 Surprise, surprise.
I'm back a day early.
Yes, we had a guest host today, but we arrived back to America at 4 a.m.
this morning from the Holy Land, from Israel, and I said I need to be back on the mic, back in studio.
Greetings, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Didn't she do well?
Yes, Carrie Lakers.
I was getting on my plane yesterday evening in Israel.
I managed to tune in to the Opening a few minutes of the show on our app.
If you don't have the America First app, why not?
Anywhere on the planet!
Any time of day!
It has the show 24 hours a day on a three hour repeating cycle and I got to listen in to an amazing woman.
I know she's been doing TV for 23 years in Arizona but First time ever she did live radio and she did superbly.
I have so much to talk to you about.
Our time in Israel with 350 listeners.
If you wanted to come and you couldn't for whatever reason, you've got to join us.
It's so amazing.
We're going to go back.
In two years time, in 2024, we'll be back.
We were there with my wife, Katie, with Dinesh D'Souza, and his amazing wife, Debbie.
Dinesh arrived early, and he took our 350 listeners out on period-correct fishing boats from the time of Jesus, so the same design.
He took them out on six boats.
Into the midst of a completely calm Sea of Galilee, where he gave a lecture on miracles and faith, standing on a boat in the middle of the Sea of Galilee.
Guys, absolutely stunning.
All right.
I recorded a very special interview with Dinesh.
We'll play it as soon as it's available.
Also other stuff we did at the TBN studios.
But let's get to the news of the day.
As we landed here in DC, we heard of a prisoner exchange.
A black lesbian, what is she?
What is she, Eric?
Basketball?
She's basketball, right?
Basketball player who is an Olympicon.
I think she has two Olympic medals.
Has been released from her nine-year sentence for smuggling drugs into Russia.
Because, yes, she is that stupid.
She took drugs to Russia.
And what are we giving to the Russians in exchange?
We have no extradition treaty to Russia, so this is a big, big deal.
Are we giving a Russian sportsman who smuggled cocaine into America and was busted at LAX?
No.
We're giving Vladimir Putin the most dangerous man in the world.
An individual who was listed before we caught him in 2008 as the most wanted man in the world.
Victor Bout.
If you've seen the fictionalized movie, Lord of War, that's based on him.
He is, was, and will be again imminently as soon as he lands at Sheremetyevo, Moscow Airport.
He will be, again, one of the most dangerous, if not the most dangerous, men in the world.
He was convicted in 2011 of the following.
Conspiracy to kill American citizens.
Conspiracy to kill US officers and employees.
Conspiring to acquire and use anti-aircraft missiles.
And conspiring to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
Now, what did he give to the FARC that was planning to kill Americans?
Did he sell them a handgun?
Did he provide them a crate of hand grenades?
No.
Victor Bout, this is just one of his deals, I mean, he's sold weapons across the globe, mostly in Africa, but Asia, South America, the Middle East and elsewhere.
Viktor Bout, in this one deal that was going to target US nationals, US government officials and officers, sold the terrorist group 800 surface-to-air missiles, 30,000 Kalashnikov rifles, 10 million rounds of ammunition to go with those AKs,
And five tons of plastic explosive of C4.
Not 50 pounds, not 500 pounds.
Five tons of C4.
Oh, as well as ultralight airplanes with grenade launchers.
That's the man.
That's the man that Biden is giving to Putin.
What is going on here?
Think about how this fits into what happened in Afghanistan.
We surrender in Afghanistan.
We leave $83 billion worth of equipment for the Taliban.
We tuck tail and run.
We leave our only strategic airport in the region.
And 13 marines, a corpsman and an army sergeant are murdered at the airport as we are evacuating and surrendering that base.
Right after that, what happens next?
Ukraine is invaded.
It wasn't invaded when we were in the White House.
No.
It was invaded after Biden surrendered in Afghanistan.
That war It's not gone well.
In the last 10 months, the second highest rated military power in the world has been fought to a standstill by a nation that was ranked 22nd.
Yes, the second greatest military power has been fought to a standstill by a nation that was ranked 20 places beneath it.
They've had to reimpose mobilization across Russia and Putin is in trouble.
Now, We are giving him back the man who was the most dangerous arms supplier in the world.
A nation whose military has been hollowed out by corrupt generals, that in the latest May Day parade, when it was trying to show off its latest, sexiest, most up-to-date tank, in that parade It had one, one tank to show off.
If you're a Cold War kid like I am, you'll remember the hundreds of arrayed tanks, armored personnel carriers, missile carriers, you name it, that would be paraded past the gerontocracy of the Kremlin.
Russia has one of its next-generation tanks to show off.
Now we Well, not we, not you, not me.
Biden have given Putin the most capable, well-connected arms dealer in the world.
What did we get back in return?
A transgender, what is it, lesbian, black pothead.
Nice virtue signaling.
But virtues signaling that will cost lives.
The most likely American lives.
That's where we are today.
They are such prisoners of their ideology.
Now, I congratulate her.
We want her back in America.
She's an American citizen.
But she broke the law.
That was very clear.
And the cost that we have just paid will be a cost that will be exacted in blood.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
We have an amazing lineup for you.
Let's open the call lines.

you.
Oh, I've got his address.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hey, guys.
Hey, buddy.
Thanks for making time for us today.
Glad to do it.
And I can lean into a big scoop tomorrow, too, on the head of the Congressional Ethics Office.
Yes.
Some new information about him.
I can tease that tonight.
That'll be on the wire tomorrow morning.
Good.
Good.
Do you have any idea, any inkling of what the investigation against AOC is about?
Do we know?
Don't know.
I assume it has to do with campaign financing or whatever.
Yep.
Yep, I think that's all it is.
Alright.
Good.
Alright, in 70 seconds, we'll start with FBI, with Elvis, we'll do a little bit about the election official, and then we'll go to your scoop.
I love it.
All right.
Yeah, but he said something earlier on which is really strong.
Um... Monologue.
Um...
The Brittany Griner, the cost... The Brittany the cost... The Brittany
Griner, the cost... The Brittany Griner, the cost... The Brittany Griner, the cost...
The Antidote to Fake News.
America First.
I had a neck problem a couple years ago and the orthopedist couldn't figure it out.
No one was mystified.
They said, you might have a little arthritis.
I saw one of Mike's ads.
I went and got a pillow.
Two days later, I woke up without a crick for the first time in maybe a year.
And I've been crick-free in my neck.
And I told this recently to the MyPillow folks.
It really changed my life.
Literally.
I mean, it's an honest story.
My wife will tell you.
I used to wake up every night in misery with my neck, and now I'm up every day.
I feel great, and I credit my pillows for my relief.
It could be my story because I had exactly the same thing.
Every couple of weeks I'd wake up, neck was, it was just awful.
It would ruin my mood all day.
I would be like doing this, stretching my shoulders.
Nothing helped.
Then I met Mike Lindell and he sent me some pillows and I said, dude, you fixed my neck.
You might recognize that voice because that's not a liner we recorded with some actor.
It's the real deal.
It's a buddy of mine, a true reporter, a media mogul, the founder of JustinNews.com.
He was smiling when he heard that line, John Solomon, welcome back to America First.
Good to be with you, Sam.
How's the neck?
How's the neck?
It's great.
I'm moving free.
I haven't had a problem in years.
It's great.
And he needs a good pillow because this man works about 25 hours a day.
He seriously Yes, he does.
You've got to follow him.
Jay Solomon reports on Twitter.
You've got to listen to his show, Just The News, Not Spin, every evening, 6pm.
You've got to bookmark.
You've got to listen.
You've got to check out justthenews.com.
Alright, so much to cover in a very little time.
I discussed the James Baker story that blew like three days ago.
Huge, huge, huge story.
But there's another FBI, very senior individual.
Who is Elvis Chan?
And why is this story from justthenews.com so disturbing?
He's a special agent in charge of the cybercrimes division in San Francisco.
And in the fall of 2020, he was the FBI's point man for what we now know by his own description, because he gave sworn testimony that we made public today, was a sprawling, massive censorship operation run by the FBI.
Multiple field offices, lawyers, prosecutors.
When they did the work, because they get a complaint, someone says, hey, there's election disinformation.
They investigate it.
It went to FBI headquarters.
The FBI headquarters would then sanction Agent Chan to go and contact Facebook, Twitter, and say, please take down this post.
Under the color and authority of the FBI, we want you to take down this post.
We believe it violates your terms of service.
And he says, 50% of the time when he made the request, He got his wish.
The FBI, the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world, was directly in the business of censorship.
And we're talking about a lot of requests, not one or two.
This was a sprawling, long operation all through the fall of 2020, ahead of the 2020 presidential election.
And why is this released?
Tell us about this court case that got you access.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt, soon-to-be U.S.
Senator Eric Schmidt, and Louisiana Attorney General, I don't want to draw a blanket on his name, I just had him on my show, they sued the social media companies saying that your censorship activities violate America's free speech.
In the course of that, they began to learn about all these government efforts.
The Homeland Security one we came on and talked about on your show a few months ago.
Now the FBI one.
They got Elvis Chan, the FBI agent, to sit for a deposition.
300 pages and extraordinary detail.
What's most striking about it, it doesn't appear for even a second that Elvis Chan or his FBI colleagues saw anything wrong with this.
They literally thought this was the normal course of duty for an FBI agent to block Americans' free speech.
Absolutely shocking.
All right, it's at justinnews.com.
You can find it on my Twitter feed as well.
Let's talk about another aspect of cyber security or alleged cyber security.
There's an individual, the county recorder Stephen Richer, Of Maricopa County, where more than 40% of the voters in Arizona live, who was in the news because he founded an anti-Trump PAC, which is really weird if you're working for the county government.
But you've got a new story about this individual.
What's the new story?
He's another one of these government officials that seems to want to get involved in the game of censorship.
This election disinformation, that's become the new code word for censorship in governance.
And he went to the Homeland Security Department, to the Cyber Infrastructure Security Agency, CISA, and said, hey, I want you to help me work with the media to teach them how to root out any false stories that we don't want about election officials.
Basically, reaching out to the federal government and engaging in that larger ecosystem we described on your show a few weeks ago.
They created this election integrity partnership.
They outsource censorship to a private group.
Homeland trains them, sanctions them, and they go out and do the censorship on behalf of Homeland Security Department and the State Department.
That was an operation that was separate of the FBI, but amplifying what the FBI did.
And so now you've got local election officials Washington, Homeland Security officials, State Department officials, and the FBI, all censoring content in the 2020 election.
It's remarkable that this massive an operation stayed secret until just the last few months.
They kept it hush-hush, but they were doing a lot of censoring.
Absolutely crazy.
Sound off.
The calls are pouring in.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's the America First hotline.
833-334-6752.
And then, as ever, because he does this every time because he's that much of a professional, you said you could tell us about a big story you're about to drop at Justin News and on your TV show?
Yep, tomorrow morning this will be available to everyone at justinews.com.
There is an official who has overseen the Congressional Ethics Office created by Nancy Pelosi in 2008.
He's had a checkered record of his own conduct.
He recently crashed a car into a home in Pennsylvania driving under the influence.
He previously got in a bar fight and then used his congressional authorities and the threat of Washington people might come down to force police to try to charge the people he fought with All of those files are going to be made public tomorrow.
We obtained the correspondence.
The internal files are going to make them public tomorrow.
A man in charge of disciplining congressional members and their staff himself with a record of conduct that a lot of people are concerned about.
And here's another thing.
Republicans have begun looking at his enforcement record.
60% of all ethics complaints he filed in the last 12 years, guess who they targeted?
Republicans.
Independents.
Nah, you got it.
Republicans.
Yep, only 40% of the time.
And what's interesting is most of the time he's been in charge, Democrats have had the majority, so it makes the disproportion even larger.
What's this person's name?
Oh my god, I've been writing about it all day.
Text me when you're ready.
I will text you.
He's having a Biden moment.
I am having a Biden moment.
So the individual put in place to run the Ethics Office of Congress, ran his car into a building under the influence, and then got in a bar fight.
Got it in September.
Who appoints this person?
Can he be replaced by the new speaker?
What's the protocol?
There is a board that governs it.
They kind of take it out of the congressional hands, and this board represents him.
The board just allowed him to come back to work this week.
They're not going to punish him for the accident.
He's probably going to escape prosecution for the accident because he entered an accelerated rehabilitation program.
And they also chose not to discipline him in 2015 when he used his congressional email to pressure police.
So it shows you accountability in Washington very, very uneven.
He was in an accelerated rehabilitation program, and he's the person made head of ethics in the Democrat-held Congress. - Yeah.
Yeah, it's not a fiction novel.
It's Just the News.
That's a good name for a news agency.
JusttheNews.com, Jay Solomon Reports is the Twitter, and also the book is Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies, and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden Dynasties.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
Thank you, John.
Your call is next here.
833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
And don't forget, we're on all social media, bar the fascists at YouTube.
Follow us on Truth Social, on Twitter, on Facebook, on Parler, on Getter, on CloutHub, and Salem News Channel, and of course, sebastiangorka.substack.com.
Mic's back on.
There we go.
Title for that.
Can you give me three?
Line three, Mike's on.
Hey, who's this?
Hello?
Line three?
Hello?
Yes, who's this?
This is Terry in Manhattan, Kansas.
Hi, Terry.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
Well, I'd like to get your opinion on when they will start connecting dots with the Russian oligarchs in Ukraine and Hunter Biden and the Brittany Griner situation.
What are the dots to connect with Brittany Griner?
What's the connection to Ukraine?
Well, trading the merchant of death undoubtedly will fuel more Military equipment going to Russia.
To Russia?
No, no, no.
To Russia?
Yeah, but hang on.
What's that got to do with Ukraine?
Well, he got money, known money from the oligarchs of Russia through Ukraine and... No, no, no.
He got some money from the widow of the mayor of Moscow, but most of his money comes from the Ukrainians.
If you're talking about Hunter Biden?
Yes.
Yeah, he got money from Euristema, which is a Ukrainian company, not a Russian one.
Okay.
And documentation of that.
And, and, you know, the, the question is just how, how is this happening with, even with China, how it fuels all this fentanyl coming in.
You've just got them playing a game with the American people.
Okay.
I'm not seeing all the direct connections, but I appreciate it.
Thank you, Terry.
I'm going to use the audio 11 here.
The demonic caller?
Yes.
We will call it demonic caller.
Thank.
Um...
That's in D.
No, not coming in with.
I'm going to tee it up.
Proof FBI is censoring Americans.
Yeah, we've got to get Schmidt back on.
Amen.
*music*
Here's looking at you, Snowflake.
America first.
We're going to go to your calls momentarily, but first things first.
Carrie Lake, wasn't she amazing?
Do we have the audio, Alex, of Carrie Lake, what she did yesterday for us?
All right, so first time ever doing live radio for three hours.
We just dropped her in there.
She acquitted herself handsomely.
I think we're going to invite her back if she's not going to be governing the great state of Arizona.
And well, first things first, let's play the audio that she did for us on Angel Tree.
Let's play that.
Remind you something right now if you're looking at the calendar thinking what's coming up in the next couple of weeks 17 days until Christmas right now folks only 17 days and few things in life are more rewarding than seeing the joy on children's faces as they open up a Christmas present from a parent Knowing that their mom and dad cared enough to select it just for them.
But when a parent is in prison, that can be especially challenging.
And that's where Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program steps in.
Your donations make it possible for a prisoner's child to actually receive a gift from their parent.
A personalized note from mom or dad and access to a Bible in either English or Spanish.
Last year, the Angel Tree program blessed over 300,000 children of prisoners all over America.
Here are just two of them, Elana and Quintin, telling what they loved most about being part of Angel Tree Christmas.
Spending time with my family and knowing that my dad cares.
He's sending me all these gifts thanks to you, and I really like to thank you for it.
I like the presents that my dad sent me.
I know that you guys care and he cares, so I just want to thank you for that, and I love Christmas.
Thank you, Angel Tree, for doing all that you do, because you don't have to do this, but you choose to do it, and I really appreciate it.
And now it's your turn to share the love of Christ through a donation to our Angel Tree campaign.
Just go to SebGorka.com and click on the Angel Tree banner.
For a gift of just $125, you can bless five children of prisoners with personalized Christmas gifts.
And a personal note from their incarcerated parent.
Plus, every Angel Tree family is also given access to a free, easy-to-read copy of the Bible in English or Spanish.
Just go to SebGorka.com, click on the Angel Tree banner, or you can phone your gift in at any amount to 888-206-2794.
Again, 888-206-2794.
206-2794, and thank you for joining Dr. Gorka's campaign to help prison fellowship.
In just a week and a half, guys, because of great appeals like that from Carrie, you've raised more than $200,000.
God bless you guys.
If you meant to and you haven't done already, I am asking you.
$25 gets one of those children a Christmas gift, a message from their incarcerated parent, and a children's gospel.
Please go to SebGorka.com today and click on the Angel Tree banner at the top.
If you want, you can call them up with your donation.

Thank you.
Let's squeeze in a call.
It's got a line one.
Derek from Cleveland.
Hello, Derek.
Hey, thank you, Dr. G. Welcome back.
Thank you.
Welcome.
So, you know, listening to President Biden praising a grimy Brittany Griner and what a great person she is, and not mentioning, you know, why she was wrongfully detained in Russia, even though she broke another country's laws.
But, you know, it just reminded me of that horribly tragic Yes.
you know, an event that happened with that young man, Otto Warmbier, North Korea.
I mean, that was so terrible.
And I think that story didn't get the coverage that it needed because it was under Donald Trump's presidency.
Of course.
I mean, that was a true case of, I mean, horrible human rights abuses.
And he was accused of stealing a poster.
And that man, he came back in a vegetative coma from how badly they'd beaten him.
Right, and of course there's still a Marine, a combat veteran Marine, stuck in Russia, The Bidens have done nothing for.
Thank you, Derek, for your call.
So much more to discuss.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
The number here 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
Yeah, it's truly stunning.
And one last thing.
One important thing.
Conservative media personalities.
A friend of mine did this this morning.
Don't say Britney Griner's wife!
What on earth are you doing?
I don't care if the insane Democrats, judges and anybody else have said it.
A woman can't have a wife.
Language control is reality and thought control.
I don't care if she's a lesbian.
A woman can't have a wife.
A man can have a wife.
A woman can have a husband.
End of story.
Do not surrender the language to the crazies.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-Gawker, 833-334-6752.
833-334-6752.
Sound off on the stories of the day.
Right.
Let's see... Christina... Yes, I'll go ahead and call her.
Yep.
Right now...
There it is, okay.
*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* Would you like the mics off?
Uh, sure.
No Skype?
She's on phone. She's on phone.
She's on phone.
She's on phone.
Hang on.
Can you hold the phone slightly further away from your mouth?
Oh, yes.
Is this better?
Yeah, carry on.
Okay.
The Afghanistan story was last year, but we can still talk about it because Republicans still want to do oversight on Afghanistan.
Absolutely.
Okay.
All right.
Standby.
50 seconds.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay.
The End
Dr. G is ready for anything on America First!
All right, if you heard that little clip I played of Carrie Lake, who was our guest host yesterday, her amazing appeal for the Angel Tree program.
If you want to give a Christmas gift, this yuletide, to one of the one and a half million children who have a parent in prison, just go to my website, sebgawker.com, and click at the top.
It's one of the most blessed things you can do.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgawker.com, and the Angel Tree banner at the top.
The big story of day is the Brittany Griner exchange, the pothead lesbian basketball player being exchanged for the most dangerous man in the world.
Sound off 833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
833-33-GORCA, 833-334-6752.
It is apposite given the national security ramifications of that story to talk to somebody we trust because she's from Breitbart.
She's their Pentagon correspondent, Christina Wong.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much for having me, Dr. G.
All right, so the big story is the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, and whether it's going to go through.
But at the top of your Twitter feed is a story concerning the surrender of Kabul.
And I'll just read the fit for national public radio consumption, the edited headline.
Get effing asses in seats.
Biden's order contributed to the deadly attack in Kabul that killed 13.
Will you unpack that story for us, Christina?
Yeah.
You know, it's at the top of my seat because it was just an astounding story.
And, you know, I feel like it didn't get the attention that it should have.
But essentially, Biden ordered He ordered officials on the ground in Kabul, as well as troops, just to get as many Afghans on planes as possible.
It didn't matter who they were, just get them on planes because it was turning into a PR disaster.
So after Kabul fell, everything devolved into chaos.
The only way to basically recover from that was to turn it into some positive PR stunt and get as many Afghans on the planes, you know, to basically be able to brag about, oh, we got this many.
You know, this was the largest non-combatant evacuation operation in history.
Look at how many people we rescued.
But it was at the expense of U.S. troops.
At the expense of U.S. troops, you know, they basically had to work probably three or four times as hard to manage this glut of just everyone trying to escape.
You know, they basically had to work probably three or four times as hard to manage this glut of just everyone trying to escape.
And many of these people, many of these Afghans were not the ones who were helping U.S. troops during the 20-year war.
Many of those folks got left behind because they didn't get the heads up of the evacuation.
So many of the Afghans who helped us were stuck out there.
They're still stuck there.
Some Americans are stuck there.
However, if you were in Kabul near the airport and you managed to, you know, get on, get into, you know, the U.S. base there, you were airlifted out.
And there are so many stories still, you know, that haven't come out yet of just, you know, fights breaking out because there were too many.
Afghans, stuff in Kabul and also other places, overseas bases that were taking them in.
Some were carrying weapons.
Some died because of the lack of water.
It was just chaos.
I mean, most important was our troops.
We lost 13 U.S. service members that were basically told to work the gates, keep the gates open as much as possible, try to get more and more Afghans in.
And so I talked to someone who was there on the ground for months before the evacuation.
And this person personally heard Joe Biden tell someone else, you know, get these effing, get as many effing asses on the planes as possible just so that they could turn it into...
You're our son.
Why am I not surprised?
That story I've just retweeted.
It's the top of my feed, at Seb Gorka.
All right, talk to us.
We've got a couple of minutes left.
The NDAA bill was dropped two nights ago.
4,408 pages.
What do the taxpayers need to know about it, Christina?
Oh my goodness.
It is massive, like you said.
So I think that the top one is that Republicans They had a huge victory in getting the repeal of the COVID vaccine mandate for troops into the bill.
So this was resisted by the Biden administration, by many Democrats.
But Republicans really wanted to overturn the vaccine mandate for troops because there were at least 70,000 U.S.
troops who did not want the coronavirus vaccine for whatever reason, religious, medical concerns, pregnancy concerns, all sorts of different concerns.
They did not want to get this vaccine.
And At least 8,000 had been kicked out, and there were many, many more on the chopping block.
So these troops' lives were being disrupted.
They were banned from being deployed.
They were facing all sorts of discrimination.
They were not allowed to do this, to train, get paid for training, all sorts of things.
Their lives were interrupted because of this vaccine mandate.
And Biden has said What about the thousands who have already lost their positions in the military?
dug in his heels and said, nope, we're not overturning this.
But Republicans in Congress managed to get this overturned.
But what about the thousands who've already lost their positions in the military?
What happens to them, Christina?
That is a huge, huge question.
And that is what many are concerned about.
You know, these 8,000 who've had their lives destroyed, basically, they want to know what's next.
And, you know, Republicans had wanted to reinstate these.
They didn't manage to get it in to the bill.
But they're saying, you know, once we take over the House next year in January, we're going to get on this.
So I think it's up to the public, you know, to kind of keep the pressure on because, you know, Yeah, I think so.
I think so.
I mean, it's just you know, many of these folks that I've talked to personally.
They you know, they fought until the last minute, and then they got, you know their their separation leather, and they're still in shock.
You know, they're still.
They're still reeling from this, and they would gladly come back in if they could.
So you know, everyone wants to know what's going to happen to I see a lot of court cases in the future, and Lloyd Austin should be sued into the ground.
All 8,000 should be reinstated and compensated.

The End Alright.
Mic's on.
Title for that one.
Oh, yeah, she's gone.
All right.
Mike's on.
Title for that one.
Biden's Afghan order.
That cost American lives.
All right.
Cost American lives.
Yep.
All right.
All right.
Gonna do merch here, then I'll go to a call.
Alrighty.

All right, for Serafim.
Yes.
FBI agent. FBI agent. Colon.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
We have to dismantle the Bureau.
Yep.
Start keeping a running tally of all the, uh, FBI insiders, you start just saying, yep, gotta just tear it down.
40 seconds. 40 seconds.
40 seconds.
Can't handle the truth?
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Where did that, I always do that with that line, where did that hour go?
My buddy Dan Bongino has made Kyle Serafin famous, the FBI whistleblower.
We're going to have him on for the whole hour.
One-on-one, the third hour, you don't want to miss it.
And also, you don't want to miss our latest piece of merchandise.
It's the FBI t-shirt designed by Chris Plant and his caller, FBI, yellow on blue, the fascist Bureau of Intimidation.
The hottest selling item is the t-shirt and also the mug, Biden's Gestapo, the FBI, all that and so much more, all made in America, available at SebGorka.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, SebGorka.com.
Let's go straight to your calls, Mary, Oh, hello, Dr. Cort.
I love you.
Just had a comment about this whole Brittany Griner exchange with this dangerous arms dealer.
I'm just so struck by, you know, normally that administration and the alt-liberals are so all over gun violence and gun control and trying to take away rights and cramming it down our throats.
And then as soon as here we come with an LGBTQRZ racial.
LMNOP.
I say LGBTQ LMNOP, Mary.
As soon as that comes up, well, here's their true priorities.
It goes, you know, the gun control and gun violence that's so uber important just goes right out the window.
And, you know, in exchange for her is this super, super dangerous arms dealer.
That is a massively good point.
Yes, the the people who want to disarm us have released the world's biggest convicted arms dealer to the Russians.
Perfect point.
You deserve a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.
Stay on the line, Mary.
Let's go to David Orlando, line 2.
Welcome, David.
David, now's when you start talking.
Dr. Gorka, how are you?
Good.
Thank you for having me on your show.
While everyone is calling for and talking in Governor DeSantis' ear to run for president, I think it would be a mistake and a disservice for him to run at this time.
Governor DeSantis is a great guy and of caliber to be president one day, but he still is a young man and we still have a questionable election system.
If he were to run for the Oval Office today as a presidential candidate and he was not successful, I'm afraid that would damage his political career moving forward and we need him into the future.
Teddy Roosevelt was unsuccessful as a great president getting re-elected.
Richard Nixon ran for office as vice president and then came back later on.
But times have changed now.
And I think that Governor Santis would be well served at his age right now.
This is an interesting point, David.
If he ran now and lost, was unsuccessful, what damage would that do to his future career?
I wonder if he's thinking about that.
Great point, David!

What happens, Alex, if nobody notices?
Absolutely nothing.
Really?
Because what if nobody notices?
Then they can just fire them all, right?
That's what I thought.
That's a good idea.
I like that idea.

I make an effort, don't I?
What do I look like when I come into work every day?
You've got your suit on.
I've got my suit on, right?
Usually I'm clean shaven and I wear a suit.
I have a thing about people who travel like slobs.
Especially when you're on a plane for 12 stinking hours like I was this morning.
So here's my little story.
So I just, I wanted proof there.
Thank you for backing me up.
Yes, I'm the only guy on radio to wear a suit and tie every single day.
Even Dennis Prager doesn't wear a jacket with his suit and tie every single day.
So, and Susan and everybody else gives him.
Stick for it.
All right.
So I get on the plane yesterday and the captain almost has to turn the plane around and refuel because we're on the tarmac in Tel Aviv for, I don't know, 40 minutes or something.
Because this, I swear the guy was 400 pounds.
His chest cavity was, his chest was like my torso sideways.
He was that big.
And he dressed like he was It looked like it was tracksuit bottoms cut at the knees and then a hoodie and he was, he was just, he was just a slob!
He was a slob.
And this massive dude who could literally, like Andre the Giant from Princess Bride, he could open a door by knocking it off his hinges.
He's got a Chihuahua service animal about smaller than my hand.
I sent a photograph of it to my kids and they, my daughter said, that's like a micro, micro dog.
Is that a real thing?
I said, yes.
And he refused to put the dog in the carrier.
And the captain said, well, then you've got to get off the plane.
And he had the engines running sitting there for half an hour and finally the guy relented and put his Micro dog how could a 400 pound guy have a a chihuahua?
Let alone as a dog, but as a service animal.
It's just dude seriously and then the other thing is His wife was in the row in front of him with a baby that must have been maybe three months old and for 12 hours
The husband had the dog on his lap or was sleeping or playing on his iPad and the poor wife was dealing with this crying baby and feeding it and it's like A. you're a slob B. be a mensch and actually be a father okay and help your wife out okay I'm not talking about the post office or walking the dogs today I'm talking about my flight home because the stewardess
Recognized who I was.
She didn't say anything to me, but about six hours into the flight, my wife says, she knows who you are.
She's a big fan.
So I got out of my seat and went to hang out with her in the galley.
Lovely lady.
I will not mention her name.
We will call her Debbie for the purposes of this discussion.
And Debbie, let me share some stories about life as a conservative.
Number one, she is in a minority of a minority.
Because she says most of her industry, including a lot of the captains, which shocked me, are liberals.
And she has to keep her politics a secret.
Because otherwise, they do things to her.
She said her company has been Massively discriminatory when it comes to those like her who refuse to take the vaccine.
Her colleagues would shun her because she wanted bodily autonomy.
The usual business of swapping shifts and swapping flights.
They wouldn't do it for Debbie because she dared to say my body my choice.
So, Debbie, you've got my details, you've got my email, you've got my cell phone.
I want you to stay in touch, because this is a brave lady.
She's fighting the woke extremists in the state where she lives, which isn't far from here.
She's pushing back on the school boards.
On the racist things they're teaching them under CRT and under the sexually perverse, against the sexually perverse things that they're teaching under transgender sexual education.
And it's all the more poignant for her because she has an autistic child.
I'm not even going to mention the sex of the child.
She's an only mother, number one, who's raising an autistic child.
The LGBTQ LMNOP mafia is targeting this young person who is now coming home to the child's mother confused regarding their sexuality which is exactly what they want and that child is autistic.
As Dr. Miriam Grossman pointed out A disproportionate number, between 40 and 55 percent of the people, the young adults considering transgender lifestyles are autistic.
These are people who don't function normally, who don't function easily in a group setting, who are anxious, who are nervous, don't have the capacity to read normal social cues, and they're being targeted by the LGBTQ Mafia.
So I want you to hold the line, stay in touch with me, and we will support you and the group you created to push back at the school boards.
The last thing which will apply to all of you will concern all of you.
Oh, by the way, she was on a flight from Tucson.
Half the flight were illegals.
Half the flight from Tucson were illegal aliens with their little DHS envelope with their travel documents and the government-funded cell phone that you paid for.
Half the stinking flight.
We're illegal aliens.
Last thing that should really concern all of you whether you have children or not.
She has seen the impact of reverse discrimination People being hired as pilots because of their gender and their skin color, ahead of people who are actually qualified.
And Debbie's observation to me is, in the not too distant future, There will be deadly consequences for those decisions.
For woke corporations like the one she works for, making the decision to choose pilots, I'm not talking about stewardesses, I'm talking about purses, but pilots of planes that carry three, four, five hundred passengers.
Being given the responsibility over those airframes because of their gender and because of the shade of their skin.
I don't care whether it's a pilot, I don't care whether it's the UPS driver or the surgeon who's removing my appendix.
You want the person who knows what they're doing.
And these corporations are gambling with our lives.
So hold the line, Debbie, and keep fighting.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

We crushed them.
They pulled the JCP out of the NDA.
Oh my gosh.
We beat them.
We beat the swamp.
But what about, what about the, um, did you see what Christina posted on her feed?
Christina who?
Wong.
What do you mean Christina who?
Okay, I wasn't sure which Christina.
There's lots of Christinas out there.
She reposted this.
Last night, 4,000 page national defense bill was released.
Buried on page 517 is a gun control program for safe storage laws.
Do you know if we got rid of that as well?
I don't know.
If it was in the bill, it probably passed the House.
However, outside of that particular provision, it does appear as though Republicans won most of these things in the bill.
So they did win.
They won that.
They got rid of the marijuana banking.
They got the vaccine mandate in, so they got rid of a lot of the extraneous stuff, and there's actually some pretty tough stuff in there for Afghan refugees, and there's no immigration in there.
So, this is what happens when Republicans actually fight, and the grassroots engages and forces the Republicans to fight.
They actually pull off some victories.
You're not going to win every fight, but they won a lot of them.
What did you say?
Marijuana banking?
Yeah, Chuck Schumer wanted to put a marijuana banking element into the... I'm serious!
Yeah.
Unbelievable.
But all of that stuff got pulled out and yanked out because there was a rebellion on Monday and Tuesday after our reporting that McConnell had caved.
And then, of all people, McConnell actually, at the very end, came in and fought it.
So I know that to be true because he knew he didn't have the votes because of what we were doing across the movement and the party.
All right, cool.
All right, stand by.
I'm going to come in with my pillow.
Then I'm going to tee up Senator Peters for Matt, and then we'll take it from there.
All righty.
All right.

I'm back in the saddle, back from the Holy Land, and the Washington Bureau Chief for BrightBard.com is back as well.
Matt Boyle, welcome back to America First.
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Thanks for having me.
All right, let's start with a fun cut that Eric found for me today from somebody I don't think I've ever heard of.
Allegedly he's a senator in the United States of America.
I may have heard his name before but I can't remember ever.
I didn't recognize his face on the video clip.
So this is Gary Peters talking about the Republican Party.
Play cut.
There's no question it was incredibly important.
I think it was a foundational issue, and that folks were really questioning.
You had people running for office who were denying an election, which clearly there are no facts to support, and folks are thinking, one, certainly that's a danger to our democracy, but do you really trust somebody who is just outright So there's a senator from Michigan who doesn't trust anyone in the GOP.
Who is Gary Peters?
Have you heard of him?
You can't trust them on any issue if they are able to do that on such an important fundamental issue.
So there's a senator from Michigan who doesn't trust anyone in the GOP.
Who is Gary Peters?
Have you heard of him?
I mean, you're the Washington bureau chief.
Yeah, he's he's quite the.
So I had a big story about Gary Peters several years ago where he when he was running for the U.S.
Senate.
Now he's, by the way, he's the chairman this cycle that just ended with the Georgia runoff earlier this week.
He's the chairman of the Democrat Senate Committee, right?
So he was their version of Rick Scott, right?
Headed up the Democrat Senate campaigns.
But when he was running for Senate, He's somebody who actually engaged in essentially stolen valor.
He made it sound like he was just like Captain Commando over there fighting all these wars for the United States in uniform and touting his military service.
The dude literally worked in the supply closet.
I kid you not, right?
Like, he was literally the supply closet guy here on bases domestically, and he made it sound like he was like this... Now look, not to deny anybody who serves in the military in any role, Uh, the, the credit and valor they deserve, but the fact is that he was running campaign ads of him in uniform, like holding a gun, uh, and stuff, uh, trying to make it sound like he was this, like, you know, war hero and that's not the case.
So he's a very dishonest person.
Uh, Gary Peters is, uh, but he's US Senator from Michigan.
He is the chairman of the Democrat Senate committee.
How is it?
This is the thing that always surprises me because I'm pretty politically active and I have three hours of kind of political talk radio every day I do.
When up turns not only a congressman but a senator who I've never heard of.
Who are these people?
How do they get away with not doing anything until it comes to attacking Republicans?
Well, because the media doesn't do any of the due diligence of like the things that I was just talking about with that story.
I remember doing that story several years ago.
And, you know, it took me weeks to put all the pieces together and to verify his background and his military jacket and all this stuff.
You think anybody from the New York Times is doing that story?
You think anybody from CNN is doing that story?
No way!
They let the Democrats get away with murder, right?
Like, they literally let them get away with lying about their own background and stealing valor.
If that was a Republican who did what he did back when he was campaigning for the U.S.
Senate, they would be smeared front page of the New York Times.
It would be the biggest scandal in the world.
But again, they let these guys slide until they serve the purpose of The narrative, quote-unquote, the purpose that they need them to serve, which is to destroy conservatives and Republicans.
All right, so let me just read it here.
You are correct.
He was, I have it in front of me, Supply Officer, United States Navy Reserve.
Not exactly Delta Force or the SEALs.
All right, Matt, let's talk about the current... Give us some good news.
It's 4,400 pages long, but you've got a glimmer of hope for us when it comes to the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, don't you?
Yeah, look, this is one of those few cases where, from the minority in both chambers of Congress, the Republicans actually fought and they actually won.
There's a couple of things in there that aren't so hot.
Like, don't get me wrong, that happens in any 4,000-page bill.
But the fact is that the Democrats tried to Christmas tree up the National Defense Authorization Act, which is the bill that authorizes our military.
They pass it every year.
They have for 60-something years.
They've never had a problem with this.
But this year they tried to add in a whole bunch of things, like the Journalism Competition Preservation Act, which I know we've talked about many times.
They'll create the media cartels.
They tried to add in this measure from Chuck Schumer that would create a marijuana banking system called safe banking or something like that.
I don't fully understand it, Dr. G. I don't fully understand what they would have done, but it was some kind of a banking system to allow people who sell marijuana to engage in banking, right?
I guess federal banks are not allowed to deal with people because it's still technically a scheduled substance, right?
Even though some states have legalized it.
and allow it, so they would have done some marijuana banking thing.
So that's what Chuck Schumer wanted to do with our national defense.
They also, Joe Manchin tried to do some permitting reform, permitting reform thing in there.
That's not in there.
So the reason why I think that all of this stuff got stripped out, all of this stuff was in the bill, by the way, Monday morning, okay?
So when they were draft, writing the bill and drafting it, it was all in there Monday morning.
But then there was, once we reported that Mitch McConnell had caved on this on Monday morning, so we did this big article on Breitbart and it was the lead story, there was such a backlash, especially over the JCPA, but over these other things too, that it forced everyone to fight.
By Tuesday afternoon at the Senate Republican launch, they do their weekly lunch with all the senators and the whole conference got together.
It became clear to Mitch McConnell he didn't have the votes to do this stuff.
So then McConnell had to call Pelosi.
I'm giving you inside information that hasn't been reported by the way.
I'm going to report this in a big story on Breitbart in the next day or so.
But the point is that Mitch McConnell called Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House, on Tuesday afternoon after the Senate lunch and made it clear to her that this fight from the grassroots kicked everybody into gear.
And then it forced McConnell's hand.
He had to go and then backtrack on his cave, call Nancy Pelosi and say, you got to strip this nonsense out of the bill.
And then the big enchilada in the NDAA, which is a huge win for conservatives and Republicans, is the overturning of the vaccine mandate for troops.
And that's in there as well.
So we covered that with Christina Wong earlier today, your Breitbart colleague.
Can you stay with us for one more short segment?
I want to talk about the RNC.
Sure.
Okay.
Stay with us.
Follow him on Truth Social.
Yes, he's on social media!
Washington bureau chief for the most influential conservative news site on the planet.
It's Breitbart.com and he's Matt Boyle.
But on Truth Social, he's real Matt Boyle.
Stay on this channel.
Hey, Matt.
Yep.
Alright, I'm going to play a little Mansion Cut, and then we're going to talk about the RNC chair competition, alright?
Perfect, perfect.
Sounds good.
Okay, good.
Guys, are you alright to run the Seraphine interview while I'm connecting with War Room?
We should be able to, yeah, right John?
Yes.
Yeah, he says it'll be the same as always.
Okay, good.
Yep, all good.
But you don't have to do any edits or anything, you're all good to go.
Alex already took care of editing for the third hour for the audio, for the radio part, and then since it's in the video here, I'll just play back the segments back-to-back.
And then I'm gonna do... Do we have any B-roll or anything for the super spreader?
Um, we should get we should get some.
What?
What even is that?
It's a new movie.
It's a really good movie about the the California and state government trying to suppress freedom of religion under COVID.
Okay.
I'll try and ask them.
Yeah, there's a trailer out or something.
Is it out yet?
Or is this like?
Yeah, it's out.
It's at salemnow.com.
Oh, okay.
Got it.
Got it, got it.
Got it.
Got it.
And yeah, it's been pointed out that the arms early release was the basis for that Nicolas Cage movie, Lord of War.
Lord of War, yeah.
A good movie, I think.
Some plot holes, but I thought it was good.
You can't go wrong with Nick Cage's in your movie.
I think that's kind of a nice rule of thumb these days.
No, I'm a fan.
I'm a fan.
I was surprised that Chris Coles wasn't a big fan.
Wow.
I just love that Critical Drinker is now using the clips of Nick Cage more often in his reviews.
He's doing more reviews of Cage?
No, I meant like, he'll do like reaction clips.
You know who does reaction clips?
Like when something's really terrible, he does a clip of Nick Cage screaming in agony.
Kind of like that Event Horizon clip.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm. Impeachment and conviction of fake news.
America first.
Do you remember what they did to us under Covid lockdowns?
How governments tried to shut down churches in the name of public health?
The religious right to gather, to worship, to sing, was shut down.
It was religious tyranny.
Now, an amazing movie, trust me, I've seen it, Super Spreader, explores one man's resistance.
A pastor, a singer, a songwriter, Sean Fecht's bold and controversial stand to fight for our religious liberty.
How Christians rose up, even in California, to practice their faith.
It was the Let Us Worship movement, bringing worship back to the people who needed it so most.
This is a must-see movie.
Superspreader is available right now at SalemNow.com.
If you want to see real Americans stand up to the tyranny we experienced under COVID, You've got to watch this movie.

I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We are back with Matt Boyle.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart.com.
We're talking politics as ever.
Shockingly, I mean this is, for those who say Manchin's a good guy, or sometimes he's a good guy, he's not.
He's not.
One of the most evil, evil people in the Biden administration is somebody that Manchin just defended.
Cut six!
I'm encouraging the administration, let Secretary Mayorkas do his job.
He will do it.
I guarantee he'll do it.
He's tough and he can do it.
But he has to have the green light and he hasn't gotten it.
That's my evaluation.
Trust Mayorkas.
He's tough and he's doing his job.
Yeah, if letting millions of people illegally into the country is doing his job, that's who Joe Manchin is.
West Virginia, you should be ashamed.
All right, Matt, I got this kind of technical question to ask you, but first let's talk about the RNC.
Super excited.
My buddy Lee Zeldin, we talked to him last week, He is considering running for the RNC chairmanship.
We've got Harmeet Dhillon, who announced yesterday Michael Indela before Harmeet Dhillon.
How excited are you?
Do these individuals have a shot?
What's your read?
Yeah, well, Lee just came out.
Lee Zeldin just came out earlier this week and said that he is not going to run.
Oh, while I was traveling?
In Israel?
Like a day or two ago, yeah.
So I think while you were traveling.
So he declined the decision run.
He says that the way he sees it is after conversations with RNC members that he thinks that the election is pre-wired to hand it back to Ronna McDaniel.
Harmeet Dhillon is probably the candidate declared right now with the best chance of victory.
She is a current RNC member.
Yes.
She's going to get at least one vote, that's for sure, which is her own.
But the way these elections are done, it's very insidery.
So it's very tough to defeat the establishment.
Explain how it actually works.
Who gets to vote?
There are 168 people who get to vote.
In each state and territory in the United States, there is a state or territory party chair and then a committeeman and a committeewoman.
So there are again, like I said, 168 people who get to vote in these elections.
Those are the people that vote and they determine who the next Republican National Committee chair will be.
So that means you need to win, just off the top of my head here, 85 votes to win this election or more.
It's going to be tough for somebody that isn't the current person there to do that because, again, these are people that are trading on insider favors and stuff.
I mean, who are RNC committee men and committee women and state party chairs?
So do you think Lee's right that it's pre-wired and Harmeet and Mike don't have a shot?
It's definitely going to be an uphill battle.
Again, I would say Harmeet is your best bet if you had to pick one.
Mike's a great guy, don't get me wrong, but he doesn't have the insider support.
Harmeet might be able to convince several state party chairs.
She is one of the 168 members, so she's already starting with one.
And she works with these people.
She's worked with these people on a regular basis.
Right.
So she may be able to convince several of them to come over to her.
Maybe able to weaken Rana's hand.
But again, it's going to be a very uphill battle to defeat Rana McDaniel.
Now, that doesn't excuse...
You know, that there maybe should be a serious challenge for Ronald McDaniel because she's been the RNC chair for the last several elections and the Republicans have lost every single one.
They lost 2018, they lost 2020, they lost 2022.
At what point does she step aside?
As somebody noted on Twitter, it's the longest, longest period of constantly losing campaigns.
She's lost every campaign since 2017 and the idea that she should stay in that position is an atrocity.
Follow this man.
He's at real Matt Boyle on Truth Social.
He is the Washington Bureau Chief.
We'll be back after these messages.
All right.
Thank you, buddy.
Oh, he's off.
Okay.
All righty.
Title for that one.
My bad.
For that one.
Yeah.
Can anyone beat Rona McDaniel?
Yeah, he's right.
It's the most inside baseball games.
A mess.
I do think Harmeet could win.
Really?
I think she has the best shot.
She's been there longer than Rona has.
She's been there since 16.
And she's from California.
She's got a good amount going for her.
But obviously, Rona's not gonna just let her run away with it.
Well, at least it'll scare her.
Oh yeah.
Right, so here I'm going to play Harmeet, and then I'm going to play the Dean.
Harmeet was cut seven, and then the Dean was cut three.
Yup.
The uncensored cut of the Dean.
Oh, are we doing Angel Tree this segment too?
Yes.
Do you want to use the Kerry Lake Angel Tree again?
Yeah, we've had 11 kids already today, so let's do that.
I'll tee it up.
okay it's two minutes
okay on
okay
Thank you.
Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.
He's a great guy.
He's been with me from the beginning.
Listen to him.
We all learn.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Not only am I a friend of the president's, my guest host yesterday was the amazing Carrie Lake.
First time ever she hosted live radio for three hours straight.
She did an incredible job, especially because I was getting on my plane back to America.
I listened in and her Her call for our campaign to help those one and a half million children without a parent this Christmas was amazing.
Listen to what Carrie said yesterday, because it touched your hearts.
I'm going to remind you of something right now.
If you're looking at the calendar, thinking what's coming up in the next couple of weeks, 17 days until Christmas right now, folks, only 17 days and few things in life are more rewarding than seeing the joy on children's faces as they open up a Christmas present from a parent.
Knowing that their mom and dad cared enough to select it just for them.
I know that you guys care and he cares, so I just want to thank you for that, and I love presents.
And thank you for joining Dr. Gorka's campaign to help prison fellowship.
Thank you, Carrie Lake.
Beautifully done.
Please support our campaign.
You've already done so much, but there are so many other children that need your help.
Go to SebGorker.com, Angel Tree Banner at the top, or just call them and give them your donation.
888-206-2794.
$125 is five children.
888-206-2794.
$125 is five children.
Five children who will feel a little bit more love this Christmas.
That's 888-206-2794 or just go to sebgorka.com.

So, does she have a shot?
Can Howie Dylan replace Rona Romney McDaniel as the chairperson of the RNC?
Look, we know she's tough!
Oh man, is she tough!
That lawyer who's been fighting for election integrity for years now, and in California as well.
But it's a special kind of toughness When you take on the corrupt people in your own party, I think she's got it because this is what she said on Fox, and she did not pull any punches.
I'm making calls to members.
I'm hearing a lot of disgruntled members who really want to see change, but they're also afraid, because there's been a culture at the RNC that if you don't play ball with the chair and the, frankly, corrupt, consultant-driven machine inside the Beltway, you'll be punished.
You may not get plum committee assignments.
Your state may not get transfers to their building fund.
You may not get help with your congressional races, and on and on and on.
This culture of retribution and, you know, sort of transactional relationships is not what the RNC is supposed to be about.
It's supposed to be about electing Republicans all over the country.
And I've actually been kind of appalled by some of the things I've heard over the last two weeks as I've begun making phone calls to members.
And so, I pledge to turn that around, Laura.
We cannot have a top-down, consultant-driven, 1990s, 2000 era, get fat off of media and direct mail, and not do efficient changes that are necessary to compete with the Democrats.
She's calling it out.
She's calling it out.
Does she have a shot?
Well, she's going to be on the show next week.
Okay, how long is that cut from Project Veritas, Eric?
All right, if you're listening with children, for the next 60 seconds, turn down the volume on your radio.
Or however you're enjoying the show.
Because what you're about to hear is exclusively from Project Veritas.
And it proves to you, well it's filthy, it's disgusting, it's perverse, that when we talk about the grooming of children for sexual purposes in our schools, it's real.
You're going to hear the Dean, Joe Bruno of the Francis W. Parker School in Chicago, play cut.
Meet Joe Bruno, Dean of Students at the prestigious Francis W. Parker Private School in Chicago, which happens to charge $40,000 per student.
They're just like passing on dildos, butt plugs.
The kids are just playing with them.
They're like, how do you, how does this helpfully work?
How do we do, like, how does this work?
That's a really, like, cool part of my job.
Parents might be stunned to learn that Bruno's version of love and acceptance means handing out sex toys to underage students.
So I've been on the team for four years.
During Pride, we do a Pride week every year.
And I had a...
I had, like, our LGBTQ plus health center come in.
They were passing around butt plugs and dildos to my students, talking about queer sex, using lube versus using spit.
Who is this?
This is, uh, an LGBTQ plus health center came in to talk to my high school students.
They're just, like, passing around dildos and butt plugs.
The kids are just playing with them.
They're looking at them.
In the school?
In a classroom.
That's a Dean.
Dean of a school where the parents pay $40,000 a year for their children to be talked to about gay sex and to hand out sex toys in the classroom.
Congratulations James O'Keefe and Project Veritas.
The right word is groomers.
Sexually indoctrinating minors.
It's filth.
We need to stop it.
What are you doing with the local school board?
Are you running?
Are you even going to the meetings?
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Like, the haircut.
Seriously?
That was a question?
I didn't, well, because his face is barely on camera for most of the video, but then, I was like, wait a minute.
Look what he's wearing when they chase him into the school.
Just check it out.
Oh, I didn't see that video.
Yeah, okay.
Goodness gracious.
A private school, too.
That's the worst part.
Yeah, I know.
$40,000.
The whole idea is like, oh, just drop out.
Take your kids out of public schools and go to private schools.
And later, did you watch the rest of the video?
He says, the plant says, what do the trustees of the board think?
And he says, oh, they love it!
Of course.
Of course.
They love it!
Aye, aye, aye.
You've got our work cut out for us.
What else is important that I haven't played?
We've got, yeah, we've played most of them.
Oh, Trudeau.
Gotta play Trudeau.
Speaks a little French at the end there.
Yeah, we've played everything else.
Except that and Tucker as well.
And the Demonic Caller.
Oh, we haven't played the Demonic Caller?
Oh my gosh!
That's gotta be the end.
How long is it?
How long is it?
11 seconds.
Yeah, he cut it down.
Oh, good.
Alright, yeah, we're gonna play that.
We're gonna play that.
Come in with Tucker, and then we'll do the audio.
Come in with Cut4Tucker, and then we'll do CrazyCaller.
The part that annoyed me the most is that, like, he didn't even give a reason!
Like, I like when they at least say, like, oh, you're an election denier, you hate gays, rah-rah-rah, it's just, nope.
Die.
Hang up.
And I'm like, oh, give us a reason, man.
So that way I can keep doing it.
70 seconds. 70 seconds.
70 seconds.
70 seconds.
Thank Kevin for Substack and Rumble and Fox News for being independent enough to tell the truth about what's happening.
The last election was influenced by the FBI.
If this were happening in another country, in a third world country, the State Department would declare the election illegitimate because it would have been.
You can't have law enforcement agencies weighing in in presidential elections, trying to squelch information harmful to one candidate, accentuate information harmful to the other candidate.
I mean, that's absolutely election interference.
I mean, am I naive?
I spent 35 years in Washington.
I never imagined something like that could happen, but it did.
Tucker's right and we now know on the call with Elon Musk, we realized what really happened.
I'll be on a Twitter spaces to analyze that call with a hundred thousand people Saturday 6 p.m.
If you're on Twitter, I'm gonna post the invite at the top of my feed in about four minutes.
That's Seb Gawker.
Go there to the top of my feed.
But next I want to show you... Where do we get this from?
Where do we get this from?
Well, we're going to talk to the FBI Special Agent Whistleblower one-on-one momentarily, and he's going to explain how the FBI became so corrupt.
It has to do, really, with the extremism of the left, with the radical nature of the Democrat Party today.
And here's a perfect piece of empirical evidence.
This is a call that arrived to Salem headquarters and was sent to me after Carrie Lake hosted my show yesterday.
The great The unstoppable Carrie Lake.
This is how one Democrat voter decided to respond to that three hours.
Yeah, I saw what Carrie Lake had to say in one of your programs here.
Quite frankly, she should have her throat sweat and choke to death on her own blood.
as well as you people too.
Carrie Lake.
According to that caller, she'd have her throat cut and suffocate on her own blood.
And so should everyone at Salem and on my team.
You're a big man at the end of a phone, aren't you?
You're brave.
You're courageous.
You're so tough.
You're a pathetic excuse for a man.
You're not even a man.
No man does that.
I've never threatened anybody on voicemail.
That's what the left has become.
Vicious cowards.
And I guarantee you something.
You will never, ever stop us.
Not me, not Carrie, no one associated with this program, and nobody that loves America, including President Trump.
Because if you bring it, we will crush you.
You won't bring it, because you're cowards.
But even if you do, we will win, just as we did in 1776 against the British.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First. America
First. America
First.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Welcome back.
What perfect music chosen by our engineer who's wearing a very natty new hat today that arrived from one of our fans.
Says, we the people.
That suits you, Alex.
It's the James Bond theme, the original one.
Which is rather apposite given who our guest is.
He is the one, the only, a man who has served the nation with a badge and a gun.
Member of the intelligence community, currently suspended from the FBI.
Why?
Because he's a truth teller, Kyle Serafin.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks so much for having me on, Sam.
Right, so you were bugging me with very important texts as I was coming home from the Holy Land with impeccable, and I mean impeccable timing, because of the little clip you sent me that is very relevant to where I was.
I was in Jerusalem.
I was in the Holy Land.
We'll get to that.
We have the luxury of being here one-on-one with you for the whole hour.
But first, I want to remind people of The person who will never ever be the President of the United States, the Harridan who is Hillary, and a moment in FBI history that will go down in infamy.
Let's play Comey Cut Nine!
Play Cut!
All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information or vast quantities of information Exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct, or indications of disloyalty to the United States, or efforts to obstruct justice.
We do not see those things here.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences.
To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions, but that's not what we're deciding now.
As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.
Incredible, the man who had no authority to say the charges should be dropped, that is a decision for the Department of Justice, made that unilateral decision because he is a member of the swamp.
Carl Serafin, after, in that 14-minute press conference, where he said, these are the classified documents that were removed from a classified system, put in our unsecured server, things that you and I would end up in prison for having taken off those classified systems, he said, no!
No, I'm not going to prosecute her.
I was told a story by a friend in the bureau, and tell me if this sounds like fantasy to you, that there were guys in, what is it, what is it called?
It's Chelsea, where the FBI's JTTF is in New York, and they were listening to that press conference, and they were going, oh my gosh, he's going there, he's going to do it, it's going to be the truth, it's going to be, yes, responsibility!
There are going to be consequences for what Hillary did.
And then in the last minute he says, oh no, no, no, no, it doesn't count.
There were people allegedly at the Joint Terrorism Task Force in New York who got up from their, I think it was a Thursday, got up from their desks, put on their jackets and didn't come back to work until Monday because they were so disgusted with the FBI.
Does that mean there are still a few good people left, Kyle?
You tell me.
There are.
There's no question about that.
There definitely are.
The guys that I worked with, a lot of them have very ideological, pure drives to go get bad guys, to go lock them up.
That's what they signed up for.
That's what they want to do.
There's a small cadre of very politically motivated supervisors that do the same thing that we're seeing them do.
They're kind of kowtowing to the leftist side of the FBI, which is the sort of academic and intel-driven analyst types.
And those people are really running the Bureau, but that's not who the Bureau is, I don't think.
It's just unfortunate that I don't think you can take it back from them, because they've gotten into such a space where, you know, they feel entitled to running it.
But there's tons of great people.
I mean, I worked with a bunch of them, and a lot of them are still friends of mine.
All right.
Well, that is a little bit reassuring, although we're talking about more than 30,000 people.
So for those who aren't familiar with your story, you are currently suspended from the Bureau.
And you have become an official whistleblower.
And my good friend Dan Bongino has done Legion more than anyone else, I think, to actually tell your story.
And it is a courageous story.
And I'm very grateful to Dan for connecting us.
So for those who missed those clips in the Fox interviews Rumble interviews and YouTube interviews.
What is your story?
Why is Carl Serafin suspended from the FBI?
So, I undertook some whistleblower activity last year.
That was in October.
I went to Jim Jordan's office.
Actually, I went through my Congresswoman, Yvette Harrell, and went to Jim Jordan's office.
This was the EDU threats, threat tag that the FBI had sent out from the Assistant Director of Counterterrorism.
Explain what a threat tag is.
Let's begin there.
Yeah, so every intelligence operation, every sort of criminal case that the FBI has, we tag it for different investigative priorities, we tag it for different intelligence that might be available in that case file.
So it could be counterintelligence if you're looking at spies, could be organized crime, could be something... It's more specific.
Okay, give us some examples.
It's granular.
So if it's extortion, specifically extortion, that happens by the Chinese government, it could be a journalistic contact coming out of the People's Republic, right?
It can be very, very narrow scopes.
And one of these things that we created was this thing called EDU threats.
And that was in order to tag This is really crucial.
to school board members and staff of public schools in the United States.
And it came right on the heels of Merrick Garland's testimony in front of Congress saying that they weren't going to use resources.
So hang on.
This is really crucial.
This is crucial.
So the tag the Bureau came up with, which is granular, which is specific to give you the category within which to put a potential case or an investigation, was EDU.
For education, I presume, right?
It was EDU officials, actually.
It was very specific.
Okay, EDU officials, which had to do with threats made against local school board members?
Correct.
Which, correct me if I'm wrong, when has threats of violence against school board members fallen under the remit of the FBI and not local state law enforcement?
I'm a little bit confused.
Excuse my naivete.
So it does have the potential of being a federal crime if it's carried across interstate means.
Oh, well, every crime that crosses borders, right, has that.
Correct.
So if it's over the phone, if it's on the internet, it has the potential of being an FBI, you know, a federal crime, but it's not something that we generally would have the bandwidth to handle.
And I know that we don't because we just don't.
Okay, so this EDU official threat category against school board members that Merrick Garland unleashed the FBI onto, why did this lead to you?
Why on earth did you raise this issue with Jim Jordan?
Why did this end up in you becoming a whistleblower?
About five days before this email came out, Merrick Garland stated that they would not be using counterterrorism resources, which they talked about being as, you know, Patriot Act tools, against parents.
And then this email comes out, and it's not just written by the criminal division who would handle interstate threats, which is, like I said, it's a perfectly reasonable thing, although I think it's a misuse of resources.
It was written by, specifically, the assistant director of counterterrorism in the FBI.
And so you have two different assistant directors' offices.
It's a criminal matter, but the counterterrorism division was sending it out.
And that led me to believe that what was said in front of Congress was false.
Being a whistleblower is a very specific category if you're going to go under federal law.
It has to fit into a specific category, and that category is going to be that it's a violation of rule, policy, or federal law.
So the thing the whistleblower wants to report has to be a violation of the law, right?
Correct.
Policy.
Policy?
Or rule.
Yep.
Okay, and then you said what the heck has counter-terrorism got to do with threats against school board members, correct?
It did.
And I also, when I was responding to the FBI, I told them that it looked like that the Attorney General may have perjured himself in front of Congress.
Now, I don't have to prove that.
It's just that I had the good faith belief that that might be the case.
And I referred it to Congress under that, you know, guys.
There were a couple other things that we talked about as well, which were some misuse of federal resources.
You can also talk about what's called fraud, waste, or abuse.
And I brought some of those to the attention of my congresswomen as well.
We haven't really heard a whole lot about them.
I still think they're issues.
But specifically, the thing that I think probably And who is your congresswoman, Kyle?
I printed off an email, and the FBI can certainly see that I printed off that email, and I handed it over and it went to Congress.
And who is your congresswoman, Kyle?
When I was living in New Mexico, it was Yvette Harrell, who was just unfortunately voted out by a very narrow margin.
And so she's going to be turning over her seat to a Democrat very shortly.
What response did you get from Yvette?
Wonderful people.
All of her office has been outstanding.
Her law enforcement liaison is a friend of mine named Gene, retired state police officer in New Mexico, and he's kept touch, you know, he probably called me more often than the FBI people I worked with did, so there's something, just a credit to the type of people that worked for her.
They were all great.
All right, we're talking to Kyle Serafin, Suspended FBI Special Agent.
He is an official whistleblower.
You can follow him at Linktree.
The URL is up on the Chiron on the screen.
And also, what is your Twitter, Kyle?
Very simple.
It's at Kyle Serafin.
No spaces, no punctuation.

We're gonna go back in 2024 and we might have a special uh extension to that trip so stay tuned here on America First.
Carrie Lake was in for me yesterday and didn't she do an amazing job an incredible job especially especially with our Angel Tree campaign.
Here's a little audio that she used yesterday that is just cuts to the quick of the issue.
Two children who've benefited from the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree program Alana and Quinton.
You don't have to do it, but you choose to do it.
What are you doing?
You have raised more than $200,000 already in about a week and a half, God bless you, for the one and a half million children in America who are missing a mother or father this Christmas because they're in prison.
70% of these children will end up behind bars themselves because they're vulnerable, because they're afraid, because they feel responsible.
Let's break that cycle right now.
If you can donate $25, the Prison Fellowship will provide a Christmas gift chosen by that incarcerated mother or father for one of these children, along with a message from that parent that they're not forgotten, they are still loved, and also children's gospel.
If you've had a good year, if you've just survived, if you can afford $25, will you do this for me and them?
$125 is five children who will feel just A little bit more loved.
Please make a donation today.

We are back one-on-one with none other than Kyle Serafin.
Follow him on Twitter at Kyle Serafin with an N at the end.
He is the official whistleblower of the FBI when it comes to the EDU official threat tag used against members of the public concerning school boards.
When did your status of whistleblower come into effect, Kyle?
Well, technically if you go to Congress that's when it happens.
So October 27th was when I went and I was thinking about it over the break.
A thread tag is like a hashtag that you'd see online.
Yes.
Right?
It's a very specific kind of tie-in and you can use multiple ones, like I said, many cases have a lot of them, but it just brings attention to a very specific type of information that's in that case.
And it classifies it.
Okay, so what has happened to you since October?
What is your status?
What has Congressman Jordan done?
Give us a little encapsulated version of your life for the last few months.
It's been kind of wild.
So part one was that I was told that I couldn't come back into the office after Thanksgiving last year unless I tested for COVID every 72 hours.
And I refused to do that because I thought that was very discriminatory.
Does that apply to other special agents?
Only the ones that are unvaccinated.
So every 72 hours, special agents have to get a COVID test?
all employees, but they dropped that.
So this is how the goalposts have moved.
Initially, it was every 72 hours.
And then after White House spokesperson Jen Psaki got up and said that Americans think it's reasonable to test every one week, the FBI made it one week.
So that's where we moved.
And at that point, you know that you can see them moving the goalposts where you're looking at it.
I've been a nationally registered paramedic for over a decade.
I have a top secret clearance at that point.
And I told them, either I stay home when I'm sick, or you need to take my clearance away because you can't trust me to do the right thing.
But I'm not going to test for COVID every 72 hours or every week.
That's absurd.
So what happened?
I was told don't come in the office.
I showed up, they sent me home.
And so I spent all of November, all of December, some of January, On my own personal leave.
I just asked him if I could take my leave and keep my paycheck.
Are you being paid?
During that time I was, because it was my leave.
But on January 7th, my leave was revoked because I showed up to qualify for firearms while I was on leave.
I just wanted to do the right thing and keep myself current.
And from that time until March 4th, I was on AWOL, which I didn't know was a thing for federal employees, but it is.
And they removed my paycheck for whatever it was, six weeks.
What is your status?
Do you have federal credentials?
Where's your badge?
Where's your gun?
My paycheck was pulled on June 1st of this year, 2020.
So I've been six months, seven months right now without a paycheck.
What is your status?
Do you have federal credentials?
Where's your badge?
Where's your gun?
What's happened to you?
Those were all taken on April 18th.
They were all surprising my special agent in charge and the ASAC from my office both popped up with no warning and took all those from me and locked off.
They came to you to take your badge and your gun and your credentials?
Yeah, it was over a three-hour drive from Albuquerque down to Las Cruces and they showed up and surprised me and my supervisor and the other supervisor in the office and they rolled off with my body armor and all my equipment and my phone and everything that would make me an FBI agent.
What was that day like for you, Kyle?
It was challenging, you know.
It wasn't unexpected, but it did kind of take me by surprise.
I kind of thought that we might have moved past it when the State of the Union happened and they changed all the rules.
I thought maybe that was the FBI moving on and just trying to sweep it under the rug.
But then these guys showed up in the office and, you know, they demanded my gun.
They demanded my badge.
Luckily for them, my gun and my badge were sitting in my desk drawer because I wasn't carrying their equipment anymore.
I was only carrying my personal weapon.
And I just, you know, I turned it over and there was no reason to be rude to them.
You know, the way that they acted and the way, you know, they're just following their orders, which I think is a massively immoral and bad decision, but it is their choice.
And my supervisor, who's a really nice guy, told me he thought I handled it like a gentleman.
And I said I thought that the guys who came to take my stuff were beneath me, so there was no reason to be rude to them.
And I still feel that way.
Wow.
You said something, I think it was today, I think it was today you said it to me, about the FBI badge, which is about yay big.
It's not very large.
It's about two and a half, three inches big.
And there's a saying about that badge.
What is that saying, Carl?
Yeah, it's about the size of a half dollar or something like that.
They used to say that the reason the badge is so small is that so that no agents would be able to hide behind the badge, that their honor, their integrity, their fidelity, their bravery would all have to stand on its own.
But it's my kind of my take right now that the FBI has been hiring people and promoting people more specifically to the top of the federal chain that are so small in character.
It's very easy for them to hide behind the FBI's badge, which is, like I said, tiny.
Yeah, I have so many questions I want to ask you especially after my Twitter conversation, the live phone conversation for four and a half hours a few days ago while I was in Israel that Elon Musk dropped onto for two and a half hours and we talked about the Twitter files and then the revelations about Jim Baker, very senior agent.
We'll get to that momentarily.
We're talking with the suspended FBI whistleblower Kyle Serafin, at Kyle Serafin on Twitter.

We're back with Kyle Serafim, formerly an active duty special agent of the FBI.
Now he is a whistleblower.
We need A good few hundred more whistleblowers to get to the bottom of what's happening at the FBI.
Day before yesterday it was revealed, Kyle, that the former General Counsel for the FBI, a man called James Baker, magically became Deputy General Counsel for Twitter.
Kind of weird.
And then it was revealed that, by Elon Musk, That in his release of compromising materials about censorship on Twitter by the DNC and by government forces, the material Elon Musk was revealing to the public was being scrubbed, was being filtered by James Baker,
For what purpose would that occur, and what is your reaction to the fact that the former General Counsel to the FBI is screening documents that Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, wants all Americans to see, Kyle?
Well, I'd say it's not surprising, but it is atrocious, right?
Because we've got this really nasty information industrial complex that's developed.
A lot of former FBI officials, whether they were agents or whether they were attorneys or they were public affairs folks, whatever else, have found their way into some really high power jobs in the tech industry.
And they have very cozy contacts still within the Bureau and the rest of the intelligence community at large.
And so they're able to do this sort of work.
They don't have to be asked because they already know what their job is because their loyalty is still to the agency they came from.
That's what got them there.
And the second thing is if it's going to embarrass You know, the people who brought them to that dance, they're absolutely going to be doing the thing that keeps them, you know, keeps the bread train rolling for them.
So it's not surprising that he did this.
I think it's awful.
I think it's the, you know, everybody I know that works in the FBI that's a decent person would find that atrocious.
There are a lot more of them that are out there.
There's a massive hiring of these types that were at the upper levels of seventh floor management in the FBI and other agencies as well.
They're out there.
They're all over the place.
And they're all kind of time bombs.
So this is interesting because the question I raised after our chat with Elon and after that explosive news 48 hours ago was that Do we think this man was acting by himself?
Do we think James Baker would be scrubbing and filtering these documents just on his own initiative?
I raise the question, is he doing it on behalf of the DOJ, on behalf of the FBI, on behalf of the White House?
You're saying he needn't have received any direction.
The fact that he's part of this crooked cabal means he just would have done it anyway.
That's my guess.
I mean, he was a DOJ guy since 1990.
That's a long time.
He's got 30 plus years invested in that, right?
So when you look at these kind of people, and there's a number of people that we've seen that have walked out and they're on the left wing, you know, talking points.
You've got the Peter Strux, you've got the Frank Fig or whatever his last name is.
And, you know, the funny thing is, is they need the FBI to have standing because they built their entire reputation It's tied to the FBI.
It's not based on their character or their brilliant analysis or anything that they bring to the table other than the fact that they have those credentials and they were there for X number of years, so you have to listen to them.
Massively important.
This is why Dan has been such a big fan of yours, Dan Bongino, because you kind of cut to the heart of the issue.
The corrupt people who've been at the FBI for 32 years, like James Baker, they need, of course, they need to keep the cover up.
Why?
Because then everything that they've been doing, everything that's associated with this agency, collapses like a house of cards, and that is their motivation.
All right, Let's talk about my trip to Israel and a very, very interesting viral video that you're in, that's part of your interview with Dan.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We're talking to Kyle Serafin.
He is a former special agent with the FBI, currently a suspended individual because he's a whistleblower.
You've got to go to Kyle Serafin on Twitter.
We'll be back momentarily.
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
I'm just reading more and more about this James Baker.
Lovely chat.
By the way, they entice me.
The people who organize the 100,000 person Twitter spaces conversation with Elon Musk.
They enticed me to do my own Twitter spaces, chat with them.
It's going to be six o'clock Saturday night.
It'll be pinned at the top of my Twitter feed.
We're going to talk about all of the ramifications of that story.
But it turns out that James Baker was investigated himself for leaking national security classified documents.
About the Trump administration to the media.
Well, well, well, isn't that a surprise?
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First one-on-one.
Back in the saddle a day early because I just missed you guys so much.
Back from the Holy Land.
Amazing trip with 350 of you guys.
Next time you've got to join us if you wanted to come and didn't.
2024, we'll be going back to the Holy Land.
The clip that you sent me, Kyle, a very short clip, is about something that I didn't realize.
I think you said it was mandatory, whereby new agents have to go and visit the Holocaust Museum in DC.
Having come back from the Holy Land, from the State of Israel that was established after six million Jews were murdered by the Third Reich, why did you feel you had to share, what is the relevance?
Explain why your trip, which you did as a kid, I think, in high school as well, and then as a new agent you did it with the Bureau, what's the relevance of the Jewish Holocaust to the status of the FBI today?
So the FBI does two of these very important trips.
One of them is to the MLK Memorial.
We all go there.
It's kind of a penance for what the FBI did to Martin Luther King Jr.
And I think it's pretty performative.
It's theatrical because I don't think anybody that's in my age bracket or younger is thinking anything negative about MLK.
And also, it's a difficult thing to do because it's just a block of stone with a pretty bad statue.
I mean, it makes MLK look about four foot high.
If I was MLK's, you know, family, I'd be pretty insulted by that.
And in comparison to this block size building in DC that is the Holocaust Museum, which by the way, if you have not been, I don't care what your ethnicity is, you must do the Holocaust Museum Experience because it is it's actually life-changing, but it's sorry to interrupt you but so you've got this performative one at this very bad statue of Martin Luther King and Then the Holocaust Museum talk to us about that Yeah, so the Holocaust Museum is the best.
It's one of the most impactful days that I've had in my professional career.
I'm 41 years old.
I've worked in hospitals.
I've worked on an ambulance.
I was in the military.
This was it, as far as days that change the way you look at the world.
And what they do is they have a very specific program that's geared towards law enforcement because the ADL and the Holocaust Museum Foundation and the FBI created this program to make sure that FBI agents who have a significant amount of federal authority that they can wield Do not fall victim to the same things that happened under Nazi Germany.
Without the buy-in of local law enforcement, without the buy-in of state and federal law enforcement and minor government officials all over Germany, you could not have had a Holocaust.
Everybody had to say yes all along the way to allow this thing to happen.
And if people started putting their feet down, then it would have been a no-go.
And what we found, I think we've also found this with some of the COVID tyranny that happened in this country, a lot of people are willing to go along to get along.
So theoretically, the message that you're supposed to take away as an agent, as a trainee, is that you are responsible for the decisions, that they will still hang you at the Nuremberg trials if you said yes to doing things that were illegal, immoral, or unethical.
And for me, it's not about saying that It's not about saying that people who were discriminated against are like the Jewish people who were murdered en masse.
It's about government officials have a significant responsibility that their oath of office is not something they can take on lightly.
And I don't.
I don't take it that way.
No, I think that the point here is not a comparison to the Holocaust's effect on a specific evicting group.
The issue here is the Nuremberg defense doesn't apply to anybody.
The Nuremberg defense doesn't apply to a Nazi mass murderer, nor does it apply to somebody who's raiding a pro-life preacher's home on a misdemeanor charge that was dropped three months prior.
I'm talking about the Hauck family with seven children.
Because the Nuremberg defense was, of course, I'm just following orders.
It is very clear.
We have this requirement.
You are not morally bound and you must not be morally bound to follow an illegal order.
And that's what we are witnessing, whether it's FISA warrants or whether it's anything else.
And I think the parallel or just the connection to Gina Carano, the actress, is fascinating because this woman who was one of the most popular characters in a TV show that Disney was making, who's an outspoken individual.
I don't even know if she's a conservative, was fired from the most popular TV show or one of the most popular TV shows in the Star Wars franchise because of one Instagram post that she reposted or she used the verbiage from somebody else with a photograph of a woman being harassed, was fired from the most popular TV show or one of the most popular TV shows in the Star Wars franchise because of And the statement was a very simple one.
The The Holocaust didn't begin with death camps.
It doesn't matter what the regime is, whether it's the Third Reich in Germany, or whether it's Pol Pot's Cambodia, or Stalin, the Soviet Union, or North Korea.
It's not that, you know, people wake up one morning and, you know, it was democracy yesterday, or republicanism, and now it's death camps, it's gulags, it's people being disappeared into torture chambers.
No, it is a gradual dehumanization.
And this is what Gina Carano said, who I've been in contact since then and we're trying to get her back on the show.
Her Instagram statement, and I'm paraphrasing here, is these totalitarian regimes begin with the simple dehumanization of the neighbor.
And that can happen anywhere, right Kyle?
It's true.
A hundred percent.
So when that happened, and I was aware of that, I have a pretty wide awareness of what's going on.
My family and I dropped Disney Plus in solidarity with her, which is a shame because I really liked that show.
I really liked The Mandalorian.
It was really enjoyable for me.
It was kind of a neat, old-fashioned space Western and, you know, and she was a great character.
She was actually the only believable female that I've ever seen that got physical with men, because you see women that want to fight men and it's absurd, but she's a fighter.
That's what she does.
By the way, if you're not familiar with our pop cultural references, Gina Carano, She is an MMA fighter, or was, was one of the most famous in the world.
So she's not one of these 80-pounder waifs in the James Bond movie who decks the 300-pound bad guy and he falls down.
This is a person who most men would have trouble dealing with.
She's a lovely lady, by the way, a truly lovely lady, but she's a rather powerful lady.
Let's plug her a little bit here just because we can.
Her latest movie is Terror on the Prairie.
I think it was released this year.
Watch her new movie, Terror on the Prairie, and her first movie, my favorite, Haywire, where she plays a CIA assassin.
Very credible!
We'll be back with a real hero, Kyle Serafin.
This is one on one.
America first.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
You don't say it not on this show!
You're listening to me, Sebastian Gawker, and this is America First one-on-one on the Salem News Channel.
We are back with our guest, former special agent with the FBI.
He's a whistleblower.
He's a patriot.
We've got a couple of minutes left.
I'm going to ask you two very simple questions.
I'm sure you're going to knock it out of the park.
Number one, how the hell did the FBI get here?
I've been talking to guys with 20, 30 years in and they say, they point to two issues, give me a sanity check.
Number one, too many stinking lawyers, not FBI agents, people like James Baker who've been there for, you know, 30 years.
So not real field agents.
And then after 9-11, This running everything out of DC and moving things more into the intelligence investigation that's malleable, that's sexy, as opposed to being a crime-fighting organization.
What do you think of those theories and is there anything missing?
100%.
I think those are both very true.
It's not just lawyers, though.
It's the fact that when you move, and Director Moeller did this, right?
He moved us from a crime-fighting organization that had an intelligence capability to an intelligence agency that also has law enforcement authorities.
That's incredibly dangerous.
And when you become an intelligence agency, you need a bunch of analytical types.
That's what they do.
They get information, they get data, and then they go and they do analysis.
A lot of those people are highly educated.
They have masters and PhDs and so on, and they are very left-leaning because of the type of education and indoctrination that they've experienced in their training.
So we've got a lot of those people that are making a lot of the calls in D.C.
And so that's really, I think, how they both come together.
Some of them are lawyers.
Some of them are intel analysts.
Some of them are senior intel analysts and so on.
And the FBI has taken on the first pilot programs in my tenure there in the last six years where they took That's exactly what Brennan did at the CIA.
He washed out at the farm.
He never became a CIA officer or operator.
of divisions.
That's never happened before.
That's exactly what Brennan did at the CIA.
He washed out at the farm.
He never became a CIA officer or operator.
He was an analyst.
And he took revenge when Obama made him director and said, analysts can run operations now.
It's exactly what happened at Langley.
All right, we've got a minute left.
Can it be fixed?
Yes or no?
Dan Bongino, former Secret Service agent, says no, can't be fixed.
Have to tear it down and give its missions to other agencies.
We've had Steve Gray, 23 years in the Bureau, says no, got to start from scratch, give its missions to other agencies.
What's your take, Kyle?
Yeah, I'll throw my tent up in their camp as well.
I say no.
I think that if we were to look at the reasons the FBI was created, the possibility of not being able to coordinate interstate crime, not being able to track people across state lines, those don't exist.
We've got mutual aid.
We've got NIMS, which is the National Incident Management System.
We've got comms.
We've got a national database of records.
We can share things on the internet with local police departments.
So the federal crimes could be handled in a much smarter way.
There's a couple of ideas out there, but I think the FBI's got to go.
It's broken its brand, and we've got to try something new.
The FBI has broken its brand.
A perfect way to put it.
