policy than any other president since Ronald Reagan.
Ronald Reagan advised us that someone who agrees with us 80% of the time is not our enemy, he is our ally.
And Donald Trump himself has just encouraged all Republicans to vote for McCarthy.
So I'm confused.
Is it your contention that Donald Trump doesn't know that McCarthy is a slimeball dealmaker?
Or that he does know he's a slimeball dealmaker and thinks the Republicans should vote for him anyway?
I think my former boss is a pragmatist, Mike.
That's what I think.
I think just like Stephen, our last caller, he's a pragmatist, and he knows that Kevin McCarthy may not be as bad as Mitch McConnell, but he is a weak individual, and that's preferable to him when he's president.
I think that's the way he looks at it, Mike.
Okay, well, you can call it pragmatism.
I might call it prudence, which remains one of the moral virtues.
And I think this, frankly, is what is lacking in the Republican Party is an understanding of the importance of prudence.
Yeah, I think prudence, I think people have had it with 40 years of being betrayed by the GOP.
So putting the heat on for 48 hours doesn't undermine your prudence.

The call board is absolutely lit up all day.
I don't know how, if you've ever taken this many calls, clearly the whole speaker thing has you guys very, very motivated, and I love it, and I love it.
Don't go anywhere.
Paul, Matt, Craig, Vincent, Steve, we'll get to your calls.
But I want to welcome a very good friend of the show, a man who welcomed me to his county in Arizona, Pinal County, where he is the sheriff.
And he treated me and my producer, Jeff, so well.
He's a true gentleman.
But I really didn't know the fabric of this individual until Tragedy we can't imagine hit his family.
Sheriff Lam, welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
I appreciate it.
Now, for those who missed the news, I don't know how they could have missed it.
At Christmas time, I don't know if it was confirmed at the time there were reports that it was a drunk driver hit the vehicle carrying your son, Cooper, his future wife, Caroline, and their beautiful 11-month-old daughter, killing instantly your granddaughter, and their beautiful 11-month-old daughter, killing instantly your granddaughter, your son, and eventually Caroline would die from her injuries.
And I just want to say, I don't know how much you want to talk about this at all.
You're a brave man.
You're a great American.
But you and your wife, Janelle, posted a video afterwards that left me speechless because the substance, the strength, the candor that you and your wife displayed at Christmas time after such an unimaginable tragedy, I just want to, in front of three million people, recognize you for what you and your incredible wife are made of, Sheriff Lamb.
I can't thank you enough for the kind words.
I have to thank all of those out there.
Many don't know, but many do know that tragedy struck our home.
When the sheriff from the neighboring county, Paul Penzone, my friend, and my chief showed up at my door at 8.30 at night, you know it's not gonna be good.
And then they told me my son and my granddaughter had died in a car accident.
And then my daughter-in-law, who's like a daughter for us, or fiance, soon to be daughter-in-law, was in critical condition and likely not to make it as well.
That is not what anybody wants to hear.
It rocked us, I'll be honest with you.
But believe it or not, our faith, And the prayers of so many people are honestly what carried us through.
We know they're in a better place.
We believe we know what life is about.
And thanks to God and Jesus Christ.
And a knowledge and a faith in them and just overall support of our community.
We made it through it, but I certainly don't wish it upon anybody.
But I do want to thank everybody out there that was just so, so gracious with us and filled our home with love and support and prayers.
Well, I want to share with you, I say my prayers every morning.
I say prayers at night in bed, but I say my prayers in the morning when I'm walking my dogs.
And ever since I heard the news, I've kept Cooper, Caroline and your granddaughter in my prayers every single morning and prayed for their souls.
So I want everybody out there, would you please do that for me as well and pray for Mark and for Janelle as well.
Before we get back to your job and the news we have from the White House, Is there any message you'd have for after what you're going through and what you are fighting right now?
Is there any message you'd have for the for the listeners and viewers out there?
Yeah, one of the things that I was used to my son was a recovering addict.
And so he was at the best part of his life.
He had overcome all of that.
He had spent six months in my jail.
He had fought his way out of the quicksand of the judicial system.
And one of the things I always did was embrace him and love no matter what he was doing.
And I would just tell him you've got to do better.
And he did.
He did better.
He and his fiancée, and thank goodness for the angel of our granddaughter, it brought them to the place in life where they were doing great.
They'd been cleaned from fentanyl, overcome it.
They were doing great, getting their life back in order, money saved, only to have this happen.
And so my message is that it's never too late to make changes in your life.
And don't let any time go to waste.
Do better.
You are not guaranteed a single minute in this life.
And so you've got relationships you've got to fix.
Fix them.
If there's things you want to do, do them.
If you don't feel like you're doing great, do better.
And that is the lesson that we took away.
And our son is going to leave a lasting impact in people's lives of how he was a fighter and fought through and was turning his life around.
Was a good family man in the end.
That's a fabulous message.
Sheriff Lamb, we have the news that the current incumbent of the White House is coming to the border.
You have some concrete recommendations.
You're having to protect the residents of Pinal County with your deputies every single day.
What is your message to the people who have the federal responsibility for the sovereignty of our nation?
Well, first of all, I think Americans need to understand that this is the first time in 15 years Serving as a vice president and currently as a president under this border crisis which has never been worse.
First time in 15 years he is stepping foot on the border.
So he clearly needs some advice because he doesn't know what's going on down here or he's clearly turned a blind eye to it.
So I've got a video I'm going to be hitting on the social media right when we're done here.
And my advice to them is Apologize to Border Patrol, ICE agents, DPP officers.
They deserve an apology because they do hard work every day.
Number two, he needs to apologize to the American people, especially those who have lost loved ones, to the dangers of fentanyl poisonings.
Over 100,000 American lives lost in the last two years.
And number three, he need not surround himself with those yes men that are there telling him he's doing a great job.
Come out to us.
We'll be good hosts.
Let us, sheriffs and border patrol and other local law enforcement, show you the real border crisis and how it's affecting American lives every day.
If you can do those three things, and like I said in my video, if you can't remember those three things, have one of the staff Send me that video and I'll push it as soon as you deploy it.
We've got a minute left.
You've got a brand new book out.
It's called Seymour Clues, like the name Seymour.
It's a children's book.
Will you explain what the purpose of this new publication is, Sheriff Lamb?
Yeah, with all these woke books and all these pervasive things they're trying to teach our children and fill our children's heads with.
This company, Brave Books, we partnered together because they're putting out good books to talk about faith.
This one talks about critical thinking, looking past the corruption of government.
In this particular book, there's a corrupt mayor and trying to fear monger people.
And it teaches kids to be critical thinkers, to ask key questions, to get to the truth, to find out what the truth is.
And that's what this book does.
And hopefully you'll go to bravebooks.us, bravebooks.us, enter the promo code LAMB, L-A-M-B, and you're going to get these two books for free.
And they're also donating $10 for every subscription to Vets for Child Rescue, which is a great organization.
I know the Brave Book series.
It's a great series.
I'm so excited.
See more clues.
Promo Lamb.
Can't wait for the video.
Follow the Sheriff at SheriffLamb1.
God bless you, Mark.
Keep doing what you do, keeping Americans safe.
Your calls next here on America First.
America First.
Can you do the first part?
Just the family?
Just the family.
Okay.
And then the second part.
The second part, say...
Biden hasn't been to the border in 15 years.
Alright, and the first one?
First part, um... Help me out here, what should we call it?
Something like Courage in the Face of Tragedy or something like that?
Yes, good.
Alright, Courage in the Face of Tragedy.
And then you need other titles, don't you?
Uh, that's all.
Oh, well, uh... Kelly.
Have you got Boyle?
Uh, yes.
Okay.
The Spicy.
Oh, Spicy, yeah.
Uh, uh... Kelly...
Oh, yes.
FBI to make 1,000 J6 arrests.
Arrests, okay.
And, yep, there it is.
McCarthy lost the ninth ballot.
Still 20 against him and one... I think Spartz is still voting President.
Like, every single time.
Jeff, can you find that video yesterday of Spartz on Fox and just send it to me?
I want to know if she explained what she's doing.
Yeah, what would she say, supposedly?
What was it, Eric, do you know?
Something about Ukraine, wasn't it?
Oh, I missed that.
Isn't that what Matt said?
Oh, look.
Thanks, just for my use.
35 seconds, not coming in with anything.
Just gonna go to calls.
Hang on, what do we have?
C... Oh, I'm gonna do the Fredo cuts here, I'll tee them up.
Alrighty.
10 and then 11, yeah.
No, I'll just tee them up.
You'll tee them up, yep.
You'll tee them up, yep.
With breaking news, here's Sebastian Gorka. - Number nine!
I don't think Kevin McCarthy has nine lives like a cat.
He's just failed again.
How many times is he going to do this?
McCarthy got 200 votes to Jeffrey's 212.
20 holdouts from the Freedom Caucus and one Republican voting Present.
I hope it's not Victoria's Spark.
So number nine, he's done.
All right, back to your cause in a moment.
But first, let's have a little bit of fun.
Do you remember Bill O'Reilly?
He used to be a big thing at Fox.
He also had a big attitude, but I'll talk about that another time.
He was on Fredo Cuomo's show that runs on some local access channel that's powered by, I don't know, hamster wheels or something.
And Fredo admitted his great intellect once more.
Cut ten!
I'm not a good guy to talk about abortion because I believe what my faith teaches that it is a human on conception.
Now, would I impose that on everybody if I were an elected official?
No.
But I would follow the science.
You know how the left loves the science.
Fetal heartbeat?
There you go.
You got it.
There it is.
Listen, I'm not learned enough to understand.
Yeah, that's putting it mildly.
I'm not learned enough to understand.
I wonder whether you can actually spell the word learned.
Now that, when I saw that, that reminded me of my own run-in with Fredo Cuomo the last time he ever invited me onto his CNN show.
He does have a habit for taking his small foot and jamming it in his mouth.
This was when I was back in the White House.
You love this clip, I'm told.
Play cut.
Let's do a little bit of a 101.
Let's do a little trivial pursuit.
What is the most populous Muslim nation in the world, Chris?
You tell me.
These are your answers.
No, no.
You tell me.
What is the biggest Muslim nation in the world?
No, you tell me.
Massive population.
I want to give you the opportunity to lay it out.
Assume I know nothing.
Go ahead.
It's Indonesia.
I will assume you know nothing.
Assume I know nothing.
Yes, I will assume you know nothing, Fredo Cuomo.
That was right after the travel ban was dropped and I was deployed to explain it to everyone.
But some people, you just can't explain anything.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Craig, line three, welcome to America First.
Yeah, you had me there.
Sounds like the opening of a scary story with the squeaky door.
Yes, that's why I said, Craig, are you ready?
Let's go.
I'm sorry.
Yeah.
Hey, you had a caller just a little earlier saying about why doesn't McCarthy, you know, argue his logic or his reasoning.
I think it's been quite a long time since there's been any arguing of logic or reasoning on Capitol Hill.
And it's just a strong arm, you know.
It's all about manipulation and strong arming and keeping those opponents at bay and with no power.
I think you're right.
I think you're right.
And I think he's paying the price.
How many times do you think he's going to go up for these votes, Craig?
You know, I don't quite understand the process of the nomination.
You know, how they're not getting other nominees forward.
Well, you have to nominate.
Somebody else can nominate somebody like we've had, you know, yesterday with Byron Donalds.
Okay, so another congressman can nominate somebody else and then they call the roll call.
Okay, so there's just not enough to get them to a final vote.
Not at the moment.
They need the 218.
The people, the nominees need 218 to become speaker.
I gotcha.
Yeah, well, it seems like they're going to keep beating that same dead horse, you know.
But eventually, he's going to either have to cave or else there's going to be another speaker, which I will.
Well, there has to be a deal.
The 20 have to be given what they're demanding.
We shall see.
Thank you, Craig.
Let's go to Vincent, Atlanta.
Welcome, Vincent.
Hey, happy new year, sir!
Happy new year!
Yes, I'm saying, look, being in D.C., you know everyone there, at least a lot of people.
Please do the American people and Kerry Likert a favor and demand that McCarthy makes looking at these elections one of his priorities.
Slow down, slow down.
I can't follow you.
What do you want me to do?
Talk to these, maybe these 20, if you can, to do what Kerry Lake says, make looking at these elections one of our priorities.
Maybe they can have hearings to show the American people, but the mainstream media will not, how corrupt these voting machines are, these mass mail-in ballots are, so that we can kind of get it out there.
Okay, I talk about this stuff, you know, every week on the show, so the question is you've got to have a speaker who's tough enough and strong enough to do that, because most of the mainstream Republicans, that's a third rail for them, Vincent.
They don't want to touch the question of election integrity, because they'll be accused of being election deniers, and you can't deny an election unless you're a Democrat!
Remember Al Gore?
Thank you, Vincent.
I appreciate it.
Not sure how often you listen to the show, but yeah, we talk about that a lot.
Thank you.
More of your calls momentarily here on America First.

800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
That's 800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
So you want to, here's a throwback.
You want to know for context how old that clip of you and Fredo is?
Well, that's going to be the first week of the administration.
That's got to be set January 17, right?
Well, I was just thinking that's from so long ago.
That was before Fredo earned the nickname Fredo.
Oh, really?
That's he was just Chris Cuomo back then his freakout was like what 2019 I think oh Yeah, but Chris has been calling him Fredo for years.
Oh, really?
He also used it himself on a radio interview way before.
Are you kidding?
No, that's serious.
That's funny.
He claimed it's like the N-word for Italian.
He's a self-racist!
He's a self-racist.
You can read him like an open book.
We all know why that thing bothered him.
He's thick as a stump.
I mean, he's so stupid.
He knew it was true, because at the time too, that's when they first threw that at him, that his brother was still a successful governor.
So of course, oh yeah, I am the Fredo of my family.
Have we played Cup 5?
We have not yet.
Can you play that for me now?
And I think this ends one of two ways, Trace.
Either Kevin bows out, realizing there's no path for him to become Speaker of the House, even if he picks up one or two or three or five of the twenty who have opposed him half dozen times on the floor, or he essentially has to wake up Bring the house into session and put on a straitjacket with a rules package that we've presented to him that doesn't allow a lot of discretion for the Speaker of the House.
The reason we've demanded that is that we do not trust Kevin McCarthy and it's not a small body of work.
The guy's been in leadership in Washington... Coming in with cut five, no liner.
Do we have the good professor?
Uh... Not answering the call again.
Still dialing him.
Come in with Gitz.
Come in with Gitz.
Right.
Okay.
And I think this ends one of two ways, Trace.
Either Kevin bows out, realizing there's no path for him to become Speaker of the House, even if he picks up one or two or three or five of the twenty who have opposed him half-dozen times on the floor, or he essentially has to wake up Bring the House into session and put on a straitjacket with a rules package that we've presented to him that doesn't allow a lot of discretion for the Speaker of the House.
The reason we've demanded that is that we do not trust Kevin McCarthy, and it's not a small body of work.
The guy's been in leadership in Washington, D.C.
for 14 years, and this town needs to change, and we're going to change it one way or the other, either by changing out the Speaker or by having the most fundamental rewrite of the rules in, really, my lifetime.
That's Matt Gaetz saying they don't trust the Speaker nominee.
He is down nine votes.
How long will it last?
We shall see.
We have posted a new poll.
I want you to sound off.
If you can't get through, if you don't want to go on the phone with three million people, go to our website.
We have the buffer right now.
There you go.
Here's the question.
Who should be the next Speaker of the House?
Kevin McCarthy?
Stephen Scalise?
Jim Jordan or Matt Gaetz?
Just go to SebGorka.com and I want you to sound off.
Who should be the next Speaker of the House?
Kevin McCarthy, Steve Scalise, Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz.
Go to S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGorka.com and tell us what you think.
All right, we have somebody who's lived in the swamp, who's worked in the swamp.
Now he is blissfully living his life in the ivory towers of academe he is the dean of the business school at liberty university former congressman dave brown welcome back to america first Yeah, thank you, Seb.
Awesome.
Thank you.
All right, now I know, since you are now an academician, you don't do politics, but from the process side of things, I'd love to get your reaction.
I, for one, have been saying for the last two days, get a little bit of a delay in the Speaker of the House.
That's a kind of, you know, a little bit of messy democracy, but that's okay.
What's your take as somebody who served in that building?
Yeah, and you're right.
These views are just my own, so I'm not speaking on behalf of anyone or any group.
But on the process, I've been listening to the soundbites on all of the talking heads and the mainstream media, everything.
And there's commentary about, well, don't worry, because they need to get 20 of these guys to vote on any legislation anyway, so there's no issue.
And, you know, having been there, there is an issue because the Speaker is in a monopoly kingship position.
That's the only person that initiates legislation or ideas.
They alone are in the room for the Omnibus, for example, that just happened a couple weeks ago.
And the buzz out of there was everyone was in agreement, so that kneecapped the Speakership for about a year in spending.
They tell you the budget number when you're on the Budget Committee.
They're the ones to choose who's on committees and who's not.
How much money you get for your races, zero if you don't agree with them.
And so from a process point of view, the mainstream commentary is not good.
And then also on the process, you know, they're saying, well, you know, the group of 21 at this issue, check.
They promised that.
They want this issue, check.
They promised that, so they're going through this thing.
Well, if it's all checked, The one thing you'll never find from a process point of view on leadership is if it's transparent, just put it out in public on paper, right?
This is going to be the Rules Committee rules.
Well, put it out.
Why isn't it on paper?
And you'll never find that happening.
And so, you know, just a few points.
But boy, they matter.
Those few issues matter.
The Rules Committee pieces.
And the process of the power in the speaker is way too much for a party that professes to want to put power down at the local level than maybe the state in the last case scenario, the Fed.
So having a king on the other side, the leftist side, if you want to accumulate power in one person, okay.
But that's not our governing principles.
Yeah.
No, I'm so glad that you illustrated that, that this isn't just, you know, legislation.
It's the process and the power of the speaker.
I need to ask you about that omnibus bill, but first things first, as somebody who served on Capitol Hill, what's your expectation after having watched the last two days?
Do you think this goes to another day or another week?
What's your political marrow bone telling you?
I really do not know how this rodeo ends.
It can go either way, right?
The thing I haven't heard about, the mainstream media is all unified in their position, but where are the American people on this?
That's what I want to hear about.
Of course, you never hear about that.
What do they want, right?
I'd love to know the answer to that.
Good point.
All right, let's talk about this atrocity.
How does it happen?
I'm curious because we were told by the Republican leader in the Senate that this would never happen again and we wouldn't have out-of-control spending.
And then an omnibus is passed that kind of locks out the power of the purse for the House for the rest of the year.
This is very strange, is it not?
And how dangerous is it economically, Dean Bratt?
Yeah, the irony is dripping there, so I'll ignore that, but they promised—let me start with your first few words.
They promised.
That brings me back to the one promise that leadership made back when I was in there, and that promise was that with the House and the Senate and the White House, we're going to repeal Obamacare.
We only promised one thing—seven years in the wilderness.
That's the one promise, ironclad, we made.
And then we didn't do it, right?
So what you're talking about now, when it comes to trust, that's the key ingredient we're talking about.
On the omnibus, they promise, promise, promise, but everybody knows they don't want these embarrassing moments where there's actually a debate and the bills go to the House floor to be seen by the American people.
They cannot have that happen.
Or the monopoly establishment powers lose their position, right?
Because once the American people understand what's going on up there, they'll have a revolt.
And so they don't want to have a debt ceiling increased debate.
I think McConnell came out and said that by accident, right?
The one thing we should have shoved in there in addition to $2 trillion and endless wars and all sorts of leftist experimentation stuff off in other countries And we just got a few seconds left.
everything.
You know, the one additional thing we forgot to put in there was, you know, no debate on the debt ceiling increase because that's leverage for the House and for the American people.
And we just got a few seconds left.
The economy with these people in charge, especially in the White House, it's only going to get worse before it gets better, correct?
Yeah, all the fundamentals of economic growth are being violated in No one's stimulating technology, innovation, capital accumulation, human capital.
If you don't stimulate those things, your economy is going to be in a recession for probably a 10-year period of slow growth.
You can't fix something, A, if you don't admit it needs fixing, and B, if you don't have the expertise to fix it.
Don't ask the plumber to do your brain surgery and don't ask the doctor to fix your plumbing.
We've been talking to Dave Brat, brateconomics.com.
You can catch him on Steve Bannon's show.
I'll be there later today also on Getter at Brat Economics.
The economy is going to get worse.

Matt Gaetz is such a good operator in the best sense of the word.
He's hanging out in front of the cameras on the floor of Congress with Pramila Jayapal, one of the worst Democrats.
Yesterday it was AOC.
He is making the rhinos run for the hills.
It's so exciting.

Matt?
Yes, sir?
All right, what's your question?
What's your comment?
Happy New Year.
To you, your family, and all your staff.
Thank you.
I wanted to point out.
Oh, you're welcome.
I wanted to point out that I know we have short time here.
I wanted to point out that Kevin McCarthy has made history, sir.
Yes.
Over a hundred years, nobody's had this problem.
Trying to get elected, and I heard that Speaker of the House, and I heard he refuses to leave the office of the Speaker of the House.
He's in the office!
He's in the private office spaces of the Speaker of the House, and I read Matt Gaetz's letter to the architect of the Congress saying, what the hell is he doing?
He isn't the Speaker.
So yes, Matt, he's making history in all kinds of ways, but not good ways.
Thank you for reminding us.
Let's go to Paul in Long Beach, line one.
Happy New Year, Dr. Gorka.
Happy New Year, Paul.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
I'm with you.
You know, you can tame a lion, but you can't make a lion out of a mouse.
We have already had three Speaker McCarthy's.
We had Astor, we had Boehner, we had Ryan.
They all the only time they took a stance was when it didn't matter.
And as far as compromise, well, they compromised by giving into the other side.
We need McCarthy has already shown he's not a leader because he had to be dragging, kicking and screaming to kick Liz Cheney out of leadership.
Uh, when she joined the January 6th committee, After he wouldn't do it when she voted to impeach Trump?
You nailed it.
That's the best way to think about it.
We don't need another Boehner.
We don't need another Ryan.
And that's exactly what this man would be.
The only way we can vote for him is if he is on a very, very short leash.
Nicely done, Paul.
Next up, the truth about Twitter.

Thank you.
How do you guys handle things when they're a big news item that's controversial?
Like, there was a lot of attention on Twitter during the election because of the Hunter Biden laptop story, the New York Post.
Yeah, so you guys censored that as well?
So we took a different path than Twitter.
I mean, basically the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us, some folks on our team, and was like, hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert.
We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election.
We have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump that's similar to that.
So just be vigilant.
Just be vigilant, be vigilant, be pure, behave, to quote a certain comic book from my childhood.
There you have Mark Zuckerberg, the head of Facebook.
Admit, on the Joe Rogan Show, Yeah, yeah.
The FBI wants us to censor stuff, so we'll censor stuff.
Is that a revelation to those in the know?
What about the latest drop?
Multiple Twitter files in one day.
Let's talk to the man who knows.
He wrote the original book.
Hashtag deleted.
He is senior tech correspondent for that conservative juggernaut that is Breitbart.com.
Alan Bakari, welcome back.
It's been too long.
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year, Seb.
Good to be back on.
All right, so let's start at the beginning, which is a good place to start.
I created a bit of a stir.
The Daily Mail even put me in a headline along with Elon Musk and Hunter Biden after the first couple of Twitter drops when I said Big whoop.
I'm underwhelmed.
The idea that the DNC was colluding with their buddies in Palo Alto.
Not news to anyone who's been breathing and got a pulse for the last few years.
Since then we've had what?
Eric, what Twitter drop are we up to now?
Is it 11, 12, 38?
What is it?
Yesterday were drops number 11 and 12.
Right, so at 11 and 12 together in one day just recently.
Let's Have the strategic overview.
You've been writing about big tech for years right now.
How significant are these revelations?
Not the first ones, but the subsequent ones.
What is it?
Have you learned?
Let's put it this way.
Have you learned something that surprised you, Allum?
I would say nothing hugely surprising.
It's really just giving us more details about what we already knew, which is that the deep state was colluding closely with Silicon Valley, using it to censor political dissidents here in America, using it to censor conservatives in America, justified in the name of this all-encompassing justified in the name of this all-encompassing Russian disinformation panic that lasted pretty much from the day Trump took office throughout his entire first term.
And, yeah, we're just getting more information about that.
I think the biggest takeaway from the latest Twitter files is that Twitter knew the Russian disinformation panic was a bunch of steam, a bunch of hot air.
There was nothing really substantive to it.
There was no huge Russian influence operation on Twitter.
But they eventually received so much pressure from the media, from academics and from the deep state that they eventually went along with the panic.
Yeah, this is the title of your latest piece of Breitbart Twitter files.
Company exaggerated Russian influence to appease media and Democrats.
What about this idea we heard there?
We heard, you know, Mr. Facebook, the android of a thousand faces, saying, well, you know, the FBI came to us and said, well, watch out, and then we took action.
Some have tried to say, well, the FBI?
Didn't order anybody to do anything.
But if, you know, guys in unmarked vehicles with badges and guns roll up to your headquarters in California and say, uh, we have some issues, then the idea of Twitter not complying, that's kind of a strange narrative, is it not?
That is a strange narrative, and you see in these Twitter files the way the security state was really able to turn the screws on Silicon Valley by using the media.
You know, when they didn't get what they want from Twitter, or presumably from Facebook as well, they would go to the media with their exaggerated claims of Russian disinformation and, you know, oh, Twitter is not suspending all of these accounts we've identified.
So eventually there was just so much pressure that the social media platforms, to some extent, didn't have much choice.
You know, you see them push back, because you see them initially in the first few months of the Russia panic, then going to the Senate Intelligence Committee, then going to the deep state and saying, look, we haven't found a huge number of, you know, Russian influence accounts on our platform.
But only afterwards, when they realize, you know, that's not going to satisfy these people, they're going to keep receiving those, you know, those media hits and that political scrutiny from very, very powerful committees that have the power to regulate them, then they kind of have no choice but to go along with the panic and, you know, deliver then they kind of have no choice but to go along with the panic and, you know, deliver results on, you know, And that's exactly what they did over the past four years.
And when you see, you know, what has been revealed, you have the head of safety, who's recently fired by Musk, complain about how often he has to meet these regular weekly meetings with the FBI, the DHS, Wouldn't that lead you to suspect that we are just seeing the tip of the iceberg?
Some emails here, some Slack channel communications there.
But if it's weekly meetings over years, then we're just getting a tiny glimpse behind the curtain, are we not?
Yeah, and you can only imagine what's discussed on these calls.
You'd assume that all of the things that they wouldn't want to be discussed over email are much more significant, and that's the stuff we'll never really see.
What I'm interested in is how partisan all of this were, how open they were on these calls about the real target of these suspensions, which obviously was the populist conservative movement in the US.
That's always been their target.
That was the deep state's target as well.
I wonder how much of that was shrouded behind these pretexts about disinformation, whether it's Russian disinformation or COVID disinformation, and how much of it was openly admitted to on these calls.
Perhaps we'll never know that.
What we do know is that the deep state, not just the DHS and the FBI, who can always fall back on the national security excuse.
But all sorts of government agencies and politicians and committees were going to Twitter and demanding they take down certain accounts.
And when they didn't get their way, as I said earlier, they would go to the media and use that as a tool to pressure these companies.
And when we look at everything we've seen so far, I know neither of us are, you know, psychiatrists or psychologists, but, you know, you have been following this for so long.
You've been writing about the Twitter drops.
What is your sense about Mr. Musk?
Is it really about the First Amendment?
Because he's a very canny and shrewd businessman if you look at Tesla, if you look at SpaceX.
He seems quite... I mean, I was on multiple Twitter spaces with him.
I got to ask him questions.
He seems quite serious.
What about for you?
I think he's demonstrated his seriousness in reinstating people like Donald Trump and Marjorie Taylor Greene and lots of other accounts that Twitter would never have reinstated under Jack Dorsey or Parag Agrawal.
So yeah, he's certainly demonstrated seriousness there.
Has he restored everyone?
Has he gone full First Amendment?
Not yet, but there are a lot of things standing in the way of that, notably the The chokehold that app stores have over this ecosystem, if an app store deplatforms Twitter, that would be a huge hit to the company, especially given that it's already struggling with advertisers pulling out.
How does it make up that revenue?
So in a sense, he can't go too far, but he's gone quite far already.
Restoring Donald Trump was really the big one.
That's what the media and Democrats really did not want him to do.
And now he's embarrassing the deep state by releasing all these files, again, not telling us anything new, but confirming a lot of what we knew was going on.
And the fact that he got rid of more than 60% of the staff, it seems to be functioning.
Isn't that rather telling as well?
That is telling, and so many of these Silicon Valley companies have just got so bloated over the past decade because they had all this money to spare, and they just hired and hired and hired.
They didn't really need all of that staff.
You can run a social media platform on a fairly skeleton crew, and you have to wonder how many of those people were former members of the deep state.
I know the The Daily Mail, and we reported on this as well at Breitbart News, many, many people at Twitter, at Facebook, at Google over the past five or six years, they came from places like the CIA.
They came from places like DHS and the FBI.
And you really see in these files how important those agencies considered these social media platforms and how important they thought it was to control the flow of information on these platforms.
I think there was a real sense, and we saw this when Trump won, the real sense that...
The establishment, the media, the deep state had all got caught flat-footed by the events leading up to 2016 and a big part of that was the fact that it was possible to get around mainstream media narratives on Facebook, on YouTube, on Twitter, and they really identified social media as the thing they had to control to prevent something similar happening again.
Exactly.

So we are in the throes of a new session of Congress.
The GOP are in control of the lower house alum.
You're a pretty realistic chap.
You have the relevant requisite modicum of cynicism to report on these issues.
Given the revelations of the Twitter files that I hope will continue to proceed, Fauci files et al., Do you think there'll be consequences?
Is this something that can be ignored by the mainstream?
I mean, right now, the mainstream media, if they're not utterly ignoring Elon Musk and the Twitter files, when they do mention it, they say, oh, it's disinformation or it's no big deal.
Given what we've witnessed in the last six years when it comes to the generation of fallacious narratives such as Russia collusion, do you have any serious expectations that there will be some actual consequences?
Well, one thing that can be said is that, you know, during the Trump administration, the tech CEOs were called before Congress on quite a number of occasions, and the Republicans asked, you know, some pretty good questions about censorship and, you know, the suppression of alternative viewpoints on their platforms.
But the really useful thing about the Twitter files is that it identifies the people in the federal government that can be called before some committees and really, really grilled on what they were trying to achieve with this censorship campaign on social media.
So you can, there'll be opportunities to question the really, the people who are actually driving the censorship in the deep state.
Now, in terms of consequences, the real problem is you see what the social media companies were afraid of, and it was media pressure, not so much deep state pressure, but the media, which had the power to whip up these massive advertiser boycotts.
And the deep state knew that, which is why they used the media so frequently. - Exactly.
Now, even with Republicans in control of Congress, they obviously do not control the media.
So they simply won't be able to impose the same kind of consequences that the left and Democrats are going to be able to do.
Nonetheless, having control of those committees, you can inflict Paying you can you can cause some very bad press for the social media companies and the deep state agencies that were pressuring them because they really, you know, they eventually have to answer the congressional scrutiny.
So the Republicans really ought to be dragging those people, those specific people from the FBI, from the DHS and the State Department before the committees to to drill deeper on what was going on.
Now, my expectation, I don't like to do predictions, but, you know, we've been promised the next load of files and about Fauci and everything else.
You know, for most people who just live their lives, don't live in the political, you know, swamp, they don't follow this too closely or what DHS was doing with Twitter.
If I don't have a Twitter account, I'm really not concerned about people getting cancelled.
But when we find out about censorship that affects the health of millions of people.
My expectation, a modest one, is that that will be unavoidable.
They will not be able to sweep under the carpet evidence of government bureaucrats saying, no, no, no, you can't say that about Ivermectin, delete that.
Do you concur?
I think so.
I think a lot of people are waking up to the fact that all the covid restrictions that many people voluntarily agreed to were really not that necessary.
And you know it was not really about it was never about the science or this and this it was about what the government wanted what the government thought was necessary.
And you know the government thought it was necessary to lie to the American public about a lot of Things.
So it's going to lead to a, I think more of a decrease in trust in those experts, you know, not that they were particularly trusted in the first place.
But I think you're right.
I think a lot of Americans will remember the COVID restrictions.
And as more information comes out about them, they'll see them for what they actually were.
But of course, the challenge is going to be getting that information out.
There's Twitter, of course, to do that, but all the other social media platforms, who knows what they will do.
My hope is that they see what happened with Twitter and with Musk and other platforms.
Particularly Facebook will be more emboldened to stand up to the deep state some more.
But why would they, if they are ideological bedfellows?
They are to some extent, but you see even in Twitter, as you said, even some of the more progressive employees, like Yale Roth, they thought that many of these government requests were just way, way out of hand, because they were so frequent and didn't really have anything to do with Russian disinformation.
So there's that to consider, and there's also the fact that a lot of the CEOs of companies are not that progressive.
I found that the most radical employees of the social media companies in terms of pushing for censorship tend to be around middle ranks.
I don't think Zuckerberg is particularly wedded to censoring his platform, but I think the threat of media pressure and boycotts, as well as, you know, action from employees is always there.
And I think the threat from the deep state is going to be reduced Now that they've been exposed by the Twitter files and they'll have less clout.
And Elon posted that poll prior to Christmas concerning his stepping down and replacing himself with another CEO.
Are you concerned that what he put in motion will slow down if he's not there to oversee it?
Well, we'll have to see who the new CEO is, but I don't imagine he would pick anyone who's going to radically shift course or take Twitter back to the days of Andrew Wallen-Dorsey.
Yeah, maybe he could pick somebody from Breitbart.
I don't know.
Could be a senior tech correspondent.
That could be a great idea.

Now one thing that that doesn't seem to I don't know, gain traction or maybe resonate in all of these discussions about what we're learning about Big Tech, Palo Alto, Twitter and so forth.
It's just the rank illegality of what's occurring.
Now in my first discussion with Elon Musk, I raised this issue of the First Amendment and most people's misinterpretations.
The First Amendment doesn't apply to Freedom of speech anywhere.
It applies to government suppression of freedom of speech.
If I'm a private company owner, I can control your speech within my platform because I'm a private company.
The government is not allowed to do that unless you are expressly threatening somebody.
If I say, kill John Smith tomorrow, that's incitement to violence.
That is not permitted.
However, however, Government circumventing the Constitution by prescribing the free speech of others In the mode of asking private companies to do that which they cannot do.
Now that is illegal.
Because that's the government using an intermediary to curtail your free speech.
I don't see a lot of people understanding that.
Surely there could be a myriad of Class action suits brought against social media with the FBI or even DHS doing an end run again around the Constitution saying, hey guys, I don't like this guy, Paul Sperry or whatever, delete his account.
Why is that so poorly understood?
Surely there is a big, big legal challenge that could be brought against the government and Twitter.
Yeah, so this is the area where I think social media companies and the deep state that used them could face some real consequences are going to be through the courts.
Ultimately, you're not going to see any action from Capitol Hill.
The Democrats are fully in the tank for censorship.
They still control the Senate.
But, you know, Missouri and Louisiana have this lawsuit against the Biden administration, which is alleging precisely what you said, Seb, which is the government colluded with Twitter, with Facebook, with all these platforms to suppress the First Amendment rights of Americans.
And that is going through the courts right now.
And that could see some real results if it gets all the way to the Supreme Court, which I think it will.
Do you have high hopes because of the state action?
I think that's quite promising, don't you?
I think it is very promising, and these Twitter files provide a mountain of new evidence for that investigation.
The investigation already turned up some information.
We covered it a few months ago at Breitbart about Fauci's goons in the federal government putting pressure, leaning on the social media companies to censor people like Alex Berenson and COVID dissidents.
And we now have even more evidence of that.
So the evidence is all there.
The question, I think, will be what will the Supreme Court do about it once it reaches them?
And then, of course, we have the potential not just – so there's two heads to this, is there not – The government's vulnerability for circumventing the First Amendment through third-party actors, and then there's the corporations themselves, is there not?
I mean, we're not very keen about suing Twitter now that it's under the auspices of Elon Musk, but maybe other platforms like Facebook.
Yes, indeed.
But I mean, I think that the point here is not to secure damages, but to send a message to social media companies and the deep state that what they're doing is illegal.
It is suppressing Americans' First Amendment rights.
And that's the real point.
It's not necessarily to damage the companies, but it's to lay down new rules.
That's what's been lacking.
That's why the federal government was able to get away with so much, because there haven't been any rules for who you can and cannot censor.
And the First Amendment is pretty clear.
You can't censor anyone if you're the government, even if you're doing it through a private company like Twitter.
Yeah I was actually on another spaces on Tuesday night and somebody made this point and first things first I got a you know a cold shower from your boss Alex Marlow the editor-in-chief at Breitbart over a year ago said he said hang on Elon Musk come on he's got some deals in China so don't expect Billionaires to save the U.S.
Constitution.
And I give him full due, Alex, for saying that.
However, somebody made this point in the spaces.
If it weren't for Elon Musk, we wouldn't know any of this stuff.
We wouldn't know any of this back and forth with the FBI, with DHS, with State.
We suspected it, but now we have the receipts.
We're talking to Alan Bukhari.
He is the senior tech correspondent for Breitbart.com.
Follow him at Libertarian Blue.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

All right, Alan, here's the big question of the day.
Twitter, as far as I'm concerned, and please correct me because you're the expert, you're the big tech expert.
Twitter is Not a big deal.
It's a big deal because it drives news, but the average American does not hang on Twitter every day like you and me.
Twitter is for people who think they're journalists but are lazy.
It drives news cycles because lazy journalists go on there to see what's happening.
But in terms of, for example, what you say, let's put Adam's book up again, the very, very trenchant subtitle of your book, deleted.
Guys, book, Thank you.
Sometimes I wonder.
You're so good on the chyrons.
I ask for an image and then who's asleep?
Is it Eric?
Is it Guy?
I don't know.
Their faces are just so cold now.
I can't tell.
The subtitle of your book is Big Tech's Battle to Erase the Trump Movement and Steal the Election.
That last part, the steal the election, you can get me back to alum now.
Thank you.
Thank you.
The real influence on elections Since people don't read newspapers anymore.
The most popular TV show, Tucker's, gets 5 million views out of 330 million.
Where do people get their political information?
It's Facebook.
If they're kids, it's TikTok.
So for me, God bless Elon Musk, more Twitter files.
Yes, superb.
But the really nefarious aspect, and that's why we opened the show with the Zuckerberg confession to eat as Joe Rogan.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, we censor people if the FBI tells us to.
is what's happening on Facebook, on TikTok and on other platforms.
Number one, do you agree in terms of the relative importance of these platforms?
And number two, are we ever going to know what happens on behind the scenes there?
Yeah, so I think it's between Facebook and Google, really, in terms of... Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry!
And you're also getting something.
Google, meaning Alphabet, and then AdSense, so the control of advertising dollars, which, you know, Breitbart has been targeted, and then YouTube as well.
Sorry, absolutely.
So, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
These are far more important in terms of distorting elections.
Yes or no?
Yeah, I agree.
So let's break it down.
So I think Facebook is most important when it comes to the older demographics.
Older demographics tend to use Facebook more often than the other platforms.
And I think overall that makes it far more influential than TikTok, which is favored by Generation Z, the Zoomers.
They don't vote nearly as much as older people.
So Facebook's always going to have a lot more influence over elections for that reason.
Google, YouTube has a lot of influence with millennials.
And they're becoming a more active voter bloc, still not as active as Jen.
I heard this just two days ago, that in terms of actual user engagement, YouTube is number one.
In terms of hours spent, YouTube dominates everybody else.
Is that correct?
That's true.
It's made for long-form content.
You can see the order in which the deep state, the media and Democrats went after the platforms after 2016.
Facebook was the number one target, followed by YouTube, followed by Twitter.
First they went after Facebook with the fake news allegations that began even before Trump was inaugurated.
And you see in these Twitter files as well, Twitter's PR department saying, hey, look, all the focus is on Facebook at the moment.
Let's try and keep it that way.
And I think that shows you that Facebook was number one in the mind of the people who wanted to send to social media, because it has all that influence over the older generation, which tends to be the voting generations.
But they also went after YouTube pretty shortly afterward.
There was a massive media-driven ad boycott At the end of 2017 going into 2018 and that was because YouTube was really replacing the mainstream media for the millennial generation.
It's still the case actually that millennials tend to watch YouTube far more than they watch cable news.
They haven't really gone after TikTok that much.
I mean, I don't think TikTok has a huge influence on elections just because the demographic is that much younger.
But certainly I would agree with your assessment that Twitter has always had a smaller slice of the overall market than either Facebook or Google.
And who drove those ad boycotts of YouTube?
Who were the seminal forces targeting YouTube?
That was actually the News Corp publications, The Times in England.
The Wall Street Journal in the US, The Sun in England as well, was very much driven by News Corp.
I don't think it was really driven by political reasons so much as this sense that News Corp has had for a long time that the Internet is a threat to the revenue and the business model of the traditional media, which it is.
They're right about that.
It's a non-partisan organization.
That's also why they were heavily involved in pushing that Media bailout bill we discussed on the show last time I was on.
They see social media as a threat to their business model, but I think they took advantage of the panic around hate speech and disinformation to really go after YouTube.
Not for political reasons, but they saw the opportunity in the panic that had been whipped up by Democrats around social media.
And then what about the real, you know, Gorilla in the room, which is Google.
I mean, if you type any story, even if it's apolitical, into Google, you will not find the conservative site reporting on that story until you're on page five, six, or sometimes seven.
Isn't that perhaps the most powerful information control platform?
Potentially, yes.
I know the psychologist Robert Epstein has done a lot of research on this topic about the influence of rigged Search results on voter decisions.
He's found huge results.
If you adjust search results even a little bit for candidates, you can have these enormous results.
We saw at Breitbart News that Google reduced the visibility on Breitbart News stories in their search results by around 99% if you compare the numbers from summer of 2020 to this summer.
...2016 just, like, almost completely wiped us out.
So no question that Google has undertaken massive, massive censorship against the alternative media.
And that's a really tricky one to solve, you know, because, you know, with the social media suppression, you can say they're going after Americans' First Amendment rights.
But with search results, it's a bit trickier than that, I think.
I'm going to ask you what we can do about that momentarily.
The last question for our interview with Alan Bakari.

This is America First 101 coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
Relief Factor, pain relief that works, pain relief that's real, pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now, me included.
But it's not just me, it's people like Alicia from California.
This is Alicia's story.
I'm a grocery store worker and was working doubles during the coronavirus shutdown.
At 52 years old, my two bad knees did not get a rest.
I literally limped to and from bed.
Two days into relief, and the pain decreased substantially.
So thankful for this amazing product.
That should be you.
That could be you.
There's only one way to find out, but it's super easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack for just $19.95 at reliefactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Alicia, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
800-500-8384. reliefactor.com.
800-500-8384. Reliefactor.com. Reliefactor.com.
All right.
It's the most important question of all.
When I taught class, I always told my students, my officers, the only question that matters, I don't care if you're trained to be a, you know, astrophysicist, a brain surgeon, or anything else, is so what?
What do we do with all this knowledge?
So Twitter Files is opening things up.
As you said, Alan, we can now subpoena these people.
We can get them in front of Congress.
We can have investigations.
But what is the long-term solution?
Especially since we don't have an Elon Musk in charge of Google or Facebook.
There are some options out there.
I'm getting rid of the 230 immunity, breaking them up like Marbel.
I'm going to ask you again, what is your take?
What is the best solution which is also realistic and feasible?
Well, it's sort of a chicken and an egg problem, because what you ultimately want is for tech companies, including Google, to be treated like common carriers, and therefore subject to much more regulation about what they can and can't take down.
Like a phone company?
Like a phone company, indeed.
But of course, to do that, you need the right people at the FCC and the FTC, which obviously you don't have right now.
They're all Biden appointees who love censorship.
You know, one of the silliest things I saw happen on the populist side of things last two years was to try and give more power to the FEC because of, you know, the monopoly power of big tech or something.
I don't really buy that argument because, you know, lots of little companies censoring is the same as one big company.
Right, this is a great point.
Let me reiterate this because I think I've heard you say this before.
Breaking a big liberal company up will probably give you a hundred liberal companies, right?
Mm-hmm.
That's right.
If the incentives stay the same, if the deep states still question them, if they're still using the media, those little companies will censor as well.
And that's why you have to go after the rules of censorship as well and specifically regulate the censorship.
And you can do that if these companies are common carriers.
But that's only if you have the right people actually making them common carriers in the first place.
And I know Texas is trying to do that through their law.
So we'll keep an eye on that one.
Does that make sense?
Because these are borderless entities that function globally.
Can this really be done on a state-by-state basis?
I think you ultimately need the federal government, which is why the chicken-and-the-egg problem.
You need the right people in charge.
You have to win an election and get the right person in the Oval Office, but you have to get past tech censorship to do that.
My ideal scenario is that The court case we see that Louisiana and Missouri have filed gets people their First Amendment rights back on, you know, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
And that is enough, I think, that you can sort of counterbalance the influence of, say, Google Search, because you'll have the ability to just say, you know, to really challenge the narratives again, like people were doing in 2016 on all these big platforms that are very, very influential.
And then eventually you can get to a point where regulation of Google Search has become feasible.
And then what about, I think there's some like European suggestions that there has to be a Consumer Rights Act whereby if you're using my information, I get to control that information.
What do you think of that?
Is that pie in the sky?
That is interesting.
A lot of the European regulations, they don't really go anywhere.
Like the GDPR regulations, for example, all that resulted in was you have to tick a box every time you enter a website.
So I'm a bit skeptical of European solutions.
It certainly is the case that they don't believe Silicon Valley should be a free-for-all that tech companies can censor whatever they want if shadowy agencies tell them.
They actually do want to have legislatures in control of speech regulations, which they are in Europe.
That's not good.
It's not good that there are hate speech laws in Europe.
But it's more transparent and democratic than having the FBI conduct backroom deals to a desensity.
Indeed it is.
All right.
