Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: The Truth about the J6 Prisoners
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
People say to me, all this is easy for you because you're from San Francisco and that's an applause line.
And that's an applause line.
Oh my gosh.
Could she be more creepy?
I don't think so.
Don't turn off.
It's Sebastian Gorka, not Nancy Pelosi.
Welcome to America First with me, your host, for the next three hours.
And we have a cracker of a show today.
No monologue because She's back in the swamp.
She's found some dragons to slay.
The one and only Amanda Milius, my former Trump administration colleague.
What brings you to the epicenter of slime, my dear friend?
I mean, sadly, I still technically live here, but at least... But I know you're running around the planet making movies.
I am, but I mean, Texas, Alexandria, Florida, a little bit in California because my parents still live there, so we...
We have to make an exception.
And who's your dad?
John Milius.
Do you have that photograph?
I found this really cool photograph and I just sent it to Eric.
This is for, you know, when he's not chomping on cigars.
Your dad was really into surfing, wasn't he?
Yeah.
He was like, what was the name of that movie he made?
Big Wednesday.
Big Wednesday.
I have yet to see Big Wednesday, which is like, what, a dramatized version of his life.
But there's also a lot, one of the characters goes to Vietnam and comes back.
That's the John Milius that most people don't know about.
Yeah.
On the beach with a surfer dude.
He's kind of tiny there.
But I've seen him surf.
And he's like a big guy but he's maneuvering.
He's like a ballet dancer.
Like a 250 pound ballet dancer.
It's amazing!
It is kind of incredible.
He had awesome style for a guy that size.
He made it look easy.
He did.
And that's what was cool about the style.
It was very laid back.
It was very California.
But at the same time, it was so odd because he does not have a surfer's physique.
No.
Not at all.
I mean, he's a bear.
Yeah.
And that's why they called it Bear Surfboards.
That's why he named the character The Bear.
You've got to see that one.
Tonight, I'm going to watch it.
We might have to add it to our Making Movies Great Again roster.
All right.
We have to get you back for a longer chat, especially to explain why Elon Musk keeps quoting your dad's movies.
I'm not sure he knows he's quoting them.
I don't think so.
But we'll have to educate Mr. Musk.
I was on a call with him Again, last night, sheer insanity.
We'll discuss that.
But let's talk about deep state.
Let's talk about communication.
So, we haven't rehearsed any of this.
I have a Google Alerts, like I'm sure you do, that if my name turns up in the news, it'll tell me all the things.
Isn't that the best?
When you wake up in the morning and you're like, oh no.
Okay, here we go again.
Here's today's Google Alerts.
I want you to dissect it with me.
This is the left.
This is how they have an ecosystem.
We're going to give you a little peek behind the wizard's curtain.
Washington Post writes an article.
Why Kavanaugh partying with right-wing conservatives raises ethical questions.
So, somebody found out that a conservative justice, nominated by President Trump, went to Matt Schlapp's Christmas party that I went to as well.
And articles are written about the fact that a conservative justice went to a conservative person's home.
Because left-wing justices never hang out with radical leftists ever.
RGB.
And here's the important point.
And this is why I need you to comment on this.
Washington Post.
Hit piece.
Kavanaugh hangs out with conservatives.
Same day.
Mediaite.
Brett Kavanaugh raises ethics concerns after attending holiday party with ex-Trump officials.
Newsweek.
Newsweek!
You conservatives who write for the op-ed page of Newsweek!
Shame on you!
Newsweek.
Brett Kavanaugh partying with Matt Gaetz raises questions.
Sod off, Newsweek.
Then we have the Raw story.
Kavanaugh's attendance at right-wing holiday party raises new ethics concerns about Supreme Court.
Then we have Daily Kos.
We have another article about Kavanaugh hanging out with conservatives.
Salon.com.
Law professors raise ethics concerns at Kavanaugh partying with Republicans and on and on and on.
These guys, they're good, aren't they?
One article becomes this barrage of cut and paste.
And what do we do?
We run and hide.
Well, as I've said, I was able to brief some of the incoming conservative congresspeople, and I said, the one thing you've got to learn is that very soon the press will call you all Nazis.
So get used to it now.
Call yourself it in the mirror if you have to.
But get over it, because the answer is not to hide under your desk and don't answer the phone.
Because that's just what's going to happen.
So it's almost like you're free.
Or to try and curry favor with them. - Well, you're freed of bad press.
Right.
It's actually freeing.
But the thing that I want to illustrate, because I lived this when I was in the White House.
Is the elevation of the crazier ones to the crazier ones to the crazier ones.
But not just that.
Just the fact that it's this hive capacity that one hit piece is written and then they cut and paste and then by the end of the day you've got 30 hit pieces that look like original content but they're not.
No, it's exactly what Fusion GPS did with Devin Nunes and Kash Patel in Plot Against the President.
That's why I say the movie, Plot Against the President, continues to be the blueprint.
That's her movie, by the way, PATPMovie.com.
She's brought us a Christmas gift wrap one, PATPMovie.com.
And we don't seem to have a mirror image of that infrastructure.
After, what, how many decades?
No, because we're, again, it goes back to that philosophical difference between Democrats and Republicans.
A team of individuals versus a team of cogs in the wheel.
They see it, and they're like, oh, my work is done for me.
I just click on this, and then I rewrite it in a more insane way, and then I put it out, and that's my day.
Whereas, like, conservatives are like, I'm an intellectual.
What's my interesting take on, you know, the conservative case for meh?
This month, I've written my one piece this month on what it means to be a conservative, and I'm good for the month, right Amanda?
I mean, we kind of need a hit piece, you know, infrastructure in addition to the, I mean, it's one of the other things I was trying to work on at one point.
But the hit piece, we don't need to lie.
We've got the facts on these guys.
No, we just, absolutely.
We don't have to lie at all.
I mean, the facts are way worse than the lies they tell about us.
When you've got James Baker, the FBI, at the center of all the collusion, and Hunter Biden then becoming Deputy Chief Counsel for Twitter, and then the head of safety for Twitter is writing his PhD on how children should be allowed to use the homosexual grinder app.
Oh my God.
So we don't need to make stuff up.
No, we really don't.
And then you've got like millions, well not millions, but you've got that whole list of other folks that work at Twitter that used to be part of FBI and CIA.
You've got Perkins Coie, you've got all of the other issues that we could actually be dissecting and breaking down every single day.
And I mean, when I worked in the White House and at State Department, I remember, because I was in comms, right?
Talking to the right-wing press, it's like you'd have to write the story for them, practically.
We were like, you're kidding me.
I have to make this connection for you?
That's what actually ended up making me make the documentary, because I was like, the right-wing press is never going to do this.
And then, of course, everyone puts out books, and that's great.
I hate to tell everyone, I might collect a lot of books, you might collect a lot of books, but most people aren't reading all of the books.
You've got to put it in 90 minutes in front of them that they can watch on TV.
How successful is the plot against President Amanda Billis?
It's still number one on Amazon.
Wow.
And she got it onto Amazon.
That's how impressive she is.
Guys, if you have not seen it, don't listen to the show.
Just remove yourself from my audience.
I'll give you one more chance.
If you haven't seen it by midnight tonight, then you're in big trouble.
PATPMovie.com.
It's streaming channels like Amazon.com.
And do what I did.
Get a load of the DVDs and give them to people.
Give them to relatives.
Give them to people.
Say, what election fraud?

Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
I'm ready for anything except Amanda Milius.
That's quite a handful there.
There's a reason she is known as a troublemaker on the right, and we love her for it.
Could you imagine if she came back into a second Trump administration?
Somewhere fun like, ooh, I don't know, the United Nations.
That could be very, very enjoyable.
What is also very, very enjoyable is every day for me to get the updates for what you have done for those children across the nation that have a mother or father incarcerated this Christmas.
This is incredible.
We have, oh my gosh, I'm just looking at the figures.
So far, you guys with Salem have raised $376,000.
raised $376,000 with increments of $25 each, which provides a Christmas gift chosen by that incarcerated mother or father, a note of love, and a children's gospel.
Thank you, everyone who's done this.
If you haven't, if you want to spread a little bit of love to some of the most vulnerable children in America, will you go right now?

Thank you.
All right.
Hard to keep up with Mr. Elon.
Was it last night?
I think it was last night.
I was on another Twitter Spaces with him.
Yes, it was.
I asked him a question about what happens if he's no longer the CEO of Twitter.
We're going to post the whole audio on my social media feeds.
You've got to read, you've got to listen to everything that is coming out of certain, certain sources.
One of them is Revolver News and we are delighted to have with us the founder, Darren Beatty.
Darren, you have been publishing up a storm in the last couple of weeks on what is happening in Palo Alto with Mr. Musk.
Let's step out of that for a second and just as a user, Where do you stand on all of this?
Are you hopeful?
Is he going to get to the bottom of it?
Is this a drop in a bucket?
Are you optimistic?
Where do you stand, Darren?
Well, you know, it's an interesting question and it's always relative to our realistic expectations.
I would say, counted against our most optimistic realistic expectations, I think Elon is doing an amazing job.
First of all, going through with figuring out the purchase of Twitter.
Then it looks like the regime let out a tic-tac-dog and it looked like Apple would threaten to give him the parlor treatment and he managed to finesse that issue directly with Tim Cook, for now at least.
And on the speech issue, We don't have absolute speech.
There are some accounts that remain to be reinstated.
But for the most part, I would say it'd be very difficult not to find the results so far encouraging.
Everything from the reinstatement of Trump's accounts to thousands and thousands of other accounts that have been banned for many years.
There's a sense of Renewal on Twitter that we haven't seen in a very long time.
And that coupled with these Twitter files, which put, as a matter of historical record, the internal machinations involved in something really historic, which is the deplatforming of a sitting president of the United States from his preferred method of communication.
All of those things, I think, are really, really encouraging to see.
Of course, the story is not fully written yet.
We always have to apply caution to our optimism, but I think at this point we have every reason to be optimistic and really grateful for what Elon has done so far.
Do you have any expectation that there'll be something substantive done with the revelations after the new Congress is sworn in in January, Darren?
Boy, I was thinking for a second, should I finesse this?
Should I, you know, not that I would lie, but should I, you know, give some, but no, the short and honest answer is no.
And, you know, but I leave the possibility to be pleasantly surprised.
I'm going to let the GOP pleasantly surprise me.
But so far, I mean, I think one of the One of the take-home points from the whole Elon affair, and you know, Elon isn't perfect, what he's done isn't perfect, but it's been damn good so far, and I think it's fair to say he's done more poor speech on the internet.
There's this kind of, not meme, but this thing that's going around, especially on the Twitter space is where Elon is participating, that he did more for probity, transparency and the future of the Republic in just the last couple of weeks than, you know, more significant than anything that could have happened in the midterms.
Or that the GOP did.
All right.
It would be very remiss of me.
We've only got a couple of minutes left.
Latest developments.
You are the guy behind the pipe bomb story, the missing footage, the strange angle of footage outside the DNC.
Any latest revelations?
What are we waiting for?
Who's got interest to hide the facts of the case?
Give us an update, Darren.
Well, the update is, you know, as a As I mentioned on the show before, we've proved that the Feds have tampered with the footage in critical ways, actually two ways.
One is removing footage that would have depicted the pipe bomber planting the bomb, and then additionally tampering with the footage to produce a frame rate that makes it impossible to identify key features about the pipe bomber.
The state of research now is we're working on a very big piece that could really expose yet another method of tampering, but I have to hold off on reporting that publicly for now.
But really, I'm waiting to see what goes on in the House of Representatives, because again, I allow for the possibility of being pleasantly surprised.
We have a few fighters in Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, Thomas Massey, And so we have people who are willing to put their authority as elected representatives on the line in order to get to the bottom of this.
But we really need to see how everything shakes out in terms of, you know, the speaker issue and just kind of basic leadership questions in the House.
When can we expect that next big drop?
Is it a days?
Weeks?
When are you thinking?
Well, I think there would be no better day to publish it than January 6 itself, so that's the date that I'm targeting.
I like the way this man thinks.

Of course Pompeo's running.

Welcome back to America First One-on-One with Amanda Milius in-studio.
Alright.
Unmuted, Eric.
Okey-dokey.
Titles!
Does Elon Musk know who he's quoting?
That's for the 101?
No.
For the monologue, yeah.
Monologue.
who he's quoting and then for mono or for for What should we do?
Should we do the truth about Pompeo, or what?
I was leaning that way, yeah, because it's the spiciest stuff.
Yeah, the truth about Mike Pompeo.
Good.
Alright.
Can you give me cut four and cut five?
Cut four... Go ahead.
Speaking of villains, Elon Musk is no longer the richest man in the world.
According to Forbes, his net worth is down $4.5 billion this week because Tesla stock is down and, of course, the great job he's doing turning Twitter into truth social.
The new richest man in the world is the guy who owns Louis Vuitton.
Which, look at that!
Douchebag got beat out by a handbag.
Isn't that something?
So proud of himself.
And cut five.
And it's shocking, by the way, that they arrested him yesterday.
I mean, it's like stopping a witness in mid-confession.
But that's really what this is like, what they did.
The guy's spilling his guts, was about to spill his guts in front of Congress.
I wonder if there was any pressure put on him by the Biden DOJ.
I mean, come on, Jesse.
I mean, the guy's about to testify and say... So, is that the real Wolf of Wall Street?
That's Jordan Belfort, yeah.
All right, give me, uh... nine.
With this allegation of groomer and pedophile, it is alleging that a person is criminal somehow and engaged in criminal acts merely because of their identity, their sexual orientation, their gender identity.
Wow.
It's getting closer.
Seven.
Unlike Elon Musk, who the Dems deem evil, even though he's trying to help shareholders, not bilk them.
But that's how Dems treat someone who's fighting child porn.
I guess they prefer their billionaires to be phony leftists instead of real people doing real stuff.
If only someone would have questioned what this fraud.
If only someone would have questioned what this fraud.
Knee Deep in the Swamp First place in your hearts.
America First with Dr. G.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I think we're managing to get Matt Schlapp on with us this hour to talk about that story attacking his guests at his Christmas party, me included, and how they're using it to undermine the Supreme Court.
If you enjoy this show and what we bring you every single day, please support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell, the left wishes to destroy him.
Not just the left, also the FBI, which has become An outreach arm, an enforcement arm for the radicalized Democrats.
If you're looking for some great Christmas presents, he's got over 150 items at his webpage.
The MyPillow sold more than 72 million of them.
They're so good.

Thank you for taking my call, Dr. Gorka.
4468, mypillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
All right, let's go to your calls.
The number is 833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
First up, South Carolina, Colin, line one.
Thank you for taking my call, Dr. Gorka.
Sure.
So I did want to tell you a little story about what happened to me and how I think that the medical professionals and medical industrial complex, to be specific, is trying to coerce specifically my family and I think everyone else's family and their kids into getting the COVID-19 is trying to coerce specifically my family and I think everyone I mean,
So yesterday I took my daughter to the doctor's office and they didn't tell us that we're going to have to fill out paperwork saying that we would comply with all CDC recommendations for vaccines.
And if we failed to do so, this doctor's office would terminate doctor patient relationships.
So basically they were saying.
Either you get these vaccines or we are not going to treat you.
Did you make a copy?
Did you photograph that form?
Oh, I absolutely took a copy of it.
Alright, I need to see that.
Stay on the line, Colin.
That's absolutely incredible.
I need to verify that story.
You can anonymize your family details and birthdates and everything else, but I need to see evidence because we need to get to the bottom of that.
Thank you, Colin.
Forcing you to comply?
What happened to the Hippocratic Oath?
This isn't politics.
This isn't some kind of experimentation room.
This is health.
Let's go to our good buddy, Victor Silver Spring, line two.
Hey, Sebastian.
I heard something disturbing this morning.
When I woke up, I had the station on Larry O'Connor show, and they were talking about a woman in northern Virginia, probably Loudoun County.
She got a handicapped individual child.
The child was afraid to go to school because nobody around him was wearing a mask.
So guess what the mother did?
She went to court and sued under the Americans with Disability Act.
The court sided with the mother.
And because of this so-called Americans with Disability Act, because the kid is handicapped, now everybody around the kid is going to have to wear a mask.
So this is another way of getting around the mask mandate.
Wow.
That's incredible.
So that was on Larry's show this morning?
Yeah, and I was surprised Chris Plant didn't talk about it, because I tried to get on his show to ask him more about it.
Yeah, there's so many things to cover in just three hours.
Three hours is not enough, but I will reach out to Larry.
Larry is one of our hosts here.
I wanted to thank you.
You guys are always sending me great swag.
Victor, for that heads up, I had not heard that.
But, of course, that is an end run around our rights, and we will check in with Larry for that.
Thank you for the update.
Guys, you're doing our homework for us.
Thank you.
Let's go to Dave in Arizona, line three.
Happy Warrior Dittos from Surprise, Arizona, sir.
Thank you, buddy.
I wanted to thank you.
You guys are always sending me great swag.
I got two hats last week.
Good!
Well, yeah, when you call in with good stuff, we reward you.
So what are you calling in with today, Dave?
So, finalist Republicans that couldn't stand up as they repealed the Defense of Marriage Act.
I've heard some hosts talk about, well, I'm for religious freedom.
And we always know that the line of the bill is the noise.
You've got to look for the signal.
What the signal that Biden just passed does It puts Catholic churches under the gun.
If they do not subscribe to the leftist ideology, they'll shut those places down.
They'll pull their 501c3 charters.
Same with private businesses.
If you don't respect the line in the sand that the leftists keep moving and they push their agenda on our kids and our families, they're going to put you in jail.
They're going to fine you so you go out of business.
No, you're absolutely right.
It is because of the spineless GOP and that's why we're having Matt Schlapp on with the show in just two minutes time after the break to give us his prediction as the granddaddy of the American Conservative Union, as the host of the incredible CPAC every single year.
Is there going to be any difference after they're sworn in in January?
Stay with us for that and so much more.

Good, thank you for a great party.
Yeah, that was fun, wasn't it?
It was.
It was superb.
Especially what was it?
The little mac and cheese balls were delicious.
Yeah.
No, no, no, no.
The mini grilled cheeses.
Yes, those were good too.
The mini grilled cheeses.
Excellent.
All right.
We're going to keep you for one segment and then we'll let you wend your merry way.
Sounds good, Sebastian.
Appreciate you asking.
Absolutely.
It's been far too long.
We need to get you in studio for a longer chat.
I'd love it.
All right.
Alright, two minutes and we are up.
Title for Darren.
For Darren... Elon Musk, colon, more effective than the whole GOP.
Right?
Because that's what we talked about, really.
Yeah, he said he was doing a great job.
He really is.
I remember some friends of mine were a little skeptical at first, like, when he finally finished the deal, like, oh, he's not really gonna do it, and boy, oh boy, he didn't.
I have to say, that point that Darren made, I'm just, you know, surprised that he actually pulled off the deal.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, at a certain point, Twitter was suing to make the deal go through.
So, I mean, at that point, it was... Yeah, but, you know, the fact that it could have been so easily sabotaged from within.
Yeah, yeah.
Alright, what have we got here?
We've got PhD.
Okay.
Hey Matt, have you ever written a book?
Yes, The Desecrators.
Oh yes!
Can you put that, can you get that image, Eric?
The Desecrators?
The Desecrators.
The Desecrators.
Good, I'm glad I asked.
Yeah, I wrote it with D.O.
Hudson about the Worse than cancel culture, it's the desecration of everything that's holy.
I love it.
All right, we're going to mention that as well.
Good.
When's the next big CPAC?
It's going to be in Gaylord in Washington, D.C., March 1 through 4.
March 1 through 4.
Okay, good.
All right, we'll put that on our calendar.
30 seconds.
Stand by.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Unlike Elon Musk, who the Dems deem evil, even though he's trying to help shareholders, not bilk them.
But that's how Dems treat someone who's fighting child porn.
I guess they prefer their billionaires to be phony leftists instead of real people doing real stuff.
If only someone would have questioned what this fraud was up to three years ago when he started this mess, but they were too busy trying to destroy another billionaire who was doing real stuff for the American people.
Nicely put, Mr. Gutfeld.
Yes, they're attacking Elon Musk as they are accepting $40 million from Mr. Bankman Freed, who, by the way, is going to be stuck in a Bahamanian jail for six weeks!
While they try and extradite him back to the U.S.
And he was arrested, of course, the day before he was supposed to testify on Capitol Hill.
What are the expectations for his survival?
Yeah, I'm not putting a lot of money on it.
Let's talk to a person who is in the news, a man who is a champion of true conservatism.
I was at his house last week with my muse for a splendiferous Christmas party, Matt Schlapp.
Welcome back to America First.
Wonderful to have you and your wife at our party.
And you know, As much as they try to cancel everything, they can't cancel Christmas, they can't cancel our Savior, and they can't cancel our great conservative friendships.
They can't.
And please, remember, the phrase is Merry Christmas.
Use it every day.
Use it liberally.
However it is Christmastime, and the danger of putting on a few pounds is severe, so if you are ready to shed a few of them, get back into your fighting weight.
Do what I did.
Forty-two pounds later, thanks to the great offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas, it's my PhD weight loss.
The number 864-644-1900.
Don't wait for the New Year's resolutions.
Make your appointment today.
If I can do it, anyone can.
864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
Matt, we opened the show.
Please check out his new book, The Desecrators, The Desecrators.
Matt, we opened the show with our in-studio guest, Amanda Milius, who sends her best, and we discussed what I found on my Google Alerts today.
I found half a dozen articles, including my name and your name, and they had to do with the Washington Post Lambasting Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Brett Kavanaugh for daring to go to a Christmas party at a conservative's home.
That home is your home.
And I just have two questions.
I guess conservatives aren't allowed to break bread with conservatives.
And then secondly, the interesting thing about this Google Alerts is that there are a dozen stories based upon that one story Why is the left so more organized when it comes to attacks on us than we are on them?
Yeah, well, I mean, they have one target, and that's to destroy America and everybody who wants to defend her.
And in the case of this associate Supreme Court justice and all the colleagues who signed on to the Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade, there was an all-out assault on them.
Through assassination attempts, through character assassinations and everything.
I spoke to an editor of the Washington Post who said they thought that these Supreme Court justices should have bypassed going to Christmas parties this year because it would have been the better part of valor.
And I was like, oh, so if the Supreme Court does something controversial, which I don't consider very controversial, but follow the Constitution and say that there's not a Wholesale right to abortion, the word never appears in the Constitution, obviously.
And they say, look, it's not in the Constitution.
They just skip all their Christmas parties because they overturn Roe v. Wade.
I mean, this is the insanity of the moment, which is, you know, if they do something progressive, if the Democratic Party does something progressive, they get awards.
When our side does something to take us back to law and order, and values they have to lock themselves in their basement and not be allowed to come out and i say screw that um i'm going did the editor give you a response matt oh yeah i have all the back and forth I could make it public, I'll think about that.
You should, you should.
So, let's go to the big question I teased up before you came on the line.
Any expectation?
I mean, you are at the epicenter of it all with CPAC, with the American Conservative Union.
Are we going to see any spine, any testicular fortitude out of the GOP after January?
You know, this is a great question, because there's this whole question of does Kevin McCarthy have the votes to be the next speaker?
Does he not?
I don't know if I know the latest on that.
That's a real internal battle with these House members.
But I'll say this.
I think it's an open question.
But the real question is this.
Are we going to fight for anything when it comes to the one thing that passes Congress, and that's a budget vehicle?
And, you know, we have one House of Congress and we don't have the White House, so... And then even when we have the Senate majority, you know, the Senate is the Senate.
So the question is, will these House Republicans stay tough?
Now, they're not going to get everything all of us want.
But Jim Jordan and others are saying, let's just at least pick one thing.
Close the southern border.
Go back to the Trump policy.
Stop the mutilation of our kids with sexual reassignment surgeries.
Stop the...
You know, the war on fossil fuels.
Let's pick one of these great epic battles we're in.
Let's go win it.
And that's what I think, Sebastian, the activists of CPAC need to do as soon as we dust ourselves off from this majority leader vote in the vote to see who the next RNC chairman is.
And then it's, OK, what will we fight for?
We better pick something.
And let's fight to the death for it.
All right, CPAC, we have the dates.
March 1st to the 4th.
The Gaylord here just outside DC.
Join us.
It's where you recharge your batteries with your fellow conservatives.
Matt, I wish we would have more time to discuss these issues, but one last question.
CPAC is now an international brand, isn't it?
You're traveling the globe visiting other CPACs.
Yeah, these countries like Hungary, can you imagine?
We just came back from CPAC Mexico.
Uh, and we just had CPAC Japan right after that, which I unfortunately couldn't go to, but we're mapping out next year.
But, you know, there's lots of countries, including like Guatemala, who invited us to come, Poland, other countries.
So this whole idea of this, you know, push back on the globalists and Klaus Schwab and everything else, this is a real deal, Sebastian, and we're in the thick of it.
And, you know, let's go take back not only America, but let's help Other people take back their country from the globalists and from the secularists and from the communists.
Yeah, it's about sovereignty and it's about Judeo-Christian Western civilization.
So happy you are there at the forefront of it.

Best to your bride, Mercy, and your beautiful daughters.
Merry Christmas to you.

I can't stand the Stones.
Put it in the round filing cabinets.
That big-lipped idiot.
They're now gathering moss in the round filing cabinets.
It's going to be so surreal to have CPAC back in DC again.
I know, I know.
So I'm surprised.
I guess they have a standing contract with them.
Because it's always been the Gaylord, as far as I can remember.
Yeah.
No, no, no.
They had one up by the zoo, that massive hotel complex up by the National Zoo.
But either way, it sounds like someone's going to be broadcasting from CPAC again this year.
I think we are.
Oh boy.
What was the record we set?
16 guests in one show?
Was CPAC less?
I think 17.
I think Geoff knows.
Because we had, like, a guest.
We had a guest in one of the breaks on Rumble.
Uh-huh.
Then we had, like, two guests per set.
Yeah, that was absolutely wild.
It was great.
And this is E already.
Uh, what have I not seen?
Oh, yeah.
Six.
Can you place... Oh, no.
Do I have time?
Um, it's good.
I mean, we don't have time, but it is good.
If you want to use it.
You T it up.
Uh, no.
No, we're just coming.
I'll do merch.
Merch.
You got it.
You got it.
America First.
Magnificent.
Amen.
Who's Katie Porter?
She's that one who says her daughter tells her that the world is going to catch fire and we're all gonna die, right?
That's Katie Porter.
Now she's defending grown-ups who want to have sex with children.
It's quite remarkable.
Cut nine.
Play cuts.
You know, this allegation of groomer and pedophile, it is alleging that a person is criminal somehow and engaged in criminal acts merely because of their identity, their sexual orientation, their gender identity.
I guess she doesn't speak Latin.
Pedophile.
Look it up.
Yeah, you are a criminal.
If you are trying to have sex with children.
It's not a question of your identity.
You should be in prison.
It's that simple.
But for a Democrat congresswoman, she's going to defend you.
That is the stakes involved.
All right, let's go to your calls.
Joe California, line one.
Welcome, Joe.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Hey.
I just wanted to ask you, We see on the Twitter files that are being published that people like Katie Hobbs and now we see Michelle Obama.
They're censoring people, asking Twitter to censor conservative talk, conservative doctors.
And it was interesting for me to hear that none of the Republican senators ever contacted Twitter to have censorship.
And I don't know.
For me, I want to see something come of this.
I want to see some action.
I don't want them just to get a slap on the wrist.
Oh, you get a pass on this.
Is anything going to come out of this?
Well, look, I don't think anything's going to come out of it here, because who owns the DOJ?
The DOJ is the, you know, the fascistic Gestapo arm of the DNC.
So this guy Merrick Garland or Chris Wray, they're on the side of the censors.
So no, nothing's going to happen from the feds.
What it's going to take is some brave local prosecutors.
It may take a sheriff, it may take somebody You know, at a county level to say, no, this is illegal.
This is a contravention of the Constitution or even just terms of service for these information platforms.
So no, nothing will happen until somebody acts locally, which is the nature of America.
We are a republic.
We aren't really meant to be beholden to federal government.
Great question, Joe.

He's lying about inflation again.
He's celebrating the fact there are less jobs, more opportunities, but people aren't interested in applying.
Why?
Because he's just a liar, or is he simply that senile?
We'll ask you on America First, the second hour, and special guests, former Congressman Dave Brant from Liberty University, and with our update from crazy California, the one and only Jen Horne.
Thank you.
Oh, no.
Oh boy.
No.
That doesn't work.
Testing 1, 2.
Hi.
Hi, Jen.
How are you?
Good.
How are you doing?
Doing well.
Good.
Doctor's in the control room right now.
Oh, trying to take over the ship, huh?
He said enough of this sitting on the other side.

Standby.
Are they calling on Skype?
Oh.
Um... Looked like we were there.
Yeah, no picture here.
Nope, it's coming.
I know nothing about what's happening in the world today, so we have to be easy.
Thank you.
Uh-oh, it says you're not online.
Hmm.
Oh, maybe... Are we broadcast?
Are we on the phone lines right now?
Yeah, we're one minute from going live.
I was gonna dial you on Skype, but it says it's not connected, so I think maybe I'm hitting the wrong one.
Is it SNA?
Hang on, it's... Let's text.
Yeah, that's why.
Bye.
All righty.

News and talk radio is still really popular, even in the Internet age.
What you are about to hear them say is mind-boggling.
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
It's kind of a messaging question.
Do you maintain liners from people who have disappeared utterly into obscurity?
That is, I believe, Mr. Potato Head Brian Stelter, whose mind wasn't very hard to boggle at all.
I wonder what he's doing today.
No, I don't.
I don't really care.
Welcome back to America First.
This is me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
What an incredible opening hour that was, from Amanda Milius to Darren Beatty to Match Lap, and it's only going to get better!
We're going to get our update from our warrior out west.
She is Jennifer Horne, co-host of the Morning Answer, AM 870, AM 590.
Jen, welcome.
Merry Christmas.
Thank you.
Merry Christmas.
I'm all decked out in red.
So are you.
You've got the red tie on.
I know.
I saw this in my tie rack today, and I thought, that looks a little bit Yuletide-y.
I don't have any mistletoe above me, but it's a little bit Christmas-y.
I love it.
I want to start with the kind of surprise you pulled on me, because your team said, hey, here's a video link for today's interview.
Video link?
I don't do video with Jane.
But you were on an exterior location.
You were broadcasting from a building.
Gun store.
We like that.
And you were on a mission.
What were you doing this Tuesday, Jen?
So we have done, well by the time we're through, we're going to have five toy drives in the bag all for the Chips for Kids program.
We partner every year with the California Highway Patrol And they collect toys all throughout the state and their goal is to bring in like many.
Just in LA County alone they want to bring in a hundred thousand toys to give to kids and families in need.
So we ask people to come out.
We do a live broadcast of the show.
We give them breakfast and then they bring a new unwrapped toy, a game, sports equipment, gift cards, especially for the older kids who get left behind this time of year.
And we collect them all, and then the CHP doles it out during the holiday season to people and organizations who need it.
My favorite events.
I love our town halls and our U9 IEs.
But when it comes to making you feel really good about doing something, this was great.
So you were a part of that on Tuesday.
And we've done three so far.
And we've got two more.
I have one tomorrow and one on Friday.
And so I hope to finish strong.
The toy drive we did that you called into on Tuesday, we collected bikes, cigarettes.
Someone brought a drone.
I mean, cartfuls of toys from the local NRA group.
People's generosity is just astounding.
What about our marine buddy?
He always brings me, like, Star Trek toys.
Is he part of this show?
He came, actually.
Daryl, yes.
Daryl from Anaheim.
He came on, well, two Fridays ago.
I got to see him and give him a hug.
He always contributes and it's always fun to see him.
Well, God bless you for doing that and the CHP for doing that.
What was wrong with your co-host?
Why was he talking about dead people under the Christmas tree?
What is it with Grant Stinchfield?
So one of the things, you know, we still talk about the news when we're doing the morning answer from these events, but I always like to talk about some Christmas stuff as well, some holiday stuff.
And so I asked you about your favorite toy that you got when you were a kid and you talked about your cool little, uh, what was a police motorcycle bike?
Well, it was a kid's electric motor trike, but it was a police motor trike, so it fits in beautifully with the CHP.
So I was tooling around like a seven-year-old on my police trike.
It was the best Christmas gift ever.
That sounds absolutely amazing.
And so I asked Grant, what's your favorite Christmas gift?
Instead of answering, what did he tell us?
He started reciting a line from My Blue Heaven about how all he wanted was a red bike.
And he ended up seeing his dead uncle shot under the Christmas tree.
What is up with him?
I don't know, and you even shook, I could hear you, you actually, I could hear in your silence that you were shaking your head in his direction.
This is what I deal with every day, this craziness.
It's hard, it's hard, but it's not as crazy as what's happening in the government of California.
So what is this news I see about, does, did Gavin Newsom, did Pelosi's nephew suddenly realize that there's an open border?
He suddenly realized he was running for president and he better do something quick.
So Gavin Newsom, our governor, on Monday, I think surprised everybody when he traveled south, right past SeaWorld, right through San Diego, and he went to California's border with Mexico.
And I love it.
Whoever's giving him advice is actually giving him some good advice.
I hate to say something nice.
But he goes out there, governor selfie with his camera crew.
Oh, I love that governor selfie.
That's good.
That's good.
Because you know, he's always looking for the photo op.
But it's not a bad idea.
I mean, I hate to say it because I think Gavin Newsom as president would be awful.
I've lived in California for four years under Gavin Newsom, and it sure hasn't been great.
But He decided he would go to the border, he acknowledged Title 42 ending, and he said that California won't be able to withstand it when Title 42 ends next week.
Hang on, I'm confused.
What do all his buddies at the French Laundry say when he says something like that?
Because that's antithetical to the, we don't need no borders!
Let in the tired, the weary!
We love them all!
You know, I was talking to Joel Pollack this morning from Breitbart on the show, And we were just having a great conversation about what Gavin Newsom did.
So he actually separated himself from Republicans and from Joe Biden and Democrats like Joe Biden.
He was able to not talk about the wall.
In fact, he blamed Republicans for the problem.
He says that a wall is not the answer, that we need immigration reform.
So he's not talking to conservatives who believe we need border security.
Seems pretty easy.
But he's also separating himself from both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who are his likely competitors in 2024, because they've done nothing.
I mean, they haven't even What, Kamala Harris went to the border once with her back turned to the actual border eight miles away.
Biden, I think, has been one time in his political career and he just drove by, drove through El Paso, didn't even do anything or see any of the trouble.
So Gavin Newsom is saying, look, here I am.
I'm taking a picture.
I'm by the wall.
And we need reform, which I think makes his buddies at the French Laundry feel fine because they love to talk about transformation and reformation, which means more money, more studies, more infrastructure and no solving the problem.
So I need to ask you this because you are such a canny observer, not just of California politics, but national politics.
What happens when he, he declares?
What's going to happen on the left?
Is he going to become, is a white guy going to be allowed to challenge, for example, the Kakla Kamala?
What, what do you predict on the left when this, you know, Mr. hairdo declares his presidential, uh, you know, candidacy?
I told you that's the time to pop your popcorn when the two of them start running against each other because it will be mean and nasty and they both know where the other has buried their bodies.
These two have come up in the ranks in California and they actually made a backdoor deal years ago.
saying that Kamala Harris would take the Senate route and he would take the route of the governor so that they wouldn't cross paths or have to run against each other.
Now it looks more likely than ever that they're going to run right into each other.
And I think you're going to have a lot of women, especially African-American women, who are going to feel pretty upset if Gavin Newsom tries to challenge Kamala Harris – The party, I think, will also be kind of stuck with what to do because both of them are seen as kind of the strongest on the bench.
But I do think that this is the immigration issue.
is going to provide a great split in the Democrat Party because you have moderate Democrats who obviously Gavin Newsom is trying to appeal to right now who want to talk about, you know, reforming the border or transforming our immigration policies.
And then you have those on the far left.
And at this point, I would say that's Kamala Harris and Joe Biden who are trying to appeal to the Obama branch of the party who just say, open up the borders now and let them come in.
I think that's going to be an issue.
And I think they're going to divide themselves down the middle.
It would be very similar to having a Ron DeSantis jump into a primary with Donald Trump, where there would be lots of people posturing and it would rip the party apart.
So we'll see what happens.
I think it'll be entertaining for us to watch.
I do think it is going to be a problem for those who like to play identity politics to try to knock Kamala Harris out of the spot where they think she belongs.
So the way that he's couching the immigration problem and, As not, you know, building a wall and these empty nostrums of reform and what have you.
Does that mean he doesn't generate tension on the left?
Is he dancing around it that adroitly?
Well, I think what he's got to do, the left I think already loves Gavin Newsom with the wink and the nod to what he's done to California.
What I think he has to do is he has to gain the trust of the middle of the country who say, we don't want Iowa to look like California.
We don't want Nebraska to look like California.
And so he's going to have to appeal to Democrats who associate being more moderate and being more in the middle.
And so I think what he's going to try to do in the next couple of years is look like he's making sensible Yeah.
for California.
I would believe that Gavin Newsom cared about the border if he had done one thing to help us over the past four years.
But he hasn't.
In fact, he's actually supported sanctuary policies.
He's the one that's come out and made California sanctuary state in his own city of San Francisco when he was mayor.
It's just cynical opportunism.
That's all it is.

So, I Today's announcement.
Join a portfolio of partnership for global infrastructure investment projects already underway in Africa, including mobilizing $8 billion in public and private finance to help South Africa replace coal-fired power plants with renewable energy sources and develop cutting-edge energy solutions like clean hydrogen.
You know, think about this.
The world's going to Hades in a handbasket.
We are desperately concerned about the circumstance relating to avian flu.
We don't have enough vaccines.
We don't have enough police officers.
And we're going to debate the next three weeks, I'm told, gay marriage, a flag amendment, and God only knows what else.
I can't believe the American people can't see through this.
We already have a law.
The Defense of Marriage Act, where we've all voted, not where I voted and others said, look, marriage is between a man and a woman and states must respect that.
Nobody's violated that law.
There's been no challenge to that law.
Why do we need a constitutional amendment?
Marriage is between a man and a woman.
What's the game going on here?
Wow.
Gosh.
So surreal to see videos of him back when he had eyebrows.
And like energy.
All right, I'm going to play that cut with Jen.
That's so good.
Who is this Leon guy, this Kevin?
OK, so remember the racist remarks that came out of the city council and the lady had to resign the head of the council?
This is a guy who decided to just double down.
He was the one who called Mike Bonin's son an accessory because he's adopted and black.
And like a Louis Vuitton bag, he said.
And so he has not resigned.
He's doubled down.
He hasn't been able to attend a meeting because the protesters wanting him to resign keep following him around.
So he went to a tree lighting and a toy drive on Friday.
And this far left activist, Jason Reedy, who's a troublemaker all around L.A., starts screaming at him.
The two of them get into a fist fight.
His Santa hat flies off of his head.
The kids start crying.
at the event.
I don't know.
Damien's on the right on that one, I think.
He is!
We went through it on the air, step-by-step, and he defended himself, definitely.
You see the two statements too, like David Allen put out a very lengthy statement, detailing step by step, like he threw the first punch.
He thrusted his pelvis in my direction, that's what he said.
And the protestors lawyer's response was, oh that's not true, he doesn't know what he's talking about.
Like no specifics, just, oh he's wrong.
By the way, the movie line, My Blue Heaven, I got that.
You did, right?
Yes.
I didn't watch that movie.
What is that?
You've never seen that movie?
It's hilarious.
It was Uncle Alfresco.
I've never even heard of that movie.
Uncle Alfresco that was shot.
Yeah, in the back of the head.
And what's that got to do with kids' Christmas toys?
Because that's what he's talking about.
He wanted his red bike.
You and Grant Stinchworth.
And then he says no bicycle after that.
It was hilarious.
That's a movie Jeff has seen.
Yeah, multiple times.
The one.
Okay, so while all of you are together, your little Christmas cheer package for me is on its way.
I don't know when it's going to arrive, but have at it.
It's for everybody.
Share with Katie as well.
Is it an electric trike?
Is it a real CHP electric trike?
No, it's my dead uncle.
I just packaged it.
It better not be more fake cigars like the last time we got pranked.
That's Antoinette!
That was Antoinette, I know.

Joe Biden was like, just a few years ago, this is 16 years ago, talking about marriage as a thing between a man and a woman on C-SPAN, no less.
Play cut.
The Defense of Marriage Act.
We've all voted, or I've voted, and others have said, look, marriage is between a man and a woman, and states must respect that.
Nobody's violated that law.
There's been no challenge to that law.
Why do we need a constitutional amendment?
Marriage is between a man and a woman.
What's the game going on here?
We need to fund the police and defend marriage as an act between a man and a woman.
Do you need any more evidence as to what happened to the Democrat Party, Jen?
What happened to the Democrat Party?
The one thing they're consistent on, those vaccines.
He was worried about the flu.
He's been consistent on vaccines throughout his whole career as a politician.
You know, it does just boggle your mind when you see where we are today from where we were just a few years ago.
Yeah.
Relatively speaking, a few years ago with Biden talking about it settled marriages between a man and woman.
Give me a break.
I'm surprised his opponents didn't get a hold of that and use it against him in today's Democrat party because those are fighting words now.
Right.
It's crazy.
I don't know.
You go from having that guy who sounds relatively sane to now being the guy who brought in someone who steals women's luggage at an airport because he likes to steal their clothing or something, I guess, being a part of the administration.
Look, as much as I know that there is frustration about what should happen with marriage and protecting it, isn't it just time to get government out of marriage in general?
Shouldn't we let who we marry be a source of our faith, our spirituality, and our heart?
Absolutely.
But here's something I need a sanity check on because it's starting to piss me off.
Even a guest on my show said it.
Why do conservatives, especially conservatives with a platform in the media, Talk about Britney Griner's wife.
Right.
Do we not understand what Orwell warned us about back in 1948?
If you cede the language, sooner or later you cede the reality or you help them create the false reality.
Why do ostensibly patriotic good guy conservatives give in?
A woman can't have a wife, Jenny.
Is that too much to ask?
No, but I think there is a lot of social conditioning that's going on.
I mean, you live in my state of California, and at this point, the reason I say just get government out of it is because it's become far too confusing.
You can have ethical debates all day long with people, and it just doesn't seem to go anywhere.
We seem like we're just going around in circles, probably for the reason that you just outlined, that we all use that same language.
You know, we all have just said, kind of thrown up our hands and just stopped fighting.
But when you see the crowd that was led into the White House yesterday, it's a far cry from the crowd that we are used to seeing stand on the front lawn.
One of the drag artists who has performed in front of a two-year-old child, Jen.
Yeah, it's devastating.
And, you know, it goes from marriage to getting rid.
I mean, it goes from, you know, taking one thing and going down a path.
And the slippery slope of the left has always been the destruction of the nuclear family.
That's what they want because when they can get rid of that family structure, when you take...
Take away the reliance or the responsibility that people have over creating a life for your wife and your kids, and of course taking that away, the responsibility traditionally given to a man, then you bring the government in it, right?
You bring in the government to take the place.
You can grow government.
You can grow power.
You end society because it's no longer organized.
It's no longer the way that it was supposed to be.
We've completely changed who we are.
All right, quick seasonal question.
Seasonal question?
Yeah, seasonal question.
I like it.
How Czechoslovak will your Christmas dinner be?
Always.
Will there be dumplings?
Will there be cabbage?
What are you having?
So Christmas Eve, I usually do stroganoff, although sometimes I do goulash, and we do dumplings.
And I sit in the kitchen, and I use yeast, and I boil dumplings, and I slice them with the string or the dental floss that you can use.
You know, you cut them down.
And I channel my grandmother who I miss every single year, especially, well every single day, but especially this time of year.
I was thinking to myself that, you know, there's been a lot going on.
Mom said surgery, a lot of stuff going on at work.
I didn't do, my grandmother at this point in the holiday season would have already baked like 20 loaves of Hoska bread.
She would have done all of these different cookies.
She would have passed out, she would have been feeding the neighborhood.
So for my grandma, and I miss you dearly, we call her super grand, it was the almond crescent, the mini almond crescent cookies, and the poppy seed cake.
The poppy seed cake.
I have to bake, because I do poppy seed roll-ups, which are the crescent.
That's it!
The poppy seed roll-ups!
Yeah, and they are my— Either that or the walnut.
I like both of them.
Those are both!
Yes, those are the two she did.
But the poppy seed ones, they're like, you're asleep within half an hour.
They just knock you out.
Oh my gosh.
Just don't get drug tested.
Stop talking about food.
Far too much fun.
All right, get back to training that Grant Stinchfield chappie.
She's Jennifer Horne.

I don't know how to make, can you actually make those poppy seed roll-ups?
I can.
And I will, you know what, when I do, I will make you some and I will put them in the mail and send them to you.
Because they taste just like home.
She did it with like, just the smell of the yeast and then she would use cream cheese in the dough to make it extra flaky.
Oh my god.
That's interesting.
Yeah, it's really, I'll have to do it.
My grandmother made, they were about two and a half foot long.
Huge, huge.
Rolls, right?
Rolls, and then basted with butter so they were brown.
They were like dark brown.
I know, and all shiny pretty on top.
Shiny, there you go.
A little bit of whipped cream on the slice.
Yeah, I know.
So what do you like, walnut or poppy seed?
Which one?
Oh, poppy seed.
When I was a kid, I used to eat the poppy seed out of the can.
But when it came to the nuts, she would make her own nut filling.
Like, forget this stuff that you buy at the store.
Grind her up.
Burnt on my cerebellum when I lived in Budapest.
My wizened grandmother.
She was about four foot tall because her back had bent over time.
I saw her in this, it's not a kitchen, it was like a quarter of a room.
Yeah.
And she was, she was bent over this cast iron nut grinder that must have been 80 years old.
And she's sitting there hand grinding the walnuts.
She's like 80 years old.
My grandmother's hands were like this.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah, and just the best cooking.
And when I was a bachelor living in Budapest...
She fed me at the weekends.
I've probably told you this story, but anyway, my favorite food was Wienerschnitzel.
Oh yeah, Mima would make that every... that was like our family dinner.
Wienerschnitzel with potato mash and then the thinliest sliced cucumber salad ever.
It was crispy.
With the vinegar?
I know!
Yeah, and a little bit of paprika on top.
And I went to her house.
First night she fed me.
I was, you know, living in the officer's quarters in the Hungarian Defense Academy.
And she made nine slices of Wienerschnitzel.
I ate six, and she said, you're not hungry?
Oh my gosh.
You're not hungry?
You're like, I just ate half of an animal.
Right, right.
I ate most of the pig.
Okay, thank you.
I ate most of it.
Right, right.
Oh my gosh.
That's so funny.
Yeah, I'll have to do some baking.
Her hoska too.
That was like the game changer.
It was bread with nuts and raisins in it, but it was really good.
Missing our grandmas.
I know.
All right, my dear.
I'll get it together.
Super fun.
OK, oh, and the gift may not have a tag, so just keep an eye on it.
Ooh, all right.
Because I've been using local businesses this year.
Oh, good.
Or not local, but independent.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, thank you.
Can't wait.
Yeah.
God bless.
All right, I'll talk to you next week.
See you, my dear.
Bye-bye.
OK, bye.
Yeah, me too.
Makes me nostalgic for things I've never even had.
Um, title for Schlapp and for Horn.
Um, Justice Kavanaugh, um, can't go to a Christmas party.
It's Schlampp and Jennifer.
Horn, horn, horn, horn, horn.
What was the first segment?
Oh, Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden. Biden.
I know, Sebastian.
Well, Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Do you remember not too long ago in California, but elsewhere, they tried to make it impossible for you to worship your Lord and Creator.
They even banned congregations from singing in church on Sunday.
It actually happened.
But a brave group of individuals led by the singer and pastor, Sean Foyt, pushed back They created something called the Let Us Worship Movement and it's now been documented in an amazing film.
It's called Super Spreader because they were accused of having congregational services that were super spreaders.
But we need to learn from their vision, their resistance, how they fought and won.
Because you heard Fauci yesterday, they want to do it again.
They want to shut you down.
They want to force you to wear masks indoors.
Watch this truly inspirational movie timed perfectly for the Yuletide season.
You can watch it right now at salemnow.com.
It's called Super Spreader and it will give you an inspiration as to what we must do the next time.
They come for our religious liberties.
Superspreader at SalemNow.com.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Salem Now and Superspreader.
All right.
I didn't even know it was based on a true person.
The Wolf of Wall Street.
is an individual called Jordan Balfour and they've discovered him and they're interviewing him with regards to the, what do we call him, the Bitcoin con man, the crypto con man, the man arrested in Bahamas two days ago who will not be extradited for at least a month if not longer, perhaps because they want him to be dealt with.
In that prison, in that jail where he's being held right now.
And the Wolf of Wall Street had a certain take on Mr. FTX Playcut.
And it's shocking, by the way, that they arrested him yesterday.
I mean, it's like stopping a witness in mid-confession.
But that's really what this is like, what they did.
The guy's spilling his guts, was about to spill his guts in front of Congress.
I wonder if there was any pressure put on him by the Biden-D-O-J.
I mean, come on, Jesse.
I know.
I mean, the guy's about to testify and say he got... He played everybody and all the people he donated to, so they arrest...
A man who donated $44 million to the Democrat Party, the second highest donor after George Soros, the day before he's going to testify on the floor of the Congress, is arrested in the Bahamas.
How complicated is it to do the paperwork to get him from the Bahamas to America?
What, does it take six weeks to fill out the forms?
What are they doing there?
Now, you know me.
I hate conspiracy theories.
They're theories for a reason and not facts.
But you've got to ask yourself a question.
Why the day before?
And why six weeks to effect his extradition to America?
We shall see.
Let's go to your calls.
The number is 833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Texas.
Daniel, line one.
Yes, sir, Dr. T. Are you in motion?
Because it's a very, very bad connection, Daniel.
I'm sorry.
Can you hear me better now?
No, I can't.
You're breaking up, breaking in and out.
Try one more time, Daniel.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
All right.
That's better.
That's better.
OK, carry on.
Okay, thank you.
I'm sorry about that.
Dr. G., I wanted to wish you and your staff and all your listeners Merry Christmas to start.
I wanted to thank you for my jihad book.
Your father sounds like a most interesting individual.
Don't get the wrong idea, guys.
The jihad book isn't about my father being a jihadi.
The opening chapter is about him being an anti-communist in Hungary and how he suffered.
But in case for those who hadn't read my book, I didn't want you to misunderstand Daniel.
Sorry.
Carry on!
Yes, sir.
And I apologize if I gave anybody the wrong idea there.
But I wanted to make a comment that everybody needs to call their congresspeople and their senators and make sure that Nancy Pelosi is not allowed to just drift off into the sunset.
I know she's going into hiding with this new Congress coming up.
We need to have her investigated fully, all of her texts, all of her contacts, everything that went on January 6th.
We need to know what she did at that time.
And if she has any objections, if President Trump has no recourse to be able to have any kind of private conversations or anything, She darn sure doesn't either.
Yeah, and also, what a strange thing.
The Paul Pelosi story just kind of disappeared, didn't it?
What happened to that Paul Pelosi story?
I'm so confused.
Thank you, Daniel.
I'm glad you enjoyed the book.
I never mention my books.
They're all available at the store as well.
Defeating Jihad, the book that got me into the White House, Why We Fight, the book I wrote after I left the Trump administration, and the most recent one with an exclusive interview With President Trump is the War for America's Soul.
All available at the website at SebGorkaStore.com.
Perfect Christmas gift!

You can leave him on.
All righty.
Two and a half minutes.
How are we doing, Professor Bratt?
Holy moly, brutal day.
When I was up in the swamp, and then I got mutinies back at LU, so I head back and I pop the tire on the way back.
Ooh.
Oh my gosh.
Did you say duties back at Liberty or mutinies back at Liberty?
Mutinies.
Mutinies and duties.
Mutinies?
Did you get out your broadsword?
Did you whack some heads off?
Yeah, a Christian drama.
Oh dear, we don't need any of that.
All right, we've got to talk about Biden's gaslighting on the economy.
What else is important?
Can I ask you about your take on Musk as well?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Good.
Good.
Anything else?
What's on your front burner?
Whatever.
Whatever comes up.
Anything.
You nail it.
All right.
I'm just going to read a list of increased prices, and then we'll take it from there.
Yeah.
All right.
What have we got now?
PhD.
Okay, good.
And then what time is Spicer?
It's 5.20, right?
5.20, yes.
What should we send Jen?
We've got to send Jen a Christmas gift.
Something Wonder Woman related?
Like the whole original series on DVD or whatever?
Ooh, that could be fun.
That's actually quite a good idea.
With a Funko Pop?
A little Funko Pop?
What is a Funko Pop?
It's those dolls with the big square heads that everybody has.
Oh.
No, the DVD collection is a great idea.
I like that.
Well done, Lendrum!
Thank you.
Thank you.
It's becoming increasingly rare.
She said to me, she's like, I'm not sure if you remember DVDs.
I'm like, I was born in 94, of course I remember DVDs.
I had VHSs.
I told you that story when I was paying for something at the gun store, that lovely little blonde lady was, you know, taking my money, and I mentioned an album, and she said, oh yeah, those big black CDs.
And I felt very old.
Yes, the big black CDs.
VHSs at this point probably qualify as souvenirs.
Yeah, well, VHS was always problematic.
Oh, totally, but that was the fun!
You always, you had to rewind it before you returned it to Blockbuster, like, to be a good person.
It was like the equivalent of returning shopping carts or not returning shopping carts.
15. 15.
Making sense out of today's nonsense.
Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Wack it up, I like that song.
We need more ABBA.
I'm sure Jeff agrees.

He was in the swamp earlier today.
He escaped!
He's back at Liberty University.
He's our regular guest.
The Dean of the Business School.
Former Congressman for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Professor Brat, welcome back to America First!
Great to be on, Seb.
Thanks much, brother.
All right, so I've got to read a tweet to you I just literally found right now at the top of my feed.
This is from Jackie Kotkiewicz, just listing the increase of prices in America.
Overall CPI, Consumer Price Index, plus 7% year-to-year.
Gas, plus 10%.
Fuel oil, plus 65%.
Milk, 14.
Eggs, 49%.
Airline tickets, 36%.
And real average hourly earnings, down 1.9%.
airline tickets 36 percent and real average hourly earnings down 1.9 percent i don't get it dean bratt just today the president united states said everything is hunky-dory - Hey.
Yes, you didn't use the key word I was waiting for, the new word of the year by Merriam-Webster Dictionary.
Do you know what it is?
Well, I know they've redefined what the word woman means, so please tell me what else they've done.
Gaslighting.
Gaslighting!
So yes, that's what's going on and You know, I'd say it's an unfair fight, but I can't tell because I don't hear anything from the conservative leadership side in response.
So this is the big question.
So we've got a, what, six, seven, eight-seat majority.
The question I'm asking every single day on America First, and as a former congressman, you've got to have some kind of feeling or sense.
Is anything going to change in January, or is it just going to be the Democrats ruling the roost again?
It sure feels like the latter.
I'm not hearing, right?
We don't have an agenda posted anywhere that's serious.
One of my friends, Doug DeGroote, has a great one, and so I encourage people to look him up.
But back to the original stuff, yeah, the prices are still up.
It's all Orwellian doublespeak, right?
Inflation is still 7% on average.
And that means prices are going up by seven.
But Biden and the administration and the press and the mainstream media all say inflation is down, right?
What they mean is the rate of increase is down.
It's not increasing at nine, it's increasing at seven.
But it's still increasing and it's not good.
And the Fed, I honestly think, and this won't go over good with some folks, but this Fed guy I think is going to keep jacking interest rates Because he wants to get rid of the Greenspan put, which was the Fed's stance toward always favoring Wall Street and having low interest rates to prop up the gamblers and provide cheap capital.
And so I think he's getting rid of that psychological game.
And so he's going to be increasing rates, I think, a few more times.
The Main Street doesn't think that.
Wall Street doesn't think that.
But we'll see who's right.
All right, Doug DeGroote's plan, it's a very Gingrich-esque plan.
Newt was involved.
If you are interested in a plan that GOP should pick up, it's at AmericanMadePromise.com.
That's AmericanMadePromise.com.
I have to ask you, as somebody who lives in the world of economics, and please check out BratEconomics.com, also at Getter, at BratEconomics.
Your whole reaction to the FTX Uh, story, the the crypto con man, the fact that this person was arrested the day before they were supposed to testify on Capitol Hill.
How much does this stink to you, Dave?
Yeah, no, it's true.
We have everybody that watches, listens to your show knows we have two separate justice systems for those who support the left and for those who don't.
And so it's a shocker and he's treated like a celebrity for the past months and whatever.
I'm at least happy to see something's going on.
And again, where's our guys on any of this stuff?
Elon's been throwing out tranches of evidence about what he calls the crime scene at Twitter.
And similarly, no media coverage whatsoever.
Probably the biggest story of the decade.
Are you impressed with what Elon is doing at Twitter?
Yeah, Twitter.
I'm very impressed.
I got a few issues with him on China.
He gets a little gushy there, and there's new chips in the wrist for kids because we're all, you know, automatons already anyway.
No thank you, Elon.
Quit that.
Just be a superhero like you are.
And use your brain on free speech.
Just stay in that lane and make great cars.
Yeah, he's a little bit too excited about the neural net and having our brains, you know, have a USB plug in our craniums.
Too much.
Yeah.
All right.

All right, we're going to pick some more Christmas music for the next few days.
Alright, what do you have in mind?
Just some of my favorites.
There's a really good one by... Who's that short, tubby woman who won America's Got Talent?
Oh boy.
The blonde one who's on all those ads.
Kelly Clarkson?
Yeah, Kelly Clarkson's got a really good one.
What else?
Gotta have some blue eyes.
Gotta have some blue eyes.
Or some Bing Crosby.
Gotta have some Bing Crosby.
I'll send you some stuff from...
In general, should we make Let's Go Brandon a bumper?
The song?
What?
Like Hark the Herald.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
So classic ones that we always used to play.
I don't know if we kept them in the system, if Leroy kept them in the system.
In general, shouldn't we make Let's Go Brandon a bumper?
The song?
The song, yeah.
Remember the one that went to, like, the top of the charts one day?
But is it catchy?
I can't remember it.
It's funny.
I don't think we can play any of it, though.
I don't think you can get five seconds that are clean.
Yeah.
And then, what is this?
Trans-Siberian Orchestra has a couple of really great ones.
Oh, here we go.
What is this?
My Blue Heaven.
Never heard of it.
30 seconds.
To avoid prosecution for embezzlement.
Not advert.
Because this was my intention from the very beginning.
The children needed a ballpark and I responded.
Let's see.
Let's see.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!
Wow, what a story.
I didn't even get to discuss this with Jen.
I'm just going to read the top line here.
This is from the Daily Wire, Brandon Dre.
A North California city council launched a full investigation of a math professor who argued against pushing transgender surgeries and hormone blockers on children.
Emails obtained by a local media outlet demonstrate.
In response to an email sent to Sacramento City College faculty promoting the ethics of providing health care at Sacramento State University last week, Professor Robert Crawford wrote that children should be able to figure out who they are Without being bullied into radical surgeries and hormone blockers.
And he's the one who gets investigated.
Mr. G, I don't know if he's prepared to do this, but let's try and reach out to this Professor Robert Crawford, because...
At least there's somebody in academe who's got a spine.
Dear friends, if you are making calls on a phone that's connected to one of the big cell phone providers, you're actually funding the woke establishment.
Yeah, you're funding those who hate you, hate America, and hate your freedom of speech, the Second Amendment, and the sanctity of life.
Please switch today to the only conservative Christian cell phone company out there.
It's Patriot Mobile.
It's the one I use.

Staying on the issue of the trans ideology, the extremism, it's risen all the way to the White House.
Not just the weird, you know, individuals they hire, the men with moustaches who wear skirts at the Department of Energy.
This is the president himself talking about an America that doesn't exist.
Cut to.
We need to challenge the hundreds of callous, cynical laws introduced in the states targeting transgender children, terrifying families, and criminalizing doctors who give children the care they need.
We have to protect these children so they know they're loved and we will stand up for them and say they can seek for themselves.
Help me out here, Jeff.
Can you name one out of these hundreds of laws that targets families?
No, of course not.
And if they did, why didn't you take care of it in this Billy signing?
Oh, boom, shots fired.
All right, nicely done.
It is truly an extremist ideology and we've got to stop them.
Get engaged politically and do what our next guest is doing.
Help those who are being persecuted.
Joseph McBride, attorney to more than a dozen of the January 6th persecuted.
Stay with us here.
Stay with us.
Stay with us.
Stay with us.
Stay with us.
Stay with us.
Matt hung himself in his garage.
And our family was crushed and still is crushed.
They pushed him to this.
I want people to understand what she just said.
A young man, a good young man, was pushed to death.
To commit suicide because of this administration and this Department of Justice.
I want every viewer to be clear that that man died because of the Biden administration.
And I want everybody who's watching to remember this man and to never give up in the name of America because he is a martyr to this nation.
A young man called Matthew Purner, who was accused of a misdemeanor, and then the DOJ, after he took part in a plea bargain, had the charges raised to A terrorist charge that would have led to three to six years in prison.
He is just one of the many victims of January the 6th.
He is a martyr to that event.
These are stories that aren't adequately told.
This is a very special one-on-one with one of the few who is prepared to fight the good fight and to defend these Americans.
We are delighted.
We are honored to have with us Joseph McBride, attorney to the January 6th or many of the January 6th accused.
Counsel McBride, welcome to America First.
It's good to be here, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for having me and thank you for all your outspoken advocacy for our country and for January 6th as well.
Well, it's the least we can do with a national platform, but you're actually in the trenches fighting for justice and protecting the rights of those who have been accused.
The 800 people who were hunted down by the FBI believe there's more than a hundred left incarcerated.
We'll talk about why you're doing what you're doing as much as you can talk about what you are doing.
But first things first, a little bit about January the 6th, because there's still so much that we don't adequately understand.
As somebody who is in the courtroom day in, day out, who's handling these cases, which makes you a subject matter expert, can you give us a kind of bird's eye view of what happened that day?
Because there seem to be contradictory reports of one side of the building was lovely, singing songs, singing the national anthem, and And on the other side, there was violence, there was breaching.
On one side, police were taking selfies with the protesters, opening the doors, letting them in.
On the other side, there was shooting, you know, flashbangs and tear gas.
So can you give us, for the, you know, the average citizen who wasn't there, the bare bones of what we know incontrovertibly happened on that day for four hours?
Of course.
So, as a matter of first impression, January 6th in its totality could have and should have been avoided.
The powers that be were in possession of intelligence a month plus in advance about the crowds that were going to descend on the Capitol that day.
People knew the kind of crowds that President Trump was drawing in previous protests, and people were obviously aware of the controversy behind the election results.
It was therefore reasonably foreseeable, completely foreseeable, that people would have descended on the Capitol in Washington, D.C., in record-breaking numbers.
Regarding the West Side of the Capitol, There is.
It was violent.
It was objectively violent.
You have protesters who showed up walking peacefully down to the west side of the Capitol.
The west side of the Capitol is the side of the Capitol that faces the Washington Monument.
The ellipse where President Trump gave his speech is across the street from the Washington Monument.
So if you were to head east from the Washington Monument down to the Capitol, you would arrive at the Western Terrace.
When most protesters got to the Western Terrace, depending on the time, sometime before 1 o'clock, 1.30, 2 o'clock, it was peaceful.
And then around the time that, around 2 o'clock or so, it began to get very, very violent.
There are, without a doubt, multiple instances of misconduct by Capitol Police and by Metropolitan Police Department, D.C.
Metropolitan Police, where people were flashbanged, Protesters that were singing and praying were indiscriminately bear sprayed and maced.
They were hit with clubs.
And you have people on one side going, what the hell is going on here?
Why are we being treated like this?
We're here peacefully to petition the government for redress of grievances.
Why are you hitting us?
At some point, a conflict ensued, because that is the natural course of events.
That's the West side of the Capitol, speaking in general terms.
Now on the East side of the Capitol, it was more friendly.
It was certainly a less hostile environment.
Up until the point where the Columbus doors, 20,000 pound, magnetically locked doors, were magically opened.
They opened... Oh, hang on, hang on.
Let's stop there for a second.
So, tell us about... There's a special pair of doors that are super heavy and are open.
Talk to us about those.
Sure.
So, on the east side of the Capitol, it's generally a peaceful protest.
It's so peaceful that you have crowds that are pushing up against the east side.
In the middle of the east side of the Capitol, you have these really beautiful, ornate doors.
They're called the Columbus doors.
They open like two big doors.
Now, they are magnetically locked from the inside.
It's my understanding that it takes two people to open those doors.
We still, after all this time, have not been given clarity by the government as to how these doors actually function on a regular basis.
We know that they open like any other doors, but how do they lock Who locked them?
Who unlocked them that day?
We have not been given clarity or clear vision despite asking multiple occasions.
What we know is that they opened through no fault of any protester.
They opened because somebody from the inside opened them up.
And when those doors opened, that peaceful crowd got pushed in.
So you have to ask yourself, what is happening here?
Well, if you look at on the west side, there's a big fight happening.
If you look at on the east side, there's an invitation.
You have to ask yourself, well, who gains from that?
And the people who gain from that is the Department of Justice, because in the inside, you have everybody caught in between.
The majority of the people who entered the inside of the Capitol came from the East Side.
Those doors were opened.
Those people were waved in.
They had pleasant interactions with law enforcement.
But they are being thrown into the mix with the violence that happened on the west side of the Capitol.
The majority of the people who went to the west side of the Capitol actually didn't enter.
But what you have is this gross amalgamation, this purposeful suit to sort of blend everybody together and to say if you were a peaceful protester or if you got pushed by a cop and fought back that day, no matter what you did, you're guilty of insurrection.
You're guilty of treason.
It could not be further from the truth.
But that is exactly some of the things that had happened that day.
Wow.
Play that back for yourselves, friends, because that's a very important summation.
The division between both sides and what actually happened in those seminal hours.
We're talking to Joseph McBride.
The law firm is McBrideLawNYC.com.
He has multiple places on that site where you can go to the give, send, go.
You can support individual families.
The families of the J6 accused.
This is truly something I never thought I would expect to say in this nation, that we have political prisoners.
We have people who have been targeted by the federal law enforcement arm of the FBI, have been targeted by their bosses at the DOJ, and these people In many cases, have not had access to what we are guaranteed by the Constitution, which is swift access to justice.
The idea that they are in prison, often in solitary, for more than a year, for sometimes two years, without arraignments or constant, constant delays, postponements, separated from their families, often on charges to do with The obstruction of an official proceeding.
Not killing anybody, not hurting anybody, not stealing anything, but the idea that they interrupted the work of Congress and that's how they are separated from their families for more than a year.
Please follow this gentleman on Twitter and go to McBrideLawNYC.com.
That's McBrideLawNYC.com.
We're going to get to the bottom of what happened that day and the people that you need to be able to support.

It was a powerful thing.
It actually brought my children hope that their dad was thinking about them, and they were an extension of my hand to them, and God got glory out of it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Mr. McBride, is it too much of me to talk about political prisoners?
No, not at all.
Thank you.
You should talk about it.
All right.
So in that case, if it's not hyperbole from just, you know, somebody who's got a radio show, but you agree with me as a person who's defending these individuals, will you tell us a little bit about yourself?
You're talking to three million plus people across the nation from, you know, from Texas to New York, from California to Massachusetts.
How did you get into this business of defending those who are being politically targeted?
Give us a little bit about a background story on who Joseph McBride is.
Sure.
I appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself to your alerted listeners, Dr. Gorka.
In 2005, my brother Anthony was arrested, wrongfully accused, and subsequently convicted of a crime he absolutely did not commit.
He was threatened with 125 years of incarceration.
He took a 15-year plea deal out of the presence of meaningful counsel.
Everybody in that courtroom was in cahoots with each other.
That's not hyperbole.
That's a fact.
My brother is a paranoid schizophrenic.
He was having onset of the disease at that time and he had had a host of other mental health issues up until that time as well.
Interacting with him objectively, any educated or normal person would have seen that my brother wasn't normal.
Despite that reality, he was sentenced to 15 years of prison for a crime.
He didn't commit.
This is my adopted brother.
I come from a practicing Catholic family.
I have a brother by blood, a brother by adoption.
My mom and dad wanted to do more.
I looked over at my mom and dad as my brother was dragged away in handcuffs, and I watched them break.
And I said, here is the two people that have given their lives to God, to Jesus Christ, to their family, to the church, to the community, and they're breaking, and they don't deserve this.
And I said to myself, Joe, you've got to do something.
So I resolved to become an attorney that night.
I wrote my brother a letter and I said, Anthony, you have a 15 year jail sentence.
I can probably become a lawyer in half that time.
I'm going to go become a lawyer and try to get you out.
And it took me 10 years to become an attorney.
It was a long, it was expensive, it was a lonely, but I learned a lot about it myself during that time.
By the time I had graduated law school and got admitted to the bar in New York State, my brother had maxed out on his prison time and he was out.
But I couldn't help my brother, but I had committed myself to helping people who were overly prosecuted by the government, people who were wrongfully accused and wrongfully convicted.
I started—I'm Puerto Rican and Irish.
I'm a Puerto Rican and Irish guy from Brooklyn.
I started in the Legal Aid Society Innocence Project here, working for—primarily serving the Latino and black community in New York City.
And then after that, I went private.
I left the public defender's office and I started my own law firm in 2019, largely because of the political persecution I was watching at my office for people who were pro-Trump, Republican, American Converse kind of people.
They were being canceled at work.
And I just didn't like it.
I felt called by God to go out and to step out and to start my own business, so I did.
About a year later, I've been doing some really good work, had some pretty big cases already, hit the ground running.
I got a call in February of 2021 from Richard Barnett asking me to take his case.
This of course lined up with me spiritually in terms of my career path as well.
I knew that it would not be a popular representation living in the People's Republic of Brooklyn, but I took the case on Ash Wednesday of 2021.
I got Richard out a few months later.
Richard is the guy who had his feet up on a desk and speak of Pelosi's suite of offices.
People were like, wow, you got him out.
You must be pretty decent.
And I've been able to get a few guys out since that time.
I think people Uh, recognize that I speak truth to power.
I don't pull any punches.
I am unafraid of the government.
The government's already destroyed my family.
I know what it's like to have my family destroyed by the government.
I know what it's like to be a victim.
I know what it's like to be a family member.
I know what it's like to rise up and to fight against that power and to say, Hey, listen, you know, you may be the biggest, baddest bully on the playground, but every once in a while, God calls the David to cut the head off of the giant.
I don't know.
You know, what's going to happen in my cases, but all I can say is I truly feel in my heart that I'm called by God for this specific purpose.
I share my story when I can to inspire other people.
Look, when I resolved to become an attorney, I couldn't even do fractions.
I had to learn how to go to college.
I didn't law school, but I did it.
And I'm doing good work.
So if you feel, if anybody who's listening feels called by God or called by their country to stand up and to do work, they should honor that call and they should do it because if I can do it, you surely can.
That's amazing.
How many people do you represent in connection with January 6, Joseph?
So, in terms of directly representing criminal cases, I have six.
I have about another six cases that I'm also connected to, consulting on.
And then I have about five to seven people that I've also taken or dealt with the January 6th committee as well.
God bless.
So, it's about 20 people, give or take.
God bless.

So, I don't want to endanger any of the current cases that you're dealing with, Joseph, but will you tell us a little bit of how bad it is for these prisoners, the conditions under which they were held, and the way that the DOJ treated them?
Give us some of the things that would shock the average American who believes that we have fair justice in this country.
So the way that January 6th detainees have been treated during the pendency of their detention is, it's an abomination.
It's absolutely despicable.
It's something that should never happen in any Western nation, nevermind the United States of America.
There's no secret that the prison system has long been unkind to most of the people who dwell there.
But with regard to January 6th prisoners in particular, The prison system feels like it has Carp Lanch authority, a green light from the Biden regime, from the Department of Justice, from the FBI, and from the judicial system, quite frankly, to put a little bit more elbow grease into every push, to put a little bit more hatred into every word, into every threat.
And to take the Constitution and just rip it up and to look at people.
I have actually been on the phone.
I have heard multiple first-hand accounts.
Guys were denied the right to worship for over a year.
Way over a year.
And, you know, guards would look into their cells while these guys were mentally breaking, mentally suffering, and say, where is your God now, Trump supporter?
Where is your God now, Christian?
That is evil.
It's medieval.
I have a client right now, Christopher Quaglin.
He has celiac disease.
He should not be fed anything that has to do with gluten or wheat.
He's been purposely fed the wrong food since he's been in.
He spent almost two years of incarceration in solitary confinement.
He's down over 60 pounds.
He's going to die if I can't get him out.
People have asked, well, Joe, Have you filed a habeas petition?
Have you done this?
Of course, I've done all those things, but I still can't get him out.
I'm still trying right now.
We're writing.
I have my colleague, Jonathan Gross, writing a motion right now.
We're doing everything we can do to get him out.
Ryan Nichols, a decorated Marine Corps veteran, he was in from January of 21 up until last month.
We were able to get him out after all this time.
PTSD, Solitary confinement, driven to suicide watch.
When he was on suicide watch they encouraged him to kill himself.
There are countless other stories of good men.
A high population of them are veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
They came into this situation with that condition.
They've been abused.
There are men in there with diabetes, with heart issues, men who need psychotropic medication for various mental illnesses.
They are not being treated the right way.
They are being medically tortured.
They are being physically harmed.
They are being mocked and ridiculed on a daily basis.
The government is trying to break them so as to disincentivize them from going to trial.
This is not hyperbole.
I'm not making hyperbolic statements here.
The truth will come out.
These men will eventually be freed.
Books will be written.
Movies will be made.
The truth will come out.
But you are hearing it here now, that the way that they are being treated is Soviet-like.
It is Nazi-like.
These men wrote a letter asking to be transferred to Guantanamo Bay.
Guantanamo Bay.
I filed that as an exhibit in one of my cases.
That's how bad.
They're like, look, we know the actual terrorists there get treated better.
Please send us there anything other than the gulag here because of how bad it is.
Is it true, Joe, that the The other individuals, public defenders, have forced certain reading lists on inmates saying you have to read these things about, you know, white rage and critical race theory and that some defendants have been forced to say in the dark Oh, yes.
you know, on the stand in front of the judge, I recognize Joe Biden as the lawful president of the United States, because that's Maoist.
That's show trial level treatment and happening in America.
Is that really happening?
Oh, yes.
You better believe it's happening.
With regard to the indoctrination of critical race theory, gender theory, and all the things that they were, what they did was they were putting it on the tablets and they were putting In order for you to use your tablet, this stuff would constantly be streaming across.
You'd have to access it.
You'd have to be subject to it all the time.
It's brainwashing.
They're trying to brainwash these guys.
We spoke out against it.
We cried out against it.
We were made fun of at first initially, then they did an investigation, and they saw it was actually happening, and they just quietly took it off of the tablets.
With regard to the people taking pleas and having to kiss the ring and having to recognize Joe Biden as president and having to denounce President Trump, 100 percent, If you go up there and you don't do that, you're going to get hit over the head with more time.
It's every case, every time.
It is, in terms of subject matter, it is a requirement.
If you don't do it, if you don't kneel and kiss the ring, you're done.
That is utterly, utterly shocking, and that's why we should support these people.
Please go to McBrideLawNYC.com.

All right, come in with Ray Epska.
I'm going to put it out there.
I'm probably going to go to jail, okay?
Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol!
Into the Capitol!
No!
Peacefully!
Fed!
That's Ray Epps on January the 5th in downtown DC shouting, we've got to get into the Capitol tomorrow.
And then the actual, actual supporters of President Trump saying, fed, fed, fed.
He's a plant.
The man who was right at the top of the FBI's wanted list for weeks on end, who magically disappeared off that list and is now living peacefully on his ranch.
What's the story there?
Let's ask a man who's in the thick of it.
He's in the trenches.
He is fighting for January 6th defendants.
Joseph McBride, Esquire.
What is it that we still don't know?
We're told that there are thousands of hours worth of footage from the Capitol Police that is not being released.
We are told that Nancy Pelosi, who's in charge of the security for the Capitol, was promised, was offered the National Guard by President Trump.
She refused.
And then we have the strange story of Ray Epps.
Who was allegedly wanted, then is an absolutely innocent man who has puff pieces written about him by the mainstream media.
And then we have, you know, the strange story of Ashley Babbitt, whose murder by that officer, whose name was kept secret for six months, was filmed!
By a man who proudly calls himself an Antifa revolutionary, a man called Sullivan, who just happened to be next to Ashley Babbitt filming these things as a hater of MAGA.
So give us, you know, let's step out of the court cases right now and look at January 6th.
What is it that's missing from this picture?
What are the questions that need to be answered?
Well, with regard to the thousands of hours of video footage, there is a protective order in this case.
And that order hamstrings our ability to share the video footage with anybody who's not attached to a case.
It's essentially a way to keep the video footage from the prying eyes of the public, because they don't want the public to see the truth.
The government also has Turned over the material to us in a way that is very unfair.
I could spend the entire rest of your show on that.
But what they are doing is they are mixing and cutting and editing videos.
And then when they don't do that, they just drown us in a sea full of videos and say, hey, good luck out there trying to find what you want in this ocean of videos.
after we've had it for almost two years now.
It is a disgusting practice.
It is materially unfair.
It does not commiserate with the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
We have a right, every citizen has a right to meaningfully participate in their defense.
And that means that you get to spend time with the material in a way that makes sense to make decisions about strategy and relevance, so on, They've taken that from us.
It is very, very unfair.
It is very wrong.
The public also has a great interest in this case, in all these cases, and has a right to know.
With regard to provocateurs at the Capitol, there are hundreds of them.
It's not just Ray Epps.
It's not just Jaden X. Ray Epps is your quintessential guy on the west side of the Capitol.
Jaden X is your quintessential guy on the east side of the Capitol.
How is a notorious anarchist, John Earl Sullivan, who goes by the Antifa handle Jaden X, where if you go on his YouTube right now, he has Videos about worshipping Satan in mass shootings on his YouTube.
Right now you can see them.
How is this guy next to Ashley Babbitt when she's executed by Lieutenant Michael Byrd?
He videos the whole thing and then he sells the snuff tape to the mainstream media?
This is, it's unconscionable.
And we were talking earlier about the violence that happened in the west side of the Capitol.
In between the peaceful protesters and the uniformed police.
You have to ask yourself, why would uniformed police all of a sudden start firing rubber pellets, deploying mass amounts of bear spray and crowd control techniques, and flash banging of the crowd.
The reason is because in between the two pieces of bread where you would find the pita butter and jelly, were these lines of provocateurs.
They went to the front of the lines dressed as Trump supporters and they provoked conflict with the uniformed police.
Once the uniformed police began to hit back at what they thought were violent protesters, they began to hit back at the innocent protesters.
The innocent protesters were saying, hey, wait a second, we haven't done anything wrong.
And a conflict ensues.
And while that conflict is happening, those provocateurs, they make an exit, stage left.
And guess what?
We have identified them.
We have asked for them.
I've asked for them publicly.
I've asked for them in court.
And the government doesn't know nothing.
You can get a grandma from Tennessee, a grandpa from Oklahoma, Johnny from New York, Susie from Florida.
If you were there that day, they can find you.
But these people who materially participated in stirring up the crowd and actually assaulted cops or, like Ray Epps, directed people in, they're not being arrested.
This stinks to high heaven.
But why is it also that in testimony in front of the Congress, you have senior FBI officials who cannot answer the question when asked whether there were FBI agents disguised as Trump supporters on January 6th.
Surely that's an easy question to answer.
It's yes or no.
Right.
And the absence of a no is a yes.
Right.
The absence of a no is a yes.
They're telling you all, you know, it's what they're not saying.
Do you recommend, outside of the law, do you recommend that there should be a real January 6th committee after the new Congress is sworn in that tries to get to the bottom of these questions, or will we just see obfuscation from the DOJ forever?
I recommend that there be a new January 6th committee.
I think one should be formed.
You also have people on the Oversight Committee who are going to do some investigations.
You have too many good people who have gotten into office.
You have new blood in Congress.
Like Congressman Cory Mills out of Florida.
This is a decorated veteran.
He participated.
You know, when Joe Biden had that disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, he's one of the guys who flew planes of people out there.
Ex-Army Rangers, ex-Navy SEALs.
They went out and they retracted people.
Ana Paulina Luna, she's another one from Florida.
New blood.
Then you have people like Congressman Clay Higgins, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, You know, these are the people who should be drilling down on the other side and asking the questions.
We're talking to Joseph McBride, Esquire.
He is defending numerous of the January 6th political prisoners.

Tough question, Joe, putting you on the spot.
Why are there like three lawyers in America who are prepared to do this, and why are most judges corrupt, stinking, left-wingers, even those that may have been nominated by a Republican president?
What's happened to this country, Joe?
Come on, give me the answer.
The country is lost in partisan politics, and people have an aversion to the truth.
When you become a lawyer, you are a sword and a shield to your clients.
I think that when it comes to this fight, there are just a lot of people who are just flat-out scared.
It takes a special kind of person to be able to jump into the fight here.
And, you know, it's no surprise that most of the people who support me are extremely patriotic.
They're ex-military.
Well, they've just been on the right side of this for a long time.
They see things clearly.
They have crystal clear vision about what the truth of the matter is regarding the current state of affairs in the United States of America.
Anybody else who's wishy-washy, anybody else who's confused, anybody else who doesn't understand what's going on just doesn't have it in them because the cost is too high.
What is your message to those?
Because, you know, out of three million plus people, there may be, I don't know, a few thousand lawyers out there who thought about maybe doing what you're doing, but they're afraid or they're not sure about, you know, taking up cases like this.
What is your message to them?
You're talking to them right now, Joe.
You know, some of us, when we grew up, we thought that we would be athletes.
We, you know, Thinking about being one of the home run hitters for the New York Yankees.
It's the bottom of the ninth inning.
It's a full count.
The bases are loaded and you have the ability to send your team, making them champions of the world.
Other times you may have envisioned saving the world by doing this or by doing that, but those moments, they really never came for you or those sports careers, they never came to fruition.
But now, as an attorney, as somebody who became an attorney, likely for good reasons, You have the opportunity to step into history and to be on the front lines of a fight, a fight that is a once in a generation, a once in a lifetime, a once in an industry type of thing.
Back in, you know, 1930s, 1920s, 1940s, whatever the conflicts were, young men and young women, some young, some old, signed up to go to war out of patriotism, out of love for God, love for country, because they knew America was exceptional, was the greatest place in the world, and threats like communism were far too great for people to sit on their hands at home and do nothing.
That fight has changed.
That fight is in the courtroom today, and if you're an old lawyer who swore an oath to protect this country, and if you're entered to the bar in any court, and if you have the ability to get in and fight in a meaningful way, well, my message to you is to get off your butt and do something.
Wow.
Wow.
